The Founders, who supervise the intentions of the Prime Creator, developed intelligent homonoids in the Lyran Ring and these people settled the planets of the Syrius star system, 8.7 lightyears from our Sun.

Civilizations that warred, dominated and controlled fought incessantly in the Lyran system. Some of them moved on from Syrius to the Orion stars, 1,344 lightyears from our Sun. Others rocketed to the Pleiades 440 lightyears from Earth. 60 million years ago, Pleiadians rocketed to Earth to escape war.

But soon other Lyrans and Pleiadians came to Earth” and created wars on Earth too. So the first Pleiadians on Earth, whom Royal calls “Earth-Lyrans,” fled back to the Pleiades.

Back in the Lyra group, “Directors of the Earth Inception Project needed some extraterrestrial genes” that could mix with the genes of the most advanced primate species they’d already introduced to Earth. Project directors “induced the Pleiadians whose ancestors had been the Earth-Lyrans to become involved with the developing Earth species so the Pleiadians could face their own service to self, conquest and domination, which they had suppressed for generations in the Pleiades. The ancient Pleiadians interacted with nearly every primitive culture on Earth and gave most of the ET genes that made modern man, combining Pleiadian genes with those of primative humanoid” already introduced to Earth.

A 17-year old girl was baby-sitting at a neighbor’s house when she spotted an object at housetop level no more than 50 feet away, hovering silently with three white lights forming the points of an equilateral triangle. Her impression was that the object was triangular and made from dark colored metal. The light closest to the witness was much brighter than the other two, and just above it was a transparent window. To the left and right of the front pane, separated by thin metallic-like partitions were two windows that wrapped around the sides of the craft. A very dull, white light, similar to a flashlight beam, extended from the underside to the ground. The girl said she saw the beam slowly descend until it reached the street.
The young woman said she could look directly into the craft through the front window, where she observed two humanoid beings. She described them as having “very large heads, oriental-like eyes, gill like ears and two holes instead of a nose.” One occupant appeared to be sitting and the other standing behind an instrument panel. The panel was white. The entire scene appeared to be illuminated by a white light. Only the head and hands of the sitting being were visible as it operated several controls. The panel also contained groups of black and grayish black circular controls.
The other occupant was visible from the waist up and was not wearing a shirt. It had a long, thin neck, broad shoulders, smooth white skin and normal looking arms. The being was extending its arms back and forth across a section of the instrument panel that had no controls. It stared at the witness with pupil-less white eyes. The girl was unable to recall the hands or mouth of either occupant. She was spellbound by the strange phenomenon and felt compelled to stand on the porch and watch for approximately 15 minutes before she reluctantly went back into the living room. She then called her parents to come for her and the young boy. When her father arrived at 2>50 a.m. the object had disappeared.

It was of grayish blue color, but transparent—we could see the stars through it.” Near the center of the sphere were 2 figures well over 6 ft tall, who were either red in color or dressed in bright red; they had human faces with large eyes, and their heads gave off a glow. They wore cloth like helmets hiding their ears. On the ends of their arms they had “wing-like appendages that they moved slowly, like hands.” The car’s radio went out, and the witnesses felt an intense cold. Then the object began to rise, apparently growing larger as it did so. Many other witnesses, including 3 astronomers at the observatory, saw the object take off; it approached the observatory, then made a sharp 90-degree turn and took off “like a streak of light.” Onions in the field over which the UFO hovered were found later to have been “cooked” as if by burning.

An anonymous farmer saw an object come down to the ground and land in some open ground adjacent to the town’s cemetery. As it was coming down it looked rather like the planet Saturn, but tentatively he approached to within 150 feet of the object and obtained a clear view of it on the ground. It was about 20 feet in diameter and it had the color of a white, aluminum-like metal. It looked like a double saucer placed rim to rim, with a big dome on top. On this dome there were large “ailerons.” The center of these seemed to remain fixed while the outer surfaces rotated, but this was only noted with the object took off. The farmer says the craft sat on telescopic supports, and had a set of stairs at each side that came down from the middle of the object to the ground. A row of portholes was visible on the side, seemingly set in a ring around the rim. These were dull blue. While standing transfixed and staring stupefied at this sight the farmer was approached by six strange beings. They seemed to be looking around at the cemetery with great curiosity and, when they saw him, they came towards him laughing. Five were clean shaven but one had a short red beard. He made a gesture towards the farmer with his hand, which was interpreted as a greeting. They seemed to communicate with one another by a system of similar hand signs. The beings were about four feet tall, or just under, and were dressed in one piece shiny overalls of a white color. They wore white ankle boots which rose up to the knees. On the back they carried several cylinders or “oxygen bottles” that were strapped on, and attached by tubes under the chin. Around the hips were belts about 8 inches in diameter. These had various “lenses” of differing colors slipped into them.
The faces of the beings were a whitish color and looked rather like those of monkeys. The eyes were round, and colored azure blue. The arms appeared to be longer than those of a human, stretching down to below the knees. Each being was carrying a “weapon” that looked something like a “Tommy gun.” They had round magazines and at one point one was raised and pointed at the witness. There was a flash which was dazzling but seemingly had no effect on the man. On their heads, says the farmer, the entities wore round transparent helmets that had three antennae sticking out. Two came from the sides and one from the top central part of the helmet. After the ‘shot’ was fired the farmer, recovering from the shocked surprise, noted that the entities had moved back towards their craft and mounted the steps either side, three by three. The red bearded creature was the last to climb into the object. As soon as they were all inside the protuberances started to retract smoothly, and then there was a brief, loud noise, something like that of a vacuum cleaner. A little nozzle then appeared on the central underside and spouted flame of a red/green color (rather like kerosene burning) at which the object started to rise slowly. It reached a certain height and then stopped. A few seconds pause, then it lifted to the side and streaked away at an incredible speed in the direction of Venice. An area of burnt soil about 25 feet in diameter was left where it had stood.

A man named “Freddy” was taking several video shots in this beautiful and isolated area with a local folkloric musical group. Later while examining the video a strange image is clearly seen standing behind some bushes. The strange silhouette even appears to briefly move. Some attribute the image as being ‘Jesus Christ’. “Billy” Eduard Albert Meier was born in Bülach, Switzerland on February 3, 1937. For over 56 years, he has maintained a series of physical and telepathic contacts with extraterrestrial beings who claim they come from the Plejares star cluster.
Acting as a mediator and spokesperson for the Pleiadians Plejarans from planet Erra, Eduard Meier imparts their fascinating, esoteric teachings and wisdom to us and assists them in their monumental task of guiding Earth mankind back to the path we have left so long ago.
Billy’s contacts with extraterrestrials began at age five when he was prepared for his life’s work through the teachings of Sfath, an extraterrestrial man from the Plejares. Asket, Billy’s second contact person, continued his education for another eleven years, guiding him through many lands on Earth to learn about terrestrial beliefs and cultures.
On January 28, 1975, he began a series of over 100 contacts with Semjase, a female Pleiadian/Plejaran. During several contacts Billy was allowed to photograph her “beamship” during flight maneuvers.
He took over 1,000 of the clearest photos of extraterrestrial spacecraft ever seen. The actual contact conversations were written down word-for-word and contain many interesting facts on Earth history, humanities, sciences and spiritual topics.
Since 1989, Billy has been having approximately four contacts a year with Ptaah, the father of Semjase, and has had over 250 contacts to date.
Billy Meier’s UFO photos remain unparalleled for their clarity and sheer number. Several variations of the Pleiadian/Plejaran “beamships” were photographed at various remote locations in the Swiss countryside, mostly between 1975 and 1982.
For the bulk of his photos, Billy used a camera that was easy for him to operate (having only one arm) — an Olympus 35 ECR still camera. He also filmed several sequences using an 8mm movie camera Billy also used another camera (with variable focus) to take the photos of the “wedding cake” ships as well as with a video camera.The purpose of these photo demonstrations offered by the Pleiadians/Plejarans was to allow Billy the opportunity to acquire evidences in the form of photographic proof. This evidence is important as it can provide convincing testimony for the reality of Billy’s contact experiences, if properly analysed.
This form of proof is also special since it affords each person the opportunity to decide for themselves whether or not these contacts with extraterrestrials are really taking place, without harmfully infringing upon one’s free will and beliefs.
This policy of limited intervention by the Plejaran extraterrestrials, through photographic and metal-sample evidence, has served many purposes. Primarily, it has allowed both sides of the controversy — the sceptics and those who are convinced it is real — to form their own opinions through their individual level of research and study.
In addition, it has brought about some desired goals of the extraterrestrials; one of which was to create a UFO controversy. This would urge a variety of scientists, government agencies, military services and other citizens to seriously preoccupy themselves with the subject of UFOs.
Many people still claim that Billy faked the hundreds of UFO photos he has taken to achieve some form of personal fame and/or monetary gain for himself, despite the positive analyses performed by several competent scientists and photo experts.
Most of these allegations are not even backed up by scientific research, or they contain false, distorted data.
In addition, it is a known fact that numerous photos of Billy’s were carefully manipulated in the past to show strings and similar anomalies and were widely distributed in attempts to discredit him. However, the decision as to their authenticity ultimately lies with each and every individual…

Now, I was joking—and I thought he was, but that brings us to a point: some people claim that nonhuman aliens not only exist, but they live among us. If that is the case, do these creatures become ill, and where are the facilities that treat them?

Alleged conspiracy theorists claim there is an alien base under the Phoenix airport. Still others say Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio has been using alien technology for years. There is a theory that a lot of our technology is the result of reverse engineering of alien technology.

In this next part of our Your Need to Know series, Antonio Huneeus examines RAND Corporation’s UFO document titled “UFO’s: What to do?” The RAND Corp. was originally an outgrowth project of World War II called Project RAND. In May of 1948 it separated from the Douglas Aircraft Company and became its own independent, nonprofit organization.

George Kocher of the RAND Corporation published this document in November of 1968, a few months after the University of Colorado completed its Condon Report. The RAND Corp. document is broken into five different essays: Historical Aspects, Astronomical Aspects, The Character of Reports, Phenomenological Aspects, and How to Proceed and Why. These essays explore the types of reports and sightings, how they are categorized, and a list of hypotheses that exist surrounding the phenomenon. The document also provides an example of a detailed UFO report form developed by the University of Colorado’s study group.

In this next part of our Your Need to Know series, Antonio Huneeus examines the UFO files from the FBI’s The Vault. The Vault was created in 2011 as a storehouse for commonly requested FBI documents already released under the Freedom of Information Act. Go to Vault.FBI.gov, and from there you can easily search a multitude of topics ranging from counterterrorism to unexplained phenomenon.

The FBI recently revealed on its website that the most searched document is a simple one page memo called the “Guy Hottel Memo”. Its contents were written on March 22, 1950 by Guy Hottel, a special agent in charge of the Washington Field Office, and allude to the crash and recovery of the Roswell UFO. The memo ends abruptly with a sentence stating that no further evaluations were attempted. Major news organizations reported on this document being newly released, but it was actually released under the Freedom of Information Act, and available since the 1970s. Bruce Maccabee was the first to obtain this document, and he believes it to be part of an elaborate hoax.

Witnesses in Watertown, SD, reported watching a Saturn-shaped light descend from the sky that landed, “engulfed” and eventually killed a dog before moving away, according to testimony in Case 54585 from the MutualUFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The reporting witness and two friends first saw lights in the sky about midnight on February 28, 2014. Then the object moved to ground level.

“We saw this strange ghost-like thing engulf one of my friend’s dogs because it ran up barking at it.”

The witness said that after the light surrounded the dog – the dog collapsed.

“The thing hovered onto this planet-looking thing and took off.”

The witness said he was scared for his life. They then discovered that the dog was dead. No other details were available today. South Dakota MUFON is investigating. Watertown is the county seat of Codington County, SD, population 21,482.

To the left of the constellation I noticed what appeared to bea very bright star. However it pulsated and changed directions very rapidly. I moved into the road, which was very dark with a clear line of sight away from tree branches, and noticed that it continued with this color and travel pattern. Several aircraft flew in different directions, at what appeared to be much lower altitude, during the entire time of observation. I am convinced that this was no plane or helicopter, due to the rapid ability of the object to change directions constantly and stop.

I then came inside my home and told me wife to accompany me to observe the UFO. We continued to observe the object for approximately 20 minutes. A neighbor came out to place his trash cans at the curb, and I called him over. He claimed to be a military pilot in the past and tried to explain it as one, at first. But when I pointed out the rapid direction of travel while not following a flight path, he couldn’t explain it. I had my cell phone with me and for the first time, decided to try out the video taping function. At this point in time, I’m not sure that it recorded, but it enabled us to zoom in on the object. It was at that time that we could see the vivid colors pulsating on the surface of the orb, as well as in a ring that appeared around it. I came inside to get my video camcorder, but found the battery was not charged. At the time of this report, I’m not sure if I have the video on my cell phone, but will try to find out how to retrieve it by checking on line (its a company provided cell phone – Motorola Droid Razr). I should mention that I had observed multiple UFO’s in 1967, when I was 14 years old, which rapidly changed flight paths before bursting at high speed into space. I’ve often checked the night sky and haven’t seen anything resembling a UFO until this point. I have prior law enforcement experience, with extensive observation and investigative skills while in the corporate security profession for over 35 years. This includes report writing and court testimony. So I have established total credibility throughout my career. I have also been a certified NJSP certified security officer Instructor since 2007. Video: TV News: UFO sightings over South Carolina – March 2014

Local news stations in South Carolina have received many reports of UFO sightings in the last couple years. Orbs, and “orb triangles”, are the most common type of UFO sighting.

One Myrtle Beach business owner who had a close encounter of the third kind is sharing his story with the world. Gary Travis sent a video to WMBF back in 2011, of several strange orbs he spotted off the coast. “I’d never seen anything like it,” Travis said during a 2011 interview with WMBF News, “not in my experience.”
