Largest Pyramid Complex in the World
There are at least 26 important pyramids, along with enclosures and mounds, in the 540 acres of Tucume in Peru.
Constructed of mud brick, they are located on the plain surrounding the La Raya Mountain, south of the La Leche River. Constructed by the Lambayeque in 1000 AD, they were conquered by the Chimu in 1375 and incorporated into the Incan Empire in 1470.
Local shaman healers called upon the powers of the Tucume and La Raya Mountain during their rituals.
Thus Tucume is feared by the local people who know it as Purgatorio. They will not enter the site at night.
Part of the Lambayeque Valley, which is the largest valley on the North Coast of Peru, the Tucume plains are located on the valley’s southern edge.
It is now surrounded by fertile land, due to a forty-three mile irrigation canal.
In Tucume’s north and northeast sector are found the largest and most imposing pyramids, especially Huaca Larga or Long Pyramid, Huaca 1, the Temple of the Sacred Stone and Huaca Balsas.
The sumptuous burial-place of an important Inca general, perhaps Tucume’s Inca governor, was discovered by archaeologists in Huaca Larga. This pyramid is 2300 feet long, the longest known adobe structure.
The Chimu dominated the area of Huaca Larga, which is marked by their red, white and black paintings, some of which depict flying birds.
The site is thought to have been abandoned due to a destructive fire set by the Spaniards in Huaca Larga’s center at the start of the colonial period.
Huaca 1 is a stepped pyramid 98 feet high with its narrow access ramp making some right-angle turns up its façade.
There are two plazas connected to it that are surrounded by high walls, along with several annexes.
One of these is known as “The Bell Shaped Building” and is an outstanding sample of Andean design with overhanging walls.
At its top the Huaca 1 has rooms that may have been the living quarters of the Lambayeque leaders.
The Chimu used Huaca 1 during their occupation and again they decorated it with flying bird paintings.
The Temple of the Sacred Stone is a U-shaped pyramid. Although small and plain, it was a major stop for travelers passing by as they entered the site.
The road through the Lambayeque Valley leads first to this temple and then to Huaca Larga.
What seems to make this temple special is a large boulder set in the middle of a building.
Archaeologists do not know what it represents but found a huge amount of offerings around it that included shells, slaughtered llamas and numerous other items and figurines.
Huaca Balsas has lovely mythical friezes, although the pyramid was damaged by looters.
“The Mound of the Rafts” frieze portrays a scene in which a bird man and bird lead a raft that follows another raft.
“The Frieze of the Rite” portrays a priestly figure under a roofed structure who is holding a llama in one hand and a staff in the other.
It is thought by archaeologists that these scenes depict myths of the Lambayeque culture. Although just a shadow of the creators’ original design, the remains of Tucume are one of Peru’s most important archaeological sites.
Water Found on 5 Alien Planets by Hubble Telescope
Using the powerful eye of NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope, two teams of scientists have found faint signatures of water in the atmospheres of five distant planets.
The presence of atmospheric water was reported previously on a few exoplanets orbiting stars beyond our solar system, but this is the first study to conclusively measure and compare the profiles and intensities of these signatures on multiple worlds.
The five planets WASP-17b, HD209458b, WASP-12b, WASP-19b and XO-1b, orbit nearby stars.
The strengths of their water signatures varied. WASP-17b, a planet with an especially puffed-up atmosphere, and HD209458b had the strongest signals.
The signatures for the other three planets, WASP-12b, WASP-19b and XO-1b, also are consistent with water.
“We’re very confident that we see a water signature for multiple planets,” said Avi Mandell, a planetary scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., and lead author of an Astrophysical Journal paper, published today, describing the findings for WASP-12b, WASP-17b and WASP-19b.
“This work really opens the door for comparing how much water is present in atmospheres on different kinds of exoplanets, for example hotter versus cooler ones.”
The studies were part of a census of exoplanet atmospheres led by L. Drake Deming of the University of Maryland in College Park. Both teams used Hubble’s Wide Field Camera 3 to explore the details of absorption of light through the planets’ atmospheres.
The observations were made in a range of infrared wavelengths where the water signature, if present, would appear.
The teams compared the shapes and intensities of the absorption profiles, and the consistency of the signatures gave them confidence they saw water.
The observations demonstrate Hubble’s continuing exemplary performance in exoplanet research.
“To actually detect the atmosphere of an exoplanet is extraordinarily difficult. But we were able to pull out a very clear signal, and it is water,” said Deming, whose team reported results for HD209458b and XO-1b in a Sept. 10 paper in the same journal.
Deming’s team employed a new technique with longer exposure times, which increased the sensitivity of their measurements.
The water signals were all less pronounced than expected, and the scientists suspect this is because a layer of haze or dust blankets each of the five planets.
This haze can reduce the intensity of all signals from the atmosphere in the same way fog can make colors in a photograph appear muted.
At the same time, haze alters the profiles of water signals and other important molecules in a distinctive way.
The five planets are hot Jupiters, massive worlds that orbit close to their host stars.
The researchers were initially surprised that all five appeared to be hazy. But Deming and Mandell noted that other researchers are finding evidence of haze around exoplanets.
“These studies, combined with other Hubble observations, are showing us that there are a surprisingly large number of systems for which the signal of water is either attenuated or completely absent,” said Heather Knutson of the California Institute of Technology, a co-author on Deming’s paper.
“This suggests that cloudy or hazy atmospheres may in fact be rather common for hot Jupiters.”
Hubble’s high-performance Wide Field Camera 3 is one of few capable of peering into the atmospheres of exoplanets many trillions of miles away. These exceptionally challenging studies can be done only if the planets are spotted while they are passing in front of their stars.
Researchers can identify the gases in a planet’s atmosphere by determining which wavelengths of the star’s light are transmitted and which are partially absorbed.
The picture shows an unexplained being lurking on the side of a road.
The person who posted it claimed it was taken near Lybrook and Counselor, which is near the Jicarilla reservation.
The story claims that a geologist was working in an oil field in the area and saw something odd and decided to take a heat signature of it.
The next day, the geologist suddenly que on social media saying, “seriously freaking out,” “yikes … I’m driving through there tomorrow,” and “skinwalker!”
According to the legend, a skinwalker is a person with the supernatural ability to turn into any animal and walks on all fours.
There are stories of countless encounters, but few will speak of them, too scared they will be targeted again.
The New Mexican who posted the image Thursday has since taken it down, saying she shared it because others had. She says she has no information about its origin.
Initial cost was to be 1.7 BILLION but by the time they were done it cost over
$4.8 BILLION
- obscenely over budget.
The DIA is the largest international airport on US soil… Nearly twice as big as Dallas.
Words used to describe the DIA were “buried in technical problems”,
“poor project management”, “overwhelming complexity” and “America’s
most inconvenient airport”.
It was built in a high wind area (Stapleton Airport hadn’t been) that causes it
to be shut down or flights delayed often.
Even though the area is basically flat (it’s in a valley), they moved 110
million cubic yards of earth around. This is about 1/3rd of the amount of
earth they moved when they dug out the Panama Canal.
The airport has a fiber optic communications core made of 5,300 miles of cable.
That’s longer than the Nile River. That’s from New York City to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The airport also has 11,365 miles of copper cable communications network.
The fueling system can pump 1,000 gallons of jet fuel per minute through
a 28-mile network of pipes.
There are six fuel hold tanks that each hold 2.73 million gallons of jet fuel.
This is somewhere in the “no one will ever ever need this much” range.
Granite was imported from all over the world – Asia, Africa, Europe,
North and South America – and used in making the main terminal floor.
This is a ridiculous expense, especially when you’re already over budget.
The huge, main terminal is Jeppesen Terminal, also known as the “Great Hall”
is 900 feet by 210 feet.
This is over 1.5 million square feet of space.
All told, there is over6 million square feet of public space at DIA.
The airport brags that they have room to build
another terminal and two more concourses and could serve 100 million passengers a year.
The airport flew 36 million in 2001.
The only way to get to the other two concourses/terminals from the Great Hall,
or vice versa, is via the airport’s train system.
There are more than 19 miles (30 km) of conveyor belt track, luggage transport
cars and road in their own underground tunnels that move baggage and goods.
They’re so huge you can drive trucks through them, and some remain unused.
Inside the Airport are Gargoyles, a myriad of Secret Society and Masonic Symbols, a Masonic Headstone, a Time Capsule, strange inscriptions and other things embedded in the floors, and, above all else, the ominousmurals.
The most visually arresting of the murals at DIA this monstrosity – the prominent figure is dressed in what looks like a Nazi uniform and wearing a gas mask holding a swardand the other hand holding an assault rifle. Just what one would want to see before flying a place or entering a city via a flight, right. Just how WEIRD is this…
He has impaled the lonesome dove on the end of the end of the sword, killing it – symbolically destroying Peace. He seems to be emitting some sort of gas that is represented by the rainbow and swirls of cloud that emanate from him.
The children in the painting appear to be dead, although they show no signs of suffering from any form of violence which backs up the claim that they have been poisoned by the gas from the figure.
The weeping mother clutching her dead baby, presumably after the child has been poisoned by the gas.
Painted in the bottom right hand corner is a note.
This note contains an actual poem written by a child of 14 years old named Hama Herchenberg. Hama died on 18th December 1943 in Auschwitz Concentration Camp and, as everyone knows, Auschwitz was infamous for its use of toxic gas and for the amount of men, women and children who perished in the gas chambers there.
Some say, that there is an underground base beneath the DIA. Phil Schneider, a government whistle-blower, claimed that in the last year of DIA construction a vast eight level deep underground base was constructed below the compound. He also said that there is an unusually high electro-magnetic frequency emanating from below the DIA. What does this have to do with the Queen of England?
Some speculate that the area below the airport is intended to be an enormous bunker, designed to shield the elite from some sort of an impending catastrophe. And “ark”, if you will. Then there are those who say it is a military base, where Top Secret experiments are being carried out, right under the noses of travelers.
This capstone is located in The Great Hall of the airport
There is a Freemason symbol on the stone itself and also on the Braille pad above it (some believe the Braille pad to be a sort of Keypad).
There is a message inscribed on the stone of the presence of a time capsule containing various messages and memorabilia which is intended to be opened by the people of Colorado in the year 2094, approx 100 years after it was laid. A Time Capsule meant to be opened in 2094 is buried beneath the Headstone. The Airport claims it contains future sports memorabilia, future Native American cultural artifacts, books and newspaper articles relevant to the Airport, photographs, flight charts, and a piece of the roof “among other things.”
The really interesting thing about this capstone though is the inscription mentioning the ‘New World Airport Commission’ a group that does not exist or at least did not exist at the time the stone was dedicated.
The entire circus-tent-like roof is made of 15 acres of Teflon-coated woven fiberglass. Ostensibly made to resemble the Rocky Mountains or the Colorado Sand Dunes, it manages to provide one more in a series of secret occult Pyramid representations.
The material reflects 90% of the sunlight and conducts no heat, so it is interestingly impervious to radar and to heat scans.
THE UNDERGROUND FACILITY AND THE OUTLYING ACREAGE
The Airport sits on 53 vastly unused square miles – at least as far as the surface is concerned. Air vents and miniature cooling towers, described as being part of the ventilation and exhaust system, jut-out of the ground across the barren surrounding acreage.
But, since they occur so far from the terminals in such remote parts of the barren property, some researchers are led to ask, “Ventilation and exhaust from where?”
UFO boven Cornwall: fotograaf legt driehoekig 'toestel' vast
Amateurfotograaf Michael Potter legde afgelopen maand tot zijn eigen verbazing een ongeïdentificeerd vliegend object vast in de lucht boven Cornwall.
Michael nam foto’s van wolkenformaties bij de kust toen hij per toeval een onbekend object fotografeerde. Pas toen hij de beelden op zijn laptop bekeek zag hij het object.
“Ik had de foto’s op mijn laptop gezet en was van plan deze foto te verwijderen toen ik iets zag wat leek op een vliegtuig uit Culdrose of de zon die door de wolken scheen,” zei hij. “Het was niet te zien toen ik de foto nam. Ik zoomde in en was gefascineerd door wat ik zag.”
Driehoekige vorm
“Ik heb de foto aan vrienden laten zien en we hebben alle mogelijkheden besproken, van stof op de lens, de zon die door de wolken scheen en een vliegtuig verlichtte tot een meteoriet die door de lucht schoot,” ging Michael verder. “Ik heb ruim 40 foto’s gemaakt en het object is alleen op deze ene foto te zien.”
“De foto is niet bewerkt,” lichtte Michael toe. “Wat is dit mysterieuze object?” Het vreemde object blijkt bij nadere inspectie een driehoekige vorm te hebben.
Het is mogelijk dat het een meteoor is geweest die door de atmosfeer vloog, maar aan de kust bij Cornwall worden vaker UFO’s waargenomen.
De Cornwall UFO Research Group documenteert alle waarnemingen in het gebied, dat ook wel de ‘UFO-driehoek’ wordt genoemd. In Cornwall wordt meer paranormale activiteit gemeld dan elders in Groot-Brittannië, aldus de groep.

When Harvard psychiatrist John Mack approached filmmaker Laurel Chiten (Twist & Shout, The Jew in the Lotus, Twisted) asking her to make a movie about encounters with aliens, she thought he was crazy. But after meeting some of the so-called “experiencers” she was intruiged; they seemed rather normal and spoke about feelings of connection and longing for these uninvited intruders to return.
She had stumbled into a world filled by people who had been touched by something … and had their lives blown apart becuase of it.
“I realized I could not figure out the origin of these bizarre stories, nor could I prove or disprove the existence of alien. Instead, I wanted to explore the human drama: who are these people, what has happened to them, and why does this distinguished Harvard professor believe them?”
New amazing video footage of a yellow UFO parked on the ISS hull. This particular UFO was recorded on ISS web camera on 29th January 2014. As you could see the UFO is a solid object near the ISS. It should be about 10 meters wide or more. This video was reported by Streetcap1 on his youtube channel. The object was there for some time. After some time the video goes blue screen.
On July 2, 1952, at 11:00 am, on a bright, clear morning, Warrant Officer Delbert C. Newhouse, accompanied by his wife and two children aged 12 and 14, was driving along the open highway a half dozen miles from Tremonton, in Northern Utah. Shortly thereafter he testified to his Navy superiors:
“…my wife noticed a group of objects in the sky that she could not identify. She asked me to stop the car and look. There was a group of about ten or twelve objects – that bore no relation to anything I had seen before – milling about in a rough formation and proceeding in a westerly direction. I opened the luggage compartment of the car and got my camera out of the suitcase. Loading it hurriedly, I exposed approximately thirty feet of film. There was no reference point in the sky and it was impossible for me to make any estimate of speed, size, altitude or distance. Toward the end one of the objects reversed course and proceeded away from the main group. I held the camera still and allowed the single one to cross the field of view, picking it up again and repeating for three or four passes. By this time all of the objects had disappeared.”
He also wrote to Project Blue Book, an Air Intelligence Officer then interviewed Newhouse and learned that at relatively close range, before Newhouse could start filming, the UFOs appeared flat and circular:
“shaped like two saucers, one inverted on top of the other.”
The witness explained to the Intelligence Officer that he had heard no sounds, seen no exhaust or wake effects emanating from the objects. Before, during, nor after did planes, birds, balloons, or other recognizable phenomena appear in the unidentified aerial objects viewing area. He restated that the one unknown which took off on its own pursued a course opposite to its original one and to the flight path maintained by the remainder of the group. Newhouse was convinced the light fromthe objects resulted from reflection and that they were as long as they were wide and thin (i.e disk shaped.)
THE WITNESS:
Delbert C. Newhouse, at the time of his sighting, had been graduated from the naval photographic school, and was a veteran with nineteen years’ service as a warrant officer, logging more than a thousand hours on aerial photography missions, and twenty two hundred [2200] as chief photographer. He was considered particularly reliable and a qualified observer. He had no implication in UFO research before his experience, and made a sensible report, noting for example that evaluation of distances was impossible from the film because no reference point could be filmed together with the objects.

A UFO was noticed from SOHO project’s photos released by NASA. It was discovered and posted by YouTube user Myunhauzen74. The video seems to show an object making an intelligent movement, ruling out a comet or other space bodies. Its size would appear to be the same as the Earth based on the Sun’s perspective in the photos. The SOHO is a joint project of the European Space Agency and NASA. The orbital solar telescope has been taking photos of the Sun, solar flares and any activity around the Sun. It is placed 1.5 million kilometres from Earth. The data sent from the telescope is loaded in the website of NASA without editing, giving UFO researchers a chance to examine the raw images. Report about a UFO around the Sun is not new. In fact, there are hundreds of reports about the anomaly around the Sun involving an unidentified flying object. American meteorologist Scott Stevens has even made a theory about it saying that solar flares are results of space aliens’ experimentation. He said in an interview that he believes UFOs are flying around the Sun.
KENS NOTE: I have been tracking and downloading these events every day for a few years. The objects are the size of planets or much larger. I really do not know what they are because of the heat generated from the Sun. You would think anything would burn up thousands of miles from the Sun but this is not the case. Now if NASA came out and said ” its molten material being blasted out into space from the Sun “, I could deal with that. It would make sense to me but I have not heard any explanations from NASA about this phenomenon except for some egg head explanation that make no sense to me. ”Double talk” is an art with NASA. Check out my Sun gallery on www.worldufophotos.org . I have approximately 1,100 photos of the Sun with these objects highlighted. A couple years ago NASA displayed high definition images on the SOHO web site but in January of 2011 the hi-definition images went away. Now they are low definition images but they are still good to see this phenomenon around the Sun. The images enclosed are a few of the finds I have on the Sun. My theory is these craft are possibly using the energy of the Sun to fly their ships through space.
I have enclosed 4 images of the Sun and UFO’s. Two of the photos are a prime example of these objects hardly moving within a 24 hour period….Of course debunkers and so called scientist, they probably moved a million miles in one direction or another but look at the image. I am interested to see if the object will be there tomorrow at 00.06 Zulu.

Emelino Martinez was walking back from his hunting trip in the hills outside of the city when there was a sudden movement in the bushes nearby. Martinez stopped, motionless, shotgun in the ready, when the thrashing noise sounded again. He waited briefly then resumed his walk toward his parked automobile. Suddenly he heard a blood curling guttural noise. Terrified he dropped his day’s catch and ran for his car, parked in a nearby clearing. An unintelligible shout behind him indicated that whatever creature it was, it was close to him. He stopped for an instant to glance back toward his pursuer. He then saw two bizarre creatures running after him. They were short, and looked like a half man, half monkey. They were covered with dark hair. Martinez reached the car fumbling with his pockets for the keys. He dropped the keys and picked them up and attempted to open the car. He was then suddenly grabbed from behind. He fell together with his assailant into a ditch besides the road. He dropped his shotgun as two powerful arms closed over his throat. He managed to bake free and scrambled towards the car. The creature jumped on top of him, screaming, growling, and biting like a mad animal. He could not reach his shotgun, so he grabbed a large rock and repeatedly smashed his attacker on the head. Screams of pain slashed through the dark night. Martinez saw his attacker move backward, blood spurting from his head wounds. He then dashed to his car. He snapped the door locked as the two creatures lunged against the car, pounding their hairy fists against the windows in frustrated rage. He managed to start the car and drove away at very high speed directly to the police station. The next day, Martinez and some friends returned to the site and recovered his shotgun they also found some blood stained leaves. They questioned locals and were told that strange disc shaped objects had been seen in the area and that; cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs, and two young farmhands had disappeared on the mountain. The farmers have also seen black, bristly haired dwarfs that hid in caves and kidnapped both livestock and humans. Martinez never returned to the area to hunt again.

Location/Date: Kopanskoye, Province of Leningrad, Russia – February 13, 1989 – evening
Three drivers from the Leningrad auto park, Yuriy Vasilievich M, Sergey Yurevich T, and Alexander Viktorovich G. had gone driving on a fishing trip at a location about 130km from Leningrad, 40 km from the town of Sosnovyi Bor where a nuclear plant is located. Suddenly G saw a UFO flying overhead, all of them then noticed a strange white object in the sky, 3-4 times larger than the biggest star. The object seemed to be moving in their direction when it suddenly made a sharp jump to the left, or to east, and continued flying. After looking at the object for about 15 minutes the witness lost interest and ignored it.
Some time later after having dinner and setting up camp M. went into the woods to look for firewood. It was already dark and as he walked about 40 to 50 meters along the shore of the lake and about 8-10m into the woods, he suddenly noticed a landed flat disc-shaped object about 30-40 meters from him. The object was “beautiful” round shaped, with windows around it’s broadest section, and made out of a dark material. Soft light emanated from the windows. M. began studying the object and noticed neither hatches nor doors on it; its surface was absolutely smooth, though some indentations were visible. M. felt no fear and stared at the object without moving for about 15-20 seconds. He thought of calling his two friends, but thought better of it not wanting to frighten them.
When M. looked to the left of the object he noticed a moving figure like a shadow, walking towards the back of the object. Then he noticed a second figure on the right side of the craft he also noticed a third figure standing between the first and the second one. He thought that they were leaving and became somewhat concerned but not scared. He thought maybe that he could catch one of the “aliens” and put it in his car, but then discarded the idea. The aliens moved slowly making no sounds (the craft was also soundless).
When one of the aliens was about 10 meters from the witness, he yelled at them making friendly advances and pointing out that he meant no harm. The figures approached in silence. Two of them finally came very close to him. The aliens were generally human looking but not completely. Their mouths were tightly closed, no lips were visible, with a proportional head, with no visible hair, and their imperious faces expressed severe concentration. The aliens were dressed in tight-fitting gray-colored outfits. A third alien stood aside. The witness then saw a flash, like a photo flash. Next the witness felt pressure in his head and heard a voice in his brain. The voice was unpleasant, raspy, and metallic in quality, it said, “What are you doing here” He answered that he had come on a fishing expedition with his friends. “Would you like to come with us?” Said the voice next. He thought about it, and was tempted but then the voice said, “You will not return. We need to know what your inner structure is” The witness then declined the offer and shook his head. Then the alien voice said threatening and imperiously, “If you start a nuclear war we will destroy you” (humanity?). The witness then said (hopefully) that humans would not start a nuclear war. At this point the witness heard a loud buzzing sound, resembling a high voltage wire.
Moments later the witness was terrified to see a huge shaggy humanoid figure about 3-4 meters in height, its head resembling that of an ape. It stood above the witness, a little higher than the trees. He then remembered seeing the alien figures moved suddenly away from him, disappearing behind the trees. He didn’t noticed how they entered their ship, but the object slowly and silently ascended, and before leaving it emitted a bright flash of light the illuminated the area around it. When the craft rose up to about 4 meters it suddenly disappeared. Apparently the huge hairy humanoid (Bigfoot type) also left with the aliens.

The Science Channel has partnered up with the International UFO Congress in Scottsdale to screen episodes of their new UFO TV show Close Encounters, which features some of the conference’s speakers. The screenings are free and open to the public, and are meant to help promote the Science Channel’s Are We Alone month in March.
According to the Science Channel, Are We Alone month is focused on the “search for answers to bold new questions about mankind’s search for extraterrestrial life.”
That makes Close Encounters a perfect fit. The show examines some of the most credible and mysterious UFO sightings ever to be investigated. The show’s website says, “These are the stories that have captivated experts and researchers’ imaginations.”
Some of the experts featured in the show will be speaking at the UFO Congress. These screenings will be the first chance for American audiences to see the show. Close Encounters will premiere on the Science Channel on March 4.
The reasons Chamorro presented to his superiors for opening an office for the study of possible alien craft were based on Chapter 12 of the Peruvian Constitution, declaring that the duty of the State is to safeguard the Nation through its Armed Forces.
“The officers working at the La Joya military base were used to sightings. There was an event that repeated every December. We called it the Star of David because we didn't know the nature of that bright light that shined at us day and night. There was also the so-called lost city: in the distance you could see a brightly-lit city that receded as you approached it. It was so frequent that it stopped being important,” said Chamorro to BBC Mundo.
A Luminous Orb
There was a rumor circulating at the time. Alberto Fujimori, who was president at the time, used to go fishing on the Amazon River aboard a FAP aircraft. They say that while he fished, a luminous orb emerged from the river and flew into the air. Fujimori and his team saw it, but agreed to say nothing about it.
“It's true, it happened,” states Chamorro. Marco Barraza corroborates the anecdote. Was it for this reason that the office could be opened? According to Chamorro, “this possibly aided in making the decision to open the office.” But what has been the use of all the information collected, both by the first office as well as the current department?
“What's important is acceptance by the public and their desire to share their experiences. This is something that involves all of humanity and no one is excluded from what's going on,” Chamorro stressed. There isn't much criticism in Peru against programs of this sort, unless they incur considerable expenditures or some important error is revealed.
In The Region
Perú isn't the only country looking for an explanation about anomalous aerial phenomena. Chile has the Commission for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (CEFAA), Argentina has the UFO Phenomena Study Commission (CEFORA) and Uruguay has the Unidentified Flying Obejct Report Reception and Investigation Commission (CRIDOVNI).
“Some of the country's regions have built alliances with a view toward exchanging specialized information in a strategic manner, in order to pool their efforts on the research into these subjects,” stated Defense Minister Pedro Cateriano. “However, Peru is fully capable today of analyzing and researching this phenomenon in an autonomous and independent manner and it would only appeal for an exchange of information with neighboring countries in an exceptional manner with the aim of cross-checking information for more exact conclusions.”
And until a more exact conclusion is achieved, DIFAA's advisory board will wait for the phone to ring again to create another file that may someday, perhaps, answer the question: What if we're not alone?
