NASA to Announce 'Surprising' Europa Discovery Monday

NASA will announce new findings about Jupiter's ocean-harboring moonEuropa during a news conference at 2 p.m. EDT (1800 GMT) on Monday (Sept. 26).
"Astronomers will present results from a unique Europa observing campaign that resulted in surprising evidence of activity that may be related to the presence of a subsurface ocean on Europa," NASA officials wrote in a media advisory Tuesday (Sept. 20).
The new information comes courtesy of NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, agency officials said. You can follow the news conference live here at Space.com, courtesy of NASA.

Astrobiologists regard Europa as one of the solar system's best bets to host alien life. The 1,900-mile-wide (3,100 kilometers) moon harbors a huge ocean of liquid water beneath its icy shell; furthermore, astronomers think this ocean is in contact with Europa's rocky mantle, making possible all sorts of interesting chemical reactions.
Tuesday's media advisory offered no further details about what the researchers will announce on Monday, but the involvement of Hubble raises the possibility that Europa's elusive plumes may finally have been spotted again.
In December 2012, Hubble detected what appeared to be plumes of water vapor extending about 120 miles (200 km) into space from Europa's south pole. This news, which was made public in late 2013, caused a great deal of excitement in the astrobiology community, because it suggested that a robotic probe may be able to sample Europa's ocean without landing on the moon's surface.
The detection team has been eyeing Europa with Hubble extensively since that initial observation, but to date they have not been able to confirm the existence of the plume.

Dozens of circular geoglyphs, some comprising several intertwined rings, have been identified and mapped near the ancient Peruvian town of Quilcapampa, revealing that these earthen designs were created near ancient pathways used for trade.
Geoglyphs are designs, which often form shapes or images, on the landscape. They are found all over the world; the most famous examples are located at Nazca, where thousands of such designs — from real and imaginary creatures to geometric shapes — have been etched into the Peruvian desert.
The newly mapped geoglyphs may have had symbolic significance, possibly representing the flow of people and goods through the town at the time, according to Justin Jennings, a curator at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto who is one of the team leaders. Earthen rings
Jennings and his colleagues mapped the geoglyphs at Quilcapampa, in the Sihuas Valley, using a combination of satellite imagery, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and ground surveys. The smaller geoglyphs are visible from the ground, while the larger ones can be better seen from above. The archaeologists are trying to map as much of the landscape as they can before the area is developed for agriculture.

They found that many of the geoglyphs there have simple one-ring designs, while others are more complex.
One geoglyph they mapped has at least six rings designed in an irregular pattern, with smaller circles embedded inside larger circles so that the overall design looks a little like a swirl. Also, some of the geoglyphs contain rock piles called cairns located beside or within them, the archaeologists said.
The size of the geoglyphs varies considerably. The one ring geoglyphs tend to be between two to four meters (6.6 to 13.1 feet) in diameter while the multi-ring geoglyphs can sprawl over 800 square meters, about the size of two NBA basketball courts put together.
Most of the geoglyphs were made "by removing surface stones to expose the sandy soil below," the archaeologists wrote in a paper set to be published in the Journal of Archaeological Science: Reports.
The scientists dated many of these geoglyphs to the Late Intermediate Period (A.D. 1050 to 1400). During that time, Quilcapampa supported a 70-hectare (173 acres) settlement that was a hub for trade, Jennings said. [Images: 14 Strangest Sites on Google Earth]
Geoglyphs are not the only art the people of Quilcapampa were creating at that time. Numerous examples of rock art (called petroglyphs) that were etched onto the walls of cliffs have been documented near Quilcapampa in previous studies.
Why circles?
It's still a mystery why the people of Quilcapampa often used circles in geoglyph design; no writing system existed in Peru at that time to offer a possible explanation.
Jennings said that the team's mapping research shows that many of the geoglyphs are located beside or near pathways used in ancient trade.
During the period when Quilcapampa flourished, there was "much more interaction between the coast and the highland," Jennings said. The "circulation" of people and goods (including food) along these pathways was necessary for daily life — something the circular designs might symbolize, he added.

Colonel Don Ware and UFOs
Donald M. Ware, Lt Colonel USAF (Ret), ten years Florida State MUFON Director and former Eastern Regional Director — then 18 years as a Director of the International UFO Congress. He discussed Underground bases, Alien-Human Hybrids, and the levels of consciousness to contact alien spirits. In this presentation at 108.30 into his discussion, Col. Ware mentions that he knew Navy Commander Grahame Bethune, that Grahame had informed Ware that he had flown Admiral Byrd to Antarctica in 1945. Admiral Byrd was tasked with finding out what was going on down there – but was sent home early. Col. Ware further states that he thinks Byrd was able to negotiate for US scientists joining with German scientists – who were already there working at an underground base – on sharing advanced technologies!
Ware states earlier in his presentation that the Germans did have disc technology dating back to scientific breakthroughs in 1929 – however it was when the Germans weaponized the discs by putting machine guns and cannons on the bottoms of the craft that an intervention occurred. Off Planet Visitors interceded stating – that this technology violated a prime directive – that it could not be used for purposes of warfare. The Visitors told the Germans that they could keep this technology but not for war – they were given the option of moving the discs to a base that the Germans had built in Antarctica which is what the German High Command – with Hitler’s approval – did.
There is no incentive for advanced species to even mingle with savage man who are constantly at war. Savage man is predatory in nature that reflects weak spiritual abilities and strong left-brain capabilities which they think only matters in this world. Any sufficiently advanced species would be able to create matter from energy of space (not necessarily a sun) so they do not need a planet nor any resources anywhere else! Why go somewhere (to get resources) when you can manufacture anything you want?
Some groups that mess around with humans are there for exploitation, the same as western civilization exploited native people of foreign lands of yesteryear. They have much to gain in such interactions but also risk being exposed and defeated if they are not careful. Why do you think we have not seen a powerful actual alien in their ship? They do not want to be seen due to the risk of being “discovered” then potentially could risk their operations. A lot more misinformation, clouds the minds of the masses for good reason as to prove cover for the truth as few can really accept it. I.e. mentally and spiritually immature. Large numbers of intelligent beings on other planets.
This seems to me to be part of a disclosure campaign with both Navy and Army aviation involved. Most people are not aware yet that between 1943 and 1945 the US Government, with the help of our British and Canadian allies and the Ambassador from Venus and 450 of his trained engineers built 500 round-wing planes with gravity motors in a hidden 300 square-mile valley in British Columbia, Canada.
This is much more easily understood after people read John B. Leith’s CIA disclosure books published past their intended date: Genesis for the Space Race a few months ago and The Man with the Golden Swordpublished in November 2014. Peru Gave the World Wonderful Food
Ancient Andean Peruvian farmers domesticated and developed more than half the food the world eats today. More kinds of food and medicinal plants were systematically cultivated in Peru than any other area of the world. Among them are potatoes, tomatoes, beans, peanuts, squash, peppers, papaya, cashews, pineapples, chocolate, avocadoes, mulberries, and strawberries. Often plants had to grown on terraces built by the Peruvians. So many and varied plants were so long domesticated in the Old World it is hard to realize they actually originated in Peru. The potato was first domesticated in the region of modern-day southern Peru and extreme northwestern Bolivia between 8000 and 5000 BC. It has since spread around the world and become a staple crop in many countries. Spanish invaders of Peru in 1513 brought them to Spain. My question is “Did these foods originate from other worlds?”
How were such titanic blocks of stone brought to the top of the mountain from the quarries many miles away? How were they cut and fitted, raised and put in place? No one knows how they built huge structures. There are archaeologists, scientists, who would have us believe that the dense, hard andesite rock was cut, surfaced and faced by means of stone or bronze tools. Such an explanation is so utterly preposterous that it is not even worthy of serious consideration. No one ever has found anywhere any stone tool or implement that would cut or chip the andesite, and no bronze ever made will make any impression upon it.” Hyatt & Ruth Verrill —-America’s Ancient Civilizations.
Eric Von Daniken, in his series of books beginning with Chariots of the Gods theorized that the Andean stone-works were build by Alien/Gods who visited the earth long ago, bringing civilization to primitive man. The scientific community simply snickered. Whatever one thinks of his theories, he brought to the public an awareness of the many ancient monuments on earth that seem to defy rational explanation.
The Andean culture may be the oldest in the world. Royal runners and couriers linked the four corners of the empire by running short relays at top speed, moving messages and sometimes delicacies such as fresh fish for the emperor’s table – as many as 250 miles a day. The main north south highway alone stretched 3500 miles.At Nazca just north of Lake Titicaca are clear markings that can be seen from space pointing to key ancient cities. The complexity and technology of these advanced civilization is not easy to explain. The Incas came much later and took advantage of the knowledge left by the ancients.
Lord Viracocha, the ‘creator of all things resembles a gray who came from space The Nasca lines in Peru can be seen from space and point to key ancient cities on the west coast of South America such as Tiahuanaco, where sophisticated cities with huge blocks of stone weighing hundreds of tons were moved and carved. Some showed carvings of apparent space vehicles that were found along the Andes Mountains that seem to represent supply vehicles coming from space.
Many of the ancient leaders in Peru and Bolivia have exceptionally large heads, appear to be Caucasian and wore long robes that infer colonization from another planet or at the least a different species than the natives of South America. The exceptionally elongated crania on the ancient leaders known as Dolichocephaloids, suggest a far different past than the Indians of the Andes. Not only did they look different, they had advanced knowledge of astronomy, plant genetics biology and development, and construction techniques.
Some anthropologists suggest the elongated skulls were the result of the Peruvian Indian practice of head-binding. However, two mummies of babies less than a year old (analyzed in England) … belonged to the Aymaraes tribe had elongated skulls. Additionally, an unborn seven month old fetus enclosed in the womb of a mummy of a pregnant woman had an elongated skull! The possibility exists that these are a different species or alien life forms that came to Earth.
It goes unreported that tens of thousands of perfectly preserved mummies that have been recovered from Peru, Mexico, Bolivia and Chile, etc., are the remains of ethnic much taller European Caucasians with blond, red, auburn, dark brown and black hair The hair itself is, on average, 30% thinner than that of present-day Indians and is often “wavy” (a unique European trait). In terms of physical anthropology, the mummified people have the longer face dolichocephalic cranial index, whereas the Indian populations are classified as, predominantly Mongoloid. Some of extended skulls suggest visitors from space or at least a very unusual species.
The National Museum of the Archaeology in Lima, Peru has displays of ancient skulls that show evidence of brain surgery on beings with exceptionally large craniums. The museum claims the skulls are deformities, but these alleged deformities exist in an exclusive group of beings who were the leaders, pharaohs, kings, priests, and rulers all over the ancient world.
The Andean people claim these were the gods who came from outer space and became rulers and taught them advanced knowledge of medicine, biology, astronomy and advanced construction techniques. Archaeologists from Tiahuanaco have discovered an underground pyramid using ground-penetrating radar.
Professor Arthur Posnansky studied the area in the 1930‘s claims in his 50 year study “Tiahuanaco, is the cradle of American Man” that the site was occupied in 15,000 B.C. prior to Egypt and Samaria. He bases this on calculations of archeoastronomy and sculptures of prehistoric animals found at the site. The construction sites are littered with stones weighing hundreds of tons. Throughout the Andes are amazing towns that include pyramids, temples and fortifications. Around 8,000 BC much of Peru and Bolivia were at sea level and rose to height of over 12,500 feet.
Tiahuanaco (also called Tiwanaku) located near Lake Titicaca is a mystery because of its extreme age and its peculiar stone technology that may be older than Egyptian or Sumerian construction.
This stone technology plainly contradicts what official archaeology suggests about the general state of development of the ancient peoples of South-America. Conventional historians assign the age of buildings of Tiahuanaco at around 600 B.C., or even later believing that a pre-Inca civilization, without benefit of the wheel, modern tools or even a written language constructed these architectural marvels. The ancient city of Tiahuanaco, Bolivia contains a pyramid and strange architecture that was built with the clear understanding of astronomy and advanced construction techniques. Professor Arthur Posnansky studied the area in the 1930‘s before much of the early stones were carried off for building the Bolivian railway. Posnansky summed up his 50 year study in a four volume work entitled “Tiahuanaco, The cradle of American Man” first published in 1945. He explains his theories are based on his calculations of archeoastronomy claiming the site was occupied in 15,000 B.C. Paleontologists tell us that mankind was living in caves and hunting animals for food, while a sophisticated city according to Posnansky was being built by moving an cutting blocks weighting as much as 400 tons. Additionally, the extraordinary development of dozens of types of food suggests advanced genetics techniques or the plants were brought from other plants.
Miles-long geometric designs in the desert of Nazca, south of Lima, or a winged god in the north are evidence for Chamorro that past cultures not only mastered science and math, but had an inkling that space might hold more than the sun and moon.

Peruvians Study UFOs
LIMA — The Herald of all the officers in all the armed forces of the world, perhaps none has a more unusual job than Peruvian air force Commander Julio Chamorro: to investigate — and perhaps prove — the existence of UFOs. As head of the Office to Investigate Aerial Phenomena, Chamorro directs a seven-member team in charge of studying what he calls “anomalies that could cause problems with aviation.” Ostensibly, the office investigates planes that veer off course and hang gliders that steer too close to military bases, but that’s not the crux of the work. Of the hundreds of calls received each month by the office, Chamorro says at least half are to report UFO sightings. And Chamorro believes many are credible. ”There are several mysteries that we believe are highly important and which merit our full attention.”
Chamorro said. “If we can arrive at definitive conclusions, our work will be highly beneficial to Peru and all of humanity. Just think about the technological advances if we can definitely prove the existence of spacecrafts.” Chamorro estimates that 60 percent of Peru’s population has seen an unexplainable event in the sky. Most of the calls he receives can be explained, but he says about a dozen each month are credible sightings with no easy explanation.
Example is the video taken in Chulucanas, Piura, at the end of 2001. Chamorro says it shows a huge ship sitting in the sky for nearly two hours. ”The ship made no noise and did not move. You can see the shape, which includes even windows,”
Chamorro said. Chulucanas has a long history of UFO sightings, he added. Chamorro’s office was officially organized seven years ago, but the Peruvian government’s interest in UFOs goes back decades, and there is archaeological evidence that ancient cultures were also hooked on other-worldly phenomena.
Chilca also has its own tiny piece of ancient UFO history. In the town’s museum, Rueda keeps a minuscule swath of Incan textile wrapped in brown paper for safekeeping. The textile depicts an oddly shaped nonhuman figure with antennas. Rueda says the figure is similar to the extraterrestrial being supposedly found in Roswell in 1947 and which forms the core of UFO attractions that put the town on the map. ”This proves that we are not the first people to sight UFOs here. The ancient Peruvians who inhabited Chilca also had sights and possibly contact,” he said.
Chamorro says sightings form part of Peru’s culture, and even the government has gotten in the act on and off over the years. In 1955, Carlos Paz founded Peru’s Institute for Inter-Planetary Relations to study UFOs. Paz is a mythical figure in the international UFO community and assumed the role of quasi-diplomat from Peru to civilizations beyond the solar system.
Black Budget Programs
Collective-evolution reports Edward Snowden; a former intelligence contractor has leaked documentation that proves the existence of clandestine black budget operations (programs that are extremely classified dealing with technology, information and more.) The United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret for years. The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years.
We are talking about Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.”
The Washington Post revealed that the “black-budget” documents report a staggering 52.6 billion dollars that was set aside for operations in the fiscal year 2013. Although it’s great to have this type of documentation in the public domain proving the existence of these black budget programs, the numbers seem to be too low according to statements made by some very prominent people. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that these programs are not using billions of dollars, but trillions of dollars that are unaccounted for. Here is a statement given by Canada’s former Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer in 2008:
It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of weapons of mass destruction when the most worrisome developments in this field are occurring in your own backyard. It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects which both congress and the commander in chief no nothing about(2)
We are talking about large amounts of unaccounted-for money going into programs we know nothing about. There have been several congressional inquiries that have noted billions, and even trillions of dollars that have gone missing from the Federal Reserve System.
On July 16, 2001, in front of the house appropriations committee, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld stated:
The financial systems of the Dartment of Defense are so snarled up that we can’t account for some $2.6 trillion in transactions that exist, if that’s believable.We don’t really hear about black budget programs, or about people who have actually looked into them. However, the topic was discussed in 2010 by Washington Post journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin. Their investigation lasted two years and concluded that America’s classified world has: Become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employees, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work.
Another person was aviation journalist Bill Sweetman. Within the Pentagon, he estimated that 150 special access programs existed that weren’t even acknowledged. These programs are not known about by the highest members of government and the highest ranking officials in the military. He determined that most of these programs were dominated by private contractors (Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc.) and that he had no idea as to how these programs were funded.
These programs include advanced space ships craft like TR-3 Manta.
Dwight Eisenhower, former five stars U.S. general and President of the United States also warned us about secrecy and the acquisition of unwarranted influence within the “Department of Defense” with his farewell speech:
In the council of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential disaster of the rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes.
The only other president that blew the whistle on secrecy beyond the government was President John F. Kennedy referring to the military industrial complex:
It appears some of these black budget programs deal with UFOs. Documents from the NSA prove that UFOs and extraterrestrials are of high interest to the agency and over whelming evidence suggest that these black budget programs deal with matters beyond our world. Garry McKinnon has also shed light on this fact, as have thousands of previously classified documents and statements from high level government and military personnel.

An amateur photographer visiting Loch Ness has captured an incredible image that some have said is the most convincing Nessie picture ever! A whisky warehouse worker by trade, Ian Bremner visited the legendary site in Scotland to snap a few photos of the area’s natural beauty. Similar to other Nessie ‘sightings,’ it was not until Bremner got home and looked closer at his photos that he spotted the incredible sight of three distinct humps emerging from the water. “When I saw it on my screen I said ‘what the hell is that?,'” he marveled to the website The Scotsman.Normally a skeptic that the legendary creature exists, Bremner conceded, “I’m starting to think there is something out there.” Indeed, the remarkable photo constitutes one of the best Nessie images ever taken. Huntsville— I was taking pictures of the Harvest moon on September 16, 016, when an image started to appear around the moon. It was really bright and started moving. I started snapping pictures and saw many images of fast lights and moving objects that I could not explain.

Florence — I was at Pathfinder Park with my wife and daughter, and took a photo of the landscape/on September 16, 2016. I framed my shot and saw a black spot on the photo preview within a couple seconds. I immediately returned my attention to the sky to try to see what it was I captured. My wife, daughter and I scanned the sky but none of us could find anything. My iPhone camera captured something. I also checked the lens to see if there was anything on it and it was clear. Florida Rocket Explosion
Cape Canaveral — September 01st, 2016, @ 0907 HRS. (EDT)—The Space X second stage missile caught fire and exploded, just as a very peculiar object, captured on video, is seen to move through the launch area. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk revealed that the company has not ruled out an ‘unknown object’ as the cause of their recent rocket explosion.
At this writing, not much is known about the fast-moving object, but it appears to be very peculiar, and highly anomalous. A professional driver in Florida, who was carefully reviewing a CNN video in slow motion, and noticed the object streaking across the screen. The rocket’s payload, an Israeli-built communications satellite for Facebook due to launch on Saturday, was also destroyed,
In addition, preliminary photo analysis, provided to us by Mr. Gene Weed, of video footage he witnessed appears to be a solid, dimensional object. Mr. Gene Weed claims the object is a solid rounded rectangular object, with dark energy bands under the object. Study it carefully, and you can see a solid object above the dark bands. Kapaa — I was home alone reading and had an urge to go out and take photos of the sky on July 24, 2016. Weeks earlier I had seen some strange red lights in the sky but I had no phone. This time, I decided to take my phone and be ready. I could not see anything really clearly as it flickered and zipped back and forth. I have a series of photos of trails, but one shot, it came out really well. At the time I was unsure what I had seen and it was not until I went back inside and looked at the photos in the dark that something odd showed up. I have always wanted to see a UFO and I actually am thrilled that the photo turned out. . Yesterday I was doing my everyday Kawaihau walk before dinner and the sunset was great. Espanola— I am an avid believer in ancient astronaut theory. On September 17, 2016,
I was reading Facebook posts about the strange light in the sky everyone in the area was talking about it. Fearful that I had missed my once in a lifetime opportunity to see a UFO. I ran outside and it was a stationary orb. I witnessed it change colors from blue to white to red to orange in disbelief. I called my husband at work and he told me it was real. Local news feed says it was a weather balloon that I could track. So I did but to my surprise the “path” recorded on the “weather balloon” was nowhere near northern New Mexico. Myrtle Beach— I was sleeping and something woke me up at 3:30 am on September 4. 2016. I saw multi colors that I think it was a UFO. It came towards me, moved to the right, and then moved to the left, and backed up.

West Virginia Light
I was at Stonewall Resort, and three workers and I were heading to the top of the hill to get our machinery out for the morning job. It was pretty dark out and I looked up and noticed a bright light moving in the sky. I pointed it out asking what the heck it was, and one of our guys said it’s an airplane. I disagreed, airplanes have different lights. It looked like a solid light moving in a straight direction, but shifting side to side as well. I grabbed my phone and zoomed in as close as I could to get an image. We went back to work since the sun was coming up and this wasn’t my first UFO encounter. Sao Paulo – I was in a parking lot around 8 PM in Santo Andre and saw a clear beautiful full moon on September 17, 2016. So, before I entered my car, I decided to take a picture of the moon with my Nokia Lumia 1020 camera and adjusted ISO to 4000 and took two photos. In the first one, there was this object – not visible with the naked eye: huge, white, with a kind of different texture borderline, almost like a spiral. In the second picture it was simply not there.
Not sure what it was, but it really intrigued me. If anyone can, please, take a look and tell me if this is possible in a photo, I would really appreciate it. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Canada Sightings
Grand Forks, Alberta – My husband took a video of my sister climbing a tree on July 15, 2016. He recorded using a slow mode feature for comic reasons.
After watching the video afterward, a black disk could be clearly seen moving swiftly across the sky at lower right.
It’s reasonable to conclude that in ‘real time’ this disk must have been moving extremely fast! Hence, the reason we did not see it while we were recording my sister. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Scarborough, Ontario — On September 2, 2016, on afternoon work break in our parking lot I witnessed a slow bright white flashing ufo close to my position at about one thousand feet altitude. I was shocked after watching for thirty seconds of its brightness. I started to film it at 3:13 pm and after a minute yelled for a co-worker to see it. He ran up beside me and he saw it and we watched it head east flashing on and off. After three minutes we both lost sight of it. In reviewing the pictures, I found four that captured the intended object out of over 20 pictures illustrating this white flashing light was star shape. Corbeil Essonne — I write this post to share one of my three UFO experiences in September 1996. When I was young in the 70s’ my dad told me about all the sightings he was reading in the newspaper and he always tell me there is life up there. I was 30 years old and was living in Paris and drove to Corbeil Essonne. As we arrive at the entrance of town at 6:00 PM, we were stuck in heavy traffic. Suddenly right in front of us is a several hovering dim lights that are way too low to be a plane. The dim light on left side became the same size of the first one and the one on the right became the same size. The three lights stood still for ten seconds, and the two lights on both sides dim out and disappear. Than the middle light becomes bigger and extremely bright and all the houses around us become lit up. The light became very small and starts moving at incredible speed and disappears in the clouds. The local newspaper, “Le Parisian Essonne edition” asks witnesses to come to their gendarmerie office and to testify the sighting. Jamnagar — My friend and I went to Lakhota Lake in the middle of the city and we sat on bench to click some pictures on May 24, 2016. No one reviewed the pictures until today the 16th of September 2016, when I saw something tiny above my head in the picture that I posted on Instagram. It was something round with silver like surface while its bottom was darker and a bit thicker.
It had no wings on it and I was stunned. It seems to be an UFO as it was hovering unlike any aircraft. There are no helipads in the city. Its shape is more like a UFO shown on TV. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Gaustadtoppen – On July 8, 2016, two pictures were taken in Norway this summer at a place called Gaustadtoppen. It looks like someone may have been throwing a stone and taken a picture, but the reporter said that he did not.

UK/England Lights
Hergest Ridge, Kington Rural — There was a sighting shown in Colorado on George Filer’s Files web site today and the photo is included with these pictures. Attached are some of my pictures from a video of a similar object to that plus some of it when it was a diamond shape.
The diamond shape is not lens aperture as the diamond shapes do not occur central in the frame, they are at the top and in corners, which would not be possible if the shapes were not actually in these locations.
These were from March 2016, taken over the England and Wales border looking towards Hergest Ridge, which is a historic area.

Kirkcaldy — Between 1 am and/2 am I went outside to look at the moon which was unusually bright on September 8, 2016. I see two objects about 5″ apart from my perspective with star-like appearance. They are moving apart but with the same trajectory towards the moon. They are almost directly above me and zigzagging at 90 degrees every second, but keeping the same trajectory from my perspective zigzagging by 1/2 mm.
I watched them for a few minutes then I went indoors. I have seen satellites and these were not them. They were very far away and very bright which would mean they were extremely large for me to see them. I don’t know if the moon was illuminating them. Thanks to MUFON CMS

De delftAcopter is misschien wel de meest bijzondere drone van het jaar. Deze drone stijgt op als een helikopter, kantelt vervolgens 90 graden en vliegt verder als een vliegtuig. Hoe dat eruit ziet, zie je hier!
De drone maakt het mogelijk om makkelijker te landen en op te stijgen in een moeilijk gebied. Dit komt omdat de dubbeldekkerdrone één hoofdrotor heeft en een staart ontbreekt. “Verticaal opstijgen (of landen) en horizontaal verder vliegen is zeker niet nieuw, maar wel op deze elegante manier,” zegt onderzoeker Bart Remes van het Delftse MAVlab. “Doordat de staart is weg gelaten en het vliegtuig slechts één dubbeldekkervleugel heeft, kan het elegant rechtop blijven staan om te landen en op te stijgen.”
De drone is met een spanwijdte van 1,5 meter geen kleintje. Het beestje kan een snelheid van 100 kilometer per uur bereiken en vliegt maximaal zestig kilometer op één acculading. Daarnaast kan de drone stil in de lucht blijven hangen.
Nog een mooie innovatie: de delftAcopter vliegt zelfstandig van plek naar plek en hoeft dus niet bestuurd te worden. Daarvoor gebruikt de drone GPS en zijn zicht. “De drone gebruikt on-board vision om zelfstandig een landingsplek te kiezen,” laat Remes weten. “Zo zal hij volledig zelfstandig de meest veilige plek uitkiezen waar geen obstakels in de weg staan.”
De delftAcopter doet eind deze maand mee aan de UAV Medical Express Challenge. Elf teams proberen de zieke Outback Joe te redden met een onbemand vliegtuig. Remes: “De opdracht draait om het ‘redden’ van een persoon in een overstroomd gebied in Queensland. Outback Joe voelt zich niet lekker, en na overleg met zijn dokter is besloten om snel een bloedsample af te nemen en te onderzoeken. Joe kan zelf een sample nemen. De uitdaging voor ons is om dit sample snel naar een laboratorium te krijgen.” Dit laboratorium is dertig kilometer verderop. De delftAcopter moet zelf Outback Joe vinden, zo dicht mogelijk bij hem landen (maar niet dichterbij dan dertig meter) en het bloedmonster verzenden naar het laboratorium. En dat binnen een uur. “Het wordt heel spannend om te zien hoe ver we ermee komen.”

Ons universum is rond, dijt aan alle kanten even snel uit en lijkt niet te roteren. Dit beweren astronomen in een paper in het wetenschappelijke vakblad Physical Review Letters.
Wetenschappers onderzochten de kosmische achtergrondstraling. Dit is de warmtestraling die is uitgezonden tijdens de oerknal. Stel dat het heelal niet in alle richtingen even snel uit zou dijen, dan zouden er bepaalde patronen te zien moeten zijn in de achtergrondstraling. “Denk hierbij aan koude of hete plekken die een bepaalde as volgen of zelfs spiraalstructuren”, vertelt astronoom Daniela Saadeh.
“We hebben deze verwachtingen vergeleken met de daadwerkelijke situatie”, zegt onderzoeker Dr Stephen Feeney van het Imperial College London. “Dit was nog lastig, omdat het universum op heel veel manieren anisotropisch kan zijn. Je kunt gemakkelijk verdwalen in het doolhof van mogelijke universums.”
Er zijn geen patronen gevonden in de kosmische achtergrondstraling.

Toch zijn er misschien wel andere heelallen die niet isotropisch zijn. “De algemene relativiteitstheorie van Albert Einstein laat de deuren open voor anistrope heelallen, die de ene kant sneller uitdijt dan de andere kant. Of die mogelijk roteren”, aldus Saadeh. “Het is goed nieuws dat het heelal aan alle kanten even snel uitdijt, omdat onze huidige kosmologische modellen hiervan uitgaan.”
Multiversum Andere heelallen? Ja, wetenschappers denken dat ons heelal niet uniek is. Wellicht zijn er veel meer universa in het zogenoemde multiversum. Sterker nog: in andere universa is er mogelijk een gunstiger klimaat voor leven, waardoor er meer (intelligent) leven voorkomt dan in ons eigen universum. De vraag is of we ooit naar een ander universum kunnen reizen. Misschien via een wormgat?
Lasers play many roles in our everyday lives, from optical storage to metal cutting to tattoo and hair removal. Laser technology is used in a wide range of other applications, including surgery and weaponry.
Now, researchers from the University of Michigan have developed a laser technique that uses blood to spot tumors in a human body. The new technique combines laser light with a fluorescent dye to observe cell structure and activity at the molecular level.
The researchers tested out the technique by shining a laser light into a cavity containing whole human blood mixed with Indocyanine green, an FDA-approved fluorescent dye used in diagnostic tests. By examining the light that was reflected back at them, they could observe cell structure and the changes happening to the cells at the molecular level.
The light could be amplified to spot the smallest changes in cells or bodily tissues. This could help in improving clinical imaging and better monitoring of tumors. Surgeons can use the new laser technique to spot the edge of a tumor and remove every last bit of cancer.
It could also be used during drug testing to monitor the changes that cells undergo when exposed to prospective new drugs.

While other countries are looking for new planets for humans to inhabit, Russian cosmonauts have started preparing for a planned colonization of the Moon. This perhaps shortsighted plan aims to put the first Russians on the surface of the Earth's lone satellite between 2025 and 2045.
It’s like the space race of the ’60s and ’70s all over again. Not only is Russia trying to figure out how easy it would be for their cosmonauts to walk on the Moon’s surface, they’re using 1970s Selen technology to do it.
Russian state-backed space agency Roscosmos has revealed that it plans to send manned missions to the Moon some time between 2025 and 2045. By then, more than 60 years will have passed since Apollo 11 and Neil Armstrong’s “one giant leap for mankind” ended the space race between the U.S. and the Soviet Union.

The Russians are, of course, not relying entirely on Soviet-era tech. The European Space Agency (ESA) is reportedly assisting Russia on the mission, and Roscosmos claims that it is working with RSC Energia to develop new and better spacesuits to facilitate walking on the Moon.
At a time when much of space technological development is geared towards intergalactic colonization, Russia decides to take a rather unusual course that some criticize as being outdated, including Russian Academy of Cosmonautics member Yury Karash, who thinks the plan will only serve to “emphasize Russian technological backwardness.”

The study of time is a somewhat barren field. It became the focus of many scientists after Einstein bound the concept of time to the concept of space (creating spacetime). However, physicists have found it challenging to probe further into how time works.
But one physics professor is stating his mind when it comes to time. Professor Richard Muller of UC Berkeley has published NOW: The Physics of Time, which explains his view of how and why time flows. It all started with one question: Why does the arrow of time flow inexorably toward the future, constantly creating new “nows”?
Muller’s theory on the flow of time merges two ideas: the expansion of the universe, and the concept of spacetime. The universe is expanding, but not because the stars are flying away from each other. Instead, the fabric of spacetime is expanding, while the stars stay put.
Just let that sink in a moment.
Space has been expanding ever since the Big Bang. Muller theorized that, as space is expanding in the universe, so is time. “Every moment, the universe gets a little bigger, and there is a little more time, and it is this leading edge of time that we refer to as now,” he writes.
STUCK IN THE PRESENT
This concept has some interesting consequences. First, it invalidates travel to the future, since there is actually no future yet to travel to. Travel to the past is also next to impossible, since you would have to destroy some space in order to turn back time. This does occur when a black hole evaporates or a star explodes, but the impact is so small that it wouldn’t matter.
Essentially, Muller is killing all of your childhood science fiction dreams.
Muller’s theory even led to a collaboration with Caltech theoretician Shaun Maguire and a paper that proposes a way to test the theory using LIGO. If the scientists are right, then when two black holes merge and create new space, they should also create new time (one millisecond, to be exact) which would delay the gravitational wave signal LIGO observes from Earth. Muller is optimistic that in the next few years LIGO will verify or falsify his theory.
“I think my theory is going to have an impact on calculations of the very early universe,” Muller said. “I don’t see any way that it affects our everyday lives. But it is fascinating.”

Il a décrit l’expérience d’un pilote qui était aux commandes d’un 747 au dessus du Pacifique en 1980, quand il est tombé nez à nez avec un OVNI en face de lui. « Vous ne croirez pas ce que nous avons vu, »avait dit le pilote, selon Courant. « Cette chose était plus grande qu’un 747. » Courant déclare que le pilote arrivé à sa destination au Japon, fit un compte rendu et on lui dit de ne jamais en reparler. »

Six years later, the same area was photographed, but it showed a land was in an area where there was previously only ocean.

Are asteroids supposed to have rings? Well, not exactly.
It turns out that in our solar system there are four planets with rings: Jupiter, Uranus, Saturn, and Neptune.
That’s why it was very strange for scientists to find an asteroid that also has rings. With 250 kilometers in diameter, it has a ring system made of (apparently) space debris which scientist have never before seen and it is of an unknown origin.
The moon’s magnetic field
Even though our moon is magnetically inert, some four million years ago the moon was surrounded by a magnetic shield that protected it from solar winds and space objects. Well, it turns out that Science cannot explain how this magnetic field was greater than the Earth (it was apparently) being that the mass of the moon is significantly lower. Its origin, as the reasons why the magnetic field disappeared, remains a profound mystery.
Actually, the mystery behind the moon’s magnetic field is just one of the many enigmas that surround our natural satellite. As it turns out, the moon is one of the most mysterious objects in our solar system.

We all have been completely fascinated by the Ancient Egyptians and their extensive history and incredible architectural achievements thousands of years ago.
Whenever you talk about ancient Egypt, you cannot avoid thinking about the Pyramids located at the Giza plateau and the mysteries behind these fascinating ancient structures.
While today we know there are three main pyramids at the Giza plateau, the truth is that according to ancient texts there was a FOURTH pyramid located at Giza plateau, made of “…of a stone more black than the common granite, and at least as hard…”

In this fascinating ancient book, the Danish explorer describes a FOURTH Giza main Pyramid, specifically drawing it on the map.
On page 120 of his book Voyage d’Egypte et de Nubie (Travels in Egypt and Nubia) Norden describes the mysterious Pyramid:
“The principal pyramids are at the east, south-east of Gize …..There are four of them; that deserve the greatest attention of the curious,; for tho we see seven or eight others in the neighborhood, they are nothing in comparison to the former. ……. ……..The two most northerly pyramids are the greatest and have five hundred feet perpendicular height. The two others are much less, but have some particularities, which occasion their being examined and admired.”
It is s without coating, closed and resembles the others, but without any temple like the first. It has however, one particular deserving remark; which is, that its summit is terminated by a single great stone, which seems to have served as a pedestal…the fourth pyramid has been made, upwards above the middle, of a stone more black than the common granite, and at least as hard. Its summit is of a yellowish stone. I shall speak elsewhere of its top, which terminates in a cube. It is, moreover, situated out of the line of the others, being more to the west…it makes a series with the three others.”

Researchers and Egyptologists, however, tend to dismiss the notion of a fourth BLACK Pyramids at Giza suggesting that he could have mistakenly taken one of the so-called ‘stallite’ pyramids of Menakure as a fourth Pyramid.
However, this is contradictory as Norden precisely describes the Pyramid being made of a stone BLACKER and HARDER than granite. The satellite pyramids are all made of sandstone.
Interestingly, the description and illustrations of Norden are of superb quality, and they position the fourth, black pyramid at some distance from the three pyramids of Giza.
In his book, Norden also describes and indicates the existence of seven (possibly even eight) lesser pyramids at the Giza plateau.

Het is vandaag precies 20 jaar geleden dat zich in Schotland een inmiddels beroemd UFO-incident voltrok. Op 23 september 1996 zagen twee volwassenen en twee tieners in de buurt van Newton of Falkland een groot driehoekig ‘schip’ en een aantal kleine grijze ‘wezens’.
Het ‘Fife-incident’ zoals het wordt genoemd, haalde het wereldnieuws en werd onderzocht door vele ufologen en experts. Toch is het mysterie tot op de dag van vandaag onopgelost gebleven.

Robinson eiste per brief antwoord van de Britse overheid op vragen over UFO-waarnemingen. Het verzoek tot een overheidsonderzoek werd afgewezen omdat de ‘objecten geen bedreiging vormden voor de veiligheid van Groot-Brittannië’.
De getuigen zagen naar eigen zeggen een zwart, driehoekig object in de lucht. Plotseling kwamen uit het object lichtstralen die de weg verlichtten. De getuigen zetten de auto aan de kant en waren onder de indruk. Ze knipperden met de koplampen en het object deed hetzelfde, om vervolgens weg te schieten.
Op de terugweg zag het viertal een soortgelijk object in de lucht. Het bewoog zich zo snel voort dat één van de tieners schreeuwde: “Het gaat neerstorten!” Eenmaal thuisgekomen zagen ze plotseling rode, blauwe en groene lichten. Bij de bomen zagen ze blauwe mist.

Toen de blauwe mist was opgetrokken stonden ze oog in oog met honderden grijze wezens met zwarte, amandelvormige ogen en peervormige hoofden. Ook zagen ze nog een aantal grotere wezens.
Ze renden terug naar de auto, toen één van hen riep dat er een wezen bij de auto stond. Plotseling werd het hele gebied verlicht en verdwenen de wezens. Ook in de avonden erna werden er nog vreemde objecten gezien.
Robinson zegt nog steeds sceptisch te zijn, maar voegt daar gelijk aan toe dat zijn onderzoek door de jaren heen meer vragen dan antwoorden heeft opgeleverd. “Ik ben er heilig van overtuigd dat we te maken hebben met een buitenaardse intelligentie, die hier waarschijnlijk al honderden zo niet duizenden jaren is,” zegt hij.
“Ze zijn al vaak gezien en staan onder meer op schilderijen uit de renaissance,” voegt hij toe. “De vraag is alleen waarom ze hier zijn. Daar heb ik niet echt een antwoord op. Er is genoeg bewijs waaruit blijkt dat er iets groots aan de hand is.”

Een theorie suggereert dat er geen drie, maar negen dimensies zijn en dat we die extra dimensies kunnen bereiken via zwarte gaten. Dat betekent dat zwarte gaten mogelijk poorten zijn naar andere universa.
Wetenschappers speuren met de Large Hadron Collider (LHC) naar bewijs voor het bestaan van andere universa. Extra dimensies zouden antwoord kunnen geven op vragen over de kwantumfysica en zwaartekracht.
De zogeheten braantheorie stelt dat de andere dimensies zich schuil kunnen houden in extra universa. “De braantheorie is onderdeel van de snaartheorie,” legt dr. Chris White van de Queen Mary University in Londen uit. De snaartheorie probeert de fundamentele natuurkrachten in één allesomvattende theorie onder te brengen.

Snaren bevinden zich in een negendimensionale ruimte. Als je tijd meetelt als een dimensie, is er sprake van 10 dimensies. Hoe ziet dat er in de praktijk uit? “Zwarte gaten linken branen aan elkaar middels een buis van verstoorde ruimtetijd,” legt dr. Christophe Galfard uit.
“Je vraagt je af of er misschien andere mensen zijn die in die branen leven,” gaat hij verder. “Zijn er zwarte gaten die een doorgang zijn van onze wereld naar de hunne?”
Met de LHC zoeken wetenschappers naar tekenen van extra dimensies. Als er extra dimensies zijn, zou de LHC piepkleine zwarte gaten moeten kunnen produceren, aldus dr. White. Dergelijke zwarte gaten zouden snel verdwijnen, maar tegelijkertijd een stralingspiek veroorzaken.
Niet bekend
Waarom is de zwaartekracht zoveel zwakker dan alle andere krachten? Een koelkastmagneet kan een elektromagnetische kracht opwekken die groter is dan de aantrekkingskracht die de aarde uitoefent.
Volgens één theorie komt dat omdat de zwaartekracht zich uitspreidt over meerdere dimensies. Deze dimensies kunnen in theorie andere universa bevatten. Wanneer de LHC bewijs hiervoor zal vinden is niet bekend.
“We kunnen niet voorspellen wanneer we resultaten kunnen tonen,” zei een woordvoerder van CERN. “Maar je kunt er zeker van zijn dat we de wereld op de hoogte brengen als het zover is.”

A Colorado witness at Fountain reported watching a sphere-shaped orb UFO silently moving at the treetop level followed by three black helicopters, according to testimony in Case 79232 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness had just pulled into his driveway on September 19, 2016, and was outside his vehicle when the sound of an airplane was heard overhead.
“Living by an airport I know that no flights came in so late,” the witness stated.“So I stood in my driveway to see what kind of airplane it was. Suddenly I see a white orb of light going over the roof tops and over the trees. Not far behind were threeblack helicopters in a triangle-shaped flight pattern following the craft at very high speeds.”
The witness kept his eyes on the unusual looking craft.
“The craft then made a left hand turn towards the mountains. That’s when I see one of the helicopters intercept the craft, getting in front of it. That’s when I lose sight of the craft over the roofs of nearby houses.”

The witness stood to listen to the helicopters to see if they were still in the area.
“I know that this wasn’t an airplane or helicopter due to the fact that it had no blinking lights or defined shape, and made no sound at all.”
The witness attempted to capture the event on his cell phone.
“When I took my cell phone out to record video the sky was too dark. Beforehand, my cell phone was around 20 percent about a minute or two before I saw the craft. But when I took it out to try and record the video I noticed my battery life was on 2 percent.”
The witness is sure that the object was something unusual.

“I’m a very open minded person. I’ve seen threeUFOs in my life, so when I first saw the craft I looked to see a defined shape or lights which I seen neither. I know it was something strange when I saw the three black helicopters following. I could easily see the shape of the helicopters because of how clear of a night it was. I felt curious and wanted to follow the craft, but I know no one would believe me. That is why I reported it to MUFON.”
The witness included two illustrations with the MUFON report, which was filed on September 18, 2016.

An Alabama witness at Orange Beach reported stepping into a blue beam of light after seeing UFOs in the sky and recalling an abduction experience, according to testimony in Case 79097 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The events began at 8:20 p.m. on August 20, 2016.
“UFOs are commonly seen in this area, especially if you’re outside at night like I am,” the witness stated.“The island is close to a military base and we’ve been seeing the UFOs here for years. What makes this time different is they didn’t just dart around the night sky like usual, but actually seemed to be looking for something, or someone.”
The events started when the witness simply stepped outside.
“I remember going outside and looking up at the sky. I saw the orbs, at least a dozen, which is far more than I’ve ever seen before. They always flash random colors, and sometimes if you shine a bright light at them, their color pattern will change. Usually it’s red, green, white, blue. This time though, they were darting like crazy around the sky and my boyfriend freaked out.”

The boyfriend wanted to leave, but their vehicle was not working.
“So I just stood there and stared up at the sky. The next thing I know, there’s a blue beam of light and I’m paralyzed. After that, I remember being on a table with these creatures looking at my leg. I had been in a terrible car accident a few months prior, and I was told I would probably never walk right again. But these creatures; they did something and told me my leg would be fine.”
The witness wanted to believe it was all a dream.
“When I came too, I tried to tell my boyfriend there was a UFO outside and he needed to come see it. I heard a voice in my head say, ‘No, we can’t let you do that’ and then I blacked out again. It’s been a few weeks now,and while there were never weird marks left on me, I do suddenly have two moles where the aliens cut into my leg. Which is doing much better. I don’t need to walk with a cane anymore. If I keep improving, I might even be able to walk normally within a year. I only believed in UFOs after seeing them with my own eyes. Now I’m convinced they’re not just a light in the sky. They’re here, with us. And they’re not all bad either.”

Its still an epidemic worldwide and no explanations have ever been found, but UFOs have been seen in the area, some of which even have shot out lasers at the animals (witnessed by a farmer). Perhaps its experimentation about how pollution (water, air, food) affects the biology of living things, but I don't think there is a link with human alien hybrids. Alien experiment on humans directly, they don't take any low road with cattle when scientific discoveries for integrating other alien races to adapt to Earths environment are at stake. Scott C. News states: Why are thousands of cows with surgical-like incisions being found at specific sites only? The cattle's vital organs have not only been removed, but the bodies have also been drained of blood. After removing carcasses from farms, the cattle seem to be getting brought back and dumped on their left side. Chuck Zukowski, 58, UFO hunter who has been on the search for 30 years, says that this is probably the work of aliens. He was earlier a microchip engineer, but switched to investigating over 1,000 paranormal incidents. He explains: "Since 1967, there have been over 10,000 cases reported across the US, and out of those no person has ever been caught or sent to jail. There are no tracks around the animals and they appear to have been dropped from a great height. There is no evidence of a predator attack or humans. The probability of aliens doing this is more than the probability of not, that's what I say. This is not old news either, it is happening right now." But the first known incident happened two centuries ago, on April 21, 1897, Alexander Hamilton, a well-known statesman, narrated that he was woken at night by "loud humming noises" from his cattle yard. He went outside with two men and observed an "airship" in his yard. "It consisted of a great cigar-shaped portion possibly 300 feet long, with a carriage underneath. The carriage was made of glass or some other transparent substance alternating with a narrow strip of some material. It was brilliantly lighted within and everything was plainly visible. It was occupied by six of the strangest beings I ever saw. They were jabbering together, but we could not understand a word they said. It seemed to pause and hover directly over a two -year old heifer, which was bawling and jumping, apparently fast in the fence. Going to her, we found a cable about a half-inch in thickness made of some red material, fastened in a slip knot around her neck, one end passing up to the vessel, and the heifer tangled in the wire fence. We tried to get it off but could not, so we cut the wire loose and stood in amazement to see the ship, heifer and all, rise, slowly, disappearing in the northwest. Neighbor Thomas Link (four miles away) found the hide, legs, and head in his field the next day and no tracks in the soft ground, which mystified him." The most recent case of mutilation was reported in Nevada on August 30. A couple of cows were found dead on their left side. Those who had been around reported that there were balls of light in the sky then. Later, they witnessed four helicopters with searchlights beaming on the spot, looking for "carnage". Chuck Zukowski has an explanation that sounds quite ghastly. "It may be that their blood is being used to build alien-human hybrids. Or aliens may be monitoring the environment here because there have also been goats, sheep and dogs found too. About the helicopters, it appears the US Government has a secret investigation going on, there has been no trace of them afterwards. These cows are the ranchers' livelihoods and they are scared their families are going to get mutilated." He denies that humans could be doing it, because most of the humans in the farms where the animals were found were pretty taken aback. His probes are being examined in a new book 'The 37th Parallel', which was released last week. Zukowski says: "Every animal is being taken from location A to location B and back to location A. Colorado law allows ranchers to shoot people who steal their cattle on their land. So to steal cows in the first place is brave but to take the carcasses back again? You just wouldn't do it." It is also noted that a number of the UFO sightings and cattle mutilation cases across the US points to a highway being used by aliens on the 37th latitude or parallel. Zukowski explains: "I think there is a pattern, many of the mutilation cases happen on or near the 37th latitude or parallel and near water. It seems to be a highway which the aliens are using, from east to west. For some reason aliens like water, I think it may be for the hydrogen." It is not just in the last few years either, Zukowski added. Even the native Indians refer to "star travellers". Spiritual sites, Chaco Canyon and Cahokia Mounds, have also been discovered on the same line of latitude. However, the sceptics have some explanations too. Chris O'Brien, researcher of cattle mutilations for two decades, disagrees with Zukowski. "Why would some non-human intelligence come light years to the pastures of the planet to gather ingredients for lip and testicle stew?" he asked. "It just doesn't make sense." He believes the killings are by some agency to prevent Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, or the "Mad Cow Disease". Another Colorado-based vet, Truman Smith, is convinced that it is the work of animal predators. However, UFO supporters counter: "Predators don't drink 11 pounds of blood and leave the carcasses intact."
