Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

première fois lexistence de la Zone 51
Son nom officiel était "Paradise
Ranch". Mais le folklore moderne (de X-Files àIndependence
Day en passant par nombre de jeux vidéos) l'a fait entrer dans la postérité
sous sa désignation géographique, Area 51, ou Zone 51. C'est là, à en croire les
ufologues les plus fervents, que seraient entreposés les vestiges du crash de
Roswell, preuves des relations secrètes entre l'armée américaine et les
extraterrestres.
L'existence de la Zone 51 n'avait
jamais été officiellement reconnue par le gouvernement américain, ce qui a
contribué à alimenter les fantasmes les plus fous depuis la guerre froide. C'est
désormais chose faite, rapporte The Atlantic Wire. Le site National Security Archive, un programme de l'université
George Washington, publie pour la première fois des documents déclassifiés de la
CIA, qui évoquent directement l'existence de ce site ultra-confidentiel dans le
désert du Nevada, comprenant une carte permettant de le
localiser.
La Zone 51 ne figurait jusqu'ici dans
aucun document déclassifié ni sur aucune carte officielle (aujourd'hui, une simple recherche sur Google Maps permet de la
localiser). Voici ce que répondait l'armée de l'air en 1998 à toute
demande d'information sur le sujet :

Ces 407 pages de documents
déclassifiés (téléchargeables ici) ne mentionnent évidemment pas
l'existence du moindre Alien. Elles décrivent en revanche avec force détails
l'un des programmes les plus secrets de l'armée américaine : l'U-2, le fameux
avion espion de Lockheed utilisé pendant la guerre froide, dont la Zone 51 était
la base.

On peut notamment lire quelques
détails sur l'opération "Fish Hawk" (pages 249 à 251), qui vit un U-2 décoller
d'un porte-avions en mai 1964 pour photographier le site des essais nucléaires
français dans le Pacifique, ou encore sur la participation des Britanniques à ce
programme en avance sur son temps (pages 153 à 157).
Une partie de ces informations sur
les missions de l'U-2 étaient déjà connues, ces documents ayant déjà été
partiellement déclassifiés en 2002. Mais ils avaient été expurgés de toute
référence à la Zone 51.
Reste une question. Pourquoi cette
appellation de "Zone 51" ? Il s'agit en réalité d'un accident de l'histoire.
Conscient que la désignation du site, sur la carte, "Area 51", n'achèverait pas
de convaincre les participants au programme à venir s'installer en plein désert,
les équipes du président Eisenhower se mirent d'accord sur une appellation plus
attirante : "Paradise Ranch", bientôt réduit à "Ranch". L'industrie du
divertissement, la culture populaire et les conspirationnistes de tout poil en
décidèrent autrement.

Marjorie Eleanor Fish, 80, of Oak Ridge, TN, and formerly of Lakeside & Oak
Harbor, OH, passed away Monday, April 08, 2013 at Riverview Healthcare Campus,
Oak Harbor, OH.
Marjorie was born on September 19, 1932 in Cleveland, OH,
the daughter of Oren and Mary (Underwood) Fish Jr. The Fish family moved to
Lakeside, OH, when Marjorie was young. She graduated from Danbury HS in 1950 and
Juanita College, Huntington, PA in 1954. Marjorie worked at Gibbs Studio in
Lakeside and for a photographer in Toledo for a few years. She attended Bowling
Green State University (Ohio), to obtain her teaching certificate. She taught
kindergarten at Catawba School and Portage School before taking a position at
Benton, Carroll, Salem Schools teaching 1st and 3rd grades. She is fondly
remembered by her students for playing "America" on the organ as class started
and teaching "My Country 'tis of Thee". As one of her hobbies, Marjorie made an
investigation into the Betty Hill map by constructing a 3-D star map in the late
1960's using several databases. She found a pattern that matched Mrs. Hill's
drawing well, which generated international interest. Later, after newer data
was compiled, she determined that the binary stars within the pattern were too
close together to support life; so as a true skeptic, she issued a statement
that she now felt that the correlation was unlikely. The History Channel
portrayed her in at least one series. She moved to work at Oak Ridge National
Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN. She retired with over 20 years of research service
for the U. S. Department of Energy.
Marjorie shared her love of art,
learning the out-of-doors, camping, gardening and many other interests with her
nieces and nephew: Connie (Jeffrey) Limpert, Helen (Robert) Denney, Joel (Dawn)
Lowien, Julia (John) Empcke and Joann (Jeff) Wilber; nine great-nieces and
nephews,; four great-great-nephews and a great-great-niece.
Marjorie was
preceded in death by her parents and sister: Jean (Bernell)
Lowien.
Visitation will be 11-1pm, Thursday, April 11, 2013 in the
Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, followed by a
funeral service conducted by Pastor Bruce-Batchelor-Glader at 1:00pm, in the
funeral home. Burial will be in Sackett Cemetery, Marblehead,
OH.
Memorial donations in memory of Marjorie may be given to the , 2500 N. Reynolds Rd.,

In
August 1989, Chris Gibson, a Scottish oil-exploration engineer and, at the time,
a member of the British Royal Observer Corps (ROC), was working on the oil rig
Galveston Key in the North Sea when he noticed an aircraft in the shape of a
pure isoceles triangle refuelling from a KC-135 Stratotanker alongside two
F-111s. The unknown aircraft, cruising in a formation northward through
Air-to-Air Refuelling Area (AARA) 6A, is what people have come to believe, is
the mysterious Aurora hypersonic spyplane. Another possible aircraft, which
could have been seen over the North Sea however, is Northrop's A-17 stealth
attack plane. Chris Gibson's observation of the mysterious flying triangle is
often cited by UFO researchers when the subject of Aurora rises. Below, Chris
Gibson explains precisely what happened, as well as giving an insight into
himself.
While
most reports of flying saucers are quickly dismissed by defence chiefs, the
previously classified papers show the sighting, which took place near Pitlochry
in 1990, was taken extremely seriously. A former MoD official who investigated
the case told Scotland on Sunday that despite strenuous efforts they could find
no earthly explanation for the craft.
Witnesses
reported seeing a large, diamond-shaped object hanging in the air next to a RAF
Harrier above the A9 at Calvine, north of Pitlochry, on August 4. The UFO is
said to have hovered for about 10 minutes before zooming skywards at high speed
and disappearing from view.
The
apparent close encounter of the Caledonian kind was photographed by members of
the public whose images appear to show a blurry, diamond-shaped craft next to a
jet. Fearing the pictures would spark significant media interest, the MoD
decided to bring it to the attention of the Government. A Whitehall official
wrote in a memo: "Such stories are not normally drawn to the attention of
ministers. "On this occasion, however, the MoD has been provided with six
photographic negatives of an alleged UFO... and has been asked for comments
almost certainly for inclusion in a forthcoming story."
The
memo suggested the media should be told that "no definite conclusion had been
reached regarding the large diamond-shaped object". It has also emerged the MoD
went on to commission a series of line drawings of the object the following
year, noting that the "sensitivity of the material suggests very special
handling". Former MoD civil servant Nick Pope, who dealt with UFO reports,
described the image as the "most impressive" ever shown to his
department.
He
said: "The MoD has all sorts of equipment and expertise that we used to analyse
and enhance imagery to tell whether there were any signs of fakery.
"This
picture was assessed by our digital experts, who concluded it was a real
photograph showing a solid-structured craft which was estimated as being around
25m in diameter. There were no wings and no visible signs of any propulsion
system. It was exotic and unknown in a way far beyond even the most modern
stealth aircraft being trialled at that time."
Pope,
who served in the MoD for 21 years until 2006, claims they were unable to come
up with any firm answers about the craft and its origins.
"I
remember going to a briefing with the defence intelligence staff where the
photograph was discussed. My opposite number in defence intelligence pointed his
finger to the left and said, 'It is not the Americans,' then to the right,
saying, 'It is not the Soviets,' and finally, he said, 'That only leaves...' and
pointed his finger directly up."
During
his time with the ministry, Pope had a blown-up copy of the photograph on his
office wall until it was personally taken down by his superior. He recalled: "My
head of division removed it and put it in his drawer because he was convinced,
wrongly in my opinion, that it showed a top secret prototype craft.
"Somewhere
along the line the photo disappeared, but I have no idea whether it was
genuinely misplaced or whether it was treated as something we shouldn't have
seen and put through a shredder."
Meanwhile,
another newly released file reveals how efforts to create a computer database of
UFO reports were halted amid fears of a potential public relations disaster
should its existence come to light. The aim was to produce a database which
could supply information and explanations when ministers were asked questions in
Parliament about sightings.
A
memo from March 1988 revealed the project was to be ditched because it
"contravened" statements from ministers saying UFOs did not pose a threat to the
UK. The official wrote: "I also understand that there was some concern about
public reaction if knowledge of the work being undertaken emerged in the
media."
A
further file insists that the death of an US Air Force pilot attached to the RAF
was a "tragic accident" rather than the result of a UFO encounter. Captain
William Schaffner's fatal crash into the North Sea on September 8, 1970, made
headlines over allegations he was on an secret operation to intercept a glowing,
unidentified craft. But an MoD report concluded: "There is no reason to suggest
that there is any sort of UFO incident in any way connected with the tragic
crash."

Tal como viene sucediendo mes a mes, la reunión de
agosto de 2013 del Café Ufológico RIO54 tuvo una nutrida concurrencia, como
siempre para conversar con agenda abierta sobre ovnis y
temas conexos. Esta vez la charla se adentró en variados aspectos, en un
diálogo de gran intensidad, donde los relatos sobre lo extraordinario dijeron
presente. Tuvimos la participación por primera vez en nuestra mesa de Walter
Vicario quien se presentó como actor, especialista en reiki y regresiones a
vidas pasadas. Walter habló de variadas experiencias que tuvo desde su temprana
infancia, como observaciones de ovnis en Sierra de la Ventana y Monte Hermoso,
de donde conoce el posible caso de abducción de una pareja, también se refirió a
luces sobre el mítico cerro Uritorco, contactos y otros temas de alta extrañeza.
Walter llegó al Café Ufológico RIO54 por haber escuchado un reportaje a sus
coordinadores Lupo y Morales que realizó la periodista Marcela Arellano para el
programa radial Cría Cuervos de FM Tribunales. También vinieron por primera
vez Miguel Arjona, Alejandro Linconao, Germán Moyano, Mario Stolarcic y su
esposa Mirta Cincunegui. Germán es técnico electromecánico y cantautor de
pop-rock que relató una observación en Palomar, Pcia. de Buenos Aires. Miguel
Arjona expresó su especial interés en estos temas sin haber tenido otro avistaje
que el del controvertido globo de 1985. Por su parte, Alejandro es analista de
sistemas y estudiante de psicología, y en tal sentido investiga los trabajos del
psicólogo suizo Carl Jung, quien escribió un libro específico sobre el tema
ovni, titulado "Sobre las cosas que se ven en el cielo". En esa línea, Alejandro
indaga sobre los ovnis y lo paranormal, en relación con lo que Jung definía como
símbolos de cambio y transformación. Morales acotó que quienes quieran acercarse
al pensamiento de Jung, un pensamiento complejo sin
duda, pero apasionante, un buen principio es comenzar por la lectura
del libro "El hombre y sus símbolos". Otros que llegaron
por primera vez a la mesa de RIO54 fueron Mario y Mirta, responsables de una
agencia de prensa que brinda servicios para medios, empresas y eventos, pero que
además desde hace años están vinculados a la temática ovni y en tal sentido
manifestaron a los presentes su interés por "compartir y aprender". La
coordinación fue realizada esta vez solo por Rubén Morales, ya que Mario Lupo se
encontraba recorriendo varios lugares de interés histórico y cultural en las
zonas serranas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, sobre lo cual nos ilustrará en
próximas reuniones. Antonio Barbuzza expresó que investiga el tema ovni desde
hace 30 años, durante los cuales ha tenido diversos avistamientos, en lugares
como la estancia La Aurora en Uruguay, el cerro Uritorco en Córdoba, en Victoria
(Entre Ríos) y en varias localidades de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Anunció el
comienzo de un nuevo programa de radio denominado Aurora Misterio Ovni en AM
1170, Radio Mi País, los sábados de 21 a 23 hs., al cual le deseamos el mayor
éxito, ya que es muy bueno que se abran más espacios mediáticos para la difusión
del tema. Pablo Warmkraut, con entusiasmo, añadió detalles sobre este nuevo
ciclo, llamó a la participación de los presentes y agregó que además se
realizará en Hurlingham una exposición de imágenes de ovnis. Germán abrió la
charla sobre el tema de "Ata", el pequeño esqueleto de apenas 15 cm. de largo
descubierto en el desierto de Atacama (Chile) en 2003, cuyo estudio se presenta
en el documental Sirius de Steven Greer. La conversación luego derivó acerca
de las tecnologías ocultas por los gobiernos de las potencias, como en la tan
mencionada Area 51 y sobre posibles experimentaciones biológicas secretas. Intervino Miguel Arjona con una interesante reflexión
para tratar de entender lo que podría pasar con las llamadas abducciones:
Planteó, a la inversa, si nosotros fuéramos a un planeta habitado por seres que
presumiéramos inferiores ¿que haríamos? ¿los consideraríamos como
animales? ¿experimentaríamos con ellos?...
Sebastián Araya
recordó entonces la expresión "ponerología política" creada por el
psiquiatra polaco Andrés Lobaczewski, "una ciencia sobre la naturaleza del mal"
(del griego "poneros" = "el mal"). La ponerología se refiere a maldad,
considerándola una enfermedad macrosocial impuesta por psicópatas responsables
de los regímenes autoritarios. Para Lobaczewski, la sociedad -sin saberlo-
estaría a merced de una minoría psicópata que se infiltra en las instituciones
del poder, pervirtiendo la moral y los valores. ¿Cuál sería la conexión de
esto con la ufología? Sebastián señaló que autores como Karla Turner, Laura
Knight-Jadczyk o Richard Dolan abordan el tema ovni considerando que las
autoridades ocultan información, saben mucho más del tema o están en coacción; y
otros autores van aun más lejos: en la década del '80 William Bramley, quien
apareció varias veces en las series de History Channel, coincidió en su libro
Los Dioses del Edén con el autor español Juan Atienza quien escribió lo
siguiente en su obra La Gran Manipulación Cósmica:
"Esa realidad exógena
nos está manipulando desde unas coordenadas -¿[hiper] dimensionales tal vez?-
que normalmente somos incapaces no sólo de alcanzar, sino hasta de entender.
Pero su juego es, a determinados niveles, exactamente igual al que ejercen sobre
nosotros las entidades manipuladoras de nuestro propio mundo, hasta el punto de
que pocas veces llegamos a identificar la naturaleza de esa radical dependencia
y nos es totalmente imposible distinguir sus límites, precisamente porque, tan a
menudo, la pequeña manipulación de nuestro entorno ejerce sobre nosotros trata
de apoyarse -con un conocimiento intuitivo más o menos real del problema- en las
manifestaciones que, con la apariencia de prodigios inexplicables, surgen ante
nosotros rompiendo, incluso violentamente, los esquemas de nuestra lógica de
andar por casa."
Como siempre en nuestras últimas reuniones, Sebastián
Araya las enriquece aportando información bibliográfica como ésta sobre los
temas tratados.
La charla continuó internándose en las posibilidades y
peligros sobre la manipulación humana, Lucas Demsar habló de los llamados
"implantes" y Mario Coen recordó como ejemplo concreto de manipulación, las
malformaciones genéticas causadas por drogas como la talidomida.
En eso
estábamos cuando Andrea Pérez Simondini llegó plena de entusiasmo para invitar a
los presentes a un simposio que días después se realizó con éxito en Los
Polvorines, Pcia. de Buenos Aires, y al encontrar en la mesa a Rubén Romano le
propuso ser panelista también para hablar sobre su vínculo, durante la década
del '90, con la comisión investigadora de ovnis creada por
miembros del CITEFA (Centro de Investigaciones Tecnológicas y Espaciales de las
Fuerzas Armadas) con la que también tuvo
relación Javier Stagnaro, otro de los presentes. Cabe hacer un alto en el
relato para remarcar este círculo virtuoso que generan los cafés ufológicos, de
no cerrarse en sí mismos sino -por el contrario- relacionar a los asistentes y
favorecer su participación en otras actividades, incluso
sobre las cuales los coordinadores del café no tienen injerencia alguna. Otra
virtud de los cafés ufológicos es que comparten la mesa integrantes de grupos de
estudio y observación que responden a muy
diferentes líneas de pensamiento, pero la pasión por el tema puede más y nos
convoca a todos. Como en todas las reuniones, hubo
sorteos gratuitos al final, y agradecemos vivamente a quienes aportan lo suyo
para este esperado momento del sorteo gratuito, que ya se ha hecho costumbre del
Café Ufológico RIO54. En la ocasión se sortearon libros de Roberto Banchs,
revistas antiguas que trajo Javier Stagnaro, también un video con un reportaje
al Dr. Oscar Galíndez. Galíndez es uno de los grandes referentes de la línea
científica de la investigación ovni en la Argentina, recordado especialmente por
la investigación del caso Trancas (Pcia. de Tucumán), ¡del cual se cumplirán 50
años en octubre!. Se sorteó también un DVD con bibliografía ufológica y temas
afines en inglés, español y portugués, generosamente aportado por Sebastián y un
importante curso en DVD donado por Mario Lupo. Además Iván Orenstein sumó al
sorteo ejemplares de Alternativa Ovni, una excelente revista gratuita realizada
por Carlos Sainz que se ofrece tanto online (ver
aquí) como en papel. En su segundo número contiene los siguientes

lo que vuela es extraterrestre, - Milton W. Hourcade, Nos pillaron en nuestra
inocencia, - Manuel Carballal, Ovnis e Hipótesis Extraterrestre: Una reflexión
lógica, - Alternativa OVNI, Sobre el Ovni-Mickey de Ituzaingó y también una nota
con reflexiones de diferentes estudiosos argentinos acerca de un nuevo
aniversario de la histórica observación de Kenneth Arnold, el 24 de junio de
1947.
Por fin, informamos que la Red Argentina de Cafés Ufológicos
continúa creciendo, y a los ya establecidos en Buenos Aires, Colón, Corrientes,
La Plata, Mendoza, Rosario y Santa Fe, se suma ahora el Café de Resistencia,
Provincia de Chaco, impulsado por Alexis Correa que ha convocado a su primera
reunión. También celebramos la continuidad del café de Valencia (España)
coordinado por Luis Pisu, y el surgimiento del Café Ufológico de Valparaíso
(Chile) con la coordinación de Elizabeth Ramírez, que tuvo gran éxito y ya está
llamando a su segunda reunión, así como es inminente la apertura de otro Café
Ufológico en Santiago de Chile. A propósito, agradecemos en especial a Elizabeth
por el reportaje realizado a Rubén Morales desde Radio Rancagua (con simpatía
definió al entrevistado como "el padre de los cafés ufológicos"), otro
agradecimiento a Patricia Taylor por sus elogiosas palabras sobre los Cafés
Ufológicos vertidas en el recomendable programa radial "La
otra realidad" y agradecemos también a Milton Hourcade por otra entrevista

come we don't have a international extraterrestrial cultural center? The Roswell
Museum is a step in the right direction but this idea goes much further. On the
internet there are large numbers of international cultural centers right down to

Lors dune sortie dans lespace, Chris Cassidy, un astronaute américain, a observé un Objet volant non identifié (Ovni) de forme ronde et de couleur orange. Un mystérieux objet flottant autour de la station orbitale. Une mandarine ? Plus sérieusement, lastronaute, perplexe, a contacté les contrôleurs de la NASA de la base de Houston par radio. Mais il a surtout pensé à filmer ce quil avait sous les yeux.
Un objet appartenant à la section russe de la station
Lobjet flottait au-dessus de la Station spatiale à un peu plus de 350 kilomètres de la Terre. Il sagirait en fait de la couverture dune antenne de la Station spatiale internationale, faisant partie de la section russe de la station. Et non pas dun vaisseau spatial rempli dextraterrestres. Denise Stoner: Parts of the Ships Are

Actually, there are two earlier references both by
early contactees, first, I believe, was Blanche Pritchett of Florida who wrote
the very rare book "Japhalein, Mothership of This
Galaxy" and Norman Paulsen who wrote the almost as rare
"Sunburst, Return of the Ancients". Norman married
one of Van Tassels daughters, assisted in the building of the Integratron, and
had multiple, incredible experiences in the desert with the visitors.
Both Blanche and Norman discuss the craft as alive, intelligent beings. More
extraordinary, they go into detail stating how these intelligent Beings
volunteer their energies and life essences to become the conveyances for the
visitors, maintain contact with other craft throughout the galaxy, coordinate
destinations, as well as other remarkable events.
UFO contactee and researcher Bill Hamilton had discussed this amazing aspect
of the craft on several occasions as derived from his own investigations. I
also seem to recall that Phoebe Holmes also wrote about her experiences in 1933,
regarding this similar revelation. It being addressed now in this radio
interview lends much richer clarity to the earlier disclosures by these very
dedicated individuals who met with the Visitors from the Stars.

reluctantly or perhaps more grudgingly, address this profound topic both Blanche

Possible Moon Structures and Base
The moon base at left was taken by Changs 2 Orbiter on February 2012.
Chang'e 2 was part of the first phase of the Chinese
Lunar Exploration Program, that conducted research from a 100-kilometer-high
lunar orbit with an advanced camera onboard with a resolution of only one meter.
A soft landing by the Change 3 Lander and rover is programmed later this year.
The probes are named after an ancient Chinese moon goddess.
Mars Open Pit Mine
Mars open pit mine has letters marking the edge of the mine suggesting the
word Yahweh or Gods name. In the Hebrew the name is written as "" ( YHWH)
without consonants. YHWH means "he causes to be" or
"he creates. Mars has hard verifiable surface water in
a liquid state with evidence for living forest life. I encourage you to look at
the evidence released by the European Space Agency. There is hidden Mars data
that is slowly being released.
NASA/JPL are severely restricted by government requirements to keep
classified data secret. Watch the data being released by other countries.
Area 51 Exists
The CIA officially acknowledges Area 51, long a fixation for
conspiracy theorists is 125 northwest of Las Vegas, was a testing ground for
Cold War aerial surveillance.
Area 51 has long been a topic of fascination for conspiracy
theorists and paranormal enthusiasts, but newly released CIA documents
officially acknowledge the site and suggest that the area served a far less
remarkable purpose than many had supposed.
Area 51 was merely a testing site for the governments U-2 and experimental
aerial programs. The U-2 program conducted surveillance around the world,
including over the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Newly released documents
make no mention of alien spaceship parking lots. Note: Bob Lazar and others
claim alien artifacts are kept at S-4 several miles away.
