Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Amazon-oprichter Bezos, met bezittingen van meer dan 100 miljard de rijkste man ter wereld, heeft het plan opgevat de maan te gaan exploiteren. Als het aan hem ligt, komt er onder meer een permanente basis en zware industrie die op aarde minder gewenst is. Het bouwen van een maanlander, die heen en weer kan vliegen, is een belangrijke stap. Bezos hoopt het ruimtevaartuig al over twee jaar in gebruik te kunnen nemen.

WETENSCHAP Astronomen hebben mogelijk een eerste maan buiten ons zonnestelsel - een exomaan - gevonden. Dat bericht de Amerikaanse nieuwszender CNN.
Rond gasgigant Kepler-1625b - een exoplaneet die op 8.000 lichtjaren van ons rond een ster cirkelt - is met de Hubble- en de Keplerruimtetelescoop een object gevonden dat een maan kan zijn. Ze zou de grootte hebben van “onze” planeet Neptunus.
In ons zonnestelsel komen manen veel voor: er zijn er bijna tweehonderd. De zoektocht naar natuurlijke satellieten buiten ons stelsel leverde tot nu toe niets op. Exomanen zijn immers door hun kleinere omvang moeilijker te spotten. “Dit zou de eerste keer zijn dat een maan wordt gedetecteerd buiten ons zonnestelsel”, zegt David Kipping, een van de ontdekkers van de mogelijke exomaan.
Afwijkingen
Kipping ontdekte samen met collega Alex Teachey enkele eigenaardigheden in de data van de Keplertelescoop. “We zagen kleine afwijkingen in de lichtcurve”, legt Kipping uit. Daarom hebben de wetenschappers de Hubble ingezet om het gedetailleerder te onderzoeken.
Toen de planeet Kepler-1625b voor zijn ster (de zonachtige ster Kepler-1625, nvdr.) passeerde, detecteerde de Hubble dat de lichtsterkte van de ster niet enkel verminderde door de passage van de gasgigant, maar dat enkele uren later ook een tweede bron voor lichtvermindering zorgde. “Het was alsof een maan de planeet achtervolgde zoals een hond die zijn baasje volgt”, zegt Kipping. “Helaas eindigde de observatie door Hubble nog voor de volledige doorgang van de maan kon gemeten worden.”
Voorzichtig
De wetenschappers achter de vondst blijven echter voorzichtig en willen nog meer observaties uitvoeren. Zo is de grootte van de kandidaat-exomaan zeer ongewoon en met geen enkele maan uit ons stelsel te vergelijken. Van de aarde bekeken, zou ze twee keer groter zijn dan onze eigen Maan.
“De aanwezigheid van een maan is de simpelste en meest vanzelfsprekende verklaring voor die tweede duik in de lichtsterkte van de ster”, zeggen de onderzoekers. Kipping en Teachey hebben bij NASA een aanvraag ingediend om de Hubble opnieuw in te zetten voor extra observaties, in de hoop dan met zekerheid te kunnen zeggen dat het om een exomaan gaat.
Toekomst
“Als verdere observaties met de Hubbletelescoop aantonen dat het een exomaan is, dan kan dat belangrijke hints geven over de ontwikkeling van planetaire systemen. Mogelijk moeten experts hun theorieën over de ontwikkeling van manen rond planeten herbekijken”, zegt Kipping.
“Dit is niet zoals de exomaan in “Avatar” of Endor van “Star Wars”, benadrukt Teachey. “Maar deze ontdekking kan in de toekomst wel deuren openen naar de vondst van gelijkaardige werelden.”

Astronomers have discovered an object two and a half times further from the Sun than Pluto that adds to evidence of the existence of 'Planet X'.
It is one of the most distant bodies ever identified within the sun's gravitational range.
And its unusual orbit supports the theory there is a huge, rocky world ten times bigger than Earth on the outskirts of our star system.

WHAT IS PLANET X?
Astronomers believe that the orbits of a number of bodies in the distant reaches of the solar system have been disrupted by the pull of an as yet unidentified planet.
First proposed by a group at CalTech in the US, this alien world was theorised to explain the distorted paths seen in distant icy bodies.
In order to fit in with the data they have, this alien world - popularly called Planet Nine - would need to be roughly four time the size of Earth and ten times the mass.
Researchers say a body of this size and mass would explain the clustered paths of a number of icy minor planets beyond Neptune.
Its huge orbit would mean it takes between 10,000 and 20,000 years to make a single pass around the sun.
The theoretical Planet Nine is based on the gravitational pull it exerts on these bodies, with astronomers confident it will be found in the coming years.
Those hoping for theoretical Earth-sized planets proposed by astrologers or science fiction writers - which are 'hiding behind the sun' and linked with Doomsday scenarios - may have to keep searching.
Nicknamed 'Planet Nine', the idea first emerged in 2014 when Dr Scott Sheppard and Professor Chad Trujillo sought to explain a strange cluster of six small objects in the Kuiper Belt, a field of icy and rocky objects beyond Neptune.
Their orbits all tilted in the same way, an arrangement that is nearly impossible to generate without the help of some external force.
Dr Sheppard and Prof Trujillo suggested a large planet was lurking in the shadows, warping the orbits of objects that came near.
Now the same team has found a similar body whose orbit is being similarly affected. At about 300 km (186 miles) wide, it is on the small side of being a dwarf planet.
It is about 80 astronomical units (AU) from the Sun, a measurement defined as the distance between the Earth and Sun. For context, Pluto is around 34 AU.
Called 2015 TG387, it has a very elongated orbit meaning it never comes close enough to the Solar System's giant planets, like Neptune and Jupiter, to have significant gravitational interactions with them.
Dr Sheppard, of Carnegie Institution of Science, said: 'These distant objects are like breadcrumbs leading us to Planet X.
'The more of them we can find, the better we can understand the outer Solar System and the possible planet that we think is shaping their orbits - a discovery that would redefine our knowledge of the Solar System's evolution.'
Prof Trujillo, of Northern Arizona University, ran computer simulations for different hypothetical Planet X orbits that explained how 2015 TG387 would actually be shepherded by its gravity.
It never comes closer to the Sun, a point called perihelion, than about 65 AU.
Only two other objects, known as 2012 VP113 and Sedna at 80 and 76 AU respectively, have more-distant perihelia.
Dr Sheppard said: 'These so-called Inner Oort Cloud objects like 2015 TG387, 2012 VP113, and Sedna are isolated from most of the Solar System's known mass, which makes them immensely interesting.

'They can be used as probes to understand what is happening at the edge of our Solar System.'
The simulations showed why the most-distant objects in our Solar System have similar orbits that keep them from ever approaching the proposed planet too closely.
Prof Trujillo said: 'What makes this result really interesting is that Planet X seems to affect 2015 TG387 the same way as all the other extremely distant Solar System objects.
'These simulations do not prove that there's another massive planet in our Solar System, but they are further evidence that something big could be out there.'
It follows research by mathematicians at Caltech who found the existence of a massive ninth planet was the only explanation for the sculpting of the orbits of these other, smaller objects.
The object was discovered as part of the team's ongoing hunt for unknown dwarf planets and Planet X. It is the largest and deepest survey ever conducted for distant Solar System objects.

They first observed 2015 TG387 in October of 2015 at the Japanese Subaru 8-metre telescope located atop Mauna Kea in Hawaii.
Follow-up observations at the Magellan telescope at Carnegie's Las Campanas Observatory in Chile and the Discovery Channel Telescope in Arizona were obtained in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 to determine 2015 TG387's orbit.
The location in the sky where 2015 TG387 reaches perihelion is similar to 2012 VP113, Sedna, and most other known extremely distant trans-Neptunian objects, suggesting that something is pushing them into similar types of orbits.
Its discovery was announced by the International Astronomical Union's Minor Planet Centre in Washington DC.
A paper describing it has also been submitted to the Astronomical Journal.

Aan de rand van ons zonnestelsel, ver voorbij alle planeten, bevindt zich een mysterieus object. Het is een klein rotsblok dat er 44.000 jaar over doet om een baan rond onze zon te draaien.
Het object heeft de naam 2015 TG387 gekregen. Hij is ongeveer 300 kilometer in doorsnee. Mogelijk gaat het om een dwergplaneet, net als Pluto.
De ontdekking is dinsdag bekendgemaakt door de Internationale Astronomische Unie.
Verste punt
2015 TG387 draait in een ovale baan rond de zon. Toen hij werd ontdekt, was de afstand tot de zon tachtig keer zo groot als de afstand van de aarde tot de zon.
Als hij het dichtst bij de zon staat, is dat nog altijd 65 keer de afstand zon-aarde, twee keer zo ver weg als Pluto.
En op het verste punt is de afstand tot de zon 2300 keer de afstand van de aarde tot de zon.
Te vaag
Er zijn mogelijk duizenden van zulke objecten in de buurt, maar ze zijn erg moeilijk te vinden vanwege de enorme afstand. Tot nu toe zijn er maar een paar gevonden.
“We konden 2015 TG387 alleen ontdekken toen hij het dichtst bij de zon kwam. Tijdens 99 procent van zijn omloop was hij te vaag om te zien,” aldus onderzoeker David Tholen.
De ontdekkers denken dat er mogelijk een negende, nog niet ontdekte planeet in die uithoek van het zonnestelsel te vinden is.
Planeet X
Rotsblokken als 2015 TG387 zijn volgens hen ‘broodkruimels’ die naar die Planeet X kunnen leiden.
De zwaartekracht van die planeet kan de baan van de rotsblokken namelijk beïnvloeden.
Als ze de omloopbanen van de dwergplaneten weten, kunnen ze uitrekenen waar de mysterieuze planeet zich bevindt.
Min Min lights are a mysterious phenomenon that have spooked many people in the outback of Australia.
But is there any scientific proof that Min Min lights exist? Or is it simply an Aboriginal folktale that has been passed down for generations?
The lights have been described by witnesses as floating, fast-moving balls of colour that glow in the night sky and stalk people, leaving some feeling confused and frightened.
Sometimes the lights are blue and other times they are white or yellow.
In Queensland, the Boulia Shire Council notifies visitors "in the interest of tourism" that they are in the land of the Min Min lights and that they may spot them as they drive for the next 120 kilometres.
In the Kimberley in Western Australia some Aboriginal people believe the Min Min lights are the spirits of elders.
"As a kid growing up the old people used to tell me, they [Min Min lights] were old people's spirits looking after country," Wyndham local James Birch said.
Mr Birch, a Balanggarra ranger, said everyone from his childhood grew up hearing the stories.
"If you've lived in the Kimberley you would have experienced spotting a Min Min light once in your life," he said.
Mr Birch has not seen the Min Min lights for two years but said the lights tend to distract people and take them off their chosen path.
"We were heading back into town after hunting. I was driving towards town when all of sudden a Min Min light appeared," he said.
"We all stared at the light and all of a sudden we were going in the opposite way, going back into the bush and following the light without even realising."
What does science say?
Curtis Roman, a senior lecturer at Charles Darwin University, is gathering stories from Indigenous Australians about Min Min lights as part of an ongoing research project.
Dr Roman said there were several scientific theories that could explain the phenomenon.
"One is that they're a mirage, [caused by] natural gases or warm air and cold coming together," Dr Roman said.
"Some of the other theories are that they are bioluminous insects, owls or birds."
Although he is only in the early stages of his research, Dr Roman said that all the Indigenous people he had interviewed so far had described how frightened they felt when they saw the lights.
Outback lights star in movie
From a young age, writer and director Jub Clerc heard the tales about the Min Min lights and how they would follow people and take them if they stopped to watch the lights.
In 2015, Ms Clerc directed a short film called Min Min Light based upon her own experiences of the lights when she was growing up in the Pilbara.
"When I was a young girl lying in my backyard, these lights came down," Ms Clerc said.
"Two of them came down in front of me and then suddenly shot off. I was in awe.
"It could be our spirits that look after country. Who knows what it is? I like to think there's more to life that what we think."

In de Australische outback stellen mysterieuze lichten lokale bewoners voor een raadsel. Veel mensen hebben de zogeheten Min Min-lichten gezien, maar niemand heeft er een sluitende verklaring voor.
Getuigen omschrijven de lichten als zwevende, snel bewegende, gekleurde ballen die de avondhemel verlichten en mensen stalken.
Soms zijn de lichten blauw en op andere momenten wit of geel.
Geesten
In Queensland word je er door middel van een groot bord op gewezen dat je je in het land van de Min Min-lichten bevindt.
In Kimberley in de deelstaat West-Australië geloven sommige Aboriginals dat de lichten geesten zijn van oudsten.
“Als kind vertelden de ouderen me dat de Min Min-lichten de geesten van oude mensen zijn die voor het land zorgen,” zei lokale bewoner James Birch.
“Als je in Kimberley hebt gewoond, heb je vast een keer een Min Min-licht gezien,” voegde hij toe.
Afleiden
Hij zei dat de lichten mensen kunnen afleiden.
“Na het jagen gingen we terug naar huis,” zei hij. “Ik reed richting het dorp, toen plotseling een Min Min-licht verscheen.”
“We keken allemaal in de richting van het licht en voordat we het wisten reden we in tegengestelde richting,” vervolgde Birch.
“We volgden het licht zonder dat we het doorhadden,” klonk het.
Luchtspiegeling
Curtis Roman van de Charles Darwin University verzamelt voor een onderzoeksproject verhalen van Aboriginals over de Min Min-lichten.
Hij zei dat er verschillende wetenschappelijke theorieën zijn die het fenomeen zouden kunnen verklaren.
Zo zou het kunnen gaan om een luchtspiegeling veroorzaakt door natuurlijk gas of warme en koude luchtlagen, aldus dr. Roman.
Volgens andere theorieën zijn het lichtgevende insecten, uilen of vogels.
Volgen
Schrijver en regisseur Jub Clerc hoort de verhalen over de Min Min-lichten en hoe ze mensen volgen al van jongs af aan.
In 2015 maakte ze een korte film over de mysterieuze lichten, gebaseerd op haar eigen ervaringen.
“Toen ik op een dag als jong meisje in mijn achtertuin lag verschenen de lichten opeens,” zei Clerc.
“Twee lichten kwamen omlaag en bleven voor me hangen, om vervolgens weer weg te schieten,” voegde ze toe. “Ik was erg onder de indruk.”
“Het zouden onze geesten kunnen zijn die voor het land zorgen,” besloot ze. “Wie weet wat het is. Ik denk dat er meer is in het leven dan we denken.”
On August 30th, pressure dropped on the International Space Station. While not life-threatening, the Russian space agency, NASA and the crew conducted an extensive search and found a tiny hole in the Soyuz space capsule docked at the station. Initial reports suggested its skin had been pierced by a micrometeorite, but that story quickly changed as evidence strongly suggested the hole was manmade, possibly during assembly of the capsule, and may have been patched to avoid detection during inspections. That sinister theory has continued to hold up and it appears Russia is honing in on the culprit.
“The commission of [Roskosmos] is working. One commission (RSC Energia – TASS note) has already completed its activities, it actually concluded that it excluded manufacturing defects, which is important for finding the truth. Now there is a version of intentional impact, and where this was done, set the second commission.”
Dmitry Rogozin, Director General of Russia’s Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities, confirmed to the TASS news agency that his organization is treating the incident as a deliberate act, but stopped short of calling it sabotage. However, that charge was tossed around early in the investigation, implying that a US astronaut may have caused the leak to force an early return home. While Rogozin himself has expressed dissatisfaction with dealings between Roscosmos and NASA, he has aimed his recent dissatisfaction at a different American organization.
“Americans have this thing, the X-37. We don’t understand its purposes. Rather, we do understand, but we have not received an official explanation. Essentially, this thing can be used as a weapons carrier.”
The X-37 is the mysterious unmanned Orbital Test Vehicle belonging to the US Air Force whose last launch was handled by SpaceX. As if he doesn’t have enough problems with Tesla, now Elon Musk is possibly being targeted by the Russian space agency for aiding in the militarization of space … as if Russia hasn’t also done this. Could Rogozin be stoking backdoor controversy by criticizing SpaceX for a military connection as a cover for his real frustration … that the US is moving towards using SpaceX as the new ISS shuttle and cutting off Roscosmos’ income spigot as the space Uber?
At this point, anything is possible and more intrigue is probable. A spacewalk is scheduled for November 15, when Russian cosmonauts are expected to remove and inspect a piece of the Soyuz MS-09 anti-meteorite protection shield. We’ll just have to wait for that report … if there is one. Will American astronauts be involved with the inspection? Let’s hope the ISS crew members are not becoming pawns in a dangerous chess game between these two space superpowers.
We know for a fact that India, like Africa, has elephants. Each continent also has lions and monkeys that are distant relatives. However, it doesn’t appear that India ever had any hippos or rhinos (expect for a few remote area). So, how are archaeologists going to explain the thousands of rock carvings discovered on hillocks in the Konkan region of western Maharashtra that show images of hippos, rhinos and other never-seen-in-India creatures interacting with humans 12.000 years ago? There are thousands of large petroglyphs that appear to be the oldest ever found, yet were unknown to the people in the villages where they were discovered. Are there hippos still hiding there too?
All sorts of animals are depicted in the petroglyphs, including sharks, whales, and turtles. They also show human figures and geometrical designs. But, according to the researchers, some of the images include animals that are not found in India, such as hippos and rhinoceroses
The mysterious petroglyphs are located in the narrow Konkan Coast region of the far western state of Maharashtra, with the Arabian Sea (northern Indian Ocean) to the west and the Western Ghats mountain to the east. According to a report by the BBC, in that band are 52 villages near the coastal cities of Ratnagiri and Rajapur whose residents had no idea they were living on so many carvings. Just a very few were exposed and the locals considered them sacred. Those few glyphs provided the curiosity and incentive for archaeologists to look for more.
“We walked thousands of kilometres. People started sending photographs to us and we even enlisted schools in our efforts to find them. We made students ask their grandparents and other village elders if they knew about any other engravings. This provided us with a lot of valuable information.”
Sudhir Risbood and Manoj Marathe led a group of explorers through the area looking for more exposed or partially-exposed glyphs, along with indicators that there were some hidden under the soil. Aerial views seem to indicate that the carvings are smaller but more numerous and more densely packed that the Nazca lines of Peru. (Pictures and videos here and here.) However, it’s not the size that makes these petroglyps so exciting – it’s their age and the strange animals depicted in them, says Tejas Garge, director of the Maharashtra state archaeology department.
“Our first deduction from examining these petroglyphs is that they were created around 10,000 BC. “We have not found any pictures of farming activities. But the images depict hunted animals and there’s detailing of animal forms. So this man knew about animals and sea creatures. That indicates he was dependent on hunting for food. Most of the petroglyphs show familiar animals. There are images of sharks and whales as well as amphibians like turtles.”
And then there’s the hippos and rhinos. It’s possible that the animals lived there prior to 10,000 BCE, although no fossils have been found. It’s also possible that the people who carved the images came to the coast from Africa. Less likely but still a possibility is that they traveled between both continents.
While Garge is excited about determining the answer to their origin, the Indian government has other priorities. The state gave him 240 million rupees ($3.2m; £2.5m) to study 400 of the thousands of petroglyphs. They obviously don’t yet see the tourist potential of the rock carvings.
Did hippos once roam India? Were they sacred like cows or just tasty with curry, leading to their ultimate disappearance?
Last year I wrote four articles here at Mysterious Universe on the matter of numerous people who had experienced nightmares of terrifying nuclear explosions, of cities destroyed, and of civilization in ruins. A number of those same nightmares revolved around a wave of sightings of Mothman-type creatures in the Chicago, Illinois area – also last year. You can find the first article here, the second here, the third here, and the fourth here. There is, however, a new development (well, I assume it’s a new development) on this matter. It all revolves around the issue of the creepy Black-Eyed Children (BEC). A few months back, Lisa Hagan Books published my book, The Black Diary. It details my research – from 2014 to 2018 – into the MIB, the Women in Black, the BEC, the Shadow People and more of a related nature. As is always the case when I have a new book out, I got a lot of feedback from people who read the book.
Ron told me that a week or so after reading my book (it was published in May 2018 and Ron bought his copy a couple of weeks later), he woke up in the dead of night with a pounding headache, a dry mouth, and a rash on his arms (which was gone by morning). Worse still, he was unable to move. This is a real phenomenon that many of you will have heard of: sleep paralysis. As is typical in such cases, Ron immediately found himself filled with fear. This is hardly surprising: standing at the side of the bed were two young children – maybe ten or eleven years in age – who stared at Ron through completely black eyes. Their skin was pale and they were both dressed in black hoodies. In seconds, Ron’s bedroom was flooded with apocalyptic images of a flattened, of millions dead, and of the sky filled with blackness. Ron knew what the cause was: a huge, nuclear mushroom cloud dominated what was left of the city. Suddenly, the image was gone – as were the BEC. Ron told me that he had near-sleepless nights for the next three nights. Thankfully, the BEC did not return. Nor did the nightmare.
Adrian Clarke, of England, told me a similar story. In Adrian’s case, it was around 3:00 a.m. in September 2018 and he too suddenly found himself wide awake and with a pair of Black-Eyed Children looking at him from the foot of the bed. Both had the completely black eyes, but were dressed in orange robes. Suddenly, and similar to Ron’s experience, Adrian briefly found himself deep in the heart of a nightmarish world of billions dead and the Earth devastated. He fought against the paralysis and finally managed to break the spell. In seconds, the image was gone – as were the BEC.
Moving on, there is the account of Jennifer, who I met at the September 2018 Mothman Festival in Point Pleasant, West Virginia – and who lives in Point Pleasant. After I gave my lecture on my The Black Diary book, Jennifer came up to my table and shared with me her experience – which occurred in April 2018. She too was woken from her sleep by a pair of pale kids with huge, dark eyes. One of them pointed to one of the walls in Jennifer’s bedroom, which was suddenly transformed into an approximately eight-foot-by-eight-foot image of a nuclear explosion. Jennifer told me that, for reasons she wasn’t sure, she somehow knew that the city was Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has never been to Milwaukee, nor does she have friends or family there. Like Ron and Adrian, Jennifer was shaken to the core by her experience.
It should be noted that both Adrian and Ron had read my book, which in part does focus on the BEC. And, Jennifer had read about the book online, and which had specifically prompted her to speak with me at the Mothman gig. As a result of this, skeptics might be inclined to say that the nightmares were driven by exposure to the book. Maybe so. On the other hand, though, the almost identical experiences do make me wonder if we are seeing the start of something that mirrors the “nuclear nightmare” phenomenon of last year. Time may tell…
Could there really be a hidden Planet X lurking on the far edge of our solar system? For years, astronomers around the world have been searching for the mysterious planet or whatever it may be, but so far very little definitive evidence has been collected. There are theories that the object is perhaps a rogue star hurtling through our solar system or even that Planet X is on a trajectory to collide with the Earth and split it in half, but you know how theories go. So far, all that’s definitively known is that the orbits of the outer planets and other objects at the edge of our solar system appear to be affected by something with significant mass, like a small planet.
A new discovery announced this week adds to the growing gravitational evidence for Planet X: A small object with a diameter of 300 km (186 miles) has been found lurking at the farthest edges of our solar system with an orbit that suggests the existence of an undiscovered planet several times larger than Earth. Astronomers working with the Carnegie Institution for Science discovered the object, known technically as 2015 TG387, some 80 astronomical units (AU) from the Sun – two and a half times farther away from the Sun than Pluto. 2015 TG387, affectionately referred to as “The Goblin,” lies so far away that it’s difficult to even detect.
One of the astronomers behind the discovery, the University of Hawaii’s David Tholen, says that it’s possible that The Goblin has other neighbors, hard-to-see planetoids or dwarf planets which could be lying at the edge of our Solar System just beyond our ability to detect them:
We think there could be thousands of small bodies like 2015 TG387 out on the Solar System’s fringes, but their distance makes finding them very difficult. Currently we would only detect 2015 TG387 when it is near its closest approach to the Sun. For some 99 percent of its 40,000-year orbit, it would be too faint to see.
The official study of The Goblin has been submitted for publication in The Astronomical Journal. Chad Trujillo of Northern Arizona University adds that while The Goblin does seem to corroborate some of the other existing evidence for Planet X, it’s not the smoking gun we’re all waiting for – yet:
These simulations do not prove that there’s another massive planet in our solar system, but they are further evidence that something big could be out there.
Let’s just hope it is another massive planet and not something far more sinister or mind-meltingly weird. Remember that ball of anti-lifeforce in The Fifth Element? Life imitates art sometimes.
We don’t know where anything comes from. We’re a bunch of self-replicating bundles of confusion, completely unaware of how all this nonsense got here in the first place. We know life took a long and meandering road from the first single-celled organisms to your weird neighbor with way too many bumper stickers, but how did life get here in the first place? Possible answers to life’s origin include the heat and pressure of deep sea thermal vents, a jump-start by lightning strikes, and the structure of DNA falling into place on beds of clay (as boring as that is, many mythologies talk of humans created out of clay, probably because it’s poetic).
Another possible solution is that life was brought here from space by a comet or asteroid. There’s “panspermia,” the idea that Earth was seeded with life from another world. That’s a useless idea, because it just says that life can hop from rock to rock and doesn’t explain the genesis of it. That’s not the only space-centric proposal for the origin of life, however. New research from the University of Hawaii at Manoa provides “compelling evidence” that a key component of life—phosphorous oxoacids, building blocks of chromosomes and crucial for life’s ability to self replicate—came from outer space.
The root cause of all our problems.
Up until this research, it was unclear how these crucial building blocks came to exist. According to this research, the conditions on a comet are just right for creating phosphorus oxoacids: deadly poisonous phosphine, ice and carbon dioxide, hurtling through the dark getting burned and warped by radiation. That’s a recipe for a delicious stew, right there.
The paper, published in the journal Nature Communicationsdetails an experiment in which the researchers recreated the conditions that one might find on a comet. They made some artificial space-ice and blasted it with the same types of radiation found outside the warm blanket of our atmosphere. This caused chemical reactions that ended up spitting out exactly what the researchers hoped to find: phosphorus oxoacids like those that make up chromosomes. Here’s the paper’s lead author Andrew Turner on the experiment:
“On Earth, phosphine is lethal to living beings, but in the interstellar medium, an exotic phosphine chemistry can promote rare chemical reaction pathways to initiate the formation of biorelevant molecules such as oxoacids of phosphorus, which eventually might spark the molecular evolution of life as we know it.”
Phosphorus oxoacids are key to life’s ability to self-replicate.
Cornelia Meinert of the University of Nice in France, who collaborated on the work, elaborated:
“Since comets contain at least partially the remnants of the material of the protoplanetary disk that formed our solar system, these compounds might be traced back to the interstellar medium wherever sufficient phosphine in interstellar ices is available.”
If this is the true origin of life on Earth, it combines a lot of elements from other proposed theories. You’ve got the jump-starting from the sky like the lightning theory, the remote, exotic environment of the thermal vents, and hey, it would mean that at least part of life is extraterrestrial. A little something for everyone. Well, no. We all know what really happened. Say it with me: trans-dimensional, egg-laying bigfoot.

That is a mystery...unless it quickly accelerated to light or faster than light speed...then thats called alien technology. This is a big UFO! It looks to be over a mile long and has a classic disk shape. It probably came up from the ocean floor, since 75% of the earths surface is covered in water, it just makes sense that they would hide where humans do not go. Also, I placed the first screenshot in negative formate, which made the edges of the UFO more pronounced so its true shape can be more easily seen. Yes this is absolutely a UFO, 100%. A pyramid-like object was spotted on the Moon’s surface on Google, and some UFO hunters believed it was an alien base. Conspiracy theorists were into a frenzy when a vast structure was observed on the lunar surface.
Many immediately concluded that it was an alien base or extraterrestrial monument and thought NASA and the likes are covering something up.
Using Google Moon, the alleged moon pyramid can be seen on coordinates 20 ° 48’45.54 “N 25 ° 59’50.89” W.
Argentinian Marcelo Irazusta uploaded the video to YouTube. The video seemingly shows human-made looking structure on the surface of the moon.
Mr Irazusta wrote in the description that a mysterious elevation on the Moon indicate that it could be a non-natural structure.
Many viewers believed NASA was covering something up. However, others were not so convinced, suggesting that the anomaly was merely rendering issues. One person explained that it was a nice glitch, just like previous other alleged structures on the lunar surface.
Some conspiracy theorists said that aliens occupied the moon, which was the reason NASA did not return since the end of the Apollo missions in the 1970s.
They suspect that anomalies such as the pyramid on the surface of the moon could be monuments built by an ancient alien civilisation just like the pyramids found on Earth.

There is a massive black hole with millions of times more mass than our sun is plunging towards Earth and will one day annihilate life as we know it.This particular black hole is coming towards us at 110 kilometres per second and is at the center of the Great Andromeda Galaxy – the Milky Way’s closest and much larger neighbor.
At the center of the most known galaxies, there exist a supermassive black hole which stars spin around and helps keep everything in formation.
But such is the powerful gravitational pull of the Milky Way and Andromeda that they are being drawn toward each other and will one day crash.
Fraser Cain, publisher of space website Universe Today, wrote for Phys.org:
“There’s a black hole at the centre of the Milky Way. And not just any black hole, it’s a supermassive black hole with more than 4.1 million times the mass of the Sun. It’s right over there, in the direction of the Sagittarius constellation. Located just 26,000 light-years away. And as we speak, it’s in the process of tearing apart entire stars and star systems, occasionally consuming them, adding to its mass like a voracious shark.”
Due to the size of Andromeda however, there is only going to be one winner when it smashes into the Milky Way.
But, as Andromeda is 2.5 million light years away, it will take over four billion years to reach us, so we are safe for now.
Mr Cain said: “Panic will happen when the Milky Way collides with Andromeda in about 4 billion years. “Suddenly, you’ll have two whole clouds of stars interacting in all kinds of ways, like an unstable blended family. “Stars that would have been safe will careen past other stars and be deflected down into the maw of either of the two supermassive black holes on hand. Andromeda’s black hole could be 100 million times the mass of the Sun, so it’s a bigger target for stars with a death wish.”

Russian Cosmonaut Claims UFOs Are Real
Cosmonaut Alexandr Baladin stated that “flying saucers” have come into close proximity to the MIR space station as well as the Baikonur Cosmodrom. He added there is sufficient evidence to warrant a scientific study of the phenomenon, and that it is time that world governments officially acknowledge the UFO phenomenon’s existence.
Baladin disclosed at Brazil’s First International Ufology Forum, that he and fellow cosmonaut Musa Manarov had seen UFOs. During docking operations between his space capsule and the MIR, Baladin saw a glowing object a short distance away. Manarov managed to capture the strange phenomenon on videotape, that was shown during the UFO congress in Brazil. Baladin claimed that the recording and other evidence presented during the Congress, “must be studied by an international scientific commission.” Baladin insisted that the Russian military has a great contribution to make to UFO research, giving as an example the multiple-witness case at the Kaputsin Yar missile base, whose personnel sighted a semi-circular object flying at low altitude lighting up the bases facilities with a powerful searchlight in June 1989. “Many of my old comrades, who are now working at top-secret military facilities, acknowledge having seen UFOs.
“General Vladimir Ivanov, former commander of Russia’s Military Space Forces, recalls that three objects flew at a considerable altitude over Baikonur Cosmodrome and were picked up on radar. There is no way they could have been airplanes.” insisted the cosmonaut. Thanks to Rubén Sobrino.

The UFO Crashes in 1947
Many of the people I interviewed at the Roswell Museum and crash sights felt two saucers had crashed in New Mexico in July of 1947. There is evidence two saucers had a mid-air collision had crash landed some fifty miles apart. Sheep rancher Mack Brazel’s found a plowed up area on his land and debris from a crashed disc on his land and notified the authorities. Major Jesse Marcell the intelligence chief at Roswell was sent to investigate, Marcel confirmed that the crash debris had highly anomalous properties and was “not of this Earth.” Marcel carried much of the debris back home and showed his wife and son before taking it to the base to show the Base commander Col. William Blanchard also spoke of Ramey’s weather balloon cover-up at Fort Worth. , and General Ramey gave highly laudatory post evaluations to Major Marcel who was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and later retired.
Colonel Blanchard had Lt. Walter Haut thc base Public Affairs Officer prepare a press release to Roswell Daily Record. On July 8, 1947 at 5:26 EDT, carried an Associated Press news wire announced that Roswell Army Air Field had reported recovering a “flying disk” from a nearby rancher’s property, first found “sometime last week,” and that it was being flown to “higher headquarters.” The curious base press release triggered a national press feeding frenzy.
Later Brigadier General Ramey the Commander of the 8th Army Air Force It announced that the recovered “disk” was eventually destined for Wright Field, Ohio, home of the Air Materiel Command and the AAF’s aeronautical research labs.
Using the chronicle given in the Daily Illini of 9th July 1947 which o the AP news messages, that afternoon went something like: After the initial reports starting at 3:26 pm (FW time) 4:10 pm (FW time) AP announces it’s going after the story. 4:11 pm ” The war department in Washington had nothing to say immediately about the reported find” Then a very long gap in the news of 42 minutes!!! (?while they got their act together?) until 4:53pm Washington dateline, statement by Brig Gen Roger Ramey “disk” had been sent to Wright Field Ohio. After further “adds” 5:02 pm Full story pulled together and transmitted as “First Lead Disk” The next major item is 1 hour! later at 6:03 pm Dateline Washington, giving the first hint the object found might be a weather device 6:15 pm
Report, Gen Ramey to speak on radio at 6:30pm from Fort Worth – Roswell’s celebrated ‘flying disk’ was rudely stripped of its glamour by a Fort Worth army airfield weather officer who late today identified the object as a weather balloon.”
It’s during that 40+ minute time period just after 4 pm we believe photographer James Bond was in Ramey’s office taking his photo’s for the Fort Worth Star Newspaper. He claimed the debris in the photos smelled of fire, smoke and dead aliens.
It seems probable from Washington’s initial statement of 4:11 pm they hadn’t got a handle on what was happening at that point in either Roswell or Fort Worth. Even by the 4.53 pm AP release they were still not denying they had a “flying disk”. It took Washington almost a further hour before the first hint of a “weather device” surfaced, and a further half hour for the story to filter out of Fort Worth Army Airfield.
Looking at these timings, to me it seems probable that up until Washington’s active involvement sometime after 4:15-4:30pm or even 5 pm, Ramey was playing it straight and open, and as General Dubose maintained it was the direct order from General McMullen together possibly with the revelations held in the Ramey Message that forced him to backtrack, shut the lid down tight on events and come up with the balloon story.

The fact that Washington seemed to be caught napping by the Roswell events doesn’t mean to say they were totally unaware of other events going on earlier or concurrently with events in Roswell, in fact if the US high command were deeply engrossed with the crash of the other similar disc about a 100 miles to the west of Roswell at San Augustin. It could account for their slow take up not realizing two discs had actually crashed.
General. Ramey began putting out an alternate weather balloon version of the story as ordered by higher headquarters. The press bought the change of story. Just to make sure, the Army and Navy engaged in a debunking campaign during the following days which involved weather balloon and radar target demonstrations. The weather balloons, the public was told, explained not only what was found at Roswell, but also accounted for the numerous “flying disk” or “flying saucer” sightings that preceded the Roswell events.
I personally talked to Mrs. Roger Ramey who would not confirm the Roswell crash. However she indicated, “Her husband was very upset about being forced to make false statements, he did not want to make, he was a very proud man and would never lie unless ordered to do so.” He had been taught never to lie and the order really bothered his integrity.
She confirmed that General Ramey and her and become good friends with President Truman and had dinner with him several times. I suggested it was very unusual for military personnel to become friends with a President and I asked how it happened? She indicated that her husband and the President had worked together on important classified projects. She would not confirm that this was the Roswell crash.
She stated her husband expected to become the Chief of Staff of the Air Force partly because he was a good friend of President Truman and that they had dinner with him at the White House . She felt President Truman had come to Texas and met with Brigadier General Ramey (probably to see the bodies.) She knew General Ramey was very upset about having to lie to the press about the weather balloon. It is known President Truman at the time of the crash flew to his home in Missouri. He was not seen by the press for several days at the time of crash using the excuse is wife was very sick. Its speculated he was picked up in a military plane and flown to Ft. Worth where he saw the alien bodies and issued orders that the alien story should be kept Top Secret. Later. Ramey was transferred to Washington and became a Major General apparently working on the Roswell incident. Ramey was called the AF “saucer man” in 1952.
Analysis of Ramey Message
Photographer James Bond who I became friends with remembered General Ramey was reading and holding a message while he was taking photos of the debris.There is no question that Ramey’s message, even when greatly enhanced by computer is a very difficult read. However, there are various keywords and phrases that can be readily seen by anyone, even in lower resolution scans of the message first analyzed in 1999 by a number of people.
Far and away the most important word of the entire message is “VICTIMS” on the third line (part of phrase “THE VICTIMS OF THE WRECK”).
The first paragraph describes what had been found. Ramey starts by acknowledging “THAT A ‘DISK’ IS NEXT NEW FIND.” He then adds that “THE VICTIMS OF THE WRECK” and something else (possibly just “A WRECK”) had also been found near the recovery “OPERATION AT THE ‘RANCH’.” At the end it states that “YOU” (i.e. Gen. Vandenberg) had ordered the “victims” and/or the wreckage “FORWARDED”to “FORT WORTH, TEX.”
In the second paragraph, Ramey describes how the situation was being handled. Ramey first states that something “IN THE ‘DISC'”, probably the bodies of the “forwarded” “victims” (and possibly termed “AVIATORS”) would be flown by a B-29 Special Transport or C-47 to the “A1” (personnel director) of some “8TH ARMY****” division, most likely the head flight surgeon at Fort Worth given the context. Wright Field, Ohio, home of the AAF’s aeronautical labs, was to assess the Roswell crash object (possibly referred to as an “AIRFOIL”).
Finally, both the Air Force and General Accounting Office (investigating on behalf of Congressman Schiff) in 1995 reported that air crash records revealed no plane crashes in that area during that time frame that could possibly explain the Roswell incident.

General Exon
I phoned former Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Commander Brigadier General Arthur Exon before his death. He spoke freely and claimed he had many friends who informed him of the disc and bodies. General Exon has been the highest ranking military officer to come out and say directly that Roswell was the crash of a spacecraft and that alien bodies were recovered. He had to bailout of his plane in World War 11 after 135 missions and spend the rest of the war in a Nazi Prison Camp. He seemed to feel the public should know about the disks.
In 1947 Exon was a Lt. Colonel stationed at Wright Field at the time of the Roswell crash and heard of the incident at that time. He said he also flew over the area of the crash some months later. He observed two distinct crash sites and gouges and tire tracks on the ground leading into the “pivotal areas.”
From 1964-66 he was the Commanding Officer of Wright-Patterson AFB, where crash material was taken in 1947. He said other UFO-related field operations were staged at W-P during his tenure. Teams of men would fly in from Washington on an investigation. W-P would supply them with planes and crews for their operations.

Exon did emphasize that he was told these things by men who were directly involved and whom he knew well and trusted. He mentioned knowing some of the photographers who photographed the sites.
He also confirmed the existence of the Roswell metal reports.” Exon, the Base Commander of Wright Patterson in the 1960s, related that he was privy to some of the details on the composition of the crash debris and the variety of tests that were performed on it on the base. Exon stated the debris: “It was Titanium and some other metal they knew about, and the processing was somehow different.” Of course, special “processing” of Titanium and the “other metal” that “they knew about” (Nickel) is required to create Nitinol.
Exon added, “And it wouldn’t surprise me if the material wasn’t still around, certainly the reports are.” Exon was likely referring to the Battelle Progress Reports on memory metal done for Wright Patterson in the late 1940’s. Among the things that General Exon was very specific about was that everybody “from Truman on down” had known about the Roswell incident from the day it happened, and that it was known to be an alien spacecraft “almost as soon as we got on the scene.”
I phoned General Exon and explained I was researching the crash he was quite open that he was told the Roswell debris was extraterrestrial and that the issues it raised had been debated in the White House.. In 1948, following completion of a two-year industrial administration course at the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, he was assigned to Air Materiel Command Headquarters, as chief of the Maintenance Data Section. He told me the crash of the Roswell UFO was openly discussed as extraterrestrial in the course at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He arranged to fly out to the crash sights and viewed where the UFO crashed up near a hill.

As base commander he spoke to many personnel, he spoke of the delivery of alien materials, artifacts, and biological remains to Wright Field from the Roswell Army Air Base in the summer of 1947. He felt sure that the existence of these materials and what to do about them had been debated at the highest levels of the government. …In 1991, after I had written Majestic, my uncle put me into contact with a general — an old and trusted friend of his — who knew even more. The general, Arthur Exon, is the cousin of Senator Exon…”]
“We heard the material was coming to Wright Field. [Testing was done in the various labs.] Everything from chemical analysis, stress tests, compression tests, flexing. It was brought into our material evaluation labs. I don’t know how it arrived, but the boys who tested it said it was very unusual.”
“[Some of it] could be easily ripped or changed… There were other parts of it that were very thin but awfully strong and couldn’t be dented with heavy hammers… It was flexible to a degree… Some of it was flimsy and was tougher than hell, and the other was almost like foil but strong. It had them pretty puzzled. …couldn’t be easily ripped or changed …you could change it. You could wad it up, you could change the shape, but it was still there and … there were other parts of it that were very thin but awfully strong and couldn’t be dented with heavy hammers and stuff like that… which at the time were causing some people some concern… again, say it was a shape of some kind, you could grab this end and bend it, but it would come right back. It was flexible to a degree.”
The Crash Sites
“[It was] probably part of the same accident, but [there were] two distinct sites. One assuming that the thing, as I understand it, as I remember flying the area later, that the damage to the vehicle seemed to be coming from the southeast to the northwest, but it could have been going in the opposite direction, but it doesn’t seem likely. So the farther northwest pieces found on the ranch, those pieces were mostly metal. “…I remember auto tracks leading to the pivotal sites and obvious gouges in the terrain.”
” I know people that were involved in photographing some of the residue from the New Mexico affair near Roswell. There was another location where….apparently the main body of the spacecraft was…where they did say there were bodies.”
There would be reports, probably filed in the Foreign Technology Building, that would describe everything learned in the last forty-plus years. There would be photographs, from the debris field and the crash site, of the bodies and of the autopsies, filed away. Everything needed to prove that Roswell represented the crash of an extraterrestrial spacecraft would be found, if those reports were ever to be released.
Air Force General George Schulgen (who led Intelligence at the Pentagon at the time of the Roswell incident) authored a previously-marked “secret” draft memo on the flying saucer issue on October 30, 1947- about four months after the crash. In the verified version of this memo is found a section entitled “Items of Construction.” Schulgen instructs his officers to be aware of flying objects and their materials of construction. He specifically notes the “unusual fabrication methods to achieve extreme lightweight” and that the material is of a “composite construction…using various combinations of metals.”
Schulgen is describing precisely some of the very characteristics of Nitinol. Just like the Roswell debris material, it is an “extreme lightweight” intermetallic alloy. As a novel “composite construction,” it is created by an “unusual fabrication” method that “uses a combination of metals”- perhaps like Titanium and Nickel. Thanks to Anthony Bragalia
I spent several days talking with Lt. Walter Haut in his office who was the former Roswell base public information officer who told me his did exactly has he was ordered by Col. William Blanchard. He issued the base press release has Col. Blanchard instructed about the disc. He did say Blanchard wanted publicity to help get him promoted. Haut showed me a model of a roughly disc shaped craft implying it was a model of the crashed craft without actual verification of it being real. He implied he would not have a model of a fictitious craft and I should make my own conclusions. He knew I was speaking at the Roswell Museum and gave me every indication that as far as he knew the craft was alien.
Later, Haut’s “deathbed” sealed affidavit confesses to seeing the spacecraft and bodies in base Hangar 84/P-3 and tells us the mysterious press release was Gen. Ramey’s idea to divert press and public attention away from the closer and more important craft/body site.

My friend Warrant Officer Joe Stefula interviewed First Lieutenant Chester P. Barton a crypto specialist and assigned to an MP unit, Barton said he was ordered to the crash site 45 minutes north of town to check on the cleanup, saw a football-field-size burn impact area heavily guarded by MPs, scattered metal debris, was told radiation was at the site, heard archeologists had first discovered it, and also heard bodies were taken to base hospital and then to Fort Worth. Because of what he saw, he knew that the balloon explanation was ridiculous and there had been a cover-up. However, Barton was unusual in being a flying saucer crash skeptic, instead thinking that it was maybe a B-29 crash and nuclear accident.
Brigadier General Steven Lovekin (served in the White House Army Signal Corp during Eisenhower and Kennedy administrations, 1959-1961) Although like Exon not a direct participant, Lovekin said he received 1959 Pentagon briefings and being shown a metallic beam with symbols from a 1947 N.M. crash (presumably Roswell) plus being told of either 3 or 5 aliens being recovered, one initially alive. He also visited the Library of Congress and shown very compelling photographic and radar evidence of UFOs. He also testified of the threats against military personnel given this information if they were to publicly reveal it. Lovekin is a Disclosure Project witness with me. .
I had lunch with Colonel and Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr. who was the 11-year old son of Major Marcel in 1947. He had just returned from a tour in Afghanistan. He said, he remembered the night vividly of how his father woke up his mother and himself in the middle of the night when he returned from the debris field, showing them the pieces of a “flying saucer.” Among other material, he distinctly remembers a small metallic “I-beam” with purplish “hieroglyphics.’ He thought some of the debris may still be under the concrete patio outside the kitchen where they examined the debris. It was nothing like any of them had seen and they were quite familiar with all types of metals.
I personally met the son of Oliver Pappy Henderson who was one of the senior pilots at Roswell. When the first public stories of a Roswell saucer crash began circulating in 1981, Henderson confided to family and friends of being the pilot who flew bodies of the aliens and crash wreckage to Wright Field. He also claimed to have seen the craft and bodies, and provided a description of the aliens. His son moved to Australia due to his intimate knowledge of UFOs and made numerous contacts with me claiming his father was truthful and had firsthand knowledge of the craft. Sgt. Robert E. Smith said he helped load crates filled with debris for transport by C-54’s, including one flown by Henderson and his crew.
I personally phoned Lorretta Proctor neighbor of rancher Mack Brazel who was very friendly. She said Mack Brazel told her and her husband of finding strange material before going to Roswell, and showing them a wood-like piece that could not be cut or burned. They advised him to go to Roswell and report it. Brazel was detained at the base and complained bitterly of his treatment when he returned. She indicated she believed there was the crash of some kind of exterrestrials craft.
Concerning newspaper reports of Roswell base commander Col. William Blanchard who later became a four star general was allegedly away on leave when the story broke in the 1947 newspapers. “Blanchard’s leave was a screen. It was his duty to go to the site and make a determination of what had crashed. Blanchard couldn’t have cared less about a weather balloon.” said Exon.
I personally found that most if the officers’ wives had knowledge of the extraterrestrial craft. Blanchard’s wife told many of the officers’ wives it was alien and likely extraterrestrial. They spoke among themselves and discussed the crashes. The orders came down from headquarters to change the story from a disc to a weather balloon.
“According to Exon, once the nature of the crash at Roswell was understood, the information would have been passed up the chain of command. Ramey probably called the Army Chief of Staff, Dwight Eisenhower.
All witnesses told Exon that the craft was unusually light for its size. Without some form of heavy ballast, it would have fluttered like a kite without a tail in atmospheric flight mode. Trim was critical for a craft of its size and weight. Every seat needed to be filled.. Only a fluid fulfills all ballast and all delicate trim requirements for atmospheric flight–Magneto-aero electric propulsion in the air.
The aliens had skin like certain species of frogs breathe and receive nutrients directly through their skin tissue membranes. They die fast out of the water. Their lungs are partially atrophied from lack of use. Their digestive systems are reduced. Normal defecation is almost never seen. Sound familiar? Thanks to Bill McDonald
General Twining Visited Crashed Disks
The Air Material Command General Twining’s flight logs of 1947 have been released so his whereabouts between July 7th and July 9th 1947 have been confirmed. The Wright Airfield command developed aircraft for the Army Air Force. This flight to New Mexico was Twining’s one and only trip during Summer of 1947. Several key scientists and engineers accompanied him IPU Summary Page 4 states the following:-
7th July 1947 – Twinning went to Alamogordo AAF for a secret meeting with AAF Chief of Staff Spaatz and to view recovered remains of craft from crash landing site 20 miles northwest of Socorro.
8th July 1947 – Twinning and staff went to Kirtland AAF to inspect parts recovered from power plant.
9th July 1947 – Twining and staff went to White Sands Proving Ground to inspect pieces of craft being stored there.
10th July 1947 – Twining made inspection of R and D facilities at Alamogordo and then returned to Wright Field.
President Truman met with Twining on 25th September 1947, probably detailing the technology of the crashed UFOs.
Twining’s pilot said Twining sometimes made secret flights with Truman actually flying the plane.
Art Campbell has done an incredible job of researching the July 2, 1947 crash of a small, extraterrestrial craft in the Plains of St Augustin, New Mexico not far from the Roswell crash. There is speculation that the two UFOs collided or were both affected by radars. Art Campbell writes, “In May of 2012, a group of 15 people found a great deal of important material near the San Augustin, NM crash site that is thought to have happened at the same time as the Roswell crash.
By far the most important finding was this I-beam. It is 2 inches across at the flanges and 13 1/4 inch long. Rather crude flanged holes at each end indicate it may have been a repair. Bottom skin, honeycomb, and I-beam might have been scraped off a craft on the first skip down. Below the I-beam is another piece of honeycomb. This one had some skin attached, believed to be just inside the interior. Some excitement occurred when a faint triangle, circle and other markings were found near the right end of beam. The beam is probably the most significant find at the crash site and wants to make sure everybody knows about it. The beam looks more like an H-beam used to distribute horizontal loads.
The beam has a metallurgical composition primarily aluminum with high silicon, manganese, copper, and iron. It is my guess that a grid of beams covered the entire bottom of the UFO (probably crisscrossing the bottom of the craft in 10-12″‘ squares) supporting the honeycomb sandwich. The craft when it skipped down lost allot of its bottom and this beam was probably ripped out. The honey comb material has been found at two crash sites. Alien beam found at crash site
This is the third apparent entrance into Antarctica that we’ve posted on this website. It measures from 115 to 149 feet across and 71 feet at its maximum height. To put this in perspective, the popular A320 Airbus has a wing span of 117 feet.
Beyond the size of the entrance, there are other indications it might be a secret entrance. First, it is located 215 miles from any known research facility in Antarctica.
Second, when you zoom out, there is a mile-long line of 22 structures. At a distance, the first 18 look a bit like badminton cocks with two seeming to emit a reddish light. Together, they might suggest a lighted airport runway.

It’s harder to imagine the purpose of the third formation which is located between the “runway lights” and the entrance. It looks to be three aligned structures on a shadowy triangular mound.

Arizona Light
Mesa– I live 8 miles E of Sky Harbor Airport and our house is under the various flight paths in and out of the airport. I was out on our patio talking to my husband on September 21. 2018, and saw a large white airplane coming in for landing. I also saw numerous bright white objects slightly above the airplane, which I first thought were a large group of balloons floating East. As soon as the plane past I saw 12-15 of these objects, it seemed they had a point to them versus only round like balloons. Each one was moving in all different directions around each other. Then they headed in a S direction in a group. The group began circling S over my house, heading W, they then formed a wide V shape heading to Sky Harbor. It became harder to see them so I am assuming they were climbing to a very high altitude. I managed to get two pics of the objects that were under intelligent control. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Delaware Lights
Hockessin — My friend and I were looking at the stars on August 23, 2018, around 9:45 pm at the Ashland Nature Center and saw what we thought to be a plane crashing in the distance. The plane looked as if it were on fire and plummeting down to the ground. As time passed, we realized that this was no plane. It was flying very close to the ground and had three exterior lights. The vehicle was triangular in shape and the lights were on the corners. There was a lead red blinking light on the front and two solid while lights on the rear two corners. We were sitting on top of a large hill and could clearly see the shape of the vehicle. The surface of it was dark and almost invisible. The size of the machine was larger than most jets but smaller than a commercial air line. There was no noise and it seemed to be looking for something since it was moving very slowly. It flew directly over us and continued in a straight line into the distance. I hid under a bench thinking might be abducted.
I videotaped this object as it got closer you could clearly see the lights and flatness of the vehicle.
Then about 10 minutes later a second one flew over with an extra white light on the rear of the vehicle. This one stopped and hovered about a half mile away from us, shined a light on the ground, and then continued at the same slow pace. There was a third object that was flying extremely high and much faster.

Florida Lights
Miami— I was on a boat inside the bay when I saw the lights. We were on a bay cruise before night time. I had no idea what they were so I took a photo on May 15, 2009. The lights didn’t seem to be moving so I thought they might just be a reflection of the lights inside the boat but they were not. When I looked back, all of the objects were no longer there. I took the photo through the glass window and didn’t look at the photo until much later. After enlarging the photo. It seemed there was a shape similar to a chevron with the lights at the bottom. It was eerie after realizing that they could be something else other than an ordinary aircraft. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Illinois Object
casyville — ufo came down from a higher altitude on September 23, 2018. It hovered to the west close to tree top level.
I was driving down Highway 157 heading to Collinsville and used my phone to take pictures when I first seen it.
When it came down I heard a static type of noise that’s what made me try to get the pictures before it was gone.

Nevada Lights
Las Vegas — I noticed the object after I chose to go out to our building’s rooftop pool on September 25, 2018. I laid down when I noticed a glinting object high in the sky. We are near Nellis Air Force Base and are used to seeing planes of all types. I paid a bit closer attention as I stared up and noticed the object was not moving across the sky. It seemed to move in one direction or another. It became clear it was staying in a specific area but moving rapidly from side to side within the area. I watched it for a few minutes then decided to try to video it.
A couple hours later I began looking at the video and could see in 36 to 39 seconds and also in the low 50s there was an object moving faster than a weather balloon and higher than typical planes. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Tennessee Disc
Memphis –This happened at 7:40 PM as my wife was driving and I looked up and saw that object on August 19, 2018.
I know it wasn’t an airplane because it was dark and it had no lights anywhere plus it seemed to be still.
As I started to record it the object just vanished.

Sydney — I took this picture from my window at a hotel I was staying at in September 24, 2018.
I sent it to my partner and it wasn’t too much later in the day my partner called and said to zoom in on the image.
I then noticed this yellow shape in the clouds as she had told me
I noted the planes. Sydney was over cast yesterday.

Canada Object
Nanaimo— My wife and I noticed two orange glowing orbs outside our back window. We both rushed to the deck and tried to take video but were unsuccessful, but was able to take a picture that shows orbs in the distance. I captured on cell phone a not so best quality image. The orbs were moving at a slow pace one was quite low to moving over the Nanaimo harbor while the other was near the cloud line. After reaching the southern end of downtown Nanaimo the low flying orb changed directions and flew high up to the second orb. It followed the same path going east and then out of viewing range.. Two adults saw this clearly for 5 or 6 minutes. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Italy Lights
Termoli, Campobass— I see coming from the west, They arrived at two and three at a time, and after the first small groups, the lights that formed the “pentagon” were launched and all went towards the East and sea. on January 2, 2010. I realized it was a strange event and I ran back to get my Fujifilm MV camera. The most impressive thing is that these last luminous objects flew at a lower altitude than those that had gone before. I was desperate to get the camera working. I finally saw the green LED shine. I do not know how many lights flew above me, I only saw lights darting in the sky. I filmed, but because after a few seconds I did not see other lights, I stopped. Others were coming in droves heading East, while some turned South and began swarming around to the cloud. CMS

Larvik— We were watching TV when I suddenly noticed a bright light on the sky on September 24, 2018.
Staying at one place for about 10 minutes, after it started moving and disappeared out of site in less than one minute.

Smederevo — I made a photo of local Jasenak Church on September 25, 2018, and spotted something like UFO in the photo. During photo with my Samsung S8 cell phone not see anything. You can see an object in the left upper corner. Because my cell phone has a very good camera.
Church Jasenak is special healing place on hill with endemic creatures. This object hovered right above this place.

Slovenia Triangle
Otočec — Unknown flying object was observed looking into night sky in the direction of Novo Mesto on September 27, 2018. Objects appeared in the night sky at 20:40 local time about 60 degrees elevation. The four lights were dimmed. Several objects were seen by my friend standing beside me. It was fast moving descending with a slight change of direction. It appeared triangular shape with lights in the center and every corner. Seemed as enormous size and rapidly disappeared from the sky flying direction SW. Few seconds later there was a meteorite like object just falling from the sky from same direction and just descending. This time he was standing with me while it happened and observed the objects with me with his own eyes. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Swansea — 1. I was in my garden taking photos of the moon on September 23, 2018. 2. I was looking through my telescope’s finder scope and noticed a moving object come from the moon at about 10 ‘o clock. (NE) 3. I first thought it was a satellite or the ISS. 4. I didn’t see any detail on it as it was far away and happened really quickly, no more than 5 seconds. It moved quickly and in a diagonal direction from the left side of the moon in a straight line, then it disappeared.
5. I felt really excited when I saw it and was able to take a photo immediately. When I studied the picture and was unable to identify what it was I felt really elated at the prospect that it could be a UFO. 6. I lost sight of it and was unable to locate it again. Thanks to MUFON CMS
