UFO Sightings in the United States

Arizona Light

Tucson -March 15, 2018, My husband was inside the house when I was outside in our back yard taking pictures of a star right below the object that appeared out of nowhere . It was strange because I didn’t see the object in the lens of my phone as I took the pic. I noticed it afterwards as I looked at my pictures. I never saw it in the sky. The first photo does not show the object and the third photo doesn’t show the object I added them to show you the before and after. I tried to blow up the photo in the last two pics. The time says 8:01 and 8:02. I must of started clicking seconds before it changed to 8:02 . The after pic is 8:05. I was viewing my pics in between that time. When I saw the object in my photos I hurried and started to click some more pics to see if the object would appear again and it didn’t . The object is not seen coming or going. I don’t think anything was on my lens because it would have shown on the other photos. I was facing the south direction of my house and my house is on the edge of the southeast part of Tucson. I do believe the same day the ISS passed over Arizona, only I am not sure what time and if I could even get a view of it at 8.00 pm, at night. On the map it shows that the ISS would have been far north of me or far west depending on where it was at the time. My husband and I have been noticing a very huge bright star or object, or planet in the sky (not sure  it changes colors and seems to have moved in a very slow speed going west to east. We have been keeping track of it for two weeks now. It has slowly changed its location. This was the same star that I was trying to photograph when this other unidentifiable object appeared. California Object

Eagle Rock —  I was walking my dog up Fair Park Avenue on March 24, 2018, on a nice afternoon and I had never seen this view of Eagle Rock so I decided to take a photo of the actual rock in the distance. As I framed up the photo I thought. You may not be able to recognize the rock in the distance. I take the photo, immediately select it and enlarge it to see if you can recognize the Eagle Rock in the background. As I enlarged it I see this spec and was startled. Seconds later I look up and there is nothing there. I never actually saw it, only in the picture. There was no noise. It was strange enough that I felt compelled to put it right into social media. I knew enough about cameras that if it was a spec on my lens that it wouldn’t look like this. It would be blurry and not hard edges, and pixilation when enlarged. I even did an experiment later that day. I put a rather large piece of black pepper in the center of my lens and took a pic of the sky. It was so blurry that the camera basically focuses around it. When I flip through my iPhone still photos there is a split second of video of the object covering a ton of ground in the tiny moment! Thanks to MUFON CMS

Florida Lights

Marco — I was outside throwing the football with my two young boys on March 17, 2018, and noticed two vessels in the sky traveling towards one another. I took a closer look and realized these objects were very far away but really large. They were traveling towards one another at a very close distance apart like they could crash. It look like an (Advil with lights on the side but white lights were yellow and orange.) Normally aircraft don’t fly directly towards each other. The larger was traveling north and the smaller was traveling south. They both basically disappeared. After posting on Facebook my fire chief told me that I should contact you. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Hawaii Lights

Kahului — I was driving on Hana Highway when I spotted an object up in the sky and could not figure out what it was so I took a picture of it on February 18, 2018. As you can see in photo it was a very clear morning with no clouds what so ever.

Time was about 8 am and I did not stop to watch it. I just took the picture thinking it would not come out or that I was just imagining what I was seeing.

 Louisiana Streak

Port Arthur — I was going back to my RV and I looked up at the stars on March 27, 2018, and saw something move. I saw it moving across the sky silently and I said well that must be a satellite and then it stopped. When it stopped a small white object came out and flew in the direction that the larger one had come from. I pointed my green laser at it and it stopped. It stayed still until I turned away. I’m not sure what it is on the video. When I stopped filming then it just ascended and went out of view slowly. I’m out here on the Gulf Coast working. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Minnesota Disc

Nimrod — This picture was taken on a 4th of July camping trip in 2011 on the Crow Wing River in Nimrod, Minnesota.

I was looking South down the river. I did not notice the object when I took the picture. I only discovered it when I was going through old photos this week. Thanks to MUFON CMS

 Nebraska Star

Moncton — His “star” seemed to really want to get my attention. The flashing lights were very noticeable against the night sky so I thought it would be interesting to try out my new camera. As I zoomed in, it was apparent that the star was changing shape as well as color. I didn’t observe any movement other than the rapid flashing of lights.
I was able to capture this on video but unfortunately I didn’t have a tripod which resulted in camera shake. From this video, I screen grabbed some stills and enlarged the images. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Texas Triangle

Dallas — Shortly after taking off on Spirit Airlines from Dallas around 6:30 am on March 18, 2018. I was taking photos of the sunrise. There was a little dot that I was attracted to but to me it seemed to be one of the city lights. I kept snapping photos to get the sunrise and the city lights. I took 12 photos total. When I got home and reviewed the photos I saw the last three had a glowing green triangle. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Washington Lights

Everett – A sphere was observed flying above 500 feet altitude under cloud cover.

The sphere was captured on March 17, 2018, flying in a straight line path.

Canada Light

Scarborough — I have another fascinating UFO sighting to share on March 24, 2018. This report reveals a second UFO appearing and disappearing on film. 2. Did not notice when taking photos
3. I was sliding through photos when I noticed the motion. When you slide the photo you see its trajectory coming from the lower left of the photo.
4. The object looks like a cylinder and when you slide the photo it’s almost a blur coming up from the lower left of the photo.
5. I was surprised and happy I caught it. I didn’t see it when I took the photo. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ecuador Light

Jipijapa — A good friend shared these pictures of reddish orange disc that had just flown away from very close to his terrace. He had seen it the day before, about 11pm when it came up close to his home. He saw bursts of light and saw this circular object emitting a red orange glow, coming straight toward him. He called his wife and daughter in law and all watched in awe, until he got scared and started screaming. Neighbors listening to the screaming came out and also witnessed the craft. He took photos with his Samsung phone of the craft that was 1000 yards to the right of the moon. In the third picture the object flew to the left side of the moon.

In my area Bahia de Caraquez, on the central coast of Ecuador, we have had many sightings. One he was able to see the underbelly of a craft while sitting on the beachfront at about 7pm.  One night his car suddenly stopped and all lights turned off. The lights on the disc started rotating around faster and faster and it flew off suddenly. Thanks to MUFON CMS

France Object

Santes — After discovering your existence while watching BTLV, my partner and I decided to share our observation made 10 years ago! On July 6, 2008. we went to our garden in the afternoon. My son (4 years old), my spouse and I looked at the strange “behavior” of a bird. Its wings seemed stuck to its body! He began to spin and maneuver without flapping his wings. I called my spouse and told him to look, but we were unable to determine what it was, It had an oval black shape that was not normal so I  only get two shots as it flew northwest! This phenomenon was very strange and significant! Thanks to MUFON CMS

Italy Disc

Rome – A video was taken of a disc shaped object flying near the Vatican during the last week.

There is some question how the video captured the disc shaped object from the angle higher than the craft.

I have no details on how or who made the video. Also the disc shape is very unusual.

Spain Light

Santa Ponsa — I was sitting on the top floor of our five story building watching the Pleiades at 12:11 AM, on March 27, 2018. Suddenly I noticed a blinking powerful white light hovering above me in slow motion. The object was 80º above the horizon flying south. Some flashes were with less power than others, but the white light was pure and very clean. The object seemed to be taking photographs of the area. It was 3000 – 3500 feet away (~900 – 1000m.) I took my phone and I’ve started recording this light on video. I’ve got a two minute video of this object. The object changes its direction from South to East moving at 5 – 8 km/h) and vanished. Sweden Lights

Årjäng — My friend and I were standing on the back porch of another friend’s house when we noticed six bright lights in the sky on March 24, 2018. They moved from the southwest to northeast before disappearing from view. We were both astonished by what we saw. They were moving at a steady pace and kept the same distance from each other. They seemed to move slightly faster than the average airplane. They shone with a very bright and intense orange light that was steady and did not flicker or dim. We saw them for four minutes and then they disappeared. I took some shots with my phone.

Turkey Object

Aegean Sea – I just flew from over Izmir and Khios, heading into Athens around 4.30pm on 21 March 2018. An object appears to be flying away at right angles from our commercial jet and somehow without either of us appearing to turn we end up almost following it. This is Kerry Forides; please share analyze, chop, enhance, stabilize, etc as I would love to know what I filmed and please refer to my Kerry Camerawork’s page as I am about educating in human nature sustainability and heritage food abundance by design. UK/England Light

Whitten — I was taking a moon picture and noticed a blue light on March 29, 2018. I went on to take the moon picture and can be seen on picture. Then walked little bit away and took another picture, which is more clear.

This happened few minutes ago, Uk/London time 1:00 am. I took the picture through my front door looking southeast.

SHAPESHIFTERS, BIO-BOTS AND OTHER SCI-FI NASA CONCEPTS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD

NASA is really blurring the lines between science and fiction with this year’s NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) competition.

For Phase I, the space agency just chose 25 early-stage tech proposals that could make the stuff of sci-fi a reality with robotic swarms, spacecraft that change shape depending on what extraterrestrial cave or ocean they are heading to, and other visionary ideas that you may have trouble separating them from whatever sci-fi series you’ve been binge-watching on YouTube lately.

Here are some of the most mind-blowing things to emerge from the brains of contestants:

Shapeshifter

Shapeshifters (shown above) don’t just live in sci-fi and horror movies. These flying amphibious robots (FARs) meant to explore the methane lakes and subsurface oceans of Titan were brainstormed by NASA JPL scientist Aliakbar Aghamohammadi, who proposed a bot that can go from flying to rolling to floating, swimming and cave diving. Behind the shifting technology are cobots, mini robots which recombine to change the shape—something like autonomous Legos.

BioBot

How do you take weight off a spacesuit? You make a robot carry the portable life support system (PLSS) around. Wearing an extra 310 poundscan restrict how much of the mission astronauts can actually accomplish, even in low-gravity zones. BioBots can relieve their human companions of some of that weight by connecting to them with an umbilical cord and traveling with them. We’re going to need these if we have any intention of flying back to the moon.

Marsbee

If Swarm of Flapping Wing Flyers for Enhanced Mars Exploration doesn’t sound like the most awesome thing ever, then a bumblebee-sized flyer that hovers over the surface of the Red Planet definitely does. These insectile bots that scientist Chang-kwon Kang calls “bioinspired flapping vehicles” would buzz through the Martian atmosphere with wings the size of of a cicada’s and collect samples from the regolith. Like flying insects, they also weigh next to nothing, meaning they would add minimal weight toa spacecraft’s payload.

Balloon Locomotion for Extreme Terrain (BALLET)

Another genius acronym, BALLET is a balloon platform with six “feet” (which double as payloads) that crawl over terrain which would probably shred your average rover. The underside of the balloon is equipped with a camera to navigate. Five of these feet, which are each tethered to the balloon with three cables to keep it from drifting away, are supposed to stay grounded while one at a time “walks” over a planetary surface in a bizarre sort of space ballet.

PROCSIMA

So maybe humans aren’t zooming over to Proxima Centauri (yet), but scientist Chris Limbach of Texas A&M University has dreamed up a spacecraft that would literally beam itself over. This “Diffractionless Beamed Propulsion for Breakthrough Interstellar Missions” beats laser propulsion because of an innovative beam design that drastically amps the distance over which it accelerates while reducing the beam size. It would be unreal to see this thing in action, shooting through millions of miles of darkness to the next galaxy over, but it could also explore closer mysteries like the Oort cloud.

A conspiracy theorist has claimed that the Nasa live stream from the International Space Station has produced evidence of seven UFOs lingering above Earth.  

Not only is this thought to be proof of ET's existence, the theorist believes the aliens are probably friendly.

With so many 'sightings' from the ISS, the beings could come face-to-face with humans in 15 years, claims the unknown conspiracy theorist known only as 'Graham'.

A conspiracy theorist has claimed that the Nasa live stream from the International Space Station has produced evidence of UFOs lingering above Earth

The UFO-tracking conspiracy theorist told the Daily Star that aliens are here and making their way to us.

He said: 'Sightings all over the world are increasing at a dramatic rate.

'We are being watched and observed like a large planet sized scale lab experiment, I am of the opinion that the other races visiting our planet are not hostile.

'After all, with the technology they must employ to travel vast distances etc, I'm sure they could wipe us out in the blink of an eye.

'And the fact we are still breathing on this beautiful planet means either they are here to help or observe.'

The evidence presented by Graham was obtained during a live feed from the ISS on March 31.

He then uploaded the edited footage to his YouTube channel Conspiracy Depot.

It was revealed that the UFOs were observed between 11:20 pm BST and 11:50 pm BST. 

With so many 'sightings' from the ISS, these UFOs could house friendly beings that will come face-to-face with humans in 15 years, claims conspiracy theorist 

More worrying than the claims of nearby, unknown powerful beings of unknown origin is the belief that we will soon be directly interacting with the aliens.

Graham revealed: 'Eventually, they will make themselves known.

'There is a theory that a timescale has been firmly set and agreed by world leaders and the ET's and I think the time for disclosure will be within the next 15 years.

The unknown conspiracy theorist known only as 'Graham' claims the unknown powerful beings of unknown origin is the belief that we will soon be directly interacting with the aliens

Graham believes that the anomalies are proof of UFOs. Some people have suggested that it could have been the Tiangong-1 space station reentering Earth's atmosphere instead 

'Imagine how this will impact the Earth, new technology, medicines and way of life, our whole civilisation could change to reflect one of unity and peace.

'Some people call them 'watchers' or 'observers' I think these quotes are correct.

'There may be other hostile races too which we are being protected from also which is very reassuring.' 

Many have attempted to discredit the claims, saying that the anomalies could be fragments of the Tiangong-1 Chinese space station in one of its last orbits around Earth.

Whilst UFO conspiracies are commonplace, and increasing in frequency, there's almost always a simple explanation.

There are a number of common phenomena that can cause strange objects to appear in ISS footage, including lightning storms high over Earth's surface and tricks of the light.

In the past, a Nasa spokesperson has explained to Dailymail.com: 'Reflections from station windows, the spacecraft structure itself or lights from Earth commonly appear as artifacts in photos and videos from the orbiting laboratory.'

In a previous statement to MailOnline Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said: 'Nasa can't win when it comes to dealing with UFOs.'

He added: 'Even if it was debris, it doesn't turn it into a extraterrestrial scoutship filled with tentacled aliens.'

WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION?

The International Space Station (ISS) is a $100 billion (£80 billion) science and engineering laboratory that orbits 250 miles (400 km) above Earth.

It has been permanently staffed by rotating crews of astronauts and cosmonauts since November 2000.

The space station is currently home to two Russians, three Americans and one Japanese. 

Research conducted aboard the ISS often requires one or more of the unusual conditions present in low Earth orbit, such as low-gravity or oxygen.

ISS studies have investigated human research, space medicine, life sciences, physical sciences, astronomy and meteorology.

The US space agency, Nasa, spends about $3 billion (£2.4 billion) a year on the space station program, a level of funding that is endorsed by the Trump administration and Congress.

A U.S. House of Representatives committee that oversees Nasa has begun looking at whether to extend the program beyond 2024.

Alternatively the money could be used to speed up planned human space initiatives to the moon and Mars.

New UFO Sighting Not Far from Roswell

Legend has it that about 120 years ago, a spacecraft or airship of some sort crashed in the small town of Aurora northwest of Fort Worth and that the body of a little space man is buried in the cemetery there.

AURORA, TEXAS 

The grave marker was stolen in 1972, around the time that the nonprofit Mutual UFO Network published an investigative piece about the Aurora incident. A replacement marker also was stolen in 2012, said Aurora city administrator Toni Wheeler, a longtime area resident.

The marker was an asymmetrical stone that featured a crude etching of the cigar-shaped aircraft with three holes.

Today, the gravesite is marked only by a boulder, although some visitors to the cemetery have used ink to inscribe the rock with messages such as "Rest in peace, my alien brother." A small wooden cross and flowers also were seen at the gravesite during a recent visit.

On April 17, 1897, a story attributed to Aurora cotton buyer S.E. Haydon appeared in The Dallas Morning News: “About 6 o’clock this morning the early risers of Aurora were astonished at the sudden appearance of the airship which has been sailing through the country.”

The story went on to explain that an aircraft smacked into a windmill just a few hundred feet north of what is now Texas 114 and crashed into a field.

Supposedly, the pilot — who many people in the town have referred to by the nickname "Ned" for decades — was buried in the town cemetery.

The incident occurred six years before the Wright brothers’ historical first human flight at Kitty Hawk, N.C., and nearly 50 years before the much more famous unidentified flying object reportedly crashed in Roswell, N.M.

Horres said he got the idea for offering a reward after visiting the cemetery on a whim on a recent Saturday. He encountered a father and young son who also were visiting the site, and shared with them tidbits of information he had read about the Aurora UFO incident during his research.

"Another generation will remember that story because of that visit," he said..

If someone comes forward with the grave marker, Horres said he will not pursue criminal charges.

"It will be no questions asked. I don't want anyone to feel like they were in trouble," he said.

Horres said he will hire an investigator he uses for legal cases to oversee an investigation of the grave marker, possibly including a study into who did the etchings of the grave marker and where the stone material came from.

Once that work is complete, Horres said he will consider donating the grave marker to either Aurora city officials or the local cemetery association, or otherwise taking steps to ensure it is kept safely for future generations.

"It would be for the return and examination to the original gravesite, for everyone to see it."

Officials in Aurora were unaware of Horres' interest in the grave marker, but would be delighted if he turned up any evidence new or old, Wheeler said.

Two years ago, the city held an Aurora Alien Encounter to celebrate the anniversary of the reported crash. A subsequent encounter event was canceled after the 2017 death of UFO researcher and former Star-Telegram reporter Jim Marrs, who created a documentary about the Aurora incident and wrote and spoke extensively about President Kennedy's assassination and numerous conspiracies.

This year, the city will host a more toned-down event to celebrate the 121st anniversary of the reported UFO crash, with a memorial service for Marrs and a tour of the cemetery and area near the crash site, she said. This year's event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. April 28, and more information can be found on the city's Facebook page. Later, additional information will be provided on the city's website.

HERE’S THE MIND-BOGGLING REASON WE PROBABLY WON’T MEET ALIENS WHILE THEY’RE STILL ALIVE

And according to the newly updated numbers, it’s not looking promising. 

“If the civilisation emitted from the other side of the galaxy, when the signal arrives here, the civilisation will already be gone,” one of the team, Claudio Grimaldi from the Federal Polytechnical School of Lausanne in Switzerland, told Lisa Grossman at Science News.

The research team also includes Frank Drake himself, now professor emeritus at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Each of the variables in the Drake equation are open to debate, but the scientists assumed a civilisation lifespan of 100,000 years as a marker, which is how long it takes light to cross the galaxy. Even an alien empire that lasted that long would only fill “a small fraction” of the galaxy with signals, the study determines.

What’s more, given the frequency of the signals we send out into space, an alien civilisation would need to be within 50 light-years for us to have heard back from them at this point, the researchers found.

While a hardy group of aliens who survived longer than 100,000 years could fill the galaxy with bouncing signals, there could again be gaps if new civilisations don’t spring up often enough to fill them, the data shows.

Another interesting finding was that the number of extraterrestrial signals crossing Earth at any one time should correspond to the number of civilisations currently broadcasting, whether or not the signals we’re hearing are from past or current civilisations. The researchers are still writing up their thoughts on that one.

The aim of all these calculations is to get a better perspective on our lack of contact with alien lifeforms so far. Is it because no one else is out there? Or is it because we just have a very low chance of hearing anything?

This is still all preliminary though – the paper produced by the team has yet to be peer-reviewed by other scientists, though it is available online.

For now though, we shouldn’t expect to be hearing signals from alien lifeforms that are still around – at least not with an assumed civilisation lifespan of 100,000 years.

“The transmissions arriving at Earth may come from distant civilisations long extinct, while civilisations still alive are sending signals yet to arrive,” write the researchers.

The Story Of The Great Flood According To Ancient Aztec Mythology

No matter where you look, descriptions of a cataclysmic flood that destroyed the world can be found in nearly all ancient cultures.

The Great Flood was supposedly sent by God or the gods upon the earth in order to destroy civilization as an act of divine punishment. This story is a widespread theme among many cultural myths and is perhaps best known from the biblical story of Noah.

But despite the fact that Noah’s story of the great flood may be one of the most famous and well know flood stories, it isn’t the oldest one out there, and it certainly isn’t the only one.

There are several other—perhaps less famous—versions such as stories of Matsya in the Hindu Puranas, Deucalion in Greekmythology. The oldest and ‘original’ account of the great flood is, according to scholars, that of Utnapishtim in the Epic ofGilgamesh.

This historic fact is clear evidence how many of the world’s oldest cultures have stories describing a Great Flood that devastated earlier civilizations on Earth.

Curiously, a great deal of similarity exists between several of the flood myths, something that has led many authors and scholars to believe that these have evolved from or influenced each other.

And despite the fact, three stories of a great flood exist in nearly all ancient cultures on Earth; mainstream scholars are divided in opinion whether or not such an event took place on Earth. However, scientists do recognize that in the distant past, thousands of years ago, a catastrophic flood did take place on Earth, but most scientists deny that there was a massive Flood—the Great Flood—that occurred in the last 6,000 years that covered major parts of the planet.

The ancient Sumerian Nippur tablet is believed to describe the oldest account of the Great Flood and the creation of both humans and animals on Earth. It also records the names of Antediluvian cities on earth and their respective rulers.

The Eridu Genesis is believed to have been composed circa 2,300BCE is considered as the earliest known account of the great flood and predates more popular Great Flood described in the biblical book of Genesis.

Many authors and scholars believe that the Sumerian accounts of a great flood eventually gave birth to more popular Flood myths like the one described in the Bible.

However, if that is true, how did the story of a great deluge make its way all the way to Mesoamerica, thousands of years ago?

The Aztec Flood Stories

There are several accounts of Aztec Flood stories, but authors argue that the most famous of them all is that of Nota, the Aztec version of Noah.

When the Sun Age came, there had passed 400 years. Then came 200 years, then 76. Then all mankind was lost and drowned and turned to fishes. The water and the sky drew near each other. In a single day, all was lost. But before the Flood began, Titlachahuan had warned the man Nota and his wife Nena, saying, ‘Make no more pulque, but hollow a great cypress, into which you shall enter the month Tozoztli. The waters shall near the sky.’ They entered, and when Titlachahuan had shut them in he said to the man, ‘Thou shalt eat but a single ear of maize, and thy wife but one also.’ And when they had each eaten one ear of maize, they prepared to go forth, for the water was tranquil. IF we take a look at the Five Suns, the doctrine of the Aztec and other Nahua peoples we will find the following eras, creations, and destructions:

• Nahui-Ocelotl(Jaguar Sun) – Inhabitants were giants who were devoured by jaguars. The world was destroyed.
• Nahui-Ehécatl(Wind Sun) – Inhabitants were transformed into monkeys. This world was destroyed by hurricanes.
• Nahui-Quiahuitl(Rain Sun) – Inhabitants were destroyed by a rain of fire. Only birds survived (or inhabitants survived by becoming birds).
• Nahui-Atl(Water Sun) – This world was flooded turning the inhabitants into fish. A couple escaped but were transformed into dogs.
• Nahui-Ollin(Earthquake Sun) – We are the inhabitants of this world. This world will be destroyed by earthquakes (or one large earthquake).

The fourth one, Nahui-Atl describes what many believe is a great flood: This world was flooded turning the inhabitants into fish. A couple escaped but were transformed into dogs.

“The fourth sun, Nahui-Atl, “Four-Water,” ended in a gigantic flood that lasted for 52 years. Only one man and one woman are said to have survived, sheltered in a huge cypress. But they were turned into dogs by Tezcatlipoca, whose orders they had disobeyed,”—Britannica.

After the Nahui-Atl comes the Nahui-Ollin, the world we live in today, which, according to Aztec mythology, will be destroyed by one large earthquake.

Different versions of Mesoamerican floods, especially those by the Aztec people tell that after the great flood, there were no survivors, and creation had to start from the beginning, while other accounts describe how current humans are descended from a small number of survivors.

He ordered bricks to be made in the province of Tlalmanalco, at the foot of the Sierra of Cecotl, and in order to convey them to Cholula, he placed a file of men who passed them from hand to hand.

The gods beheld, with wrath, an edifice the top of which was to reach the clouds. Irritated at the daring attempt of Xelhua, they hurled fire on the pyramid.

Numbers of the workmen perished.

The work was discontinued, and the monument was afterward dedicated to Quetzalcoatl.

Giants lived on Earth before the flood, and Xelhua was one of the seven giants in Aztec mythology who escaped the flood by ascending the mountain of Tlaloc in the terrestrial paradise and afterwards built the Great Pyramid of Cholula.

A Dominican monk wrote this account:

Xelhua was a giant of the “time of the universal deluge.” He was one of the seven giants in the Aztec culture. Before the pyramid in Mesoamerica was complete, “fire fell upon it, causing the death of its builders and the abandonment of the work.”

One of the most fascinating histories in Mesoamerica belongs without a doubt, to the ancient Aztec people.

The Aztecs (also called Mexica Culture) were a pre-Columbian civilization of the Mesoamerican region, which flourished between the 14th and 16th centuries AD, in the corresponding territory of Mexico.

The Aztec spoke Nahuatl, and their culture developed in the cultural region of Mesoamerica from 1325 to 1521 AD, date of the conquest of Mexico by Spanish Conquistadores, commanded by Hernán Cortés, who defeated the Aztecs and destroyed their civilization.

The Aztecs reached a high degree of technological and cultural sophistication and were governed by an elective monarchy, organized into different social classes, such as nobles, priests, warriors, merchants, farmers, and slaves.

In addition to their incredible agricultural, astronomical, and economic development, the ancient Aztecs are known for having a pictographic script and two calendars (astronomical and liturgical).

The center of the Aztec empire was the city of Tenochtitlan located Mexico City.

The functioning of the Aztec State was based on a wide bureaucratic network formed by professional officials, such as priests, trade inspectors, and tax collectors—the Tecuhtli.

Like many other ancient cultures during the time, the ancient Aztecs too were polytheists (they worshiped several gods) and believed that if human blood was not offered to the Sun God, it would stop shinning and would go out plunging the world into darkness.

Human sacrifices were offered to:

Huitzilopochtli or Tezcatlipoca: The sacrificed was placed on a stone by four priests and a fifth priest extracted, with a knife, the warrior’s heart alive to feed it to the gods.

Tlaloc: Children were sacrificed annually on the mountaintops. It was believed that when more creatures cried, more rain the God would provide.

In the Aztec pantheon, there were many gods.

The main ones were linked to the solar cycle and the agricultural activity.

The most revered god was Quetzalcoatl, represented as a feathered serpent.

According to the Spanish chroniclers, the bloodshed was offered from the hearts of animals and human beings in essential rites to satisfy their Gods.

In addition to having been extensively developed in a number of scientific and social fields, Aztec Mythology is one of the richest folklore of the American Continent.

Curiously, two of the most amazing structures built in Mesoamerica where the ancient City of Teotihuacan, and the Great Pyramid of Cholula.

The Great Pyramid of Cholula for example, happens to be the largest pyramid of the world.

In size, this Pyramid is compared to NINE Olympic-sized swimming pools.

Researchers have no idea who built this massive structure, but legends say it was erected by Giants. Specifically, the Quinametzin Giants.

According to Aztec Mythology, the Quinametzin Giants not only built the Great Pyramid of Cholula, but they also erected one of the most amazing ancient cities in Central America, the Great City of Teotihuacan.

If we take a look at In Aztec mythology, we will find that the Quinametzin Giants are believed to have populated the world during the previous era of the Sun of Rain (Nahui-Quiahuitl).

As written in the book El Mundo Mágico de los Dioses del Anáhuac authored by Otilia Meza, a Quinametzin Giant stood more than 10 feet tall with a weight of around 600 pounds.

As many other mythologies around the globe that mention the existence of giants, the Quinametzin too were by the gods because they did not venerate them, and their peak-civilization came to an end as a result of great calamities and as a punishment from the heavens for grave sins they had committed.

6 Amazing ‘Pieces Of Evidence’ That Hint Giants Existed On Earth

Countless ancient texts—including the Bible—mention a time when Giants walked on Earth.

But we all know Giants aren’t real, right?

Notice how both in Greek Mythology and in Aztec mythology, Giants were punished by the Gods?

1—The Book of Giants

Numbers 13:33 ESV: “And there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them.”

3—Quinametzin Giants

According to Aztec Mythology, the so-called Quinametzin Giants, populated this world during the previous era of the Sun Rain. These mighty creatures are mentioned in the Codex Rios, also called the Vatican A codex. According to the Italian translation of the ancient manuscript written during the Spanish Conquest, Giants lived in Mesoamerica.

According to the depictions of the codex, Aztec warriors even fought against giant beings.

Dominican Fray Diego Duran tells us a lot about Aztec history and culture.  His writings offer some of the oldest texts about the ancient Aztecs, their life, religion, customs, and mythology.

“It cannot be denied that there have been giants in this country. I can affirm this as an eyewitness, for I have met men of monstrous stature here. I believe that there are many in Mexico who will remember, as I do, a giant Indian who appeared in a procession of the feast of Corpus Christi. He appeared dressed in yellow silk and a halberd at his shoulder and a helmet on his head. And he was all of three feet taller than the others.” ‑Fray Diego Duran, The Aztecs (New York: Orion Press, 1964), pp. 5-6.

Here’s The UFO Footage NASA Doesn’t Want You To See

During a live stream event from the Progress spacecraft, two unidentified objects appear out of nowhere and are clearly visible in NASA’s Live Stream. The two ‘unidentified objects’ quickly disappear in a way that many conspiracy theorists say, makes the footage look edited, giving UFO hunters plenty to think about.

Most importantly, it isn’t the first live stream that NASA has tried editing, say UFO hunters.

We’ve come across plenty of videos on YouTube showing what many believe is the ultimate evidence our plant is beings monitored and constantly visited by beings, not from Earth.

And while some of these videos are easily explained as reflections or camera glitches, other videos make you wonder whether or not there really is something out there we are not being told about.

One extremely controversial video was filmed by NASA’s cameras on board the international space station on July 9.

What do you think this object is? It was photographed by the Gemini X mission.

As the Space Station was orbiting Earth, a mysterious whiteish object appears to move towards our planet’s atmosphere.

Just as the object approaches the planet’s atmosphere, it comes to an abrupt stop, and NASA’s live stream is cut off.

This isn’t the first time NASA has cut off the live stream warn UFO hunters and conspiracy theorists.

On numerous occasions has NASA abruptly cut off its live stream from space, every time a mysterious UFO appears near the space station.

This strange behavior has prompted conspiracy theorists and UFO hunters to call NASA out for trying to cover-up evidence of alien visitations on Earth.

But is NASA really trying to hide evidence of alien spaceships entering and leaving Earth’s atmosphere? Or are UFO hunters and conspiracy theorists just being paranoid about it, and what if the mysterious objects are only space junk and debris floating around?

But if the alleged UFOs filmed in space are nothing more than just space junk or satellites, how come these objects have the ability to change directions or stop and move abruptly?

And If they are only space debris and satellites, why does NASA turn off their cameras nearly every single time such an object enters the cameras field of view?

Coincidence?

Is this a UFO? Bristol man films strange lights ‘bouncing off the moon’

The man said he saw multiple ships in the sky from the roof of his flat in Easton

UFOs have reportedly been caught on camera by a man from Bristol who is convinced he saw ships “bouncing off the moon”.

Bright lights in the sky were captured by the man from his flat in Easton in the early hours of Good Friday.

The 35-year-old man, who asked not to be named, said he saw a “mothership” as well as several other smaller aircraft moving across the sky at speed.

“I witnessed it from my flat in Easton,” he said. “The main UFO was some distance away – it looked like it was bouncing off the moon.

“I saw spheres and balls and I saw a mothership. I have seen UFOs before but this is the first time I have had the opportunity to record it.

“I reckon the mothership was the size of two to three football fields, at least. There were two or three altogether but the mothership was the focus – it was so big, even from a distance.”

His excited reaction to seeing he what he believes was a UFO can be heard in the video above.

Although intriguing, the man’s footage is not the first time mysterious lights have been spotted in the skies over Bristol.

In August last year, a man from Kingdown captured what appeared to be three lights hovering over the BS15 area of the city.

While in May last year, video footage emerged of unidentified lights flying over Hanham while in June, a similarly strange light pattern was caught on film over Shortwood .

The sightings prompted some conspiracy theorists to suggest Bristol is a hotbed for extra-terrestrial activity – with one Bristol Post reader even suggesting Purdown BT Tower was a UFO refuelling station .

WAAROM SPLITST AFRIKA ZICH JUIST NU IN TWEE DELEN? 

Enkele dagen geleden verscheen er een enorme scheur in Kenia die door wetenschappers wordt verklaard als het begin van een breuk die Afrika in twee delen zal splitsen. 

Iedereen slaapt rustig verder, want, zo zeggen ze, dit proces zal nog zeker enkele miljoenen jaren in beslag nemen. 

Het is eigenlijk best verbazingwekkend hoe gemakkelijk de bevolking weer in slaap wordt gesust nadat er weer eens iets heel heftigs met onze aarde is gebeurd. 

Enkele dagen geleden kwam het volgende bericht in het nieuws:

Wetenschappers denken dat Afrika weleens in tweeën kan gaan splitsen. Het oostelijke deel zal een nieuw continent gaan vormen. De verschuiving is al begonnen; de breuk ontstond begin vorige week in Kenia. 

De drukke Keniaanse weg Mai Mahiu-Narok stortte hierdoor deels in. De breuk is daar op sommige plekken twintig meter breed en vijftien meter diep. En de breuk zal sneller verbreden dan verwacht. 

 


Het proces dat zich daar nu voltrekt wordt als volgt omschreven:

Wetenschapper Lucia Perez Diaz, verbonden aan de Royal Holloway universiteit van London, ziet hierin het bewijs dat het oostelijk deel van Afrika een nieuw continent zal vormen. Kenia, Tanzania, Somalië en een deel van Ethiopië zullen uiteindelijk worden afgescheiden, schrijft The Mirror naar aanleiding van haar publicatie in het blad Conversation.

In het artikel beschrijft ze hoe dit geologisch proces zich voltrekt diep in de aarde. Afrika bestaat nu nog uit één tektonische plaat: de zogeheten Afrikaanse plaat. Alleen, die wordt in het oosten geleidelijk uit elkaar gespleten, ter hoogte van Somalië.

Daardoor zullen er op termijn twee platen ontstaan: de Somalische plaat (de oostelijke plaat) én de Nubische plaat (de westelijke plaat).

Waar met geen woord over wordt gerept, is dat dit een verschijnsel is dat zich op veel meer plekken op aarde voor doet. Het is niet alleen in Kenia dat er scheuren in de aarde verschijnen.

Zoals we vaker schrijven; het is niet één bepaald voorval, het is een optelsom van alle vreemde en ongewone dingen die er wereldwijd plaatsvinden. En niemand schijnt zich af te vragen waarom dit alles juist nu gebeurt.

En met het tempo waarmee dit nu allemaal gebeurt, gaat het echt niet over miljoenen jaren, maar over een veel korter tijdsbestek.

Homeowners should know that even a small crack in the ceiling, wall or floor is a sign that something bad is happening and shouldn’t be ignored. Residents of Kenya and African countries in the same longitude should have felt the same way when a crack formed across the Mai Mahiu-Narok road near Nairobi, but they didn’t seem too concerned … until geologists pointed out that the crack formed in the aptly-named Rift Valley where two active tectonic plates meet and scrape against each other for 3,000 km (1864 miles). Talk about a bad sign! How much plaster do you need to fill a 3,000 km crack?

The Kenyan news source Standard Digital reported that the first crack appeared on March 14th as rain washed away a one kilometer stretch of the road and flash floods killed at least one person. While rain and floods are common in the area, this relatively little crack was not. It was a sign that something was happening underneath it in Suswa, a shield volcano made by lava that flows in a river out of a volcano rather than from an eruption. By March 20th, the crack was 50 feet (15.5 km) wide, 50 feet deep and a number of miles long … and getting longer and wider by the day.

Worried yet? This is obviously more than a road problem that can be fixed by the local pothole crews working overtime. Geologists are looking closely at the movements of the African plate, which covers most of the continent, and the Somali plate, a minor plate which covers about half of the East coast of Africa, from the Gulf of Aden, between Somalia and Yemen, south to Durban, South Africa. Where the plates meet is called the East African Rift, and the Rift Valley where the crack opened is part of the eastern branch of the East African Rift known as the Gregory Rift (named for British geologist John Walter Gregory who explored the rift in 1892-93 and 1919).

Fossils of early hominins have been discovered in the Gregory Rift, but what concerns geologists at the moment is that the rift is on the Kenyan Dome, a geographic uprising formed by the interactions of the African, Somalian and Arabian plates – the Arabian covers the Arabian peninsula and has been moving northward to mash into the Eurasian Plate. That pulling-away is also impacting the East African Rift. The entire collection of rifts are considered to be active and moving because the magma plume beneath them is hotter than the average plume.

Now are you worried? The Kenyan media source Daily Nationinterviewed geologist David Ahede, who said the Somali plate is moving away from the African plate at a rate of 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) per year – a big gap in geological terms. He blames it all on the Suswa volcano, which is also active. All of that movement of plates away from each other causes earthquakes, which is what ultimately caused the Mai Mahiu-Narok road crack and its continual spreading north and south. This is the second time in five years that a crack has opened up at the same location in the Rift Valley.

Is the east coast of Africa going to break off into the Indian Ocean? Yes … eventually. Residents of Rift Valley have time to sell their homes before the property values – like their countries – plummet. The split is expected to be complete around 50 million years from now. However, the seismic and plate tectonic activity is expected to increase on a smaller scale, causing major cracks that can cause major accidents, landslides, flooding and other natural disasters.

For what it will look like when all of the plates break, think giant bull in continent-sized china cabinet.

NASA Scientists Say Alien Life May Exist in the Acid Clouds of Venus

Earth’s closest neighbor is about as close to a planetary evil twin as you can get. While very similar to Earth in terms of size, weight, and gravity, Venus—ironically named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty—is a blasted hellscape of extreme temperatures, crushing atmospheric pressure, and swirling clouds of sulfuric acid. Temperatures at the Venusian surface can be as high as 860 degrees Fahrenheit and the weight of that acid choked atmosphere is 90 times heavier than Earth. That’s the equivalent pressure of being 2970 feet under the ocean. Despite these unfortunate characteristics, a paper published in the journal Astrobiology on March 30, 2018 by a team of NASA scientists says this deadly nightmare planet might be our best chance of finding extraterrestrial life—and we may have found it already.

While the idea of life on Venus is not new by any means, the recently published paper lays out a new argument based on new discoveries both on Venus and here on Earth. Sanjay Limaye, the lead author of the paper and, noticed that bacteria on earth can form light-absorbing colonies that share properties with unexplained “dark patches” in the clouds of Venus. These dark patches have been shown, through spectroscopic observation, to be composed of sulfuric acid and some “unknown particles.”

Limaye and the other authors of the paper argue that these mysterious and unidentified particles could be bacterial life akin to an algae bloom that can survive the punishing atmosphere of the solar system’s hottest planet. Limaye explains:

Venus shows some episodic dark, sulfuric rich patches, with contrasts up to 30–40 percent in the ultraviolet, and muted in longer wavelengths. These patches persist for days, changing their shape and contrasts continuously and appear to be scale dependent.

Strangely, the changing dark patches in Venus’ atmosphere share the same dimensions as some bacteria on Earth. The problem is the instruments examining Venus aren’t capable of distinguishing between organic and inorganic materials.

As far as chances for finding extraterrestrial life go, this one isn’t bad. Some models of Venus’ history suggest that Venus could have held a large amount of liquid water for as long as one billion years, which would have been a superb jumping off point for life to evolve and adapt to the changing environment. Recently, scientists have discovered a whole slew of bacteria and viruses on Earth that can survive at extreme temperatures and pressures, including some that make their homes in sulfuric acid.

Venus and earth share many similarities, and Venus may have even had liquid water long ago.

To test this idea, however, we would need to actually send a craft to the Venus surface. Limaye hopes that NASA will send a VAMP (Venus Atmospheric Maneuverable Platform), a plane-blimp hybrid that could study the middle atmosphere of Venus for up to a year to study the planet’s atmosphere and hopefully confirm his suspicions.

Currently, NASA is discussion possible collaboration in the Russian Venera-D mission, which will send an orbiter, lander, surface station and maneuverable aerial platform to Venus sometime next decade.

Strange greenish UFO hovers in the sky over Lar Mirada, California

A strange greenish disk-like object has been spotted while hovering in the sky over Mirada, California on March 30, 2018. 

The footage shows a fascinating object that moves slowly from the right to the left. 

Since it clearly flies behind certain objects, like a street light; we may assume that it is not a reflection of the camera but is it a UFO or is it something that can be explained.
