1. Diamond in the Rough
The Brazilian state of Acre is home to more than 450 mysterious earthworks called geoglyphs, most built sometime between 2,000 and 650 years ago. Archaeologists have found that these sites weren't villages and probably weren't fortifications; more likely, they were ritual sites where people gathered temporarily, perhaps during harvest times. New research reveals that humans built these geoglyphs in forests that they had already been altering for hundreds or thousands of years. [Read full story about the mysterious Amazonian geoglyphs]

2. Earthworks revealed
Acre's geolgyphs were hidden by forest until ranching and other activities led to massive deforestation in the 1980s. An analysis of the ancient vegetation at two sites, Jaco Sá and Fazenda Colorada, found that humans started clearing the forests by burning at least 4,000 years ago. The sites were dominated by bamboo forest for at least 6,000 years, but humans encouraged useful species like palms to grow in cleared areas. The geoglyphs were likely constructed in small temporarily cleared areas, University of Sao Paulo archaeologist Jenny Watling and colleagues reported Feb. 6 in the journal PNAS.

3. Hidden shapes
Circular geoglyphs are visible from the air in deforested areas of Acre state in western Brazil. Researchers were surprised to find that when the geoglyphs were built around 2,000 years ago, the forest canopy was present, meaning that there had not been widespread deforestation by ancient people. Instead, people seem to have cleared small areas to encourage colonization by useful species like palm trees, which provided food and building material.

4. Digging ditches
The Brazilian geoglyphs are huge. Many of the ditches are as wide as 36 feet (11 meters) and as deep as 13 feet (4 m). They can be between 330 and 980 feet (100 to 300 meters) in diameter. There are few artifacts found within the geoglyphs, but archaeologists have discovered decorated pots, smashed in place, near some entrances to the earthworks. These discoveries suggest that offerings were made or rituals conducted within and around the geoglyphs, the University of Sao Paulo's Watling told Live Science.

5. Double Circle
In the new PNAS study, researchers took soil samples from holes 5 feet (1.5 m) deep and analyzed chemical traces of the ancient vegetation that once grew near two geoglyph sites. They found that the sites had been dominated by bamboo forest for 6,000 years at minimum, and that humans began clearing areas of forest with fire 4,000 years ago. Palm trees moved into the cleared areas, and persisted for thousands of years, suggesting that humans were clearing away the slower-growing trees that typically take over from palms in a natural forest progression.

6. Ancient remnants
Little is known about the people who built these impressive earthen designs. Archaeologists believe that networks of loosely affiliated peoples gathered at these sites sporadically. The new research on forest clearing suggests that the Amazon has been altered by humans for thousands of years and that the forests are not pristine. (Though modern deforestation dwarfs what ancient people did with stone axes and fire.)

7. Fazenda Atlantica
Geoglyphs at a site known as Fazenda Atlantica in Acre state, western Brazil. Ancient people may have practiced "agroforestry" here, a method of encouraging useful species to colonize cleared areas while removing less-useful plants that compete with those species. These findings should "serve to highlight the ingenuity of past subsistence regimes that did not lead to forest degradation, and the importance of indigenous knowledge for finding more sustainable land-use alternatives," to modern-day clear-cutting, the University of Sao Paulo's Watling said in a statement.

8. Dots mark the spot
Archaeologists found that after humans abandoned the geoglyphs around 650 years ago, palm species declined and a more natural forest ecology returned. However, there are still signs of human management echoing in the forests. The forest near the Jaco Sa geoglyph has a higher-than-average proportion of species useful to humans today, Watling and her colleagues found — nine out of its 10 most abundant species are used by people. This may be the ecological remnant of thousands of years of human forest management.

A two-decade long radical velocity-planet hunting program has compiled almost 61,000 individual measurements made of more than 1,600 stars.
That's a considerable amount of data to comb through – so the research team made the data set available to the public.
GRAVITATIONAL WOBBLES
NASA’s Kepler space telescope holds the record when it comes to candidate and confirmed exoplanets — to date, it has identified more than 5,000. To scan the universe for these alien planets, Kepler uses what’s called the “transit method.” Basically, Kepler watches out for the brightness dips that occur when a planet crosses the face of the star it orbits.
This isn’t the only method to catch exoplanets. The High Resolution Echelle Spectrometer (HIRES) instrument at the Keck Observatory in Hawaii detects radial velocity instead of brightness dips. This radial velocity method searches stars for signs of gravitational wobbles induced by orbiting planets. HIRES was part of a two-decade long radical velocity-planet hunting program and it has compiled almost 61,000 individual measurements made of more than 1,600 stars.
“HIRES was not specifically optimized to do this type of exoplanet detective work, but has turned out to be a workhorse instrument of the field,” said Steve Vogt, from the University of California Santa Cruz, who built the instrument. “I am very happy to contribute to science that is fundamentally changing how we view ourselves in the universe.”

From this huge amount of data, a team of researchers led by Paul Butler of the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, D.C., identified more than 100 possible exoplanets. Specifically, the researchers identified 60 candidate planets, plus 54 more that require furter examination. They published their study in the The Astronomical Journal.
“We were very conservative in this paper about what counts as an exoplanet candidate and what does not,” researcher Mikko Tuomi explained, “and even with our stringent criteria, we found over 100 new likely planet candidates.” Among the candidate exoplanets, one could be orbiting the fourth-closest star (GJ 411) to our Sun just about 8.3 light years away. It’s not an Earth-twin however, as this potential planet has an orbital period that’s equivalent to just 10 days.
COLLABORATIVE EXPLORATION
There’s still a considerable amount of data to comb through. So, together with their findings, Butler’s team made the HIRES data set available to the public. “One of our key goals in this paper is to democratize the search for planets,” explained team member Greg Laughlin of Yale. “Anyone can download the velocities published on our website and use the open source Systemic software package and try fitting planets from the data.”
It’s certainly a noble idea and a timely one. “I think this paper sets a precedent for how the community can collaborate on exoplanet detection and follow-up”, said team-member Johanna Teske. “With NASA’s TESS mission on the horizon, which is expected to detect 1000+ planets orbiting bright, nearby stars, exoplanet scientists will soon have a whole new pool of planets to follow up.”
One of the most mysterious phenomena in today’s UFO. An international team of astronomers has found 60 new planets orbiting stars close to Earth’s solar system, including a rocky “super Earth.”
The experts also found evidence of an additional 54 planets, bringing the potential discovery of new worlds to 114.
One planet in particular, Gliese 411b, has been generating plenty of attention. Described as a “hot super Earth with a rocky surface,” Gliese 411b is located in the fourth-nearest star system to the Sun, making it the third-nearest planetary system to the Sun, according to the U.K.’s University of Hertfordshire, which participated in the research. Gliese 411b (also known as GJ 411b or Lalande 21185) orbits the star Gliese 411 (or GJ 411).
Despite the “super Earth” label, Dr. Mikko Tuomi from University of Hertfordshire’s Centre for Astrophysics told Fox News that Gliese 411b is too hot for life to exist on its surface.
Gliese 411 and Gliese 411b are located 8 light years from earth. A light year, which measures distance in space, equals 6 trillion miles.
By way of comparison, the recently-discovered Earth-like planet Proxima b, which orbits the red dwarf Proxima Centauri, is about 4 light years from Earth. A red dwarf is a relatively cool small star.
Tuomi, who was also involved in the discovery of Proxima b, told Fox News that the latest batch of planets marks a significant discovery. “Over the recent years it has been established as a scientific fact that there are more planets in the Universe than there are stars. This means that virtually every star has a planet, or several of them, orbiting it,” he explained, via email. “Our discovery of dozens of new nearby planets highlights this fact. But it also does more. We are now moving on from simply discovering these worlds.”
“In essence, we are now building an observational roadmap for future giant telescopes that can be used to image some or even most of these newly found worlds,” Tuomi added. “This is like mapping an archipelago so that we are familiar with it in the future when taking a closer look at what its islands actually look like.”
The 60 new planets are found orbiting stars that are mostly some 20 to 300 light years away, according to Tuomi.
The discoveries are based on observations taken over 20 years by U.S. astronomers using the Keck-I telescope in Hawaii as part of the Lick-Carnegie Exoplanet Survey. During the course of the research, scientists obtained almost 61,000 observations of 1,600 stars, which are now available to the public.
Sponsored by NASA and the National Science Foundation, the Lick-Carnegie Exoplanet Survey harnesses the talents of planet hunters from a number of organizations, including the University of California (UC) Santa Cruz and the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, D.C.
The Carnegie Institution of Science also led a team that included MIT to release the data on the almost 61,000 observations of 1,600 stars.
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A bright light streaking across the sky captured the attention of several Bay Area residents early Tuesday, but it was not a UFO.
The Navy issued a statement saying it was conducting missile tests off the California coast.
“Navy Strategic Systems Programs conducted scheduled Trident II (D5) missile test flights at sea from an Ohio Class SSBN, in the Pacific Test Range offthe coast of California,” the statement said. ”This morning, there were two missiles launched.”
The Navy said such tests were vital to maintain its readiness. One launch took place at 3:30 a.m. PST and a second at 6:20 a.m. A submarine off the coast launched the Trident II D-5 missiles — a three-stage missile with a 4,000-mile range.
Navy spokesman John Daniels said residents likely saw stage one, which lasts about a minute, and possibly part of stage two.
“All missile test flights were conducted from sea, flew over the sea, and landed in the sea. At no time did the missiles fly over land,” the Navy statement continued. “All missiles are tracked from multiple sources from launch until final impact in the ocean. The missiles were not armed.”
But for the hours before the statement was issued, the bright light had led to an active debate on social media.

THE US Navy has released a statement saying the testing of two Trident missiles was "not in response to any world events" after scores of people filmed a mysterious light trailing through the night sky.
Some people were even left convinced they may have witnesses an alien UFO.
Videos of the bizarre sight over California yesterday were uploaded to social media and even sent to investigators at the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) as a possible alien sighting.
The footage shows from various locations a bright point in the sky with a beam of light radiating below it.
In one video, a woman shrieked 'It's ET!', while others claimed on social media to have seen an alien craft.
But, in response, the US Navy confirmed it carried out missile tests off the coast at 3.30am and 6.20am local time yesterday.

Many people reported that they felt the missile over California was a UFO.
The Navy issued a statement saying the missiles "were not armed and did not fly over land".
It said they fired two Trident II D-5 missiles.
The statement said: "All missile test flights were conducted from sea, flew over the sea, and landed in the sea. At no time did the missiles fly over land.
"All missiles are tracked from multiple sources from launch until final impact in the ocean. The missiles were not armed."
The Navy also said they were routine tests and not in response to any "ongoing world activities".
I looked to my left and saw a bright white light with what looked like a cone shaped mist of fog.
Witness report to MUFON
But that failed to stop mounting speculation over what it was.
US-based MUFON is the world's biggest organisation dedicated to UFO and alien research and keeps a database of global sightings.
One witness in Citrus Heights, California, wrote to MUFON: "I looked to my left and saw a bright white light with what looked like a cone shaped mist of fog.
"It then emitted a bright spotlight towards the ground. I thought it was a helicopter but as I kept looking I did not see any flashing lights.
At one point I saw a plane fly by it and could clearly see the planes flashing lights. When the object turned off its spotlight I decided to try to catch a video of it."
Another witness in Auburn, California, wrote: "When I really focused on it I could see a cone-shaped vapour trail emitting form
behind the object.
"The object seemed to slightly change in flight direction, it appeared to slowly drift from south to south-west and back again a few times."
Another report from Vallejo, California, included a video of a "glowing bullet-like object that left a cone-shaped cloud.
And, a fourth witness in Pebble Beach, California, who snapped it, said the object looked like "a star, then a comet, then a search helicopter, before it dissolved into space."

They are in their 50s now but the children of Broad Haven in west Wales still recall every scary detail of the chilly February lunchtime in 1977 when they saw a UFO land in the playing field next to their school.
It was a shiny grey torpedo shape, its upper dome topped by a pulsating red light – and some of them say a silver-clad spaceman emerged from the craft.
Headmaster Ralph Llewellyn was convinced it was a prank so he sat the 14 children down under exam conditions and asked them to describe what they’d witnessed – and to his astonishment their drawings were remarkably similar.
The children insisted they had seen a flying saucer and handed in a petition at the police station demanding an investigation.

Forty years on it is clear this was just the first of a spate of sightings.
A few days later a teacher and three dinner ladies saw the UFO and as winter turned to spring along the rugged Pembrokeshire coast, locals reported lights hovering in the sky, a strange being in a metallic suit, animals cowering in the fields and ghostly figures peering into farmhouse windows.
The Ministry of Defence sent a man to speak to the children because the school was close to RAF Brawdy, although for 30 years the MoD denied it had conducted an official inquiry and said there was no threat to security even though it was the height of the Cold War.

Only in 2015 when secret documents in the national archives were featured in a book called The Watchers was it confirmed that a top-level inquiry had taken place.
Among documents uncovered by author Neil Spring was a letter from the head of the MoD’s S4 wing to the RAF’s internal police force.
The S4 chief wrote: “I have not even told the minister I am consulting you,” and called for a “discreet enquiry” after expressing bewilderment at the number of apparently “level-headed” witnesses to the strange activity.
Once the children’s experience was publicised in local newspapers the area became a magnet for UFO hunters who tagged it the Broad Haven Triangle.
Two months later Rosa Granville, owner of the Haven Fort Hotel, was in bed at 2.30am when she was woken by strange noises and lights.
She said she saw an “upside-down saucer” next to the hotel and two “faceless humanoid” creatures with pointed heads.
She told BBC Wales: “There was so much heat my face felt burned. There was light coming from it and flames of all colours.
Then [the creatures] came out of these flames.” Mrs Granville fi red off a letter to her MP Nicholas Edwards in which she said the incident left her “agitated and disturbed and not the least bit desirous of another encounter”.
She went on: “I would be pleased to hear of an explanation, it would greatly help to relieve the sense of shock I feel since my encounter.”
At Ripperston Farm a few miles away Billy Coombs and his wife Pauline reported a series of strange events scaring their cattle.
Mrs Coombs said she was driving her children to school one day when their car was followed by what looked like “a rugby ball that was on fire”.
Then one night the Coombs dialed 999 when a 7ft-tall figure wearing “a spacesuit” appeared at their sitting room window.
The constable who drove out to their farmhouse said later that in 26 years’ service “that was the most frightened family I have ever been to see”.
Only one child has spoken at length about the school UFO.

David Davies, who was 10 at the time, gave writer Spring a statement three years ago in which he said: “The object was pearlescent silvery-grey, approximately 40ft long, torpedo/cigar-shaped with an upper domed section that covered the central third of the vehicle and which was topped with a red pulsating light.
"I was the last of a dozen or so children to see the object on that day.”
In an interview later he said: “The sighting, despite only lasting a few seconds, is burned on my memory like a photograph. I’ve spent my entire life and countless thousands of pounds trying to find answers about what we saw.
“It has been a lifetime’s fascination driven by a desire to get to the truth. My personal inclination is that our particular sighting had a terrestrial origin. However I have never ruled anything out.
"Our sighting was not the last visit to the school though. Unbeknownst to the children and most of the small community, the craft returned a few days later and was on this occasion seen by a teacher and three of the canteen staff.
“I have never in the last 38 years exaggerated or sensationalised the account of what I saw and have never suggested that what we saw was of extra-terrestrial origin.

“Many suggestions have been made that what we saw was either an agricultural vehicle or an aircraft from nearby RAF Brawdy. I’d like to state categorically that this is not the case as the majority of the children at the school, myself included, came from farming backgrounds and would have been able to identify any agricultural vehicle and because of Brawdy’s proximity we were also familiar with almost every RAF aircraft in the skies.”
After researching his book, Spring said: “I visited Broad Haven a sceptic and came away convinced that some of the locals knew far more about the mysterious occurrences than they are willing to reveal.”
So was it all a hoax?
Emlyn Williams, organiser of a conference to mark the 40th anniversary, said: “One child can lie but can a whole class?
"Over 40 years at least one of them might have come forward to say they made it up – but they haven’t.” Broad Haven had a range of military bases within 40 miles. There was a top-secret rocket testing station at Aberporth while RAF Brawdy, near St David’s, trained pilots on Hawker Hunters.
The RAF station housed both a tactical weapons unit and a US navy “underwater research station” – which in reality tracked the movements of Soviet submarines.
It is known that Harrier jets, which take off and land vertically, flew there and three years ago a retired US serviceman revealed that search and rescue drills were carried out by men in silver fire suits.
The last word goes to the RAF.
A letter written by an officer to the MoD on June 3, 1977 ended: “I’m unable to offer any explanation but should a UFO arrive at RAF Brawdy we will charge normal landing fees and inform you immediately!”

The US Navy has confirmed launching two Trident II missiles from submarines off the Californian coast after locals noticed a mysterious glow in the sky leading to speculation about possible UFO encounters.
“Navy Strategic Systems Programs conducted scheduled Trident II (D5) missile test flights at sea from an Ohio Class SSBN, in the Pacific Test Range off the coast of California,” the Navy said in an issued statement.
While the Trident missiles were launched at 3:30am and 6:20am, Navy spokesman John Daniels pointed out to local news stations that the mysterious spectacle was most likely produced by stage one of the launch which lasts about a minute, and possibly part of stage two.
“All missile test flights were conducted from sea, flew over the sea, and landed in the sea. At no time did the missiles fly over land,” the Navy statement said. “All missiles are tracked from multiple sources from launch until final impact in the ocean. The missiles were not armed.”
But before the Navy clarified the unexplained Tuesday sightings, the mysterious glow in the sky at 6:20 am dominated the social media chat where people shared photos of the alleged “UFO sighting.”
Prior to Tuesday’s launch, Trident II was successfully tested at least 161 times since the rocket’s completion in 1989. Trident D5 is a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM), built by Lockheed Martin Space Systems for the American and British navies. It serves as the primary seaborne nuclear deterrent.
The missiles are carried by 14 US Ohio and 4 British Vanguard-class submarines. Some 24 missiles arm the Ohio class subs while only 16 missiles are found on each Vanguard class. The three-stage ballistic missile can travel a nominal range of 4,000 nautical miles and is capable of engaging multiple targets.

“We zijn voor de gek gehouden.” Schrijver Erich von Däniken verwijst met deze uitspraak naar een geheim document van de CIA over ongeïdentificeerde vliegende objecten waar hij de hand op heeft weten te leggen.
Het document, dat dateert van eind 1954, zou zijn doorgestuurd naar alle andere geheime diensten ter wereld.
De CIA geeft de andere geheime diensten in het stuk de opdracht om alle UFO-waarnemingen en alle mensen die UFO’s hebben gezien belachelijk te maken.
Uit de ruimte
Von Däniken stuitte naar eigen zeggen via de website van MUFON op het geheime document. Via een Wob-verzoek is het boven water gehaald.
Er zijn helaas alleen documenten vrijgegeven die meer dan 50 jaar oud zijn, aldus de schrijver.
“Desalniettemin bewijzen ze dat de vliegende objecten inderdaad uit de ruimte afkomstig zijn,” zei hij.
Bang
Veel mensen hebben nog altijd moeite met dit onderwerp. Wetenschappers wordt geleerd om alles op een rationele manier te benaderen, maar als je het hebt over buitenaardsen is dat lastig, stelt Von Däniken.
Het druist ook in tegen de evolutietheorie, en dat maakt mensen bang.
Beroemde wetenschappers zoals Stephen Hawking zeggen daarnaast dat we allemaal bang moeten zijn voor buitenaardsen.
Nergens voor nodig
Die angst is volgens Von Däniken nergens voor nodig. “De aliens waren hier duizenden jaren geleden al en konden de mensheid op elk gewenst moment uitroeien.”
“Dat hebben ze echter nooit gedaan en dus is de angst voor aliens compleet ongegrond,” zei hij.
De schrijver ergert zich ook aan de manier waarop buitenaardse wezens in films en op tv worden afgebeeld.
Vrijwel altijd zijn het gewelddadige rassen die de aarde willen verwoesten.
Een man in de Amerikaanse staat Kansas rijdt ’s middags naar zijn werk als hij opeens langs de kant van de weg iets heel vreemds waarneemt.
Hij gelooft zijn eigen ogen niet en draait even verderop op zijn auto om om te controleren of hij inderdaad een UFO langs de kant van de weg zag staan.
Vorige week het verhaal van een getuige die onverwacht een vreemd transport tegenkwam, waarbij het er verdacht veel op leek dat er een UFO werd vervoerd op een dieplader.
Nu komt er een getuigenverslag met foto’s boven water van een UFO die langs de kant van de weg geland/geparkeerd schijnt te zijn. Of deze twee zaken met elkaar verband houden is niet helemaal duidelijk, maar wel zijn beide waarnemingen niet al te ver van elkaar gedaan.
De man die een UFO op een dieplader zag, bevond zich op de I-44 nabij Fort Leonard Wood en de waarneming van een UFO langs de kant van de weg gebeurde nabij Pittsburg. Beide gebeurtenissen vonden plaats rond 1 en 2 februari 2017.
Op 2 februari 2017 ging ik in oostelijke richting op Highway 400 in Pittsburg, Kansas. Toen ik de hoek om kwam, zag ik aan mijn linkerkant, op een parallelweg, iets dat leek op een UFO die op een soort trailer of dieplader leek te staan.
Aan de linkerkant van de oplegger stond een transportbegeleider geparkeerd. Het geheel was afgezet met verkeerskegels alsof het een bouwput was of zoiets.
Even verderop draaide ik mijn auto en reed terug om beter zicht te krijgen omdat ik mijn ogen niet kon geloven. Het object had een perfecte schijfvorm en was te groot om goed op de oplegger te passen waardoor het aan beide kanten uitstak.
Ik draaide weer terug om in mijn oorspronkelijke richting te gaan waardoor ik nogmaals langs reed, maar dit keer nam ik foto’s. Vervolgens reed ik door naar mijn werk terwijl ik probeerde te bedenken wat ik net had gezien.
Dit gebeurde rond half twee in de middag en diezelfde avond rond tien uur reed ik weer langs die plek en was benieuwd of het object nog daar zou staan. Dat bleek het geval, en de lichten van de oplegger waren aan alsof ze op het punt stonden te vertrekken.
Nu waren er twee transportbegeleiders en er was ook een fel flitsend licht aan de rand van het object. Iemand die het object niet bij daglicht daar heeft gezien, ziet niets omdat de lichten zo fel zijn. Het leek alsof ze dit bewust deden, zodat niemand precies kon zien wat er werd vervoerd.
De volgende beelden laten zien wat de getuige zag.
Wat er ook werd vervoerd rond die datum, het schijnt wel echt te zijn, want er zijn nu meerdere getuigen die een vreemd schijfvormig object hebben waargenomen dat werd vervoerd.
Misschien is de UFO daar langs de kant van de weg geland en moest deze worden geborgen vanwege een technisch mankement. Het lijkt onwaarschijnlijk dat dit iets te maken heeft met buitenaardsen omdat er dan een veel groter circus op de been zou zijn gebracht.

De meest wilde verhalen over Antarctica vliegen op dit moment over het internet waarbij onder andere claims worden gemaakt over verborgen steden onder het ijs.
Er bevinden zich inderdaad dingen onder het ijs en de verschillende hoogwaardigheidsbekleders zijn daar ook wel degelijk met een reden geweest.
Het afgelopen jaar is een sterk toenemende belangstelling gezien voor het nog steeds bevroren continent Antarctica.
Verschillende hoogwaardigheidsbekleders begaven zich die kant op, zoals de Amerikaanse Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken, John Kerry, de Russische patriarch Kirill en de bejaarde astronaut Buzz Aldrin.
Dan is altijd wel interessant om te zien wat Nancy Lieder daarvan zegt. Zij claimt in contact te staan met een buitenaards ras, de Zeta’s, en is uiteraard degene die al meer dan tien jaar de komst van de planeet Niburu en metgezellen volgt.
Vaak blijkt later dat de informatie die zij van de Zeta’s heeft ontvangen toch redelijk te kloppen en wie weet heeft ze het voor wat betreft Antarctica ook weer bij het rechte eind.
Informatie die niet afkomstig is uit buitenaardse bronnen, maar wel via Nancy Lieder komt, is dat er in 2001 al werd ontdekt dat er een oude constructie of apparaat diep onder het ijs van Antarctica verborgen lag. Dit werd eigenlijk per ongeluk ontdekt door een Amerikaanse spionagesatelliet. De Amerikanen deden er onmiddellijk alles aan om deze informatie niet naar buiten te laten komen en als het Amerikaanse leger dat wil, dan gehoorzaamt de mainstream media en dus verschenen er niet of nauwelijks berichten hierover.
Maar, via andere bronnen sijpelden er toch berichten door over dat er na de ontdekking een geheim opgravingsproject was opgestart. Er werd een sterke magnetische afwijking geconstateerd die toenam en zich uitbreidde tot aan de Russische basis Vostok.
Op het Amerikaanse vliegveld op Antarctica was het een drukte van belang, kwam er de ene na de andere vlucht aan met zwaar materieel, waarvan een aantal er heel exotisch uitzagen. Onbevestigde berichten verschenen dat de nucleair aangedreven boormachine Subterrene zelfs ter plaatse was aangekomen. Het vreemde verschijnsel van deze vreemde sterk magnetische tunnel naar het verleden werd door de militaire inlichtingendienst The Time Gate genoemd.
In 2012 werd er via Google Earth een vreemde ingang ontdekt in het poollandschap van Antarctica en sindsdien is er uiteraard gespeculeerd over wat dit zou kunnen zijn en of het wellicht een ingang was, waardoor UFO’s in en uit konden vliegen.
Volgens berichten die Nancy van de Zeta’s heeft ontvangen zijn dit inderdaad ingangen voor buitenaardsen die al heel oud zijn en nog dateren uit de tijd dat er geen ijs lag op dit continent. Het is bekend via oude kaarten zoals die van de admiraal Piri Reis dat er ooit een Antarctica was waar geen sneeuw en ijs voor kwam en dat daar waarschijnlijk een mild klimaat heerste.
Nancy zegt dat indertijd de Anunnaki over de gehele wereld uitzwierven en dat zij ook ongetwijfeld daarbij op Antartica terechtgekomen zijn.
Na een aantal poolomkeringen die de aarde heeft doorgemaakt, is Antarctica uiteindelijk in het permanente ijsgebied terechtgekomen en dat brengt ons dan weer naar de reden van de recente bezoeken van allerlei hoogwaardigheidsbekleders.
Nadat het mini zonnestelsel Nibiru ons dit keer is gepasseerd zal de poolomkering die daar het gevolg van is, er dit keer voor zorgen dat Antarctica weer in een ijsvrij gebied terechtkomt. En omdat allerlei landen nu druk bezig zijn met het claimen van delen van Antarctica zie je daar ook steeds vaker belangrijke mensen verschijnen. Niemand wil straks achter het net vissen als dit continent weer helemaal ijsvrij is, terwijl misschien grote delen van de wereld zoals wij die nu kennen, verdwenen zullen zijn.
Volgens Nancy en de Zeta’s zullen de komende ontdekkingen op Antarctica dan ook niet leiden tot een spontane disclosure, maar moeten we de vondsten die daar gedaan zullen worden, zien in het hetzelfde licht als de Egyptische piramides of de oeroude Tibetaanse voorwerpen.
Maar, wat we daar volgens haar zeker zullen aantreffen, zijn overblijfselen van de Anunnaki die verrast werden door de snelheid van de vorige poolomkering en nog steeds wachten op een begrafenis of een crematie.
Met de komst van de planeet Nibiru die steeds dichterbij komt en die volgens een aantal onderzoekers eind dit jaar open en bloot voor iedereen te zien zal zijn, zullen dingen op aarde volkomen anders worden en gaan mensen straks voor een zonvakantie naar Antarctica.

The Navy conducted missile tests off the coast on Tuesday, leading Californians who spotted the mysterious white light in the sky to believe they had seen a UFO.
Several people from the Bay Area down to Los Angeles spotted the light and captured the incident in photographs and videos that were later circulated online.
But the Navy issued a statement revealing they had conducted two missile tests off the coast of California early Tuesday morning, ABC reported.

Videos of the missile test, many of which were filmed on the road, show a bright point in the sky with a beam of light radiating below it.
In one video, a woman could be heard exclaiming 'It's E.T!' while others took to social media to declare they had seen an alien spaceship.
But the Navy issued a statement saying two Trident II D-5 missile test flights were launched at sea at 3.30am PST and 6.20am, CBS reported.
'All missile test flights were conducted from sea, flew over the sea, and landed in the sea. At no time did the missiles fly over land,' the statement said.
'All missiles are tracked from multiple sources from launch until final impact in the ocean. The missiles were not armed.'
The Navy also made it a point to say they were conducting routine tests 'not in response to any ongoing world activities', ABC reported.

While talking about the future of artificial intelligence, self-driving cars, interstellar travel and more, Musk shared his detailed opinion on, well, aliens.
"Maybe they're among us," Musk said talking about the possibility of extraterrestrial life on Earth.
Adding to that notion, Musk said some people think he is an alien. He quickly clarified that he's not and also knew that would be the most expected response.
Musk also made an interesting assumption that an alien civilisation is bound to take over the galaxy in next 10 to 20 million years. Well, that's still a long way from now, but according to him the smart aliens might be watching us already.
"If there are superintelligent aliens out there then they probably are observing us. That would seem quite likely, and we are just not smart enough to realise it," he said.
For a flamboyant visionary that he is, Musk revealed his wish to die on Mars, and in a natural way.
"I think, given the choice of dying on Earth or dying on Mars, I'd say yeah sure, I'll die on Mars. But it's not some kind of Mars death wish. And if I do die on Mars, I just don't want it to be on impact," Musk explained.

UFO research, alien hunting, and conspiracy theories are often unavoidably intertwined (even though they are not always mutually inclusive) and a recently posted video showing what appears to be an astronaut purposely attempting to obscure the view of an object passing the International Space Station (ISS) will certainly add to the convoluted morass of perceived coverups and interferences to the public’s right to know. Worse, at least according to one UFO hunter, there seems to be a pattern of behavior that can be found in the ISS videos.
The Mirror reported this week that in a YouTube video posted by SecureTeam10, an organization that self-describes itself as a “source for reporting the best in new UFO sighting news, info on the government coverup, and the strange activity happening on and off of our planet,” the prolific UFO hunter claims that astronauts have been “trying to hide” evidence of actual unidentified objects during their missions in space. And in true conspiracy theory fashion, there is no attempt to diplomatically phrase the accusation. Tyler Glockner, narrating for SecureTeam10, simply says that the footage highlights “deliberate” attempts by astronauts to block any video evidence of UFOs.
The first UFO video clip included in “ASTRONAUT BUSTED Trying To Hide UFOs Near ISS! 1/14/17” shows a view of space from the ISS that has picked up an object (or maybe more) passing by the space station. The object is very small and barely noticeable, but Glockner and team slows down the footage and shows the passing object(s) frame-by-frame. The small object moves from the upper-right of the video frame diagonally to the left, disappears from view (blocked by the ISS), then reappears (or is a totally separate object) moving back upward, only to curve around and disappear. At the same time, Glockner points out that it is only then when the astronaut (the video footage was obviously taken when an astronaut was outside the space station), for some unknown reason, places his gloved hand across part of the viewing lens, obscuring much of the view of open space. Glockner says it is only when the astronaut notices the movement that the attempt is made to hide the object from the camera’s view.
And it’s not only the hand. In the same ISS video clip, after the astronaut’s glove is removed from view, even more unidentified objects appear. They move in various directions and are of various shapes. The camera is then panned away from the view that catches so much dark space, a move that Glockner believes is done to limit the view of the passing UFOs, and most likely at the behest of those at mission control monitoring the video feeds.
The SecureTeam10 video then goes on to show UFO video clips taken from a range of missions that span the last four decades. In all the videos, Glockner finds evidence of attempts to hide the presence of unidentified objects in the footage.
Of course, accusations of NASA and/or the government’s efforts to keep evidence of UFOs and aliens from the general public are nothing new and the basis of numerous conspiracy theories. Nor are the accusations surrounding attempts to hide UFO activity around the ISS.

There have been many incidents of UFO hunters and researchers calling foul and applying the label of “coverup” over the years as ISS cameras have abruptly gone blank or cut off during live feeds, especially when those live feeds appeared to have captured UFOs or strange phenomena exhibited somewhere in the frame.
Back in July, NASA explained why the video feeds on the ISS suddenly go dark.
“The video is from our High Definition Earth Viewing (HDEV) experiment aboard the ISS, which is mounted externally on the ISS,” NASA spokesperson Daniel Huot told CNET via e-mail. “This experiment includes several commercial HD video cameras aimed at the Earth, which are enclosed in a pressurized and temperature-controlled housing. The experiment is on automatic controls to cycle through the various cameras.”
Huot went on: “The station regularly passes out of range of the Tracking and Data Relay Satellites (TDRS) used to send and receive video, voice and telemetry from the station. For video, whenever we lose signal (video comes down on our higher bandwidth, called KU) the cameras will show a blue screen (indicating no signal) or a preset video slate.”
The explanation came after yet another black-out came where a UFO was sighted. The video, uploaded to YouTube from user Streetcap1, another prolific UFO hunter, picked up an object entering the Earth’s atmosphere.
“What made it interesting was the camera cut off when the UFO seemed to stop,” Streetcap1 wrote.

It should be noted that NASA’s proffered explanation was a rare event, because the space agency does not commonly comment on or explain phenomena detected in its photos and videos. However, that particular UFO video went viral and was uploaded to dozens of media outlets and websites. Accusations and allegations were becoming quite strong that NASA was covering up the existence of UFOs and aliens.
Not that denying, or explaining away, something has ever stood in the way of a UFO conspiracy theory.

A leading Scientist recently warned humankind that people should hope that aliens don’t visit us on Earth or it will end in DOOM – But could this be yet another game by the Elites, designed to scare the masses and make people believe that ALL ET Beings would be a threat to humanity?
Lucianne Walkowicz, who is a top astrophysicist, predicted that contact with extraterrestrials could spell disaster for mankind.
“There’s a possibility that if we actively message, with the intention of getting the attention of an intelligent civilisation, that the civilisation we contact would not necessarily have our best interests in mind,” she said.
But the scientist at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago appeared to then slightly change her mind and went on to say that spaceships landing may not be all bad!
Aliens may not be friendly towards humans, warned Dr Lucianne Walkowicz
Recently speaking to NBC News, she said that on the other hand there could be “great benefits”, of which appears to be a bit of a mixed message on what to expect from the ET’s!?
She added:
“It could be something that ends life on Earth, and it might be something that accelerates the ability to live quality lives on Earth.
“We have no way of knowing.”
Dr Walkowicz comments come not long after astronomer Seth Shostak recently called for more effort to be made in developing an action plan for dealing with the first contact. Interestingly his comments are also incredibly negative towards the prospects of ET’s actually making direct contact with the human race.
Mr Shostak, who works for non-profit space research group SETI, said that in the event of aliens showing up now, humans would be “like the Neanderthals having a plan in case the US Air Force showed up”. It is very interesting to note that the US Military in the last couple of years have helped towards funding of SETI. Could it be that SETI are being instructed to help manipulate the masses on what to expect from the ET’s!?
Mr Shostak went on to say:
“Some people asked me at a conference last week, ‘What plan does the military have to deal with aliens should they land?’ And I said, ‘I don’t know … but to the best of my knowledge, they don’t have a plan,” he told Live Science.
Elite Puppet on a string? Seth Shostak, director of SETI, spoke about the search for extraterrestrial life.
Even more interesting is that fact that World-renowned physicist Stephen Hawking has made very similar predictions about aliens not being keen on us.

Interestingly back in In July 2015, Britain’s most famous scientist actually helped to launch Breakthrough Listen , a 10-year, £64million project funded by US-based Russian billionaire Yuri Milner. So it does seem a little strange that on the flip side of all this Mr Hawking has given us all a stark warning about the kind of risks Alien beings could pose to us.
It appears that we are getting some very mixed views from the Elite scientists out there – but one thing that they all have in common is the fact that they like to encourage FEAR when it comes to ET contact.

Amazing how some of the most senior of scientists out there like to try to put the fear of god into the masses, when it comes to Alien Beings making direct contact with us. It is just as well that the vast majority of us have an open mind and can actually see that our current biggest threat to humanity is the Cabal Elites!
These fear mongering messages may have some purpose when it comes to understanding how the ET Beings may present themselves to us, however when you already have a planet which is filled with many different divisions and hatred, this warning could very well encourage many people to not approve of any direct ET contact!
In an infinite Universe ANYTHING is possible and just like humanity, you get good and bad in every walk of life. So yes, there could very well be ET Beings around us who do not have our best interests at heart, but the big question is WHY do the Elite seem so determined to hide the truth and manipulate our thought process?
It is clear to most of us who have done our research, that there are ET Beings out there that already know we are here and perhaps are already in contact with certain groups of individual on this planet – it is also clear that the Elite DO NOT want us to know what is really going on! Many of us have witnessed UFOs, some of us have also witnessed USOs. We are part of a massive universe which is full of secrets and anomalies, most of them too difficult to decipher or even to comprehend:
An enormous ‘dark hole’ in deep space, perhaps a ‘dark galaxy’ which is radiating practically no visible or optical frequency light. Extreme close-up shows that some material has been captured on film inside the dark hole, but indistinguishable at the limit of magnification, it cannot be seen if the galaxy spiral arms occupy the dark hole.
This enormous Dark Hole has some information in it, but no one has ever been able to know what, scientists cannot even agree on any hypothesis.
This man from Holland has discovered a fleet of 58 anomalies just by using Google Sky:
There are also “The Ghost Spirals”. This image was taken by The Hubble Telescope. This binary system is called LL Pegasi and the surrounding “pre-planetary nebula” is known as IRAS 23166+1655.
Much like the jets of water being sprayed from a spinning sprinkler head, the result is an expanding pinwheel spiral when viewed from above.
This NASA satellite image from deep space shows a massive anomalous object that currently has not been identified. The extremely peculiar shape, which doesn’t seem to be an explosion of any sort, could be a spacecraft or, as some have suggested, a “Zenoid” an extreme bio-form not affected by the vacuum of space.
Also, “closer” to home, someone has found two anomalies around the Orion Belt, a place, which many believe is where the Annunaki came from. This one is pretty amazing!
Some incredible anomalies were found by UFO hunter Rick Krejci, a diligent researcher with a real shot at having a heavenly object named after him, a first for web-based sky watchers.
The results, a “ring of fire” and a double-tailed “comet”, have been posted on a video to YouTube, along with co-ordinates, which should help to make independent corroboration easier, a crucial component for new discoveries.
Some of these objects are truly enormous, many times the size of planet Earth! They travel through space at great speed, but one must wonder: Where are they going? Are they peaceful to other civilisation?

What an intriguing universe we live in, so many gigantic spaceships fill this vastness. Looking at ourselves and how insignificant we are compared to these anomalies, make the little things in life rather uninteresting: having to go to work, dieting, money worries, etc.
Maybe one day, if we stop being controlled by the elite and concentrate in trying to communicate with these highly advanced beings, we will become advanced too and liberate our consciousness!
