Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.
This is our new dog Kira, a cross between a water dog and a Podenko. She has been with us since February 7, 2024 and is busy winning our hearts. She is a sweet, affectionate dog who quickly adapted to us within a week. She is very quick and curious, a very different dog than Noleke.

Big Sur -- Taking pictures of coastline on my way home I did not
see the UFO when the pictures were taken.
I saw them after looking at them on the computer
and enhanced the pictures to see them better.
Oakdale -- On August 7, 2013, I
was looking toward the east and noticed heavy chemtrails in the sky so I took
two quick photos. I took a quick look at my photos when I got inside my car and
noticed a spot in the first photo. I thought something was on my photo so I
decided to look closer and could not make out this strange object taken at 3:51
PM. I then looked at my second photo taken at 3:55 PM. and what could be the
object was down in the lower left side of the photo.
Homestead Air Reserve
Base -- I am a United States Air Force dual qualified Weather
Observer/Forecaster and was on duty on August 2, 2013, when I
decided to go outside to smoke and noticed a glowing light to my NE. It was
moving too slow to be a meteor, so I thought it to be a satellite glowing due to
the sun angle and apparent height of the object. The object created a bow wave
and broke into three distinct parts, one large illuminated whitish and two small
blinking with in a red/orange-ish color. Continuing south the objects created
another bow wave as they slowed. They were now due east of my location before
proceeding out of sight. A glowing noctilucent cloud remained where the object
initially appeared to enter the atmosphere. I have never observed anything like

Ft. Lauderdale
Airport -- Working on an aircraft, I looked up and saw a ball of light
near the airport on August 8, 2013. The object seemed to emanate triangular
shape smoke trails from time to time. It was followed by two lights. The three
objects disappeared in the distance, but then I noticed a "luminous cloud" made
out dust or vapor in a position where the craft had traveled. I took pictures of
the light partially covered by dark clouds as it faded and disappeared. Thanks

NAPLES NBC news reports
a strange object was observed above the pool by the security camera at the
Venetian Village in the early hours of August 7, 2013.
MUFON Headquarters was contacted by NBC-2 for
comment on the video evidence. The video and digital images were examined by
Marc DAntonio and Cinde Costello and determined to be a single water drop on
the camera housing in the very near foreground that is being illuminated by the

Anderson -- I was in the house at 10:40
pm, when my husband told me to hurry outside on August 11, 2013. He pointed up
and said look. I saw the triangle lights and I thought it was a UFO and ran to
get my camera. When I first saw the object my first thought was UFO get the
camera. I saw the object coming from a northern direction as it slowly turned SW
toward Indianapolis with its front light pulsating slowly. My pictures were dark
but I made out three lights and there was a grayish round area between the two

BRUNSWICK -- It
was early morning out on my deck on August 3, 2013, and I saw a white light
moving about 500 feet altitude. It had a triangleshape with a
bright white light on each corner. It flew SE then rotated counter clockwise as
it flew. The entire sighting lasted ten seconds. The object went behind the
trees and I lost sight of it. This is not my first sighting. I am retired from
the US Navy having spent 22 years in Naval Aviation and this was not an aircraft

Michigan Red Object
Lansing I was outdoors facing west about 11:30 PM, and looked up
and saw a red object that seemed star-like and hovering. I got my binoculars out
and could see various flickering colors. The object flew in a northwestern
direction. I watched the object from inside my home and began feeling sick,
dizzy, scared and nervous. I locked all my doors, shut the blinds and tried to
sleep, but started having sleep panic attacks. I have a long history of seeing
UFOs and my daughter witnessed the light as well. I took two pictures that
showed two objects; both appear to be the same type of object and color. Thanks

CAPE May -- On the
night of August 1. 2013, while riding my bike, I saw an air force cargo plane
that regularly fly from that direction with landing lights on to land at Dover
AFB. I observed two orange yellow lights coming towards me at about 20
degrees
above the horizon. The two lights grew to six lighting up sequentially until it
was a six light chevron perfectly spaced. It stayed visible for only a few
seconds
and then went out. In a few seconds they came back on as a semicircle only to go
out sequentially from left to right for two seconds. Thanks to MUFON

Albuquerque -- I was taking images of six
high altitude planes flying together from east to west on July 20, 2013. After I
took a few shots, I took a video of the planes.
I reviewed my images and found a dark orb in one
image that was very clear and had a short cylinder shape.

New YorkSphere and Orbs
MONROE COUNTY -- I went
to close windows for the night and looked into the night sky on August 4, 2013
and saw a hovering orange sphere light in the west. I grabbed a camera zooming
in 50 times on the light that had a geometric texture. I captured the sphere as
the shape changed. It seemed to change shape and size, so I just kept taking
pictures. It changed shape suddenly and was gone. I decided that it was nothing
I could identify. NOTE: This is only one of many amazing
photographs.
THRUWAY -- My boyfriend
spotted 12 round white orb lights while driving off the New York State Thruway
at 11:09 PM, on August 8, 2013, they were flying above the clouds and coming
together and splitting apart at great velocity. While I have had numerous UFO
sightings and two actual visitations my friend is a non believer and had never

White and Red Orbs
hendersonville -- i was outside my yard
taking random pictures of the clear night on July 28, 2013, at 11:41pm. i have a
Cannon Power shot with 16.0 mega pixels and took a dozen pictures and I caught a
photo of two objects in the night sky. One is a white round object and the other
was bright red orb that seemed to be in front of the round white objects.
The time on the camera is an hour off. The white
object is clearly round and not the moon. The bright red orb seemed to be closer
than the white one. In all I took 55 pictures and nothing else showed up. Thanks

Tennessee Stars in Triangle
Roan Mountain -- My interest in
ufology began in 1973, my friends saw a UFO fly directly over my Chevy. On the
17th of July 2013, I took my dog out for a 1 AM, walk and looked up to see three
stars in a triangle that began to rotate slowly. Instantly
I cried out for my wife who always believed me, but had never seen a UFO. I was
looking at a high altitude triangle with a Pink Floyd Lightshow! I ran full
speed to our bedroom and told my wife, Come quick outside to see
the saucers! My wife joined me dumbfounded and amazed.
The three glass covered luminous
objects ascended straight up 1500 feet in less than two seconds and did a little
dance in the sky. I screamed get the binoculars and it was now hovering just
above the trees close enough to illuminate the tops of the trees a mile above
the Appalachian trail. The field glasses revealed an oblong glass shaped house
silently hovering with diamond glass panels with brilliant constant light.

TAPIA -- Javier López Posse submitted the
following photograph to Luis Burgos's Facebook page. "A strange
formation of unidentified flying objects was seen on July 27,
2013," he writes. "I was trying to capture the flight
path of this airplane, which left a contrail that lasted a least an hour. Can
the image of these UFOs displaying a cross like formation be construed as some
sort of message? It is very suggestive."
MELBOURNE -- I was driving south on the
Deer park Bypass at 2:48 pm, on August 8, 2013, when I noticed a pulsating
silver chrome oval object traveling east across the sky. It was too fast for a
plane so I thought it must be much closer to me than how it looks. It
disappeared behind distant clouds so it must have been higher and further away
than I thought, I quickly looked around the sky and a black plane caught my eye
and was moving very slow in comparison.

Canada Crop Circle
Viking, Alberta -- There are four circles
in a perfect square in my field. I measured 9 feet across the circle, 30 feet
from the outside of one circle to the one beside it. The picture was taken in
July 9, 2013. I will be harvesting the wheat in early September.
The grain field is 10 miles southeast of Viking,
Canada. The field is 6 miles from my farm and in the middle of a cattle ranch so
I dont see it on a regular occasion. We do have a Canadian Military base close
by? Nothing strange happened near the time when the circles appeared.

Shawnigan Lake, BC -- On June 8,
2013, I was out having a smoke on my deck at about 11:15 PM, and slightly south
off the coast of South Vancouver Island I saw this basketball sized bluish-white
glowing orb. It appeared out of a misty white tube that was the size of a large
passenger jet. The orb had a bright white center about the size of a large star
and all around it to bring it to the basketball size was a vibrant, swirling
transparent and whitish field that danced about. A second one emerged out of
some kind of wormhole five seconds after the first. I could see the orb appear
partially and then a bit more until it emerged completely from the wormhole. Ten
seconds after the second one, a third one emerged! The wormhole dissipated and
the three orbs glided together northward for a few seconds at a very slow speed.
The electrified fields diminished and that left three golden orange orbs.
I noticed that the orbs were crossing the skies,
stopping and then going backwards. They continued this up until the night of
June 15, 2013. On the morning of the 16th a very large meteorite crazed through
our outer atmosphere at 6:06 AM. The last that I saw of them, one orb was
zipping from place to place at incredible speed and then they all left my field

PARIS -- I was taking a trip across Europe on
July 1 2003, and visited the Louvre and recording one of the gardens of the
palace. This object was stationary in the sky and it was shining on its own.
My eyes did not notice it but my analogical video
camera captured the strange object.

New Zealand White Balls
Wellington I was making lunch
for my kids and my daughter pointed out two small bright white balls twisting
and turning round each other over Robinson Bay on August 9, 2013. I thought they
were planes but they didnt have the lights of an aircraft! I seen stuff like
this before up home in Auckland once but never after I moved to Lower Hutt 16
years ago! I dont think birds can fly that high! We are fairly near the
airport so we see planes taking off all the time, but these had no sound and to

Derby -- This glowing orb is not
the moon. I saw the moon on August 12, 2013, and its only a long splinter and
wont be a full moon for awhile. This orb does begin to move and drops down into
the clouds to hide. Nice catch of a UFO over Derby for the past year. This type
of UFO has been frequently reported by UK press in the Derby area off and on all

I walked along Route 3 from Arapei to Resume and
spotted this object and captured the object in the photo on October 10, 2012. I
have another photo taken immediately before in which nothing appears, so it
could not be anything from the camera or a cloud.

Volgens de Britse professor Stephen Hawking is het perfect rationeel om te veronderstellen dat buitenaards leven bestaat. Maar hij waarschuwt dat we beter geen contact met aliens zoeken.
In een programma van Discovery Channel stelt de kosmoloog dat aliens de Aarde enkel zouden aanvallen voor onze natuurlijke bronnen. Daarna zouden ze gewoonweg doorreizen naar de volgende planeet.
Hawking vergelijkt een bezoek van de aliens met Columbus ontdekking van Amerika. Het resultaat voor de mensheid zou even rampzalig zijn als het toen was voor de Indianen daar.
In plaats van al het mogelijke te doen om te communiceren met buitenaardse wezens, stelt de professor voor om er alles aan te doen om contact met hen te vermijden. Kijk naar de mensheid en je weet meteen hoe intelligent leven zich kan ontwikkelen tot iets dat je absoluut niet wilt kennen, waarschuwt Hawking.
Volgens hem moeten we geen contact zoeken, maar ontdekken hoe aliens echt zijn. Hij denkt alvast dat de meeste ruimtewezens gewoonweg microben zijn.
Verscholen onder het ijs
Hawking is niet de enige die bijna zeker is van buitenaards leven. In het recente BBC-programma, Wonders of the Solar System, suggereert professor Brian Cox van de universiteit van Manchester dat er heel veel kans is dat we niet alleen zijn in het zonnestelsel.
Zo zouden organismen zich bijvoorbeeld kunnen verschuilen onder een ijslaag die Europa, een van de manen van Jupiter, bedekt. Volgens hem is er ook dichter bij huis steeds meer bewijs dat er leven zou kunnen bestaan, met name op Mars.
We zullen het enkel zeker weten als de volgende generatie ruimteraketten gelanceerde wordt waarmee naar leven kan worden gezocht op de manen van Jupiter en Mars, aldus Cox.

CIA geeft uitleg over 'geheime basis met buitenaardse wezens'

De CIA heeft voor het eerst een inkijkje gegeven in één van de meest geheime en mysterieuze basissen ter wereld waar volgens 'believers' de lichamen van buitenaardse wezens bewaard worden.
De Amerikaanse inlichtingendienst CIA heeft enkele documenten openbaar gemaakt die een kleine inkijk gunnen in het reilen en zeilen op Area 51, een van de meest mysterieuze militaire basissen ter wereld.
Autopsiekamer voor aliens
Er werd ook een kaart van het gebied beschikbaar gesteld, maar daarop zijn geen aanwijzingen te vinden over de aanwezigheid van een autopsiekamer voor aliens, die volgens samenzweringstheoretici te vinden is op het terrein.
Area 51 ligt in de Nevadawoestijn boven Las Vegas en zou een neergestorte ufo of, minstens, een overleden alien herbergen. In 1947 zou in Roswell een ufo zijn gecrasht die volgens de overlevering naar Area 51 werd gebracht.
Testcentrum voor verkenningsvliegtuigen
Daarvan is in de CIA-documenten niets terug te vinden. Er is wel te lezen dat de basis diende als testcentrum voor de verkenningsvliegtuigen U-2 en U-12 in de jaren vijftig en zestig.
De documenten werden gepubliceerd op vraag van Jeffrey T. Richelson van de National Security Archives, die onderzoek doet naar de Amerikaanse bewaking van het luchtruim.

THE POPOCATEPTL VOLCANO by Scott Corrales. Majestic and

headlines as a result of a strange unidentified flying object having been

Barry Goldwater Radio Excerpt on UFOs obtained!
Dear colleagues. I just discovered within my archives another Barry
Goldwater piece where he talks about UFOs. I have uploaded audio in question

BACKGROUND: Back
in April 6, 2008 I informed Grant Cameron that I obtained video interview
with Barry Goldwater where Barry mentioned his attempt to gain access to Blue
Room at Wright-Patterson through General Curtis LeMay. That piece was
broadcast at October 1, 1994 within Larry King episode titled "Larry King
Live from Area 51". I was able to get at the time complete DVD recording from
an archivist in Ohio from where I extracted that excerpt. I exchanged various
UFO related archives with that archivist for many months via snail mail.
After I sent video to Grant, his webmaster Paul Robinson uploaded it
on YouTube and it is still available

Since then, it was shared and
commented many times within UFO community.
Today, while I was
transferring some of my archives to new HDD with 2Tb of space, I stumbled on
another Barry Goldwater piece that I was not even aware that I have. I
probably obtained it long time ago within set of various audio files that I
got in that folder. After some research I was able to determine that it was
recorded by host Mike Murphy from Kansas radio station KCMO. It seems that
interview happened somewhere back in 1990s. Host Mike Murphy had interest in
UFOs (http://tinyurl.com/pjvgt2e) so when Barry Goldwater was scheduled to be
his guest, he couldn't miss the chance to ask him about Wright-Patterson
story.

MIKE MURPHY: Now, I don't know whether this is folklore,
whether this is true, but I've been a flying saucer fan since I was a little
kid. I use to know...I use to know Major Donald Keyhoe...his mother use to
live next door to us. So back in the 40s he came out with "Flying Saucers are
Real" and all this books. So I am little kid and I've been with this all my
life. And maybe this is folklore, but the story is you tried to find
something out about the Roswell crash.
BARRY
GOLDWATER: Nooo!
MIKE MURPHY: Is that true?
BARRY
GOLDWATER: I know that in...at Wright-Patterson field the Air Force had, and
I have to assume that it's still there...had a room where I think they called
the Blue Room or the Green Room in which was assembled all the information
that the Air Force had put together on UFOs. So I called my friend Curt LeMay
one day and I said: "What about this Curt? Can I see the stuff in there?" He
curse me out in every four letter word...
MIKE MURPHY: You remember
what he said?
BARRY GOLDWATER: I can't repeat it.
MIKE
MURPHY: Ha ha ha...
BARRY GOLDWATER: He said: "Don't ever ask me
that again and don't ever talk about it to anybody! I don't want to hear you
ever mention it!" Now I...I can't say...I wont say here and say I believe in
UFOs but I can tell you this. There is about 2 billion planets in this
universe that we know about. How many are there universes out there? We don't
know. Nobody can't tell me that this is the only planet of 2 billion...on
which there are living things like people.

Cracking the Alien Code of the 1980 Rendelsham Forest
Encounter
Around 3 a.m. on 26 December 1980 strange lights were reported by
a security patrol near the East Gate of RAF Woodbridge apparently descending
into nearby Rendlesham Forest. Servicemen initially thought it was a downed
aircraft but, upon entering the forest to investigate, they saw strange lights
moving through the trees, as well as a bright light from an unidentified object.
One of the servicemen, Sgt. Jim Penniston, later claimed to have encountered a
"craft of unknown origin" and to have made detailed notes of its features,
touched its "warm" surface, and copied the numerous symbols on its body. The
object allegedly flew away after their brief encounter. Penniston also claimed
to have seen triangular landing gear on the object, leaving three impressions in
the ground that were visible the next day. While undergoing regression hypnosis
in 1994 Penniston subsequently claimed that the "craft" he encountered had come
from our future, and was occupied by time travellers, not extraterrestrials.
Sgt. Penniston's report made shortly after the incident contains no mention of
physically encountering an unknown craft, nor of interacting with it. This
report and associated sketches are neither signed nor dated, nor are they
representative of AF Form 1169, Statement of Witness.
The following day,
back in his room Jim was troubled by the revolving flashing images of ones and
zeros he received from touching the glyphs. He felt compelled to write them down
in a notebook. Jim records the ones and zeros in his notebook. Upon completing
the transfer to notebook paper, the image in his mind disappears. Jim puts the
notebook away with his belongings and doesn't think too much about again until
the year 2010. In 2010, during a casual conversation with a researcher, he
mentions the codes and displays the notebook. The researcher immediately
recognizes the ones and zeros as binary code and sets out to help Jim decipher
it.

Here is an amazing catch by someone hiking in the hill and happens to have their video cam on. Most of us have done that at one time or another. But then suddenly two jets chasing a UFO shoot across the sky and over the hills. Todays cameras are catching high details.

The lead author of the study, Dr Jimo Borjigin, of the University of
Michigan, said: "A lot of people thought that the brain after clinical death was
inactive or hypoactive, with less activity than the waking state, and we show
that is definitely not the case.
"If anything, it is much more active during the dying process than even the
waking state."
Consciousness
From bright white lights to out-of-body sensations and feelings of life
flashing before their eyes, the experiences reported by people who have come
close to death but survived are common the world over.
However, studying this in humans is a challenge, and these visions are little
understood.
To find out more, scientists at the University of Michigan monitored nine
rats as they were dying.
In the 30-second period after the animal's hearts stopped beating, they
measured a sharp increase in high-frequency brainwaves called gamma
oscillations.
These pulses are one of the neuronal features that are thought to underpin
consciousness in humans, especially when they help to "link" information from
different parts of the brain.
In the rats, these electrical pulses were found at even higher levels just
after the cardiac arrest than when animals were awake and well.
Dr Borjigin said it was feasible that the same thing would happen in the
human brain, and that an elevated level of brain activity and consciousness
could give rise to near-death visions.
Neurons in the brain may go
into overdrive around the point of death
"This can give us a framework to begin to explain these. The fact they see
light perhaps indicates the visual cortex in the brain is highly activated - and
we have evidence to suggest this might be the case, because we have seen
increased gamma in area of the brain that is right on top of the visual cortex,"
she said.
"We have seen increased coupling between the lower-frequency waves and the
gamma that has been shown to be a feature of visual awareness and visual
sensation."
However, she said that to confirm the findings a study would have to be
carried out on humans who have experienced clinical death and have been
revived.
Commenting on the research, Dr Jason Braithwaite, of the University of
Birmingham, said the phenomenon appeared to be the brain's "last hurrah".
"This is a very neat demonstration of an idea that's been around for a long
time: that under certain unfamiliar and confusing circumstances - like
near-death - the brain becomes overstimulated and hyperexcited," he
said.
Striking
"Like 'fire raging through the brain', activity can surge through brain areas
involved in conscious experience, furnishing all resultant perceptions with
realer-than-real feelings and emotions."
But he added: "One limitation is that we do not know when, in time, the
near-death experience really occurs. Perhaps it was before patients had
anaesthesia, or at some safe point during an operation long before cardiac
arrest.
"However, for those instances where experiences may occur around the time of
cardiac arrest - or beyond it - these new findings provide further meat to the
bones of the idea that the brain drives these fascinating and striking
experiences"
Dr Chris Chambers, of Cardiff University, said: "This is an interesting and
well-conducted piece of research. We know precious little about brain activity
during death, let alone conscious brain activity. These findings open the door
to further studies in humans.
"[But] we should be extremely cautious before drawing any conclusions about
human near-death experiences: it is one thing to measure brain activity in rats
during cardiac arrest, and quite another to relate that to human
experience."

Homestead Air Reserve
Base -- I am a United States Air Force dual qualified Weather
Observer/Forecaster and was on duty on August 2, 2013, when I
decided to go outside to smoke and noticed a glowing light to my NE. It was
moving too slow to be a meteor, so I thought it to be a satellite glowing due to
the sun angle and apparent height of the object. The object created a bow wave
and broke into three distinct parts, one large illuminated whitish and two small
blinking with in a red/orange-ish color. Continuing south the objects created
another bow wave as they slowed. They were now due east of my location before
proceeding out of sight. A glowing noctilucent cloud remained where the object
initially appeared to enter the atmosphere. I have never observed anything like

NAPLES NBC news reports
a strange object was observed above the pool by the security camera at the
Venetian Village in the early hours of August 7, 2013.
Anderson -- I was in the house at 10:40
pm, when my husband told me to hurry outside on August 11, 2013. He pointed up
and said look. I saw the triangle lights and I thought it was a UFO and ran to
get my camera. When I first saw the object my first thought was UFO get the
camera. I saw the object coming from a northern direction as it slowly turned SW
toward Indianapolis with its front light pulsating slowly. My pictures were dark
but I made out three lights and there was a grayish round area between the two

NORTHERN KENTUCKY -- Glenn writes on August 2,
2013, I'm sending more UFO pictures that I took early this morning not far from
Cincinnati. 
BRUNSWICK -- It
was early morning out on my deck on August 3, 2013, and I saw a white light
moving about 500 feet altitude. It had a triangle shape with a
bright white light on each corner. It flew SE then rotated counter clockwise as
it flew. The entire sighting lasted ten seconds. The object went behind the
trees and I lost sight of it. This is not my first sighting. I am retired from
the US Navy having spent 22 years in Naval Aviation and this was not an aircraft

I was outdoors facing west about 11:30 PM, and looked up
and saw a red object that seemed star-like and hovering. I got my binoculars out
and could see various flickering colors. The object flew in a northwestern
direction. I watched the object from inside my home and began feeling sick,
dizzy, scared and nervous. I locked all my doors, shut the blinds and tried to
sleep, but started having sleep panic attacks. I have a long history of seeing
UFOs and my daughter witnessed the light as well. I took two pictures that
showed two objects; both appear to be the same type of object and color. Thanks

Albuquerque -- I was taking images of six
high altitude planes flying together from east to west on July 20, 2013. After I
took a few shots, I took a video of the planes. 
MONROE COUNTY -- I went
to close windows for the night and looked into the night sky on August 4, 2013
and saw a hovering orange sphere light in the west. I grabbed a camera zooming
in 50 times on the light that had a geometric texture. I captured the sphere as
the shape changed. It seemed to change shape and size, so I just kept taking
pictures. It changed shape suddenly and was gone. I decided that it was nothing
I could identify. NOTE: This is only one of many amazing
photographs.
hendersonville -- i was outside my yard
taking random pictures of the clear night on July 28, 2013, at 11:41pm. i have a
Cannon Power shot with 16.0 mega pixels and took a dozen pictures and I caught a
photo of two objects in the night sky. One is a white round object and the other
was bright red orb that seemed to be in front of the round white objects. 
Roan Mountain -- My interest in
ufology began in 1973, my friends saw a UFO fly directly over my Chevy. On the
17th of July 2013, I took my dog out for a 1 AM, walk and looked up to see three
stars in a triangle that began to rotate slowly. 
MELBOURNE -- I was driving south on the
Deer park Bypass at 2:48 pm, on August 8, 2013, when I noticed a pulsating
silver chrome oval object traveling east across the sky. It was too fast for a
plane so I thought it must be much closer to me than how it looks. It
disappeared behind distant clouds so it must have been higher and further away
than I thought, I quickly looked around the sky and a black plane caught my eye
and was moving very slow in comparison. 
Viking, Alberta -- There are four circles
in a perfect square in my field. I measured 9 feet across the circle, 30 feet
from the outside of one circle to the one beside it. The picture was taken in
July 9, 2013. I will be harvesting the wheat in early September. 
Derby -- This glowing orb is not
the moon. I saw the moon on August 12, 2013, and its only a long splinter and
wont be a full moon for awhile. This orb does begin to move and drops down into
the clouds to hide. Nice catch of a UFO over Derby for the past year. This type
of UFO has been frequently reported by UK press in the Derby area off and on all

Dpto. Salto --
I walked along Route 3 from Arapei to Resume and
spotted this object and captured the object in the photo on October 10, 2012. I
have another photo taken immediately before in which nothing appears, so it
could not be anything from the camera or a cloud.
