Dit is ons nieuw hondje Kira, een kruising van een waterhond en een Podenko. Ze is sinds 7 februari 2024 bij ons en druk bezig ons hart te veroveren. Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

“Pentagon kaapte Maleisische Boeing om nieuwe microchip”
De zoektocht naar de vermiste Boeing 777 van Malaysia Airlines zal waarschijnlijk nog lang duren, aldus de Australische premier Tony Abbott tijdens een persconferentie afgelopen week. “We hebben het zoekgebied flink verkleind, maar iets proberen te vinden dat op zo’n 1000 kilometer afstand van het vasteland op 4,5 kilometer diepte ligt, is een grote, grote klus die waarschijnlijk nog lang zal duren.”
Het toestel met 239 inzittenden, onder wie een Nederlandse vrouw, verdween op 8 maart van de radar tijdens een vlucht van Kuala Lumpur naar Peking. Er moet snel verder gezocht worden, aangezien de batterijen van de twee zwarte dozen maar ongeveer een maand meegaan.
Een onderwaterrobot die de bodem van de Indische Oceaan scant, moest naar boven komen ‘wegens een technisch probleem’. Het is niet duidelijk wat het probleem is. Bluefin-21 moest eerder ook al naar de oppervlakte komen omdat er een veiligheidsmechanisme was afgegaan. Het apparaat kan slechts 4500 meter duiken en het water ter plaatse was dieper. De inzet van de Bluefin wordt gezien als de laatste poging om het verdwenen vliegtuig op te sporen.
Eind vorige maand werd gemeld dat zich onder de passagiers aan boord van vlucht MH370 20 medewerkers van Freescale Semiconductor bevonden, een Amerikaanse producent van complexe halfgeleiders. Onder hen waren ook vier patenthouders van een nieuwe chip. Door de verdwijning van de Boeing 777 zou Jacob Rothschild het patent in handen hebben gekregen, zo schrijft de International Business Times.
Op 24 maart bevestigde Freescale Semiconductor dat 20 werknemers van het bedrijf aan boord waren van vlucht MH370 – 12 afkomstig uit Maleisië en acht uit China. “Uit respect voor de familieleden zullen we de namen van de werknemers die aan boord van het toestel waren op dit moment niet vrijgeven,” zei woordvoerster Jacey Zuniga. De vicepresident van Freescale zei: “Het waren mensen met veel ervaring en technische achtergrond en ze waren erg belangrijk voor ons. Het is zeker een verlies voor het bedrijf.”
Freescale is geen nieuwkomer in Oost-Azië. Voorheen was het de halfgeleidertak van Motorola, tot dit bedrijf in 2004 deze afdeling verzelfstandigde. Freescale heeft kantoren in Kuala Lumpur, Peking, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chengdu en Suzhou. De producent van halfgeleiders maakt niet alleen microchips voor auto-onderdelen, maar heeft ook lopende contracten met het Amerikaanse leger. Het produceert onder meer wafers, periscopen, onderdelen voor zelfgeleide raketten en andere wapensystemen.
In februari 2013 lanceerde Freescale de Kinesis KL02, ’s werelds kleinste microcontroller van 1,9 mm bij 2 mm. Het bedrijf zei destijds dat het apparaat zo klein is dat het kan worden ingeslikt voor medische doeleinden.
Volgens oud-redacteur van The Japan Times Weekly en faculteitslid van de School voor Journalistiek in Hong Kong en Peking Yoichi Shimatsu is de microcontroller de sleutel naar een nieuwe generatie wapens. Denk aan drones die kleiner zijn dan een vlieg, implantaten die mensen veranderen in mechanische strijders en manoeuvreerbare micro-satellieten en mini-onderzeeërs die kunnen worden bestuurd als drones.
Kinesis KL02 betekent: versie 2 gemaakt in Kuala Lumpur, de hoofdstad van Maleisië. Dit onmisbare onderdeel van moderne oorlogen werd gemaakt in een overwegend moslimland dat economische banden heeft met China, Rusland en Japan en vaak niet op één lijn zit met het Amerikaanse buitenlandbeleid. De productie van versie 3 van de chip in Peking moest volgens het Pentagon, de NSA en DARPA dan ook koste wat het kost worden tegengehouden, aldus Shimatsu.
Toen Freescale Malaysia voorbereidingen trof om Kinesis te testen in Peking en Tianjin, gingen de alarmbellen af in het Charles Stark Draper Laboratorium in Cambridge in de staat Massachusetts, dat door DARPA wordt gefinancierd. Dit kenniscentrum maakte onder meer de Apollo-maanlandingen mogelijk. Tegenwoordig wordt er hoofdzakelijk gewerkt aan microchips voor militaire toepassingen, zoals ballistische raketten, communicatie, GPS en intelligente richtsystemen voor wapens.
Het Pentagon stond volgens Shimatsu voor een dilemma: Kinesis kan via GPS-systemen voor auto’s en smartphones veel geld opleveren, maar tegelijkertijd raken de Verenigde Staten er hun technologische voorsprong door kwijt.
Freescale wordt gefinancierd door het Amerikaanse investeringsbedrijf Blackstone Group. Belangrijke investeerders van dit bedrijf zijn de bankiersfamilie Rothschild en enkele van zijn zakenpartners. Naar verluidt is de familie Rothschild eigenaar van de centrale bank van Maleisië, die sterk verweven zou zijn met de Maleisische overheid en Malaysian Airlines.
Volgens Shimatsu is de kaping als volgt verlopen: de communicatie- en navigatiesystemen van het vliegtuig zijn op afstand uitgeschakeld door de NSA en het Air Force Space Command. De boordcomputer werd opnieuw geprogrammeerd met behulp van een noodsysteem van Boeing dat is uitgebreid met Israëlische software. Van de Zuid-Chinese Zee tot Diego Garcia in de Indische Oceaan werd het toestel gevlogen door een drone-bestuurder.
De vliegroute werd gevolgd door NSA-luisterposten op Sri Lanka en het Jindalee-station in het noordwesten van Australië. Met behulp van radarstations op de Malediven werd het toestel naar de meest zuidelijke atol van de archipel geleid. Volgens ooggetuigen daalde het vliegtuig richting de landingsbaan van de Amerikaanse luchtmachtbasis op Diego Garcia.
Aangezien de CIA de ondergrondse hangars en gevangenis van de basis gedurende de Irakoorlog en de oorlog in Afghanistan gebruikte voor ondervragingen, denkt Shimatsu dat meewerkende passagiers op de basis een nieuwe identiteit hebben gekregen. Hij besluit: MH370 zal waarschijnlijk de geschiedenis ingaan als een onopgelost mysterie, maar geen tv-station zal aandacht besteden aan die andere code: KL02.

Uit vrijgegeven FBI-documenten zou blijken dat Adolf Hitler per onderzeeër is ontsnapt naar Argentinië, waar hij aan het einde van de Tweede Wereldoorlog op een zwaarbeveiligde ranch woonde. Hij leed aan astma en had last van zweren.
De indrukwekkende stapel documenten laat zien dat berichten over de ontsnapping van Hitler serieus werden genomen door de FBI, die indertijd onder leiding stond van J. Edgar Hoover. Een speciaal team werd ingezet om tips over de nazileider te controleren.
Een Argentijnse voortvluchtige beweerde Hitler, twee vrouwen en andere Duitsers ruim twee weken na de val van Berlijn in april 1945 op de kade te hebben geholpen. Het gezelschap ging vervolgens per paard richting de voet van de zuidelijke Andes. De 50-koppige groep zou zijn ingetrokken bij Duitse gezinnen die in het gebied woonden.
De Argentijnse informant, die de informatie had doorgespeeld aan de Amerikaanse autoriteiten in de hoop asiel te krijgen, gaf op 29 juli 1945 een omschrijving van Hitler aan een journalist van de Los Angeles Examiner. Hij zei dat de nazi ‘leed aan astma en zweren en zijn snor had afgeschoren’.
Volgens sommigen woonde Hitler in New York City, terwijl anderen suggereerden dat hij zich samen met nazisympathisanten had verscholen in het Duitstalige deel van Zwitserland.

Enkele weken geleden beweerde eenschrijver dat hij een foto van Hitler had gevonden, die zou bewijzen dat hij op 95-jarige leeftijd is overleden in Brazilië. Auteur Simoni Renee Guerreiro Dias schreef dat de dictator via Argentinië naar Paraguay is ontsnapt en zich uiteindelijk heeft gevestigd in een stadje in de Braziliaanse staat Mato Grosso. Hitler zou zich Adolf Leipzig hebben genoemd en stond bij 12.000 inwoners van Nossa Senhora do Livramento bekend als ‘de Oude Duitser’.

The witness at the time was employed at the local police department as the patrol night shift Sergeant. His shift was from 7pm to 7am. On this particular night he had been at the station for a short break and walked out to his patrol car and left heading east. He drove one… block over and noticed something on top of the post office that caught his attention. He stopped his patrol car in the street between two vacant parking lots. The post office was located one block to the north of his position. This was a cloudless night and very clear. My driver side window was down and was in direct line and view of what he was observing. He first saw something light green getting larger as it was heading across the roof of the post office toward his direction. As he watched, he began to realize that it appeared to exactly resemble a person walking. It stopped at the edge of the flat roof of the post office on the side facing the witness and stopped. The best description he could give of the “thing” he saw is the following: It appeared to be about 8 foot tall. He based this on the height of the post office wall in proportion to the thing’s height. The body of the thing had a regular build to its height, meaning that it seemed proportional and in “good shape”, not fat or skinny. The most extraordinary item was that the figure was “transparent”. The lines of the figure were fluorescent green with gave it somewhat of a mass but was still transparent. Every feature except for its height appeared to be human. The clothing appeared to be what he would describe as a jumpsuit but again it was all one color and made up by its green outlines. The figure appeared bald to the best of what he remembers. The figure stood at the edge and put its hands on its hips and turned its upper body and began looking back off to the west as if it was observing something. It then turned and began looking off to the east for a few seconds. All the witness could think was that “he couldn’t believe what he was seeing and he hoped it didn’t see him”. A few seconds later it looked directly at the witness. He didn’t feel fear, he doesn’t know he could actually see a smile or just had that feeling like it was smiling and saying, “Well you saw me.” He never felt threatened. The figure turned and began walking back the way it had come. The witness remembers saying to himself, “like hell you are getting away”. He drove to the back of the post office (north side). The walls to the post office are about 25 feet tall on all sides. He knew it couldn’t jump down. He called the fire department which is located west to the police station and told them to bring a ladder truck over to the post office because he believed someone was on the roof. Another police unit left the police station and set up watching the opposite sides of the building. About 5 minutes later the fire department arrived. He told the others to remain on the ground that he would check the roof. He climbed up on the roof and there was nothing. He searched the spot on the roof where it had been standing and the path it walked and found nothing. He believes the roof was graveled but cannot remember for sure. The other officer and the fire department personnel he is sure thought he was crazy for thinking someone had been up there. He dared not tell them what he saw. The witness has now retired from the police department and does private investigations and security contracts.

A woman while driving southbound on I-75 encountered a small person in a metallic looking suit. While traveling south, the car’s engine quit as well as other systems in the auto. After guiding the vehicle to the side of the road, she had a “strange feeling” and slowly looked to her left. Standing there was this small man. “If the window was down, I could have touched it,…” said the witness. The man was described as “four foot tall metal man who appeared to be wearing a metallic pewter-like outfit capped with a bubble or dome made of the same material…there were two openings for the eyes. The slits were rectangular.” The incident took place over a five or six minute period before “the creature disappeared after walking from the left side of the car to the right side of the car to the front and then around to the back.” The witness could not detect any strange noise, odors, or lights. Her car had to be towed into a local garage and after three hours, the engine was still too hot to work with. A Georgia State trooper who stopped to help the witness told her, after hearing of the “small man” that he had received “several other reports from motorists like hers that day.”

I was traveling south. One block south of me and traveling north toward me, a dark grey and black saucer-shaped craft topped the hill. It was as wide as the three lanes of traffic and had two red triangular lights on either side in a similar position to where the parking lights are on an automobile but on the bottom edge. However, no light from these reflected onto the ground and they were not bright like headlights, but they were large rectangles and most definitely red. The largest part of the craft was very dark gray and the top “bubble” part was black. This craft was only a few inches off the roadway. My light changed and as I proceeded toward it, it was as if something came between us and it was no longer visible. As there was nothing there to actually come between us, I feel as if it “cloaked ” itself, but it was gone. This area is very well lit as there are street lights on either side and there are businesses on both sides of the road so my visibility was excellent. At this time of morning, there was no one else on the road except for it and me. This road runs directly behind my house and this happened 1/2 block north from my backyard. I went home and immediately called my friend who I had just dropped off and told her about it. However, over a period of 20 minutes, we were only able to maintain a phone connection for about 5 minutes, as our call would get dropped and I would get the message “Call Failed” which never comes through when a call is dropped but rather when it doesn’t go through to begin with. I would try to call her back and it would do absolutely nothing. Just like dead air. She left me a voice-mail message but my phone had not rang. She would call me and get the same nothing. One time, I called her and as the phone was ringing, it sounded as if there was a third party on the line and I could hear! some scratching like claws on a piece of wood but just when the call should have gone to voice-mail, it just disconnected and I got the “Call Failed” message. She said when we finally were able to talk that she had never experienced anything like that ever before with a cell phone. I hadn’t either. I was unable to go to sleep until about 6:00 a.m. The next day she told me that she had checked the Arlington Police Dept. active police “blotter” after we hung up and that from 3:00 a.m. until 3:30 a.m. there had been 9 calls to 911 that were only classified as “disturbances” within a 1-mile radius of where this occurred and my house. She tried to take a screen shot of this information, but it would not work. I can get a copy of that night’s activity from the police department, but cannot do so for 30 days. At that time, I will forward you a copy of that to go with this report.

UFO SIGHTING IN NEVADA APRIL, 2014. This UFO video was filmed from moving vehicle in, Elko County Nevada. In the original tape, the person recording this video let the tape roll as the beautiful sprawling Nevada landscape passes by the camera. The UFO was only discovered in this video many months after the tape was recorded. The UFO appears to be a silver or black Disk like object. The UFO flies in an erratic pattern during the brief moments it was on video for. The UFO enters top left of the screen, and flies to the right behind the Nevada Mountain. Chilean TV Airs Video of 240 Mile Wide UFO Taken by GOES-8
Santiago -- On Tuesday, January 26, 1999, nightly news viewers in Santiago were awestruck when Television de la Universidad Catolica (TV-UC), Canal (Channel) 13. Chili’s most watched station, and second oldest, broadcast several satellite video stills of two incredible, gigantic UFO discs taken near its coast. The 1st was captured in July 17th, 1992, and a second, similar image taken in April 7th, 1996. The UFOs, seemingly one in the same, measured well over 240 miles, (400 kilometers in diameter)
The stills were presented and discussed on the network news broadcast by two prominent South American UFOlogists; Dr. Mario Dussuel of CEFAA and Rodrigo Cuadra of ESIO. Unlike the United States who chooses to keep its citizens in the dark concerning UFO activity, Chili, a hotbed of constant UFO activity has formed CEFAA; Chili’s official national UFO study group; composed of government agencies, local UFOlogists and Fuerza Aerea de Chile- the Chilean Air Force. Interestingly, these amazing video images captured by NOAA’s own Geostationary Orbital Environmental Satellite 8 (GOES-8), were downloaded on July 17, ‘92, then for a second time on April 7, 1996; neither of which made the news in America. Taken while the satellite sat in geostationary orbit 21,600 miles (36,000 kilometers) above planet Earth, the huge UFO paralleled the orbital speed of the satellite; a speed of 6,696 miles per hour or 10,713 kilometers per hour. The 1st images received clearly show a incredibly huge, disc-shaped UFO positioned over the Earth in space above the Pacific Ocean, west of the Chilean coast, and was luckily downloaded by the astute Servicio Aereo Fotometrico Ltda. in Santiago. The image, besides the huge craft, included odd electromagnetic lines of interference that can be seen in front of the UFO. Three additional images were taken over 10-minute intervals. The 1st images show temperature variations represented by color variations we see differences of some 40°C. The black ring on the object showed a temperature over 50°C while the central part of the craft is about 10°C. Experts said the lines of interference shown on the image do not represent a problem with this satellite, but instead showed what appeared to be some type of energy generation. To experts the temperatures demonstrated the craft emitted some type of internal energy.Four years later, on April 7, 1996, GOES-8, now over the Atlantic in front of Brazilian coast, captured the 2nd image of a similar UFO disc, also measuring some 400 km plus in diameter. On this occasion the images were recovered by Centro Meteorologico Regional de Antofagasta. Experts believe the second images could represent the return of the first object. The Maya predicted the return of the Bolo Yok’te sky gods at this time with the full eclipse of the Sun, seen over Hawaii, and Mexico where many witnesses recorded amazing UFO activity which took place in full view of startled eclipse watchers? Experts in satellite imagery analysis say the objects are both real and enormous; in fact, the second was more accurately measured somewhere between 450 and 500 kilometers in diameter! The UFO was moving at the same speed as the GOES-8 satellite for 10 minutes. It is depicted very clearly with no blurring that you’d expect if the satellite’s camera was passing by the object. Chile's Centro Meteorologico Regional de Antofagasta weather service downloaded the GEOS 8 image to servers around the world. The images were quickly erased and discredited in the U.S. while 3rd world countries like Mexico and Chili keep their citizens well informed on the reality of the UFO phenomena. Thanks to Brett Allen
Russian Navy Declassifies Its 'UFO' Underwater Encounters
USO’s: Unidentified Submerged Objects or Underwater-UFOs leaving water or entering water are an underreported phenomenon. The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website. The records dating back to Soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says. Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value. “Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said. On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away. Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs. “On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Lake Baikal Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Black Sea-- A Russian SU-24 Fencer fighter jet aggressively taunted the US destroyer Donald Cook in the Black Sea by making “numerous close-range low-altitude passes on Saturday while the destroyer was conducting operations in international waters east of Romania. The Navy tried to communicate with the Russians, but to no avail. The aircraft did not respond to multiple queries and is inconsistent with international protocols. The Russian fighter jet flew within 1,000 yards of the ship that carries helicopters at an altitude of about 500 feet.
The destroyer was deployed to the Black Sea on April 10, in the wake of the Russian military takeover of Ukraine’s Crimea region and ongoing unrest there. The Su-24's fixed armament is a single fast-firing GSh-6-23 cannon with 500 rounds of ammunition, mounted in the fuselage underside. Two or four R-60 AA-8 'Aphid') infrared missiles are usually carried for self-defense by the Su-24M/24MK. Malaysian Aircraft Disappearance
The previous case of disappearance of Boeing707-323C of Varig civil aircraft took place on January 30, 1979 on a routine cargo flight. Half an hour after departure from Tokyo the plane disappeared over the Pacific Ocean where UFOs are often reported. Despite extensive searches failed to find any trace of the aircraft or signs of his fall. The incident was considered still the only fact of disappearance jet airliner and one of the most mysterious cases in the history of world aviation. Frozen Great Lakes
NASA has released several stunning photos of the frozen Great Lakes as seen from space. The space agency’s Earth Observatory reports that ice cover on the Great Lakes reached 88 percent in mid-February 2014. For comparison, the average maximum ice extent since 1973 is just over 50 percent and it has eclipsed 80 percent just five times in 40 years. The photos below were taken by NASA’s Aqua satellite on February 19, 2014. The photo reveals the Great Lakes in the early afternoon, when ice blanketed 80.3 percent of the lakes, NOAA’s Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory. “Persistently low temperatures across the Great Lakes region are responsible for the increased coverage of the ice,” noted Nathan Kurtz, cryospheric scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. “Thanks to NOAA
Buildings and Lights on Mars Seen In Rover NASA Photos
Unexplained lights are being seen on Mars in two different NASA photographs along with what appear to be buildings. Naturally the Rover turns away rather investigating claims it was a shiny rock or a lens flare.
The light anomaly was caught on different days suggesting life on Mars or a reflection off a mirror, metal, or water object.
This discovery of structures was made by Streetcap1 of YouTube. He found some structures on a hill in one of the Mars Curiosity rover photos on April 9, 2014. Look at the photo and pay special attention to the white shiny walls on top of the hill. The walls are white on one side due to reflection and dark shadowy on the other side due to the sun’s angle. Is NASA trying to move the rover away from these obstacles to prevent the public from learning about life on Mars? Sightings in the United States
Arizona Fluorescent Blue
Tucson -- As I turned onto Speedway, it started moving and then lit up deep fluorescent blue on April 11, 2014. As it flew over me, the bottom was rotating counter clockwise and it had four orange lights on the bottom that were also rotating. As it passed me, I looked back and it took off due east. It was gone in 2 seconds. As I turned onto my street, a few blocks down the road, I saw a helicopter heading west in the same place the object had gone. It flew by my house, headed west for some time, turned northeast and then disappeared before I could snap a picture. Thanks to MUFON CMS
California Orange Glowing Objects
Malibu -- We had just packed the car and we're leaving when we saw an orange glowing object out over the water. We stopped and I got out of the car and took a cell phone picture. Then there were two, then three, and four glowing objects. As I took pictures they looked like they were morphing and then they dimmed and came back on but not as bright but more uniform in color and shape. My camera stopped working so I got scared and left. Florida Lights
Destin-- I am on vacation this week and I witnessed multiple UFOs on April 9, 2014, while sitting on my balcony of my condo at 8 PM. I was watching the stars just starting to show up when I saw two lights that burned bright just above the horizon that were totally out of place. The two brightest lights were stationary and suspended in the sky for a few seconds before they were gone. They disappeared and re appeared four a total of four sightings. Two lights would appear for a second then just sort of extinguish and appear in a different place. I called my father-in-law and we both witnessed two more sightings that were even more significant than the original four that I saw alone. We saw a total of 7 lights. Indiana Family's Incredible UFO Sighting
INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT–- I was driving home with my 12 and 17 year old daughters on I70 passing near the airport on March 29, 2014, when I noticed something in the sky. I asked one of my daughters "What is that?" It was a V shaped hovering object. It had lights on it around the point of the V. She kept saying she didn't know. The object was darker in color than the sky. I called my husband and asked him how fast an airplane had to go in order to maintain any altitude in the sky because this wasn't moving. My other daughter then said she saw a moving plane. When I got off the phone with my husband I kept asking my daughters what that was. Massachusetts Orb
Boston – I went outside in the middle of night after learning my friend’s brother was killed on his motorcycle. I was upset and looked up and saw a red and yellow and centrifugal type movement with what seems like a red x shape center and yellow light emitting. Came in got the camera and my husband to look at it. We both watched it and I took a great video of it. I uploaded it to YouTube. It was planet sized and it was moving. On the video it's between two stationary stars and the object is moving, glowing, and emitting light. It was not earth made that is sure. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Minnesota Cylinder
Bemidji -- On April 10, 2014, at 10 AM; I set up my video camera facing directly up into the sky. When reviewing video at 1/8 speed, I noticed a "cylindrical" shaped object moved from the bottom of the screen, and going to the north. A second dark disc shaped object followed behind it. It actually did a "death roll" while in flight. Later, I picked up two larger objects much higher in the sky and slightly fuzzy. The only object that can be seen at full speed was the darker object. Two other craft came in from the bottom left moving very fast as well. I speculate that a darker craft "might" be one of ours chasing the cylindrical craft. Thanks to MUFON CMS

The witness says the pictures were taken on November 26, 2010. The witness’ girlfriend spotted the UFO first. She called for her boyfriend to come outside and he snapped a couple of pictures. The witness thought it was a stealth bomber at first. He says he doesn’t believe in UFOs or extraterrestrials. However, when his friend saw the pictures, he convinced the witness to submit them. Henderson --The family was observing the blood moon lunar eclipse on April 15, 2014, when they noticed an intense orange light that appeared to be on fire. The object was traveling north and turned west as the light extinguished. They saw a disc shaped object with details on the bottom. It was not smooth or uniform in color as the city lights reflected off the bottom on the object. It hovered momentarily and continued NW before disappearing. New Jersey Beam
Hewitt-- I woke up on April 10, 2014 at 3 AM, and went outside to look at the stars and saw a very bright object. It looked liked two things attached to each other so I went up to my outdoor deck better view of the object. It was whitish, with an orangish color. It looked like a baseball on top with a golf ball attached on the bottom. It was brighter than any object in the sky with two circular objects connected to each. It then began to shoot laser like beams of light. It shot one to three beams at a time. On the left, it shot a 45 degree beam upwards, and then it shot two beams making a 90 degree angle; one up, the other down. One time it shot three beams, and one at the center. The beams were 10-15 times the length of the larger circle. After watching it for 5 minutes, I went back in the house since it was so cold. The object looked liked it was over Clinton Reservoir. One was large and the rest were smaller. I went in to get my fiancé' and when he came out his jaw dropped. They did not move in unison and were under separate control. The one large one was bigger than the moon - below and to the right of the moon. There were no lights, no noise - they just glided for17-minutes! Thanks to MUFON CMS
North Carolina Lights
Fuquay Varina-- I was running down to the gas station at about 8:45 PM, when I noticed three very bright white distinct lights in a row close together on April 9, 2014. The lights changed from white to having hints of orange light blended with the white. I stopped on the side of the road to take pictures with my IPhone. I noticed some much smaller, dimmer group of red 6-8 flashing lights approach. The red lights flashed very fast on and off. As soon as it had flown over head they flew northeast. I took a few pictures of the red lights. I am familiar with the usual military aircraft that frequent the area due to Fort Bragg in neighboring Fayetteville. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Ohio Triangle
Brunswick-- My wife and I were in our hot tub relaxing when my wife saw a red shooting star over the eastern horizon on April 10, 2014. I am a big astronomy buff and my wife and I saw a satellite directly above us. I turned to the west and saw a somewhat dim, yet clearly visible unbalanced diamond shaped object, clearly larger than an airplane. We live 12 miles south of Cleveland Airport but rarely have planes come over. It honestly looked like something out of a science fiction movie. The shape was almost kite like, but had a mirror-like appearance and had four rings at each of the tips of the object that were sort of flickering. The object was the same color as the sky and silent. It was not heading towards the airport. I have never seen anything like it before in my life. Thanks to MUFON CMS

North Providence-- I was standing in my driveway at 8:40 PM and noticed a brighter and larger than normal star on April 4, 20l4. I noticed a much larger odd shaped bright light, obviously not a star. I then took my camera phone and zoomed in on it. That is when I realized the shape was clearly triangle and not a star. Killeen -- On or about March 27, 2014, I was sitting in my patio observing the low storm clouds brewing, and went inside to get my cell phone to take photos of the brewing storm. I took the photos and tried to post them on face book to share with my family back home, but couldn't get an internet connection I forgot about the pictures, until April 7, 2014, when I was going through the photos when I came across the photos of the hail storm and I noticed a dark object in the clouds and said "What is that?" Mt Rainier-- I was taking my daughter to school at 8:15 AM on April 9, 2014. You know those long lines in the sky that they leave behind... This one was over by Mt Rainier but wasn't as long as a jet contrail would leave. My daughter and I were both looking at it when all of a sudden it zipped off and poof it was gone! We don't have any pictures of this, but what we saw was a metallic silver streak. My daughter and I looked at each other with our mouths dropped saying, "Did you see that"? The line was like a metallic shiny streak that wasn't a jet line and like a zipper on a coat just zipped itself up. Thanks to Kim and Kylie.

Ivanhoe, Melbourne, Victoria– I thought it was a flickering star or plane but it was moving very slowly and it had three different colors that kept changing to red, purple, and green. I took some photos. There was one I could see and the other was behind clouds. I only saw a bright light twice shine through that started moving away about 2.10 AM. Canada Lights
Prelude Lake near Yellowknife, Northwest Territories-- Thirty days from the last unexplained 'sighting', I saw another on April 2, 2014, at 9:32 PM. While the time and location were almost identical, the hovering lights were very different. I spotted it in the southern sky from my cabin window and watched for 25 minutes. I got a few not very good photos. I grabbed the binoculars and saw a horizontal row of 'windows' with a green pulsating light coming from inside. Iran Glowing Object
Mazandaran -- I was a guest in a villa in North Iran on shore of the Caspian Sea and tried to call my husband in Canada with my cell phone. The sky was clear and I saw this glowing object and called my host family to come outside and see it. The whole family, four sons their wives and their daughter and their five grand children came out to the terrace. Their daughter who was at that time in last year of university told me this is a big one, and she had even taken pictures with her smart phone. We all stayed outside and talked about UFOs. People in Iran have a normal reaction to this subject and believe we are not alone. We were talking about the object as it vanished and reappeared. Our cell phones did not work when the UFOs were around! An airplane was flying north at high altitude crossing the Caspian Sea toward Russia. Dublin -- It was about 11 PM, on April 3rd 2014 and went outside to feed the dog and I was just about to go back inside when I saw a strange object above the Dublin Mountains to the left of Ticknock. Visually it looked like a blinking blue and red star. I went to the attic with my dad and we observed the object with binoculars. We saw that it was two round blinking objects that moved about three degrees left and then right very slowly. After 45 minutes it flew deeper into space at super speeds. Mexico Shining Dot
Teotihuacan -- I was alone resting and sitting by the archeological site at the base of the one step pyramid on February 1st, 2014. I noticed a shining dot far in the sky and turned on my Nikon P500 camera and started shooting some pictures and a video. The quality of this video is not very good. The object was moving slowly in a straight path. I noticed that the object slowed down and then continued its path smoothly till the moment I couldn't track it and the object disappeared in the distance. The supersonic round orb did not leave any trail at all. South Africa Close Encounter
Cape Town-- From the age of 6, I can remember sleeping in a room and having the feeling of something in the room with me. At the age of 9, I saw what it was for the first time and ever since I have had the fear it will come back and hurt me? At age 16 I saw “the ship it used to get from place to place.” At age 17, I saw it floating in the woods just outside town. Three of us were playing in the woods and Joe said “Oh my God look up at the sun.” We saw a triangle shape hovering 50 meters above us. The sun gave it a red glow and out came two of them like the sun was recharging there suits. Anyway at age 23, it came back but this time setting its eyes on my girlfriend who is now my wife. Last night, it came back hovering outside that lit up our bedroom. I woke up and spotted a device that looked like a hand on the wall. I tried to wake up my wife but she was fast asleep. After 15 seconds the hand just vanished and my wife opened her eyes that were as black as the night. I was shaking her and then I heard a soft whisper from the foot of the bed. I looked up and saw a short blue alien. My wife woke up and we looked at it for 30 seconds. Then we both passed out and had a dream of handing each other red glowing orbs. Bridling – The UFO appears to be pulled into a tractor beam or something similar on April 5, 2014. This is the best UFO footage I have ever managed to get. The sounds are really loud and creepy coming from the sky whilst the UFO was visible. They were much louder than they appear in the video. This was a really scary experience. The show investigates the Dugway Proving Ground, a remote military testing facility near Dugway, Utah, and examine the reports of UFO activity that has surrounded the site for the past 10 years — leading some UFO watchers to dub it “Area 52″ and “The New Area 51.”
Dugway’s mission is to test, implement US and Allied biological and chemical weapon defense systems in a secure and isolated environment. DPG also serves as a facility for US Army Reserve and US National Guard maneuver training, and US Air Force flight tests–mostly from nearby Hill Air Force Base in Ogden. DPG is controlled by the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC). The area has also been used by Army special forces for training in preparation for deployments to the War in Afghanistan and alien environments, including Colombia and Mars.
In March 1968, 6,249 sheep died in Skull Valley, an area nearly thirty miles from Dugway’s testing sites. When examined, the sheep were found to have been poisoned by an organophosphate chemical. The sickening of the sheep, known as the Dugway sheep incident, coincided with several open-air tests of the nerve agent VX at Dugway. Local attention focused on the Army, which initially denied that VX had caused the deaths, instead blaming the local use of organophosphate pesticides on crops. Necropsies conducted on the dead sheep later definitively identified the presence of VX. The Army never admitted liability, but did pay the ranchers for their losses. On the official record, the claim was for 4,372 “disabled” sheep, of which about 2,150 were either killed outright by the VX exposure or were so critically injured that they needed to be euthanized on-site by veterinarians. Another 1,877 sheep were “temporarily” injured, or showed no signs of injury but were not marketable due to their potential exposure. All of the exposed sheep that survived the initial exposure were eventually euthanized by the ranchers, since even the potential for exposure had rendered the sheep permanently unsalable for either meat or wool.
The incident, coinciding with the birth of the environmental movement and anti-Vietnam War protests, created an uproar in Utah and the international community. The incident also starkly underscored the inherent unpredictability of air-dispersal of chemical warfare agents, as well as the extreme lethality of next-generation persistent nerve agents at even extremely low concentrations.
Following the public attention drawn to Area 51 in the early 1990s, UFOlogists and concerned citizens have suggested that whatever covert operations, if any, may have been underway at that location were subsequently transferred to DPG.
The Deseret News reported that Dave Rosenfeld, president of Utah UFO Hunters, stated: ” “Numerous UFOs have been stored and reported in the area in and around Dugway…[military aircraft can't account for] all the unknowns seen in the area. It might be that our star visitors are keeping an eye on Dugway too…[Dugway is] the new area 51. And probably the new military spaceport.
Rijnmond TV News in the Netherlands is reporting on an interesting UFO video captured by a man in the town of Maassluis. The object appears to be a large lens-shaped blue object and has no apparent means of propulsion.

Maassluis is a few miles south of The Hague, in an area surrounding Rotterdam called the Rijnmond. It is at the mouth of the Rhine River. The UFO video was captured by Maassluis resident Dick Smits at approximately 3 pm last Friday.

According to Rijnmond TV, the object hung silently in the air for a long time before disappearing in the clouds.
The object has a slightly curved bottom and a domed top. It makes no sudden movement, which could indicate an inflatable object. However, it is at an angle and is not in the shape of a blimp.
The Google translate on the news video is rough, but from what I gather Smits seems to believe the universe is full of extraterrestrial life and that we are in store for more UFO sightings.

Andreas Van Looy and several friends were at a local discotheque and had decided to leave, however since none of them had no means of transport they sat around discussing the possibilities of finding a taxi. As they did a young fellow came into the bar and sat down near them. Without being invited by them he joined into their conversation and offered to give Andreas a lift to DeHaan, the village where he had his room. Yet Andreas had never mentioned the name of that village during the whole course of their conversation, and his friends and he spoke Flemish, whereas the visitor spoke French—and with an obvious accent. The stranger “was rather small, slim, with long coal-black hair, sun tanned face, (of somewhat Asian type). And he was wearing a black shirt and black trousers. Since he had no other choice, Andreas accepted his offer. He had ordered no drink from the bar, but stood up as soon as Andreas did, and made towards the door. He walked in a very strange fashion, as though his heels did not touch the ground and he was just going on tiptoes. Without further questioning, he just looked into Andrea’s eyes and said, “I’ll take you home.” The stranger had a dark green sports car, which was parked in front of the bar. As soon as Andreas was seated in the car, he felt relaxed, as though he were quite used to stepping into this car, with this driver. He was very pleasant to Andreas, and during the ride he asked Andreas if he liked his school. He gave his name as “Alexandre” in the French form of the name. Andreas was able to glance around in the car, and noticed that in the back there was some equipment. He saw a Walkie-talkie, a cassette-player, and a sort of radio antenna. Arriving at his home, he suddenly realized “that neither he nor I had said a word about where it was that I lived. But he pulled up just a few paces from the right house.” “I asked him what I owed him for giving me a lift, but he answered, “Nothing at all. We like to help people!”

From the incomparable 1968 Argentinean – and worldwide – UFO wave, I remember that one of the most widely known and controversial cases involved an encounter between a young woman and a strange entity in the mountain ranges of Córdoba. Much has been said since then: that it was a hoax with the purpose of attracting tourists, that the protagonist herself confected the story, to a media-driven creation. Even today, naysayers hiding behind curtains will have a field day with it. The fact of the matter is that I was unable to travel to the site to inverview the witness. But in 1986, 18 years after the “contact” experience, I assigned researcher Daniel Jose Lopez of FAO, Bs.As., to reinvestigate the case. And the trip yielded results, since the eyewitness interview presented fundamental evidence suggesting that “something indeed happened at the time”. A story that was consistent, detailed and beyond all whimsical conexts emerged from the woman’s mouth. She was 37 years old at the time, nearly two decades later. Let’s take a look…
Villa Carlos Paz is a classic Argentinean tourist destination. It is located some 30 kilometers west of Cordoba. There we can find the “La Cuesta” motel, along Route No. 20 and some two kilometers from the center of town. It is owned by Mr. Pedro J. Pretzel. His daughter Maria Elodia, 19, helps her father in running the establishment.
Maria Elodia Pretzel is a determined young woman, well thought of in her community, and who is not given to reading science fiction. Early that year, she underwent surgery. After recovery, she assisted in managing the hotel. But her life changed one morning in June 1968: at around 1:00 a.m. on the 14th, Mr. Pedro Pretzel was driving back home along Route 20 when he saw “two large red lights over the road, too far apart to be the tailights of another car” some 50 meters from his motel. Finding the front door open was also disconcerting, as he knew his daughter to be quite concientious about such things. As soon as he entered the house, he headed for her bedroom, only to find the young woman spread out on the bed, unconscious. What had happened there?
After bidding two guests farewell, Maria Elodia went to the kitchen and found that a considerable amount of light was pouring into the hallway. Thinking that someone had left the living room lights on, she went in and was faced with a strange and extraordinary visitor: a large figure, standing in excess of 2 meters, blonde, hair combed backward with a friendly facial expression, stood a short distance away. He was clad in some sort of jumpsuit, light blue, covering his body from his neck down to his feet. Small luminous rays poured from his fingertips. In his left hand he carried a crystal orb that emitted bright beams of light. In his right hand he bore a ring, almost a gauntlet. According to the young woman, every time the being raised the gauntlet, “it was as though he himself rose into the air and remained suspended…” At that time, Maria Elodia felt herself weaken and fall down, but when the entity lowered the gauntlet, she felt her strength returning. The being advanced toward her with a kindly, calm manner, moving his lips slowly, speaking a strange, melodic language that reminded her of Japanese. He said something like “cling-gling-crish”. At a given moment, the young woman felt a sensation of “bubbles in her head” and a feeling of perspiration, but when she touched her neck, she was perfectly dry.
Maria Elodia was able to dash for the safety of the counter, even as the entity moved the orb constantly and tried to get near her. She claims that she could hear, in the recesses of her mind, a message that repeated: “Don’t be afraid…”
Suddenly, the bright orb went out. The stranger stopped, spun around and withdrew toward the outside door. As he turned, the experiencer was able to see a kind of skirt around him, but the truly uncanny event occured as he approached the door: it opened by itself and closed as he departed.
From that moment on, Maria Elodia, who had backed away, remembered nothing more. A few moments later, her father arrived.
Dr. Hugo V. Vaggione, 33, knows the young woman well, as he is the Pretzel family’s physician. According to the doctor, she is a serious, somewhat introvered and very responsible person. He diagnosed her as being in a “pronounced state of nerves” afer the ordeal, due to emotional impact, but far from a breakdown. She was perfectly coordinated in her statements, and her blood pressure was normal. Finding her mentally and physically sound, the doctor can find no reason for deception or hallucination…
While the Pretzel Case does not present the physical evidence so longingly sought by everyone (footprints, remains, etc.) unofficial versions stated that traces of radioactivity were found in the motel’s carport and in areas where the “visitor” entered. There are only four (4) cases in Argentina where radiation has been detected.
Photos taken in Knoxville ,TN show UFO orbs in the middle of contrails or chemtrails. The witness says “its in 2 photos then gone.”
The witness says ”these where taken just a few minutes apart on 3/24/14 about 5:50pm and 5:54pm….I didn’t notice it at first but when I downloaded them to the computer I did and when I would blow them up you can see lights on the disk. The thing is that , that day me & my wife noticed one of the planes following a weird black line in the sky you could see a black line going across the entire sky didn’t come out on the camera but we could see it plain as day.”
He further says, “Never seen it before. Neither one of us…and we watch this stuff every single day. In the second photo it kinda proves it couldn’t be a lense flare because its in the trail smoke whatever you want to call it…..to big and to early to be a star and to close…those trails have to be around 15,000 to 20,000 feet very low……maybe lower I have jumped from planes I have a Class b Jump License so I have a pretty good idea about the heights…”
This UFO was recorded by Streetcap1 of Youtube when he noticed it on the live ISS Internet cam and recorded it. The UFO is moving toward Earth, entering Earths atmosphere and disappearing within it. Very nice catch.
That Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP or UFO) Exist is indisputable. Credited with the ability to hover, land, take off, accelerate to astonishing velocities and vanish. They can reportedly alter their direction of flight suddenly and clearly can exhibit aerodynamics characteristics well beyond those of any known aircraft or missile – either manned or unmanned.
The Conditions for the initial formation and sustaining of what are apparently buoyant charged masses (of Plasma), which can form, separate, merge, hover, climb, dive, and accelerate are not completely understood.
Dependent on a color’s temperature and aerosol density, it may be seen visually, either by it self generated plasma color, by reflected light, or silhouette by light blockage and background contrast.
Occasionally and perhaps exceptionally, it seems a field with, undetermined characteristics can exist between certain charged buoyant objects in loose formation, the intervening space between them forms an area, viewed as a shape, often Triangular, from which the reflection of light does not occur. COPS CHASE ALIEN CRAFT THROUGH OHIO AND PENNSYLVANIA

Deputy Sheriff Dale Spaur and Mounted Deputy Wilbur ‘Barney’ Neff had left their scout car to investigate an apparently abandoned automobile on Route 224. Spaur described the sighting in these words: “I always look behind me so no one can come up behind me. And when I looked in this wooded area behind us, I saw this thing. At this time it was coming up . . . to about tree top level. I’d say about one hundred feet. it started moving toward us…. As it came over the trees, I looked at Barney and he was still watching the car . . and he didn’t say nothing and the thing kept getting brighter and the area started to get light. .. . I told him to look over his shoulder, and he did. “He just stood there with his mouth open for a minute, as bright as it was, and he looked down. And I started looking down and I looked at my hands and my clothes weren’t burning or anything, when it stopped right over on top of us. The only thing, the only sound in the whole area was a hum . . . like a transformer being loaded or an overloaded transformer when it changes. . . . “I was petrified, and, uh, so I moved my right foot, and everything seemed to work all right. And evidently he made the same decision I did, to get something between me and it, or us and it, or whatever you would say. So we both went for the car, we got in the car and we sat there….” As they watched, the UFO moved toward the east, and then stopped again. Spaur picked up the microphone and reported to the dispatcher. At this time, the object was about 250 feet away, brilliantly lighting up the area (“It was very bright; it’d make your eyes water,” Spaur said.) Sergeant Schoenfelt, off duty at the station, told them to follow it and keep it under observation while they tried to get a photo unit to the scene. Spear and Neff turned south on Route 183, then back east on Route 224, which placed the object to their right, and out the left window. “At this time,” said Spaur. “it came straight south, just one motion, buddy, just a smooth glide . . .”and began moving east with them pacing it, just to their right at an estimated altitude of 300-500 feet, illuminating the ground beneath it. Once more the UFO darted to the north, now left of the car, and they sped up to over 100 mph to keep pace with it.
As the sky became brighter with predawn light, Spaur and Neff saw the UFO in silhouette, with a vertical projection at its rear. The object began to take on a metallic appearance as the chase continued. Spaur kept up a running conversation with other police cars that were trying to catch up with them. Once when they made a wrong turn at an intersection, the object stopped, then turned and came back to their position. Police Officer Wayne Huston of East Palestine, Ohio, situated near the Pennsylvania border, had been monitoring the radio broadcasts and was parked at an intersection he knew the Portage County officers would he passing soon. Shortly afterward he saw the UFO pass by with the sheriff’s cruiser in hot pursuit. He swung out and joined the chase. At Conway, Pennsylvania, Spaur spotted another parked police car and stopped to enlist his aid, since their Cruiser was almost out of gas. The Pennsylvania officer called his dispatcher. According to Spaur, as the four officers stood and watched the UFO, which had stopped and was hovering, there was traffic on the radio about jets being scrambled to chase the UFO, and “. . . we could see these planes coming in…. When they started talking about fighter planes, it was just as if that thing head every word that was said; it went PSSSSSHHEW, straight up; and I mean when it went up, friend, it didn’t play no games; it went straight up” (Transcript of taped interview with Dale Spaur). The Air Force “identified” the UFO as a satellite, seen part of the time, and confused with the planet Venus. Under pressure from Ohio officials, Major Hector Quintanilla, chief of PROJECT BLUE BOOK, had an acrimonious confrontation with witnesses and refused to change the identification, although it was pointed out to him that they had seen the UFO in addition to Venus and the moon at the conclusion of the observation. Major Quintanilla also denied that any jets had been scrambled. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

A young woman in Wales took several pictures of a UFO that she says appeared to be a silver spinning object as large as a car.
Elyse O’Neill says she was in her back yard smoking a cigarette when she spotted the object in a clear blue sky. It was moving very fast, then stopped in front if her before splitting in two, moving back together, and then flying off again at a very fast pace.
“It was hovering, spinning like a top,” she says. “It was so bizarre, it took my breath away.”

O’Neill says the battery in her phone was too low to take a video, but she did snap several pictures. She said, “I’ve never seen anything move so fast. I’ve seen a shooting star before and it was faster than that – there’s no way it could be man-made, it moved too fast.”
She noticed the sheep in a nearby field also seemed to have a reaction to the object. She says, “I’m a country girl and I know what sheep sound like, but the sheep in the field beyond were making a horrible, high pitched sound all the time it was there.”
Once the object was gone she says “the sheep fell silent. It was chilling.”

O’Neill posted the pictures on Facebook and showed them to family and friends. She says that relatives told her that her grandmother and aunt had also had a UFO sighting in that area in the past.
Although O’Neill feels that what she saw was not of this earth, she remains skeptical it was of extraterrestrial origins. She says, “I can’t explain it. It moved too fast to be of this earth, but I don’t believe in aliens.”

The Daily Mail asked UFO researcher Nick Pope to look at the photographs. He said:
This is truly bizarre and what makes it particularly mysterious is the description of the way the object moved from a hover to a high speed in an instant. This rules out most of the conventional explanations such as aircraft lights, a meteor/fireball, or a Chinese lantern. Perhaps it was some new secret, prototype spy plane or drone, but if not, it’s a genuine mystery. It would be fascinating to find out if anything unusual was tracked on radar.
Others have suggested that the lights in the picture are reflections of a light inside of a home reflecting on a window. However, O’Neill claimed to be outside.
O’Neill says, “I just want people to see what I saw and let them make their own minds up about what they think it was.”

Coventry Telegraph photographer catches glowing phantom at city's Medieval Guildhall
Telegraph photographer Joe Bailey had quite a shock when he went though his pictures taken at today's Irish President visit to Coventry.
For in those images he found a ghoulish green 'ghost' hanging out behind Michael D Higgins when the leader was addressing the city's Medieval Guildhall.
The emerald ethereal apparition seemingly goes unnoticed by the gathered great and the good - who are all listening intently to the President's speech.
A shaken Joe said: "I was a little taken aback to say the least. Some in the office are convinced it's a ghost but I'm not so sure.
"However, I am surprised I didn't spot it at the time. So who knows?"
St Mary's Guildhall once held Mary, Queen of Scots prisoner within its walls and has always had a reputation for being haunted.
Regular sightings include a ‘grey lady’, a little girl and a monk.
St Mary's has a room known as the ‘drapers room’ which is rumoured to be very emotional, with many people being overcome with a feeling of sadness and some even bursting into tears for no reason.
The building was built on part of the site of the former Coventry castle and is considered to be the finest Medieval Guildhall in the country.
The most famous city Guildhall ghost photo was also taken at a civic event almost 30 years ago, when a hooded monk appeared during a meeting of the Coventry Freemans. - Coventry Telegraph
“I saw a ‘shadow person’ once. I didn’t know that’s what it was called until much later. I was living in a house in Laguna Beach that had been there since the 1920s. In it’s history, it had been a speakeasy, a brothel, and a house for smuggling illegal immigrants.
One day, my new wife and I were having an argument. I can’t even recall what it was about. She walked down the block to get a cup of coffee and cool off, and I was alone in the house.
The way the place was built was incredibly haphazard. There was a bedroom and living room on one side, then a bathroom with two entrances. On the other side of the bathroom was a hallway that had windows on one side and two bedrooms on the other. From my bedroom, I could look across the hall into the bathroom then through the bathroom and down the other hall.
I was standing at my dresser when I noticed movement out the corner of my eye and looked down there. There was – and honest to god, this gives me goose bumps just typing it 17 years later – a black figure. It was maybe three feet tall, and it was only vaguely humanoid. It looked like black scribbles, like someone had scribbled a human shape, but the scribbles moved, like electricity arching. That’s the best way to describe it.There was no sound that I could remember. I distinctly remember when I saw it I wasn’t afraid, just like, WTF? Then it noticed me looking at it.
I can’t say it turned around. It just, focused on me I guess. THEN I was scared. I didn’t move, didn’t scream, nothing, I was just frozen because it just f**king came at me. It RUSHED down the hall towards me. I have no idea what it intended, but as soon as it entered the bathroom the door closest to me SLAMMED shut. The I screamed. I yelled for my wife. She wasn’t home. Poveglia Island is one of many island located between Venice and Lido in the Venetian Lagoon but instead of being a place of beauty, the island is a blemish in the shimmering sea and is not only regarded as one of the most haunted locations on the planet, but also one of the most evil places in the world. It is absolutely off-limits to visitors and while some tourists make attempts to visit from time to time, most locals refuse to take them to the island. The island has become a putrid area indeed. The soil of the island combined with the charred remains of the bodies dumped there creating a thick layer of sticky ash. The core of the island is literally human remains that has given the island a loathsome reputation...though it is known for exceptional grape growing. Think of that the next time you pour a glass of Venetian wine. Fishermen even steer clear of the island for fear that they will catch human bones in their nets.
The dark history of Poveglia Island began during the Roman Era when when people from Padua and Este fled there to escape the barbaric invasions. Centuries later, when the Black Death rolled through Europe it served that purpose again. The dead were dumped into large pits and buried or burned. As the plague tightened its grip, the population began to panic and those residents showing the slightest sign of sickness were taken from their homes and to the island of Poveglia kicking and screaming and pleading. They were thrown onto piles of rotting corpses and set ablaze...all left to die in agony. It's estimated that the tiny island saw as many as 160,000 bodies during this time.
In 1379 Venice came under attack from the Genoan fleet; the people of Poveglia were moved to the Giudecca, and the Venetian government built on the island a permanent fortification, called “the Octagon,” still visible today. The island remained uninhabited in the following centuries. Despite many attempts to offer the island for no price, no one seemed to want it. In 1527 the “doge” offered the island to the Camaldolese monks, but they refused the offer. In 1661 the descendants of the original inhabitants were offered to reconstruct their village on the island, but they refused to do so.
In the 1700s the island came under the jurisdiction of the Magistrato alla Sanità (Public Health Office) became a checkpoint for goods and people visiting Venice until two ships arrived with plague on board. For this purpose various edifices were built, including the hundred metre long “Tezon” that still stands. It is still possible to read the writing on the wall by people who were confined there. From that time until the rule of Napoleon Bonaparte in 1805, the island was a confinement station for people with the plague. As if the story was not disturbing enough, it gets worse.
In the 20th century the island was again used as a quarantine station. In 1922 the island became home to a psychiatric hospital complete with a large and very impressive bell tower. The patients of this hospital immediately began to report that they would see ghosts of plague victims on the island and that they would be kept up at night hearing the tortured wails of the suffering spirits. Because they were already considered mad by the hospital staff, these complaints were largely ignored.
To add to the anguish of the poor souls populating this island hospital, one doctor there decided to make a name for himself by experimenting on his subjects all to find a cure for insanity. Lobotomies were performed on his pitiable patients using crude tools like hand drills, chisels, and hammers. Those patients and even the ones who were not privy to the doctor's special attentions were taken to the bell tower where they were tortured and subjected to a number of inhumane horrors.
According to the lore, after many years of performing these immoral acts, the evil doctor began to see the tortured plague ridden spirits of Poveglia Island himself. It is said that they led him to the bell tower where he jumped (or was thrown) to the grounds below. The fall did not kill him according to a nurse who witnessed the event, but she related that as he lay on the ground writhing in pain, a mist came up out of the ground and choked him to death. It's rumored that the doctor is bricked up in the hospital bell tower and on a still night, the bell can be heard tolling across the bay. The hospital closed down.
For a time, the Italian government owned the island, but it was later sold. That owner abandoned it in the 1960's and was the last person to try and live there. A family recently sought to buy the island and build a holiday home on it but they left the first night there and refused to comment on what happened. The only fact that is known is that their daughter's face was ripped open and required fourteen stitches.
Several psychics have visited the island the abandoned hospital, but all of them left scared to death of what they had sensed there. Every now and then daredevils dodge the police patrols to explore the island, but everyone who has made it there have refused to return saying that there is a heavy atmosphere of evil and they the screams and tortured moans that permeate the island make staying there unbearable.
One report from a misguided thrill seeker who fled the island says that after entering the abandoned hospital, a disembodied voice ordered them, "Leave immediately and do not return."
Declassified CIA document: Marilyn Monroe was going to disclose JFK viewed UFO debris
New evidence has just been released supporting the authenticity of a leaked CIA document allegedly of wiretaps of Marilyn Monroe and her friends shortly before her suspicious death on August 4, 1962. The wiretap document revealed that Monroe was planning to give a press conference about what President Kennedy had told her of a visit to an undisclosed Air Force facility where he saw the debris of a crashed UFO. The Monroe wiretap document was first leaked in 1992 to a UFO researcher, and was made public in 1994. It has not been confirmed by the CIA to be genuine, and remains open to dispute. The new evidence that was revealed yesterday shows that the leaked document conforms closely to a standard classified Information Report form used by the CIA in 1963. Either someone broke the law by forging or using a standard CIA Information Report form for classified reports at the time of Monroe’s death, or the Monroe wiretap document was indeed a classified report about a wiretap of Monroe and her friends.
