• Union Pacific workers are assessing the damage from a multi-car collision at the Hinkle Rail yard, which derailed several rail cars and spilled several hundred gallon of diesel fuel. Bill Nolen, manager of terminal operations at Hinkle, said a mechanical failure caused the accident, which occurred Sunday, April 12. “When the engineer started forward, a coupling snapped and the 25 cars behind rolled back into a waiting group of 60 cars, “Nolen said. “It was a pretty big mess.” Over 600 gallons of diesel fuel leaked from ruptured tanks on two refrigerated cars. Workers hurried to clean up the spilled fuel, but were hampered by the derailed cars.
• Umatilla Sage Riders was host to the Beard Rodeos Rough Stock Schooling over the weekend. Over the three-day weekend rough-stock instruction from three top PRCA cowboys will be given. A National Finals Rodeo veteran gave instruction in saddle bronc riding with current world champion Clint Corey of Kennewick handling the bareback event. Charles Sampson a 1982 world champion bull rider was there to school the local cowboys on bull riding.

• “It was like looking into a white-hot fire,” Mrs. N.V. Ford said, in describing the unidentified flying object she sighted as she stood in her yard on Bridge Road, west of Hermiston, about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, April 13. The object was visible for only a few seconds, she said. It came toward her out of the eastern sky, at a very low altitude and traveling at a very high rate of speed. It was round, flat on the bottom, and had a dome-shaped upper portion; something on the order of an inverted bowl. It was of a white-hot color in the center, shading to deep violet on the edges. A cylindrical shaped flame came from the back of the object. These flames were of varying length and looked exactly like those from a blow torch. The object seemed to be very low, almost at house top level, and was traveling on a horizontal course. And though it seemed to be very near her, Mrs. Ford said she could hear no sound from it what so ever.
• Bids will be received for 16.4 mile Interstate project on the Stanfield Junction-Pendleton section of the Old Oregon Trail Interstate 80N. This project in Umatilla County involves paving, structures and signing from point 0.8 miles west of the Stanfield Junction to a point three miles west of Pendleton, near Reith. The project plans call for four 12-foot lanes, continuously reinforced concrete pavement (slip form permitted). eight structures, a 7x5 siphon box, construction of signs and sign supports, and four interchanges. Cost of the project is estimated at approximately $9 million. Completion time is 480 calendar days.

• Hermiston merchants and business men who have been in the habit in the past of disposing of excess paper, cartons and other rubbish by burning it in outside trash burners are doomed for disappointment. B.A. Doyle, local fire chief, this week has issued a special notice forbidding this practice within the fire zone, which is composed of the territory from Stone’s Market to the Legion hall and from the Methodist church block to Hamby’s Auto Parts. Any violation hereafter will be punished by a $50 fine. Accumulation of rubbish is also included in the above law. All fireman have been instructed to check on the matter and report violations to the chief.
• Stores, business houses, boarding houses, hospitals, other users or sellers of sugar, other than individual families, will register at the high school April 28 and 29, for their sugar rationing booklets. The school has no discretion or authorization in the matter whatsoever. It simply acts as a place of registration and forwards the results to the county administrator. However, there is now a supply of the blank forms available and people may take them home, and make out their report at their leisure, always providing the reports are registered on April 28 or 29.

• Monday afternoon organization of a branch of the National Honor Guard was completed. Twenty-five joined at the first meeting as that was all the application blanks on hand. Another supply has been sent for and at the next meeting at least 10n more will affiliate. Officers elected were: Vera Purdy, leader; Marion Briggs, assistant leader; Doris Percey, secretary; Esther Graham, treasurer. The honor guard is really a branch of the Red Cross and those joining designate whether they may be had for home work only or whether it necessary they can take up active Red Cross work in the field.
• The campaign by the Civic club to raise funds for fencing the cemetery is making good progress and enough will soon be on hand to start the work. Already about $40 has been raised. Just now the club is working on chain teas and these are spreading rapidly to all sections of the community. Feeling that the cemetery is something all will want to help with the teas are not being confined to club members alone. The first chain was given last week by Mrs. Handline. This week Mrs. Cressy and Mrs. McNaught each gave one and from now on there will be a number each week. The lady giving the tea invites five for an afternoon. Each guest leaves 10 cents with her hostess, which is turned into the cemetery fund and then each guest entertains five of her friends and so on. A record is being kept and the ladies are not to accept but one invitation, which also means she will only entertain but once. In this way the cost to each one is very light but taken collectively a good fund will be raised.

The plain of jars in the plain of Xieng Khouang Laos is one of the sites the most enigmatic of the planet. The exceptional site of thousands of Megalithic stones scattered pots on nearly a hundred sites deeply in the mountains in the north of Laos has fascinated the archaeologists and scientists since their discovery in the 1930s.
The unusual site known under the name of the Plain of Jars is dated the Iron Age (500 BC to 500 after JC) and is composed of at least 3 000 jars of giant stone up to 3 meters high and weighing several tonnes. Most are made of sandstone but there are other facts of granite and limestone much more difficult.
Because the reservoir is the rims to LIP, it is assumed that all were originally covered with discs and even if a few covers of stone have been recorded, it is more likely that the main material used is the wood or Ratan.
The pots seem to have been manufactured with a degree of knowledge of what materials and techniques have been adapted. It is assumed that the Plain of Jars" people have used scissors of iron in their manufacture although no conclusive evidence for this exists. Little is known of the population which has carved the enormous containers and the pots themselves give little evidence on their origin or destination.
According to the local legend, the pots have been created by a race of giants, which the king had need somewhere to store its wine of rice. The wine was to be consumed to a great feast to celebrate a famous military victory there are thousands of years. The legend tells that a wicked king, appointed Chao Angka, which its oppressed people if terribly that they have made call to a good King in the north, appointed Khun Jeuam, for the release. Khun Jeuam and its army is come, and after having conducted a great battle on the plain, defeated Chao Angka.
While some have argued that the giant pots were used to collect rain water to the monsoon, most archaeologists believe that the pots were used as funeral urns. Excavation by LAO and the Japanese archaeologists in the years who has supported this interpretation with the discovery of human remains, burial and the ceramics of goods around the stone jars. It is believed that the pots were used to place the corpses of dead persons where they have been left to decompose or 'distill', a practice that has been common in Thailand and Laos, usually in pits. It is believed that the bodies were left in the pots for the soft tissues to decompose and the body to dry before to be cremated. Once they had been cremated, the ash would have been returned to the URN, or can be buried in a sacred place, freeing the pots for re-use to decompose another body.
Archaeologists have not yet all the answers but, unfortunately, their work has been slowed by the fact that the Plain of Jars is one of the most dangerous of archaeological sites in the world. Dispersed in the plains are literally thousands of tonnes of unexploded bombs, landmines and other unexploded ordnance military, that contaminate more than 35 per cent of the total area of the province and continue to threaten the lives of 200,000 people who live today in Xieng Khouang.

Globalist George Soros gets a lot of attention recently. In an interview with the British Independent, he admitted that he probably had a "bit" of a Messiah fantasy.
GEORGE SOROS ADMITS HE FELT LIKE "SOME KIND OF GOD.
" Now in his eighties, he's less worried about keeping his need for control in check, saying instead he "began to live it out." He's certainly put a lot of his ideas into action. Soros supports a variety of liberal and progressive causes and is unafraid to speak out about them.
“I fancied myself as some kind of god …” he wrote. “If truth be known, I carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble.“ When asked by Britain’s Independent newspaper to elaborate on that statement, Soros doubled down: “It is a sort of disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out.“
His calls for democracy and participation in society have drawn criticism because he specifically includes people of color, immigrants, refugees and Muslims.
Muslim immigration to the US and European countries is a constant worry too many, hence the alleged role George Soros has taken on for them as a symbol and scapegoat. It is clear that he is using his money to force countries to accept Muslim immigrants and to open up their borders. His goals of increasing "democratic" participation are seen more and more as the drive to recruit leftist voters.
“The following four goals form the scaffolding of U.S. Programs’ work,” the guidestates. “1. An American democracy strengthened through increased meaningful participation, inclusive practice, and accountability.” The third strategic goal expands upon this, calling for “Full political, economic, and civic participation of immigrants and communities of color by dismantling the barriers and strengthening the conduits to opportunity.”
He argues for a globalist elite approach to problems like the refugee crisis, saying every country should accept responsibility to help and asking the UN to take the lead in distributing the responsibility. To Europeans who would prefer closed borders, this is as good as asking for an invasion.
Muslim migration “has been the biggest engine of demographic growth in the EU as a whole since the mid-1990s,” a report issued by the EU’s Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development states. “It is about to become the only one.”
There is weak substance to these complaints, even though they probably overestimate Soros and his powers. It is true that marginalized people if they are successfully included in democracy, are probably more likely to vote for liberal candidates.

Op amper 39 lichtjaren van onze planeet cirkelt de planeet LHS 1140b rond haar ster, een rode dwerg in het sterrenstelsel Cetus. De exoplaneet bevindt zich in de 'bewoonbare zone': op een afstand van de ster waar vloeibaar water leven mogelijk zou kunnen maken. De studie werd gepubliceerd in het vakblad Nature.
LHS 1140b is naar schatting minstens vijf miljard jaar oud, net iets ouder dan de aarde en 1,4 keer groter.
Planeet LHS 1140b is een exoplaneet (een planeet die draait rond een ster) en werd ontdekt met een telescoop van het MEarth-South-observatorium in de Chileense woestijn.
Volgens de onderzoekers gaat het om een superaarde op amper 39 lichtjaren van onze planeet. LHS 1140b is naar schatting minstens vijf miljard jaar oud, net iets ouder dan de aarde en 1,4 keer groter.
Bewoonbare zone
De afstand tussen LHS 1140b en haar ster is tien keer kleiner dan die tussen de aarde en de zon, maar omdat een rode dwerg veel koeler is dan onze eigen gele dwerg, bevindt de planeet zich nog steeds in de bewoonbare zone.
"De huidige condities van de rode dwerg zijn erg gunstig. LHS 1140b draait trager en stuurt minder hoogenergetische straling uit dan andere sterren met een gelijkaardige massa," zegt onderzoeksmedewerker Nicola Astudillo-Defru van het observatorium van Genève.
Om leefbaar te zijn, moet een planeet vloeibaar oppervlaktewater hebben en over een atmosfeer beschikken. Uit de eerste aanwijzingen blijkt dat LHS 1140b effectief een eigen atmosfeer heeft. De omvang van LHS 1140b in combinatie met haar nabijheid tot haar ster betekent dat er mogelijk miljoenen jaren lang een magmaoceaan op de planeet bestond, die stoom afgaf aan de atmosfeer. Die stoom viel vervolgens als neerslag weer neer en voorzag de planeet van water.

Signaal sturen
Aangezien de planeet zich op amper 39 lichtjaren van de aarde bevindt, zou het zelfs mogelijk zijn om er een signaal naartoe te sturen. "Dit is de meest interessante exoplaneet die ik de voorbije tien jaar heb gezien," zegt hoofdauteur Jason Dittmann van Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. "We zouden met moeite een betere plek kunnen vinden om een van de belangrijkste wetenschappelijke expedities uit de voeren: die naar het bewijs van buitenaards leven."
Baanbrekend
Volgens experts kan deze ontdekking wel eens dé doorbraak zijn waar we op zitten te wachten.
Wetenschappers hebben de laatste maanden verschillende baanbrekende ontdekkingen gedaan van planeten waar buitenaards leven wel eens zou kunnen bestaan. In februari werd nog een zonnestelsel hadden ontdekt dat sterke gelijkenissen met het onze vertoont, genaamd Trappist-1. Daar zouden zich minstens zeven planeten bevinden die te vergelijken zijn met de aarde. Vorig jaar opperden sterrenkundigen nog dat er misschien leven mogelijk zou kunnen zijn op Proxima b, een planeet die cirkelt rond onze meest nabije ster op amper vier lichtjaren van ons verwijderd.
Maar volgens experts kan deze ontdekking wel eens dé doorbraak zijn waar we op zitten te wachten. Xavier delfosse van het Franse Nationale Instituut voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek die betrokken was bij het onderzoek, is alvast laaiend enthousiast. "Het LHS 1140-sterrenstelsel kan mogelijk nog een belangrijker doelwit zijn dan Proxima b of Trappist-1 voor de toekomstige herkenning van planeten in de leefbare zone. Dit was een uitzonderlijk jaar voor de ontdekking van exoplaneten."
De lancering van zogenaamde 'megaconstellaties' van duizenden communicatiesatellieten kan leiden tot een toename van botsingen en de opstapeling van ruimteafval in de dampkring. Daarvoor waarschuwen wetenschappers.
De lagere kostprijs zal vanaf volgend jaar leiden tot een enorme toename van het aantal satellieten in de ruimte. Momenteel zijn er 1.300 in gebruik, verwacht wordt dat er honderden of zelfs duizenden bijkomen.
Professor ruimtebouwkunde Hugh Lewis van de universiteit van het Engelse Southampton waarschuwt dat een computersimulatie voor de komende 200 jaar het ontstaan van een megaconstellatie toont die zal leiden tot 50 procent meer "catastrofale botsingen" tussen satellieten. Dat zal op zijn beurt leiden tot een toename van de hoeveelheid ruimteafval, wat het risico op botsingen nog doet toenemen en impact zal hebben op de diensten die de satellieten bieden.
Massaproductie "Dat is het model van de productie van satellieten: de kost van één enkele communicatiesatelliet loopt in de honderden miljoenen euro's, maar de massaproductie zal die satellieten veel goedkoper maken. De constellaties die vanaf volgend jaar zullen ontwikkeld worden, bevatten een ongezien aantal satellieten. Wanneer zo'n constellatie onbedachtzaam wordt gelanceerd, zal dat wegens het groeiende aantal botsingen een grote impact hebben op de ruimte", aldus Lewis.
Richtlijnen Lewis, wiens studie werd gefinancierd door het Europese ruimteagentschap ESA, stelt een reeks richtlijnen voor om botsingen te verhinderen. Eén daarvan is de tijd beperken dat de satellieten in de lagere dampkring cirkelen aan het eind van hun missie. Daarnaast wil hij ook dat satellieten kleiner en lichter worden, dat ze uitgerust worden met propulsiesystemen en dat er missies komen om defecte satellieten uit de ruimte te halen.

De waarheid is vaak vreemder dan fictie, zo blijkt uit de nieuwe documentaire Unacknowledged, waarin UFO-geheimen worden ontrafeld die de Amerikaanse overheid al tientallen decennia verborgen probeert te houden.
In de eerste trailer van de documentaire bespreekt dr. Steven Greer onder andere de landing van een buitenaards schip bij Roswell.
Grootste UFO-geheimen
De film maakt duidelijk waarom er zo geheimzinnig wordt gedaan over dit onderwerp en onthult dat overheden en media samenzweren om te verbergen dat buitenaardsen de aarde hebben bezocht.
Getuigenverklaringen, documenten en UFO-beelden maken duidelijk dat er al geruime tijd sprake is van buitenaards contact.

Stille staatsgreep
Tachtig procent van het materiaal is nog nooit eerder vertoond, claimen de documentairemakers.
Uit de film blijkt dat er in de jaren vijftig een stille staatsgreep is gepleegd en dat het Amerikaanse Congres, de president en andere wereldleiders buitenspel zijn gezet door criminele elementen binnen het militair-industrieel complex.
De documentaire is ingesproken door Giancarlo Esposito, bekend van de populaire serie Breaking Bad.
Van dichtbij
Dr. Greer was eerder te zien in documentaires als Sirius, Thrive en The Day Before Disclosure en ook de documentaireserie Ancient Aliens.
Hij is al van kinds af aan geïnteresseerd in UFO’s. Toen hij acht jaar oud was zag hij er naar eigen zeggen één van dichtbij.

Australische vrouw ontmoet aliens. Is dit het tipje van de sluier waarop iedereen wacht?
Een Australische vrouw claimt dat ze iedere maand buitenaardse wezens bezoekt aan boord van een schip. Ze laat naar eigen zeggen haar DNA ‘upgraden’ om ‘half-alien’ te worden.
Judy Carroll (64) uit Brisbane herinnert zich niet altijd haar ontmoetingen met de zogeheten Greys, maar ze is er inmiddels wel aan gewend aan, vertelde ze aan het Australische magazine New Idea.
Carroll zegt al van kinds af aan te communiceren met de Greys, die volgens haar dunne lichamen, geen haar en traanvormige ogen hebben.
Puur wit
Op haar 30e stond ze naar verluidt voor het eerst oog in oog met een alien. Ze zei dat haar lichaam plotseling verlamd was en dat er drie buitenaardsen om haar heen stonden.
Ze vertelden haar dat ze moest leren mediteren om met hen in contact te blijven. Ze bezoekt de wezens nu geregeld aan boord van een buitenaards schip, waar alles ‘puur wit’ is.

Jarenlang vertelde ze niemand over haar ervaringen, maar toen ze het haar man Charlie vertelde, zei hij dat hij een alien boven haar zag terwijl ze mediteerde.
Genezen
Carroll zei dat ze aan boord van het schip werkt aan mensen. Ze zou daar ook een leraar hebben, genaamd Maris, die haar in het verleden meerdere keren heeft genezen.
Ze zei dat ze vooral problemen ondervond rond haar keel. Dat was niet verrassend, zei ze, omdat ze half-Grey is en deze aliens geen bewegende kaken hebben.
Evolueren
Carroll legde uit dat ze voordat ze geboren werd de keuze had gemaakt om half-alien te zijn. “Dit ras heeft zich tot doel gesteld om mensen te genezen en ze te helpen evolueren,” zei ze.
Ze voegde toe dat ze zich niet kunnen opdringen aan de mensheid en dat mensen er klaar voor moeten zijn.
Wat er ook soms mag worden aangetroffen op de door NASA gemaakte foto’s op Mars, vaak is duidelijk dat de ontdekte objecten/voorwerpen zijn gemaakt door intelligente wezens.
Zo ook nu is er weer iets ontdekt door de bekende Youtube gebruiker Streetcap1 die denkt dat er een verband is met het verlaten Devon Island in Canada.
Ondanks dat men tegenwoordig in staat is om meer dan haarscherpe foto’s te maken, schijnt dat maar niet te lukken met de foto’s die volgens NASA genomen zijn op Mars.
Je kunt zien dat het niet iets natuurlijks is wat er op die afbeeldingen staat, maar wat het dan precies is, zie je dan ook weer net niet omdat de foto’s (bewust) onscherp zijn.
Zo heeft de bekende Youtube gebruiker Streetcap1 weer iets ontdekt op een NASA foto dat er als volgt uit ziet.
Dus, wat zien we hier?
Volgens de maker van de video Streetcap1 doet dit voorwerp hem denken aan het nationale symbool van Canada, de maple leaf of het esdoornblad.
Andere mensen zullen weer andere gedachten hebben over wat daar nu precies op die rots is geplakt, maar de meesten zullen het er wel over eens zijn dat we hier niet met iets natuurlijks te maken hebben.
Het volgende is wat Streetcap1 erover te zeggen heeft.
Ongeacht wat het voorwerp is, is het natuurlijk niet zo vreemd dat steeds meer mensen zich afvragen of die foto’s wel van Mars afkomstig zijn en niet ergens anders op aarde zijn gemaakt, zoals bijvoorbeeld op Devon Island in Canada.
Als blijkt dat we zijn beetgenomen al die jaren en die foto’s zijn nooit op Mars gemaakt, dan mag je aannemen dat ook de maanlandingen niet echt waren en dan is een platte aarde misschien ook niet zo vergezocht.
Want, dat is het probleem met NASA. Ze zijn al talloze keren betrapt op leugens en als zij dan ook nog iedere keer onverklaarbare dingen op Mars wegwuiven als “natuurlijke fenomenen”, dan is het logisch dat mensen verder gaan denken.
Dit is wat wij eerder schreven en waarschijnlijk de moeite waard om nog even naar te kijken.
Ufoloog Scott Waring wordt niet zo snel moe en blijft doorgaan met het bestuderen van foto’s die door de NASA rovers worden genomen op de planeet Mars.
Zo vond hij de volgende afbeelding van iets wat ontegenzeggelijk lijkt op een verlaten schoen.
Een voorwerp zoals hierboven is ook moeilijk te verklaren. Meestal probeert NASA het met natuurlijke rotsformatie, maar dat lijkt in dit geval absoluut niet zo.
Net zoals de maanlandingen die volgens velen nooit plaatsvonden, zijn er ook steeds meer mensen die ervan overtuigd zijn dat de opnames die wij te zien krijgen van de planeet Mars en die gemaakt worden door de Rovers, niets anders zijn dan beelden van het grootste onbewoonde eiland ter wereld.
Devon Island ligt in het noorden van Canada, is onbewoond en heeft een landschap dat verrassend overeenkomt met de beelden die wij regelmatig krijgen voorgeschoteld.

A viral video taken from a quadcopter in northern Russia appears to show a frightened homeless man fleeing and hiding from a drone, before unleashing an arsenal of imaginary firearms at the “UFO.”
In a YouTube video dubbed, “An attempt to kidnap an Earthling” the man, referred to as a homeless guy, is seen desperately trying to take cover as he notices the quadcopter buzzing the snowy street.
At first, he fruitlessly attempts to cover his head with a jacket, and then runs to hide behind a car parked nearby. The drone, however, chases on, which leaves the man no choice but to resort to the deadliest defenses he has available: an imaginary shotgun and an ethereal grenade.
Sadly, the viewers do not get to see the extent of the damage the weapons caused to the alien aircraft as it eventually veers away.
The owner of the drone, Andrey Ganichev, who is from the town of Kovdor in Murmansk Region, uploaded the video, set against dramatic background music, to the Russian social network VKontakte and later to YouTube.
Ganichev, who claims the first-contact-like episode happened by sheer chance, also named the newly-created YouTube channel, “The rise of the homeless.”
The video, which has gone viral scoring tens of thousands of views in days, has received a mixed reaction. Some fantasized that either Skynet from the Terminator or City 17 from the iconic action-shooter Half-Life 2 are coming to life. Others questioned the authenticity of the incident, claiming the whole thing has been staged. There were also viewers who did not find the clip funny at all, saying the drone operator was harassing the homeless and potentially mentally disabled man.
Whatever the case, the clip could only further strengthen the conviction that the humanity is neither ready to make the first contact with extraterrestrials, nor to submit to our robotic overlords.
While NASA’s Cassini spacecraft has been in operation for two decades now, it has nearly depleted its fuel reserves. Over half of that time has been spent taking readings from and exploring the space around Saturn, giving us a great insight into the ringed planet. But as with all good things, the spacecraft’s mission must come to an end and that’s one event worth waiting for.
The way in which NASA intends to stop the mission is by making the spacecraft dive through the space between Saturn and its rings several times, before eventually crashing it into the planet itself (which is something NASA are quite good at, so no worries there). It should be quite a spectacular event which will begin on April 26th when NASA will send Cassini diving for the first time, bringing it closer than ever to the Saturn. This will happen another 21 times, each time sending valuable data and photos back to Earth.

After its last dive, Cassini will fly right into Saturn’s atmosphere where it will burn up and disintegrate. Even as the craft disintegrates, right up until its final last moments, it will stream back data for us to analyze down here on Earth. Cassini’s very final end of the mission is expected to occur on September 15 unless something drastic happens before then. So it’s time to say goodbye to good old Cassini, and thanks for all you’ve given us.
The quantum mechanics race is more intense now than it ever has been as companies fight to be the first to release a user-friendly quantum computer. Primarily designed to test the robustness of quantum entanglement, the Chinese satellite will also probe high-security data encryption, but also a new way of transferring data as quantum information encoded in photons.
So, is this the key to searching for the Extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI) signals then? Maybe. And the reason for that’s because the light that travels close to spinning black holes, in the deformed spacetime, contains quantum information very similar to that we manipulate in the quantum computers you’ll find in many laboratories.
The photons encode quantum bits of information in sequence until they eventually escape the black hole influence.Quantum communication and quantum computation are both naturally occurring phenomena’s and are both studied in great detail by many across the globe. Various university laboratories and private companies across the globe are testing the capabilities of quantum computing in many different aspects. This includes encoding algorithms in photons and transferring quantum bits at distance.
The equipment researchers use today in labs is sufficient to analyze the light coming from space and measure the quantum information stored inside its photons. But, in order to properly identify the encoded messages found in this light we nee to employ the use of some special tools, one of which is the quantum computer.
However, we’re still not quite there yet with a finished version of a quantum computer. We may be close, but not quite there. But that doesn’t mean we should give up in our search for ETI using quantum mechanics. Another thing to consider is a quantum key – a way in which to decrypt quantum messages. Without this we may fail to decipher a hypothetical quantum message ETI may communicate and all would be hopeless anyway.

A Pennsylvania witness at Philadelphia reported watching and photographing a slow moving, square-shaped object moving overhead, according to testimony in Case 82950 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was outside at the corner of Allegheny and Kensington in Philadelphia waiting for the bus at 8 a.m. on April 3, 2017.
“It was a lovely morning and I was looking at the sky and clouds and saw a black object quite high,” the witness stated.“I was facing north/northwest. My first thought was that it was some debris floating on the air currents – but it was not just floating along – it was moving quite slowly from east to west.”

The witness described the object.
“The object was dark black, shaped like a wide diamond – or a square object on a corner. It did not appear to reflect light – however, I noticed a light that flashed about four times in the 10 minutes or so I was looking at it.”

The witness decided to get a second opinion.
“I asked a young woman, also waiting for the bus, if she saw it – she said yes – I asked her if it looked like a helicopter? She said she didn’t think so. I’m afraid I didn’t get her name, but if I see her again I will ask. I did try to take some photos – but I don’t believe they show much since the object was so high up and I’d think, quite distant. I’m attaching the photos from my phone.”

A MAN who claims to regularly photograph possible alien space craft above the skies of Devon has submitted four of his best shots for independent investigation.
Three of the UFOs snapped by John Mooner over Newton Abbott, Devon.
John Mooner, from Newton Abbott, Devon, is a UFO investigator who regularly watches the skies above the south west, and manages the website worldufophotos.org.
He has now handed over four of his most perplexing photographs to top UFO investigators based in the US.
Mr Mooner snapped three of the images in 2016, and one in 2015, and they have now been sent to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), which keeps a global database of such sightings, for further analysis.
One picture, taken above Newton Abbott on September 13 2016, shows a flying saucer shaped object that "emerged from some clouds" according to Mr Mooner.
In a report to MUFON, he said: "I was sky watching when I spotted a flying saucer that had just emerged from some clouds.
"The flying saucer was just hanging there in the sky. It was like the aliens in the flying saucer wanted me to take a photograph.
"I managed to take one photograph before the UFO went back into the clouds away from sight."
On April 19 last year he says he snapped "a black object far off in the distance".
He said it was "jet black and had an almond shaped light on the front."

This was the UFO that John Mooner said appeared from a cloud.
He said: "The almond-shaped light had a yellowish tinge to it.
"Also there was smoke that came out of the back of the object as it moved. The smoke was in small bursts."
He said it "sped off into the distance at incredible rate off speed."
Just two months later on June 26 at 1.20am, he said he saw out of the kitchen window "a strange bright object hanging above a nearby housing estate".
He said: "The object was definitely not any type of known aircraft.
"It was glowing bright orange and had a white pulsing light on the top left side."
He said it just hung silently over the housing estate, adding: "A tube began to extend from the middle of the object and when it was fully extended it glowed with a yellowish tinge."

The UFO that John Moner said had an almond-shaped light.
He does not believe that there have yet been any photographs or videos of alleged UFOs taken that can not be explained.
He said if Mr Mooner was looking south west at the time of the incident on June 26 last year, then he probably just photographed Mars, as planets tend to distort when a lens is zoomed at them.
However, he was left stumped by the remaining three images.
He told Express.co.uk: "About other pictures reported to Mufon several times by the same witness, it's very hard to understand what the objects could be.
Stunned witnesses in Novosibirsk city, Russia, are heard calling out to each other at the sight of the eerie ring which remained in the sky before disappearing into clouds.
It was filmed above the Siberian Mall shopping centre and footage of the event has gone viral online after it was uploaded to social media.
One viewer wrote: "This looks like some kind of creepy warning."
Another commented: "It's a kind of supernatural power flying across the city!"
And a third replied: "Aliens are coming to get us! Scary!"

Hundreds of people observed a green glowing object with wisps of orange, purple and yellow colors in December 1965 in the night sky above western Pennsylvania. Moments later, the military swarmed the scene where the UFO allegedly landed. They were composed of men in suits and uniforms, and some in hazmat gear.
According to witnesses, the object was a 10 to 12 feet metal that looked like an acorn. Soon the military men loaded the UFO into a truck and carted it away. Residents were worried about radiation and wondering what happened that night.
Eventually, the mysterious event became famous as Kecksburg UFO Incident. The unidentified flying object apparently came down on December 9, 1965. Authorities at that time said it was a meteorite. Many researchers have been challenging the official claim, but it never changed then.
Researchers consider the Kecksburg UFO as one of the great unsolved mysteries as people in the small town of Kecksburg still talk about what had taken place before members of the military got into the scene and took the object away. Many believe that it was not a meteor, but a craft.
Witnesses said that they saw it at around 4:47 pm when it came out of the sky from the northwest. The object was reportedly flaming from over Canada, Ohio to Western Pennsylvania. It seemed to be guided as it changed path and made a level descent away from homes and into the woods of Kecksburg.
Now, a Pennsylvania-based film company wants to shed more lights on the mystery through making a movie on the topic. Grand Conspiracy Films, a company that specializes in making movies based on urban legends and folklore, are now casting for roles, and shooting is set to start in 2018.
There have been conspiracy theories suggesting that ancient Egyptian leaders were aliens and evidence has been presented, such as the tomb of Senmut and its astronomical signs. Conspiracy theorists believe that the ancient pyramid can ever be copied even with today’s technology. They pointed out the blocks that were too big and the seams between them that were sealed correctly without using cement.
The tomb of Senmut, the Queen Hatshepsut’s architect, is believed to represent a celestial sphere, zodiac signs, and other constellations through the tomb’s ceiling panel. It also represents the inverted orientation of the firmament’s southern part. It is also believed that Senmut supervised the erection of twin obelisks, including quarrying and transport. The structure was the tallest in the world that time.
Conspiracy theorists said that the Senmut ceiling’s characteristic features the astronomically false orientation of the South panel. Orion-Sirius group occupied the center of the panel. The Orion situates to the west of Sirius, instead of being to the East.
