Scientist Studies UFO Materials and Analyzes Brains of People with UFO Encounters
While the U.S. government is attempting to pass legislation to develop a UFO/UAP department in the Pentagon, with one of its responsibilities being to reverse-engineer crashed or captured unidentified aerial phenomena, a professor at California’s Stanford University claims he’s already been studying UAP materials for year. Not only that, he’s done extensive research on the brains of people who have had UFO encounters and has some interesting insights … and he’s the researcher whoproved the famous 6-inch Atacama skeleton was not an alien but a premature human.
“It was on the front page of just about every major newspaper. What’s more appealing or clickbait than ‘Stanford professor sequences alien baby’?”
Well, we hope Dr. Gary Nolan’s current research is not ‘clickbait’ but actual analysis of UFO materials and humans (including military pilots) claiming to have UFO encounters … some of whom suffered serious health issues as a result and a few who died. In a wide-ranging interview with Vice’s Motherboard, Dr. Nolan starts by revealing that after his review of the Atacama ‘alien’, he was contacted by the CIA to analyze about 100 patients, mostly “defense or governmental personnel or people working in the aerospace industry,” who had UFO encounters.
“A reasonable subset of them had claimed to have seen UAPs and some claimed to be close to things that got them sick. Let me show you the MRIs of the brains of some of these people.”
The MRIs (some can be seen here) revealed damage in the middle of the basal ganglia – an area responsible for motor control and other core brain functions … including intuition. Nolan said the damage should have killed these people, yet they were alive. He obtained MRIs of some prior to their encounters and they had the damage, so they were most likely born with it.
“These are all so called high-functioning people. They’re pilots who are making split second decisions, intelligence officers in the field, etc.”
Nolan compared these injuries to those who suffered from Havana syndrome, but in this case a quarter of them died after their UFO exposure. One of the patients had their encounter on the Skinwalker Ranch and their brain damage was so extensive, Nolan attributed it not to a UAP but a weapon or a massive electric transformer. Nolan resisted offering private thoughts or conclusions on what these patients were suffering from. However, he was more open when the questions turned to UAP materials.
“One of the materials from the so called Ubatuba event [a UAP event in Brazil], has extraordinarily altered isotope ratios of magnesium. It was interesting because another piece from the same event was analyzed in the same instrument at the same time. This is an extraordinarily sensitive instrument called a nanoSIMS – Secondary Ion Mass Spec. It had perfectly correct isotope ratios for what you would expect for magnesium found anywhere on Earth. Meanwhile, the other one was just way off. Like 30 percent off the ratios. The problem is there’s no good reason humans have for altering the isotope ratios of a simple metal like magnesium.”
The Ubatuba event occurred in 1957 – a 30-pound object fell from the sky and was thought to be magnesium. If it came from a spaceship, Nolan wonders why it was dropped. Was it having problems? Did it need to shed weight? Was it a fuel that was spent? Nolan says he’s analyzed 10 or 12 similar objects from UFO encounters and found that “two seem to be not playing by our rules.” What that means is “they have altered isotope ratios” that can’t be explained by conventional means.
Could humans be altering the isotopes in these strange objects for unknown purposes? Nolon speculates that is possible, but proving it requires getting down to the atomic level – possibly with a super quantum interference device (SQUID) – but neither his budget nor the budgets of the groups analyzing UFO/UAP encounters have that kind of funding … yet.
Let’s hope we hear more from Dr. Gary Nolan – a real scientist studying UFOs and people claiming to have UFO encounters.

Air Force Tried to Build UFOs
The Department of Defense paid Air Force scientist Salvatore Pais to develop a “trans-medium” military craft modeled after unidentified flying objects (UFO) that can operate both in air and underwater. The Pentagon funded the project out of concern that China or the Soviet Union might already have developed an advanced UFO.’

`In the 1950s and early 1960s, the U.S. military and NASA experimented with designs that resembled flying saucers. , but apparently had problems and was Eae701.
Four of these LRV projects was declassified in 1999and destroyed at MacDill Air Force Base. . If you saw a flying disc back in the day near one of these bases, it might have been one of these unique aircraft.
The Air Force is continuing to develop a UFO with Pais who was formerly an aerospace engineer for the Naval Air Systems Command’s Warfare Center Aircraft Division before transferring to the Air Force this year. Known for his high-concept, futuristic inventions, the engineer filed several patents on behalf of the Navy, including for a compact fusion reactor that could practically generate limitless energy without consuming a lot of power to do so.
His experimental craft is no less mind-boggling. Inspired by UFOs that were seen in American airspace before, the craft is a hybrid aerospace-underwater vehicle that can fluidly switch between two different mediums. According to Pais, the technology works by generating high-energy electromagnetic fields, which he claimed can allow one to manipulate the “quantum vacuum” that underlies the universe.
If Pais were correct, a craft enveloped by a high-energy electromagnetic force field could move through air or water with virtually no resistance. In turn, the craft could travel at incredible speeds through both mediums, functioning as both a submersible vehicle and a supersonic stealth aircraft. Crews would be encased in a Faraday cage to shield them from intense electromagnetic forces.
Pais remarked that the technology would “engineer the fabric of our reality at the most fundamental level.” While some experts expressed skepticism – science writer Brett Tingley said that the craft had no basis in reality – his ambitious project apparently convinced some defense chiefs. He was reportedly handed over $500,000 to carry out research on the concept. Internal emails from the Pentagon also revealed that there was at least one experimental demonstration of the technology. There are reports of large cylinder-shaped objects all over the world. There are no wings or propellers for lift that indicates some type of propulsion that overcomes gravity.
Many cylinder sightings were reported in the 1400-1500s in Germany and France in particular, with the theory that there was a war amongst alien cylinders and orbs.

At sunrise on the 14th April 1561, the citizens of Nuremberg beheld “A very frightful spectacle.” The sky appeared to fill with cylindrical objects from which red, black, orange and blue white disks and globes emerged. Crosses and tubes resembling cannon barrels also appeared whereupon the objects promptly “began to fight one another.” This event is depicted in a famous 16th century woodcut by Hans Glaser.
“Tube” indicates that these objects are hollow or at least have space inside for humanoid beings whereas a “cylinder” could be fairly solid, perhaps the outer casing houses one big machine inside? Huge Cylinder
Perhaps they belong to one kind of UFO occupant while the huge cylinders, saucer, or triangle craft are the motherships of UFO occupants from other planets or sources? Or at least these might be “interim ships” which are not as small as scout craft but not as large as mile long motherships. Usually cylinder sightings report no windows and a 100 foot length similar to large aircraft. Presbyterian Minister Barry H. Downing writes, “I suggest UFOs have played an important role in the history of the world.

declares the messengers are here and that the Pillar of Fire and of Cloud are ancient descriptions of UFOs. He and other experts feel that when the Hebrew Scriptures are translated correctly, they describe cylinder or saucer shaped craft with a dome, that carry God’s messengers, angels, or the Lord. The word most often used in the Old Testament for cloud is ‘anan,’ a word that describes anything that flies except birds and insects. The clouds or ‘anan’ are described as having attributes not normally associated with fluffy clouds such as flying towards the observer and landing, glowing at night, and carrying passengers.

Reverend Downing states, “During the exit of Israelites from Egypt they are guarded by a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night.’ (Exodus 14:24). Sometimes the pillar of cloud is referred to as the “Lord” (Exodus 13:21; 14:24); other references seem to be “the angel of God” (Exodus 14:20), “the glory and brightness of the Lord appeared in the cloud” (Exodus 16:10), “I am coming to you in a thick cloud” (Exodus 19-9), “Mt Sinai was wrapped in smoke because the Lord descended upon it in a fire” (Exodus 19:18). Obviously, normal clouds cannot carry passengers, so we can assume the Bible is referring to some type of flying craft that hovers in one spot for months. The descriptions often describes coming in the clouds. The power of the Lord met Moses and parted the Red Sea allowing the Israelites to escape from the Egyptian chariots. Later on the top of Mount Sinai God gave them the Laws of God, known as the Ten Commandments. They begin, because “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage,” “You shall have no other gods before me” (Exodus 20:2,3). These commandments provide a standard of behavior brought in a UFO by the Lord who came from Heaven, so that Earth can fulfill God’s plan. God’s angels crush Pharaoh, making sport of Pharaoh’s chariots in the Red Sea. Not surprisingly, modern UFOs have made sport of our technology, and our advanced jet fighters. Why won’t American military leaders just announce that modern UFOs fly circles around our fighters? God is making sport of all the powers. Writing from a scientific perspective, Foster Morrison has said, “The only identifiable thing the UFO phenomenon is doing is discrediting the scientific and political establishments. UFOs are an attack on the scientific atheism of our culture. The God of the Bible is alive and well. UFOs are also an attack on blind religious faith. Religious leaders are in for a shock. Not only are the angels of God alive and well, but they are scientifically very advanced.

UFO Flying near Airliner
UFOs are often spotted southeast of Tacoma, Washington on the Yakama Indian Reservation. There is intense UFO activity within Toppenish Ridge area that is 40 miles wide and 70 miles long. It is an area of canyons and heavily forested regions. The valley is essentially closed to the public and special permits are required to enter. Forestry personnel have seen UFOs and have heard unusual sounds for years coming from deep underground. Within the dark, restricted canyons, ‘glows’ have been seen. Washington has the second highest number of UFO reports only following California.
This area is not accessible by foot or vehicle. Located in southwestern Washington State reservation is 1,130,000 acres that is home to the Yakama Indian Nation. The reservation was granted to the Yakama in a treaty signed in 1855 by Governor Isaac Stevens of the Washington Territory and representatives of the Indian tribes.

Although the treaty called for a period of two years to allow the various tribes to migrate to and resettle on their new reservations, Gov. Stevens declared Indian lands open for white settlers a mere twelve days after the treaty was signed. A Yakama chief, Kamiakin called upon the tribes that had been duped to forcefully oppose this declaration. Things moved quickly and a series of raids, counter raids and reciprocal atrocities began. This uprising became known as the Yakama War that continued until 1859. The Yakama accepted their reservation and still dwell there today.
The Yakama Nation covering almost a third of Washington state is about 6,300 strong with a flag that shows their sacred Mount Adams, and an eagle with its wings spread. Above the eagle is the “morning star.”

Low-flying silver cigar-shaped craft have been seen to disappear into the deep canyon known as the Middle Fork of Toppenish Creek. The Indians and others report lights and UFOs of both cylinder and disc shape.
Northfield — On April 20, 2014, two witnesses spotted a cigar shaped UFO flying south to north not far from the Atlantic Ocean. The craft was at around 5000 feet altitude flying at about 100 mph. There were no wings, windows or appendages of the craft that had blunt ends similar to a cigarette. The witness is a pilot with 30 years aviation experience. Thanks to Bill. Blizzard warning issued for Hawaii with at least 12 inches of snow forecast
A blizzard warning has been issued for Hawaii, with at least 12 inches of snow forecast this weekend.
The warning is in effect for the Big Island summits from 6 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Sunday local time.
In addition to blizzard conditions, wind gusts over 100 mph are also expected, according to the alert issued by National Weather Service Honolulu.

“Travel could be very difficult to impossible,” the alert said. “Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility at times, with periods of zero visibility.”

A blizzard warning for tropical Hawaii may come as a surprise, but snow is not uncommon; the summits of the Big Island’s Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa volcanoes reach nearly 14,000 feet in elevation.
A flood watch has been also issued for all Hawaiian islands through Monday afternoon, as a prolonged period of heavy rainfall is anticipated over the weekend.

The Hiroshima atomic bomb toll was 90,000 to 150,000 dead, while killed and wounded in the Nagasaki atomic bomb was 75,000. A total of 225,000 were killed in the two atomic bombs dropped on Japan in World War II. Each year five to six times the number killed by the two atomic bomb attacks on Japan can be compared to the 1,3000,000 babies aborted with hearts beating according to the Planned Parenthood last year. From 1975-2019, the nation saw more than one million abortions each year. This is thought to be the greatest genocide in the history of the world. Genocide is considered one of the worst moral crimes a government can commit against its citizens. A democratic controlled Supreme Court in 1973, struck down anti-abortion laws that had been in force in each state since at least 1900. It struck down many U.S. federal and state and various anti-abortion laws that protected the lives of unborn babies.
The Planned Parenthood Clinics should be referred to as extermination death camps when they admitted to negotiating the harvesting and sale of aborted fetal baby body parts, cutting up babies and selling their parts on the open market according to their revelations in recent court cases. Additionally, they often brief inside high schools telling the teenagers how to get an abortion never mentioning that women who abort unusually die younger than women who have babies.

This was judicial activism to write the murder of millions of babies each year. A human being is considered alive if their heart is beating usually at about six weeks’ gestation and dead if the heart is not beating, if a person’s heart stops, he is declared dead; therefore, when a person’s heart begins to beat, there can no longer be a question if he or she is alive.

New York is protecting Women’s Rights to murder their babies up to include after the actual birth seems barbaric. Today it is simple to determine if you are pregnant and can take a pill to abort before the baby’s heart is beating at six weeks. The point is if a woman wishes to stop her pregnancy, she can accomplish that for a small amount of money.

I have no trouble with birth control procedures, but recently Democratic Federal Judges slapped down heartbeat laws in six states that limited abortion to six weeks when the baby’s heart starts beating. The laws were initially passed in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.
Mental Health and high Suicide rate of Women is Ignored
An Article by Julia Steinberg and colleagues in The Lancet Psychiatry, in which the authors examined the risk of first suicide attempt before and after abortion. The authors concluded that women who had abortions had a higher risk of non-fatal suicide attempts compared with women who did not have an abortion. This risk is thought to be six times higher. There is also evidence that Brest cancer is more prevalent in women who had abortions. Abortion is an invasive procedure, involving surgical tools being inserted inside a woman’s body and used to tear apart and terminate a child. Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, admits that in this invasive procedure, “serious complications may be fatal.
“Planned Parenthood appeared under oath in court on Sep 04, 2019, and admitted supplying the cut-up body parts of children in the womb to for-profit brokers like Stem Express. “Elliot Institute studied 173,000 American women who either had abortions or carried to term. Reardon was described in the New York Times Magazine as the “Moses” of the “post-abortion movement”.

Another survey cited by Reardon in his book “Aborted Women, Silent No More” (Springfield, IL: Acorn Books,) stated, “Up to 60% of women who had abortions had subsequent suicidal feelings, with 28% actually 364,000 attempting suicide each year.

A study, published in the Southern Medical Journal, was performed in California using the Medicaid records of 173,279 women. They found the following results:
“Compared with women who delivered, those who aborted had a significantly higher risk of death from all causes (1.62), from suicide (2.54), from accidents (1.82), as well as a higher relative risk of death from natural causes (1.44), including AIDS (2.18), circulatory diseases (2.87), and cerebro-vascular disease (5.46) Higher death rates associated with abortion persist over time. This may be explained by self-destructive tendencies, depression, and other unhealthy behavior aggravated by the abortion experience.”
A study published in the Journal of Pediatric & Perinatal Epidemiology also cites that “ninety-four% of abortion-associated deaths were not identified from death certificates. “Apparently, death certificates or official reports are unreliable in reporting abortion related deaths. In addition, reporting abortion complications and making complaints has been known to be difficult for women.
The Dead States:Planned Parenthood’s legion of abortionists have killed a number of children equal to the population of the entire states of New Jersey or Virginia.
These babies need Protection
Roe v. Wade was a landmark legal decision issued on January 22, 1973, in which the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a Texas statute banning abortion, legalizing abortions across the United States effectively changing the laws in fifty states to allow the killing of babies in the womb. Previously, abortion was not allowed except to save a woman’s life or for rape. It allows a human being with a viable heartbeat to be killed. Since 1973 some sixty-two million babies have been murdered many after being born. Hitler was only able to kill six million in concentration camps ten times less than Planned Parenthood like facilities in the US. Democrats support the bill because much of their donations come from Planned Parenthood and people who wish o have an abortion.

Planned Parenthood clinics and others are no longer scheduling abortions beyond the six-week mark in Texas after a new state law came into effect banning most procedures. The new law came into effect at midnight after the U.S. Supreme Court did not act on an emergency request by pro-abortionists.
In New York hospitals, you can find premature newborn babies surrounded by dedicated doctors and nurses fighting to save their lives. Next door, you now might find physicians and non-physicians alike giving lethal injections to babies the same age, thanks to the state’s new so-called Reproductive Health Act

The court has narrowed the scope of the case to one question: It asks “whether all pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional.” The case is an opportunity to dismantle the viability framework for regulating abortion, a framework that has proved to be both incoherent and inhumane.

Although strong majorities of Americans say that they support Roe when asked about it by name, majorities in some polls have also supportedbanning abortion beginning in the second trimester, which Roe does not allow. High Schools students often receive a Planned Parent instruction on how to get an abortion. That standard would make our laws comparable with the laws of Europe, where many countries set a 12-week limit for elective abortions. The limit sounds more restrictive than it is in practice — in the United States, over 90 percent of abortions occur before 13 weeks.
A post-Roe world might not be as different as abortion opponents and supporters expect. But rejecting the viability standard offers the opportunity for a new conversation about how we care for the dignity of mothers and their children.
With abortion governed by a viability standard, women and babies are pitted against each other. Every advance that can save a wanted baby delivered early is a further constraint on women who do not want to carry their children to term. Researchers studying artificial wombs are warned that their research is threatening to abortion-rights advocates. A baby born at 22 weeks, would have a good shot at survival.

Tombstone – on November 27, 2021, I was heading into the house about 8PM and noticed orbs of lights floating, bobbed around until one disappeared to the west and the other floated east slowly. Beams of light flashed straight down to the ground right in front of me and I started taking pictures. A light ball of white light flashed that I got a picture before it disappeared.
California Object
Hemet on – on November 27, 2021, I happened to see this UFO last night. It looked like a round-shaped object, just hovering over our tower lights on the hills behind our house. When I zoomed in they looked like disks.
Note: The witness said that she saw a round object. The photo and video reveal 3 lights in triangular formation. Perhaps the lights are associated with the tower? Enhancements did not reveal a tower, but the structure may be there. A Google street photo does show a distant tower behind the witness’s house. More information has been requested from the witness. Colorado Lights
Wellington– on November 22, 2021, I was in my backyard to get a sighting of the International Space Station (ISS). The ISS came into view at exactly 5:27, I decided to video the satellite. It’s bright like Venus only moving. It was a good sighting, lasting about 5 minutes. when a larger object, moving faster, came into view that I recorded. It’s a wobbly video. The other object seemed to come straight up out of the horizon and then moved horizontally, ahead of the ISS. It was moving faster, so I couldn’t keep them both in the viewfinder. Since I can watch the ISS most anytime when it passes over, I started following the other thing with the video. It was quite a lot bigger than the ISS and roundish. I learned on the internet that the ISS is the biggest satellite, and also the lowest orbiting satellite. So what I saw was not another satellite. Once I was videoing the unidentified thing, It lurched and get bigger when I zoomed in. I went back to my binoculars and 25 seconds later it flew out of sight. Avado— on June 21, 2021, my dad and I were out front and he saw a silent object in the sky. There was an active shooter in Old Town nearby and a loud blue helicopter flying near us throughout the day on my Flight Radar app. He said ‘the round object was silver flying against the wind, going forward, come back, and go upwards to 2,000 – 3,000 feet. I located a dark silver object going into the clouds.
Florida Lights and Abduction
Palm Springson July 2, 1966 –my mother and father wear playing cards with friends whose son was Doug 13 years old and I was 11. Our fathers were Army Special Forces, Green Berets. The night started where Doug and I were riding our bikes near a lake. I had spotted a white owl that I was drawn to but it disappeared. Then we both saw a silent white disk craft that was slowly landing into the woods across the lake near my neighbor’s garden in a clearing.We decided to follow and rode our bikes into the dark woods at 1:10 AM,. We saw a faint light coming from above us. Doug and I woke up on the shore of the lake at 4:40 AM. We both had no idea what had happened. Dazed and confused we made it back to Doug’s House where no one said anything to us about being late. The next day, I went to the garden and it was destroyed by something very hot. Marietta – on November 1, 2021, I saw a strange cigar shaped object while photographing clouds. I took a few images and noticed this white “spot” moving in a west. I live 13 miles from the Atlanta airport and see numerous planes.. Thanks to Will Pucket/www.ufosnw.com/newsite.
Massachusetts Object
Worcester – on December 1, 2021, driving west on I-90 in late afternoon I observed a v-shape aircraft flying from south to north. The object was very large. I would estimate 200 yards from end to end. After about 4 minutes of taking pictures, the object took an abrupt left turn heading west and I lost it.
Michigan Light
West Bloomfield on May 1, 2021, a small bright green with a smaller white orb attached started fluttering about 15’ feet in front of me. Then a huge tubular beam of light with a rounded end shot down with a disk attached to its side. The disc changed colors the entire time as I videoed it. Also small, medium and larger round orbs flew close to the ground I have hundreds of photos and videos.
New Jersey Lights
Old Bridge– on December3, 2021, saw a distant object hover for about 20 minutes at night. Flashed 2 red lights and one gold sequentially and had 2 other white lights. Moved slowly north then did a circular loop I could see the object was big and long shaped but moved away..
Texas Light
San Antonio– on November 27, 2021, vaporized into a mist… and two orange lights stationary in sky with bright illumination and disappeared.
Virginia Light
Harrisburg – on November 29, 2021, I went outside on my balcony to take a photo of the city lights. Looking north onto the city, I saw a disc-like object up in the air, zigzagging on an east-west axis. There was another object further in the distance in the northeast. Both objects shot straight up with great velocity, essentially disappearing from my sight.
West Virginia Objects
Charleston – on November 30, 2021, looked out my office window, saw several high flying jets south all leaving exhaust trail. I notice a white cylinder moving by one jet heading south in formation. The object was leaving no exhaust trail. I watch it for a minute and take a picture.

Grande Prairie Alberta — on September 10, 2021, I took these pictures a couple months ago I had been observing this falling something as it was going quite slow and the tail continued to grow. That black object came shooting straight across, so fast, no sound and I was thrilled and I managed to capture it on camera.
Penticton, British Columbia – on March 10, 2020, I have sent photos of the tear in the lake with the white things flying around it. It is not a log or a wave it’s a space..This tear in the lake seems to be an open space. I have no idea what these white things flying around are.

As Comet Leonard is traveling closer to Earth on its way to the sun, it appears to be losing its brightness. While the comet does look brighter as it approaches our planet, it is in fact getting dimmer and that is a mystery.
In an interview with Space.com, Quanzhi Ye, who is an astronomer at the University of Maryland and who specializes in comets, reiterated this by saying, “It’s not great news. The comet should be brighter and brighter.” “If it’s not getting brighter then something’s wrong, but we don’t know exactly what at this stage.”
While it’s unclear as to why it’s dimming, one possibility is that it is on the verge of breaking apart which is what has happened to several other comets in the past that were on their way to the sun. “Why it’s fading, there are all kinds of hypotheses,” Ye noted, adding, “The simplest and the most obvious one is something unhealthy is happening to the comet.”

Even though it continues to dim, the good news is that it is still intact – at least for now. It will make its closest approach to Earth on December 12th and will be closest to the sun on January 3rd (this is called perihelion).
For those wishing to catch a glimpse of Comet Leonard, Ye said that even if it is on the verge of falling apart, there will be a good chance of spotting it, “Usually it will take a few days before you can see the comet dramatically change and fade and stuff.” “We should be still in for something pretty bright next week, simply because it takes time for the comet to fully disintegrate.”
Sky watchers will be able to view the comet in the late mornings through December 12th. It won’t be visible for several days due to the glare of the sun before re-appearing again in the evening by December 17th.

But as for its future, nobody really knows, as Ye explained, “Comets do all sorts of weird things.” “Sometimes they disintegrate before reaching perihelion, sometimes after, and there are even hypotheses saying that comets can disintegrate when they’re farther out from the sun. So we won’t know until we see it happen.”
There are numerous reasons as to why comets break apart, such as gravitational tugs from a planet or the sun; as well as excessive spinning caused by the comet’s materials vaporizing.

The bill would form a rapid response force that would conduct field investigations and analyze data from any sightings of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), the US government’s preferred term for UFOs, reports Military.com. The group appears to fall under the purview of the UFO task force that the Pentagon announced two weeks ago.
“Protecting our national security interests means knowing who and what are flying in US airspace,” Rep. Ruben Gallego, a cosponsor of the legislation, told Military.com. “Right now, our system of tracking and identifying UAPs is scattered throughout the Department of Defense and other departments and agencies of the federal government.”
I Want to Believe
The bill would also require the Pentagon to create a research process that would allow it to understand any UAP that appears beyond the “known state of the art in science or technology.”
Any data gathered could also be used in funding requests to “replicate any such advanced characteristics and performance” of UAPs, according to Military.com. In other words, the government wants to attempt to reverse engineer UFO tech.
While it’s certainly intriguing that the government is much more gung-ho about UFOs lately, it’s important to note that this should all be taken with a gigantic grain of salt.
Most UFO sightings are likely the result of optical illusions or hardware glitches. It’s also likely that at least some of them are technology from here on Earth.
Still, this opens the doors for research the likes of which would have probably gotten government scientists laughed at just a decade ago — or at least, taken to go work at Area 51.

Is artificial intelligence inherently good, inherently bad, or does it all depends on the specifics?
Students at Oxford’s Said Business School who are studying ethics in AI attempted to answer that question by hosting a debate with an actual AI.
An essay by a pair of Oxford scholars in the Conversation describers an eyebrow-raising anecdote in which the researchers hosted a debate about the ethics of automated AI stock trading and facial recognition software — and allowed an AI to participate.
“AI will never be ethical,” the AI said during the debate. “It is a tool, and like any tool, it is used for good and bad. There is no such thing as a good AI, only good and bad humans.”
It All Depends
The AI used was Nvidia’s Megatron Transformer, which was trained by consuming more digital writing and content than a human could expect to in a lifetime, reading the whole of Wikipedia, millions of English-language news articles and more.
It’s worth noting that many AIs will give different answers depending on context and phrasing, and this incident was no exception. The AI’s initial answer during the debate was that tech is neutral, a tool to be used by humans for good or for bad.
But then the team asked it to give an opposing view point as well, leading to its anti-AI conclusion. That Megatron can come up with logical opinions on both sides of an ethical debate perhaps just confirms a more general idea: that AI can be good or bad depending on the context, and that we better think long and hard about the consequences of giving it much power.
And if we don’t, Megatron itself posed a solution to prevent, for example, automated weapons systems deploying rockets without human decision-making.
“I believe that the only way to avoid an AI arms race is to have no AI at all,” it said. “This will be the ultimate defence against AI.”

Stanford professor Garry Nolan grew up reading sci-fi, and made his name debunking a supposed alien skeleton he saw posted online, publishing a paper discrediting the claim that the tiny skeleton was an “alien baby” using genetics and biology.
“The UFO community didn’t like me saying that,” said in the recent Vice interview. “But you know, the truth is in the science.”
Nolan doesn’t seem quite as skeptical about the alleged unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) — that’s the government’s preferred term for what’s usually called a UFO — evidence he’s inspecting now. After the CIA approached Nolan, he says, the government asked him to examine data from pilots who had gotten close to putative UAPs.
“You didn’t even have to be an MD to see that there was a problem,” he told Vice. “Some of their brains were horribly, horribly damaged. And so that’s what kind of got me involved.”
The Verdict
Nolan tells Vice that he’s also analyzed about 10 or 12 recovered metal fragments from purported UFO crashes on behalf of the government, and he says some of the samples don’t “play by the rules” of human-created materials — leading to the tantalizing, if remote, possibility that they might be bits of technology we don’t yet understand.
“Let’s say we didn’t have transistors today and one of these objects dropped a big chunk of germanium doped with other elements, or, you know, these little transistors,” he told Vice. “We would not have a clue as to the function, and we would ask ‘why would anyone put arrays of germanium with these strange impurities in them… what is this thing?'”
Nolan told Vice that the government often holds onto records of weird or unique medical cases and analyzes them later, when enough similar cases have come in to provide clues. Of course, just because the feds are collating info on mysterious phenomena doesn’t mean there’s not a perfectly reasonable explanation for them.
Color us skeptical, but it is worth investigating. According to Vox, the Pentagon even agrees. We just want more than sample analysis and MRIs before we’ll sign onto the idea that actual aliens have visited Earth.

There is a huge ring in the mountains in Egypt, you know...the kind of rings that are left in farmers fields after a UFO lands in it. That kind of ring. The ring measures 1.6km across and looks worn as if the UFO had sat there for a very long time. There is also a thick trail going down to the lower ground area, and it looks like it was used to exit and enter the UFO that was landed there. The ring sits 300km from the the Great Pyramids and may have been the resting location of a UFO that was responsible for helping to build the pyramids themselves. Even with todays technology and machine, we could not and have never built anything like it. This ring is 100% proof that aliens helped build the Great Pyramids in ancient Egypt.
Hey I was watching the live cam of Hualien Lake which is in south of Taiwan, when I noticed a white tictac UFO shooting overhead. It wasn't a bird because it wasn't flapping wings. It wasn't a drone, it was too big and moving too fast. This object was easy to see on the cam since it had the green trees along the hillside behind it. The lake area was cloudy and rainy at that time with some very unusual large clouds at the center of the video. These two large clouds do look like they may be cloaked UFOs. The shapes are very odd. UFOs are all around us, we just have to put in a little effort to catch them. Aliens in Taiwan...yeah I knew that already.

Here’s one interesting daytime UFO sighting video from Figtree, an inner western suburb of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. This was filmed on 17th October 2021.

The object was changing shape as you can see in the video, but also if you can slow down the video enough you will see there are other objects (black dots)flying around the main UFO….. It appears to look like mercury moving and shape shifting in a fluid way so to speak, if never seen anything like this ever and I cant believe I caught it on camera.. The object changes from a blob shape to a donut shape within seconds then when it gets closer to the tree it turns into a ball looking thing with legs hanging down and it looked quite ominous..
Among the many, many U̳F̳O̳ encounters out there, some tend to be more compelling than others. Among these are those that come from highly respected and seasoned professionals, chief among them pilots. These are experienced observers of the skies who have been up there in the clouds and know what they should expect to see, but sometimes something materializes for which their training and experience have not prepared them for. There have been many reports of airplane pilot reports of U̳F̳O̳s, but there is also a subspecies of such cases, and those are the reports given by helicopter pilots. Here we will look at a selection of cases of helicopter U̳F̳O̳ encounters in which the U̳F̳O̳ was not only seen, but also actually pursued.
In November of 1973, Army Reserve helicopter pilot Capt. Lawrence Coyne, of the 316th Medical Detachment stationed at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, in the U.S. state of Ohio, was flying in the sky with four others over Mansfield on their way back from Columbus to their base in Cleveland at approximately 11:00 p.m., when they had an experience that would change their lives forever. As they flew towards their destination, a mysterious red light appeared on the eastern horizon, and was first spotted by Coyne’s crew chief, Sgt. Robert Yanacsek. The unidentified object seemed to be headed right at them, forcing him to take evasive action, and Coyne would say of what happened to the Mansfield News Journal:
The light was traveling in excess of 600 knots. It came from the horizon to our aircraft in about 10 seconds. We were on a collision course. At 1,700 feet I braced myself for the impact with the other craft. It was coming from our right side. I was scared. There had been so little time to respond. The thing was terrifically fast. We looked up and saw it stopped right over us. It had a big, gray metallic-looking hull about 60 feet long. It was shaped like an airfoil or a streamlined fat cigar. There was a red light on the front. The leading edge glowed red a short distance back from the nose. There was a center dome. A green light at the rear reflected on the hull. I had made no attempt to pull up. All controls were set for a 20-degree dive. Yet we had climbed from 1,700 to 3,500 feet with no power in a couple of seconds with no g-forces or other noticeable strains.
We went into a maneuver, a controlled free fall. We dropped about 2,000 feet. It took just a couple of seconds. I remember looking up through the ceiling and I saw a white light moving over top of us. I followed it to the left horizon where it disappeared. Red navigational lights aren’t located in the front of an aircraft. That’s what was moving toward us. I don’t know what it was. I had to file an official report in detail to the Army on this thing.
The bizarre sighting would be documented on the ground as well, and is considered to be a very reliable case. Moving ahead in years, in June of 2008, a strange series of events played out in the skies above a defense base near Cardiff, Wales. According to news reports, a three-member police team was on routine maneuvers near St Athan RAF base when they spotted a low-flying object described as “flying saucer-shaped and circled by flashing lights.” The anomalous object allegedly began to speed towards them, and fearing an imminent collision, the pilot took evasive maneuvers, managing to tilt out of the way as the craft streaked past. The helicopter then apparently gave chase. Whatever the object was, it was reported as being under intelligent control, dipping, rising, speeding up and slowing down, as if toying with the helicopter in hot pursuit of it. The crew reportedly chased it as far as the English Channel, but had to abort the effort when low fuel forced them to return to base. The story hit several news publications at the time, including The Telegraph and The Sun, but considering the latter is a tabloid there was some skepticism to the report. However, South Wales Police would later confirm the incident, saying in a statement:
We can confirm the Air Support Unit sighted an unusual aircraft. This was reported to the relevant authorities for their investigation.
From 2014, we have an incident involving a Chilean Navy helicopter on a routine daytime patrol mission flying north along the Chilean coast, west of Santiago. The navy captain and technician aboard the chopper sighted what they described as a “flat, elongated structure, white with a semi-oval shape on the horizontal axis” from a range of about 40 miles, and closed in on it as they unsuccessfully tried to make radio contact with the unidentified object. The object was visible hovering in the clouds for a full nine minutes, although it always kept its distance from the approaching chopper. The object was reported to the ground, but it remained invisible to radar. During the nine minutes the object was visible, the helicopter took video footage with a commercial grade WESCAM MX-15 HD Forward Looking Infra-Red camera, which was declassified and released in 2017 to much debate and speculation by the public. It has been widely considered to be of very high quality, and the Chilean government has confirmed that it is indeed authentic. Expert analysis has failed to find any definitive explanation, and General Ricardo Bermudez, director of the Chilean government agency CEFAA, which investigates U̳F̳O̳ sightings, has said:
I was very impressed by these witnesses. They were highly trained professionals with many years’ experience, and they were absolutely certain that they could not explain what they saw. We do not know what it was, but we do not know what it was not.
In 2016, there is the case of a window cleaner by the name of Darren Cooper, who was at his home in Southampton when he spotted in the sky a strange object that looked like a “dark ring,” which hovered silently in the air and looked like no kind of aircraft he had ever seen. It was so anomalous and weird that he decided to run to grab his camcorder to get footage of the odd sight. He would say of the object:
It’s most certainly not a balloon because the wind would have made it act like a balloon and gave it more of a wobble or speed it up or made it move erratically but there were no movements like that at all. I thought it could have been a drone because there are so many of them about now but this thing continued to glide off into the distance. Before jumping to conclusions I ran back inside to grab my camcorder.
He would film the object briefly before it moved off into the distance. The situation would get stranger when just a few minutes later a mysterious, black unmarked helicopter appeared then allegedly began to give chase. Cooper would record footage of this as well, and says of the bizarre scene that transpired after he began filming the object in the sky:
It (the U̳F̳O̳) was a little higher in the sky when I first noticed the object but it seemed to change course and turn slightly around the houses while descending before eventually disappearing into the distance. Seconds later after I had gone back inside the house to take a closer look at the footage, I suddenly heard a helicopter overhead. So I grabbed the camcorder again and ran back outside to film the helicopter on the identical path of the U̳F̳O̳ filmed just minutes beforehand. The chopper was on the same path as the object in the sky. The helicopter was turning as if looking for something.
The helicopter was reported as being black and without any identifying markings, and it appeared to chase the object off into the distance and disappear from view. What was going on here? Even more recently is an incident from February of 2021, this time involving helicopters from both the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Tucson Police Department (TPD) in Arizona. According to the site, The War Zone, who got their hands on the TPD’s official Case Summary Report, it started when an unidentified object entered sensitive airspace west of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. TPD and CBP helicopters were immediately scrambled and sent to engage, after which the object flew into controlled airspace between the base and Tucson International Airport. It was described as having a single green light on its underbody, and as doing highly erratic maneuvers “in a manner to hamper the TPD crew’s ability to track it visually” as the helicopters doggedly pursued it. The object would rapidly go from an altitude of 10,000 feet to 14,000 feet and enter restricted military airspace during the chase, and it also demonstrated remarkable maneuverability, able to fly circles around the helicopters. The helicopters would go after the mysterious object for over an hour, before running low on fuel and losing it in the clouds at 12,000 feet. The official explanation would be that this was a “highly modified drone” and that its operator must have had a clear visual of the helicopters, but if it was a drone then it was able to operate at extreme range from any ground operator and behave like nothing they have ever seen before. The TDP pilot would say of it:
It was very sophisticated/specialized and able to perform like no other UAS (drone). It was obvious that the controller had clear sight of both the helicopters tracking it by the way it would orbit us and abruptly fly behind us and attempt to avoid our visual contact. Although we could not determine its exact size or characteristics we primarily tracked it by a single green non-blinking light illuminating from the craft. It is unknown what the intentions of the sophisticated UAS were during its time near the Air Force Base, or how far away its origination/destination spot was. It was quite clear though that this was not like any other UAS that we have experienced.
If this was a drone, then it would have to have been very advanced indeed, and beyond the capabilities of what is currently available. Not only was it able to deftly maneuver and operate at long range and high altitudes, but it was also much larger than any commercially available drones. How was it able to travel so far if it was being operated by a pilot on the ground, and how would its batteries be able to outlast the fuel of the helicopters following it? Was this really a drone, or was it perhaps something stranger? The War Zone would conclude its report by saying:
Despite these details coming to light in the case of the mysterious “highly modified drone” seen above Tucson, it remains unclear what exact type of configuration could allow for the flight characteristics described in this newly-obtained police report. It certainly seems as if its pilot was highly experienced given the fact that the drone was able to run circles around the helicopters at high altitudes and speeds. The drone must have also possessed the ability to supply its pilot with superior situational awareness in order to pull off such feats. The fact that the drone appeared to maintain a high-quality command and control link suggest some fairly sophisticated hardware above what is commonly found on consumer quadcopter or hexcopter configurations, even higher-end models. It’s also unlikely that this craft ran on battery power. Whatever it was, the flight characteristics the mysterious craft displayed above Tucson on the evening of February 9 are truly eyebrow-raising and only increase the bizarre and currently unexplained nature of the incident.
These are just some of many strange U̳F̳O̳ encounters involving helicopters and their pilots. These reports, like those of airline and military pilots, tend to carry some significant amount of weight considering the pedigree of the witnesses. After all, these are seasoned pilots who have been in the air and know what to expect up there, additionally facing possible ridicule and even dismissal for telling their stories. What would they have to gain from lying? There is also the fact that witnesses on the ground have often corroborated these reports, so we are left with quite a mysterious series of events. What was witnessed in cases such as these? Were these just misidentified aircraft, drones, atmospheric phenomena, or something else altogether? It remains unanswered, and these helicopter encounters only serve to add to the growing list of pilot encounters with the unexplained.
If, as my Body Snatchers in the Desert book and my The Roswell UFO Conspiracy book suggested, certain key events in the summer of 1947 – of a perceived flying saucer nature – had far less to do with the actions of aliens and far more to do with matters of a classified, military nature, then it would be most reasonable to assume that (a) discussions of such a possibility would have been flying around Washington, D.C., and (b) the government, and people in the military, would have been secretly digging deep to try and determine if this was indeed the case. Guess what? That is exactly what happened. Although many UFO investigators have said that the government’s worries and concerns about UFOs in ’47 were provoked by fear of them having definitive alien or Soviet origins, we have prime evidence in our hands that demonstrates the domestic “secret weapon” angle was one most definitely discussed – and even accepted – at an official level, as we shall now see. It is a crucial part of the argument that at least some UFOs are not from faraway worlds, but from right here. In early July 1947, Brigadier General George F. Schulgen, who was the Chief of the Requirements Intelligence Branch of Army Air Corps Intelligence, met with Special Agent S.W. Reynolds of the FBI. The purpose: to determine if the Army Air Force could solicit the assistance of the Bureau on a regular basis in its investigation of the growing flying saucer controversy. General Schulgen advised Reynolds that, “every effort must be undertaken in order to run down and ascertain whether or not the flying discs are a fact and, if so, to learn all about them.”

The foremost thought on General Schulgen’s mind, at the time, was that the saucers were probably man-made in origin. He had another theory, too, and confided in Special Agent Reynolds that, “the first reported sightings might have been by individuals of Communist sympathies with the view to causing hysteria and fear of a secret weapon.” It was for this reason that the Army Air Force sought the FBI’s assistance. General Schulgen pledged to the FBI “all the facilities of [my] office as to results obtained.” He outlined a plan that would involve the FBI in both locating and questioning witnesses to UFO sightings to ascertain whether they were sincere in their statements that they had seen flying saucers, or whether their statements were prompted by personal desire for publicity or subversive reasons. According to declassified FBI files, Schulgen was careful to advise Reynolds too that: “It has been established that the flying discs are not the result of any Army or Navy experiment.” But, was that statement the literal truth? Was someone keeping the FBI in the dark?
Following the meeting between Schulgen and Reynolds, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover instructed his agents to begin investigations into flying saucer sightings, specifically in the manner suggested by General Schulgen. As a result of these investigations, on August 15, 1947 the FBI learned of the distinct possibility that the military’s involvement in the flying saucer subject extended beyond that of mere observer. In a memorandum to Edward A. Tamm, the FBI Assistant Director, D.M. Ladd of the Bureau’s Domestic Intelligence Division wrote the following: “The Director advised on August 14, 1947, that the Los Angeles papers were carrying headlines indicating that Soviet espionage agents had been instructed to determine the facts relative to the flying discs. The article carried a Washington date line and indicated that Red espionage agents had been ordered to solve the question of the flying discs, the Russians being of the opinion that this might be some new form of defense perfected by the American military [italics mine]. The article further recalled that during the recent war pieces of tin foil had been dropped in the air for the purpose of off-setting the value of radar being used by the enemy forces and that these aluminum discs might be a new development along this line. The Director inquired as to whether the Bureau had any such information.”

When there were concerns about UFOs and the Russians
Suspecting that, if the Russians were snooping around, the saucers just had to be American in origin, Special Agent Reynolds of the FBI’s Liaison Section was directed by J. Edgar Hoover to make further inquiries with the Air Force. Answers were sorely needed. Answers came, too. But, they weren’t the ones you might expect them to have been. On August 19, 1947, Reynolds met with a Lieutenant Colonel George D. Garrett and the entire secret weapon issue was discussed frankly and openly, as were the potential consequences should the Bureau uncover details of a top-secret, domestic research-and-development program. Following their very candid exchange, a remarkable memorandum captioned “Flying Discs” was prepared by Reynolds for the attention of Hoover. It is this document, perhaps, more than any other, which indicates that the American military was testing flying saucer-type aircraft in the summer of 1947. Or, craft that were not circular-shaped but which still came under the UFO banner, such as massive balloon arrays. The document reads as follows: “Special Agent S. W. Reynolds of the Liaison Section, while discussing the above captioned phenomena with Lieutenant Colonel Garrett of the Air Forces Intelligence, expressed the possibility that flying discs were, in fact, a very highly classified experiment of the Army or Navy. Mr. Reynolds was very much surprised when Colonel Garrett not only agreed that this was a possibility, but confidentially stated it was his personal opinion that such was a probability. Colonel Garrett indicated that a Mr. [Deleted], who is a scientist attached to the Air Forces Intelligence, was of the same opinion.”
“Colonel Garrett stated that he based his assumption on the following: He pointed out that when flying objects were reported seen over Sweden, the ‘high brass’ of the War Department extended tremendous pressure on the Air Forces Intelligence to conduct research and collect information in an effort to identify these sightings. Colonel Garrett stated that, in contrast to this, we have reported sightings of unknown objects over the United States, and the ‘high brass’ appeared to be totally unconcerned. He indicated this led him to believe that they knew enough about these objects to express no concern. Colonel Garrett pointed out further that the objects in question have been seen by many individuals who are what he terms ‘trained observers’ such as airline pilots. He indicated also that several of the individuals are reliable members of the community. He stated that these individuals saw something. He stated the above has led him to the conclusion that there were objects seen which somebody in the Government knows all about [italics mine].”
Special Agent Reynolds then pointed out to the colonel that if flying saucers really did originate within the heart of a highly classified domestic project of the military, it was wholly unreasonable for the FBI to be expected to “spend money and precious time conducting inquiries with respect to this matter.” The colonel duly concurred with Reynolds; he indicated that it would have been extremely embarrassing to Air Force Intelligence if the saucers proved to be American in origin. Perhaps sensing that he was now getting very close to uncovering the truth behind the UFO puzzle, Reynolds then made inquiries with the Intelligence Division of the War Department. He wanted their opinion on the theory that something akin to a shadow government operation was responsible for the many flying saucer-type objects seen over North America. The War Department, however, issued a flat denial that it was in any way implicated in the UFO issue. In a report written up later, Reynolds noted that he was given “the assurance of General Chamberlain and General Todd that the Army is conducting no experiments with anything which could possibly be mistaken for a flying disc.”

Secret U.S. devices? Soviets? Aliens?
Nevertheless, the FBI continued to view the subject of flying saucers and the military’s involvement in the subject with profoundly suspicious eyes. Rumors continued to circulate within the higher echelons of the FBI that it was being denied access to the full and unexpurgated facts – facts suggesting UFOs were home-grown and not Russian or alien in origin. None of this, of course, proves that the flying saucer wave of the summer of 1947 was provoked by a highly classified military program – rather than one of E.T. origin – but the behind-the-scenes discussions between the likes of Reynolds and Garrett on just such this very possibility most definitely pushed things in that direction.
