Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Er stroomt nog steeds water op Mars
Met behulp van de Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter is vastgesteld dat donkere strepen in Marskraters vrijwel zeker zijn veroorzaakt door stromend water.
De strepen werden drie jaar geleden ontdekt op foto’s die de sonde had genomen. In hetzelfde gebied waar de strepen zijn gevonden, neemt ook het gehalte aan ijzerhoudende mineralen in de loop van de jaargetijden toe en af.
Door temperatuurschommelingen komt af en toe mineraalrijk water vrij van vlak onder het oppervlak van de rode planeet. Dat water verdampt in korte tijd vanwege de lage luchtdruk op Mars, waarna de mineralen in het landschap achterblijven.
Niet op alle onderzochte hellingen van kraters zijn strepen aangetroffen. Wetenschappers denken dat bepaalde omstandigheden noodzakelijk zijn voor de vorming van de strepen. Het onderzoek is gepubliceerd in Geophysical Research Letters.
Algemeen wordt aangenomen dat Mars al honderden miljoenen jaren te droog is voor leven, maar Lujendra Ojha en zijn collega’s van het Georgia Institute of Technology laten zien dat er ook vandaag de dag nog water op de rode planeet stroomt.

Een vreemde S-vorm die voor de kust van West-Australië op de radar verscheen is niet veroorzaakt door bewolking. Dat zegt de Australische meteorologische dienst.
De vorm werd vandaag op zo’n 30 kilometer ten westen van het eiland Rottnest gezien op de radar van het weerbureau.
Neil Bennett van de meteorologische dienst sloot uit dat het fenomeen is veroorzaakt door bewolking. “Er is geen wolk, er is niets wat een neerslagecho kan veroorzaken,” zei hij. “Wolken nemen niet de vorm van een ‘S’ aan.”
Militaire operaties
“De radar die we gebruiken is er voor de detectie van neerslag,” ging Bennett verder. “Een straal raakt de regendruppels of ijsdeeltjes in hagel. Soms wordt de straal gebogen en vang je weerkaatsingen van de oceaan op in plaats van regendruppels.”
Het Australische ministerie van Defensie is gevraagd of er in het gebied militaire operaties worden uitgevoerd die verantwoordelijk kunnen zijn geweest voor de vreemde vorm.
The creatures had humanlike features – the faces of adult humans on childish bodies – but their oval heads had eyes set so close together as to make them resemble the legendary Cyclops. Terrified by the sight, Juan and Héctor broke into a mad dash for the imaginary safety of Zaragoza Street, and the prospect of reaching their home. Héctor tumbled to the ground a few times, weighed down by the contents of his book bag.
There are contradicting sources as to what happened next. In one version, the beings took to the air, flying up and away , enveloped in a white light, as if though having been spotted by the young humans marked the end of their escapade. In another, the boys ran to their home, only to find their mother standing outside, gazing skyward at a strange light in the sky that “looked like the sun” due to its brightness, thinking that “strange birds” were flying in the air toward the light, unaware that they had taken flight precisely from the field that her two children were running home from.
“They frightened us,” said one of the boys, “sent us into a panic. My mother was able to see them from the entrance to our house.”
The mother contacted the authorities and law enforcement agents questioned the boys, asking if they had slept well the night before the incident and if they “knew anything about UFOs or extraterrestrials”, questions to which the youths replied yes and no, respectively. Pressed by the uniformed grown-ups as to what they had seen, one of the brothers piped up: “Some children, but they weren’t like us.”
There was no follow-up to the astonishing account and the percipients were never heard from again, despite the inquiries made by two separate Mexican UFO research groups. For some reason, an alternate date of March 30, 1979 appears as the date of the event in some sources, questioning the veracity of the whole ordeal. The truth of the matter lies with two boys – now men in their Forties – who are probably still trying to put the nightmare behind them.
A Quiet Evening Stroll
The warm temperature and spectacular starry skies on the evening of June 15, 1974 were enough of an enticement to prompt to neighbors – Dolores and Marisa – to go for a nocturnal stroll in their town of Manzalvos, in the Galician province of Ourense (Spain). The two friends had no idea that their spur-of-the-moment constitutional would land them in the pages of the chronicles of the unknown. Veteran ufologist Marcelino Requejo, who had relatives in that community, included the experience in his book OVNIS: Alto Secreto (Ediciones Cydonia, 2009). He was able to pay a visit to the community and interview the experiencers in person.
Inspired by the warm night, the friends decided to walk beyond the outskirts of Manzalvos and enjoy the breathtaking firmament above. As they walked, Dolores and Marisa became aware of two intensely bright red lights descending from the dark sky in complete silence, eventually landing at the foot of a hill a few hundred meters from where they walked. The lights went dark, and the friends were startled to see the appearance of a bright yellow horizontal light in the middle of the darkness. “The light,” writes Requejo, “expanded until it formed a perfect triangle of enormous size.”
The friends were further shocked to see two humanlike silhouettes, perfectly black, emerging from either end of the oblong light, walking slowly toward each other, their paths crossing in the middle of the light and each heading in the opposite direction from which it had first emerged. What astounded Dolores was that the silhouettes walked with the precision of “soldiers standing guard in front of a building.” This maneuver repeated itself for a few minutes while both friends, now patently terrified by the enigma playing out before their eyes, sought shelter behind the corner wall of a village alleyway. Even more astonishing to them was the fact that the luminous oblong shape began to collapse inward on itself, becoming once more a thin, bright light that vanished into the dark. The two powerful red lights reappeared at the either end of what had been the rectangle and slowly rose into the air, before lurching suddenly into the starry night, vanishing out of sight. Both women ran home to tell their relatives about the unsettling and outright bizarre event.
“Two entities,” writes Requejo as a result of his interview with the witnesses, “were walking along the screen in a regular manner. No arms were visible. Their silhouette was entirely dark and their height, estimated at a little more than two meters, was shorter than half the height of the luminous oblong.”
Ufologist Requejo mentions, by way of comparison, other cases similar to the 1974 experience in Galicia, sometimes involving larger groups of witnesses, but featuring the “projection screen” feature witnessed by Dolores and Marisa. While clearly a display of some sort, one wonders if it was aimed at the witnesses, as the humanoid “actors” were oblivious to the presence of witnesses in these cases. It could be another example of the 'pointless' activities that UFO occupants have been seen engaging in since the early days of the phenomenon, ranging from collecting useless specimens of soil to asking terrified humans for the time of day.
Hit the Road, Jack
Up until to the abduction paradigm of the 1990s, it could be argued that a nocturnal road trip through a desolate area in any part of the world was the likeliest location to have a UFO experience – any of the three CE-types – and some researchers of the ‘70s even cautioned their readers to have care when driving alone under such conditions.
This was clearly the case in Chile in 1965, when medics aboard an ambulance on an emergency call became the unwilling witnesses to a brilliant light descending from the night sky, surrounded by a host of lesser, attendant lights, that eventually came to rest upon a plain. As the wary ambulance driver drove on, given the urgency of his mission, he was shocked to find one of the smaller objects intercepting his vehicle on one of the curves on the road. One of the medics would later report seeing – lost amid the glare – what appeared to be “figures moving behind portholes”. Even more disturbing was another medic’s recollection of seeing a creature’s face looking at him through one of the side windows, “being dominated by its eyes”.
Chilean researcher Rodrigo Fuenzalida has looked into his share of these cases, which have made Chile one of the world’s foremost locations for encounters with the unknown for well over fifty years. During a radio interview on the “De La Noche a la Mañana Radio Show” on Radio Cooperativa, the researcher brought up the eerie case of Mr. and Mrs. Juan Munizaga, who were traveling to the coastal city of Viña del Mar in 1983. In their Forties, highly respected and both occupying important jobs, the last thing the Munizagas expected at two thirty a.m. as they drove down Route 68 was to be inducted into the annals of humanoid contact experiences.
At some point along the dark road – the vicinity of Casa Blanca being mentioned – the couple saw figures ahead on the asphalt that they first took to be “horsemen on their respective mounts” riding on the paved surface. As the figures did not make way for the motor vehicle, Mr. Munizaga slowed down, turned on the high beams, and cast light upon creatures standing two and a half meters tall (8.2 ft.) with white hair, enormous eyes and “celestial” tunics “like something out of a Hollywood production”, as they would later describe them.
Even more perplexing was the description of “shoulder pads with electronic circuits that came out of their necks” and the emotionless features of both giants, one of whom the Munizaga’s distinguished as possibly being female by its sharper features and somewhat ruddier complexion. Fuenzalida uses the term “feminoid” to describe the possible giantess, who made her way to the car and looked into the passenger side window, casting her enormous eyes on a terrified Mrs. Munizaga, who curled into a fetal position on the seat in a vain effort to shut herself off from the unknown; Mr. Munizaga is reported to have cursed out loud “why didn’t I bring my revolver with me”.
The encounter with the towering humanoids in their glowing raiment reportedly lasted three minutes, after which one of the beings stood aside and the driver was able to accelerate past them. Mrs. Munizaga looked back and reportedly saw one of the creatures making mechanical gestures with its arm, beckoning them to return.
“These entities,” notes the researcher, “belong to the classification of tall beings in luminous outfits that give off some form of unknown luminous energy. Their morphology is generally human, but their eyes were twice as large as normal human eyes.” Another couple had a similar experience in the same area in 1986, but in this instance, one of the entities raised a hand and caused the automobile to lose all power while its companion performed an “inspection” of the vehicle, walking around it. Once the first creature lowered its hand, the car was restored to normal and able to leave.
But why the absurd behavior of circumambulating a car? “With UFO entities,” writes Hillary Evans in Visions-Apparitions-Alien Vistors, it is not possible to give them the benefit of such a doubt. Their conduct is almost always bafflingly meaningless to our eyes,” despite the fact that the behavior is clearly endowed of some sort of significance. Other authors suggest that these behaviors serve the purpose of misleading the witness, but why?
With the Northern Hemisphere awash in sightings and bedroom invasions of “Grey” entities in the Nineties, it is notable that more traditional – but no less bizarre – events were occurring elsewhere with other non-human types. A 1998 case in Chile involved a family enjoying a day outdoors when they witnessed what they first took to be parachutists coming out of the sky, capturing the event on their camcorder. But no parachutes were ever deployed. The humanoid figures plummeting out of the sky suddenly stopped in mid-air, flying in formation toward the Pacific Coast.
As if this detail wasn’t enough to move the case into the highest ranks of high strangeness, the family remarked that the erstwhile parachutists were gigantic – estimating them to be at least three meters tall and clearly visible in broad daylight. They seemed to be surrounded by a swarm of lesser lights (much like the object seen by the ambulance crew in 1965). Skeptics dismissed the incident saying the figures were “large trash bags sent aloft by local children.” (The video can be seen at YouTube URL http://youtu.be/V95qHv1b0t8) We see in this case a repetition of the “flying humanoids” that terrified the two boys in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, a decade earlier.
Another significant Chilean case from the late Nineties – also from Rodrigo Fuenzalida’s files – includes a “bedroom visitor” that once again, was not one of the multitudinous Greys.
On the evening of February 13, 1997, an unnamed young housewife was getting ready to put her baby daughter to bed before going to bed herself, as her husband worked nights. At one point, the woman heard a “buzzing” sound that came out of nowhere, electrical in nature, and when she glanced over to the bedroom wall, was alarmed to see a humanoid figure with a backpack and helmet materializing on the wall. The witness went to pick up her daughter in terror, as the unearthly figure seemed interested in the child. A curious detail is added: the helmeted non-human appeared to be “confused” –had it materialized in the wrongapartment or time, or the wrong dimension?
The witness heard the buzzing noise again and the bedroom visitor disappeared, leaving behind a strange glow on the wall that remained visible moments alter. The outcome of this experience was hardly a positive one, as the woman refused to return to her apartment: she returned home to her mother and father, suffered a nervous breakdown, and could not be dissuaded from sleeping at the foot of her parents’ bed.

What appears to be the shape of a huge UFO Mothership cloaked in clouds was sighted and documented in this video footage. Due to dark lighting and relatively poor cellphone video, it’s hard to make out, but some of the shapes to appear to have a “mothership” type feeling to them.
The observer does some reverse lighting effects a bit later in the video in an attempt to more clearly see what he believes is a UFO Mothership.
On August 7th 1999, London police received more than 36 reports of a gigantic sea serpent in the Thames. It was “at least 200 ft long and 5 yards across,” said one panicky witness. The Bob White Object: In 1985, Missourian Bob White recovered physical evidence following a UFO encounter in Colorado. In 1996, Mr. White was flown to the classified Los Alamos National Labs for an analysis of his evidence. White was told by Senior staff that the object he recovered was extraterrestrial. Strange Being captured on a photo in1973 in Falkville, Alabama by Sheriff Jeff Greenhaw. “It looked like his head and neck were kind of made together… he was real bright, something like rubbing mercury on nickel, but just as smooth as glass-different angles give different lighting… when I saw him standing in the middle of the road I immediately stopped the car and asked if he was a foreigner, but no sound came out of his mouth.”
Mystery airships or phantom airships are a class of unidentified flying objects best known from a series of newspaper reports originating in the western United States and spreading east during 1896 and 1897. According to researcher Jerome Clark, airship reports were made worldwide from the 1880s to 1890s. Mystery airship reports are seen as a cultural predecessor to modern claims of extraterrestrial-piloted flying saucer-style UFOs. Typical airship reports involved unidentified lights, but more detailed accounts reported ships comparable to a dirigible. Reports of the alleged crewmen and pilots usually described them as human looking, although sometimes the crew claimed to be from Mars.[4] It was popularly believed that the mystery airships were the product of some genius inventor not ready to make knowledge of his creation public. For example, Thomas Edison was so widely speculated to be the mind behind the alleged airships that in 1897 he “was forced to issue a strongly worded statement” denying his responsibility. Reece has argued that mystery airships are unlikely to represent test flights of real human-manufactured dirigibles as no record of successful airship flights are known from the period and “it would have been impossible, not to mention irrational, to keep such a thing secret

Japan-1803 One of the first modern UFO stories comes from Japan. This is the story of Utsuro-Bune, a mysterious alien woman who appeared suddenly from the depths of the Pacific Ocean on a round ship. A detailed study of paintings from the era of the Utsuru-Bune reveals an object that resembles a flying saucer, similar to those seen today. A pale, redheaded woman was inside the ship, wearing soft, light clothing clutching a box. Where did she come from? What was in the box? Nobody knows.
This footprint was cast near Glen Rose Texas at the Paluxy River. It measures 14 inches long, 7 wide. Paleontologists say the print is from a female. The cross cuts are from compression studies indicating that this person was approximately 10 feet tall and weighing 1,000 pounds. The human foot is that of an average female size 8.5. On August 26th, 1966, Lt. Glen B, stationed at Minot AFB, ND, says a whole fleet of UFOs sailed over the base. “I was on alert because of the event (a famous incident had occurred the previous day; a UFO had shut down a nearby nuclear missile silo), and had my camera with me. There was a vibration in the air and a dozen cylinder-like objects flew from S to N directly overhead. They were completely silent and moved in an uneven arrow formation.”
Have you ever been setting there in your living room and just barely caught the movement of what looked like a person moving across the room. Full bodied shadow people like in the drawing above are rarer. But some people including me have seen them. I’ve even seen a shadow person wearing a hat with fiery red eyes and no I wasn’t on anything when I saw it. I’ve seen all kinds of shadow people and there are more shadow people being seen now than ever before. Why?
No one knows for sure. But its a fact that shadow people do exist. Some people try to claim they are beings caught between worlds. I don’t think so. I think that shadow people are the spirits of people who once lived here on earth. Why some spirts become shadow people I don’t know. But I really believe that some do.

And a lot of the people are just wanting to talk with someone else who sees shadow people so they won't think they are going crazy.
Because you see for quite a few years I have seen shadow people and I also have wondered exactly what they are and where do they come from. After talking to many people I think most if not all shadow people are the spirits of people who either died violent deaths or seriously believe they have serious business left to finish here on earth.
Let me ask you while your setting watching TV or reading have you ever thought you caught movement out of the corner of your eye when you knew for a fact that no one could possibly be there. Or have you been laying in bed and you could have just sworn there was the dark shape of a shadow there in the room with you. Well you just may have seen a shadow person. Because more and more people are seeing shadow people.
Shadow People And My Mom's Ghost
In the place where I now live I see shadow people all the time. They walk in through the back door and go right back out through the laundry room and right back outside. Several hundred yards from here is where I saw one of the most distinctive shadow persons that I have ever seen.
In the home I live in there is a section of the home I don't use and I see shadow people in the bathroom back there all the time. Sometimes it appears to be looking at it's self in the bathroom mirror back there and it can be really spooky to walk back there in the middle of the night and see it. But it vanishes almost at once when I see it.
My Mom's Ghost
My Mother Virginia Walker died on January 6th 2010. Me and her had always had a deal with each other that which ever of us died first that we would let the one left alive know that we were still around.
Shortly after the time my Mom passed she did things to let me know she was still around. But then here recently I moved into a new house and my Mom is really letting me know she is around. My Mom loved to watch QVC on the TV and since I've moved here both my TV's will switch to QVC and then back to the channel I was watching. Their is no other explanation except it is my Mom doing it. No one ever watches QVC on either of these TV's and no one can explain how this is happening.
I do know that it is happening and I know that no living human being is doing it. It really is one of the spookiest paranormal things that I have ever had done in my presence. Their is no way to explain it except it is my Mom trying her best to communicate with me. I know it really makes me think while at the same time I'm more convinced than ever that paranormal activity is very real.

I truly believe that shadow people are spirits that are stuck here on earth and like any other spirits we can try to talk with the shadow people we see and encourage them to move on. But maybe just maybe for one reason or another shadow people can't move on. For some reason we may never know they are stuck here on earth forever.
A lot of people who have seen and experienced shadow people don't think that shadow people are residual haunting's. Most people who have seen shadow people think that shadow people are intelligent and able to come and go when they want. Some people even say they think shadow people may be another life form entirely. I however believe that shadow people were once living breathing human beings.
However there are also people who say that shadow people are dark entities with malevolent intentions. And there are many many people who see shadow people for just a second out of the corner of their eye and they tell themselves that they are seeing things or they saw nothing. However some people tell of seeing shadow people wearing coats and hats and a few people have claimed to see shadow people with bright red glowing eyes.
And while most shadow people are seen only for a brief few seconds some are seen for a longer period of time and I have several times seen shadow people who moved around the room I was in and at times appeared to be standing there staring at me. You see I know for a fact that shadow people are very real and they do exist. What I don't know is exactly what is a shadow person. What makes them appear different from a ghost. Some people have even said they think shadow people are extra terrestrial in nature. I however do not. I think they were once living breathing human beings who are now trapped here on earth and they can not move on. For what ever reason the spirits that are shadow people are trapped here quite possibly forever. Forever doomed to roam about the place or places where they lived when they were alive.
What I wonder is why do some ghosts appear looking like they did when they were living breathing human beings and other spirits of deceased persons appear as shadow people. What makes a spirit appear as a shadow person while other spirits trapped here on earth appear looking like the person they were when they were alive.
As I was pulling into the driveway this particular evening, I noticed a very slow and low flying aircraft just above the trees and roofs two houses down from mine. It seemed unusual so I stayed in the truck and watched as it slowly turned and flew over the neighbors houses and also noticed the irregular light blinking pattern which seemed atypical to that of other planes and helicopters. During this time I searched for my cell phone to take a picture and then it was over my house and I stepped out of the vehicle and realized that there was absolutely no noise or emissions coming from this craft either. I was able to obtain some kind of video, but by the time I was able to gather myself, the video I captured did not show all of the lights and their distinct pattern. As the craft flew over, I noticed it was the clear shape of a triangle and was a combination of black as well as a grey, with somewhat of a pattern or what seemed like lines which met in the center of craft out to the corners, and within each of those triangles had lines connecting the edge of the craft to the lines coming from corners to meet in the center. As mentioned earlier, I did obtain some video, but it unclear of the shape and all three of the lights blinking pattern, but as soon as I got back into the vehicle, it was higher in the sky and it seemed to by flying at a faster rate that before when going over the houses. I then got back into the vehicle to try and follow the craft. I was able to for about two or three miles, turned onto an upcoming street, and then it just disappeared and could not find it anywhere, in any direction nearby or off in the distance. I then went back to the house and kept watching out the window every so often to check if it would happen to be out and nearby again, but that was the last I saw of the craft. I was walking to store to do some grocery shopping when I witnessed the craft. I was alone and had my headphones on so I cannot say whether it made sound before I noticed it but when I did see the object I quickly removed my headphones and had enough time to take one picture before it zoomed off. It was a rainy day with a lot of cloud cover, there was no birds or planes in the area. I did not see any blinking lights and the object didn’t appear to have any identifiable markings. It appeared to be smooth and windowless. It was round/oval with a “tail”. I am not sure what it was. It didn’t look like a plane I have seen. It was roundish with a tail, that is all I can say to explain it. The object didn’t move as I viewed it for about 3 minutes before it left my line of sight. It flew in a straight path after it hovered for about 30-60 seconds. Time went by really fast and afterwards my heart was pounding. I showed a few friends and they told I my have something but they have no idea what it is either. Maybe I can get some answers here. (Loaction Coquitlam BC, Canada. Lougheed Hwy.)

Humanity should start thinking about how to interact with an alien species, long before coming into contact with extraterrestrial life, experts say.
Coming up with a strict set of guidelines that govern the way people on future interstellar space missions study and interact with aliens is imperative before anyone blasts off to a distant world, according to attendees at Starship Congress in August.
While a “prime directive” the rule that prevented Star Fleet officers from interfering with the business of alien life-forms on TV’s “Star Trek” — might be a little extreme, such a rule could help govern interactions between aliens and humans.
“In the event that we discover evidence of intelligent life on another world, that will be a social, cultural and technologically influential event to human affairs which will need to be managed with great care and to ensure our culture and their culture remains intact and not disrupted by this new knowledge,” Kelvin Long, the founder of Project Icarus, said during a panel on Aug. 16.
People traveling to distant stars will be carrying tangible and intangible aspects of human culture with them, so it should be curated responsibly before being sent to an alien planet, one expert said.
I think it comes down to how we’re going,” Armen Papazian, the CEO of the International Space Development Hub, said. “Do we trust that this is a beautiful universe, an incredible cosmos.”
Do we really believe that it’s an amazing landscape, it’s a bed of stars?
What do we think we’re going out there to find and are we going to embrace it or are we going to utilize?
Are we trying to export our scarcity economics or are we trying to enjoy the abundant cosmos?
“Whatever we are here, we’re going to export wherever we go.”
It’s possible that humans in the future will have no desire to land on exoplanets after free-roaming in space for years at a time, Icarus Interstellar president Richard Obousy said.
“I’m not convinced that when we have the capabilities to build starships … that we’ll want to go from one gravitational abyss to another gravitational abyss,” Obousy said.
“I’m not convinced that settling on planets or even moons is going to be necessary.”
Humans can’t help but explore and interact with the world around them, Icarus Interstellar’s James Benford said during the panel.
“We won’t leave them alone,” Benford said. “We would like to explore alien ecology extensively to understand if there are any interactions leading to incompatibilities. We would need to establish human research stations to do that because it’s a complex problem.
It seems unlikely that there would be interference between separately evolved ecologies, especially if we minimize contamination and wear the appropriate suits.”
Les Johnson, of the Tennessee Valley Interstellar Workshop, takes Benford’s ideas a little further. Johnson and his group have developed three moral principles that he hopes will serve as a guide for any interactions with all kinds of extraterrestrial life:
1: Learn all you can learn before risking any kind of direct interaction.
2: If it seems to be alive, leave it alone.
3: Avoid bringing samples to the home world because it might not be totally incompatible with our ecosystem.
When developing a strategy for first contact, it might also be important to think about the mental and physical well-being of the aliens with whom humans could come into contact, panel members stated.
Finding out that a more advanced civilization exists somewhere in the universe could be as jarring for humans around the globe as it was for native peoples when the conquistadors came to North America for the first time, Benford said.
“It wasn’t just guns, disease and steel, it was the shock of finding out that you’re not even No. 1, you’re not even No. 3,” Benford said.
“That is a thing to really worry about.”
In spite of all of these rules, it will be up to the people on the starship to ultimately enforce or do away with whatever rules were in place before they left the planet.
“A vibrant interstellar civilization will be essentially ungovernable, and that observing such guidelines will be strictly left up to each and every first contact team to obey or not obey at their discretion,” Johnson said.
“When someone is several light-years from home and they’ve encountered something they never encountered before, they’re going to be making the decisions regardless of what the guiding moral principles might have been when they left home.”

Don Phillips was in the Air Force at Las Vegas Air Force Base during an event when UFOs were seen moving at enormous speeds near Mt. Charleston, northwest of Las Vegas.
In addition, he worked with Kelly Johnson at the Lockheed Skunkworks, on design and construction of the U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird.
He testifies that we not only have these extraterrestrial devices, but have also achieved tremendous technological advances from their study. He states that in the 1950′s and 1960′s, NATO did research into the origin of ET races, and disseminated reports to the leaders of various countries.
He lists a few of the technologies we were able to develop because of ETs: computer chips, lasers, night vision, and bulletproof vests.
Mr. Phillips now develops technologies that can help eliminate environmental pollutants and reduce the need for fossil fuels.
Re-Engineering an ET Craft
Bill Uhouse served 10 years in the Marine Corps as a fighter pilot, and four years with the Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB as a civilian doing flight testing of exotic experimental aircraft.
Later, for the next 30 years, he worked for defense contractors as an engineer of antigravity propulsion systems: on flight simulators for exotic aircraft — and on actual flying discs.
He testifies that the first disc they tested was a re-engineered ET craft that crashed in Kingman, Arizona in 1958.
He further testifies that the ET’s presented a craft to the US government; this craft was taken to Area 51, which was just being constructed at the time, and the four ET’s that accompanied the craft were taken to Los Alamos.
Mr. Uhouse’s specialty was the flight deck and the instruments on the flight deck, he understood the gravitational field and what it took to get people trained to experience antigravity.
He actually met several times with an ET that helped the physicists and engineers with the engineering of the craft.
The Interplanetary Phenomena Research Unit
Sergeant Stone tells an amazing story about the history of UFO’s and extraterrestrials dating back to the early 40′s and probably before.
General Douglas MacArthur organized a group called the Interplanetary Phenomena Research Unit back in 1943 to study this issue and it continues to this day.
Their purpose is to recover objects of unknown origin particularly those that are of non-Earthly origin.
They obtain field intelligence information and pass it on to those who are the “keepers of this information.”
This unit was thought to be working in conjunction with Bluebook but in fact was not.

Living Crater In Russia Still A Mystery
This amazing place was found by one geologist from Irkutsk in summer 1949. It was a huge convex truncated cone with an upper horizontal section.
Inside it had a funnel-shaped recess with a dome-shaped hill right in the middle.
The cone was rather big. Its height was about 10-15 meters from the upper side and 70-80 meters from the bottom side. The average diameter of the cone was about 130-150 meters.
The depth of the inner circular ditch was about 8-10 meters. It was clear the geologist found a unique natural formation which didn’t resemble any others. It was called the Patomsky crater after the river in the watershed of which it was located.
What could scientists suppose? From afar the object resembled a giant slagheap but there were no people so deeply in the taiga who could make it. And there were never labor NKVD camps in the area.
Archaeological artifact? But local Evenks and Yakuts had never been like ancient Egyptians and they had never been able to build something like this.
Scientists were close to thinking about mysterious Hyperboreans who allegedly created an ancient powerful civilization in the ancient times…
The geologist Vadim Kolpakov, who found the crater, was trying to arrange an expedition to the place of the object but it was never financed, because all money was spent for searching of uranium – the country needed a nuclear bomb.
The first expedition took place only last year. One of its members mysteriously died of a heart attack when came close to the crater… Did the Eagle’s Nest choose its victim or what?
When the first color photos of the crater were presented to the public it created a furore in the world of science. There appeared numerous versions: from secret Gulag’s mines to a spontaneous nuclear explosion of uranium ore.
The crater has always been surrounded with dark legends but it was not hard to find another team who would participate in another expedition.
They accumulated half a ton of samples and different equipment but could not carry it on their shoulders so they hired an old Mi-8T helicopter.
Strangely enough – pilots of the helicopter who had always been living in the region were rather surprised – they had always been flying there but never seen the crater…
However in the fair weather the crater is perfectly seen from the height. It really resembles a huge eagle’s nest with an egg inside. The diameter of that egg is almost 40 meters.
Soon scientists refused the version of a uranium explosion – the background radiation was low there and no uranium was found nearby.
Two main versions remained: volcanic and meteoritic ones. But the problem is that no meteoritic material has been found yet on the crater, and the area is considered to be fully non-volcanic – there are no volcanoes around for thousands of kilometers, even old and extinct ones.
The crater seems to be “new”. Its rock has is not even overgrown with moss. Scientists believe the crater could be 100-500 years old.
But there’s another, more logical version. Tunguska meteorite is considered to fall in the Krasnoyarsk region but its crater has never been found.
Maybe it fell in the Irkutsk region and this Eagle’s nest is that very crater?
The distance from the supposed place of its falling to the Patomsky crater is only 700 km. For bolides flying with speed up to 70km/sec it’s only 10-15 seconds of flight. The age coincides too. The incident of the Tunguska happened in 1908.
According to the research there is something 100-150 meters deep under the crater.
This “something” has abnormally high content of iron and other ferromagnetic materials. Besides there is much water under the crater.
If the crater was formed by a meteorite, that meteorite was no so simple… Probably it could be a superdense quark meteorite. Or some other superdense object.
The crater is still “alive”, its shape is slowly changing – rising and falling.
It was experimentally proved that some cylindrical object lies under the Patomsky crater and the length of this object is about ten meters.
This story becomes even more confusing because of the trees which grow around the crater abnormally fast.
Something like this was happening in Chernobyl, for example. But here the radiation background is low.
