De beide kerken van Emmen Oost. Links De Voorhof met de enorme klokketoren.
Zaterdagmiddag- instructiemiddag. Wij gaan ook even kijken.

Saturday afternoon- instruction day. Robin is going to give the instruction about setting up the tent. Ricks holiday is coming and he may use Robins tent. We also go there and have a look too. Its raining cats and dogs, but its dry beneath the carport. Robins instruction is loud and clear. Handy little tent it is.. When you have tightened the three bends, hes standing up and you only need to tighten the cloth of the tent with hooks. Judith cooked a very tasty soup and we had a nice afternoon together. The cycling of the Vuelta in our own Drente was on tv and the boys are excited about it. Until a quarter to 7. Then Wim jumped up

:The church
the church
Im the verger this afternoon. He should have been at the Voorhof at half past 5 to do some arrangements before the service tomorrow. And always the bell ringing from 6 o'olock to 10 minutes past 6. The flowers will be brought in. o..o.. what a frightening. When we are back at home he goes to have a look and do some arrangements. Och the church will be there tomorrow and the flowers can be brought in then too. Perhaps the people nearby the church will be glad missing that bell ringing because strictly speaking
it is a terrible noise. Now hes sitting in his sauna sweating and relaxing like most of the Saturday evenings. Next time when its his turn to be verger again is on December the 5th and thats already written down in his agenda.
