It’s never said how many Skydivers are patrolling the oceans in UFO. If a UFO penetrates the Earth’s atmosphere SHADO launchers a fighter to intercept it.

The aggressor itself, the UFO. Pronounced as “You-FO”. They have a transparent outer shell protecting an opaque core.
Capable of travelling at 12 times the speed of light but forced to slow down in the atmosphere, these are a force to be reckoned with.
