Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Secret papers collected by the government will be declassified after 50 years – but only after the election.
The UFO sightings dossier will expose what the Government knows – and what it doesn’t.
Many who do not believe the official story on extra-terrestrial life have said they expect ‘Britain’s Roswell’ to be solved.
The Rendlesham Forest incident has been kept under lock and key by successive British governments since the 1980s.
UFO experts believe the documents will be from 1971-76, 1996-2000 and 2004.

They would have been collected by the Ministry of Defence, which used to have a specific desk dedicated to investigating extra-terrestrial life.
However, the desk was closed down in 2009 because it served ‘no defence purpose’.
The so-called X Files have been held back by the National Archives in 2013.
It was rumoured that there were 18 documents that were not allowed to be released.
The Government has pushed back the release date twice after it was initially scheduled for a release in March.

But the confusion in Theresa May’s leadership caused by Brexit apparently stopped the release.
A spokesman for the National Archives told German website Grenzwissenschaft-aktuell: ‘Due the upcoming election here in the UK and the rules relating to government departments during the pre-election period, the files will not be released until after the election.
‘We are working to ensure that the files are ready for release as soon after this period as is possible, hopefully around the middle of June.’
It is hoped the the dossier will explain the Rendlesham Incident.
But it’s not the Holy Grail for alien conspiracy theorists.
What is the Britain's Roswell?

The Rendlesham Forest incident is one of the most famous of British UFO theories and has yet to be cracked.
Strange lights were reported near RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge during a period of three nights. Between December 26-28 in 1980.
It was first exposed on voice recordings from senior American soldiers, who also drew disturbing pictures of the object they saw at the British forest.
‘While in Rendlesham Forest, our security team observed a light that looked like a large eye, red in colour, moving through the trees,’ Colonel Charles Halt said.
‘After a few minutes this object began dripping something that looked like molten metal.’
Another claimed to have telepathically ‘received’ a binary code, which has never been deciphered.
Some of the ‘marks’ left at the site have either been used as evidhttp://metro.co.uk/news/ence of UFOs or simply rabbit holes.
But it certainly has left an impact on the conspiracy theorist community.
‘Even today ufologists squabble over what really happened at Rendlesham Forest in late December 1980. Did an alien spaceship land here?’ Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said.
‘Were the US airmen who saw the UFO fooled by the light from a nearby lighthouse? Was it a smokescreen to hide a nuclear incident or some other type of covert operation? Or was it a hoax?’
Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, was cautious about what was truly on offer with the release of the new documents.
‘Getting the majority of the documents into the public domain was a slow process, which was mainly due to the efforts of Dr David Clarke, Prinicipal Research Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University,’ he told MailOnline.
‘I’m reliably informed that these remaining files contain duplicates of documents already made available to the public.
‘It seems very unlikely they will contain anything like the type of evidence UFO supporters yearn for, like crashed saucers or interviews with aliens.’
The National Archives told Metro.co.uk that they were a non-ministerial government department, and added that they had made the decision to publish the documents after the election because of ‘purdah’ rules and said there was ‘nothing more to it’.

In an email to MailOnline Nick Pope, who worked for the MoD investigating UFO sightings until 2009, said: 'There's no smoking gun in these files that will confirm the existence of aliens, but there are plenty of fascinating UFO reports and MoD policy documents, so these really are the real life X-Files.
'The delay has been a comedy of errors though, I think it's more bureaucracy than conspiracy.
'I understand the frustration of people who were expecting these files to be released by now.'

THE RENDLESHAM FOREST INCIDENT: BRITAIN’S ROSWELL
Strange lights were reported by servicemen in the forest near RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge.
The incident came to be known as 'Britain's Roswell' after the UFO sightings in New Mexico.
Soldiers investigated what the lights were, including Staff Sgt Jim Burroughs, Airman First Class Edward Cabansag and Airman First Class Larry Warren.
The disputed sightings, over three nights between December 26-28, occurred when Britain and the West were on high alert during the Cold War.
Retired US Air Force officer Steve Longero broke a 36 year silence, in December 2016, to reveal he also saw something in the night sky.
Mr Longero said the UFOs looked like red and green fluorescent lights hovering over treetops.

He also dismissed one theory that the lights had been caused by a lighthouse.
The incident became a topic of fascination in the UK after a group of servicemen went into Rendlesham Forest to investigate the mysterious lights and came out convinced they had seen seen an alien spacecraft.
The Suffolk sightings resurfaced claims from those living in Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947 when an unexpected crash was alleged to have been the remains of a spacecraft and alien bodies.
But this was rejected by the U.S. military following a close investigation into the wreckage.
The British Ministry of Defence has also dismissed the claims regarding Rendlesham.
It said there was no threat to national security and the UFOs were likely to be caused by a series of nocturnal lights.
Saarbrucken (Germany) – Since it became known in Autumn of 2014 that contrary to the claim that the British Ministry of Defence (MoD) has released all of its formerly secret UFO-files already back in 2013, still 18 files of the MoD’s former UFO-Bureau files were held back, UFO-researchers as well as historians look forward to the release of those files, that has been postponed repeatedly since then. As even the latest release date given – March 2017 – has passed, Grenzwissenschaft-Aktuell.de (GreWi), a German newsblog on frontier science and the paranormal, has asked back at the British National Archives and presents now again exclusively the latest explanation for the ongoing delay.

As a spokesperson of the National Archives explained to GreWi-editor Andreas Müller, the current delay is due to the Brexit-related United Kingdom general election which takes place on 8 June 2017.
“(…) Due the upcoming election here in the UK and the rules relating to government departments during the pre-election period, the files will not be released until after the election. We are working to ensure that the files are ready for release as soon after this period as is possible: hopefully around the middle of June.”
Part of the yet to be released UFO-documents are filed under the title “UFO-Policy” and date from 1971-76 and 1996-2000. Three other files cover June-December 2000, December–March 2004 and March 2004. Furthermore the MoD also confirmed that some files cover topics like “Air Traffic Controll Low Flying UFOs” as well as so-called “ADGE UFO Reports”, which experts assume that they are UFO related documents from the radar unity “Air Defence Ground Environment”.
Some observers even anticipate that parts of the files will include also new information about the so-called Rendlesham Forest Incident, when in December 1980 staff of the military RAF-bases Bentwaters and Woodbridge (used at the time by the U.S. Air Force) allegedly observed the landing of an unidentified flying object at close range.
Background
Contrary to its claim in 2013 that now all of its formerly classified UFO-files were released to the public via the National Archives, in 2014 the MoD had to confirm that 18 of such UFO-files were still held back. However, a publication of this files was initially announced for 2015 – but the date was delayed into early 2016, then to summer 2016 and then again into August. In August it was said that the release was again rescheduled and that the files would not be published before early 2017.
After a review in The New York Times, a book by a couple in Syracuse, U.F.O. Sightings Desk Reference: United States of America 2001-2015 has drawn attention to the phenomena of people seeing things in the sky they can’t immediately identify, a.k.a. unidentified flying objects. The book is a statistical analysis of reports made to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC). In 1966 I was 8 years old and at sleepaway summer camp at Surprise Lake. That night in our bunk, there was a light shining through the window. We figured a counselor must have set up a flood light. That night I dreamed two figures were standing over me looking down at me, one a typical grey with almond-shaped eyes. On the right, a round-headed, round-faced and round-eyed dude with a mouth stuck in the position like he was saying “Ooooh.” The grey inserted a probe into my forehead.
I pulled the covers over my head. I figured it was a dream. The next evening the counselors transformed an indoor basketball court into a “spacecraft.” A lot of kids were screaming in terror. In retrospect I realize that the whole encampment — 19 kids and five teenaged counselors — had been abducted by the light, and the counselors subconsciously reenacted the whole event.

I was about 15 and was walking with a friend on Manitou Road west of Route 9D at about midnight. We were walking with our backs to the highway and noticed the sky light up. We turned and saw an object in the sky, about 1,000 feet up and half a mile south of us. I saw a white, glowing disk that stood still and made no sound.
After a second or two, the disk moved closer and covered a half-mile almost instantly, stopping on a dime. After another second or two, it veered off to the east, in the area of South Mountain Pass. I have been encouraged by books like Night Siege to think that sightings in the Hudson Valley have not been unusual.

I was looking out the window of my elementary school classroom. Against the backdrop of the mountains on the other side of the river, I saw a bluish-grey metallic oval object. It zipped around at high speeds at various angles, then would pause and shoot off. I watched for at least 15 minutes, I remember looking at the school clock, as I was starting to get bored watching it (hey, I was a kid).
When I’d finally made up my mind to tell someone about this, it was gone. I can’t possibly have been the only one who saw this, yet I have never heard of anyone else who admits to having seen anything unusual.

I was watching The Tonight Show when the cat jumped up to the corner of the window and pushed the drape aside. Curious, I looked out and saw what looked like a 747 going very slow. As I stepped outside to the front of my house at 6 p.m. I saw what I thought was the radio tower of Mount Beacon. It started to move slightly, and I thought it was a helicopter. I tried to look through binoculars on a steady point and the object kept on moving around and I am unable to get a clear look. This is going on as I type this.

I was walking my dog at about 10:30 p.m. and noticed a bright light in the northeastern sky. It was too bright to be a plane and there was no sound. This was a bright light resembling a bright star and it was moving in a curving direction. I watched it for about one minute and it disappeared.

I was driving on the Newburgh-Beacon bridge toward Beacon about 10:10 p.m. when I noticed a strange object. What caught my eye were the lights; they were positioned differently than on a plane. As I approached the toll booth I noticed that it was in the same place it had been while I was on the bridge, hovering in place.
Once I got through the toll, I went to turn around so I could try to get a video on my phone, but by then it had vanished. It was triangular, and not much bigger than a small passenger plane.

I didn’t want to be the first person to talk about this sighting so I’ve been scanning the internet for two months hoping someone would post about it. This kind of thing makes you doubt your sanity. About 3 p.m. I was driving east on I-84 when I saw something strange. It almost looked like a derby hat hanging in the sky (I know it’s goofy but that’s what it reminded me of). I could see the bulge in the middle and then what sort of looked like a brim sticking out at the sides.
I was doing 75 mph and it quickly passed in and out of my field of vision because of mountains and hills that the road cuts through. I came around that bend and there in the sky right above the highway was a massive object. As I went underneath, it looked almost diamond shaped and a matte gray. After I passed, I looked in my mirror but it was gone. This all transpired in about 30 seconds. People in other cars around me were also looking up.
When I got to the tollbooth, I asked the collector if she had seen it. Beaming, she said, “I finally saw one.” The weirdest thing, it looked aquatic, almost like a manta ray and had two black circles underneath that looked empty, like holes. It was completely still and silent, and freaked me out. I wondered if it wasn’t a military craft, but the woman at the booth seemed positive it was a UFO. I tried to snap a picture but all I got was the roofline of my car.

Spotted a reddish orange light over Newburgh as I was driving down my street about 7 p.m. It was somewhat stationary and glowed with a slight pulse. It was quite high up. I had watched it for two minutes or so when the red glow faded from a round shape to a triangle with three sections, like looking at an airplane prop. It changed to dull orange like a highway flare glow, then went out. Maybe it was a balloon with a flare attached, of a parachute flare, but I never seen one this high in the sky and I am familiar with flares.

About 10:45 p.m., I couldn’t make out the shape of the aircraft but the lights were in a cross shape, red and white light and some were blinking. It was flying east to west, about five or six lights on the front and two or three on the back. No noise whatsoever. I have been living in Beacon for four months now and have never seen anything fly that low.

After the fireworks at about 10:30 p.m., while in the municipal parking lot, we noticed an orange glowing object moving north slowly over West Point. At one point it remained stationary. Several times it emitted smaller glowing lights from its rear and bottom that appeared to fall and disappear. The object disappeared and reappeared several times over 8 to 10 minutes.

At about 2:10 p.m., I was taking photos for landscaping paintings. When I was looking through my photos that evening, there was an object I didn’t recognize. It didn’t appear to be a bird. Many professional photographers said I should submit the photo to UFO experts.

I was walking into my kitchen at about 11:45 p.m. and noticed an unusually bright white light over Mount Beacon. A series of smaller multi-color lights (red, blue and orange) began moving around the white light. This went on for over an hour, with the lights growing much larger, moving, dancing, and finally disappearing. There’s definitely something happening there.

A spiky, tank-like dinosaur discovered in a Canadian mine is so well-preserved, it looks as if the fossilized creature were frozen in time for 110 million years.
When the dinosaur died, Alberta was as warm as South Carolina is today, and sat on the coast of a shallow inland seaway that stretched from the Gulf of Mexico to the Arctic Ocean. It's unclear if the dinosaur drowned in the seaway or died on land and then got swept out to sea, Brown said. Either way, the carcass would have undergone a phenomenon called "bloat and float" as the body decomposed and filled with gases. [Read more about the spiky tank.]

Inside a 5-million-year-old sinkhole in Tennessee, at a spot dubbed Gray Fossil Site, scientists have unearthed the fossilized remains of an ancient "winged serpent" among hundreds of other snake bones.

Over the weekend, the so-called "alien megastructure" star or Tabby's Star resumed its unusual behavior. Astronomers hope that new data from this recent dips in light would help explain this bizarre phenomenon.
A SERIES OF EXCITED TWEETS
When astronomers turn to Twitter to ask everyone who has access to a big enough telescope to look at the sky, you know something is up. Indeed, something was up this past weekend, as one of the Universe’s most mysterious stars reignited some baffling behavior. Tabby’s Star, also known as KIC 8462852, once again started the unusual pattern of dimming its lights, a behavior first observed in 2015.
“As far as I can tell, every telescope that can look at it right now is looking at it right now,” Tennessee State University astronomer Matt Muterspaugh told Loren Grush at The Verge. Mutterspaugh, like fellow astronomer Jason Wright from Penn State University, noticed the dip in KIC 8462852’s light emissions this past weekend.
“[W]e are officially on alert and we are asking astronomers on telescopes … to please take spectra (light measurements) of the star,” Wright told CNet. As early as Friday, he already observed that Tabby’s Star had dimmed by three percent in just a couple of days.
Discovered in 2009, KIC 8462852 came to be known as Tabby’s Star because a team of astronomers, led by Tabetha Boyajian from Yale University, noticed the unusual way its light dims. It’s not uncommon for a stars’ light to dim when planets orbiting around it pass in front of it relative to Earth. Tabby’s Star, however, didn’t follow the usual pattern of such dips in light, suggesting no periodic orbiting of planets or other cosmic bodies.
STILL PROBABLY NOT ALIENS
Naturally, such a phenomenon tugged on the curiosity of astronomers, and a number of possible explanations have been suggested. The most common, and perhaps popular among these — you guessed it — is that something alien is the cause. One astronomer thinks that a Dyson Sphere is causing the strange dips, thereby nicknaming Tabby’s Star as the “alien megastructure” star.
However, as much as we’d (maybe) love to find aliens at the root of this strange obvservation, other astronomers have found, and are developing, other explanations. “Aliens should always be the very last hypothesis you consider,” Wright told The Atlantic back then. Though, it doesn’t hurt to be on the lookout.
Some think that comet swarms, debris from a devoured planet, or possibly even space dust floating around the star are causing the unusual light emissions. Still, others suggest that it could all just be flawed data, which is why nothing conclusive has been said yet about Tabby’s Star. Simply, there wasn’t enough data from two years ago to say anything definitively.

“We were kind of stuck in a spot where we couldn’t do anything,” Boyajian told The Verge. “We had all the data we could, and to learn anything more, we needed to catch it in action again.”
Now, there is now a lot more data to use, but it would take time for researchers to fully consider what the information could tell us about Tabby’s Star. It’s also possible that the new data won’t result in anything definitive, but it’s worth a shot. Some data is better than no data at all. At the very least, it’ll help us to better understand curiosities in the cosmos like KIC 8462852.
In case you haven’t yet figured it out on your own, the word “Brexit” is a portmanteau of “Britain” and “exit” and refers to Britain exiting the European Union. The upcoming so-called Brexit Election on June 8 is seen as British Prime Minister Theresa May’s way of giving her the authority she needs to make it happen. But, for many people both in the UK and the rest of the world, it means something else.

We are working to ensure that the files are ready for release as soon after this period as is possible: hopefully around the middle of June.
“The files” referred to in that statement from a spokesperson of the National Archives to the German newsletter Grenzwissenschaft-Aktuell.de (GreWi) are eighteen confidential UK government reports on UFO sightings – popularly called “British X-Files” – whose release has been repeatedly delayed since 2014 when it was learned that they were mysteriously not included in the British Ministry of Defence (MoD) release in 2013 of formerly secret UFO files. Why?

The release of the UFO files has been scheduled and rescinded a number of times – most recently in March 2017 – with the general explanation that they contain sensitive information which exempts them from normal British Freedom of Information Act rules. As a result, they’ve been sent back to the MoD for re-examination and redaction. Now the latest scheduled release in June 2017 has been withdrawn, allegedly due to the Brexit election. What do these files have to do with Britain exiting the EU?
Good question. The MoD has confirmed that the withheld files, dating back to the early 1970s, have to do with UFO sightings or detections by air traffic controllers and by the Air Defence Ground Environment (ADGE) which is part of NATO. That sounds like a military concern that could be tied to the EU due to security issues, even though the files in question are generally from before 2004.
Brexit wouldn’t seem to have anything to do with the 1980 Rendlesham Forest Incident, which a number of experts believe the 18 files contain information on … unless that information includes proof of the existence of extraterrestrials. In that case, Theresa May would definitely want to be the world leader who breaks the news. Then again, she’s been prime minister for almost a year. Why is she waiting?
Aliens or not, will the files finally be released after the Brexit election on June 8 or will another excuse be found to keep Britain and the world in the dark about the missing British X-files? We only have a few more weeks to wait.
In 2003, the South American country of Chile was hit by a spate of reports of traumatic and terrifying encounters with flying monsters. One particularly fantastic incident occurred on the night of July 23. That was when three boys, Jonathan, Diego, and Carlos were having a sleepover at Diego’s grandfather’s house, which was situated near San Pedro de Atacama. They were woken from their sleep by the sound of scratching against the outside of the door to the yard. Tentatively, the brave trio got out of their beds and tiptoed to the door, carefully and quietly opened it, and peered into the darkness.
To their eternal horror, they were confronted by a horrific-looking beast standing at a distance of around fifty feet and staring directly at them. It was humanoid in shape, beaked, and around five feet in height. It had large bat-style wings that extended to a combined length of around eleven feet, and talons instead of toes. And its head was crested. As for its color, it was black and shiny, almost wet-like. It wasn’t a local.
It’s interesting – and probably not coincidental – to note that a few days earlier a man by the name of Juan Acuqa contacted police to tell them of his trauma-filled, late night encounter with a pair of strange animals in the Chilean town of Parral. “They were both dog-faced and had wings,” Acuqa told the responding officers. And it wasn’t just a sighting that Acuqa had: as he walked home, the monsters attacked him out of the sky and out of the blue, something which forced Acuqa to leap into a nearby canal to try and shake them off. Fortunately, it worked; although, he was briefly hospitalized for gashes inflicted by the flying, nightmarish things.
Around a month or so later, what were very possibly the same two creatures – along with another pair – were seen by the entire Abbett family, as they drove through Chile’s Pampa Acha region. Such was the sheer weirdness of the appearance of the flying things, the family could only describe them as “dog-faced kangaroos” and as “gargoyles.” Thankfully, the family was not attacked and the creatures swept by, above the road, with barely a glance in their direction. It was, to be sure, a most lucky escape.
It should also be noted that when the details of the 2003 wave in Chile became publicly known, more than a few investigators of strange creatures and paranormal activity suggested that Puerto Rico’s infamous Chupacabra was clearly on the move and had made its way to Chile. It’s not an unreasonable thing to muse upon. After all, some of the initial reports of the Chupacabra – and particularly those seen in the island’s massive El Yunque rainforest – described seeing animals that had monkey-like bodies, that hopped like kangaroos, and which had large, leathery wings.
Of course, no-one was able to offer a viable explanation for how the Chupacabra had made it from Puerto Rico to Chile. The fact remains, however, that the Chilean monsters and those of Puerto Rico were astonishingly similar in appearance.

Nulpuntsenergie
In 1998 ontdekten astronomen dat ons heelal steeds sneller uitdijt, wat erop wijst dat de ruimte niet leeg is en in plaats daarvan gevuld is met donkere energie die materie wegduwt.
De beste kandidaat voor donkere energie is vacuümenergie (nulpuntsenergie), omdat die de energie van de lege ruimte beschrijft.
Volgens de kwantummechanica bestaat zelfs in het absolute vacuüm altijd een kans op het spontaan verschijnen van deeltjes en antideeltjes.
Weggelaten
Als natuurkundigen de kwantummechanica toepassen op vacuümenergie, voorspelt deze theorie dat er een ongelooflijke hoeveelheid vacuümenergie bestaat, veel meer nog dan de totale energie van alle deeltjes in het heelal.
Op basis van Einsteins relativiteitstheorie hebben natuurkundigen berekend dat het universum hierdoor zou exploderen. Dat gebeurt echter niet; het universum dijt langzaam uit.
Wang en zijn collega’s hebben echter ontdekt dat in eerdere berekeningen belangrijke informatie over vacuümenergie is weggelaten.
Compleet ander beeld
Hun berekeningen schetsen een compleet ander beeld van het universum. De ruimte waarin we leven blijkt volgens het team wild te fluctueren.
Het heelal dijt uit en trekt tegelijkertijd samen. Deze twee effecten heffen elkaar bijna op. Het netto-effect is dat het universum steeds sneller uitdijt.
Maar als ruimte en tijd fluctueren, waarom kunnen we dat niet voelen?

Eén van de meest mysterieuze verdwijningen ooit is die van de Amerikaanse piloot William Schaffner die in september 1970 een UFO achtervolgde boven de Noordzee.
Drie weken later wordt zijn vliegtuig gevonden op de bodem van de zee en enkele maanden later geborgen, bijna volledig intact, met de kap gesloten, maar geen spoor van Captain Schaffner.
Niet alleen vandaag de dag gebeuren er allerlei dingen die door overheden verborgen worden gehouden voor het publiek. Ze doen het al heel lang en voor hen is het eigenlijk de gewoonste zaak van de wereld om de gewone burger met een kluitje in het riet te sturen.
Schaffner was piloot bij de Amerikaanse luchtmacht en gestationeerd op de basis Binbrook in het Engelse Lincolshire. Hij was op 8 september 1970 stand-by toen er plotseling een vreemd object op de radar werd gesignaleerd.
In grote haast vertrok Schaffner rond tien uur ’s avonds met zijn toestel, een Ligthing XS894.
Zijn roepnaam (call sign) voor deze vlucht was Foxtrot 94. Het toestel was bewapend met twee luchtdoelraketten en Schaffner vloog parallel aan de kust, terwijl men hem volgde op het radarscherm.
Op een gegeven moment komt Schaffner in de buurt van het object en meldt dat het draait en recht op hem af komt, waardoor hij wat ontwijkende manoeuvres moet maken. Dan opeens wordt het stil.
Niets meer, het is een compleet mysterie wat er met het toestel en Captain Schaffner is gebeurd.
Drie weken later wordt het vliegtuig gevonden op de bodem van de Noordzee en dan duurt het nog enkele maanden voordat het wrak wordt geborgen. En dan volgt er een enorme verassing.
Want, wanneer het toestel boven water komt, blijkt het vrijwel volledig intact, is de kap gesloten en ontbreekt Captain Schaffner.
De verdwijning van Schaffner vond plaats in een periode dat er erg veel UFO waarnemingen waren aan vooral de Engelse oostkust. In de jaren 1970-71 was het gebied voor de kust van Lincolnshire een zogenaamde UFO hotspot, voornamelijk geconcentreerd rond de stad Cleethorpes.
Nooit is er een spoor gevonden van William Schaffner, die 29 jaar oud was toen hij verdween.
Later zijn er talloze pogingen gedaan om dit incident weg te poetsen, zoals de piloot zou een fout hebben gemaakt, afgeleid zijn geweest en had daardoor te laag gevlogen.
Er is geen enkele steekhoudende verklaring gekomen voor wat die UFO nu eigenlijk was, terwijl het een feit is dat deze door meerdere radarstations werd waargenomen. Dit was tenslotte ook de reden dat Schaffner op pad werd gestuurd.
Zelfs ver weg werd dit object waargenomen zoals op de Thule Air Base in Groenland en door de Amerikaanse radarbasis in het Cheyenne Mountain Complex.
Feit is dat er op diverse radarstations een onbekend object werd waargenomen, waardoor Schaffner op onderzoek uit ging. Ook uit de conversatie tussen Foxtrot 98 en Flight Control blijkt dat er een onbekend object is wat op het toestel af komt, waarna deze vervolgens compleet verdwijnt.
En dan misschien het meest mysterieuze van alles is de gesloten kap, iets waarvoor men tot op de dag van vandaag zelfs niet geprobeerd heeft een verklaring voor te vinden.

The ancient Israelites made the Ark of the Covenant according to the design and command of God, and it was a sacred chest that was said to protect the Ten Commandments that were written on two stone tablets along with texts from the Hebrew Bible, a pot of manna and Aaron’s rod.

The Book of Exodus says that the Tables of the Law contain the Ten Commandments that God gave to Moses upon Mount Sinai and the date is said to be 1440 BC. The Bible is known for the numerous lessons it holds and one the saying “Look but do not touch.”
An Israelite with the name of Uzzah defied this, and he touched the Ark of the Covenant and was said to have been struck down by God. However, in 1933, a professor of engineering said that the cause of death would have due to a lightning bolt of 10,000 volts of electricity. The Ark is said to have played a valuable role in the salvation of man on Earth that has continued until today.
There have been two spellings associated, these are Ark and Arc, Ark was typically associated with Noah’s Ark, it has been suggested that Noah did not make an escape along with his family and two of every animal species on a boat; rather he made an escape through the Arc of the Covenant in the Great Pyramid. There had been a flood previously in which a boat had been made, so some say that the story about Noah’s Ark was partly fabricated so as to hide the Arcs, true meaning. However, the story was said to have been based on truths to help the people who were being deceived to believe it.
The first book of Samuel, Chapter 3: 3 gives, even more, proof about the functions of the Ark when it was said that the Ark had spoken directly to Samuel. It was said that the lamp of God had gone out in the Lords temple, which was where the Ark of God was located and in which Samuel was sleeping. The Lord called to Samuel, and he answered and ran into Eli and said that he had come because he was called and he had not lain down again. This occurred twice and eventually, Eli realized that it was the Lord that was talking to Samuel through the Ark and he told this to Samuel and on the fourth time Samuel had a conversation with the Lord through the contrivance.
There were only Eli and Samuel in the house at the time and so it was proof that it was the Ark of the Covenant that had spoken to Samuel.
SOME SAY ARK IS AN ALIEN INVENTION
It was said that this gave fuel to the argument that the Ark, was an alien invention, an unseemly tool for the all-powerful and true God of the Universe. The great one would not need technological devices such as a weapon of destruction, three-in-one communication device or a religious receptacle.
The Ark of the Covenant was said to have all of these uses, at all times of communication with God along with times of battles that were great, the Ark had been present. Legends, a tradition in North Africa and common knowledge, along with regions of the Middle East have said that the tables have supernatural powers. It was around legends such as these that included the obsession by the Nazis with relics and the occult, which led to one of the most famous missions of fabled treasure hunter Indiana Jones.
Following the destruction of the Solomon Temple in Jerusalem, the Ark of the Covenant disappeared, and no one knows where it went as it was said to have disappeared without a trace. Assuming that the Ark of the Covenant managed to survive the temple`s destruction, the whereabouts of it have remained a mystery to this day.

Even so, around 45 million Orthodox Christian Ethiopians will swear that the Ark of the Covenant had been taken to Aksum in northern Ethiopia around 3000 years ago. Many believe that the Ark has been guarded there by monks and that it is lying in a small humble church by the name of Saint Mary of Zion.
Ethiopian legend suggests that Queen Sheba made a promise to King Solomon not to take away anything from his home but when he went to bed and placed a bowl of water close to the chamber of Queen Sheba, she was thirsty and drank from it. The king then said that she had broken the oath. Still, they went on to have a son with the name of Ibn-al-Malik, who went on to become the founder of the Ethiopian Solomonic Dynasty.

When he was twenty-two, he went to Jerusalem with Azariah, the son of the high priest, and he said that before he went he had a dream that he should take the Ark of Covenant with him. Azariah was said to have stolen the Ark of the Covenant and put a copy in place of it. However, it was found out, and King Solomon along with his army followed them. It was also said that Moses had stolen the Ark from Egypt and the Pharoah did everything possible to get it back.
Theorists have claimed that the Ark of the Covenant is a complex system of the production of energy, the energy that may be used as a weapon along with it being a way of telecommunication. The power is said to come from reading the instructions related to the assembly of the tabernacle, where the ark had been guarded, and the rules for accessing it are inside so as to protect human lives.
Finding the Ark of the Covenant has been the ultimate goal of archaeologists and adventurers and Steven Spielberg brought it onto the big screens in Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. Up to now, no one knows where the Ark is, or those who do know are not saying.

Reports have suggested that there is evidence building up that life on Earth may have begun on Mars. Steven Benner from the Westheimer Institute for Science and Technology thinks that life may have arrived on Earth onboard a meteorite. But just what might have brought this odd conclusion to light?
Scientists had found an oxidized type of molybdenum, an element which might have been a crucial factor in the origin of life on Earth, which was most likely on the surface of the Red planet a long time ago when it was on Earth.
EARLY EARTH DID NOT HAVE MUCH OXYGEN, BUT MARS DID
Benner said that it is when the molybdenum becomes highly oxidized that it can then have an influence on how early life is formed. The type of molybdenum might have been around on Earth when life began as three billion years ago the surface of the Earth did not have much oxygen, while Mars did. This is another piece of evidence that seems to make it likely that life actually began on Mars and arrived on Earth thanks to a Martian meteorite, instead of life actually having started on Earth.
Organic compounds are said to be the building blocks of life, however, to turn the molecules into a substance like tar they need energy. This is when the oxidized molybdenum comes in, and Boron would be able to accomplish that.
Benner went on to say that recent analysis of a meteorite from Mars revealed that there was Boron on Mars and scientists believe that molybdenum in oxidized form was also there too.
EARLY EARTH WAS MOST LIKELY COVERED WITH WATER
There is another factor that seems to support the theory, and this is that early on Earth was most likely covered completely with water, while on ancient Mars there were many dry regions. The liquid on Earth would, therefore, have made it extremely difficult for boron to have formed in concentrations that would have been high enough when life was evolving at first. Water also causes corrosion to RNA, and this was thought to be the first genetic molecule.
Benner concluded that it was lucky that life did end up on Earth as it has been better than Mars for being able to sustain life. He said that if hypothetical ancestors had stayed on Mars, we might not have survived to tell the story.

Many who do not believe the official story on extra-terrestrial life have said they expect ‘Britain’s Roswell’ to be solved.
The Rendlesham Forest incident has been kept under lock and key by successive British governments since the 1980s.
UFO experts believe the documents will be from 1971-76, 1996-2000 and 2004.

They would have been collected by the Ministry of Defence, which used to have a specific desk dedicated to investigating extra-terrestrial life.
However, the desk was closed down in 2009 because it served ‘no defence purpose’.
The so-called X Files have been held back by the National Archives in 2013.
It was rumoured that there were 18 documents that were not allowed to be released.
The Government has pushed back the release date twice after it was initially scheduled for a release in March.

But the confusion in Theresa May’s leadership caused by Brexit apparently stopped the release.
A spokesman for the National Archives told German website Grenzwissenschaft-aktuell: ‘Due the upcoming election here in the UK and the rules relating to government departments during the pre-election period, the files will not be released until after the election.
‘We are working to ensure that the files are ready for release as soon after this period as is possible, hopefully around the middle of June.’
It is hoped the the dossier will explain the Rendlesham Incident.
But it’s not the Holy Grail for alien conspiracy theorists.

The Rendlesham Forest incident is one of the most famous of British UFO theories and has yet to be cracked.
Strange lights were reported near RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge during a period of three nights. Between December 26-28 in 1980.
It was first exposed on voice recordings from senior American soldiers, who also drew disturbing pictures of the object they saw at the British forest.
‘While in Rendlesham Forest, our security team observed a light that looked like a large eye, red in colour, moving through the trees,’ Colonel Charles Halt said.
‘After a few minutes this object began dripping something that looked like molten metal.’
Another claimed to have telepathically ‘received’ a binary code, which has never been deciphered.
Some of the ‘marks’ left at the site have either been used as evidence of UFOs or simply rabbit holes.
But it certainly has left an impact on the conspiracy theorist community.
‘Even today ufologists squabble over what really happened at Rendlesham Forest in late December 1980. Did an alien spaceship land here?’ Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said.
‘Were the US airmen who saw the UFO fooled by the light from a nearby lighthouse? Was it a smokescreen to hide a nuclear incident or some other type of covert operation? Or was it a hoax?’
Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, was cautious about what was truly on offer with the release of the new documents.
‘Getting the majority of the documents into the public domain was a slow process, which was mainly due to the efforts of Dr David Clarke, Prinicipal Research Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University,’ he told MailOnline.
‘I’m reliably informed that these remaining files contain duplicates of documents already made available to the public.
‘It seems very unlikely they will contain anything like the type of evidence UFO supporters yearn for, like crashed saucers or interviews with aliens.’
The National Archives told Metro.co.uk that they were a non-ministerial government department, and added that they had made the decision to publish the documents after the election because of ‘purdah’ rules and said there was ‘nothing more to it’.
Space experts believe we could be living a massive lie in a vast Matrix-esque virtual world dreamed up by advanced artificial intelligence.
Supporters of the seemingly madcap theory include SpaceX boss Elon Musk, celebrity astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, and theoretical physicist Brian Greene.
Telsa cars founder Mr Musk, who wants to put humans on Mars, appears to be the theory's most avid supporter that humankind lives in a simulation.
He said the chance of mankind NOT living in a simulation is “one in billions”.
If true, it would mean everything we experience is just lines of code in an advanced programme – in the same way virtual worlds created in computer games are just projections of data.

Musk argues technology is advancing so quickly it will only be a matter of time before we are capable of conjuring hyper-real virtual worlds and someone before us could have got there first unbeknown to humans.
There are other top minds supporting the theory.
Scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson said he thinks the likelihood is “may be very high” our lives are just a computer simulation.
He said: "I’m saying, the day we learn that it is true, I will be the only one in the room saying, ‘I’m not surprised.’”
He said humanity “would be drooling, blithering idiots” in the presence of a potential higher being controlling the supposed simulation.
He even claims we should look out for “glitches” in the world which could be proof of a simulated reality.
Rich Terrile, a scientist at NASA, is also interested in the theory.
He said technology is increasing so fast that “very quickly we will be a society where there are artificial entities living in simulations that are much more abundant than human beings".
He said: “If in the future there are more digital people living in simulated environments than there are today, then what is to say we are not part of that already?
"If we are not living in a simulation, it is an extraordinarily unlikely circumstance” and suggested it could have been created by our 'future selves'."
Theoretical physicist Briane Greene says the idea sounds “nutty”, but said is also “mind boggling” could even be true.
He said it was “easy” to conceive of beings being able to "create an electronic world and thus there would be so many more simulated universes than real ones."
But, Havarad scientists Lisa Randall said the theory was mere speculation with “no real evidence”.
And, Max Tegmark, a professor of physics at MIT, questioned whether it was “logically possible” to prove we are living in a simulation.

CIA officers mysteriously turned up after the infamous Rendlesham UFO sighting, and afterwards three key witnesses were never the same again, it has sensationally been claimed.

Colonel Charles Halt, a fourth witness to the mysterious event, made the shock statement as he returned to the site near Woodbridge in Suffolk nearly 37 years on.
The Rendlesham legend has been dubbed Britain's Roswell - after the mystery UFO crash which was said to have happened outside the town in New Mexico, USA, in July 1947.
The UK alien sighting n the Suffolk forest is said to involve three USAF officers based at RAF Bentwaters who claimed a "triangular shaped craft" landed in neighbouring woods in the early hours of December 26 1980.
The three airmen - John Burroughs, Bud Steffens, and James Penniston - who first saw the lights and then a UFO "on the floor" could not account for a 40 minute period while searching in the woods when their communication systems went "off air", it is claimed.
The three later told of feeling "static" as they observed the object's flashing lights and hieroglyphic-like markings.
Mr Halt became involved on the evening of December 27 1980 after officers had shouted: "It's back, the UFO's back."

The mysterious sighting was later explained away by the MoD as light beams from nearby Orford Ness lighthouse, but believers claim this is a ludicrous explanation.
Mr Halt, who as deputy commander of the Bentwaters and nearby Woodbridge bases is one of the US's former most senior military men to go public on UFOs, told the East Anglian Daily Times: “Whatever we saw was under intelligent control.
“The story has become muddied over the years."
He revealed that after the first night of sightings, officials from the US CIA were sent over and suggested they may have interfered with the three airmen.
He added: "I still don’t know why the CIA turned up here after the first night – and what was done to the three airmen, who have never been the same.”
In 2015, Mr Burroughs won compensation for illnesses he blamed on exposure to radiation from the event.

He went to investigate with a team who found three 1.5inch "impact holes," damage to the canopies of trees and "higher radiation levels" in the "landing" area.
A plaster cast was later taken of one of the holes, but mysteriously disappeared from a box it was stored in.
He said soon after they saw a mysterious object in a field between the woods and a farmhouse with "a red light moving".
He said: "It came towards us into the forest, moving, bobbing up and down in the trees. It was oval, about 100 to 150 yards away, with a dark centre and red around it."

He claimed there were "sparks" coming from it and after a minute it "exploded and disappeared".
They then spotted objects in the sky, 3,000 to 4,000ft up.
One was "elliptical", but became a "full circle".
Also on the visit was Gary Baker, a radar operator at RAF Neatishead from 1978-1980.
Mr Baker, from Ipswich, returned from leave at the end of 1980 and got caught up in the aftermath of Rendlesham.
He says there was an attempt at a cover up, and was told “this never happened” by RAF officers.
He also claims that radar tapes and bridge logs from the night mysteriously vanished.
He said: "Whatever the radar picked up, it wasn’t a subject of interest for interceptor aircraft because it didn’t come from the east – this was the height of the Cold War.
“It would have been sensible to quash any evidence. If something had happened, and it wasn’t picked up, it would have showed we weren’t capable of dealing with something from ‘above’.
“Later, I read the MoD said the radar had been switched off at the time, which is a load of rubbish.
“I’m no UFO nut, but something extraordinary happened here – outside the parameters of manned aircraft.”
Rendlesham remains one of the world's most perplexing unsolved UFO cases.
Investigators hope 18 confidential files set for release by the MoD will be able to shed more light on the case.
Asked how many were investigated, the force said: “Based on the graded response/log none of the calls were investigated”.
No other details were available but the Midlands has been a hotbed of potential UFO sightings over the years.
In January 2015, the Birmingham UFO Group spoke to a mum from Selly Oak who recalled rushing into her three-year-old son’s bedroom to find him screaming: “Spaceman” repeatedly.

Later, when shown a picture of a classic image of an alien with grey skin, a bulbous head and large eyes – known by researchers as a Grey – her son immediately repeated the same word and began crying.
In the Black Country , numerous sightings of a triangle-shaped UFO have been reported over Dudley.
Its most recent appearance was in Quarry Bank in 2011, when a man smoking in his garden saw a mysterious object with flashing lights - which was then chased away by another strange craft.
In Tipton in 2010, two young men saw an “amazing fast-moving and silent craft in the shape of a triangle fly across the sky at a mind-boggling speed.”
And in April, 2009, builders at West Midland Safari Park were stunned to see a UFO floating above them.
Market trader Michele Bardsley filmed mysterious lights over her home in Kingshurst, Solihull in May 2014.
She said the lights were “just hanging there” as she watched from the back door while having a cigarette break from decorating upstairs.
She filmed the lights on her phone and, when the footage was shown on her big TV screen, she could see much more activity among the cluster of UFOs, as some appeared, disappeared and suddenly zoomed.
In 2012 an off-duty police officer claimed he witnessed a UFO speeding across the sky near Birmingham Airport.
And in 2010, two fighter jets were filmed whizzing over the M5 in the West Midlands, apparently in pursuit of a UFO.
The term UFO was officially coined by the American air force in 1953.

A dossier of secret government files believed to contain evidence of UFO sightings and cover-ups, which has been kept secret for almost 50 years, is set to be released after June’s general election.
According to German paranormal news website Grenzwissenschaft-aktuell, the documents will reveal sightings of UFOs over almost five decades, from the 1970s, and be published by the National Archives.
Alien hunters hope the files will show a number of high-profile incidents have been covered up, including an alleged UFO sighting in Rendlesham Forest in 1980, dubbed ‘Britain’s Roswell.’
A number of servicemen reported seeing lights in the forest near RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge. The disputed sightings, which are said to have lasted for three nights in December of that year, occurred when Britain was on high alert during the Cold War.
At the time, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) said the event posed no threat to national security, and it was therefore not investigated.
The secret papers were meant to be released in 2013, but 18 documents were withheld.
The latest publication date was set for March this year, but that date passed with no information given.
A spokesperson for the National Archives told Grenzwissenschaft-aktuell: “Due to the upcoming election here in the UK and the rules relating to the government departments during the pre-election period, the files will not be released until after the election.”
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Nick Pope, who worked for the MoD investigating UFO sightings until 2009, said: “There’s no smoking gun in these files that will confirm the existence of aliens, but there are plenty of fascinating UFO reports and MoD policy documents, so these really are the real-life X-Files.
“The delay has been a comedy of errors though, I think it’s more bureaucracy than conspiracy.”

UFO's have been spotted on 16 occasions across the Midlands in the last four years, new police findings show.
The ‘Dudley Dorito’, the nickname given to the bright lights spotted in the sky
West Midlands Police received 12 reports of UFO sightings between 2013 and 2016.
Meanwhile West Mercia Police received four reports across Shropshire in the same time frame.
The figures have been revealed following Freedom Of Information requests to both police forces.
It comes as two high-profile UFO sightings have occurred across the region in the last three decades.
Shropshire's most notorious 'X-File' incident took place at RAF Cosford in 1993 where an MoD police patrol saw bright lights in the sky. The sighting - dubbed the Cosford Incident - took place on March 31, at 1.15am. Dozens of triangular shaped UFOs were spotted moving at speed in the sky across western Britain at around the time.
In the Black Country, numerous sightings of a triangle-shaped UFO have been spotted over Dudley since the start of the millennium. The numerous reports of the bright lights have gave way to the nickname the 'Dudley Dorito'.
A break-down of the stats from West Midlands Police show the most UFO reports came from Birmingham, with three being made since 2013.
There were two reports in Dudley and Sandwell, and one report from Wolverhampton and Walsall.
Police revealed some of the sightings were described as 'lights', 'objects' and 'objects with lights'. But none were investigated by police officers.
In Shropshire, West Merica Police revealed four UFO sightings took place across the rural county since 2013.
An 'object with lights and flames' was seen flying the low before landing in a tree in Donnington, Telford, on November 11, 2013. The sighting took place in the early hours and was reported at 3.47am.
Around 10 months later, an object was seen 'moving erratically in the sky' over Bridgnorth. It had lights and was doing '90 degree turns'. Police received the report on September 25, 2014, at 4.23am. Police closed the log into the incident pending further enquiries.
A 'UFO' with 'lots of lights and loud screaming' was seen around 30 to 40 feet from the ground in Mickleton, Gloucestershire. The incident was reported to West Merica Police on February 25, 2016 at 19.32pm, but officers passed it onto Gloucestershire Police.
The most recent UFO sighting reported to police in Shropshire took place in Shrewsbury. Strangle lights were reported on March 7, 2016, at 1.17am. But the sighting was established as a helicopter and no police deployment was made.
The term UFO was officially coined by the American air force in 1953 and has since become widespread.
Allied pilots described such sightings as 'foo fighters' during the Second World War.
Staffordshire Police said it was unable to respond to an FOI request regarding UFOs because it would be too costly to investigate.
The Dulce Underground Base: How Deep Does This Rabbit Hole Go?
We’ve all heard rumors of secret government underground facilities such as Area 51 or Cheyenne Mountain, but how many of these facilities could there be, and what is taking place at these bases that is so secretive?
Approximately 83 miles (or 134 KM) north-northwest of downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, exists a top secret U.S. military installation dubbed by pop culture as Area 51 but insiders refer to it as Dreamland, the Nevada Test and Training Range, Watertown, Home Base, Homey Airport, or specific sites such as S-2, S-3 and the infamous S-4. The number 51 is only significant to land surveying, since the site exists in the dry bed of Groom Lake on grid square number 51 near the intersecting boarders of three counties in southern Nevada: Clark County, Lincoln County and Nye County. The nuclear testing site located just to the north is, for example, called Area 13, also named for the stretch of land it occupies. Within grid square 51 is a6-by-10-mile block of land, at the center of which is a large air base the government will not discuss. This air base has the longest air traffic runway on planet Earth, but that’s just what is on the surface.
When it was constructed in 1955, this base was originally named “Paradise Ranch,” to make it more appealing to construction workers and attract personnel. Located on a remote portion of land along the southern shore of Groom Lake, this detachment of Edwards Air Force Base was originally utilized for the testing of the U-2 Spy Plane. The Special use airspace around the field is referred to as Restricted Area 4808 North (R-4808N). Known as the “Groom box”, this restricted air space measures 23 by 25 miles.
The Janet fleet of the US Air Force flies employees into the base on a daily basis from McCarran International Airport and Nellis Air Force Base. Groom Lake Road descends eastward to the floor of the Tikaboo Valley, passing the dirt-road entrances to several small ranches, before converging with State Route 375, the “Extraterrestrial Highway”, south of Rachel. At the entrance to Groom Lake sits a warning sign stating that “photography is prohibited” and that “use of deadly force is authorized” under the terms of the 1950 McCarran Internal Security Act.
The area surrounding the lake is permanently off-limits both to civilian and normal military air traffic. Security clearances are checked regularly; cameras and weaponry are not allowed. Even military pilots training in the area risk disciplinary action if they stray into the exclusionary “box” surrounding Groom’s Dreamland airspace. Surveillance is supplemented using buried motion sensors and the perimeter is patrolled by private military contractors. Projects developed at Dreamland include the development of the F-117 Steal Fighter Aircraft, Project Looking Glass, Project Sidekick and Project Aquarius just to name a few of the more well known operations.
The U.S. Government finally admitted to the existence of the Groom Lake Complex in 2013, although the CIA claims it was just a test facility for aerial and surveillance technology. This disclosure comes as much of the facility has been decommissioned and sensitive operations transported to other Deep Underground Military Bases around the country that are less well known, which is our primary focus.
With more than 130 DUMBs Nationwide, examples of other facilities include Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado, Camp David in Maryland, Los Alamos Laboratories in Dulce, New Mexico, National Security Agency (NSA) Headquarters At Fort Mead and the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Command Center at Mount Weather in Northern Virginia just to name a few. But there are more than 1,477 DUMBs worldwide that we know of, and since the military was constructing more than two DUMBs per year in the 1990’s, and since this statistic is nearly two decades old, there could be more than 1,500 DUMBs on Earth as of 2014.
So when we consider the bottomless abyss of the black budget; when we consider the phenomenon of sinkholes becoming more prevalent the world over; when we take into consideration that every Underground Base requires nearly 20 Billion dollars of funding to construct; and when we consider that while none of these monetary figures exist on any accounting books, trillions of dollars go missing on a yearly basis from the Pentagon and the Defense Department – we need only consider what is beneath our feet, to understand that greed is not the end game for the elite.
The amount of information the United States government has been willing to provide regarding Groom Lake and other DUMBs has generally been minimal due to the highly questionable happenings of these subterranean operations, and insiders who go public with their information risk their lives in doing so. Former employees who have gone public include but are not limited to Bob Lazar, Dan Berge, David Adair, Derek Hennessey, Bill Uhouse, Milton William Cooper and Phil Schneider, who all confirm the existence of the Groom Lake facility, and have provided the public with detailed information regarding the contents and happenings within the S-4 complex and other Deep Underground Military installations. For exposing this enigma, whistleblowers have sacrificed their comfort, their social status, their economic welfare, and in most cases they have paid for their revelations with the ultimate price. These whistleblowers all possess two very important things: They realize that keeping this a secret undermines everything our republic is supposed to stand for, and they have the intestinal fortitude to shed light on this subject.
HOW ARE THESE BASES BUILT?
This is a $13 million tunnel boring machine (TBM) used for tunneling at the Nevada Test Site and other DUMBs. Many other types of TBMs are used by many government agencies, including the ‘nuclear powered TBM’ [NTBM] that melts solid rock and leaves behind glass-like walls. They are capable of tunneling up to two miles per day.
Most tunneling activity is under military installations and all information is highly restricted. Former employees of said facilities have surfaced over the years to talk of massive underground installations in places like the Northrop facility in Antelope Valley, California (rumored to have 42 levels), and the Lockheed installation near Edwards, California.
The ‘Black Budget’ currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year, and since each DUMB costs anywhere from $18 Billion – $26 Billion just to construct, these underground facilities are a major factor. Presently, there are 131 deep underground military bases in the United States that we know of. They have been building these bases day and night since the early 1940’s. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2.
WHO BLEW THE WHISTLE ON THIS?
Phil Schneider was a self-taught geologist and explosives expert. Of the 129 deep underground facilities Schneider learned the US government had constructed since World War II, he professed to have worked on 13. Two of these bases were major, including the bioengineering facility at Dulce, New Mexico where Schneider maintained that “gray” humanoid extraterrestrials worked side by side with American technicians. In 1979 Schneider’s team drilled holes on top of an underground alien city during excavation of an underground base in Dulce. A battle ensued during which 66 Secret Service, FBI and Black Berets were killed along with an unspecified number of alien “grays” during which Phil received a beam-weapon blast to the chest which “opened [him] like a fish”, caused his later cancer and burned several of the fingers off of his left hand, as well as toes from one foot. He frequently showed the battle scar on his chest at lectures as proof.
As outlined by the whistleblower organization Project Camelot, Schneider’s accusations that are worthy of attention include:
1) The American government concluded a treaty with “gray” aliens in 1954. This mutual cooperation pact is called the Greada Treaty.
2) The space shuttle has been producing special alloys in orbit. A vacuum is needed for the creation of these special metals, thereby justifying the mandate for a large, permanently manned space station.
3) Much of our stealth aircraft technology was developed by back-engineering crashed alien craft.
4) AIDS was a population control virus invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory, Chicago, Illionois.
5) Unbeknownst to just about everyone, the US government has an earthquake device. Neither the 1995 Kobe earthquake nor the 1989 San Francisco quake had a pulse wave.
6) The World Trade Center bomb blast and the Oklahoma City blast were achieved using small nuclear devices. The melting and pitting of the concrete and the extrusion of metal supporting rods indicated this. (Schneider’s forte, he claimed, was explosives.)
Phil Schneider was liquidated just prior to releasing a tell-all book. He had a Rhyolite clearance ~ the highest level to come out and tell it like it is. In May, 1995, Phil gave a lecture on what he had discovered. Seven months later he was tortured and killed by those for whom he had previously worked. This man’s final acts should not go unnoticed.
Finally, Phil Schneider lamented that the democracy he loved no longer existed: we had become instead a technocracy ruled by a shadow governments intent on imposing their own view of things on all of us, whether we like it or not. He believed 11 of his best friends had been murdered in the last 22 years, eight of whose deaths had been officially explained as suicides.
Whatever one might think of Phil Schneider’s claims, it’s clear that he was of particular interest to the FBI and CIA. His widow has stated that intelligence agents thoroughly searched the premises shortly after his death and made off with at least a third of the family photographs.
Schneider maintained that numerous previous attempts had been made on his life, including the removal of the nuts from one of the front wheels of his automobile. He had stated publicly he was a marked man and did not expect to live long. “If I ever ‘commit suicide’,” Schneider told a close friend, “I’ll have been murdered.”
Here is a transcript of Phil’s may 1995 Lecture:
“It is because of the horrendous structure of the federal government that I feel directly imperiled not to tell anybody about this material. How long I will be able to do this is anybody’s guess. However, I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not. “I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70 countries, and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of its people, like these United States.
“To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my school was in that field and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order. The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico. I was involved in 1979 in a firefight with alien humanoids, and I was one of the survivors. I’m probably the only talking survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty-six secret service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that firefight. I was there.
“Number one, part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your glasses on, I’m going to ask you to put your “skepticals” on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the Freedom of Information Act isn’t much to go on, but it’s the best we’ve got. The local law library is a good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.
Deep Underground Military Bases and the Black Budget
“I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the black budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.
“They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940’s. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them. Richard Souder, a Ph.D. architect, has risked his life by talking about this. He worked with a number of government agencies on deep underground military bases. In around where you live, in Idaho, there are 11 of them.
“The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground. They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser-drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects side-step the authority of Congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather extensively.
Development of Military Technology, Implied German Interest in Hyperspacial Technology “Basically, as far as technology is concerned, for every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 years. This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place. My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on both sides of the war. He was originally a U-boat captain, and was captured and repatriated in the United States. He was involved with different kinds of concerns, such as the A-bomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment. He invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12, 1946. I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show UFO’s fleeing the bombsite at a high rate of speed. Bikini Island at the time was infested with them, especially under the water, and the natives had problems with their animals being mutilated. At that time, General MacArthur felt that the next war would be with aliens from other worlds.
“Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with theoreticians about the Philadelphia experiment, as well as other experiments. What does that have to do with me? Nothing, other than the fact that he was my father. I don’t agree with what he did on the other side, but I think he had a lot of guts in coming here. He was hated in Germany. There was a $1 million reward, payable in gold, to anyone who killed him. Obviously, they didn’t succeed. Anyway, back to our topic – deep underground bases.
The Fire Fight At Dulce Base
“Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn’t abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the firefight at Dulce occurred quite by accident. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time.
My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.
“Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that burned the fingers right off of me and blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that.
“I didn’t get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas. After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson, EG&G and other companies. At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft. How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazar’s story? He was a physicist working at Area 51 trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.
Schneider’s Worries About Government Factions, Railroad Cars and Shackle Contracts
“Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government. They have lied to the public, stonewalled senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters. I can go on and on. I can tell you that I am rather disgruntled. Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in Portland, Oregon. He worked at Gunderson Steel Fabrication, where they make railroad cars. Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me one day, excited, and he told me “they’re building prisoner cars.” He was nervous. Gunderson, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full-length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government. No more can you vote any of these people out of office. Our present structure of government is “technocracy”, not democracy, and it is a form of feudalism. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are god-less, and have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison for praying in school. I believe we can do better. I also believe that the federal government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but I’ll keep shooting my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because it’s worth it to talk to a group like this about these atrocities.
America’s Black Program Contractors
“There are other problems. I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft presently. The budget from the U.S. Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million. You couldn’t buy the spare partsfor these black programs for that amount. So, we’ve been lied to. The black budget is roughly $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs 11 tons. The U.S. Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors of sleuth programs: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison- Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsibishi Industries, Rider Trucks, Bechtel, I.G. Farben, plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as freedom- loving people? I don’t believe so.
Star Wars and Apparent Alien Threat
“Still, 68% of the military budget is directly or indirectly affected by the black budget. Star Wars relies heavily upon stealth weaponry. By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it. Some of you might ask what the “space shuttle” is “shuttling”. Large ingots of special metals that are milled in space and cannot be produced on the surface of the earth. They need the near vacuum of outer space to produce them. We are not even being told anything close to the truth. I believe our government officials have sold us down the drain – lock, stock and barrel. Up until several weeks ago, I was employed by the U.S. government with a Ryolite-38 clearance factor – one of the highest in the world. I believe the Star Wars program is there solely to act as a buffer to prevent alien attack – it has nothing to do with the “cold war”, which was only a toy to garner money from all the people – for what? The whole lie was planned and executed for the last 75 years.
Stealth Aircraft Technology Use by U.S. Agencies and the United Nations
“Here’s another piece of information for you folks. The Drug Enforcement Administration and the ATF rely on stealth tactical weaponry for as much as 40% of their operations budget. This in 1993 and the figures have gone up considerably since. The United Nations used American stealth aircraft for over 28% of its collective world-wide operations from 1990 to 1992, according to the Center for Strategic Studies and UN Report 3092.
The Guardians of Stealth and Delta Force Origins of the Bosnia Conflict
“The Guardians of Stealth: There are at least three distinct classifications of police that guard our most well kept secrets. Number one, the Military Joint Tactical Force (MJTF), sometimes called the Delta Force or Black Berets, is a multi-national tactical force primarily used to guard the various stealth aircraft worldwide. By the way, there were 172 stealth aircraft built. Ten crashed, so there were at last count about 162. Bill Clinton signed them away about six weeks ago to the United Nations. There have been indications that the Delta Force was sent over to Bosnia during the last days of the Bush administration as a covert sniper force, and that they started taking pot shots at each side of the controversy, in order to actually start the Bosnia conflict that would be used by succeeding administrations for political purposes.
Thoughts on the Bombings in the United States
“I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Center bombing. I was hired because I know about the 90 some- odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel was literally extruded up to six feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that – a small nuclear weapon. That’s a construction-type nuclear device. Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, they’re lying 100%, folks. The people they have in custody probably didn’t do the crime. As a matter of fact, I have reason to believe that the same group held in custody did do other crimes, such as killing a Jewish rabbi in New York.
However, I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it. “First, they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertilizer bomb. Then, it was 1,500. Then 2,000 pounds. Now its 20,000. You can’t put 20,000 pounds of fertilizer in a Rider Truck. Now, I’ve never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and the application of construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States. I worked on the Malta project, in West Germany, in Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would have never have done that kind of damage. I believe I have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so I’m telling you that you’ve been lied to.

They can see you walking from room to room when they fly over your house. They see objects in the house from the air with a variation limit of 1 inch to 30,000 miles. That’s how accurate that is. Now, I worked in the federal government for a long time, and I know exactly how they handle their business.
