To really understand your parents, you have to be able to think in their sphere. To really understand God it is good to come in hís sphere. Are you already there when you are dismayed about life and are longing for someone who can help you. No ...you are only at the beginning of a long, long, always more happy road.
Now when you try to reach God, he will come at certain moment with this news; ............. Ï have decided only to help people by means of my heavenly Son. For there is something wrong between mankind and me, between every individual in mankind and me....and that is SIN. Now I have decided to send my Son, who is God as I am, to the earth to take over all sins of all mankind of all times. In a certain way I came myself to be your Saviour, before I come to be your Judge for eternity. ........................... And now, when people say: "Yes...I believe that Jesus has taken away my personal sins ", such people have converted, they have repented. But do they know the Lord on that moment. O ...no.
But the Lord wants to be known and loved.
And that's why he sends God the Holy Spirit. The coming of the Holy Spirit was made possible by the sacrifice of Jesus, son of man, Son of God. And that Holy Spirit makes everything clear about Jesus and about God.
So to have no longer doubts about the existance of God, you need not only to be converted, but also to be reborn by the regular reading with an open heart of the Bible, Gods loveletter to the world...and as a last step : to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
So I say to you: for a happy life it is good: - to see your faults - to repent of them - to convert to Jesus and to God - to be reborn - to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
When you are filled like I said, you com into the sphere of God and you will always stronger believe in his existance and you will love him ever more and comprehend his doings ever more. And this goes on and on not only in this life...but in eternity.
