Een artistieke impressie van het Mars-oppervlak en een oppervlak dat meer aan de aarde doet denken.
Kleurt een stukje van de Rode Planeet in 2036 blauw? Als het van een groepje wetenschappers afhangt wel. Met een asteroïde hopen ze een krater te slaan in het oppervlak van de planeet, die op zijn beurt moet vollopen met gesmolten ijswater.
Het plan klinkt behoorlijk surrealistisch en zou zo in een sciencefictionfilm passen. Met een ruimtemissie willen ze een klein stukje Mars transformeren en bewoonbaar maken voor mensen. "Die terraformatie wordt afgerond in 2036, en opent de deur voor de eerste nederzetting en commerciële exploitatie van Mars", klinkt het op de website van de organisatie.
Met een satelliet, uitgerust met een laser, willen de wetenschappers een kleine asteroïde op Mars laten inslaan. De krater, die de naam Omaha zou krijgen, zou een diameter hebben van zo'n 9 kilometer. Die moet dan op zijn beurt vollopen met ijswater, dat door de hitte van de inslag gesmolten is.
In een volgende stap wil het team een gebouw rond en over de waterplas bouwen. "Waar eerdere ontwerpen van Mars-woningen steeds beperkt waren tot enkele duizenden kubieke meters, zou onze constructie miljoenen kubieke meters kunnen bedragen", klinkt het in een persbericht.
Het onderzoeksteam wil dat het gebouw uiteindelijk de thuis wordt van zo'n duizend kolonisten. "In die constructie kunnen dan al snel nederzettingen ontstaan, die zelfvoorzienend zijn en zelfs expedities kunnen uitvoeren op Mars. Hierdoor hoeft er vanuit de aarde minder vracht worden aangevoerd."
Overtollig zuurstof kunnen ze boven de krater pompen, zodat er een soort ozonlaag ontstaat. Uiteindelijk zouden er dan zelfs planten kunnen groeien rond het meer, menen de wetenschappers.
Tweede krater
Bij succes willen de wetenschappers in 2061 een tweede, grotere krater in de planeet slaan. Maar zal het zo'n vaart lopen? Dat valt moeilijk te zeggen. Het team heeft in de Verenigde Staten een patent genomen op het project, maar van concrete financiering lijkt er momenteel nog geen sprake.

People Are Seeing U.F.O.s Everywhere, and This Book Proves It
SYRACUSE— Why have sightings of unidentified flying objects around the nation more than tripled since 2001? Why is July the busiest month for U.F.O. sightings? Why did they spike in Texas in 2008, or in New Mexico in September 2015?
And how in the world, or out of it, has Manhattan racked up New York State’s second-highest tally of U.F.O. sightings in this century?
These questions and many others emerge from the first comprehensive statistical summary of so-called close encounters: 121,036 eyewitness accounts, organized county by county in each state and the District of Columbia, from 2001 to 2015.
It is the reference “U.F.O. researchers dreamed of having,” Gordon G. Spear, emeritus professor of physics and astronomy at Sonoma State University in California, writes in the foreword.
The book contains no narrative or anecdotal accounts, just 371 pages of charts and graphs that slice and dice the geography and timing of the incidents and the various shapes that witnesses reported: flying circles, spheres, triangles, discs, ovals, cigars.
Many of the sightings turn out to be explainable, the authors say, but a small percentage defy resolution.
The authors are Cheryl Costa, 65, a former military technician and aerospace analyst, and her wife, Linda Miller Costa, 62, a librarian at Le Moyne College and a former librarian at the National Academy of Sciences, NASA and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Working on PCs amid sewing tables in the upstairs parlor — the warmest room in their hundred-year-old house — the two spent weekends for the last 16 months extrapolating figures from sightings reports and laying out the graphics.
Cheryl Costa was writing New York Skies, a U.F.O. blog for The Syracuse New Times, when the Costas decided to expand their tallies of U.F.O. sightings nationwide. “We wanted to do our bit for disclosure,” she said. “It’s something the government should have been doing.”
The Costas realize some might find this a strange way to spend weekends. But both say they have spotted U.F.O.s themselves and want to detoxify the subject.
“We’re doing scientific research,” Cheryl Costa said. “What’s crazy is not being willing to look at research.”
She came to the collaboration roundabout, having served as a cable lineman in the Air Force in Vietnam, and afterward in the Navy’s submarine service, as a man before undergoing gender-reassignment surgery in the 1980s. Ordained as a Buddhist nun, she was running a theater group in Maryland when she met Linda. They wed in 2011.
U.F.O. trackers welcomed their publication.
“With this compendium, Cheryl and Linda Costa have reminded the public and the media the extraterrestrial phenomenon continues unabated,” said Stephen Bassett, founder and executive director of the Paradigm Research Group, which lobbies for disclosure of official U.F.O. records.

Rebutting a common perception that U.F.O. sightings are on the wane, the Costas’ book shows that sightings have risen in waves, to 11,868 nationwide in 2015 from 3,479 in 2001. Only a small fraction of sightings are actually reported to Mufon or Nuforc.
Their labor of love is about the numbers, just the numbers, and the Costas refrain from speculating on what exactly is happening. “We really don’t know,” Linda Costa said. “But all these people are seeing these things.”
The government officially quit the U.F.O. business in 1968, with the finding in the Condon report from the University of Colorado that there was nothing significant to investigate, although some 30 percent of the incidents were unexplained.
Mufon’s 500 volunteer investigators, however, continue to check out many of the sightings reported to the group. Roger Marsh, a Mufon spokesman, said that of the 270 cases his group investigated in Manhattan from 2002 through 2016, 44 eluded explanation and remained “unknown.”
One of the most intriguing occurred on the afternoon of Sept. 17, 2011, when a man on the roof terrace of the New Museum on the Bowery photographed a fast-moving diamond-shaped object with windows and flashing blue and red lights against the TriBeCa skyline.
According to Mufon, it resembled an unknown flying object photographed in Round Rock, Tex., two weeks earlier.
The Costas listed 426 sightings in New York County from 2001 to 2015, second in the state’s tallies only to Suffolk County, on the tip of Long Island, with 554. How so many sightings in the nation’s densest core and around its toniest beach resorts have escaped wider notoriety is just part of the mystery.
For the U.F.O. enthusiast, the pages of graphs and charts are a treasure trove of hard-to-find detail.
The District of Columbia, with 9,856 people per square mile, had the fewest sightings: 154. (A political snub from deep space?) Wyoming, with 5.8 people per square mile, had more than twice as many: 337.
Fireballs made up nearly 8 percent of the sightings in Indiana (230) and fewer than 5 percent in Colorado (157).
California, the most populous state, led the nation in U.F.O. reports (15,836, more than the next two states, Florida and Texas, combined). Los Angeles County alone had more sightings than 40 states, followed by Maricopa County, Ariz., which includes Phoenix.
Population fails to explain the figures conclusively, the Costas said. Washington State, with 6.7 million people according to the 2010 census, ranks No. 4 in sightings, ahead of Pennsylvania, with 12.7 million people, and New York State, with 19 million.
Rather, the Costas theorize, the figures may reflect good West Coast weather, which draws more people outside where they may spot U.F.O.s. Nationwide sightings peak in July, they found, and drop off between December and February.
Still, in Mississippi, U.F.O. reports spike in January and November; in New Mexico, in September.
The arduous breakdown by the nation’s more than 3,000 counties was notable for revealing clusters of sightings in remote regions, places where U.F.O.s are almost never mentioned. But every county in the United States appears to have seen at least one U.F.O.
In the end, the Costas noted, the spikes may have a lot to do with media coverage.
The latest research into the possibility of contacting advanced alien civilizations has concluded that finding traces of other civilizations may be much more difficult than first thought.
A paper headed by Professor Michael Garrett of the University of Leiden has found that attempting to detect waste energy through the use of mid-infrared (MIR) emission in galaxies with higher than usual emissions, is much more difficult than initially thought.
Dr. Jason Wright of Penn University put together a list of some 100,000 candidate galaxies that had higher than usual waste energy emissions, which Garrett and his team then studied. Unfortunately, all those studied by Garrett and his team were found to have high energy waste emissions through natural phenomena.
Garret elaborated:
"the original research at Penn State has already told us that such systems are very rare, but the new analysis suggests that this is probably an understatement and that advanced Kardashev Type III civilizations basically don't exist in the local Universe. In my view, it means we can all sleep safely in our beds tonight - an alien invasion doesn't seem at all likely!".
The study took place based on the Kardashev scale, which measures the level of technology a civilization has achieved based on the amount of energy it can generate. Currently, humans are a type 0 civilization.
Type I civilization are those capable or harnessing and storing the power of their parent star on their own planet. Something that humans are conceivably not too far away from achieving.
Type II civilizations can harness the entire energy of their parent star, usually in models through the use of Dyson spheres, and type III are capable of controlling energy in their entire host galaxy.
It is the theoretical type III civilizations that most alien researchers are looking for as it is assumed that their sheer size and energy output would make them the easiest to find. This is done through measuring galaxies for signs of excess heat waste, which it is assumed that all civilizations would produce.
One potential issue with the process currently used however is that sufficiently advanced civilizations may not produce heat waste at all, or at least not enough for other species to detect. If this is the case then advanced civilizations would need to be detected through other as yet unknown means. There are also limitations with the model itself, several revisions and alternative models have been proposed several times since the development of Kardashev's scale in 1964.

Professor Wright denkt dat sporen van oude beschavingen hoogstwaarschijnlijk onder het oppervlak kunnen worden gevonden.
Hij denkt daarbij vooral aan het oppervlak van Mars en de maan of plekken in het buitenste deel van het zonnestelsel.
Wright meent dat met behulp van ruimte-archeologie, een relatief nieuw onderzoeksveld, kan worden gespeurd naar resten van oude beschavingen.
Verborgen structuren
Het gaat daarbij om het zoeken naar, vinden en interpreteren van menselijke artefacten in de ruimte, aldus de wetenschapper.
Wellicht kunnen satellietbeelden en bodemradar helpen om sporen van verborgen structuren of andere voorwerpen te vinden, besloot Wright.

For Californians, the truth is out there. “UFO Sightings Desk Reference,” a new book on reported UFO sightings, found that California had the most reports of visual encounters with unidentified objects in the United States. This includes hundreds of reported sightings, CBS San Francisco reports.
The book analyzed more than 120,000 reports of UFOs and found more Californians believed they’d come in contact with extraterrestrial life than anyone else in the country.
“We found that UFOs were sighted in every county in the United States. Every county had at least one sighting sometime in the past 15 years,” the book’s co-author, Cheryl Costa, explained.
“We think a great deal of it has to do with California’s weather,” Costa said.
Costa explained that California’s mild weather allows people to be outdoors during much of the year and thus in position to spot possible UFOs.
According to Costa, Santa Clara County topped the list in Northern California with 569 reported sightings. Alameda County was second with 518, while San Francisco trailed with 327.
It should be noted that these reports are anecdotal and haven’t been investigated, let alone proven.
But for those who believe we’re not alone in the universe, the book may seem validating.
“Most people were very sincere about what they reported, about what they think they saw, Costa added. “They weren’t jerking us around. But we understand the only proof some people are going to accept is a space ship cracked up in the mall parking lot.”

The UFO looks like a triangle spinning, but its hard to see so make the video full screen please, and place in HD mode. UFOs are frequently seen over England as well as the fact that many US documents report testing top secret craft (Aurora Project) over the UK back in the 1980-1990s. Its hard to tell which one this is, a USAF craft or UFO, but one thing is for sure, they don't want the public to know about it. This is not one individual UFO, but actually three separate UFOs that work together, like a fighter jet with his wingman. Scott C. Waring Eyewitness states:
I was waiting for the bus while taking to a friend when i noticed 3 lights in a triangle pattern over the mouth of the river exe. Took some video and pictures with my phone before the bus came and I left. On april 17th at 9.41pm I was waiting for my bus to come in after my break, (I’m a bus driver) and was taking to my bestman about my upcoming wedding on the phone. I would normally be in our rest room but since the clock in the restroom was fast (about 7mins fast) I had gone out early to wait while still chatting to my friend. While i was talking i was just kind of walking about near the leisure center, where my bus stops, when I looked randomly over in the direction of the river which is when i saw the three lights in a triangle pattern rotating on its axis and wobbling slightly.

Hi there my name is Nicola and I would like to file a report of a UFO sighting. April 9th st 9:20 in the evening Douglas Isle of Man U.K. I had just got my young son to sleep and took my glasses off to wash my face, I walked into the living room and said good night to my husband that’s when I noticed a strange bright light through the blinds and kind of mumbled that I could see some thing bright out there and my husband said ‘what?’ But I wasn’t wearing my glasses so thought nothing of it, said never mind and good night to my husband then grabbed my glasses and wet to my bedroom, I thought I’d just have a look to see what it was that I noticed before and if it was silk there and it was, so I took a couple of photos and then started recording. I stopped recording after about three minutes to take a look at what I had filmed to zoom in on it to see what it could be.
The orb was still in the sky then after a little while it pulsated then drifted to the leg and disappeared although I didn’t get this on camera really wish I did was very unusual! After watching the video several times I noticed oddities within the video, flashing lights to the left of the orb throughout video! Hope this is of interest to you still trying to look for an answer have posted this on several pages

Strange light was filmed making maneuvers over London on 26th April 2017. What do you think this is?
Witness report:
Unidentified light in the sky over two areas in Sutton and Carshalton Surrey. This unexplained event happened over both my son and daughters rooftops. They live within a mile of each other and both saw the object and filmed it. The object travelled fast changing directions and hovered. It got brighter when it hovered. If you rule out laser or any other form light beam and any obvious aircraft that can manoeuvre like this, what are you left with? And the object was above the clouds.
The alien invasion has come to the minds of terrified residents after seeing a mysterious black circle hovering in the sky.
A video of the unusual sighting made the rounds online as it shows a black circle hanging calmly in the sky.
The shocked people on the ground call out to each other in disbelief as the bizarre smoky ring continues to float before finally vanishing into grey clouds.
The footage was recorded in Novosibirsk in Russia over the Siberian Mall shopping centre. It went viral after it was made available in social media.
Some think that the event is a kind of creepy warning. Others believe that it is a kind of supernatural power flying across the Russian city. There are also people who think that aliens are coming to get humans.
However, one witness suggests that that the mysterious circle or smoke ring is nothing but a soliton. They explain that black hydrocarbon with the vortex comprising a ring and lifting it into the air.
Weather experts didn’t have an explanation yet but lashed out alien-related claims as well as the soliton theory.
Renad Yagudin of the Siberian Hydrometeorological Centre said that there’s no such definition of soliton in meteorology, so it is not a meteorological event.
A fast moving, cylinder object was noticed crossing the horizon in approximately eight seconds in Lincoln, California. An unnamed witness reported their sighting to MUFON, which filed it in Case 82671 in its witness reporting database.
According to the report, the witness observed the mysterious object flying from the northeast to the northwest at a very high speed while sitting at a northbound stop light at 2:45 in the afternoon on March 16, 2017.
The witness estimated the size to be the same as the bus flying between 1,000 and 1,200 feet up. They said that the object managed to cross 60 percent of the horizon in just around eight seconds. The witness revealed that his wife also saw the bizarre aerial thing. They thought of a drone but changed their mind when they did not see any propulsion.
The reporting witness claimed that they are familiar with aircraft as a resident on several Air Force bases.
Shelley Goodman, a MUFON-California field investigator, closed the case as Unknown. Goodman said that she had a chat with both witnesses, who told her that they both saw the unusual object from the intersection at 110 Lincoln Blvd in California. The reporting witness revealed to her that he was in the Air Force and that he knows all about aircraft, including its speed. The witness said that the UFO flew through the sky three times faster than any plane. The object was underneath the cloud cover when they saw it clearly.

I shot this video from my backyard in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada on the night of April 19, 2017. It’s nice to see that these amazing UFOs (Orbs) are here again. Needless to say, I was pretty happy when I spotted them. Because of their location either on or next to the Nellis Test Range north of Las Vegas they cannot possibly be commercial or civilian operated crafts. As always I keep trying to see them visually with the naked eye and using my binoculars only to come up empty each and every time. There is never any sound either but that could be because they might be far enough away that I couldn’t hear them. I filmed them for nearly thirty minutes as the kept going back and forth turning or stopping on a dime. At the end of the video, the four objects that disappear one by one behind the mountain were headed in the direction of Area 51.
The nine-year-old girl was showing off the view out a window as her dad filmed when the mystery dark object was captured on camera.
David Woodward filmed daughter Georgia on the flight from Manchester to Lanzarote this month.
The video, which has been uploaded to YouTube, shows Georgia talking next to the view when the odd black object appears to zooms past the visible wing.

Het poollicht kennen we allemaal. Maar dit flikkerende paarskleurige licht was tot voor kort nog niemand opgevallen.
En dat is best vreemd. “Steve blijkt eigenlijk heel vaak voor te komen,” vertelt onderzoeker Eric Donovan.
De foto’s Donovan kwam het nieuwe type poollicht op het spoor toen hij in gesprek raakte met de Alberta Aurora Chasers. Het is een groep op Facebook, bestaande uit mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in het poollicht en dat – bijvoorbeeld middels foto’s – vastleggen. Donovan bekeek enkele van die foto’s en stuitte toen op iets wat hij nog nooit had gezien: een paarskleurige strook licht.
POOLLICHT
Poollicht ontstaat wanneer geladen deeltjes afkomstig van de zon door het aardmagnetisch veld in de buurt van de noord- en zuidpool worden afgebogen. De deeltjes dringen vervolgens met hoge snelheid de atmosfeer nabij de polen binnen en botsen op verschillende gassen. Daarbij ontstaat het veelkleurige licht dat wij poollicht noemen.
Steve Omdat niemand wist wat het was, maar er wel veelvuldig over gesproken werd, besloot men het mysterieuze verschijnsel een gemakkelijke naam te geven: Steve. Ondertussen spitten de Alberta Aurora Chasers in opdracht van Donovan door hun foto’s op zoek naar meer beelden van Steve. Donovan zelf dook in de gegevens verzameld door de Swarm-satellieten. Deze drie satellieten bestudeerden het magnetisch veld van de aarde en Donovan hoopte dat zij meer konden vertellen over de Steve die de Alberta Aurora Chasers hadden gefotografeerd. En hij had geluk.
Veranderingen Eén van de satellieten bleek op het moment dat Steve acte de présence had gegeven en gefotografeerd werd net over te vliegen. Tijdens die vlucht had de satelliet gegevens verzameld over Steve en zijn omgeving. “Gegevens van het instrument dat het elektrisch veld bestudeert, laat duidelijke veranderingen zien,” vertelt Donovan. “De temperatuur op 300 kilometer hoogte springt naar 3000 graden Celsius en de gegevens onthullen een 25 kilometer breed gaslint dat met een snelheid van 6 kilometer per seconde naar het westen beweegt.” Terwijl de materie aan beide zijden van het gaslint een snelheid van zo’n 10 meter per seconde heeft.

Acroniem Met die bijzondere eigenschappen is Steve zeker een nieuw fenomeen. Een fenomeen dat nu opgescheept zit met de tamelijk doodgewone naam Steve. Wetenschappers weten daar echter wel raad mee. Er is inmiddels voorgesteld om Steve als een acroniem te zien. Het zou dan staan voor Strong Thermal Emmission Velocity Enhancement.
Ondertussen blijft Steve onderwerp van gesprek. Want er zijn nog veel onbeantwoorde vragen. Onduidelijk is bijvoorbeeld nog hoe de temperatuur in Steve zo hoog kan oplopen.

Het bedrijf Kitty Hawk heeft aangekondigd nog dit jaar de Kitty Hawk Flyer op de markt te brengen. Hieronder zie je een prototype in actie.
Wat ‘ie gaat kosten? Dat blijft nog even in nevelen gehuld, maar het lijkt aannemelijk dat de meesten van ons er een klein hypotheekje voor af moeten gaan sluiten. Maar dan heb je ook wat. Wat precies? Een soort vliegende jetski. Om een beetje een beeld te geven van de mogelijkheden die dat biedt, heeft Kitty Hawk onderstaand filmpje vrijgegeven waarin een dame zichzelf uitnodigt voor een etentje en vervolgens – dankzij de Kitty Hawk Flyer – binnen twee minuten op de stoep staat. Fijn!
Geen vliegbrevet nodig Het prototype in het filmpje is ontworpen om boven water te vliegen en op water te landen. Het is voorzien van een elektrische aandrijving. Voor het ultralichte prototype heb je geen vliegbrevet nodig. En volgens Kitty Hawk heb je het besturen van de vliegende boot binnen enkele minuten onder de knie.
Iets ander uiterlijk Het vliegende gevaarte dat Kitty Hawk later dit jaar op de markt brengt, zal er iets anders uit gaan zien dan het prototype, zo laat het bedrijf weten. Maar verder geeft het weinig prijs. Wie meer wil weten, kan het bedrijf steunen door 100 dollar te doneren. In ruil daarvoor krijg je de laatste informatie over het object en 2000 dollar korting op de Kitty Hawk Flyer wanneer deze later dit jaar op de markt komt.
Vliegende auto De aankondiging van de Kitty Hawk Flyer komt amper een week na de aankondiging van de AeroMobil: een vliegende auto die eveneens nog dit jaar besteld kan worden. Wie ergens in een oude sok nog een geldbedrag met vijf nullen heeft slingeren, een rijbewijs en vliegbrevet bezit, kan de AeroMobil naar verwachting later dit jaar pre-orderen.
En Kitty Hawk en AeroMobil zijn lang niet de enige bedrijven die hun pijlen gericht hebben op het bouwen van vliegende consumentenvoertuigen. Veel andere bedrijven – waaronder Airbus – hebben het tot hun missie gemaakt om jouw door file geteisterde ritje naar het werk radicaal te veranderen. Of de vliegende voertuigen werkelijk op korte termijn voet aan de grond krijgen? Dat is zeer twijfelachtig. Veel mensen krijgen al de kriebels van drones en zullen zeker niet zitten te wachten op (veel lawaaiigere) auto’s in de lucht. En wie gaat het verkeer boven onze hoofden reguleren? En hoe houden we het veilig, ook wanneer zo’n vliegende auto pech krijgt? Genoeg om over na te denken alvorens je in jouw vliegende auto of boot stapt.

NASA and the ESA are planning to launch a joint mission to Jupiter's moon Europa. This icy satellite hosts a subterranean ocean larger than those on Earth, and it could host extraterrestrial life.
EXPLORING TOGETHER
Recent discoveries in space have made the search for life beyond Earth easier and more difficult at the same time. As more exoplanets and moons with the potential to support extraterrestrial life turn up, the probability of finding one that actually does increases. However, sending missions to explore all these potentially inhabited worlds has also become more difficult.
The plan is for JEM to launch by the mid-2020s, and it would run for about six-and-a-half years. The first five of those would be used simply to reach Jupiter, then a few more days would be needed to reach Europa.
Upon reaching Europa’s orbit, a lander would be launched to explore the surface for 35 days, scanning material samples for traces of life. Meanwhile, the orbiter craft would spend three months taking various measurements to reveal Europa’s basic structure, focusing on the ocean’s composition. After that, the lander could crash into Europa while taking and transmitting data about the moon’s atmosphere.
While both NASA and the ESA have existing plans to explore Europa and the other icy-watery moons in the solar system, the planned combined effort would offer a unique advantage for both space agencies. Pooling their resources might make it easier to figure out solutions to key problems, such as Jupiter’s intense radiation and the need to make sure Europa won’t be contaminated by organisms from Earth.
“There’s great enthusiasm for this on both sides,” Jakob van Zyl, director for solar system exploration at NASA JPL, told New Scientist. “The budget request is now with the president.”
Europa is just the first goal for collaborative space exploration. Potential missions to Jupiter’s other moons, as well as those of Saturn, could well be developed in the future. Perhaps alien life is just an Earth-formed partnership away.

Scientists ‘listening’ to extraterrestrial signals in the universe for evidence of alien life have released their initial results from the first year of observations.
After combing through petabytes of data, the Breakthrough Listen team has ranked 11 events considered to be most significant – but so far, they’ve found no convincing signs of intelligent life.
The team has also submitted a paper analyzing nearly 700 stars across all spectral types, which they say acts as a ‘launch pad’ for deeper investigations to come.

THE BREAKTHROUGH LISTEN MISSION
Breakthrough Listen is a search for intelligent life using two of the world's most powerful telescopes.
It was launched in January with the aim of scouring one million of the closest stars to Earth for faint signals thrown out into space by intelligent life beyond our own world.
Scientists taking part in the $100 million are also scanning the very centre of our galaxy along with 100 of the closest galaxies for low power radio transmissions.
Breakthrough Listen will collect data over a 10-year period.
Search capacity will be 50 times more sensitive, cover 10 times more of the sky, 5 times more of the radio spectrum, and at speeds 100 times faster.
The initiative, backed by Stephen Hawking and billionaire Yuri Milner, has been gathering data with the Green Bank Radio Telescope in West Virginia, Lick Observatory’s Automated Planet Finder on Mt Hamilton in California, and the Parkes Radio Telescope in Australia.
With an ‘analysis pipeline’ built by researchers at the University of California, Berkeley’s SETI Research Center (BSRC), the project scans billions of radio channels to search for signals that might be coming from an intelligent source outside of our solar system.
They’ve now made the initial data public, and will present the findings this Thursday during a Facebook Live presentation at the Breakthrough Discuss conference.
The scientists analyzed three five-minute observations of each of the 692 stars, alnong with five-minute observations of a set of secondary targets.
While there were millions of ‘hits’ for the entire sample – or, radio emissions seen in the target – the researchers say this is ‘almost certainly’ the result of interference from human technology.
And, while eleven events were distinguished as ‘significant,’ further investigation suggests they are not coming from artificial alien sources.
Still, the researchers say these preliminary results are an important step in the search for alien life.
‘With the submission of this paper, the first scientific results from Breakthrough Listen are now available for the world to review,’ said Dr Andrew Siemion of BSRC.
‘Although the search has not yet detected a convincing signal from extraterrestrial intelligence, these are early days.
‘The work that has been completed so far provides a launch pad for deeper and more comprehensive analysis to come.’

It will collect more data in one day than previously had been collected in one year.
Search capacity will be 50 times more sensitive, cover 10 times more of the sky, 5 times more of the radio spectrum, and at speeds 100 times faster.
Overall, the researchers have selected 1709 stars to study.

Another project, dubbed Breakthrough Starshot, will rely on tiny so-called 'nanocraft' flying on sails, similar to the one illustrated, pushed by beams of light. Each of these tiny craft will carry cameras and a built in GPS
These are divided into two categories: those within 16 light years of the sun, and a group including branch stars no more than 163 light years away.
Last year, Hawking, Milner and Mark Zuckerberg launched another initiative in the Breakthrough program – the Breakthrough Starshot project.
The $100m project will rely on tiny so-called 'nanocraft' flying on sails pushed by beams of light through the universe.
They will travel to the Alpha Centauri star system 25 trillion miles (4.37 light years) away on a twenty year mission to look for alien life.

I noticed a UFO in the distance that was coming closer and closer to the space station on April18, 2017. The UFO was partially cloaked, which made it look transparent. In the deep blackness of spaces, blending into the environment means you will be safer from other alien species that may not be so friendly. Gobekli Tepe recorded a Devastating Comet Strike
Sarah Knapton writes “Ancient stone carvings confirm that a comet struck the Earth around 11,000BC, a devastating event which wiped out woolly mammoths and sparked the rise of civilizations”. Experts at the University of Edinburgh analyzed mysterious symbols carved onto stone pillars at Gobekli Tepe in southern Turkey, to find out if they could be linked to constellations. The markings suggest that a swarm of comet fragments hit Earth at the exact same time that a mini-ice age struck, changing the entire course of human history. Scientists have speculated for decades that a comet could be behind the sudden fall in temperature during a period known as the Younger Dryas. But recently the theory appeared to have been debunked by new dating of meteor craters in North America where the comet is thought to have struck.

However, when engineers studied animal carvings made on a pillar – known as the vulture stone – at Gobekli Tepe they discovered that the creatures were actually astronomical symbols which represented constellations and the comet.
Using a computer program to show where the constellations would have appeared above Turkey thousands of years ago, they were able to pinpoint the comet strike to 10,950BC, the exact time the Younger Dryas begins according to ice core data from Greenland.
The Younger Dryas is viewed as a crucial period for humanity, as it roughly coincides with the emergence of agriculture and the first Neolithic civilizations.
Before the strike, vast areas of wild wheat and barley had allowed nomadic hunters in the Middle East to establish permanent base camps. But the difficult climate conditions following the impact forced communities to come together and work out new ways of maintaining the crops, through watering and selective breeding. Thus farming began, allowing the rise of the first towns.
Edinburgh researchers said the carvings appear to have remained important to the people of Gobekli Tepe for millennia, suggesting that the event and cold climate that followed likely had a very serious impact.
Dr Martin Sweatman, of the University of Edinburgh’s School of Engineering, who led the research, said: “I think this research; along with the recent finding of a widespread platinum anomaly across the North American continent virtually seal the case in favor of (a Younger Dryas comet impact).
“Our work serves to reinforce that physical evidence. What is happening here is the process of paradigm change.
“It appears Göbekli Tepe was, among other things, an observatory for monitoring the night sky. One of its pillars seems to have served as a memorial to this devastating event – probably the worst day in history since the end of the ice age.” Gobekli Tepe, is thought to be the world’s oldest temple site, which dates from around 9,000 BC. Researchers believe the images were intended as a record of the cataclysmic event, and that a further carving showing a headless man may indicate human disaster and extensive loss of life.
Symbolism on the pillars also indicates that the long-term changes in Earth’s rotational axis was recorded at this time using an early form of writing, and that Gobekli Tepe was an observatory for meteors and comets. The finding also supports a theory that Earth is likely to experience periods when comet strikes are more likely, owing to the planet’s orbit intersecting orbiting rings of comet fragments in space.
But despite the ancient age of the pillars, Dr Sweatman does not believe it is the earliest example of astronomy in the archaeological record. “Many Paleolithic cave paintings and artifacts with similar animal symbols and other repeated symbols suggest astronomy could be very ancient indeed
The research is published in Mediterranean Archaeology and Archaeometry.
A new study has reported evidence of a comet or meteorite or low-density object barreling toward Earth, exploding in the upper atmosphere and triggering a devastating swath that wiped out most of the large animals, their habitat and humans of that period. “The detonation either fried them or compressed them because of the shock wave. It was a mini nuclear winter,” said Ted Bunch, NAU adjunct professor of geology and former NASA researcher who specializes in impact craters. The presence of around 500,000 elliptical craters, ranging from a few hundred meters to 11 kilometers in size, across the entire eastern seaboard of the United States, from New Jersey down to Miami, is perhaps the greatest clue. A comet which entered the earth’s atmosphere from the north-west over Alaska and disintegrated into millions of pieces that detonated above the ground, very much in the manner of the small comet which caused the Tunguska event in Siberia in June 1908. Is it just a coincidence that more than two million huge holes were gouged into the ground – all at the same time – about 12,000 years ago at a magnetic reversal? Alexander Tollmann, “a professor in the institute of geology at the University of Vienna, compared the numerous myths of a great flood, recorded in almost every prehistoric civilization, with the geological evidence for a comet impact at about the same time.. Bruce Cornet writes, “I had the most extraordinary experience on 20 January 1991 when I said my farewell to my late wife, Bonnie Cornet, who was buried in the Garden of Texas Liberty in northwestern Houston, Texas, on 18 January. After reading Gary Colin’s post on FF#15 speaks of God’s servants, the sons of God connecting with humans on Earth from space in UFOs.” He says that Clouds in the Bible refer to the presence of God, and those Clouds are called Shekinahs or Glory Clouds by the Hebrews.
Bonnie attended Collingswood High School, which was located behind her parents’ house in Collingswood, NJ. For those television buffs, you may recall that Michael Landon graduated from that very same high school. I find it ironic that Landon became the Star in the television series, Highway to Heaven, because it now seems that two people who graduated from that school embarked on a similar journey on that same highway.

My mother and I witnessed her Spirit over her grave as I spoke my farewell, and then a second Sun appeared in a huge overhead cumulus cloud. It sent a golden beam of light down to Bonnie’s Spirit (emerald green, blue, and white starburst or rainbow), and we saw the beam of light capture her spirit without that beam touching the ground. Shafts of golden light, like ice sickles, fell off the wide beam of golden light, and hit the ground. When they did, they broke into many pieces, as ice sickles would, and bounced around on the ground like water droplets on a hot skillet. We witnessed the emerald color of Bonnie’s Spirit ascent in that beam of light into the Cloud or Shekinah. Then the beam retracted, and the light in the base of the Cloud went out. Bonnie is our new Lady of the Garden of Texas Liberty, who gave birth to the male Child when she was a 17 year old Jewish virgin. She was born Jewish, raised Protestant, and died Catholic.
I was videotaping most of that, and put clips from that video on my web book called: The Passion of Bonnie. I copy relevant pages below. I had been videotaping all of this while looking through the B&W viewfinder on my camcorder. So I didn’t notice Bonnie’s emerald green and carnelian red Spirit in the circular eight-column Temple at the Triangular Garden until it moved to over her grave. After saying my farewell, I was told telepathically to turn off my camcorder. I wish I had been allowed to keep it running, because the most extraordinary event happened after I videotaped Bonnie’s Spirit morphing into the shape of an angel, and raising and lowering her wings. My mother exclaimed, “Oh, how beautiful. The Sun is breaking through the overhead cloud and sending a sunbeam down to Bonnie’s grave.” But it was 8:31 am in the morning, and the real Sun had barely cleared the trees to the East (left of the images and behind the Temple).
This is the first time I consciously witnessed a divine presence, which connected our spiritual existence to UFOs. It wasn’t until 1992, more than a year after her death, that I had my first UFO encounters and sightings. It was then that I reexamined that video of my wife’s Spirit over her grave and inside a marble temple at the center of the Triangular Garden of Texas Liberty! As I drove into the Garden area, I had my camcorder on my shoulder running, and captured images of a huge cumulus Cloud or Shekinah over her grave. Behind and to the left of that Cloud is another UFO-shaped cumulus cloud (see animated gif below). I examined the video frame by frame on my computer in 1997. In three frames of a 30 frame per second video, the veil of the cloud pulled back enough to reveal the huge white double-rimmed circular dome-shaped mothership inside (called “Jerusalem” by Gary Colin). In the chapter on The Unfolding of a Mystery below, I include images captured from that video of that UFO in the Cloud. Never before has anyone captured a Shekinah on film.
So Gary Colin is correct in making the connection between our space visitors and divine angels of our ancestors. The Bible is quite clear that not all of our visitors have human interests at heart, being called fallen angels, cast out of heaven by God. But the visitors I have met come as servants of God, as Jesus did to teach and instruct us about love, forgiveness, and peace on Earth.
I am nearing completion of my new book, The Woman Who Bore the Male Child, Revelation Chapter 12. It is about Bonnie, who was the Spirit of God incarnate, who gave birth the male Child on 1 August 1967 in Collingswood, NJ. Her life is abstracted in Chapter 12, and I discovered after she died that I was the “earth” who saved Bonnie from being extradited (carried away) on false welfare charges. That is part of the reason I was given so many UFO close encounters (130) and so much information in the 12 years that followed her death and ascension. I met the male Child on 23 October 1994 when a live holographic projection of three astronauts floating in space appeared over my bed at night in Red Bank, NJ. Interestingly, Red Bank can be translated “Blood” of 8 (Eternal) Life (Ankh). There are two Red Banks in New Jersey. The second one is on the banks of the Delaware River under Philadelphia!
Even though Scripture does not give details of the birth of the male Child, other than saying He was immediately taken up to heaven (space) and the throne of God, He was not alone in Bonnie’s womb. He was accompanied by His identical twin Sister, named Anora. His new name is Khyle, and when you put the first two letters of their names together, you get Ankh, which is the Egyptian Cross for Eternal Life. They were born to a 17 year old Jewish virgin! And that is why my book, The Woman Who Bore the Male Child, Revelation Chapter 12, is so important. Khyle is now 49 years old, and 49 in numerology is the number for Lord (12+15+18+4 = 49). Anora is to Khyle as Eve was to Adam in the last cycle.

Two months before Bonnie died on 12 January 1991, she taught me how to communicate with her telepathically. As a scientist I was aware of the controversy over telepathy in the scientific community, but like most people I had no convincing evidence that telepathy was possible between humans. She introduced me to telepathy in a very dramatic manner. On my way home from work I stopped to get dinner at McDonalds. I had worked late and was tired, and thought of taking some food home for Bonnie. I did not feel like cooking dinner when I got home, and Bonnie was mostly bedridden in the last several years of her life.
When I walked into our condominium she called out from the bedroom, “Hi honey. Did you get me my Big Mack with extra pickles and Coke with extra ice?” I was stunned. I walked to the bedroom and asked her how she knew that I had picked her up any food, let alone those items and she said, “Because I asked you for them.” From that moment on I began paying much more attention to the thoughts in my head when I wondered what she would want me to get her. I tested her again and again by having her guess what was in the bag, and she accurately described the contents every time, sometimes saying, “That is not what I asked for,” when I tried to trick her. Then I began giving her choices, and I was quickly able to recognize her telepathic responses. It was almost as if we were of one mind.
She died at home on 12 January 1991. Soon after she died she surprised me by continuing to communicate with me telepathically. Her spirit moved objects in front of me (and a witness) as proof of her continued existence. Ironically, the movie Ghost came out in theatres soon after she died, and when I saw that movie it comforted me and told me I wasn’t crazy. Bonnie continued to comfort me with her presence of mind during my grief. She told me specifically where to bury her, led me to find things that she had hidden, had me reach out to old friends who I didn’t know, and arranged things for me so that I could complete her life on Earth. She came back to me in spirit on numerous occasions, and responded when I called out to her in prayer for help. On 7 March 1991, for example, she told me, “I’ve prepared a wonderful surprise for you that will change your whole life.” That surprise was revealed to me six months later when she set me up to meet my current wife, Pat, during an extraordinary paranormal event (shades of the movie, Always, which we watched together just before she died). She gradually introduced me to her spiritual identity and to mine by awakening me to numerous material and verbal clues she had given me while she was alive. She woke me out of a sound sleep on 17 January 1991 and telepathically told me to count the number of months we lived together at each location: I then realized that we had lived together exactly seven years to the day, and seven is a divine number. Every 28 months we were forced to move to a new location because of economic circumstances, and three times 28 gives 84 months, or seven years. And it was 12 January 1984 that she moved in with me. She was born at 1:38 am and she died at 1:38 am.
I was born on 8:31, the reverse sequence of those numbers.
She also left me proof of her precognitive ability, and that she knew of not only her time of death, but of her time of burial, where she would be buried, and where I would be at a particular time soon after her death. On 17 January, the day before she was buried, I went to her bank in Houston to close out her checking account, and was surprised by the tellers who were waiting for me. Dody ran up to me asking if Bonnie was out in our truck. I was shocked. I asked her how she knew that I was going to be there, and she told me that Bonnie had called two weeks earlier to tell them great news: She said that I had gotten a job in Houston and was bringing her back to Texas for good. She said that we would be there to see them on the 17th! We were all shocked by the implications. She was buried on the 18th, the day but not the month of her birth. The job turned out to be what I had to do when I returned to Houston with her body.
On 20 January 1991 I returned to Bonnie’s grave to say my farewell. I was leaving Texas that afternoon on a flight back to New York State. I took my mother with me and the camcorder Bonnie had given me for Christmas 1989. I wanted to videotape where she was buried for her family back north.
I held the camcorder on my shoulder as I drove through Memorial Oaks Cemetery to the Garden of Texas Liberty, a special section of the cemetery normally reserved for native Texans. The two Xs mark the location of where my late wife is buried (crypt #12), with my future crypt to its left (#11). Bonnie’s head is facing East.
The Garden of Texas Liberty in northwest Houston is shaped like a triangle with a circular eight-column marble temple at its center. These represent sacred geometric shapes. The triangular garden reminds me of the Flying Triangles that many people see.
As we entered the Garden, which was constructed in the form of a triangle with a circular marble temple at the center of the triangle,
I videotaped something extraordinary.
After parking I videotaped the area without realizing that her spirit was residing inside the marble temple at the center of the Garden. Beautiful carnelian red and emerald green colors can be seen on the video flashing alternately inside and on the outside of the temple columns (a pretty good trick for the Sun, which was behind the columns). I was unaware of her presence.
Then I walked to her grave, having the urge to say my farewell. As I walked something flashed by me, but I still did not get it. Who would imagine what was in store for me as Bonnie’s spirit tried to get my attention. Standing near her grave I pointed my camcorder at her grave and said aloud, “There is my love, love of my life, in her final resting place right up in front where she would want to be. I will remember you Always, Bonnie dear. I set you free. You set me free.” Inside her wedding ring, which I wear around my neck on a chain, is inscribed: “BC & BC forever.” The last movie we watched together before she died was the movie, “Always,” starring Richard Dreyfuss and Audrey Hepburn.
As I spoke the words, “I set you free,” a blue, green, and white starburst appeared over her grave and pulsated to my very words. In Revelation 4:3 the Spirit of God is described by John: “And He who sat there was like jasper (dark green) and a sardius (carnelian red) stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow (rainbows are circular) around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.” Was the spirit of my late wife the Spirit of God? Bonnie came back to me in Spirit and told me her name: KaRa, which in ancient Egyptian means Spirit of God. Question: Is Ra El?
My mother was there as a witness. After I finished saying my farewell statement, the shape of her aura changed to that of a symbolic pair of angel’s wings, opening and closing several times.
Then a beam of light descended from an overhead cloud (see image above), stopping just above her grave.
The beam of light was several feet wide and had a waterfall of light strands falling off of it, like ice sickles, which broke apart when they hit the ground, the pieces dancing around on the ground like water on a hot plate.
It was like nothing I had ever seen before.
The beam captured her spirit, and I could see the colors of her aura ascend inside the beam up into the cloud. The beam originated from a light as brilliant as the Sun within the cloud, leading my mother to say, “Oh, how beautiful. The Sun is breaking through the cloud and sending a sunbeam down to Bonnie’s grave.” Then the bright light in the cloud went out. But it was 8:31 am in the morning, and the real Sun had barely cleared the tree tops to the east. The position of the Sun can be seen in other shots on the video. Whatever caused the light was hidden in that cloud (see images above of Shekinah with a giant, white, disc-shaped domed ship inside).
The experience I had is called an Epiphany, and what my mother and I witnessed was a Shekinah or “Glory Cloud” of God. It is like those described in scripture. Ask any Priest or Rabbi. Based on this experience, I can state unequivocally that many of the descriptions of similar events in the Bible can be taken literally, adjusting for semantics and our interpretation of the words used to describe those events. Gary A. David writes, “The sky god Sotuknang, took them on his flying shield up into the sky so that they could see for many miles around.” Feeding the hungry children ripe melons, he told them that they must have faith in him and in his teachings that would later arrive through their dreams. Finally he landed a short distance from the village in which their mother and father had settled, bid the young ones farewell, and flew up again into the clouds. Forever grateful to the sky god, the brother and sister walked into the village to be reunited with their parents.
The Hopi have always viewed their land as sacred. Agriculture is a very important part of their culture, and their villages are spread out across the northern part of Arizona. The Hopi and the Navajo did not have a conception of land being bounded and divided. They lived on the land that their ancestors did. On December 16, 1882 President Arthur passed an executive order creating a reservation for the Hopi. It was much smaller than the Navajo reservation, which was the largest in the country.[5]
On October 24, 1936 the Hopi people ratified a Constitution. That Constitution created a unicameral government where all powers are vested in a Tribal Council. Indian tribal police often report seeing UFOs

Kachina dolls are objects made in human or humanlike shape, and they are common in Native American ritual, often referred to as sky gods. Although sold as objects of art, the spectacular kachina dolls retain a valued religious role, particularly in educating children. Hopi Native Americans use kachina dolls to instruct their children in the ways of Hopi tradition and belief. Kachina dolls are passed out to children in ceremonies representing spirits that act as mediators between gods and humans.
Kachinas are not gods per se but spirits that act as mediators between gods and humans. They may take the form of any animal, plant, celestial body, or otherworldly creature. During the spring and early summer the Hopis perform a ceremonial cycle of masked kachina dances as a plea for rain and the general well being of the tribe.
On Second Mesa near Mishongnovi an ancient petroglyph depicts a dome-shaped object resting on an arrow which represents travel through space, and the head of a Hopi maiden who represents pristine purity. As the Hopis believe that other planets are inhabited, this petroglyph represents a paatuwvota or a ‘flying shield’ similar to a ‘flying saucer’ that came here in the Beginning. So now at the End the sacred ones will arrive from another planet, said to be Venus, in UFOs. Many Hopi traditionalists recently have reported seeing flying saucers, all piloted by beings they call Kachinas.”
Because the Hopis had no such thing as a saucer, flying or otherwise, they named it after the cultural accouterment closest to that shape, namely, the warrior’s shield. The word tuwvota specifically signifies this type of shield. Oddly, the concept of war is connected in Hopi ideology with the stars. The use of tuwvota rather than the more common word for ‘disk’ or ‘circle’ thus suggests a celestial origin for the paatuwvota. The tradition of the flying shield also appears in rock art.
The photo is an ancient petroglyph, or rock carving, found near Winslow, Arizona apparently showing a triangular craft.
The Orion Zone discusses a certain star in the left hand of Orion. This star is called Pi 3 Orionis (HIP 22449), only 26 light-years from Earth. It is slightly larger and hotter than our Sun, but it basically similar. ‘
Pi3 Orionis has become one of the top 100 target stars for NASA’s planned Terrestrial Planet Finder (TPF) hoping to find planets like Earth. At an apparent visual magnitude of 3.16, it is readily visible to the naked eye. Pi3Orionis is the brightest star in the lion’s hide (or shield) that Orion is holding.
Author Gary A. David has written an intriguing book about the ancient origins of the Hopi in the “The Orion Zone: Hopi Star Correlations in the American Southwest,” as he explores the sky-ground relationship in the American Southwest and its astounding global significance.
The Hisatsinom, or the ancestral Hopi (formerly known as the Anasazi), used the Orion constellation as a template to determine the locations of their stone villages in northern Arizona. The Hopi god Masau’u, ruler of both the earth plane and the underworld, spiritually mandated this “terrestrial Orion” to closely mirror its celestial counterpart. Arizona Chemtrails
I first noticed a very strange silent misty rectangle in the sky. I had been looking for chemtrails in the sky and started taking photos of the numerous chemtrials that never existed a decade ago. I had never seen one like this! It was very broad, perhaps 300 feet across and had straight sharp rectangular edges. The length of it extended perhaps a thousand feet/ I used a Nikon Coolpix 16 megapixel compact digital camera with wide angle/zoom. The object faded after 20 minutes. Thanks to MUFON CMS
California Missile?
Vacaville – The UFO appeared with a sudden burst of energy so I grabbed my phone and started recording. I was on I-80 on February 14, 2017, and object was in the west. Object was hovering. The news claimed, “Navy Strategic Systems Programs conducted scheduled Trident II (D5) missile test flights at sea from an Ohio Class SSBN, in the Pacific Test Range off the coast of California,” This does not seem correct as the “missile” barley moved and the “tail” did not change orientation at all. Cocoa— On April 6, 2017, the objects appeared to be east of I-95 by 100 yards or so. The objects turned east for two minutes and then vanished all at the same point. There was one vehicle behind the others following but it stayed in the area an extra two minutes. It also vanished shortly after turning due east. Note there had been a Brush fire earlier at 5:00 PM and the objects could have been from that although they could stay aloft that long and be on fire. My husband, two young children and I were driving down the highway just before sunset on April 9, 2017 when I noticed a large, stationary object in the sky. It was oblong spherical in shape and it didn’t seem to move as we drove towards the city. It hovered there until the sun went down or I could not see it anymore. Las Vegas — Among all of the many experiences I have been having this one is significant. I believe that as soon as I saw the UFO and began videotaping it on April 18, 2017, the UFO began communicating with me telepathically. I felt it so strongly that I actually began talking to it out loud as well as mentally responding. So I began to think, “OK, if you are what I think you are come closer…” and it did. It came toward me and I instructed it not to scare me. So it reversed. We played that little game until I was convinced I was really having a real encounter.” My photos clearly showed a round disc shape. It was a dull almost textured looking color with letters or symbols, or possibly a door. The letters resembled the letter ‘B’ and an ‘H’ together. The craft was maneuvering every direction. My girlfriend took some pictures. Driving home I took pictures of the huge World Center on Alta Drive and saw the same disc I had seen the night before. My heart was pounding and I heard communication! The message was something like…”You definitely saw what you thought you saw last night!” They were confirming they were real and honestly, it kind of felt like they were having fun letting me know this. New Jersey Pulsating Object
Northvale— I came out of ShopRite and the sky was a perfect blue at 4:41 PM on March 8, 2017, I noticed two large twin engine jet air craft flying close to each other about the size of an airbus 300. They were both flying in close formation at 18,000 to 24,000 feet in altitude. Both jets gave off heavy contrails and you could clearly make out the shape of the jets and their wing shape and their engines. Pacing both jets and flying in a direct path due south was a lead plane followed by the object and then the second jet directly behind the object. The object appeared to be about a 1/4 of the size of the jets and gave off no contrail, which struck me as odd being they were all flying at the same speed same altitude and the same direction, The object and the trailing plane all appeared to be following the lead plane, when first spotted the object between the planes seemed to be like a light lead colored as it moved along with the planes it seemed to change to a bright light pulsating at uneven intervals, again no contrails from this object, it perfectly paced the jets and I watched the two jets and the object for four minutes 15 miles away flying south 15 miles west of NYC. The object was at least three times brighter than the jets when dim and 7 to 10 times brighter at its brightest point when pulsating. I observe this from directly below to watching it move off. Carmel— I was on the deck with my night vision NV-100 looking at stars and I saw this red-orange light moving east on April 18, 2917. No sound and it was pulsating red orange to white in color. and went backward toward the North you can see the stars behind it as it passed them it was moving kind of fast. Moonah, Tasmania — I’m an insomniac, I saw these lights in overcast sky and got a video with my Samsung s6 phone, The lights move like they were at each end of a stick. I said ok, now merge together, and the lights moved much closer together and flew to me. I was able to observe two teardrop shapes; one hovered above me while the other continued. I was arrested the next morning for abusing the traffic out front. I was furious that my fellow humans were so ignorant of a greater existence in the universe. I have ability to ‘lift the veil’ and reveal a multitude of huge and various craft, even a giant city floating in the clouds on a rocky base. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Scarborough — On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 while on work break I was outside with a co-worker and noticed a bright white object was moving west. Medellín — On April 8, 2017, in the middle of a thunderstorm I wanted to take a photograph of a lightning bolt in action. For that purpose I first used the camera of a Samsung J7 phone and I began to manually take a series of photographs and caught the image of a lightning, but found images that I could not explain. I took numerous photos with an iPad bursting program. I caught lightning, and found the object again in two photographs.

Hyderabad city — My name is Umesh and I’m located in the Southern region of India. What I’m going to describe briefly is that few weeks ago around 7 pm as i got out of my room on the 3rd floor, i saw a white cigar like object flying east, and it took about 5-7 seconds for the UFO to fly from west to east. it reversed direction and went backward to the west direction and vanished. Newton Abbott— I was out sky watching when I noticed a black object far off in the distance at 1:44 PM GMT on the 19th of April 2016. I zoomed in to the object with my Sony HX300 camera and could clearly see that the object was jet black with smoke in small bursts.
