The Russian Ministry of Defense published an article about the existence of military parapsychology in Russian military techniques, which allows one to penetrate into the thoughts of another, hack computer programs, and communicate telepathically.
Reflect On:
Why is this type of science studied at the highest levels of various governments, yet ridiculed and not studied at all within the mainstream?
Is telepathy real? It’s hard to argue against it; in fact, I would say that it’s not really up for debate. That being said, when it comes to topics like these, the field is polluted with a bad reputation given its association with magic, superstition and ‘pseudoscience,’ terms that often come from those who condemn the subject without ever really looking into it. The evidence for the existence of telepathy is actually quite overwhelming, and in many cases, much stronger than most other areas of science.
Dr. Jessica Utts is a great person to bring up, as I’ve done many times before, to hammer this fact home. She is the Chair of the Department of Statistics at the University of California, Irvine. In 1999, she published a paper showing how the statistical significance with regards to results seen from studies under the realm of parapsychology (telepathy, remote viewing, etc) are stronger than some of the studies used to approve some medications. In a recent interview, she emphasized the following.
“What convinced me was just the evidence, the accumulating evidence as I worked in this field and I got to see more and more of the evidence. I visited the laboratories, even beyond where I was working to see what they were doing and I could see that they had really tight controls… and so I got convinced by the good science that I saw being done. And in fact I will say as a statistician I’ve consulted in a lot of different areas of science; the methodology and the controls on these experiments are much tighter than any other area of of science where I’ve worked.” (source)
Why is it that these topics are not touched by mainstream academia, yet studied at the highest levels of government? Multiple governments all over the world have been studying this phenomenon for decades, and a lot has been declassified. Take the remote viewing program that was conducted by the US government/CIA and Stanford University, for example.
After its declassification in 1995, or at least its partial declassification, the Department of Defense and those involved revealed an exceptionally high success rate.
To summarize, over the years, the back-and-forth criticism of protocols, refinement of methods, and successful replication of this type of remote viewing in independent laboratories has yielded considerable scientific evidence for the reality of the [remote viewing] phenomenon. (source)
The latest example comes from Russia, as their Ministry of Defence recently published an article about the existence and study of parapsychology within the Russian military. The article explains how these techniques are and were used to penetrate the thoughts of the enemy (mind-reading) as well as to hack into enemy computer systems. The article is titled “Super Soldier for the Future Wars” and was published in the Defense Army magazine.
The article was written by Colonel Nikolai Poroskov, who explained that they use parapsychological techniques like telepathy for combat purposes, revealing secrets, disclosing locations, etc… He even discloses that Russian specialists have learned telepathy by working with dolphins.
As a note to readers, we here at Collective Evolution do not condone the use of animals for any type of experimentation. There is no information on the conditions of these experiments, but we are assuming they were captured for military purposes, which is extremely sad and heart-breaking.
Poroskov writes:
“They mentally gave the animals the commands that they carried out. Similar practiced by the famous trainer Durov. The technique, as it turned out, is applicable to humans. Moreover, the impact was even possible on the technique. With an effort of thought you can, for example, shoot down computer programs, burn crystals in generators, eavesdrop on a conversation, or break television and radio broadcasts and communications. Good luck ended with such experiments as reading a document lying in a safe, even if it is in a foreign language that we do not speak; identification of individuals belonging to the terrorist network; identifying potential candidates for terrorist groups,” the statement reads. (source)
Quite astonishing, isn’t it? Parapsychology seems to be the largest known threat to any type of secrecy, doesn’t it? I found the reference to hacking computers quite interesting. Can telepathy really be used for purposes like hacking electronic equipment? I did some more digging and found an interesting document inside of the CIA’s electronic reading room with regards to the Soviet Union.
The Soviet Union is well aware of the benefits and applications of parapsychology research. In 1963, a Kremilin edict apparently gave top priority to biological research, which in Russia includes parapsychology. The major impetus behind the Soviet drive to harness the possible capabilities of telepathic communication, telekinetics, and bionics is said to come from the Soviet military and the KGB. Today it is reported that the USSR has twenty or more centres for the study of parapsychological phenomena, with an annual budget estimated in 1967 at over 13 million dollars and reported to be as high as 21 million dollars.
There are reports that the Soviets are training their cosmonauts in telepathy to back-up their electronic equipment while in outer space. One of these back-up schemes is known to involve coded telepathic messages. This method was previously demonstrated in March 1967, when a coded telepathic message was flashed from Moscow to Leningrad. The involvement of astronauts or cosmonauts in telepathy experiments is not necessarily unprecedented. In February 1971, during the Apollo 14 flight to the moon, astronaut Edgar Mitchell made 150 separate attempts to project his thoughts from inside the space capsule back to an individual on earth. The results of the Apollo 14 experiments have been well-documented in detail and are published in the Journal of Parapsychology. (source)
Deeper Black Budget Discussion On CETV
Again, these programs lie within the realm of the black budget and are highly classified. Who knows how far ahead of the mainstream world they truly are?
CETV is a platform we created in order to combat the censorship and demonetization we have been facing over the past few years. On episode 4 of The Collective Evolution Show on CETV, we discussed the black budget in much greater detail. Below is a clip exploring the missing money from the black budget and special access programs, explaining where the money is going and what exactly it’s being used for.
You can become a member of CETV, get access to the full show and many others, and support conscious media here.
The Takeaway
Human consciousness and parapsychology should not only be studied for the purposes of learning new defence tactics. Humans have great potential, and there is still so much that we have yet to discover about ourselves. What needs to change is the intention behind these discoveries.
Mysterious Lights on the Moon’s Surface Going on and Off
Mysterious Lights on the Moon’s Surface Going on and Off
The so-called transient lunar phenomena have been known since the 1950 and although there are several theories about the lunar mystery lights’ origins, they have not yet been fully explained.
Now astronomers from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) in Bavaria, Germany have set up a telescope which will use artificial intelligence to automatically detect the flashes.
According to Metro.co.uk, Professor Kayal has a hypothesis about what’s causing the longer-lasting flashes and hopes to prove this theory. ‘Seismic activities were also observed on the moon,’ the professor added. ‘When the surface moves, gases that reflect sunlight could escape from the interior of the moon. This would explain the luminous phenomena, some of which last for hours.’ However, there is currently no explanation for the flashes.
About these mysterious flashes of lights on the moon; UniversalTrek discovered on Google earth in Moon strange lights that turn on and off at specific times of the day.
In the video below he shows the lights with the timer set on 2014. I have checked the lights too on Google Earth in Moon but set the timer on the current dates of 2019 and the lights are still there and on the same time the lights are going on and off like in 2014.
Then according to idw-online.de, it happens several times a week. Sometimes it is only short flashes of light that appear on the surface of the moon. Other light phenomena on the Earth’s satellite can last longer. And sometimes there are also places that darken temporarily which corresponds with the lights going on and off in Google Earth in Moon.
Anyone who wants to build a lunar base at some point must of course be familiar with the local conditions,” says Professor Kayal. What if such plans should ever become concrete? By then at the latest, it should be clear what the mysterious flashes and luminous phenomena are all about.

If we have to believe John Lear, the moon has huge underground cities and bases and there is a population of a quarter of a billion people on the moon which are actually aliens that look similar to us. The Greys are on the moon also but mainly remain underground within huge laboratories. See video interview John Lear:
Could it be that these mysterious lights indicate that there are underground cities or bases on the Moon?
Climate change is not a good thing in general, but it’s done wonders for fossil hunters in Siberia who make new discoveries as the permafrost thaws. While not many people seem to be moving to that formerly-frozen land these days, it seems it was once a hotbed (warmbed? coolbed?) of early human species activities. While the Denivosan fossils have been getting all of the publicity lately, the discovery of a couple of 31,000-year-old teeth in far northeastern Siberia have been identified as yet another new group of humans to brave the Siberian cold. Could they possibly have been ancestors of Native Americans? Make some hot chocolate and let’s find out.

“These people were a significant part of human history, they diversified almost at the same time as the ancestors of modern day Asians and Europeans and it’s likely that at one point they occupied large regions of the northern hemisphere.”
“These people” are the owners of two tiny milk teeth found in 2001 in an archaeological site near the Yana River in the Sakha province known as the Yana Rhinoceros Horn Site. Professor Eske Willerslev, the director of The Lundbeck Foundation Centre for GeoGenetics at the University of Copenhagen, helped sort out the human and animal bones and recently did the DNA analysis which convinced him that these were the teeth of a new human group called the ‘Ancient North Siberians’.
“They adapted to extreme environments very quickly, and were highly mobile. These findings have changed a lot of what we thought we knew about the population history of north eastern Siberia but also what we know about the history of human migration as a whole.”
Don’t look back … they may be gaining on us!
Dr Martin Sikora, also from the Lundbeck Centre, and Willerslev co-authored the study published this week in the journalNature. The discovery is exciting because the DNA shows the Ancient North Siberians were more closely related to Europeans than Asians and survived and thrived as “big game hunters of woolly mammoth and woolly rhinoceros.” Furthermore, they seem to be at the top of the pyramid of peoples that eventually spread across east Asia and North America. Were these the long-sought, Bering landmass-crossing direct ancestors of the first Native Americans?
31,000-Year-Old Children's Teeth Reveal New Group Of Humans In Siberia
“[Ancestors of] Native Americans are not the first people in northeastern Siberia as most people, if not everybody, thought.”
Willerslev points out that the Ancient North Siberians, while tough, didn’t survive long enough to be direct ancestors of Native Americans. They were eventually replaced by Ancient Paleo-Siberians, who were themselves replaced about 10,000 years ago by the Neo-Siberians. However, a different DNA analysis of a recent finding of a 10,000-year-old Ancient Paleo-Siberian shows that THEY may be the missing Siberian-to-Native-American link.
“This [DNA] is the first evidence we have, real evidence, of something very close genetically to Native Americans.”
Is this discovery Jeopardy-ready? Not quite. What it shows is that there were a number of very tough and mobile Siberian cultures thriving in that hostile environment as far back as 30,000 years ago when there was still a land mass connecting the two continents. What kept the earlier groups from continuing their eastward march was more likely the ice on the North American side. The DNA of the Ancient Paleo-Siberians is very close to Native American but still no American-supplied tobacco cigar. That fossil is waiting to be found.
This is no reason to root for climate-change-caused melting, but it definitely helps.

Within the field of Ufology there are longstanding and highly controversial rumors that the May 22, 1949 death of James Forrestal – the first U.S. Secretary of Defense – was linked to the UFO phenomenon. So the story goes, while suffering from severe depression and anxiety, and ultimately spiraling into a complete nervous breakdown (as a result of his exposure to what the U.S. Government knew about UFOs), Forrestal was on the verge of revealing his knowledge of an alien presence on Earth. The theory continues that powerful figures decided such a thing simply could not be allowed to occur. The result was that Forrestal had to go. And “go,” he certainly did: out of a window. In the early hours of May 22, Forrestal plunged to his death from the 16th floor of the Bethesda Naval Hospital. The big question is: was he pushed or did he jump?
Of course, there’s no hard proof in the public domain that Forrestal was briefed on the more sensational and top secret aspects of the UFO phenomenon. Although, logic dictates that he would have been briefed (at least to some degree), since he accepted the position of Secretary of Defense in 1947 – the year in which the flying saucer was “born” and when the military was indeed taking the mysterious matter very seriously. Even outside of Ufology, there are suspicions that Forrestal’s death was no suicide.
The reason why I mention all of this is because in the last couple of days the FBI has declassified a file on Forrestal which runs to close to 300 pages. I should stress that for the most part the file is focused on bureaucratic issues. That’s not to say there aren’t any interesting and intriguing entries in the file. There certainly are. You can find the file at this link. If you scroll down the file to the latter part, you’ll see the more intriguing information. One section of the file concerns Forrestal’s worries that his phone was being tapped. It was an issue brought to the personal attention of the FBI’s Director, J. Edgar Hoover.
A March 28, 1949 FBI document states: “There was a party at the White House this afternoon for Mr. Forrestal and during the afternoon he remarked to [deleted] that he suspects that his phones are being tapped and asked to whom he should speak about this. [Deleted] told him Mr. Hoover was the one to talk about it and told Mr. Forrestal he would be glad to call for him. He said no, he would call Mr. Hoover himself.”
Two days later, Hoover wrote to Forrestal the following: “Dear Jim, I wanted to let you know that we have completed the check of the telephone lines and instruments in your residence and that all were found to be clear. It was a pleasure to be of this assistance to you.” Of course, most of Forrestal’s concerns about phone-tapping were very likely provoked by his increasing paranoid state. I see such paranoia time and time again in Ufology. A strange noise on the phone indicates that “they” are listening. A text that fails to arrive on time is a sign that the Men in Black are playing sinister games. And so on.
James V. Forrestal
Certainly, the most bizarre – but also intriguing – entry in the file is a letter sent to the FBI on March 9, 1952. The name of the letter-writer is deleted. The letter reads as follows: “On the Brundidge Ryan Crime Report (which is [a] television show out New York) a [deleted] said he thought and would be able to prove in the near future that James V. Forrestal was driven to insanity by placing two grams of opium and two grams of some other narcotic in his coffee each day for two weeks. He said this would drive any man into wanting suicide. I wrote [deleted] but have as yet received no answer. Would you please tell me if there is any doubt that Forrestal committed suicide naturally? I would also like to know if taking those narcotics for the prescribed length of time would cause said reaction? Pleas send the reply to the above address.”
On March 18, the FBI replied to the letter-writer, informing him or her that the letter to the FBI had been forwarded on to the Bureau of Narcotics. Those with a particular interest in all of this might wish to file a FOIA request to try and determine what the Bureau of Narcotics had to say about all of this. The file also contains a number of notable documents, including (A) J. Edgar Hoover’s congratulatory letter to Forrestal when, in 1949, he – Forrestal – took on the position of Secretary of Defense; and (B) the official notification to the FBI of Forrestal’s death. And, for those who follow the Forrestal controversy, there are enough leads and threads to keep you going for a while.
On September 16, 1994, a memorandum was issued to high-ranking members of President Bill Clinton’s administration, outlining a unique directive aimed at reshaping the security policy structure in the United States.
“The end of the Cold War has dramatically changed the threats that defined the security policies and procedures for protecting our government’s information, facilities and people,” Clinton wrote in the memo. “While some threats have been reduced, others have remained relatively stable or have increased. Our understanding of the range of issues that affect our national security continues to evolve.”
“With this greater diversity of threats,” he continued, “there is wide recognition that the security policies, practices and procedures developed during the Cold War must be reexamined and changed. We require a new security process based on sound threat analysis and risk management practices. A process which can adapt our security policies, practices and procedures as the economic, political and military challenges to our national interests continue to evolve.”
After outlining key areas that would become the aim of future security assessments, Clinton moved that, “Consistent with the National Security Act of 1947, I direct the establishment of a new security policy structure, under the direction of the NSC, for the coordination, formulation, evaluation and oversight of security policy,” and the ultimate formation of a secretive Security Policy Board.
Bill Clinton during a visit to Los Alamos National Laboratories
(Credit: Wikimedia Commons).
This is all significant primarily for one reason: public knowledge of the Security Policy Board came to light as a result of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Release of the first page of Presidential Decision Directive 29, which detailed the formation of this secret policy group in the Clinton government. Otherwise, its existence might remain off-the-books even today.
The Freedom of Information Act is integral to the journalistic process today, and in keeping with the objective of broader government transparency, it is also a vital tool for the citizenry. There are a variety of things that come to light as a result of FOIA, ranging from secretive details like those outlined above, to the truly odd. For instance, a recent series of documents posted on the FBI’s website detail how the Bureau studied alleged Bigfoot hair in the 1970s. However, these documents had actually been released in 2018 to researcher John Greenwald, as part of a FOIA request he made after a discussion with David Paulides about the subject, whereafter they were added to FBI’s Vault for broader public access (this is often the case with FOIA releases which, upon being made public, will be added to the “Reading Rooms” on websites of the agencies granting the FOIA, if the newly released files are believed to be of broader public interest).
FOIA has also played an integral role in piecing together what little we can about the Pentagon’s secretive Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program, or AATIP, which studied unexplained aerial phenomena between 2007 and 2012. The program was first made public in December 2017, following a New York Times article which interviewed Luis Elizondo, who says he was head of the program until his resignation only weeks earlier (subsequent acknowledgment of the program by Pentagon spokespeople has also occurred).
However, as far as government documentation to accompany public statements about the program, arguably the most significant was a FOIA release obtained by Steven Aftergood with the Federation of American Scientists, which presented a series of research papers related to the program and its objectives.
“The DIA list of research papers, marked for Official Use Only, was previously provided to Congress in January 2018. It was publicly released yesterday under the Freedom of Information Act,” Aftergood wrote.
“A DIA FOIA officer noted with some exasperation,” he added, “that yesterday’s release of the list of research papers will, in all likelihood, prompt new FOIA requests to his Agency for each of the listed papers.”
According to the Electronic Information Privacy Center (EPIC), a Washington-based organization that promotes “public attention on emerging privacy and civil liberties issues and to protect privacy, freedom of expression, and democratic values in the information age,” a number of less unusual, albeit more concerning issues have come to light as a result of FOIA requests over the years. In 2014, EPIC filed a FOIA request for documents pertaining to the deployment of Z Backscatter Van technology, a variety of X-ray technology used to scan objects, which had been in use by law enforcement agencies since 2011. The documents were released to them earlier this year.
Other notable FOIA releases pertaining to government secrecy and experimental technologies include:
Details about FBI contracts with Dataminr, a company which created an Advanced Alerting Tool allowing the FBI to engage in broad, near-real-time surveillance of Twitter.
Documents outlining a procedure for disrupting cellular communications networks.
Documents on the FBI’s Carnivore Internet Surveillance System (which can be read here).
In the age of cyberterrorism, many would argue that such technologies are necessary in order to preserve a free society. The irony, of course, is that “freedom” in the digital age is often reliant on certain measures that, in order to protect us, must also overstep our natural freedoms and right to privacy. Therefore, with tools like FOIA at our disposal, it is incumbent on us as the citizenry to pursue transparency where it can be attained, in the promotion of the ideals of a free, open, and democratic society.
A newly launched investigation could finally get to the bottom of a mystery that has baffled scientists since the 1950s.
For decades, scientists have observed brief flashes of light that appear on the surface of the moon several times a week. But, no one knows exactly what’s causing them.
Now, using a specially designed lunar telescope in Spain that boasts two cameras, a team will keep an eye on the moon’s activity every night in hopes to capture these strange phenomena and ultimately pinpoint the source.

For decades, scientists have observed brief flashes of light that appear on the surface of the moon several times a week. But, no one knows exactly what’s causing them
Scientists have dubbed these strange events ‘transient lunar phenomena.’
The new effort is led by researchers from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in Germany, who built the new telescope and put it into operation in April 2019.
The telescope sits at a private observatory roughly 100 kilometers north of Seville, where the weather is optimal for viewing.
There are several possible explanations that have circulated over the years, from meteor impacts to interactions between solar wind and moon dust, the researchers say.
‘Seismic activities were also observed on the moon,’ says Hakan Kayal, Professor of Space Technology at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) in Bavaria, Germany.
‘When the surface moves, gases that reflect sunlight could escape from the interior of the moon.
‘This would explain the luminous phenomena, some of which last for hours.’
‘The so-called transient lunar phenomena have been known since the 1950s, but they have not been sufficiently observed,’ Kayal said.
When the new telescope logs a luminous phenomenon with both of its cameras at the same time, it will store the observations and send an email to the team.
Using a specially designed lunar telescope in Spain that boasts two cameras, a team will keep an eye on the moon’s activity every night in hopes to capture these strange phenomena and ultimately pinpoint the source
Artificial intelligence techniques will eventually be added to help it distinguish between different types of events on the moon, as well as false alarms.
The researchers say understanding this type of activity at the surface of the moon will be critical in efforts to establish colonies.
‘Anyone who wants to build a lunar base at some point must of course be familiar with the local conditions,’ Kayal said.
The researchers will eventually compare their results with those collected by the European Space Agency to confirm the observations.
WHEN IS NASA GOING BACK TO THE MOON?
In a statement in March, NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine doubled down on plans to send humans first to the moon and then to Mars and said NASA is on track to have humans back on the moon by 2028.
The plan relies on the developing Space Launch System and Orion spacecraft, along with the Gateway orbital platform.
SLS and Orion are expected to be ready for their first uncrewed test flight in 2020.
Construction on Gateway – an orbiting lunar outpost – is expected to begin as soon as 2022.
'We will go to the Moon in the next decade with innovative, new technologies and systems to explore more locations across the lunar surface than ever before,' Bridenstine said.
'This time, when we go to the Moon, we will stay.
'We will use what we learn as we move forward to the Moon to take the next giant leap – sending astronauts to Mars.'
Vice President Mike Pence, however, tore up these plans and statements when he unexpectedly revealed a new deadline in March stating intentions to put humans on the moon by 2024 - four years earlier.
The VP called on NASA to 'reignite the spark of urgency' for space exploration and make it a priority to set 'bold goals' and stay on schedule.
NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine added a week later, at the start of April, that the agency would get 'really close' to delivering a plan by April 15.
This has been missed by several weeks and the House Science Committee is now vocalising its displeasure at having no viable plan or programme from the space agency.

Other light phenomena on the Earth's satellite can last longer. And sometimes there are also places that darken temporarily which corresponds with the lights going on and off in Google Earth in Moon.
Anyone who wants to build a lunar base at some point must of course be familiar with the local conditions," says Professor Kayal.

See video interview John Lear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeGGw0rZruE
Could it be that these mysterious lights indicate that there are underground cities or bases on the Moon?
This dark black object is in an Apollo 10 mission photo. This object looks like it may be a dark knight satellite. Those were alien built satellites being hundreds of thousands of years old, but left in earths orbit for unknown reasons. This raises the next question, if its not a dark knight satellite, why was it there? Perhaps it was alien trying assist and watch out for the Apollo 10 mission. Its 100% certain that the US government has connections with aliens, so the possibility of this being aliens watching over the mission seems great. Scott C. Waring
The galaxy clusters Abell 0399 and Abell 0401 are some of the most massive objects in the universe. In a new study, researchers have discovered a 10-million-light-year-long bridge of radio waves (shown in blue in this composite image) linking them, and it’s doing crazy things to electrons.

On the big roadmap of the universe, bustling clusters of galaxies are connected by long highways of plasma weaving around the wilderness of empty space. These interspace roadways are known as filaments, and they can stretch for hundreds of millions of light-years, populated only by dust, gas and busy electrons driving very close to the universal speed limit.
Even when moving at near-lightspeed, particles should only be able to make it a fraction of the way down one of these filaments before running out of juice and breaking down. However, a team of astronomers patrolling a filament between two slowly colliding galaxy clusters has discovered a stream of electrons that isn't abiding by these traffic rules. In the gassy filament between the galaxy clusters Abell 0399 and Abell 0401, the researchers have detected a vast bridge of radio-wave emissions, created by charged particles whizzing down a 10-million-light-year-long road for far longer than should be physically possible.
The source of this cosmic traffic violation, according to a new study published June 7 in the journal Science, may be a faint but turbulent magnetic field stretching from one galaxy cluster to the next, providing a mysterious particle accelerator that's kicking electrons 10 times farther than they are ordinarily able to travel. [The 12 Strangest Objects in the Universe]
According to lead study author Federica Govoni, a researcher at the Italian National Institute for Astrophysics, this is the first time a magnetic field has been observed coursing through a galactic filament, and could call for some rethinking about how particles are accelerated over incredibly long distances.
"It is a very faint magnetic field, about 1 million times [weaker] than the Earth's," Govoni said in a video accompanying the study. However, she and her colleagues wrote in the paper, that may still be strong enough to emit shockwaves capable of re-accelerating fast-moving particles across incredible lengths as they slow down — effectively creating an electron superhighway.
A bridge between giants
Located about 1 billion light-years from Earth, Abell 0399 and Abell 0401 are neighboring galaxy clusters — groups of hundreds or thousands of galaxies all gravitationally bundled together, representing some of the most massive objects in the universe. In a few billion years, the two large clusters will probably collide; for now, they're about 10 million light-years apart and linked by the aforementioned highway of plasma.
In a previous study, Govoni and her colleagues discovered that the two clusters were each creating a magnetic field bristling with radio waves. In their new work, the researchers wanted to find out whether that field was extending into space beyond the bounds of the two massive objects — and, in particular, whether it could be riding down the vast plasma filament between them.
If galaxy clusters are the cities of the universe, filaments are the long, dusty highways connecting them. This map shows the all the known galaxy clusters and filaments within 500 million light-years of Earth (Abell 0399 and 0401 are not among them).

Using a network of telescopes called the Low-Frequency Array (LOFAR), the researchers saw a long "ridge" of radio emissions clearly connecting one cluster to the next.
"This emission requires a population of relativistic [near light-speed] electrons and a magnetic field located in a filament between the two galaxy clusters," the authors wrote in the study. Because there were no other obvious radio sources between the clusters, the team concluded that the ridge was most likely an extension of the magnetic fields and high-speed particle interactions occurring inside the clusters.
After running some computer simulations, the team found that even a relatively weak magnetic field (like this one) could create shockwaves strong enough to re-accelerate high-speed electrons that have slowed down and keep them whizzing down the length of the filament. However, that is only one possible explanation for a phenomenon that is, according to the researchers, still a pretty big mystery. Luckily, scientists still have a few billion years to solve it.
Astronomers have spotted a ridge of radio emissions 10 million light-years long joining two galaxy clusters that are slowly colliding with each other.
The researchers studied two galaxy clusters dubbed Abell 0Galaxy clusters Abell 0399 and Abell 0401, with the radio ridge that connects them.399 and Abell 0401 using the Low-Frequency Array, or LOFAR, based in the Netherlands. That observatory is perfectly tuned to spot very long low-frequency radio waves in space. The scientists used the array to study this pair of galaxy clusters because other observations had spotted a filament joining them, part of the massive web that fills much of space.
"The presence of this filament stimulated our curiosity," lead author Federica Govoni, an astronomer at the National Institute for Astrophysics in Cagliari, Italy, told Space.com.
In particular, she and her colleagues were intrigued because they had already determined that both of the galaxy clusters were among the few dozen with magnetic fields that scientists have spotted. Electrons moving very, very fast inside of a magnetic field produce synchrotron radiation, which scientists can see as radio emissions.
So, the next question was whether this filament between the two colliding galaxy clusters also had a magnetic field, and the best way to find out was to look for radio emissions between the two clusters. That's precisely what Govoni and her colleagues found when they used LOFAR to look at the space between the two galaxy clusters: a ridge of radio emissions stretching 10 million light-years between them.
"When we obtained this great image, we were really excited, but of course, we wanted to be sure," Govoni said. "At the beginning, we were quite cautious. However, when we decided that what we detected was real, we decided it was really important to show this result."
Govoni and her colleagues said the radio emissions prove that the filament itself is magnetized. But because so many factors come together here — two colliding galaxy clusters that happen to be connected by a filament, two clusters that happen to have magnetic fields — the researchers aren't sure yet how typical such a situation is in the universe.
"What we want to understand now is if this magnetizing filament is a common phenomenon in the cosmic web," Govoni said.
Fortunately, the researchers will soon have an additional instrument to enlist. That's because LOFAR is a "pathfinder" for a more powerful observatory, called the Square Kilometre Array, which scientists hope will become the world's largest radio telescope. That instrument's to-do list includes studying magnetic fields within the cosmic web itself, just like the one Govoni and her colleagues found here.
The research is described in a paper published today (June 6) in the journal Science.
The little chopper is designed to show that aerial exploration is possible on Mars.
NASA's first Mars helicopter is getting close to final approval for launch after passing several key tests.
The Mars Helicopter flight demonstration project will launch next summer with the Mars 2020 rover and touch down on the Red Planet in February 2021.
While the rover searches for signs of past life on the Red Planet and caches samples for future return to Earth, the helicopter will soar above Mars in a series of demonstration flights. Future missions could see such helicopters scouting ahead for where rovers could go next.
This image of the flight model of NASA's Mars Helicopter was taken on Feb. 14, 2019, in a cleanroom at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. The aluminum base plate, side posts, and crossbeam around the helicopter protect the helicopter's landing legs and the attachment points that will hold it to the belly of the Mars 2020 rover.
"Nobody's built a Mars helicopter before, so we are continuously entering new territory," MiMi Aung, project manager for the Mars Helicopter at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California, said in a statement.
Back in January, the flight model flew in a simulated Martian environment at JPL's Space Simulator, a vacuum chamber that has a diameter of 25 feet (roughly 8 meters). Then it was moved to a Lockheed Martin Space facility in Denver.
At its new location, the helicopter was tested for compatibility with the Mars Helicopter Delivery System. This system will carry the helicopter under the Mars 2020 rover's belly during launch and cruise to Mars. The helicopter will separate from the rover after landing.
In Denver, the connections and mechanisms between the delivery system and helicopter were tested to make sure they fit together. The mated system experienced vibrations similar to what happens during launch and cruise. Also, the helicopter and delivery system were put into a thermal vacuum chamber to see how they performed in cold temperatures (minus 200 degrees Fahrenheit, or minus 129 degrees Celsius), similar to the conditions they'll experience in deep space and on the Martian surface.
With these tests complete, the helicopter went back to JPL on May 11 for several more procedures, including spinning up the rotor blades and installing a new solar panel. More testing is ahead, but the end is in sight — at least for work here on Earth
"We expect to complete our final tests and refinements and deliver the helicopter to the High Bay 1 clean room for integration with the rover sometime this summer," Aung said, "but we will never really be done with testing the helicopter until we fly at Mars."
Since the helicopter is a demonstrator, it has no science instruments on board; rather, its main purpose is to show that powered flight in the Martian atmosphere is achievable. The Red Planet's air is just 1% as dense as that of Earth.
Even if the minicoptercan take flight, there are other obstacles to overcome, such as the time lag involved in controlling it from Earth. (It takes between 4 minutes and 24 minutes for signals to travel between Earth and Mars, depending on the positions of the two planets in space.) Imaging will also be tested to see the helicopter's capabilities for transmitting high-resolution color photos.
"Future Mars missions could enlist second-generation helicopters to add an aerial dimension to their explorations,' NASA officials added in the statement. "They could investigate previously unvisited or difficult-to-reach destinations such as cliffs, caves and deep craters, act as scouts for human crews or carry small payloads from one location to another. But before any of that happens, a test vehicle has to prove it is possible."
Finally Declassified: US Military made "Flying Saucers"
Finally Declassified: US Military made "Flying Saucers"
A once top-secret military project has now become part of American history. It dates back to 1959 during the Cold War when a scientist named Jack Frost was working hard on some new technology - flying saucers. Nicknamed ‘Avrocar’, these saucers were genuine, all American made, UFO style aircraft which were sanctioned by the US military, but why?
Alien Sightings
After World War II, America went through a UFO craze with hundreds upon hundreds of sightings being reported. Coincidentally, this was around the same time as the Cold War as well as the Avrocar’s development. There has been some speculation surrounding the increase in UFO sightings and many say that they were in fact connected to the US military’s anxiety about the Cold War with some suggesting that they were spreading paranoia. For obvious reasons, if someone saw the Avrocar, they would be pretty taken back by it.
A few years before the Avrocar’s existence was known to the public, someone reported a flying saucer sighting, which took place in 1947. An assembly line employee for the Lockheed aerospace company, Orfeo Angelucci, reported coming into contact with a hovering flying saucer on the roadside when he was driving home late one night. It wasn't just a sighting though. He claimed that he interacted with the occupants when a voice spoke to him, telling him not to be afraid. Shortly after, a male and a female figure with large eyes and an impressive nobility about them appeared and communicated with him telepathically. As with many UFO sightings, it's hard to tell if they are legitimate due to the lack of proof. However, this is considered by many to be the very first and is oddly specific, it just might hold some merit.
As time went on, more and more UFO sightings were reported. In fact, the US governmentofficially instructed citizens to report supposed UFOs to a new division of the Air Force called “Project Blue Book”. The results showed that between 1947 and 1969, citizens reported over 12,000 UFO sightings with the highest being 1952 which had over 1,500 individual sightings.
What exactly was the Avrocar for?
Despite it’s alien-like appearance, the Avrocar did actually have a purpose. It was designed to be the ultimate subsonic transporter for US troops which could go at incredible speeds in an instant. As anxiety grew about the Cold War and soviet threats, the Avrocar took priority over other projects during its development.
The man behind it all was Jack Frost, who in fact was bit of a legend. The British engineer had paved the way for many supersonic aircraft designs, specifically vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) vehicles that can hover, take off, and land vertically. Throughout the 1950s, Frost was working at Avro Canada, a now-defunct aircraft manufacturing company. He worked in a classified department called the Special Projects Group (SPG). A lot of the time, these projects were completed in secure locations with guards and special pass cards, all behind locked doors of course. So if anyone was going to be able to produce the next subsonic vehicle, it was Frost.
Did it work?
In the traditional sense, the Avrocar didn't fulfill its original purpose of becoming a new vehicle transport military personnel at high speeds. While Frost assured everyone that it was possible, it just wasn't meant to be. The two aircraft that were put through testing were only able to go three feet off the ground and top speeds were about 35 MPH. Even then, the crafts were overheating and when in operation, they produced a high pitched piercing sound which isn't pleasant for anyone. By spring of 1961, only two years after it’s first free flight, the project was deemed to be too expensive to continue and was shut down. Check it out in action in the video below!
Despite the Avrocar seemingly failing, it did still prove to be a revolutionary creation, paving the way for modern hovercraft technology and cars. Science has advanced a lot since the 50s and 60s. Who knows, maybe the Avrocar will fly eventually. For now though, one of them sits in the Cold War Gallery in the National Museum of the United States Air Force while the other was reportedly put into storage by the United States Military in 2002. Who knows what's happening to it right now? Perhaps it’s already being worked on. Maybe we will see the Avrocar return in the future. Only time will tell now…
NASA Will Test Fly A UFO And Proves Saucers Are Real
NASA Will Test Fly A UFO And Proves Saucers Are Real
NASA is hoping to prove that UFOs do exist after years of speculation by people all around the world. They've been building their own UFO using new technology that has been developed which they plan to take on a test flight to Mars by 2035.
NASA Aims To Prove UFOs Are Real
Known as the NASA low-density supersonic decelerator (LDSD) project, their newest rocket that they want to take into space is circular in shape just in the shape of traditional UFOs that have been seen flying through our skies for centuries. To get it out of our atmosphere, it'll be lifted upwards by a balloon which will explode on reaching the desired height and send the space craft NASA has developed into space at a speed four times that of the speed of sound. It has an inflatable ring around it which will only be inflated once the space craft has left our atmosphere in order to slow it down when it reaches the desired height again, slowing it to a speed only twice that of the speed of sound, thus halving the overall speed at which the space craft is flying at.
NASA•JPL•Caltech
This space craft has already been tested previously and when it was tested the lead researcher, Ian Clark, said, "We saw things that we’ve never seen or imagined existed before. We saw a much more dynamic and much more turbulent parachute inflation than we had ever known. Things like the suspension lines are exploding like lightning, moving in a very chaotic manner all over the place."
The way that this space craft has been developed is similar to the types of UFO that we have come to know from science fiction over the years. Now, science fiction is becoming a reality with NASA developing a flying saucer that resembles the sort of UFOs that have been seen in our atmosphere for many years.
If you want to see what this space craft will be like, take a look at the video below.
The UFO enigma is real. And Roswell, for example, is just one offering of proof thanks to the diligent work by researchers like Stanton T. Friedman. Proof there is a phenomena - that something odd is occurring which defies everyday explanations. Is it because the public at large has physical proof? No. Has the government come clean to share what it has known all these many years? No, not exactly. It’s because of what they have said publicly, then retracted, then altered, leaving a witnesses and paper trail that - clear as day - refutes the government’s false narrative. We need only look to page one of the 1947 Gen. Nathan Twining memo to see that before the disclosuredoor was officially closed, there was a recognition by our government that indeed something likely not from this Earth is visiting:
"a. The phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious."
We are all also familiar with the Roswell/Corona UFO crash story that appeared in the Roswell Daily Record on July 8th, 1947. Col. William Blanchard ordered Sec. Lt. Walter Haut to release to the press that a flying saucer had indeed been recovered. Only to have Brigidier Gen. Roger Ramey immediately retract that story which kicked off the debunking career of the military by claiming it was in fact just a downed weather balloon.
Beginning with childhood experimenting, we’ve all told a lie. Whether small or large, we all know how it feels to tell a lie. We know it’s a gamble to tell a lie because our story is not based on facts or reality. We know in our gut that it’s a slippery slope, that we may later fumble our fictitious story. And if we do make a mistake, we must scurry away from the spotlight of truth by slightly altering our story, or perhaps use the gaslighting technique. But when doing so too quickly, we may not have competently thought through our story’s new alteration. Unable to see how in the long run it could have conflicting plot points. Then we get caught. So what does the prideful liar do? They stick to the lie - the story - no matter what. Repeat the lie over and over again until people are exacerbated and the truth begins to feel muddy. You would do this by sowing doubt about the very people who accuse you of dishonesty. In particular, you would be most effective at convincing those who feel more comfortable with your version of the story anyway because it appears simpler, and so are not bothered with the effort of checking out all of the available information to weigh it all for themselves.
The story has become so confusing that it’s tempting to go with the seemingly easiest version to believe. There are people out there that are masters of this sort of manipulation. In the word of ufology the preeminent example is debunker Philip Klass. You and I both know these types of people. Most of us have been fooled by one individual or another at some point in our lives. They are in our homes, they are leaders of industry, leaders of our military, and even the leader who holds the highest office in the land. The President. Or in the case of extraterrestrial visitations - all of the Presidents since Harry S. Truman (assuming all presidents are debriefed in the matter).
If you take the time to read books like Facts, Fiction and Flying Saucers, Crash At Corona, and Captured, I promise you will be left having to rethink everything. That’s if you’re willing to go down the rabbit hole.
For myself, I have read and seen too much now to be in denial that our government and military - meaning fellow citizens of the United States of America - have lied to us and covered up the truth about Roswell and other events. If nothing else, that is all you would need to recognize in order to consider that perhaps we have been visited by extraterrestrials of some kind. Or at the very least are dealing with a technology not our own. But of course, once you start there, the mystery will beckon you further. To question a narrative because you understand that simplifying a story does not necessarily equate to a story being true.
A magician or illusionist distracts you just enough to pull the wool over your eyes. In the case of the UFO coverup, the magician is the concerted effort by the US government, the military industrial complex, and the loyal debunker. But we know better don’t we. In another post I’ll go more into detail about debunkers and how I feel about them.

EmDrive: Mythical Physics-Defying Propulsion System Gets A Real Test
EmDrive: Mythical Physics-Defying Propulsion System Gets A Real Test
An EmDrive is a hypothetical type of engine that could propel a spacecraft without the need for any fuel. However, it’s viability has been debated by scientists for almost 20 years.
Impossibility
A working EmDrive will likely never happen because for it to be functioning, it would literally need to break one of the foundational laws of physics, hence the impossibility. However, despite it never being able to work, scientists from a number of top research organizations, such as NASA and DARPA, are still pursuing the tech due to the huge payoff if it did work. It would literally revolutionize the world of space exploration.
While it may seem impossible to many, a team of German physicists plans on conducting a new experiment to end the debate around this controversial topic for good. This is now make or break for the EmDrive engine.
Experimentation
Almost two decades ago now, back in 2001, Roger Shawyer, a British scientist proposed the idea of generating thrust by pumping microwaves into a conical chamber. From there, these waves would bounce off the cone’s walls, exerting enough force to power spacecraft. While this sounds like a great idea, it would basically be creating a force out of nothing and according to the law of conservation of momentum, this simply isn't possible.
Despite these laws, there are a handful of researchers who claim they’ve managed to generate a small amount of thrust in their EmDrive experiments. However, the amount of thrust is so minute that it hasn't been possible to decipher whether it was the engine itself or was in fact an external factor, such as the Earth’s magnetism or seismic vibrations. Therefore, the propulsion system has remained a mystery and an extremely controversial one at that.
End of The Debate
A team of researchers from Technische Universität Dresden has built an extremely sensitive instrument which is designed to measure thrust, no matter how small. The team believes that their new experiment will be immune to the outside interference which has plagued other studies, thanks to their instrument.
Once the experiment has been completed, the team plan on publishing the latest results of their EmDrive experiments in the journal Acta Astronautica in August. Lead researcher, Martin Tajmar has stated that it may be possible to be just a few months away from finally putting the EmDrive debate to bed and have a concrete answer as to whether it will ever be possible.
Looks pretty real to me. This video back in the day had some pretty wierd conspiracy theories. Like the guy filming was one of the hijackers scoping out the intended targets.
