I found a long golden cylinder UFO in an old Gemini 3 mission photo. The mission went into low earths orbit and was the ninth manned space mission. UFOs come in all shapes and sizes. This one is caught in only a single photo. I checked the photos before and after this one and the object was gone. So this UFO must have been accident caught in the photo as it shot past. Its only natural for aliens to be curious about a species that have is still learning to go into space. Since they travel fast and can scan the mission crew and module fast...there is no need to stop. Anyways aliens don't want to frighten humans away so UFOs will normally keep far away, but close enough to observe history being made.
As the rover was taking photos, it indadvertedly recorded ancient aliens sea life. I'm sure NASA would have covered it up had they seen it, but this does confirm that there was water on Mars. For some reason, NASA is saving this fossil information for when they need it...maybe a push to save NASA or a push for larger budgets. Several things we know to be true about this photo.

What this means is NASA cannot dispute this claim nor will they ever try. I have a similar ammonite fossil on my desk right now as I type this. Its an ancient water animal, a kind of Mollusc. With its matted hair and bald patches it resembles a much-loved toy somewhat past her prime.
In fact this creature is the best-preserved specimen of a woolly mammoth ever found – whose prehistoric prime was 39,000 years ago.
Even clumps of the animal’s distinguishing hair are remarkably intact after being trapped in glacial ice until she was discovered in Siberia earlier this year.

REAL LIFE JURASSIC PARK 'NOT AN OPTION', SCIENTISTS SAY
Last year a controversial Australian billionaire was believed to be drawing up secret plans for a real-life Jurassic Park.
Mining magnate Clive Palmer, who has already embarked on a project to rebuild the Titanic, was rumoured to be working with the team who created Dolly the sheep.
But the research has shown the dinosaurs may have to stay on the big screen - as their DNA is just too old to be able to use for de-extinction.
However, Korean scientists are hoping that the samples found on the Siberian woolly mammoth aren't too old.
They plan to take the DNA samples and reassemble them into a full genome.
This could then be injected into embryonic cells which have had their own DNA taken out, and a suitable living surrogate would be found.
She is now to go on public display in Yokohama, Japan.
But while the public can get a remarkable glimpse of our planet’s past, scientists will be continuing tests that could give the extinct species a future.
Experts who found the female mammoth in May also discovered a sample of its blood inside ice beneath the carcass – which scientists claim may be used to regrow one of the animals, which last walked the earth around 4,000 years ago.
Preserved muscle tissue was also found from the creature, which was aged between 50 and 60 when she died, according to the Russian team who made the discovery on islands off the northern coast of Siberia.
Semyon Grigoriev, from the North Eastern Federal University in Siberia, said: ‘We were really surprised to find mammoth blood and muscle tissue.’
He hailed it as ‘the best-preserved mammoth in the history of paleontology’.

The blood and other samples have been made available to South Korean scientist Hwang Woo-suk’s private bioengineering laboratory.
The laboratory has confirmed it is working with other mammoth DNA samples in a bid to return the extinct Siberian mammoth.
The eventual plan is to plant an implanted egg into a live elephant for a 22-month pregnancy.
The hope is that at least one living cell of the mammoth was preserved ‘although even with such well-preserved remains, this may not be the case’.
Earlier this year a group of scientists from around the world met for the TEDx conference in Washington, sponsored by National Geographic.
The group were discussing the possibility of bringing 24 animals back from extinction, also known as ‘de-extinction’.
The animals included the dodo bird, the Carolina Parakeet, last seen in 1904 in Florida.
The Quagga, a plains zebra which once lived in South Africa but died out in 1883.
However, some scientists insist it will be impossible to create the same mammoths as once roamed the earth.

Dr Grigoriev initially put the age of the animal at around 10,000 years but more recent dating tests suggest the creature is much older, dating back around 39,000 years.
‘It is great luck that the blood preserved and we plan to study it carefully,’ he said. ‘For now our suspicion is that mammoth blood contains a kind of natural anti-freeze.’
He suggested that the animal was so well preserved because it did not ‘defrost and then freeze again’.
‘We suppose the mammoth fell into water or got bogged down in a swamp, could not free herself and died,’ he added.
‘Due to this fact the lower part of the body was preserved very well.’

In what can be described as a miraculous discovery, Russian scientists have discovered a 39,000-year-old perfectly preserved cave bear and cub on Bolshoy Lyakhovsky island in Siberia.

Up until now, only bones had been found of the bears but this cave bear is completely preserved, with all internal organs in place including even its nose.
Cave bears were prehistoric species or subspecies that lived in Eurasia from around 300,000 to 15,000 years ago.

Drones find signs of a Native American ‘Great Settlement’ beneath a Kansas pasture
The sprawling town may have been home to thousands before Spanish explorers arrived
Remote-sensing devices mounted on drones identified a large earthwork beneath the surface of this cattle pasture in Kansas. Researchers suspect the site was once part of one of the largest Native American settlements north of Mexico.
Specially equipped drones flying over a Kansas cattle ranch have detected the buried remnants of a horseshoe-shaped ditch made more than 400 years ago by ancestors of today’s Wichita and Affiliated Tribes, scientists say.
The find adds to suspicions that the Kansas site was part of a sprawling population center that Spanish explorers dubbed the Great Settlement in 1601, archaeologist Jesse Casana of Dartmouth College and his colleagues report August 24 in American Antiquity.
Called Etzanoa by a captive the Spanish took from the Great Settlement, it could turn out to be one of the largest Native American settlements ever established north of Mexico, if confirmed by further research. The largest currently known is Cahokia, a site in what’s now Illinois where as many as 20,000 people lived between 1050 and 1150.
Ancestral Wichita communities in Kansas and northern Oklahoma that date to between around 1425 and 1650 existed in a time frame during which South America’s Inca civilization rose and fell (SN: 8/3/20). In the 1800s, European settlers drove ancestral Wichita people from their native lands, leading to the destruction of their villages and communal traditions.
The newly discovered earthwork, a 2-meter-wide ditch that forms a semicircle about 50 meters across, is similar to other circular earthworks known as council circles. Five council circles have been found among 22 ancestral Wichita sites excavated along an eight-kilometer stretch of the Little Arkansas and Smoky Hill rivers, around 230 kilometers north of the newly surveyed site.
“We apparently have located the sixth council circle and the only one that has not been disturbed,” says anthropological archaeologist Donald Blakeslee of Wichita State University. Farming and construction projects have damaged or covered many ancestral Wichita sites.
Drone surveys “can truly transform our ability to locate sites and map important features where huge areas have been plowed and surface traces of houses and ditches are often close to invisible,” says archaeologist Douglas Bamforth of the University of Colorado Boulder, who did not participate in the new study.

It’s unclear how ancestral Wichita people used council circles. Researchers have suggested that these structures were places for ritual ceremonies, houses of social elites or protection from attackers.
Based on previous discoveries of items made of obsidian, seashells and other exotic materials at council circles, these structures must have hosted rituals of some kind, says archaeologist Susan Vehik of the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Drone imagery alone can’t establish whether rituals occurred at the buried earthwork or if, perhaps, non-combatants hid behind walls along its borders when the site was attacked. For now, she says, the drone discovery is an intriguing mystery.
Blakeslee was inspired by publications of an archaeologist who excavated at the same bluff site more than 60 years ago and suspected it had been a central part of Etzanoa. Since then, Blakeslee’s excavations along the Walnut River have filled in gaps between ancestral Wichita sites. Etzanoa likely existed as a single, spread-out community, Blakeslee contends. Upstream from Etzanoa sites, excavations have uncovered remnants of a separate Wichita town that ran for about three kilometers, he says.
From 2015 to 2019, Blakeslee directed an excavation at the House family cattle ranch in southeastern Kansas that uncovered ancestral Wichita objects such as stone tools and cooking utensils as well as 17th century Spanish items, including a horseshoe nail and bullets. These finds supported Spanish documents and maps of Etzanoa that resulted from the 1601 expedition to Wichita territory, and led the Kansas state legislature in 2017 to designate the site and its surrounding area as Etzanoa.
Blakeslee’s artifact discoveries also led to the new drone survey. Casana directed aerial sweeps over grazing land at the cattle ranch, where ancient structures had likely suffered minimal damage. Drone-mounted equipment measured heat and radiation differences in the ground to detect buried structures.
The underground earthwork at the House ranch lay near the highest point of the property, overlooking the river valley. Other circular earthworks of the ancestral Wichita and neighboring groups in the southern Great Plains were also built at elevated spots, Casana’s team says.
Drone imagery also picked up signs of two pits, one dug at or near each end of the semicircular structure. Makers of the earthwork may have removed soil from the pits to construct mounds inside its borders, as has been observed at excavated council circles in the region. Erosion may have partly worn away what was originally a circular earthwork, the researchers speculate.
Blakeslee plans to explore more underground features of the Kansas site with additional remote sensing techniques before starting excavations so that digging can precisely target the earthwork and any surrounding remains. That will also up the likelihood of uncovering material suitable for radiocarbon dating and revealing the age of the earthworks.
Only in Poland can a UFO crash down in a forest near some empty bottles of alcohol and instead of investigating what the huge object is that may have fallen from space... they would rather question how someone could throw empty bottles on the ground littering the forest. From the looks of the moss growing on the crashed UFO...it looks like its been sitting there for years.
This object is the exact shape of the famous Kecksburg UFO that crashed in Dec 1965 at Kecksburg, Pennsylvania, USA. The dimensions of the object are very similar and they are also similar to a space capsule. Also there is holes on the side, vents for controlling the direction of the object. This is an alien craft. Look how its near impossible to move such an object when all the trees around it would prevent it from passing through. It could only fall from above. The alchol bottles...are probably from kids who found it and wondered what it was. 100% alien technology.

Here is another floating city over China. This also happened back in 2015 when a castle like city was seen above the clouds. I believe that this is a UFO mothership that is using the China smog problem for its own benefit so that it can make a rare appearance by flying low and doing some serious research on the humans in the city. This is not the only time that such a strange event has ever occurred. It has been seen several times a year in China over various cities, last time a floating city was hovering above water. Also another floating city was seen in the sky that was 5 times bigger than the city below and very high up, looking more like an ancient castle than anything else. Date of sighting: Monday, Sept 14, 2020 Location of sighting:New Jersey, USA On Sept 14th, thousands of eyewitnesses saw a UFO over New Jersey area. The UFO which was about 30 meters across and hovered over various parts of the city. People were seen on the freeways pulling their cars over to the side of the road and watching this UFO in the distance. The object has a glowing light for a center, similar to the military TR3B, and strangely enough...its not a disk, but a triangle. That fact that the event took place is obvious from all the videos currently being uploaded as we speak. Why is there no military jets intercepting this UFO? Its because it may be an actual US military TR3B or one of the evolutions of it. There are nine US military bases in New Jersey...that makes it highly unlikely that a UFO would not be intercepted by jets within minutes...unless of course the militaries primitive radar could not even pick it up. If thats true, then thats just embarrassing for the US military intelligence. Something this big...no jets coming? It just has to be a TR3B being flown...oh...and the TR3B is undetectable by todays radar from what I hear. So either the US is trying to out its top secret space craft to the public....or aliens are trying hard to make humans aware of them. I wish there was a video of this showing up or leaving. On September 14, 2020 hundreds of people witnessed a very strange craft in the sky over New Jersey.
Many people who stopped their cars to see and to film the UFO wonder whether the UFO is a new man-made spaceship developed using reverse extraterrestrial technology or a real UFO, piloted by aliens, that descended over New Jersey.
Since the McGuire Air-force bases are nearby, could it be that the people have seen a new military spaceship which have been tested?
Who knows, although it doesn't seem likely that they test such advanced technology in front of so many people or it must be that they want to test people's reactions when confronted with an unknown spaceship.
If that were the case what more can we expect soon?

Footage of the likeness of a Hogwarts-style castle appearing to float in the sky has caused a sensation on Chinese social media.
The ghostly image of what looked like the iconic Hogwarts School from the world of Harry Potter was spotted hovering above modern buildings in Jinan, Shandong Province in eastern China on September 11, 2020.
Despite people suggesting that the castle in the sky is proof that a parallel universe exists, local media reported that the sight was a natural phenomenon called a Fata Morgana or Mirage.
The sky phenomenon occurs because rays of light are bent when they pass through air layers of different temperatures in a steep thermal inversion where an atmospheric duct has formed, therefore it is quite possible that a building nearby matches the strange phenomenon in the sky.

We also know that astronauts can be hit or miss. Neil Armstrong punching people in the face for asking about the moon landing for example. We have to take everything with a grain of salt. If all of these astronauts were in fact in space, their psychological state of mind could very well be different up there, then here on earth. We’ll never know, unless we make the trip up up and away ourselves.
There are some strange and eerie claims that have come from astronauts in space. This is a list of those stories, those accounts.
1. Maj. Gordon Cooper Watched A Glowing Green Orb Approach Him From Pitch Black
Maj. Gordon Cooper, Astronaut.
Maj. Gordon Cooper’s took a solo journey around Earth, during this time he encountered more than his fair share of experiences. While he was nearing the end of his 22-orbit trip around the planet, he looked and noticed a glowing green object approaching the his capsule, the mercury capsule that he was flying in. In this case, the fast approach of the object was actually picked up by the closest tracking station which was in Muchea, Australia.
Cooper described the incident to the United Nations by sharing:
I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets… Most astronauts were reluctant to discuss UFOs… I did have occasion in 1951 to have two days of observation of many flights of them, of different sizes, flying in fighter formation, generally from east to west over Europe.
2. Neil Armstrong Thinks He Saw A UFO Parking Lot

Neil Armstrong is quite the character. Spell his name backwards with initial to name and you get Alien. (Armstrong, Lien) oddly enough. Known for punching people in the face who question him about his trip to the moon, he has other stories also. According to one source Aliens and Man: A Synopsis of Facts and Beliefs, there is a rumor that Armstrong may have sent a secret message to NASA during the Apollo 11 mission in 1969. Neil Armstrong allegedly said: “These babies were huge, sir! Enormous! Oh, God! You wouldn’t believe it! … I’m telling you there are other spacecraft out here … lined up on the far side of the crater’s edge! … They’re on the moon watching us!”
There are many stories and tales that are associated with the first lunar landing, if it even occurred. Armstrong was very reserved about his experiences in space and never commented on this specific rumor, possibly because it never happened or possibly because he never even really went to space, and the people asking him about it trigger him too much for him to think and speak rationally.
3. Yang Liwei Claims He Heard A Knock Outside His Ship

In 2003, Yang Liwei was known to be stated as the first astronaut sent into space by the Chinese space program. He’s claimed he heard “someone knocking the body of the spaceship just as knocking an iron bucket with a wooden hammer” on his maiden flight. He then looked outside of the porthole on the ship but was unable to find the source of this knocking sound. Considering the theory that space is a vacuum, it was an even weirder event considering that he had heard a sound from outside the ship.
Oddly enough, Liwei is not the only one with this claim, either; other Chinese astronauts heard the same sound on missions in 2005 and 2008.
4. Vladimir Kovalyonok May Have Seen A UFO Explode

Maj. Gen. Vladimir Kovalyonok was one of the members of the crew actively manning the Salyut VI space station in 1981. “When I was working at the Salyut orbital station, I saw something strange in a porthole one day. The object was the size of a finger. I was surprised to see it was an orbiting object,” said Kovalyonok.
He continued:
It was hard to determine the size and the speed of an object in space. That is why I can not say exactly, which size it actually was. [My partner Viktor] Savinykh prepared to take a picture of it, but the UFO suddenly exploded. Only clouds of smoke were left. The object split into two interconnected pieces. It was reminiscent of a dumbbell. I reported about it to the Mission Control immediately.
Kovalyonok is one of the few known astronauts to see something completely unexplainable in space and share it publicly in the open afterward.
5. Story Musgrave Caught A Glimpse Of A Space Eel
Story Musgrave, a NASA astronaut made the claim that he saw eel-like tubes swim through space. In one interview, he explains that he saw this creature two separate times. Some people immediately dismiss this as space brain, in space – ot that it was possibly some type of hose or hose-like contraption that detached from the spaceship – Musgrave still remains adamant that the eel, which was white in color also had its own propulsion technique.
6. Musa Manarov Shot Footage Of What Was An Alleged UFO
During a Russian space station mission in 1991, also known as a Mir, Musa Manarov was simply watching a visiting space capsule dock nearby theirs. He was filming it approach when he spotted an object that looked like it was coming off, or detaching from the spacecraft. Manarov knew nothing that could come loose, and as he continued to watch the object, it floated downward and away from the capsule, as shown in the footage above.
Manarov still cannot explain what he really saw, but he knows for sure that it was not space junk, as some people have claimed.
7. Leroy Chiao Saw Creepy Lights Speed Past Him

Leroy Chiao was the commander of the International Space Station in 2005. While he was on a spacewalk, Chiao saw white lights that were aligned in an odd and unexplainable upside-down check formation fly by right past him. Some believe that a string of fishing boats along the cost of South America is the best explanation for these lights, but Chiao was purportedly 230 miles above Earth when this happened. Those would be very strong lights to see from 230 miles away.
Chiao told HuffPost, “I’m skeptical of claims that we’ve been visited by aliens from another planet or other dimension, but I don’t rule it out 100 percent.”
8. Astronauts Witnessed Fire Burn Without A Flame
From 2009 to 2012, there are claims that astronauts lit things on fire in space. Simply because they were pyromaniacs, just kidding. They were curious as to how fire behaved in the cosmos. They found that fire can burn at a lower temperature and with less oxygen and can also burn without a flame in a microgravity environment.
Forman Williams, the project leader on the experiments, told Space.com: “Thus far, the most surprising thing we’ve observed is continued apparent burning of heptane droplets after flame extinction under certain conditions. Currently, this is entirely unexplained.”
9. Space Theorist Believes Alan Bean Saw Glass Domes On The Moon
Richard C. Hoagland, a proponent of alternate space theories, believes that Alan Bean saw glass domes from a long lost extinct alien civilization on the moon. In an interview, Bean shared space as looking like “black, patent-leather shoes” from the surface of the moon. Hoagland continued: “Space should be velvet-black. It should be inky-black. It should be infinity, unending, deep, endless black. It shouldn’t be shiny.”
Hoagland concluded that the only explanation for Bean’s description, was that he was seeing space through the reflection of a glass dome.
10. Apollo 11, 12 and 13 Astronauts Saw Dazzling Light Shows
While on the Apollo 11 mission, astronauts reported seeing “light flashes” in their eyes. Strange, especially as the crews of Apollo 12 and Apollo 13 were warned about this and reported that they also saw strange bursts of light, even with their eyes were closed! They created and conducted experiments on the next four Apollo missions to try to figure out what was causing these weird visions.
NASA theorizes that the astronauts were seeing cosmic rays. They believe we do not see cosmic rays on Earth because they are absorbed by our atmosphere.
11. James McDivitt Saw an All White UFO
James McDivitt – Astronaut
While James McDivitt was on the Gemini 4 mission in 1965, this astronaut thought he saw a UFO. In an interview with NASA, McDivitt explained:
I looked outside, just glanced up, and there was something out there. It had a geometrical shape similar to a beer can or a pop can, and with a little thing like maybe like a pencil or something sticking out of it. That relative size, dimensionally. It was all white.
The press got the story and ran with it, claiming McDivitt had seen a UFO. Oddly enough, years later, after “reviewing a photograph” he had “never before seen”, McDivitt changed his tune and said this was simply a reflection of some bolts in the window glass.
He said:
I went back and then I saw what the thing was. And really what it was, was a reflection of the bolts in the windows. The windows were made up of about three or four or five panes of glass, so that if one got broken we still had some pressure integrity. And these little things, when the Sun shined on them right, they’d multiply the images off the different panes. And I’m quite sure that that’s what this thing was.
Maybe NASA wanted the dialogue changed and to keep it hush hush.
12. Christopher Cassidy Saw An Unidentified Flying Object

Back in 2013, astronaut Christopher Cassidy was aboard the International Space Station, he spotted a strange and mysterious illuminated object floating past his window. Cassidy then contacted Mission Control to report the sighting.
NASA identified it as an antenna cover from Russia’s Zvezda service module, but space theorists remain convinced that the object was something extraterrestrial.
13. John Glenn Saw Small Glowing Dots That Mimicked Fireflies

John Glenn was an astronaut who flew on the Friendship 7 spacecraft in February 1962. He noticed something strange outside his window while in orbit. He reported this right away to NASA. He reported that he was watching what appeared to be a group of small glowing fireflies dancing outside his window. Once again, NASA knows everything (or claims to) and it took a confused and perplexed Glenn and worried NASA (because they need an explanation for everything) almost a year to figure out what they believed these little lights were.
NASA was concerned that these glowing dots were specs of metal actually coming off a malfunctioning piece of equipment on the ship. They now believe that these lights were actually frozen droplets of condensation that were shifting and cracking as the spaceship traveled. Seems off to me. Hard for me to believe frozen droplets of condensation will light up like fireflies. What do you think?
14.Samantha Cristoforetti Saw The ISS Glowing Orange
European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti was on her way to the International Space Station for the first time when she saw the normally gray ISS was covered orange light, in 2014. It is now believed that this was simply the sun reflecting off the solar panels and onto the space station, something only a handful of astronauts had ever seen. Cristoforetti wrote about the experience in a blog post, she wrote, “The enormous solar panels were inundated with a blaze of orange light, vivid, warm, almost alien.”
Space theorists latched onto the words “almost alien.” They began speculating that the solar panel reflection was a cover story and she had, in fact, seen a UFO. You can see the ISS change colors to orange at around the 11:34 mark in the video below.
Some space theorists, conspiracy theorists and everyday people believe that NASA has a hidden agenda. There are many theories. NASA has a over a $25 billion dollar per year budget. Where is all that money going? What are we actually achieving with it? How is our lives here on earth benefited from space travel and exploration? is this all just an effort to abandon earth once we destroy it with our behavior?
The supposedalien UFOwas spotted after analysing photos of the night sky compiled by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope and Google Sky. What first appears to be nothing more than a mess of blue pixels, could be an extraterrestrial discovery of epic proportions. According to self-titled UFO expert and conspiracy theorist Scott C Waring, the mystery object is a planet-sized space station constructed by immortal alien beings.
Mr Waring, who runs the blog UFO Sightings Daily, said: "This three-dimensional object in space is 100 percent proof that aliens create structures that are as big as planets.
"Why limit yourself to a round planet when you can make any design you desire?
"Here we see a giant blue planet size space station."
The object in question was found using Google Sky - a celestial map of the night sky that reveals the locations of stars, constellations, galaxies and planets.
Astronomer Larry Sessions explained: "Seeing recognizable objects or patterns in otherwise random or unrelated objects or patterns is called pareidolia.
"It’s a form of apophenia, which is a more general term for the human tendency to seek patterns in random information.
"Everyone experiences it from time to time.
"Seeing the famous man in the moon is a classic example from astronomy."

While David Bowie wrote the definitive song about life on Mars, Venus is more the subject of love ballads. That may change soon as astrobiologists have discovered a biosignature indicating the possible presence of life on Venus. Should we start writing songs or preparing for an invasion?
Not this Venus.
“But according to several sources knowledgeable with the details of the announcement (who are not under embargo) phosphine has been discovered in the atmosphere of Venus. Its presence suggests – suggests – some strange chemistry going on since phosphine is something you’d only expect to see if life (as we know it) was involved.”
The website Astrobiology.com is on top of this big announcement by the Royal Astronomical Society (published in the journal Nature Astronomy) about the discovery of phosphine on Venus. Phosphine (PH3) is a toxic gas whose odor has been compared to the smell of rotting fish. Does this mean Venus is covered with dead fish which were once live fish? No, but it may mean the planet has certain kinds of microbes that live in oxygen-free environments and emit phosphine. Venus has no oxygen but it has phosphorous, so connecting these dots doesn’t seem like much of a stretch. However, phosphine can be created in other ways (in a lab, for example), so skeptics need more proof.
“From what we’re told the researchers have concluded that abiotic mechanisms (i.e. ones that do not involve life) that might produce phosphine cannot account for the large amount that they have detected. The phosphine has been detected in the region within the atmosphere of Venus that is considered by some to be potentially habitable.”
Not this kind of ‘Venus’ life form.
This may not be an “Ah-ha!” revelation, but it at least deserves an “ah.” Researchers at MIT agree and issued a video explaining it in non-astrobiologist terms. This goes with an MIT “hypothesis article” published earlier in the journal Astrobiology which proposes that researchers should be looking for life in the clouds of Venus rather than on the surface of the planet because could free-float there like water droplets, never getting heavy enough to fall to the ground. The clouds could also have the nutrients needed for them to survive. This “Venusian Aerial Biosphere” is quite possibly the best case scenario for life on Venus. Now all we need is a way to search for it beyond the Atacama (ALMA) telescope array in Chile and the James Clerk Maxwell telescope in Hawaii which found the phosphine.
“Short for Venus Emissivity, Radio Science, InSAR, Topography & Spectroscopy, VERITAS is being considered for selection under NASA’s Discovery Program and would be managed by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Southern California. The project’s partners include Lockheed Martin, the Italian Space Agency, the German Space Agency, and the French Space Agency.”
NASA agrees and has proposed the VERITAS mission to search the clouds of Venus for life forms, possibly leaving as soon as 2026.

Just recently there has been some new debate on my 2020 book, The Rendlesham Forest UFO Conspiracy. No doubt, it’s because the 40th anniversary of the case is getting closer and closer. Indeed, I’m sure that when December of this year comes around we’ll be seeing a lot of debate concerning the incident(s). As for that new debate, it revolves around the specific issue of why I am so sure that the Rendlesham affair was a secret experiment, rather than an extraterrestrial event. There is one thing that surfaces over and over again in the story. It’s the matter of drugs. And nothing less than mind-altering drugs. Take a look at most UFO events and you’ll see witness testimony, documentation, and sometimes photos. It’s rare that drugs surface in relation to UFOs. In the Rendlesham Forest case, however, they are all over the place. Let’s take a look at the evidence. In my book, I point out that one of the key installations involved in the experiments was the Maryland-based Edgewood Arsenal. Fortwiki provides the following history on the Edgewood Arsenal: “A chemical weapons arsenal established in 1917 and located in the present day Edgewood area of the Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Edgewood area is about 13,000 acres on the west side of the Bush River that was used for the development and testing of chemical agent munitions. This area was originally a separate U.S. Army installation known as Edgewood Arsenal until October 1971 when it merged with Aberdeen Proving Ground and became the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground.”
Not only that: On December 9, 2012, TheNew Yorker ran an article titled “Operation Delirium: Decades after a risky Cold War experiment, a scientist lives with secrets.” The scientist was one Colonel James S. Ketchum, who spent approximately two decades in the U.S. Army. Ketchum “became the military’s leading expert in a secret Cold War experiment to fight enemies with clouds of psychochemicals that temporarily incapacitate the mind – causing, in the words of one ranking officer, a ‘selective malfunctioning of the human machine.'” It turns out that this highly classified program of mind-control was secretly run inside the confines of the Edgewood Arsenal.
Moving on: for years there have been rumors that throughout the several days of secret activity in the forest there was a presence from a certain facility situated in Wiltshire, U.K.: Porton Down. As the BBC note, U.K. military personnel were regularly used in secret mind-altering experiments at Porton Down in the 1950s and 1960s. The BBC expands on this: “Porton Down was set up in 1916. It was a center designed to test chemical and biological weapons. Nerve gases such as Sarin and CS gas were tested on volunteer servicemen. Servicemen were offered around £2 and three days leave as an incentive to take part in tests. Very few servicemen knew what they were volunteering for and some were even told it was research into the cure for the common cold. In 1953 it is alleged that serviceman Ronald Maddison died after taking part in a Sarin gas experiment. In 1962, one of Porton Down’s own scientists, Geoffrey Bacon died of the plague. Since the end of WWII, 20,000 people have taken part in experiments at Porton Down.” That Porton Down had a presence at Rendlesham Forest is, at the least, intriguing.
One of the weirdest aspects of the Rendlesham Forest case is the rumor that at the height of the events a local prison was due to be evacuated. A further rumor suggests that aerosol-based hallucinogens were released in the woods as a part of the experiments. It’s said that it was the possibility of those same hallucinogens reaching the prison that provoked significant worry. As history has shown, the prison (called HM Hollesley Bay) was not evacuated. That such plans were almost put in place, however, adds yet another drug-based aspect to the overall story. People in Hazmat outfits suddenly appearing on the scene, adds even more intrigue to the story. As I said at the start of this article, there are few UFO cases that have such ties to the domain of drugs. The Rendlesham Forest affair, however, is significantly different. Drugs appear all over the place in the case. Why might that be? The answer is simple: the case was not a UFO event. It was an experiment; a highly-classified one. And it played with minds to a dangerous degree.
