Arizona Light
Sedona— I was taking continuous photos of Courthouse Monument in Big Park, at dusk on June 16, 2017. The red was so beautiful I just kept taking pictures.
Upon looking through my photos, this image appeared. The color of the sky is different around the image. Nothing on photos before or after that was very confusing. Thanks to MUFON CMS I’ve also had a “handshake”, of sorts. I would really like to speak with someone about my experiences in more detail. Dr. Greer’s CE5 protocols seem to be working for me. Also, they have allowed me to introduce my friends to their beautiful presence. Thanks to MUFON CMS
California Object
Bakersfield — My fiancé and I were in our backyard and observed numerous fireballs slowly moving across the sky on June 10, 2017. It was close above our neighbor’s house. I told her to grab the phone to record them. This is the second event we have witnessed in the last few months. They moved across the sky similar to hot air balloons but seem to be made entirely of fire. The first time we saw one of these curved black claw type structure carrying a large sack of fire a few months ago up close. In this event that we just recorded you cannot see as much detail. They eventually all disappeared into the atmosphere. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Colorado Wings
Montrose — We were on our front deck watching the sunset and sky when my husband saw bright lights coming from the west on June 21, 2017. I ran into the house to get my phone and my husband ran into the house to get his Canon camera we took pictures of the 1st one, I took video with my phone while he took still pictures a second one came from the same direction we have pictures and video, best description as a Phoenix or Angelic form. Body long silver jet type or cylinder, with a possible nose pointing downward. Wings that were curved upward 80 degrees towards atmosphere that were fiery orange very bright and a triangular transparent veil that looked translucent seemingly hanging off left wing with bright orbs, we are not sure if it circled our city twice or there were 2 one following the other. It was cloudy and they both flew northeast into the clouds but not together.
We couldn’t visually see the shape until we downloaded photos. We never have seen a machine that could even look like anything of this world. This is not the 1st time we have seen UFO’s out here, though this one was different. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Indiana Light
Indianapolis — My daughter-in-law and I went for dinner at around 7:30 PM and ate on the patio outside. Gorgeous and illuminated clouds moved in front of the sun coming in from the West. I noticed an extremely bright round silvery shining object floating above a few stray clouds to the North. It moved pretty slowly upward and ascended so high that I lost sight of it. Then a second one was ahead of the stray clouds and it moved west and up. This was this not a plane. After a few minutes the one in the clouds reappeared and I asked (S) to look at it. We both watched it quickly change directions from moving upward to moving east as a second one appeared floating upwards. I have no doubt that these were NOT drones. The incoming cloud front changed to look like an alligator so I snapped a few photos with the large neon green disc hovering above a nearby building. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Kentucky Lights
Louisville — 1 was standing on my porch filming lightning and just saw flashes of light on June 6, 2015. I reviewed 5-6 short videos I’d taken and this was on one of the clips. I just saw a bright flash and figured it was the lightning. It was silent until it took off and sounded like after burners. Look on the lower right hand side of the video after the lights take off and looks like thrusters of some kind. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Louisiana Light
Eunice — At 9:15 PM, I took the dog out the back before bed on June 22, 2017. I noticed what I thought to be the full moon coming up with a small point of light at its right side. I noticed three silent bright lights at tree top level. It started to bank but never turned. I called my wife and son to come see this. My wife came as it started to move very slowly across the back yard trees with a smaller trailing light. I could tell the lights were in a triangular pattern, my wife says “LOOK another one is coming up.” Then I see another one coming up following the same path as the first one with the trailing small light. I don’t understand how something so big was moving so slowly without sound. Also my wife took fuzzy pictures. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Laurel –My friend was in there car driving saw a mega structure in the clouds on June 20, 2017.
I stopped the car rolled down the window to get a better look and took the picture. I have added as an attachment

Michigan Orb
Metamora — I was at a Michigan State Park Beach taking pictures on June 17, 2017 and saw an orb in the sky with lights on it in two images. I cropped one so you could see what I am talking about. If you look real close one image has 6 light spots, and one image has only 4. I just wonder what it is just below the cloud cover. Thanks to MUFON CMS
New Jersey Object
East Orange — I was relaxing in my yard on my back steps looking up at the cloudy sky. As I was laying there looking up I noticed an object moving fast above the white clouds to my left. At first I thought it was a bird soaring in the sky. Then it slowed down the moment I said that is not a bird. The object then stopped and hovered. The object slowly descended toward me with no sound picking up speed. Before I could blink my eyes it was directly in my view. I didn’t know rather to run or not, so I just stood there in amazement but scared at the same time. It came down low enough for me to get a brief description of it. I was only viewing what a side view of the object that was symmetrical in shape with a round globe on top. It was gray/metallic in color. The object did not glow or pulsate. There were no lights or visible signs of propulsion. Then it started picking up speed and continued the same flight path as it entered into the rain clouds. After the object disappeared I told a few of my family members and drew a picture. I will always question why it showed itself to me. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Pennsylvania Orb
Philadelphia — I was sitting on my porch sound 10:20 pm when I saw two strange lights that were stationary – weren’t moving. I began videotaping then one appeared to move a little.
I decided to move to a clearing down the street and realized there were three of the lights and started filming again. The one furthest to the right appeared to start moving to up and to the right. I managed to get a short video from beneath this object but I sort of fumbled at first and took a picture instead of recording video. Then I went back to the other two lights and they remained stationary for some time. The one to the left began moving to the left in a strange line. Then it flew almost over head and I managed to get a brief video of that also. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Terre Hill— I was driving home from work and saw a beautiful sunrise so I snapped a picture of it on June 19, 2017. The next day as I was posting my picture on Facebook I noticed a small dark spot to the right of the sun so I zoomed in and saw this weird object. I’m not sure if it is a ufo. I just thought I’d let you see what I captured on my phone thank you for your time also there’s something odd by the telephone pole to the left of the sun!!! Thanks to MUFON CMS

Bryan— My Mother was in our front yard looking at her Valentine box of candy in 1961. Apparently she did not notice the object hovering over her head. Neither did the person who took this picture. There were actually two similar pictures. I am unable to find the second one. In it, the objects were in a different position. I will look again for it. I realize this is from a long time ago but the picture recently resurfaced and I found it interesting. The pictures were in my Mother’s possession until she passed away. _Richmond— On Saturday, June 17th 2017 at around 10:45 pm as my husband and I sat out on our porch, I noticed what looked like a meteorite shooting across the sky. The lights flew three separate times a few minutes apart from one another. Minutes later I noticed an object with bright red and blue lights rise up from behind my neighbor’s house. I asked my husband, “What in the hell is that!?” My husband looked up and dismissed it as being an airplane, until we both noticed that the object stopped in mid air and began hovering above the house across from us. My husband stayed out with our neighbor to witness the object. I panicked and ran inside but a few seconds I came back and took pictures. The object just sat there silently flashing randomly. After about 5 minutes the object moved southwest. A red orb like object appeared making quick zigzag maneuver before zipping north! Thanks to MUFON CMS

Australia Moving Star
Glen Innes — My mother went to bed on June 22, 2017, and her bed faces a large window that opens out onto farm land. She called me in saying “There is a UFO!” I went into her room and I could see all the stars in our rural area sky but one was a very bright star much lower than the other stars. My mum was saying it was moving and I was laughing and I made her point out exactly where it was. But then I saw it move – it moved very abruptly about 1cm in the sky, then it kind of hovered and then moved again in the same manner. This went on for quite a long time. The star was extremely bright and behaving in this very strange way, I have never seen anything like it. I am not sure if it was a UFO, but I though you should know because it was a very strange thing to see and my mother and I saw the same thing. Brossard— My condo is on the 28th floor on the shore of the St. Lawrence River, on Nun’s Island. My passion is to photograph sunrise and moonrise from my balcony facing south. On May 15, 2017, I saw the moon was rising, so I set up a tripod and took a picture towards Brossard’s south shore. I used speed and 1/4 second. I did not check my pictures until a month later. I saw this picture that captured a mass of strange lighted objects in the sky, which were invisible at all to my eyes at that time. Last year, I had photographed them twice. One event happened in February 2016 was rather strange. I saw a mass of very strange cloud formed right above the river in only a small portion of the area. So I took a picture and saw a mass of flying stuff over the Champlain Bridge area. Since it was night shooting, I used long exposure, 10 to 13 seconds. The lighted objects stayed still to me. In Montreal, the city is building a new Champlain Bridge. Construction requires digging into the river. I am thinking: is it possible that there is an ancient civilization site nearby, or something else. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Scarborough, Ontario –Today on Wednesday June 21, 2017 to kick off the first Summer Day I was on afternoon break in I witnessed quite high in the sky thousands of feet high a UFO;
At about quarter mile away just northwest at about 3:17 pm, I spotted a brilliant white glowing roundish UFO. The pictures are on near full zoom – thanks to the surrounding clouds. You see a small dome on the top.
Its movements were quite slow coming across overhead from the northwest I started to film – mostly pictures on a high zoom as it was almost directly above me stationary. It had an intense glow that at times would increase or decrease. After two minutes called a co-worker to come over to see it and confirmed to seeing it His reaction was ‘ what is that a satellite?”We both watched it head into the clouds southeast after five minutes. Puerto Rico Object
Humacao — I was on my home and decided to go to a hill very close to my home to take pictures to the southeast on June 17, 2017. I noticed the objects right at the same place when reviewing them on my camera. I thought the objects were some kind of flying saucers since I noticed it has shape. One object with unknown shape flew in less than one second from above and below 500 feet in 90 degrees vertical. Another metallic sharp-end at the top and bottom shaped object was below the unknown fast-moving object in less than one second in one of the sequence of photos. I felt this is the first time I got clear-pictures of Unknown Objects moving so fast to be ours. Flying Saucer above cloud and flying around airplane while landing in Humacao. My feeling is that these things are around us all time 24/7 here at the eastern part of Puerto Rico. When I take pictures of the sky a Flying Saucer appears in 2 of 5 photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Thailand Light
Bangkok — I had just arrived back home after spending the evening with some friends on May 6, 3017. I looked out of my balcony and noticed an extremely bright light in the sky, quite low. Initially I had assumed it to be a star which was burning unusually bright. However, on closer inspection, I was convinced that the object wasn’t outside the earth’s atmosphere. It was very low, appearing below the clouds and also hovering at an altitude much lower than aeroplanes. Also, I made a conscious effort to look for other stars and the moon, but this object was the only bright thing in the sky. I could not see any other stars and I could not see the moon. The object was so bright that if you looked at it for more than a few seconds, it would leave a blind spot in my vision. As I observed the object, I noticed tentacles or appendages that seemed to be made from frozen/static electricity. The object seemed to be a mushroom or triangle shape with a base. The object hovered in a fixed position and I observed it for almost 2 hours. It was still visible in the sunlight but slightly harder to see. I became fearful. I had honestly never seen anything like it. I attempted to message a couple friends so that I’d have some additional witnesses, but being 5am, everyone was asleep. Eventually I went to bed (around 7am) and the object was still there, but seemed further away. When I woke up a few hours later, the object had disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

London — Unusual object seen in background of BBC News report at Grenfell Tower in London following a tragic fire there

Bury St Edmunds –spotted it at 6.am in uk Suffolk in June 17, 2017. I had a camera handy so I took pictures.

Scotland Object
Aberdeen – I was out hill walking and saw an interesting sky with the sun shining through the clouds so I took some photos. There were no orbs or objects visible to the naked eye at the time, I only saw them upon viewing the photos later on. If we say the silhouette in the middle is like a dove created by the sun’s rays, my finger in the middle is blocking the lens from over exposing.
IMG 0683 – look above my finger 3/4 ways up to see a cylindrical object. Track to the right hand corner and you see another one.
In the middle, bottom right, lower left you can see objects like in image 0683. Now if you look at let’s call it the doves head, the wing and also when zoomed in you can see more of these small white cylindrical type objects all around the silhouette.
Had an interesting moment some few minutes directly before the photos were taken, an interaction with nature, namely butterflies and a raptor. As I walked off after that moment I noticed a beautiful sky so snapped away. If the photo analysis is intriguing then I would happily expand as the story could go deeper in meaning but I won’t go too far just now as this is an open forum. Thanks to MUFON CMS

He said: “One of the reasons I’m doing what I’m doing is that there are people within the intelligence community who don’t know how to get themselves out of that hole and yet they’re very supportive of disclosure – and they’ve told me this.
“If you read between the lines of what I just said, what I’m saying to you – and you’re welcome to print this – is that there are some very powerful interests who realise that they are stuck in this black hole and they don’t know how to get out of it because it would create a scandal thousands of times worse than Watergate.”
Anonymous published a video in which it said NASA scientist Professor Thomas Zurbuchen told the last meeting of the US Science, Space and Technology Committee that “aliens are coming”.
In 1980, U.S. Army personnel stationed near Rendlesham in Suffolk saw a strange, metallic triangle which was ‘dripping molten metal’ – and witnessed a light like a ‘huge red eye’.
Unlike most UFO sightings, it was documented in voice recordings from senior American soldiers, who also drew disturbing pictures of the object they saw.
So far, the files have not been digitised, so UFO fans will have to read them on paper at the National Archive’s reading room in Kew, West London.
The files (of course) don’t contain a ‘smoking gun’ or descriptions of alien autopsies – but conspiracy theorists may well pounce on the fact that three files have been ‘held back’.
Nick Pope, who ran the defence ministry’s UFO project from 1991 to 1994 said: ‘The lack of a smoking gun and the fact that these files seem to have been slipped out without a formal media announcement is bound to start some conspiracy theories, and I know that many people believe the ‘good stuff’ is being held back.
The X-Files
American science fiction drama television series
The X-Files is an American science fiction drama television series created by Chris Carter, which originally aired from September 10, 1993 to May 19, 2002 on Fox. The program spanned nine seasons, included 202 episodes, and a feature film of the same name. Later in 2008, a second film was made and preceded a tenth-season revival, which consisted of six episodes, in 2016.

UFOs have been spotted all over the world - and now the MoD has revealed more documents CIA
An official dossier of 15 documents, which has been dubbed "Britain's X-Files", has been released by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and published in paper form by the National Archives – but one expert has suggested three withheld files will lead to accusations of a cover-up.
At the end of last week the National Archive released the files, outlining MoD investigations into mysterious incidents and unidentified flying objects (UFOs). They were not digitised and can currently only be viewed in person or by buying them and waiting for delivery.
UFO watchers and those who closely follow the phenomenon of alien life have been waiting for the files to be released, hoping they will reveal secrets from deep within the British government.
Nick Pope, a former MoD expert on the subject, said withholding files will only fuel conspiracies.
"It seems that The National Archives has released 15 of the remaining 18 Ministry of Defence UFO files, marking the final stages of what's been a nine-year long project to declassify and release the MoD's entire archive of UFO files," Pope told The Sun.
"Unlike all such previous releases of UFO files, I wasn't pre-briefed on the release date.
"The release of these final files has been extensively delayed and at one stage they were sent from the MoD to the National Archives, but then sent back to the MoD."
He continued: "Embarrassment about this delay may explain why - unlike releases of previous batches of MoD UFO files - there hasn't been a proactive media release. Accordingly, I suspect the UFO and conspiracy theory community will say that these files have been 'snuck out'."
What's in the 'X-Files'?
Many sky-watchers hoped the fresh files would shine a light on a long-running mystery that has become known as the Rendlesham Forest incident – or Britain's Roswell. This "sighting" happened in 1980 at a military base near Suffolk, with some reports of a "triangular shaped craft."
But unfortunately for those chasing little green men, Pope told British tabloid press he did not believe the MoD files contained a smoking gun. He said some documents likely reference the Rendlesham Forest case but will probably be duplicates of already-released material.
He told The Express: "The release of these real-life X-Files shows that the UFO mystery lives on and that there's still huge interest in this fascinating topic. These files will give people a revealing insight into this bizarre and intriguing aspect of Ministry of Defence business.
"Sadly, there's no 'smoking gun' in these files that will prove we've been visited by extra-terrestrials, but there are plenty of intriguing UFO reports, as well as policy papers explaining how the MoD handled this subject.
"The lack of a smoking gun and the fact that these files seem to have been slipped out without a formal media announcement is bound to start some conspiracy theories, and I know that many people believe the 'good stuff' is being held back.
"Furthermore, the fact that some files haven't been digitised, can't be downloaded, and can only be viewed in person at the National Archives will doubtless also generate conspiracy theories.
"After this, there are only three more UFO files still to be released."
Pope said these should be made public "later this year."
This week (26 June), The Sun newspaper, which has seemingly sent a reporter to analyse the archived documents, reported they reveal how a UFO was spotted on a military radar for hours over the Skegness coast in 1996 – with a RAF reportedly being told not to investigate further.

The referenced document, which does not reveal an author's name, contains snippets of news from the time – one story titled "UFOS expose 9-5 defence danger".
It allegedly included eyewitness accounts from police, claiming to have viewed "flashing red, blue and white lights" in the sky.
The news comes after a chief scientist at Nasa was forced to refute claims from Anonymous, the loose collective of hackers, which said the agency was on the cusp of revealing alien life.
"Contrary to some reports, there's no pending announcement from Nasa regarding extra-terrestrial life," wrote Nasa's Thomas Zurbuchen on Twitter.
He added: "Are we alone in the universe? While we do not know yet, we have missions moving forward that may help answer that fundamental question."
Nick Pope has long investigated claims of extra-terrestrials and UFOs, but has consistently denied his own life follows the tropes put forward by science fiction movies.
"How do the MoD's real-life Mulders and Scullys compare to their fictional counterparts? Having done the job myself, from 1991 to 1994, I'm sorry to have to report that it's not quite as glamorous as people might suspect," he wrote in the Guardian back in February 2010.
"There's no running around dark warehouses with guns and torches. It's more a case of asking colleagues in the RAF to check the radar tapes and writing polite letters back to members of the public, stating that most UFOs turn out to be misidentifications of ordinary objects."
It seems that, for now at least, the truth is still out there.

While black holes with masses of a few suns and ones with masses of millions of suns exist, scientists have been puzzled to see few with masses in between those two extremes. New work may suggest a reason why.

For decades, while astronomers have detected black holes equal in mass either to a few suns or millions of suns, the missing-link black holes in between have eluded discovery. Now, a new study suggests such intermediate-mass black holes may not exist in the modern-day universe because of the rate at which black holes grow.
Scientists think stellar-mass black holes — up to a few times the sun's mass — form when giant stars die and collapse in on themselves. Over the years, astronomers have detected a number of stellar-mass black holes in the nearby universe, and in 2010, researchers detected the first such black hole outside the local cluster of nearby galaxies known as the Local Group.
As big as stellar-mass black holes might seem, they are tiny in comparison to the so-called supermassive black holes that are millions to billions of times the sun's mass, which form the hearts of most, if not all, large galaxies. The oldest supermassive black holes found to date include one found in 2015 — with a mass of about 12 billion solar masses — that existed when the universe was only about 875 million years old. This finding and others suggest that many black holes were born in the dawn of time, back when the universe was smaller and matter was more concentrated, making it easier for them to form and grow. Much remains uncertain about how black holes reach supermassive girth and influence the universe around them. As such, astronomers want to analyze intermediate-mass black holes of about 100 to 10,000 solar masses that they expect would serve as the middle stages between stellar-mass and supermassive black holes.
However, while astronomers have discovered a number of potential intermediate-mass black holes, the evidence remains inconclusive, said astrophysicists Tal Alexander at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, and Ben Bar-Or at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey.
Now these researchers suggest the dearth of these missing links may be due to the rate at which black holes may grow. They detailed their findings online June 19 in the journal Nature Astronomy.
In recent years, scientists have discovered a dozen or so instances of black holes devouring stars. If black holes grew solely by consuming stars and dense, compact objects such as white dwarfs and neutrons stars instead of, say, giant clouds of gas or dark matter, the researchers estimated that black holes would still grow at the relatively constant rate of one solar mass per 10,000 years. (If they could eat gas or dark matter, they could grow even faster, but the data regarding such materials in the early universe is more open to question.)
Although one solar mass per 10,000 years may not seem especially quick, it means that even a stellar-mass black hole could grow completely past the intermediate-mass stage after 10 billion years. In comparison, the universe is about 13.8 billion years old.
These findings suggest that the seeds for supermassive black holes "were created quite early on in galaxies, when things were more dense," Bar-Or told Space.com. These seeds already exceeded intermediate-mass stage by about 1.6 billion to 2.2 billion years after the Big Bang — "some or even most of the black holes may have passed the supermassive-black-hole mass threshold even earlier," Alexander told Space.com.
Although the researchers said that intermediate-mass black holes may exist in the present day in dense areas such as globular clusters of stars, they remain difficult to identify because the light produced by objects falling into them is "not spectacular, and there are other objects that can produce it," Alexander said.
Instead, "the ultimate way of finding and identifying intermediate-mass black holes is not by the emission of light, but by the emission of gravitational waves," Alexander said. Gravitational waves are ripples in the fabric space and time, and the Evolved Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (ELISA) mission currently planned for 2034 could detect gravitational waves generated "when two intermediate-mass black holes coalesce together, Alexander said.
At last, it looks like the future is finally here: the Cold War has officially made its way into space. Over the last few years, the world’s military superpowers have been bolstering their space combat capabilities, mainly centered around so-called “killer” satellites which have the ability to take out or commandeer enemy spacecraft. The threat of some new form of space combat is looming close enough for the U.S. military to create a new space command position, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Space Operations. Not to be outdone by its western rival, Russia just this week launched a mysterious new satellite believed to be part of the growing arms race in space.
The launch was broadcast by Russia state news agencies.
According to RussianSpaceWeb.com, the satellite launched on June 23rd after a series of scrubbed attempts. The launch site was the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in Russia’s icy northwest near its border with Finland. A Soyuz-2-1v rocket carried the satellite over the Arctic and Canada, dropping its boosters into the Barents Sea along the way before entering a tight orbit around the north pole. Put this launch alongside other strange developments in the Arctic recently, and it’s becoming clear that the north pole could be the next big front in the new Cold War that’s brewing.

Russia’s state-owned Tass news agency reported the launchbut kept the satellite’s purpose out of their reporting, noting only that the satellite, named Napryazhenie (“voltage”) is a Russian defense ministry satellite. Aerospace watchdog blogs believe the satellite is likely an instrument used to take geodetic measurements, which are a way of measuring the size and shape of Earth.
Why would Russia’s defense ministry be interested in charting the dimensions of the Earth, you ask? Why, to plot trajectories for intercontinental ballistic missiles, of course. What other purpose does technology serve other than to realize our mutually-assured destruction?
For what is perhaps the most shocking example of the way in which human beings were utilized for radiation-related experiments at the height of the Cold War, we have to focus our attention on something called Project Sunshine. There was nothing bright and sunny about this program, however. The history and activities of Project Sunshine collectively serve as perfect examples (and perhaps far more importantly as officially documented examples) of the way in which human beings and bodies were utilized in Cold War radiation and biological tests. In the 1990s, the U.S. Government’s Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments looked into a whole range of Department of Energy-related scandals involving the use of human beings in radiation tests from the 1940s to the 1970s. The result: the surfacing of the Sunshine files. Or, at least, the surfacing of some of them.
One particular memorandum, dated June 9, 1995, and prepared by ACHRE’s Advisory Committee Staff, is titled “Documentary Update on Project Sunshine Body Snatching” and states: “As part of Project Sunshine, which sought to measure strontium-90, the AEC [Atomic Energy Commission] engaged in an effort to collect baby bones from domestic and foreign sources…the project involved the use of a cover story (those without clearance being told that the skeleton collection would be used to study naturally occurring radiation, and not that from fallout). Key participants in Project Sunshine at its onset included the AEC’s Division of Biology and Medicine (DBM), its Director John Bugher, Columbia University’s Dr. J. Laurence Kulp, and the University of Chicago’s Dr. Willard Libby (who became an AEC Commissioner).”
The memorandum then refers to Dr. Willard Libby and his work in more detail. A 1955 transcript classified as “Secret” (located in the classified materials at the National Archives and declassified at the Committee’s request), sheds more light on the role of tissue sampling in Project Sunshine. The transcript shows that, from the early to mid-1950s, considerable thought had been devoted to the best ways to establish channels to procure “human samples,” and the impact of secrecy on the effort. AEC Commissioner Willard Libby, who was a primary proponent of Project Sunshine, explained the great value of “body snatching,” and noted that the AEC had even employed an “expensive law firm” to “look up the law of body snatching.”
The meeting was then turned over to Dr. Libby, who was by now an AEC Commissioner. Dr. Libby began by stating that there was no effort more important to the AEC than Sunshine. However, he said that “…there are great gaps in the data.” He elaborated: “By far the most important [gap] is human samples. We have been reduced to essentially zero level on the human samples. I don’t know how to get them but I do say that it is a matter of prime importance to get them and particularly in the young age group.”
The supply of stillborns had evidently been shut off: “We were fortunate, as you know to obtain a large number of stillborns as material. This supply, however, has now been cut off also, and shows no signs, I think, of being rejuvenated.” Therefore, Libby told the audience, expertise in body snatching would be highly valued: “So human samples are of prime importance and if anybody knows how to do a good job of body snatching, they will really be serving their country.”
Some people reading this, no doubt, will scarcely believe that these latter words were said in all seriousness, and soberly recorded, within official files. As noted, Libby recalled that when Project Sunshine was created in 1953, a law firm was hired to study this problem. He added: “I don’t know how to snatch bodies. In the original study on the Sunshine at Rand in the summer of 1953, we hired an expensive law firm to look up the law of body snatching. This compendium is available to you. It is not very encouraging. It shows you how very difficult it is going to be to do legally.”
The conference attendees discussed the need for a wide enough variety of samples to cover age ranges and potential variations among body parts. Dr. Kulp, from Columbia, explained that there were certain “channels” available: “We have the channels in these places where we are getting everything. We have three or four other leads where we could get complete age range samples from different other geographic localities. These three are Vancouver, Houston, and New York. We could easily get them from Puerto Rico and other places. We can get virtually everyone that dies in this range.”
There was also a discussion of the need to acquire what were termed “resources” from other countries. For example, a Colonel Maxwell, of the Armed Forces Special Weapons Project, suggested the military could provide some help in securing “specimens” from a native hospital in Formosa. In case you’re wondering, or you haven’t deduced, in the files the terms “resources” and “specimens” refer to people.
Many of the Project Sunshine files are missing – or suspected of being destroyed decades ago. But, what we do know is shocking enough on its own…

Maar trekken de makers van de video hier niet wat te snel conclusies? NASA heeft inmiddels gemeld dat er geen nieuw bewijs is gevonden van buitenaards leven. Dat stelt althans topman Thomas Zurbuchen, op wiens uitlatingen de video grotendeels is gebaseerd.
In de video wordt NASA-topman Thomas Zurbuchen geciteerd. Die zou al een en ander onthuld hebben tijdens een parlementaire hoorzitting in april over 'De vooruitgang in de zoektocht naar leven'. "We staan op het punt één van de meest diepgaande en ongeziene ontdekkingen in de geschiedenis van de mensheid te doen", zo luidt het. "Gezien alle inspanningen en missies die heel specifiek speuren naar bewijzen van buitenaards leven, staan we op het punt bewijzen van buitenaards leven in de kosmos te ontdekken," aldus Zurbuchen.
"In tegenstelling tot sommige berichten, staat er geen mededeling van NASA over buitenaards leven op stapel", laat Zurbuchen op Twitter weten. "Zijn we alleen in het universum? We weten het niet, maar we hebben missies in ontwikkeling die op deze fundamentele vraag een antwoord kunnen bieden".
De video van Anonymous stelt dat een aantal recente ontdekkingen, waaronder de aanwezigheid van waterstof op de maan van Saturnus en het bestaan van oceanen op één van Jupiters manen, optimisme rechtvaardigen inzake het vinden van buitenaards leven.
Anonymous heeft dus gelijk als het beweert dat NASA waarschijnlijk in de nabije toekomst buitenaards leven zal vinden, maar zeggen dat er al concreet bewijs voor is, is mogelijk toch een brug te ver.
Exoplaneten Vorige week kondigde NASA aan dat het 219 vermoedelijke planeten buiten ons zonnestelsel had ontdekt, waaronder 10 planeten met dezelfde eigenschappen als onze Aarde. Daarmee staat het aantal vermoedelijke exoplaneten die de Kepler ruimtetelescoop ontdekte op 4.034. Daarvan zijn er 50 met een omvang als die van de Aarde die bovendien in een bewoonbare zone liggen.
Anonymous verwijst ook naar de ontdekking van een sterrenstelsel vlakbij het onze dat zeven planeten zoals de Aarde zou kunnen omvatten en 'slechts' 39 lichtjaren verwijderd is.
Politieke overwinning
Hoewel Zurbuchen en zijn collega's bij NASA enthousiast zijn over de kans om buitenaards leven aan te treffen, hebben ze echter nooit beweerd daar ook effectief bewijs voor te hebben.
Als NASA bewijzen zou hebben voor het bestaan van buitenaards leven, is het overigens erg onwaarschijnlijk dat de betrokken instanties het voor zich zouden houden. De ontdekking zou immers een grote politieke overwinning zijn voor de Verenigde Staten, die in een ruimtewedloop met Rusland verwikkeld zijn.
Een Facebookaccount met de naam 'Anonymous Belgium' stelt dat het videobericht vals is.

In 1996 is boven de Engelse kustplaats Skegness zeven uur lang een UFO zichtbaar geweest op de radar, zo blijkt uit een document dat is vrijgegeven door het Britse ministerie van Defensie.
De Britse luchtmacht werd ‘vanaf het hoogste niveau’ bevolen om de vreemde felle lichten te negeren, hoewel meerdere getuigen ze hadden gezien.
Uit de UFO-files van het ministerie blijkt dat op de ochtend van 5 oktober 1996 felle lichten werden gemeld, maar dat toenmalig minister van Defensie Michael Portillo niets deed, schrijft The Sun.

Geen idee
Een anonieme overheidsfunctionaris sprak tegenover het ministerie zijn bezorgdheid uit over de waarneming.
“De luchtmacht moet activiteit in Groot-Brittannië in de gaten houden, maar lijkt geen idee te hebben wat er allemaal gebeurt,” schreef de minister.
“Hebben ze hier standaardprocedures voor? Ze hebben genoeg tijd gehad om hierover na te denken, aangezien het object tot wel zeven uur op onze radar was te zien!” voegde hij toe.
Mysterie
De vreemde lichten haalden de voorpagina van veel kranten en waren in diverse tv-programma’s te zien.
Ook wijlen parlementslid Martin Redmond kaartte de kwestie aan bij het ministerie van Defensie.
“Hij meende dat de autoriteiten meer onderzoek hadden moeten doen en er misschien een straaljager op af hadden moeten sturen, zodat het mysterie in enkele minuten opgehelderd had kunnen zijn,” zei Nick Pope, die jarenlang het UFO-project van het ministerie leidde.
Verdwenen
“Volgens Redmond bleek hieruit dat er een fundamentele zwakke plek zat in de Britse luchtdefensie,” vervolgde hij.
Het parlementslid schreef in een brief dat een politievideo van de lichten op mysterieuze wijze was verdwenen.
Het document over de UFO boven Skegness, dat jarenlang geheim is gebleven, is afgelopen week vrijgegeven door de overheid.

Archeologen hebben in de Oud-Egyptische stad Elkab onbekende rotsinscripties gevonden. Het gaat om de oudste monumentale hiërogliefen die ooit zijn gevonden.
De inscripties zijn tijdens eerdere expedities niet ontdekt en zijn van groot belang, aldus egyptoloog John Coleman Darnell van de Yale-universiteit.
De onderzoekers stuitten ook op rotstekeningen van een kudde olifanten. Eén van de olifanten had een kleine olifant in zich.
Halve meter
Professor Darnell zei dat het team ‘stomverbaasd’ was over de enorme omvang van de inscripties. “Het is voor het eerst dat iemand zulke hiërogliefen op zo’n enorme schaal heeft gezien,” zei hij.
“De individuele hiërogliefen zijn een halve meter hoog,” voegde hij toe. “Eerder gevonden tekens waren niet groter dan één of twee centimeter.”
Het is alsof je eerst kleine lettertjes op je computerscherm leest en vervolgens enorme letters ziet zoals op een reclamebord, aldus Darnell.
Wegennetwerken
Het team stuitte op de rotsinscripties door routes gebaseerd op wegennetwerken in Egypte uit te stippelen.
De meeste rotsinscripties worden gevonden langs belangrijke wegen bij de Nijl of wegen die richting de woestijn lopen.
Compleet geschokt
De archeologen maakten een aantal 3D-beelden van de inscripties op basis van foto’s die op locatie waren gemaakt. Zodoende konden ze in ongekend detail worden bestudeerd.
“Dit was niet wat ik verwachtte toen ik de expeditie begon,” besloot Darnell. “Ik ben compleet geschokt.”
Er komen steeds meer verhalen van mensen die ronde witte of gekleurde lichten waarnemen boven hun woning; lichten die bovendien regelmatig terugkeren.
Een lezer die ook deze lichten boven zijn huis heeft, zegt het volgende "Sorry maar het laat me niet los, er gaat iets gigantisch gebeuren".

Ik heb (voorspellende?) dromen gehad van een aarde die verschroeid was maar er waren mensen van tevoren weg gehaald door ruimteschepen waaronder ikzelf.
Ook heb ik al een paar keer vreemde lichten(seinen?) gezien recht boven mijn huis de laatste keer. Een paar dagen geleden omdat ik het vroeg ,soms in gedachten, nu hardop.
Dan was er een kort fel opvlammen van een licht. Ik heb in de loop der jaren wel meer gezien maar juist die lichten vind ik apart.
Wat is er gaande .. Ik ben doorgaans heel nuchter en heb meestal zoiets van we kunnen er toch niets aan veranderen dus gewoon doorgaan met leven en het beste hopen, maar ik voel steeds meer onrust, niet ongerust maar onrustig.
Als donderslag bij heldere hemel komt bij me op.
Er is zoveel gaande op het moment aan de ene kant natuurlijk de false flags en tegelijkertijd de berichten over een CGR Global currency reset met Disclosure over alles wat er tot nu toe onder de pet is gehouden door regeringen , maar ook pedogate etc Net of alles in een snelkookpan zit en het deksel er straks afknalt met als toetje een sunflare?
We leven in super spannende tijden, hier is al lang geleden veel over geschreven en geprofeteerd en we zitten en nu middenin . Aan de ene kant denk ik Oh my God hell is going to break loose... maar aan de andere kant ..wel heel bijzonder dat we dit mogen meemaken we zitten eerste rang

In het bovenstaande vertelt de lezer over lichten die boven zijn huis verschenen. En dat dat iets is wat eigenlijk door niemand misschien nog bewust is opgemerkt, maar wel de laatste tijd vrij veel voor komt.
Zoals bij het Engelse gezin uit Yorkshire dat zegt dat er een witte UFO is die hen in de gaten houdt en regelmatig terugkeert.
Leven wij in de eindtijd en zijn de vreemde lichten boodschappers die bepaalde mensen waarschuwen om zich voor te bereiden op misschien wel de mooiste reis van hun leven?
Nog even terug naar wat de lezer schrijft:

Nog steeds heeft het grootste deel van de mensheid geen flauw idee wat er om hen heen eigenlijk allemaal gebeurt.
Misschien ook niet zo vreemd, want ze worden permanent afgeleid door “belangrijk nieuws”, terwijl chemtrails de lucht voor ons verborgen houden.
Wanneer de voortekenen ons niet bedriegen en er is inderdaad een mini zonnestelsel dat voor de nodige verstoringen op aarde gaat zorgen, dan is het misschien zaak om de nodige voorbereidingen te treffen.
En dus, wat wij nu krijgen, zijn berichten zoals de volgende waarin ons dit keer wordt verweten dat wij de mensen niet voldoende helpen met voorbereiden op de komende turbulente tijden.
Het zou bv dhr. Poorterman, de redactie van Nibiru, sieren een keer niet eens te herhalen van wat we al weten, maar ons te helpen. Door artikelen te plaatsen die misschien kunnen bijdragen aan het overleven van dit mini zonnestelsel.
De lezer die bovenstaande stuurt is iemand die al 25 jaar de ontwikkelingen van dit zonnestelsel volgt en voor hem zijn de berichten die wij plaatsen misschien voor een deel herhaling.
Voor de meeste lezers die geen doorgewinterde specialisten zijn in deze materie en uiteraard de vele nieuwe lezers is dat zeker niet het geval en zij zijn wel degelijk gebaat bij informatie.
Wij zien als onze primaire taak het brengen van nieuws, waarvan berichten over dit mini stelsel een onderdeel zijn.
Daarnaast hebben wij in de loop der jaren wel degelijk geschreven over mogelijke dingen die mensen wellicht zelf zouden kunnen doen, zoals blijkt uit het volgende uit een eerder artikel:

En dat brengen van nieuws wordt steeds kritischer want er gebeuren nu echt veel dingen op aarde die vaak worden ondergesneeuwd door andere “belangrijke” berichten of misschien wel bewuste afleidingen.
Over afleiding gesproken: De volgende video is enkele dagen geleden genomen uit de cockpit van een Boeing 747 en laat een tegemoetkomend vliegtuig zien.
Dit zijn de chemtrails die in de lucht worden gesproeid en dit is één van de belangrijkste redenen dat mensen nog nauwelijks een heldere lucht te zien krijgen en dus ook geen “vreemde dingen” kunnen ontdekken.
Bijna iedere week komen er wel ergens nieuwe berichten in de mainstream media die wijzen op grote veranderingen op aarde en situaties die tot nu toe eigenlijk niet of nauwelijks voorkwamen.
Zo hebben we nu al vroeg in het jaar in veel gebieden te maken met een record hitte en hittegolven.
Op het vliegveld van Phoenix in de Amerikaanse staat Arizona kunnen door de hitte geen vliegtuigen opstijgen. Zo’n veertig vluchten zijn geannuleerd.
Tot 48 graden kunnen kleinere vliegtuigen opstijgen. Aangezien de temperatuur nog hoger dan dat is, is het niet veilig voor vliegtuigen om te vertrekken.
Dit heeft alles met de weerstand te maken en om veilig te kunnen vliegen, moet er een bepaalde luchtdichtheid zijn die minder wordt naarmate de temperatuur stijgt.
Eveneens op het noordelijk halfrond waar het dus zomer is, valt er sneeuw in de Russische stad Moermansk. De volgende beelden zijn in die stad gemaakt op 20 juni 2017.
Ongeveer een week geleden doet zich een op zich kleine aardbeving van 4.1 op de schaal van Richter voor in Groenland.
De kust van Groenland is getroffen door tsunamigolven. De Deense Seismologische Dienst GEUS meldt dat er een aardbeving was van 4.1. De politie heeft het dorpje Nuugaatsiaq met zo'n 100 inwoners geëvacueerd. Vermoedelijk is de beving een gevolg van het afbreken van een ijsschots.

We hebben eerder al geschreven over het NASA vliegtuig dat wordt aangeduid als Sofia en beschikt over een infrarode telescoop. Dit vliegtuig is nu ingezet om het gebied van de beroemde Yellowstone vulkaan te observeren.
Onlangs werden in het Yellowstone gebied maar liefst 296 aardbevingen geregistreerd in een tijdsbestek van zeven dagen. Niet een erg geruststellende gedachte wanneer dit gebeurt bovenop een supervulkaan die wanneer deze uitbarst, voor een soort nieuwe mini ijstijd zou kunnen zorgen op het noordelijk halfrond.
Iets dat heel veel mensen opvalt, is dat de dagen langer schijnen te worden, zelfs gecorrigeerd me zomertijd. Op sommige plekken wordt het helemaal niet meer donker, zoals te zien op de volgende afbeelding uit Schotland.
Enorme scheuren in de grond en mensen in Afrika die moeten schuilen voor hagelstenen zo groot als golfballen zijn zo langzamerhand dagelijkse gebeurtenissen geworden.
Onze wereld verandert snel en nog is een heel groot deel van de wereld volkomen onwetend over hoe groot de krachten zijn die nu op onze aarde inwerken.
En dan iets waar we vaker over schrijven en dat is gewone mensen die onderweg in de auto bijvoorbeeld vreemde dingen in de lucht waarnemen.
Voor een aantal van die dingen zal misschien een "logische" verklaring zijn, voor anderen weer niet.
De volgende opname is gemaakt in het Amerikaanse Texas op 17 juni 2017. De beelden spreken voor zich, misschien is het een soort optische illusie, maar als je de beelden ziet, dan zou je denken dat daar een enorme grote rode planeet in de lucht hangt.

There is much discussion on what the orange/red spherical shape could be and although the people involved in the clip were convinced it was Niburu, the phenomenon is absolutely not the infamous planet Nibiru or planet X.
It is hard to say what it is but since it is raining in the clip it could be a double rainbow or a sun dog? Or the phenomenon is the end effect of heavily spraying in the skies over Texas?

NASA along with other space agencies have taken many photographs of the Moon and captured what are seemingly strange alien structures on the surface to UFOs. The images cannot be explained and ufologists have jumped on them believing that there really is something out there that just cannot be explained.
MOON CONTAINS PROCESSED LUNAR ROCKS
The moon of Earth is simply called the Moon; it has not been given any fancy name, unlike the other moons which are in the solar system. However, it is one of the most mysterious of all and it has been the companion of Earth since time immemorial. All of the other moons which are in the solar system have planets that orbit around the equator, but the moon of Earth does not do this. It also had lunar rocks that contain metals that have been processed and they include Neptunium 237, Brass and Uranium 236.
The majority of what we know about the Moon is thanks to the Apollo missions from NASA. The missions of the Apollo program had been designed to put human beings on the Moon and then bring them back safely to Earth. The Apollo missions 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 all managed to do this successfully, with 7 and 9 orbiting the Earth for the testing of the Lunar Modules and Command Modules but did not bring back data about the Moon. Apollo missions 8 and 10 were to test components when orbiting around the Moon and they brought back photographs of the lunar surface. Apollo 13 did not land on the surface of the Moon due to a malfunction but it brought back photographs. However, the six successful missions to landing on the Moon did bring back a great deal of data that was scientific along with lunar samples weighing in at 400 kilograms.
NASA TRIPS TO MOON CAPTURED MANY UNEXPLAINED OBJECTS
During the trips to the Moon, many photographs along with a video that cannot be explained have been captured. Skeptics have of course dismissed them and said they could not be of alien origin, but the many NASA images have created something of a stir in ufology.
1. 1972 PHOTOGRAPH SHOWING A HUGE ELECTRIC DISCHARGE
A photograph was captured in 1972 which has been among the most fascinating to come back from the Moon. The photo seems to show a huge and powerful electric discharge coming from close to the Stein Crater, which is on the far side of the Moon.
Some people have said that the electrical discharge happened due to the secret underground bases which was hidden on the far side, but others have pointed out that the discharge on the Moon is similar to lightning sprites that are also seen in the upper atmosphere of Earth when there is a powerful thunderstorm.
2. HUGE FIGURE CAPTURED WALKING ON MOON
One of the photographs that have surprised most people was taken of the surface of the Moon and made available when Google launched software allowing users to search the Moon and explore it. It was not long before some people said they had seen a large figure walking on the Moon’s surface.
No one has really been able to explain just what the figure is but NASA did give out their version and they said that it was nothing more than some dirt that was on the lens of the camera lens of the Lunar Missions.
3. GIANT PIZZA CUT STRUCTURE ON SURFACE OF MOON
A photograph from NASA that has been among the most fascinating is that of a huge structure captured on the surface of the Moon and it looks very much like a pizza cut. UFO hunters have said that the shape of the object seems to be tri-dimensional and it could be a base on the surface or a giant alien spacecraft. What is interesting is that the black and white photograph that was captured by a 70mm camera has been the only one to survive from the Apollo 8 mission that actually shows the object.
4. SOVIET LUNAR EXPLORER COMES ACROSS ALIEN TECHNOLOGY
Photographs that were taken by the Luna Space Probes from the Soviet Union are said to reveal what many think is the ultimate proof that aliens could be on the Moon. The images were shown on the internet and seem to show some objects that are odd looking on the surface. The artifacts do not seem to have been formed naturally and they are not part of the Russian Space Probes.
Just what they are has remained a mystery that is profound, which no one has been able to explain.
5. FLYING SAUCER CAPTURED ON PHOTOGRAPH DURING APOLLO 16 MISSION
A photograph that was taken by astronauts during the ascent from the surface of the Moon in 1972 shows one of the most incredible photos of a UFO to have been captured. Astronauts managed to capture what is said to be a big UFO that is disk shaped.
The UFO is seen for about four seconds and captured on 16mm film in a total of 50 frames. The object was saucer shaped and it had a dome on the top of it, like the UFO that is typical. NASA went on to say that the UFO could have been a flood light that was on the Apollo 16 lander but there are many ufologists that have not been convinced.
6. NASA ALLEGEDLY NUKE MOON BASE
The mission was said to be scientific but a photograph that was seen on a NASA employees desk started to raise suspicion that the rocket had actually been targeting structures that were inside the Cabeus crater. Where the missile hit in the crater artificial structures were seen and many ufologists have said that NASA sent the mission out to destroy an alien base on the Moon.

On the 15th of August this year, 40 years have passed since the Ohio State University received a strong narrowband radio signal that was picked up by their "Big Ear" radio telescope.
It was astronomer Jerry R. Ehman that made the discovery while he was reviewing the recorded data. In a state of excitement, he wrote WOW on the printout, giving the signal, it's widely used name. After analysis, it was concluded that the signal originated from the Sagittarius constellation and scientists all over the world wanted to get their hands on the alien signal.
The mysterious signal sequence ended after 72 seconds, and it was never detected again.
To this day, scientists are in the dark about the real origin of the signal. Some researchers think that the signal had a natural origin, but they have not been able to a similar signal.
This only fuels the belief of the researchers that claim that this signal was actually a highly advanced alien civilization that reached out to us. If so, let's hope it was a friend request and not a thumbs down.

AN OFFICIAL government UFO dossier of 15 files has been released by the Ministry of Defence and gives details of mysterious incidents in British skies.

The Rendlesham Forest incident is Britain’s most famous UFO sighting.
AN OFFICIAL government UFO dossier that’s referred to as “Britain’s X-Files” has finally been released.
The National Archive has opened up a cache of 15 files from the Ministry of Defence that divulge details of mysterious incidents in British skies, reports The Sun.
They include material relating to an unsolved encounter that’s been likened to the Roswell UFO incident in America.
The incident took place in December 1980, when three military personnel claimed to see flashing bright lights and a triangular shaped object near an RAF base in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk.

An investigation was opened but the mystery remains unsolved.
But alien hunters will have to wait a little longer to find out the truth, thanks to the process that’s been put in place to read these newly released files.
They have not been digitised, so enthusiasts must join a queue to inspect the paper records at the National Archive’s reading room in Kew, West London.
Further to this, there are an additional three files which have still not been released, according to Nick Pope, a former civil servant who worked for the MoD.
Mr Pope, who ran the defence ministry’s UFO project from 1991 to 1994 said: “The lack of a smoking gun and the fact that these files seem to have been slipped out without a formal media announcement is bound to start some conspiracy theories, and I know that many people believe the ‘good stuff’ is being held back.

“Furthermore, the fact that some files haven’t been digitised, can’t be downloaded, and can only be viewed in person at the National Archives will doubtless also generate conspiracy theories.
“After this, there are only three more UFO files still to be released, and they should be made public later this year, so there’s still more to come.
“This is a good day for open government and for freedom of information.”
Last year, an American airman involved in the incident won a legal bid to force military health chiefs to pay for the treatment of injuries he claimed to have sustained at Rendlesham Forest.
“In citing the [MoD radiation documents] and in granting John Burroughs full disability for his injuries in Rendlesham Forest, the US Government has by de facto acknowledged the existence of unidentified aerial phenomena which, in John Burroughs’ case, resulted in physical injury,” his lawyer Pat Frascogna said.

BRITAIN’S MOST FAMOUS UFO SIGHTING
The Rendlesham Forest incident took place in December 1980 over several nights.
On December 26, 1980, military personnel at the twin bases of RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge in Suffolk saw a strange light in Rendlesham Forest, which lies between the two bases.
Three men were sent out to investigate and two of them encountered a small, triangular-shaped craft.
One man, Jim Penniston, got close enough to touch the side of the object.
He and another of the airmen present, John Burroughs, made sketches of the craft for witness statements.
Two nights later Deputy Base Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Charles Halt and his team then encountered the UFO.
“Here I am, a senior official who routinely denies this sort of thing and diligently works to debunk them, and I’m involved in the middle of something I can’t explain,” he said.
Despite an MOD investigation, the Rendlesham Forest incident remains unexplained.
Former medic Dr Steven Greer, a leading figure in the alien disclosure movement, claims to have contacts on the inside who are trying to work out how to leak the truth without putting themselves in danger.
Alien conspiracy theorists claim that a so-called "truth embargo" has been in place since the 1940s after aliens crash landed on Earth and the evidence was squirrelled away by the US Government amid fears the impact of knowing "we are not alone" would have on religion and the rule of law.
Dr Greer claims the truth is so top-secret that sub groups within government would not even confirm it to the president.
He goes one step further and alleges it is a military-industrialist cabal of semi-public/semi-private interests and has access to technology reverse-engineered from alleged crashed UFOs.

He told the Toronto Star: "One of the reasons I’m doing what I’m doing is that there are people within the intelligence community who don’t know how to get themselves out of that hole and yet they’re very supportive of disclosure, and they’ve told me this.
“If you read between the lines of what I just said, what I’m saying to you — and you’re welcome to print this — is that there are some very powerful interests who realise that they are stuck in this black hole and they don’t know how to get out of it because it would create a scandal thousands of times worse than Watergate or Russia-gate or whatever the latest scandal is that the Washington Post and the New York Times and perhaps your paper are obsessing on.”
So how does Dr Greer justify such outlandish claims?
He added: “Look, we stampeded into Iraq after 9/11 without there being a scintilla of evidence that Iraq had anything to do with 9/11 and we know now that that was completely a hoax.
One of the reasons I’m doing what I’m doing is that there are people within the intelligence community who don’t know how to get themselves out of that hole and yet they’re very supportive of disclosure, and they’ve told me this.

“So the question becomes how easy is it for the intelligence community using their mouthpieces in the media to put out a scenario that would scare the hell out of people so that people would give up their liberties and their finances and what have you — their blood and treasure — to stampede into the next big thing, which has been planned for 60 years and that is a conflict between humans and other planetary societies.
“Now, it’s completely nonsensical. It’s as nonsensical as going into Iraq was, but we did go into Iraq and there are hundreds of thousands of people dead as a result and now Syria has blown apart. So there are consequences to this.
“The majority of people already believe there is intelligent life out there and the last poll I saw said that 43 percent of Americans think we’re currently being visited.
"More than half the public all over the world believes that UFOs are real and that governments are hiding something. So that battle has been won, but the larger argument has to still be engaged."
Dr Greer spoke to the paper about his new film Unacknowledged: An Exposé of the Greatest Secret in Human History, ahead of its Toronto premier.
Looking at the alleged cover up over the years, it is directed by Michael Mazzola and narrated by Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito.
Dr Greer got $700,000 (£543,000) through crowd funding to make it happen, and it looks at his work with The Disclosure Project, set up to try to lift an alleged "truth embargo" on the existence of aliens.
He said: "And that’s why we made this film, in part, to expose what the secret agenda has been and the disinformation campaigns.”
Scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson said he does not think we are alone in the universe.
He appeared on C-SPAN’s In Depth to explain how the chemistry of life means it is very unlikely that life could have only evolved on Earth.
He said, “It is not likely we are alone in the universe. If you look at how common the ingredients of life are.
"Hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon - we are made of this stuff, it is the foundation of organic chemistry.
"We are carbon based life - this stuff is everywhere we look in the universe.
"Whatever happened on Earth, it’s not likely to be rare or unique. Because carbon chemistry, on which life is based, is the most fertile kind of chemistry there is. And carbon is abundant across the universe.
"The universe has been around 14 billion years - that is plenty of time to evolve all manner of creatures out there, esp microorganisms."

Neil DeGrasse-Tyson has talked about the UFO phenomenon.
But, when it comes to aliens visiting Earth in UFOs he is less convinced.
He said: "Have we been visited? That is a different question to ascertaining if life exists
In comments that will shock and anger many in the UFO community, he blasted ufology and said there was not a shred of evidence to support claims of alien visitations.
He said: “What the UFO community puts forth as evidence is weak on a level that, in any scientific circle, would be kicked out of the lab room.”
He said an eye witness testimony of seeing something was not enough, particularly if it was just something unidentified - it was a huge jump to then say it was an alien craft.
He said: "I am not saying didn't see it - I'm simply saying you cannot present that as evidence for something you want all of us to believe. I need better data.
"And as your claim gets more and more extraordinary, the less confidence I have.
"Now you have taken a picture of something you don't understand - it is better than eyes, so what is it - it's unidentified - that is what the U stands for - we don't know what it is, it's a mystery."
He said people were seeing things they didn't understand that were often circular-shaped lenticular or orographic clouds, but wanted to believe they were a "UFO mothership."
He said: "If you are susceptible to wanting this to be true, then that is the mothership."
He even dismissed what, for years ufologists have said to be the smoking gun for alien life - testimonies from military pilots and officials to seeing UFOs.
He said: "I don't care if you are a military pilot, you are still human and no less susceptible.
"I would love to meet some aliens, but have such low confidence in your claims.
"The day you find an alien - ideally, in fact, bring the alien and you are good to go."
Mr deGrasse Tyson also dismissed the claims from a growing number of people who give accounts of being abducted by aliens - with no video footage or other evidence.
He said: "Where are the people on YouTube - the postings of people's footage inside a flying saucer, shaking hands with the aliens?
"If you have been abducted by aliens get some video footage, and get other people to get some video footage.
"Grab something off the shelf - say look what I've stolen - take it to the lab to see if it is alien manufactured - we are still waiting for that to happen."

A CRYSTAL clear image taken on Mars by the NASA Curiosity Rover appears to show something artificially-made on the Red Planet, it has been claimed in a furious online debate.
The high-definition image shows the rocky landscape of Mars, with ripples etched in the surface by the wind.
But right in the middle of the photo is an object that looks completely different.
According to viewers, the object has a smooth, possibly metallic, exterior, with some saying it appears to have lights.
Some UFO enthusiasts have even jumped on the image, claiming it is an alien spacecraft, and possible proof of intelligent alien life, reports the Daily Star.
There have been countless other rover pictures put forward by alien chasers amid claims they show ruins, fossils, or even live creatures on Mars, but most have appeared to be just odd-shaped rocks.

However, another more level-headed user suggested it could be debris from the Rover’s landing craft.
User OnceReturned said: “Apparently the Rover was near its own entry debris on that date and was photographing it.”
They added: “The object certainly appears to be artificial. We know that the Rover was taking pictures of its own entry debris at that time.
“There's nothing particularly alien about the object in question – it could easily be entry debris, at least in my opinion.
“Sure, it could be the smoking gun, but I think that given the context provided by the timestamped image above, it seems that entry debris would be the most parsimonious explanation.
“It's a great find though. It certainly captured my interest.”

De meteoriet landde in januari op een schuurtje in de buurt van Broek in Waterland.
Dat liep voor het schuurtje in kwestie wat slechter af. Een dakpan en latjes eronder zijn door de meteoriet verbrijzeld. Dat is niet zo gek: de steen is namelijk met de snelheid van een hogesnelheidstrein op het schuurtje neergekomen.
Planetoïdengordel De steenmeteoriet is op 11 januari op aarde geland. De meteoriet is zo’n 500 gram zwaar. Waarschijnlijk is de meteoriet afkomstig uit de planetoïdengordel (te vinden tussen Jupiter en Mars). In dit deel van ons zonnestelsel zweeft veel ruimtepuin dat soms uit zijn baan raakt door een botsing en vervolgens – na wat omzwervingen – op aarde terecht kan komen.
Bijzonder Dat zo’n steen vervolgens in Nederland wordt gevonden, is best bijzonder. De afgelopen 200 jaar zijn – als we deze meteoriet meerekenen – maar zes ruimtestenen teruggevonden. Dat wil niet zeggen dat meteorieten maar zelden in Nederland landen: naar schatting komt er elke 3 tot 4 jaar een meteoriet van deze omvang in ons kikkerlandje terecht. Slechts een fractie daarvan wordt echter ook daadwerkelijk teruggevonden. Het was dan ook – tot dit exemplaar in januari van dit jaar door het dak van een schuurtje stuiterde – alweer 20 jaar geleden dat in Nederland een meteoriet was teruggevonden.
Onderzoekers zijn in hun nopjes met de ontdekking van de meteoriet in Broek in Waterland. “Dit soort meteorieten geeft ons informatie over het begin van het zonnestelsel, 4,5 miljard jaar geleden,” vertelt onderzoeker Leo Kriegsman. “Op aarde bestaan geen stenen van deze ouderdom.”
