The physicist, who teaches at the College of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, claims 'time is different [for humans] than it is from the perspective of the Creator.'

But Schroeder isn't the only one who has attempted to explain miracles in the bible with science.

From Moses being on drugs to global warming being blamed on Noah's flood, some scientists believe there's a logical explanation for every event in the Old Testament.

According to an in-depth report by Atlas Obscura, Schroeder's believes time when the universe was created was about a trillion times slower, due to what he calls the 'stretching factor' in Einstein's equations.

Einstein's model of 'general relativity,' the faster things go, the slower time moves. And Schroeder says because light moves so fast, it affects time.

Schroeder argues that change in perspective changed the meaning of the six days. Six of these 24-trillion-hour days come out to a little over 14 billion years

'When the Bible describes the day-by-day development of our universe in the six days following the creation, it is truly referring to six 24-hour days,' he writes.

'But the reference frame by which those days were measured was one which contained the total universe.'

Schroeder argues that change in perspective changed the meaning of the six days. Six of these 24-trillion-hour days come out to a little over 14 billion years.

His theory has been widely dismissed. Peter Enns, a biblical scholar, said its 'absurd that you can actually find physics in Genesis I.'

The Bible, Koran and even Greek mythology claim that all life on Earth came from clay.

In religious texts from ancient Egypt to Chinese legends, God moulds clay into the shape of man and then breathes life into him through his nostrils.

Even Genesis talks of man being born from dust and returning to dust when he dies, with scholars translating this from the ancient Hebrew as also meaning clay or the earth itself.

A study in 2013 attempted to back up these claims. It said clay acts as a breeding laboratory for tiny molecules and chemicals which it 'absorbs like a sponge'.

The process takes billions of years, during which the chemicals react to each other to form proteins, DNA and, eventually, living cells, scientists told the journal Scientific Reports.

Biological Engineers from Cornell University's department for Nanoscale Science in New York believe clay 'might have been the birthplace of life on Earth'.

The Ancient Egyptian civilization, thousands of years older than previously thought

Is it possible that the Great Pyramids of Giza are over 7000 years old?

 

It looks like an Ostrich egg is questioning the age of the Pyramids of Giza postulated by mainstream archaeology.

 

Some evidence casts doubt on the actual chronology of Egyptian pharaohs. The Turin King List, also known as the Turin Royal Canon, raises many questions that science does not seem to accept. Despite attempts at reconstruction, approximately 50% of the papyrus remains missing. This papyrus as presently constituted is 1.7 m long and 0.41 m wide, broken into over 160 fragments.

 

The Egyptian hieratic papyrus thought to date from the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II contradicts the established dates and chronologies on the Egyptian world. Researchers are coming across great amount of information which suggests that Egypt is much older than what archaeology and history are telling us.

 

The Turin King List is currently located over 3000 kilometers from the land of the Pharaohs, deposited in the Egyptian museum in Turin, Italy. It was discovered in 1822 by Bernardino Drovetti in the ancient Egyptian capital of Thebes. The list was translated by Jean-François Champollion, known primarily as the decipherer of the Egyptian hieroglyphs and a founding figure in the field of Egyptology. Even though the The Turin King List has numerous historical details, modern-day archaeology has chosen to ignore it.

Accordion to the Turin King List, Egypt was ruled by beings -half man, half gods who received the name or title of Shems Hor (the “companions of Horus”). The 1.7 meter long list tells a different story than that accepted by mainstream Egyptologists. The Turin King list points to the fact that the first government in the Nile Valley was not that of Pharaoh Menes 5000 years ago as archaeology believes, but around 11,000 years ago. This revolutionary king list appears ratified largely by another story equally despised by archaeologists: The texts of Manetho dating back to 240 BC. Manetho, who was a priest of the sun-god Ra at Heliopolis was commissioned by Pharaoh Ptolemy II to write the history of Egypt from the beginning. According to Manetho, before Menes, the first pharaohs of the First Dynasty, Egypt was ruled by a demigods for thousands of years. The Greco-Egyptian high priest does not mention the Hor Shems like The Turin King list, but the coincidence is incredible.

 

There are more artifacts that suggest the history of Egypt is wrong. A Orstrich egg deposited in the Museum of Nubia, south of Egypt suggests ancient Egypt is older than we are told by history and archaeology. The discovery was made by English archaeologist, Mallaby Cecil Firth in 1907. The egg, painted and deposited in the tomb, had several different drawings on its surface, on one side it had depictions of plants and ostriches while on the other side, an impossible scenery: The Great Pyramids of Giza.

 

This discovery is incredible just because of the depiction of the pyramids. Why? Because according to researchers, the human remains found at tomb 96 where the Ostrich egg was found date back to the Nagada I culture; 7000 years ago. This is something impossible since Archaeology and history tell us that the pyramids at the Giza plateau are around 4.500 years old.

 

So who is wrong? Ancient texts and depictions of the pyramids that date back thousands of years ago? Or archaeologists and historians who firmly hang onto their beliefs?

Do UFO’s and Aliens Exist? 20 Reasons to be Skeptical

UFOs exist – that much we should all be willing to concede.

But let’s quickly clarify that UFOs are very likely not aliens from outer space.  They are simply objects that are flying and whose identification has eluded us for the time being.  Simply put, they are, as the name implies, unidentified flying objects.

If, one day, extraterrestrial intelligence were ever to be discovered (especially here on Earth), then it would require extraordinary and reliable evidence.  After all, one could argue that this would be the greatest discovery for humanity to finally answer the question… are we alone?

So, blurry pictures, shaky videos, and spooky anecdotes aside, here are 20 things to consider before coming to the conclusion that what you’re seeing or hearing about is actually a UFO piloted by an alien from outer space…

Lightning Sprites

Sprites are large electrical discharges that occur above thunderstorm clouds.  They can be in various shapes and are sometimes even preceded by a sprite halo, which is pancake-shaped (a-la-UFO).  Sprites are visible from the ground but have also been reported by pilots and seen from space.

Missile Tests 

Remember the viral video about the UFO spiral in Norway?  The military is constantly testing new technology, and sometimes we’re fortunate enough to witness their failures.  In this particular case, it was the Russian’s testing their Bulova missile.  When its rocket motor spun out of control, it created the spiral of white light near where the missile was launched from a submarine in the White Sea.

Cloud Formations   

Hole punch clouds (also known as fallstreak holes) are a rare type of spectacular cloud formation which looks like a hole was literally punched through the clouds.   They are formed when the water temperature in the clouds is below freezing but the water has not actually frozen yet.  When the conditions are right and ice crystals form (perhaps as a result of a jet flying through) it sets off a domino effect causing the water droplets around the crystals to evaporate.  This leaves a large (often circular or elliptical) hole in the clouds which can give the illusion of a UFO.  Another cloud type – lenticular clouds – are also commonly mistaken for flying saucers.

Weather Balloons

Weather balloons come in all shapes and sizes, and depending on the viewer’s vantage point, they can easily be misidentified as a UFO.  Even at night, they can be lit up by the sun on the day-side of the Earth, making the illusion of a UFO all the more convincing.

Venus (or Other Planets)

The planet Venus is very often mistaken for an airplane, satellite, or UFO.  It’s the second brightest object in the sky – only the moon is brighter – and sometimes is reported by people driving in cars that it’s a fast moving object, hovering 500 ft or so above the horizon.   Because Venus is close to the Sun, it never ventures far from the horizon – exactly where you’d expect to see a landing airplane… or apparently, a flying saucer.

Bonus fact:  Venus is so bright that it can even be seen during daylight – this is known as a daylight disc.  Because this is a rare and quite an unusual sight, it’s often reported as a UFO.

Illumination Flares  

Illumination flares dropped from planes can give the illusion of multiple bright objects moving in the sky in “formation”.  Perhaps one of the most famous examples occurred on March 13^th, 1997, when, starting at around 10PM, hundreds of not thousands of people in the Phoenix area witnessed a row of brilliant lights hovering in the sky, and then slowly falling.  As explained in the Wikipedia article on the Phoenix Lights:

• The U.S. Air Force explained the second event as slow-falling, long-burning LUU-2B/B illumination flares dropped by a flight of four A-10 Warthog aircraft on a training exercise at the Barry Goldwater Range at Luke Air Force Base. According to this explanation, the flares would have been visible in Phoenix and appeared to hover due to rising heat from the burning flares creating a “balloon” effect on their parachutes, which slowed the descent. The lights then appeared to wink out as they fell behind the Sierra Estrella, a mountain range to the southwest of Phoenix.
• A Maryland Air National Guard pilot, Lt. Col. Ed Jones, responding to a March 2007 media query, confirmed that he had flown one of the aircraft in the formation that dropped flares on the night in question. The squadron to which he belonged was in fact at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona on a training exercise at the time and flew training sorties to the Barry Goldwater Range on the night in question, according to the Maryland Air National Guard. A history of the Maryland Air National Guard published in 2000 asserted that the squadron, the 104th Fighter Squadron, was responsible for the incident. The first reports that members of the Maryland Air National Guard were responsible for the incident were published in The Arizona Republic newspaper in July 1997.

Lanterns or other Light Decorations  

With the increased popularity of light decorations like Chinese lanterns, it’s no coincidence that UFO reports have also increased.  And there’s good reason – from a distance, Chinese lanterns look very strange – hovering brilliantly in the sky, slowly moving.  When there’s a group of lanterns at once, they tend to move in unison due to the wind giving the appearance of multiple flying objects in the sky.

Airplanes, Helicopters, Drones, Satellites, or the ISS

If an airplane is flying directly at you at night, its lights will appear very bright and may fluctuate in size.  At the same time, because its going towards you (rather than horizontally) it will look like it’s hovering in place.  Helicopters and drones can produce a similar effect (in fact, pranksters have attached very bright LEDs to quadrocopters to make it look like a UFO).

Satellites and the ISS can also move across the sky in an eerie fashion, and can appear especially bright depending on atmospheric conditions and their position relative to the Sun.

Military Experiments or Aircraft

The late 1940s and early 1950s were a great time for spotting UFOs and aliens in New Mexico, primarily because that’s where the Air Force was conducting some of its top-secret research. One such program was known as Project Mogul and involved floating microphone-carrying balloons to high altitudes in an attempt to pick up the sound waves generated by Soviet atomic bomb tests. The Air Force has since confirmed that a 1947 crash of one of those balloons created the debris that birthed the Roswell UFO Incident (more on that below).

On another occasion, residents of County Cowley, Kansas, thought a UFO had been captured and was being transported through town.  Much to the dismay of ufologists,  a spokesperson for Northrop Grumman (an aircraft manufacturer) revealed that the object was a covered wingless version of its X-47B craft being transported from California’s Edwards Air Force Base to Patuxent River, Maryland.  It was further explained that they shrink-wrapped the rest of the fuselage after taking the wings off the drone for the cross-country road trip.

The Face on Mars Is An Illusion

Was the discovery of a face on Mars an example of alien architecture?  No, but it’s a great example of pareidolia.

This phenomenon – detecting something clear and distinct from an apparently obscure stimulus – is called “pareidolia“. Carl Sagan hypothesized that, as a survival technique, human beings are “hard-wired” from birth to identify the human face. This allows people to use only minimal details to recognize faces from a distance and in poor visibility but can also lead them to interpret random images or patterns of light and shade as being faces.  If you look at modern high resolution images of the Face on Mars, it’s clearly just the shape of the natural landscape.

The Roswell Incident and Alien Autopsy Was a Hoax

In 1995, a grainy, black-and-white film surfaced that had supposedly been shot by the military shortly after the Roswell incident in 1947 (which we previously discussed was the crash from Project Mogul).  The video shows a post-mortem dissection of an alien body, and was touted as evidence of what some UFO buffs had claimed all along: that alien bodies had been recovered from the Roswell crash site by the U.S. government.

Soon after the alien autopsy footage was broadcast on Fox television, serious doubts were raised about its authenticity. Skeptics (and even many UFO researchers) branded the film a hoax, pointing out anachronisms and inconsistencies in the film. In 2006, the special effects artist who created the alien body shown in the video confessed that it was in fact an elaborate hoax.2

The Term “Flying Saucer” is the Result of Poor Reporting  

The familiar term “flying saucer” is actually the result of a reporter’s error. After interviewing Kenneth Arnold about his sighting, a reporter from the Eastern Oregonian newspaper reported that Arnold saw round, aerial objects (in fact he said they were “crescent shaped”). Arnold said that the objects “flew erratic, like a saucer if you skip it across the water”—not that what he saw resembled an actual saucer.

Yet that “saucer” interpretation stuck, prompting many eyewitnesses to repeat (and hoaxers to duplicate) Arnold’s nonexistent description. This strongly shows the role of suggestion in UFO sightings; as skeptic Marty Kottmeyer asks, “Why would extraterrestrials redesign their craft to conform to [the reporter’s] mistake?”  Also, one should ask, “Where were all the UFO sightings before the article was publicized by mass media?”

Alien Abductions Are a Product of Our Culture

Alien Implants Aren’t From Aliens

It is claimed that aliens have implanted various objects in human abductees. Victims claim to have found small objects in their bodies and come to the conclusion they must have been abducted.  Some alien implants have even been recovered, and when they are tested, they are found to be indestructible or of materials not found on Earth.  Really?

Using the magic of science, we can test this.

Joe Nickell, a columnist for Skeptical Inquirer magazine, noted that, “Since 1994, alleged implants have been surgically recovered but they’ve become remarkably diverse: one looks like a shard of glass, another a triangular piece of metal, still another a carbon fiber, and so on. None was located in the brain or nasal cavity, instead being recovered from such extremities as toe, hand, shin, external ear, etc.; some were accompanied by scars while others were not. As physicians know, a foreign object can enter the body unnoticed, as during a fall, or while running barefoot in sand or grass—even as a splinter from a larger impacting object.” People find all sorts of weird things in their bodies, but so far none are of alien origin.

SETI is Actively Looking For UFOs

UFOs are usually observed by untrained people and almost never by professional or amateur astronomers who spend their lives staring up at the skies looking for extraterrestrial life.   They’re never captured in picture or video with high end optical equipment that can be properly analyzed in greater detail.  Isn’t that a bit odd?  Don’t you think that since SETI (whose sole mission is to find extraterrestrial life) would have found something, anything – anything! – that could confirm at least one of the many alleged UFO videos or pictures out there?

Also, one would think that with the increased availability of smart phones to take video and photos, you’d see many more high quality videos and photos of UFOs, but in fact, the videos are just as lousy – they’re  out-of-focus and just as shaky.

The Drake Equation   

The Drake Equation, developed by Frank Drake in 1961, is a tool to estimate the odds of finding intelligent life in the universe. The estimates for the variables are rife with debate, but as technology improves, the estimates for each of the variables become more accurate.

Plug in some numbers and try it out for yourself – the odds are still exceptionally low that intelligent alien life is even out there, let alone hovering in our backyard.

Just because “we don’t know” doesn’t make it a UFO

Now, since the majority of UFOs can be explained, what about the ones that can’t?  One must be careful to not fall into the trap of “just because we can’t explain it, therefore, aliens”.

Sure, there are some cases of UFOs that are legitimately unidentifiable – that is, we still don’t know what they are.  But the fact that some pilots or scientists claim that cannot think of an explanation is not proof that they have observed an extraterrestrial spacecraft.  It simply means they don’t know what they saw.

It seems reasonable to believe that the main reason we can’t explain some UFO sightings is because we simply do not have enough evidence.  If we had more evidence, these sightings could very likely be explained by conventional means.

I don’t know… therefore, aliens!

But you can’t prove what I saw was NOT a UFO!

Another common tactic of UFOlogists is to claim that the skeptic cannot prove that what was seen was not an alien craft. One is supposed to infer from this fact that the perception probably was of an alien craft. This kind of reasoning is known as the argumentum ad ignorantiam. A claim does not become true or reasonable if a contrary claim cannot be proved to be true. With arguments for UFOs there are two distinct moves here.

One is to claim that no logical explanation is possible because some scientist, pilot, Air Force Colonel, or Ph.D. cannot think of one.  This logical fallacy is known as the “Argument from Authority”.  If an authority says “it’s gotta be a UFO, then it’s gotta be a UFO”.  Not true.

The other is to point to the lack of contrary evidence: no counter-testimony of other eyewitnesses, no proof that there were not aliens or alien spacecraft. Here, too, there is a logical fallacy. The fact that someone can’t come up with an explanation for something is irrelevant to deciding whether the correct explanation should be couched in terms of aliens from outer space.

The Bottom Line

Of the many paranormal ideas/mysteries/legends out there, UFOs and “intelligent aliens” are at least somewhat plausible – though unfortunately I think there is an reasonably high probability that the human race will never encounter intelligent beings from outer space.  But one can hope that one day, extraordinary evidence will presented and we will celebrate the proof that we are not alone in this universe…

I want to believe… and I will only believe once extraordinary evidence is presented to me…

VIDEO: Hoe zal onze eerste ontmoeting met buitenaardse wezens zijn?

Een documentaire over een gebeurtenis die (nog) nooit heeft plaatsgevonden: onze eerste ontmoeting met buitenaards leven.

Het VN-bureau voor Outer Space Affairs in Wenen, vooraanstaande wetenschappers van NASA, ESA en de International Space University (ISU) vertellen over hoe zij het eerste contact aanpakken. En wat daar allemaal bij komt kijken, zowel sociaal als psychologisch maar ook juridisch. De film schetst een ijzingwekkend geloofwaardig scenario van het eerste contact. Te beginnen met de meest eenvoudige vraag, zoals: waarom ben je hier?

The Visit: An Alien Encounter opent deuren van instanties en laat een werkelijkheid zien die vervreemdender is dan sciencefiction. De film laat zien hoe we het onbekende benaderen, maar legt vooral ook onze angsten en hoop bloot.

Op 8 oktober zal The Visit in de Nederlandse bioscopen te zien zijn. In deze documentaire is de vraag niet of, maar hoe de mensheid zal omgaan met buitenaardse wezens. Buitenaards ruimteschip bij NELLIS AIRFORCE BASE, USA? ( Video )

De voormalig Canadese Minister van Defensie, Paul Hellyer, sprak al over de zogenaamde Tall Whites die op aarde verblijven. 

Nu zijn er opnames gemaakt van een vreemd object bij een Amerikaanse luchtmachtbasis dat weleens zou kunnen toebehoren aan deze Tall Whites. 

Een van de grotere Amerikaanse luchtmachtbasis is Nellis AFB in de buurt van Las Vegas in de staat Nevada. 

Er doen al lange tijd veel verhalen de ronde over dat er buitenaardsen zouden verblijven. 

Een bekende en prominente persoonlijkheid die veel weet over buitenaards leven is de voormalig Canadese Minister van Defensie, Paul Hellyer. 

Wat hij zegt is onder andere het volgende: 

1) Er zijn minimaal vier verschillende soorten buitenaardsen die de aarde de afgelopen duizenden jaren hebben bezocht.

2) De soorten hebben waarschijnlijk verschillende agenda’s en dienen niet beschouwd te worden als van hetzelfde ras. 

3) Een van die soorten is wat men noemt de Tall Whites. Volgens Hellyer werkt dit type samen met de Verenigde Staten.

4) Er leven op dit moment buitenaardsen op aarde. 

Volgens ufoloog Scott C. Waring is de plek waar de Tall Whites wonen een ondergrondse basis op het terrein van Nellis AFB. 

Bekijk met dat alles in het achterhoofd de video onderaan dit artikel. Het is een opname die enkele dagen geleden is gemaakt bij Nellis AFB. Dan zie je beelden van onbekende vliegende objecten boven de luchtmachtbasis.

Volgens Scott is de maker van onderstaande video erin geslaagd om een vertrekkend of aankomend schip van de Tall Whites vast te leggen. 

De maker van de video zegt dat dit niet de eerste keer is dat hij dit soort merkwaardige vliegende objecten vastlegt op die locatie. Hij verbaast zich het meest over de technologie die achter deze schepen moet zitten. De manier waarop ze van een bolvorm plotseling veranderen in een rij van objecten, zich vervolgens verspreiden en wegvliegen. 

Zo zegt hij, “Wanneer iemand mij vertelt dat onze luchtmacht hun tijd 25 jaar vooruit is dan zou ik daarop zeggen: meer dan 1.000 jaar en deze opnames bewijzen het”. 

Zo blijft de vraag bestaan of we hier te maken heb met een schip van de Tall Whites zoals Scott Waring denkt of met een vliegend object van de Amerikaanse luchtmacht dat misschien onderdeel uitmaakt van de geheime ruimtevloot.

For centuries, people were mystified and fascinated by the stories about aliens, UFOs and the existence of life on other planets and galaxies. It holds a population of around 85,156. A California witness claimed to have seen a massive dark triangular-shaped mysterious object moving overhead and quickly disappeared. She saw the object while traveling with her boyfriend about 11 PM along I-680 on September 14, 2015, while passing the 84 exit. The witness reported noticing bright lights, blue, red, and white upon sitting.  Due to the bright lights, she leaned forward and saw a triangular-shaped craft. While the colors surround the extraterrestrial crafts, it was the white lights that outlined the craft’s shape. Throughout her life, the witness had never seen a shape or size.

When she started to lean back, she took a glance at her boyfriend and realized they are both looking at the same thing. When she quickly looked back, the object blinked three times and vanished. For centuries, humanity keeps on asking certain questions about terrestrial beings. In the past, sightings ended up attributed to deities or angels and far more not too long ago as a UFO. It is not until the advancement of the technology that people started to label celestial apparitions as unidentified flying objects. Take note that mysterious object is either man-made or natural.

Funky Light Signal From Colliding Black Holes Explained

Entangled by gravity and destined to merge, two candidate black holes in a distant galaxy appear to be locked in an intricate dance. Researchers using data from NASA's Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX) and NASA's Hubble Space Telescope have come up with the most compelling confirmation yet for the existence of these merging black holes and have found new details about their odd, cyclical light signal.

The candidate black hole duo, called PG 1302-102, was first identified earlier this year using ground-based telescopes. The black holes are the tightest orbiting pair detected so far, with a separation not much bigger than the diameter of our solar system. They are expected to collide and merge in less than a million years, triggering a titanic blast with the power of 100 million supernovae.

Researchers are studying this pair to better understand how galaxies and the monstrous black holes at their cores merge -- a common occurrence in the early universe. But as common as these events were, they are hard to spot and confirm.

PG 1302-102 is one of only a handful of good binary black hole candidates. It was discovered and reported earlier this year by researchers at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, after they scrutinized an unusual light signal coming from the center of a galaxy. The researchers, who used telescopes in the Catalina Real-Time Transient Survey, demonstrated that the varying signal is likely generated by the motion of two black holes, which swing around each other every five years. While the black holes themselves don't give off light, the material surrounding them does.

In the new study, published in the Sept. 17 issue of Nature, researchers found more evidence to support and confirm the close-knit dance of these black holes. Using ultraviolet data from GALEX and Hubble, they were able to track the system's changing light patterns over the past 20 years.

"We were lucky to have GALEX data to look through," said co-author David Schiminovich of Columbia University in New York. "We went back into the GALEX archives and found that the object just happened to have been observed six times."

Hubble, which sees ultraviolet light in addition to visible and other wavelengths of light, had likewise observed the object in the past.

The ultraviolet light was important to test a prediction of how the black holes generate a cyclical light pattern. The idea is that one of the black holes in the pair is giving off more light -- it is gobbling up more matter than the other one, and this process heats up matter that emits energetic light. As this black hole orbits around its partner every five years, its light changes and appears to brighten as it heads toward us.

"It's as if a 60-Watt light bulb suddenly appears to be 100 Watts," explained Daniel D'Orazio, lead author of the study from Columbia University. "As the black hole light speeds away from us, it appears as a dimmer 20-Watt bulb."

What's causing the changes in light? One set of changes has to do with the "blue shifting" effect, in which light is squeezed to shorter wavelengths as it travels toward us in the same way that a police car's siren squeals at higher frequencies as it heads toward you. Another reason has to do with the enormous speed of the black hole.

The brighter black hole is, in fact, traveling at nearly seven percent the speed of light -- in other words, really fast. Though it takes the black hole five years to orbit its companion, it is traveling vast distances. It would be as if a black hole lapped our entire solar system from the outer fringes, where the Oort cloud of comets lies, in just five years. At speeds as high as this, which are known as relativistic, the light becomes boosted and brighter.

D'Orazio and colleagues modeled this effect based on a previous Caltech paper and predicted how it should look in ultraviolet light. They determined that, if the periodic brightening and dimming previously seen in the visible light is indeed due to the relativistic boosting effect, then the same periodic behavior should be present in ultraviolet wavelengths, but amplified 2.5 times. Sure enough, the ultraviolet light from GALEX and Hubble matched their predictions.

"We are strengthening our ideas of what's going on in this system and starting to understand it better," said Zoltan Haiman, a co-author from Columbia University who conceived the project.

The results will also help researchers understand how to find even closer-knit merging black holes in the future, what some consider the holy grail of physics and the search for gravitational waves. In the final moments before the ultimate union of two black holes, when they are tightly spinning around each other like ice skaters in a "death spiral," they are predicted to send out ripples in space and time. These so-called gravitational waves, whose existence follows from Albert Einstein's gravity theory published 100 years ago, hold clues about the fabric of our universe.

The findings are also a doorway to understanding other merging black holes across the universe, a widespread population that is only now beginning to yield its secrets.

The California Institute of Technology in Pasadena led the Galaxy Evolution Explorer mission, which ended in 2013 after more than a decade of scanning the skies in ultraviolet light. NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, also in Pasadena, managed the mission and built the science instrument. JPL is managed by Caltech for NASA.

The Hubble Space Telescope is a project of international cooperation between NASA and ESA (European Space Agency). NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, manages the telescope. The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) in Baltimore, Maryland, conducts Hubble science operations. STScI is operated for NASA by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy in Washington.

Five out-of-place Artifacts that challenge mainstream history

There are perhaps a dozen of discoveries that have been made on Earth that challenge conventional and mainstream science in every single way. Most scholars have decided to simply ignore these findings since they are unable to place them in anywhere inside their ‘mainstream history.’ But just what are these discoveries? Are they just made-up, fabricated lies that have been put in place to create a buzz around the world? A 100 Million year old finger

 

The 100 million year old finger resembles a modern human finger

 

According to mainstream archaeology and anthropology, the oldest human fossil is around 2.8 million years old. But as I mentioned above, there have been many discoveries that challenge this conventional thinking segment. One of those incredible discoveries that breaks up all patterns formed by science is a fossilized human finger that is believed t be 100 million years old. This incredible discovery was made in the 1980’s at a quarry from a Cretaceous limestone formation in Texas.

 

The question that remains is, how is it possible that a 100 million year old fossilized finger exists? Did some sort of unknown human species live on Earth 100 million years ago?

 

The mysterious 270 million year old Hidden character stone

 

 

This incredible stone was discovered thanks to a crack that formed in a megalith 500 years ago revealing Chinese characters that read: The Chinese Communist Party Collapses (Zhong Guo Gong Chan Dang Wang). The problem is the age of the rock which according to researchers dates back 270 million years. It is an astonishing discovery of a stone that displays curious patterns on its surface, according to researchers these patterns have been identified as Simplified Chinese characters and traditional Chinese charters that read: Communist Party of China perish or The Chinese Communist Party Collapses ”

It is one of the main attractions in the Qiannan Pingtang National Geological park. The mystery is its age; dating back at least 270 millions of years to the Permian period. 

 

The stone was discovered in the cleaning process of the Duyun International Photography exposition, and the area has remained isolated and untouched by humans for an incredible period of time. The stone is found in a narrow gap between two cliffs.

 

300 Million Year Old Piece of aluminum machine found in Russia

 

 

There has been a lot of chatter regarding this discovery as national media have reported that a curious artifact has been discovered in Vladivostok, Russia. We are talking about a 300 million year old piece that could have belonged, in the distant past, to a complex aluminum machine. Experts who have had the opportunity to analyze the artifact have concluded that the piece resembles a gear and is not, in any case, the result of natural forces.

 

Where the 300 million year old gear gets interesting (If the age itself isn’t incredible) is in its chemical composition. According to tests, the object is composed of extremely pure aluminum ranging from 96 to 98 percent of aluminum and has an addition of 2% to 4% of magnesium. This composition is even more surprising according to scholars, as highly pure aluminum is something very hard to find, most alloys contain manganese, silicon, copper, titanium, or Zirconium Beryllium but in a percentage of about 10%. This actually means that the object we are discussing has a chemical composition that is not common in our time and even less in the past, and is something extremely hard to be found by itself in nature.

 

290 million year old human footprint

 

 

Ok, so it’s not an artifact but nevertheless it is a discoveries that has challenged, in every single way the views and opinions of mainstream scholars. The discovery of the 290 million year old footprint was made in New Mexico by paleontologist Jerry MacDonald in 1987. In the vicinity of this mysterious footprint there are fossilized impressions of birds and other animals. The discovery of the human impression has left MacDonald particularly puzzled and not he or anyone who has seen and studied the impression has not been able to explain how this modern footprint could have been located in the Permian strata, which according to scholars dates from 290 to 248 million years, a time period which occurred long before man or even birds and dinosaurs existed on this planet, of course, that is according to modern science and scientific thinking.

 

Should we change the way we think and look at things? Or should we accept modern-day scientific thinking which suggests, there is no way that is a human footprint dating back 290 millions of years. It seems to be an ongoing debate between people who firmly believe that history is wrong, and those who point out that all of these mysterious findings are actually a hoax and have nothing to do with reality.

 

The Dashka Stone: A 120 Million year old Map

 

 

The Dashka stone or also referred to as the Map of the Creator is a stone tablet of unknown origin that was discovered in the village of Chandra in Bashkortostan, Russian Federation. It is believed to be around 120 million years old.

 

According to studies, this one-ton-slab is made up of three levels. According to Professor Chuvyrov, this stone slab was made artificially and did not originate in nature alone. According to studies performed, the Dahska Stone or stone of the creator has the following characteristics:

 

The first layer of the Dashka stone consists of 18 centimeters of cement or ceramic based on dolomite.

 

The second layer is “made” of diopside glass; It is made approximately of one inch, enriched with silicon, according to researchers; to provide picture strength.

 

The third porcelain layer has several millimeters. According to scholars this might have been placed in order to create diffused light, to illuminate the stone slab, but also to protect the slab from external impact thanks to its calcium-porcelain composition.

Studie detecteerbaarheid met massa-veer gravimeter

            In een eerder verschenen tekst over Ufo- detectie ( o.a. op de website van UFO.be)

werd reeds een detectiemethode beschreven met een flux-gate magnetometer .

Deze methode is levensvatbaar gebleken door een gelijktijdige opname van een magnetische anomalie met een visuele Ufo waarneming in Sint Katelijne Waver op 10 October 2008 (zie hierover verslag op blog.seniorennet.be/peter2011).

            De opname vertoont een abnormaal hoge waarde voor het aardmagnetische veld ter plaatse gedurende het overvliegen van het UFO toestel.

            Een andere , geschikt voor amateur -Ufologen met fysische neigingen, mogelijke detectiemanier zou een massa-veer gravimeter opstelling kunnen zijn.

Deze detectiemogelijkheid wordt, in het volgende, verder onderzocht.

            Een kracht heeft een afstandswerking . De invloed ervan neemt af met het kwadraat van de afstand (Newton). Voor een UFO van gemiddeld 10 ton , dwz. 98100 Newton op een hoogte van 100m ,is de kracht op het aardoppervlak nog 9,81 Newton volgens deze kurve

                        Dit is een meetbare waarde voor een massa-veer opstelling

            De in gebruik zijnde massa –veer gravimeter bestaat uit een opstelling met een massa van 890 gram en een veer constante van 793 N/m  ( = dx= 11mm voor 890 gram).

De opstelling bezit geen extra demping en heeft een uittrilfrequentie van 4,7 Hz  ( f = 1:2pie.(k/m)^0,5 ).

            In evenwicht geldt dat voor het zweven van een massa van 890 gram een terugroepkracht moet worden uitgeoefend door de veer van k.dx = 793 N/M maal 0,011 m=8,72 Newton.

            We weten nu dat 11mm verplaatsing bekomen wordt met 8,72 N.

            De resterende kracht uitgeoefend door de UFO van 10 ton (98100 N) op 100 m hoogte is 9,81 N en werkt dus op de gravimeter massa van 890 gram in met als gevolg een extra verplaatsing van 9,81/8,72 . 0,011=  0,0125 m of 12,50mm.

Dit is ruim voldoende om te detecteren voor een UFO op 100m hoogte

Uit de literatuur is geweten dat een UFO op een 10 tal meter zwevend boven een normale personenauto ( 2 ton) in staat is deze van de grond op te heffen.

             Dit is NIET mogelijk als me ervan uitgaat dat dit louter zou gebeuren door toepassing van de wet van Newton over de aantrekkingskracht tussen twee lichamen met massa M1 en M2 op een afstand van 10m. Deze waarde is belachelijk klein 0,00001334 N of 13,34µN.

            De kracht die geproduceerd wordt is ook niet van het AEROdynamische type zoals bij een vliegtuig of een helikopter. Welk type dit is ,laten we hier in het midden. Ze gehoorzaamt wel aan ,de met de afstand kwadratisch afnemende waarde, aan de wet van Newton.

Bepaling van de gevoeligheidsgrenswaarde van de opstelling:

            Een afwijking van 0,1mm is nog detecteerbaar

 We weten dat een dx bekomen wordt van 12,3 mm bekomen wordt voor een hoogte van 100m en inwerkende kracht van 9,81 N . Vermits de uittrekking de veer lineair is wordt dit voor 1mm  9,81/ 12,3mm = 0,797N en dus voor 0,1mm 0,0797N

            Deze waarde wordt bekomen voor een hoogte van :

                        r^2 = 98100N/0,0797 = 1241770 m ^2     of r = 1114m

Hieruit kunnen we besluiten dat een UFO op globaal 1000m hoogte met het huidige in dienst staande massa-veer gravimeter opstelling  (m= 890 gram en k= 793N/m) wel degelijk detecteerbaar is.

Dr Greer showed the audience numerous slides of what he believed were real aliens and UFOs caught beaming to Earth from potentially other dimensions.  The ET’s were spotted during so-called “close encounter of the fifth kind” experiences which the Dr organises – Also known as CE-5 (please click HERE for more)

He said that inter-stellar civilisations were often graded on levels of how advanced and enlightened they were from one upwards, but unfortunately for Earth, we only scored zero, because we keep killing each other and destroying the planet!

The ET’s are NOT impressed with Planet Earths destructive ways!

Steven Greer called for the public to rise up for disclosure

Dr Greer confirmed that:

• “Our group initiates contact with people of level 300 – a bit of a gap – but once people stop lying that gap can be closed, quickly. “The French MoD contacted us, for the same reason the MoD in the US did. They wanted to know how contact made.” Said Dr Greer.

He claimed that “men in black thugs” scared off mainstream US MoD officials, of which the French officials ignored these threats, which apparently led to nasty contact from aliens.

Dr Greer then made a call to arms to paranormal enthusiasts to try and make contact with aliens to get the authorities off his back.  He confirmed: “If we all do it they can’t keep tracks on us all.”

“The real power is with all of us together, that they cannot stop, if we squeeze the toothpaste it will come out fast enough.” Dr Greer said.

U.I.P SUMMARY – First things first us guys at U.I.P have an incredible amount of respect for Dr Greer and are hopefully lining him up for an interview in late October, live from his ranch in the states.  But, interestingly Dr Greer was recently accused of actually working for the CIA by an unnamed leading counter-conspiracist.

It was written in a recent post by Alien Embryo on Unexplained-mysteries.com, who wrote:

• “Steven Greer is not who he claims to be, he is working for the CIA. The CIA knows people want answers and wants this technology made public.”
• “The disclosure project is to slow people down, it was created to give people a false hope for “disclosure”. If we leave “disclosure” up to the disclosure project it will never happen.”

The newspaper that was running with this breaking news story, the Express.co.uk has actually put Dr Greer’s claims to the French MoD…..And Guess what? Yep they still have not given a response, which in itself confirms A LOT in U.I.P’s eyes!

Personally I see Dr Greer as a great leading figure in the search for the Truth about Planet Earths contact with the ET Beings and if anything we do not believe that he would ever work for the Government, if anything he could be working for the Alien Beings who are keeping a watchful eye on Planet Earth – and helping him PUSH for the TRUTH!

Some people even believe that the increase in UFO sightings around the world is caused by Dr Greer!?

We hope to be interviewing Dr Greer soon so can ask him more on this Breaking story.

Former Airman Abducted, Experimented On and Forced Into Life of Slavery on Secret Moon Base

A former U.S. Air Force radar tracking operator recalls her traumatic experience of being abducted multiple times, experimented on, and forced into slave labor on a secret moon base.

In 1980, an unexpected event changed Niara Terela Isley’s life forever. While traveling with some of her colleagues on a mission at the Tonopah Test Range, their aircraft encountered a glowing UFO that maintained course alongside them. Ground control instructed them to get a radar lock and intercept the flying saucer.

Upon landing, Isley and her colleagues were quickly taken into custody by one of the Air Force’s covert branches.

In a book she wrote, the former airman describes her ordeal. Over the course of several months, Isley was abducted about 8 to 10 times and taken to a secret moon base on the dark side of the Moon. The base was under the control of reptilian beings but operated by human personnel. Isley claims that like her, most of them were held there against their will.

• I was very poorly fed and worked hard during the day cycle, operating some kind of electronic equipment for excavation at times, and doing physical manual labor at others, such as lifting and stacking boxes.
• Worst of all, I was used for sex during what passed for night there, from man to man,” she wrote.

The pinnacle of this inhumane treatment was a long string of experiments designed to mentally wear her down and remove her free will. The medical procedures were performed by Gray extraterrestrials, which means that the conspiracy runs deep.

And so it went on and on for months until she was finally released. But Isley is convinced she wasn’t set free without first being subjected to a memory wipe.

In fact, she says that an acute absence of memories from that period tipped her off she might have been the victim of an abduction. For a period of three months in 1980, Isley had no memories although at the time she was working for the U.S. Air Force.

Unnerved by her missing time, she underwent hypnosis and recovered her suppressed memories. It seems like the memory wipe was unsuccessful.

Niara Terela Isley and many other abductees are convinced that most—if not all—abductions are actually performed or supported by military forces worldwide. A popular conspiracy theory calls these operations MILABs (Military Abductions) and hypothesizes they are way more common than you would think. Isley and her peers recommend hypnosis therapy to anyone who’s experienced long periods of missing time.

While Isley brings little evidence in support of her testimony (besides her testimony), she does bring up several interesting points.

The presence of a joint Reptilian-Gray-human secret base on our satellite is worrisome and the abduction phenomenon is alarming, to say the least. But the perspective of unwillingly carrying memories of being forced into slavery and routinely experimented on is something else—the seed of paranoia.

If Isley is true, we’re all living a lie.

Germans believe in aliens

It's not just sci-fi nerds: According to a representative survey, a lot of Germans can put their skepticism aside when it comes to creatures from outer space. Even scientists believe there could be extraterrestrial life.

Are we alone in the universe? More than half of the Germans polled in a recent survey don't think so. Market research institute YouGov asked 1,171 people whether they believed in extraterrestrials and 56 percent said yes.

More than 1,000 people asked is considered a representative number for Germany. YouGov researchers conducted the survey via an online questionnaire between September 18 and 22. Anna Schneider, senior consultant with the institute, said she was not surprised by the high number of believers.

"The reason for believing is a mix of hope and fear," Schneider told DW. "It's hard for humans to imagine that we are this special and singular in a universe whose end we don't even know, but it's also not easy to picture sharing the special status of intelligent life. So I expected an outcome of around fifty-fifty."

Life finds a way

Klaus Jäger says it's only "plausible" that we're not alone

The idea that aliens or extraterrestrials could exist is not just purported by a layman's majority; it's also subject to serious scientific research.

"The formation of life in the entire cosmos, in every niche it can find, is probably a completely natural process," Klaus Jäger, astronomer at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy , told DW. He pointed to the fact that simple forms of life survive even in the most barren conditions, like at the bottom of the deep sea. Why not on far-away planets?

Discoveries made by space missions support the idea that somewhere, extraterrestrials exist, according to Jäger.

"Scientific facts are pretty clearly pointing toward the existence of life outside of Earth," the astronomer and spokesman of theGerman Astronomical Society said. "Even in interstellar gas that floats around and among the stars in our milky way we've found organic material, which is the preliminary stage to life."

Aliens among us?

Jäger does not believe, however, that aliens are already among us, saying that finding another life-form is a possible scenario of the future.

Martin Schädler, webmaster of the German website and online community www.alien.de disagrees. He became interested in extraterrestrials roughly 20 years ago when he read a book about alien abductions and does not only believe that aliens exist, but that they have been to Earth, too.

"The universe is gigantic and it has existed for such a long time - why should we be the only living things in it?" Schädler asked. "And how likely is it really that aliens are not here on Earth, too? I believe that the universe is so big and so old that it's brimming with extraterrestrial life, that it's full of it. That no one would have made their way to us so far is very unlikely to me."

The tech-expert, who works on email encryption as a day job, told DW he thought that the high number of people who believe in aliens was partially due to the presence of astronomy in daily life. With media reporting on space-related discoveries and astronomy documentaries airing on TV, people become more aware of the sheer size of our universe, Schädler says.

From there, he believes, it's only a small step to wondering why we should be alone in it.

How Hollywood believers could be disappointed

Women seem to be doing more wondering - and doubting - than men. According to the YouGov survey, 61 percent of men, but only 51 percent of women believe in the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life.

"Maybe the underlying reason is a difference in love of adventure - or the cinematic education," Anna Schneider from YouGov said. "I think Hollywood is partly responsible for this outcome."

If aliens ever do come to Earth, their spaceships hopefully won't wreak havoc like this one in "Independence Day"

Movies like "Alien" and "Star Wars" have an audience that is more male than female, so men could be more likely to believe in extraterrestrials, according to Schneider's theory. But astronomer Klaus Jäger emphasizes that life in space may not look like what film fans imagine it to be.

Instead of man-sized creatures arriving in impressive space ships, aliens could also be smaller - much smaller, the astronomer says. Perhaps single-cell organisms will be the first extraterrestrial life-forms to be discovered.

That would be much less exciting than meeting a friendly, talking alien like ET, but also more comfortable than discovering that we're sharing the universe with a highly intelligent hostile species à la "Independence Day," the Hollywood blockbuster in which vicious creatures from outer space try to eradicate humanity.

VIDEO: “Stonehenge ontdekt op Mars”

Op Mars is een mysterieuze steencirkel ontdekt, die de naam Marshenge heeft gekregen. Volgens alienjagers doet de cirkel sterk denken aan Stonehenge in het Engelse Wiltshire.

De vreemde verzameling stenen is volgens sommigen achtergelaten door een oude Marsbeschaving. Experts hebben in het verleden gezegd dat dergelijke steencirkels kunnen ontstaan door natuurlijke processen die zich ook hier op aarde voordoen. Zo schrijft Jeffrey Kargel van de Universiteit van Arizona dat steencirkels zich op Mars kunnen vormen als gevolg van geologische activiteit.

Op de Facebookpagina van Journey to the Surface of the Mars, waar geregeld ongewone vondsten voorbij komen, werd aandacht besteed aan de steencirkel. Op het YouTube-kanaal Mister Enigma is een filmpje verschenen waarin het object wordt vergeleken met Stonehenge.

“Hebben de bouwers van Stonehenge mogelijk een bezoek gebracht aan Mars en hebben ze daar hetzelfde bouwwerk neergezet, of hebben we bezoek gehad van wezens die ons hebben geleerd om deze dingen te bouwen,” zei hij. “Of is het slechts een illusie?”

Schrijver Nigel Watson zei: “Er zijn al vaker piramideachtige structuren gespot op Mars, die vervolgens zijn gelinkt aan de oude piramides op aarde. Marshenge wordt nu gelinkt aan onze eigen prehistorische culturen.”

Aardbeving

“Ondanks alle sceptici zijn dergelijke theorieën niet minder populair geworden,” ging hij verder. “Door de ontdekking van Marshenge lijkt het er sterk op dat astronauten in het verleden ons zonnestelsel hebben bezocht en een blijvende invloed hebben gehad op de geschiedenis van de mens.”

“Het is nogal wat om Marshenge te vergelijken met Stonehenge,” zei Watson. “Je weet bijvoorbeeld niet hoe groot deze objecten zijn of hoe ze er van dichtbij uitzien. Het kan gewoon een verzameling stenen zijn die in een ver verleden door aardbevingen aan het oppervlak zijn gekomen.”

No nearby asteroids approaching says JPL/NASA data, Sept 25, 2015, UFO Sighting News

I've been hearing a lot of talk about an asteroid that is suppose to hit Earth between Sept 23 and 28th, but could find nothing to support it. If there is one, then NASA is hiding all the data from it. There is however two semi-close asteroids that are about the same distance from Earth as the moon is. The first of the two will come near us on Sept 25, but it will be 2.3 times the moons distance from us. Then on Sept 30 there is another that will be 1.3 the distance to the moon. That means its slighter further away than our moon. Thats still far off, so no worries.
