UFO Sightings in the United States
Arizona Light
Fort Mohave — Saw what looked to be a golden star shaped object over our shop in the night sky. I took a photo with my nephew present on July 17, 2018
The photo was more sharp but seems to be degrading over time. What is this thing? Used a 40X zoom, cannonB500 Coolpix camera. Showed my sister and niece- They thought it looked like an angel blowing a trumpet, but too difficult to see it as it is degrading. It was stationary=wondering if it is a hologram? Have taken many such odd photos here the last year. Want to know what is going on over my backyard at night. have enclosed two mo. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Arkansas Lights
Bentonville — There had been a big fire burning near Fort Smith, Arkansas.Channel 5 news has a webcam of the Pocola fire.
Anyone could watch the fire burning from this cam. I don’t sleep well so I looked at that cam at approximately 3:00 to 4 am. The fire was out and only a little smoke was seen. I looked up in the sky above the smoke and saw the attached. I took several screenshots and this is what I saw. I thought it might be Mars since it is close Thanks to MUFON CMS
California Object
Walnut — I just got back home late and as I arrived, my dad was out watering the lawn on August 4, 2018. Dad tells me to go outside there is a strange flying object that he’s seeing. When I looked up it was indeed a strange aircraft flying above us, I immediately thought UFO because of its strange flight pattern. I’ve seen many videos and this was one that I am now actually encountering in real life. It was the size of 4 basketballs from his perspective. It looked to me like a spherical object with 3 distinct orange dots. There were flames coming out of it. the orange lights of the craft pulsated slowly in a steady predictable pattern, the lighting of it would fade and come back. It started to get more distant as it gained more altitude faded out and disappeared.
Indiana Object
Gary –I was waiting for my wife and I decided to get some pics of the old Methodist church on June 30, 2018. I did not see the object until I was using the video camera on my phone, which is an Lg K7. When I looked at the phone at the object it was hovering and appeared to be spinning at about the height of the churches roof. It made a very fast circular motion and dipped down below my line of sight. It then came back up still spinning. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Georgia Lights
Buford — I was looking out my kitchen window and saw beautiful rainbow and I thought it was rather large and very close to the house on May 10, 2018. I went out to my back porch with my cell phone and started taking pictures of the rainbow. My niece came out and she was also amazed and then it suddenly started to become a double rainbow. Later I looked t my pictures and was shocked to see bell shaped UFOs hovering through the rainbow! A possible dimensional portal ? Thanks to MUFON CMS
Montana Disc
Scouting for elk in northwest Montana I saw later in my photo a disc shaped UFO..
I have no idea what it is. Looks to be hovering .
The photo was taken on August 3, 2018. Thanks to MUFON CMS
New Jersey UFOs
Burlington — Did anyone mention hundreds of UFO’S the other night. I was sitting outside the other night in Burlington, and wave after wave of lights, looked like stars moving, passed over me for about a half hour on July 24, 2018. I took a video with my phone, but they were really high up. No strobes, like planes, just white lights traveling from Trenton area towards Medford.. Ron Dobisch dlfglobalinc@gmail.com
New York Cylinder
Tonawanda (Amhers ) — My family and I were on a summer vacation going to see Niagara Falls. on August 4, 2018. At the time I was in a dark part of Ellicot Park and there was a live concert going on. I was trying out my new Canon Vixia 57x zoom camera videoing the planets (Jupiter and Mars are out and to the south) when I saw the UFO rise out of the east. The object is flying toward me as the UFO drops something. After 2 minutes 30s the object disappears. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Oregon Disc
Newport — My husband and I were vacationing in Newport, on August 3, 2018,. I suddenly awoke for no reason at 11:30 PM, from my ocean view room. Upon wakening, I propped myself up on my elbow to peer out the window to see a well-lit glowing orange bell-shaped rounded saucer. It crossed the window, making no sound, and maintained a straight trajectory, moving from north to south. It was traveling at a pace that took 2-3 seconds for it to cross the frame of the hotel window. I ran to the window and
looked down to the right and noticed a couple lighting firecrackers. They seemed to not notice. The craft was so close, I could see the outline of its shape clearly, for it emanated a strong light, much like how the moon glows. It cast no rays or beams of light and did not have any lights on it. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Texas Orbs
Eagle Pass – I did not personally see this event but many people in Eagle Pass and its neighboring border town of Piedras Negras did on August 8, 2018. If you go to Facebook and search up Eagle Pass lights or lights over Eagle Pass, you will most likely find the video footage that I’m talking about. Apparently many people saw it happen on both sides of the Border. I’m not too sure about the time but it was after Sunset because the video shows a very dark sky. The lights are very easy to see. At first it seems like there is one right here and one right there but then you can see them making a sort of circular pattern. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Virginia Starship
Monroe Institute — At night on August 6, 2018, I had an extremely good sighting of a starship, possibly the best that I have ever had. I pretty much knew that I would see something this night. It was almost as if the star beings were communicating with me beforehand, you know, telepathy. Out of the west/northwest sky, about a quarter to 10 PM heading in an easterly direction, I saw this whiter vehicle come from behind the trees and traverse the sky. The vehicle had a huge white light that didn’t flash, maybe 3 times as bright as the brightest thing in the sky. Mars was up and you know how big that was, and this vehicle was completely silent. No it was not an airplane. It was definitely the star craft that had beforehand been promised for me to see. For some reason, I inherently knew this.
I watched the light for about a half a minute until it was overhead and then the light extinguished itself. There were no clouds in the sky for it to hide behind and I made sure that I watched the place where the light vanished for about two or three minutes to see if the star craft would power up again. It didn’t, so I went into my house because I knew that I would not see anything quite so spectacular this night and the mosquitoes were biting pretty badly, too. Love and Light, Dan Johnson
Worldwide UFO Sightings
Australia Orbs
Anakie Victoria — Two bright reflective orbs I noticed vertical to each other on a clear sky against the setting sun on September 20, 2017. I thought it was the sun reflecting on to dissipating clouds but was far too bright and a silver metallic color the way they were moving was too fast to be a cloud. We stopped and noticed no other clouds in the sky and it was very bright and metallic silver color as they started to separate and change axis then split up and go in different directions. Later I was showing someone the photos I took and zoomed in to my amazement two other dark shaped cone orbs. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Canada Lights
Success, Saskatchewan — A man found a strange object in the background of a photo taken with his “critter” (game) cam on July 3, 2018, . He sent the photo which was scanned. He stated that the small gate and box in the photo is about 80 feet from the camera.
Note: The object in the photo is likely an insect. The long exposure of the camera set at night produces a multi-second shot of the insect. Thanks to William Puckett, Director Http://www.UFOsnw.com
Germany Object
Berlin — I was walking my dog and I noticed a plane in the sky and caught my attention because it was so extremely clear on August 6, 2018. I could see the plane in detail. It was a big one and really high. As I was watching the plane another object caught my attention. At first I thought it was a very bright and big star, too bright and too big for this sunny summer day at 2 pm. I noticed very soon that it was a metallic object that sometimes disappeared for about 2 seconds and appeared again. I took some photos and videos that my Motorola didn’t really take good images. Today, 09.08.2018 I was abducted, but I’m going to have to open another report for this because I can’t choose 2 different dates for a report.
Poland Disc
Polanow — I was in the kitchen drinking tea on August 9, 2018, and a few nights before I noticed this object beaming red light, and thought it was a star. When I looked closely I noticed movement. Couple nights later, I saw this object again and asked my mum to try film it as her phone has better camera than mime. When she zoomed as much as possible we saw that it changed positions so rapidly that nothing we know of could do such things. The object was jumping from one place to another. Light was constantly beaming red and white. There was huge flash of white light. I saw a plane flying above it. My mum took couple of pictures which stunned us because it looked like a disc from UFO movie. Thanks to MUFON CMS
UK/England Light
Essex — We were enjoying the sunshine in the garden (not drinking on August 5, 2018.. As we live under the flight path of Heathrow airport I like to watch the large passenger planes on a clear day. I looked up to the east and noticed a flash of light. It looked out of place as it was clearly not moving. At first it looked clear as a cylindrical object reflecting the sun. I text my sister who lives a few roads away and she caught the object on her phone camera (picture & video), it very slowly moved to the north east (in a different direction to the clouds), the sighting lasted about 1 hour when the object disappeared. My father, my sister and her husband saw the object. Multiple planes flew past the object (their port side, further to the north). Thanks to MUFON CMS
Blyth — Family out working do in the field taking video of dog Watched video back and a large slim object is
visabile. Photo Was taken on August 8, 2018.

Video shows ‘huge UFO’ emitting strange hum as it hovers over lake
Video shows ‘huge UFO’ emitting strange hum as it hovers over lake
Jimmy McCloskey
Shaky video footage shows what appears to be a huge UFO emitting a strange humming noise as it hovers over a lake.
Jason Swing recorded the large gray object sitting in the sky for over two minutes close to Lake Norman near Charlotte, NC. Swing, who shot the clip on May 29, calls the object a ‘space craft’, and adds: ‘It had been raining all morning.
‘Rain finally stopped so we went (to) pick up a boat from Lake Norman.
‘When (I) came around the corner I saw this thing sitting still very close.’
He films the object for around a minute, before declaring ‘This is all I can get.
I gotta go.’ The video gained widespread attention after being spotted by the Daily Star last week, with viewers offering a range of theories as to what it shows.
Some claimed they had seen similar ‘cigar-shaped objects,’ and speculated whether it was an alien spacecraft.
But skeptics wondered whether it was just a blimp floating by – and criticized Swing for not holding the camera steadily enough.

Sharp-eyed conspiracy theorists claim to have spotted a secret 'military base' in the middle of the Gobi desert.
The circular formation of buildings, which has been likened to the shape of Stonehenge, was spotted between Kathmandu in Nepal and Mongolia on Google Maps.
The site has been branded 'China's Area 51' by some wayward conspiracy theorists, while others have speculated it could be a huge circular array of solar panels or a secretive military base.
The site is less than 100 miles (160km) from Jiuquan, where China's space programme headquarters and launch pads can be found, suggesting may have a military purpose.
MailOnline has contacted military experts to find out if they know the function of the structure.
This is not the first time a Google Maps satellite has photographed such structures during a sweep of the vast desert, which have subsequently sparked a number of strange theories around what they could be.

Sharp-eyed conspiracy theorists claim to have spotted a secret 'military base' in the middle of the the Gobi desert. The strange circular formation, which has been likened to the Stonehenge, was spotted between Kathmandu in Nepal and Mongolia using Google Maps
Conspiracy theorists Blake and Brett Cousins, who run the popular YouTube channel 'thirdphaseofthemoon', believe the circular site is a 'runway for extraterrestrials'.
According to the video creators, three aircrafts are clearly stationed in the middle of the circular base, with trucks and control towers also stationed around the site.
'Three airlines within the circular formation of rocks and buildings, I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking at,' the Cousins brothers wrote. 'It almost looks like Stonehenge from this aerial view'.
The Cousins brothers also suggested it could be 'an area 51 for China'.
Readers flooded the controversial post with their own opinions about exactly what caused the formation.
'Maybe it's a huge solar panel for under ground living,' wrote YouTube user 'Jolene N'.
A user called 'Steve' said that it 'looks like a old military base'.
'Stop with the hype, it's a test rang for reconnaissance aircraft, their cameras and targeting equipment,' wrote another YouTube user who comments under the name 'joshreynolds72'. (sic)
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE BELIEVE IN CONSPIRACY THEORIES?
Over the course of three online-based studies, researchers at the University of Kent showed strong links between the belief in conspiracy theories and certain psychological traits.
Narcissism and self-esteem levels have a large impact on a persons belief in conspiracy theories.
The results showed that people who rated highly on the narcissism scale and who had low self-esteem were more likely to be conspiracy believers.
However, while low self-esteem, narcissism and belief in conspiracies are strongly linked, it is not clear that one - or a combination - causes the other.
But it hints at an interesting new angle to the world of conspiracy and those who reinforce belief.
There are widely believed to be three main reasons as to why people believe in conspiracy theories.
The desire for understanding and certainty - Seeking explanations for events is a natural human desire.
The desire for control and security - Conspiracy theories can give their believers a sense of control and security.
The desire to maintain a positive self-image - People who feel socially marginalised are more likely to believe in conspiracy theories and it gives them a sense of worth in the UFO community.
These three things tie in with the previously stated qualities and combine to create an avid conspiracy theorist. This is not the first time strange formations have been spotted in the Gobi desert.
Previously, a set of strange shapes were spotted in a similar area on the borders of Gansu province and Xinjiang in northwestern China.
The internet was buzzing with theories about what their purpose was, with suggestions ranging from giant QR readers to practise targets for military satellites.
Unidentified: One bizarre structure (pictured) was spotted by a Google Maps satellite on the borders of Gansu province and Xinjiang. The internet was buzzing with theories about what their purpose was, with suggestions ranging from giant QR readers to practise targets for military satellites
Some internet users have been trying to overlay one of the strange structures on to various U.S. city maps, worried that there may be a sinister military purpose behind them.
Others have pointed out that if China wanted to attack a US city, it doesn't need a practise map in the desert.
It is also difficult to tell what the structures are made of – whether they are painted on or dug into the landscape.
Speculation: Some internet users have been overlaying the strange structures over maps of US cities while a closer view shows burnt out vehicles (right) which have raised questions about whether the desert has been used for military purposes
Close-up: Experts say that the most likely explanation is that the clearest of the symbols are used as 'calibration' for spy satellites - a common practice for superpowers such as China
Conspiracy theorists and UFO fans have got seriously excited about a Stonehenge-like ring of objects spotted on Google Maps in China’s Gobi desert.
Conspiracy theorists love to pore over Google Maps looking for unusual objects – which are then hailed as ‘crashed spacecraft’, ‘alien bases’ and so on.
This time, UFO channel ‘Thirdphaseofmoon’ claims that the structure seen in the Gobi desert could be a ‘runway for extraterrestrials.’
Commenters on the popular UFO channel suggested that it might be China’s Area 51 (ie a place where the government supposedly investigates alien technology).
Other excited commenters suggested that it might be the landing pad for some vast spaceship.
But, like most of these sightings, the reality is almost certainly much more prosaic.
Many supposed ‘alien bases’ spotted on Google Maps turn out to be military ranges, and some commenters believe this is the case here.
One said, ‘Stop with the hype, it’s a test rang for reconnaissance aircraft, their cameras and targeting equipment. Every country that puts satellites up, has ballistic missiles or a fleet of ISR aircraft has a range like this.’
Why don’t more people appreciate science? Personally, I believe it has something to do with science communication and the way we teach science in our schools.
With this in mind, here are a couple amazing scientific facts that I hope will inspire you to learn something new every day — they’ve certainly done so for me. However, this list is much too short; keep it growing by adding your own science facts in the comments section.
1. There is enough DNA in the average person’s body to stretch from the sun to Pluto and back — 17 times
The human genome (the genetic code in each human cell) contains 23 DNA molecules (called chromosomes), each containing from 500,000 to 2.5 million nucleotide pairs. DNA molecules of this size are 1.7 to 8.5 cm long when uncoiled — about 5 cm on average. There are about 37 trillion cells in the human body, so if you were to uncoil all of the DNA encased in each cell and place the molecules end to end, it would sum to a total length of 2×1014 meters — enough for 17 Pluto round-trips (the distance from the sun to Pluto and then back again is 1.2×1013 meters). As an added bonus, you should know that we each share 99% of our DNA with every other human — just to show that we’re far more alike than different.
2. The average human body carries ten times more bacterial cells than human cells
It’s funny how we compulsively wash our hands, spray our countertops, or make a grimace when someone sneezes near us, when, in fact, each and every one of us is a walking petri dish! All the bacteria living inside you could fill a half-gallon jug — there are 10 times more bacterial cells in your body than human cells, according to Carolyn Bohach, a microbiologist at the University of Idaho. Don’t worry, though: most of these bacteria are helpful. In fact, we couldn’t survive without them.
For example, bacteria produce chemicals that help us harness energy and nutrients from our food. Germ-free rodents have to consume nearly a third more calories than normal rodents to maintain their body weight, and when the same animals were later given a dose of bacteria, their body fat levels spiked despite the fact that they didn’t eat any more than they had before. Gut bacteria is also very important for maintaining immunity. (image source).
3. It takes a photon up to 40,000 years to travel from the core of the sun to its surface, but only 8 minutes to travel the rest of the way to Earth
A photon travels, on average, a particular distance before being briefly absorbed and released by an atom, which scatters it in a new random direction. To travel from the sun’s core to the sun’s surface (696,000 kilometers) so it can escape into space, a photon needs to make a huge number of drunken jumps.
The calculation is a little tricky, but the conclusion is that a photon takes many thousands and many millions of years to drunkenly wander to the surface of the Sun. In a way, some of the light that reaches us today is energy produced millions of years ago. Amazing!
4. At over 2,000 kilometers long, The Great Barrier Reef is the largest living structure on Earth
Coral reefs consist of huge numbers of individual coral polyps (soft-bodied, invertebrate animals) that are linked together by tissue. The Great Barrier Reef is an interlinked system of about 3,000 reefs and 900 coral islands divided by narrow passages, located just beneath the surface of the Coral Sea. Spanning more than 2,000 km and covering an area of some 350,000 sq km, it is the largest living structure on Earth and the only one visible from space. However, this fragile coral colony is beginning to crumble, battered by the effects of climate change, pollution, and manmade disasters.
5. There are 8 times as many atoms in a teaspoonful of water as there are teaspoonfuls of water in the Atlantic ocean
A teaspoon of water (about 5 mL) contains 2×1023 water molecules, but each water molecule is comprised of 3 atoms: two hydrogen atoms and one of oxygen. Moreover, if you’d laid down end to end each water molecule from a teaspoon down end to end, you’d end up with a length of 50 billion km — 10 times the width of our solar system.

6. In an entire lifetime, the average person walks the equivalent of five times around the world
The average moderately active person takes around 7,500 step/day. If you maintain that daily average and live until 80 years of age, you’ll have walked about 216,262,500 steps in your lifetime. Doing the math; the average person with the average stride living until 80 will walk a distance of around 110,000 miles — which is the equivalent of walking about 5 times around the Earth, right on the equator.
7. There are actually over two dozen states of matter (that we know of)
Everybody knows that there at least three states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas. If you’re a little bit more versed in physics, you also know about the fourth fundamental state of matter called plasma — a hot ionized gas, with prime examples including lightning or neon signs. But beyond these common states of matter, scientists have discovered a myriad of exotic states of matter that occur under special conditions. One of them is the Bose-Einsteincondensate, where atoms chilled to only 0.000001 degrees above absolute zero start behaving like waves, rather than particles as they ought to on the macroscopic scale. Essentially, the atoms behave like one super atom, acting in unison.
Another interesting exotic state of matter is represented by time crystals — regular, boringly ordered crystals with a twist: A fourth dimension, time, is added so that the material exhibits different periodic structures over time. What makes these crystals particularly remarkable has less to do with the fact that they repeat in time but rather more with the fact that they’re intrinsically out of equilibrium. Because time crystals are never able to settle down, say into a diamond or ruby, there’s a lot we can learn from them.
8. Killer whales are actually dolphins
Despite their name, killer whales or orcas are the largest members of the dolphin family. Technically, orcas are also whales because delphinids belong to the Cetacean order within the toothed whale (Odontoceti) suborder. However, the term whale is typically reserved for baleen whales of the Mysticeti suborder.
The major physical feature that ensures orcas are dolphins is the presence of a melon — a fatty deposit that assists the animals in echolocation and only exists in dolphins.
Orcas are highly intelligent, highly adaptable and able to communicate and coordinate hunting tactics. They are extremely fast swimmers and have been recorded at speeds of up to 54kph! A wild orca pod can cover over 160 kilometers a day, foraging, and socializing.
9. Grasshoppers have ears in their bellies
Unlike humans, grasshoppers do not have ears on the side of their head. Like the ears of people, the grasshopper sound detector is a thin membrane called a tympanum, or “eardrum”. In adults, the tympanum is covered and protected by the wings, and allows the grasshopper to hear the songs of its fellow grasshoppers.
The grasshopper tympanum is adapted to vibrate in response to signals that are important to the grasshopper. Male grasshoppers use sounds to call for mates and to claim territory. Females can hear the sound that males make and judge the relative size of the male from the pitch of the call (large males make deeper sounds). Other males can hear the sounds and judge the size of a potential rival. Males use this information to avoid fights with larger male grasshoppers or to chase smaller rivals from their territory.
10. You can’t taste food without saliva
In order for food to have taste, chemicals from the food must first dissolve in saliva. It’s only once they’ve been dissolved in a liquid that the chemicals can be detected by receptors on taste buds. During this process, some salivary constituents chemically interact with taste substances. For example, salivary buffers (e.g., bicarbonate ions) decrease the concentration of free hydrogen ions (sour taste), and there are some salivary proteins which may bind with bitter taste substances.
Here’s a quick science experiment to test this out — get out a clean towel, and rub your tongue dry; then place some dry foods on your tongue, one by one, such as a cookie, pretzel, or some other dry food. After this session, drink a glass of water and repeat. Did you feel a difference?
11. When Helium is cooled to almost absolute zero (-460°F or -273°C, the lowest temperature possible), it becomes a liquid with surprising properties: it flows against gravity and will start running up and over the lip of a glass container!
We all know helium as a gas for blowing up balloons and making people talk like chipmunks, but what most people don’t know is that it comes in two distinct liquid states — one of which is borderline creepy. When helium is just a few degrees below its boiling point of –452°F (–269°C), it can suddenly do things that other fluids can’t, like dribble through molecule-thin cracks, climb up and over the sides of a dish, and remain motionless when its container is spun. No longer a mere liquid, the helium has become a superfluid — a liquid that flows without friction.
“If you set [down] a cup with a liquid circulating around and you come back 10 minutes later, of course, it’s stopped moving,” says John Beamish, an experimental physicist at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.
This happens because atoms in the liquid will collide with one another and slow down.
“But if you did that with helium at low temperature and came back a million years later,” he says, “it would still be moving”.
12. If Betelgeuse exploded, transitioning from the red supergiant stage to supernova, it would light our sky continuously for two months. It could happen anytime — within a couple of thousand years, tomorrow or even now
Betelgeuse lies some 430 light-years from Earth, yet it’s already one of the brightest stars in Earth’s sky. The reason is that Betelgeuse is a supergiant star — the largest type of star in the Universe. Betelgeuse has a luminosity about 10,000 times greater than that of the Sun and its radius is calculated to be about 370 times that of the sun. If it were positioned at the center of our sun, its radius would extend out past the orbit of Mars. Because it’s near the end of its lifetime, Betelgeuse is likely to explode into a supernova.
13. Octopuses have three hearts, nine brains, and blue blood
Two of the hearts work exclusively to move blood beyond the animal’s gills, while the third keeps circulation flowing for the organs. When the octopus swims, the organ heart stops beating, which explains why these creatures prefer to crawl rather than swim (it exhausts them).
An octopus also has nine brains — well, sort of. There’s one ‘main’ brain where all the analysis and decision making takes place and eight ancillary brains — one at the base of each arm — that function as preprocessors for all the information obtained by that arm. Two-thirds of an octopus’ neurons reside in its arms, which can independently figure out how to open a shellfish, for instance, while the main brain is busy doing something else.
Our blood is red due to the fact that it contains iron-based hemoglobin to transport oxygen to cells. Octopuses, on the other hand, use the copper-based cyanoglobin, which performs the same function, albeit less efficiently — this makes octopuses have less stamina than you might expect.
14. An individual blood cell takes about 60 seconds to make a complete circuit of the body
You have about 5 liters of blood in your body (at least, most people do) and the average heart pumps about 70 mL of blood out with each beat. A healthy heart also beats around 70 times a minute. So, if you multiply the amount of blood that the heart can pump by the number of beats in a minute, you actually get about 4.9 liters of blood pumped per minute, which is almost your whole body’s worth of blood. In just a minute, the heart pumps the entire blood volume around your body.
15. The known universe is made up of 50,000,000,000 galaxies.
There are between 100,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000,000 stars in a normal galaxy. In the Milky Way alone there might be as many 100 billion Earth-like planets. Still think we’re alone?
A group in Los Angeles has attracted U.F.O. enthusiasts from all over the world. They’ve formed together around the common question: What are these things in the sky, exactly, and how can they know more about them?
Photographs and Text by Rozette Rago
Unusual things kept popping up around him — or above him, rather. He saw a saucer and some flying objects shaped like beans next. He snapped a picture.
For over ten years, he kept his sightings to himself. That changed in 2010, when his neighbor came over to do some plumbing work. Mr. Binghamshowed him his photos. The neighbor asked if he could invite his brother, who was very interested in unidentified flying objects, or U.F.O.s.
In awe of what they saw, they asked if they could invite more people to speak with Mr. Bingham — 40 more, actually. More than eight years ago, that was the first meeting of what is now known as “Summon Events with Robert Bingham,” at a park in Los Angeles across the street from where Mr. Bingham worked as a security guard.
Mr. Bingham, 62, an unassuming man who describes himself as shy, has become the nexus of a community of U.F.O. hunters in Los Angeles, fervent believers who come together to share their stories and persuade skeptics that extraterrestrial communications aren’t just a conceit for television shows.
Since then, he has attracted U.F.O. enthusiasts from all over the world, drawn together by the same questions: What are these things in the sky, exactly, and how can we learn more about them?
While there is just not enough documentation or scientific evidence to begin to explain or even confirm these sightings, that doesn’t stop the dozens of people that once a year descend on the same park to watch and assist Mr. Bingham as he tries to summon the “objects,” as they call them, and also to hang out with other enthusiasts who have turned into friends.
“It’s a great community because you can talk about anything and you’re not worried about being called crazy,” said Hans Boysen, 53, who has participated in the last seven summoning sessions with Bingham since 2011.
Other groups, like the U.F.O. and Paranormal Research Society, don’t organize sighting sessions, but rather focus on discussions, often with speakers who talk about their research and experiences. A nonprofit group called the Mutual U.F.O. Network, or Mufon, founded in 1969, has over 4,000 members worldwide and convenes a yearly symposium. This year, a former Pentagon intelligence officer, Luis Elizondo, will give the keynote address.
Last year, The New York Times conducted interviews and obtained records pertaining to the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. The program — parts of which remain classified — investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials. According to the article, officials insisted that the effort had ended after five years, in 2012. The article also stated that Sara Seager, an astrophysicist at M.I.T., cautioned that not knowing the origin of an object does not mean that it is from another planet or galaxy. “When people claim to observe truly unusual phenomena, sometimes it’s worth investigating seriously,” she said. But, she added, “what people sometimes don’t get about science is that we often have phenomena that remain unexplained.”
As much as scientists deal with probabilities, they rely on data and the reality is, no matter how many videos people upload on YouTube, they’re simply not enough to draw any definitive conclusions from.
But that doesn’t stop this community from searching. Many in the community that forms around Mr. Bingham believe that the multimillion-dollar alien research efforts of the former Blink-182 guitarist and singer Tom DeLonge are just the beginning to finding out some answers. Mr. DeLonge made headlines after To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science, a research group he founded — Mr. Elizondo is its director of global security and special programs — released declassified footage from the Department of Defense and continues his efforts.
Angel Llewellyn, 49, drove to the event from San Jose, Calif., for a second year as a form of pilgrimage. She said she started seeing things right after attending to Mr. Bingham’s event for the first time.
“It’s like he charges you,” she said. “He teaches you how to call them and what to think and they just, boom, boom, boom. It’s like fishing. You never know what you’re going to get.”
That’s not to say that everyone in the group is on the same page. There’s a variety of ideologies — some beliefs are grounded in religion, while some prefer a more scientific foundation — and different levels of intensity. Rafael Cebrian, 29, a two-time attendee, brought a curious friend who was visiting from Spain. He said it was about being open and being in the right state of mind. He went to Mr. Bingham’s event last year on a friend’s recommendation. He said he didn’t think he was a skeptic anymore, but he also insisted he didn’t know anything for sure.
Mr. Bingham may have brought them all together, but now factions abound.
One such group is the L.A. U.F.O. Channel, a monthly Meetup group founded by Mr. Perez and Hans Boysen, 53.
“I know they’re never going to believe a video that they think was created in somebody’s basement,” Mr. Perez said. “I see the events as a bigger way to change people’s minds.”
Mr. Boysen was once a skeptic himself and tried to contact Mr. Bingham in 2011. “Like most people, I suspect, I thought he was a nut case or lunatic,” he said. But as a skeptic, he was “willing to keep an open mind and look at what he had to offer.” He instead found Mr. Perez, who helped him discover his passion for the unknown flying objects in the sky, something he has always been interested in since he was a child.
Yasmin Joyner, 35, an artist, says she has a more straightforward approach to sightings and doesn’t like to engage in conspiracy theories. “Unidentified flying objects: That’s what a U.F.O. is, right?” she said. “I’m not saying it’s an alien. I’m not saying it’s from another planet. I’m not saying it’s even a being. I don’t know!”
“I try to go with what I can say I know,” she continued. “I’m not going to look at something and try to equate that it might be an animal or something biological. I don’t know that and I will never claim to know that.” She recently formed another group, Indigo Army, that she hopes will attract a younger and more diverse crowd. Because it’s still a small group, its members have been able to organize sightings at one another’s houses and nearby parks.
For Ms. Joyner, going public with her belief of U.F.O.s and extraterrestrial communications wasn’t a decision she took lightly. She understands that there are consequences to being outspoken about beliefs that many people may deem weird or crazy.
“I think my family was a bit worried that I had snapped or something, but once they saw my footage and what I was seeing, they understood,” she said. Her mother is fully supportive and claims to have seen unknown objects flying in the sky near her home in Los Angeles multiple times.

Mallory Jackson, 26, who attends Meetup hangouts led by Mr. Bingham and the Indigo Army, says she finds it difficult to maintain relationships outside the U.F.O. community with people who might not be as understanding of her interests. She discovered Mr. Bingham’s event through a friend she met at a metaphysical center that does reiki healing, with whom she later confided in about her sightings. She said she became friends with several members “right away” before later meeting Jim Martin, 38, another longtime attendee of Mr. Bingham’s events. Mr. Martin is now her boyfriend.
“When we do our events, you’ll see all ages, all ethnicities, all genders,” Ms. Jackson said. “It’s beautiful, and we’re all just trying to figure it out as we go. We don’t know what they are, but we make all make our assumptions and best guesses.”
Around noon on a punishingly hot day in April, Mr. Bingham gathered everyone around him for the first so-called group summoning of the day. “Let’s make this world a better place,” he said. “Enjoy this day because it’s going to be incredible.” As he concluded his opening remarks, he turned around and led the group to hope for something good to show up.
So, how exactly does the group try to summon U. F. O.s? Everyone has a different method, but most agree that it’s similar to meditating. Some say that they feel physical sensations when they do it. The most important thing, Ms. Joyner said, is to focus. At the event in April, some participants closed their eyes and stood silently. Some stared intently into the sky. A few newcomers simply looked around, appearing confused.
As soon as someone in the group spots something, they yell at Mr. Boysen, who has a telescope connected to a camera and a screen that shows what he’s seeing. Once he spots it, he holds out his arm to ask for someone to guide him back to his chair without losing sight of the object. He adjusts his telescope in search of it, while the guide looks at the screen to tell him if he’s got it or not. Everything is recorded as video footage that he will later stabilize using Adobe After Effects, a video-editing software. “Nothing more,” Charles Cassey, 50, Mr. Boysen’s frequent guide, insists. “All he does is stabilize the footage so it’s not so shaky.” Mr. Cassey puts his hand on the focus knob and adjusts it as soon as Mr. Boysen centers on the object.

Effectively capturing objects in the sky from dozens of miles away requires a significant financial investment. Ms. Joyner uses a camera with a lens that can magnify objects up to 40 times, which could capture things in the sky as if they were only 20 feet away, but in broad daylight, it can still get a little tricky. Mr. Martin works his way around such issues by combining a super-zoom lens with infrared, which helps him spot things in the sky easier. He is frequently praised by people in the community for his consistently high-quality footage, and his YouTube page is full of well-edited clips from various sightings, as well as other U.F.O.-related videos.
The group’s members encounter their fair share of people who don’t believe them online. It’s not unusual to see U.F.O. believers try to debunk each other’s videos by dissecting them frame by frame. “Some people’s opinions are so hardened that I just let them think what they want and focus on research that I think is valid,” Mr. Martin said. “Through the videos that I post, I try and set an example of what I think is good evidence to kind of rise against some of the misidentification.” This forms a core part of the new mission of the Indigo Army: to look harder at the evidence and be more selective about what the group claims to be a U.F.O.
Ms. Joyner agrees, and thinks they can only get better by scrutinizing everything closely, including their own work. “There are videos that I have that I questioned a year later and I don’t have any issues doing that,” she said. “If we have a problem with being wrong, there’s never going to be any truth.”
“Oh, that video? Might’ve been just birds. And I’m O.K. with that. But this video? This video isn’t birds.”
Correction:
An earlier version of this article misstated Tom DeLonge's role in the Blink-182 band. He is the guitarist and singer, not the drummer.
Wednesday, June 6, 2018, 12:14 PM - Are humans the only civilization that face climate change? A look at aliens and climate change, the 'carbon bubble' that could collapse the global economy, India's plastics ban, and the surprisingly environmentally-friendly behaviours of climate change skeptics. Its What's Up in Climate Change.
Can aliens survive climate change?
Is sustainability ever a possibility for civilizations that use natural resources? Some scientists question if our current climate change predicament is unique to human beings or simply inevitable for any type of life form that intensively harvests natural resources using technology, such as farming practices, to develop civilizations.
Scientists wonder if life forms other than humans can harvest energy without causing climate change that destroy the civilization.
Previous astrobiological studies have indicated the possibility that other planets in the universe can support energy-harvesting species, such as Kepler-62f and Kepler-62e, however there is currently no available data indicating the existence of such exo-civilizations, or more commonly ‘aliens’.
To further understand the human-induced climate change on Earth, a recent study from the University of Rochester investigated if aliens are capable of living sustainably without compromising the health of their environment, or if population growth and the use of natural resources will result in catastrophic climate change that would wipe out the entire civilization.
The evolution of a civilization’s population growth and use of natural resources was modelled with feedback relationships and demonstrated four potential outcomes:
1) Sustainability - a stable balance between population growth and environmental health - population gradually rises and the use of natural resources minimally fluctuates and reaches a consistent level that can support a large population. 2) Oscillation - population and natural resource use fluctuates to highs and lows while maintaining a stable relationship. 3) Die-off - population grows so dramatically that it exceeds the environment’s capacity to provide natural resources and space, and there is significant fluctuation in population and natural resources. The population peaks and then declines as the environment reaches a new stable state. 4) Collapse - population skyrockets and there is no stable relationship between population growth and natural resource use. Population rapidly declines as natural resource use peaks, and collapse occurs even after attempts to reduce population growth and usage of natural resources.
While there is a possibility for alien civilizations to live sustainability, this study forces us to ask ourselves - what will the outcome for humans be?
The 'carbon bubble' could collapse the global economy
The good news is that one day low-carbon technologies will power the world, the bad news is that it will crash the global economy in the process, according to a new study.
Global economic growth has created such a high demand in fossil fuels that companies’ assets in fossil fuels are overvalued and have created a ‘carbon bubble’ - a sudden drop in fossil fuel demand could leave companies with trillions of dollars in stranded assets and unable to make profit from these investments, which could collapse the global economy and trigger a financial crisis similar to the Great Recession of 2008.
Researchers predict that the world will slowly transition to low-carbon energies, a transition that puts the fossil fuel industry at risk.
The bubble is expected to burst by 2035 according researchers from the University of Cambridge who predict the world will transition to low-carbon economies as renewable energies become cheaper and more efficient. The study shows that this transition will occur even if there are no additional international climate change policies or additional efforts to follow the Paris Agreement’s goal of keeping warming below 2 degrees Celsius.
There are clear winners and losers in this transition - oil producing countries like Russia, Canada (the new owner of an oil pipeline that will cost at least $4.5 billion CND), and the United States could lose their entire oil and gas industries, countries with limited exposure to fossil fuel exposure will benefit, including Germany, and the European Union. The study explains that resisting a renewable energy transition and continuing to invest in a fossil fuel economy will cause even more economic loss as the value of fossil fuels will drop so low production will not be affordable as assets become stranded.
A renewable energy transition would result in a global wealth loss of $1-4 trillion USD and the consequences of an economic collapse can be managed by nations divesting from fossil fuels as an ‘insurance policy’ against the decisions of the rest of the world.
India will ban all single-use plastics by 2022
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently announced that India will ban all plastic in the country by 2022 and the state of Tamil Nadu will ban plastic by 2019 - with exclusions for plastic packages for essential items like medicines and oil. The environmental impact of banning single-use plastic is expected to be huge - by 2050 India is projected to have the largest population of 1.6 billion people who won’t be using disposable plastics.

The national plastic ban announcement came on June 5 as India was hosting the United Nations World Environment Day with ‘Beat Plastic Pollution’ as this year’s main theme. India has struggled with a number of environmental issues - air pollution is extreme that breathing in New Delhi is like smoking 50 cigarettes a day and extensive garbage pollution in cities.
Plastic pollution, particularly in oceans, is a trending topic in conversations about environmental protection and climate change. Bangladesh banned plastic bags after a flood was caused by littered plastic bags that clogged the capital city’s drainage system during a moderate rainfall and Prime Minister Theresa May has ambitiously committed to eliminating all avoidable plastic waste in the United Kingdom by 2042.
Do climate skeptics act the most environmentally-friendly?
Individuals that believe in climate change might not be the ones that act the most sustainably, according to a new year-long study that measured Americans climate change beliefs and their engagement in pro-environmental behaviours, such as recycling.
Pro-environmental actions, such as recycling, can be a result of societal norms, individual values, and government programs.
These researchers wanted to know how belief in climate change affects pro-environmental behaviours and found that climate change skeptics were more likely to report their participation in pro-environmental behaviours, and those with high belief in climate change were more concerned with federal climate change policies.
Previous research provides different insights as to why some people do not engage in pro-environmental behaviours - some outright deny that climate change is occurring whereas others that do believe in climate change are reluctant to take action because of perceptions that it is not an urgent threat.
The researchers were unable to conclude why the skeptics reported more pro-environmental behaviours as they did not report greater identify fit with environmentalism or endorse individual action to reduce climate change. Possible explanations for the surprising outcome is that pro-environmental behaviours could be conducted to address issues like waste instead of the broad topic of climate change or pro-environmental behaviours might be considered a ‘moral issue’ instead of a climate change issue.
There is a hole in the Sphinx's head and it is now covered up
There is a hole in the Sphinx's head and it is now covered up
Did you know there is something like a submarine hatch at the top of the Sphinx?
Overhead filming is forbidden on the Giza Plateau but there are a few channels on YouTube with drone footage. Here is one showing the hatch in high resolution:
But it's more than that. Zahi Hawass has been in the chambers in and under the Sphinx, released a video on it, found a Sarcophagus, and then never spoke about it again.
The chambers and tunnels under the Sphinx point to a very real 'Hall of Records'.
Many of these tunnels were originally shown and then never brought up again by Zahi Hawass, the 'gatekeeper' of mainstream Egyptology.
The researcher Robert Schoch has seismic data indicating there is a chamber underneath the paws of the Sphinx.
There is a tunnel leading from the Sphinx to the Great Pyramid. There is a man-made space that Edgar Cayce predicted under the Sphinx's right paw. Caycee said in that space, the civilization before Egyptians left records about humanities past for future generations, these people would have migrated from Atlantis.
The weathering on the side of the sphinx is from water erosion. That would date it is from 12,000 years ago.
It makes you wonder sometimes why they are so adamant for telling that the Sphinx is exactly 4,500 years old when they have nothing to back it up.
the fact remains that there are underground chambers beneath the Sphinx. They may lead in all sorts of direction but it's obvious that the original Pyramid builders would want some entryway into the Pyramid and supposedly they hid a passage underneath the older structure of the Sphinx.
They're hiding our true history from us. Initially, it didn't seem to make much sense as to why they would do this but after some careful thought, it has to do with controlling humanities foundational mythos in such a way that the government is perceived as being the foundation of society, in both the historical and creationary sense.
This naturally programs a certain level of allegiance into people that wouldn't be there if we were taught the true extent of our history.

Lockheed Martin F-35A filmed "In Beast Mode" over California
A video of a test flight of a Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II stealth multi-purpose combat aircraft of the Royal Dutch Air Force has appeared on YouTube.
The jet flew over the Sierra Nevada mountains in the USA in "Beast Mode"
The machine recorded in the video was equipped with four laser-guided GBU-12 bombs and two heat-seeking short-range air-to-air guided weapons AIM-9 Sidewinder.
According to the portal "The Aviationist", the fighter is currently at Edwards Air Force Base in California.
The first F-35A Lightning II will be delivered from the USA to the Netherlands in November 2019. The Royal Air Forces are to receive a total of 27 aircraft. Beast Mode equipment includes weapons on the outside of the jet, as opposed to Stealth Mode, where the weaponry is placed inside the fighter jet only.

Flying at 37k feet, this is what it would be like to look out the window of a 747 vs. an SR-71 vs. a New Horizons.
The animation was created byClay Bavor, who works at Google in his day job. As he notes in his caption on it:
To put 36,000 mph in perspective, at that speed, you’d be able to fly from San Francisco to New York in about five minutes. Of course, you’d also be turned into a ball of searing hot plasma.
I guess we should be happy, then, that New Horizons wasn’t going at crazy speeds through our own atmosphere.
In case you can’t read the words on the video above because you’re illiterate (in which case HOW ARE YOU READING THESE WORDS), a 747 typically cruises somewhere around 550 miles per hour, the SR-71 was claimed to have hit 2,700 MPH, but New Horizons is zooming through space at a staggering 36,000 MPH.
In fact, part of the reason why New Horizons didn’t stop and orbit Pluto is because it’s just so damn fast. Part of the reason for that is because NASA wanted it to get to Pluto in a reasonable amount of time, but I suspect that most of the reason for that is because we’ve all grown up wanting to know how fast we could shoot something into the sky. And when you’re NASA, your idea of shooting something into the sky includes a gravity assist from Jupiter.

Mijn lichaam was volledig verlamd.
Mensen vinden me raar.

Mannen in zwarte pakken
Radioactive isotopes found in Australian sheep have added credence to the theory that Israel conducted an illegal nuclear test over the Indian Ocean 39 years ago.
The findings, published in a new study for Science and Global Security, shed intriguing new light on the mysterious Vela Incident, as it is known, of September 22, 1979.
At 12.53am GMT on the date, the US satellite Vela 6911 detected the 'double flash' characteristic of a nuclear explosion in the southern Indian Ocean, near the Prince Edward Islands about halfway between Africa and Antarctica.
Advisors to then-President Jimmy Carter rushed to brief him on the incident, and security officials immediately speculated that the event was an Israeli nuclear test conducted in cooperation with apartheid South Africa, Carter wrote in his memoirs.
This map published with the new study extrapolates the likely nuclear plume from a detonation near the Prince Edward Island. The areas in purple show rainfall that could have carried fallout
However, an official US government panel convened to study the matter delivered an equivocal finding that downplayed the likelihood of a nuclear explosion.
Israel, whose presumed nuclear arsenal is considered an open secret by many, has steadfastly refuse to confirm or deny whether it has a nuclear program.
Now, the new study by Christopher Wright of the Australian Defence Force Academy and retired Swedish Defence Research Agency nuclear physicist Lars-Erik De Geer, offers new clues.
The researchers reveal the discovery of iodine-131 in the thyroids of some Australian sheep in October and November of 1979. The thyroids were sent to the US for analysis at the time, but the results were never made public.
The researchers write that the isotope levels 'would be consistent with them having grazed in the path of a potential radioactive fallout plume from a 22 September low-yield nuclear test in the Southern Indian Ocean.'

The findings include analysis of weather patterns that suggest the fallout plume from a nuclear explosion would have looped over parts of Australia.
As well, the study analyzes declassified descriptions of an underwater sound wave detected by US listening posts that correlated with the double flash near the Prince Edward Islands, which are uninhabited except for a South African government research station.
The new study 'removes virtually all doubt that the 'flash' was a nuclear explosion,' Leonard Weiss wrote for the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists.
'This strengthens previous analyses concluding that Israel likely carried out a nuclear test in violation of US law and the Limited Test Ban Treaty,' the nuclear nonproliferation expert wrote.
'Israel was the only country that had the technical ability and policy motivation to carry out such a clandestine test, which, according to some sources, was the last of several and was detected by the Vela satellite because of a sudden change in cloud cover,' Weiss wrote.
Israel for its part maintains a strategic silence on the question of a nuclear weapons arsenal.
Asked if Israel was responsible for the Vela Incident, Israel's Ambassador to New Zealand, Itzhak Gerberg, told the New Zealand Herald: 'Simply a ridiculous assumption that does not hold water.'
The Limited Test Ban Treaty went into force in 1963 and bans nuclear explosions in the atmosphere, in outer space, and under water, rendering legal only those nuclear tests performed underground.
Israel signed the treaty in 1963 and ratified it in 1964.
With as many nuclear weapons as there are out there in the world, it’s amazing there haven’t been more mishaps, accidents, or rogue detonations. While there have been a few close calls like the 1961 Goldsboro B-52 crash in my home state of North Carolina, so far we’ve been lucky not to have any major incidents. That we know of, that is.
Although it’s kind of hard to hide a mushroom cloud. Unless it’s underground or underwater…
While a nuclear weapon detonation would be pretty difficult to conceal, unexplained clouds of radiation circling the globe over the last year or two might suggest that someone is testing weapons on the sly. While in this most recent case there’s little to go on other than anomalous radiation detection, a still unexplained incident from 1979 came complete with an unidentified double flash of bright light. The American-operated Vela Hotel satellite detected two anomalous bright flashes of light near the Prince Edward Islands off the coast of Antarctica. It was determined at the time that the flashes likely came from a secret nuclear detonation – yet the perpetrator remained unknown.
Now, new research conducted by scientists at the Otago University at Wellington add to the suspicion that the Vela incident was indeed a nuclear detonation. The researchers examined previously unpublished studies of sheep thyroid glands conducted by U.S. military researchers in Australia following the incident and discovered abnormally high levels of iodine-131, a byproduct of nuclear weapons. According to their publication, these findings support the theory that the Vela anomaly was indeed the result of a clandestine nuclear test:
Iodine-131 found in the thyroids of some Australian sheep would be consistent with them having grazed in the path of a potential radioactive fallout plume from a 22 September low-yield nuclear test in the Southern Indian Ocean. Further, several declassified letters and reports which describe aspects of still classified hydroacoustic reports and data favor the test scenario.
Based on intelligence gathered by American spy agencies, it was assumed in the wake of the incident that Israel and South Africa likely conducted a joint nuclear test. That intelligence was then likely buried in order to preserve the United States’ strategic alliance with Israel. Even so, Otago University’s Nick Wilson told the New Zealand Herald that this study of sheep thyroids “adds to the evidence base that this was an illegal nuclear weapons test, very likely to have been conducted by Israel with assistance from the apartheid regime in South Africa,” a test which would have been in violation with the Limited Test Ban Treaty.
Who knew sheep thyroids could help solve one of the world’s nuclear mystery?
This incident really has to make you wonder: how many nuclear detonations or tests have gone undetected or have been assumed to be something else entirely? Even if the answer is “one,” it’s a pretty chilling thought.
In a recent article at his UFO Conjectures blog, Rich Reynolds addressed the matter of UFOs and LSD. The article is titled “LSD, Hallucinations, and UFOs.” You can find it here. Rich says: “Most of you know about the notorious CIA program, MK-Ultra, that, in 1959, experimented with LSD on military personnel and volunteers.” He adds: “I’ve always thought (and written) that the Pascagoula encounter (Hickson/Parker) and Travis Walton’s ‘abduction’ may have been drug induced.”
Having known Rich for far more than a few years, I should note that he has a deep interest in the possibility that at least some significant UFO incidents may have had a hallucinogen of some kind at their core. We’re not, however, talking here about using LSD for recreational purposes. Instead, we’re talking about situations which may have been utilized – by military and intelligence services – to, in essence, fake a UFO event. The reason? Maybe to try and gauge the extent to which the human mind can be manipulated? To fake alien encounters as a means to make us believe we have extraterrestrials among us when, perhaps, we don’t? To determine how easy it might be to create a bogus extraterrestrial event? The controversial questions are many. The answers are far less so. What we can say, though, is that there are a surprising number of cases on record that just might fall into one or more of the above categories. I’ll share with you three of many.
We’ll start with a man named Orfeo Angelucci. He was one of that controversial band of people who claimed – largely in the 1950s – encounters with very human-like ETs. They were known as the Space Brothers. As for the eyewitnesses like Angelucci, they were titled the Contactees. Angelucci’s aliens were here to save us from self-destruction – as were most of the Space Brothers of that era. It was when Angelucci started talking about the Space-Brothers (and Sisters too) being Communists, and also claiming meetings with mysterious human characters wh0 wanted Angelucci to insert the Communist angle into his lectures, that things got very strange. It was then that Angelucci got a weird visitor. And a weird experience, too.
Angelucci claimed that on one particular evening in December 1954, he traveled out to a diner in Twentynine Palms, California. The reason was to meet with an odd, enigmatic character called Adam, who wanted to discuss his, Angelucci’s, experiences. Although Adam appeared human, Angelucci wasn’t at all sure that was the case. Things got weird when, as they sat and chatted, Adam asked Angelucci to take a pill, which he passed to him. Incredibly, Angelucci did exactly that: he put it in his mouth and knocked it back with a mysterious drink provided by Adam.
It wasan’t long before Angelucci felt decidedly spaced-out. He began to hallucinate: nothing less than a little woman (and I do mean little, as in just inches tall) danced in his drink. Reality had gone right out of the window. And, on top of that, Angelucci was aware of two men in military uniforms sitting close by. They were intently watching every move that Angelucci made, and they seemed to note his every word spoken to Adam. Something caused Angelucci to spill the beans on his connections to the Space Brothers, the matter of communism, and more. Maybe someone in government wanted to find out what Angelucci really knew about communist aliens. Or, maybe, it was a case of concerns that Angelucci was being used – wittingly or not – to promote communism via the UFO subject. Whatever the answer, it seems very likely that Angelucci had been drugged by something that caused him to tell all that he knew and, in the process, fall into a deeply drugged state.
Then, there is the matter of Antonio Villas Boas. He was a Brazilian man who claimed, in late 1957, to have had wild sex with an equally wild babe from the stars, after having been kidnapped onto a UFO. An early alien abduction? Yep. Or maybe not. In the late-1970s, the aforementioned Rich Reynolds had contact with a very controversial – and by all accounts unlikable – figure named Bosco Nedelcovic, who had links to the world of intelligence, and who claimed that the Villas Boas affair was not what it appeared to be. He told Rich that, in reality, Villas Boas was the unwitting player in a new and novel experiment. According to Nedelcovic, the UFO that Villas Boas saw over his family’s property was really a helicopter. Not only that, Villas Boas was supposedly hit by some kind of mind-altering aerosol spray that quickly placed him into an altered state, after the pilot of the helicopter flew right over him. As for the girl from the stars, she was said to have really been a hooker, a girl hired to take Villas Boas on the closest encounter of all. But, it was all a ruse: a mind-bending event designed to fabricate a UFO incident.
Like it or not, but the fact is that Villas Boas’ own words suggest strongly that he was indeed taken on-board a helicopter. Read Villas Boas’ words carefully. The craft, he said, was “like an elongated egg.” On the top of the craft there was, “something which was revolving at great speed and also giving off a powerful fluorescent reddish light” (rotor-blades? Probably, yes). As the craft took to the skies, it made a loud noise, “a sort of beat” (which is a perfect description of the noise associated with a helicopter). Put all those factors together and it sounds very much like a helicopter. Moving on…
In his article, Rich mentioned the famous October 1973 alien abduction of Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker at Pascagoula, Mississippi. The case has become a classic in alien abduction circles. It’s a little-known fact, though, that just a few miles from where Parker and Hickson were taken is a stretch of land called Horn Island. In the latter stages of the Second World War, the military used Horn Island as a place where biological-warfare research was undertaken. Matters were brought to an end when the Second World War was over. The official line is that research in the area was cancelled. There are, however, local tales of covert operations and experiments into mind-manipulation as late as the early 1970s, and only around ten-to-twenty miles away, within newer facilities. In terms of what may have specifically been used in these operations, fingers point in the direction of BZ. Or, to give it its correct name: 3-quinuclidinyl benzilate. It’s most well-known name is “Buzz.” It can provoke significant hallucinations.
Is it possible that some classic UFO events were actually nothing of the sort, but that were – in a very strange way – even weirder…?

Astronomers Delivering the Lunar Truth - UFO’s and Alien Structures
Home-based astronomers coming through where others are failing us, thanks to these people who are revealing the truth about what actually is going on the Moon.
This is an interesting compilation of Moon anomalies, cities, flying objects over the Moon, structures, machinery and more.
Guys, I found three UFOs in one NASA Apollo 10 photo today. Two of the UFOs are oval mushroom-like and one is very long and wide. All the UFOs are kicking up a big dust storm on the surface of the moon, because they are flying so low to the surface. I actually believe the that they may have scraped the surface to deliberately cause a dust storm as a warning to the Apollo 10 astronauts on board the module. The aliens may have felt threatened by the presence of the humans and probably wanted to send a message to stay away, the moon belongs to someone else. If you look carefully at the photos, you will see that the two round UFOs do have trails behind them caused by the dust and their propulsion system. Also the long UFO is so close to the surface of the moon that its shadow and dust are visible below it. The long UFO is so close to the surface that the distance from the ground to the UFO is actually the width of UFO itself. This all took place near MARE FECUNDITATI crater.
