How ‘Aliens’ Have Been Responsible For Many Horrific Murders
How ‘Aliens’ Have Been Responsible For Many Horrific Murders
The belief that aliens are controlling or possessing you is more common than you might think. For a variety of reasons, these kind of thoughts can suddenly occur and can have tragic consequences.
At the moment there is an ongoing trial in New South Wales, Australia, of an unnamed 44-year-old woman. She is accused of killing her young daughter sometime after Christmas 2000, to sacrifice her to the ‘wolfman’.
Michelle Hanlon, a friend of the woman, told the NSW Supreme Court D the woman disappeared for three days, and on returning said she had gone to the top of a hill to wait for aliens to take her home.
The wolfman, who rode a motorbike and was allegedly stalking her, was trying to prevent her from going with the aliens. To stop him, the woman believed she had to kill her daughter to distract the wolfman and enable thein Newcastle that by the late 1990s her personality had changed and had become very melancholic. After taking LS aliens to save her.
A similar harrowing and tragic case involved 57-year-old grandmother Gloria Stephens. Fearing that an alien machine, like a giant vacuum cleaner, was going to suck her two grandchildren to another planet, she stabbed one of them to death with a kitchen knife. She thought that by killing 10-year-old Tasha, 7-year-old Andrea and herself they would escape the aliens and get together again in paradise.
At her Old Bailey trial in June 1986, it was revealed that Stephens had boasted that in past lives she had been ‘Diana the huntress’ and various kings and queens. Her interest in all things psychic was dominated by a fear of aliens, who allegedly made regular visits to her and on several occasions had beamed her onboard their craft. She even kept clothing and personal effects in plastic bags ready for the day when she expected the aliens to take her away for good.
In June 2004, schizophrenic Graham Abram leapt out of bed and drove off in a car shouting: “Can you see the force, can you see the force?”
He thought he was St Peter being chased by demonic aliens, as he drove at high speed on the wrong side of the road in Leeds, Yorkshire. After covering two miles he was overtaking cars on Hill Top Road, Bramley when he drove head-on into a car being driven by 75-year-old pensioner, Dennis Rose. Mr. Rose died at the scene of the accident. At Leeds Crown Court, Judge Trevor Kent-Jones said that 47-year-old Abram had suffered a ‘quite sudden and unexpected severe relapse’.

As the following cases show, driving away from an alien menace seems to be a common factor.
A year earlier, on Saturday 19 July 2003, Roderick Nigel Martin was involved in an alien-induced accident. After nearly hitting six vehicles he finally had a head-on collision with a car driven by 66-year-old Raymond John Turner. Mr Turner died from his injuries.
When Martin appeared at the Ballarat Magistrates Court in Victoria, Australia in 2005, his defence was that he had stolen the truck to escape aliens whom he thought were trying to take over human bodies. He was given a 14-year jail sentence and ordered to serve at least 10 years in prison.
At 4.51am on 21 June 2000 Eric Michael Clark was driving his pick-up truck in Flagstaff, Arizona when he was pulled over by police officer Jeff Moritz. Clark, a 17-year-old high school senior, shot dead the officer. His defence was that he suffered from paranoid schizophrenia. He had thought his parents were aliens and that the town was also populated by aliens, and that some disguised as government agents were out to kill him.
wikimedia/Yasir999
A chain of tragic events started when Scott Krause’s girlfriend kicked him out of their home. On the afternoon of 6 January 2004 he stole a truck from a petrol station and sped off towards Nevada County Airport. Swerving and weaving across the traffic lanes of Highway 49 he eventually hit a UPS truck being driven by 34-year-old Drew Reynolds. The UPS truck careered into a utility pole killing Reynolds.
Krause’s defence was that he believed he was being pursued by ‘man-eating subterranean beings’ whom he thought were trying to capture him and send him to China. He called these beings ‘hemodrones’. He drove erratically because alien voices in his head increasingly warned him that they wanted to eat him alive.
27-year-old Allison Lamont Norman went on a shooting rampage in April 2005. It began when he shot to death Jamell Weston and wounded his cousin Marcus Cannon at the Carvel Gardens apartment complex in Laurel, Delaware. Wearing a bulletproof vest and brandishing a hand gun he went to a nearby shopping centre where he shot and wounded another man. Stealing a car he drove to Salisbury, Maryland, where he shot two dogs, wounded two more men and shot to death DaVondale M. ‘Pete’ Peters.
During his trial, held in Delaware in June 2007, defence attorney Brendan O’Neill told the court that Norman went on this spree because: “He thought there were aliens everywhere.”
Surprisingly, such delusions have a long history, with incidents stretching as far back as the 19th century. Chris Aubeck, the author of a forthcoming book on this subject, has discovered several instances, including one described by the Philadelphia Inquirer of 14 February 1896 as a ‘queer case’. This concerned a vagrant called John Moriety who said he and his brother were shot to Earth from the Moon by a mortar. Landing in Jersey he said it was his mission to reform the laws of the State.
In October 1900, a suspicious man lurking on a street corner in Anaconda, Montana ran away from the police. When he was caught they asked him why he ran away. His reply was that he had jumped out of the moon and he thought any man who jumped out of the moon had a right to run.
Another vagrant called Carmichael, who was arrested in Western Australia in 1907, declared he was from Mars. Allegedly he was 5,000 years old and his mission was to collect information that would make it easier for his Martian friends to signal the Earth.
This possession or control by alien entities can be viewed as a variant of the demonic possession that has long haunted humanity. Alien possession is a mental phenomenon that might be triggered by trauma, drugs or underlying psychological or psychiatric problems.
Pixabay
Some, however, take the more direct option that alien possession is exactly what it says. The late Dr. William J Baldwin believed that aliens in nearby spacecraft are able to communicate with your mind when you are in an altered state of consciousness. He thought aliens are scientists and technicians who are conducting a long-term genetic experiment with the human race.
Another strand to this viewpoint is that secret government agencies are brainwashing people and that they have equipment that can control minds at a distance. Some even think that these activities are done in conjunction and with the cooperation of the aliens.
Whatever the causes, the outcome of a belief that aliens are trying to get us or our loved ones can lead to tragic and fatal consequences.
If someone asked you to point on a globe to where the highest concentration of volcanoes on Earth might be, where would your finger land? Indonesia? Mexico? Italy? East Africa? If your index digit first flipped the globe over before poking Antarctica … congratulations! Your lucky guess has just been confirmed by a new study which found 91 previously unknown volcanoes under the ice in western Antarctica. Is the continent’s frozen surface in danger of melting from below as well as above?
“The big question is: how active are these volcanoes? That is something we need to determine as quickly as possible.”
That somewhat panicky statement comes from Dr. Robert Bingham of the University of Edinburgh’s School of GeoSciences where researchers conducted a first-of-its-kind study that identified 91 volcanoes measuring from 100 meters (328 feet) to 3,850 meters (2.4 miles) in the area known as the West Antarctic Rift System. The project was suggested by Max Van Wyk de Vries, a third-year student at the school who went looking for volcanoes in what would seem to be the least likely place on Earth.
“Antarctica remains among the least studied areas of the globe, and as a young scientist I was excited to learn about something new and not well understood.”
According to the results published in the Geological Society Special Publications series, the research team used Bedmap 2 DEM, a digital elevation model, and data from ground-penetrating radar and satellite imaging to survey the underside of Antarctic ice for peaks of basalt rock, which is a volcanic indicator found when some of these peaks have actually poked through the ice. While they weren’t surprised to find more underground volcanoes, Bingham says they were shocked at the number.
“We were amazed. We did not expected to find anything like that number. We have almost trebled the number of volcanoes known to exist in west Antarctica.”
Are any of these newly-discovered Antarctic volcanoes active? That’s a good question which needs seismic analysis to answer. However, previous studies indicate that there was volcanic activity on the Antarctic continent during previous periods when it was warmer and the current warming trend (you remember the recent big iceberg, don’t you?) could thaw them out and stir them up again.
“If one of these volcanoes were to erupt it could further destabilise west Antarctica’s ice sheets. Anything that causes the melting of ice – which an eruption certainly would – is likely to speed up the flow of ice into the sea.”
Mount Erebus craters
If you think Dr. Bingham sounds worried, you’re right.
“The most volcanism that is going in the world at present is in regions that have only recently lost their glacier covering – after the end of the last ice age. These places include Iceland and Alaska.”
I don’t live near any of these places but I may think twice about throwing salt on my driveway this winter.

Meteorenzwerm
Graancirkel Hannington (Frank Laumen)

The mesmerising cloud looks similar to a hexagon and seems almost too perfect to be caused naturally, according to conspiracy theorists.
The incredible cloud formation was spotted on Wednesday morning over the Scandinavian country and quickly uploaded to social media by people who snapped it.
One person wrote on Twitter: “It is clearly a UFO”
Another added on Facebook: “For a certain cloud formation that's not too common we sure are seeing them often. I'm finished accepting what ‘they’ want us to believe so from here on out we must question everything.”
While a third posted: “Cloaked UFO sitting at Cloud level. Just saying!”
However, the Finnish Meteorological Institute chipped in, stating the odd cloud was probably formed by ice crystals in the sky reacting with a ‘plate’ of droplets a bit lower down in the skies.
Paavo Korpela, a meteorologist with the Finnish Meteorological Institute, told Iltalehti: “That cloud layer, which is now there, is about six to seven miles (10-12km) high, and the temperature is over 20 degrees frost (12 Fahrenheit).
GETTY
Meteorologists claim that it is a natural cloud formation
“One explanation could be that if ice crystals come from above cloud layers, it causes very rapid liquid water freezing in ice crystals, where clouds will rain down and evaporate at the same time.”
It is not the first time that civilians have been baffled by a cloud formation and cried alien.
Black rings have been spotted across the world, which some believe is a sign of alien activity.
In April, onlookers in the Russian city of Novosibirsk spotted tan odd black circular cloud, while in 2016, an almost identical one was spotted over Disneyland, California.
The numerous sightings have seen alien hunters clamouring to offer their opinions, with prominent UFO blogger Scott C Waring saying it is a type of extra-terrestrial space craft.
He wrote about the sighting over Disneyland: “Ring UFOs are super rare, but they have been seen.
“This UFO is over Disneyland and causes the family to worry about an alien invasion.”
Strange footage emerged online of a object appearing in the sky over Jinshitan beach in the city.
The video shows the object floating among the clouds before disappearing.
Swimmers and beachgoers can be seen observing the ring as it flies above them.
Pear Video
Beachgoears were puzzled by the sudden UFO-like appearance in the clouds over Dailan beach
In the video, onlooker Jing Qi said: "There is an unidentified flying object appearing in the sky. Its oval shape is expanding and it's coming towards us closer and closer."
Before disappearing, the UFO-like ring changed its shape into a parallelogram.
Following the publication of the video, social media users began to speculate on the possible origin of the object on China's version of Twitter, Weibo.
According to ET Today, some eyewitnesses suggested the ring could have been formed by a group of insects moving together.
However, web users were quick to point out a reasonable explanation for the sudden appearance.
Local residents said the ring had been caused by special visual effects from a performance that had just taken place.
A spokesperson from a local playground confirmed the ring was a flame effect from a show organised for the public.
They explained that the smoke from the special effect manifested as a floating ring.

More amazing examples of Climate Chaos as it becomes a daily feature of the news somewhere on earth.
As extreme weather phenomenon is increasing everyday and seems to be strengthening we may wonder whether it is all connected or not.
This week a series of events took place in South America, South Africa, Finland and Brazil.
Water receded from several places in South America. We also caught another huge “Antarctica” wave anomaly over this region around the same time.
On the other side of the ocean, people witnessed huge wave’s crashes into the shores of South Africa while Helsinki, Finland was hit by a Cat1 Hurricane Force.
Another example of such an extreme weather phenomenon is an enormous tall land spout that has been filmed at the moment it passes through Jaguapita in Brazil.
According to CratersNews, he went running outside but instead of a car accident he discovered a burnt circle of grass in his backyard with smoke still rising from it.
Approaching closer he discovered a flame and a small piece of pink colored rock in the middle of the spot and concluded that it was a small meteorite, before he took it out of the hole.
Earlier this year, both the scientific community and “alien enthusiasts” were excited when NASAannounced in Februaryit had found a star system 40 light-years away with seven Earth-size rocky planets. Called Trappist-1, the system is thought to have at least three of those planets in a potentially habitable zone with the possibility of liquid surface water.
But being located at the right distance from the parent star is not nearly enough for a planet to be actually habitable because life as we know it doesn’t seem to spring up so easily. Among the many and varied factors, take, for example, the matter of the star’s age. Trappist-1 is thought to be anywhere between 5.4 billion years and 9.8 billion years old, which is at least 20 percent (and up to over 100 percent) older than our own solar system that formed about 4.5 billion years ago.
In a statement Friday, NASA explained: “If we want to know more about whether life could survive on a planet outside our solar system, it’s important to know the age of its star. Young stars have frequent releases of high-energy radiation called flares that can zap their planets’ surfaces. If the planets are newly formed, their orbits may also be unstable. On the other hand, planets orbiting older stars have survived the spate of youthful flares, but have also been exposed to the ravages of stellar radiation for a longer period of time.”
This artist's concept shows what the Trappist-1 planetary system may look like, based on available data about the planets' diameters, masses and distances from the host star. The planets have been designated letters b to h, from closest to farthest.
Photo: NASA/JPL-Caltech
To estimate the age of Trappist-1, Adam Burgasser, an astronomer at the University of California, San Diego, and Eric Mamajek, deputy program scientist for NASA’s Exoplanet Exploration Program based at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, California, used a number of indirect clues. These included the speed of the star as it moves in its orbit within the Milky Way (older is usually faster), the chemical composition of its atmosphere and the number of flares seen during observation periods.
The old age estimation they arrived at is not very unusual for the kind of star Trappist-1 is — an ultra-cool dwarf. It has a mass of less than a tenth of the sun, and its planets are all very close orbits to it. Despite the relatively cool temperature, radiation from the star cloud has, over billions of years, evaporated any atmosphere and water that may have existed on any of the three planets in the habitable zone — much the same way as Mars.
All the planets of Trappist-1 are thought to be rocky but with densities lower than Earth, it is also possible that volatile molecules (like water and carbon dioxide) create a thick atmosphere, thereby shielding the planets from most of the harmful radiation. The planets are also thought to be tidally locked to the star (the same side always faces the star, like the moon and Earth), so an atmosphere would also mean that some of the incoming heat would be distributed to the planets’ night side too. But a very thick atmosphere also creates the possibility of an excessive greenhouse effect, which would overheat the planet, like on Venus.
“If there is life on these planets, I would speculate that it has to be hardy life because it has to be able to survive some potentially dire scenarios for billions of years,” Burgasser, first author of a new research paper on the topic, said in the statement. “Our results really help constrain the evolution of the TRAPPIST-1 system, because the system has to have persisted for billions of years. This means the planets had to evolve together, otherwise the system would have fallen apart long ago,” he added.
This provides more evidence of the system’s stability, which was first initially thought to be very unstable and the planets doomed to crash into each other in less than one million years. Previously, a study published in May by scientists and musicians from the University of Toronto said the planets had very stable orbits that formed ratios of whole numbers.
This illustration shows what the Trappist-1 system might look like from a vantage point near planet Trappist-1f (at right).
Photo: NASA/JPL-Caltech
The temperature and brightness of stars the mass of Trappist-1 tend to remain more or less constant over very long periods of time, even in terms of cosmic time-scales. With the exception of occasional magnetic flaring events, the lifetime of Trappist-1 is estimated to be over 10 trillion years (the universe is only 13.7 billion years, by comparison.
“Stars much more massive than the sun consume their fuel quickly, brightening over millions of years and exploding as supernovae. But Trappist-1 is like a slow-burning candle that will shine for about 900 times longer than the current age of the universe,” Mamajek said in the statement.
Trappist-1 is so-named because the main instrument that led to its discovery is Transiting Planets and Planetesimals Small Telescope (TRAPPIST) in Chile. NASA’s Spitzer Space Telescope and other ground-based telescopes were also used in the discovery of the star system.
The paper by Burgasser and Mamajek, titled “On the Age of the Trappist-1 System,” has been accepted for publication in the Astrophysical Journal and is available online on the preprint server arXiv.

Forty years ago, NASA launched Voyager I and II to explore the outer solar system. The twin spacecraft both visited Jupiter and Saturn; from there Voyager I explored the hazy moon Titan, while Voyager II became the first (and, to date, only) probe to explore Uranus and Neptune. Since they move too quickly and have too little propellant to stop themselves, both spacecraft are now on what NASA calls their Interstellar Mission, exploring the space between the stars as they head out into the galaxy.
Both craft carry Golden Records: 12-inch phonographic gold-plated copper records, along with needles and cartridges, all designed to last indefinitely in interstellar space. Inscribed on the records’ covers are instructions for their use and a sort of “map” designed to describe the Earth’s location in the galaxy in a way that extraterrestrials might understand.
Since we still have not detected any alien life, we cannot know to what degree the records would be properly interpreted. Researchers still debate what forms such messages should take. For instance, should they include a star map identifying Earth? Should we focus on ourselves, or all life on Earth? Should we present ourselves as we are, or as comics artist Jack Kirby would have had it, as “the exuberant, self-confident super visions with which we’ve clothed ourselves since time immemorial”?
But the records serve a broader purpose than spreading the word that we’re here on our blue marble. After all, given the vast distances between the stars, it’s not realistic to expect an answer to these messages within many human lifetimes. So why send them and does their content even matter? Referring to earlier, similar efforts with the Pioneer spacecraft, Carl Sagan wrote, “the greater significance of the Pioneer 10 plaque is not as a message to out there; it is as a message to back here.” The real audience of these kinds of messages is not ET, but humanity.
The choice to include music has inspired introspection on the nature of music as a human endeavor, and what it would (or even could) mean to an alien species. If an ET even has ears, it’s still far from clear whether it would or could appreciate rhythm, tones, vocal inflection, verbal language or even art of any kind. As music scholars Nelson and Polansky put it, “By imagining an Other listening, we reflect back upon ourselves, and open our selves and cultures to new musics and understandings, other possibilities, different worlds.”
Engineers mount the Golden Record and secure its cover on Voyager 1.NASA/JPL-Caltech, CC BY
The records also represent humanity’s deliberate effort to put artifacts among the stars. Unlike everything on Earth, which is subject to erosion and all but inevitable destruction (from the sun’s eventual demise, if nothing else), the Golden Records are essentially eternal, a permanent time capsule of humanity. And unlike the Voyager spacecraft themselves – which were designed to have finite lifespans and whose journey into interstellar space was incidental to their primary function of exploring the outer planets – the Golden Records’ only purpose is to serve as ambassadors of humanity to the stars.
Placing artifacts in interstellar space thus makes the galaxy subject to the social studies, in addition to astronomy. The Golden Records mark our claim to interstellar space as part of our cultural landscape and heritage, and once the Voyager spacecraft themselves are not functional any longer, they will become proper achaeological objects. They are, in a sense, how we as a species have planted our flag of exploration in space. Anthropologist Michael Oman-Reagan muses, “Has NASA been to interstellar space because this spacecraft has? Have we, as a human species, [now] been to interstellar space?”
I would argue we have, and we are a better species for it. Like the Pioneer plaques and the Arecibo Message before them, the Golden Records inspire us to broaden our minds about what it means to be human; what we value as humans; and about our place and role in the cosmos by having us imagine what we might, or might not, have in common with any alien species our Voyagers eventually encounter on their very long journeys.

A giant hole on Mars has scientists baffled and some UFO researchers are theorizing it could be the work of extraterrestrials.
In a video obtained by conspiracy theorist Youtube channel SecureTeam 10, a deep depression in the surface of Mars has astronomers questioning what it is.
Tyler Glockner, who runs SecureTeam 10, said the hole is estimated to be hundreds of feet across. The rocky terrain of Mars -- which like Earth, has polar ice caps -- does not account for what the depression is, Glockner added.
The images come courtesy of NASA's Mars reconassiance orbiter, which has been exploring the planet.
Below is the video in its entirety:
NASA has given several possibilities of what could have caused the hole, including meteorites, lava tubes, ancient floods and volcanoes. But conspiracy theorists have other ideas.
Glockner said the hole shows artificial characteristics, noting that it looks as if it has been hollowed out. Glockner added that the hole could also be an entrance of an underground civilization.
SecureTeam 10, which has nearly 900,000 YouTube subscribers, often runs conspiracy theory-based videos. The organization describes itself as the "source for reporting the best in new UFO sighting news, info on the space cover-up, and the strange activity happening on and off of our planet."

A UFO hunter claims to have spotted a mining complex on the surface of the Moon.
Streetcap 1, which posts extraterrestrial-related and other paranormal videos on its YouTube page, purports a series of objects in a video could be a mining complex on the lunar surface.
In the video, Streetcap 1 says: "Can you see those buildings? They are in Tycho Crater on the moon. That's quite amazing isn't it?"
Commenters on the video, which has over 5,000 views, seemed to agree with the findings. "Nice find mate," Thomas Mundt wrote.
Another commenter, Kristin Bacon, wrote: "[T]his is a great pic. definitely something going on. no one can say that dosnt look like a mining complex of some sort. i would love to go to the moon and look around lol"
A third commenter, going by the name of Clint Steel, wrote: "I do believe there are structures on the moon but what i think is happening here is pixelization of some kind with any white patches on the surface. The pixelization is even subtly there on the darker areas. Can you show us a white patch that doesnt pixelize like this?"
This latest video, which was published on July 29, is the latest in a series of videos from Streetcap 1 about unexplained anomalies on the Moon.
YouTuber Crrow777 has spent years trailing a high-definition camera through a telescope on the moon, and captured an array of objects passing the lunar surface.
They include a "boomerang" object, he says is made up of three interconnected discs, regular discs, and a strange unevenly-shaped object.
Crrow777, who narrates his own videos, claims after years of filming the moon through a telexcopic lens, he knows the UFOs are not satellites, or insects or birds that were flying much closer to Earth and created an optical illusion as to their size.
In a promotional blurb for the video, he said: "This is a compilation of unknown objects (UFO's) transiting the moon.
"These objects were shot over the past couple years and represent a small portion of my captures. The also show some of the similarities I have documented."
However, he is a major conspiracy theorist who believes the moon does not exist, and is actually a hologram, and claims the International Space Station (ISS) is a hoax.

Many conspiracy theorists believe the US Government has developed secret craft that can go into space that the public is not told about.
Many conspiracy theorists claim the moon is actually occupied by aliens, and this is why NASA has never returned.
One of the most far-fetched theories, whose supporters include former BBC Grandstand presenter David Icke, is that the moon is a hollow alien space station.
Objects filmed in front of the moon can appear much closer to it than they actually are.
Scott Brando, of debunking website ufoofinterest.org, said the objects featured in Crrow777's videos had been shown to be satellites, birds, insects and standard aircraft.
he added that the "boomerang" and other oddly-shaped UFO in the video looked like helium balloons.
Crrow777 states on his website: "I pledge that I will never run deceptive or misleading clips on this channel."
UFOs have been spotted across south-east London and north Kent
Tony Histed spotted this strange feature in the sky
Many of us spent time this weekend gazing up at the night sky, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Perseid meteor shower – only to be disappointed by the clouds marring the view. But the News Shopper area has had its fair share of objects in the sky that are harder to explain than the weekend’s celestial show.
Bright lights in Bexley, light shows in Lewisham, and eerie crafts in Erith – we take a look at some of the area’s most notorious UFO sightings.
1. Mother(ship) of all sightings at Thames Barrier
Andrew Burlington, of Cliffview Road, Lewisham, was out with his family in August 2016 when he spotted what he thinks may have been a fleet of UFOs flying over the Thames Barrier. He witnessed with his two nephews what they at first thought were balloons moving along the river, in the direction of Charlton, and caught the whole things on camera. “The fact that a long anomalous object shoots across the sky at the start of the video may well indicate that a UFO mothership was above the Thames Barrier releasing smaller UFOs,” said Mr Burlington.
Margaret Fry and her doctor reported seeing a 30-foot-wide craft hovering over the street in broad daylight on July 17, 1955. Car engines nearby reportedly stalled, and the object was seen by around 30 people as it landed at the junction of Ashbourne Avenue and Whitfield Road, near King Harold’s Way.
3.‘Intelligent life’ over Lewisham
Andrew Burlington and his father, Les, again spotted an unidentified craft over their home on February 22, 2014. They ruled out the craft being a Chinese lantern because it appeared to change direction several times. Mr Burlington said: "Whatever it was, we all agree on one thing - it was being intelligently controlled."
King Harold’s Way was again the scene of a mysterious sighting on December 30, 2014, when Tony Histed spotted strange lights in the sky and saw two orbs flying up off the ground from the building site he was working at.
The most recent sighting over Lewisham was on July 2 this year, according to Facebook group Lewisham UFO Sightings. An object was seen making little or no sound, moving north and with three separate lights on it.
6. Gravesend visitations
A ball of lights was seen hovering over Deering Way for about 30 minutes at 7.50pm February 19, 2009 and reported to the Ministry of Defence, according to files released by the Ministry in 2013. No other sightings were reported in the area that evening, according to the Ministry.
Two on-duty Metropolitan police officers witnessed a yellow UFO over Coldbath Street, Lewisham in May 1978. The craft hovered in the air for around 20 minutes, and was witnessed by several members of the public on the same evening. The officers described the UFO as ‘six times brighter than any star.’
8. Erith enigma
A sighting in Erith in September 1998 reported two objects larger than planes, both with round fronts, lit in red and blue. This sighting is listed in a government database of UFO sightings which was maintained until 2009 when it was discontinued along with the accompanying hotline because it served ‘no defence purpose,’ according to the Ministry of Defence.
9. Shapeshifting in Gravesend
A policeman was called by a mother and son in October 1993 after they described seeing an object in the sky. The UFO, which was reported to the Ministry of Defence in a seven-page report, apparently changed from being bell-shaped into an oval with protruding spikes.
Amateur photographer Gary Porter spotted these UFOs by the Dartford Crossing in September 2011 and managed to capture them on camera. He was on the industrial estate in Galleon Boulevard with his girlfriend when they noticed small, bright, circular lights in red, green and blue. Mr Porter said: "Mr Porter said: "There wasn't anything unusual to the eye. It was when we took a photo they appeared on the screen. The longer the exposure the brighter these things came out. They look almost as if they are a heat source."
The 25-year-old added: "I have spoken to friends and other photographers and Greenwich Observatory and there's no one who can explain what it is."
The UFO files of the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) have been declassified. There are 20 pages in the files, and although there is a dubious claim about the construction of a secret alien base and an unconvincing UFO photo, there is an interesting UFO report from U.S. Air Force personnel at a radar station in Montana.
The Forest Service UFO files were obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by John Greenewald. Greenewald runs TheBlackVault.com, a site that houses over one million declassified files obtained via FOIA requests.
Greenewald says he made the request in November, 2016 and received the files in February, 2017.
UFO Photo in Bighorn National Forest
The first report in the file is a letter and photographs from a man who says he caught something “very strange” in a photograph he took while visiting Lost Twin Lakes in Bighorn National Forest. The witness says he did not see or hear anything unusual while taking the picture, but he noticed an odd object in one of the photos when he reviewed them later. He speculates that perhaps it is a drone, but also says he did some research and did not find any drones that looked like the object in the image.

The photograph was taken at about 2:30 pm on September 12, 2015.

It is hard to make out what exactly the object in the image is, but the USFS files did not include a high resolution image. Greenewald says he did inquire if higher resolution images were available, but they were not.

Without better images, this blob of light and shadows could be anything, and is likely a bird in flight. Often vacation photos with weird objects that were not noted at the time of their taking turn out to be birds or bugs that look strange in photographs once they are reviewed back home.
The USFS did not include their response to the UFO photog, or if they responded at all.
UFO Sighting at Yaak Air Force Station in Kootenai National Forest
Following the UFO photos letter and was a copy of an article regarding Yaak Air Base. According to the article, Yaak Air Base was in operation from April, 1952 to July, 1960, as part of a number of stations throughout the country that served as an early warning system during the cold war in case of a potential Russian attack. The base was near Yaak, Montana, in the Kootenai National Forest.

For our purposes, the most interesting paragraph in the article is the last, and in the file provided to Greenewald, is highlighted in yellow.
It reads:
The Yaak Radar Station also had its share of mystery, on Sept. 1 , 1952, Yaak, Montana. 4:45 a.m: Two USAF enlisted men, and three men using AN/FPS-3 radar set. Report visually sighting two small, varicolored lights becoming black silhouettes at dawn, and flying erratically for one hour. The crew at the radar station saw a, “dark, cigar shaped object,” right where the radar had the UFO pinpointed. What these people saw is a mystery to this day.
This is my favorite part of the USFA UFO files. Unfortunately, no further information is provided.
Alien Base Construction in Tonto National Forest
The most sensational claim in the files, and the one picked up by silly UK tabloids, is a report of a secret government installation being constructed that has something to do with aliens. The subject of the report is “Secret govt installation being built in the Salt River Canyon area on the TNF [Tonto National Forest].”
Area of alleged construction of secret government base that has some relation to aliens that eat people.

What is scary is that this is not far from my house. However, it does make it less scary for me that I do not believe an alien base was actually built there.
Here is a report regarding the call that was taken by David of the Forest Service on the morning of December 30, 2013 regarding UFOs, aliens and one detached head.
David received a call this morning at the front desk from a male caller reporting the construction of a secret government installation upstream from the Salt River Canyon past Pinal Creek (upstream from Roosevelt Lake). Aliens and at least one detached head are involved.
Caller claims to have seen construction cranes coming out the side of the cliffs, miniature stealth planes and UFOs, aliens and people working together at the site, aliens eating people. He found a severed head and claims to have pictures of some of this stuff.
Caller reported that he is 60, not crazy, and doesn’t do drugs. He said he had already called the “office at the lake,” but he didn’t know if those people were turning the other cheek or maybe those people have been paid off.
David had him leave a message with Bray.
Please let me know if t here are any Talking Points to be developed. I’m sure the Phoenix media will be all over this.
Thanks.
P.S. David and I aren’t doing drugs either.
The only other item in the files was a report in 2012 of a meteor or space junk that landed in George Washington & Jefferson National Forests and caused a fire. It was determined the fire was caused by a lightning strike. The report states, “Witnesses saw flaming space junk or satellite crash land in these mountains [Massanutten Range, Virginia] which may have caused the forest fire of last year: June 24, 2012, at around 1150PM Sunday.”
A former security officer at the Cooper Nuclear Station near Brownville, Nebraska reported seeing a UFO over the plant sometime in the late 80s. The report was found in documents recently declassified as a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for UFO files.
The files were posted today on the website TheBlackVault.com. The website is a repository for millions of pages of declassified documents. It is ran by John Greenewald, who says he requested the NRC files in late February, and was surprised how quickly they responded. He received the UFO files today.

(Credit: U.S. Army Corp of Engineers/WikiMedia Commons)
There are 43 pages of documents, although some of those pages are copies, or have very little information on them. The majority of the pages are correspondence dealing with an incident described as, “unidentified flying object violated the protected area at Cooper Nuclear Station.”
According to the documents, the report was received in June of 2010 by a former security officer. The event actually took place sometime in the late 80s.
The report’s short description reads: “An unidentified flying object violated the protected area at Cooper Nuclear Station between 1986 and 1989, but the event was not reported to the NRC as required.”
The detail section of the report reads (reproduced unedited):
The CI [Confidential Informant] described an event that occurred during his employment as a security officer at Cooper Nuclear Station. He was employed there from 1986 through 1989 and did not remember specifically when during that time the event occurred.
While posted at the intake structure one night, he observed an “unidentified flying object” fly down the Missouri River about 150 feet in the air and hover in front of the intake. He observed it for a few moments and then contacted a fellow security officer who also observed it (he could not recall the individual’s name exactly but his first name was [REDACTED] and his last name was either [REDACTED ]. After they together observed the UFO, it turned and went back up the river and did not come back that shift. He and the other officer shared their observation with their peers who did not believe them.
The next evening he again was posted at the intake and observed the UFO return again. This time he didn’t call anyone until the UFO had traversed into the protected area and hovered above the protected area just north of the Reactor Building. He said it was roughly triangular in shape with a circle of rotating lights on the bottom. He could not hear any propulsion noise from the UFO. He believes that it was roughly 1/3 the size of the Reactor Building. Once the UFO hovered in the protected area. He called the security break room and most of the officers on shift observed the UFO. These individuals included [REDACTED] (both of whom were security officers), all of whom still work at the plant today. After hovering there for a few minutes, the UFO exited the protected are [sic] and returned back up the river to the north as it had the previous night. The CI said that he never saw the UFO at the plant again after that evening.
The CI believes that this incident should have been reported as a violation of the protected area space but was not reported.
In the report, Nick Taylor, the NRC Senior Resident Inspector, searched for corroborating documents from the time, but found nothing. However, he cautioned, “I’d be careful about concluding that if an even wasn’t recorded in CAP [Corrective Action Program] that it did not occur.” Taylor went on to explain the reporting structure in the 80s was not as robust as it currently is. As an example, he noted that there were only 1020 reports between January 1, 1986 and December 31, 1989. Whereas there are nearly 10,000 a year nowadays.

Although the report appeared to be taken seriously, in one email regarding the follow-up on the report, Taylor wrote: “This one should be a wild ride.”
If the investigation of this case was a wild ride, there is no indication of it in the report. However, William B. Jones, the chief of Allegations Coordination and Enforcement, did request that the letter regarding the incident “be controlled and distribution limited to personnel with a ‘need to know.'”
The report claims that the other witnesses to the event were interviewed, but the results are not included. Those results were sent to “ARB”, presunably an Allegations Review Board, but not included in the files provided to Greenewald.

That is the extent of the report. A letter to the witness from the Director of Reactor Safety was also included. It essential said that they will forward the information to Cooper Nuclear Station, but that “no further action” will be taken, and they thanked him for his report.
All in all, an interesting report.
As for the rest of the NRC UFO documents, there is correspondence with an individual who believes there are nuclear craft being flown around, some of which may have crashed and caused radiation contamination.
The other report is a bit more difficult to summarize. The NRC writes:
The individual expressed vague concerns about finding low-level radiation within the last year where his daughter, whom he believes is an alien or alien transplant, passed. In addition, the individual believes that travel speed can be increased using the relativity equation with minor modifications. Finally, the individual has observed UFOs.
The NRC responded that this was out of their jurisdiction and perhaps the individual should contact the Department of Defense.

Jimmy Kimmel is at it again, this time with former POTUS George Bush. Kimmel has a habit of asking presidents – and a presidential candidate -what they know about UFOs and the government’s secret files. Bush was on the hot seat last week, and his answers might make some scratch their heads.
George Bush answering UFO questions on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
(Credit: YouTube/Jimmy Kimmel Live)
Kimmel broached the topic by asking:
“This is a question, first, that I think is important to me and to the country. When you were in office, I don’t know when this happened or if it happened, did you go through the secret files, the UFO documents? Because…”
Bush interrupted, “Maybe.”
Kimmel finished his question, “…that would be the first thing I did.”
Bush responded: “My daughters asked the same question.”
Kimmel was surprised by this, and asked, “Would you be allowed to tell your daughters what was in those files?”
“No,” Bush replied.
Kimmel continued to push, “Now that you’re out of office, you can do anything you want, right?”
“True. But I am not telling you,” Bush replied.
Kimmel then sought to clarify, “Are you not telling me you looked at them?”
“I’m not telling you nuthin’,” Bush responded. This got a chuckle out of the crowd and Kimmel.
However, Kimmel was not done yet. He asked, “Are there really great secrets that you know that you can’t share with people?”
“Yeah,” Bush replied.
Kimmel then asked, “There are? And you never write about them?”
“No,” Bush replied.
Kimmel then suggested perhaps Bush would write about it later in life, like when he is 90.
“No,” Bush replied.
Still pressing, Kimmel asked, “Nothing? What if you were to get a little loopy and…”
“Start drinking again?,” Bush asked.
Kimmel laughed, and agreed. “Yeah. Start drinking again. Guillermo, get some tequila!”
Bush and Kimmel laugh during UFO discussion on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
(Credit: YouTube/Jimmy Kimmel Live)
That was the extent of their ET conversation, as you can see in the video above. The conversation was actually very interesting. Bush seemed to imply he has seen UFO files of which he cannot share the content. Was he kidding? In this setting, one which is about getting laughs, that could be assumed. However, during much of the conversation, Bush did not appear to be joking.
If Bush really has seen UFO files that are top secret and still under wraps, that would be significant. Thus far, every president has denied that such a thing exists. Obama said the aliens would not let him tell Kimmel about the secret files, but he did seem to be joking. Clinton said he looked for secret government UFO files, but did not find any. At least once, he did imply that career bureaucrats could be keeping them secret for him. One of our previous stories on this, and Clinton’s talk with Kimmel, was found in recent WikiLeaks.

Ben Hansen, former host of the Syfy program Fact or Faked: The Paranormal Files, has examined previous statements by presidents, or presidential hopefuls, and he says there is some indication that there is something to hide. He admits, he is not sure what the something is, or if it is UFO or ET related. He intends to scrutinize this video, and when he does, we will let you know what he finds out.
Never mind the bizarre theories that have put aliens on the moon constructing creepy obelisks and even inside to pilot it like a spaceship—new revelations about its vanished magnetic field may shed light on how other moons could potentially host alien life forms.
While the moon now has nothing but a ghost of what was once a magnetic field, a new study has found that its magnetic field must have lasted a billion years longer than what scientists previously estimated. This extended shelf life could mean that magnetic fields on distant celestial bodies may be able to survive long enough to support some sort of extraterrestrial life.
Whether anything ever crawled around on the moon itself is a mystery, but science has been able to find out approximately how strong its dead magnetic field used to be by using moon rocks brought back to Earth by Apollo astronauts. The rocks are relics of a period between 3.56 and 4.25 billion years ago, when the moon’s magnetic field could have been anywhere from 20 to 110 microtesla (in comparison to Earth’s 50). Sometime around 3.19 billion years ago, the strength of the lunar magnetic field plunged to under 4 microteslas, and the question of what happened after that and before it dissipated completely remains unanswered.
Apollo 15 sample 15498.
Greater insight into what the magnetic field of the moon was like when it actually existed could tell us more about how those of alien moons and planets influence their potential for habitability. Earth’s magnetic field shields our planet from getting radiation-bombed by the sun, as Mars did when its own was ruthlessly stripped away by stellar winds to turn it from a planet that is thought to have once been running with rivers into a dry, dusty wasteland.
"Magnetic fields can shield planets from stellar winds which can strip atmospheres of water, which is important for planetary habitability," said lunar geophysicist Sonia Tikoo, who led a study recently published in Science Advances.
An Apollo 15 moon rock, sample 15498, was tested by Tikkoo and her colleagues for what it could reveal about the past. Moon rocks have preserved evidence of the existence and strength of the moon’s ancient magnetic field through thousands of metallic micrograins that aligned with its force as they cooled from a molten state. 15498 is one of the rare ones that formed after volcanism on the moon, and with it, igneous rock formation sputtered to death 3 billion years ago. This one was found to have formed from an intense cosmic impact around 1 to 2.5 billion years ago.
Sample 15498’s magnetic properties were first gauged by a supersensitive magnetometer before it was exposed to an artificial magnetic field in the lab. The rock was then heated to be as close as possible to the extreme temperatures it emerged from, about 1,436 degrees Fahrenheit. How magnetized the rock gets is compared to the natural magnetic field previously measured to determine what the strength of the lunar magnetic field was when it formed. The rock revealed that there was still the vestige of a magnetic field with a strength of 5 microteslas from 1 to 2.5 billion years ago.
The reason the magnetic field held on for so long is thought to be a dynamo much like Earth’s liquid metal core (which fuels our own magnetic field). There are several theories as to how the lunar dynamo could have lasted for billions of years, but it is still an unsolved mystery.
What was once a liquid metallic core (that glowing red thing that looks like the Eye of Sauron) is thought to be what made the lunar magnetic field last a billion years longer than previously thought.
So what does all this say about aliens?
“Even small planetary bodies can generate long-lived magnetic fields operating on billion-year timescales, so it is possible that small exoplanets or exomoons might be able to preserve water on timescales long enough to permit life to develop,” said Tikoo.
Don’t be surprised if the first sign of extraterrestrial life emerges from an exomoon.
