This is one fast orb and it's totally 100% controlled. It's not a balloon because a balloon would turn, rotate and spin revealing an oval shape, this has none of that. This craft looks similar to many of the silver orbs only darker. We are looking at 100% alien technology.

It's hard to say if it was black or shiny but I lean black/gray. Not sure where it started or where it ended, just saw it from my deck. A declassified CIA file from the Cold War era detailing a possible encounter between Soviet soldiers and a UFO has gone viral, describing how extraterrestrial beings allegedly turned 23 soldiers into stone.
The 250-page report was originally compiled by the KGB, the foreign intelligence and domestic security agency of the Soviet Union, and was later obtained by the CIA, following the Soviet Union’s collapse in 1991. The report describes a chilling incident during a Soviet military exercise in Ukraine.
According to the document, soldiers fired a surface-to-air missile at a low-flying, saucer-shaped craft, forcing it to crash nearby. The report included eyewitnesses accounts and pictures of the aftermath, which one American agent described as a “horrific picture of revenge on the part of extraterrestrial creatures, a picture that makes one’s blood freeze.”
Eyewitnesses claimed that five short humanoids with large heads and black eyes emerged from the wreckage. They reportedly huddled together and morphed into a glowing spherical shape, which then exploded in a bright flash of light. The blast allegedly literally petrified 23 soldiers, turning them into stone, leaving only two survivors who were partially shielded from the blast.
The report states that Soviet scientists concluded the blast somehow altered the cellular structure of the soldiers, turning their bodies into material similar to limestone. The KGB allegedly took custody of the “petrified soldiers” and the ruined spacecraft, which were transported to a secret base near Moscow.
“If the KGB file corresponds to reality, this is an extremely menacing case,” the CIA concluded. “The Aliens possess such weapons and technology that go beyond all our assumptions. They can stand up for themselves if attacked.”
The report was originally declassified in 2000 and the incident was first reported by Canadian and Ukrainian news outlets. It later gained renewed attention on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

US Intelligence reports increase in UFO sightings, before CIA declassified Soviet encounter with aliens
In January 2023, the US military and intelligence agencies gathered 366 reports of “unidentified aerial phenomena” (UAP), the military’s terminology for UFOs, since March 2021. This was when the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) issued its preliminary assessment on UAPs, according to a report released by ODNI over two years ago. Only 144 UAP sightings had been reported to the military in the preceding seventeen years.
As explained by ODNI in the report—an unclassified twelve-page summary submitted to Congress—the increase in reported UFO sightings was “partially due to a better understanding of the possible threats that UAP may represent” and “partially due to reduced stigma surrounding UFO reporting.”
About half of the 366 newly reported sightings had “unremarkable characteristics.” For instance, 26 were identified as drones, 163 turned out to be “balloon-like entities,” and six were merely “clutter,” such as birds or flying plastic bags.
In terms of the remaining reports, ODNI says that certain UAPs “appear to have demonstrated unusual flight characteristics or performance capabilities.”
However, Ronald Moultrie, undersecretary of defense for intelligence and security, told reporters that the Pentagon and ODNI had “not seen anything” that would “lead us to believe that any of the objects that we have seen are of alien origin.”

An alleged UFO attack on Soviet forces that turned troops to stone has been revealed in a declassified CIA file from the Cold War.
The 250-page KGB report, acquired by the CIA, reveals what happened after a platoon fired at a flying saucer over Ukraine.
It is claimed that the Soviets were conducting a training exercise when they spotted a ‘low-flying spaceship in the shape of a saucer’ flying above.
After a missile was launched at the UFO, it was sent crashing to the ground.
The report describes how it, ‘fell to Earth not far away, and five short humanoids with large heads and large black eyes emerged from it.’
The beings then huddled together and ‘merged into a single object that acquired a spherical shape’.
The report continues: ‘In a few seconds, the spheres grew much bigger and exploded by flaring up with an extremely bright light. At that very instant, 23 soldiers who had watched the phenomenon turned into… stone poles.’
One American eyewitness described the aftermath like ‘a horrific picture of revenge on the part of extraterrestrial creatures, a picture that makes one’s blood freeze.’

Soviet scientists said that whatever the light was managed to transform the soldiers into a substance that was identical to limestone.
It also claims that the cause was a ‘source of energy’ that is not yet known to humans.
Other 'alien' sightings and stories
Stories of potential alien life are nothing new after a pair of ‘alien mummies’mysteriously turned up in a Peruvian airport.
The strange figurines turned up in the Lima airport offices of courier DHL in a cardboard box, and were made to look like mummified bodies dressed in traditional Andean attire.
But sadly a forensics team soon found out that they were not genuine extraterrestrials.
More recently, Joe McMoneagle, who claims he is a former CIA agent, says he has seen evidence of life on Mars.

The soldiers and UFO were reportedly taken by the KGB to a secret base in Moscow.

Watch this strange craft seen from an aircraft window over Florida last week. The eyewitness saw it for almost a whole minute so this craft was going almost as fast as the plane, just a different direction. The plane was moving at about 350 mph or so most travel at 350-450mph. So this UFO is moving fast enough to keep up and overtake, passing below the aircraft. This has a silvers hue and seems almost jellyfish in nature. This one is very intriguing and being a silver sphere, falls into an area of the most common UFO shape seen since the Biblical age. More orbs are seen in Florida than anywhere else in the USA. This must have a connection to the alien base that goes under Florida out into the Bermuda Triangle.

This glowing craft was caught over Australia last night and it moving across the sky smoothly, but it does't have mediatory aircraft lights and its color fluctuates green, white, red but I do not see any wings of this craft and I do not hear any aircraft around. This is a good one! Australia is a hotspot for UFO sightings and it's nice to get one with such clear video proof of that.

Watch this short video and you will see something that is not so easy to explain away. This craft hovers in place, has three glowing lights and the craft itself must be huge, because from the size of the lights it looks bus size. Very cool, it looks like the New Jersey drone videos we have all seen. It looks like they moved to New York states. This is a great catch and a definite sign that aliens are enjoying NY.

I was outside with my dogs in East Meadow, NY around 7:51 PM and noticed there were these lights in the sky that seemed to be stationary, staying in the same spot and not moving at all. We checked the flight traffic in our area and couldn't find any planes that would have been in the vicinity, so we're ruling that out.
Now this is one for the books. This UFO is a black disk and I believe the center area is actually semi transparent allowing occupants within the craft to see outward. This object was seen only for a few seconds, but it tells us how it moves, how fast its going, which looks to be about 85 MPH, which is way too fast to be a balloon. This thing is moving like it's late to get somewhere. She saw two of them, but lucky for us, she was able to catch one of them on video. From what I see here in the video and from the description of how it suddenly accelerated and shot upward...I say this is 100% proof of UFOs over Canada.

I saw a big black circle in the sky over the horizon and stopped to watch it when I realized it wasn't a regular aircraft. It was moving around in a way I couldn't understand, like it was undulating, so I thought it might be a balloon or something. I could tell that it was very large in size when it was closer to the horizon, maybe the size of a bus or larger. It was black or dark grey with some sort of smaller circle in the centre of it. It started to travel westward across the sky while ascending further into the atmosphere and getting smaller. I took out my phone and started recording.
It suddenly accelerated quickly across the sky, then it went way higher up closer to the clouds when ANOTHER ONE that looked exactly the same appears above it even further into the atmosphere that I had not seen previously. They both moved together keeping the same distance apart until they disappeared into the clouds. All of this occurred over the course of maybe 2 minutes or less.

This is one fascinating orb. It changes color very fast and was not too far over the guys condo when it was recorded. Being an amateur astronomer he knows what he saw. May people believe UFOs don't have lights...but many people are also wrong about that belief because all UFOs have lights, most the time they don't use them. We know less than 1% of 1% of the knowledge about UFOs. We have much to learn, but we know this. They do exist, they are real and they fly in Earths skies daily worldwide.

Although not officially partnering with or endorsing Skywatcher, the Pentagon’s willingness to observe their operations marks a shift in how private initiatives are being acknowledged. Nine Types of UFOs on Video?
One of the most anticipated aspects of this development is a forthcoming video release by Skywatcher. According to Coulthart, the group claims to have captured footage of nine distinct shapes of UFOs, which include:
The well-known “Tic Tac” and “Egg”-shaped crafts,
And a bizarre “Jellyfish”-like object, reportedly with a metallic top and what appears to be fluid, tentacle-like extensions.
The footage has not yet been made public, but Coulthart expects it to surface soon. He notes that Skywatcher’s team is working to finalize the material, which could potentially shake up the ongoing debate around UAPs and their origins.
Implications for UFO Disclosure
Coulthart points out a growing discrepancy between the Pentagon’s public denials and private interest in such cases. He believes Skywatcher may be demonstrating what government and defense agencies have allegedly explored in secret for decades: the controlled engagement — or even summoning — of unknown aerial craft.

Now this is a rare report...in the fact that it mentions a transparent triangle UFO. The UFO was not seen once but twice in a month by the same eyewitness. That leads me to think it could be the USAF TR3B or the evolution of that secret project. But don't get me wrong, we cannot discount that it could be aliens. Alien craft come in all shapes and sizes and colors and lights. So don't jump to conclusions so fast on this one. There are still alien craft leaving underground and underwater alien bases daily on this planet and some are triangle craft.
I know Boise and there there is a single location which would be perfect for an alien base. Shafer Butte, (mentioned in eyewitness report). It's north east of Boise, and the eyewitness saw it head toward Shafer Butte. It's a high elevation, sparsely populated, with caves and mining tunnels. Some caves may have been created by aliens long ago, and locals may have assumed they were old mines. It has a high vantage point which is perfect alignment with the sky for takeoffs and landings.
This sounds alien to me. But since the eyewitness saw it twice in one month, he may see it again and send us actual photos or video of it in the coming weeks.

Saw a light in the sky moving back and forth and finally dropping down to land I was headed home from work when I noticed a bright light in the sky moving side to side. I checked my flight radar app and the SkyView light to make sure it wasn’t a plane or a star. As I recorded one of the videos a street light can be seen going out right as the object passes by it. There’s a video from Edmond, OK posted 1 month prior to this with the same object being seen. Curious to what this could be as the same thing was recorded recently.

A strange and mysterious UFO was recorded over the UK at night, and it’s got all the classic signs of something not of this world. The eyewitness was casually looking out their apartment window when they noticed a glowing green light in the distance. The object began flashing as it moved closer, slowly revealing two bright white lights. Then, shockingly, it started to descend, almost as if it were falling or preparing to land nearby.
