Earth Is Trapping 'Unprecedented' Amount of Heat, Says NASA
Our planet's atmosphere trapped twice as much heat in 2019 as it did in 2005.
Left to its own devices, Earth’s climate typically takes thousands of years to change. Thanks to human activities, however, what previously took millennia now is taking only decades, suggests a new joint studyby NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).1 Published this month in the journal Geophysical Research Letters, it finds the Earth is retaining twice as much heat now as it did in the early 2000s.1
Specifically, scientists used two different means to measure and assess the Earth’s energy imbalance, which is the amount of radiative energy that the planet absorbs from the sun relative to the amount of thermal infrared radiation that it emits into space. The first was NASA’s Clouds and the Earth’s Radiant Energy System (CERES), a suite of satellite sensors that measure the amount of energy entering and leaving the Earth’s atmosphere. The second was Argo, a global network of ocean floats that measure the retention of energy in the ocean. Both revealed a positive energy imbalance, which means Earth is retaining more energy than it’s releasing.1
That causes the planet to heat up. By a lot, it turns out: Data from both CERES and Argo show that Earth’s energy imbalance in 2019 was double what it was in 2005, just 14 years prior.1
“The two very independent ways of looking at changes in Earth’s energy imbalance are in really, really good agreement, and they’re both showing this very large trend, which gives us a lot of confidence that what we’re seeing is a real phenomenon and not just an instrumental artifact,” said NASA scientist Norman Loeb, lead author of the study and principal investigator for CERES at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va. “The trends we found were quite alarming in a sense.
Scientists blame rapid heating on a mix of human and natural causes. On the one hand, they observe, increases in greenhouse gas emissions from human activities—for example, driving, deforestation, and manufacturing—have trapped outgoing heat in the atmosphere that Earth would otherwise emit into space. That causes changes in snow and ice melt, water vapor, and cloud cover, which in turn creates even more warming.
On the other hand, scientists also note a concurrent change in the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO), a natural pattern of climate variability in the eastern Pacific Ocean. During the time period in question, the PDO—which is like a longer-term El Niño—switched from a cool phase to a warm phase, which likely exacerbated Earth’s positive energy imbalance.
“It’s likely a mix of anthropogenic forcing and internal variability,” Loeb said. “And over this period they’re both causing warming, which leads to a fairly large change in Earth’s energy imbalance. The magnitude of the increase is unprecedented.”
The increase is as impactful as it is unprecedented.

“It’s excess energy that’s being taken up by the planet, so it’s going to mean further increases in temperatures and more melting of snow and sea ice, which will cause sea level rise—all things that society really cares about,” Loeb told CNN, adding that accelerated warming will likely produce “shifts in atmospheric circulations, including more extreme events like droughts.Because 90% of the excess energy from an energy imbalance is absorbed by the ocean, yet another consequence will be ocean acidification from higher water temperatures, which will impact fish and marine biodiversity, CNN points out.
“My hope is the rate that we’re seeing this energy imbalance subsides in the coming decades,” Loeb continued in his CNN interview. “Otherwise, we’re going to see more alarming climate changes.”
Unfortunately, it’s impossible to predict what those changes might be or when they’ll occur, stress Loeb and his colleagues, who describe their research as “a snapshot relative to long-term climate change.” Still, the science is getting better all the time. By using it to measure the severity of global warming, scientists at NASA and NOAA hope to inform and influence actions that will stop or reverse human-induced climate change before it’s too late to do so.
“The lengthening and highly complementary records from [space- and ocean-based sensors] have allowed us both to pin down Earth’s energy imbalance with increasing accuracy, and to study its variations and trends with increasing insight, as time goes on,” said Gregory Johnson, Loeb’s co-author on the study and physical oceanographer at NOAA’s Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in Seattle. “Observing the magnitude and variations of this energy imbalance are vital to understanding Earth’s changing climate.”

A new study of Denisova Cave DNA sampled from the floor of the Russian cave has revealed for the first time that the cave was also used by modern humans. But what was completely unexpected is that the new dating suggests the ancestors of modern humans lived “alongside Denisovans and Neanderthals.”

Denisova Cave DNA Changes Everything And Proves More
“Aju-Tasch” is more famously known as the “ Denisova Cave ,” and this time capsule of anthropological treasures was found hidden in a cliff face in the Anui River valley in the Altai Mountains of Russia. The cave comprises 20 layers of excavated artifacts indicating occupation by hominins as long ago as 280,000 years before the present, and signs of habitation have been found all the way into the Middle Ages.
Up until recently, according to Britannica encyclopedia , researchers have suspected that the cave was inhabited by early modern humans ( Homo sapiens ) and Neanderthals ( H. neanderthalensis ). However, evidence of a previously unknown group of hominins, the Denisovans, who were neither modern humans nor Neanderthals, was also discovered at the site.

The new research was published in the Nature journal and covered as well in a release from the Max Planck Institute . The research study’s lead author, Dr Elena Zavala, a graduate student at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, and her colleagues worked with a team of Russian DNA researchers. The primary goal was to test the soil floor of the three-chamber cave to try and gain a clearer picture of how and when modern humans, Neanderthals and Denisovans lived in the now famous Denisova Cave.
For four decades researchers have been studying artifacts and DNA gathered from soils within the cave. However, according to an article about the new research in Science Mag , only over the last 4 years has anyone found DNA from extinct humans in the ancient cave soil.

Previous research highlighted in this Science Mag article stated that “728 soil samples” had been taken in the cave. And now, after almost 24 months, the researchers have published new research about their discovery of “ human DNA in 175 of the samples.”
An article about the paper published by the Max Planck Institute quotes Dr Katerina Douka, an archaeological scientist at the institute who said the new study represents the “largest and most systematic of its kind.”
The study concludes that the three different groups “moved in and out of the cave over time.” However, Dr Zavala’s work confirms that Denisovans were the cave ’s first inhabitants about 300,000 years ago and that they disappeared 130,000 years ago. A different group of Denisovans who “likely made many of the stone tools,” then moved into the cave shelter about 30,000 years later. It would be 170,000 years after the first inhabitants that Neanderthals used the cave, at times, “overlapping with the Denisovans,” and the first humans used the cave beginning around 45,000 years ago.

DNA is like any organic matter, and it has a shelf life dependent on the environment in which it found. The Denisova Cave DNA covered all three human groups, and the researchers wrote in their paper that the time periods represented by each soil layer “are quite large.” According to Dr Zavala, this is the first time archaeologists have discovered an ancient site where Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans “lived together through time.”
The fossils of many ancient animals were also discovered in the cave which corresponded with times the climate became cooler. Over time, many different species of hyenas and bears use the cave to shelter from the harsh Russian winters, and it was for this reason it is known locally in Altay as “ Aju-Tasch” or “bear rock.”

The belief in giants does not go back to a simple myth. There is a lot of archaeological evidence, accepted and unrecognized, that suggests its existence. That is the case of the colossal finger found in Egypt.

Scholars of ancient cultures that inhabited the world thousands of years ago are convinced that giants roamed the Earth .
Although science recognizes the existence of abnormally large men through gigantism, archaeological evidence, which has not been accepted by the mainstream, shows that it was not a disease.
This could be the case of a strange mummified finger found in Egypt , which has dimensions that exceed those of the average human.

In March 2012, the German magazine Bild published an article claiming that the remains of a giant had been found in Egyptian territory.
The finger, which was mummified, had all the characteristics of a human, except its size, which was 15 inches long .
According to the publication, the photographs are dated 1988 , but these had never come to light, until the newspaper was able to get them.
The images were taken by the Swiss businessman and fan of the history and culture of ancient Egypt, Gregor Spoerri.
In 1988, she says, one of Egypt’s private providers, Bir Hooker, promised to arrange a meeting with a former grave robber .
The meeting took place in a small house obtained by Hooker, 100 kilometers northwest of Cairo.
The businessman received a large bag with a rather strong smell. Opening it, he found the huge finger wrapped in rags. Obviously, Spoerri decided to cancel the $ 300 the man demanded to take some pictures of them.
To check the size of the finger, the man placed a 20 Egyptian pound note next to the finger. This one was dry and very light , but intact. Soperri assured that the creature must have been at least 5 meters tall .

Its veracity was proven when the looter showed an X – ray of the mummified finger, which he performed in the 1960s. He also showed the certificate of authenticity .
A race that walked the Earth?
Although the businessman asked him to sell the relic, the man refused, claiming that the value it had for his family was priceless .
Later, Spoerri showed the images to colleagues and specialists, who rejected them . They all argued that it was simply “impossible” for someone that size to exist.
In 2009, the businessman once again visited Hooker to obtain new photographs of the giant toe. However, he was unable to find the looter.
Although this story sounds pretty incredible, it is not the first time that giants have been talked about in ancient Egypt.
In the year 79 d. C., the Roman historian, Josefo Flavio , wrote that the last member of the race of the giants lived in century XIII a. C., during the reign of King Josué .
In addition, he said that they had colossal bodies and their faces were so different from humans, that looking at them generated astonishment and their voice provoked fear.
Scientists claim that the giants are nothing more than fictional characters, since there is no evidence that hominids have grown to such dimensions. However, the enigmatic findings that could prove otherwise are piling up .

‘Dragon Man’ Skull Found in China May Be ANOTHER New Human Species
In the latest edition of the journal The Innovation, a team of evolutionary scientists led by Professor Qiang Ji from Hebei GEO University in Shijiazhuang, China have announced the discovery of a new human species. Their startling conclusion is based on the results of a sophisticated computer analysis of a strange human-like skull that emerged three years ago from a source in northern China.
The scientists say the Harbin skull belonged to a 50-year-old man who lived sometime between 146,000 and 296,000 years ago. This dates him to the Middle Pleistocene, or Middle Stone Age .
The skull (cranium) was intact and was most notable for its extraordinarily large size. The skull´s combination of features had never been seen before, the scientists claim, and seems to represent some type of hybrid between archaic humans and modern humans ( Homo sapiens ).
“The discovery of the Harbin cranium and our analyses suggest that there is a third lineage of archaic human [that] once lived in Asia, and this lineage has [a] closer relationship with H. sapiens than the Neanderthals,” said Xijun Ni , a Hebei GEO University paleoanthropologist and co-author of this new study.
Based on its huge head, the team have named their new species Homo longi , which means ‘Dragon Man’ in Chinese.
Amazingly, the large cranium was discovered more than 80 years ago, near Harbin City in China’s Heilongjiang province. A workman found it embedded in river mud, while laboring on a construction crew building a bridge over the Songhua River in the early 1930s.
For reasons unknown, the man who discovered the skull kept its existence hidden until 2018. Only then, when he was dying, did he reveal that he had the skull and had dropped it into a well for safekeeping. After his death, his family agreed to donate the cranium to the Geoscience Museum of Hebei GEO University, where the evolutionary scientists launched their three-year investigation into its likely origins.
The cranium nicknamed Dragon Man, which could be a new species of ancient human.
The standout characteristic of the skull is it size. It is the largest hominin skull ever discovered.
“This is biggest human skull I’ve seen – and I’ve seen a few,” said Chris Stringer, a paleoanthropologist from London’s Natural History Museum and human evolution expert who participated in this research project.
In comparison to a modern human cranium, there are similarities and differences. The Harbin skull has thick brow ridges and square eye sockets, like an archaic man . The cranium is also longer than that of Homo sapiens . But overall, the shape and contours of its face resemble that of an impossibly large human being. The skull’s brain cavity is also similar in size to that of a modern human.
“It’s got such an interesting combination of features,” Stringer noted. “The morphology shows that this is definitely a distinct lineage in eastern Asia. It’s not Neanderthal and it’s not Homosapiens, it’s something quite distinctive.”
Evolutionary Analysis Reveals Surprising Results
One thing that was clear to the scientists was that the Harbin skull wouldn’t fit neatly into an already discovered species. Many of its features were familiar, but their combination was perplexing and unusual.
To find out where the Dragon Man skull belonged on the hominin evolutionary chart, the researchers used information obtained from 95 fossil crania, jawbones, and teeth, representing different hominin groups. In total they had more than 600 skull and facial features to use as points of comparison.
With this information as a baseline, they programmed a supercomputer to construct billions of theoretical evolutionary trees. When the results were in, the researchers were quite surprised to find that the computer had placed the Harbin skull on its own separate evolutionary branch. It had identified the skull as belonging to a whole new hominin species, a type of archaic man that was closely related to Homo sapiens but not identical to anything else.
Here the phylogenetic analysis puts the skull in the context of human development.
“I was surprised to see this,” Stringer said. He had anticipated that the skull would be labeled as an offshoot of the Neanderthals, not as a close relative of modern humans.
To place the skull in the Middle Pleistocene, the scientists relied on results obtained from two types of advanced dating technology, X-ray fluorescence and direct uranium-series dating. These tests showed that the Dragon Man skull had to have been at least 146,000 years old.
Alternate Theories: Was the Dragon Man a Denisovan?
The announcement of the Dragon Man skull research team is being met with some degree of skepticism. It is rare to discover a new species of archaic man, and some scientists are wondering if evidence from one cranium is enough to prove the existence of Homo longi .
“Whether or not this skull is a valid species is certainly up for debate,” anthropologist Michael Petraglia , from the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History, told Smithsonian Magazine .
The Harbin skull is only one of many unique hominin fossils recovered from China that date to the Middle Pleistocene. The rarity of such finds raises questions about possible hidden connections.
“How do they fit in terms of their evolutionary relationships, to what degree are they interbreeding with the populations across Eurasia, and to what degree do they become isolated resulting in their distinctive features?” Petraglia asked rhetorically. “This brings up a lot of interesting questions and in human evolution China is still really a great unknown.”
Surprisingly, study participant Chris Stringer also doubts that his team has discovered a new and distinct species of ancient man. He notes some intriguing similarities between the Harbin cranium and the Dali skull , a 250,000-year-old-fossilized cranium discovered in China’s Shaanxi province. At present, Stringer believes these two skulls should be grouped together and labeled as a different species known as Homo daliensis .
One of the more fascinating suggestions is that the Harbin skull may actually belong to the mysterious Denisovans. This ancient hominin species was well-established in Asia during the Middle Pleistocene. The Denisovans were closely related to the Neanderthals and are known to have interbred with Homo sapiens (modern humans carry traces of Denisovan DNA ).
Only a few Denisovan fossils have been found, none of which were intact craniums. But one recovered Denisovan jawbone had very large teeth—just like the Harbin skull.
Is this a clue that the Harbin skull may be giving scientists their first-ever look at the true face of the Denisovans? As of now, that is not the official conclusion. But as the number of fossilized remains recovered in China increases, new relationships between archaic human species may be observed and theories may change dramatically as a result.

Around 45% of Americans believe that UFOs exist and have visited the Earth, while 25% believe that aliens have similar societies like humans, according to Ipsos 2020 report. There are many victims who claimed to had been abducted by small gray-colored humanoids (Greys) and then taken to spaceships for some experiments or mating. Among them, Linda Napolitano’s case is the most well-documented UFO encounter.
Linda Napolitano (who uses the pseudonym Linda Cortile), a young woman in her 20s claimed that in November 1989 she had been pulled by grey humanoids from her bedroom window while her husband was asleep next to her. Soon after this horrific incident, she contacted Budd Hopkins, an American UFO researcher who even wrote a book entitled “The True Story of the Brooklyn Bridge UFO Abductions,” describing the UFO events that occurred on November 30, 1989.

Napolitano, an Italian-American young woman said that on November 20, at 3:15 in the morning, she suddenly woke up, finding herself paralyzed, and saw three non-human figures, gray in color and with big heads that were floating in her bedroom. She could not call her husband as the beings told her in their language to stay quiet. She was pulled by a blue beam from her apartment’s window (on the 12th floor) in Manhattan. She was levitating inside that beam with three other aliens until they reached a giant spaceship that opened like a clam.
“I’m standing up on nothing. And they take me out all the way up, way above the building. Ooh, I hope I don’t fall. The UFO opens up almost like a clam and then I’m inside. I see benches similar to regular benches. And they’re bringing me down a hallway.
Doors open like sliding doors. Inside are all these lights and buttons and a big long table. I don’t want to get up on that table. They get me on the table anyway. They start saying things to me and I’m yelling. I can still yell. One of them says something that sounds like {Nobbyegg}. I think they were trying to tell me to be quiet because he put his hand over my mouth.”

Napolitano could not remember much about what had happened inside that ship but she recalled some sort of medical examinations that had been done on her, and she remembered that had passed through some procedures. Besides, she remembered that one of the aliens put something into her nasal cavity, and the pain was so unbearable that she lost her consciousness. Three hours later, she surprisingly found herself lying next to her husband who was still sleeping. Interestingly, she did an x-ray of her head, and the doctor found something strange lodged inside her nose.
This encounter was not just limited to Napolitano, there were other witnesses. Two security guards (Richard and Dan) confirmed to had been watching Napolitano with three humanoids, being pulled up to a large UFO, hovering near her apartment. One of the guards felt guilty for not helping her and even suffered a nervous breakdown.

“There was an oval-shaped object hovering over the top of the apartment building two or three blocks up from where we sat.
We didn’t know where it came from. It happened too fast. Its lights turned from bright reddish-orange to a whitish blue coming out of the bottom. Green lights rotated round the edge of the saucer. A little girl or woman wearing a white gown sailed out of the window in a fetal position – and then stood in mid-air in this beam of light. I could see three of the ugliest creatures I ever saw. I don’t know what they were. They weren’t human.
Their heads were out of proportion, very large heads with no hair. Those buggers were escorting her into the craft. My partner screamed, ‘We have got to get them.’ We tried to get out of the car but couldn’t. After the woman was escorted in, the oval turned reddish orange again and whisked off.”
Actually, Hopkins got his interest in Napolitano’s case after he received a letter from Richard and Dan in 1991. Upon researching more on these two men, Hopkins found out that they were the bodyguards of an important political figure. Hopkins reportedly believes they were the bodyguards of former U.N. statesman, Javier Perez de Cuéllar.
The founder and director of Mutual UFO Network, Walter H. Andrus strongly believed Napolitano’s story and called it a “definitely authentic’ case of human abductions by aliens.”

However, there is much skepticism about Napolitano’s case. Some people compared it with the sci-fiction novel “Nighteyes,” originally published on March 1, 1989. But at the same time, there are 23 eyewitnesses who saw this strangeness that night.

How the Pentagon's UFO Report Could Pressure China and Russia
“Nobody is saying they are aliens. That’s not the message here. The message is they are unexplained objects,” investigative journalist Leslie Kean said, “This is a major intelligence issue that there are things flying around in our skies that we can’t identify in restricted airspace”
As the Pentagon is preparing to release a heavily anticipated report on UFOs, NBC New York’s Chris Glorioso reports on what the feds might finally reveal about the mysterious flying objects — including if they belong to the U.S., another country, or something else entirely.
The upcoming Pentagon report on UFOs is not expected to confirm or deny the existence of interplanetary aircraft visiting Earth. To some, that will render the document a little underwhelming.
But not to Leslie Kean.
Kean is a New York-based investigative journalist who’s been pressuring U.S. officials for decades to come clean about what they know – and don’t know – regarding UFOs. She views the forthcoming report as a major pivot for the U.S. intelligence community, which has traditionally avoided frank discussion of unidentified aerial phenomena.
“The fact that the report was requested at all, and that it is being delivered, to me is a milestone event,” Kean said.
In 2017, Kean co-authored a New York Times story that revealed the existence of a secret Pentagon program to investigate mysterious aircraft with seemingly advanced technological capabilities. Since then, the Department of Defense has confirmed the authenticity of several images captured by Navy pilots who encountered unexplained objects traveling at high speeds.
“There’s been more activity, it seems to me, around our Navy ships, Kean said. “There’s some kind of strange escalation going on.”
But Kean cautions just because an aerial object is unexplained – doesn’t mean its origin is interplanetary.
“Nobody is saying they are aliens. That’s not the message here. The message is they are unexplained objects,” Kean said. “This is a major intelligence issue that there are things flying around in our skies that we can’t identify in restricted airspace.”
The security risk posed by mystery aerial objects is a major reason prompting the Pentagon’s UFO report. Kean expects around 70 pages of the report to be classified. But she believes the headline will be a simple but profound statement from the federal government.
“I understand that the report is going to declare that these objects are not United States technology. That they’re not ours. And I think that is a really important statement,” Kean said.
The impact of that sort of statement is hard to underestimate. If military pilots are having close encounters with mystery aircraft – and they’re not some sort of experimental American technology - the question becomes, whose technology is it?
“I think the question that is going to be front and center after this report comes out and is also on people’s minds now is, could these be Russian or Chinese?” Kean said.
How Russia and China respond to the report will be monitored closely by the U.S. intelligence community.
In Rare Move, U.S. Confirms Footage Shows a UFO
The two nations could publicly deny involvement with the mystery aircraft observed by US military pilots. They could also remain silent on the subject. But even their silence will speak volumes.
“It’s going to be a momentous event if it ever does get to the point where it becomes 100 percent clear that it is not Russian or Chinese or American. Then we are in a new world at that moment.”
The UFO report is expected to be delivered to the US Senate Intelligence Committee by the end of June. Members of that committee will be able to read the full classified version. Kean says the report is one of the few topics in American politics that isn’t partisan right now..
“I love the fact that this issue transcends all of that and you can get the most right-wing media and the most left-wing media reporting on it and they will basically say exactly the same thing.”

Pentagon Won’t Rule Out Aliens in Long-Awaited UFO Report
A highly anticipated US government report on UFOs has just been released. The unclassified report was demanded by Congress after numerous reports from the US military of vehicles seen moving erratically in the sky. It also follows a cultural shift that saw the US military and US political leadership go from extra-terrestrial-sceptic to ET-curious.
The UAP task force’s unclassified report found “no clear indications that there is any non-terrestrial explanation” for the aircrafts, but also did not rule it out. ‘Officials examined 144 incidents from the past two decades, including three videos that the Pentagon declassified last year and described as showing “unexplained aerial phenomena”.
Although no earth-shattering revelations emerged, the existence of a government report on a much-ridiculed issue shows how UFOs have beamed out of the realm of purely science fiction pop culture and into the world of US national security.

The Pentagon established the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force last August to investigate observations of unknown flying aircrafts. The group’s job was to “detect, analyze, and catalogue” these events, as well as to “gain insight” into the “nature and origins” of UFOs, the Pentagon said.
A classified version of its report was provided to lawmakers earlier this month.
In his report attached to the 2020-2021 Senate Intelligence Authorization Act, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, acting chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, instructed the director of national intelligence, the secretary of defense and other agency heads to compile data on “unidentified aerial phenomenon.” “The Committee remains concerned that there is no unified, comprehensive process within the federal government for collecting and analyzing intelligence on unidentified aerial phenomena, despite the potential threat,” lawmakers wrote in a report. RUSH, COLORADO, AUGUST 12, 2010
Even after twenty years, the feeling of excitement still took Chuck by surprise. Today, the two-hour drive over from his home in Colorado Springs hadn’t helped. When he finally reached the dirt turnoff to the fifty-acre cattle-and-horse ranch, whose owner, Glenda, had called him, he drove up and parked his pickup truck next to the house. He caught a glimpse of the rancher’s face. From both personal experience and his years on the force, he knew what fear looked like.
“Morning” Glenda managed to say as she saw Chuck’s truck. He had the door open, but was still gathering rubber gloves, plastic bags for samples, two cameras, his handheld electromagnetic field reader, and his gun. “Made it as quickly as I could, ma’am,” Chuck said as he got out and strapped the equipment to the special vest he wore. He’d designed it over the years, after responding to so many of these calls and learning what he would need for most of them. He placed the plastic bags and gloves into Velcro pouches along his ribs and the EMF reader and gun into holsters on either side. “
Half a week since the incident — a truly frustrating lapse of time, but it couldn’t be helped.
“I’m only glad you’re here. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Department couldn’t make much sense out of this.”
.On the surface, Glenda’s compound wasn’t unusual. Eighty acres, twenty-five head of cattle, with a low house beyond the grazing area and a medium-sized barn attached to the horse corral directly ahead.
But the farther they got from the road, the harder Chuck’s heart started to beat. The low grass they were now moving through seemed untouched — ungrazed — and it was intuitively obvious why that was. The handful of cows Chuck could see were clustered together in a small section of their feed area, as close to the barn as they could go.
Beyond them, within the horse corral, the horses were behaving similarly — crowded together near the back fence.
“The dog has been kind of crying since it happened,” Glenda said. “Huddled over there, by the barn.” And then, almost as an afterthought: “They won’t go near the bodies.”
“On the phone, you said that at least one of the horses was nearby when it happened?”
Glenda nodded. “A survivor. This was part of the reason for Chuck’s elevated adrenaline level, beyond being at the site of the incident itself. It was extremely unusual for there to be any “survivors.”
Mutilated Horse
Usually, there were only bodies. “Over here.” Even from a distance, Chuck could tell that the two fully mature horses — Princess and Buck — lying prone in the grass had died unnaturally.
Glenda led him the last few yards to the edge of the corral and headed for the horses grouped together. It took almost ten minutes for her to coax the animal away from the group, another ten for Chuck to get the poor thing comfortable enough with him so that he could approach.
It was a young male, a little over two years old. He pawed at the ground, eyes rapidly shifting, spittle pooling at the edges of his mouth. Moving closer, Chuck immediately saw a reddish mark on the horse’s upper nose — what looked to be some sort of cut, scrape or even burn — about the size of a quarter. Following Glenda’s lead, he bent low and saw similar marks on the inside of the animal’s legs.
“And his behavior — the way he’s acting — this is unusual for him?”
“Unusual? He’s one of my husband’s favorites. Like a pet. Him, Princess and Buck, the three of them were inseparable.”
Chuck nodded. Horses are different from other animals on a ranch — they’re high maintenance, but more than that, they are often part of the family. Glenda ‘s husband had grown too ill to tend to the ranch. Beyond the emotional value, horses were expensive. Ranchers like Glenda ran their businesses at very tight margins. The unexpected loss of even a single animal hurt — losing multiple animals could mean the difference between a good season and a bad one.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do with him. And the dog — she’s even worse. Same sort of marks on her. Shaking, drooling, and whining. She won’t even come out of the house anymore.”
From the corral, Chuck could still hear the dog’s high-pitched wail. Nearly a week had gone by, and the animals were still obviously traumatized. Chuck would want to take a closer look and run some tests.
Glenda led him toward the pasture where the incident had taken place.
Princess and Buck — lying prone in the grass had died unnaturally. The carcasses were flat against the ground on their sides, splayed out in the same position. As Chuck drew closer, he could see no signs of predators or of any sort of defensive resistance — no deep hoof prints. They had obviously died suddenly. According to Glenda, they had been young, healthy animals, worth around a thousand dollars each.
Both horses had been stripped to the bone in various places. Much of their hides was still present, but the wounds were prolific, from head to haunch.
Chuck pulled his rubber gloves out from the pouch on his vest and moved the last few feet to the closer corpse.
Yes, over the past decade, he’d seen this many times. Several steers had also been mutilated that would be studied later, but the story is the same.

Even more terrifying, incidents like this had been going on for more than fifty years — this exact same scene had been witnessed and documented on ranches all over Colorado, as well as in New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and many other places.
What had occurred on Glenda’s ranch was part of a phenomenon made up of more than ten thousand individual incidents, in a half-dozen states — all of them completely unexplained. For the past ten years, Chuck had been pursuing the truth behind these kills. This was his obsession, his addiction . . .
“The wounds,” Glenda whispered. “They look, well — surgical.”
But as he peered closer, the eyes had been carefully removed. Other wounds on what was left of the carcasses were precise, small, and yes, seemingly surgical — where internal organs had been excised. And the tongues had both been taken — cleanly, via perfectly straight incisions, far back in the throat.
“There isn’t any blood,” Glenda said, her voice trembling.
Chuck dropped to one knee to examine Buck. His rubber gloves felt snug around his fingers as he sealed them tight at his wrists. She was correct — the animals had been drained of blood. No reddened stains anywhere on the revealed bones, the mostly intact rib cage, skull, and stripped limbs. There was a darkened area of ground just in front of the dead horse, and below its hooves —caused by decomposing fats and other bodily fluids and blood. A horse like this weighed twelve hundred pounds with four gallons of blood. This horse had been exsanguinated — either before it was killed, or after.“Not enough blood on the ground,”
This was a phenomenon was being recorded in more than a half-dozen states, sometimes simultaneously, often ten in a week.
“Looks like a long, T-like incision going down what’s left of the abdominal area.” Put in field notebook, which he’d then share with his expert veterinary contacts at the University of Colorado. “The back anal area was cut out in an unusual circular manner, void of the penis. The eyes, the tongue — and again, not the expected blood pooling, even with such a massive wound.”
Glenda called the incisions on her horses “laser like,” and had described a burn-type smell associated with them. Glenda’s husband, who had been agitatedly suggesting that some sort of military agency must have been responsible for the butchery, using high-tech “I don’t see any burn markings,” he said, running his gloved fingers along each revealed rib. “No signs of cauterization at all.”
However, as Chuck continued running his fingers along each of the animal’s ribs, he felt grooves. He peered closely and noticed unusual, etch like markings, starting three inches from the spine on each rib, originating up near the skull, and running consistently down all the ribs, a straight-line pattern leading all the way to the eleventh rib.
Speculation that UFOs take Cattle Up and mutilate, Dropping them back
Curious. He kept the grooves to himself, as he rose from his knees and shifted to the second horse, splayed out in an identical position. He was fairly sure that when he eventually got out his measuring tape, he’d find the positioning so precise, the differences would be minuscule.
He could see that Princess’s wounds were also nearly identical to Buck’s:
Chuck did his best to reassure Glenda that he was going to do everything he could to try to help her understand what had happened on her ranch with her traumatized dog. But even so, he was certain that nothing he could say or do would be enough. In Chuck’s expert opinion — and over the past eight years, he had turned himself into one of the most knowledgeable investigators in the world — the scene in front of them wasn’t the result of a predator. No animal could have caused these bizarre wounds. Nor did Chuck see any evidence that pointed to human culpability. No footprints, tire tracks, or signs of violence one would expect with two horses taken down like this.
The very first well-publicized mutilation had occurred awfully close to Glenda’s ranch, more than fifty years earlier.

One witness, a Superior Court judge named Charles Bennett, had claimed to have seen “three reddish-orange rings in the sky” that had maintained a triangular formation and had moved at incredible speeds.
That 1967 incident, so close to where Glenda had found her prized horses, had caused the phenomenon of animal mutilations to enter the paranormal lexicon.
In the history of animal mutilations — ten thousand, over the past fifty years — nobody had ever been caught or arrested. Every one of them had eventually been deemed unexplained.

“But you’ve seen this before,” Glenda said. “How could this be happening, over and over again, and nobody knows why?”
Why? How? This was a phenomenon so vast, there were cases being recorded in more than a half-dozen states, sometimes simultaneously, sometimes as many as ten in a week.
“What about the authorities? Not the local cops, I mean, like maybe the sheriff, the mayor’s office?”
“Actually, it’s gone a lot higher than that.”
In fact, the phenomenon of animal mutilations, which had been simultaneously mocked as the product of some sort of Midwestern mass hysteria and shrouded in continually redacted secrecy, had once inspired a massive, multistate investigation. It had involved a senator from Colorado, the FBI, at least one satanic cult, and a near-decade-long open case file that had ended right back where it had started.

History of Mutilations

An animal, usually a steer, heifer, or cow, is found dead and mutilated in a pasture. • The farmer or rancher immediately understands from the circumstances that this is a strange death and “mutilation.” He/she reports it to authorities. Authorities sometimes agree with the strangeness. Sometimes veterinarians are called in. Sometimes vet labs are involved. There may be several cases in a week or two in a 25-to-50-mile radius or so.
Cattle Mutilations are worldwide
There may be reports of UFOs, “helicopters,” aircraft, strange beings — “men” or bigfoot types or strange “animals” — and strange sounds or lights. the bovine corpses stunned the ranchers who found them. Seals are reported mutilated in Canada and other colder countries. Worldwide, sheep, horses, goats, pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, bison, deer, and elk have been reported mutilated with similar bloodless excisions; often an ear, eyeball, jaw flesh, tongue, lymph nodes, genitals and rectum are removed. It should be noted that cattle blood and human blood are very similar and a humanoid could probably live on the blood alone.
Chupacabra
In South America, Puerto Rico, and other countries Chupacabra thought to be an alien animal are often blamed for the mutilations. FBi investigator has verified the existance of Chupacabra’s killing smaller animals.
The animals’ ears, eyes, udders, anuses, sex organs and tongues had routinely been removed, seemingly with a sharp, clean instrument.
On March 30, 2021, more than a dozen such mutilation cases have cropped up during the past two years in Eastern Oregon.
Chile Research
Chili’s Region IV, Regional Research has devised a method to capture flying objects that the human eye cannot see, because they do not reflect the light. For many years there has been talk that the Elqui Valley is a prime location for the sighting of UFOs. There are dozens of stories and many mysterious pictures, not to mention the case of an alleged flying saucer that crashed into a Paihuano hill. There are also many more UFOs flying over the hills, that are invisible to the naked eye. This was discovered by regional researcher Patricio Diaz, who years ago noticed that the photos you took to elquinos landscapes, strange forms appeared after daylight, of which no one realized at the time.
Water Tanks emptied over night
The area also had its share of cattle mutilations and huge tanks pool size were emptied with no water on the ground. Thousands of gallons of water disappeared over night sometimes left with dead cattle left inside.
Patricio Diaz thought quickly to take photos with two cameras: one a standard camera and an infrared camera. Infrared is a type of light you cannot see. Our eyes can only see what we call visible light. Infrared light gives us special information that we cannot get from visible light. It shows how much heat something has and gives information about the temperature of an object. Everything has some heat and radiates infrared light. Even those we think are very cool. Patricio Diaz says, “My profession is an electronic technician and I worked to change the camera, the software, shutter speed, and I use a polarizing filter. It was a long process and managed to save these objects,” said Diaz. He was shooting in places like Pisco Elqui, El Molle, Vicua and Paihuano. “We achieved remarkably interesting and good results. I used the second camera to have a comparison of what I was recording in infrared.
Flying objects were in the focal plane of the hill, shot 4 or 5 miles and the object looked sharp and movements that did were remarkably interesting. They stopped in the air so it cannot be a meteorite.” Diaz has spent 25 years devoted to UFO research and these strange aerial phenomena were captured in the Elqui Valley. Underwater Bases Off Puffin Island, Wales and in English Channel
Marcus Lowe reports, Numerous sightings of strange lights leave and enter the sea around Puffin Island, Wales, and Plymouth England has led some ufologists to believe that the area may be home to underwater alien bases. A spate of sightings in early 1974 were particularly interesting to investigators. All spoke of not just lights, but solid objects that were seen leaving the sea near the island.
UFO investigator Phil Hoyle stated that he has heard and read various UFO reports concerning Puffin Island. He also stated that alleged alien abductees close to the area have reported that their abductors were humanoid and told them they came from a base under the sea near the island. There are even some theories that the area itself may be the ancient legendary kingdom of Cantre’r Gwaelod and that these humanoids are their descendants.
Hoyle believes that the ties to an ancient site and the current UFO activity shouldn’t be downplayed, stating that according to his research, there is an 80 percent increase in such activity on or around ancient sites worldwide.
There also frequent sightings in the English Channel.
Newton Abbot Deven — I sat in the garden sky watching on April 23, 2020. The sky was clear with no planes. I sat there looking around the sky with my Nikon P900 camera when a Royal Navy helicopter flew over the area, I took some photographs as the helicopter flew over the horizon where I spotted a saucer shaped object that was moving at speed across the sky. When I zoomed in, I could see its violet color. I quickly took a photograph at 1:36 PM as it accelerated away at great speed. There is very compelling evidence of alien craft in our skies. I regularly see UFOs around this area, and I strongly believe the aliens have underwater bases. All the best John.
New Zealand Underwater Base
New Zealanders are witness to many strange objects entering the sea, with activity stretching out to some of the offshore islands around the area. UFO researchers state that the area is
base for the strange craft that exist there.
Between January and March 1995, there were dozens of sightings of these objects coming and going in the area. These were not limited to nighttime, with many of the objects being witnessed during the daylight hours.
One daylight sighting on March 9, 1995, stands out. It began with two fishermen who witnessed a bright, silver, ball-shaped craft that seemed to glow or pulse as it moved and emitted a strange red stream behind it.
Pacific Ocean Underwater Mining
The two men saw the object for less than 10 seconds before it vanished from their sight. Around two minutes later, however, there were sightings of what seemed to be the same object by the control towers at both Hamilton International and Rotorua Airports. Further supporting the incident were several reports that were phoned in to a local radio station from concerned residents, who all described a remarkably similar object in the bright, sunny sky
Strange Lights and Sounds in Puerto Rico
The island of Puerto Rico has had numerous accounts of UFO sightings, particularly along its northeastern coastline, where strange craft have been seen both emerging out of and disappearing into the water for years. There is also a strong US Navy presence on the island, and stories from locals and US expats alike state that the US military at the very least is monitoring the strange activity on the waters along the coast.
Experienced ufologist and researcher Nick Redfern recently told of an ex–civil defense employee who had witnessed a strange craft emerge from the waters off the Puerto Rican coast. It steadily rose into the air before shooting off at speed. Another account came to Redfern from a local police officer, who stated that the US Navy had spent considerable time tracking an underwater craft along the northeastern coast of the island.
There have been numerous claims and theories that the immediate coastline of this Caribbean Island is home to underwater alien bases, perhaps none more specific than those of investigative journalist Jorge Martin. Martin stated that using NOAA satellite images, they found several anomalies around the island which suggested artificial structures. Martin stated that these structures were unusually large and precisely rectangular and were generally on the eastern and southern coast of the island. He also claimed that coming off many of these structures, there appeared to be what looked like tunnels leading to other structures and even to the mainland.

What is interesting is that in the Puerto Rican city of Ponce during the late 1980s, residents were complaining to authorities that they could hear loud rumbling, which seemed to be coming from beneath the ground. It was reported that the sounds were like those you might expect to hear when heavy machinery was operated.

The predominantly still waters of Lake Titicaca on the borders of Peru and Bolivia are not only the world’s highest navigable waters, but also host to a plethora of UFO activity and according to some, , home to an advanced and possibly ancient alien base.
The ancient city of Tiwanaku, considered to be one of the oldest cities in the world, sits on the southeastern shore of Lake Titicaca. Ufologists, ancient astronaut theorists in particular, state that the advanced level of agriculture, irrigation, and astronomy as well structures that suggest advanced building techniques leads them to believe that an extraterrestrial race once resided here. Numerous texts and statues have also been found in the immediate vicinity of the lake, which seem to depict ancient Mesopotamian underwater gods—gods that they claim were from an alien civilization that once resided under the still waters of Lake Titicaca.

Recently, a video surfaced on YouTube shot by a group of Italians who were on a spiritual journey of sorts in the region. As they pointed their camera out to the still, blue waters of Lake Titicaca, what appeared to be a large, submerged object was seen slowly making its way away from the shore. It appeared to be disc-shaped object, and as it moved through the water, its shape remained the same, suggesting that it is indeed solid.
If there was an ancient alien underwater base below the surface of Lake Titicaca, perhaps this video may suggest that it is very much still in use. Book UFOs and Anti-Gravity
Underwater Alien Base at Guantanamo Bay

According to a former US Marine who served at Guantanamo Bay in the late 1960s, there is an underwater alien base off the Cuban coast. Furthermore, the Marine claimed that of the many UFO sightings of strange objects going in and out of the water, the US military has even managed to capture several on film. He also states that he and his colleagues were under strict instructions not to talk about the strange activity they witnessed there.
The Marine claimed that the craft he witnessed appeared to be made of a “dull” metal with a series of blue lights. When they would enter the water, the blue lights could still be witnessed but would grow fainter and fainter, suggesting to him that whatever the object was, it was descending deeper into the water.
Perhaps coincidentally, around 140 kilometers (90 mi) north of the US base in Gulf Breeze, Florida, there have been several UFO sightings that seem to match the descriptions of the craft as described by the unnamed marine and may suggest they are originating from the same place.
One sighting came in November 1987, when Ed Walters claimed that he witnessed a strange object fly overhead from the coast. It emitted a bright, blue light that “trapped” him in its beam. He stated that while he was caught in it, everything around him was blue, and he could not move. Walters did manage to take several pictures of the craft. Hundreds of witnesses came forward to say they, too, had seen the strange object that evening.
There is debate over the credibility of his account. MUFON seemed to believe the sighting was genuine, while others have stated that the photographs were obvious fakes. In a strange twist, years after Walters’ claims, an investigation into his story was said to have discovered a model craft remarkably similar to the object that Walters stated he had photographed in a house where he once resided. Supporters of his claims, however, argue that this model is an obvious “plant” to discredit him.
Lake Baikal—Scene of An Underwater Battle with Aliens
The ancient Lake Baikal in Siberia is said to be the deepest lake on the planet and has a history of UFO activity as well as alleged sightings of aliens underneath the water by Russian military divers.
These sightings date back to the Soviet era, but since the end of the Cold War, the reports have come into the public domain. Many of the accounts tell of a huge “mothership” hovering above the expanse of water and even of humanoid beings in strange, shiny suits climbing down from these ships and into the water.
Former Soviet naval officer and ufologist Vladimir Azhazha claimed to have leaked top secret files relating to an incident in 1982. He stated that military divers, who were on standard training exercises in the area, witnessed huge underwater craft that moved with a speed they had never seen before.
Several days later, the story took an even more bizarre twist when divers witnessed several strange beings under the water.

They wore shiny suits and what appeared to be a small, advanced oxygen masks. According to the alleged leaked documents, the unit was ordered to capture these strange creatures. When they attempted to do so, however, they were fought off with what appeared to be an advanced sonar wave weapon that ultimately killed three of the seven divers. The aliens are likely from a water bound planet that are common in the universe. The remaining four, now terrified and injured from their attempts detain the strange crew, retreated and made their report to superiors.
In 2009, photographs taken from aboard the International Space Station seemed to show two distinct saucer-shaped anomalies in the region, fueling further speculation that an extraterrestrial presence was under Lake Baikal and even the possibility that these “saucers” were the craft that had been witnessed nearly three decades earlier by the Soviet diving unit.

It is my opinion that China has developed a method to change the path of the jet stream that essentially controls the weather in the United States.

The most recent evidence includes the wild Omega pattern of the jet stream which according to Weather experts has not happened by accident in a thousand years. This pattern is causing record high temperatures throughout the West. Temperatures above a 100 degrees are common.
Just like the 600,000 US citizens killed by the Corona –virus. The virus was as bad as the Spanish Flu a hundred years ago. Communist countries feel it is their right to destroy the United States.
The heat wave baking the U.S. Pacific Northwest and British Columbia, Canada, is of an intensity never recorded by modern humans. By one measure it is more rare than a once in a 1,000 year event — which means that if you could live in this particular spot for 1,000 years, you’d likely only experience a heat dome like this once, if ever.
Portland, Oregon, has already broken its all-time record hottest temperature at 108 degrees on Saturday and the peak of the heat wave has not even been reached yet. Canada is expected to register the nation’s all-time highest temperature before the event is done. These are extremely dangerous numbers, especially in a region not used to heat like this, where many people do not have air conditioning.
By Monday, some — if not all — of the all-time record highs seen below are forecast to break, with many more cities not listed here expected to achieve the same feat.
These are all-time heat records for select cities. Portland has already broke it’s former all-time record of 107 that does not happen by accident.

Mesa – on May 24, 2021, I was driving to work, westbound on Highway 60 when I could see a cluster of objects swirling about 2,500 feet above the ground and about 1 1/2 miles further west. I exited on Higley road northbound and was able to take a video. They also were white and reflecting light There’s no gulls in the desert. My camera was having a hard time focusing on them because of the distance. I don’t think they were balloons or birds because they were changing direction from moving north to south and then back to south.
California Object
Sacramento – on June 8, 2021, I was riding home from work and saw across the street an object just hovering above some trees, it was shaped like a rectangle and dark grey with no propellers. I took two pictures then started to record it. I crossed the street, but it was gone.
Colorado Object
Bucaramanga– on June 6, 2021, I was taking a picture when I saw that something is in the sky in the shape of a cone. Then it disappeared quickly breaking like the sound barrier and I checked the photos of my cell phone, and the moment was recorded.
Illinois Light
McHenry– on June 12, 2021, I walked outside and saw something that wasn’t a star. I continued to look at it and saw that it was flashing different colors and moving in an unusual pattern.

Natchitoches– on May 13, 2021, I am attaching pictures that were taken with a Stealth Cam. I have tons more pictures. I live next to an airport and have noticed UFO activity almost every night. They hover around the area

Whitehall – on June 19, 2021, at the park near fishing bridge I saw an object in the sky moving south to southwest. Watched until it vanished. Saw it or another again and took video of it.

Laurelville– on June 20, 2021, took a walk through a wooded path next to this pond in Hocking Hills. I took some pictures and didn’t physically see the UFO until scrolling through my photos later. I heard rustling in the bushes with no one there. I heard this strange “womping” or jet-like sound. I noticed this large, hovering cloud that was somewhat shaped like a flying saucer.

Minus – on June 24, 2021, Driving- see exceptionally large blimp like aircraft moving in the sky! This is out in the country. Very very unusual to see a blimp or parasail. I pulled over and took photos! It appears to have something on top and below main object when zoomed in. And I see what appears some type of wind trail or wind tunnel in one photo enlarged. Just very unusual, so I took 13 photos, and they all show it a bit differently. I am reporting for my spouse- he could give better specifics!!

District of Columbia — on June 5, 2021, I took 4 picture of the blue sky every second. When I zoom in on the photos, I can see three objects two of them move up higher on the sky and other one move toward SE in a few seconds.

Kamloops – on June 14, 2021, at 11:45 pm, 5 glowing lights were observed in the sky. The lights did not move, and no beams were visible from the ground, indicating it was not manmade. No sound was observed, and the lights appeared to be very uniform in their distance between each other. The lights were over the Valley view area.

Germany – on April 23, 2021, I’m Polish truck driver and. I watch in YouTube program about MUFON and reminds me of née strange moment and my pictures. I had a break at my truck in Germany. I was riding my bicycle and saw flowers, so I took a few pictures. I see a flying object, and took6 pictures.

Puerto Vallarta– on June 26, 2021, I was in Mexico on vacation with my wife staying at our friend’s outside of Yellapa. Some lights caught my eye that were moving strangely. At first, I thought is a boat on the water but then the lights maneuvered around. I tried to get some photos and video footage. I zoomed in to get something unworldly.

Akra– on June 19, 2021, did not see the object but in the evening, I reviewed my photos on my computer. We were 7 people and 3 dogs and none of us saw this thing before we watched the photo.

Bude– on June 6, 2021, I was at work delivering groceries. It was a clear, still, warm day. I looked up and saw this thing and it was extremely high, but it looked interesting and with no deferrable sound. After I just carried on with my day.

Brigand – on June 11, 2021, saw a strange object at11.45 pm, which kept changing shape and emitting different colors. It made no sound and just vanished. It was in Kenfig Hill which is a small town in Wales.

My previous article was on the matter of me, UFO researchers Robin Cole and Matthew Williams, and a certain whistleblower who I termed “The Sandman.” And, on how, in the 1990s, we were all carefully and quietly watched by personnel in the U.K. intelligence community: Government Communications Headquarters, the Provost and Security Services, and Special Branch. And all (and only) because of our interests in UFOs and aliens. There were, however, others, too, who were watched by U.K. Intelligence at that same time. One of them was someone who you might think would not have had any kind of involvement in this saga. And, yet, there was involvement. Quite a lot, too. His name: Jonathan Downes. Although primarily known as a cryptozoologist and the Director of the U.K.-based monster-hunting Center for Fortean Zoology, in the mid-to-late 1990s Jon wrote regularly – and extensively – for a whole range of newsstand UFO-related publications that existed at the time. The scenario of Special Branch monitoring the activities of full-time monster hunters such as Jonathan Downes, purely because of the fact that they happen to have friends in Ireland sounds wholly outrageous; however, it is something that Jon himself can corroborate:
“It was a Friday lunchtime in early May 1996. My ex-wife, Alison, and I were beginning to suspect that we had strayed into a particularly far-fetched and badly scripted episode of The X-Files. We were sitting in the departure lounge of Plymouth Airport, waiting to put Tony ‘Doc’ Shiels, [a renowned Irish monster-hunter and magician] on his plane back to Ireland, after one of his occasional visits. Suddenly, the airport lounge seemed to be full of security guards. There were only about half a dozen men in uniform; but there were a number of rather sinister-looking me in black suits, wearing sunglasses, and looking quite menacing. A man in plainclothes, who introduced himself to Tony as a senior police officer, came over to us. I was engaged, at the time, in assembling my tape-recorder so I could tape an interview with Tony.
“But, at the sound of the words: ‘Mr. Shiels, can I see your boarding-pass?’ which was accompanied by the practiced flash of a warrant card in a leather wallet, [I was] prompted to put my tape-recorder away very quickly. They conversed in low voices. I didn’t try to overhear their conversation; but I gathered that Tony had shown the policeman all the relevant travel documents, and that all was in order. I decided that this was the right time to go to the lavatory. Sitting in the thin-walled, Formica-lined cubicle, I was effectively invisible, and so could overhear snatches of a conversation between one of the Men in Black and someone else over a walkie-talkie. I only heard some of what they said, but the words ‘Special Branch‘ were mentioned on several occasions. I was also shocked to hear my own name.”
Jon concluded to me: “Slinking out as soon as the coast was clear, I rejoined Alison and Tony. They told me that, with no notice whatsoever, Tony’s plane had been canceled. I began to feel somewhat scared. The policeman came over to talk to Tony again, and the public address system asked Alison, as the owner of our van, to report to the Information Desk. She was asked to move our van on the grounds that it was causing an obstruction. It wasn’t. And Tony was told that his flight would now be departing three hours late. The Men in Black were still milling around. I just sat there feeling very paranoiac. I still don’t know to this day what it was all about. The harassment, such as it was, continued all afternoon; but we were, by this time at least, in such a state of advanced paranoia, that even innocent occurrences were open to vicious misinterpretation. Was the target of this activity me or Tony? Were the motives magical; ufological; or, as seems more likely, political? Or was Tony guilty of being Irish in the wrong place and at the wrong time? [It was] a week when security at all airports and military bases had been stepped up – because of a rumored IRA blitz to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Easter uprising.” The mystery was never resolved.

A whistleblower who ran the Pentagon's top-secret ufo program has warned a soon-to-be-released report on unidentified aerial phenomena could reveal the greatest US intelligence failings since 9/11.
Luis Elizondo, the former head of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), told The Sun he had seen 'very very compelling' data that confirmed the existence of technologically advanced UFOs.
A highly-anticipated report on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) is due to be released by the Director of the National Intelligence and the Department for Defense by June 1 .
And Elizondo says if Pentagon officials reveal that the US has been 'leapfrogged technologically by a foreign adversary' such as China or Russia it would constitute an intelligence failure 'on the level of 9/11'.
Elizondo said recently-revealed footage of strange, tic-tac shaped flying objects buzzing US military ships were real - and says it is time that the Government told the public what it knew about them.
He told The Sun: 'There is something in our skies, we don't know what it is, we don't know how it works, we don't know fully what it can do, we don't know who is behind the wheel, we don't know its intentions, and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.'
Lawmakers on the House Intelligence Committee ordered Defense officials to explain the frequent sightings of strange flying objects spotted by military in the hope it will dispel some of the rumor and fear surrounding them.
Elizondo said people should manage their expectations around what will be contained in the report.

UFOs or a rival military power? What in the world is behind all these mysterious drone sightings...
Since the 1960s, there have been dozens of encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena.
Possible explanations include:
1. The US military. It has been secretly designing and testing unmanned aircraft for decades. This would seem the most plausible explanation, given the US spends more on defense than the next 10 countries combined.
2. Another military power such as China or Russia has developed its own advanced drone weaponry. If so they would have had to make extraordinary technological breakthroughs and managed to keep them out of the public eye.
3. A private company built the UFOs and wanted to test them out in a high-stakes stand-off with the US military. Both Elon Musk with SpaceX and Jeff Bezos's Blue Origin have spent billions of dollars on space exploration programs, so perhaps it's not out of the question.
4. The drones are in fact the creations of alien life forms, in which case Mulder was right all along about the truth being 'out there'.
Elizondo headed the AATIP from 2007 to 2012, as part of a $22 million program set up former Nevada Senator Harry Reid to investigate the UAP.
In March, it was revealed that US Navy warships stationed off the coast of Los Angeles encountered swarms of mysterious drones, which pursued them at high speed in low visibility in 2019.
The series of encounters with suspected UAVs, or unmanned aerial vehicles, in July 2019, saw as many as six mystery aircraft swarm several US Navy warships close to a sensitive training area at the Channel Islands.
The head of the United States Navy Admiral Michael Gilday later admitted he had no idea where a swarm of mysterious Tic Tac-shaped drones that menaced four US destroyers originated.
Gilday's response appears to rule out the theory that the drones could have come from a secret US military program.
That has led to growing speculation that they were either built by a rival military power or 'something else beyond our understanding is going on'.
In an interview last week, Reid said the 2019 incident had confirmed to him the need for the US to establish a UFO program to investigate the phenomena.
In an interview with Mysterywire.com, Reid, who has pushed before for a UFO program, discussed the potential origin of the mysterious flying objects, which the interviewer suggested may be Chinese.
'Always remember, Russia, the former Soviet Union, is run by a man who ran the KGB. They had as many as 30,000 agents at one time, KGB agents. So, Russia's involved in this, no question about it,' Reid said.
He added that UFOS were 'something that cannot be ignored' and that President Joe Biden should be briefed on the matter.
'I believe that there should be an ongoing entity, within the Pentagon would be the best place for it, whose sole job is to stay on top of the issue of UFOs,' Reid said.
While Senate majority leader, Reid pushed to launch the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, a Pentagon-run effort to study reports of UFOs.
The $22million-program began in 2007 and ended in 2012, according to the Pentagon.

The USS Gonzalez, a guided-missile destroyer, is in the same class as the naval ships targeted by drones in a brazen attack off the coast of California in 2019. It uses a high-tech an onboard intelligence team known as a SNOOPIE to track unknown flying objects

A detailed account of the 2019 encounter published by The Drive shows the drama began on the night of July 14 2019.
Deck logs from the USS Kidd show that just before 10pm that night two drones were spotted.
An onboard intelligence crew responsible for documenting and investigating contact with unknown vessels - known as the Ship Nautical Or Otherwise Photographic Interpretation and Exploitation team - or SNOOPIE - was engaged to figure out who, or what, the mystery flying objects were.
Within a few minutes of the sighting, reports show the USS Kidd moved into quiet mode, minimizing communications as it sought to work what the threat level was.
It contacted a nearby warship also on patrol, the USS Rafael Peralta, who also engaged their onboard photo intelligence team, or SNOOPIE.
Several other US Navy destroyers on patrol nearby began noticing strange lights.
The USS John Finn also reported UAV activity, and noticed a 'red flashing light' at 10:03pm, according to its logbook.
Just over an hour later at 11:23pm, the USS Rafael Peralta spotted a white light hovering over the flight deck.
The drone was able to remain hovering above the destroyer's helicopter landing pad while traveling at speeds of 16 knots and in low visibility.
The nearly 90-minute encounter was well beyond the capability of commercially-available drones.
The next night, the drones returned, this time as the warships were patrolling closer to the Californian mainland.
They were first spotted by the USS Rafael Peralta and the ship's SNOOPIE team was engaged at 8:39pm.
At 8:56pm, logs show the USS Kidd had also come into contact with drones.
'The drones seem to have pursued the ships, even as they continued to maneuver throughout the incident,' The Drive reported.
Logbooks onboard the USS Russell show drones were swarming all over it, dipping in elevation from 1000 to 700 feet and seemingly able to move in any direction.
The USS Russell had separate contact with drones nine occasions in less than an hour.
Then at 9:20pm that night, the USS Kidd noticed 'multiple UAVs' around the ship.
US warships have state-of-the-art detection systems, but an investigation by the US Navy chief and the FBI has been unable to discover the origin of drones

The USS Rafael Peralta was also swarmed by as many as four drones. It was contacted by a passing cruise ship, the Carnival Imagination, to say they too had spotted up to six drones.
The three-hour frenzy of activity continued until close to midnight, with none of the warships able to say with certainty where the drones had come from.
The Navy's top commanders including the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) and commander of the Pacific Fleet were notified.
The Los Angeles bureau of the FBI was also brought in to look at the incident.
An initial investigation found that just a handful of civilian ships were in the area at the time that could have been used as landing pads for the drones.
Investigators suspected the drones may have been launched from the ORV Alguita, a catamaran in the area.
And while the Alguita did have drones onboard, it was soon established its aircraft were not capable of such aeronautical feats.
Naval intelligence was brought in on the investigation and it was soon turning its glare inwards.
The area is home to a large US Naval Base on Sam Clemente Island, where sensitive training operations are often undertaken.
Soon afterward, the Navy classified the investigation, preventing further information from being released to The Drive.
There were further drone sightings later in July 2019, with SNOOPIE teams aboard the destroyers again being called on to identify the drones and work out where they were coming from.
The bizarre incident was first noticed by filmmaker Dave Beaty, a UFO researcher who UFOs.
In June 2020, he Tweeted: 'Did the navy ship #USSKidd #DDG100 encounter a UAP in July 2019 in So Cal OPAREA Trying to find out more. The ship logs indicate a 'Snoopy Team' was deployed - an intel section that tries to visually ID objects. DM if you know more. Near San Clemente island.'
Later, relaying information he'd received from a Navy source, Beaty said a crew member on board 'could see them with the naked eye and they were almost eye level with the bridge hovering'.
'They were the same tic-tac shaped objects.'
Beaty said the sightings occurred in the same areas as another infamous UFO sighting in 2004 which became known as the 'Nimitz Encounters', when at least six Super Hornet pilots made visual or instrument contact with the UFO on November 14, 2004.
The clip became one of the most-touted pieces of evidence in the UFO community when the Pentagon confirmed its authenticity in 2017.
In January, Chad Underwood, the former Navy aviator who shot the famous leaked video clip, broke his silence in an interview with New York Magazine.
He said the oblong, wingless 'Tic Tac' shaped object was spotted off the coast of Mexico over the Pacific.
The encounters, which are documented in numerous interviews with first-hand witnesses, remain a mystery, and the object's incredible speed and movements have led to speculation that it was extraterrestrial in origin.
The original FLIR video from the USS Nimitz encounters leaked online as early as 2007.
Witnesses say that clips of the video had been circulated widely on the Navy's intranet - used to communicate between ships in the carrier group - and an unknown sailor in the group likely first leaked it.
Over the years, I’ve come across a lot of people in the UFO field who claim to be what we might call “UFO whistleblowers.” I have to admit, though, that on many occasions they are nothing of the kind. Instead, they’re totally pathetic “Walter Mitty”-types who like to have people think they’re something special. They’re not. With that said, however, on occasions the real deal does pop up. And, today, I’m going to share with you one particular story today – a story that involved myself back in the 1990s. At the time I was busy looking into the U.K. government’s involvement in the UFO phenomenon. But, not in regards to the Ministry of Defense. As you may know, the MoD was, for many years, the place in which most of the UFO reports went to. It’s a lesser-known fact, however, that a lot of UFO-related work was also done by the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), the U.K. equivalent of the U.S. National Security Agency, and by the intelligence department of the Royal Air Force; at the time the Provost and Security Services. It was while I got further into all of this that I was approached by a man who I referred to as the “Sandman.”
For years the Sandman had worked for an arm of the U.K. police force called Special Branch. Not only that, the Sandman claimed that me and two more UFO researchers in the U.K., Robin Cole and Matthew Williams. The former spent a lot of time digging into the GCHQ-UFO link, while the latter was focused almost totally on a now-closed facility in the southwest of England call Royal Air Force Rudloe Manor. For years, there were rumors that Rudloe Manor acted as a kind of “Hangar 18” facility where dead aliens and crashed UFOs were held – and way under the surface of the green fields of England. Such claims were never confirmed, of course. But, there’s no denying the fact that both Williams and Cole became big headaches for the U.K. government. Indeed, the Sandman told me that Williams, me and Cole were watched closely from 1996 to 1998 by various agencies. When this revelation surfaced, a lot of people in the UFO research field in the U.K. scoffed at such claims. They were wrong to do so. In 2012, the claims of the Sandman were vindicated. The National Archives (where the now-declassified UFO files of the Ministry of Defense are held) revealed the following:

“File DEFE 24/1984/1 (p294) contains a 1996 Parliamentary Question from Martin Redmond MP asking on how many occasions MI6 and GCHQ have monitored UFO investigations. This was interpreted to mean ‘have the agencies been keeping watch on UFOlogists.’ A background briefing says ‘neither agency in fact undertakes such activity, though GCHQ cannot rule out the possibility’ they had monitored ‘in other contexts individuals who have made a study of UFOs.’The MP was told the government do not comment on the intelligence and security agencies (p298). File DEFE 24/1987/1 (p262-65) reveals that in 1997 Special Branch took an interest in a UFOlogist who became obsessed with rumors of a secret UFO facility beneath RAF Rudloe Manor in Wiltshire. The base had become known as the British equivalent of the secret US military airbase ‘Area 51’ among conspiracy theorists. An internal note said ‘Special Branch…do not believe he poses a specific threat to security, but they are alert to the risk that others may use him as a conduit for their activities.'” Those two men were confirmed as Williams and Cole.
Take note of all that: it was in 1996 when the Sandman told me that both Cole and Williams were being watched – by several agencies, no less – and it wasn’t until 2012 when the government confirmed that fact. And confirmed the agencies involved, too. So, despite what the debunkers sometimes say, the fact is that real “UFO whistleblowers” do surface from the shadows – and, on top of that, they do provide good, solid information.

This footage was filmed on May 23, 2021 from Taxco a town in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. This object which appears invisible to the naked eye and other recording devices but was only picked up by his night vision camera. The night vision that was used to film this was "Sionyx Aurora Pro" and this enabled him and us to see this object. There is a extinct volcano that is part of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range named Cerro Mohinora and this is where this object was filmed hovering over, with the witness recording from his vantage point we get a good view from where he filmed and we can see that there is nothing there.... US intelligence has released a much anticipated wide-ranging report on military and government agencies’ encounters with UFOs, or what the report calls unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). The now declassified Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) report which has been sent to Congress was made public late in the day Friday, and reveals the US government has encountered over 140 instances of UAP.
As The Hill notes of the report, out of 144 encounters listed since 2004, “just one was identified with high confidence while the others remain a mystery” — with varied explanations accounting for the bulk of the sightings including possible natural atmospheric phenomena, “airborne clutter” such as balloons for example, advanced aircraft or projectiles by foreign adversaries, or even experimental programs done under top secret classification by the US government. The one identified or explainable sighting was determined to “likely” have been “a large, deflating balloon”.
For 143 of the cases analyzed, the report concluded “lack sufficient information in our dataset to attribute incidents to specific explanations”. And it said there are “no clear indications that there is any non-terrestrial explanation” for the aircraft.
But as many UFO enthusiasts have pointed out, the report doesn’t rule out alien activity altogether either. Indeed what’s being dubbed the Feds’ UFO report is also leaving the possibility open to “other” explanations in its nine pages (including that objects might be extra-terrestrial), particularly in 18 of the instances for which there’s currently no plausible scientific explanation accounting for how the aerial objects moved:
In the 18 cases, U.S. government observers reported “unusual” movement or flight characteristics, the report released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence stated.
The objects “appeared to remain stationary in winds aloft, move against the wind, maneuver abruptly, or move at considerable speed, without discernible means of propulsion,” the report stated. Some of them released radio frequency energy that was picked up and processed by U.S. military aircraft.
The strange flight characteristics “could be the result of sensor errors, spoofing or observer misperception and require additional rigorous analysis,” the report added. Of these, the report underscored that “We are conducting further analysis to determine if breakthrough technologies were demonstrated.”
Naval and other military aviators have recently gone public with their encounters with “UFOs”…
“There are probably multiple types of UAP requiring different explanations based on the range of appearances and behaviors described in the available reporting,” the report explained. “Although most of the UAP described in our dataset probably remain unidentified due to limited data or challenges to collection processing or analysis, we may require additional scientific knowledge to successfully collect on, analyze and characterize some of them,” it added.
In a separate statement the Pentagon sought to assure the public that it “takes reports of incursions – by any aerial object, identified or unidentified – very seriously, and investigates each one.”
This is particularly given the distinction possibility that some or many UAP sightings may represent “sophisticated collection against U.S. military activities by a foreign government or demonstrate a breakthrough aerospace technology by a potential adversary.”
For example, Russia has made huge leaps in its hypersonic missile program, with China also considered to be on the way.
Interestingly, both of these countries and their advancing, cutting-edge defense technology programs find explicit mention in the ODNI report.
Some Congressional leaders have already dubbed this new report “inconclusive” but have also said it’s a step in the right direction in terms of accounting for “risks to aviation” or possible secretive advanced programs of America’s enemies.
Meanwhile, some observers are questioning why it’s suddenly the case that UFO theories and speculation are going mainstream, even to the point that US intelligence is releasing a rare study to the public.
According to independent journalist and geopolitical commentator Caitlin Johnstone, “the fact that Russia or China magically leapfrogging US technology by centuries seventy years ago has been validated as a possibility by the report is a gift to cold warriors eager to ramp up aggressions and inflame a high-budget arms race.”

A gigantic fossilized skull that was hidden in a well in China for 90 years has just been discovered by scientists — and it's making them rethink human evolution.
The skull was originally found in 1933 by Chinese laborers building a bridge in Harbin, a northern Chinese city, during the Japanese occupation, researchers said. To prevent the skull from falling into Japanese hands, it was wrapped and hidden in an abandoned well. It was only rediscovered in 2018 when the old man who originally hid it told his grandson, shortly before his death.
The remarkably well-preserved fossil has been labeled a new human species, Homo longi, by Chinese researchers. The species has been dubbed "Dragon man," for the northern Chinese province where the skull was found, Heilongjiang — or in English, the "Black Dragon River" region.

In a series of threearticles published in research journal the Innovation on Friday, scientists posited that the skull belonged to an approximately 50-year-old man. He would have had a wide nose to allow him to breathe uninhibited during heavy activity and probably would have been built sturdily to withstand the frigid regional winters, researchers wrote.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the Harbin cranium is its massive size, which, at 9 inches long and more than 6 inches wide, is significantly larger than the modern human skull.
The skull also has a cranial capacity of approximately 1,420 milliliters or 48 fluid ounces. That falls into the cranial capacity range of modern humans, but the skull also possesses many primitive features that make it a unique link between modern humans and Neanderthals.

Beneath the thick brow ridge, the face has large square eye sockets, but is delicate despite its size.
"It differs from all the other named Homo species," researchers wrote, noting that it has a mix of ancient and modern features like a "gently curved" but "massively developed" brow ridge and low, flat cheekbones with "shallow" depressions beneath them. And compared to today's more modern, round skull, researchers said the Harbin cranium was long and low.
The international research team, led by Professor Qiang Ji at the Hebei Geo University in China, used geochemical techniques to date the skull to at least 146,000 years old.

When the scientists compared the fossil to 95 other skulls using a software program, they found that the Harbin cranium and a few other Chinese skulls seemed to form a new branch that was closer to modern humans than Neanderthals.
The Chinese team said they think the Harbin cranium is sufficiently unique that it qualifies as a new species. However, others are not convinced. Professor Chris Stringer, a research leader at the Natural History Museum in London who also worked on the project, told the Guardian that the skull may be similar to another skull found in China in 1978.
He said, "The important thing is the third lineage of later humans that are separate from Neanderthals and separate from Homo sapiens."

When searching through a Mars photo of Perseverance, I noticed some very important scientific artifacts that NASA clearly missed. The most significant of them was a gloved hand laying on the surface with its palm side up and hand open. The other thing I found was a centipede-like creature on top of a rock. This animal had an very big bump on is head that may have been a horn. Its color is a dark red...very similar in shape, size color to that of a centipede. This is 100% proof that life exists on Mars. It may not be intelligent life, but nevertheless its an animal form of life. I also found a few other anomalies that point out that life once existed on Mars.

People living in the city of Gujarat reported glowing lights over the city. The also reported hearing a large explosion when the lights first appeared. In the video there are two sets of hovering lights moving over the city. One will have 3-4 continuous glowing orange lights and then another begins to follow it. Each set of four lights are just one craft. The explosions heard are from the UFOs shooting away out of earths atmosphere or into earths atmosphere...at high speed. The speed had to have broken the sound barrier for the sonic boom to be that big. UFOs can easily do that. These are 100% real UFOs and are proof that an alien base exists somewhere near the city of Gujarat, India 5-6km below the surface.
