They are definitely metallic. The scientists entered each swamp and walked on top of the objects and heard metallic sounds when striking the objects.
Filer’s Files #07 – 2015 Black Triangles - PART I

Filer’s Files #07 – 2015 Black Triangles - PART I
In special reports, this week’s files cover: Admiral Lord Hill-Norton UFOs Exist, Towers on the Moon, Black Triangles over New Jersey, Life Coming from Space during Experiment, Jordan Launches Air Strikes, Islamic State Is Not the Same as the Crusades, Michael Luckman Alien Rock’ Author Passes On, and January Statistical UFO Reports
Unidentified Aerial Phenomena sightings were reported over: Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.
Sightings of UFOs were also reported in: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Mexico, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, and in England in the United Kingdom.
The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The weekly intelligence report provides you with information on the latest sightings and UFO news that you need to understand the world situation. The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force and Prince Phillip told me of his personal interest in UFOs. The US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Admiral Lord Hill-Norton UFOs Exist

Let us look for some of the evidence. Admiral Lord Hill-Norton
Lord Hill-Norton stated, “The evidence that there are objects which have been seen in our atmosphere, and even on terra firma, that cannot be accounted for either as man-made objects or as any physical force or effect known to our scientists, seems to me to be overwhelming… A very large number of sightings have been vouched for by persons whose credentials seem to me unimpeachable. It is striking that so many have been trained observers, such as police officers and airline or military pilots. Their observations have in many instances… been supported either by technical means such as radar or, even more convincingly, by… interference with electrical apparatus of one sort or another….”
Admiral Lord Hill-Norton, Chief of Defense Staff, Ministry of Defense, Great Britain, 1973; Chairman, Military Committee of NATO, 1974-77; quoted from his foreword to “Above Top Secret” by Timothy Good, Morrow & Co’s Quill Books.
Towers on the Moon
An astronomer was looking at the moon and was fortunate enough to catch these two towers on the edge of a crater. There are a lot of alien artifacts on the moon. That much I promise, but many are difficult to see, but can be seen if you have an infrared camera looking through a scope. This guy doesn’t, but still caught some megaliths. If you have an Ir camera, please check out the moon sometime. You will be blown away.
Eyewitness states: On January 7, 2015, two days after full moon he captured footage with 12″ Meade LX Celestron zoom with Alpha 6000 at 60fps. This looks like a huge megalith outside a stadium. Thanks to UFO Sightings
Black Triangles over New Jersey

Robert Spearing writes, “So what are flying Black Triangles? Are they military black budget programs like the rumored Auroras and TR-3Bs? Supposedly, the US Government has been working on flying triangles since the 1980s. There is also evidence we’ve been engaged in anti-gravity propulsion since the 60s. However, reports go back many decades before that and something’s not right. Are they a hostile nation’s, alien or inter-dimensional? I don’t know the answer to that but I think I just got a little closer.”
I am a MUFON Field Investigator for New Jersey. I just completed a six year study of sightings in the Garden State from January 1, 2009 through January 31, 2015. In all there were 99 reports under the searchable category “triangle” in the MUFON Case Management System in that timeframe. I painstakingly went through each case weeding out hoaxes, misidentifications and such. I included reports classified as being closed out due to “insufficient data” where the accounts were otherwise credible but were closed simply due to witnesses no longer being cooperative in the interview process. I was left with 57 good cases. I pegged those cases to Google Maps. The study results were a bit unnerving if they are not our boys!
To begin with, New Jersey is a small but representative state. Much larger states like California and Texas have many more triangle sightings which should be investigated also. NJ has two Nuclear Plants, and houses several military installations including McGuire AF Base/Fort Dix, Earle Naval Weapons Station, Picatinny Arsenal and a slew of Coast Guard Bases along the Atlantic Coast and on the Delaware River near Philadelphia. So there are some potential targets here for whoever may be interested for whatever purposes they may have.
I’ll start with power plants and military bases. Three sightings (5%) occurred within ten miles of Picatinny Arsenal. Two sightings (3%) were within ten miles of McGuire Air Force Base. One sighting (2%) was within ten miles of Hope Creek Nuclear Power Plant. Three sightings (5%) were within ten miles of Oyster Creek Nuclear Facility.
All these are low percentages and prove nothing. However, next was Earle Naval Weapons Station which registered eight sightings (14%)? Something about Earle is attracting triangles. But it is our Coast Guard facilities that really raised my eyebrows. Twenty-two sightings (39%) were within ten miles of Coast Guard Bases and many of these sightings were within four miles. So there seems to be a connection with water. For what it’s worth, Earle is quite near the ocean too.
In all, thirty-nine cases (68%) were within 10 miles of sensitive NJ installations.
Another oddity on the map was that twenty-four sightings (42%) occurred in southern New Jersey in the air corridor beginning just outside the southern delineation of McGuire AF Base’s restricted air space to the northern delineation of Dover AF Base in Delaware. However, not one sighting was reported in towns within their air space jurisdiction. In other words, they hang out between both bases but not close enough to get a reaction.
Another interesting fact was that not one of the 57 cases studied elicited a military jet attempted intercept. So were these craft invisible to radar or were they a known quantity to our radar stations? Statistically, November and August saw the highest number of sightings over six years, while May saw the fewest with one. March was the only month with no sightings. Atlantic and Monmouth County had the highest amount of sightings – nine in all. Six counties had no sightings which suggest they were of no strategic importance.
Now let’s get to the triangles themselves. Here’s where it gets even more interesting. Twenty-three cases out of fifty-seven (40%) were Close Encounters! That is a remarkable statistic for one type of UFO sighting. It is unprecedented! What would we find if we expanded our study to California and Texas? In twenty-nine cases (51%), the witness estimated that the craft was less than 500 feet in altitude. Many cases in this category actually had tree top level checked off. In 31 cases (54%) the triangle was hovering. In twenty-three of those cases (40%) they were hovering over roads or highways. By Robert Spearing, publisher www.worldufowatch.com
Life Coming from Space during Experiment

We heard a few months ago about Russian astronauts cleaning the space station solar panels and finding extremely large plankton growing on them.
Milton Wainwright claims to have found a life in space. Milton and his team conducted an experiment where they sent a weather balloon fitted with 27 pockets to space. In one of the pockets they discovered living bacteria which was too large to have come from earth. This may prove there is life beyond our planet? Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milton_Wainwright UFO Sighting News
Here we have a professor with further evidence from orbit of life coming into our atmosphere from space. Wainwright graduated from the University of Nottingham in the field of botany. He obtained a PhD from the same university in the field of mycology and a postdoctoral fellowship, in environmental microbiology. He is author of the books Miracle Cure: The Story of Penicillin and the Golden Age of Antibiotics (1990) and An introduction to environmental biotechnology (2011).
Mary’s Photos
Dan Johnson writes, “In last week’s Filer’s Files Robbert in Holland had captured a color photo of Mary.
I’ am not saying that what I captured on the ceiling of our living room shown at left is the same image. All that I am saying is that there is a similarity in the two photographs. Thanks to Dan Johnson
Michael Luckman Alien Rock’ Author Passes On
Author Michael Luckman recently passed away who was a great promoter of the UFO phenomena and was the director of the New York Center for Extraterrestrial Research. He wrote the controversial book, “Alien Rock: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Extraterrestrial Connection” (VH1 and Pocket Books), which claimed that many pop icons such as Mick Jagger and David Bowie had close encounters with alien spaceships. It was all the rage among celebrities, including Bono, Matthew McConaughey, Penelope Cruz, Angela Bowie, Steven Spielberg, and Pete Bennett, legendary promotion manager for the Beatles.
From Elvis to the Beatles, from Michael Jackson to Marilyn Manson, rock stars claim to have seen, communed with, been inspired by, and sometimes even descended from extraterrestrials. The birth of Elvis was marked by the appearance of a mysterious blue light over his house. In August 1974, John Lennon spied a UFO from the window of his penthouse and regularly read UFO magazines and felt that he might be a UFO abductee. ”
Mick Jagger and Marianne Faithfull encountered a luminous cigar-shaped mothership while camping in the English countryside in 1968. Jimi Hendrix told a friend, “I am a spiritual messenger, sent here from another place.”
Alien Rock provides a fascinating new perspective on the long, strange trip that is rock ‘n’ roll history, and suggests that, wherever the road takes us, we may not be traveling alone. He recalled his meeting with Michael Jackson and their discussion about his interest in UFOs.
He told me about the King Elvis Presley who felt he was born under a Blue UFO. Bowie owns 1,000 UFO books and had a telescope mounted on the roof of his limousine to search for aliens.
Michael Luckman often asked me to speak at his frequently held Press conferences about UFOs. He was planning a series of Signal to Space concerts that will beam a musical message of peace to outer space. Michael is now likely upstairs gathering Angels to participate in a UFO concert and will be greatly missed. http://www.amazon.com/Alien-Rock-Roll-Extraterrestrial-Connection/dp/074346673X
Islamic State Is Not the Same as the Crusades
Evangelist Franklin Graham and Catholic League President Bill Donohue have condemned President Barack Obama for comparing the Islamic State’s atrocities to the “terrible deeds” committed by Christians hundreds of years ago. Obama made his controversial remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday in Washington, D.C., while referring to the actions taken during the Crusades and the Inquisition “in the name of Christ.”
Graham hit back at Obama in a Facebook posting saying that Jesus Christ “taught peace” and did “not take life,” while the prophet Muhammad “was a warrior and killed many innocent people.” Graham, CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, wrote: “Today at the National Prayer Breakfast, the President implied that what ISIS is doing is equivalent to what happened over 1,000 years ago during the Crusades and the Inquisition.
“Mr. President — many people in history have used the name of Jesus Christ to accomplish evil things for their own desires. But Jesus taught peace, love and forgiveness. He came to give His life for the sins of mankind, not to take life. “Muhammad on the contrary was a warrior and killed many innocent people. True followers of Christ emulate Christ — true followers of Muhammad emulate Muhammad.”
Obama said that the Islamic State (ISIS) was “a brutal vicious death cult that, in the name of religion, carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism.” But he added: “Lest we get on our high horse and think that this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ.”
Donohue denounced the president on the Catholic League’s website, saying “Obama’s ignorance is astounding and his comparison is pernicious.”He continued: “The Crusades were a defensive Christian reaction against Muslim madmen of the Middle Ages attacking Europe …
Regarding the other fable, the Inquisition, the Catholic Church had almost nothing to do with it. “The Church saw heretics as lost sheep who needed to be brought back into the fold. By contrast, secular authorities saw heresy as treason; anyone who questioned royal authority, or who challenged the idea that kingship was God-given, was guilty of a capital offense. “It was they — not the Church — who burned the heretics. Indeed, secular authorities blasted the Church for its weak role in the Inquisition.” Franklin Graham to Obama: Muhammad Killed Innocents, Christ Didn’t © 2015 Newsmax. All rights reserved..
Jordan launches Air Strikes

Not only is Islamic State waging war on the free and not-so-free world, it is engaging in psychological warfare. Jordan’s King Abdullah was reported by some Arabic-language news outlets to be personally leading airstrikes against Islamic State militants, however those reports were in question.
King Abdullah is a seasoned fighter pilot trained in part at the U.K.’s Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, so it was unclear if the report of his personal involvement was to be interpreted as him flying a plane, commanding the fleet, or both. That same day, Abdullah himself reiterated his vow to strike Islamic State “strongholds,” but remained vague on the details.
He said the revenge for burning Kasasbeh alive “will be harsh because this terrorist organization is not only fighting us, but also fighting Islam and its pure values.” Jordan has been an ally of the U.S. and the international anti-terror coalition since the 2003 invasion of Iraq, acting as a base of operations and contributing its own military forces at times. Kasasbeh was on a mission in Syria when his plane was downed, and he was taken prisoner.
DIA Director: Our Strategy to Combat Islamic Terror Is Not Working
Chris Wallace was joined on “Fox News Sunday” by Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret.), former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, to discuss the new national security strategy released by the Obama administration on Friday and the growing threat of Islamic extremism.
“We are facing a form of a cancerous component of the Islamic religion which has a fanaticism to it … which is against our way of life, and they, in fact, have declared war on us,” Flynn said.
“I really do believe that when members of Congress are yelling at the White House for strategy, I we need to sit down and figure out what is our strategy going forward.”
Flynn explained that there has been a doubling or more of radical Islamic enemies over the past 10 years. He said we need to recognize that our strategy has not been working. “We need a much broader strategy that recognizes that we’re facing not just this tactical problem of Iraq and Syria,” Flynn explained. “We’re facing a growing, expanding threat around the world.” Flynn said we need to first define the enemy, then articulate a strategy that is broader than just counterterrorism. This is going to have to take 10 years, maybe an entire generation or more. Thanks to Fox News
