Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.
This is our new dog Kira, a cross between a water dog and a Podenko. She has been with us since February 7, 2024 and is busy winning our hearts. She is a sweet, affectionate dog who quickly adapted to us within a week. She is very quick and curious, a very different dog than Noleke.

Now that we’re moving forward with MUFON and UFO enthusiasts internationally regarding the discussion of the Billy Meier case, we already have some good questions piling up.

Burning UFO Chased by Black Helicopter…Portal Opens
Evans, CO – 621/2008– Cigar shaped UFO is on fire, covered in flames, Black Military Helicopter respondant on scene hovering. A flashing yellow light appears and some sort of Portal opens, the cigar shaped ufo flies in and portal seals shut with a brilliant flash, Black helicopter flies away.
I was driving in my car late at night to get to my dirt road residence when I thought I had seen a missile. I slam on brakes and jump out of my car. I was shocked and frightened, I wasnt sure if WW3 had started or not cause I thought it was a missile launch.
It was a cigar shaped UFO with narrow strip of windows? down the side, flames were licking at it, 2/3rds of it was on fire.
I wasnt sure whether to stare at the UFO or the Black Helicopter on scene or the flash of yellow light that opened up a hole in the night sky.
Looking for artist to recreate and volunteer services to find peace of mind. Willing to take lie detector test if anyone in doubt. Psychologically effected and feel alone and frightened cause this is my third sighting in two years time.(2008-2009) No sightings since. I am seeking more answers, reassurance.

Missing California firefighter found dead 1 mile from where he was last seen alive two weeks before
Michael Herdman, 36, went missing June 13 when he ran after his dog in difficult terrain in Los Padres National Forest. His body was spotted 1,200 feet above his campsite among rugged cliffs. His dog was found alive on Sunday in the parking lot where Herdman left his car 12 miles away.

This is a story my grandmother told me a few years ago. I forget how it came about or where we were when it was told but this is how I remember it.
Her father had just passed away, and back when it happened, they held wakes in the houses of the deceased. So my grandmother was there for the wake and staying overnight in the house. Well after the wake when she was asleep, she woke up in the middle of the night, feeling some sort of presence. She sat up and saw a tall dark figure, wearing a top hat standing in front of the bed with no discernible features other than the top hat. Obviously she was freaked out, but was almost paralyzed and couldn’t say or do anything (my grandfather was sleeping next to her). She then closed her eyes for a minute, opened again, and the figure was gone. After calming herself down she lied back down and continued to try to sleep. I could be wrong about that I don’t exactly remember what happened after it was gone.
However what I found most interesting about the story was what she said after. Years later (not exactly sure how many) while looking through some photos, she saw a picture of her father wearing a top hat and dressed in black. She said it looked exactly like the figure, in terms of shape and size. She is convinced it was him. Dr. Paul Schroeder and his wife, Susan were boating on North Conway Lake in New Hampshire, near the North Conway mines, on May 13, 2008.
They paddled into a deep hidden canyon, entering between huge boulders which formed a narrow gateway.
It was a place that they had been to before, to make love in the wild flowers, in a vast hidden field .
Both pulled the boat up onto the narrow beach shadowed by overhanging willows and had a cold lunch of chicken and white wine.
It was a pristine landscape to wander in and dream.
Soon they felt the air vibrate strongly like an explosion's aftershock. A wave blast of air and temperature.
"What in God's name was that?" Susan asked.
Her husband answered, "Likely, it's a shockwave from a dynamite explosion, miles behind us, at the North Conway mine."
"But there was no sound, and we're miles and miles, too far from the mine."
She added," You must remember, that mine's long been closed!"
He thought for a moment, "You're damned right."
He climbed the boulder behind him and said, "It came from just outside this hidden cove, but I should be able to figure out what happened, if I can see out over the lake, from up there."
He pointed.
"You'll probably fall and kill yourself," his wife warned.
After hard climbing, he reached the top boulder which was split and he could look out through a sharp cleft within the rock.
Two large, shiny, round craft floated on the water just beyond the narrow entrance to the cove.
He didn't stop to look twice.
What he had seen was so unbelievable that he scrambled down to get his wife. His astonished aspect, a slack jaw and wide eyes, was all the convincing that she needed.
Both climbed up to the well hidden perspective.
Both metallic craft were fifty to sixty feet wide, twenty feet thick at the center and fifteen feet thick at the rim.
Round, black-edged ports covered the rim at a distance of every four feet.
On the top sides, hatch covers were open, and moving slowly around its surface were spindly creatures, who moved in unison, like robots.
On both ships, over their heads from a central position, was a slowly rotating hoop-shaped object.
When the hoop reached a point directly opposite the husband and wife, it stopped.
So did all of the creatures.
They stared toward the couple's hiding place and remained motionless.
The husband, in a frantic whisper pulled at his wife's dress, "Jesus, Lord, get down!"
Both did.
They were sure that the creatures had spotted them.
They hid, staring round-eyed at each other , and noticed a quick movement; a deer below, had come to the water's edge, to drink.
They were sure that the strange creatures were instead watching the deer and they slowly rose for another good look.
The hoop was rotating once more, operated by a creature, standing below it, who wore a small, scarlet head covering.
All were small and wore close-fitting dark suits and blue helmets.
One creature placed a shiny green hose in the water, drawing in water and at the same time discharging something from another hose.
Again the hoop stopped and all the figures froze.
They stared toward the couple on the rock.
Husband and wife ducked and counted to thirty before they inched up for yet another look.
Two hours later, dazed and confused, missing time, the couple ambled back into their boat and headed for home.
They were both grim faced and neither spoke for the whole trip back, and the further they traveled from the lake, the more their amnesia of the incident grew.
They traveled home and three days later, were bereft of memories.
A week passed during which
each night's "dreams" held disturbed and bizarre scenarios.
One night, as his son slept, he stole gently into the bedroom where a child was sleeping, and removed three books, by J.M.Barrie.
He felt strongly protective and oddly repulsed by the notion of Peter Pan, a never-aging figure, who comes down from the sky and floats children out of their bedroom, at night, accompanied by a little ball of light, Tinkerbell.

In October, 1954, in Staffordshire, UK, Jessie Roestenberg was in her small cottage, while her two sons were outside.

I was looking over Mars photos when I came across this unique photo with massive walls throughout. The walls look like they were there to protect a city long ago. There are also some rectangle structures lined up one by one at the end section of one wall. If we saw these same structures on Earth, we would naturally assume that they were stone walls built by an ancient people. I believe in this matter that archeologists view would be more useful than that of NASA. We all know NASA doesn’t like commenting about the possibility of life existing on Mars, so they will be no help in this matter.
They are slimy pulsating sacks clinging to crevices of a sewer. As light shines on the mysterious creature, it recoils in displeasure. Is it a new life form, or simply clever special effects? The identity of this fearsome sewer monster had captivated the Internet in 2009 after footage was posted on YouTube. Some even say it could be of extraterrestrial origin. Yes, those pulsating sacks are real, Malphrus Construction told MailOnline. ‘We were asked by our client to inspect the sewer lines, which were built in 1949,’ a spokeswoman said. ‘Because the sewers are so old there were many infrastructure issues. Malphrus was contracted by York Properties, the owner of the sewer lines, to do a routine inspection of the pipes earlier this year.
The sewer system is private, but it discharges into the public water system, in the U.S. town of Raleigh on the east coast.
One insider suggests that it might be a colony of worms. They can’t say what type of worms and can only speculate on how they would have got there, but blindly believe it to be true.

Author and lecturer David Icke is not the first to have mentioned Reptilian Aliens, he has been the one to pioneer the road to a better understanding of who Reptilians really are and why they continue to interact and influence earthly humans. From government control, to religious roots, Reptilians have been known for their secret agenda, and although, we do not have a clear picture of what their true intentions are we are able to gather from history the signs and traces of their past actions and influence with ancient human civilizations. Accounts from the Aztecs, Greeks and Chinese mythology and history leaves us clues as to an ancient race of aliens that perhaps helped and aided the building of our civilizations past and present.
Today, Reptilians are believed to have shape shifting abilities that enable them to secretly work their agenda. Some have found evidence that our political structure and economic system has already been influenced by these evil Reptilians. Cunning and crafty, they seduce the hearts and desires of mankind while plotting their agenda and slowly reeking havoc on our earthly world. David Icke has long stood against many political and social systems that may be compromised by the Reptilian Alien Agenda, and although, Reptilians continue to make their push against humanity, many believe that we have protectors from another constellation watching their every move and awaiting their chance to move against the Reptilian agenda.
Out of all the different types of aliens visiting Earth the Reptilians are by far the most dangerous to our very existence as humans. They have very little respect for us and want the Earth for themselves. Some say that the greys have been working against the Reptilians in order to help the human race but it is unclear why. They may have a similar agenda and just don’t want the reptilians to acquire the Earth before them.
For all of the time we spend researching and documenting our past, there are still many questions left unanswered. Our ancestors left a lot of traces in this world, and not all of them were ever meant to be understood by other cultures. Despite our best efforts, they remain mysteries to this day.
10. The Staircase To The Moon
Geoglyphs are giant images drawn on the surface of the ground. The Nazca Lines are probably the most famous geoglyph, but just 200 kilometers (130 mi) from the Nazca Plain is an even more mysterious example.
The Paracas Candelabra measures about 180 meters (600 ft) across. Despite the close proximity to the Nazca Lines, this geoglyph was likely not built by the Nazca people. Ancient pottery found at the site dates to 200 B.C., which means that the Paracas culture is most likely responsible. But while we have some idea who built the candelabra and when, the question of why leaves archaeologists baffled.
Some attribute a religious value to the geoglyph, as locals consider it to be the staff of Viracocha, an ancient creator god. Others, however, suggest a more practical purpose. The Candelabra is carved into a hill. The angle and huge size means that it can be seen from a great distance, as far as 20 kilometers (12 mi) out to sea. This has led some to believe that it was used as a landmark for sailors.
9. The Uffington White Horse
Ancient and mysterious landmarks are not an uncommon sight in England. Although Stonehenge comes to mind first, many more are to be found.
The White Horse in Uffington, a 115-meter (374 ft) hill figure, was created by digging deep trenches filled with crushed chalk. This animal appears to be a horse, and similar depictions appear on ancient coins dated to the Bronze Age. Near the figure are burial mounds from the Neolithic period. These graves were reused up until the Saxon period, leading some to claim that the White Horse is not as old as previously thought.
Two factors separate the Uffington White Horse from similar landmarks. For starters, the White Horse is much, much older. Many other horse figures date to as late as the 18th century, so they were most likely done in honor of the original White Horse. The other factor is the condition of the figure. Considering how old it is, the White Horse is in remarkable shape, most likely thanks to the locals who kept it in good repair.
The Linen Book of Zagreb is the longest text written in the Etruscan language. The language had a huge impact on the world since it heavily influenced Latin, but nowadays, it is mostly lost. Only a few ancient documents feature it, so large chunks of the Liber Linteus are still untranslated to this day. From what can be gathered from the book, it appears to be a ritual calendar, although it was initially thought to detail funeral rituals.
It’s astonishing that the Liber Linteus survived all this time despite being from the third century B.C. It is extremely uncommon for linen books to last that long—but the Liber Linteus was no ordinary book. It survived because it was repurposed. The book was cut into pieces and used by ancient Egyptians to wrap a mummy.
This meant that the Liber Linteus was preserved in good condition, but it went unstudied for a long period of time. Even when it was found, most people who saw it simply assumed that the text was Egyptian.
The ancient cultures of the Americas still hold many secrets, and one way to decode them is by studying rock paintings. Near the Pecos River in Texas’s Lower Pecos Canyon is one of the oldest and most significant of these paintings—the White Shaman. A 7-meter (24 ft) artwork dated to over 4,000 years ago, the White Shaman is thought to offer information regarding anancient lost religion.
Controversy surrounds the rock painting’s meaning. Up until recently, most archaeologists agreed that the artwork depicted five human figures in battle or during a pre-battle ritual. However, one archaeologist now claims it shows people communicating with the spirit world, specifically through the use of peyote.
Anyone impressed with the Nazca Lines or the Paracas Candelabra should learn about the Sajama Lines in Bolivia. They, too, are a collection of lines etched into the ground, but they dwarf other geoglyphs in sheer scope.
Sajama has thousands, maybe even tens of thousands of different lines that range from 1–3 meters (3–10 ft) in width and can be up to 18 kilometers (11 mi) in length. The lines cover an area of almost 7,500 square meters (70,000 sq ft)—roughly 15 times larger than the famous Nazca Lines. Despite their giant scale, very little research has been done regarding the Sajama Lines. The true size of the network had been very difficult to gauge until recently, when satellite imagery became available.
The lines are astonishingly straight despite their length, natural obstacles, and the area’s rugged topography. No records detail the lines’ construction, but they are most likely prehistoric, built over countless generations.
Their purpose remains a mystery. They may have guided pilgrims, they may have marked burial towers, or they may have had some sort of astronomical significance.µ

Leidse egyptoloog ontrafelt één van de grootste mysteries in de archeologie
De Leidse egyptoloog dr. Olaf Kaper heeft één van de grootste mysteries in de archeologie opgelost. Het gaat om de verdwijning van een 50.000-koppig Perzisch leger in de Egyptische woestijn rond 524 voor Christus. Kaper ontdekte een doofpotaffaire en loste het raadsel op.
Als we de oude verhalen moeten geloven zou het leger van de Perzische koning Cambyses onder een zandduin zijn bedolven na een zware zandstorm. Maar 50.000 man laten verdwijnen onder het zand is natuurlijk wel heel veel en de lichamen of botten zijn nooit gevonden. Kaper geloofde dat verhaal dan ook niet.
Volgens Kaper is het leger niet verdwenen, maar verslagen. “Uit mijn onderzoek is gebleken dat het leger niet zomaar een tocht door de woestijn maakte, maar op weg was naar Dachla. Dat is een oase waar troepen van de Egyptische rebellenleider Petoebastis III zich hadden verschanst,” zei Kaper. “Petoebastis III slaagde erin het leger van Cambyses in een hinderlaag te lokken en te verslaan. Daarna wist hij een groot deel van Egypte te veroveren. In de hoofdstad Memphis liet hij zich tot farao kronen.
De aanvoerder schaamde zich natuurlijk en verzon dat zijn manschappen waren gesneuveld als gevolg van de natuurelementen. De Perzische koning die ook van de nederlaag wist stierf plotseling en dus kon verder haast niemand het verhaal ontkrachten.
Kaper loste het mysterie per toeval op. Begin dit jaar ontcijferde hij oude tempelblokken waar precies de goede informatie op stond om de geschiedenis te kunnen reconstrueren. Kaper verricht al tien jaar opgravingen in de oase van Dachla. “De blokken geven aan dat Dachla aan het begin van de Perzische periode een machtsbasis moet zijn geweest. Samen met het verhaal van de Griekse historicus Herodotus hebben we de geschiedenis kunnen reconstrueren,” lichtte hij toe.

A 5000 year old Vimana, an aerial vehicle from ancient India was recently discovered in a cave in Afghanistan, stuck in a “Time Well” that has caused the disappearance of at least 8 American Soldiers trying the extract it from the cave. The discovery caused a flurry of high level visits to the area by some powerful leaders of the western world.
Agroup of soldiers made the discovery on a scout mission in the desert of Afghanistan. A Vimana is an ancient flying machine described in ancient Indian sand script epics. It is said to be protected by a strange energy barrier that is preventing troops from extracting the Vimana.
While researching the Vedas (ancient texts) including around 50 episodes of the Mahabharata, Sir Desmond Leslie concluded that the ancient chariots or flying machines called Vimanas were actually anti gravitic vehicles and some of the weapons (Brahma weapon) could well have been nuclear bombs or death rays. Descriptions in the Vedas of the resulting carnage were reminiscent of Hiroshima. more
Reference to ancient Indian flying vehicles comes from ancient Indian sources, many are the well known ancient Indian epics, and there are literally hundreds of them. Most of them have not even been translated into English yet from the old Sanskrit.
It is claimed that a few years ago, the Chinese discovered some sanskrit documents in Lhasa, Tibet and sent them to the University of Chandrigarh to be translated. Dr. Ruth Reyna of the University said recently that the documents contain directions for building interstellar spaceships!
Their method of propulsion, she said, was “anti-gravitational” and was based upon a system analogous to that of “laghima,” the unknown power of the ego existing in man’s physiological makeup, “a centrifugal force strong enough to counteract all gravitational pull.”
According to Hindu Yogis, it is this “laghima” which enables a person to levitate. Dr. Reyna said that on board these machines, which were called “Astras” by the text, the ancient Indians could have sent a detachment of men onto any planet, according to the document, which is thought to be thousands of years old. The manuscripts were also said to reveal the secret of “antima”, “the cap of invisibility” and “garima”, “how to become as heavy as a mountain of lead.”

Vimāna is a word with several meanings ranging from temple or palace to mythological flying machines described in Sanskrit epics. From the ancient accounts found in the Sanskrit epic The Mahabharata, we know that a Vimana measured twelve cubits in circumference, with four strong wheels.
Apart from its ‘blazing missiles’, The Mahabharata records the use of its other deadly weapons that operated via a circular ‘reflector’. When switched on, it produced a ‘shaft of light’ which, when focused on any target, immediately ‘consumed it with its power’. So it is a good bet that the weapons described on the Vimana in Afghanistan would attract the attention of foreign governments and the U.S. government.
To the “Time Well” encasing the Vimana, this report continues, it appears to be an electromagnetic radiation-gravity field first postulated by Albert Einstein as the Unified Field Theory and long rumored to be behind the infamous American World War II experiment in teleportation called the Philadelphia Experiment that in 1943, like the events occurring in Afghanistan today, likewise, caused the sudden “disappearance” of US Soldiers.
Most intriguing of all about this report is its stating that not just any Vimana has been discovered, but from the ancient writings contained in the cave where it wasdiscovered, it claims that its “rightful owner” is the ancient Prophet Zoroaster whowas the founder of arguably one of the most important religions of all time calledZoroastrianism.
Though little known to the World today, the religious philosophy of Zoroaster is credited with being the basis of all known religions that said the purpose of humankind, like that of all other creation, is to sustain aša [truth]. He further stated that for humankind, this occurs through active participation in life and the exercise of constructive thoughts, words and deeds.
Pliny the Elder, the first Century Roman author, naturalist, and natural philosopher, as well as naval and army commander of the early Roman Empire, further names Zoroaster as the “inventor of magic”, a claim historians say was based on the over “two million lines” written about Zoroaster contained in the Ancient Royal Library of Alexandria that was ordered destroyed by the Christian Roman Emperor Theodosius I in 391 AD.

They saved the people from a world wide disaster so they made caves.
Thus an undergound city was built to live past the evil winters that were to come.
Important to note is that for the new Christian religion to grow, all of the elements relating to its true beginnings with Zoroaster had to be destroyed, and as we can read from the 440 AD notation about this destruction written in the ancient Historia Ecclesiastica, and which says:
“At the solicitation of Theophilus, Bishop of Alexandria, the emperor issued an order at this time for the demolition of the heathen temples in that city; commanding also that it should be put in execution under the direction of Theophilus. Seizing this opportunity, Theophilus exerted himself to the utmost to expose the pagan mysteries to contempt.
The largest resurgence of Zoroaster “magic” among human beings, since the destruction of the Ancient Royal Library of Alexandria, occurred in the 13th Century among the Cathers who lived in Southern Europe. Sadly, however, when the “power” of Zoroaster “magic” began to reappear in the World once again, the threat to Christianity was undeniable and prompted Pope Innocent III (1161-1216) to order the largest massacre massacre in Europe not duplicated until the horrors of World War II.
To how brutal the Cathers were suppressed by Catholic Rome we can read from the history of those times: “Arnaud, the Cistercian abbot-commander, is supposed to have been asked how to tell Cathars from Catholics. His reply, recalled by Caesar of Heisterbach, a fellow Cistercian, thirty years later was “Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.”—“Kill them all, the Lord will recognize His own.”
The doors of the church of Saint Mary Magdalene were broken down and the refugees dragged out and slaughtered. Reportedly, 7,000 people died there. Elsewhere in the town many more thousands were mutilated and killed. Prisoners were blinded, dragged behind horses, and used for target practice.
What remained of the city was razed by fire. Arnaud wrote to Pope Innocent III, “Today your Holiness, twenty thousand heretics were put to the sword, regardless of rank, age, or sex”. The permanent population of Béziers at that time was then probably no more than 5,000, but local refugees seeking shelter within the city walls could conceivably have increased the number to 20,000.”
The seemingly “perpetual” power source to this mysterious “Time Well”, this SVR report says, appears to be based on the technology of Edward Leedskalnin, who claimed to have discovered the “Secret Knowledge of the Ancients” and from 1923-1951 “single-handedly and secretly” carved over 1,100 tons of coral rock by an unknown process that created one of the World’s most mysterious accomplishments known as the Coral Castle.
What is Zoroastrianism? Founder Zarathustra (in Greek, Zoroaster) was a Persian prophet – modern scholarship currently suggests he lived in northern or eastern Iran or nearby such as in Afghanistan or southern Russia.
Zoroastrian theology is strongly dualistic. In his visions, Zarathustra was taken up to heaven, where Ahura Mazda revealed that he had an opponent, Aura Mainyu, the spirit and promoter of evil. Ahura Mazda charged Zarathustra with the task of inviting all human beings to choose between him (good) and Aura Mainyu (evil).
Consequently, Zoroastrianism is a highly ethical religion. Zarathustra taught that humans are free to choose between right and wrong, truth and lie, and light and dark, and that their acts, words, and thoughts would affect their lives after death.
He was thus the first to promote a belief in two heavenly judgments: of the individual soul right after death and of all humankind after a general resurrection. His ideas of heaven, hell, and the resurrection of the body profoundly influenced Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
The overriding ethical principle of Zoroastrianism is “to think good, to speak good, to act good.” This is the divine expectation of humans, and only through goodness will chaos be kept at bay. A person’s goodness determines their ultimate fate after death.
Ahura Mazda is strongly associated with both fire and the Sun. Zoroastrian temples keep a fire burning at all times to represent Ahura Mazda’s eternal power. Fire is also recognized as powerful purifier and is respected for that reason.The most holy temple fires take up to a year to consecrate, and many have been burning for years or even centuries.
Eschatology
Zoroastrians believe that when a person dies, the soul is divinely judged.
The good move on to the “best of existences” while the wicked are punished in torment.
As the end of the world approaches, the dead will be resurrected into new bodies.
The world will burn but only the wicked will suffer any pain.
The fires will purify creation and purse wickedness.
Angra Mainyu will either be destroyed or made powerless, and everyone will live in paradise except perhaps the extremely wicked, which some sources believe will continue to suffer endlessly.
Goodness and pureness are strongly linked in Zoroastrianism, and pureness features prominently in Zoroastrian ritual.
Fire is by far the most central and often used symbol of purity. While Ahura Mazda is generally viewed as a god without form and a being of entirely spiritual energy rather than physical existence, he has at times been equated with the sun, and certainly the imagery associated with him remains very fire-oriented.
Ahura Mazda is the light of wisdom that pushes back the darkness of chaos. He is the life-bringer, just as the sun brings life to the world.
Fire is also prominent in Zoroastrian eschatology, when all souls will be submitted to fire and molten metal to purify them of wickedness. Goodly souls will pass through unharmed, while the souls of the corrupt will burn in anguish.
Main Sacred Text: The Zoroastrian “Avesta” (“Book of the Law”) is a fragmentary collection of sacred writings divided into: liturgical works with hymns ascribed to Zarathustra; invocations and rituals to be used at festivals; hymns of praise; and spells against demons and prescriptions for purification.
Compiled over many centuries, the Avesta was not completed until Persia’s Sassanid dynasty (226-641 C.E.).Principal Center: Zoroastrianism all but disappeared in Persia after the Muslim invasion of 637 C.E.Only about 10,000 survive in remote villages in Iran, but over the centuries many sought religious freedom in India.

If this an ancient craft capable of space travel and owned by the prophet Zoroaster it would be the smoking gun for ancient alien theory. The propulsion may not have been the propellers seen in early 1900′s to 1920′s illustrations but more of anti gravity propulsion or probably jet propulsion.
Experts just described it the best way they could with limited knowledge of Vimana technology. Original designs and technology of Vimana were kept secret by a group of unknown ancient scientists. Scientists were concerned about corrupted leaders using the technology for war domination.

News of the sudden and unexpected death of journalist Terry Hansen arrived only yesterday and I am still processing the implications of this tragic loss. Although relatively few persons with an interest in UFOs know his name, Hansen contributed greatly to our collective understanding of the crucial role the American “elite” media has played in helping to perpetuate the official secrecy surrounding the phenomenon, originating with the U.S. military and intelligence community.
As I wrote in my book UFOs and Nukes, “Hansen [has written an] excellent book, The Missing Times: News Media Complicity in the UFO Cover-up, which I highly recommend to anyone wishing to better understand how the type of information contained in my own book could have been successfully kept from the American people—scientists and laypersons alike—for so long. In fact, I put Hansen’s book on my short list of ‘must-reads’ as far as the official government cover-up of UFOs is concerned.”

That sums it up nicely. At my urging, Hansen finally made his now out-of-print book available as an e-book, which may be purchased here (see below). Demonstrating his intent that it be widely read, he altruistically decided to only charge $2.99 for it.
Terry Hanson’s courageous pioneering work will stand the test of time and, in the near-term, hopefully inspire a renewed, zealous integrity among mainstream journalists, who view themselves as champions of truth and the public’s right-to-know, while at the same time wittingly or unwittingly supporting government objectives—including the Viet Nam and Iraq wars, among other tragic missteps—by superficially covering, or spinning, or not covering at all, key national security-related subjects, including UFOs.
If Hansen’s findings illustrate anything, it’s that one of the biggest stories in history—the U.S. government’s cover-up of the UFO phenomenon—deserves objective, serious, respectful examination by members of the elite media. Yes, those few who buck the trend, and bravely follow Hansen’s lead on credible UFO investigation, may risk being disinvited to the annual White House Correspondents Association Dinner, among other repercussions, but they will finally be serving those who count most—the American public, and other humans everywhere.

Wetenschappers hebben de Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) in het noorden van Chili van een ultranauwkeurige atoomklok voorzien. Zo is de ALMA voldoende uitgerust om deel te nemen aan een wereldwijd netwerk van radio- en submillimetertelescopen.
Dit netwerk kreeg de naam Event Horizon Telescope (EHT). Met behulp van een dergelijk groot netwerk kunnen sterrenkundigen veel meer details zien in de schijven van stof en gas die zich rond een zwart gat bevinden. Theoretisch moet het zelfs mogelijk zijn om het zwart gat zelf te zien als een zwarte, ronde schaduw in zo'n wolk.

Met behulp van metingen van het CERN in Geneve zijn wetenschappers erin geslaagd om de elektrische lading van een antiwaterstofatoom te bepalen.
Een gewoon waterstofatoom bestaat uit een kern met een positief geladen proton met daaromheen een negatief geladen electron. Bij een antiwaterstofatoom bevindt zich een negatief geladen antiproton in de kern met daaromheen een positief geladen positron. Uit de meting, met een precisie van 8 cijfers na de komma, bleek de lading gelijk te zijn aan '0', net zoals bij een gewoon waterstofatoom.
