Season Two (The Colbys)

After an argument with Channing, Fallon falls down a flight of stairs and goes into premature labor in episode 41. The baby girl survives and turns out to be Jeff's daughter, much to their joy.

Following her fall, Fallon is troubled by headaches again. One night while driving down a deserted road, she leaves her car and sees a UFO. She enters the ship, which takes off.

The next day,^[11] Jeff finds Fallon miles from her car, her new boots show no signs of wear. She only remembers entering the ship but nothing more. Afraid to share what little she remembers with Jeff, she insists that they return to Denver. She eventually confides to Jeff, but his disbelief causes them to drift apart. Their marriage is further strained when Fallon learns that Jeff broke her confidence, telling Blake and her cousin, Leslie, about her UFO encounter. When Fallon learns that Jeff slept with Leslie, they divorce again.

^ Fallon entered the UFO in the final episode of The Colbys, but was found by Jeff during episode 177, the premiere of Dynasty's eighth season.

FBI Historian Demonstrates His Ignorance of Agency's UFO Files & Investigations | VIDEO

Guy Hottel UFO File is FBI Vault’s Most Viewed

1950 memo about UFO sighting in New Mexico (FBI)

A 1950 memo of an unconfirmed UFO sighting is the most popular file in the FBI's Vaults, having been viewed almost one million times.

The one page memo is stored electronically in the Bureau's records and was released under the Freedom of Information Act.

The FBI said that since its release two years ago, the file has become extremely popular with its online users.

Written by Guy Hottel, the then-head of the FBI's field office in Washington DC, the memo is dated 22 March 1950 and is addressed to the FBI director, J Edgar Hoover.

Hottel served in this position until the following year, when he took a job in the Identification Division. He retired in 1955 when he was in his 50s.

The memo recounts a story told to an agent by a third party, who said an Air Force investigator had recovered three flying saucers in New Mexico.

"They [the saucers] were described as being circular in shape with raised centres, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture.

"Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed fliers and test pilots."

The third party said the saucers were found because the government's radar had interfered with the controlling mechanisms of the saucer.

However, the memo ends by saying "no further evaluation was attempted".

When the FBI Vault was launched in 2011, some media reports suggested the memo confirmed proof of a UFO crash at Roswell.

However, the Bureau says this is not the case as the memo is dated three years after the events at Roswell were said to take place.

The FBI also notes that it investigated UFO accounts in the years that followed Roswell (1947) but stopped this practice in July 1950.

"The Hottel memo does not prove the existence of UFOs; it is simply a second- or third-hand claim that we never investigated. Some people believe the memo repeats a hoax that was circulating at that time, but the Bureau's files have no information to verify that theory," the FBI said.

Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research.

Liz Was a Light of the World

 Thank you for all the kind thoughts and sympathy expressed in your letters regarding my daughter who passed away on March 8, 2013. Three different people one who lives in Colorado, one in Florida and one in New Jersey who to my knowledge do not know each other, have phoned with similar messages sent from my daughter Elizabeth. (right: Elizabeth at 18)

“Basically she is happy, free and excited in what we call Heaven. She has no animosity towards anyone but is worried about her two boys who are 14 and 15. Everything she has is theirs and whatever they don’t want should go to charity such as her clothes. She felt no pain at the time of her death, but was confused because she had trouble seeing. She cares about us, loves us, was fortunate to have a new love recently in her life, but asks us not to grieve has she has gone to a better place.”

 Everyone reading these files has likely lost a loved one or friend; I suggest there is hope your love ones are also happy. There is not enough darkness in the entire world to put out the light of a single candle or even that of a UFO. We were lucky to have Elizabeth for 50 years.

UFOs and Haunted Apparitions

Brett writes, “God Bless you and your family. I am so sorry to hear of your tragic loss. We too have lost 10 family and friends in the last 2 or 3 years, Lord knows it's hard. One thing is certain, paranormal research is PROVING there IS an afterlife; it does not end with death.

Besides my many UFO sightings, I have a haunted property on which we have seen apparitions, heard our names called, doors open, phones ring, kids laugh, pools drain, etc.... it's as real as UFOs and may well even be related. For some reason, the Egyptians put an awful lot of technological effort into preserving the soul, and I believe they had a far greater knowledge of the paranormal than modern science.

I too almost lost my mother to a throat hemorrhage last year, she lost 4 pints of blood before she was found, but pulled though. I am totally disabled and battling thru a long cold NY winter and 3 floods, and 29 surgeries.God Bless You My Friend you've been thru too much, but we keep living for those left behind. God and Aliens

Karen writes, “Indeed God spirit and "aliens" are interconnected. My friend suggests that Jesus was the "Son of God", Mary was impregnated by beam of light.

She is looking outward; there is a beam of light enveloping her. Some aliens are benevolent, while others are malevolent. My friend uses transcendental meditation, and believes using our third eye (pineal gland) opens us up to communion with the holy one.

Abductions

Dave Morton writes, I just wish I knew WHY I've had so many sightings. It's bizarre, and one of the craft was HUGE - about a block away. That was in 1960.

And I keep running into people who have had sightings. One girl, from high school, who I did not know and just met a few years ago, told me about a sighting she had in central Minnesota, of a craft as big as a house, and was paid a visit by none other than Allen Hynek!! I thought she was just a typical, average person, but I felt compelled to contact her (a cold call) about an upcoming high school reunion and she related this story to me about the huge flying saucer. Amazing!! It really makes one wonder what's going on, to say the least.

I also wish they would HELP us a little more. They have the medical and engineering technology to do it. They seem to help those they're interested in, usually, but the experiencers/abductees often seem to go through hell, for one reason or another. All the aliens do is to keep them alive - not necessarily keep them healthy and vibrant. They'll prevent the abductee from accidentally driving off a cliff, so to speak, but won't cure half dozen medical problems he's suffering from. I don't get it. (Dec. 2012 Disc)

Even poor Billy Meier in Switzerland was helped little or not at all. They could have done much more for that poor, one-armed man. They acted a bit like bosses who regularly ask, "What have you done for me lately??" He had done a LOT for them lately, but they had done little or nothing for him. Disgraceful; if it had been me, I don't think I would have been QUITE so cooperative. I don't mind working for free - I do it all the time, and I'm happy to do it, especially if it's interesting work. But they should have had some "milk of human kindness" for Billy Meier and others, and shown their gratitude for his significant sacrifices. They often don't even seem to have some "milk of alien kindness". I wonder why.

In other words, some of the abductees have been in tough physical shape, and sometimes their abductions and tasks involved a lot of work and sacrifice. For those cases, the aliens should have compensated them somehow - perhaps with healing, perhaps with money, perhaps with gifts. I don’t know. They deserved to be compensated. It's not as if they were all young, healthy, independently wealthy people, who helped out the aliens for fun and because they were bored, and would have some great stories for their friends at the club. Even the Blood Bank pays you if you donate a pint of blood. Oh well. I ramble on. I probably haven't done anything worthy of compensation, but if I'm abducted again, I want them to HEAL me. Put me in the "Blue Light" booth for a while, and get rid of my sore throat and back pain. I think I would deserve it (if abducted), and it would be so EASY for them to do.

All I know is, if I were an alien abducting people, I would try to heal them  on board the space ship or off, and not make life even MORE difficult for them.”

Europa Ocean

Jupiter’s moon Europa not only had water, it has it—likely a vast, globe-girdling ocean, 60 miles (96 km) deep, just beneath a comparatively thin, two-miles. (3.2 km) rind of ice. Gravitationally plucked by the tidal tugging of its sister moon Io and Jupiter itself, Europa retains a hot interior, which keeps the water comparatively warm and even pulsing. According to a study published in The Astronomical Journal, Europa’s ocean is a potential home to living things. A dip in the waters of Europa could be very much like a dip in our oceans, perhaps with all the biology that implies.

Europa is brighter in color than most of the Solar System’s other moons, and in the early 1970’s, telescopes detected what was interpreted as frost on the surface. In 1979, Voyager 2 spotted what appeared to be a  network of cracks on Europe’s surface as it whizzed past Jupiter—stronger evidence that it wasn’t just frost, but almost certainly real ice.

When the Galileo probe showed up about two decades later, it became clear that Europa’s ice coating was thick—but more important, the cracks, now clearly evident, meant the ice was floating, forever being fractured and re-fractured by the movement of the ocean below and the flexing of the moon itself.

North Korea 'Combat Posture to Hit US

PYONGYANG -- North Korean state TV announces that North Korea is in "combat duty posture No 1." North Korea says it has ordered artillery and rocket units into "combat posture" to prepare to target US bases in Hawaii, Guam and the US mainland. The announcement, carried by KCNA news agency, follows days of strong rhetoric from Pyongyang. The Pentagon condemned the threats, saying the US was ready to respond to "any contingency ". South Korea on Tuesday marked the third anniversary of the sinking of the Cheonan ship, in which 46 sailors died.

 This angered the communist nation’s leader

Kim Jong-un (shown here). KCNA’s habitually fiery rhetoric has escalated - it has threatened the US with "pre-emptive nuclear attacks", as well as strikes on US military bases in Japan.

"From this moment, the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army will be putting in combat duty posture No 1 all field artillery units including long-range artillery units and strategic rocket units that will target all enemy objects in US bases on its mainland, Hawaii and Guam," the KCNA statement said. North Korea is capable of targeting US military bases in the region with its mid-range missiles. North Korea's announcement comes as the country carries out large-scale military exercises, reports the BBC's Lucy Williamson in Seoul, and it is not clear whether the order applies to the army as a whole or just to specific units.

In response, the US said that it was concerned by any North Korean threats.

"We take everything they say and everything they do very seriously," Pentagon spokesman George Little said. "They need to stop threatening peace - that doesn't help anyone."

South Korean tests carried out on fragments of a rocket fired in December in what the North describes as a satellite launch showed it would have had a range of more than 10,000km (6,200 miles), putting the US well within striking distance. However, there is little evidence that North Korea has yet developed a guidance system to ensure an accurate strike, or the re-entry technology to bring an intercontinental ballistic missile (IBM) back down.

North Korea successfully launched a rocket in December but its ability to carry out a nuclear strike on the US is even less certain. Analysts do not believe it has yet managed to create a small enough nuclear device to be mounted on a warhead.

the International Institute for Strategic Studies said, December's missile launch proved that North Korea has something that can hit American shores but it says that any "functioning nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missile is still at least several years away".

North Korea has shown it is determined to pursue this technology. Its latest underground nuclear test was double the size of the previous one in 2009.

The North claimed that a nuclear test in February detonated an atomic warhead that is lighter and miniaturized with a bigger explosive charge.

The Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) is a modern air force, which fields some 600+ combat aircraft of American design. In contrast, the North Korean Army has roughly 1,600–1,700 older aircraft.

ROK Army (ROKA) is about half the size of the North Korean Army with 506,000 soldiers as compared to 1,000,000 million strong army, two-thirds of which is garrisoned in the frontline near the DMZ.

But while the North might struggle to hit the US, it could target US interests in the region. There are more than 28,000 US military personnel based in South Korea, another 40,000 in Japan and a large military base in Guam, a US territory off the Philippines.

The Cheonan warship sank in 2010 near the disputed inter-Korean western maritime border. South Korea says a North Korean torpedo sank the ship but Pyongyang denies any involvement. Months later, North Korea shelled a border island, Yeonpyeong, in the same area, killing four South Koreans, including two civilians. It said it was responding to military exercises in the South. Speaking at the national cemetery in Daejeon where the sailors who died when the warship sank are buried, Ms Park said, “North Korea continued to threaten the South's national security. For the North, the only path to survival lies in stopping provocations and threats, abandoning its nuclear weaponry and missiles, and becoming a responsible member of the international community," she said.

Last week, South Korea and the US signed a new military plan - conceived after the shelling - pledging joint action to counter limited attacks from North Korea.

Meanwhile, websites of associations for North Korean defectors and six South Korean banks and cyber-attacks disrupted 32,000 computers and some banking services.

Yesterday, North Korea cut a military hotline that has been essential in operating the last major symbol of inter-Korean cooperation: an industrial complex in the North that employs hundreds of workers from the South. North Korea is angry over U.S.-South Korean military drills and recent U.N. sanctions punishing it for its February 12, 2013, nuclear test. Thanks to BBC.

Iran Will 'Annihilate' Cities If Israel Attacks

Tehran (AFP) – On March 21, 2013,

Iran will "annihilate" the Israeli cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa if it comes under attack by the Jewish state, supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned on Thursday.

"Every now and then the leaders of the Zionist regime threaten Iran with a military attack," Khamenei said in a live televised speech from the northeastern holy city of Mashhad, referring to Israel.

"They should know that if they commit such a blunder, the Islamic republic will annihilate Tel Aviv and Haifa," he said.

Iran is said to possess ballistic missiles capable of reaching Israel. It also has close relations with Israel's foes in the region, including Lebanon's Hezbollah and Palestinian militants in the Islamist-ruled Gaza Strip. Khamenei spoke with little sign of an easing in Tehran's position in its confrontation with the West over its disputed nuclear program of uranium enrichment.

Israel, widely believed to be the Middle East's sole but undeclared nuclear power, suspects that Tehran is seeking atomic arms, a fear shared by the United States and Western powers, and has not ruled out a military strike. Washington has also refused to rule out the military option, but insists it prefers a diplomatic solution to the nuclear stand-off. US President Barack Obama in Israel on Wednesday accepted that the Jewish state would not cede its right to confront Iran's nuclear threat to the United States.

Jerusalem (AFP) March 21, 2013 - Israel welcomes assurances US President Barack Obama gave on the Iranian nuclear program on his milestone visit to the Jewish state, a cabinet minister said on Thursday.

 "The president is firmly committed to acting against Iran's nuclear program and to strengthening military, diplomatic and intelligence cooperation between the two countries," newly sworn-in Intelligence Minister Yuval Steinitz said.

Israeli public radio said Netanyahu and Obama had "reached a deal" whereby the Israeli premier for the first time clearly said he believed in the president's commitment to not allow Iran to achieve military nuclear arms, and in exchange Obama acknowledged Israel's right to self-defence.” 

Note: Netanyahu may have gained support from Obama for launching preemptive strikes against Iran’s nuclear facilities. On September 1, 2012, Iran and North Korea signed a treaty on the scientific and technical cooperation that likely includes nuclear tipped nuclear missiles. North Korean recent threats are likely designed to help Iran.

Alabama Ship

Los Angeles -- On March 22, 2013, TV Channel 9 that evening showed a bright meteor that streaked across the sky from Canada to Florida. Illinois Lights

Elgin -- My brother and I were driving on March 20, 2013, and something made me look up in the sky like I often do and this was not my first time seeing UFOs. This is my first time reporting a sighting. There were seven reddish orange lights all in a straight line in the northeast sky that stayed in one spot for a minute and then flew south followed by six more coming in a line moving northeast. My bother recorded them on his cell phone and the UFOs scared some of our family who we called and they we were able to witness what we was saw  There were no sounds, no airplanes, no helicopters or anything. I live by a small army station and a private airport.

O’Hare airport is 30 minutes away from me. I hear and see every plane that lands there.

This was something different. I can see Orion’s Belt and other stars. Life is going to change on earth forever in the coming years. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Maine Disc

Chelsea -- I took my dog out before I hit the sack on January 8, 2008, and I was looking at the beautiful cold night sky

Then I saw a red flashing craft flying a little above the clouds that had no wings only a saucer shape with top and bottom hump. The object flew in the bright full moon northeast towards Nova Scotia. I thought I was crazy seeing a real saucer.

I could see windows clearly and flying in a normal speed until it passed into the hidden clouds. It was big like as a jet plane. There was no doubt it was a flying saucer. I decided to report my story later since watching some programs about MUFON. I thought this was a supernatural incident because I never saw one so real and clear. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Missouri Lights

 Amherst -- I wanted to kick myself for not getting a telephoto lens it would be of March 16, 2013. When I was 14, I saw a dot in the starry sky move in an ‘L’ like pattern in Penn Wynn, PA and then fly out of sight faster than anything I’d ever seen. I thought that would be the last time in life I would ever see a UFO. Thanks to MUFON CMS

EASTHAMPTON  -- Well in January many people from the area saw a diamond shaped UFO that hovered and moved around and then was gone. This film was shot over the University of Massachusetts Campus on March 16, 2013, and I uploaded this video to YouTube.

It’s the same diamond shaped craft that flickered red to white. It hovered for six hours that moved from left to right from over the football field and there is no way it was a helicopter because of fuel. We do have a private airfield and an air force base near here.  Anyway this thing hovered for so long. Also when I shot it with my camera I saw two where with my eye I saw only one. So it’s a UFO to me because I know nothing that can do this stuff.  Thanks to MUFON CMS

Nevada Tall White ETs/Humanoid ETs

CACTUS SPRINGS -- Tom Fox reports, “
I would drive to various spots in the back country of Cactus Springs, since Indian Springs back country wasn't to my liking, more trash, and more popular. Cactus Springs was clean high desert and more private. The tall white ETs flew their scout craft out to where I was camped in May or June of 2005. They also flew near on another night and levitated way back near the foot of these mountains.”

New Jersey Red Light

GLOUCESTER CITY -- I woke up one early morning, about 4:30 am, on February 18, 2013 (?) and went outside to smoke a cigarette. I couldn’t help but notice how clear the sky was and noticed a reddish star that I figured might be mars. It suddenly starts moving downward and to the right. I tried taking a video, but my phone isn’t the greatest. It moved downward and to the right in a minute and it vanished. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ohio Lights

 pioneer – On March 2, 2013, it was in the sky to the west of my house and I have seen it almost nightly since then. Then on March 19, 2012, I noticed the lights east of my house. The first time I saw it I was driving home around 7:30 pm and noticed many strange lights in the sky as though there were spotlights on the ground shining straight up. There were probably 15 spots in the sky like this. So when I got home I got my camera and went outside. The sky lit up with sparkles every time I took a picture but there was not a star in the sky.

The only time I could see the sparkles was when the flash went off. The "spotlights" eventually faded away after an hour. But one of them was an off color and seemed to blink. I zoomed camera and took some pictures but only this object would show up in the picture, even though you could see all the stars.

 On March 20, 2013, it stayed in the same general area higher than my neighbor’s tree. I am interested to know what I have been watching between 8 and 9 PM almost every night. There are 20 - 30 "planes" with flashing lights, moving faster than normal airplanes, coming from the north, south, and west all going east. I have taken numerous pictures from the last three weeks. South Carolina Lights

Florence –- The sighting was reported by a friend of the witness on February 26, 2013 at 6 PM. The person who reported the sighting is a criminal investigator with the local police department. A severe thunderstorm was approaching so the witness took some photos of the storm. The objects were not seen, but later discovered in the photo. The witness was outside a vehicle and took more photos we are trying to obtain copies of these photos.

Note: The objects look strange. Perhaps they are a reflection of ground lights onto the low clouds, but I can’t speculate on the source of the reflection? Thanks to William Puckett, Director http://www.UFOsnw.com

Texas Egg

 IRVING -- I was going over my video DVR box when I came across this black object looks like a back egg with something hanging at the bottom. You really have to slow it down to see it but it looks to me to go into another dimension. After that what looks like to me a ball of light comes flying above. I have no idea what these objects are, but you can see the plane flying at the top.

KATY -- I started seeing this object in February 2013 when I noticed a fireball NW of Houston, which seemed to disintegrate. I thought it was a star or meteor. Two nights later I saw the same thing. On March 24th I noticed the same fireball type of object to the west. I often watch and photograph the night sky, and knew it was not a planet or plane as we live in flight path and the planes are obvious. It seemed to be hovering with some slight movement so I went inside to get my camera and it moved further northwest. I took several pictures with a 250mm lens. Ten minutes later and it was completely gone. I was expecting to see this orb as I have been seeing others recently. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Virginia UFO Flight

Washington, D.C . --While flying from. D.C. to Denver, Colorado on March 5, 2013. I caught a UFO on video while taping the sky outside the window of the airliner. I flew on flight 725, Frontier Airlines. Because of the low light level, my camera was not focusing so well on auto focus, so I used the Caribou image on the wing to focus. When I pulled back from the image, this is when I noticed a bright silver object that had suddenly flown into view. I noticed that it was moving up, down, and changing directions.

I zoomed in with the camera and because of turbulence; I had a hard time keeping the object in sight. While viewing the object it grew somewhat dull, then just shot off. It was clearly not a landing light from another aircraft. Frontier Airlines shows the aircraft altitude and speed on a small monitor on the back of each seat. I noticed that our altitude at the time was over 25,000 feet and our speed was about 400 MPH at the time. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Australia Bright Green Cone

Katoomba -- I was surprised to see such a large green cone shaped object coming my way as I drove home from work on February 3, 2013. At first I noticed a shooting light coming towards me from northwest. As it came closer it became larger and vivid in its bright green color. The cone was changing shape on top like ripples or frequency change that gave a more squared off top as it descended downwards. Canada Object

Scarborough, Ontario -- I wanted to share an image taken Monday, March 18, 2013 at 10:25 AM while on morning break at work. The weather conditions had been quite windy and cloudy and I decided to take some pictures or the sky. Later going through the pictures I noticed a strange dark unidentified. The object could be a bird but when zooming it doesn’t appear to be a bird. There are two dark black dots on this anomaly. I did not see it with the naked eye. I just saw the low flying airliner heading north. Yet my camera captured something unidentified near the aircraft.

Manitoba -- A witness has reported sighting a UFO hovering over an aeroplane in Lowe Farm, on March14, 2013 at 4:20 PM. The witness states, “I was walking my parents’ dog on a gravel road near their farm three miles outside of the town of Lowe’s Farm when I saw a low flying airplane coming towards me at a fairly low altitude heading southwest in a straight line. There was a grey object directly above this airplane that appeared metallic and shiny which instantly caught my eye.”

 “I estimate it was several thousand feet above the aircraft and had a large diameter, and produced no noise on top of the noise from the low flying airplane.”

 “The object that I witnessed appeared to be an exact match to a sighting that I witnessed on December 12, 2011 in Morris, MB. The major difference in this case is that there was no smell of sulfur as I witnessed before, and that this object was moving at a faster rate of speed.”

South Africa UFO sightings

UFO sightings are becoming common in South Africa like the USA, China and Europe. UFO sightings are being reported from South Africa over the last several months.

The whole world seems to have become a playing ground for these UFOs and it has started a newfound interest in these objects among scientists and UFO watchers. We have seen reports about their sightings in different parts of the United States, China, India, Europe and Alaska.

Previously South Africa did not have many reports about the sightings of UFOs. As of March 22, 2013 this area too has started getting its fair share of UFO sightings.

Many unidentified flying objects have been seen flying in different parts of South Africa and other neighboring countries over the past one month or even more.

Reports in local South African media and even very well respected news outlets including The Telegraph have appeared suggesting the dramatic rise in the sightings of these object in this African nation and other neighboring countries in recent times. The Telegraph has called it a dramatic rise and has suggested that dozens of such flying objects have been seen in recent past. A report in Telegraph says, “Sightings of unidentified flying objects off the coast of Cape Town have increased dramatically and may indicate that the inhabitants of the Mother City are under surveillance by life from another planet, according to the founder of a website set up to log such incidents”.

The report is attributed to a very respected name in the field of UFO study. Gert Jordaan is one of the prominent names who have been following the developments in UFO field for the last several years stated; “Though meteors do glow orange, some of the sightings reported radical change in direction and speed. Some objects even remained stationary for five minutes or so. There might be some UFO phenomena occurring in areas around Cape Town.”

Charles Cockell, who is the director of the U.K. Center for Astrobiology at the University of Edinburgh, claimed in a statement that, “The pervasive nature of life on Earth is leading us to make this assumption. On our planet, carbon leaches into most habitat space and provides energy for microorganisms to live. There are only a few vacant habitats that may persist for any length of time on Earth, but we cannot assume that this is the case on other planets.”

The expert is of the view that aliens do not really exist.

Cockell said that, although there might be many habitable planets in the universe that does not justify that they have Earth-like-life. “It is dangerous to assume life is common across the universe. It encourages people to think that not finding signs of life is a ‘failure,’ when in fact it would tell us a lot about the origins of life,” he added.

A large number of “extrasolar” planets orbiting stars beyond Sun have been discovered since the 1990’s and with the new and advanced techniques in the recent time, astronomers are able to identify smaller “habitable” or “Goldilocks” zones of their parent stars. So from where these UFOs come. No one is still sure.

kettering – I was at work in a tower crane taking pictures of clouds though the day when I had time to on September18, 2010. My boyfriend looked over the pictures and pointed this picture out. Loch Ness -- I don't know if anybody out there is interested, but I believe a friend of mine who lives near Drumnadrochit on the shores of Loch Ness, has a UFO base close by him at Meall Fuar Mohnaidh, a hill near his house. I think the incidents he described indicate this and I think it may spread to hills surrounding Drum itself. I have no direct evidence of this. I personally believe this is something to do with plate movement and the generation of techtonic energy as this is on a major fault line.

A friend of his was fishing in the small loch, the other side of this hill and saw what looked like a tank coming out of the water. My friend himself has seen lights coming out of the mountain in question and heard clanging like hanger doors being shut. (A ranch in the states that invites people to visit for this very purpose, also has lights coming out of its version of the mountain there). Another friend, who lives in Inverness had one of his friends tell him that on The Dores side of the Loch, he'd stumbled upon a vast cavern system full of Second World War military vehicles.

I used to live in a caravan above Urquhart Castle and saw the bank opposite transform into a cliff of something like corrugated cardboard (maybe a time slip, showing how it used to be, altered artificially by aliens, to harvest the Techtronic power perhaps? Then of course Alister

Crowley lived there and on one of the Loch Ness sites has a FSR report of aliens being seen on The Dores side. And of course the Nessie the Loch Ness monster is there. I saw a big black puma type beast cat sniffing at the door of my caravan in the early hours. Thanks to Tony Sandy.

“I feel the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The weekly intelligence report provides you with information on the latest sightings and UFO news that you need to understand the world situation.”

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research.

Dedicated to 5 year old Georgie Filer V whose motto was “Be Happy” and Eddie Pedrick my grandsons who drowned and I was notified my daughter Elizabeth Lynn died March 8, 2013.

Liz Was a Light of the World

My daughter Elizabeth was a very special woman and will be missed by everyone. She died suddenly from bleeding hemorrhage of the throat. Liz was a person who loved plants and animals; she had her own horses, rabbits, fish and cats and tried to protect the environment. She was an accomplished gymnast and equestrian horse rider and had won many awards.

She graduated from Temple University and worked for Honeywell and later was an assistant librarian at Wesley College. She leaves two boys 14 and 15.

She had seen UFOs just outside her bedroom window as a small girl and she helped in placing UFO reports on the NJ MUFON website. She had a glow about her whenever she walked into a room and was a strong Christian and has gone to be with the Lord. There is a Memorial Service at 2 PM this Saturday March 23, 2013 at the Come Alive New Testament Church, 240 Old Marlton Pike Medford, New Jersey.

Thank you to all who sent emails regarding my daughter Elizabeth’s sudden death.  I have received several phone calls from people who had had visions of a happy and vibrant Liz apparently in heaven.

Note: The immune system is typically weakest this time of year, especially in the northern tier of states with long winters, indoor activities, and little vitamin D from sunshine.

Lights over the World

A thousand UFOs are reported each month and are usually seen with lights or as bright orbs. They often appear to be signaling their presence. I have been told by high ranking personnel that UFOs definitely have a religious aspect involved in their presence. The Ten Commandments work nicely has instructions for mankind to enter space.

The Bible frequently mentions lights.

“You are the light of the world. Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.” Mathew. 5:14-16:

‘The Bible and Flying Saucers’

Reverend Barry Downing wrote the book, “The Bible and Flying Saucers,”“stating that Jesus was an extraterrestrial sent to earth to rid the world of sin and wickedness, he cited biblical lines such as Jesus was from another world (John 8: 23) to support his claims.

Downing holds a PhD in the relation between religion and science from the University of Edinburgh of Scotland. He was pastor of the Northminister Presbyterian Church in Endwell, New York. He is listed in Who's Who in Theology and Science, as well as in The Encyclopedia of Extraterrestrial Encounters. He is a consultant in theology to the Mutual UFO Network.

 Downing also believed that Jesus left earth in a flying saucer to another planet, or perhaps another spatial dimension. Jesus states, “All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.

And this is the will of him who sent me that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." John 6 38-40

In the book Downing claimed that angels from the Bible were actually aliens and that the "angelic aliens" spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai where he received the Ten Commandments.

 Downing also claimed that a UFO was responsible for the parting of the Red Sea.

War of the Sons of Light and Sons of Darkness

Astronauts have always been my heroes.  Dr. Edgar Mitchell and I spoke to about fifty Congressional staff personnel in Washington at the National Press Club.  I was able to speak with him privately alone for about twenty minutes. He felt we were being visited. I asked what the real secret to all of this was. He said, the answers are all in the Dead Sea Scrolls.  I said you mean the Sons of Light and Darkness. He said, “Yes.”

The 2000 year old Dead Sea Scrolls are housed in this Jerusalem Museum shaped like a UFO. I looked up the text of the "War of the Sons of Light and Sons of Darkness." Two forces are in the apocalyptic battle for the universe and angels are described as being part of the fight. “Warrior angels are in our muster, and He that is mighty in War is in our throng.  The army of His spirits marches beside us.  Our horsemen come like clouds or like banks of dew, to cover the earth, or like torrential showers, to rain judgment on all the grows in it." P.414   Opposing the good forces are the forces of darkness. “But for corruption thou hast made Belial, an angel of hostility.  All his dominion is darkness and guilt.  All the spirits that are associated with him are angels of destruction.  They follow only the laws of darkness, and their craving is directed toward it."  P.416 of the Dead Sea Scriptures.  

Ancient American Indian Beliefs

Alien Crash

Ronald Regehr sent these ancient rock writings and wrote: “It appears there are (at least) two distinctly different factions of aliens--or they have two diametrically opposed agenda.  Virtually all Native Americans have a history of friendly, "god-like" interaction with "star people".  The Hopi and Zuni Katsina are probably the most well known.  These ancient ones left their marks, telling of these visitations and interactions, carved in stone and drawn in alcoves, throughout the Southwest.  The Star People are venerated to this day in the pueblos

 Yet, for many people, the alien presence is the epitome of horror, pain, and suffering.  And of these, Sims' studies indicate the majority of "experiencers" or abductees are of Native American descent.  BOTH groups seem to me to be sincere.  Hence, are we speaking of the same "visitors" or are their two different "sets"?

California Sea Lion Pups Skin and Bones Fukushima Emergency

Laguna Beach –Its two years since Fukushima Tsunami of March 11, 2009, and the radiation may be harming the life of sea animals and marine vegetation throughout the Pacific Ocean.  The first debris swept into the sea by the tsunami started to wash ashore on the west coast in mid-December, a year earlier than scientists and authorities predicted.

Hundreds of California sea lion pups that were “pretty much skin and bones” were rescued in just 48 hours, coming in a year that has already seen more than 10 times the number of rescues last year, a California marine mammal center has declared a state of a emergency.

“They’re coming in pretty much skin and bones and we’re starting to see their systems shut down,” Pacific Marine Mammal Center Executive Director Keith Matassa said. “It’s unusual. Last year at this time we only had 10 rescues. We’re up to 112 this year.”

The Pacific Marine Mammal Center (PMMC), a non-profit organization located in Laguna Beach, Calif., rescued 12 sea lion pups on Saturday, marking the highest number of rescues in a single day ever recorded for their organization. The organization is currently caring for 86 animals, 84 of which are sea lions. Of those pups rescued over the weekend, several died.

“We are a hospital, not all the patients make it through,” Matassa said. Officials at the center are unsure what exactly is causing the high number of pups to need to be rescued. One theory is that the mother sea lions are traveling further and longer to hunt for fish, spending more time away from their pups that rely on them for milk and fish.

“These pups are coming ashore to get warm and rest, and are hauling out of the ocean to survive. We encourage the public to keep their distance, call us to help identify the animal and location, and keep others away until we arrive,” PMMC said in a press release.”

“Being in the field for close to 30 years I see a lot of changes in the environment and how it’s affecting the animals,” Matassa said. “We just have to start taking interest in taking care of the ocean.”  Sea Lions eat 50 species of fishes and cephalopods fish and squid and small seas animals. feeding primarily on squids, octopuses, hake, northern anchovy, opaleye, and herring. Fisherman report an alarming small amount of sea life.

Evidence has emerged that the impacts of the disaster on the Pacific Ocean are worse than expected. And there’s also a news black-out on the ionizing radiation from the on-going Fukushima meltdown that is jet-streaming across America.

After the world’s worst nuclear accident in 25 years, authorities said people living here were safe and faced no health risks from the fallout from Fukushima. They said most of the radiation from the crippled Japanese nuclear power plant would fall into the ocean, where it would be diluted and not pose any danger. Dr. Dale Dewar the executive director of Physicians for Global Survival, a Canadian anti-nuclear group, says the Canadian government has downplayed the radiation risks from Fukushima and is doing little to monitor them. This may be true for the US government as well.

Debris is reaching California and authorities are concerned about invasive organisms hitching rides on the larger objects. Oregon State University researchers studying the floating dock that washed ashore this week discovered it was carrying a huge amount of barnacles, starfish, urchins, anemones, mussels, snails and algae from Japan. All that biological material must be scraped off to prevent the spread of non-native and potentially harmful organisms to the United States.

“We suspect we’re going to see more cancers, decreased fetal viability, decreased fertility, increased metabolic defects – and we expect them to be generational,” she said.

 Since a tsunami and earthquake destroyed the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant radioactive cesium has consistently been found in 60 to 80 per cent of Japanese fishing catches each month tested by Japan’s Fisheries Agency.

In November, 65 per cent of the catches tested positive for cesium (a radioactive material created by nuclear reactors). Cesium is a long-lived radionuclide that persists in the environment and increases the risk of cancer and has a half-life of 30 years.  “About 60 per cent of fish have shown to have detectable levels of radionuclides.”  Japanese data shows elevated levels of contamination in several seafood species that Japan has exported in recent years.

“I would probably be hesitant to eat a lot of those fish,” said Nicholas Fisher, a marine sciences professor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook claims  “There has been virtually zero monitoring and research on this,” he said, calling on other governments to do more radiation tests on the ocean’s marine life.” Contamination of fish in the Pacific Ocean could have wide-ranging consequences for millions. The Pacific is home to the world’s largest fishery, which is in turn the main source of protein for about one billion people in Asia alone.

Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution., – reported Fukushima caused history’s biggest-ever release of radiation into the ocean – 10 to 100 times more than the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear catastrophe.

“It’s completely untrue to say this level of radiation is safe or harmless,” said Gordon Edwards, president of the Canadian Coalition for Nuclear Responsibility. The first Fukushima debris swept into the sea by the tsunami started to wash ashore on the west coast in mid-August, a year earlier than scientists had predicted. Researchers found evidence of radioactive cesium isotopes in fish, zooplankton and tiny crustaceans that may explain the Sea Lion emergency.

Residents of Vancouver Island, Alaska and the U.S. Pacific coast have said they’ve found large quantities of bottles, cans, lumber and floats. The debris is part of 18 million tons of debris from Japan floating across the Pacific – taking up an area thought to be twice the size of Texas.

Marine scientists say a far bigger problem is the untold amount of everyday garbage swirling in a vast, slow-moving vortex known as the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. That's the popular name for the vast concentration of debris -- most of it confetti-sized flecks of discarded plastic -- circling endlessly about 1,000 miles off the California coast.

Canada Abductions

Peterborough -- Karen writes, “I believe my family has been subject to abductions over the years, especially the females. I personally have seen two different UFO's; one was in Peterborough, Ontario outside my house on a clear, cool night around 1998. It was a soft off-white colored orb with a disc around it (same color). It took off when I looked up and noticed it.”  My 10 year old daughter complained of a nightmare she had that coincided with the night of my sighting. She saw several little grey men "dancing" around her bed and described them as having large eyes, slits for noses and no mouth.

I saw a delta shaped black matte spacecraft in Dunnville, Ontario in the fall of 2009. It flew silently and slowly cruised between streets, over the backyards. It appeared over the treetops, moving north at about 9 PM. I saw it go to the edge of town and disappear. It had round off-white lights in a V formation pointing skyward, outlining the shape perfectly.

Also, a few months ago, I believe I was visited by some men in black and several tall aliens during my sleep. My fingers and thumbs felt sore and numb like they had been tightly held together.  I think something may have been inserted in my body. My daughter and I have had sinus trouble for over 12 years and bad headaches.

 I am concerned also for my grandchildren. My 3 year old grandson began drawing copious pictures on the walls of faces with large eyes, after screaming his head off in the night. Please send someone to investigate.  Thanks to MUFON CMS

The image of a distant light (tens of miles or more) seen through the earth's atmosphere as recorded on a hand-held camera, even one which is pressed against a solid support (at a single contact point on the camera), can be an elongated "squiggle" (a randomly curved or straight line) consisting of bursts or "dots" of varying image brightness and color.  Sometimes a line image in a single frame (e.g., 1/2 sec exposure time) or motion of an image over several frames (e.g., at 30 frames/sec) is interpreted as evidence that the object or light being filmed was moving linearly or randomly.  This interpretation could be correct if it were known that the camera was on a tripod or that several parts of the surface of the camera were pressed against a rigid support such that the camera could not rotate in any direction.  However, unless the rigidity of the camera pointing direction can be assured, one must allow for the possibility or probability that the apparent image motion is a result of uncontrollable hand vibration. Russell Crowe UFO Film

Kenneth Larson writes, “The reported Russell Crowe film is of interest because of an apparent beam of colored light coming down from the UFO and showing an oval light on the ground.   The light could also have been used as a means of transportation from the UFO to the ground. Russell Crowe is expected to star in the movie Noah’s Ark next.

In 1820 -1823, Mormon prophet Joseph Smith said the angel or messenger Moroni came down in a white light and went back up through his home roof.  Joseph said he saw an object in the clear sky over Palmyra, New York, that came down and illuminated tree branches in bright color. Two brilliant beings appeared standing in the air who told Joseph they were divine beings or a Father and Son. Iranian Jet Threatens Predator in International Airspace

 “An Iranian F-4 fighter unsuccessfully tried this week to intercept an unarmed American MQ-1 Predator remotely piloted aircraft over international waters in the Arabian Gulf, said Pentagon Press Secretary George Little. “The incident occurred on March 12 when the Predator was conducting a routine surveillance flight and the Iranians sent the F-4 to intercept it. "The closest point of approach between these aircraft was 16 miles," said Little. The Iranian jet broke off the pursuit after a verbal warning from two US military aircraft escorting the Predator. "All US  aircraft remained over international waters at all times," said Little.

Back in November, an Iranian Su-25 fired at a Predator and missed.  Iran reports UFOs are often seen over their country.

Alabama Triangle

BIRMINGHAM -- I was driving down Highway 280 going east with my husband at about 9:30 p.m. on March 12, 2013. I looked up and saw a triangle shaped object with white lights around exterior of triangle shaped object. It hovered for approximately 10 minutes then shot to the right very fast and then left very fast without even rising up in the air. I noticed it because of the size, and how close it was to the ground. We pulled to the side of the road and observed it hovering, and then flying off. It was very surprising about how low it was and how it maneuvered then how fast it flew off. Thanks to MUFON CMS

California Orbs

San Clemente -- I took the picture of the sky and sun on February 15, 2013.

When I downloaded it to my computer I noticed the ball of light on the left. I didn’t see it when I took the picture as the sun was in my eyes.

BURBANK -- I happened to go to the grocery store in Burbank on March 8, 2013, and saw this odd object hovering east of the parking lot. It was luminescent and had almost a transparent quality like clouds yet it was very geometrical. It had two very distinct lines with ball/sphere/circle shapes under it. I watched it and it just disappeared into the sky. I had seen something a few nights before in the same area and was watching the sky. I had been thinking about this strange object. It was broad daylight and very clearly unlike anything I have ever seen before. The spheres were connected underneath the object. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Florida Light

 Pompano beach -- I was driving through my neighborhood, and noticed the light hovering above on March 17, 2013. I stopped my vehicle, took out my phone camera and was able to take two pictures consecutively as it began to descend. As i tried to change over to video I hardly had any time before I lost it in the treetops.

It looked like it was over the ocean. I was about five miles from the ocean. There were several airplanes in the area but it moved too fast and was too bright to be either a plane or a blimp.

Michigan Orbs

MACOMB -- I was at 21^st and Garfield when I saw ten orange-red objects hovering and maneuvering in non aircraft like ways on March 16, 2013.

The one that was at the highest elevation was also the closest. I could make out a disc shape in the light. I took a video with my iPhone, but it is extremely poor in quality.

Missouri Light

Kansas City -- The witness claims to have seen strange orbs and entities on February 28, 2013. The witness is a 54 year old woman and says that she has hundreds of photos.

She promised to send a memory card containing many of these photos. Analysis indicates that the above photo is fabricated, but the witness claims that it is the original (with some enhancements).

Oregon Disc

Salem -- We normally go to Salem on Sunday morning and it was either May 17th or the 24^{th in}. 1999. We decided to return home to get something from the house in Woodburn and were heading North on I-5, and exited at Exit #293. I just stopped and stared at the rough looking double stacked plate disk with louvers on top and no landing gear. I told myself to get a good description of it, and then by the time I had stared at it for less than a minute it cloaked instantly and I received a telepathic message that I saw nothing unusual, see the cows, and the irrigation equipment and the buildings in the background, the green grass; my attention was purposely redirected to other things instead of what I just saw. It was not until I was asked directly if I had ever seen a UFO, that I reviewed the scene and not only did I review the scene mentally.

I felt it is a military craft and was not a science craft.

It looked kind of rusty and tired looking like an old piece of equipment. It was hovering above some Black Angus cattle. The craft never moved, it just cloaked and told me to 'go home and keep this to yourself'. I think I missed 45 seconds or more? Texas Orb

 Big Bend National Park -- I was on vacation in a remote wilderness area in Big Bend National Park. No planes fly over this area. Two silent cigar shaped objects darted across the mountains in February 2013.

My wife took the photo at my request with an I-phone. The photo is completely unedited. I was in awe watching them zoom across the sky. We were on a backpacking trip to this most remote, least visited national wilderness area. There is no air traffic at all in this park. You cannot even get a radio station. Washington Alien Photos

 I woke from a sound sleep with my back door knob rattling; at `2 am, on March 13, 2013. I had just rented a little house in the country and it was my third night there. There was an alien staring at me through the window at the top of the old door on the back porch. As soon as the alien saw that I was looking at him, it ran off.

I was scared and shaking so I told my landlord who lives next door; and he said notify him when it comes back. It came back around 9:30 pm, on both March 13, and 14.

I saw it in the same window so I quickly started taking 50 pictures, with my cell phone from all angles as it turned its head. I am still freaked out and I didn’t get much sleep last night. It was reptilian and had eyes similar to the Grey alien everyone talks of but it had scales on its head and its shoulders and was trying to lure me to the door. It also had bony spike shapes over his skull and only three fingers. It was 7 feet tall and looked strong and stared directly in my eyes. His nose was flat and he had no lips, more like a lizard.

It appeared to have projected images onto the glass, and was shape shifting! He made a black spot appear in the center of his face and the spot looked like a beak of an owl. Then he shifted into what looked like a clown, then a priest. I know how this sounds, as I hesitated telling anyone...But I have great pictures and a video that I took with my cell phone. I have many pictures of its face changing shapes and very good pictures of the structures of its eyes, scales, and head. Australia Light

PERTH -- We saw a light by the dark-side of the moon and by 22:00 it has past to the other side of the moon and seems to get closer to earth on February 18, 2013. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Newcastle I was driving north on Redhead Road, Redhead, NSW about 100 meters from the intersection with Oakdale Road when an orb of light appeared directly in front of my view. It immediately descended vertically at great speed on February 18, 2013. It looked like it was one kilometer in the air and was only visible from about 1-2 seconds before I lost sight of it behind a tree-lined ridge.  The distance from me looked approximately 1km to 2km but it was hard to judge. It left no trail and made no sound. It was bright comparable to Jupiter or Venus when they are low in the sky and the lights color had a green tinge to it. Canada Sightings

GRANDE PRAIRIE – I saw flashing lights above me, then golden lights floating down landing on me. They were penetrating and felt good it was fun. I looked at one of the lights like a fire fly that had eyes and a mouth. It spoke and freaked me out as I was only about seven years old. I'm over fifty now and told my little sister it spoke to me. We just kept having fun these little fire flees on February 6, 1965. I felt good and started hearing someone talking to me in my head and I could talk back just by my thoughts.

 I asked who they were and they said, “We are explorers.”  There was a father, a mother, a son and a daughter and someone like a general or protector. They made three boxes out of light in front of me that were all joined together.  It was like a movie of the past, present, and the future. They told us if we told anyone they would come back and get us. Some of them wanted us to go with them now, but the mother said, “No.” Thanks to MUFON CMS

 KALADAR, Alberta -- I have these pictures of an object that I believe to be a UFO, but I did not notice the UFO when the picture was taken. This picture is about 7 or 8 years old. I came across it while putting my photos into my computer. In the original picture you will notice the white V shaped cloud that is the object I am referring to. In the upper right corner there are two objects that look like meteorites, both have extended trails, one is traveling from left to right and the other from right to left they are quite far off in the distance and are hard to see. If you look closely the one traveling from left to right is faintly visible about ¼ the way in from the right and about ¼ inch from the top. 
The UFO caught my attention because it looked like it was a cloud in the shape of a V and very white.
Moving over to the expanded pictures only half of the V is what looks like a cloud. The other leg of the V is a solid object. Looking at the cloud part of it I soon realized it is not a typical cloud because it is in the wrong place in the sky, and it looks like it is coming from the solid object.
I am 73 years old and have never encountered anything like this before. I would like to have someone to check it out for me. Thanks to MUFON CMS

When I look at this picture expanded once more on my computer with a magnifying glass, there appears to be a row of windows or openings on the side of the brown part just above the line where it is joined to the white part. I am wondering if the white cloud is produced for the purpose of camouflage. 

India Rectangular Object with Golden Bright Windows.

KANNAR – On March 14, 2013, at 6:50 PM, I was browsing internet when my cell-phones signal dropped and I was unable to open the sites.  I moved to our terrace to try to detect a signal, but it was useless. When I turned, I saw an object in the eastern sky, flying in a southeastern direction. I observed this object to verify whether it was a plane or any other aerial man-made objects, but I couldn't find any aerodynamic features attached to it.

It was a long rectangular object with golden bright windows. The moment I realized it was something, unusual I called my wife out loud to show it, but the time when she arrived it just disappeared. I ran to the other terrace which is at the front of our house to follow its trail, but nothing. It just disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Mexico Diamond

Guadalajara -- Around 9 AM, on March 15, 2013, I was trying to connect to the internet on my Wi-Fi network but it was not working, so I decided to go to the rooftop and water my plants. I noticed movement on the horizon line and noticed a diamond like shape object hovering that seemed to rotate on its own axis over the houses. At first,  I thought it was a balloon but its movement was too precise to be a balloon and then it started to descend so I tried to focus my cell phone camera.

You think your eyes are deceiving you. I got a little bit frightened when I seemed to know that the object was watching me. I lost sight of the object when it started to descend behind the houses a mile away. My sighting lasted for about four minutes and is the first time I lay eyes on an actual UFO. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Norway near Miss with UFO

 I'm a commercial pilot with a European airline. Whilst descending through FL160 my first officer and I observed 20 degrees below our horizon, an ascending orange light on March 4, 2013. At first it looked like someone launching a flare from the surface. As it climbed to about 10 degrees below our horizon, we noticed it was a solid object. It was a dull grey sphere, but with a black triangle attached to it at the bottom.

It had a single orange light near the top of the sphere, but not on top of the sphere. The object was now approaching us straight on and climbing through our level and passed over our windshield at less than 1000 feet for a near miss. The object was accelerating as it passed over us. We were doing about 250 knots at that stage.

The object didn’t appear to be much larger than about 10 feet, but of course this was hard to estimate as we don’t know precisely how close it was. We were heading northeast and asked ATC if they had any other traffic in the vicinity. They said, “There is only a helicopter operating to the northeast of our destination at low level, but apart from that they had no other traffic in our area.” We informed them we had an object fly through our level and pass over us, but they were unable to give us any assistance as to what it was as they didn’t have other any contacts on radar. I’ve been flying for almost 10 years and it’s the first time I’ve seen this type of thing. My gut feeling was that this was some kind of solid, small drone type object steadily accelerating as it flew over us. It wasn’t a balloon as it was travelling against the wind. Spain Disc

Madrid -- A film crew was shooting film of an ongoing construction site when a cameraman spotted something in the sky. He immediately swung his camera to the sky, capturing a metallic, disc-shaped object. The object reflects light and at times changes shape. The film is a bit shaky, but does have its good moments. United Kingdom/England Bright Orange Ball of Light

Allerton, Bradford -- I was at my kitchen window when I saw, what can only be described as a bright orange ball of light coming towards us on February 18, 2013. At first I got scared thinking it was a meteorite or something so I shouted my grandmother to come and look.

The object then seemed to slow down, changed direction then carried on moving. There was no noise whatsoever, so I don’t believe it was an aircraft of any sort. Voyager craft exits the Solar System

The Voyager-1 spacecraft has left the Solar System, the first man-made object to do so.

Launched in September 1977, the probe was sent initially to study the outer planets, but then just kept on going.

The US space agency (Nasa) reports that Voyager has now entered a realm of space beyond the influence of our Sun.

This interstellar region is calculated to be more than 18 billion km from Earth, or 123 times the distance between our planet and the Sun.

Voyager-1 is on course to approach a star called AC +793888, but it will only get to within two light-years of it and it will be tens of thousands of years before it does so.

Confirmation of the probe's exit from the heliosphere - the bubble of gas and magnetic fields originating from the Sun - was confirmed on Tuesday in a release by the American Geophysical Union.

The organisation has accepted a scholarly paper on the topic from Nasa scientists that will be published shortly in the house journal Geophysical Research Letters.

The announcement had been expected for some time.

Cosmic ray detection

Voyager had been monitoring changes in its environment that suggested it was about to cross the Solar System's border - the so-called heliopause.

It had been detecting a rise in the number of high-energy particles or cosmic rays, coming towards it from interstellar space, while at the same time recording a decline in the intensity of energetic particles coming from behind, from our Sun.

A big change occurred on 25 August last year, which scientists said was like a "heliocliff".

"Within just a few days, the heliospheric intensity of trapped radiation decreased, and the cosmic ray intensity went up as you would expect if it exited the heliosphere," explained Prof Bill Webber from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.

Voyager-1 was launched on 5 September 1977, and its sister spacecraft, Voyager-2, on 20 August 1977.

The probes' initial goal was to survey the outer planets Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune - a task they completed in 1989.

They were then despatched towards deep space, in the general direction of the centre of our Milky Way Galaxy.

Their plutonium power sources will stop generating electricity in about 10-15 years, at which point their instruments and transmitters will die.

The Voyagers will then become "silent ambassadors" from Earth as they move through the Milky Way.
