“You can’t keep a good three-fingered mummy down.”

If that’s not a saying in Peru, it should be. Despite efforts by government officials, mummy organizations and skeptics around the world, the scientists and investigators trying to study the mysterious 3-Finger Nazca-Palpa Mummies continue to fight for the right of the world to see what these preserved beings are. On November 6, 2019, four of them gave presentations at the VI Congreso Internacional de Investigación (VI International Research Congress) hosted by the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga – the university which is now in possession of the 3-fingered mummies. Fortunately for those not invited (that’s us), Giorgio Piacenza of ExoNews (The Exopolitics Institute News Service) attended the conference and was able to interview some of the presenters, attendees and university officials.

Biologist José de la Cruz Ríos López, who has participated in both historical and DNA tests on the mummies, confirmed to Piacenza that the research is following objective scientific principles and he’s not involved for any monetary gain. He reiterated that it would be impossible to create these three-fingered mummies from human and/or animal parts. (Watch his bi-lingual interview here.)

In his interview with Piacenza, University Vice-Rector of Research, Dr. Martin Alarcón Quispe talks about protecting the 3-finger mummies from skeptics, including Peru’s Ministry of Culture, while still providing access to both serious scientific researchers and members of the public. The Vice-Rector said that the mummies have a reptile-like skin which could have helped them survive in the desert, and their DNA does not match any known species. However, he wants the process to be scientific, regardless of what the final results and determinations are. (Watch his bi-lingual interview here.)

Next up was Dr. Galeckii Dimitri from Russia, who also confirmed that his research found that the mummies could not have been assembled and in his mind were not fakes. Although they have some human traits, he doesn’t believe they’re human. The skin on the mummies is continuous, not pieced together. He found no evidence of alterations, either physical or chemical, to the mummies, and confirmed that not only were egg-like things seen by X-ray inside the bodies, they were surrounded by a membrane. Piacenza talked to Dr. Robert E. Farrell, an engineering professor and researcher with an interest in ufology as well as the 3-fingered mummies. To him, the CAT scans prove these are non-human beings, possibly from another planet. He also explains how carbon-dating can determine the age of Maria, the largest of the mummies, even if she had come from another planet. (Watch his English interview here.)

Finally, Piacenza includes an interview with someone who has been involved with the 3-fingered mummies since their discover was announced – investigative reporter Jaime Maussan. He summarizes many of the unusual findings about the mummies and the resistance to this research that could change human history. (Watch his English interview here.)

If you’re looking for definitive proof that these 3-fingered mummies were once aliens, the interviews won’t provide them. However, the data keeps piling up that they’re something other than human and not fakes.

If you’re someone who believes in synchronicity, then this research is for you. In a big way. Make that a BIG way. To illustrate what a big deal this is in the scientific community, the researchers take the rarely-seen stance of using the word “mysterious” in the title of their paper. Hey, that’s OUR word!

“For this mysterious coherence in large scales, we cautiously suggest a scenario in which it results from a possible relationship between the long-term motion of a large-scale structure and the rotations of galaxies in it.”

There’s that word again, this time in the abstract of “Mysterious Coherence in Several-megaparsec Scales between Galaxy Rotation and Neighbor Motion,” published recently in the Astrophysical Journal. The research was led by astronomer Hyeop Lee at the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute, South Korea’s national research institute in astronomy and space science. However, the key phrase in the abstract is “large-scale structure.”

“The observed coherence must have some relationship with large-scale structures, because it is impossible that the galaxies separated by six megaparsecs [roughly 20 million light years] directly interact with each other.”

Does it look like this?

In an interview with Vice.com, Lee explains the team’s research – a study of 445 galaxies within 400 million light years of Earth – and their “mysterious” observed synchronicity where many of the ones rotating in a direction toward Earth had neighbors that were moving toward Earth, and vice-versa. There’s no known way galaxies 20 million light years apart can exert that kind of gravitational force upon each other, so the team attempted to model a dark energy or dark matter force that could link them. The answer? Large-scale structures. Here’s a definition from the Harvard and Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics:

“Up until the latter part of the 20th Century astronomers thought, in the words of the eminent astronomer Edwin Hubble, that the universe was “sensibly uniform.” As a result of redshift surveys of large samples of galaxies we now know that the galaxies around us are distributed in an incredible tapestry of filamentary and sheet-like structures called the cosmic web. Massive clusters of galaxies lie at major “intersections” in this web. Galaxies like our own Milky Way are usually found in groups which often lie on the outskirts of clusters or superclusters. The first really large structure, the Great Wall, was discovered by CfA astronomers in the late 1980’s and is approximately 300 million light-years across.”

A cosmic web of galaxies connected by “an incredible tapestry of filamentary and sheet-like structures.” (Let’s pause here for a moment to ponder: Which came first: the planetarium or psychedelics? Asking for a friend.) Lee told Vice.com that the “mysterious coherence” the team observed was very slowly rotating in a counter-clockwise direction. Vice.com points out that this is the latest of similar studies reaching similar conclusions about large-scale structures. In a 2014 study led by Damien Hutsemékers, an astronomer at the University of Liège in Belgium, and published in the journal Astronomy & Astrophysics, the Very Large Telescope (VLT) in Chile was used to study nearly 100 quasars and the results revealed that the rotation axes of 19 quasars in this group were parallel, despite being several billion (that’s billion with a B) light years apart.

Or this?

“Galaxy spin axes are known to align with large-scale structures such as cosmic filaments but this occurs on smaller scales. However, there is currently no explanation why the axes of quasars are aligned with the axis of the large group in which they are embedded.”

The evidence points to the existence of large-scale structures keeping the galaxies of the universe connected and spinning in synchronicity. The explanation obviously needs more study before it’s accepted, but it’s worth pondering – with or without the aid of psychedelics.

A very strange corner of the odd that I have come across is that of bizarre entities that seem to have the ability to cloak themselves to some extent in order to become practically invisible, often specifically described as being something like the creature from the science fiction The Predator films.  It is a phenomenon that seems to not be really remarked upon in the common literature, and which is on the surface completely absurd, but there are many cases of this, such as I have covered here before. Yet there are plenty more odd accounts out there as well, and it seems that these weird accounts are etching out their own niche in the realms of the paranormal. Here we will look at some more completely outlandish accounts of beings from beyond our understanding that seem to have the Predator-like ability to cloak themselves from being seen as they go about their unknowable agendas.

Eminent researcher, author, and collector of humanoid accounts Albert Rosales has personally provided me with a selection of very curious encounters with such enigmatic entities. One of these reports comes from 2009, with a witness in a rural wooded area near Thornville, Ohio, who had stayed up late on her computer in a detached room that served as her office. At one point she looked out over the lawn that spanned between the office and her house, faintly illuminated by a porch light and that was then something very strange caught her attention. There walking along the lawn at a rapid clip was an “invisible, human-like creature,” which was transparent but had a slight shimmer around the edges, and which she specifically likened to the creature from The Predator films. It apparently made its way across the lawn and into the woods, and the frightened woman rushed to her husband.

Another eerie report comes from MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), with a witness in Brighton, England. She claims that one evening in July of 1988 she awoke to a very strange sensation like a spasm in her body, and she soon found that she was completely and utterly paralyzed, unable to barely move even a finger. As the frightened woman lay there unable to move a muscle, she says that it felt as if something crawled on top of her to sit there heavily on her chest, as well as the sensation of hands around her throat. There was then what seemed to be something breathing in her ear and a noise like low growling and she desperately moved her eyes to the side trying to discern what this thing was. The bizarre report explains what happened next:

She could just make out a large long head next to her own face, and as the spasm like feeling started to wear off, a tiny bit at a time, she could see that this figure that was on top of her was like a lizard/newt-like creature. It was like blending in with all that was around it, or maybe invisible, the witness was not sure, but she could see it more clearly as the seconds passed. It was reptilian, the witness thinks she growled at it, and bared her teeth at it and she could feel that it could read her mind, and she began swearing at it and shouting all sorts of vengeance at it. She felt violated and used. The next thing, which was very quick, it was off her and was standing to one side of the bottom of her bunk bed, which she had at the time, a light came through the thin gap which was made by the curtains. The light was of different shades of a golden light which also had very small particles inside it, like dust or very small starts which moved around like little bright lights. 

The reptilian creature stood there, it was about 6 ft high, and the witness could feel that it was either proud or happy, maybe both. She tried to sit up as best she could and she spat at it, but the spit just went down her chin, and through her mind she swore again. The creature walked forward and stepped into the light beam, as it did, the feet, then the legs vanished into the light; the more the creature moved forward towards the window, the more or it vanished. When it was gone, the witness felt relaxed, but she could still feel where she was held around her throat. She felt she was raped by the horrendous reptilian creature.

What was going on here? In another bizarre case provided by Rosales from MUFON, the 10-year-old witness and his friends were out playing with what are described as “air soft guns” along a river in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in the summer of 2001. It was sort of like a paintball game, a battle, with both of the boys trying to track each other down and shoot each other, and so the witness found himself hunkered down in some brush waiting to ambush the friend. Listening intently to his surroundings he then heard the crackling of twigs and leaves, and assumed this to be his quarry, yet when he looked he only noticed some branches waving about as if something was going through them. It was odd, since the day had been calm and windless, so the boy could not figure out how the grass and branches could be moving about like that when no one really seemed to be there.

The curious witness then moved closer to the strange anomaly and was surprised to see that branches were snapping and bending as if brushing up against a solid object, but still he could see nothing there to explain it. He blinked his eyes and intently peered at that spot, and suddenly he could see the vague outline of something, described as standing 8 feet tall and with an oval head, the whole of it completely translucent and only visible through a certain angle of light, almost as if it were a faint hologram. The terrified boy then allegedly shouted out in surprise and the entity crouched down into an “attack stance” and stared at him for a few moments, issuing some otherworldly sounds before making a dash for the wooded tree line, crushing brush and bushes as it went. The witness would claim that he would hear those bizarre guttural noises in the surrounding forest near his house on occasion after that, and that a few years later he witnessed a black triangle-shaped UFO with three orange/red lights fly over his house and then shoot into the sky at breathtaking speed.

It is unclear what connection this UFO sighting had to the witness’s strange invisible entity sighting, but a few of the reports Rosales sent along do involve UFOs. One of these is the report from two boys by the names of Denilson and Rafael, who in 2008 were out playing in the Sebastian’s Chapel Square of Jardinopolis, Sao Paolo, Brazil, when they spotted some bright, rotating red and blue lights move over the square towards a nearby field, where they seemed to descend. Gathering some others, the boys warily approached the field, where the anomalous lights could be seen hovering in the air, but even stranger than this were what appeared to be several transparent entities crouched in the field beneath. The report, which comes from Milton Dino Frank Junior, Presidente do Centro de Ufologia Brasileiro, explains of these unearthly creatures:

The creatures were crouching in a horseshoe or U-formation and appear to be “communicating” with each other. The boys were extremely frightened, since they had never seen anything like that before. The boys were convinced that the creatures were not animals, since their behavior was totally different from that of typical farm animals that abounded in the area. The boys explained that the creatures were well-defined but when they changed their viewing angle they were able to see four and up to five creatures, giving some the creatures the appearance of being “invisible” and only becoming visible when the struck by the light rain that was falling at the time. When Cristiano shone his scooter headlight directly on the creatures they disappeared. They could only see the creatures when it was dark. In the darkness they still see the contours of their bodies. The boys estimated the creatures to have been about 1.20 meters in height, with large black oval-shaped eyes, lacking noses or ears, they had a round mouth and their color was dark gray. They hands with fingers but were unable to count how many fingers on each hand. All four youths gave identical description of the creatures.

The boys would claim to have watched these bizarre invisible entities for a full 40 minutes, after which a “red laser point” appeared on one of the boy’s shirt and they could see it was a red beam of light coming from a cylindrical object out on the field, which also happened to have smoke wafting off of it. The terrified boys then perhaps wisely hastily got out of the area, only to come back a few days later to find that all of the bushes and brush in the vicinity of the sighting had turned brown. Many thanks to Albert Rosales for these particular reports.

Moving on to other sources, Lon Strickler’s always excellent site Phantoms and Monsters has quite a few reports along these lines. One was related to Srickler by paranormal author Rosemary Ellen Guiley, and is an account by a witness calling himself simply “Ben,” who had quite the odd tale to tell indeed. Ben claims that he had been living in a house in rural Western Washington State when his odd experiences began in 2016. It all started when he had been out on his property armed with a rifle with the intention of warding off trespassers, possibly drug dealers, who had been prowling around the area at the time. At one point he says he dozed off, and when he woke up he did so to see a humanoid figure 15 feet up in the air in some trees. Guiley would write of Ben’s experience thusly:

It was not solid, but looked like rippled air, similar to the cloak of invisibility portrayed by the alien entity in the Predator films. Its head, neck, and shoulders were outlined, but the rest of it fell away into nothingness. As he stared at this shape, an overwhelming dread seized him, penetrating to the core of his being. He was deathly afraid to move in the slightest way. At last he took off his glasses, wiped them on his shirt, and put them back on. The shape was still there. Ben counted down in his mind from five to zero, and at zero grabbed his belongings and dashed for home. Nothing pursued him, or showed up at the house.

Ben would then go back to the site of this encounter some time later, to find that the whole area was infused with a dark feeling of dread. It was at this time that he would find an L-shaped hole in the ground, as well as some anomalous gashes in the earth, although what connection this had to what he had seen was not clear. Ben would patrol the area on several other occasions and always find that pervading sense of dread, as well as that the temperature always seemed to be significantly lower than the surrounding terrain, but he has yet to see that glimmering entity again. Also from Phantoms and Monsters is a spooky report from a witness in Mission, Texas, who says this happened when he was just 7 years old. He had been living at a mobile home park surrounded by orange groves, lending it a very rural, isolated ambiance. He says that one morning he woke to a strange noise outside his bedroom window, and thinking it was coyotes he glanced outside, yet he did not see anything out of the ordinary. Then a wave of bizarreness would hit all at once, of which the witness says:

I then noticed motion to my left and turned to see a figure standing next to my mothers car. It was an “outline” of a large being, it had to be huge as it was several feet taller than the car. I would guess maybe 6.5 to 7.5 feet. The figure was big and bulky, the shoulders very wide and the legs very thick, but all clearly humanoid shaped. The inside of the outline was very dark shimmering-like light couldn’t escape (the best way I can describe it) but the outline was clearly visible. It turned towards me, and we just stood there looking at each other for several seconds. I don’t know how I knew it could see me, but I did. At this point I did not feel any fear, I was just stunned, trying to understand what I was seeing. It then slowly turned and walked off into the darkness.

At this point I jumped from my bed and ran to my parents room, I woke up my mother and tried to tell her what I had seen, but she insisted it was a “bad dream”. I knew it wasn’t. She got up and continued to get ready for work. She tried to laugh it off but I kept insisting and did not want her to go outside because the big, invisible man would get her I feared. At that point she didn’t want to hear anymore about it. I think I was somewhat in shock and traumatized by the experience. So I said nothing else about it. However, several days later, there was a small article in our local paper “The Monitor” about a local woman who had seen the same EXACT thing I saw, only she reported it to the police. As I recall the article made the woman out to be a “crazy lunatic”. My mother read this article to me, and we both just sat there stunned. She then questioned me about it again and told me not to tell anyone. I suppose she didn’t want to expose me to ridicule. To this day she refuses to talk about the ordeal.

The podcast Expanded Perspectives also has some very strange accounts that seem to fit the theme of some sort of invisibility cloaked humanoid entities. One such account comes from a witness living out near Grand Paris, Louisiana, in a small, backwater town where everyone knows each other. He says that he is an avid bow hunter, and at the time of his brush with the unexplained he had been out on a bow hunting trip with a cousin in the Kisatchie National Forest. At the time they were camping deep in the woods in August far from any trails, scouting for their quarry in a designated hunting area. It was as they sat around the fire one night that odd things would begin to happen, starting with the witness and his friends hearing things out in the brush and seeing a strange glimmering of light that seemed to be circling the camp. They wrote it off to tiredness, and headed out the next morning to continue their hunt, but things would get real strange real fast. The witness explains:

About lunchtime, we stopped and started having some freeze-dried backpacker food, where you just have to add the water. I was using my jet-boil to get the water boiling. It is pretty loud for a pocket stove, so you have some left-over roaring noise in your ears when you turn it off. I shut it off, and poured it in our packets, and then we sat there about to dig in. That is when my life changed forever. My cousin jumped straight up, and freezes, standing there. I looked up from what I was eating, kind of startled, and asked him: “What the hell are you doing?” He didn’t, or rather, couldn’t reply. He just stared at that little clearing about sixty yards from us. I was starting to get that weird feeling that something wasn’t right.

After that night, and all the noises I heard, I could feel all the warning bells going off in my body. Like when you see a snake that you didn’t know was there. Except this feeling was just lingering. So I asked him a second time. He tells me in a shaky, whispering voice: “I see the predator.” Now, at this point I should have laughed or something, but it never crossed my mind. I jumped up and looked with him. No joke man, there it was. Not like in the movie, where you can see the alien thing, but like this man-shaped shimmer. It was about ten or twelve foot up in a tree and it was crouched down. You could clearly tell it was a guy’s shape. I wheeled around and started throwing my lunch stuff in my pack while my cousin kept staring at it. I am really glad he did, because when looking back, if was had been alone, I would have just run and left everything. The packing took me less than sixty seconds.

I had my backpack on and was holding his backpack. I walked back over to where he was, and this thing was still crouched on a limb. So I started thinking “Maybe it is nothing, and we are freaking ourselves out.” Because it hadn’t moved an inch. At that moment, it was like it was reading my thoughts. This thing stands up and drops down off the limb unto the ground. My f…ing heart stops. It was about five feet tall at max, and it was man made exact. When it hit the ground, you could hear it making a sound, like if any of us would jump out of a tree. It then steps back and against the tree it came out off for about five seconds, and then here it came. It moved towards us with a fluid movement of an animal and it covered about ten yards in no time, and slipped behind some small brush and stopped. We grabbed each other and took off.

He says that as they made their retreat, the entity persistently followed them through the wilderness, always remaining at a distance of around 50 feet away, and never making any noise except for its disruption of the vegetation. The man continued their mad dash towards their truck, finally reaching it and speeding out of there. -

He tells what he saw looks like stacks of Reynolds wraps, that clear, clean plastic stuff, except that it was in the shape of a man. It was moving along the shoreline, opposite the river they were hunting on. What he saw was man shaped between five and six feet tall, clear or see-through, except it had distortion along the edges, and the center was noticeable more clear. This phantom thing was moving like it had a purpose. The moment my dad and his friend started watching it, it somehow recognized that, that it was being observed, and it froze in place. It squatted down and watched them back for a bit. Their dogs were acting really strange, super nervous. They were whimpering and wining, and were getting antsy.

My dad and his buddy stood up, holding their guns, and started to go back to the truck. This phantom thing then slid off into the water, and went under. They didn’t know what to say or what to do really. They bee-landed back to the truck, loaded the dogs, and their gear. They were about the head out, when my dad saw the thing in a tree about twenty yards from the truck, just watching them. He hadn’t heard anything, and the dogs had chilled out when they back to the truck. So they had not reason to worry. However, at that moment he got scared, and they hauled ass out of there. He and his buddy didn’t talk about it afterwards.

Another case from Expanded Perspectives comes from a witness named Daniel Velazquez, a construction worker from Seattle, Washington. In August of 2018, he says he was riding in a truck with his boss and another worker on the way to work on the I-5 freeway, and at first it was just a regular commute. That is, until something very surreal caught his attention. He says:

As we were exiting the freeway, I was just sitting back in my seat and as I looked to the right I seen this “Predator” figure moving to its right. I jumped up in my seat and said to my boss “Oh my God do you see that? Look”! I was absolutely stunned! There was a little outcropping of trees and beyond that there were three to four homeless people just going about their business. They seemed to be clueless about the “figure” that was walking about twenty yards in front of them. I was absolutely shocked and did not know what to say or do. I only saw the figure for about four or five seconds, and when I turned to my boss to ask if he is seeing this, and then turned back to where I saw the figure, it was gone or I lost sight of it. It was exactly like the “predator” figure in the movie, not the alien form but the cloaked version. In my 40 years I have never seen anything like that!

What was this thing, if anything? From the forum Hernando’s Hideaway comes a incredible account from commenter claiming to see what he describes as a “cloaked Bigfoot.” The witness says that he has always been an outdoorsman, and would often go hiking in the woods around rural area where he lived, often going to relax at a secluded log out in the forest. The witness describes having gone out to that log numerous times and never having felt anything but peace and quiet, but on this day something would be different. The witness says of the outlandish experience he would have:

This particular day, as I sat on the log, I heard some rustling in the bushes. I felt an uneasiness come over me… as if I was being watched. I could sense the direction it was coming from too. So I stood up and walked slowly to get a better view when I noticed a very large creature that I could see through standing between two trees. I would say it was at least 8 foot tall, maybe more. The body of this creature had a wavy pattern flowing through it, like heat waves that come up from a hot road surface. I could see the forest behind it… through it! The wavy pattern is how I was able to make out it’s form. (There wasn’t anything causing a heat wave anywhere else.)

It just stood there looking at me. I froze for a moment in pure fear that encompassed my entire being! But out of pure fight or flight adrenaline, I finally made my legs move, and I walked a safe distance… then I ran!! I was afraid if I started out running, it would chase me, like they say animals will do. I made it safely back home, and I don’t remember EVER going back into those woods alone after that! I missed going to “my spot”. It was my place to find peace and talk with nature. That “thing” stole it from me!! Since that encounter, I’ve often wondered if this is how Big Foot is so good at avoiding being captured?

Lastly we have a report from Reddit, from a user called “QueenOTheSea,” which seems to have happened not out in some rugged wilderness, but right out in the middle of a busy street. She says that she was 15 years old at the time and being driven to school up a fairly busy road, when she saw what looked like the silhouette of a man just walking along. She says of what happened next:

It looked like the silhouette of a man, but as if he was invisible, as if I could only see him because he was reflecting light and color around him. It’s so strange to describe, it was as if he was made of glass or mirrors, but barely distinguishable from his surroundings, as if he was invisible, but not quite. I remember pushing my mom to force her into turning the car because I was afraid of hitting him. She had gotten back control really quickly and we only swerved a little bit. She had lectured me about it on the way to school. I don’t know why I’m thinking about it today. I looked it up online, trying to describe what I saw best I could, but couldn’t find anything relevant (just a bunch of English reflections on the book The Invisible Man, lol). Perhaps I was young and never actually saw anything, although I remember it very vividly.

It certainly seems that these sorts of reports deserve almost their own category in the world of the weird. What are these cloaked, invisible beings and what are they up to? Are these ghosts, aliens, interdimensional entities, or what? There seems to be no real solid explanation for what these things could be, but the reports are out there, leaving us to wonder what could be behind it all. Are there cloaked humanoids watching us from the shadows with inscrutable purpose, or is this all just tall tales and exaggeration? The answer remains unclear, but it certainly seems to be an area of the paranormal that deserves more attention. Next time you are out in the wild, keep an eye out for any slight shimmer, because you never know what might be watching you.

Mega Structures Found On Jupiter Moon IO In NASA Photo, UFO Sighting News.

I found these structures when looking at a NASA photo of the moon IO. It is a moon of Jupiter. There were two main structures that are visible. One is a giant bowl shape structure that measures over 50 km across! The other is a large structure built into the ground that is over 100km across. These are mega structures and only an ancient intelligent species would be capable of constructing such enormous buildings.

The more we study Mars the weirder it becomes. Which should come as a surprise to no one. It’s an entire planet that’s not Earth. It would be really strange and disappointing if we already figured out Mars’ secrets before we even got over there. Probably the biggest question regarding Mars is whether the red planet ever supported life and if it did in the past, could it still be harboring alien life today? Those in the camp of “duh, of course there are Martians” may have another boost to their argument as a recent NASA press release reveals that the levels of oxygen (which you might know as one of the main things we need to not die) on Mars are behaving rather strangely.

NASA already found that methane levels on Mars act differently than scientists thought they should. Methane is, like oxygen, a “biosignature” gas because it is a byproduct of carbon-based life (put simply, it’s farts). Last year, the Curiosity rover discovered that levels of methane in Mars’ atmosphere fluctuate based on the season, rising dramatically during Mars’ summer and spiking periodically at seemingly random times, for unknown reasons. Coupled with the organic matter that was found on Mars at nearly the same time and some eyebrows were certainly raised.

Breathe deep little buddy.

Now scientists have found that levels of oxygen behave the same bizarre way as the levels of methane, cycling periodically with the greatest concentration during the summer months. NASA’s Curiosity rover analyzed the atmosphere in Mars’ Gale Crater over the course of three years and found that while other atmospheric gasses increased and decreased in line with scientists’ models, oxygen levels rose in the spring and summer months by up to 30% before falling “back to levels predicted by known chemistry.” According to a paper recently published, this suggests that something was producing oxygen and then taking it away. Cue the music.

NASA is far from convinced that the likely source is biological, however. Melissa Trainer, a planetary scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center who led the research says:

“We’re struggling to explain this. The fact that the oxygen behavior isn’t perfectly repeatable every season makes us think that it’s not an issue that has to do with atmospheric dynamics. It has to be some chemical source and sink that we can’t yet account for.”

Oxygen and methane are biosignatures, yes, but they are also present in high concentrations in the Martian soil. Scientists working on the problem say that it is much more likely the cause is geological rather than biological, but so far all of the geological explanations have come up short. Timothy McConnochie, who co-wrote the paper says:

“We have not been able to come up with one process yet that produces the amount of oxygen we need, but we think it has to be something in the surface soil that changes seasonally because there aren’t enough available oxygen atoms in the atmosphere to create the behavior we see.”

So scientists are, at the moment, completely at a loss. Melissa Trainer invites anyone who can help to do so:

“This is the first time where we’re seeing this interesting behavior over multiple years. We don’t totally understand it. For me, this is an open call to all the smart people out there who are interested in this: See what you can come up with.”

Before you go spouting off about how it’s definitely aliens consider this: there would need to be a population of something that springs to life so quickly that it raises oxygen levels by 30% in the course of half a year. That, too, is ridiculous. But who am I to say? It’s Mars. Mars is weird.

This video was brought to my attention by Terrys Theories of Youtube. He posted a video from an eyewitness that caught three unidentified flying objects moving past our moon. The exciting part of this is that when I enlarged the screenshots, I could clearly make out three box like objects. No visible propulsion, wings, or tails which rules out birds. As the UFOs approach the edge of the moon, they tighten closer together. That made me think birds until I made the close up and saw the truth. These are three alien ships.

Anew study says NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) is capable of detecting the mysterious Planet Nine and may have even already spotted it, scientists just need to sift through the data.

In the case of planet Nine, detecting its transit would be impossible, because it wouldn't pass between TESS and the sun. And a single exposure wouldn't reveal an object as faint as planet Nine.

However, the way TESS stares at sections of the sky for long duration's could be combined with an astronomy technique called digital tracking.

If you stack these images, faint objects can become much brighter, revealing objects that would otherwise be hidden.

For the first time in the history of space exploration, scientists have measured the seasonal changes in the gases that fill the air directly above the surface of Gale Crater on Mars.

As a result, they noticed something baffling: oxygen, the gas many Earth creatures use to breathe, behaves in a way that so far scientists cannot explain through any known chemical processes.

Strange UFO Lights Appear in Nighttime Skies Above Utah

A group of strange blinking lights that made an appearance recently in nighttime skies above Utah has since caused alarm among UFO enthusiasts, who are wondering about the reason behind the mysterious event.

The unusual sighting has occurred on the 10th of October in Bountiful, Utah. A resident captured the bizarre incident from his front yard communicating with the Amateur Radio Emergency Services Net, a network of trained, organized volunteers who help in public services during a disaster.

The video has since made the rounds online after it was posted on YouTube page ET Data Base.

The unidentified individual says that it’s crazy what he has seen as he attempts to zoom in on the blinking lights. He admits that the picture is terrible but he points out one light splitting into two, three, four, five, six, and eight.

The incident was reported to the Mutual UFO Network, a non-profit organization based in the US composed of people who study UFO sighting cases. The Utah UFO sighting report is listed as case number 104298.

According to the ET Data Base website, the eyewitness states that before recording the event, he observed around 50 bright orange lights entering the atmosphere over Antelope Island in Davis County from a southerly direction.

He thought a big meteor had broken up in the atmosphere, but then the lights hovered in a cluster and changed direction toward the East. He then saw the group of lights vanished, and a bright, white light was left and hovering in their place. He observed afterward multiple bright white lights blinking in a sequential pattern in a straight line as they were hovering.

The eyewitness further notes that an individual whom he shared his video also showed a cluster of similar orange lights over the ocean along the North Carolina coast.

If you name your baby “Hitler,” you can’t escape the fact that you’ve doomed him (or her, if you’re really strange) to a life of derision at best, hate or violence at worst. However, if you name it Wernher, you may be hoping they associate him with the Wernher von Braun who pioneered rocket technology for NASA, not the same Wernher von Braun who developed the V-2 rocket for Nazi Germany. That may have been the idea behind NASA choosing to name a faraway, snowman-shaped, Kuiper Belt asteroid discovered by the New Horizons spacecraft Ultima Thule.

Pronounced ‘ultima thoo-lee’, the announcement press release explained that: “Thule was a mythical, far-northern island in medieval literature and cartography. Ultima Thule means “beyond Thule”– beyond the borders of the known world.” However, it didn’t take long for the media and neo-Nazis to point out that Thule is believed by some to be the ancient birthplace of the “Aryan race” – a concept first revealed in the Oera Linda Book, which was allegedly discovered in the 1800s and inspired the occultist and racist Thule Society and Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler, the main architect of the Holocaust. Is it any wonder that modern Neo-Nazis adopted this Ultima Thule asteroid as their own?

“Most people don’t hear the word Ultima Thule and think Nazis, Aryan myths, and strange ghostly white people living at the pole.”

Benjamin Teitelbaum, an ethnomusicologist who researched a Scandinavian band called Ultima Thule that taps into this racially charged definition, defended the nickname to Newsweek after it was announced in early 2018. However, he points out (as you may have already discovered for yourself), a quick Google search says otherwise. 20th century philosopher Julius Evola, whom Steve Bannon and other alt-right leaders like to cite, used the term frequently. At the time, Mark Showalter, a planetary astronomer at the SETI Institute and investigator on the New Horizons mission who led the naming process, said the new name for 2014 MU69 was accepted because:

“We’re very, very tired of talking about 2014 MU69. Any name is better than 2014 MU69.”

Well, almost any name. On November 12th, NASA decided enough was enough and gave 214 MU69 a new moniker.

“In a fitting tribute to the farthest flyby ever conducted by spacecraft, the Kuiper Belt object 2014 MU69 has been officially named Arrokoth, a Native American term meaning “sky” in the Powhatan/Algonquian language.

With consent from Powhatan Tribal elders and representatives, NASA’s New Horizons team – whose spacecraft performed the record-breaking reconnaissance of Arrokoth four billion miles from Earth – proposed the name to the International Astronomical Union and Minor Planet Center, the international authority for naming Kuiper Belt objects.”

To link Arrokoth to the asteroid, the announcement points out that the Hubble Space Telescope (at the Space Telescope Science Institute) and the New Horizons mission (at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory) are operated out of the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland, region to the Powhatan people.

The team used this connection to associate the culture of the native peoples who lived in the region where the object was discovered; in this case, both the Hubble Space Telescope (at the Space Telescope Science Institute) and the New Horizons mission (at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory) are operated out of Maryland — a tie to the significance of the Chesapeake Bay region where descendants of the indigenous Powhatan people still reside.

Naming an asteroid Arrokoth shouldn’t be controversial to many people, other than those who preferred the Nazi-connected name. Naming your child Arrokoth shouldn’t doom them to a life of therapy either. Naming your band Arrokoth sounds pretty cool. This looks like a good choice all around.

Between 1896 an and 1897, a famous swarm of airship sightings occurred in the United States.  The initial reports began occurring in November, 1896 over Sacramento, and involved many townsfolk (including some city officials and members of the Sacramento mayor’s staff) claiming to have seen a dark body with a bright illumination resembling an arc light fitted at the front of the craft as it passed overhead in the stormy winter skies.

Several more sightings would occur in the Sacramento area before the airship flap took off toward the east, with sightings continuing throughout the Midwest and southern United States into the middle of 1897. Then, as quickly as the mysterious aerial visitor had appeared, it was gone again.

Scholars on subjects ranging from the history of aviation to UFO sightings debate what these “mystery airships” might have been. Were they actual airships, invented by some clever engineer just years in advance of the earliest successful attempts at manned flight? Were they hoaxes perpetrated by pranksters with fire balloons, and/or bored newspapermen conjuring tall tales, or could there have been something more to the reports?

While the airships of the 1890s remain a mystery, less often mentioned in the literature is the fact that a second, shorter wave of sightings along the pacific coast occurred a little more than a decade later, which bore many characteristics of the 1896-1897 flap.

The earliest report dates to February 1st, 1908, beginning with sightings of a bright light moving through the sky over the Pacific coast. Tacoma area newspapers gave the following description:

“…(a) mysterious flying object described as three times as bright as the planet Jupiter, displaying colors of dark red, pale green, yellow and brilliant white… cruising the evening skies over the region around Tacoma between the hours of 7 and 9 o’clock… Rumors in such towns as Kent, Crays Harbor, and Tacoma had the phenomenon explained as a Japanese airship spying out the Pacific coast. On one occasion something like a rocket was seen discharged from the apparently unknown object.”

Two nights later on the date of February 3rd, the aerial phantom reappeared over Kent, Washington. The object was described as a bright light seen at apparently low altitude in the western sky, and brighter than the planet Jupiter. Weekend observers near Kent watched the light appear between 7 and 9 PM local time on both Saturday and Sunday nights, just as it had appeared over Tacoma two nights earlier.

Many telephone calls to local newspapers were made reporting the appearance of the strange western light. “At times the strange light did not appear to be more than 10 to 12 miles distant,” one newspaper account read. “All sorts of conjectures are ventured as to the mysterious illumination.”

Admittedly, these descriptions don’t seem to preclude the planet Jupiter rising over the western horizon after sundown as a possible explanation. The same was offered of some of the 1896-97 airships, which had similarly first appeared as a bright aerial apparition out over the Pacific; however, the strange light was seen again the following night on February 4th, this time by a group of passengers on the Northern Pacific train at the Fifteenth Street Bridge in Tacoma.

The engineer had been the first to observe the object, looking up to behold “a strange multi-colored light in the evening sky,” which appeared to be traveling from north to south. “So prominent was the light, the trains conductor and some of the passengers left the coaches and ran down the track to get a better look. One person had field glasses and said he discerned a cigar-shaped mass.”

The cigar shaped mass would indeed seem to be something apart from Jupiter’s nightly appearances off over to the west. Little more was said of the Washington airship after this, apart from a peculiarly-worded editorial which discussed capturing the airship “by the usual method of salt on its tail,” having a bit of fun with the reports of the previous several nights.

As to the possibility that some residents had been observing a planet, sky mapping software made available at www.in-the-sky.org indicates that Jupiter would have been positioned relatively high in the sky in the early days of February 1908. However, the planet Venus would have been visible between 7 and 8 PM, disappearing below the western horizon shortly after 8:10 PM local time. The less brilliant planets of Mars and Saturn would have remained visible for several hours before passing below the horizon.

It is possible that some observers shortly after 7 PM might have been observing Venus on its westerly course over the Pacific. Further, the fact that some of the newspaper reports mention that the light appeared “two to three times as bright as Jupiter” would seem to indicate that the object had been observed in some region of the sky apart from Jupiter (which would have appeared overhead as the sky darkened at around this time), and that observers were aware of Jupiter’s location at the time. Venus setting over the western horizon might indeed have appeared brighter than Jupiter; however, it would have had the appearance of moving gradually toward the North, whereas newspaper accounts describe the object “moving slowly from north to south.”

Had the residents of Washington merely seen a bright planet as it passed through the night sky in early February of 1908? Had they still been afflicted with a touch of “airship fever” in the aftermath of events from one decade earlier? Or had there actually been more to the sightings of what at least one observer called “a cigar-shaped mass” to which the unearthly light had been attached?

During the Second World War, many pilots—both Allied and Axis fighters, and above Europe and the Pacific—reported observations of unusual aerial phenomena. Generally appearing as one or more lights, and often reddish in color, these aerial specters would often pace aircraft, flying off to the side, directly in front of, or in pursuit of the observing pilot and crews.

Known today as “Foo Fighters,” there have been a variety of interpretations as to what their ultimate source and nature might have been. Theories range from Nazi experimental weapons (a seemingly unlikely notion, if indeed Axis pilots had observed them as well), to unique varieties of natural luminous phenomenon akin to ball lightning.

Beginning in 2012, the Washington Post featured a number of articles on such phenomenon as “red sprites,” “blue jets,” “elves,” and other odd electrical phenomena of the upper atmosphere, which very likely could explain some of the Foo Fighter reports from the Second World War.

However, there are always the occasional outliers, and as far as Foo Fighters go, while many can most likely be explained as electrical phenomena that would have been virtually unknown at the time of the war, a few reports do seem to point to something more tangible.

One very atypical Foo Fighter report from close to the end of the Second World War was logged by the Eastern Air Command, South East Asia, in its Weekly Intelligence Summary for June 1, 1945. The incident occurred over Truk (known since the end of World War II as the Chuuk State, one of four such states in the Federated States of Micronesia).

“A B-24 of the 11th Bomb Group on a snooper mission over Truk during the early morning hours of 3 May 1945, encountered what may prove to be as baffling a phenomena (sic) as the balls of Ught seen by the B-29s while over the Japanese mainland,” the report states, referencing previous sightings of Foo Fighter-like illuminations observed previously by pilots over the Pacific.

The report then gives the following account of the incident:

“The B-24 first observed two red circles of light approaching the plane from below while still over the Truk atoll. One light was on the right and the other was seen on the left of the B-24. The light on the left side turned back after one and one half hours. The one on the right remained with the bomber until the B-24 was only 10 miles from Guam. From the time that the B-24 left the atoll, the light never left its position on the right side. It was reported by the crew members as sometimes ahead, sometimes behind, and sometimes longside the B-24 and always about 1200 to 1500 yds distant.

The light followed the B-24 in dives from 11,000 to 3,000 feet, through sharp course changes and even brief cloud cover always keeping its same relative position and distance. At one time, the pilot turned into the light and he definitely reports no closure occurring. During the night, high cirrus clouds masked the moonlight and no part of the object was observed except the light.”

This statement is curious, in that the report seems to indicate that while only the light produced by the object could be seen at night, in daylight there seemed to be more of it that became visible. Had the report left us with no more than this, it would indeed have proven to be a tantalizing—and frustrating—case where limited details leave far too much to the interpretation of the reader.

However, in the final line from the report, we do glean this much more about the strange aircraft that had been escorting the B-24: “At daybreak, the light changed to a steady white glow and a possible wing shape with a silver glow was noted by some members of the crew.”

Indeed, this description of a “wing shape” possessing a “silver glow” (metallic reflection?) would seem to be quite different from the essentially nebulous reports of ball lightning-like manifestations that comprise most Foo Fighter observations. Here, we appear to have a description of what sounds like an object that was being observed producing the illumination.

If the details given in this report do represent a physical object or aircraft that had been producing the light, it raises a number of questions. What had the “aircraft” been, and could other Foo Fighter reports (which occurred mostly at night) have possessed similar attributes, particularly if the observers had managed to see the object in daylight, as the crew here had done?

Excited by the mystery of a famous video captured in Turkey over a decade ago, some citizens over the internet processed it through a stabilization tool, revealing strange images that could bewilder even seasoned ufologists.

The enigma started back when a Turkish night guard Yalcin Yalman began recording a video of bright, crescent-shaped objects that appeared and regularly hovered over the Marmara Sea close to the resort village of Kumburgaz in 2008.

His pastime made him famous as a UFO spotter, and his videos immediately went viral because of their authenticity confirmed by several experts and witnesses who saw similar objects at the time of recording.

The device Yalman used was not impressive at all because the original videos were very shaky. When zoomed in or out, the quality and definition of the unstabilized recording dropped significantly. It led some skeptics to suggest the UFO was an American stealth drone or other advanced aircraft.

The Kumburgaz videos were stabilized many times, including the last one surfacing online just this week. YouTube channel Unidentified Aerial Phenomena made it available on the video-sharing site. Adobe Premiere video editing tool was used for video stabilization to try solving the mystery of the greenish dots in the center of the lit-up crescent.

Many netizens hailed the clip of its high definition and outstanding quality as they noticed a striking resemblance between the perceived look of aliens and the magnified dots.

Ancient nanostructures found in Ural mountains are out of place and time

An Oopart (out of place artifact) is a term applied to dozens of prehistoric objects found in various places around the world that, given their level of technology, are completely at odds with their determined age based on physical, chemical, and/or geological evidence. Ooparts often are frustrating to conventional scientists and a delight to adventurous investigators and individuals interested in alternative scientific theories.

In 1991, the appearance of extremely tiny, coil-shaped artifacts found near the banks of Russia’s Kozhim, Narada, and Balbanyu rivers brought about a debate that has continued to this day. These mysterious and minuscule structures suggest that there may have been a culture capable of developing nanotechnology 300,000 years ago.

These manufactured coils were initially discovered during geological research associated with the extraction of gold in the Ural mountains. These pieces include coils, spirals, shafts, and other unidentified components.

According to an analysis from the Russian Academy of Sciences in Syktyvkar, the largest pieces found are mostly copper, while the smallest are made of tungsten and molybdenum.

While the largest of these objects measure 1.18 inches, the smallest are only 1/10,000th of an inch, and many exhibit Golden Mean proportions. Their shape suggests that they are manufactured and not naturally occurring metal fragments. In fact, they have been found to closely resemble the same miniature components of contemporary nanotechnology.

Though some have asserted that these tiny structures are merely debris left behind from test rockets being launched from nearby Plesetsk space station, a report from the Moscow Institute determined that they are far too old to have come from modern manufacturing.

In 1996, Dr. E.W. Matvejeva, from the Central Scientific Research Department of Geology and Exploitation of Precious Metals in Moscow, writes that, despite being thousands of years old, the components are of a technological origin.

The pieces were found at a depth between 10 and 40 feet, in a geological stratus between 20,000 and 318,000 years old.

How were humans able to manufacture such tiny components in the distant past, and what were they used for? Some believe that the coils prove the human race enjoyed a sophisticated level of technology in the Pleistocene era, while others assert that the findings are the work of extra-terrestrials.

The artifacts have been studied at four different facilities in Helsinki, St. Petersburg, and Moscow. However, further research into these tiny structures seems to have ended in 1999 with the death of Dr. Johannes Fiebag, a principal researcher of the find.

Five men who served in the US Navy have come forward to say they witnessed the mysterious 'Tic Tac'-shaped, unidentified flying objects that harassed and outperformed fighter jets off the coast of Southern California in 2004.

The witnesses also claim that two mysterious individuals confiscated videos of the incident, and that all other evidence at the time was wiped from data recording equipment. 

Gary Voorhis, Jason Turner, Patrick Hughes, Ryan Weigelt and Kevin Day say they were enlisted in the Navy when the USS Nimitz UFO encounters happened in November 2004.

Previously, the mysterious incident was only backed by a grainy, black-and-white video taken by fighter jets when they encountered what the Navy acknowledged was an 'unidentified aerial phenomena', and an eyewitness account given by one of the pilots of the aircraft, reports Popular Mechanics. 

That witness, Navy Commander David Fravor, has expressed doubt over the accuracy of the stories the five have told about the incident. 

In response, the five say its disappointing to learn Fravor believes their accounts are inaccurate. However, they stand by their claims and insist the only reason they went public was to support Fravor and their fellow sailors. 

'That's what it's always been about since day one,' Turner, a former petty officer aboard the USS Princeton says. 

Voorhis, also a petty officer on the Princeton, which was a part of the USS Nimitz carrier group, said he heard radar technicians on the vessel saying they were getting 'ghost tracks' and 'clutter on the radar, reports Popular Mechanics.

As the only system technician on board, Voorhis said a possible malfunction was a concern and that the high-tech hardware was recalibrated because of what was assumed were false radar returns.

'Once we finished all the recalibration and brought it back up, the tracks were actually sharper and clearer', Voorhis says. 

'Sometimes they'd be at an altitude of 80,000 or 60,000 feet. Other times they'd be around 30,000 feet, going like 100 knots', he recalls of the radar readings. 

Day, who was in the Princeton's Combat Information Center serving as an operations specialist senior chief, was watching over the airspace, in charge of protecting the strike group. 

'My job was to man the radars and ID everything that flew in the skies', Day said in the documentary film The Nimitz Encounters.

Day said that on or around November 10, about 100 miles off the coast of San Diego, he noticed 'weird' radar tracks near the area of San Clemente Island.

'The reason why I say they're weird [is] because they were appearing in groups of five to 10 at a time and they were pretty closely spaced to each other. And there were 28,000 feet going a hundred knots tracking south,' Day said in the documentary.

Weigelt, in a YouTube clip, who at the time was the former leading petty officer and power plant specialist for an SH-60B 'Seahawk' helicopter, remember hearing Day's name being called over the Princeton's communications system.

'Senior Chief Day, his name, was being called over the comms, no bulls**t, every two minutes', Weigelt said. 'I recall hearing something, like a big, real-world scenario was going on, but I just didn't really understand'.

Voorhis added that he caught a glimpse of the ships' advanced tracking systems to look at the objects.

'When they'd show up on radar', Voorhis says, 'I'd get the relative bearing and then run up to the bridge and look through a pair of heavily magnified binoculars in the direction the returns were coming from'.

The objects were too far away for Voorhis to get a good look, but he could still tell they were moving erratically. 

'I couldn't make out details, but they'd just be hovering there, then all of a sudden, in an instant, they'd dart off to another direction and stop again', Voorhis says. 'At night, they'd give off a kind of a phosphorus glow and were a little easier to see than in the day'.

Around November 14, the objects had been tracked for about a week, Popular Mechanics reports. 

With an air defense exercise scheduled that day, Day says he convinced his commanding officer to intercept what was showing up on the radar readings, which is how Fravor was sent on to make his encounter with what an unofficial 'executive summary' would describe as an object with elongated egg or a 'Tic Tac' shape. It was approximately 46 feet in length.

Unable to see even with high-powered binoculars, Voorhis, Day and others on the Princeton had to listen to live communications of the incident. The objects managed to elude the fighter jets with 'an advanced acceleration, aerodynamic, and propulsion capability'. 

Fravor and his wingman, unable to keep up with the 'Tic Tac', returned to the Nimitz. Lieutenant Chad Underwood, on a follow up flight, successfully took a grainy, black and white video of the objects.

Turner, however, says he saw videos of the objects doing their impossible maneuvers that were not  part of Underwood's footage.

'This thing was going berserk, like making turns. It's incredible the amount of g forces that it would put on a human. It made a maneuver, like they were chasing it straight on, it was going with them, then this thing stopped turning, just gone. In an instant', he recalls. 

'The video you see now, that's just a small snippet in the beginning of the whole video. But this thing, it was so much more than what you see in this video'.

By chance, Weigelt inside the Princeton's CIC says he saw video footage of an F/A-18 trying to keep up with the elusive Tic Tac, Popular Mechanics reports. He too says the footage was longer than what shows on Underwood's video.

'I was in there for quite a while and it was on the screen the whole time. I could not tell you how long, but it was playing when I went into combat and it was playing when I left,' Weigelt said in a YouTube interview.

Voorhis also recalls longer video footage, he tells Popular Mechanics.

'I definitely saw video that was roughly 8 to 10 minutes long and a lot more clear', he says. Voorhis was convinced the objects were not conventional aircraft.

'Umm, no!' he says with a laugh. 'In the video I saw, you got a good sense of how the pilot was having a difficult time trying to keep up with this thing. It kept making tight, right angle turns.'

On board the Nimitz, Hughes, a petty officer, was unaware of the objects.

Instead, as an aviation technician, he was focused on his job of securing hard drive data recorders from early warning aircraft, the E-2 Hawkeye.

'We call them bricks, but they contain the software to run the airplane and they also record or can record a lot of the data that the air crew sees during the flight', said Hughes in a YouTube interview.

He was performing the routine task on November 14, he says, unaware that the drives he was securing had come from the Hawkeye Day first sent to intercept the mysterious objects.

After the data bricks were secured, Hughes said his commanding officer came to him with two unknown individuals.

'They were not on the ship earlier, and I didn't see them come on. I'm not sure how they got there', said Hughes of the two men.

The commanding officer ordered Hughes to turn over the secured drives.

'We put them in the bags, he took them, then he and the two anonymous officers left', Hughes says, Popular Mechanics reports.

Meanwhile, Voorhis had a similar experience on board the Princeton.

'These two guys show up on a helicopter, which wasn't uncommon, but shortly after they arrived, maybe 20 minutes, I was told by my chain of command to turn over all the data recordings', says Voorhis.

He says he also was told to reload recorders for the ship's Combat Engagement Center, because it had been wiped clean, along with optical drives that had all the radio communications.

'They even told me to erase everything that's in the shop—even the blank tapes'.

On the flight deck, Weigel says the two men had arrived on a helicopter wearing generic flight suits. They later boarded one of his detachment's SH-60B choppers, flew away and returned later with 'a bunch of bags', he says.

Both men went into the 'Admiral's Quarters' on board the Princeton and a guard was staged outside of the door.

Fravor, in a January interview on The Fighter Pilot Podcast, confirms that his squadron's video tapes of the Tic Tac incident had mysteriously vanished, but that he thought they were accidentally erased.

'You know how it is when you go to and from cruise', Fravor said. 'Someone goes, 'What are these? Hey, they look like blank 8mm tapes. We'll just use them'.

While acknowledging the disappearance of data records, Fravor has taken issue with the five sailors and their stories, insisting that only he and the three other pilots were the true witnesses.

While speaking at the McMenamin's UFO festival in May, Fravor said no one signed non-disclosure agreements and that there were no 'men in suits' who had shown up on the ships.

'There's still groups of people making stuff up, like someone came out on ours and was talking about, he's like, I saw the whole video, the whole video is like 10 minutes long and it was doing all this. That's bulls--t', he said on the podcast, Joe Rogan Experience on October 5.

The pilot says that as one of the top 20 highest ranking members of the carrier group, and he would have known about any formal investigation.

'Okay, I'll give you credit, if they did, why wouldn't they show up and talk to the guys who witnessed it, chased it, and one of the senior guys in the battle group'? Fravor asked.

Voorhis says he noticed the objects far off in the distance, but that he did not see Fravor's intercept. 'His intercept? Nope, we were too far away, plus I would not have known about it or the bearing of it. Just that it was happening'.

Hughes, in The Nimitz Encounters documentary, claims a friend and aircrew member on the E-2 Hawkeye aircraft admitted he did sign an NDA about the incident. The claim wasn't verified by Popular Mechanics. No witnesses interviewed by the news outlet said they had signed the agreements.

Fravor's version of the encounter has him and Lieutenant Commander Jim Slaight flying about 100 miles off the coast of San Diego in each of their F/A-18F Super Hornets carrying two CATM-9s in November of 2004. 

Fravor told the New York Times that the operations officer aboard the Princeton had been communicating with the pair during their mission and said, 'Well, we've got a real-world vector for you'. 

The operator said for the past two weeks the Navy cruiser had been tracking mysterious aircraft. The objects would first appear at 80,000 feet, and then speed toward the sea before stopping at 20,000 feet and hovering. They then either shot back up into the sky or dropped off of radar.

Fravor and Slaight were instructed to investigate the objects by the radio operator on the Navy cruiser.

The two pilots followed their instructions and as they closed in, they were alerted by the operator that they could not tell which were the objects and which were the fighter jets.

At first, Fravor nor Slaight could see anything and nothing was on their radars.

But then Fravor looked down to the sea and noticed that the waves were breaking over something below the surface, causing the sea to churn. Hovering about 50 feet above the churn was an aircraft of some sort that was whitish, 40 feet long and oval in shape, Fravor recounted.

He described to the Times that it was jumping erratically but not moving in any specific direction. Fravor began a circular descent in an effort to get a closer look, but the object began ascending toward him as if it were trying to meet him halfway, he explained.

He then abandoned his slow circular descent and decided to fly straight towards the object. But then he said it quickly flew away.

'It accelerated like nothing I've ever seen', he told the Times before adding that he was 'pretty weirded out'.

Fravor and Slaight then spoke with the operations officer on their Navy cruiser and were told to fly to a rendezvous point about 60 miles away, which is called the cap point in aviation parlance.

As they were flying, the Princeton radioed again saying that radar had picked up the strange aircraft. 'Sir, you won't believe it', the radio operator said, 'but that thing is at your cap point'.

'We were at least 40 miles away, and in less than a minute this thing was already at our cap point', Fravor said.

Once they arrived, the object had disappeared and the two fighter jets returned to the Nimitz. Fravor said that he was made fun of after people aboard the ship had learned of his encounter.

A sixth witness, who asked to remain anonymous and was unaware that five new witnesses had come forward, also confirmed what had happened regarding the objects.

'I do remember the events of 2004 very well', says the witness, who at the time was an Operations Specialist aboard the Princeton. 'The decision was made to scramble two fighter jets to investigate. From what the pilots described, the movement of the UFO was defying the laws of physics'.

Popular Mechanics didn't provide the witness with any of the previous claims.

'What really made this incident alarming was when a Blackhawk helicopter landed on our ship and took all our information from the top secret rooms', the witness says. 

'We were all pretty shocked and it was an unspoken rule not to talk about it because we had secret clearances and didn't want to jeopardize our careers'.

Lost ‘Atlantean Treasures’ Unearthed in Crete

Archaeologists have discovered large quantities of treasure, which may be called ‘Atlantean treasures,’ in ancient Minoan-era buildings in Crete. Excavations conducted this year by Lasithi Antiquities Ephorate on the western part of the islet Chryssi, a municipality of Ierapetra, eastern Crete, have unearthed an ancient Minoan settlement, which according to the Greek Ministry of Culture , supported a “flourishing economy” so advanced it had built stone tanks in which marine species were cultivated.

According to Greek City Times , archaeologists discovered “a big building” with many rooms dating to the Early Minoan to Late Minoan Era around 1800-1500 BC. Broken murex shells were discovered in the residences’ rooms. Ancient people used this for the industrial production of “ purple paint ” and this single discovery proved to the researchers that purple dye manufacture occurred much earlier than previously thought.

Minoan Treasure Hoard

The archaeologists reported that the first room they discovered back in 2018 was probably a warehouse. But this year, two further rooms were excavated in which a long inventory of “ treasures” were found. The Greek Ministry report listed: a gold ring, 26 golden beads, and a gold bracelet. There were also five copper bracelets and a copper ring; and among the heaps of glass beads four were colored “ Egyptian blue ” and 10 were crafted from lapis lazuli . An agate seal was found displaying a ship with an animal’s head as a stern and a monkey was also found carved into a stone amulet.

The nature of these 3,500-year-old artifacts tells the archaeologists that they had once belonged to “ aristocratic members of society.” And in another treasury they found a large saw and three cooper vases weighing a total of 68 kg (149.91 lbs.) including the largest example ever found in Crete. Inside one of the vases the rare discovery was made of a tin ‘talent’ (unit of weight) which is only the second one ever found in Crete.

Atlantean Treasures?

By now many of you will be tapping your fingers briskly, thinking to yourselves “so where are the artifacts from the lost continent of Atlantis?” This ancient advanced island-dwelling civilization was first mentioned in 355 BC by the Greek philosopher Plato in his book ‘ Timaeus,’ in which a character named Kritias gives an account of “Atlantis” existing more than “9,000 years before his time” and located beyond the Pillars of Hercules. This story, claimed Kritias, was told in his family for many generations since it was first received by his ancestor, Solon, from a priest during a visit to Egypt.

However, according to Atlantipedia, many archaeologists support The Minoan Hypothesis, including  K.T. Frost, a professor of history at Queen's University in Belfast; archaeologist Spyridon Marinatos, and seismologist A.G. Galanopoulos. Essentially, this theory points towards the island of Crete in the Mediterranean Sea as the inspiration for Atlantis, which around 1500 BC saw the collapse of the Minoan Empire , right at the same time this newly discovered settlement was fully functional.

Lost Nation, Misinterpretation?

The Minoan Hypothesis is not without its criticism, for example, how did Plato get the location and time so wrong - 10 times wrong? Scholar A.G. Galanopoulos suggested a translation mistake from Egyptian to Greek caused an extra zero to be added, meaning “900 years ago” became 9000 years ago. What’s more, the distance from Egypt to Atlantis became 250 miles (402.34 km) from Plato's 2,500 miles (4023.36 km). Therefore, if this theory stands up, the new discoveries made in Crete could be called “Atlantean.”

While not everyone accepts the Minoan Crete theory of the story of Atlantis, a convincing case is made by National Geographic in an article discussing the collapse of the Minoan civilization in the late 15th century BC. One popular theory is that the volcano on Thera (modern-day Santorini) exploded around the 16th century BC “killing thousands” and burying cities, leading to the collapse of Crete.

Stories of the Minoan decline are believed to have transformed into the legends of Atlantis as described by the Greek philosopher Plato, but many archaeologists argue that Crete’s cities were unaffected for several generations after the volcano.

Minoan Echoes

The Minoan culture flourished from 2700 BC until it began declining around 1450 BC and finally ending around 1100 BC, and it was what is called the first “ advanced civilization ” of Europe to develop massive building complexes, make wide ranges of tools, create stunning artwork and writing systems, and control a massive network of maritime trade.

Around the time this newly discovered settlement thrived, in the mid-15th century BC, archaeologists have found evidence of an invasion, including several burned palaces in central and southern Crete, and signs that many settlements were abandoned shortly thereafter. Despite its abrupt ending, the influence of Crete penetrated through time and heavily influenced the Mycenaean Greeks , who adopted the Cretan writing system , Linear B, which became the basis for the Greek language.

Thus, Greek culture. And therefore, every glass, gold, and silver bead discovered on the islet Chryssi are indeed “treasures.” Maybe even Atlantean treasures .

New Evidence That An Extraterrestrial Collision 12,800 Years Ago Triggered An Abrupt Climate Change for Earth

What kicked off the Earth's rapid cooling 12,800 years ago?

In the space of just a couple of years, average temperatures abruptly dropped, resulting in temperatures as much as 14 degrees Fahrenheit cooler in some regions of the Northern Hemisphere. If a drop like that happened today, it would mean the average temperature of Miami Beach would quickly change to that of current Montreal, Canada. Layers of ice in Greenland show that this cool period in the Northern Hemisphere lasted about 1,400 years.

This climate event, called the Younger Dryas by scientists, marked the beginning of a decline in ice-age megafauna, such as mammoth and mastodon, eventually leading to extinction of more than 35 genera of animals across North America. Although disputed, some research suggests that Younger Dryas environmental changes led to a population decline among the Native Americans known for their distinctive Clovis spear points.

Conventional geologic wisdom blames the Younger Dryas on the failure of glacial ice dams holding back huge lakes in central North America and the sudden, massive blast of freshwater they released into the north Atlantic. This freshwater influx shut down ocean circulation and ended up cooling the climate.

Some geologists, however, subscribe to what is called the impact hypothesis: the idea that a fragmented comet or asteroid collided with the Earth 12,800 years ago and caused this abrupt climate event. Along with disrupting the glacial ice-sheet and shutting down ocean currents, this hypothesis holds that the extraterrestrial impact also triggered an "impact winter" by setting off massive wildfires that blocked sunlight with their smoke.

The evidence is mounting that the cause of the Younger Dryas' cooling climate came from outer space. My own recent fieldwork at a South Carolina lake that has been around for at least 20,000 years adds to the growing pile of evidence.

What would an Earth impact leave behind?

Around the globe, scientists analyzing ocean, lake, terrestrial and ice core records have identified large peaks in particles associated with burning, such as charcoal and soot, right at the time the Younger Dryas kicked in. These would be natural results of the cataclysmic wildfires you would expect to see in the wake of Earth taking an extraterrestrial hit. As much as 10% of global forests and grasslands may have burned at this time.

Looking for more clues, researchers have pored through the widely distributed Younger Dryas Boundary stratigraphic layer. That's a distinctive layer of sediments laid down over a given period of time by processes like large floods or movement of sediment by wind or water. If you imagine the surface of the Earth as like a cake, the Younger Dryas Boundary is the layer that was frosted onto its surface 12,800 years ago, subsequently covered by other layers over the millennia.

In the last few years, scientists have found a variety of exotic impact-related materials in the Younger Dryas Boundary layer all over the globe.

These include high-temperature iron and silica-rich tiny magnetic spheres, nanodiamonds, soot, high-temperature melt-glass, and elevated concentrations of nickel, osmium, iridium and platinum.

While many studies have provided evidence supporting the Younger Dryas impact, others have failed to replicate evidence. Some have suggested that materials such as microspherules and nanodiamonds can be formed by other processes and do not require the impact of a comet or asteroid.

A view of 12,800 years ago from White Pond

In the southeastern United States, there are no ice cores to turn to in the quest for ancient climate data. Instead, geologists and archaeologists like me can look to natural lakes. They accumulate sediments over time, preserving layer by layer a record of past climate and environmental conditions.

White Pond is one such natural lake, situated in southern Kershaw County, South Carolina. It covers nearly 26 hectares and is generally shallow, less than 2 meters even at its deepest portions. Within the lake itself, peat and organic-rich mud and silt deposits upwards of 6-meters thick have accumulated at least since the peak of the last ice age more than 20,000 years ago.

So in 2016, my colleagues and I extracted sediment from the bottom of White Pond. Using 4-meter-long tubes, we were able to preserve the order and integrity of the many sediment layers that have accumulated over the eons.

Based on preserved seeds and wood charcoal that we radiocarbon dated, my team determined there was about a 10-centimeter thick layer that dated to the Younger Dryas Boundary, from between 12,835 and 12,735 years ago. That is where we concentrated our hunt for evidence of an extraterrestrial impact.

We were particularly looking for platinum. This dense metal is present in the Earth's crust only at very low concentrations but is common in comets and asteroids. Previous research had identified a large "platinum anomaly" – widespread elevated levels of platinum, consistent with a global extraterrestrial impact source in Younger Dryas layers from Greenland ice cores as well as across North and South America.

Most recently, the Younger Dryas platinum anomaly has been found in South Africa. This discovery significantly extends the geographic range of the anomaly and adds support to the idea that the Younger Dryas impact was indeed a global event.

Volcanic eruptions are another possible source of platinum, but Younger Dryas Boundary sites with elevated platinum do not have other markers of large-scale volcanism.

More evidence of an extraterrestrial impact

In the White Pond samples, we did indeed find high levels of platinum. The sediments also had an unusual ratio of platinum to palladium.

Both of these rare earth elements occur naturally in very small quantities. The fact that there was so much more platinum than palladium suggests that the extra platinum came from an outside source, such as atmospheric fallout in the aftermath of an extraterrestrial impact.

My team also found a large increase in soot, indicative of large-scale regional wildfires. Additionally, the amount of fungal spores that are usually associated with the dung of large herbivores decreased in this layer compared to previous time periods, suggesting a sudden decline in ice-age megafauna in the region at this time.

While my colleagues and I can show that the platinum and soot anomalies and fungal spore decline all happened at the same time, we cannot prove a cause.

The data from White Pond are, however, consistent with the growing body of evidence that a comet or asteroid collision caused continent-scale environmental calamity 12,800 years ago, via vast burning and a brief impact winter. The climate change associated with the Younger Dryas, megafaunal extinctions and temporary declines or shifts in early Clovis hunter-gatherer populations in North America at this time may have their origins in space.

A White Pond sediment core is like a timeline of the stratigraphic layers. What researchers found in each layer provides hints of climate and environment at that time.

And New Horizons team members discovered Arrokoth using NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, which is operated by the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore. The scientists also relied heavily on Hubble observations to plan the flybys of both Arrokoth and Pluto. 

The epic Pluto encounter, which took place in July 2015, was the centerpiece of New Horizons' primary mission. The flyby of Arrokoth was the focus of the probe's extended mission, and it occurred when New Horizons was about 4 billion miles (6.4 billion kilometers) from Earth. 

Arrokoth, which the New Horizons team nicknamed "Ultima Thule," is one of many frigid bodies way out in the Kuiper Belt, the solar system's "third zone" beyond Neptune's orbit. Small Kuiper Belt objects such as Arrokoth are time capsules of a sort, having existed more or less unchanged for more than 4 billion years, scientists say. (New Horizons found that the much larger Pluto, by contrast, shows signs of relatively recent geological activity.)

"Data from the newly named Arrokoth has given us clues about the formation of planets and our cosmic origins," New Horizons team member Marc Buie, also of SwRI, said in the same statement. "We believe this ancient body, composed of two distinct lobes that merged into one entity, may harbor answers that contribute to our understanding of the origin of life on Earth."

According to conventions established by the International Astronomical Union (IAU), the discoverers of a cosmic body have the privilege of naming it. The New Horizons team got the consent of Powhatan tribal representatives before proposing Arrokoth to the IAU, NASA officials said. And Rev. Nick Miles of the Pamunkey Tribe, which was part of the original Powhatan Confederacy, opened the Arrokoth naming ceremony at NASA headquarters today with a traditional Algonquian song. 

"We graciously accept this gift from the Powhatan people," Lori Glaze, director of NASA's Planetary Science Division, said in the same statement. 

"Bestowing the name Arrokoth signifies the strength and endurance of the indigenous Algonquian people of the Chesapeake region," Glaze added. "Their heritage continues to be a guiding light for all who search for meaning and understanding of the origins of the universe and the celestial connection of humanity."

1st Methane, Now Oxygen: Another Possible 'Biosignature' Gas Is Acting Weird on Mars

Another possible biosignature gas is behaving strangely in Mars' air.

We already knew, thanks to NASA's Curiosity Mars rover, that methane levels in the 96-mile-wide (154 kilometers) Gale Crater rise significantly during the summer months and that concentrations of the gas have spiked dramatically several times over the past few years, for unknown reasons. And now, a new study reports that the six-wheeled robot has observed something similar with oxygen, another potential sign of life. 

"We're beginning to see this tantalizing correlation between methane and oxygen for a good part of the Mars year," study co-author Sushil Atreya, a professor of climate and space sciences at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, said in a statement. "I think there's something to it. I just don't have the answers yet. Nobody does."

The newly reported results come courtesy of Curiosity's Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument, a small chemistry lab that the rover carries on its body. The mission team has been using SAM to characterize the Red Planet's atmosphere and analyze samples of dirt and drilled rock since Curiosity landed inside Gale Crater in August 2012.

The new study, which was published online Tuesday (Nov. 12) in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Planets, provides a detailed look at the SAM atmospheric measurements from 2012 to 2017. The data show that the air inside Gale Crater is 95% carbon dioxide (CO2) by volume, 2.6% molecular nitrogen (N2), 1.9% argon (Ar), 0.16% molecular oxygen (O2) and 0.06% carbon monoxide (CO). 

There are no surprises in those numbers. But the team found that O2 levels don't follow the same seasonal patterns as those other gases, rising considerably higher than predicted in the spring and summer and falling below expected levels during the Gale Crater winter.

And that was definitely a surprise.

"The first time we saw that, it was just mind-boggling," Atreya said.

The researchers checked and rechecked SAM's accuracy, determining that the instrument is working just fine. And they investigated multiple possible explanations but didn't find one that bears up under scrutiny. For example, the summer O2 boost could theoretically result from the splitting of CO2 or water molecules in Mars' atmosphere. But it would take five times more water in the air than has been observed to make that happen, study team members said, and CO2 doesn't break apart with the requisite speed.

So the O2 variation, like the methane fluctuations, remains mysterious for now.

"We're struggling to explain this," study leader Melissa Trainer, a planetary scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, said in the same statement. "The fact that the oxygen behavior isn't perfectly repeatable every season makes us think that it's not an issue that has to do with atmospheric dynamics. It has to be some chemical source and sink that we can't yet account for."

The behavior of oxygen in Gale Crater tracks closely with that of methane, NASA's Curiosity Mars rover mission has found.

But the mystery does not justify jumping to the conclusion that Mars microbes are involved, the scientists stressed. Indeed, some kind of geological process is likely responsible, study team members said. (Both methane and oxygen can be produced by abiotic and biological processes.)

Curiosity is not equipped to determine whether oxygen or methane was produced by living creatures. But more data could shed additional light on this Mars mystery, and SAM will keep sniffing the Red Planet air.

"For me, this is an open call to all the smart people out there who are interested in this: See what you can come up with," Trainer said.

I was searching a Mars photo and found some really interesting alien artifacts. These objects are very old and worn from erosion from wind and time, but they are still easy to make out. 

I found a face of a person. It looks male, with a war helmet on that goes far down its neck and shoulders. There was a landed alien ship on a hilltop. It stood on three leges and its engines almost look like jet engines in design. There was a door and doorway into a small structure. This door is not more than 7 inches tall and yet, it would fit the human like statues I have found over the years. I also found another landed ship, but its viewed from its side and has no landing gear down, but instead sits on its belly. I found a huge gun sticking out the top of the hill. The outline of it makes it look very modern and what you would normally see on a Navy battleship. 

Its more than obvious that NASA is not doing the job that they are being paid to do. I don't believe NASA ever intends on telling the public the truth. They will hold it back until the day private ships travel to Mars and release the truth of what they find. Until then...never trust NASA, because what I show you here is 100% proof of ancient alien life on Mars.

This just in from MUFON. A report of a black triangle craft buzzing around the famous Blue Angels. The black triangle is seen in all the photos and does change distance from the jets. In one photo (above) you see it came so close to the nose of a jet that it could have easily hit the aircraft by accident. I believe aliens are interested most in the technology that humans have and use. This info allows aliens to more accurately predict the future of humanity. The Blue Angels are some of the most high tech jets with the worlds most skilled pilots. Of course aliens would have interest in scanning them...and I also believe that the UFO was also racing them, like a test of skill of both crafts and pilots. Yes, some species of aliens have huge egos and being better than other species seems to be of the utmost importance.

I was doing a job just south of Moody AFB when an air show was going on. We saw the Blue Angles flying around and a few minutes later we heard the planes coming towards us again so I got my phone out to take some video. I was bad at using the phone quick enough to get to video mode so i took several still photos. We were excited to see the Famous Blue Angels show plane planes that close to us. When I got home that day I took a look at the photos to show off what we had the pleasure of seeing that day. I then zoomed in to see the planes close up as possible and WHAM. I could not believe that there was an object in the photos that was flying near the Blue Angles group. I know good and well they would not have anything in the same airspace as them. No Way The object could only be seen after I zoomed in on the photos. We did not see the object during the live event. I zoomed in on all 4 photos I took and the object is in them all and it was definitely moving as were the planes. You will see in all 4 pics the UFO object i noticed.

The Navy UFO Witnesses Speak Out - PART I

The Witnesses

These men also share a connection of being witnesses to one of the most compelling UFO cases in modern history: the Nimitz UFO Encounters, an event that the Navy recently confirmed indeed involved “unidentified aerial phenomena.”

Largely overshadowed by a grainy black-and-white video, and a former Topgun fighter pilot eyewitness, these veterans offer new and intriguing details on what occurred with the Navy’s Strike Carrier Group-11 as it sailed roughly 100 miles off the Southern California coast in 2004—details that a former career intelligence agent who investigated the Nimitz Encounter while at the Pentagon can neither confirm, deny, or even discuss with Popular Mechanics.

Ultimately, these five men—the “other” Nimitz witnesses—could be key to understanding an event that a leading aviation defense expert says “likely wasn’t ours.”

So whose was it?

THE INTERCEPT

Stationed on the USS Princeton, a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser, as the Nimitz carrier group went underway in early November 2004 for a routine training exercise, this would be the last time former Petty Officer 3rd Class Gary Voorhis would set sail aboard a Navy vessel.

Having already done almost six years in the Navy, including two combat tours, Voorhis was ready to transition to life outside the world of passionless grey metal hulls and vast leavening seas.

“The group was going to be deploying in a few months and there was a bunch of new systems, like the Spy-1 Bravo radar,” Voorhis tells Popular Mechanics. “It was really about getting all the kinks out.”

While chatting with some of the Princeton’s radar techs, Voorhis says he heard they were getting “ghost tracks” and “clutter” on the radars. For Voorhis, the Princeton’s only system technician for the state-of-the-art Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) and AEGIS Combat System, news of these systems possibly malfunctioning was especially concerning.

Fearing the ship’s brand new AN/SPY-1B passive radar system was malfunctioning, Voorhis says the air control systems were taken down and recalibrated in an effort to clear out—what’s assumed to be false radar returns.

“Once we finished all the recalibration and brought it back up, the tracks were actually sharper and clearer,” Voorhis says. “Sometimes they’d be at an altitude of 80,000 or 60,000 feet. Other times they’d be around 30,000 feet, going like 100 knots. Their radar cross sections didn’t match any known aircraft; they were 100 percent red. No squawk, no IFF (Identification Friend or Foe).”

Sitting in the Princeton’s Combat Information Center (CIC), Operations Specialist Senior Chief Kevin Day was tasked with the critical role of protecting the airspace around the strike group. “My job was to man the radars and ID everything that flew in the skies,” Day said in the documentary film The Nimitz Encounters.

On or around November 10, 2004, roughly 100 miles off the coast of San Diego, Day began noticing strange radar tracks near the area of San Clemente Island. “The reason why I say they’re weird [is] because they were appearing in groups of five to 10 at a time and they were pretty closely spaced to each other. And there were 28,000 feet going a hundred knots tracking south,” Day said in the documentary.

In another YouTube clip, Ryan Weigelt, the former Leading Petty Officer and power plant specialist for the SH-60B “Seahawk” helicopter, recalled the tone aboard the missile cruise at the time.

“Senior Chief Day, his name, was being called over the comms, no bullshit, every two minutes.” Weigelt said. “I recall hearing something, like a big, real-world scenario was going on, but I just didn’t really understand.”

While Day and the Princeton’s air traffic controllers continued to monitor the strange radar returns, Voorhis says he began to take the opportunity to use the ship’s advanced tracking systems to catch a glimpse of whatever these objects were.

“When they’d show up on radar,” Voorhis says, “I’d get the relative bearing and then run up to the bridge and look through a pair of heavily magnified binoculars in the direction the returns were coming from.” Describing what he saw during the daytime, Voorhis says the objects were too far off to make out any distinguishing features, however, he could clearly see something moving erratically in the distance.

“I couldn’t make out details, but they'd just be hovering there, then all of a sudden, in an instant, they’d dart off to another direction and stop again,” Voorhis says. “At night, they’d give off a kind of a phosphorus glow and were a little easier to see than in the day.”

By November 14, the strange returns had been continuously showing up for close to a week. With an air defense exercise scheduled for that morning, Day convinced his commanding officer to let him direct aircraft to attempt an intercept of these anomalous radar returns. Day’s decision led the VFA-41 Squadron Commander David Fravor to encounter what an “unofficial executive summary” later described as “an elongated egg or a ‘Tic Tac’ shape with a discernible midline horizontal axis” of approximately 46 feet in length.

With the intercept too far away for even high-powered binoculars, Voorhis, Day, and the rest of the Princeton could only listen to the live communications chatter, as the unidentified craft effortless evaded the two fighter jets by demonstrating “an advanced acceleration, aerodynamic, and propulsion capability.” Outmaneuvered by an object that’s colloquially become known for its shape as the “Tic Tac,” Fravor and his wingman returned to the USS Nimitz.

In a subsequent flight by another F/A-18, thanks to a state-of-the-art ATFLIR targeting pod, Lt. Chad Underwood would successfully capture video of the “Anomalous Aerial Vehicle,” or “AAV.”

For 13 years, the incredible story of the U.S. Navy being harassed and outperformed by UFOs went largely unknown by the greater public. However, in December 2017, after To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science—a verbosely named UFO think tank founded by former Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge—and the New York Times published a 1:16 clip of the ATFLIR video, the world suddenly became very familiar with the “Nimitz encounters.”

What hasn’t been discussed, however, is what the Nimitz’s enlisted witnesses say happened after the now famous intercept with the “Tic Tac.” Their testimony raises many more questions, debate, and even some controversy.

THE MYSTERY

Like many of the other sailors aboard the USS Princeton, former Petty Officer 3rd Class Jason Turner knew something was up, but didn’t exactly know what had been going on inside the CIC. It was only during a chance encounter while delivering supplies to the ship’s Signal Exploitation Space that Turner found himself being another unwitting witness to the Nimitz’s UFO event.

A video playing on one of the console monitors immediately caught Turner’s eye. In it, the “Tic Tac” performed a number of seemingly impossible maneuvers, not seen in the brief clip released in 2017. Turner described what he saw in the Nimitz Encounters documentary:

“This thing was going berserk, like making turns. It’s incredible the amount of g forces that it would put on a human. It made a maneuver, like they were chasing it straight on, it was going with them, then this thing stopped turning, just gone. In an instant. The video you see now, that’s just a small snippet in the beginning of the whole video. But this thing, it was so much more than what you see in this video.”

Even now, Turner still appears visibly disturbed by whatever it is he saw that day. “I asked a good friend of mine who worked in that area, is this the training we’re going through?” he tells Popular Mechanics.

“No,” the friend replied. “This is real life.”

Equally by chance, during the time of the now-famous intercept, after being called to have a conversation with another detachment, Ryan Weigelt found himself inside the Princeton’s CIC. According to Weigelt, a video of an F/A-18 trying its best to catch the elusive “Tic Tac” was playing on the monitors. Like Turner, Weigelt says what he saw was a lot longer than the brief clip released in 2017.

“I was in there for quite a while and it was on the screen the whole time. I could not tell you how long, but it was playing when I went into combat and it was playing when I left,” Weigelt said in a YouTube interview.

Voorhis tells Popular Mechanics that he, too, saw a much longer and clearer version of the ATFLIR video through the ship’s Top Secret LAN network. “I definitely saw video that was roughly 8 to 10 minutes long and a lot more clear,” Voorhis says.

Did what he saw resemble any type of conventional aircraft?

“Umm, no!” he says with a laugh. “In the video I saw, you got a good sense of how the pilot was having a difficult time trying to keep up with this thing. It kept making tight, right angle turns.”

The most shocking claim these Navy veterans make is in what they say happened with all the data tapes for the various systems that recorded these UFO events.

THE VISITORS

Miles away from Voorhis, Day, Turner, and Weigelt, on the deck of the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier, Petty Officer Patrick “PJ” Hughes was unaware of the unidentified objects the Carrier group had been dealing with for the past several days. Instead, as an aviation technician, one of Hughes’ jobs was to secure the hard drive data recorders from the airborne early-warning aircraft, the E-2 Hawkeye.

“We call them bricks, but they contain the software to run the airplane and they also record or can record a lot of the data that the air crew sees during the flight,” said Hughes in a YouTube interview.

On November 14, as Hughes performed this routine task, he was unaware that the E-2 hard drives he was securing away in a classified safe had just come from the Hawkeye that Day first tried to use to intercept the mysterious UFOs.

Shortly after securing the data bricks, Hughes said he was visited by his commanding officer and two unknown individuals. “They were not on the ship earlier, and I didn’t see them come on. I’m not sure how they got there,” said Hughes of the two men.

According to Hughes, his commanding officer told him to turn over the recently secured harddrives. “We put them in the bags, he took them, then he and the two anonymous officers left,” Hughes said.

Inside the Princeton, Voorhis had a similar encounter. “These two guys show up on a helicopter, which wasn’t uncommon, but shortly after they arrived, maybe 20 minutes, I was told by my chain of command to turn over all the data recordings for the AEGIS system,” says Voorhis.

In addition to turning over his data tapes, Voorhis says he was told by this chain of command he needed to reload the recorders for the ship’s advanced Combat Engagement Center (CEC) because it had also been wiped clean, along with the optical drives with all the radio communications. “They even told me to erase everything that’s in the shop—even the blank tapes.” Voorhis says the only other time he can recall having to turn over his tapes like this was after an aircraft crash during one of his combat deployments.

Up on the Princeton’s flight deck, Weigel says the two men initially arrived on the Princeton via helicopter, wearing generic flight suits. According to Weigelt, the men boarded one of his detachment’s SH-60B helicopters and flew off for a time before returning with “a bunch of bags.” Weigelt says the two men retired to the “Admiral’s Quarters”on the Princeton and a guard was staged outside of the door.

THE DOUBTER

In a January interview on The Fighter Pilot Podcast, Cmdr. David Fravor told fellow retired F/A-18 pilot and host Vincent Aiello that the squadron’s video tapes of the “Tic Tac” intercept had mysteriously vanished. Fravor said he believes it’s likely the tapes were inadvertently recorded over.

“You know how it is when you go to and from cruise,” Fravor said. “Someone goes, ‘What are these? Hey, they look like blank 8mm tapes. We’ll just use them.”

In an interview with Popular Mechanics, Aiello detailed the processes for securing flight tapes as Fravor mentioned. Though these materials are classified, a number of different qualified squadron personnel would have access to the safe where the tapes would have been kept.

“It’s very common, even for tapes you’ve marked and want to save, to inadvertently get put back into circulation, handed out, and recorded over,” Aiello says. “I think Cmdr. Fravor’s opinion on how the tapes went missing is the most plausible explanation. However, a lot of squadron personnel have access to those materials, so it leaves the door open that someone could have intentionally taken them.”

Though Fravor has acknowledged the disappearance of data records, the Nimitz’s most well-known witness has equally pushed back on some of the enlisted sailor’s accounts.

Speaking at the McMenamin’s UFO festival this past May, Fravor admonished some of the “other witness” accounts, saying only the four pilots involved ever personally saw the “Tic Tac,” that no one was asked to sign non-disclosure agreements [NDA], and that “men in suits” never showed up on the ships.

During an October appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, Fravor said, “There’s still groups of people making stuff up, like someone came out on ours and was talking about, he’s like, I saw the whole video, the whole video is like 10 minutes long and it was doing all this. That’s bullshit.”

Fravor told Rogan that he was one of the top 20 highest ranking members of the carrier group, and had there been any kind of formal investigation, he’d have known about it.

“Okay, I’ll give you credit, if they did, why wouldn’t they show up and talk to the guys who witnessed it, chased it, and one of the senior guys in the battle group?” Fravor asked.

Voorhis claims that in the days prior to the intercept, he witnessed indistinct objects far in the distance. But regarding Fravor’s intercept, he says, “His intercept? Nope, we were too far away, plus I would not have known about it or the bearing of it. Just that it was happening.”

“I JUST KNEW THEY WERE THERE FOR A REASON, TO DO SOMETHING THEY HAVE TO DO, AND JUST STAY THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY.”

None of the witnesses Popular Mechanics spoke with claimed they’d seen Fravor’s intercept of the unknown object.

In The Nimitz Encounters documentary, Hughes said a friend and aircrew member on one of the E-2 Hawkeye aircraft told him he had to sign an NDA about the incident. Since the E-2 planes would have been in Carrier Wing Nine’s Airborne-Early Warning Squadron VAW-117 (“The Wallbangers”), and not strike fighter squadron under Fravor’s command, the possibility exists that the E-2’s squadron commander could have issued an NDA to their crew without Fravor’s knowledge. However, Popular Mechanics has not verified what Hughes was told. None of the witnesses we spoke with claimed they had signed an NDA.

The Nimitz’s enlisted witnesses stand by their claims that two unknown officials showed up shortly after the UFO incidents. However, they don’t describe them as being the sinisterly sounding “Men in Black,” as Fravor has implied.

According to Weigelt, it wasn’t at all uncommon to have people coming and going that weren’t stationed on the ships. For him, it was only when he heard Voorhis’ and Hughes’ accounts that the arrival of the two individuals on the Princeton seemed to become related to the UFO events.

“I just knew they were there for a reason, to do something they have to do, and just stay the hell out of their way,” Weigelt said.

“Squadron aircrew wouldn’t normally be notified if the ship’s radar or other information was being used for an investigation,” says Guy Snodgrass, a former F/A-18 pilot, Topgun instructor, and communications director for former Secretary of Defense Gen. James Mattis.

While Snodragss wouldn’t comment directly on the UFO event, he said he served alongside the weapons systems officer inside Fravor’s plane during the intercept.

“He’s a talented weapons systems officer (WSO) who has dedicated himself to the naval aviation profession,” Snodgrass says about the pilot, who has never spoken publicly and Popular Mechanics is choosing not to name, as he is still serving in the U.S. Navy. “He also has the acumen to correctly characterize anything out of the ordinary that he might have seen, so I would bias towards giving his account more, not less, weight.”

The Navy UFO Witnesses Speak Out - PART II

While investigating these claims, Popular Mechanics was able to locate and speak to a previously unknown witness who was with the Nimitz carrier group in 2004. Unaware of some of their fellow shipmates previously coming forward, and out of concerns related to security oaths, the witness agreed to speak only under the condition of anonymity.

“I do remember the events of 2004 very well,” says the witness, who at the time was an Operations Specialist aboard the USS Princeton. “The decision was made to scramble two fighter jets to investigate. From what the pilots described, the movement of the UFO was defying the laws of physics.”

Popular Mechanics didn’t provide the witness with any of the previous claims.

“What really made this incident alarming was when a Blackhawk helicopter landed on our ship and took all our information from the top secret rooms,” the witness says. “We were all pretty shocked and it was an unspoken rule not to talk about it because we had secret clearances and didn’t want to jeopardize our careers.”

Regarding whether or not there was originally a longer recording than the infamous UFO intercept, Aiello says that’s “entirely possible.”

“FROM WHAT THE PILOTS DESCRIBED, THE MOVEMENT OF THE UFO WAS DEFYING THE LAWS OF PHYSICS.”

“The 8mm tapes in use at the time had two hours of recording time, and it was not uncommon for aircrew to leave it on for most of the flight,” Aiello says. “It’s plausible that they simply recorded a short segment of the tapes down in CIC, but that the rest of the tapes were available … up until they were either recorded over or whatever happened.”

Aiello, who was on the Nimitz aircraft carrier in 2004 but was assigned to another strike-fighter squadron, says he doesn’t have any direct information on the incident, but he’s willing to offer his opinion based on his experience as a military fighter pilot for over 20 years.

The enlisted witnesses say it’s disappointing to hear Fravor suggest some of their accounts are inaccurate. However, they all stand by their experiences, and equally support Fravor’s account. For them, they say the only reason they ever came out with their story was to support Fravor and their fellow sailors. “That’s what it’s always been about since day one,” Turner says.

But even if Fravor isn’t buying the witnesses’ stories, that doesn’t mean others don’t believe.

“The combination of those aviators, the Princeton Aegis Radar operators, and the E-2 crew convinced me beyond a doubt of the veracity of the story,” says Paco Chierici, a former F-14 pilot, author of Lions of the Sky, and the person credited with first sharing the news of the Nimitz event in a 2015 Fighter Sweep article. “I know those people and how that world works. There is no way it could have been fabricated or misinterpreted.” (Fravor did not respond to several requests for an interview.)To be clear, the only Nimitz witness Chierici personally knows is Fravor. “But,” he says, “I know these people. I worked and lived with them for 20 years, operating at very high tempos and stress levels. They’re all, from the enlisted radar operators, to the squadron COs, incredibly professional and competent. The absolute best at what they do.”

THE TRUTH...

By the Nimitz’s “other” witnesses’ accounts, there’s overwhelming evidence to suggest someone was very interested in this event when it occurred. Since none of the witnesses or pilots involved say they were ever interviewed at the time, it appears the most significant concern for the witnesses was the ship’s electronics data. What this data reveals, however, remains a mystery.

Popular Mechanics spoke with the man who says he investigated UFOs while working for the Office of the Under Secretary for Defense for Intelligence: Luis Elizondo. When asked about the existence of a longer video than what’s been publicly released, Elizondo—who now serves as the Director for Global Security and Special Programs for To the Stars Academy—says, “Unfortunately, I’m unable to comment at this time as to what is in the possession of the U.S. government.”

Elizondo simarily parried additional questions about the missing electronic data, saying only, “A comprehensive investigation was conducted, including various data sources, in which conclusions remain in the providence of the U.S. government.” On whether or not other non-Navy sources were used during this investigation, Elizondo says he was “unable to confirm or deny any information as it relates to coordination with other U.S. Government elements.”

As for whether or not other data sources (which may or may not exist) helped influence the Navy’s public stance that these objects are still “unidentified,” Elizondo is coy. “It is certainly plausible,” he says, “in addition to the other numerous reports by pilots in the U.S. Navy.”

And as far as why other data may be being withheld from public release, Elizondo says this could have more to do with what was used than what was actually recorded.

“Many of the systems and the manner in which data is collected remains classified in order to protect tactics, techniques, and procedures,” says Elizondo. “I am not at liberty to discuss any of those systems.”

Elizondo says he would “absolutely” encourage other military witnesses to come forward with their accounts. “Many of our service members are highly trained observers,” he says. “Data obtained by these types are always considered valid observations, although the nuances may not be immediately known.”

Nick Cook, the former aviation editor for Jane’s Defense Weekly, says there are a number of reasons why personnel might have boarded ships and seized electronic data. “It could mean it was sensitive information,” he says. “It could mean this was an exercise.”

Regarding the latter possibility—that this was a secret military test of some sort—Cook, a career defense journalist, says in his opinion it was unlikely this was a classified test. “It’s not impossible, but I wouldn’t think it’s likely. It would be so against the norm of my experience with how the black world conducts testing.”

Having spent a decade investigating the potential for secret highly advanced aerospace technology, and publishing these efforts in The Hunt for Zero Point, Cook was cautious in offering any definite conclusions as to what the Nimitz carrier group had encountered. Cook says it’s possible, but not likely, that the “Tic Tac” was some type of classified drone.

“I searched for 10 years, and never found any compelling evidence that the type of technology exists,” Cook says. “[That] doesn’t mean it couldn’t still exist … I just never found any smoking gun for it.”

But when pushed, the career aviation journalist, soberly says, “In the balance of probabilities, I don’t think it’s ‘ours’.”

The man who said he was attacked by a UFO

When forestry worker Robert Taylor reported seeing an alien spaceship in woods near Livingston 40 years ago it made headlines around the world.

The Dechmont Woods incident is unusual among reported UFO sightings in that it was investigated by the police

They treated the rips to Mr Taylor's trousers as evidence of an assault but could never quite work out what had happened to him.

In his testimony to the police, the 61-year-old described how he saw a 30ft-high "dome-shaped" object in a clearing in the forest near the West Lothian new town on 9 November 1979.

He told how two-spiked spheres then rolled out towards him and, as he passed out, he was aware of being grabbed on either side of his legs. Mr Taylor woke up in a dishevelled state 20 minutes later.

Mr Taylor, who died in 2007, was a respected war hero and teetotal churchgoer. No-one doubted that he was sincere in what he believed he had seen and throughout the rest of his life he never deviated from his story.

He told the police he had been working alone checking fences and gates at Dechmont Woods at 10:30 when he came across the spaceship in a clearing.

After the spiked objects rushed out and tried to grab hold of him, all he could remember was a strong smell of burning.

When he came to, the clearing was empty, apart from a pattern of deep regular marks on the ground. He went to his van but was so shaken he drove it into a ditch and had to stagger home in "a dazed condition".

When he got to his house he told his wife Mary he had been attacked by a "spaceship thing". Because Mr Taylor was in such a state, the police were called and officers found themselves inquiring into an assault on a forester by alien beings.

Det Con Ian Wark, the scene of crime investigator, arrived at the clearing to find a large gathering of police officers were already there.

He told the BBC he saw strange marks on the ground. There were about 32 holes, which were about 3.5 inches in diameter, as well as marks similar to those made by the type of caterpillar tracks often fitted on bulldozers.

The officer went to Mr Taylor's employer, Livingston Development Corporation, to see if the machinery they had could solve the mystery.

"After examining every piece of machinery they had up there, we did not find anything to match," he said.

The police officer said that the unusual marks on the ground were only to be found in the clearing where Mr Taylor had experienced his reported close encounter.

"These marks just arrived," Det Con Wark said. "They did not come from anywhere or go anywhere. They just arrived as though a helicopter or something had landed from the sky."

The police report from the time said the marks on the ground indicated an "object of several tons had stood there but there was nothing to show that it had been driven or towed away".

PC William Douglas wrote: "There appeared to be no rational explanation for these marks."

As part of the police investigation, Mr Taylor's ripped trousers were sent for forensic examination but this was many years before modern DNA techniques so analysis concentrated on how the damage had been done.

Police forensics said the trousers seemed to have been damaged by something hooking them and moving up.

The trousers are now in the possession of Malcolm Robinson, a Ufologist who has been investigating such cases since the Dechmont incident.

He said they were police-issue blue serge trousers and the type of rips in them did not happen by getting snagged as Mr Taylor crawled away on the ground.

Mr Robinson, who has given lectures on the incident across the UK, Holland, France and the USA and written a book on the subject, said it was one of the most incredible cases in the world.

He said it was one of very few hardcore cases that defied any explanation.

There are many theories about what actually happened to Mr Taylor. These include everything from hallucinatory berries to blackball lightning and a mirage of the planet Venus.

A medical explanation could lie in an epileptic seizure being suffered by Mr Taylor but there was no evidence of this gathered at the time.

In her police statement, his wife Mary said Mr Taylor had no history of mental illness but had contracted meningitis 14 years earlier.

She said the treatment was successful although in July of that year he had suffered a series of headaches and was admitted to the City Hospital in Edinburgh.

In his statement, Mr Taylor said that after the UFO incident he was examined by the local doctor who called at his house. The doctor suggested he should go to nearby Bangour Hospital for a check-up and x-ray.

After waiting for two hours at the hospital he got fed up and left without being examined.

Det Con Wark said he could go along with the theory about the epileptic fit. "But what about the marks on the ground?" he said.

The former police officer cannot bring himself to say he believes Mr Taylor saw an alien spaceship.

"I'd have to see it myself to believe it," he said.

But he said he interviewed Mr Taylor three times and he never changed his story.

"He believed what he saw and there was no way he would make that up," Det Con Wark said.

Forty years on the Dechmont incident has passed into legend.

Last year a UFO trail opened which takes people to the spot where a new town forestry foreman claims he saw an alien spaceship.

Newly Discovered “Co-Orbital Objects” Could Be Extraterrestrial Probes Watching Us

Are we alone in the universe? It’s one of the most important questions of our time, a question whose answer has huge implications for the human race, and truly leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. The general scientific consensus within the mainstream world is that no, we are clearly not alone and there is definitely, not only life, but intelligent life elsewhere in the universe.

On the other hand, we have a great deal of information that has yet to hit the mainstream alluding to the fact that we, or at least some of us, know for a fact that we are not alone, and have been privy to the evidence suggesting that we have been visited in the past, and are being visited now.

This evidence comes in the form of witness testimony from astronauts like Dr. Edgar Mitchell, for example, who has told the world on multiple occasions that deep within the Department of Defense and the Military Industrial Complex, it’s well known that we are being visited and have been visited, and that a massive cover-up has been on going for a number of years. Dr. Brian O’Leary is another great example of an astronaut who has spoken out. There have been multiple insider leaks, as well as academicians and hundreds of high ranking military personnel from around the world who have also said the same thing.

It’s Virtually Mainstream

In the mainstream, it’s well known that the militaries of the world have had encounters with UFOs, objects that travel at tremendous speeds and perform maneuvers that defy our understanding of aerodynamics. Christopher Mellon, who served 30 years in the federal government and was Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002 and in security and information operations from 1998 to 1999 published a highly credible Washington post article that detailed a number of UFO encounters with the military. This has been corroborated by millions of pages of declassified documents, electro-optical data and more for decades.

Louis Elizondo, a former high ranking Department of Defense official and part of the TTSA academy that released multiple videos of UFOs from the Navy (which the Navy recently confirmed were real) has said that he believes these objects are extraterrestrial, but officially, they’ve purposefully stayed away from this question because a lot of people have “feelings” towards it.

Many believe the current mainstream UFO disclosure is being used the same way terrorism has been used–as some sort of ulterior motive agenda where they are taking a real phenomenon and manipulating it for their own benefit. That remains to be seen, but many believe they are going to use and perpetuate a threatening type of narrative that doesn’t really exist, in order to justify a more heightened national security state, or to weaponize space. Are We There Yet?

Having been a researcher in this and other fields for over a decade, it’s quite clear that we can’t really trust any information that comes from establishment media mouthpieces. That being said, I believe that we are and have been visited and that there is ample evidence to come to that conclusion. It’s also known that there has been a long and deliberate campaign of ridicule and denial that has suddenly ended. The current presentation from mainstream media is a complete 180 degree flip from years past, where what we saw mostly was shaming and ridiculing of the subject, despite the fact that “everything” seems to be in a “process of investigation both in the United States and in Spain, as well as the rest of the world.” (General Carlos Castro Cavero, 1979, source)

Apart from all of the information above, you can go into indigenous lore, ancient Greek lore and much more that detail stories of beings from other worlds visiting ours. For example, Richard Wagamese, one of Canada’s foremost authors and storytellers from the Wabaseemoong First Nation in Northwestern Ontario, writes:

“My people tell of Star People who came to us many generations ago. The Star people brought spiritual teachings and stories and maps of the cosmos and they offered these freely. They were kind, loving and set a great example. When they left us, my people say there was a loneliness like no other.” (source)

There are many such stories. The truth at the end of the day is that “there is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations.” (Lord Admiral Hill-Norton, Former Chief of Defence Staff, 5 Star Admiral of the Royal Navy, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee (source))

Again, is any of this proof of an extraterrestrial presence? No. We have proof of a strong UFO presence via radar trackings, videos, and public disclosure. As Dr. Brian O’Leary says, there is a lot of evidence to suggest that “we are being contacted, that civilizations have been visiting us for a very long time.”

Are Newly Discovered “Co-Orbital Objects” Extraterrestrial Probes?

If you’re willing to entertain the idea that we are being visited, and have been visited for a very long time, this begs the question, where are they? Based on my research, it’s not far fetched to hypothesize that these intelligent beings, and there might be many, are not quite interested in contact with the human race at the present moment and prefer their presence to remain unknown to us, or at least disclosed discretely.

Disclosure of this type of reality, in my opinion, is happening and will happen to each individual in a different way. One day, we will all come to know we are not alone, and when we do we will perhaps manifest a ‘contact’ situation. But right now, it’s happening in several ways, be it individual contact, whistleblowers, or information about UFOs etc. It’s a process.

Physicist Dr James Benford, a member of SETI, recently published a paper hypothesizing that we are perhaps being monitored. The study was published in the Astronomical Journal.

There are many who share this belief, including former Senator Mike Gravel, who said in an interview that ‘Something is monitoring the planet, and they Are monitoring it very cautiously.’ I personally believe that our race has been known about for a very long time and we are indeed being monitored by an extraterrestrial presence. Why? Well, perhaps the planet is more important than we are. Perhaps we are a threat to others and the planet? There are a number of different scenarios one could hypothesize.

Dr. Norman Bergrun, a scientist and engineer who was part of NASA’s voyager program and worked at NASA for decades at the Ames Research Centre,  made it a clear point in his book, “Ringmakers of Saturn” to emphasize that these objects (which are intelligently controlled, according to him, by extraterrestrials) have probably been around much longer than we have. He also states that if there was any ill intent towards our planet, something probably would have happened by now .He also worked at Lockheed Martin where he managed the Polaris missile tests. Unfortunately, he recently passed. I was lucky enough to receive a copy of his book from one of his family members.

I share the belief that if there was any ill intent or that the ET presence represented some sort of threat, something would have already happened by now. Obviously, there is a lot that we don’t know. Benford’s abstract from his paper reads as follows:

A recently discovered group of nearby co-orbital objects is an attractive location for extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI) to locate for observing Earth. Near-Earth objects provide an ideal way to watching our world from a secure natural object that provides resources an ETI might need: materials, a firm anchor, concealment. These co-orbital objects have been little studied by astronomy and not at all by SETI or planetary radar observations. I describe the objects found thus far and propose both passive and active observations of them by optical and radio listening, radar imaging and launching probes. We might also broadcast to them.

There are tens of thousands of near Earth objects of unknown origin and composition that are constantly being discovered. This is nothing new, and if Benford is right, sending some type of probe or monitoring device would be a great way to keep an eye on our civilization.

Speculations

When astronaut Story Musgrave was talking about intelligent extraterrestrial races, he said that if they got their ‘stuff’ together, with regards to morals, cooperation and the collective advancement of their species, they would be capable of great things. He said that there were “trillions” of them that are doing “star travel.” (source). What would happen if we mastered star travel? It wouldn’t seem to be out of the realm of possibility that we would insert probes to monitor different worlds we came across for curiosity reasons? Scientific purposes? Who knows?

As far as we knows there could be guardians of the Earth!

We are truly in a tiny box, perhaps in our infancy and having the same perception of what’s happening around us as an ant crossing the street that does about planet Earth.

With regards to these “Co-orbitals,” as discussed in the paper. they are objects that orbit the sun at about the same distance that Earth does. They’re basically going around the sun at the same rate the Earth is, and they’re very close by. Benford stated that extraterrestrials may have ‘bugged’ these co-orbitals while he was at a conference in Houston last year. He makes some very interesting points and observations in the paper, and ends off explaining how these objects should be subjected to more study and observation.

Again, this kind of stuff isn’t new. Dr. Norman Bergrun, mentioned above, shared evidence of strange objects that are present in our Solar System that, according to him, are undoubtedly intelligently controlled, or even intelligent themselves. He shared pictures from NASA and the Voyager mission to Saturn (which he was a big part of) of very large UFOs seen hovering nearing Saturn. You can see that picture and read more about it here.

Researchers at the Harvard Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics believe that an odd cigar-shaped object discovered in our solar system last year could be an alien craft intentionally sent close to earth. You can read more about that story here.

When it comes to Benford’s paper, he ends off with a general discussion in the form of points made below:

An overall reason to look closer to Earth is that we haven’t seen anything in the rest of the solar system. And we haven’t seen anything communicating from the nearby stars out to about 100 light years.

The basic fact is we do not know alien logic, alien instinct, alien intention or anything else about them.

 The civilization that sent the probe may be very long-lived, meaning that individuals may live much longer than we do or that they are in fact AI’s. If properly powered, and capable of self-repair (von Neumann probes), they could report science and intelligence back to their origin over very long timescales. Therefore, looking locally near Earth not only explores a new space, but also Deep Time.

To study these nearby objects changes the means of inspection from listening to the stars to astronomical diagnostics such as imaging and spectroscopy. This approach involves techniques well developed for the study of asteroids and planets. That means using other technologies and other institutions to pursue this search.

This possibility allows a local test of messaging (METI) prospects. We can construct messages and try them against nearby objects, thus circumventing arguments that we might be noticed by or encourage hostile forces in the 12 stars. The SETI and METI landscape is thus transformed into a local experiment. Many of the arguments against interstellar METI (e.g. drawing attention to ourselves) seem less compelling when it comes to attempted messaging of potential Lurker sites that are so close by, since such nearby Lurker will already know of us.

Civilizations would not need to be very close to the solar system to send a probe here in the last few centuries. Here are some numbers: Suppose a probe can be launched at 1/10th speed light, which is certainly something we have figured out how to do conceptually by either beam-driven sails (photon beams, neutral particle beams) or nuclear fusion rockets. Traveling over 300 years, such probes could reach us from 30 light years out. About 3000 main sequence stars lie within 100 light years, so plenty of stars that might have civilization.

For societies with time horizons beyond a century-long payoff, lower speeds like 0.01 c demand a millennium to take up residence and study Earth. Worlds that take even longer perspectives can use lower speeds and so lower their initial costs. Note that this implies that by searching locally, we extend our quest over both long distances in space and great spans in time, generalizing the entire SETI approach. Even alien societies that have ceased their interstellar interests or are even extinct can still tell us something, through their ancient probes.

The Takeaway

While we have to be wary of the kind of UFO disclosure that is unfolding in the mainstream media, we must nonetheless conclude that we are getting so much closer to the disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence in and around our planet than ever before. If we see this as an intentionally careful, gradual process, governed by a collective intelligence higher than ours, it may become easier to have optimism about what is soon to come.

Russian Space Probe Captures Images of a UFO & Then Disappears Forever

What’s really going on in space? What have ‘the global elite’ tried to do in space? The truth is many people are starting to realize that we live in a very sheltered world, inside a bubble that people are now trying to desperately pop. We’ve been fed a lot of disinformation about discoveries that would change the way we view the very nature of our reality and what it means to be human. We knew that the Earth was flat, we knew that we were the center of the universe, and we knew that a man-made heavier than air piece of machinery could not take flight. Through all stages of human history, intellectual authorities have pronounced their supremacy by ridiculing or suppressing elements of reality that simply didn’t fit within the framework of accepted knowledge. Are we really any different today? Have we really changed our acceptance towards things that won’g fit the frame? Maybe there are concepts of our reality we have yet to understand, and if we open our eyes, maybe we will see that something significant has been overlooked.

This ‘something’ significant is the fact that we are not alone.  Whether it be a former Chairman of the Royal Navy telling us that “there is a serious possibility that we are being visited, and have been visited by people from outer space,” or an Apollo 14 astronaut saying that “there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered,” we have no shortage of high-ranking insiders attesting to the reality that some UFOs may be extraterrestrial. There have been some very interesting leaks over the years that suggest the same thing.

General Carlos Cavero told the world in 1979, “everything” has been “in a process of investigation both in the United States and in Spain, as well as the rest of the world.” On a global scale, “the nations of the world are currently working together in the investigation of the UFO phenomenon” and there is “an international exchange of data.” (source)

A Bit More About UFOs

Today, UFOs are no longer taboo. For years, we’ve experienced, as I’ve said many times before, an “official campaign of ridicule and secrecy” (Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter) of the phenomenon. The establishment in many ways was responsible for the foolish articles that would constantly appear in mainstream media publications, absolutely ridiculing a topic that is actually very real.

But the tables have now turned. One of the biggest mouthpieces for “the establishment,”  The New York Times, admitted something that the establishment, or facets of it, have been concealing for years: UFOs are real. A former high-ranking federal government employee, Christopher Mellon, also wrote a Washington post article that detailed a number of UFO encounters with the military with extreme credibility. But again, this isn’t new information. In the 1950s, President Harry Truman went on national television announcing to the world that UFOs are real, and that they discuss the topic at every conference that they have with the military, that “there’s always things like that going on, flying saucers and they’ve had other things.” (source)

Official pictures and videos have also been released, for example, a photo taken by two Royal Canadian Air Force pilots on August 27th, 1956 in McCleod, Alberta, Canada is a great example. In this case, the pilots were flying in a formation of four F86 Sabre jet aircraft. One of the pilots described the phenomenon as a “bright light which was sharply defined as disk-shaped” that looked like “a shiny silver dollar sitting horizontal.” Another pilot managed to photograph the object, as you can see above.

The US Navy has acknowledged footage showing multiple UFOs that was released a couple of years ago by To The Stars Academy via The Pentagon, and they’ve recently confirmed that the videos are indeed real.

A Word About ‘Mainstream’ UFO Disclosure

There are millions of pages of documents to go through, and thousands of statements from high ranking people that have been attesting to the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon for a very long time. That being said, the topic is going ‘mainstream’ and it’s always important to note that the establishment, and media outlets like the New York Times, CNN etc have been intelligence agency mouthpieces. They have fed the world a lot of disinformation and the type of controlled disclosure we are seeing on this subject is probably no different.

There is much more going on than what we get from the mainstream–they always try to control the narrative for their own selfish purposes. It’s always important to keep that in mind for anybody who delves deep into this subject. Are they trying to control the narrative and spread more disinformation? Are they trying to present a threat narrative in order to justify certain measures? Similar to how ‘terrorism’ was used and financed by the west to justify the infiltration and takeover of other countries in order to bring them ‘democracy?’

These are important questions to ask ourselves as this topic gains more popularity. What is presented by the mainstream is far from the available truth that’s already out there.

The Man Who “Hacked” NASA & The AFSPC Gives A New Interview Describing What He Found

The field of UFOlogy has long been muddled with disinformation campaigns and bad journalism, and sometimes this journalism includes infiltration efforts by intelligence agencies themselves. This is clear given the fact that intelligence agencies have a direct relationship with journalists and mainstream media outlets, as there are declassified documents showing so. Operation mockingbird is a great example, not to mention all of the mainstream media journalists who have come out and said that mainstream media is directly influenced by intelligence agencies, governments and corporations. You can find some of these documents and see examples of these whistleblowers in two previous articles I’ve published that go into more detail here, and here. When it comes to UFOs, we know that they’re real, but we also know that along with that reality there has been “an official campaign of ridicule and secrecy.” (Ex-CIA Director Roscoe Hillenkoetter) Perhaps this ridicule campaign carries on today through some rather ghastly, unbelievable claims, but let’s not let that mask the fact that this phenomenon is indeed real, and there are a plethora of credible sources including documents, data, physical evidence, and more suggesting we’re not alone, and that we probably are being visited and have been visited by intelligent extraterrestrial beings from other worlds and possibly other dimensions.

A lot of this evidence has come from UFOlogist Richard Dolan, who has always been a key resource for me with regards to accessing credible information about the UFO phenomenon. I find that it’s important to seek out proper researchers who share information in a credible and verifiable way, especially about a subject that can so easily be ridiculed when you are trying to reach the masses who don’t have much knowledge about it, but are genuinely curious. I also feel that my generation of UFO researchers lack proper research and investigative skills, are easily influenced and swayed, and in the age of social media are simply trying to share whatever they can, no matter how credible, to simply ‘stay relevant,’ instead of doing it for the love and genuine desire to share important, truthful information.

Like I said, there are some rather ‘outside the box claims’ out there that have absolutely no credibility behind them, and to share those actually does more disservice to the movement, in my opinion. On the other hand, there are some very outside the box claims and information that do indeed have tremendous amounts of credibility behind them, and these are the ones we should be paying attention to.

One example comes from the case of Garry McKinnon, who for 10 years was in great danger of extradition to the United States for accessing nearly 100 NASA and military computers including the United States Space Command. This was the real deal, and HERE is a clip of Obama and the UK Prime Minister at the time fielding a question about Garry, this breach made headlines new.

Gary was able to access these computers in real time and view files on them. He found some startling pictures, one in particular was of a large cylindrical shaped UFO hovering in space, in addition to a strange spreadsheet document with a list of “non-terrestrial officers,” presumably belonging to a publicly unacknowledged branch of the United States military operating in space, as well as “fleet to fleet” transfers of materials, whatever that means.

The Real Secret Space Program

Is there a secret space program, and have clandestine groups been reverse engineering ET technology?

Dr. David Clarke is an investigative journalist, reader and lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University in England. He was also the curator for The National Archives UFO project from 2008–2013, and regularly comments in national and international media on UFOs.

These documents reveal how the RAF expressed great interest in finding UFOs.

Dr. Clarke told The Daily Mail,

Even though they have been partly censored they can’t conceal the fact the UK military were interested in capturing UFO technology or what they coyly refer to as ‘novel weapon technology’… And the files reveal they were desperate to capture this technology – wherever it came from – before the Russians or the Chinese got hold of it first…. Although this was 1997, Russia was still regarded as an undefeated enemy with a weapons programme regarded as a threat to the West.

The question is: Did they get one? More on that later…

The military personnel who are encountering these phenomena tell remarkable stories. In one example, over the course of two weeks in November 2004, the USS Princeton, a guided-missile cruiser operating advanced naval radar, repeatedly detected unidentified aircraft operating in and around the Nimitz carrier battle group, which it was guarding off the coast of San Diego. In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean.

We don’t know the answer to these questions, but we do know that the United States has a history of government agencies existing in secrecy for years. The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, and its existence was hidden until the mid 1960s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained a secret for 30 years.

We are talking about Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”  (source)

We also know that there is a black budget to fund these programs.

Are These Objects Extraterrestrial?

There are literally hundreds of people with extensive academic, political and military backgrounds, all the way to astronauts, who have been blowing the whistle for a very long time.  Many scientific publications have also been made throughout the years describing strange and radar confirmed military sightings by military pilots. You can see some evidence and documentation from this article I wrote regarding the Chilean Air Force.

According to Herman Oberth, one of the founding fathers of rocketry and astronautics, “flying saucers are real and . . . they are space ships from another solar system. I think that they possibly are manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race that may have been investigating our Earth for centuries.” (Oberth, Hermann: “Flying Saucers Come from a Distant World,” The American Weekly, October 24, 1954)  (source 1)(source 2)

Another great quote:

“There are objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy… we have no means of stopping them from coming here… there is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations… This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation and not the subject of ‘rubbishing’ by tabloid newspapers.”

The point is, if you believe some of these objects are indeed extraterrestrial, you are not alone. Couple these statements with the claims of thousands of individuals who have had contactee and abduction experiences who’ve shared remarkably consistent stories, it’s definitely a plausible hypothesis for the UFO phenomenon.

The Takeaway

What are the implications of extraterrestrial contact? Humanity will always go through paradigm shifting realizations that will jolt human consciousness. Right now, we have a lot of work to do here on Earth, and we should be focusing on cleaning up our planet and ridding it of greed, destruction, war, etc. I feel that the ET reality is somehow connected to that realization, and the need and urgency that many of us feel regarding the planet and service to others.

BIZARRE VERSCHIJNSELEN IN DE LUCHT  ( VIDEO )

Als je eens een week naar de lucht zou kijken, dan heb je de kans één van de vele bizarre dingen te zien die zich ook deze week voordeden.

Vandaag een bonte verzameling van vreemde en bizarre dingen die door gewone mensen de afgelopen dagen zijn geobserveerd. Dit, simpelweg door regelmatig naar de lucht te kijken, waardoor je soms de meest wonderlijke taferelen ziet.

Zoals een vrouw genaamd Venetia enkele dagen geleden overkwam in de buurt van de Amerikaanse stad Philadelphia. Ze zag een piramide in de lucht en terwijl normaal gesproken piramides ferm op de grond staan, was dat hier niet het geval.

Ook scheen er een soort verlichting van achter de piramide te zijn, waardoor het object goed zichtbaar was aan de avondhemel. Wat het is, weet tot op dit moment helemaal niemand.

Op de dag van Halloween deed zich een bizar verschijnsel voor in de lucht boven Brazilië, waar Paulo Henrique Pinheiro de volgende afbeeldingen vastlegde. Een beeld van een grote adelaar die opstijgt of iets dergelijks en hoewel vast een natuurlijk fenomeen, fascinerende opnames.

Wat absoluut geen natuurlijk fenomeen lijkt is een verschijnsel dat zich voordeed boven Trinidad en dat er uit ziet als een soort groot paarskleurig object in de lucht.


Je zou misschien nog kunnen denken dat het hier een optische illusie betreft, maar dat is absoluut niet het geval. In de volgende video kan je het onderzoek zien dat is uitgevoerd door Mr. MB333 en die komt tot de conclusie dat het object ook zichtbaar is vanaf de andere kant, namelijk op satelietopnames. Dus, wat is het?

De volgende opname is enkele maanden geleden gemaakt, maar net door de maker op Youtube gezet. Het betreft een dame, Clenir Souza, die een bizar uitziende wolk filmde.

De omstandigheden komen ons bekend voor, want we hebben hier weer een wolkeloze hemel, met daarin een heel vreemd uitziende wolk. Een wolk die de vorm heeft van een mannengezicht, maar waar ook de nodige bliksemschichten zijn te zien. Deze wolk doet heel erg denken aan de vele dimensieportalen zoals die regelmatig worden waargenomen en waar wij onlangs uitgebreid over hebben geschreven.

Toen Clenir was gestopt met het filmen van deze wonderlijke verschijning, verscheen er een helikopter. Deze bleef een tijdje hangen om de wolk goed te kunnen bestuderen en verdween toen net zo snel als het was gekomen.

De volgende opname is eveneens enkele maanden geleden gemaakt en net op internet geplaatst. Het betreft hier een vrachtwagenchauffeur uit Schotland die zijn auto heeft geparkeerd en uit het raam opeens een vreemd object ziet verschijnen.

De man, Steve, zegt dat er absoluut geen militaire bases of vliegvelden zijn in de buurt waar hij stond geparkeerd en dat plotseling het ene vreemde licht/object veranderde naar vier objecten.

Ook hier weer, geen enkele zinnige verklaring over wat dit zou kunnen zijn, maar eens te meer bewijs dat je naar de lucht moet kijken om vreemde dingen te kunnen zien.

Ancient Alien Figure Hidden In NASA Photo Of Fairy Eagle Nebula, UFO Sighting News.

I finally got around to making that video of this nebula. At the NASA site, they have a close up photo of part of the Eagle Nebula. Its an area that they thought looked like a fairy, so they named it The Fairy of Eagle Nebula. Yeah, you heard me right,  I found that this part of the nebula is a figure. The photo has to be cut in half from top to bottom then flipped and added to itself...making one whole figure. This gives us the full figure of the alien it was made after. Yes, I believe we are looking at the likeness of the alien species that created this nebula. They created it with a puzzle of sorts hidden within it. Perhaps to demonstrate their higher intelligence than other species that cannot see the hidden figure. You know...like Leonardo Da Vinci hiding secret symbols and messages within his paintings. 

Its alien art, its meant to be viewed using a higher IQ than humans are suppose to have... humanity is not suppose to be able to see these or understand them. Its wearing a samurai type of armor. 

Humans made Mount Rushmore made from a entire mountain of stone...so you see, everyone likes to leave their mark for future generations, its just these aliens did it on a whole new level. Do you remember I was talking about different civilization levels last week? Humanity still has not reached a type 1 civilization level yet, but what we are looking at is an alien figure in a nebula made by a type 5 civilization...which can manipulate space and time, basically, godly in every way.

Aman named Quisto, living in a small village near Berlin, Germany found a usb stick with a strange symbol carved into it on a parking lot near the so-called "Steintor".

Later on he put the usb stick in his laptop opened it and to his surprise he saw many old 1900's images of what seems like planets, space and UFOs.

According to Quisto, who has no idea who possessed the usb stick, he decided to share the 28 images hoping that someone has an answer to these mysterious images.

It looks like the incredible images are authentic but of course we have to keep in mind that it could be a hoax, but according to a friend of Quisto the stick contains old Voyager satellite recordings and files that are not supposed to be public as he has never seen something like that.

NASA launched the Voyager 1 on September 5, 1977 and the Voyager 2 42 years ago on August 20, 1977, to study the solar system’s most distant planets.

Since its launch, the Voyager 2 has encountered several planets, among them Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.

Some of these planets can also be seen in the images as well as various types of UFOs including the black knight.

US Government Information on ETs is Hidden Really Well, According to Whistleblower Edward Snowden

One of the most popular subjects among conspiracy theorists in forums and YouTube channels is the existence of aliens and UFOs. Claims on ET existence are usually supported with more than some grainy video of a light in the sky.

However, there’s one man who is significantly better positioned than most conspiracy theorists to expose a government cover-up of extraterrestrial life: that man named Edward Snowden, the whistleblower who now lives in exile in Russia.

Snowden revealed that he had searched the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) databases for proof of alien life. He said that he had ridiculous access to the networks of the military, the CIA, the NSA, all these groups. Unfortunately, he found nothing.

Snowden concluded that the information on aliens is hidden really well even from people who are on the inside.

Conspiracy theorists agree that the ET information is hidden really well, and it only means one thing to them, keep looking.

Snowden had leaked highly classified NSA information from his position as a CIA employee. He fled to Moscow after he was charged with two counts of espionage and theft of government property. He spent more than a month living in Sheremetyevo Airport terminal before eventually being granted asylum.

Cigar-Shaped UFO Spotted in Egypt

A UFO has been recorded on video hovering in the sky over the Egyptian capital of Cairo. The amazing video shows what appears to be a bright cylindrical object turning and twisting in the overcast sky. While not moving, the unusual sight seems to scare those people from the ground.

Several individuals can be heard screaming in the background while some others gasp in shock.

The clip of the UFO sighting was posted on October 29 to YouTube with the caption “Something weird in the sky.”

The user asked viewers with a logical interpretation to tell them.

The video was then picked up by popular conspiracy channel Mavi 777, where dozens wrote their thoughts in the comment section.

One wrote that he did not understand the reason people did not go closer upon seeing the objects and check it out.

Another one said that it could be just a drone.

But many others claimed that it was definitive evidence of aliens.

In recent months, cigar-shaped UFOs have been in the spotlight after a series of such sightings over the US.

It started in June when a mysterious snake-like object appeared over the Mojave Desert in California. Since, then similar UFOs have been spotted over New York City, Orlando, Washington Dc, and Michigan.

Exclusive Interview: The Black Vault Founder John Greenewald Talks About TTSA, UFOs, and Existence of Aliens

This week, Jazz Shaw sat down for an interview with The Black Vault founder John Greenewald. The Black Vault is a site containing an archive of several government military documents collected from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. John digs into every dark corner of government activity involving UFOs and aliens.

Like many UFO and alien enthusiasts, Greenewald has been keenly interested in the recent military revelations about unknown aircraft in the U.S. airspace and activities of To The Stars Academy (TTSA) founded by Tom DeLonge. However, as usual, Greenewald has gone a few steps further than most people who just get their information from the mainstream media.

He has been beating up the military and the Department of Defense with FOIA requests from the day the story of the military encountering UFOs first broke in 2017. And Greenewald has really turned up some exciting discoveries.

To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science is a company with material and technology innovations that offer capability advancements for army ground vehicles,” the documents reportedly read.

“These technology innovations have been acquired, designed, and produced by the Collaborator [TTSA], leveraging advancements in metamaterials and quantum physics to push performance gains.”

The agreement goes on to say that the government wants to “assess, test, and characterize” the material at government facilities to compare them with known commodities and to understand what would be required to reproduce the advancements.

“If the government can verify material solutions claims by the collaborator, then significant advancements can be made in the capabilities of army ground vehicle platforms in terms of security, force protection and weight reduction," it adds. 

The documents also reveal that the agreement will run out in September, 2023, but whether the general public will get to hear how it works out was not divulged.
