The nearly seventy year mystery of UFOs has still not been solved or revealed in any satisfactory sense. That UFO/ET experiencers both inside and outside the national security state, the former being whistleblowers, have not produced a solution to this most aggravating and persistent of daily phenomena weighs hard on reason. How is such a thing possible? Is it because they, the aliens, are so far advanced over us that they don't have to worry about the sentient apes penetrating their systems? Is it because intelligence agencies throughout the world are supremely competent at keeping secrets? Or is it possibly because the aliens that really matter are so far ahead of human notions of auto-transportation that they don't even use UFOs? Although we can't seem to fathom how ET might establish a presence in our solar system without UFOs, recent thinking has considered the possibility in terms of inter-dimensional travel, various quantum and string-theory-based possibili ties. It should not surprise us if beings a billion years more advanced than us transport themselves in some way other than auto-propelled carriages.

The license plate numbers “933″ over-scored by the chrome accent seem to “augur” comet Shoemaker-Levy 9's appearance in March 1993 five months later. Note the “skill” and precision, not to mention the knowledge of impact mechanics, demonstrated. The recovered 27.3 pound Peekskill meteorite was 4″ x 5″ x 11″; the dimensions of the car signal-light are approximately 5″ x 22″. Both the car and meteorite were exhibited together in the American Museum of Natural History in NYC in 1993. The fireball from which the meteorite came was seen at 8 p.m. (prime-time) in at least eight U.S. states and filmed from six of them.
The impact occurred Oct.9, 1992, three (b0) days before NASA-Ames commenced the “Targeted Search”, a 100 million dollar SETI project, on October 12, 1992, and three (b0 )) days before the American Quincentennial (Columbus discovered America Oct. 12, 1492). NASA's hypothesis was and remains a simple one: ET exists. ET's semiotic reply: “Right, Ames! (we do exist). Of course, the ET investigators at Ames Research Center were only looking for intelligently produced radio-wave signals (not meteoritic signals), and so missed ET's reply. Many other extraordinary details and coincidences seem to confirm that the meteor event was, in fact, intelligently fashioned as a multi-eloquent, albeit semiotic, communication/overture of greeting.
But can a non-UFO ET theory be seen as anything but sacrilege? It shouldn't, really. Reports that alien spacecraft reside in secret hangars are anything but confirmed. The people who have reported seeing them at Area 51 might easily be duped into thinking they saw crashed saucers when all they really saw were models. What's more, the art and science of film special effects (Fx) is ceretainly nothing less than amazing these days.
“National Security” is a convenient catch-all excuse to black-box the whole subject, and use it for propaganda purposes. Governments have proven their capacity to be nothing less than nefarious when it comes to disseminating disinformation, and one should certainly expect the subject of UFOs to be exploited to help promote one agenda or another.
One question is, why would advanced aliens need to collude with generals and the like? Is there anything they could possibly want that they couldn't take or find elsewhere? If these unknown generals or property owners (Area 51 seems not to belong to the US government) have dead aliens staked out or embalmed, would this endear them to aliens sufficiently to cause aliens to collude with them? The idea that elite cabals are able to compel aliens to do anything seems incredible on its face.
Another question is why wouldn't the aliens have thought about the inevitable contingency that someday one of their ships would crash on our planet, allowing some of their most valuable secrets to be acquired by primitive and opportunistic aliens (humans)? Why wouldn't they have taken measures to preclude any such capture or exploitation of their technology and genotype? A simple auto-destruct mechanism would do the trick. The idea that advanced aliens would overlook this makes no sense.
That UFOs are real is not the issue because numerous cases have been satisfactorily confirmed as being of a non-alien type. This includes secret experimental military aircraft, weather balloons, holograms, inversion layers, conventional aircraft (e.g. when under certain atmospheric conditions the wings of a jet appear to disappear), hallucinations (e.g. from an acid trip), hoaxes, and, most recently, drones, to name a few. These are not alien in origin, yet many in the UFO field insist that all this comprises but a substantial percentage of the cases, not all cases. If it is true that some small percentage of unexplainable cases are alien space/air craft, then we are back to the aliens-are-just-too-advanced-for-us theory. Such a theory makes sense inasmuch as they have at least proven themselves eminently spaceworthy, where we humans have not.
So what does a non-UFO alien theory look like? For one thing, the aliens will probably not resemble humans, reptiles or any other Earth inhabitant. For another thing, they will probably be well beyond transporting themselves in space carriages or other faulty contraptions. Having survived and even flourished over a long period of time, they will probably have transcended the will-to-power-for-its-own-sake thing that seems to obsess and plague humankind. If their intentions were malevolent they would have almost certainly taken our planet for themselves by now, men with spears or even stars on their shoulders notwithstanding. So we are left with benevolent entities that just happen to be even more advanced over us than Chris Columbus and the Conquistadors were over the indigenous natives found in the new world. But give such an advantage to humans and they'll exploit it to the hilt every time.
Because extra-terrestrials are, in hindsight, essentially benevolent toward us, followers of Nietzche, Darwin (“survival of the fittest”) and Machiavelli would no doubt find such kindly restraint more than a little perplexing. Perhaps this is just a human thing, a thing that puts the ape-like creature a crawl, a few steps, and a roll from the primordial swamp. We should at least be careful not to automatically transfer human traits onto extra-terrestrials, especially if we consider what could be the “extra” in extra-terrestrial.
How would aliens express themselves to humans? Would they express themselves to us at all, any more than we would attempt to express ourselves to ants in an anthill? The answer, it turns out, is not terribly hard to find, because the facts strongly suggest that they have expressed, even revealed, themselves to us.
Take 21 comets crashing into Jupiter, for example. This happened in July 1994 and could count as the kind of thing aliens might pull off to augur and celebrate the ape-man's 21st century. Yet who in the world thought it odd that the number of comet fragments just happened to be twenty-one? Almost no one. Comets have been thought for millenia by human societies to be messages from the gods, harbingers of great change and disasters to come. The notion is very much a human thing, after all.
That advanced aliens might use their overarching technology to interface with our world in this manner is consistent with what we know about aliens. They do seem to maintain a hands-off approach where humans are concerned. That is, direct contact with our species has so far been a no-no, but this does not preclude indirect contact being made (alas!).
The great comet crash of 1994 was certainly hard to miss, and the event won't be going away anytime soon. There's hardly anything in the world scientists enjoy more than to watch really really big explosions. The 21 impacts of Jupiter were the most energetic events of any kind ever seen in this solar system. Period. They were documented, filmed, photgraphed, and studied nine ways to Sunday by the world's astronomical community. Scientists were bouncing off the walls for six days while fragments A through W (I and O were not used) pummeled the gas giant from July 16 to 22. According to one estimate, fragment “G” alone released about 600 times the energy of all the nuclear bombs on Earth!
Maybe the alien message to astronomers was that they should begin to study asteroids and their impacts. This bio-galactic reality was pretty much laughed off by science before 1994 as something that happened millions of years ago but no longer. It would be a damn shame if such a promsing but planet-bound species should go extinct from something so simple and stupid as the impact of some comet or asteroid, without that species having had much of a clue about this particular danger. Shoemaker-Levy 9 sure woke scientists up to the reality in a hurry, so much so that they only then began to study asteroids. So there was extraterrestrial communication and a human response to it, after all. In spite of NASA's denial that the 21 comets could have been a message to them from aliens, “the message” got through loud and clear, anyway.
Project NEAR, the Near Earth Asteroid Rendezvous, launched from Cape Canaveral just three years after Shoemaker-Levy 9 was discovered. After a four year journey that included fly-bys of Earth (Jan. 1998) and asteroids Mathilde (June 1997) and Eros (December 1998), NEAR began orbiting the 21-mile-long asteroid Eros on Feb. 14, 2000. Maybe this was exactly what the designers of SL-9 had in mind when they fashioned the so-called “string of pearls.”
Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 and its aftermath may not be the only interworld interface that has taken place. 2013 saw two record-breaking asteroid events occur on the same day, February 15. The tip off here was that the two asteroids were completely unrelated, astronomically. The European Space Agency, among others, confirmed as much. The two asteroids, one 45-60 in diameter, the other 150 feet in diameter, just happened, the same day, that's all. What a “coincidence!”
The smaller asteroid exploded in the air over Russia causing perhaps one billion rubles worth of window damage and about 1,100 facial cuts of Russians standing anywhere near the shattering windows. Of the 1,158 people who applied for medical assistance, 52 were hospitalized, including 13 children. If the asteroid/bolide had held together for a few more seconds and thus exploded lower in the atmosphere it would have killed a million Russians. Although it was damn close, nobody died. Talk about precision!
The larger asteroid, called 2012 DA14, passed underneath Earth orbiting satellites to become the largest space rock that astronomers have ever known about in advance. As the name implies, asteroid 2012 DA14 was spotted in 2012, and was fully expected to pass by the Earth when it did; the smaller Chelyabinsk asteroid was a complete surprise, however, as it woke up the entire Ural Mountain region with a super-loud and bright flash-bang.
The fact that the two “unrelated” record-breaking asteroids should exert pressure on our world barely 16 hours apart could be coincidence, of course; so could the appearance and impact of “21″ (not 1, not 4, or 12 or 18) comets. On the other hand, they could be the only way ethical extraterrestrials allow themselves to communicate with our world. The technique certainly doesn't give away anything of strategic value, such as where they come from, where their “posts” are located, or how they are able to maintain their embargo and presence here without our detecting them.
But there are other excellent benefits to such an approach: they get to “control the verticle and the horizontal”, so to speak. SETI scientists, and therefore governments, would necessarily disavow any notion of asteroids being signals from ET. The notion is in no way “scientific”, after all. Besides, the pan-cultural belief in comets and firey rocks in the sky as “messages from the gods” comes to us from that soft academic area called history, and therefore can't possibly matter. What's more, the world was not substantively changed by the events. Aside from opening up the issue of large impacts, and except for some footnotes in future history and astronomy books, there was no interference in human history or worldviews, no DEFCON alerts, no panic in the streets, no possibility of government censure and propaganda, the latter because the events were made available to all mankind. In short, the status quo was maintained. And yet a human/ET interface did taken place. What a wonderful device, what a great little system!
Perhaps if we broadened our investigative approach and afforded ET the benefit of a doubt by listening to what they are saying by such incredibly unlikely and world-shaking events, we can make progress on the extra-terrestrial question. It's not about the cars, after all, its about what's in the mind of the entities allegedly inside them. On the other hand, we can continue to beat our heads against the brick wall of UFOs and get nowhere for another sixty-five years.
Earth has another close encounter with large asteroid by The Extinction Protocol February 18, 2014 – SPACE – An asteroid estimated to be the size of three football fields whizzed close to Earth on Monday, roughly a year after one exploded over Russia and injured 1,200 people. Slooh Space Camera tracked the approach of the asteroid as it raced past the planet at about 27,000 mph (43,000 kmph), starting at 9 p.m. EST (2 a.m. GMT, Feb. 18), the robotic telescope service said in a statement on Slooh.com. The Dubai Astronomy Group provided Slooh photos of the part of the sky where the rock was expected to be seen, but its motion could not be picked out immediately in a live webcast against the backdrop of night-time stars. The 295-yard (270-m) asteroid was streaking past Earth at a distance of about 2.1 million miles (3.4 million km) little more than a year after another asteroid exploded on Feb. 15, 2013, over Chelyabinsk, Russia. That asteroid injured 1,200 people following a massive shock wave that shattered windows and damaged buildings. Chelyabinsk region officials had wanted to mark the anniversary by giving a piece of the meteorite to each 2014 Winter Olympic athlete who won a medal on Saturday at the Sochi Games. However, the International Olympic Committee at the last minute said it could be done only after the games and separately. Slooh’s flagship observatory on Mount Teide in Spain’s Canary Islands was iced over and unable to be used for the 2000 EM26 viewing, Paul Cox, Slooh’s technical and research director, said on the one-hour webcast. “We continue to discover these potentially hazardous asteroids – sometimes only days before they make their close approaches to Earth,” Cox said in a statement before the show. He added, “We need to find them before they find us!”

Kostroma, Russia Date: May 23 1991 Time: after midnight Around midnight, the witness, Ipat Fedorovich (involved in numerous other encounters) suddenly awoke after hearing a sharp sibilant sound. Looking at the opened window he saw an “object” entered the room and land on the night table. The “object” resembled a small robot-like humanoid or a sophisticated toy. The height of the robotic figure was only about 15 cm and width about 10cm. It seemed to be multi-layered and emitted a light with all the colors of the rainbow, although blue and greenish predominated. A small glow was also observed briefly at the window. Meanwhile, the night visitor after staying on the table for about 30-40 seconds fell or jumped to the floor, executing this maneuver totally noiselessly. The multicolored glow now dimmed and Fedorovich arose from the bed and immediately looked around the table, but there was no trace of the “little fellow”. After this Fedorovich went immediately to sleep, in the morning he made a sketch of the strange robotic entity. (Above).

Mexico City, Mexico Date: May 1975 Time: evening Two weeks after a dramatic UFO sighting from his plane—a sighting confirmed on the radar screens at Mexico City airport—-young pilot, four black-suited Scandinavian looking men in a black limousine pursued Santos Montiel down the freeway. After forcing him to the side of the road, they warned him not to discuss his sighting, the pilot was on his way to do a television interview, a month later one of the strangers reappeared and threatened him again while he was on his way to a hotel to talk to the prominent UFO investigator Allen Hynek. He described the MIBs as tall and strangely white, and said he never saw them blink.
HC addendum Source:David Pratt, Visitors from the twilight zone Type: E Comments this is an account of the original encounter: On May 3 1975, Carlos Antonio de los Santos Montiel was flying to Mexico City in his Piper PA-24 when his plane started to shake for no apparent reason. When he looked to his right he was astonished to see a dark gray disc-shaped object, about 10 or 12 feet in diameter, just beyond the wing tip. On his left he spotted a similar object pacing his aircraft. But neither of these was nearly so unsettling as the sight of the third, which was moving at him head on. De Los Santos yanked a lever which should have lowered the landing gear—he had hoped to touch the UFO with his wheels—but the mechanism failed to respond. But he still succeeded in touching the object, in fact, much to the pilot’s chagrin; the UFO scraped the underpart of the fuselage and caused the plane to jolt. By now, and beside himself with fear, De los Santos discovered that the controls would not operate. Theoretically at least the craft was out of control but it continued flying relatively smoothly at 120 mph. That didn’t make him feel any better—he was weeping as he described the encounter over the radio to the control tower at the Mexico City airport. The UFOs no longer visible, the pilot asked for and received permission to land and was relieve to find the plane’s instrumentation working normally again. Carlos de los Santos was given a medical examination and pronounced fit, free of physical or psychological damage from the experience.
Location. Minduri, Minas Gerais, Brazil Date: August 1958 Time: 09:00 a.m. Three men walking up a hill on the other side of a valley saw two gigantic human-like figures. Both figures were wearing tight-fitting shiny red clothing that covered them from head to toe, they seemed to be well proportioned and were moving at a normal pace and ignored the presence of the stunned witnesses. When the two giants walked next to some tall trees, the men estimated that one of the figures was about 5 or 6meters in height while the other 3 meters in height. Two hours before a local businessman and his family observed a very bright round object flying in the direction where the giant figures were seen later by the 3 witnesses.

There are many buildings tall, short, long, most made to conform to how we see a civilized society. These structures look like they were built recently. They are whole, without breaks or fissures and clean with no dirt or dust blanketing them over time, which tells me…they are occupied. ”

‘First you must know this is not a black and white photo, but an infrared photo. The Mariner 10 had an “8-postition filter wheel.” Each filter allows the camera to take a different kind of photo. The infrared filter is so powerful that if you pour ink onto a typed page, you can see right through the ink and read the words as if the ink never existed. That is what happened to the shadow areas on Mercury in this photo. The shadows hid a honeycomb-like structure that always varies in shape, but its smaller components resembles that of…a honeycomb. Other structures are located near hills and mountains to blend in at a distance. This is why normal photos of Mercury will not have these structures in them.
Infrared filter can see through ink and tinting to allow you to read the words.
Waring says, “Long ago, four to five years ago I found a face…so new in appearance on the planet Mercury. It was massive in scale and appeared as if I was looking at the face of a statue here on Earth, but this was tens of floors high. I saved the photo and then a few days later a virus wiped out my whole computer. So it was gone. I still have the image of the face in my head, a black person, big forehead, chubby cheeks and confident. I had to find it again, so as I was looking I found these this particular photo with structures in it. Sure, this one is not the photo I was looking for, but the number of structures in it is staggering. People often misconstrue what an alien structure looks like when they see it…having only their past experience with humanity to build upon, and often those kind of human preferred structures are hard to find. Most alien structures look like black mountains (moon) or giant white mushrooms (moon), so finding a structure we can relate to is difficult.”

Let me put it to you straight. For 35 years, I have been exploring and investigating UFOs and UFOlogy (both the serious endeavor and the silly speculative fare that fills popular culture) and...well, UFOs are real: They fly, they evince technologies we don't understand and they have been around for years.
Above all, despite voluminous and overwhelming evidence to support those assertions, to raise this subject as worthy of historical and scientific investigation is to invite ridicule, the shaking of pitying heads, derision and hostility and embarrassed silence.
Still, I persist in believing, as Francis Bacon said in 1620, that if something deserves to exist, it deserves to be known, not rejected out of hand with prejudice. The scientific method, principles of historical analysis and an open mind ask that much.
No subject has been more marginalized and maligned than this topic. By "unidentified flying objects" I mean not the many things commonly mistaken for them — balloons, Venus, sprites, ball lightning, secret craft, etc. — I mean anomalous vehicles that for decades have been well-documented by credible observers ("Credible people have seen incredible things," said Gen. John Samford, U.S. Air Force chief of intelligence in 1953), to which our government responded with the formulation and execution of policies in light of genuine national security concerns.
I was recently privileged to be included as contributing editor and writer on a team that produced the book, "UFOs and Government: An Historical Inquiry" over five years. The research/writing team was led by Michael Swords, a professor of natural science (now retired) at Western Michigan University and Robert Powell, a nanotechnologist formerly with AMD. The book is regarded as an "exception" to the dreary field by Choice, the journal that recommends works for inclusion in university collections. Choice suggested that all university libraries should have it (to date, 45 have it in their collections, including four in the University of Wisconsin system, as well as many Wisconsin public libraries).
The almost-600 page book is well-grounded with nearly 1,000 citations from government documents and other primary sources so it is "bullet proof." There is virtually nothing speculative in it. We document the response of governments from the 1940s forward to events they took quite seriously — and which readers, judging on the evidence and data, will take seriously as well.
A short op-ed cannot do justice to the complex narrative, but I can state a few facts.
■ Any other domain of inquiry with hundreds of well-documented events would be considered worthy of scientific and historical investigation.
■ Well-executed policies carried out with secrecy do not constitute "a conspiracy," and we are not "conspiracy theorists," a term used to attack investigators of unpopular subjects. Members of the military and intelligence community, from the early 1950s on, decided to learn as much as they could about UFOs — which they decided did not constitute a direct threat to national security — while at the same time playing down and dismissing reports from the public. The reports themselves were considered to be the primary threat by the CIA.
■ The data illuminates a phenomenon that is global, persistent and sufficiently similar in small details to invite taxonomic classification as to vehicle types, the physics of force fields that power the objects and ionize the air around them, producing characteristic colors in relationship to speed and power, and diverse kinds of robotic or sentient beings associated with the objects.
■ It is an astonishing sociological and psychological phenomenon that throughout the 20th century, despite reports by credible observers, corroborated on multiple radar sets on the ground and in jets, resulted not in public investigation but in an inability to get our minds around the mere possibility. Instead the subject is literally "unthinkable."
■ One reason it is "unthinkable" is the effective use of ridicule, the mocking of people who made reports or took the subject seriously, and a long silence from official authoritative voices in the face of credible testimony. When I delivered a speech and served on a panel recently at the National Security Agency, I was reminded by a veteran analyst that "the three legs of cover and deception are illusion, misdirection and ridicule. But the greatest of these is ridicule"— which discredits the person, not the testimony, and the testimony I have heard has come from military and civilian pilots, astronauts, even the intelligence head of a foreign military force. "This is what I saw, and I know what I saw" is what I am told, corroborating the statement in 1947 by Lt. Gen. Nathan Twining that "The phenomena is something real and not visionary or fictitious."
■ My personal exploration began in 1978 when, as a recently ordained Episcopal clergyman in a parish on the edge of an Air Force base, a parishioner, a decorated fighter pilot with all the "right stuff" who retired as a colonel, told me, "We chase them, and we can't catch them."
■ "UFOs and Government" includes quotations from generals, senior intelligence personnel and professionals such as Hermann Oberth, the father of German rocketry, that affirm the exotic characteristics of the technology that no earthly power could then achieve. As Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell told me, "Richard, if we could do what they can do, they wouldn't have sent me to the moon in a tin lizzie."
■ We increasingly accept through our own scientific explorations that many Earth-like planets likely to harbor life fill our galaxy and the galaxies beyond. When we hear that from authoritative voices, we accept it as a probability, but when we examine the evidence of decades of visitation by real explorers, we find it difficult to think in a concrete way that we are not alone, not the top of the food chain and that others may have been voyaging for thousands of years — as if we are the gold standard of scientific knowledge and our current understanding of physics is the end of all physics.
So I'm out of the closet on a subject. As an older man with a solid track record of delivering insights into likely futures that have pretty much worked out over the years, a man who has spoken for security conferences all over the world (including NSA, the FBI, the Secret Service, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Pentagon, etc.), discussing the impact of new technologies, I can say without embarrassment that documented data supports the contention that many historical reports show exactly what they seem to show — anomalous vehicular traffic demonstrating aerodynamic capabilities and propulsion systems beyond the range of our own technology.
So...why do well-intentioned people who know more than I do persist in the pretense that nothing unusual has been going on? That's a more speculative exploration, one for another time.

UFO Activated Nuclear Missiles in the USSR in 1982, Say Former/Retired Soviet Army Personnel
RecentRussian Newspaper Article Discusses UFO Incidents at Soviet and American Nuclear Weapons Sites.
Persons familiar with my work know that I investigate nuclear weapons-related UFO activity. Over the past 37 years, I have interviewed more than 120 former or retired U.S. military personnel who were involved in UFO incidents at nuclear missile sites, weapons storage depots, strategic bomber bases, or atmospheric test sites in Nevada and the Pacific. Many of my findings are available at my website, www.ufohastings.com. A more comprehensive summary may be found in my 600-page book UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites.
Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, a number of ex-Soviet Army personnel came forward and began discussing their involvement in similar incidents in that country during the Cold War era. One of those events occurred on October 4, 982, near the Ukrainian town of Byelokoroviche, when a disc-shaped UFO apparently hovered over a nuclear missile base for an extended period. At one point during the encounter, a number of nuclear missiles suddenly activated—without authorization from Moscow or any action being taken by the missile launch officers—and were preparing to launch! Had they done so, World War III would have very probably been underway. Fortunately, after 15 seconds, the anomalous activation ceased and the missiles returned to stand-by status. A subsequent investigation by the Soviet government discovered no equipment malfunctions that would have explained the event.
This incident was first publicized in October 1994, on the American ABC News program Prime Time Live (which unethically used KGB documents and source leads provided to its producers by KLAS-TV reporter George Knapp, without crediting his contributions).
More recently, on June 16, 2010, a large-circulation Russian newspaper, Life, published an article about the case, which was originally found at http://zhizn.ru. [Direct Link no longer valid] A badly-mangled English translation of the article, courtesy of Google, is also available.
One of the paper’s reporters, Inessa Kornienko, interviewed hitherto unidentified witnesses who provided additional details about the incident. While preparing the article, Kornienko contacted me and asked if I were aware of the case. I told her that not only did I know about it, I had once interviewed a former U.S. Air Force nuclear missile launch officer, David H. Schuur, who had described a very similar event at Minot AFB, North Dakota, in the mid-1960s.
Kornienko incorporated some of my remarks in the Life article, and noted the obvious similarity between the two cases. Because Google’s Russian-to-English translation is so torturous, and thoroughly incomprehensible at times, I asked the reporter for a few clarifications, which she provided, so that a more user-friendly translation might be achieved. The result follows here.
The Life Article:
Russia and the USA were on the brink of nuclear war because of UFO attacks on military bases where nuclear missiles were on alert.
Sensational documents and other evidence confirm that the Soviet military base near Byelokoroviche, Ukraine, and the U.S. Air Force base near Minot, North Dakota, were attacked by aliens from space. Hovering over the missiles, [in each incident,] a UFO in a matter of seconds hacked the codes required to launch them, nearly unleashing a Third World War. Journalists working for Life found revealing documents about [the Ukrainian incident] and located eyewitnesses to the alien attack.
For a 20-year-old radio operator, Vladimir Matveyev, assigned to the 50th Missile Division RVSN, Carpathian Military District, October 4, 982 was a day that he will remember for the rest of his life. In the evening, he and a thousand soldiers and officers saw a UFO for almost an hour, as it hovered over the R-12 missile silos. “It was unbelievable. Approximately one-and-a-half kilometers from us hovered an elliptical-shaped object,” the former rocketeer excitedly told Life. “The dimensions of the UFO shocked us—as large as a five-story house! Barely-visible lights flew up to the object. The guys [and I] were on our way to dinner when we all saw it! The UFO continued to hover, slowly moving to the left, as if drifting. One officer tried to get closer to it in a car but the UFO flew away. At this time all of the missile launchers malfunctioned. The UFO [also] blocked radio signal reception in the bunker. We heard only complete silence, which we could not understand, because this had never happened before. We were [later] told that the radio equipment was burnt!”
The Report
In his official statement on the incident, Major Mikhail Kataman, who was responsible for the missiles’ guidance systems, reported that the computer equipment and security systems had been disabled by a powerful [electromagnetic] pulse. He wrote that all of the control panels had lit up, indicating the missiles were preparing to launch toward their strategic targets.
Former TsSBUiS [missile division] Chief Yuri Zolotukhin told a Life journalist, “I too was a witness to these events and also saw the UFO, but could not reveal what had happened to the sensitive equipment because I signed a non-disclosure document [designed to] protect state secrets.” These events happened in the underground bunker where the missile control panels display the missiles’ readiness status. [During the incident] the panels lit up, indicating that the missiles had gone to full combat readiness and were preparing to launch. [Ordinarily] this is possible only after obtaining an order from Moscow. In this case, it happened by itself. The officers on duty at their battle stations were shocked. [Figuratively speaking,] their hair had turned gray. They said that the information appearing on the control panels indicated that all security measures designed to prevent an unauthorized launch of the missiles had been hacked! Within just a few seconds, the launch officers had lost control over their nuclear weapons. Immediately after this occurred, the officers called Moscow. The reply they got was that no order to launch had been issued. After 15 seconds, all of the controls reset to the normal position.
[Former] rocketeer Vladimir Matveyev says, “A few days later, a commission came to the base and interviewed the witnesses. The guys gave them their drawings of the UFO. One of the officers swore on his [Communist] Party membership that he wasn’t drunk. A few days later we were lined up [for our morning inspection by our officers] and read an order from the Commander-in-Chief of the Strategic Rocket Forces, designated number R010, which said, ‘If you see a UFO, do not panic and do not shoot.’ Then I realized why the officers who had their finger ‘on the button’ looked so old and had gray hair.”
USA
A U.S. Air Force base in Minot, North Dakota, once experienced a similar incident, this Life journalist was told by American UFO investigator, 60-year-old Robert Hastings. He is the author of research on UFO activity at strategic nuclear facilities. Hastings personally spoke with a [former] Intercontinental Ballistic Missile commander, [then] Lieutenant David Schuur. “Schuur told me that in 1966 he was involved in an event in which an Unidentified Flying Object repeatedly activated [the launch sequence in his] missiles,” says the ufologist. “Schuur told me that his missile guards had informed him that a big, bright object was [moving from missile to missile]. When the UFO [hovered over] a [given] missile, his control panel indicated that it was preparing to launch. This meant that somehow it had received a launch authorization. Every time that happened, Schuur had to manually enter a launch ‘Inhibit’ command. The UFO seemed to be scanning the missiles [because various other functions were temporarily activated as well]. The next day, Schuur’s commanders said that there was nothing to discuss.”

My Take
I think [the UFO] technology allows [their pilots] to launch our missiles. However, they choose not to do so. Cases such as Byelokoroviche and Minot [suggest] that aliens are trying to understand how these systems work, and what they need to do in the event of war breaking out, to stop the feuding children, i.e., us. I believe that the UFO [pilots], by running the rockets’ pre-launch countdown, learned how to stop it.

How Would Earth Send Messages To A Starship – Or A Distant Civilization?
I have a new exercise routine where I watch Star Trek: The Next Generation most mornings of the week while doing my thing. Besides serving as awesome distraction, the episodes do get me thinking about how humans would talk to extraterrestrials. It likely wouldn’t be as easy as the show portrays to zoom across space to conduct diplomatic negotiations at the planet “Parliament”, for example, so interstellar communication would be a problem.
Luckily for non-engineers such as me, there are folks out there (on Earth, at least) that are examining the problem of talking between stars. David Messerschmitt, of the University of California at Berkeley, is one of those people. A new paper by him on Arxiv examines the issue. Note this is a preprint site and not a peer-reviewed journal, but all the same it provides an intriguing addition to how to communicate outside of Earth.
Messerschmitt explains that humans already communicate with probes that are a fair distance from Earth (say, Voyager 1 in interstellar space) at radio frequencies, and there is some usage now of laser/optical communications (namely between the Earth and the moon).
Across greater distances, however, you lose information, the interstellar medium gets in the way, and stars shift due to relative motion. Besides all that, at first you wouldn’t know how the other civilization designs its systems and you could therefore send a message that wouldn’t be picked up.
He further explains that starships and civilizations would have different communications requirements. Starship communication would be two-way and based on a similar design, so success comes by having high “uplink and downlink transmit times”. The more information, the better it would be for scientific observations and keeping down errors.
Civilization-to-civilization chats, however, would present headaches. As with all diplomatic negotiations, crafting suitable messages would take time. Then we’d have to send the message out repeatedly to make sure it is heard (which actually means that reliability is not as big of a problem.) Then the ISM would have to be contended with (something that pulsar astronomers and astrophysicists are already working on, he said).
In either case — talking to starships or other civilizations — one can assume there’d be a lot of energy involved, he added. ”Starships are likely to be much closer than the nearest civilizations, but the cost of either a large transmit antenna or transmit energy is likely to be considerably greater for the starship than for a terrestrial-based transmitter,” he said, suggesting that a solution would be to minimize the energy delivered to the receiver. Other civilizations may have found more efficient ways to overcome this problem, he added.

The “machines” – looking something like sails millions of miles across – would be used to save civilisations from disaster, and would be built from the rubble of destroyed planets, or from asteroids.
“These structures are advanced technology,” says Dr Forgan. “To build these, you need a large amount of raw material, which would probably involve destroying a small planet or scooping up lots of asteroids.
Kepler “looks” at a field of 150,000 stars, looking for the telltale dips in brightness caused by planets passing in front of the stars.
“Megastructures” will be visible in the data from future telescopes, Forgan says.
“While the odds of seeing megastructures are probably very low, we will soon have a huge archive of exoplanet data to search for these objects — at no extra cost to SETI scientists. We may detect the presence, or remains, of an alien civilization that felt the need to move their star!” Forgan said.

The 50-year-old, who now heads the science, engineering and computing faculty at Kingston University in south west London, also said she ‘refused to watch’ the movie Gravity, starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock.
Speaking this week, Dr Sharman – who went into space after answeringa job ad stating ‘Astronaut wanted. No experience necessary’ – said the movie ‘did not look realistic enough’ from a trailer she had seen of it.
She flew to the Mir space station and spent eight days in space after being chosen from 13,000 people who applied to a private Britishspace programme called Project Juno.
She said of the movie: “I have not seen it. I was sent the trailer – I’m sure it’s a very interesting film but it didn’t look realistic to me and it did not appeal to me. Apollo 13 however is a fantastic film – very realistic.”
When asked if alien life existed, she replied: “There must be.”

Multicolored fiberoptic looking sphere.The object first caught my attention, because the sky was so clear, you could see everything.The object seen first looked like an extroardnarily bright star, just larger. After paying closer attention to it, we realized these beautiful colors all over the object. I then retrieved my binoculars for a closer look and what we saw was just amazing, and so vivid. There was no haze, no aura, and it just remained in the same spot for about a half hour until it slowly(at least slow to the naked eye) began moving south. Also to clarify the location, it was east of where we were and we were looking to about a 45 degree angle. The sphere then paused again and seemed to remain in its new location, for the remainder of the sighting. I had viewed it through the telescope also which made it that much more clear, only to reveal a spherical shape just completely covered in this constant changing, almost electrical light. It was blue,purple,red,yellow, green, and it just kept cycling through these colors over and over again. To be more precise on the shape, it looked exactly like the big Epcot center ball (with the same outer texture or paneling) in Disney World, just bigger and luminescent. I also found it pretty peculiar that at no time during this sighting was there even a trace of any other aircraft in the sky, and the air traffic is usually constant. Family dog had to go out back at 10.50 pm plus or minus a couple of minutes. Had my 5 million candle power light with me when taking her out at night due to coyotes and bobcats. Shined my light around the back yard as I always do and once I was looking in the Northeast direction I noticed almost right away (3) craft with (4)large bright orange/ reddish lights each, traveling from the Northeast, traveling directly over my back yard heading Southwest towards Phoenix. Thought, in the first couple of seconds, that the lights were a type of aircraft, but realized quickly that these were not our aircraft. The (3) craft were in loose formation, not exactly a perfect triangle, but close together. Each craft, on the underbelly, had (4) bright Orange/red glowing lights forming a square about the size of a (2) car garage.Estimated these craft to be at about 1500 feet to 2500 feet above ground level. As they traveled directly over my back yard I noted that there was no noise from a propulsion system, completely silent. Crafts were moving faster than a balloon or blimp but much slower than a plane and were in a controlled flight pattern. Went back inside home and pulled wife out of bed. When she saw them she asked what they were. I commented that they were Unidentified flying objects. She told me to get my camera and get some pictures. Ran in and got my camera. Took quite a few pictures and pictures do show orange/red glow. One of the (3) crafts sprinted ahead of the other two crafts and turned off its lights when it got close to Phoenix. Pictures that I took show (2) Orange/red glowing orbs. After approximately 6 minutes the last two crafts were so far to the south west that we couldn’t see the lights anymore. My wife is my witness and the pictures that I have show (2) glowing orange/red orbs.Both, my wife and I were amazed by the sight of these objects and had a hard time believing what we had seen. The Tall Grays, according to many abductees, appear to be the initiators of the hybridization agenda. The consensus from decades of CE4 testimony points to the conclusion that our Tall Grays are Transhumans from a future or parallel reality Earth that has (or will) destroy their environment and thus appear as they do to us physically having manipulated their DNA for tens of thousands of years. Yes, this sounds like science fiction and no one can be faulted for not being able to fully accept this future mutated human scenario. All we can do is consider the reports and correlate the known facts the best we can and rule out known hoaxes. We do however have dozens of impeccable eye witnesses who have offered up consistent testimony over a period of years if not decades. Be skeptical, but do not allow skepticism more air time than it deserves.
Abductee encountering a Tall Gray and several Small Grays
CE4 testimony indicates the Grays have reached an impasse with their ability to continue in their present biological form and having the technology and the need they thus began the Hybrid Program in order to continue their civilization. The big question then is why now? Why us?
The Grays interacting with humans at this juncture offers us a fascinating hypothesis. It is reported that the Grays reside in our human future 50,000 years from now. This number is difficult to fathom and yet offers a simple explanation as to why reports of Tall Gray activity and technology give the impression of being too paranormal or magical to take seriously as any technology from so far into a future couldn't reasonably be expected to be anything less than fantasy level. It would be mind altering to imagine a reality with humans on Earth in say 5,000 years time but 50,000 years sounds astronomical and we simply cannot comprehend the physiological changes or technological changes that will have occurred in that time, or can we?
Amazingly, it looks as though we can get a glimpse of something that would otherwise be impossible, something akin to seeing a living dinosaur but in the opposite direction on the timeline. We can see what happens in a future 50,000 years from now because the Grays are us, they are humans and they possess the technology to quantum tunnel to our reality. We can see what they look like and we can observe their technology - the craft they move around in. This is utterly amazing!
What's even more incredible is the possibility that we are witnessing in the Grays the end of the evolution line. A cosmic crossing of the finish line where a species can evolve or mutate no further. Indeed, this hyper technology state of the Grays is so powerful it is bleeding over into our reality and we may in fact be engulfed within the ripples of this merging timeline. We are feeling the effects of their 50,000 year technology while simultaneously witnessing our own beginning of this advanced technology, the birth of computers, genetic manipulation and the infancy of space exploration. Ultimate technology has circled back to meet the beginning of its original course.
Small Grays
One of the most widely observed beings encountered during medical abductions are the Small Grays. In the early years many abductees and UFO researchers believed the Small Grays were an alien race entering bedrooms late at night to escort patients into craft for medical procedures. As more events have been reported and more information has flowed in the conscious collective that is our internet, likewise our collective image of who the small gray drones actually are and what their task is has become quite clear.

Small Gray or a hybrid being seen by Stan Romanek?
It is now generally accepted that these small gray beings are in fact biological workers. They appear to be fabricated workers which are the result of extremely advanced genetic manipulation. The Gray's have succeeded in creating autonomous creatures, what we might call androids, who carry out mundane or dangerous tasks for the Tall Grays. Consider how impressive these beings are in the specs: they have the intelligence and physical composition to move through time from another dimension, withstand some form of beaming teleportation technology, they can switch human beings mentally off at will and project telepathic thoughts and they likely possess even more extraordinary abilities we are not aware of. The Small Grays, in all of their glorious functionality, represent living evidence of the blending of advanced genetic technology and nanotechnology by beings who have an absolute understanding of quantum principles and physics of the Multiverse.
The diminutive size and controlled mental capacity of Small Gray workers likely represents a logic 101 amongst advanced civilizations that have the ability to fabricate conscious living workers and this rule is "Never create an artificial intelligence physically larger or as intelligent as your own". Oddly enough the Small Grays are probably more intelligent than a human, but again not as brilliant and vastly mentally superior as the Tall Grays who by all reports possess a simply stunning level of hyper consciousness coupled with dazzling intelligence that is telepathically hardwired to a Multiverse ship that can pull you through a wall at 3 am and place you in front of your deceased grandmother in another dimension.
Small Gray described by Ed Walters
Ed Walters published the famous book "The Gulf Breeze Sightings" in which he further describes his encounters with the Small Grays who are in fact biological units used to carry out ground operations. The Small Grays should not be confused with the Tall Grays who are evolved beings. The Small Grays are manufactured beings solely created to perform specific tasks.
Although the Small Grays have been witnessed and reported in dozens of accounts in the context of utterly terrified abductees, there does not appear to be any reason to believe the Small Grays are malicious or malevolent. In fact, the contrary seems to be the case - that the Small Grays are in a sense programmed and instructed to be overly cautious and fastidious in protecting the patients during transport to and from the craft. Conversations or impressions that telepathically bleed over into the minds of human patients during the transportation process or inside the medical facility have been relayed to us to reveal laser focused mission specific communication, cues devoid of any emotional interaction or obvious agenda. Jim Sparks offers particular insight into the transporting process and his interaction with the Small Grays.
Another typeof Small Gray being reported by CE4 eyewitness AJ is a small brown skinned being that was seen on multiple occasions during her encounters in the 80's and 90's. AJ describes them in her encounter as being "three and a half feet tall and move by floating or levitating themselves. To me, their energy or presence feels the most alien of them all." Jim Sparks describes in several of his Youtube interview videos the presence of the Grays as that of a real, visceral field that is picked up and directly related to the beings role aboard the ship or within the operations hierarchy.
Tall White Beings

Not to be confused with the Tall Blondes we also have CE4 reports of Tall White beings. Whereas the Blondes are reported to have thick blonde-white hair and a substantial muscular frame the tall white beings are over seven feet tall and have a thin frame. Their hair is described as thin and like the fuzz on a peach. Their eyes are large and deep blue with a slight 'wrap around' appearance.
We have several encounters on record with the Tall Whites with a general consistency in their appearance from eyewitness to eyewitness. AJ describes an encounter with a being that fits the Tall Whites description, "I was facing these three Beings. The Being in the middle was quite tall and thin and he resembled a wizard in a way. His long white and blue robe was moving and flowing as if it had an energy of its own, or perhaps it was even an extension of his self. There was an enormous amount of energy appearing to come from within him. I knew without a doubt that I was in the presence of extraterrestrials." Are the Tall Whites simply a large group of hybrids who are the genetic result of Tall Gray DNA mixed with another race? The large eyes hint in this direction, however other reports seem to suggest they are a separate race altogether - though this fact unto itself does not rule out a hybrid connection as it now appears highly likely that all beings in the cosmos are hybrids to some degree.
There are two other interesting accounts of the Tall Whites, but these encounters do not come from patients of the hybrid program and thus the credibility is not quite on the same level as those abductees who have reported their experiences over years or decades.
Colin Andrews has an excellent write up on his website in which a police officer in the UK encounters three beings who might fit the tall white description. Because these three beings do not have the unique, muscular build often described with the Nordic types, it leans the possibility into the direction that these three beings are Tall Whites. The illustration accompanying the article certainly looks to be similar to that of the Tall Whites.
Charles Hall talks frequently about tall whites and a possible US government connection in his book Millennial Hospitality. Hall's description of the Tall Whites also covers details regarding the construction of their interstellar craft as well as his personal interactions with these beings in the Nevada desert. The account of Charles Hall is intriguing but the degree of involvement between the Tall Whites and the US Government is generally outside of the normal description of the hybridization program. However, it is certainly notimpossible and there have been hints from other CE4 eyewitnesses of clandestine government involvement.
The UFO phenomenon has evolved over the decades from the 1940′s to the present. Each generation has witnessed aerial phenomenon and has consequently had increasing access to clues and evidence. Civilizations from parallel realities and parallel dimensions similar to our own reality have been manipulating human DNA from the beginning of our recorded history and it is highly likely that all of this activity over the decades is the visually elusive air traffic of beings involved in one singularly focused mission involving humans. This genetic program is a part of our human history, it is here with you and I now and will continue flowing down line into humanities future. It is time to accept the fact that we are hybridized humanoid beings with alien DNA.
However, the children of the very latest human genetic upgrade are quite different and far more advanced than you and I and thus are currently living off world out of harm’s way. We have a number of reliable eyewitness reports of these hybrid children and in this website we will paint a few broad strokes in order to take a peek at the feverish activity occurring out of public sight along with the mind bending possibilities of the impending first contact.
Hybridization of a conscious humanoid appears to be quite complex. Evolution is not ruled out, but there is a point at which highly advanced humanoids begin to upgrade other humanoids. The benefits of this process would, at its simplest, be the perpetuation of life, intelligence and consciousness. This is a logical expectation within an infinite multiverse and likely a process that spans countless worlds and vast expanses of time as we know it. Earth is but a part of the process and not the process itself. We will come to realize that we are part of a larger galactic family and the relatives are coming to introduce themselves.

To our readers we would like to state that this information has been diligently collected and represents literally hundreds of hours of conversation with experts in the field as well as abductees who were willing and kind enough to participate in the development of these renderings to assure as high a degree of accuracy as possible. The UFO phenomenon has evolved over the decades or at least our perception of it has. With each new sighting and each new eye witness report we are able to add a few more pieces to the puzzle, thus the big picture of what is happening is becoming clearer.
1950's - 1970's
In the early UFO years from 1950's, 60's and 70's fixation on craft and sightings, the incoming data for the general public being visual and iconic and the magic and mystery of the unknown in the Earth's skies is reinforced by Film and television shows which portrayed UFOs in various human-perspective scenarios. Our human perspective of what these strange craft and objects represent evolving each decade as more eye witness accounts came forth and our technology progressed - such as the internet which allowed the possibility for every witness to tell their story and for near real time updates on all facets of the contact phenomenon.
1980's
A massive shift in UFO awareness came about In the 1980's with reports of abductions began to make it into books such as Communion, Taken, and Guardians, and the UFO mystery turned to fear. The late 1980's saw the internet came into common use allowing people to publish their own reports of abduction and tell their story. The abductions were taking place at night, commonly around 3am with surgical strike precision and high technology. This new collective fear, granted understandable considering the vivid and harrowing details, allowed our deepest fears about the vastness and potential of the Universe to solidify within our minds.
1990's
The 1990's saw an increase in the details of the technology and logistics of these abductions - different types of beings were seen, bug-like, grey skin, small blue people, even dead relatives. Then we began to hear about the "Hybrids", those fragile children seen aboard alien craft who appeared to be both human and alien and most significantly, TELEPATHIC. The made for TV film Intruderswas remarkable in addressing the hybrid being aspect of the abduction phenomenon and maintained a reasonable degree of accuracy in its portrayal of the methodology and appearance of both the small grays and the hybrid beings as typically described aboard craft.
2000 to Present
After 2000 the resolution increased and today we have a high definition picture of what is happening behind the UFO scenes, thanks to CE4 eyewitnesses like Whitley Strieber, Ed Walters and Jim Sparks who have a unique conscious recall of their abduction events. The general tone today is quite different than all of the previous decades with less fear and more understanding that indeed perhaps all of the crafts and night activity have been for the sole purpose of creating a hybrid species using human and alien DNA. The question now is, what does the future hold?
Hierarchy
Here we are in the present - the year is 2014 - and we have reports of Tall Grays, Small Grays, Nordics, Mantid beings, along with implants being removed by doctors (Dr. Leir) with strange lab results. We have people reporting missing time and awakening with strange visions of the future, unearthly mathematical concepts (Stan Romanek), people awakening in their beds at 3 am with mysterious self healing scars and sometimes even wearing the wrong clothes.

Over the decades we have been provided with multiple reports of abductees being shown strange, humanoid babies and asked to hold these babies and to show them affection. Hundreds - if not thousands - of women have told stories of missing fetuses and phantom pregnancies. Male abductees have told us of face to face encounters with apparently alien-human children and sometimes even encountering a dead relative. What exactly is going on here? Why are abductees seeing all of the different types of beings; Grays, Nordics and Mantids with these hybrid children? At first glance these reports and the pieces of evidence seem chaotic, fragmented and random but upon closer observation there is a pattern and a repeating logic. Indeed, there appears to be a hierarchy of personnel involved in the hybrid project with each holding a unique function or purpose. Let's take a look at the hierarchy based upon the evidence and testimony to date in order to better understand who is behind this hybridization program.

If we take a look at the Hybrid Program Sphere of Influence schematic (above) we can see the "Who's Who" onion layers and gain a better understanding of the overall hierarchy as seen from our human perspective. The inner core of the onion represents the least amount of power or influence. The outer layers represent the greatest power and control and likewise each outward layer represents an increase in the ability to traverse time and space in the cosmos.
Super Conscious Beings - Advanced beings from other realms with limitless influence/control.
Tall Grays - Transhumans with ultra technology directing the hybrid program.
Mantids - Insect like beings possessing ultra technology working with the Tall Grays.
Good Dead - Deceased humans with access to ultra technology and time space movement.
Blondes - Human like beings with ultra technology participating within the hybrid program
Hybrid Humans - Composite beings who are the end result of the hybrid program
MILAB - Military humans with high knowledge and the ability to move about the solar system
Abductees - Interact with higher beings and occasionally leave Earth and/or visit other dimensions
Dark Dead - Earth bound deceased humans who have limited abilities over the population.
Population - All ordinary Earth humans who typically have little or no knowledge of higher beings.
Breakdown of the Hierarchy
You and I are at the center of the diagram - the core of the sphere of influence. We, the Human Population, have very little influence over those beings in higher levels and generally have zero physical mobility into space. The general knowledge level of ET activity and other realms is in it's lowest state here.
The next level we refer to as the Dark Dead which is comprised of humans who are deceased and no longer have a physical body and yet they have not progressed into higher dimensions. Though they are Earth bound, the dark dead see more of reality and what is hidden from the living according to Strieber's visitor in his book The Key.
Abductees have experiences both conscious and unconscious involving traveling aboard craft away from the confines of Earth and in some cases have access to high level information directly from beings in the higher levels of the sphere of influence. Thus, abductees have greater mobility than the general population and a higher level of awareness of reality. Abductees can and do affect the general population below them.
Whereas abductees may or may not be conscious during their CE4 interactions, we have independent reports of military personnel who are very much conscious and involved with not only the abductees but the higher level beings themselves and thus have great mobility on the Earth and off. These people are behind the so called military abductions and are generally referred to as MILAB. They have been witnessed extensively by many individuals and well described by Whitley Strieber and AJ among others. They have control of abductees aboard craft and on the planet's surface. Though these MILAB beings are likely human, they are far removed from the normal lifestyle and daily routine of surface bound humans. What they know and are capable of we can only speculate.
One level above our charming military group are Human Hybrids who are reported to live off world but within our solar system. They have access to advanced technology and are telepathic. Though currently living off world, we have reports of human hybrids visiting incognito in safe areas of populated cities in order to acclimate themselves for future interaction with the population. Human hybrids have a great deal of influence over all levels beneath them and are themselves the reason for this entire program.
The elusive Reptilians have access to ultra technology and are telepathic. It is possible they are humanoid beings of Clade Dinosauria origins and are the result of an earlier hybrid program far in the past on Earth. Their interaction with us now is evidence of the ability to move outside of time and space through extremely advanced technologies. It is reported the Reptilians are playing a role in the hybridization program although their contribution of DNA does not seem to hold the priority of that of the Tall Gray DNA within the hybrid beings. However, we the Population simply don't know the full extent of the hybrid program which could be far more vast and complex than we can imagine at this time.
The Blondes or Nordic beings have been seen aboard UFOs on many occasions and have a very close physical appearance to human beings. They also possess advanced technology and are highly telepathic. Their role in the hybrid program is uncertain however CE4 eyewitness "AJ" reports encountering a Blonde being with large eyes and thinner blonde hair, suggesting he might have been a Gray-Blonde Hybrid.
Residing one level higher than the Blondes are the Good Dead. This group consists of deceased humans who have moved onto another realm of existence. We place human souls on this level assuming they have all knowledge of physics and events of all the levels lower than them and - being free of a physical body - likely have greater quantum mobility throughout the cosmos than the incarnate. Deceased relatives are frequently seen aboard craft by CE4 witnesses.
Also seen by CE4 eyewitnesses quite often are the Mantid type beings. These beings are humanoid and usually bipedal having a torso, two arms, two legs and two eyes but are certainly based upon insect evolution, evident from their appearance. Here they are placed on the same hierarchical level as that of the Tall Grays as they are often reported to be as emotionless as the Grays and very active in clinical procedures with patients. Interestingly, like the Tall Grays and their subordinate Small Gray drones, David Huggins witnessed smaller Praying Mantis type drones working in tandem with the Small Gray drones. CE4 abductee AJ reports seeing several beings who appeared to be the possible genetic combination of Tall Gray and Mantid genetics.
The Tall Grays appear to be the initiators of the human hybrid program and are apparently the highest level of this extremely complex program that extends outside our solar system to other worlds and possibly even other dimensions. The Tall Grays are physically active in the program both contributing their advanced genome and managing the logistics of this multidimensional endeavor.
Super Conscious Beings we place at the highest level of the hierarchy though very little is known of them. They appear to patients at times of stress or discomfort and possess great compassion and intellect. Super conscious beings might represent an extremely advanced collective that participates in an overview capacity making an audit of progress and from time to time by interacting with individuals subjected to these medical procedures.

Looking at the Hybrid Program sphere of influence from a larger perspective we can get a sense of the limited mobility into the universe we have as humans - the center of the onion. Moving outward from Earth we can see that MILAB people can move about into the solar system with the human Hybrids likely able to move about the entirety of our Milky Way Galaxy. Higher level beings such as the Blondes and Grays are likely able to move from galaxy to galaxy.
At the outer most onion layer Super Conscious Beings might have the ability to move across various dimensional planes allowing for an interconnected multiverse wherein various galaxies and universes comprised of hybridized physical beings can rendezvous on the common ground that is the interior of an alien star craft or UFO.
