Traditionally, there is a hierarchy of angels. Here is how the order was accepted and viewed in the 13th century with the Seraphim being the highest and then descending in order of class. 1. Seraphim, 2. Cherubim, 3. Thrones, 4. Dominations, 5. Virtues, 6. Powers, 7. Principalities, 8. Archangels, 9. Angels. Remember that in those times classifying people into hierarchies was a normal part of life, it was also a social order.
An angel is a definite messenger of God. There are countless amounts of eyewitness accounts that can give credit to the positive existence of these divine beings. There are so many angels lost in history. Here are some examples of Angels throughout the ages:
The First Angel The order of the Angels in the Christian bible makes a huge difference in their qualities and attributes. For example, Lucifer was created as the morning star guardian. Did God create the morning star first? Yes, according to the bible God created Light. So Lucifer quite literally could be the first angel. Some theorize him as being referred to as the planet Venus because of it’s brightness and representations. Perhaps he was the one to witness all the darkness and where it went. Either way, the bible documents him as the first to fall from the Heavens. Lucifer is the first fallen angel.
Venus and her Angel Let us go now to Rome and explore the hidden history of Angels there. Well here is where the legend of the goddess Venus is, she is the goddess of love here. She is also known as many other names in many other cultures and many of them associate her with angels as well. Venus is the mother of Cupid, an angel. Astronomy has always been a very popular subject and comparing a goddess to the stars, planets and sky was a sign of respect for her great beauty was that like God’s who was unseen but nevertheless very powerful and real. Cupid, as an angel could also be viewed as a shooting star or some sort of celestial object. The sky is a symbol for the spirit world and it is said that from this world is where Heaven is and commonly when you ask people where Heaven is they point up at the sky.
Isis and her Wings Isis is an ancient goddess of Egypt. Perhaps she may be the goddess of Immortality. Isis is depicted many times with the symbol of Immortality.
Could she be the last angel standing at the end? There are many theories surrounding her and what we are interested in is what she has to do with the world in ancient times. In ancient times she was the goddess of birds of prey, leading her to have feathers and wings like that of a bird. The interpretation many would use today when creating a traditional angel.
Childhood Stories Yet even my personal experiences have lead me to take some sort of conclusions on the concept of faith and the guardians of it. The story of the angel may have traveled many centuries to become so popularized as it is today yet oftentimes these people who were creating these angel stories had no connections with each other. My father has shared an angel story. He has shared that he saw them as two telepathic beings of light and that one seemed female and one seemed male. He saw them when he was a child. He said that they were very beautiful and he had a feeling of shame and insecurity in front of them.
He had made some conclusions about his faith and God when he saw these beings, as was his capacity to understand such things. Some could argue that today those beings could be referred to as extraterrestrial.
In my childhood I had also experienced something that has confused my faith. When I was a very young child, perhaps seven years old I had witnessed a giant eyeball above me and it was as large as many tall buildings and the eye was predominately blue in color, even the eyelids.
It made noises like that of boulders rolling down the largest mountain in America. Flashed before my eyes was the image of a giant or perhaps the Egyptian eye of Horus as the symbols were uncannily similar. The eye had just appeared as if someone had picked the sky at some invisible point and removed it only to open up to another sky that was in another time because psychically I could feel it was in another time that reminded me of when giants roamed the Earth. I was putting it together with the symbols I knew then. Now, I know of the possibilities of UFOs and that the manner it moved it was actually similar to reported descriptions of UFO encounters. Yet, it was such a detailed eyeball, it was rolling its pupil into its head, it had eyelids that was unattached from anything like a face or perhaps because it could move some invisible shield from the sky it could keep its face invisible. I was so confused. I was actually abused right after that and it could most definitely have also been a premonition but it was realer than anything I could imagine.
Angels of the Apocalypse There are many angels tied to the stories of the apocalypse. One being Abbadon who is an angel that holds the keys to the abyss where he is said to be able to bind Satan for a thousand years. In Greek mythology, they refer to him as Apollyon. Jehovah Witness believes that this same person is actually Jesus Christ.
Angel’s Everywhere Stories of Angels are everywhere today. Whether we believe in the possibility of them or not we know that they are a huge part of spiritual faith so much so that even just their visualizations can comfort us. Whatever religion you are, there is an angel hiding there somewhere quietly protecting you in whatever form you feel most safe being around you.
Report: Man-Shaped Object Hovered Over Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan
Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan – 7/1/209: During a routine patrol in RC South under command of cENTCOm space command, my unit and I observed a small pill shaped cylindrical craft hovering utilizing some unknown form of reaction less drive system. After hovering above a small ridge it generated a form of light lending effect and disappeared from sight. A report was filed to military HQ. a word of mouth directive from an unknown Air Force O6 was issued to my men and myself not to disclose this info. I hold a Ph.D in physics and my knowledge of terrestrial technology is beyond question. This was a man shaped object that emitted no noise and was capable of controlled flight.- MUFON CMS
Bigfoot: science probe continues into elusive northern Quebec creature
Last summer a British scientist named Bryan Sykes published a study that should be of interest to residents of Nunavut and Nunavik: Sykes attempted to scientifically prove the truth about bigfoot.
“I have always been interested to know what happened to the Neanderthals,” those early humans who died out about 40,000 years ago, said Sykes, a professor of human genetics at the University of Oxford in England.
“Whether they just disappeared or whether, as some people who believe in yetis and bigfoot think, reports of these strange creatures are actually surviving pockets of Neanderthals or other early humans.”
By now readers of Nunatsiaq News should know bigfoot, the tall, black, hairy naked creature that Maggie Cruikshank, from the Nunavik community of Akulvik, saw a few years ago while picking berries with her cousin.
The creature has been seen several times since then, including once by Maggie’s brother Harry, on a hill above a remote bay about 45 minutes south of Akulivik, and also by Cree hunters near Wemindji. Read more at Nunatsiaq Online
Authorities say a man staying overnight at a southern Iowa house where several brutal murders took place in 1912 has been hospitalized following a self-inflicted stab wound.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says Robert Laursen Jr., of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, was found early Friday inside the Villisca Axe Murder House with a stab wound. Investigators determined it was self-inflicted.
Laursen was eventually airlifted to an Omaha hospital. The Daily Nonpareil reports a hospital spokeswoman declined to provide details on his condition.
The Villisca Axe Murder House is the location of eight unsolved murders in 1912. The house and affiliated museum are popular with tourists who believe the structure is haunted. Owner Martha Linn says Laursen was part of a family group of paranormal investigators staying overnight. – KCRG
Cannibal Eats Woman’s Face Before Being Tazed by Cops and Dying
According to police in Wales, a woman was “murdered in an act of cannibalism” at the Sirhowy Arms Hotel this week. Police reportedly found newly released prisoner Matthew Williams, 34, eating the eyeball and face of an a 22-year-old woman named Cerys Marie Yemm.
The Telegraph reports that police broke down the door of the room Williams and Yemm were in, found him eating her remains, and fired a tazer to stop him. Shortly after police arrested Williams, he died.
“The woman, aged 22 from Blackwood, was located with injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene,” Gwent Police said in a statement released to Agence France-Presse. “A Tazer was discharged and a man was arrested…Whilst under arrest, the man became unresponsive.”
The wire service reports that the hotel also serves as a hostel for the homeless and criminals on bail. And according to the Telegraph, Williams, also known as “Fifi,” was released two weeks earlier after spending five years in prison for attacking his partner. Williams and Yemm, the BBC reports, were believed to be in a relationship.
Jill Edwards, who lives near the hotel, told the paper that Williams was an “animal.” “Security said they told him no girls in his room and he didn’t answer, when they opened his door he was eating her face,” she said. –Gawker
MANY WITNESS FLYING SAUCERS OVER OREGON 1947 ……. PORTLAND OREGON
What I do know, however, because I read about it in the newspapers, is that 59 years ago today, scores of Portlanders, including pilots, police officers, and just plain civilians like you and me, saw – or at least thought they saw – flying saucers above the Rose City. According to no less a source than The Oregonian, the first flying saucers, or whatever they were, were sighted directly over Oaks Amusement Park. Immediately, the police bureau put out an “all cars” alert, which was answered by three patrolmen who said they saw them, too. One of them, Earl Patterson, identified as an “air corps veteran,” said they were traveling fast, “wobbling and weaving,” and in his opinion they were not airplanes. The other two, Walter Lissy and Robert Ellis, both civilian pilots themselves, said what they saw were discs, making sudden changes in direction and traveling at a “terrific speed.”
Capt. K.A. Prehn, along with two of his men at Harbor Patrol headquarters on Irving, reported seeing several “discs” pass overhead at a height of 10,000 feet. They were unsure whether there were three or six of them because of confusing flashes from the objects, which “seemed to oscillate, weave and turn until … sometimes only a crescent was visible.” “Captain Prehn described the sight as a ‘wobbling hubcap.’ A regular plane was in the sky at the time,” the news account continued, “but these were not planes, they agreed.” Meanwhile, over at state police headquarters on Southeast McLoughlin, Sgt. Claude Cross reported seeing two objects that looked from a distance like “toy balloons, almost pure white, traveling sideways, with no flashing lights.” There’s the report from a United Airlines plane en route from Boise to Portland that night. Or as the headline at the top of the first page of the July 5 Oregonian put it: “Air Liner Crew Confirms Flying Discs Over State” Shortly after takeoff from Boise, World War II veteran Captain E.J. Smith, plus his co-pilot and a stewardess, spotted nine of them. Upon landing, Smith described them as “bigger than aircraft … very thin, very flat on the bottom and … rough or irregular on the top.” The discs, which were flying at about the same altitude as the plane, followed them for 15 minutes before Suddenly vanishing. “No object I know of could disappear so quickly,” observed Smith The Oregonian’s headlines the next day read: “Flying Saucers Everywhere; New Tales Convert Skeptics” They just don’t write headlines like that over there anymore. But then, to be fair, we haven’t had a decent UFO flyby in a long time, either.
Kristan T. Harris | The Rundown LiveCould most UFO sightings be caused by advanced anti-gravity military aircraft? According to Military.com, a website for U.S. military members, anti-gravity technology may be right around the corner. The aircraft displayed in their video is labeled the TR-3B. The aircraft is triangle-shaped, can move at incredible speeds and is difficult to be detected by radar. Sightings of this unit are increasing all around the globe. According to Military.com the unit is not official however...yet.
"It doesn't exist officially...It uses highly pressured mercury accelerated by nuclear energy to produce a plasma that creates a field of anti-gravity around the ship. Conventional thrusters located at the tips of the craft allow it to perform all manner of rapid high-speed maneuvers along all three axes. Interestingly, the plasma generated also reduces radar signature significantly. So it'll be almost invisible on radar & remain undetected. This literally means that it can go to any country it likes without being detected by air traffic control & air defense systems."
The triangle-shaped aircraft has been shrouded in conspiracy and made famous during the "Phoenix Lights" incident, in which over 700 peope witnessed a boomerang shaped object floating in the sky over Phoenix, Arizona. Governor Fife Symington III requested information from the commander of Luke Air Force Base, the general of the National Guard, and the head of the Arizona Department of Public Safety. But none of the officials he contacted had an answer. Frances Barwood, the 1997 Phoenix city councilwoman who launched an investigation into the event, said that of the over 700 witnesses she interviewed, "The government never interviewed even one", which may suggest that the United States Military is responsible for these UFO sightings.
Another ru{mored unit is the TR-6 Telos. In theory,
The TR6 “TELOS” is designed for use as a transatmospheric, low observable reconnaissance platform with global reach and a long loiter time over target. Employing active electromagnetic, electronic and visual camouflage it is able to penetrate all currently known defensive systems from transorbital height. The TR6 utilizes five electrogravitic generators for propulsion and is considered a “VTOL” craft not needing a runway. The landing gear is strictly for maneuvering while on the ground. The wings fold for hangar stowage. Currently there are only a handful of hangars in the world that can accept the TR6, with most of them in the US. The entire airframe acts as a multi-band communications relay capable of directly interfacing with all current US military satellite networks. The skin employs active visual camouflage using a ‘starfield’ lighting pattern along with other active stealth techniques. The TELOS platform is also capable of operating in space as well as docking with military space stations via a ventral docking hatch.

UFO mania: UFO abduction caught on security cam in North Dakota?
UFO mania: UFO abduction caught on security cam in North Dakota?
A fantastic UFO video, uploaded to YouTube on Nov. 7, shows what looks like an alien abduction of a driver cruising a dark street in Cavalier, North Dakota, as the car suddenly disappears in a blinding flash of light. The whole incident was caught on a security camera mounted atop a building on the main street of the quiet little town.
As the sequence opens, no traffic is flowing on the street, but a few stores along the thoroughfare have their lights on, so it's probably just after dusk. As the video rolls out, several cars appear in a side street about a block away, with one making a turn to the left and out of camera range. The second continues slowly down the main street when, out of nowhere, a blinding flash of light illuminates the screen. When the scene returns to normal, just a split second later, the car and driver are nowhere to be seen.
There is little description on the video to explain what's happened, other than giving the location, so it's not clear exactly when this incident occurred. The street itself is dimly lit, but for a few streetlights and some illumination coming from a few storefronts. The sidewalks are deserted of other people, so, it's possible that, but for the security camera footage, there were no actual eyewitnesses to the strange event.
The UFO sighting comes on the heels of some other bizarre incidents in the news lately, particularly the story of the thousands of eyewitnesses in Australia who saw a strange, glowing cloud with a hole in the middle, revealing a rainbow from within. Some have speculated the cloud was concealing an alien, UFO mother ship which accidentally revealed itself. Could this incident have something to do with such a weird phenomenon?
What do you think? Do you believe in aliens and UFOs? Are they abducting humans for some unknown purpose? Have a look at the video above and please feel free to leave a comment below. Is this evidence of a UFO abduction caught on video?

Twenty-five years ago this month, the author opened the door on Area 51. The story could hardly have been stranger had he found the aliens
By George Knapp
A buzz was building inside the Kulturhuset, a community center built on Islands Brygge, the historic property on the waterfront of Copenhagen’s harbor. Inside the hall, an audience of more than 120 Danes, Norwegians, Germans and Brits were waiting to hear about a mystery that first surfaced on Las Vegas television 25 years ago. What’s the latest about Area 51, they wanted me to tell them — and whatever happened to that flying-saucer guy Bob Lazar?
Few people know better than I do how outlandish the Lazar story sounded when his tale of a secret Nevada base housing UFOs exploded onto the scene back in November 1989. To this day, it is still a bit befuddling to me that educated professionals, artists, musicians and retirees from all around Europe would gather to hear the latest scuttlebutt about the flying saucers supposedly housed in a secretive facility in the Nevada desert.
The Exopolitics Denmark conference, a two-day gathering in October, wasn’t the first to focus on the subject, and it won’t be the last. Area 51 is known around the world. Every day I receive letters, emails or phone calls from curious people in Ecuador, Iceland, Hong Kong, Russia or other far-flung places asking about Area 51 or the bookish whistleblower who put it on the map.
And that’s exactly what Lazar did. Today, Area 51 is an oxymoron of the highest order — the world’s best-known secret base. It has been mentioned in such blockbusters as The Da Vinci Code, National Treasure, an Indiana Jones sequel and Independence Day, in which Earthlings used the base to fight off an alien invasion. It’s been featured in “X-Files” episodes, inspired dozens of books, hundreds of magazine articles, songs, cartoons, poems and business enterprises.
Earlier this year, former President Clinton talked about his interest in aliens and Area 51 on the Jimmy Kimmel show. President Obama became the first sitting president to mention the name of the base — during a ceremony honoring Shirley MacLaine.
Heck, even the Kardashians visited the outskirts of the base for their reality show.
There are several businesses named after Area 51 — a rock ’n’ roll band, a couple of bars, a video game, a fireworks company, jerky stores, inflatable love dolls, a dance troupe, art exhibits and the Las Vegas triple A-baseball team. After my first televised interview with Lazar, the most prominent business in Rachel, Nev., wisely changed its name from the Rachel Bar and Grill to the Little A’Le’Inn, selling T-shirts, posters, Groom Lake wine and Bob Lazar Christmas tree ornaments, along with “Beam Me Up, Scotty” drinks at the bar and Alien Burgers in the kitchen.
The story as told by Lazar has not only persisted but has blossomed, despite overtly hostile treatment by major media outlets and some of the best-known honchos of Ufology. Many of my journalism colleagues have worked their ink-stained panties into pretzel-thick bunches by fretting about the story. Nonetheless, since the saucer stuff burst into the public consciousness, every major media organization, program and paper in the world has, sometimes reluctantly, beaten a path to Area 51’s once-obscure door. The attention has irritated some of my fellow reporters to the breaking point.
The nonexistent military base
"Sometimes I really do regret it.” On the media screen inside the Denmark hall, attendees are intently watching an edited clip of an interview with Lazar. “I almost feel like apologizing to them, saying, ‘I’m sorry. Can I have my job back?’”
It’s far too late for that — assuming he ever had a job out there in the first place. Whatever anonymity Area 51 enjoyed evaporated forever the moment Lazar spoke into a TV camera.
That first interview was broadcast in May 1989. Lazar’s face was hidden and he used a pseudonym, Dennis. He claimed he worked intermittently at a location called S-4, south of Groom Lake, the main facility of Area 51. He said nine aircraft hangars had been built into the side of a mountain, adjacent to Papoose dry lake, disguised to look like the desert floor. Inside were nine flying saucers of alien origin. “Dennis” said the program was controlled by the U.S. Navy and that he and other scientists were taking the saucers apart to figure out how they worked — “reverse engineering,” he called it.
Eight months later, on Nov. 10, KLAS-TV identified Lazar by name and showed his face as part of a series called “UFOs: The Best Evidence.” To this day, it ranks as the highest rated, most-watched local news program ever produced here. Within days, Lazar’s claims had spread to Europe and Japan. TV crews and tabloid outfits flocked to Nevada. Tour buses filled with UFO enthusiasts staked out the deserts of the Tikaboo Valley. The guards, nicknamed “camo dudes,” who patrol the perimeter of Area 51 were overwhelmed by all the attention, and ticked off, too.
Before that first broadcast, the only people familiar with the name of the base were folks who worked there or at the Nevada Test Site, or who lived in one of the remote communities of central Nevada. A few journalists had written bits and pieces about the base in the ’60s and ’70s. Aviation magazines speculated about spy planes that might be flying out of Groom Lake: the sleek SR-71 Blackbird, the gangly and magnificent U-2 and a strange craft rumored to be nearly invisible to radar. Among the handful of Nevada journalists with an interest in the base were two Las Vegas muckrakers, Bob Stoldal and Ned Day, who years later would become my bosses.
Acting on a tip from a former CIA pilot and Area 51 watcher named John Lear, Day and Stoldal broke a big story about the existence of the stealth fighter, which, they reported, had been developed and tested at Area 51. Federal lawmen hauled Day in for questioning about the source of his information. Stoldal was nabbed by military security on the outskirts of the base. In the early ’80s, when they hired me to work at KLAS-TV, they told me intriguing stories about the ominous military base known by many names — The Ranch, The Box, The Watertown Strip and, best of all, Dreamland. By then the base had vanished from maps of the Test Site. The government began to pretend it didn’t exist, even though it had been acknowledged by the military as early as 1955 and had been photographed by Russian satellites. It became readily apparent that intelligence agencies and the military were flat out lying to the public, and, as lies go, it wasn’t very convincing.
'There is no delusion'
In Copenhagen, I told the audience that it no longer matters to me whether anyone believes Lazar’s wild tale. (That’s almost true.) For years after the story broke, it was a burning priority for me to try to convince the public — and my skeptical colleagues — that the story was legitimate and true. Not anymore.
These days, I focus on explaining why we took the story seriously in the first place, why we put our credibility on the line and how the tale subsequently took on a life that no one could have imagined. Like it or not, the Lazar meme is alive and well.
“Look, I’m not out there giving UFO lectures or producing tapes. I’m not in the UFO business,” Lazar told me in an interview recorded this year at my home. “I’m trying to run a scientific business, and if I’m The UFO Guy it makes it really difficult for me. It is to my benefit that people don’t believe the story. So when somebody says that they don’t believe my story, I say, ‘Great. Pass it around. I don’t want you to believe it because it makes life difficult for me.’”
These days, he owns a scientific supply company in Michigan. He doesn’t grant interviews and has done his best to put the whole episode behind him. He makes an occasional exception for me, mostly because of the strange road we have traveled together and the wars that have been fought in the odd little universe of Ufology.
“Look, I know what happened is true,” Lazar says. “There is no doubt. Period. There is no delusion.”
“Bob wouldn’t go to the trouble to make up a story to lie to people and then perpetuate that lie,” adds his close friend Gene Huff, a Las Vegas real-estate appraiser. “I mean, he lives in his own world and doesn’t care what people think. Bob has no idea who won the Super Bowl last year, or the World Series. He’s busy doing scientific stuff in Bob Lazar World and would not waste his time perpetuating a lie about UFOs.”
When KLAS decided to pursue Lazar’s claims, we spent eight months looking into his background and the larger story about UFOs at Area 51. On the surface, Lazar seemed an unlikely person to bring into such a sensitive program, assuming such a program exists. He likes machine guns and hookers, builds jet-powered cars, operated an outlaw fireworks spectacular and flies a skull-and-crossbones flag over his house. Hardly the profile of a stuffy government scientist. What’s more, the claims he made about places he worked and the school he attended could not be verified.
But instead of scaring us away from the story, the lack of records is what hooked us. Lazar said that prior to S-4, he had worked as a physicist on classified projects at Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico. The lab told me it had no record whatsoever of Lazar. After I found a lab phone book listing his name, and a front-page Los Alamos newspaper article that named him as a lab physicist, Los Alamos still denied having any records. A headhunting company confirmed to me that it had hired Lazar to work at the lab and would send me copies of his records — but then clammed up, refusing to return phone calls or respond to letters, later denying it ever told me that it had the records.
I interviewed four people who had personal knowledge of Lazar working at Los Alamos on classified projects, and I even took a tour of the lab with Lazar as my guide. Something was clearly wrong with this picture. Later, after Lazar got into legal hot water, I asked Nevada Rep. Jim Bilbray for help tracking down Lazar’s employment records. The congressman’s office said it was stonewalled by several agencies and had never seen anything like it.
The second thing that hooked us was Lazar’s knowledge of how things worked at Groom Lake. He says he spent very little time at Groom itself, but he knew, for instance, that a company called EG&G handled hiring. (Lazar claimed he had been sent to EG&G on a recommendation from physicist Edward Teller, whom he had met at Los Alamos.) Lazar knew that employees were flown to the base in unmarked planes or driven to Groom on buses with blacked-out windows — all true. He told us he had been interviewed by a guy who might have worked for the FBI as part of a background check for his security clearance. The agent’s name was Mike Thigpen. As it turned out, Thigpen was a real person, but he worked for something called the Office of Federal Investigation, which conducts background checks on people hired to work at the former Test Site. That part of Lazar’s story turned out to be true.
We also confirmed the existence of a location called S-4 on the Nellis range. There had been no references anywhere to such a place, but the public affairs office at Nellis confirmed to me that S-4 was a location at which the Air Force “tested certain equipment.” (If you ask them today, they will tell you they are “unable to find any such designation on any maps” of the range.) How did Lazar know it existed?
The most important information Lazar had was the location and time of test flights of the saucerlike craft. Three weeks in a row, he escorted a group of people out to the desert east of the Papoose range, and they witnessed a glowing saucer-shaped object rise above the mountains and perform dramatic maneuvers. One of the sightings was captured on videotape. I interviewed each of the people who went along, and they told me the same story. Again, how did Lazar know? There had been no reports of aerial activity at Papoose. To this day, the official story is that the government has never had a facility at that location (even though satellite maps show a road leading from Groom Lake to the spot where Lazar says the hangars were located). As an aside, earlier this year, a UFO researcher found images on Google Earth that appear to show the outline of what could be nine hangar doors on the side of Papoose dry lake.
After an inconclusive result on one polygraph test — the examiner thought Lazar was too frightened — he easily passed a second test, administered an ex-cop named Terry Tavernetti, who quizzed him about his core claims. No attempt at deception was detected. Not long after we reported Tavernetti’s findings, his office was burglarized and the charts from Lazar’s test were stolen.
Yet another reason we gave Lazar the benefit of the doubt is that we found witnesses to back up at least parts of his story. I’ve interviewed more than two dozen people who worked at Groom Lake at various times from the 1950s through the ’80s who have told me they saw saucerlike craft being tested or stored or taken apart in the vicinity of Area 51.
Most telling of all are those witnesses who were subsequently visited and threatened by various Men In Black types. Six people who offered to tell me their stories say they were visited immediately afterward and ordered to keep their mouths shut. If it had happened only once, I wouldn’t think much about it. But these six people were solid citizens, not UFO nuts. One woman says she her life was threatened. Another man says he was warned about imprisonment if he talked. What this told me was that someone was listening to my phone calls. In the days before Edward Snowden’s revelations, before we took for granted that the government is listening to every call and reading every email, this knowledge really pissed us off. Years after the story broke, I spoke to two former spooks who admitted that their job was to follow me, Lazar, Lear and Huff to see who we met or spoke to, at our workplaces, homes or bars. If Lazar’s tale was baloney, why were we being followed?
Nonetheless, my approach to the Lazar material changed in the mid-’90s, for a couple of reasons. One is that I was concerned that I had crossed into advocacy instead of merely reporting on it. The fact is, it became personal. So many weird things happened during those first few years, things that are hard to explain if you weren’t there.
Second, I reluctantly came to realize that I would never be able to prove Lazar’s claims, no matter how many witnesses came forward to verify parts of his story. The folks who run Area 51 are simply better at this stuff than I am, and were always able to deflect stories about what goes on there. So I changed my focus to merely explaining how the story played out and why I remained interested over the years.
Amazing and ridiculous
In the years since the stories broke, I’ve read the most amazing and ridiculous things about Area 51 and the saucer stories in local and national publications. Quite a few articles have poked fun at the story or at me. I’ve been the subject of at least three terrifically funny editorial cartoons in the Review Journal — all three now hang on my bathroom wall. The RJ media critic speculated that people were “rushing home at night to see my UFO reports” because they wanted to see the moment when I finally went “bull-goose loony on the air.” One columnist bestowed on me the title of “grand mullah in the church of cosmic proctology.”
Some of this stuff was pretty funny, but it bothered me that so many journalists had made up their minds about the Area 51 stories without ever doing a bit of work on it or without interviewing any witnesses. They seemed to know ahead of time, perhaps through psychic visions, that the story was bunk. To my mind, that isn’t how journalism is supposed to work.
The most troubling failures by my colleagues has been their willingness to accept whatever stories are promulgated by the Air Force or CIA, as long as the end result is to poke fun at crazy UFO buffs.
In the years since the Lazar story broke, I’ve met scores of men who worked at Groom Lake on classified projects who have told me they never saw any saucers, and I believe them. But those same men have told me they would see co-workers in the chow line every day and never know what they were working on because they couldn’t talk about it. They were reportedly ordered to lie about their work to their own spouses.
The other explanation that has been swallowed by those who don’t want the story to be true is that maybe the tale told by Lazar is part of a disinformation plot, devised by the CIA or Air Force, as a way to distract attention away from something else flying around out there.
If that was the plan, it was a miserable failure.
As a result of the saucer tales, tens of thousands of people have made the trek out into the desert to watch the skies. Media crews are out there every week. Congressional investigators have asked tough questions. No one at Groom Lake ever wanted this much attention, regardless of what they are doing these days.
Critics of the story, or of Lazar, are welcome to laugh at it all they want. But the fact is, the debate is effectively over. Area 51 is now permanently carved into the public consciousness. Area 51 is now the yin to Roswell’s yang, and the UFO stories are never going to be divorced from the base itself.
The UFO crazies won the battle. Long live Area 51.

UFO mania: Enduring Mystery Surrounds the Ancient Site of Puma Punku
UFO mania: Enduring Mystery Surrounds the Ancient Site of Puma Punku
Puma Punku in Bolivia is one of the world’s most mysterious ancient sites. This remains true for both academic archaeologists and historians as well as rogue historians who investigate the hypothesis of advanced prehistoric civilizations or ancient assistance from extraterrestrials.
Puma Punku covers a large part of the massive ancient city of Tiwanaku and it is located just southeast of Lake Titicaca in the Andes. The city predates Inca presence in that part of South America.
The mystery lies in the precision and complexity of the structures that pervade the ruin. The finely cut doorways and remaining stone blocks bear no chisel marks and many interlock with very fine precision.
According to Jason Yaeger, professor of anthropology at the University of Wisconsin, the city was already abandoned when the Incas conquered the area in 1470. The Incas spared no expense, however, incorporating Puma Punku and the rest of Tiwanaku city into their empire and culture.
The Incas believed the city was the place where Viracocha, their deity of creation, created the ancestral people of all ethnicities and sent them out into the world to populate their respective lands.
“They [the Incas] reconfigured the existing structures to accommodate the ritual activities required in their own cosmology,” said Yaeger, according to an article for the School for Advanced Research. “Transforming these spaces into ‘memory theaters,’ the Inca celebrated and materialized Tiwanaku as the place where Viracocha created the first couples of all ethnic groups and thus established the ethnic differences that formed one of the bases of Inca governance.”
Yeager said the Incas held the fallen stone portraits near Puma Punku to be models of the first humans from their creation myth. These stone figures, however, are actually thought to depict the city’s former rulers.
The exact origin and age of the site is disputed.
According to radiocarbon dating results released by anthropology professor William H. Isbell of the University of Illinois, the site was constructed between approximately 500 and 600 A.D. Others, however, say the radiocarbon dating is inaccurate and the structure may have been built many thousands of years before that.
Built With Needle-Fine Precision 17,000 Years Ago?
Arthur Posnansky. (Wikimedia )
Early explorer and engineer Arthur Posnansky, one of the first modern explorers of the site, dated Puma Punku to about 15,000 B.C.; modern archaeologist Neil Steede stands behind Posnansky’s claim.
Posnansky used the astronomical alignments of the site’s main temple to date it. “They built the temple itself as a giant clock,” Steede said in an interview with Forbidden History.
On the first day of spring, the sun rises directly above the center of the temple, through a stone archway. The sunrise moves along the horizon as the days of the year pass. Posnansky expected to find the sun rise above cornerstones on either side of the temple on the summer and winter solstices, but found it rose some distance off.
Looking at where the sunrise would have been 17,000 years ago on the solstices, however, the cornerstones align.
Bolivian archaeologist Dr. Oswald Rivera agrees that the temple was built with astronomical alignments. The buildings are deliberately oriented to the cardinal points, he told Forbidden History. But, he said, the builders made a mistake; that’s why the sun doesn’t rise over the cornerstones on the solstices.
Steede disagrees that the meticulous builders would have made such an error. The stones fit together with such precision he couldn’t even wedge a needle between them at any point. “After observing the perfection with which this site is built … to suggest that such things as the solstice markers are misaligned, I find incredible,” Steede said. Posnansky’s measurements have been confirmed by modern engineers, though his conclusions remain contentious.
Other features of the site include a complex irrigation system and smoothly drilled holes and channels in certain stone blocks that seem to defy the stonework of the Incas or known pre-Inca peoples in the region.
Yaeger wrote: “Landscapes and monumental buildings form enduring structures that shape human experience, perception, and interaction in ways that are not entirely arbitrary. Prominent places are magnets for meanings, becoming symbols that accumulate meanings over time.”

UFO landt in Frans bos (Video)
UFO landt in Frans bos (Video)
Atlantis Revealed’.

In last’s month’s column I revealed that although the June 2013 release of MoD UFO files was supposedly the end of a five-year programme to declassify and release the entire archive, an additional 18 UFO files have now been located and will be made public in 2015. A UK national daily newspaper, the Daily Star, broke this story in September, but the full story can now be told for the first time. It links the release of these files to the highly-classified intelligence study on UFOs, codenamed Project Condign, and also links it to the Rendlesham Forest incident. More...

REPORTS OF UFO LIGHTS IN TRIANGLE FORMATION: WEST VIRGINIAby Roger Marsh.
Four West Virginia witnesses at Barboursville reported watching lights in a rotating triangle formation that they could not identify, according to testimony in Case 61100 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reportingdatabase. The reporting witness was sitting outside with his wife and two friends about 1:45 a.m. on October 10, 2014, when the lights were first noticed. More...
UFO SIGHTINGS AT NECOCHEA AND QUEQUEN, ARGENTINAby Scott Corrales.
The city of Necochea on Argentina’s Atlantic seaboard found its hotels crammed with thousands of foreign tourists who come to enjoy the long beaches known as the “soft slope” which run in excess of 300 meters from the sea to Avenida 2 (Costanera), their fine sand and the purity of its waters, refreshed by constant waves. This is one of the factors which among others ( their width, which makes them unique in Argentina) and Parque Miguel Lillo, covering over 700 hectares and including a million trees, largely pines and firs which provided shelter to the birds living in the area, have aided in keeping temperatures in excess of 30 degrees every day during the month, making Necochea beach a safe and enchanting place for tourists. LONG ISLAND'S GREAT RIVER TRIANGLE UFOSby Cheryl Costa.
On the central southern shore of Long Island, NY is an interesting nexus of UFO sightings, which I like to refer to as the Great River Triangle. The Great River Triangle is, loosely, a 4.5 sq./mile area that extends from Great River to Oakdale to Islip and back to Great River. This geographical area has had an interesting UFO history. A database search revealed that the municipalities within the 4.5 sq. / mile Great River Triangle have logged in excess of 40 UFO sightings in the past 96 years. More..
INDIGO GODS, GODDESSES AND THE REINCARNATION FOR STAR CHILDRENby Deanna Jaxine Stinson.
Indigo’s are star children. They are called Indigo because for someone that can read auras they will most certainly possess this color around the third eye. Star children are human beings that possess extraordinary capabilities and are said to have some form of alien genetics fused into their human makeup. They have knowledge of secret and mysterious things from a very young age that they were never taught. So, what happens when these indigo souls are reborn? The souls of goddess are also said to be reincarnated. We can carry with us the incarnations of deities or other supreme beings while we are alive. The spirits of gods and goddesses dwell within our human bodies as well. More.... Also read: THE MYSTICAL POWER OF SEASHELLS THROUGHOUT HISTORY.

ENCOUNTER WITH AN ENTITY AT WHITE ROCK LAKE (A REAL HALLOWEEN STORY)by Doc Vega.
My best friend, Don, was so scared he was practically hyperventilating in my car as I drove off fast at his urging. Don was a big, powerful, young guy who’d played football all through junior high school. There were few people he was afraid of, yet here he was shaking like a leaf with a pale face as I stepped on the gas and left White Rock Lake behind us. My girlfriend and wife to be and his little blond honey sat wide eyed and speechless wondering just what had frightened this tall athletic man, who was popular and well liked by most, but in hysterics at the moment. UFO RESEARCHER, THEOLOGIAN AND SCIENTIIST AND THE STUDY OF EXTERRESTRIALSby Dennis G. Balthaser.
As a UFO researcher for many years, on several occasions I have had to explain how I can do UFO research and proclaim to be a Christian in the same breath. In a previous editorial, and when questioned in person, I explain that as a Christian, “If one believes that God created everything, that’s the end of the story.” Also, if we know the universe is so large, and we say it does not contain other life forms out there, one would be limiting God. So for me as a Christian, I personally have no problem thinking as I do. More...
ALIEN CIVILIZATIONS ARE REAL: ARE UFOS REAL OR A BELIEF SYSTEM?by Theresa J Morris.
Alien civilizations exist is a belief system. The story of aliens visiting this planet was here all along. We just didn't understand how to perceive through the filters of our mind what we call the facts of truth through logic and reasoning. Dan Brown's story of the mysteries behind the Da Vinci Code has opened our eyes to other possibilities as to how to read the mysteries of life in our ancient religions about the ancient religions. Just like Zechariah Sitchin and the Annunaki stories in the ancient translations of the Sumerian texts in cuneiform we are now willing to open our eyes to the ancient mystery schools. More..

(N.Morgan) In the video capture below, we see an amazing triangle UFO blazing across the Minnesota skies. This footage is very clear, for once and it is very defined. The UFO seems to just zip around, mindless to atmosphere restrictions. It doesn’t phase it. It flies with a grace and speed not of an earthly origins. The technology we are seeing is remarkable and makes one think maybe there are other life forces among us. You can clearly make out the triangle UFO.This sighting took place on November 2nd, 2014.
I went on a CE-5 outing on the border of Auburn Hills, MI and Rochester, MI. The group met at the organizers house in Auburn Hills. When we were heading out to the cars to make half mile journey to our selected field, we noticed the skies were perfectly clear. An excellent night to be star gazing. It was fairly bright as the moon was overhead and about 70% full. We drove to the site, which was only a 1/2 mile or so away. We again looked skyward and this time commented on 3 chemtrails being visible. We grabbed our chairs and walked a couple hundred feet to the middle of the field and set up our chairs and blankets. That process couldn’t have taken more than 15 minutes. As soon as we were situated, we again looked up, but now there were 15 chemtrails blanketing the sky. The entire sky was nearly completely obscured.I brought along night vision recording equipment just for the occasion, so I began recording and continued recording most of the time we were out there.Somewhere about 30 minutes in to the session I saw a triangle craft appear from the north on a southerly trajectory. It was emitting light from each of its 3 corners (as you’ll see in the attached video “auburn hills”). Its altitude seemed to be at least several thousand feet. I called out that I saw an inbound triangle and the guy next to me tried frantically to see what I was talking about. He didn’t have any light enhancing devices and never ended up seeing the craft.
We remained in the field until about 9:15pm when we were collectively too cold to remain much longer. There were no more incidents that were noticed during that time. The next day (Monday, 11/3/2014) I went through the recordings to show the craft to the others who didn’t see it. The following day (Tuesday, 11/4/2014) I was considering making a story on the chemtrails, so I started looking for a good representative sections to pull from the recordings. I hadn’t reviewed more than 5 minutes of video when I saw what looked like a huge craft moving behind the clouds. I then created a program to step through the frames one at a time so I could see what was going on. It ended up being that what looked like a huge stealth craft was instead 2 more fast moving lights. They came in on parallel trajectories from the top of the video and split off towards the center (as you should be able to see in the attached video “hidden ufos”). Since I didn’t notice the crafts during recording, I panned away earlier than I would have liked had I known they were there. If you step through the frames, you can see the lower craft initiating a hard bank to its left when I’m starting to turn away.
I returned home at exactly 10:00pm. Upon arrival I noticed the skies were perfectly clear, not a single cloud or chemtrail overhead at all. I looked back in the direction of the field we were at and noticed a thick cloud (chemtrail) layer starting around the Pontiac area. If these had been caused from passenger jet exhaust, the trails would extend across the entire sky. But these were all contained in a tight group blanketing the Auburn Hills and Rochester areas, and likely extended beyond the range I personally witnessed.I know it’s up to you, the investigator to put the pieces together and nobody is supposed to draw any conclusions, but… I’ve spent time on many nights looking at the stars looking for non-ordinary phenomenon. It is a rare occasion to actually see anything at all. When there are 3 craft in two separate encounters within 30 minutes of each other is beyond coincidence. Now considering the clouds that were specifically created (being chemtrails) and only over a relatively localized area, and there was a flurry of advanced technology overhead, it is undeniable that the chemtrails were anything but specifically placed there to shield us from seeing what was going on overhead.

In the late evening, on a day in May of 1908, several residents witnessed “a string of lighted beads.”
One witness recalled that, “one of the glowing UFOs seemed to stop… when the other caught up with it they seemed to bump into it.”
As the objects “bumped into the first UFO” they seemed to merge with it. After the last of the glowing objects had merge with the first it’s reported that the assembly of objects “began to spin like a 4th of July pin wheel.” When the UFO stopped spinning, it seemed to pause then took off at great speed.
On a summer’s night in July of 1954, an Oakdale dad called his wife and grade school son Tom outside to see three highly luminesce objects in a “V” formation gliding through the night sky. The sighting terrified the young son but his father told him to look at them anyway.
Tom, now an adult, tells us his dad said, “You have to see this; you may never see anything like this again in your life.”
Tom remembers, “…As I watched the three objects I noticed something dropping out of the back of them it reminded me of the tinsel we put on our Christmas tree. This tinsel like substance was also glowing as it dropped out the back but soon disappeared a few feet under the objects. The family lost sight of the three glowing UFOs behind a wooded area.
In another Great River sighting, May of 1997, a motorist happened to look up into the sky and noticed six hovering glowing UFOs.
She described the objects as “all the same size and were a gold/yellow color… and had a blazing quality to them.”
She tells us that she got out of her car to watch the UFOs, as did a couple of nearby police officers who exited their cruiser to get a better look. The motorist tells us one other strange phenomenon that she observed. “Several other persons from a nearby building saw what I saw, yet there were others who tried to look but couldn’t see anything.”
In July of 2014, several residents of Islip reported a bright orange fireball passing over Islip travelling in an East South Easterly direction at approximately 10:30 PM.
Mexico Television Journalist Jaime Maussan rose to prominence as the General Director and Anchorman of Latin America's television version of the news show "60 Minutes." Jaime became the center of attention during the 1991 solar eclipse when he and his news program became the primary investigators of the greatest mass UFO sighting in human history which took place during the solar eclipse over Mexico City.
Now over a decade and a half later, Jaime has collected the largest selection of UFO videos in the world and in this presentation will present the best UFO video evidence he has found along with the results from image testing to authenticate each video.

'THIRTY-YEARS AMONG THE DEAD' – FIGHTING THE SPIRITS OF MADNESS AND THE UFO CONNECTION
'THIRTY-YEARS AMONG THE DEAD' – FIGHTING THE SPIRITS OF MADNESS AND THE UFO CONNECTION
One never ceases to be amazed at Timothy Green Beckley’s fascinating choices for exciting but overlooked books to republish. His latest gem, plucked from the murky hazes of yesteryear, is “Thirty Years Among The Dead,” written by a physician named Dr. Carl A. Wickland and first published in 1924. The book is still available in older, more expensive editions, but Beckley’s Global Communications version is the only one that can truly be called “complete and unabridged,” thus serving as an invaluable historical document.
“Thirty Years Among The Dead” is not, as the title may suggest to some, a dull account of hanging around a morgue somewhere. It offers instead a still vitally relevant approach to abnormal psychology that is based on the idea that extreme mental illness is caused – not by a harsh environment or muddled brain chemistry – but by the encroachment upon the innocent by the discarnate spirits of the evil dead.
You may already be thinking that therein lies the stuff of a great horror movie, but you will be intrigued to learn that “Thirty Years Among The Dead” is a factual, well-documented account of actually treating the mentally ill by contacting the oppressing spirits within the sufferer and convincing those spirits to leave.
To carry out this form of therapeutic spiritualism, Dr. Wickland worked alongside his wife Anna, an accredited medium who voluntarily allowed herself to be temporarily possessed by these wicked spirits in order to better understand their tormented motivations. The Wicklands would then use this information to treat the victims who so grievously suffered under these destructive otherworldly influences. Along with the mediumistic coercion of spirits conducted by his wife, Dr. Wickland would administer low voltage electric shocks to the patient’s neck and spine with a device called a “Wimhurst generator,” a wand-like instrument that worked to “dislodge” the dead spirit.
In his introduction to this new edition of “Thirty Years Among The Dead,” Beckley writes about listening to a long running radio program – SpeakingOfStrange.com, hosted by paranormal expert Joshua P. Warren – on the subject of psychotic mass murderers. Beckley found himself contemplating the mystery of how people can carry out the most egregious crimes and yet seem to have no conscience about their acts. How does someone commit a series of brutal murders and then take a quiet pride in having done so? This led him to remember Dr. Wickland’s book, which Beckley dimly recalled having seen advertised in one of the numerous paranormal-themed magazines published by Ray Palmer.
Beckley writes: “The Wicklands theorized – no! they claimed to have absolute evidence – that these demented spirits of the dead liked to hang around the living so that they could continue their vulturine activities. In essence, they would leech onto those who were prone to similar fits of debauchery or were well on their way to a life of unabated revelry and eventual damnation.”
As Beckley, half-jokingly, expresses Dr. Wickland’s concept in 21st century terms, “If you hang around that sports bar or strip club, you eventually are going to be possessed by more than the likes of Derek Jeter or Blaze Starr.”
In a way similar to the spirits of the departed in the hit movie “The Sixth Sense,” these “possessive” evil spirits seem to have no understanding at all that they are dead. How is this so?
“Deprived of their physical sense organs,” Dr. Wickland explains, “they are shut out from the physical light, and, lacking a mental perception of the high purpose of existence, these individuals are spiritually blind and find themselves in a twilight condition – the ‘outer darkness’ mentioned in the Bible – and linger in the realm known as the Earth Sphere. Death does not make a saint of a sinner nor a sage of a fool. The mentality is the same as before and individuals carry with them their old desires, habits, dogmas, faulty teachings, indifference or disbelief in a future life. These earthbound spirits are the supposed ‘devils’ of all ages; ‘devils’ of human origin, thrust blindly into a spirit existence and held there in a bondage of ignorance.
“The influence of these discarnate entities,” Dr. Wickland continues, “is the cause of many of the inexplicable and obscure events of earth life and of a large part of the world’s misery. A recognition of this fact accounts for a great portion of unbidden thoughts, emotions, strange forebodings, gloomy moods, irritabilities, unreasonable impulses, irrational outbursts of temper, uncontrollable infatuations and countless other mental vagaries.”
Dr. Wickland then points out that the “records of spirit obsession and possession extend from the remotest antiquity to modern times.” According to Dr. Tyler, a noted anthropologist of Dr. Wickland’s time who had studied indigenous peoples throughout the world, belief in demoniacal possession was still maintained by half the human race. Homer often referred to demons, saying, “A sick man pining away is one upon whom an evil spirit has gazed.” References to demons occur throughout both the Old and New Testaments, and “it must be admitted that a considerable portion of the work accredited to Jesus was the casting out of demons.”
There are many ways to stumble into the realm where these spirits are free to obsess and possess besides just extremes of uncaring debauchery. Writing in the days when Psychical Research was still in its infancy, the 1920s, Dr. Wickland recounts the stories of some unfortunates driven to asylums in the aftermath of having been used in psychic experiments with automatic writing and Ouija boards.
For example, a woman he calls “Mrs. Bl,” attempted some automatic writing, which led her to “mental derangement and altered personality. Normally she was amiable, pious, quiet and refined but became boisterous and noisy, romped about and danced, used vile language, and, claiming she was an actress, insisted upon dressing for the stage, saying that she had to be at the theater at a certain time or lose her position. Finally, she became so irresponsible that she was placed in an asylum.”
Another similar case history is related, this time involving a woman Dr. Wickland calls “Mrs. Wr.,” who “became obsessed with hallucinations that God was constantly talking to her and condemning her for wrong acts of which he accused her; after attempting suicide at the request of this so-called God, she was taken to the asylum.”
Mrs. Wr’s case is reminiscent of something the late abductee and author Karla Turner once wrote for Beckley’s now defunct newsstand magazine, “UFO Universe.” Turner was quite outspoken in her belief that the aliens and the abduction experience in general were not only evil but left in their wake a slew of debilitating aftereffects unjustly thrust upon perfectly innocent victims.
As in the case of Mrs. Wr. and her delusional belief in a persecuting – but nonetheless righteous – God who attempted to drive her to suicide, Turner wrote that, “The aliens have sometimes disguised themselves in order to gain the cooperation of the abductee, appearing in such forms as Jesus, the Pope, certain celebrities, and even the dead spouse of the abductee.”
There is an understandable need, Turner said, for humans to believe in the power of good. The aliens understand that we hope for them to be benevolent creatures and they use our desire for goodness to manipulate us. Which is similar to what the suicidal Mrs. Wr. experienced – an evil spirit voice that convinced her it was God while also appearing to be a “good” accuser, counseling her that she should take her own life to expiate her “sins.”
Turner also pointed to another aftereffect of abduction that has an even more clear resemblance to the spirits encountered by Dr. Wickland and his wife.
“Some abductees,” Turner wrote, “experience a degeneration of their mental, social and spiritual well-being. Excessive behavior frequently erupts, such as drug abuse, alcoholism, overeating and promiscuity. Strange obsessions develop and cause the disruption of normal life and the destruction of personal relationships.”
What Turner says here echoes Dr. Wickland and his wife nearly word for word. Note the use of the term “obsessions,” which one encounters with great frequency when reading “Thirty Years Among The Dead,” as well as the references to drug abuse, alcoholism, etc. These are the same maladies the Wicklands grappled with the spirits over and sought to heal in their patients. The evil spirits of the dead, who had led less than exemplary lives while inhabiting a human body – lowlifes, criminals, wife-beaters and the all around depraved – appear to exert an influence over their victims identical to the alien abductors described by Turner.
As members of the UFO community, what are we to believe here? Surely the gray aliens are not the spirits of the deceased wicked come to prey on the weak-willed. Neither could the evil dead be said to travel in flying saucers or to conduct medical and psychological experiments on their “chosen ones.” Nevertheless, the alien abduction phenomenon has always been said to have occult overtones, and the lines between a nuts-and-bolts approach and a more paranormal, spiritual interpretation of abduction have always been blurred. The fact that both phenomena, alien abduction and spirit oppression, leave in their wake symptoms that often require psychiatric treatment ties the two together but does not really answer our questions about their ultimate nature.
In any case, reading the new, unabridged Global Communications edition of “Thirty Years Among The Dead” will inevitably enrich one’s storehouse of knowledge of the strange and the supernatural and how we as human beings respond to those as yet still unknowable presences. As abnormal psychiatry and abduction research both progress, Dr. Wickland and his wife may eventually seem to have been prescient in their method of healing the mind by banishing the evil that stalks it.
