Ik stuurde volgende e-mail naar The LanguagePoint :
In 1967 I started the Audio-Visual Center of Meise (Belgium) with a language laboratory, with six languages. I worked out the didactical system for language learning in an interactive situation : Interactive verbal learning processes in the A.A.AC.SC. language laboratory. You can find it on my personal website : http://www.jefldc.webs.com and in Dutch on http://www.everyoneweb.com/cmftacl and on http://www.YouFreeWeb.com/cmfalcl in English. That is the result of about 15 years research on the results of our language laboratory.
In 1996 I retired and became president of de commission of the school. At that time we had a Körting installation. We had contact via Mr. Gerlache with Divace in order to have our possibilities on computer. In the beginning I followed the developpement, but I lost contact. I dont know what happened in my school. They had the system but it didnt work! I was with mister Gerlache by his visit to different universities in Germany. But I lost contact with him. Thats why I became member of your group.
A few time ago, I found via google a website of Divace with the explanation of the so called A.A.C.C. practise. I send an e-mail but they didnt answer!
I would like to have the opportunity to try out and evaluate these language exercises on the principles of the A.A.AC.SC. didactical profile. I believe in the system in which I was part of it. It would be a lost for education if it desappears!
