While most people are clinched into a worldwide debate about aliens, discussing UFO sightings in space, on Earth, and the sheer number of whistleblowers who have come forward saying that we aren’t alone in the universe, the FBI has a very interesting document posted on their website.

The declassified document states that not only have we’ve been visited by ET, apparently we’ve been visited by “beings from other dimensions.”

However, it is noteworthy to mention that the document itself DID NOT ORIGINATE within the FBI. The document –which is an extract from a 69-page document called ufo1.pdf— was written by a former university head.

Nevertheless, the document was treated with great importance by the FBI, which is something I find VERY interesting.

The document, which was received on July 8, 1947, states:

This memorandum is respectfully addressed to certain scientists of distinction, to important aeronautical and military authorities, to a number of public officials and to a few publications. The writer has little expectation that anything of import will be accomplished by this gesture. The mere fact that the data here-in were obtained by so-called supernormal means is probably sufficient to ensure its disregard by nearly all the persons addressed: nevertheless it seems a public duty to make it available. (The present writer has several university degrees and was formerly a university department head).

A very serious situation may develop at any time with regard to the “flying saucers”. If one of these should be attacked, the attacking plane will almost certainly be destroyed. In the public mind, this might create near panic and international suspicion. The principal data concerning these craft is now at hand and must be offered, no matter how fantastic and unintelligible it may seem to minds not previously instructed in thinking of this type.

   8. They probably cannot be reached by radio, but probably can be by radar. if a signal system can be devised for that apparatus.

We give information and warning and can do no more. Let the newcomers be treated with every kindness. Google Earth images revealed the presence of what looks like an enormous staircase in Antarctica. Who’s responsible, aliens or giants?

A heated debate is ongoing on many conspiracy forums, fueled by the recent discovery of what many claim is evidence of an ancient and unexplained presence on Earth. Many claim the structure that looks like a giant staircase leading up the side of a massive mountain in Antarctica might be the work of ancient aliens and could be the remnant of a structure that was once used as a landing spot for UFOs

The user credited with discovering the unusual structure said he began looking for clues about ancient civilizations in Antarctica after taking part in a debate about prominent personalities’ recent visits to the frozen continent. Recently, Antarctica was toured by former astronaut Buzz Aldrin, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and weirdly, Russian Patriarch Kirill.

UFO hunters have claimed that the U.S. Government is aware of the existence of an extensive network of ancient ruins buried under the Antarctic ice, ruins which hold alien technology left behind by alien visitors. As a result, the NASA astronaut was sent to investigate whether the extraterrestrial ships that might still be there were similar in nature to the ones he saw when he was on the Moon.

The same UFO enthusiasts speculated that John Kerry’s mission to Antarctica served the same purpose. Why a Russian religious leader would be delegated on a similar mission remains a mystery.

THIS MORNING, IN THE WORK VAN, WE WERE TALKING ABOUT CONSPIRACIES… SO I PULLED OUT GOOGLE EARTH [AND] CAME ACROSS SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE A GIANT STAIRCASE.”

While some have proposed the alleged staircase is actually the result of a topographic glitch in the satellite imagery, many remain convinced this could be the remains of an ancient marker leading UFOs to a landing spot. They claim that in ancient times, it could have been equipped with some kind of navigational beacon to direct the extraterrestrial flying machines to their destination.

The following comments paint a clear picture about what people think about this recent discovery:

“It’s more likely a landing site than stairs.”

“It does look like stairs – maybe on a pyramid structure?”

“I attribute it to fallen angels and Nephilim… high-tech demonic activity.”

“I’m not an alien believer but I do believe we’ve been all over this planet many times in our past.”

It’s no secret that conspiracy communities have long held the belief that pyramids and step structures served a different role than the one attributed to them by archaeologists and historians. Proponents of alternative history are convinced aliens with advanced technology visited earth in the distant past and oversaw the construction of landing pads and beacons. They imparted their knowledge to the people of ancient Sumer and Egypt, as well as to cultures in South America. Over time, the real purpose of these wrongfully-called monuments has been lost and our connection with the aliens now lies dormant under thick layers of dust or vegetation.
But there could be another explanation behind this controversial structure: the equally-controversial builders of many other megalithic structures, the ancient giants.

The sons of the Nephilim possessed great strength, intelligence and they had a pride to match their size. Many ancient structures are credited to these proficient builders and the staircase in Antarctica could be one of them.

You know, our catchphrase used to be “people really believe this stuff” and I’m always amazed at how many times one individual can be caught promoting outrageous hoaxes and still keep on doing it with many falling his absurd claims over and over again. They so wish to believe that there was alien (non-human) influence in Latin American history. It’s just bizarre. The latest is an incredibly fake-looking “alien mummy” said to have been found in Peru.

The find was announced by Gaia.com who promote alternative history and metaphysics who describe themselves as “a community of seekers, empowering one another on the path to a conscious life. Together, we can awaken the evolution of consciousness.”

The “mummy” has the proportions of a human – two arms, two legs – with various strange features including an elongated head with three-fingers on both hands and feet. The body is covered in a white “dust” that the investigators say dried the body but to the more down-to-earth observers, looks like plaster. Gaia released a video featuring “scientists” examining the body with a camera crew. This is the only documentation of the body. The crew includes infamous UFO promoter Jaime Maussan who, without confirmation of this being real or not (and, let’s face it, he is SO EASILY duped), called it “one of the most important discoveries of the 21st century.” Maussan, who is labeled as a “well-respected” journalist has lost all his credibility over his years of promoting ridiculous hoaxes as genuine.

Red flags for this discovery include:

• Maussan being involved
• The obvious plaster appearance of the mummy
• The reveal by Special Report “Unearthing Nazca” by Gaia with no sign of reputable scientific expertise
• A closed team of researchers with alternative views that go against the scientific mainstream
• No scientific results confirmed or retested because it has not been made available to anyone else
• No documentation of location, context, or discovery
• Promotion of it being a fantastic discovery that will “change everything”
• Not published in a scientific publication

The specimen is said to have been tested to reveal an age of 245-410 AD, not an unreasonable age for an actual mummy. The method of testing is not made available. The specimens are not available for examination. There is no expert in preserved Peruvian mummies on the research team. The three-fingered hand configuration is nowhere to be found in nature but we have seen it on another Peruvian hoaxed item that follows the same non-documented path to promotion. Remember the “alien claw”? It has a similar plaster-like coating. The researchers also link the three fingers to petroglyphs that show three-fingered humanoids. I suspect that this is a stylistic feature and am waiting for actual experts to weigh in (if they even care to comment on such a sloppy, pathetic sensational display).

There have been other hoaxed “mummies” and preserved aliens or creatures revealed as faked. It is easily conceivable that this is a carefully (or not so carefully) crafted, even a manipulated real skeleton or other remains (like many fake mermaids). If we’re talking “alien” and “hoax” body or evidence, it’s not surprising that Jaime Maussan is around. The past hoaxes Maussan was involved in promoting include:

Back in 2016, Biblical scholar Dr. Michael Hiser said: “Jaime Maussan should not be trusted. Ever. He is a serial fraud-perpetuator.”

What we have here is a group of folks with an unconventional agenda promoting a questionable artifact that they wish to use to alter public perception of human history. But one artifact that you keep to yourself and that for all intents and purposes screams FAKE will not do that. So far this story has not received mainstream press but give it a few more days. The tabloids will regurgitate this unconfirmed, highly dubious evidence word for unverified word with lots of gusto and zero skepticism.

A recent new appendix added earlier today to the massive Aerospace Defence Forces (ADF) report relating to the mysterious new planet confirmed to be the outer reaches of our solar system says that an American scientist has confirmed many of its findings and further stated that our Earth is now under direct threat as this celestial body could begin to harm our Earth this month.

As U.I.P had previously reported about (something is caught coming out of a black hole), the ADF has become increasingly “alarmed” at the threat this ‘apparent’ mysterious new planet poses to Earth from the time it was first discovered by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in 2005 to the final confirmation of its existence by California Institute of Technology (Caltech) scientists in January.

As to where this mysterious new planet comes from (and this is only the 3rd “true planet” ever discovered since ancient times), ADF scientists in this report state, is from the center of our own Milky Way Galaxy—and has been on an orbital path towards us for nearly 5 billion years.

The evidence supporting this ADF claim, this report continues, was confirmed this past November (2015) when NASA “looked” nearly 5 billion years into the past with their telescopes, including the Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array (NuSTAR), and observed the impossible, something which had never happened before—a massive object ejecting itself from the supermassive black hole at the centre of our galaxy— having so much energy NASA scientists can only compare it to the total energy that is emitted by the entire galaxy!

Adding to Russia’s fears about this mysterious planet was the secret NASA information about it supplied to Federation authorities by NASA computer expert Lloyd Albright (in 1999) and US astronaut and Navy Captain Lisa Nowak (in 2007) that was so fearful Albright hid himself in cave and Nowak told her Russian interviewers “they won’t tell anyone the truth” and “I’ve never believed the Bible, but now I have to”

The new appendix added recently, this report states that it comes from a Daniel Whitmire, PhD, who is a retired Professor of Physics from the University of Louisiana, who in a scientific paper written for Oxford University’s Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society claims that this mysterious planet, he calls by the ancient Sumerian name of Nibiru, has “all but arrived to our neck of the woods” and that the destruction brought about by its “gravitational trickery” will take place this month, as it’s done numerous times before, every time it passed us by.

Doctor-scientist Whitmire and his colleague, John Matese, first published research on the connection between this mysterious planet and mass extinctions on Earth in the journal Nature in 1985, this report continues, and which, this past January, Caltech researchers estimated its size as being about 10 times the mass of Earth.

However, this report notes, though both Doctor-scientist Whitmire and Caltech researchers agree that this mysterious new planet now exists in our solar system, they disagree on its present orbit.  It can also not yet be confirmed if any such planet was actually fired from the

ADF scientists in their report though note that the “orbital mechanics” of this mysterious planet are less to be considered then the “electromagnetically caused chaos” it will represent in our solar system—which on Earth, they say, could be manifested in violent and increasing earthquakes, massive volcanic explosions, and weather disasters caused by changes (increase/decrease of sun spots) to our Sun, not to mention the hundreds, if not thousands, of asteroids that could impact Earth.

It is important to note, this report appendix concludes, is that unlike Western scientists who adhere to the non-proven gravitational theory of our universe, Russian scientists ascribe to the electrical theory creating for these two bodies of experts an “incompatible gulf” of knowledge that cannot ever be bridged.

What with the age of Planet Earth being generally accepted to be around 4.54 billion years old, with an error range of up to about 50 million years, this report says, this mysterious object ejected from the center of our galaxy could very well now have not only entered into our solar system, but is more than likely to be the new planet Caltech has recently announced their discovery of.

But not totally to science do ADF scientists make this astonishing supposition, but rather to ancient myths—especially since this mysterious new planet originated from the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy in Sagittarius A* near of the constellations Sagittarius and Scorpius.

Unlike Western scientists who discard the ancient knowledge of our world, Russian scientists examine these ancient myths to find, if any, their connections to modern discoveries—which in this particular case, as this report details, leads them to the oldest such stories of our world regarding Sagittarius—which the Babylonians identified as the god Nergal, a strange centaur-like creature firing an arrow from a bow portrayed in hymns and myths as a god of war and pestilence and the deity who presides over the netherworld and of whom the Hebrew Bible warned about.

And in its rather frightening conclusion, ADF scientists note that in the world’s oldest creation epic, the Babylonian Enûma Eliš (Enuma Elish), that the more familiar Book of Genesis is based on, both the Earth and its “destroyer” (the newly discovered planet believed ejected from the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy) were “born” at the same time—but will meet in the last days when the final judgment will come—and as most widely known from the Bible’s Book of Revelation that warns:

“The third angel sounded, and a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of waters. The name of the star is called Wormwood; and a third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter. The fourth angel sounded, and a third of the sun and a third of the moon and a third of the stars were struck, so that a third of them would be darkened and the day would not shine for a third of it, and the night in the same way.”

No matter what is said, something huge is lurking out there, and whether all these stories/science facts are a coincidence or not, there is certainly some rather intense conversations being held around the planet now by some of the worlds leading Scientist’s and Astronomers!

Planet X/Nibiru could very well indeed be a very true story, something which has been mocked for a very long time now.  The mysteries of a hidden Planet in our solar system appears to be no longer a myth and something that even NASA has confirmed is true (http://solarsystem.nasa.gov/news/2016/01/21/caltech-researchers-find-evidence-of-a-real-ninth-planet).  It has even recently been denied by NASA that this supposed ninth planet is NOT interfering with their Cassini space craft, which is currently circling around Planet Saturn!

What if  Humans are the aliens we’ve been looking for all along? According to experts, humans were most likely crossbred with another species, perhaps from the star system Alpha Centauri –which is one of the closest solar systems to Earth—in the distant past, giving birth to modern humans.

Tell Al-Uhaymir modern day Iraq, where the ancient Sumerian city of Kish used to be, archaeologists found one of the oldest ancient documents on the planet, the tablet of Kish which is believed to date back to the year 3500 BC.

The Sumerian king list states that Kish was the first city to have kings following the deluge, beginning with Jushur. Jushur’s successor is called Kullassina-bel, but this is actually a sentence in Akkadian meaning “All of them were lord”. Thus, some scholars have suggested that this may have been intended to signify the absence of a central authority in Kish for a time.

This ancient document is believed to precede the cuneiform writing of the Sumerians, and the Egyptian hieroglyphs for almost one hundred years.

Developing the ability to express thoughts through written language is one of the first ways in which man differed from the animal kingdom.

Five thousand years since, humans have developed electricity, divided the atom, developed computers, and led man to the moon. We have achieved things that other species have still not.

No other species on earth can attributure such unique achievements in such a short period of time. Interestingly, compared to other species of the earth, our ‘evolution’ is relatively short.

It has been a short period of time, most likely a few million years since the first hominid walked on Earth. Precisely this is one of the biggest scientific questions of all times: Why have only our species emerged to this truly advanced technological intelligence?

Evidently,  there is nothing more advanced than humans on planet Earth.

While there are different ‘intelligent’ species on Earth, none of them makes use of technology like us.

Just imagine for a second, if for some reason, mankind had to return to the jungle, and survive there. Many experts agree that most of them would not survive for a very long period of time.

Many scientists agree that humans, in addition to their intelligence, are not very capable to occupy a wide range of environments. In other words, we are very limited when it comes to our planet.

In addition to our fascinating intelligence, biologists have also noticed contrasts between human physiology and that of other animals on earth. Many scientists agree that compared to other species on earth, humans are rather strange. For example, a baby horse when born, is able to walk and function almost independently, but this a human baby can not do, which makes us quite helpless. In other words, we are born before being neurologically ready for life.

Many researchers agree that there are many vulnerabilities that accompany our intelligence.

Humans on earth eventually became bipeds, which freed up our superior extremities allowing us to manipulate objects, create tools and much more. But for all this, experts believe that our species has paid an expensive price. Lumbar pain a sign that according to many experts could tell us a lot about our species. Curiously, other animals on Earth do NOT have this problem. It’s as if only humans are affected by some of these problems.

So what does all of this mean? According to one expert, it means that we are the aliens we’ve we been looking for all along.

A new theory proposed by Dr. Ellis Silver states that there are several tell-tale signs present in the human race that suggest human beings did not evolve ALONGSIDE other lifeforms on Earth.

The book called ‘Humans are not from Earth: a scientific evaluation of the evidence’ is basically a resume of theories for and mostly against man’s evolution on Earth. In the book, leading environmentalist and ecologist Dr. Ellis Silver goes through an evaluation of thirteen leading hypothesis and seventeen factors which suggest HUMANS ARE NOT FROM EARTH.

Mankind is supposedly the most highly developed species on the planet, yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth’s environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more said Dr. Ellis in an interview.

According to Dr. Ellis, humans might suffer from back pain because our species initially evolved on another planet with a lower gravity, adding to the mysteries, Dr. Ellis also indicates that it is strange that newborns have large heads and make it difficult for mothers to give birth, which can result in fatalities for both mother and child.

So where do we come from? According to Dr. Ellis, Neanderthals were most likely crossbred with another species, perhaps from the star system Alpha Centauri –which is one of the closest solar systems to Earth— in the distant past, giving birth to modern humans.

According to Dr. Ellis, there are millions of people around the globe who ‘feel’ that they do not belong on Earth.

Dr. Ellis explains: “This suggests (to me at least) that mankind may have evolved on a different planet, and we may have been brought here as a highly developed species. One reason for this … is that the Earth might be a prison planet since we seem to be a naturally violent species and we’re here until we learn to behave ourselves.”

Dr. Ellis concludes that mankind did not evolve from that particular strain of life, but evolved elsewhere and was transported to Earth (as fully evolved Homo sapiens) between 60,000 and 200,000 years ago.

Furthermore, as noted by Robert Sepher, according to modern DNA sequencing, it is demonstrated that humanity as we know it, isn’t just ONE single ‘race’ that descended from the same ancestor in Africa, but a hybridized species, with a far more enigmatic truth behind it all.

Many questions have been raised in the discussion about Rh negative blood. If mankind did, in fact, evolve from a mutual ancient African ancestor, theories state that everyone’s blood would be compatible, but regrettably, this is not the case. This raises numerous questions that science alone has not been able to fully answer. Where did Rh negative blood come from? And why is it that a Rh negative mother carrying Rh positive children tries rejecting her own offspring? Is it possible that this can be explained by a rather controversial theory? A theory which suggests that humanity isn’t in fact one race, but a hybridized species.

The book was written by Robert Sepehr, Species with Amnesia: Our Forbidden History tells us more about the enigmatic blood type Rh-negative. Not only does Species with Amnesia suggest mankind is, in fact, a hybridized species, the author suggests that highly advanced civilizations have been on Earth before us, just to be destroyed by some great global catastrophe, as mysteriously, history tells us.

Sepehr argues that for each race that has died out, another has taken its place, with a selected few holding on to the memories and sacred knowledge of the past race. In our vanity, we think we have discovered some of the great truths of science and technology, but we are in fact only just beginning to rediscover the profound wisdom of past civilizations. In many ways, we are like an awakening Species with Amnesia, yearning to reclaim our forgotten past. –
