There Are No Such Things As "Flying Saucers"!
Hi all
I almost always incline to the opposite view if a statement like the one below in the picture is repeated over and over again. It's like people telling me all the time that I am seeing ghosts every time when I observe things they don't like. ;)
As I was completing my last UFO book, I ran into a number of things that were somewhat disturbing. Some of those were the ongoing Air Force attitude that these things weren’t alien in nature, those who saw them were somehow deluded, and it was the Air Force mission to convince people that UFOs were an illusion. It didn’t matter to them how honest the witnesses might be, how carefully they had made their observations, or what their level of education or expertise might be. The Air Force mission was to stop the UFO reports. If they had to lie about it, misrepresent the situation, hide evidence or smear witnesses, that was all for the greater good… though they don’t seem to have an idea what that greater good might be.
I have pointed out time and again, including the posting that preceded this, the clash between the Major Donald Keyhoe, he of the original NICAP and the Air Force in their discussions about what had happened in Levelland, Texas, in 1957. The short version is that Keyhoe, in the national press said there were nine witnesses to the UFO and the Air Force countered with there were only three who saw the object. The Air Force files carried the names of more than three witnesses and I now believe they were splitting a fine hair. They were saying only three had reported a craft and Keyhoe was talking about nine who had seen something in the sky including a craft. As I have said, repeatedly, both were wrong. More than three saw the craft (more than three names were available in the Blue Book files) and there were more than nine witnesses scattered throughout the Texas panhandle around the Levelland area who saw something strange that night.
This can be taken a step further, as I learned in working on the book. The Air Force sent a single NCO to Levelland to investigate. It seems he spent the lion’s share of a day there and returned to file a report that suggested a variety of answers that really explained nothing. By way of contrast, just days later when a fellow named Reinhold Schmidt told Nebraska authorities that he had been taken onboard a craft, the official response was officers from two separate command structures. They spent quite a bit of time with Schmidt and his clearly invented tale.
You have to ask yourself, “Why?”
The answer is simple. Schmidt was quite obviously making it up, the physical evidence he claimed was motor oil of a type found in his car’s trunk, and the public relations benefit for the Air Force was clear. “Look at the nonsense we have to investigate wasting time, money and personnel resources.
At the other end, they do nothing to call attention to Levelland, dispute Keyhoe even though they knew that he was right based on what was in their own files, but that didn’t matter. Smear Keyhoe as someone just in it of the money and who had no worry about what the truth might be. That sort of outlines the Air Force position because, when Levelland is examined in a dispassionate light, Keyhoe’s report was much closer to the truth than that of the Air Force.
This isn’t the only time that the Air Force went after Keyhoe. A scientist in Australia, Harry Turner, produced a report that suggested there was something extremely strange going on Down Under and he believed it to be alien in nature. In his report, he quoted Major Donald Keyhoe, who, in his book Aliens from Space, had suggested that he, Keyhoe, was working from official and classified documents not to mention discussions with those in high places who had some of the inside information. Keyhoe was drawing his conclusions on what he had seen and what he had learned from various officials and Turner was basing his report on many of the claims made by Keyhoe.
The Royal Australian Air Force queried their counterparts in the USAF, asking about Keyhoe and his claim of access to important but classified documents and his access to important and high-ranking officials in the US government. The USAF response was that Keyhoe didn’t have the access to classified information he claimed, the documents from which he quoted did not exist, and his access to these important people was limited. He had exaggerated the information for the financial gain of a successful book. Keyhoe and his information were not to be trusted. The RAAF, believing they had received the straight information from the USAF, rejected Turner’s report because of the negative comments about it and ignored, as best they could, UFO sightings reported inside Australia
The truth was that Keyhoe had not been overly exaggerating and the documents he claimed he had seen or used as reference did exist saying much of what he said they did. While Keyhoe might have engaged in some hyperbole, or slanted his take toward his bias, the USAF did the same thing in their attempts to discredit him. It turns out that Keyhoe was closer to the truth than the Air Force was which is sad state of affairs but also tells us something about the climate of the time.
And finally, though I don’t mean to keep harping on the November 1957 sightings, these cases offer some of the most compelling evidence of Air Force duplicity and showed that when they couldn’t find anything else, they attacked the witnesses themselves. The James Stokes sighting is a case on point. Everyone around him suggested he was an engineer. Even his bosses in the Air Force at Alamogordo referred to him as an engineer. But the Air Force couldn’t find a college degree and labeled him as a mere technician. That Stokes worked as an engineer and was called that by others in the Air Force made no difference. In the press, the Air Force investigators made it clear that Stokes couldn’t be trusted because he had been disingenuous in describing himself, or, at least that was the situation according to the Air Force.
The point here is that we just can’t take anything for granted when we look at the UFO files created by the Air Force. We can see that they were less than candid, and while it might be said, based on what I’ve presented here that this was limited to 1957, the truth is there are other examples scattered throughout the files, up to and including the letter that Lieutenant Colonel Robert Hippler to the Condon Committee explaining what the Air Force expected for their half a million bucks. I’ve explored that in earlier posts here.
Or, to put a point on it, everything the Air Force claimed should be verified because we have found the errors in their files. Some of those errors were simple mistakes, some of them born of incompetence, and more than a few were lies designed to hide the truth.

During the time when most people were excited to start or celebrate their New Year with a bang, someone caught a fantastic apparition that looks like little green men observing at spectacular fireworks display in London.
Posted on YouTube, the video of the UFO receives several reactions. One commenter said that it is not uncommon for little green men to be curious about the lights and electricity here on Earth.
Others, however, suggested that the unknown aerial vehicle was, in fact, a camera drone. Many also seemed to say that it is more of a shade than a craft with green men onboard from Proxima Centauri.
The BBC has no official comment yet for the UFO sighting.
Author of the “UFOs of the First World War,” Nigel Watson (Amazon link), said that whatever the identity of the aerial object, whether a UFO or a camera drone, it still caught the attention of many people despite all the beautiful display of fireworks around it. Watson proposed to launch a fleet of drones in future New Year celebrations as they seem to catch more attention than traditional fireworks.

The municipality of Texcoco, Mexico had been visited by aliens with the appearance of crop circles on Christmas Eve, according to some UFO and alien believers. The so-called alien work is attracting hundreds of people who are coming to the site.
However, the crop circle patterns are not that perfect when compared to the ones that have formed in other parts of the world. So, people are now joking online, particularly in social media, that drunken ETs made them.
A few of the locals in rural community in the Texcoco municipality came forward saying that they saw mysterious brilliant lights in the overcast sky on Christmas Eve, with unknown figures lurking in the field of crops, Russia Today reported.
Some people who observed the strange activity in the field went to the site on the morning of Christmas Day and saw the crop patterns. El Universal, a Mexican newspaper, reported that locals contacted police to report the presence of extraterrestrials in farming areas and several figures in the crops.
Mexican police officers still clueless on the culprit and many theories have emerged from different sources as to who designed the crop patterns. Mexican Tiempo website says one of the popular theories is that alien visitors in UFOs created the mysterious patterns.
But Mexican social media are filled with a joke that the designs were made by aliens that had been drinking because of their irregular shape.
Some also believe that mythical creatures known as chupacabras or goat suckers were responsible for the crop circles.
Meanwhile, scientific-minded people also could not explain how winds or even pranksters could have been created such patterns in the Christmas season.

Phoenix, OR – 1/1/2015 3 amber/orange lights appeared to the south of where we were (near Pioneer Rd & Coleman Creek) over Talent OR. 1 LG light in between 2 smaller ones. We thought that it was strange because there are no scheduled flights at that time , the lights were amber and there were 3. Then the craft stopped, turned to the west and hovered silently for approx. 45 seconds. It appeared to be octagon shaped with light beams coming from each point. It excellerated to the east and upwards very quickly disappeared. There were 8 of us. Most phones went dead. The one that didn’t would not function properly so we have no photographic proof.

65th ave parkiside glendale, Az – 12-31-14 ball flying in backyard 30 feet up. moved slowly behind trees, called kids and wife to witness and got my phone. started recording…it flew 500 yards across sky and stopped and started multiple times. it flew about 1/2 mile stop again. almost 2 minutes of video before it went into clouds (above the mountain by our home which is a mile away) and it was gone. if others post videos of what we seen tonight, I will post ours.

Kapolei, Hawaii – December 27, 2014 While we were driving home, we noticed a bright looking star like object in the sky. My 7 year old daughter had seen this before but only makes comments when it looks unusual. At first, it looked like an airplane with flashing lights but it didn’t move left or right or got bigger or smaller. It stayed pretty stationary. As we drove closer, we knew it was not a star or an airplane. It looked like a planet. I was able to take a picture of it and when I got home, I sent the picture from my phone to my email so I could adjust it on my computer. I adjusted the contrast, brightness and tone and was surprised to see a very distinct square shape that if you thought you were looking at it side view, it looked like a star trek ship except the body was square other wise it looked like a tank. I would love to share the photo’s with you and get your opinion. If it was a star, I have never seen it that close and that bright right at sunset in the location in the sky. It was definitely

The motion of water on the bottom of an ancient Martian lake is frozen in time in a stunning new photo by NASA's Curiosity rover.
The 'Whale Rock' of Mars shows a geological phenomenon known as "cross-bedding" inside part of an outcrop at the base of Mount Sharp, a mountain that rises 3.4 miles (5.5 kilometers) into the sky from the center of Mars' huge Gale Crater.
"The cross-bedding — evident as layers at angles to each other — reflects formation and passage of waves of sand, one on top of the other. These are known as ripples, or dunes," NASA officials wrote in a description of the image, which was taken on Nov. 2 and released on Monday (Dec. 8).
"The direction of migration of these small ripples and dunes was toward the southeast. That direction is toward Mount Sharp and away from the area where Curiosity found evidence of delta deposits where a stream entered a lake," they added. "The directional flows recorded in the sediments are interpreted to have formed by currents moving down the deltas and into deeper lake water."
The ripples' direction strongly suggests that Mount Sharp did not exist — at least not in its present, towering form — when the Whale Rock sediments were laid down, Curiosity scientists said on Monday during a press conference discussing the ancient Gale Crater lake.
Water should have flowed downhill to the north, away from Mount Sharp, they noted. It's therefore likely that runoff into the lake gradually built up a giant mound, which Martian winds subsequently carved into Mount Sharp.
The car-size Curiosity rover has been exploring the 96-mile-wide (154 km) Gale Crater since touching down in August 2012. The robot spent its first year on Mars near its landing site, finding that a spot called Yellowknife Bay could have supported microbial life long ago. Curiosity departed for the foothills of Mount Sharp — the rover's ultimate science destination — in July 2013 and finished the long trek this past September.

UFO mania: GOOGLE EARTH REVEALS STRANGE ANTARCTIC ENTRANCES – EVIDENCE OF SECRET UFO BASES?
On Google Earth one can find two large entrances that extend below the Antarctic surface and ice near the coastline. For some observers, they are natural caverns formed over time by the intense Antarctic weather conditions. Not so according to Scott Waring owner of the popular UFO Sightings blog. In a post, Waring claimed that they might be entrances to an alien base or a secret facility of some kind. He highlighted a video containing close-ups of the two large entrances. In the video, there is also an image of what Waring believes to be a huge saucer shaped object buried under melting ice near Antarctica. While there is no Google Earth image available of the mysterious buried UFO, the cave/base entrances are available for independent analysis. If the latter are indeed entrances to underground bases, then it would appear that claims that UFOs have bases in Antarctica, and may have even helped fleeing World War II Nazis escape a punitive U.S. Naval expedition, are not so far-fetched after all.
Let’s begin by examining the two large entrances discovered on Google Earth which are highlighted in a Youtube video uploaded on June 8 by Stephen Hannard showing various angles of the entrances. These entrances are available for independent confirmation at the following Google Earth coordinates (-66° 36′ 12.58″, +99° 43′ 12.72″ and -66° 36′ 12.58″, +99° 43′ 12.72″) They show entrances into the rocky underground. The first is approximately 30 meters high and 90 meters across. The video also shows a UFO allegedly found by Google Earth, but it is claimed that the image was removed and is no longer available.
According to Waring in his blog post:
Very interesting and intriguing images from Google Earth, which seem to show two possible entrances to an alien base or at least an entrance to something, and a huge saucer shaped object buried in the ice. If there are Alien bases in the Antarctic it would follow that there are ET craft their also.
Waring’s comments appear to accept a connection between the two large entrances and the alleged crashed UFO found in melting ice on South Sandwich Islands. The video shows no obvious connection other than all were allegedly discovered using Google Earth – the UFO, as mentioned earlier, is no longer available for independent confirmation. There is no independent confirmation that the UFO is genuine.
Nevertheless, the two entrances are clearly genuine and immediately raise the question over their artificiality. According to Hannard’s Youtube video, one of the entrances looks as though it has a metal canopy or dome covering it. This suggests that it is artificial. So if one or both of the entrances are artificial, then who built them? Are they recent, or some artifact from a bygone age when Antarctica was not covered by ice. Interestingly, the famous Piri Reis map show Antarctica without ice suggesting that its ice sheets are a geologically recent phenomenon.
One intriguing possibility is that the entrances are related to post-World War II events related to an alleged NAZI exodus to Antarctica, and a brief military confrontation between the US Navy and UFOs based under or near Antarctica.
An extraordinary 2006 Russian documentary revealed new information about the US Navy Antarctica expedition of 1946/47 – Operation Highjump. The Naval expedition was headed by famed polar explore Admiral Richard Byrd whose expedition ended after only 8 weeks with “many fatalities” according to initial news reports. Rather than deny the heavy casualty reports, Admiral Byrd revealed in a press interview in Chile that his Task Force had encountered a new enemy that “could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.”
After the Soviet collapse in 1991, the KGB released previously classified files that cast light on Operation Highjump. A 2006 Russian documentary made public for the first time a 1947 secret Soviet intelligence report commissioned by Joseph Stalin of the Operation Highjump mission to Antarctica. The intelligence report, gathered from Soviet spies embedded in the US, revealed that the US Navy had sent the military expedition to find and destroy a hidden Nazi base. On the way, they encountered a mysterious UFO force that attacked the military expedition destroying several ships and a significant number of planes. Indeed, Operation Highjump had suffered “many casualties” as stated in initial press reports from Chile. While there is a possibility the report resulted from US disinformation fed to a known Soviet mole, the more likely explanation is that the report exposes the first known historical incident involving a battle between US naval forces and an unknown UFO force stationed in underground facilities in or near Antarctica.
The mysterious entrances found in Antarctica by Google Earth may be nothing more than naturally formed entrances into caverns that extend under the Antarctic surface and ice. The entrances, on the other hand, may be artificially constructed entrances into underground UFO bases. If the latter option is correct, then perhaps we have an historical answer to where the mysterious UFO forces came from that attacked Admiral Byrd’s Operation Highjump expedition in early 1947.

Moon exploration will remain one of the biggest achievements by humans in the field of science. But were the astronauts being observed by aliens? Yes, suggests one of the archived photos of the Apollo missions.
The first Apollo mission was launched in 1969 by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). This was a great accomplishment for the world as it was for the first time that humans stepped on the surface of the moon. Post this, several manned missions took place until 1972.
But, Apollo 15 was the first of the Apollo 'J' missions that was able to stay on the moon for a longer period of time, showing greater surface mobility. The aim of the project was to explore the Hadley-Appenine region of the moon and also to perform some lunar scientific experiments which can help understanding the subject better.
There was another objective of the mission – to make engineering evaluations of the new Apollo equipment, carry out lunar orbital experiments and also to take shots of the area.
Quite a few unidentified flying objects, or UFO sightings were reported across the world around the same time. However, when some researchers were browsing through the archival images of Apollo 15 mission, one of them spotted an unidentified object lingering over the lunar region, Tech Times reports.
This latest news of a UFO comes after Streetcap1 posted a video on YouTube. The original picture was taken on the moon's surface during the Apollo 15 mission between 30 July, 1971 and 2 August, 1971.
Some say that the things spotted in the image could be some debris, while others say it could be a result of the photo's developing process.
"It could be anything, a scratch on this particular camera lens, a piece of dust flying up, since there is very low gravity, things tend to move around a bit up there. It could even be a blocked out, bad picture of earth from the moon. Nothing about this still picture proves that it is a UFO, since whatever it is, is not flying, its stationary since it is only a picture. My best guess, it's a bad picture, and that's a spot left from bad developing," a comment on the YouTube video states.
But UFO believers and enthusiasts are firm that the image is of an alien that was observing human explorers as they might have been fascinated by the astronauts.

Some of my thoughts about the strange things that are happening here on YT 1). Seems strange …last video I started reporting “frozen Counter” comments and YT replied with their statement and WOW my views went up 308-844 in 8 hrs. This video wa blocked for 3 days so, I made a video to inform and conjure up related comments and WOW! my video uploaded Hmmm. Here are comments from previous videos.

The last UFO video I tries 8 times and finally on the last try I changed the title , gave no tags and listed it under entertainment (only) after I made all those changes the video titled “Triangle Hovers above trees, UFO NJ, 7/13/11, other clips of dif. sightings ” It now has almost 8,000 views ! This recent video which shows 2 uFOs flying very close to each other for 7 min. then they meet up with other UFOs to form a group of 8-10 UFOS. I am unable to upload even though I change the name to fireworks, gave no tags . I decided to try an experiment and upload this “harmless” video that my son made and GUESS WHAT ? it uploaded without a problem, the very first time ! You Tube has stopped me from uploading UFO video’s , they are censoring !! What about freedom of speech ? Electromagnetic countermeasures researching and documenting about it.You are bringing about awareness. Everyone who knows what is going on is talking ,posting , reading , researching and emailing about it. There is a buzz , maybe an unavailing , a movement in the other direction. I just see it as , well, if the boat is rocking lets keep it rocking til it turns upside down—-or right side up if you know what I mean.
