Ukrainian soldier who filmed UFO 'bigger than the Empire State Building' over warzone in Donetsk tells DailyMail.com it sat deathly still against winds and was 'hotter than anything I've ever seen'
Ukrainian soldier who filmed UFO 'bigger than the Empire State Building' over warzone in Donetsk tells DailyMail.com it sat deathly still against winds and was 'hotter than anything I've ever seen'
Ukrainian troops recorded a 'very hot' 1300-ft-long UFO over Donetsk battlefield
Unit drone pilot says he and his battalion have 'never seen things like this before'
A disc-shaped object longer than the height of the Empire State Building emerged from the horizon of Ukraine's embattled Donetsk province last Friday, hovering eerily still a mile off the ground, a soldier has told DailyMail.com
That soldier, a drone operator, had cautiously guided his infrared quadcopter 500-feet for a reconnaissance mission, struggling against high winds, when he suddenly spotted the flat, 1,300-foot-long UFO, which stood motionless despite those winds.
In an interview from the warzone, the soldier, who is with the Ukrainian army's 406th Battalion, said he and his fellow servicemen had 'never seen things like this before.'
Initially, I thought that it was something new invented by the Russians,' he added, 'but then I understood... 'No! It might be [a] UFO.''
The 'craft' was 36 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit hotter than any other object this 406th drone pilot says he has ever tracked in the warzone — ruling out atmospheric phenomena, balloons and known enemy aircraft, he claimed.
'Why isn't it moving?' troops with the Ukrainian's 406th Battalion can be heard debating as they witness a large UFO hovering, deadly calm, over their warzone
The 'craft' was 36 to 54 degrees hotter in Fahrenheit than any other object the Ukrainian military drone operator (above) has tracked in the warzone — ruling out atmospheric phenomena, balloons and known enemy aircraft, as he told DailyMail.com via an interpreter
'We were surprised, very surprised,' the soldier, whose first name is Vadym, recalled via an interpreter.
But Vadym told DailyMail.com that this 'surprise' was not quite fear, because he and his fellow soldiers have had to learn to suppress those emotions amid their effort to defend Ukraine from a now two-year-long invasion by Russia.
'We got scared on the 24th of February 2022,' Vadym said. 'After that, we aren't scared of anything.'
The 406th's drone pilot said he'd gotten his craft about 'a few kilometers' into its recon mission before spotting the UFO.
'I looked right and saw this,' Vadym said.
'After 30 seconds, we decided to film it. All the emotions we had at that moment, they're in the video... You you can hear it.'
As Vadym and his fellow 406th unit members scrambled to make sense of the apparent object, their confusion is palpable in the 17-second video, shared exclusively with DailyMail.com this week.
In between the swearing ('Holy s***') and the excitement ('What the f*** is this?'), one member of the battalion asks: 'Why isn't it moving?'
Another wonders: 'Why can't he fire missiles at us? What do you mean?'
Aside from the object's unusual heat signature, it appeared to more readily withstand the strong wind, but Vadym told DailyMail.com that no other extreme weather could help explain the unusual sighting.
'There was a very strong wind,' Vadym said. 'The wind was flowing into the same direction as we were flying basically.'
'But it [the UFO] just stayed at the same place — and the sky was clear,' he said. 'So no clouds, nothing.'
'We were surprised, very surprised,' the soldier, whose first name is Vadym, recalled - adding that this 'surprise' was not quite fear: he and his fellow soldiers (above) have had to learn to suppress those emotions while defending Ukraine from a now two-year-long Russian invasion
Ukrainian's 406th Battalion (right) was gifted their commercial, DJI brand Mavic 3T thermal-imaging drone (left) via the fundraising efforts of the DeepInspire Foundation, war correspondent Joe Lindsley, who runs Lviv Lab media center, and other humanitarian activists
'I use this [infrared, heat vision] filter very often,' the unit drone operator said, 'and just got experience so I can differentiate how bright an object should be according to what temperature.'
Based on that experience, Vadym stated that the UFO 'was very hot. I'm guessing 20 to 30 degrees [Celsius] hotter than other objects.'
Vadym estimated that the roughly 1,300 ft (400 meters) long UFO was also about 328 feet (100 meters) tall.
The apparent object, craft or phenomena, was caught on the camera of a commercial DJI brand Mavic 3T thermal-imaging drone on February 23, 2024.
The UFO, spotted around 9:02pm local time, appeared to be approximately 37 to 40 miles away from the soldiers, he said, in the direction of Donetsk Oblast, the southeastern Ukrainian province that has been most dominated by Russia's forces.
Vadym requested that his last name and other key details of the encounter not be disclosed for reasons of operational security amid the Ukrainian Armed Forces' (UAF) effort to repel the Russian invasion.
A spokesperson for Mavic's manufacturer DJI told DailyMail.com that, while it could not help in explaining what is present in the UFO footage, an equipment error could have played a role - but Vadym doubted this
But he noted that, while 'it's hard to count' just how many times he has personally flown his unit's Mavic 3T, it was probably 'more than 10,000 times.'
'We've seen different things [in the skies],' he said, adding, 'We've never seen things like this before.'
One potential explanation for the UFO was the well-known optical illusion phenomena called 'Fata Morgana,' a mirror-like atmospheric mirage produced by a 'temperature inversion' of hot air in the upper atmosphere.
But Vadym is adamant that what he saw was real.
'It wasn't a mirage,' Vadym told DailyMail.com, 'because in thermal vision you can't see a mirage. You can see it only with your naked eye.'
He continued to explain that the object did not ripple, shimmer or otherwise alter its shape, which would have been a tell-tale sign of a Fata Morgana mirage.
'Often, a Fata Morgana changes rapidly,' as the flight safety guide SKYbrary notes. 'The mirage comprises several inverted (upside down) and erect (right side up) images that are stacked on top of one another.
But according to Vadym, 'The object was in a stable form. It wasn't moving.'
That said, the UFO, whatever it was, wasted no time leaving its perch above Donetsk.
'At another position, we had another drone and put it up in about three minutes,' Vadym said, '[but] they didn't see it [the UFO] at that moment.'
'When we returned to the same position later, there was nothing there.'
The 406th unit member also relayed his recollection that the UFO did not ripple, shimmer or otherwise alter its shape, which would have been a tell-tale sign of a Fata Morgana mirage
In one photographic case of Fata Morgana (above), the Anthem of the Seas cruise ship, an 168,000-tonne Royal Caribbean liner, looked like it was hovering above the water
This past Tuesday, a spokesperson for Mavic's manufacturer DJI told DailyMail.com that, while it could not help in explaining what is present in the 406th's UFO footage, an equipment error could have played a role.
UFOs are 'not of human origin,' US Representative Anna Paulina Luna from Florida told Grant Mitterlehner this week on his podcast. She described government obstruction as she investigated UFOs.
But Vadym noted that he was confident the Mavic 3T's systems were functioning normally at the time of the encounter.
The red 'warning' or 'error' bar visible in the upper left-hand portion of the drone's display, he said, related to the consumer-grade drone's GPS navigation.
'It is a warning that we were flying without satellites on 100 percent manual controls,' Vadym told DailyMail.com.
'Because Russia does everything they can to deny Ukrainians the ability to fly over and understand [...] their plans.'
Vadym noted that similar combat-specific issues prevented the battalion from storing a recording of their UFO thermal-imaging footage directly on the Mavic drone itself.
'We remove the memory cards from the drones when we are doing flights over enemy territories,' Vadym said.
'There is a risk that if we lose a drone because of enemy electronic countermeasures, they could pick up the drone, they could pick up the card, and read what's there.'
When pressed again on how he and his fellow 406th Battalion members felt about the UFO, Vadym said, 'The best I could say would be that for this video to have never happened, for us [the Ukrainian military] to never have to do the work we do.'
In a better world, Vadym said, the Russian invasion of February 2022 'never happened' and 'we just use civilian drones to film weddings.'
Investigation of History’s Largest UFO Mass Sightings
Investigation of History’s Largest UFO Mass Sightings
On a quiet evening in late November 2009, the serene atmosphere of a small town nestled in the shadows of the Andes mountains in northernArgentinawas shattered by an event that would etch its name into the annals of unexplained phenomena. The town of J V Gonzalez, located in the province of Salta, became the epicenter of what is considered one of the most significantUFO sightingsin recent history. This incident, characterized by the mass witness of an unidentified flying object, has since puzzled experts and enthusiasts alike, sparking debates and investigations into its origins and implications.
The Night That Changed Everything
It was approximately 15 minutes past midnight on November 25, 2009, when the tranquility of J V Gonzalez was disrupted by the appearance of a mysterious object in the sky. Described by over 30 witnesses as cigar-shaped, this object was not just another celestial body gracing the night sky. It hovered about 300 meters above the town, emitting a sparkling glow that captivated the onlookers. What made this sighting particularly noteworthy was the unanimity among the eyewitnesses regarding what they saw, a rare occurrence in mass sighting events.

Experts Investigate One of History’s Largest UFO Mass Sightings | The Unexplained Files
As quickly as it appeared, the object began moving southward, and then, as if by some unseen command, it vanished into the night. Almost immediately after its disappearance, the town was plunged into darkness due to a sudden power outage, leaving the residents in a state of bewilderment and fear. It wasn’t until several hours later, the following morning, that power was restored, but the questions and the mystery surrounding the night’s events only deepened.
Seeking Answers
In the aftermath of the sighting, local journalist Daniel Barbosa made attempts to shed light on the incident by contacting the electric company, seeking a rational explanation for the blackout. Was it merely a coincidence, or had the UFO been responsible for the town’s sudden loss of electricity? Despite his efforts, and the undeniable experience shared by more than thirty individuals, official explanations were conspicuously absent, leaving the community to speculate and form their own theories.
The event prompted connections to be drawn to another peculiar occurrence in the same area 14 years prior, involving unexplained explosions and a subsequent search that led nowhere. Tony Galvano, a local resident, believed that these events were not only related but were indicative of something far beyond the ordinary.
The Quest for Understanding
The lack of concrete evidence or official acknowledgment has not deterred the pursuit of answers. The incident in J V Gonzalez stands as a testament to the enduring fascination and intrigue surrounding UFO sightings. It raises important questions about the nature of these phenomena, the existence of extraterrestrial life, and the challenges inherent in seeking truth in the face of the unexplained.
As investigations continue and theories abound, the 2009 mass UFO sighting in Argentina remains a compelling narrative, inviting us to explore the boundaries of our understanding and to consider the possibilities that lie beyond the known confines of our world. Whether viewed through the lens of skepticism or belief, the incident serves as a reminder of the mysteries that still await unraveling, encouraging a deeper inquiry into the unknown.
One fishing influencer posted a video of the clouds from below on TikTok, set to the theme music from Netflix's horror hit 'Stranger Things.' But, in reality, a well-known flying object was the cause: airplanes.
Captured from above late this January, by NASA's Terra satellite, the 'Cavum clouds' are 'so odd that people sometimes argue they are signatures of flying saucers,' according to the US Space Agency, which released the overhead image this week.
The true source of Cavum clouds, sometimes called 'hole-punch clouds' and 'fallstreak holes,' had eluded scientists for nearly 70 years, until meteorologists finally cracked the case in 2010.
The strange shapes, they found, are produced when aircraft fly through 'altocumulus clouds' — patchy banks of small clouds that form between 7,000 and 23,000 feet up.
BlacktipH, an online saltwater fishing show whose YouTube channel boasts over 1,000,000 subscribers, posted its own video of the clouds from below as they occurred. The fishing influencer set its TikTok video to the theme music from Netflix's horror hit ' Stranger Things'
A bizarre chain of clouds north of the Florida Keys looks like a giant floating jellyfish. Captured in January, by NASA 's Terra satellite, these 'Cavum clouds' (above) are 'so odd that people sometimes argue they are signatures of flying saucers,' according to the US Space Agency
Scientists with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR), which manages the National Science Foundation's center for atmospheric research, led the 2010 and 2011 studies that solved the riddle of the Cavum clouds.
These middle-altitude 'altocumulus clouds,' UCAR's team found, are comprised of unusually pure water vapor that is 'supercooled,' which means it has not transformed into ice, despite these floating droplets' chilly temperature of 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
But as the plane's wings or its propellers' movements change the pressure around these droplets, a process called 'adiabatic expansion' occurs in the ensuing vortices of turbulent air breaking the delicate conditions that kept the vapor liquid.
'Ice crystals beget more ice crystals as the liquid droplets continue to freeze,' as NASA Earth Observatory's Adam Voiland wrote in a statement.
A global network of astronomers keeps its eyes on the skies to warn the public about potential asteroids that could strike the planet. If one is spotted, they will jump into action to warn us. Lindley Johnson, the Lead Program Executive for the NASA Planetary Defense Coordination Office, explained how this would happen.
'The ice crystals eventually grow heavy enough that they begin to fall out of the sky, leaving a void in the cloud layer.'
The 'adiabatic' cooling produced by these pressure and volume changes, UCAR found, effectively drops the supercooled water vapor down another 36 degrees Fahrenheit, creating a spontaneous freeze or 'homogeneous ice nucleation.'
Although these newly formed ice crystals frequently fall, leaving the eerie 'hole punch' effect, sometimes they don't.
'The falling ice crystals are often visible in the center of the holes as wispy trails of precipitation that never reach the ground,' Voiland at NASA noted, 'features called virga.'
Latin for 'rod' or 'branch,' virga is the term meteorologists use to describe the streaks, wisps or tendrils of precipitation that fall from a cloud but evaporate in mid-air before ever reaching the ground.
While these descriptions of the behavior of the supercooled droplets that make up altocumulus clouds may sound exotic, the phenomenon is actually not rare.
At any given time, altocumulus clouds cover about 8 percent of Earth's surface.
The UCAR team's work that finally explained the atmospheric mechanism that produces 'hole punch clouds' combined data from aircraft flights, satellite observations and weather models to develop a robust theory of the process.
As first published in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society in 2010, UCAR scientists were able to show that the angle at which a plane passed through the altocumulus cloud bank changed the features of the Cavum 'hole punch.'
When planes passed through at a sharp angle, the researchers reported, smaller and more circular Cavum were produced.
But, if the craft punched through the cloud bank at a more gradual and shallow angle, a longer sister phenomenon, called 'canal clouds,' with more lengthy virga trails, were produced instead.
Above, a representative of the NASA Earth Observatory identified key parts of their stunning January 30, 2024 satellite image of the Cavum cloud and its trailing 'Canal cloud'
NASA's Earth Observatory detected both kinds in the unique formation off the coast of the Florida Keys on January 30, 2024.
The space agency labeled both this week, when they posted the satellite photo as their Image of the Day.
But, even with this aerial mystery solved, it's easy for many in the moment to be awed by the unusual voids and arresting blue gaps of a Cavum cloud formation.
BlacktipH, an online saltwater fishing show whose YouTube channel boasts over 1,000,000 subscribers, posted their own complimentary video of the clouds from below as they occurred in the final days of January.
'Has anyone seen clouds like these before? We were fishing off Key West #strange #weather #clouds,' BlacktipH asked on TikTok.
One fan, who goes by Edit Profile, replied: 'I've seen enough Alien invasion movies to know exactly what those are.'
This incredible photograph shows a supernatural-looking sunrise with clusters of purple clouds resembling UFOs floating in the sky.
The stunning purple and orange display was captured by gardener Adrian Sparrowhawk, 50, who said the sky was a 'spooky' sight.
The golden morning light streaked through the dark purple clouds which dappled the sky above Tetbury, Gloucestershire, with six clusters of thicker clouds floating underneath, like flying objects from a sci-fi movie.
Adrian said he stopped to photograph the sunset as he set to work at 6.40am on Monday morning, as he had 'never seen anything like it before'.
He said: 'I just thought I had to capture it, it was absolutely wonderful. I've never seen anything like it. It looked really spooky at that time in the morning.'
He added that he has since been told the cloud formations are known as 'hole-punch clouds'. Also known as a 'fallstreak hole', hole-punch clouds are formed when the water temperature in the clouds is below freezing, but the water, in a supercooled state, has not yet frozen.
Experts say that the bizarre shapes are caused by aircraft. They form when part of the cloud layer forms ice crystals which are large enough to fall into water droplets - water below 0°C but not yet frozen.
These water droplets need a tiny particle to freeze or to be cooled below -40 °C. Aircraft punching through this cloud layer can cause air to expand and cool as it passes over the aircraft wings or propeller.
This change in temperature can be enough to encourage the supercooled droplets to freeze and fall from the cloud layer in this distinctive pattern.
Sometimes the holes in fallstreak formations can expand up to 30 miles (50 km) across within an hour of appearing. When ice particles form quickly, it causes a domino effect as the water droplets connect with the crystals.
These get heavier and then start to fall all of a sudden - leaving a large hole in the cloud. The wispy clouds that form in the centre of the hole are the water particles falling.
Passing aircraft are thought to be the reason behind the formation of these clouds, since a drop in pressure caused by their wings or propeller tips cools the air quickly.
Rainbows are sometimes seen with fallstreak clouds, thanks to light refracting off the water droplets.
In the realm of the unexplained and the mysterious, the subject of alien activity has long fascinated and perplexed humanity. For years, whispers and rumors have suggested that physical evidence of extraterrestrial encounters exists, hidden away from public scrutiny. This evidence, if brought to light, could revolutionize our understanding of the universe and our place within it.
The Roswell Enigma and Beyond
One of the most iconic incidents in the annals of UFO lore is the Roswell incident of 1947. Initially reported as a recovered “flying disc,” the military’s subsequent retraction and declaration of a weather balloon did little to quell the storm of speculation. This event marked the beginning of a series of claims regarding the recovery of extraterrestrial technology and encounters with unknown entities. Such incidents have fueled ongoing debates about the existence of secret research programs and the possibility of reverse-engineered alien technology.
The Mystery of Area 51
Area 51, a name synonymous with secrecy and conspiracy, stands as a testament to the enduring intrigue surrounding alien activity. Rumored to be a site for the examination of extraterrestrial artifacts and possibly even non-human beings, this highly classified Air Force facility epitomizes the intersection of fact and fiction. The lore surrounding Area 51 underscores the public’s hunger for answers about what the government may be hiding.
Wright Patterson Air Force Base: A Repository of Secrets?
Wright Patterson Air Force Base, with its legendary Hangar 18, is another focal point for speculation. Alleged to be the final resting place for remnants of the Roswell incident and other extraterrestrial recoveries, the base is enveloped in tales of advanced technology and alien biology. These stories persist, fueled by the government’s opaque stance on UFO investigations and the cloak of secrecy surrounding military research.
The Call for Transparency
Amidst these tales and theories lies a growing demand for transparency. The recent acknowledgment by officials of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) has reignited calls for the declassification of information relating to extraterrestrial encounters. Advocates argue that understanding these phenomena is crucial for national security and scientific advancement.
The Vatican and Extraterrestrial Life
Even the Vatican has been drawn into discussions about extraterrestrial life, highlighting the profound implications such discoveries could have on theology and human belief systems. The possibility of intelligent life beyond Earth challenges our most fundamental understandings of existence and our place in the cosmos.
A New Era of Disclosure?
The landscape of alien disclosure is changing. With former intelligence officers and government officials hinting at the existence of non-human biologics and advanced technologies, the once-firm line between science fiction and science fact is blurring. As the public’s appetite for knowledge grows, the question remains: will the future bring a new era of openness, or will the shadows continue to hold their secrets?

Alien Activity – Physical Evidence Hidden For Years | Alien Disclosure Files 2024 | S1E11
In conclusion, the quest for evidence of alien activity transcends mere curiosity; it touches on the very essence of human inquiry. Whether through hidden artifacts or whispered accounts, the pursuit of truth remains a driving force in our collective imagination. As we stand on the brink of potential disclosures, the mysteries of the universe beckon with the promise of revelations yet to come.
Soldiers in Ukraine recently captured a disc-shaped UFO on video hovering in the sky, leaving them completely perplexed as to what they had just witnessed.
While doing some a reconnaissance with one of their thermal imaging quadcopter drones, the soldiers of the 406th Battalion in the Ukraine Armed Forces (UAF) spotted something they didn’t recognize.
“What the f— is this? Why isn’t it moving?” one of the soldiers can be heard saying in Ukrainian.
In 2022, astronomers in Ukraine reported seeing dozens of “phantom” UFOs that they claimed “cannot be scientifically identified.” Was this one of those?
“I’m telling you, it’s a UFO, for sure,” a soldier can be heard saying. “It’s standing still. Zoom in more, it’s standing still. Do you see?”
“Can’t see anything on the thermal cameras. Maybe ram it?”
Based on the thermal-imaging drone’s temperature range, the UFO was warmer than its surroundings (“black hot”), although a red “error message” on the drone’s control interface leaves key details unresolved, as experts toldDailyMail.com.
Viewers of the video have speculated that the mysterious UFO could be anything from the “Baghdad Phantom” to Fata Morgana (a complex form of superior mirage which significantly distorts the object or objects on which they are based).
Strange UFOs have been seen witnessed all over the region around Russia and Ukraine over the past year.
Last January, Russia claimed local military forces shot down another mysterious UFO over the village of Sultan Sala in the Myasnikovsky district. A Telegram channel even published a video showing a shiny object flying in the sky then exploding in the sky.
One of the most famous photographs of an alleged UFO – though this one has been thoroughly debunked
National Archives, Records of Headquarters US Air Force
Us are having a bit of a renaissance lately, moving beyond the tinfoil-hatted crowd and into the realm of serious government investigation. Now a study has analyzed the geography of almost 100,000 sightings and found a few clues about how they cluster.
Although humans have been spotting weird stuff in the sky for millennia, the modern UFO craze really took off in the mid-20th century. Arguably, pilot Kenneth Arnold started it all in 1947 with his claim of seeing several “saucer-like aircraft” in formation, which birthed the term flying saucers. Just a few weeks later, the infamous Roswell incident occurred and pop culture never recovered.
For decades, the topic of UFOs was relegated to red twine-covered pinboards of aspiring Fox Mulders, but in the last decade it seems the public – and importantly, the US government – has started taking them seriously. In 2017 the New York Times released three videos captured by US Navy fighter jets showing strange objects zipping around the skies in ways that known aircraft couldn’t handle.
The Pentagon later confirmed their authenticity, with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) producing an official report on the subject. Distancing themselves from the baggage that comes with the term “UFOs,” the government rebranded the mystery as “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena” or UAPs. That A originally stood for “Aerial,” until it became apparent that a bunch of these things also seemed to be haunting the oceans. In 2022, Congress held hearings based on that report, while NASA also set up a program to investigate the mystery.
Watch the Pentagon's three declassified UFO videos taken by U.S. Navy pilots
Still, there hasn’t been much academic research into UAPs/UFOs. So, scientists from the University of Utah investigated the geography of around 98,000 reported sightings in the US between 2001 and 2020, to get a sense of where they clustered and their environmental context.
For the former, they calculated the number of sightings per 10,000 people per county, producing a heat map of high and low numbers of reports across the mainland United States. They found that the western third of the country was surprisingly hot, while the southeast was a notable cold spot.
For the environmental context, the team focused on two main conditions for each location: the sky view potential, which includes light pollution, cloud cover and tree canopy cover; and the potential to see physical objects in the sky, meaning how close the areas are to airports and military bases.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, people were more likely to see UAPs in places where they had clearer views of the sky, and were close to places with lots of aircraft. The western part of the country’s geography, with wide-open spaces and dark skies, as well as its facilities, seemed to line up with it being such a hotspot.
“The West has a historical relationship to UAP – Area 51 in Nevada, Roswell in New Mexico and here in Utah we have Skinwalker Ranch in the Uinta Basin and military activity in the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground,” said Richard Medina, lead author of the study. “Plus, there’s a robust outdoor community that recreates in public lands year-round. People are out and looking skyward.”
The team says that the correlation between object potential suggested that people were oftenseeing actual objects in the sky – they were just not understanding what they are. Possible explanations could be regular old planes, drones, military aircraft, balloons, satellites, spacecraft launches, or even unconventional vehicles like eVTOLs. Aliens, of course, are pretty far down the list.
The researchers say that next, they plan to investigate whether reports are timed to certain events. Did they spike after The X-Files became big, for example, or when the UAP hearing was broadcast, or straight after a SpaceX launch?
Studying these reports with actual scientific processes could help sort out the data and identify what people are really seeing, narrowing down to the very few that can’t be explained easily.
The first step toward identifying what unidentified flying objects (UFOs) actually are might just be mapping where these enigmas are most sighted, a new study says.
The researchers aggressively cross-referenced the data by local population density, light pollution levels, annual cloud cover, 'tree canopy' cover, proximity to airports and military bases and a host of other factors that effect the number UFO sightings.
What they found was statistical proof of the long assumed 'historical relationship' between UFOs and the American West.
Their study's county-by-county assessment turned up hot spots or 'red zones' most often just east of the Rockies or off toward the Pacific Ocean — but also a few odd outliers, including Georgetown county, South Carolina and Union, Kentucky.
Geographers with the University of Utah analyzed roughly 98,000 total UFO reports spanning a 20-year period across the 21st Century, from 2001 to 2020
The researchers aggressively cross-referenced the data by local population density, light pollution levels, annual cloud cover, 'tree canopy' cover, proximity to airports and military bases and a host of other factors that effect the number UFO sightings'
'The West has a historical relationship to UAP — Area 51 in Nevada, Roswell in New Mexico,' the study's lead author, Richard Medina, said in a statement.
'And here in Utah we have Skinwalker Ranch in the Uinta Basin and military activity in the US Army Dugway Proving Ground,' Medina, an associate professor of geography at the University of Utah, noted.
'Plus, there's a robust outdoor community that recreates in public lands year-round. People are out and looking skyward.'
While these explanations held true for the deep 'red' hotspots that covered almost all of Nevada and New Mexico, the study's authors were more perplexed about the equally deep red counties across Oregon and Washington state.
These rainy and 'relatively clouded' Pacific northwestern states, they noted, are more known for being blanketed in fog than for being prime sky-watching regions.
'There are also some isolated counties throughout the rest of the country that warrant further investigation,' as they wrote in the journal Scientific Reports, 'to identify what properties may generate relatively more UAP [i.e. UFO] attention.'
Counties in Maine, Vermont, Indiana, Arkansas and Nebraska were some of the more inexplicable hot spots the team's analysis identified.
The West has a historical relationship to UAP — Area 51 in Nevada , Roswell in New Mexico ,' the study's lead author, Richard Medina, said in a statement
To break their sighting study down by county, Median and his co-authors focused on two main criteria to compare with the UFO sighting reports.
Chinese social media platforms were flooded with images and videos of a UFO that appeared over Beijing and surrounding towns. People said it looked like a 'misty ball of light' hat moved from west to east without emitting any sound. One person shared on Weibo that the weather was clear in Beijing when they witnessed 'a glowing object looming' and determined it was not an aircraft because there were no flashing lights.
First they compared the sighting statistics, obtained from the civilian National UFO Research Center, with a metric they called 'sky view potential,' an amalgam of data on how physically likely it would be to spot anything interesting in the nearby skies.
To assess each county's 'sky view potential,' they pooled together data on each area's light pollution, cloud cover and tree canopy cover — as well as the chances that odd or frequent objects would be in the sky from nearby airports and military bases.
'The idea is that if you have a chance to see something, then it's more likely that you're going to see unexplained phenomena in the sky,' Medina said.
'There's more technology in the sky than ever before so the question is: What are people actually seeing? It's a tough question to answer, and it is an important one because any uncertainty can be a potential threat to national security.'
The geographers attributed the West's higher percentage of sightings to the desert southwest's wide-open natural spaces and rural dark skies, unmolested by big city lights or industrial smog.
They found that the major UFO case hotspots showed a noticeable relationship to local air traffic and military installation activity, a clue that could indicated witnesses are often seeing genuine terrestrial objects that they simply did not recognize.
The team hopes that this geographic analysis will help government agencies better separate truly anomalous events in the skies from routine flights, and thus help uncover any legitimate security threat.

Audio of an American Airlines pilot reporting seeing a UFO turn “180 degrees in less than a second” then vanishing from the sky has gone viral on TikTok with over one million views while flying from Boston to Harrisburg.
“Well, you’re going to think I’m crazy, there something that just went from right to left to right in a blink and then flash his lights three four times,” the American Airlines pilot tells air traffic control.
“Okay, well, I had an airplane cross from right to left E175 and now there’s another one at triple 7 up there high off the right side that descended to 28,” the air traffic controller responded back. “That might be those two aircraft. I’m not sure.”
“Uh, this thing went 180 degrees in like a second,” the pilot responded.
“Oh goodness,” the air traffic controller said back. “Uh, all right, yeah, let me know if you see it again. We’ll make report.”
“Uh, well, the details, it literally went from one coast to the other in front of us and then it went up like 30 degrees, turned off its lights or whatever it had,” the pilot is then heard explaining. “It looked like it’s a bright orangey thing and then since we spoke to you last it flashed us like three four times and it’s still, we are still looking at it now.
“So where is it roughly if I was to give you a traffic call?” the air traffic controller then asked.
“I would say probably 80, 60 to 80 miles in front of us and it’s looks like it’s coming, I don’t know,” the pilot replied. “It’s flashing towards us, but it is definitely not an airplane. It doesn’t have strobe lights or anything on it. It’s just this bright orange going on and off. Yep this definitely wasn’t an airplane.”
The audio produced some wild comments on TikTok with some people claiming they also witnessed the UFO.
“My son was on the highway last night going to Boston and saw the same thing and two fighter jets going after it,” one person wrote.
“I’ve seen the same thing near West Dennis Beach on Cape Cod,” said another.
“OMG really, it’s so crazy,” the first commenter replied. “My son said that everyone on the highway stopped. It was that wild.”
“I seen it as well going home I was on the highway by Top Golf,” another person claimed.
“I saw THE SAME THING!” another person commented.
“A couple fighter jets chased it and it just disappeared. Was this similar to your case???” another TikToker asked.
The Search for Extraterrestrial Life Beneath Our Seas
The Search for Extraterrestrial Life Beneath Our Seas
In the vast, uncharted waters of our planet, a mystery as old as humanity itself persists: are we alone in the universe? Recent advancements and discoveries have reignited this question, propelling it into the depths of our oceans. The possibility of extraterrestrial life forms residing in the underwater realms of Earth is not just the stuff of science fiction but has become a subject of serious scientific inquiry.
Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and Oceanic Depths
The intrigue surrounding unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) has expanded beyond the skies, plunging into the marine abyss. Reports and declassified files suggest UAPs have been observed entering our oceans at astonishing speeds, diving into depths that remain largely unexplored by humans. With 80% of our oceans unmapped and unknown, these sightings offer a tantalizing hint that our planet’s waters could be home to alien civilizations or outposts.
The Earth’s Oceans: A Cradle for Life
Covering 75% of the Earth’s surface, the oceans are the cradle of life on our planet. They play a crucial role in regulating climate, supporting biodiversity, and providing a substantial portion of the oxygen we breathe. This makes them a logical interest point for any visiting extraterrestrial entities interested in the Earth’s life-supporting capabilities. The discovery of vast amounts of water in space, on planets, and moons within our solar system and beyond, underscores water’s universal significance for life.
The Baltic Sea Anomaly: A Case Study
Among the most compelling pieces of evidence suggesting underwater alien activity is the Baltic Sea anomaly. Discovered by treasure hunters, this 200-foot diameter object with unusual markings and a structure resembling a spacecraft lies at the ocean’s bed. The object, surrounded by tracks on the sea floor, has sparked debate among scientists, treasure hunters, and UFO enthusiasts. While some argue it’s a natural geological formation, others believe its design and the equipment malfunctions experienced near it hint at extraterrestrial origins.
The Mariana Trench: Earth’s Final Frontier
The Mariana Trench, the deepest known point in the Earth’s oceans, holds particular fascination. Its extreme conditions and the discovery of life forms that appear almost alien themselves suggest that if extraterrestrial beings sought refuge on our planet, the trench’s secluded depths would be an ideal sanctuary. The trench, part of the enigmatic Pacific Ring of Fire, is a hotbed for tectonic activity, making it a potential source of energy for advanced technologies.

The video begins in an ordinary setting, with soldiers operating a drone, unaware of the astonishing discovery they are about to make. The atmosphere shifts dramatically as the drone camera captures an enigmatic object, prompting a flurry of bewildered reactions from the soldiers. Their dialogue, a mix of incredulity and humor, underscores the surreal nature of the encounter:
“Why can’t he fire missiles at us? What do you mean?”
“Holy f*ck… f*ck…”
“What the f*ck is this?”
“I’m telling you it’s a UFO for sure it standing still.”
“Zoom in more.”
“It’s standing still, do you see?”
“Can’t see anything on the thermal cameras?”
“Maybe ram it?” [as a joke]
These words, laced with astonishment and disbelief, capture the raw emotion of the moment. The object, described as stationary and elusive to thermal detection, presents characteristics often associated with UFO sightings. The suggestion to “maybe ram it” adds a light-hearted twist to an otherwise tense observation, hinting at the human tendency to find humor even in the most mysterious situations.
What Makes This Sighting Stand Out?
What sets this sighting apart is not just the visual evidence, but the context in which it was captured. The front lines of a conflict zone are unlikely settings for deliberate fabrications of UFO footage, lending a layer of credibility to the encounter. Townsend Brown: The Unsung Inventor Behind CIA’s UFO Projects
Townsend Brown: The Unsung Inventor Behind CIA’s UFO Projects
In the annals of American history, tales of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and their secretive builders have long captivated the imagination of the public. Among these stories, the account of Bob Lazar stands out as one of the most famous and controversial. Lazar claimed to have worked on reverse engineering alien spacecraft at a secret site near Area 51. However, the narrative of UFO development in the United States encompasses more than just Lazar’s revelations. There exists a lesser-known but equally fascinating figure: Townsend Brown, an inventor whose groundbreaking work in
the mid-20th century may have significantly contributed to the U.S. government’s understanding and potential development of UFO-like technology.Townsend Brown’s journey into the realm of advanced propulsion began not with extraterrestrial artifacts but with the pursuit of a scientific holy grail: unifying the forces of electromagnetism and gravity. Unlike Lazar, whose story is filled with claims of alien technology, Brown’s work was grounded in experimental physics. He explored the potential of high-voltage electrostatic charges to produce propulsion, a concept that might explain the physics-defying maneuvers reported by witnesses of UFOs.
Brown’s most notable contribution to the field was the development of the Biefeld-Brown effect, an anomalous propulsion phenomenon observed when electric charge is applied to asymmetric capacitors in a vacuum. This effect, which seemed to allow objects to levitate or move without conventional propulsion, suggested a potential method for creating craft capable of extraordinary flight capabilities. Brown’s experiments, conducted from the 1920s onward, attracted the attention of both the U.S. Navy and the newly formed CIA, who were interested in any technology that could offer a strategic advantage during the Cold War.
Despite the groundbreaking nature of his work, Townsend Brown remained a relatively obscure figure in the history of American aerospace. His contributions were overshadowed by disinformation campaigns and the classified nature of his research. The government’s interest in his inventions was evident, as evidenced by his coordination with key figures in the American intelligence and scientific communities, including William Stephenson (Churchill’s super spy) and Edward Teller (the father of the hydrogen bomb). Brown’s involvement in projects with these high-profile individuals hints at the significance of his work and its potential applications in classified aerospace project
VIDEO:
The Man Who Built UFOs For The CIA (Not Bob Lazar)
One of the most compelling aspects of Townsend Brown’s story is the mystery surrounding the practical application of his research. While public records and acknowledged inventions, like the Ionic Breeze air purifier, are relatively mundane, rumors persist that his more revolutionary work in electrogravitics was absorbed into black aerospace programs. Such programs, beyond the reach of public scrutiny, could potentially explain the advanced propulsion capabilities attributed to UFOs observed by military pilots and civilians alike.

The notion that Townsend Brown might have experimentally discovered a link between electromagnetism and gravity opens up intriguing possibilities. It suggests a paradigm shift in our understanding of physics and propulsion, one that could have profound implications for aerospace engineering and our conceptualization of interstellar travel. If Brown’s theories and experiments were indeed incorporated into secret aerospace projects, it could mean that the foundation for UFO-like technology has existed for decades, hidden not in alien wreckage but in the work of a visionary American inventor.
In the shadow of more sensational stories like Bob Lazar’s, Townsend Brown’s contributions to the field of unconventional propulsion and his potential role in the development of UFO technology for the CIA deserve a closer examination. His life and work represent a fascinating chapter in the secret history of American innovation, one that challenges our understanding of the boundaries between science fiction and scientific fact.
Mysteries Beneath the Ice: The Enigmatic Secrets of Antarctica and Its UFO Connections
Mysteries Beneath the Ice: The Enigmatic Secrets of Antarctica and Its UFO Connections
Antarctica, the coldest, driest, and windiest continent on Earth, has long been a source of fascination and mystery. Its icy expanses have captured the imagination of scientists, explorers, and enthusiasts of the unexplained alike. Among the most intriguing aspects of this remote wilderness are the persistent rumors and theories connecting it to unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial visitors. This article delves into the enigmaticsecrets of Antarctica, exploring its connection to UFOs and aliens, and separating the tantalizing myths from the compelling facts.
Historical Context and Early Explorations
Antarctica’s isolation and extreme environment have made it a challenging yet rewarding destination for explorers. The continent’s exploration history is filled with tales of hardship and discovery, laying the groundwork for modern scientific research. However, it is the continent’s lesser-known stories and alleged findings that often capture public interest, particularly those suggesting ancient civilizations or alien activity beneath the ice.
Speculative Theories and Anecdotal Accounts
Among the most captivating theories are those that propose the existence of ancient, advanced civilizations buried under miles of ice. Proponents of these ideas often cite mysterious maps, like the Piri Reis map of 1513, which some claim shows Antarctica free of ice, suggesting ancient knowledge of the continent. Additionally, stories of crashed UFOs and secret Nazi bases have woven a complex tapestry of unverified claims around Antarctica.
Anecdotal accounts from individuals claiming to have witnessed unusual activity or structures in Antarctica add to the mystery. These stories range from encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena to discoveries of alien technology and hidden bases under the ice. While these accounts are compelling, they often lack verifiable evidence and are primarily shared through documentaries and interviews with anonymous sources.
The Scientific Perspective and Environmental Concerns
From a scientific standpoint, Antarctica is a treasure trove of information about Earth’s past climate, biodiversity, and glacial history. Researchers conduct extensive studies on its ice cores, marine life, and geological formations, contributing valuable data to our understanding of climate change and environmental conservation. The continent’s role in global climate patterns and sea-level rise underscores the importance of scientific research over speculative theories.
The environmental changes affecting Antarctica, including ice melt and ecosystem disruption, are of significant concern to scientists. These changes offer a real, observable mystery concerning the future of the continent and its global impact. As the ice recedes, previously inaccessible areas may reveal new discoveries, though likely of a geological or biological nature rather than the remnants of lost civilizations or alien outposts.
UFOs, Aliens, and Official Responses
The connection between UFOs, aliens, and Antarctica is primarily fueled by popular culture and anecdotal tales rather than concrete evidence. Official responses to these theories are scarce, as government and scientific bodies focus on tangible research and exploration efforts. The Antarctic Treaty System, which governs the continent’s use for peaceful purposes and scientific research, restricts military activity and ensures the protection of the environment, further complicating the notion of secret alien bases or covert operations.

Listen to this pilot describing a UFO while looking at the UFO, telling an aircraft tower in Boston. Its amazing! The UFO makes a hard right angle turn and flashes at the plane several times. Awesome firsthand recording of the UFO sighting. He said its orange...the UFO is orange...I have read so many UFO reports telling of a orange glowing craft...I think the number of reports I saw was about 300+ including those in the MJ12 reports. This is 100% proof aliens are trying to make themselves known to the public, without the US gov consent.
Danny Sheehan: The Legal Force Behind UFO Disclosure and Alien Abduction Research
Danny Sheehan: The Legal Force Behind UFO Disclosure and Alien Abduction Research
In the vast and mysterious world of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), few names are as pivotal as Daniel Sheehan. A Harvard-educated attorney renowned for his involvement in landmark cases such as the Pentagon Papers and Watergate, Sheehan’s legal journey took a turn towards the extraterrestrial when he represented Dr. John Mack, a Harvard psychologist and alien abduction researcher. This partnership not only thrust Sheehan into the heart of UAP advocacy but also positioned him as a key figure in the push for government transparency regarding extraterrestrial phenomena.
Dr. John Mack’s research into alien abduction phenomena, which involved detailed interviews with individuals claiming to have had direct encounters with extraterrestrial beings, drew significant scrutiny and controversy, particularly from Harvard University. In 1994, Mack enlisted Sheehan’s expertise to navigate the turbulent waters of institutional pushback. Sheehan, leveraging his legal acumen and deep understanding of the academic environment, embarked on a rigorous defense of Mack’s academic freedom and the legitimacy of his research.
Sheehan’s involvement in Mack’s case was not just a matter of legal representation; it was a deep dive into the world of UAP research. He engaged with key figures in the field, from Stanton Friedman to Steven Greer, and met firsthand with individuals who had reported extraordinary experiences. This comprehensive exposure not only fortified his legal strategy but also solidified his belief in the significance of the UAP issue as a matter of public policy.
One of Sheehan’s notable efforts was his attempt to organize a Grand Rounds at Harvard, financed by philanthropist Lawrence Rockefeller, to present Mack’s findings and evidence. Despite facing institutional resistance, Sheehan’s persistence highlighted the challenges faced by researchers in the field and the institutional barriers to exploring and acknowledging UAP phenomena.
VIDEO:
Danny Sheehan: Dr John Mack’s UFO Defense Attorney Explains Alien Abduction Phenomena
Throughout the legal battles, Sheehan encountered a web of secrecy and opposition from various quarters, including the legal and academic establishments. His experiences revealed a concerted effort to marginalize and discredit those seeking to explore and understand UAP-related encounters. Despite these challenges, Sheehan’s legal expertise and dedication to transparency and academic freedom helped to protect Mack’s research from being silenced.
Sheehan’s contributions to the UAP field extend beyond the courtroom. He played a crucial role in the Disclosure Project, advocating for the public release of classified information related to UAPs. His efforts have been instrumental in fostering a more open dialogue on the subject, encouraging researchers, witnesses, and government officials to come forward with their experiences and knowledge.
Moreover, Sheehan’s work has implications for the broader conversation about human experiences that defy conventional understanding. By defending the legitimacy of alien abduction research, Sheehan challenges the boundaries of accepted scientific inquiry and the societal mechanisms that govern the pursuit of knowledge. His advocacy for Dr. Mack’s work underscores the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to exploring the unknown, one that embraces rather than shuns the extraordinary.
In the end, Daniel Sheehan’s legacy in the field of UAP research is defined by his unwavering commitment to truth, transparency, and the defense of those who dare to explore the fringes of human understanding. Through his legal battles, public advocacy, and personal exploration of the phenomena, Sheehan has paved the way for a more open and inclusive examination of the mysteries that lie beyond our current grasp.
You’ve probably already seen this viral footage of an alleged UFO zooming past a cockpit window. It was released in 2023, but now a ufologist is confirming the authenticity of this alien technology.
When the footage of this UFO was released by pilot Jorge Arteaga, it was described as the “best UFO footage ever.” It shows a strange object that looks like a flying saucer whizzing right past the window of Arteaga’s plane, which most people assumed was a birthday balloon gone astray, according to LadBible.
Jaime Maussan — best known for telling the world that two alien corpses were found in Mexico in 2023 — has decided to tell everyone that this clip is real. And, honestly, it’s kind of hard to argue with him after watching this video.
Arteaga took the video while flying above Antioquia, Colombia with a co-pilot. The video shows the UFO appearing through the clouds as a black mass before it rapidly approaches the cockpit. Arteaga was quick to grab out his cell and capture the strangely-shaped object, as it was initially stationary before zooming out toward Medellin and Santa Fe.
Arteaga then allegedly followed the UFO in the plane, but didn’t manage to track it down. He did say it didn’t move like a balloon, drone or plane, the outlet noted.
So, is this thing legit? My gut says this is either a very good computer-generated video or some type of government-developed technology that we’ll be introduced to in the coming years. Or, perhaps the little green men will come down in the next year or so to reveal themselves to us. Though at this point, I can’t imagine why any extraterrestrials would want to deal with our species. We are such a silly bunch.
A Florida Congresswoman says she believes that some of the UFO sightings that have made headlines in recent years are 'of non-human origin' and possibly 'inter-dimensional beings.'
She revealed to The Grant Mitt Podcast this week that after a classified meeting with Air Force whistleblowers, she 'absolutely believes' that the aircrafts they and others have described are 'of non-human origin.'
Luna also claimed that at that same meeting she was 'men-in-blacked,' first by officials from the Pentagon who attempted to cancel the visit, and then by CIA agents who were inexplicably shadowing her meeting with the Air Force personnel.
Representatives Matt Gaetz (left), Tim Burchett (center), and Anna Paulina Luna (right) recently traveled to Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, Representative Luna said. There, they received classified information about UFOs from a whistleblower
Her phrase referred to the pop-culture conspiracy-theory image of government agents in black suits, who are sent to keep people quiet about UFO sightings.
'Being a member of Oversight, we follow up with whistleblowers, and we also can conduct our own investigations,' she told Mitterlehner.
In the course of one of these investigations, she said, Luna and two other US representatives went to Eglin Air Force Base, on the Florida panhandle, where they met with one such whistleblower.
The other two representatives who came along on the visit were Tim Burchett of Tennessee, who is also a member of the Oversight and Accountability Committee, and Matt Gaetz of Florida, who is on the House Armed Services Committee and the House Judiciary Committee.
She came away from that visit with strong conclusions:
'I can tell you, based on my investigations, not in a classified setting, that I absolutely believe that there is things that are advanced technologies not of human origin,' she told Mitterlehner.
Luna claimed that the Pentagon tried to cancel her visit to Eglin Air Force Base, which she made as part of a delegation to investigate whistleblower claims that the Air Force was covering up information about UFOs
Her view is increasingly shared among lawmakers and the American public, as a series of high-profile disclosures and hearings in the last few years have brought UFOs out of the conspiracy theory realm and into the arena of political debate.
Luna, Gaetz, and others have pressed the Pentagon to declassify material related to UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena).
Pilots at Eglin had come forward to Representative Gaetz's office to say that the Air Force was covering up UAP activity, and that Congress needed to look into it.
'We coordinated the meeting,' Luna said. 'The Pentagon tried to initially cancel the first one. We got it back on the books. We show up there, and we get in, and the base commander tried to basically tell us that we didn't have authorized clearance to look into and speak to some of the witnesses.
US Representative Anna Paulina Luna could not disclose classified details from her meeting with military officials at Eglin, but she told Grant Mitterlehner that she 'absolutely believes' the footage of UAPs are 'not of human origin.'
'You don't tell Congress that we don't have the authorized clearance,' she said, 'especially members of House Armed Services, Oversight, and Judiciary.'

Whistleblower David Grusch suggests people have been murdered as part of conspiracy to keep alien craft a secret
David Grusch - a former high-ranking intelligence official - is one of three military whistleblowers who testified under oath that they know firsthand about secret programs involving technology far surpassing the US' capabilities
So she had it out with the base commander, Luna said. And in the middle of the meeting, he took off on leave, 'Which never happens with a delegation going to a military base,' she added.
There were also attendees at the meeting who Luna was 'pretty sure' were from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), an unusual occurrence.
'Why would a intelligence agency need to be there on a meeting for whistleblowers?' she asked.
Luna also spoke about the congressional hearing from July 2023, where whistleblower David Grusch outlined under oath how the US government has been aware of UFOs for nearly a century and has been misinforming the public about them.
That hearing, which followed Luna's visit to Eglin, contained information she found 'particularly alarming,' because of the allegations that people may have been murdered to keep the UFO story secret.
'Have you received classified information?' Mitterlehner asked Luna.
'Yeah, but I can't talk about that,' she replied
When asked about whether she had believed in aliens before she became a member of congress, Luna corrected the record.
'I wouldn't call them aliens,' she said. 'I really like what Grusch calls them: He says that they're inter-dimensional beings, and he's very specific about that.'
This still image is from a previously released unclassified US government video taken by an Air Force pilot. Representative Luna said that pilots no longer feel as hesitant to speak up when they see unexplained phenomena in the sky
What this means, Luna clarified, was that 'they're not necessarily a biological entity from another planet per se.'
The case she alluded to was likely the one from last year, in which Gaetz had described seeing footage of 'an orb' hanging over the Gulf of Mexico, moving in a way that was 'not of any human capability.'
He saw the footage during a visit to Eglin AFB, where Air Force pilots described a diamond formation of aircrafts that they saw on radar.
'One of the pilots goes to check out that diamond formation and sees a large, floating, what I can only describe as an orb,' he said at the time. 'Again, like I said, not of any human capability that I'm aware of.'
She talked, too, about what a huge change the country has experienced in recent years, away from the stigma that used to be attached to talking about extraterrestrial beings or UFOs.
When I was stationed at Portland Air Guard unit a number of years ago, I remember there was a incident that occurred, and the pilots kind of back and I asked one of them what he thought it was, and he couldn't really talk about it,' she recounted. 'He didn't want to because the stigma that the military has is that you're crazy.
'But we're seeing that with, especially technology that we have, even your iPhone for example, you can record things and it's not going to be classified.'
'We hope that more people come forward,' she added.

The footage, recorded during daylight hours, showcases a remarkable sighting above the historic city of Lucca, located in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. This video has ignited a flurry of discussions and analyses within the community, offering a fresh glimpse into the ever-evolving mystery of unidentified flying objects.
The object in question is described as a thin, long cylindrical UFO, distinguished by an unusual feature: a ring on either side of its body. This distinctive characteristic sets it apart from the more commonly reported shapes of UFOs, sparking curiosity and speculation about its origin and purpose. The clarity of the footage, combined with the object’s unique attributes, has made this sighting a significant point of interest.
Lucca, the backdrop of this extraordinary event, is a city revered for its rich history and cultural heritage. Nestled on the Serchio River in a fertile plain near the Ligurian Sea, Lucca boasts a population of about 89,000 residents. This “Città d’arte” (City of Art) is encircled by intact Renaissance-era city walls, a testament to its historical significance and enduring beauty. The city’s well-preserved historic center is home to architectural marvels such as the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, the Guinigi Tower, and the Cathedral of San Martino, making it a treasure trove of Italian art and history.
Moreover, Lucca has been the birthplace of several world-renowned composers, including Giacomo Puccini, Alfredo Catalani, and Luigi Boccherini, further enriching its cultural landscape. The sighting of a UFO above such a historically and artistically significant city adds an intriguing layer to its already fascinating narrative.
As the video garners views and shares across social media, it raises numerous questions about the nature of the object and its origins. Could this be evidence of extraterrestrial technology, an experimental aircraft, or simply a misunderstood natural phenomenon? The clear daytime conditions under which the footage was captured provide a rare opportunity for detailed analysis, offering both believers and skeptics alike a chance to explore the possibilities.
The sighting in Lucca contributes to the global catalog of UFO encounters, reminding us of the vast, unexplored mysteries that lie beyond our current understanding. As investigations into the footage continue, this event stands as a captivating chapter in the ongoing quest to unravel the enigma of UFOs.
