12,618 reported UFO sightings have been investigated by Project Blue Book.
It has been reported that over the 18 years that Nathan Robert "Rosie" Rosengarten has been investigating UFOs, he has never found any extraterrestrials.
Rosengarten was a retired Air Force colonel who died last week at the age of 101. The declassified program named Project Blue Book is just now being learned about by many who did not know it existed before. The program has analyzed and investigated thousands of reported UFO sightings from the years of 1952 to 1970.

Many sightings were probed: There were 12,618 sightings reported around the world by Project Blue Book. This took place at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base with Project Sign and Project Grudge acting as forerunners to the project.
Typical Dayton report from March of 1967: Red and white revolving lights were reported by a 34-year-old. The lights were reportedly traveling at very high speeds, then hovering, then disappearing past the horizon. This happened with the lights producing no smoke or noise.
The witness assured that it was not an aircraft, helicopter, or star. A weather balloon and swamp gas were also ruled out as possible culprits.
"It makes no difference if you want to believe me or if anyone believes me for that matter" the man stated. "It was something alien-like and I know what I saw."
No explanations for hundreds of sightings: Although the sighting reports reached into the thousands, over 700 never gained an explanation. This information was stated in a letter released by officials at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. U-2 and SR-71 spy planes were to blame for over half of the reported sightings, which was concluded by a CIA report from 1992.
Alien discoveries? 0: Project Blue Book concluded that none of the UFO sightings investigated by them were ever a threat to national security. It was also stated that the objects under investigation did not behave or operate outside of the realm of modern technology at the time. No signs pointed to the objects being associated with aliens or extraterrestrial beings.
Cyberspace now the home for Blue Book: In 1969, Project Blue Book hung up its hat for the last time and retired. Wright-Patterson also claims it no longer investigates or documents UFO reports. Even though these types of records have been declassified for quite some time, they call a microfiche at the National Archives home now. Photographs of UFOs circled through the media last week as U.S. Navy Commander turned whistleblower decided that now was the time to release classified information, mostly photographs which would serve as confirmation of UFO existence.
Photos of a UFO launch and several others were produced last week by Navy Commander Graham Bethune. The photos date back to 1989 and are shocking as they make the rounds through the media. Bethune is currently retired and felt that the truth was more important than his U.S. Military standing and reputation.
AMAZING UFO PHOTOGRAPHS LEAKED BY U.S. MILITARY WHISTLEBLOWER
Bethune claims that the photos came from a close friend of his. This friend, who requests and maintains anonymity, sent the photos to Bethune, claiming that he rendezvoused with another form of intelligence and took these photos then. At that moment, the photos were taken on September 27, 1989.
The location of the photos was somewhere around Nashville, Tennessee. Reportedly, the photos are of a theatrical reenactment, including real alien spacecraft. Strong circular columns of light come down from the craft as it appears to be either taking off or landing.
The story behind the is that the photographer was driving just outside of Nashville, through an unknown rural area of town, looking to take pictures of the night sky on July 14, 1989. Behind a line of trees, the photographer saw a light, which appeared to be active and moving. So, at about 9: 00 PM he stopped his car and took two models of a camera from his trunk. One was a Canon AE-1, and another was a Canon T-90.
As a professional photographer, he moved toward the mountain and line of trees to see a better view. From there, he took the recently released stunning photographs. He projects that he was six miles away but still got amazing shots. In the end, he used the rest of his film to take these photos. The National UFO Center believes these photos to be genuine, as the film shows a central discharge for taking off. The individual credited with the photos still stays anonymous, and the photos are still investigated and studied to this day.

An international team of German and Egyptian researchers has recovered an astonishing eight-meter quartzite statue which was found in a pit in a neighborhood in the Egyptian capital city of Cairo. According to the Cultural Ministry, if the statue is what the archaeologists suspect it to be then it might just be one of the most significant discoveries in Egyptian history.
The intricately crafted statue, which clearly depicts a ruler, was found in the region which once lay in the shadows of the temple of Ramses II in the ancient city of Heliopolis, which lies in the east of modern day Cairo. According to the head of the Egyptian archaeological team, the archaeologists are currently completing their research and excavation of the site in order to confirm who the statue depicts.
ARCHAEOLOGISTS RECOVER ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DISCOVERIES IN EGYPTIAN HISTORY
The archaeologists have not yet found any inscriptions on the statue which would definitively identify who the ancient king was. However, they are almost certain that the statue depicts Ramses II who founded the extraordinary sun temple which used to stand in this particular area.
Researchers say that the sun temple, which was destroyed during the Greco-Roman age, was one of the largest and most intricate in Egypt as well as being one of the holiest and most culturally significant sites in the age of the ancient Egyptians. According to Dietrich Raue, the head of the German team, the ancient Egyptian people believed that Heliopolis was the home of the sun god which meant that not even the pharaohs and their families were permitted to build their residences there.
The sun temple was one of the most important architectural projects undertaken by Pharaoh Ramses II which is considered by experts to have been one of the most powerful and respected rulers of the ancient Egyptian civilization. He was the third ruler of the nineteenth dynasty and was best known for his expansionist military endeavors across the continent of Africa. Under the reign of Ramses, the ancient Egyptian empire grew to encompass territory from Syria in the east to Sudan in the south. His military prowess led to his successors referring to him as the ‘great ancestor.'
According to the archaeological team, they will extract remaining pieces of the statue and then begin the painstaking task of restoring the ancient structure to its former glory. It is expected that the statue will be placed in the entrance of the Grand Egyptian Museum in 2018.
The use of machines rather than hand tools to produce goods is thought of as having started in the 1700s and 1800s in Europe, as opposed to in much earlier times. However, there was more, perhaps much more use of machinery in the past than is commonly believed.
Recently, some new evidence has appeared that the feat of building the Egyptian pyramids was accomplished largely with machine tools. While one could argue that each block was cut simply with bronze chisels, many of the blocks seem to have been cut with circular saws, perhaps of a type that was turned by a hand crank and not a more sophisticated source of power.
Even though the great pyramid took twenty years to build, the cutting of more than two million large blocks into such precise shapes seems more likely to have been done with saws than with chisels. It would arguably not have been possible to complete the task in only twenty years without the use of more advanced tools.
Egyptologist Brian Foerster has made it his life's work to study the use of machine tools in ancient Egypt. The use of technology such as tube drills for cutting holes into rock is well argued for. Many such perfect circular holes are found in stones made of Basalt, which is said to be too hard for simple bronze hand tools to cut.
The distances that very large stones were moved, up to 500 miles from where they were cut, also seems unfeasible unless the Egyptians had more technology than is commonly believed. Many large stone objects that are thought of as having non-mechanical purposes curiously resemble gears and other mechanical components. Could the ancient Egyptians have made large gears out of stone, and, if so, for what purpose?
There is also some evidence of even more advanced technology such aircraft and electric lighting. Electric lighting is not as difficult to believe as it might sound. Electric batteries were actually occasionally constructed in the ancient world, that is not disputed. What the electricity was used for is not known. Perhaps, lighting could be imagined. Before you start laughing or scratching your head, realize that this is a serious article.
The punk front man has been involved in a mysterious project and has sent some emails to Hillary Clinton that have been discovered by WikiLeaks. The rock star had also been speaking to numerous military officials via email as well. In these emails, Delonge had stated that he was in communication with extra terrestrials and that he was aware of his phone being tapped.
Delonge had also said that he was under surveillance by a group of "shady officials." Delonge said that there's some information that he could not mention, but there was a lot that he could touch on, and that we could expect a major announcement in the 60-day timeframe that he laid out for us. He had also said that he had been under scrutiny from these shady officials due to his fame and how his status had brought him a status of notoriety regarding the UFO phenomenon that he had involved himself with.
Delonge also said that with regards to the existence of UFOs and the leak of his correspondence with Clinton and the military, that WikiLeaks had "messed some stuff up." Perhaps the controversial site took offense with what Delonge had to say. Maybe the group that was watching Delonge and tapping his phone was Mr. Assange's group? Some people do not like to be criticized, especially when it puts their credibility into question.
Either way, all we can do is wait to hear what Tom Delonge has to say. From rock star to conspiracy theorist. It's quite fascinating.
During the fundraising event for his son Jeb Bush's presidential campaign, George Bush Sr. left the audience embarrassed after answering a UFO question by one of the activists / journalists.
The response left the audience and the reporters completely taken aback. Hoping to help his son Jeb Bush with the presidential campaign, George Bush, along with his other son and former US President George W. Bush Jr., have campaigned to try to bring the Bush family back to the White House , But some experts believe that this type of incident could cost the election.
During the fundraising event, a man in the audience raised a strange question, which led to an even more startling response from the former president and director of the CIA.
The man asked George Bush Sr. when the U.S. government would tell Americans the truth about UFOs, and Bushreplied before the questioning was stopped by the organizers of the event: "Americans CAN NOT Face the Truth. "

Aliens have landed, infiltrated British nuclear missile sites and deactivated the weapons, according to US military pilots.
The beings have repeated their efforts in the US and have been active since 1948, the men said, and accused the respective governments of trying to keep the information secret.
The unlikely claims were compiled by six former US airmen and another member of the military who interviewed or researched the evidence of 120 ex-military personnel.
The information they have collected suggests that aliens could have landed on Earth as recently as seven years ago.
The men's aim is to press the two governments to recognise the long-standing extra-terrestrial visits as fact.
They are to be presented on Monday 27 September at a meeting in Washington.
One of the men, Capt Robert Salas, said:
"The US Air Force is lying about the national security implications of unidentified aerial objects at nuclear bases and we can prove it."
He said said he witnessed such an event first-hand on March 16, 1967, at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana which housed Minuteman nuclear missiles.
Capt Salas continued:
"I was on duty when an object came over and hovered directly over the site.
"The missiles shut down - 10 Minuteman missiles. And the same thing happened at another site a week later. There's a strong interest in our missiles by these objects, wherever they come from. I personally think they're not from planet Earth."
Others claim to have seen similar activity in the UK.
Col Charles Halt said he saw a UFO at the former military base RAF Bentwaters, near Ipswich, 30 years ago, during which he saw beams of light fired into the base then heard on the military radio that aliens had landed inside the nuclear storage area.
He said:
"I believe that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted - both then and now - to subvert the significance of what occurred at RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practised methods of disinformation."
The site was then the base of the US 81st Tactical Fighter Wing.
Capt Bruce Fenstermacher, a former US Air Force officer, also claims he saw a cigar-shaped UFO hovering above a nuclear base in Wyoming in 1976.

Pictures taken from space probes are revealing unusual images, difficult to explain by skeptics.
A black and white image taken on September 16, 2013 appears to show a huge building, partly visible from behind a rock formation. A second image dated February 11, 2017 shows the same rock formation but now in color, but surprisingly the building has been disappeared from the picture.
Is it possible that in this image we would be looking at the remains of a Martian civilization?
Army scientists have successfully "teleported" a fully equipped squad from a Massachusetts research and development facility to a training area in Germany, the Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) announced today.
Teleportation or teleportation would be the process of moving objects from one place to another with the transformation of matter into some form of energy and its subsequent reconstitution elsewhere, based on Einstein's famous formula: E = m.c². It is important to note that teleportation as defined here and in science fiction has no relation to quantum teleportation, a technical-scientific term used in quantum physics to denote information transport.
Many know the idea of teleportation through the series Star Trek (1966), based on tales written by Gene Roddenberry, where Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock, Dr. McCoy among others, moved from their ship to the surface of a planet or To other ships with incredible ease and low cost of filming, as it was an easy-to-make cinematic trick, much cheaper than building a small ship's model. The film A Mosca, however, had already explored this idea, of constructing equipment that allowed teleportation of matter, in 1958, based on a tale of George Langelaan.

According to the renowned physicist Leonard Reiffel, the United States planned to detonate a nuclear bomb on the surface at the Moon during one of the bitterest periods of the Cold War in an attempt to intimidate the Soviet Union with a spectacular display of American nuclear capabilities.
THE UNITED STATES ONCE PLANNED TO SET OFF A NUCLEAR BOMB ON THE MOON
The project was given the innocuous name of ‘A Study of Lunar Research Flights’ and was often referred to as ‘ProjectA119’. It appears as though the government of the United States did give serious consideration to the plan, even going as far as recruiting the famous Carl Sagan to work on the unbelievable project. The operation was scheduled to go ahead in 1959, but the scientists working on the project advised the military not to go through with it as they were concerned about potentially contaminating the lunar surface with the radioactive fallout caused by the nuclear blast.
The revelation that this project existed has led to questions about whether the United States would have been able to pull off this operation successfully if the will had been there to initiate it. According to scientists and other experts, it would have been practically impossible for the United States to have created a nuclear flash on the Moon that could have been seen from the planet Earth. Christopher Helman of Forbes has suggested that it would take 1.25×10^29 joules of energy to blast the moon in this manner. This is the equivalent of 30 trillion megatons of dynamite, which is a staggering 600 billion times larger than Russia’s Czar Bomba (King Bomb). This means that the United States would have had to have transported an incredible number of bombs to the surface of the Moon to lay the foundations for pulling off this plan and, naturally, transporting them there would have taken several multi-stage rockets. The expense that this operation would have entailed would have been astronomical.
All things considered, it is perhaps for the best that the United States decided to go cold on the idea of launching a nuclear attack on the Moon.

You’re a space agency and you know the public is expecting hi-res images of the Moon surface. What do you do? Bring out the ol’ airbrush!
In 1994, a joint mission between NASA and the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) saw the successful launch of the Deep Space Program Science Experiment, formally known as Clementine.
One month after launch, the 500-pound spacecraft positioned itself into lunar orbit and began transmitting photos of our satellite’s surface. Equipped with state of the art imaging technology, Clementine was more than able to capture hi-res photos of the Moon’s crust. And during its 300+ orbits, it had plenty of chances to gather meaningful data.
Those on the ground who were expecting to see the high resolution images were in for a surprise when the Navy released its first set of images. They were heavily pixelated and in low resolution .gif format, and little detail could be extracted from the images made available to the general public. What gives? they asked themselves.
How could those blurry images be the best available format sent back by a $200 million piece of space equipment? The whole thing remained a mystery for years. But slowly, people began to realize the images they were given showed obvious signs of tampering and censorship. Multiple areas of lunar interest had been purposefully blurred out as if NASA and the Navy were intentionally hiding something.
In many photos, the Clementine data showed blacked out areas, like the one in the image below.
This is the Rainer Gamma region, a 40 mile-wide albedo region west of the Reiner crater. The official explanation for the black square is ‘data loss’ but we all know this isn’t the case.
The next photo is another great example of image manipulation. As with the image before, the same ‘data loss’ pretext was invoked, but even to the untrained eye, this looks like intentional smudging. They could have said data corruption but it looks like they weren’t even trying to cover their actions
This deliberate suppression becomes even more blatant in the famous lunar tower photos.
Even though they smudged the hell out of those unexplained structures, the cover-up artists managed to overlook a tiny detail. Find the center of the image, go right a little, if you reached the smudged lunar tower you’ve gone too far. Notice anything? Zoomed image below shows what I’m talking about.
This definitely looks like a solid object hovering well above the lunar surface. You can distinguish its triangular shape and even the fins at its rear end. These details can also be seen in the shadow the object casts below.
Even from sketchy, low-resolution images like these ones, the curious and free mind can extract some conclusions.
NASA and the Navy should have provided photographs with a much greater level of detail. The fact that they failed to do so suggests some hidden motivation was at play;
The intentional smudging further cements the idea that alien structures on the Moon are a possibility;
If we’re being duped regarding these alien structures, it stands to reason we’re being subjected to a battery of other, equally-disconcerting lies.
Naturally, these assumptions are backed by the multitude of valid and verifiable conspiracy theories, but don’t let me tell you about what goes on the Moon. Underneath Venus’ acid clouds, UFO hunters claim, rests a permanent structure that seems to suggest the planet was not only visited in the distant past – it was deemed secure enough to house massive outposts!
Today, Venus is a hellhole. Although its size and composition has earned it the nickname of Earth’s Sister, the reality is you wouldn’t last 3 seconds on its surface. Calling Venus’ climate unpleasant would be a gross understatement.
With surface temperatures high enough to melt lead and an atmospheric pressure 90 times greater than what we have here, Venus would be near the bottom on your list of exotic vacation spots. Come for the thrills, stay for the sulphuric acid rains! Just to drive the point home, the longest a man-made probe’s ever survived on its surface was a little over two hours. The Soviet Venera 13 landed, took a few photos and measurements and then succumbed to the infernal conditions.
But, astronomers determined, Venus wasn’t always this way. Like Mars, it is almost certain at one point in the distant past, Venus had a much lighter atmosphere and oceans of liquid water on its surface. It got the way it is today because of global volcanic eruptions and a runaway greenhouse effect. As CO2 and other greenhouse gasses accumulated in the atmosphere, temperatures rose, water turned to steam and the planet’s habitability index dropped below the threshold.
Recently, alien hunters have spotted an enormous, apparently stationary structure underneath Venus’ thick layer of acid clouds. Responsible for the discovery is Tyler Glockner, self-entitled conveyor of the “exposure of the alien phenomenon.”
The video he uploaded to YouTube shows what looks like an enormous curving band that stretches along a portion of the planet’s circumference.

“You always hear about Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto but you really don’t hear about Venus. Maybe there’s something about this planet they don’t want us to know.”
The scientific community was quick to dismiss Glockner’s hypothesis because caution saved the scientist’s career. If prominent figures suddenly started backing every outrageous claim involving aliens, their credibility would drop lower than Venus’ real estate value.
Their explanation for the unusual band on the planet is gravity waves. Not to be confused with gravitational waves (ripples in space-time), gravity waves form when there is a difference in the atmospheric pressure of two neighboring regions. Think of clouds going over a mountain and you’ve got a pretty good picture.
“Gravity waves are an atmospheric phenomenon we often see in mountainous parts of Earth’s surface. Crudely speaking, they form when air ripples over bumpy surfaces,” French astrophysicist and atmospheric climate expert Jean-Loup Bertaux told Fox News. “The waves propagate upwards and grow larger and larger until they break below the cloud top and forms a wave,” he added.
If there’s one thing Venus is known for, it has to be strange cloud formations. So while gravity waves could potentially account for the weird structure, there is no proof it was actually caused by a mountain.
The planet’s strange history parallels our present and its present might foretell ours. Mankind sent only a handful of probes to Venus’ surface and to be completely honest, our knowledge of our next door neighbor is superficial. Taking this into consideration, it would be unwise to claim there are no alien relics on Venus. Until we succeed in mapping its surface (and we might never get to), there is plenty of room for sensible speculation.
At the end of the day, Glockner remains convinced what he saw on Venus is proof of ancient (or even present) alien habitation. He says gravity waves only last for a few days before dissipating. On the other hand, the strange band has been there for a while and shows no signs of disappearing anytime soon.

In November 1952, a man named George Adamski, a Polish-born, California-bred ranch owner and operator of a burger stand, claimed that he and several friends were walking in the desert near Desert Center, California when an alien spacecraft swooped down and landed near them.
Adamski claimed he went off alone and encountered a second ship, out of which clambered a golden-haired alien named Orthon. Supposedly from the planet Venus, Orthon came with a message of peace, warning Adamski of the dangers of nuclear war. After he got back in his ship and flew away Adamski and his friends said they took plaster casts of Orthon’s footprints–ostensibly to prove he was really there.
Adamski further claimed that he returned to the landing site a few weeks later, on December 13, 1952. As the Venusians’ ship descended to meet him, he took a photograph of it–the first clear picture ever of a flying saucer, which would eventually become easily the most famous photo of a UFO. The following year Adamski began publishing books about his experiences with the “space brothers.” In Flying Saucers Have Landed, published in 1953, and Inside the Space Ships, published in 1955, Adamski waxed eloquent about the fabulous civilization of the Venusians, who wanted to bring peace to Earth. Jesus Christ, according to Orthon, was one of these emissaries. When they wanted to, the Venusians could pass as humans, and Adamski said he met some of them in various Southern California bars.
As pop culture material, flying saucers were big in the early 1950s. Sightings of “unidentified flying objects” went viral in the years after World War II, and with grandiose claims being made by government and private industry about technological progress, they did not seem so far-fetched. There was also a great deal of anxiety about nuclear warfare and nuclear weapons. The bombing of Hiroshima in 1945, the badly-botched Bikini Atoll tests the next year, and the USSR’s acquisition of the bomb in 1949 deeply affected the psyche of Americans. The mix of these two elements–fascination and fear–made Adamski’s message of peace, demanded by extraterrestrial visitors, essentially go viral. Adamski’s books were best-sellers and suddenly people all over America, and some in Britain, were coming forward claiming that they too had been “contacted” by Venusians and other races of aliens.
There were a number of problems with Adamski’s claims. For one thing, Venus, where he said was the “space brothers’” home planet, in reality was totally inhospitable to any life, much less life that resembled Earthlings closely enough to go to bars in Southern California. The temperature on Venus is hot enough to melt lead and its carbon-dioxide atmosphere was full of sulfuric acid rain. This was not unknown to scientists in 1954 even though it would be several more years before space probes reached the planet. Furthermore, his “proof” was pretty shaky. A photographic expert examined the December 1952 photo and said it wasn’t a flying saucer at all. It was a streetlight. Its exposed “landing gear” was actually light bulbs. Even Adamski’s own witnesses–the people who had been with him for various sightings–told contradictory stories. In short, Adamski made up the whole thing.
That Adamski was a fraud was evident just by looking a bit into his background. A drifter who supported himself in the early years mostly by manual labor–though he was in the Army during World War I–Adamski got into the occult in California in the 1920s, forming something called the Royal Order of Tibet. Aside from whatever dubious spiritual benefits the Order conferred, it also afforded him an opportunity to make wine. This was during Prohibition, and one of the few exemptions was for religious orders that used wine for sacramental purposes. The Royal Order of Tibet was very small, but it wound up making a lot of wine–enough, conveniently, to provide Adamski a profitable business. This business ended when Prohibition was repealed in 1933. At that point, according to one witness, Adamski said that he had to get into “the flying saucer crap.” Also, it turned out his accounts of journeys through the solar system with the Venusians were eerily similar to a science fiction novel that was ghost-written for him in 1949, three years before he claimed he ever met Orthon.
The flying saucer crap, as it turned out, paid very well. In addition to selling hundreds of thousands of copies of his books, Adamski charged money to give lectures on his adventures with the Venusians and their philosophy, Eventually he had a paid staff and took vacations in Mexico. In 1959 Adamski was punk’d by two UFO skeptics who wrote a fake letter to him on FBI letterhead suggesting that the U.S. government knew all about the Venusians and supported his claims. It was a prank of course, but for the rest of his life Adamski claimed the letter “proved” the government was behind him. He also claimed he received a special medal from the Pope–which turned out to be a cheap souvenir available for sale in the Vatican–and at one point that he was dating an attractive female alien. He died in 1965.
Adamski was obviously a fake, but tell that to the legions of fans who did–and some who still do–support him and believe his claims are literally true. Adamski almost single-handedly began the “contactee” movement, people who claim personal involvement with aliens who have come to Earth in UFOs, usually communicating spiritual, personal-transformation or political messages. The eagerness to believe with which many people approach these claims is evident in the number of people who still believe the literal truth of oft-proven hoaxes like the Gulf Breeze sightings of the 1980s, or the “Voice of Vrillon” prank from 1977. Silly though his claims were, George Adamski remains a prophet of the bizarre UFO subculture, even now almost 50 years after his death.

The sighting took place in Longview, Texas on October 26, 2015, at approximately 20:50 P.M. When the witnesses saw the triangular craft quietly gliding “above Texas neighborhoods, unaware to the masses,” they immediately knew they had tofilm it.
One and a half minutes into the video, another triangular UFO made a silent entry into the picture and when they slowly distanced themselves, the guys filming the video jumped in the car and drove to a better vantage point.
Since the video is described as [Raw chase footage], the next three minutes are a mix of blurry, shaky footage and Guns N’ Roses. Whoever needs to complain about this must first understand that a certain amount of excitement accompanies UFO sightings and even professional hunters make mistakes. However, the video has two very good portions of footage at the beginning and near the end that make up for the shaky middle.
The UFO manages to cover a lot of ground (technically, sky) during the video. Coupled with its apparent size, the drone hypothesis seems to deteriorate. With what details can be gathered from the footage, the object fits the description of a classic triangle UFO. It is hard to discern whether this craft was built and operated by extraterrestrials or a military prototype such as the TR-3B.
As usual, the sighting sparked controversy on the internet, with users chipping in with their opinions on the matter.
“This is a few hours from where the Cash-Landrum incident happened,” one Reddit user commented. “I wonder if there is a military base in the area.”
The Cash-Landrum incident is one of the best documented UFO sightings to occur in the United States, one that left its witnesses in a state of shock and with palpable physical evidence.
Classified as a close encounter of the second kind, this incident involved Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and her seven year-old grandson Colby. The three of them were traveling on an isolated road to their home in Dayton, Texas when they encountered a huge diamond-shaped object hovering above the treetops. The UFO spewed flames and emitted a large amount of heat; it was enough to make the metal parts of the car so hot they were painful to the touch.
Shortly after the object ascended, a number of 23 military helicopters zoomed over the witnesses’ heads in apparent pursuit of the UFO.
The aftermath of the incident saw Cash fall ill and her symptoms were consistent with radiation poisoning. Large, painful blisters appeared on her body and she bagan losing patches of skin and clumps of hair.

Could this notorious incident have any connection to the recent Triangle UFO sighting?
It is possible. The fact that the diamond-shaped UFO was closely followed by a squadron of unmarked military helicopters could attest to the presence of a nearby secret base. The UFO itself could have been a prototype they were testing out and for whatever reason they decided to see the effects of an interaction with humans.
If this is the case, the area might be home to a number of other anomalies and we should be on the lookout for skywatchers’ videos and testimonies.
