Brief aan Anciaux
Deze scherpe brief stond hier in een reactie op de stek van VVZ.

To the Minister of Culture. (Oh yes, and of Youth.) – Bert Anciaux
Dear Sir,
For nearly three decades I have lived abroad. Away from the country of my birth. I was born in Flanders, and now for the past 3 years I have returned here.
All this time I was unable to use the language of my birth and it is not surprising therefore that I write to you in English as it is best suited to express myself.
You are telling us on your website that the people of Flanders are selfish and afraid of the unknown religions that swamp our country. In particular Islam.
Why shouldn’t we be? It has taken us centuries to get where we want to be and in those centuries we finally have freed ourselves from the yoke of organized religion and have moved on with great strides because of it. Now you want us to accept that another religion comes over here and as guests force us, the host country, to accept a backwards and dangerous theocracy. This religion is the greatest danger the western world has ever faced and if unchecked will force their outdated worldviews on us. Does it not worry you that they call our women whores when they dress in ways Islam does not accept? Is it not OUR country? Does it not worry you that most violent protests are perpetrated by this section of citizens? Do you not see that they have nothing but contempt for our laws, for our lifestyle, for our culture? You of all people as minister of culture should take action.
Do you as minister of culture want to preserve the inheritance of our forefathers? Or would you rather roll over and surrender to a foreign influence who are trying to make sure that the western world will be dragged back into the middle ages? And this time, it will take a lot longer to climb out from that abyss.
Your fellow ministers have ensured that our own people have become second class citizens in their own country by threatening with fines and jail terms anyone who speaks out against this state of affairs. People are afraid to be branded racists because they disagree with this section of the population. Does it not worry you that known Islamic terrorists live amongst us and even draw welfare from the Belgian state? Will you ever wake up and admit that the two assassins who killed Shah Mashoud in Afghanistan just a day before 9/11 were two Islamic immigrants who had obtained Belgian citizenship because of political cowards who bow to the Islamic worlds whims.
My Great-Grandfather fought in the trenches of WW1 and fought 4 years to save his beloved country. My Grandfather was forced into a concentration camp of the Nazis in WW2 as forced labor. Does their sacrifice mean nothing to you? If the answer is no, then you have my unbridled contempt. But what can we expect of a politician anyway besides cowardice, lies, and self-serving hypocrisy.
The people of this country have time and time again seen for themselves that Islamic youths kill, maim, rob, and disrupt this society and all they get for it is a slap on the wrist. We have our share of homegrown criminals, but it is a fact, and don’t even try to deny it, that our jails are filled to overflowing with people who use this country as a place to live but who show allegiance to another.
Why is it that they are allowed to import their struggles and wars over here and smash and burn parts of Antwerp and Brussels and other cities? We have nothing to do with what happens in Gaza. But on the news it was treated as if it was of no consequence.
Just a few days ago there was a march of 7000 of our citizens as a quiet protest against the horrors of the attack against a daycare center. Amazingly enough, not a single piece of property was destroyed during that march.
And we were treated to a nauseating spectacle of government ministers, yourself included, who exploited this tragedy for their own selfish political means.
This multicultural society you praise so highly and try to force on us is an abject failure. Why are Belgians called before a court if they mistreat their spouses but not them? Why is it accepted that they can get away with the unequal treatment of women while it clearly states in our laws that this is forbidden? Why are they allowed to chant Anti Jewish and Anti Christian Slogans without fear of prosecution, while if one of our own is even suspected of harboring such thoughts is hauled before court so fast his feet won’t even touch the ground?
Be a minister of Culture and put your money where your mouth is. It is OUR culture, not theirs. And if they can’t live with that they should leave. Tell them to use the option of free choice we provide. The choice to leave.
As Minister of Youth, finally do something you are paid for and either educate or punish these youths that terrorize our society. Ours and theirs.
Make no mistake, we are indeed heading to an “ours” and “theirs” society.
They are discriminating against us every hour of every day. Using our women as toys while prohibiting our own to intermingle with them.
It has become clear to me in the span of a few years that anyone in Belgian politics is not at all interested in solving our peoples problems but instead are only in filling their pockets and freeloading at our expense.
It is true that not all Muslims are terrorists, but it is also FACT that most terrorist actions are perpetrated by Muslims. It is FACT that the majority of terrorist organizations on the blacklist are Muslim. Do you care to deny that? You and your ilk have lost touch not only with reality but with the very people you claim to represent, your countrymen and women.
Let me be perfectly clear here. You do NOT tell me what to do, you do Not tell me who to like, you do NOT tell me how to live my own life. I am who I am and I will always say it as I see it, and not you nor these bunch of incompetents in government will EVER silence me. You are welcome to try. You know where to find me.

Bijna dertig jaar heb ik in het buitenland geleefd. Weg van mijn geboorteland. Ik ben in Vlaanderen geboren en ben nu sinds drie jaar teruggekomen.
Al die tijd heb ik mijn geboortetaal niet kunnen spreken en het is dus niet verwonderlijk dat ik u in het Engels schrijf, op dit moment het meest geschikt voor mij.
Op uw website vertelt u ons dat het Vlaamse volk egoïstisch is en bang voor onbekende godsdiensten die ons land overspoelen. De islam in het bijzonder.
Waarom zouden we niet bang zijn.
Het heeft eeuwen geduurd om te komen waar we wilden zijn, en in die eeuwen hebben we ons eindelijk bevrijd van het juk van de georganiseerde religie en we zijn daarom met grote stappen vooruitgegaan.
Nu wil je ons laten aanvaarden dat een andere religie naar hier komt en ons als gastland dwingen om een gevaarlijke theocratie te aanvaarden die ons achteruitgang brengt.
Deze godsdienst is het grootste gevaar ooit waar de westerse wereld mee geconfronteerd wordt en als men hier geen controle over uitoefent zal men ons hun achterhaalde wereldvisie opdringen.
Maakt het je niet ongerust als ze onze vrouwen “hoeren” noemen wanneer zij zich kleden op een manier die de islam niet accepteert ? Is dit niet ONS land ? Ben je niet bezorgd dat de meest gewelddadige protesten komen van dit deel van de bevolking ?
Zie je niet dat ze niets dan minachting hebben voor onze wetten, onze levensstijl, onze cultuur ?
Van alle mensen zou u in de eerste plaats, als minister van cultuur, hiertegen actie moeten ondernemen.
Wil u, als minister van cultuur, de erfenis van onze voorouders bewaren ? Of zou u zich liever overgeven (overkop gaan) aan vreemde invloeden die er proberen voor te zorgen dat de westerse wereld teruggesleurd wordt naar de middeleeuwen ?
Uw collega-ministers hebben ervoor gezorgd dat onze eigen mensen tweederangs-burgers zijn geworden in hun land door te dreigen met boetes en gevangenisstraf voor al wie zich uitspreekt tegen deze gang van zaken. Mensen zijn bang om als racist bestempeld te worden omdat ze het niet eens zijn met die bevolkingsgroep. Maak je je geen zorgen dat bekende islamitische terroristen tussen ons wonen en zelfs financiële hulp krijgen van de Belgische staat ?
Zul je ooit beseffen en toegeven dat de twee moordenaars die Shah Mashoud gedood hebben in Afghanistan de dag voor 9/11 twee islamitische immigranten waren die de Belgische nationaliteit hadden verkregen vanwege politieke lafaards die buigen (toegeven) voor islamitische (wereld)grillen ?
Mijn over-grootvader vocht in de loopgraven van WO1 en vocht 4 jaar om zijn geliefde land te behouden. Mijn grootvader werd opgesloten in een concentratiekamp van de nazi’s in WO2 en werd gedwongen tot dwangarbeid. Betekent hun offer niets voor u ? Als het antwoord ‘nee’ is dan verdien je mijn grootste (ongebreidelde) minachting. Maar hoe dan ook, wat kun je verwachten van een politicus behalve lafheid, leugens en zelfzuchtige hypocrisie.
De bevolking van dit land heeft voor zichzelf al lang uitgemaakt dat islamitische jongeren doden, verminken, roven en de samenleving verstoren en de enige reactie is een geruststellend en sussend gebaar. We hebben ons eigen aandeel van de criminelen, maar het is een feit, en probeer dit niet te ontkennen, dat onze gevangenissen overvol zitten met mensen die dit land gebruiken om er te leven/wonen terwijl zij trouw zijn aan een ander (land).
Waarom is het hen toegelaten om hun conflicten en oorlogen hier binnen te brengen : slaan/vernielen en branden delen van Antwerpen en Brussel en andere steden.
We hebben niets te maken met wat gebeurt in Gaza. Maar op het nieuws werd dit (vernielingen) behandeld als (normaal) zonder gevolgen.
Een paar dagen geleden was er een mars van 7000 van onze burgers als een rustig protest tegen de verschrikkingen van de aanslag op een créche. Verbazingwekkend genoeg werd geen enkel stuk eigendom vernietigd tijdens die optocht.
En we werden getracteerd op een misselijkmakend spektakel van ministers, uzelf inbegrepen, die deze tragedie benutten voor hun eigen egoïstische politieke bedoeling (middelen).
Deze multiculturele samenleving die u zo sterk aanbeveelt en ons probeert op te dringen is een verachtelijk falen.
Waarom worden Belgen voor de rechter gedaagd als ze hun echtgenoten mishandelen, en anderen niet ? Waarom wordt het geaccepteerd dat zij kunnen wegkomen met de ongelijke behandeling van vrouwen, terwijl er duidelijk in onze wetgeving staat dat dit verboden is ?
Waarom mogen zij anti-christelijke en anti-joodse slogans schreeuwen zonder angst voor vervolging, terwijl als een van ons nog maar verdacht wordt zulke gedachten te hebben onmiddellijk voor het gerecht gebracht wordt met een snelheid van iemand wiens voeten de grond niet raken.
Wees een minister van cultuur en (put your money where your mouth is = als je er echt iets wil aan doen : eerst doen en dan pas praten) .
Het is ONZE cultuur, niet die van hen. Als ze daar niet mee kunnen leven dan moeten ze vertrekken.Vertel hen het gebruik van de mogelijkheid van vrije keuze die wij voorzien. De keuze om te vertrekken.
Als minister van Jeugd, doe eens eindelijk iets waarvoor u betaald wordt, hetzij door opvoeding hetzij door bestraffing van deze jongeren die onze samenleving terroriseren.
Onze en hun (samenleving).
Zij zorgen voor ongelijke behandeling (discriminatie) tegenover ons elk uur van de dag.
Ze gebruiken onze vrouwen alleen als speelgoed want verboden om te ‘vermengen’. (= ze weigeren om zich te vermengen met onze samenleving).
Het is mij duidelijk geworden in de tijdspanne van een paar jaar dat in de Belgische politiek niemand geïnteresseerd is in het oplossen van de problemen van onze mensen, maar wel in zakkenvullen en profiteren op onze kosten.
Het is inderdaad zo dat niet alle moslims terroristen zijn maar het is een feit dat de meeste terroristische acties gepleegd zijn door moslims. Het is een feit dat de meerderheid van terroristische organisaties die op de zwarte lijst staan, moslims zijn. Wil u dat ontkennen ?
U en uw soort hebben geen voeling meer met de realiteit en evenmin met de mensen die u vertegenwoordigt, uw landgenoten en vrouwen.
Laat mij hier heel duidelijk zijn. U hoeft mij niet te vertellen wat ik moet doen., u hoeft mij niet te vertellen wie ik aardig moet vinden, u hoeft mij niet te vertellen hoe ik mijn eigen leven moet leiden. Ik ben wie ik ben, en ik zal altijd alles zeggen zoals ik het zie, en niet u of dat zootje incompetenten in de regering zal mij ooit doen zwijgen. U mag het proberen. U weet waar u me kan vinden.
