Linda Moulton Howe: Top Secret Roswell Images, EBENs and Area 51
Linda Moulton Howe: Top Secret Roswell Images, EBENs and Area 51
COAST TO COAST AM INSIDER Archived Show – In the first half of Friday’s show, Linda Moulton Howe, reporter and editor for Earthfiles.com, presented an interview with “Don,” a man who phoned in during her January 20th, 2006 Coast appearance and said his uncle had shown him top secret files and photos taken in 1947 of crashed discs and small entities. According to Don, his uncle had B&W pictures of three UFO crash sites, including photos showing a craft embedded into a hillside and two living ‘extraterrestrial biological entities’ (EBENs) standing nearby.
Don said the EBENs stood between 3-4 feet tall, had short legs, elongated arms with long, pointy fingers, and egg-shaped heads. Don’s uncle claimed he could communicate telepathically with the EBENs, and said they had traveled to Earth from “outside our galaxy” to teach humanity about medicine and how to live in peace.
Don said his uncle also witnessed an anti-gravity demonstration at Area 51, in which the EBENs used mind power to levitate metallic spheres. Read Linda’s full report here. Later in the program, Linda spoke briefly with Dodie Crain, mother of famed Area 51 microbiologist Dan Burisch. Crain confirmed that Burisch had once worked at Area 51, having on occasion followed him to McCarran Airport, where a ‘Janet’ flight transported him to the secret Nevada base.

David Wilcock is a professional intuitive consultant who, since reading Richard C. Hoagland’s “The Monuments of Mars” in 1993, has intensively researched ufology, ancient civilizations, consciousness science, and new paradigms of matter and energy. He is the author of a critically acclaimed trilogy of scientific research works, known as the Convergence series, which gives definitive support to the idea that a change in matter, energy and consciousness is now occurring on the Earth and throughout the solar system.
Wilcock has appeared on broadcast television, lectured throughout the United States and Japan, published a variety of magazine articles and appeared on numerous radio talk shows. He is the co-author of the book “The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce,” now available in bookstores nationwide, and a summary of his latest scientific work appears therein, where a breakthrough case for mass, spontaneous DNA evolution on Earth is unveiled. David is also an accomplished musician and composer within a variety of styles, including jazz-fusion, meditative and world music.
COAST TO COAST AM INSIDER Archived Show - Author Richard Sauder returned to discuss the latest evidence of underground bases and tunnels. During the first two segments he was joined by the Director of Astrosciences Research Network, Bill Hamilton, who became interested in underground bases as part of his research into UFOs.
Given maps by John Lear, Hamilton said he checked out Dulce, NM to see if he could find any evidence for an underground base that was allegedly jointly operated by aliens and the US military. A security guard named “Thomas” said he escaped from Dulce’s cylindrical base that extended down seven levels, but was not able to provide any proof, reported Hamilton, who added that the area is also known for anomalies such as orbs, UFOs, and animal mutilations.

They Kept This Secret From The American Public... Giants Were In Your Back Yard
Around the turn of the 19th century, there were hundreds of reports from reputable sources of giant skeletons unearthed from ancient burial mounds across America. Researcher and author Jim Vieira has made it his mission to explore the mystery behind these mounds and others where there is documentation of unearthed skeletons, often of gigantic proportions.
He found that the construction, and particularly the stonework, of these mounds, was impressive, considering the level of technology at the time and many had the remains of giants buried beneath them which ranged from 7 to 10 feet tall.
My previous article was on the subject of how the Women in Black, the M.I.B., and the Black Eyed Children may have a medical condition not at all too dissimilar to albinism. Today, I’m going to share with you something else very strange about all three of those particular groups. It’s their undeniable ability to control our minds. I’ll start with the BEC. It was in the late 1990s when the phenomenon of theBlack Eyed Children first surfaced. It should be noted, though, that claims of earlier encounters have been made. For those who may not know, the BEC are described as young children – almost always around the ages of about ten to thirteen. They wear black hoodies. Their skin is pale. Their primary goal is to get inside the home of the targeted individual. And they almost always attempt to do so at night. I have 17 reports of BEC cases. They cover the period 2002 to 2019. In all of the reports I received, there was one very creepy angle to the activities of the BEC. It was that aforementioned issue of the BEC trying to get inside the home of the person in their sights.
Of course, most people would not even consider letting a few hoodie-wearing kids in late at night, and when darkness has fallen. The weird thing, however, is that people do let them in. I should stress that in most of the cases the BEC fail to get inside. In some incidents, though, they do manage to get inside. And that’s when things get really weird. The reason: those strange and sinister kids seem to have the ability to mind-control their victims. People recall – often in a hazy, dream-like state – letting them in, but having no understanding of precisely why they let them in. There are enough such incidents to make a good case that these kids are not what they appear to be. One man, who was extremely distressed by his encounter with two BEC in his home in San Antonio, Texas in November 2013, told me that he believed – by inviting them in – he had been forced into a kind of unholy “agreement” with the BEC. He even mused on the possibility that, in his own words, “…My soul was taken.” He had no real understanding of why he came to that conclusion. Only that he had entered into something akin to a Faustian pact that was out of his control.
Now, let’s have a look at one particular way in which a Women in Black took control of her victim back in the 1970s. Our story specifically goes back to October 23, 1971. The press said at the time: “A part-time housekeeper at President Nixon’s Key Biscayne retreat has testified she was put in a hypnotic daze by a stranger who told her to shoplift four dresses. Shirley Cromartie, 32, and a mother of three, pleaded no contest Thursday and was given a suspended sentence after law enforcement officers and a psychiatrist testified they believed she was telling the truth. Mrs. Cromartie holds a security clearance to work in the Florida White House, according to testimony. She said a woman met her in a parking lot and asked the time, then ordered her to take the items and bring them to her.” Like so many Women in Black, this one wore a long black wig and used mind-control abilities to enslave her target. John Keel, of The Mothman Prophecies, took a great deal of interest in this case, saying in his classic book that it all amounted to “not some small demonstration for the benefit of President Nixon.”
As for the Men in Black, there’s the matter of a certain UFO researcher/author: Trevor James Constable. In the early 1960s Constable said of the Albert Bender/M.I.B affair of the 1950s: “It is difficult indeed for me, as an occultist with some firsthand experience of this field of UFOs, to sort out Bender’s journeys back and forth across the threshold line between the physical and the astral. A biometric examination of Al Bender would probably indicate similar things to what it revealed about certain other researchers – total inability to distinguish between events on two planes of reality. Bender’s honesty I do not for a moment doubt. His discrimination I would deem non-existent. It seems almost incredible that the man could relate the full story of the construction of his chamber of horrors in the attic in the way Bender has. This is what convinces me of his honesty. Nothing could be more logical, in an occult way, than that the invisible entities he invited by the preparation of this locale, should indeed manifest to him, and thereafter proceed to obsess him for a protracted period, using hypnotic techniques that brought the man completely under their control [italics mine].”

It’s a fact that the origins of Area 51date back to the early years of the Second World War. The Nevada Test and Training Range soon came to fruition and planted the seeds for what would come in the mid-1950s: Area 51. Highly advanced aircraft, such as the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the Stealth Fighter and the Stealth Bomber were all secretly test-flown from Area 51. Probably the “secret aircraft”known as the Aurora, too. In that sense, many might say, there is no doubt that Area 51 has a valid reason for keeping just about everything under wraps. Indeed, considering the fact that those aforementioned aircraft were being built, tested, and flown when the Cold War was still in place and the Soviet Union had still yet to fall, one can easily see why stringent measures would be taken to ensure that the U.S. Government’s most advanced aircraft would be subject to incredible secrecy. It makes total sense. But, is there just too much secrecy for a squadron or several of strange, futuristic aircraft?
As most will know, there is one thing – more than any other – that sets Area 51 apart from just about every other military or government facility in the United States: it’s the sheer extent of the government’s determination to make sure that absolutely nothing gets out of Area 51 and no one gets in, unless you have the correct clearance. Of course, and particularly so in today’s climate of uncertainty, everyone needs to be vigilant. And that includes everyone who works at Area 51, too. They are, after all, just like us, regular people with lives and families. The big difference, though, is they know the reasons for so much secrecy and we don’t. It would be hard – in fact, impossible – to find a military installation in the United States that protects its secrets to a greater degree than Area 51. Those who stray too close to portions of the Nevada desert that the staff of Area 51 would prefer to keep under wraps risk large fines, imprisonment and even death, and all in the name of national security.
Aircraft are banned from flying close to or over Area 51. They can even be shot down out of the sky, if circumstances dictate and warrant such drastic action. When, in 1974, NASA’s astronauts on-board Skylab took an aerial photo of the base, all hell broke loose in the defense and intelligence-based communities of the United States. The CIA and the Department of Defense quickly got involved. Major concerns were expressed about how on Earth (or, in this case, off it) such a thing could have happened. Secret files were created, most of which have never publicly surfaced. Motion-detector equipment peppers the landscape. Cameras are everywhere. Guards patrol the local roads for any perceived suspicious characters. Night-vision technology ensures that no one can penetrate the base in the early hours of the morning.
Skylab
The government practically refuses to acknowledge not just the existence of Area 51, but even its name. That same government refused to offer help on the 1996 movie Independence Day, and all because a substantial portion of the movie revolved around Area 51 and the 1947 incident at Roswell, New Mexico. All of the above is astonishing. No facility in the United States comes even close to the level of secrecy and paranoia that surrounds Area 51. Which brings up an important question: is all of this overwhelming secrecy just in place to protect next-generation after next-generation of aircraft? Or, are the rumors and the whispers true? You know the ones, of course: the claims that deeply hidden at Area 51 are the remains of the Roswell wreckage, recovered flying saucers, and alien corpses. Maybe, even living aliens are at the base, too.
Regardless of where you, me and everyone else stands on the matter of what goes on at Area 51, there can be no doubt that it is the UFO-driven rumors and revelations which attract so much attention. Certainly, there’s no doubt it was Bob Lazar who, in the late 1980s, set the wheels in motion for the controversy to begin and for the media and the public to sit up and take notice. Consider the following: in her 2011 book, Area 51, Annie Jacobsen told the story of a man named Alfred O’Donnell, who had provable links to Area 51. O’Donnell told Jacobsen that the Roswell wreckage and the grossly mutated human crew aboard were secretly transferred to the Nevada Test and Training Range in 1951, after previously being secretly stored at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. The story suggest the bodies may well still be stored there. Perhaps in a museum-like state. Moving on, we should note there are certain threads running through the tales of UFOs at Area 51 that should make us cautious of what we are told about the base and its work. Let’s not forget that Bob Lazar told of how his mind may have been messed with – possibly using updated MK-Ultra-type technologies. Certain portions of his memories were wiped clean. He felt that his very brief glimpse of a small creature at S-4 may have been a staged event; an event designed to make him think that live extraterrestrials were hidden at the base, when they may not have been.
There can be no doubt that the alien angle of the history of Area 51 excites many. Maybe that’s what the U.S. Government is counting on. After all, not even the power of all the military-, defense-, and intelligence-based agencies in the United States can prevent a few leaks of classified information. So, perhaps to keep eager Ufologists away from stumbling on covert programs concerned with new aircraft designs, next-generation weapons-systems, mind-control techniques and more of a down to earth nature, they swamp those same Ufologists with enticing tales of extraterrestrial conspiracies and the ever-popular Roswell affair. For the people at Area 51, it may be a case of this: if you can’t plug the genuine leaks, then swamp them with far more tantalizing and enticing tales of E.T. A good argument could be made that this is exactly what has happened. At times, the targeted people might have been patriotic American citizens who overstepped the mark in their quests to find out if alien life really does hang out at Area 51. On other occasions, and particularly during the Cold War, the targets may have been Soviet spies, seeking the very same answers. Dangling an alien carrot – so to speak – would be the perfect way to reel in and arrest eager Russian agents who were trying to figure out what was going on deep in Nevada. And if that carrot never really existed – except in the minds of those running the disinformation programs – then all the better.
Something that dates back decades has prompted the U.S. Government to turn Area 51 into a veritable impenetrable fortress. Is this all about secret aircraft? Aliens? Both? Or something else completely? We still don’t know. We may never know.

A couple of days ago, I wrote an article here at Mysterious Universe on the Second World War-era controversy surrounding Shingle Street. It’s a small village in Suffolk, England that has a high degree of notoriety attached to it. Stephanie Cross at Country File Magazine says of this strange affair: “In May 1940, when a German invasion was thought to be imminent, the civilian population of Shingle Street was evacuated and minefields laid on the beach. And it was then that the rumours began: that a small German invasion force had landed at Shingle Street, a battle had broken out as defenders beat the invaders back to the water, and that the Germans had been burned alive with oil and petrol pumped on to the surface of the sea using special pipelines. Rumours of German invasion were rife along the south and east coast in the war, but such was the pitch of speculation on this incident that it led to questions in the House of Commons and, in 1993, the early release of classified documents. These revealed the ‘invasion’ was just a rumour – although the bodies of four dead German airmen had washed up on the beach, after their plane crashed into the North Sea.”
There’s another reason why I make mention of Shingle Street today. Specifically, it’s the location of the village. You’ll soon see what I mean. Ether Wave Propaganda says: “The Committee for the Scientific Survey of Air Defence (CSSAD, a.k.a. the ‘Tizard Committee’) was instituted by the British Air Ministry in late 1934 to consider new technologies that the Royal Air Force might use to defend its territory against attack by bombers. The committee was initially comprised of its chair, scientist and longstanding government research administrator and Imperial College rector Sir Henry Tizard, the Air Ministry’s Director of Scientific Research Harry Wimperis, academic experimental physicist Patrick Blackett, Nobel Prize-winning physiologist A. V. Hill (who had been the head of a World War I research group responsible for improving anti-aircraft gunnery), and Wimperis’ assistant A. P. Rowe, who served as secretary.”
Moving on: Pan Macmillan provides the following words: “In 1936 Winston Churchill asked the physicist Sir Robert Watson-Watt to develop a ‘death beam’ or a ‘magic eye’ to counter the growing threat of German airborne aggression. Under the cloak of utmost secrecy, he and a small team of brilliant scientists moved into the manor. Stables and outbuildings were converted into workshops and the first receiver and transmitter towers were built. Just eighteen months later, RAF Bawdsey became the first fully operational radar station in the world.”
Now, there’s something called Cobra Mist, of which Wikimapia states: “Cobra Mist was the codename for an Anglo-American experimental over-the-horizon radar station at Orford Ness, Suffolk, England. It was known technically as AN/FPS-95, and sometimes referred to as System 441a, a reference to the project as a whole. The project was plagued by noise problems that could not be identified, and the project was shut down in 1973. The site and buildings are now occupied by a BBC broadcast transmitter.” Now, we come to an even more controversial story.
From the early 1970s to the early 1990s, more than a few employees of Marconi were found dead under dubious and disturbing ways. One of them was Jonathan Wash. At the time of his death, Wash was working for British Telecom – that had deep connections to Marconi. In 1985, Wash died after falling, or having been pushed, from a window in a hotel room in Ivory Coast, West Africa. It’s notable that Wash had suspicions leading up to his death that he was being spied on: watched and followed in a clandestine way. He shared his concerns with his family and friends, but it was all too late. Notably, the British Telecom facility that Wash worked at was a top secret research facility at Martlesham Heath, Suffolk. So, with all of the above stated, you may be wondering what the connection is between the Shingle Street controversy, the top secret Tizard Committee, the equally highly classified Cobra Mist project, and Marconi. Well, here’s the answer:
Geographically speaking, let me put all of the above into a shocking perspective for you: the distance from Martlesham Heath to Rendlesham Forest is only 11.3 miles. The journey from Shingle Street to the forest is, at its shortest, only 7.6 miles. A trip from those infamous woods to Bawdsey amounts to less than ten miles. How far might Orford Ness be from Rendlesham Forest? I’ll tell you: just 7.1 miles. In my book, The Rendlesham Forest UFO Conspiracy, I suggest that the famous series of events of December 1980 had nothing to do with aliens, but everything to do with secret military/government experiments involving holograms. As all of the above makes very clear, the whole area surrounding Rendlesham Forest has been steeped in ongoing secrecy since the 1930s. So, we’re talking about almost a century of classified activity. I suggest – given the close proximity to the forest and the extensive top secret programs that we know existed in the area – that the 1980 “UFO landing” was just yet another military experiment, and not a UFO event.

DEW Disclosure! Experimental Military Hypersonic Aircraft Deploy High Powered Lasers To Super-Heat the Atmosphere
Directed energy weapons (DEWs) are defined as electromagnetic systems capable of converting chemical or electrical energy to radiated energy and focusing it on a target, resulting in physical damage that degrades, neutralizes, defeats, or destroys an adversarial capability. Navy DEWs include systems that use High Energy Lasers (HEL) that emit photons, and High Power Microwaves (HPM) that release radiofrequency waves.
The U.S. Navy uses DEWs for power projection and integrated defense missions. The ability to focus the radiated energy reliably and repeatedly at range, with precision and controllable effects, while producing measured physical damage, is the measure of DEW system effectiveness. Conversely, capabilities to increase the resilience or survivability of platforms or Sailors from DEW threats are part of the Counter Directed Energy Weapons (CDEW) program.

Stargate Disclosure: Inside the Top Secret Remote Viewing Program, Major Paul H Smith, Retired
Paul H. Smith, Major, US Army (ret.), is the author of Reading the Enemy’s Mind: Inside Star Gate — America’s Psychic Espionage Program” and “The Essential Guide to Remote Viewing.” As a seven year veteran of the government’s ‘psychic espionage’ effort, Paul was originally assigned to the Army’s Center Lane remote viewing program starting in 1983 and later transitioned with the program to the Defense Intelligence Agency in early 1986. He was transferred out of the program in 1990 to participate in Desert Storm as a tactical intelligence officer with the 101st Airborne Division. During his years with what ultimately came to be known as the Star Gate Program, Paul served concurrently as an operational remote viewer, training instructor, unit historian, recruiting officer, and security officer.
Directly trained by the creators of remote viewing, Ingo Swann and Dr. Harold Puthoff of SRI-International, he was later the main author of the DIA “Coordinate Remote Viewing” manual, and was primary theory instructor for the unit, being involved in the training of other now-well-known viewers including Lyn Buchanan, Mel Riley, and David Morehouse. Smith retired from the Army in 1996 and started a commercial remote viewing training company, Remote Viewing Instructional Services Inc. in January 1997. Based in Austin, Texas for 17 years, Paul’s company continues to train students in Cedar City, in the heart of Utah’s glorious Color Country of national parks and Ancient American culture.
In 1999, he participated with Puthoff, Buchanan, Russell Targ, F. Holmes Atwater, and other researchers and remote viewing veterans to found the non-profit International Remote Viewing Association. He has served twice as IRVA’s president, and still serves on the Association’s board. Paul has been interviewed on CBS Sunday Morning, several times on the History Channel, A&E Network, and at various times by both Art Bell and George Noory on Coast-to-Coast AM, by Jeff Rense on “Sightings,” and numerous other international, national, regional, and local media outlets.

Disney film from 1959 details weather control using chemtrails.
This Disney film, created in 1959, is called “Eyes In Outer Space” and is really eerie, given the theories about how the military is controlling our weather today. At about the 18 minute mark, the video talks about “Robot planes that seed the clouds from above” while an operator pushes buttons to control a storm. Another must see video!
Continuing on my theme on the Majestic 12 documents, the mysterious “Falcon,”Stan Friedman, espionage and the FBI, and alleged leaked papers on crashed UFOs and dead aliens, today I thought I would share with you what specifically came after all of that. I’m talking about another Falcon-type character who claimed knowledge of the truth of Roswell, alien autopsies and more. In this case, the time-frame was not the 1970s-1980s, but the early 1990s. And the man who revealed the then-new Majestic 12 documents was a resident of Big Bear Lake, California: Timothy Cooper. Although no longer active in the UFO research community, Cooper provoked a wealth of controversy for saucer-seekers when it was announced what he had in his possession. It was all “thanks” to an enormous body of allegedly leaked and highly secret documentation that had been given to Cooper under circumstances worthy of All the President’s Men. Cooper was certainly no Woodward or Bernstein, but you get the point I’m making: Cooper said he had insider sources who were willing to significantly assist his UFO research by feeding him controversial papers on aliens and extraterrestrial spacecraft. Clandestine mail-drops in the dead of night were very much the order of the day. The primary informants were an elderly man named “Thomas Cantwheel”and a woman named “Salina.” The latter was said to have been Cantwheel’s daughter. Both of them, Cooper was told, had worked in the field of U.S. counterintelligence for decades. They were the careful keepers of untold numbers of sinister UFO-connected secrets, some supposedly connected to the 1962 death of uber-babe, Marilyn Monroe, and to the November 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy, in Dealey Plaza, Dallas, Texas. If you believe their words, that is.
It’s important to note that if you do a Google search on “Cantwheel” you will find only links that deal with UFOs, Tim Cooper, and Majestic 12. The reason for this is very simple: “Cantwheel” is not a real name and never has been. Yet, that’s the name Cooper’s source consistently signed off on his communications to Cooper. The closest real name is “Cantwell.” Even now, I’m still amazed as to why hardly anyone, back in the 1990s in the UFO research community, pointed out that “Cantwell” was a completely manufactured name. Over a period of time that ran close to a decade, Cooper’s informants provided him with what ultimately amounted to thousands of pages of saucer-themed material and additional data. They were focused on everything from Majestic 12 to alien autopsies, and from accounts of crashed UFOs to attempts by the U.S. military to replicate extraterrestrial technology.
One of the documents even alluded to the possibility that the May 22, 1949 death of James Forrestal – the first U.S. Secretary of Defense – was not the suicide that many assumed it was. Rather, the Cooper papers suggest, Forrestal had to be taken out of circulation to ensure that he didn’t go public on what he knew about flying saucers. What really set the Cooper-era Majestic 12 documentation apart from that which caught the attention of the Moore-Shandera-Friedman team in the 1980s, however, were the references to deadly viruses. Indeed, in several of the papers provided to Cooper there were references to plans to try and back-engineer an alien virus. This was way more controversial than the original Majestic 12 documents that reached Jaime Shandera and Bill Moore. Tim Cooper quit the UFO scene more than a few years ago. He has not returned. And no more leaked documents have surfaced. Who, precisely, Cantwheel and Salina were – and what their true agenda was in the matter of aliens (dead or alive) – remains a mystery. As does just about everything – from the 1970s to the 1990s – that relates to the matter of alleged leaked documents of a UFO-themed nature.

Emery Smith, a former US Air Force Surgical Assistant, has revealed more about his knowledge and face to face interactions with extraterrestrials he encountered while working on classified programs.
He encountered the extraterrestrials at Kirtland Air Force Base, and other classified facilities in New Mexico such as White Sands and Dulce; along with Denver, Colorado and Charlottesville, Virginia. Emery also reveals information in regards to his operations within the secret space program and visiting other planets.
Over the last few days I have written articles on the Majestic 12 documents, the Paul Bennewitz affair, Stan Friedman’s FBI file, and (briefly) the mysterious “Falcon,” someone “on the inside” and who may have been the primary source for the aforementioned Majestic 12 documents. All of the above people and subjects were inter-connected in various ways. But, who was the Falcon? Well, let’s have a look. In 1999, Gerald K. Haines – in his position as the historian of the National Reconnaissance Office – wrote a paper titled “CIA’s Role in the Study of UFOs, 1947-90.” It’s now in the public domain, thanks to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. It can be read at the CIA’s website. Haines’ paper detailed the history of how, and why, the CIA became interested and involved in the phenomenon of UFOs. Although Haines covered a period of more than forty years, I will bring your attention to one particular section of his paper, which is focused on the 1970s-1980s. Haines wrote: “During the late 1970s and 1980s, the Agency continued its low-key interest in UFOs and UFO sightings. While most scientists now dismissed flying saucers reports as a quaint part of the 1950s and 1960s, some in the Agency and in the Intelligence Community shifted their interest to studying parapsychology and psychic phenomena associated with UFO sightings. CIA officials also looked at the UFO problem to determine what UFO sightings might tell them about Soviet progress in rockets and missiles and reviewed its counterintelligence aspects.”
The Soviets, then, were camouflaging their secret rocket tests by spreading false and fantastic tales of UFOs. Haines also noted something that is absolutely key to the story that this book tells and particularly so with regard to the Majestic 12 papers: “Agency analysts from the Life Science Division of OSI and OSWR officially devoted a small amount of their time to issues relating to UFOs. These included counterintelligence concerns that the Soviets and the KGB were using U.S. citizens and UFO groups to obtain information on sensitive U.S. weapons development programs (such as the Stealth aircraft),the vulnerability of the U.S. air-defense network to penetration by foreign missiles mimicking UFOs, and evidence of Soviet advanced technology associated with UFO sightings[italics mine].”
What about those “U.S. citizens” that Haines referred to? Let us see. The 1970s and 1980s were the decades in which Paul Bennewitz was most active, at least in terms of his UFO research in and around Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was almost certainly one of those Americans who Haines was talking about and whose actions the CIA’s counterintelligence people were worried about. That the U.S. Air Force was very concerned by the possibility that Bennewitz was unknowingly being used by the Soviets, was reason enough alone to practically force-feed Bennewitz with almost unending, nightmarish horror stories of dangerous and deadly aliens under Dulce, New Mexico. And, then, have Bill Moore report back on the extent to which those same horror stories were destabilizing Bennewitz’s increasingly paranoid mind. All of this strongly suggests that Moore may have been as much a victim as Bennewitz was: both men may have been fed wholly bogus material. Interestingly, Haines actually references Shandera and Moore’s work on the Majestic 12 documents in the “Notes” section of his very own paper.
Another aspect on this particular part of the story: Maybe Moore was used, but not just by U.S. intelligence. It should be noted that, as Greg Bishop said, the Falcon had what was described as an eastern European accent. He may well not have been an American, which suggests the incredible theory that the Russians may have been running the program to learn all they could from Bennewitz. Or, maybe, there was more than one Falcon, which really serves to complicate matters. Based on private data provided to him by sources in the know, Greg Bishop has concluded that the Falcon was a man named Harry August Rositzke; he ran covert programs for the CIA, after cutting his teeth in the heart of the Second World War-era Office of Strategic Services. Rositzke, a Brooklyn native, was an expert on the matter of Soviet intelligence, the KGB, and Russia’s programs designed to destabilize the West with carefully crafted propaganda. Rositzke, who died in 2002 at the age of ninety-one, wrote a number of non-fiction books on the world of espionage, including The KGB: The Eyes of Russia and The CIA’s Secret Operations. Rositzke, it’s important to note, did not have a European accent. That revelation adds further weight to the possibility that there may have been competing Falcons; one, Rositzke, an American trying to protect U.S. government secrets. The other? An unknown European (or Russian) character posing as an American official, and using the same alias of the Falcon, and trying to further disrupt U.S. intelligence.
The final words go to Encyclopedia.com, who stated of Rositzke: “After he retired, Rositzke spent his time on his cattle farm and wrote books about spy activities between the United States and the Soviets, always maintaining that secret intelligence agents helped to stabilize political relations by providing America with much-needed information.”
Most people who have an interest in UFOs will know how the controversial Majestic 12 documents surfaced. December 11, 1984 was a date destined to become infamous in the field of Ufology. On that day, a man named Jaime Shandera, who was a television producer at the time, received in the mail a thick, manila envelope. It was postmarked Albuquerque, New Mexico and lacked a return address. At the time, Shandera was working closely with Bill Moore – a writer who had spent a lot of time trying to uncover the true story of the Roswell “UFO crash” of July 1947. Greg Bishop says in his 2005 book Project Beta: “two more envelopes were inside, each enclosed within the next like Russian dolls.” Bishop added: “From the third one, a 35mm roll of film rolled out of a black canister. When developed, the black-and-white film revealed two sequences of eight pictures each – pictures of something that would pass into history as the notorious ‘MJ-12 document’ or ‘Presidential Briefing Papers.'” Those papers appeared to be nothing less than decades-old, highly-classified papers on a Top Secret program of the U.S. government. Those same papers revolved around crashed saucers, dead aliens, autopsies of extraterrestrial creatures, and a secret agency/think-tank known as Majestic 12. For the next few years, Moore and Shandera dug deep into the Majestic 12 papers. And, in 1987, they went public with the papers. The controversy began. And, more than thirty years later, those documents are still talked about. But, here’s the most important question of all: what was it that led Shandera and Moore to receive that roll of film? To answer that important question, we have to go back a few years earlier. That’s when it all really started.
In September 1980 – while promoting his newly-published book (with Charles Berlitz) The Roswell Incident – Moore took part in a number of radio-based interviews around the United States. At the end of one such interview, a secretary told Moore there was someone on the line who wanted to speak privately with Moore. The voice at the other end belonged to a colonel who was stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, which is located in Sarpy County, Nebraska. The man said to Moore: “We think you’re the only one we’ve heard that seems to know what he’s talking about.” The colonel desired a meeting. And soon, too. Moore scribbled down the colonel’s number, promising to get back in touch as soon as possible. The proactive colonel didn’t wait for Moore to reach him, however. Instead, he contacted Moore – for a second time. Once again, the man trotted out those same sixteen words: “We think you’re the only one we’ve heard that seems to know what he’s talking about.” By now, Moore was more than intrigued. A meeting was quickly arranged. The pair was to rendezvous in an Albuquerque restaurant, one which was on Moore’s journey home, for good food and – hopefully – enlightening conversation. The mysterious informant was described by Moore as being elderly and gaunt. Greg Bishop said the man had a “hint of an Eastern European accent.” From that day on, the wizened old man would become known to Moore as the “Falcon.”
Greg Bishop says that, “…[Moore’s] new acquaintance told [him] that he represented a group of intelligence agents in the U.S. Government who were tired of the secrecy surrounding the UFO subject and were eager to release more accurate information to the public. They wanted to do this through a reputable researcher. He would be given small bites of the story over time, and could do with it as he wished. Would Moore be interested in participating in such a program?” Yes, Moore was interested. Very much so. But, there was the matter of a certain unholy alliance that Moore knew he would have to enter into; like it or not. He knew that if he didn’t play the game, then his chance of getting to the heart of what Uncle Sam knew of UFOs and aliens – dead, alive or even both – would irreversibly slip out of his grip. So, Moore agreed to do whatever had to be done. Everything soon took off. In the early 1980s, Moore found himself periodically on the receiving end of instructions to travel to certain locations around the United States, where he would meet with anonymous, insider-type characters, including, yet again, the Falcon.
On each occasion, seemingly highly-classified material on UFOs was handed over to Moore – always in manila envelopes and in various, widespread places. Those locations included a motel-room in upstate New York, and a certain building in the heart of Los Angeles, California. On one occasion, in April 1983, a friend of Moore, Nic Magnuson, picked up a collection of documents for Moore at Seattle, Washington’s Sea-Tac International Airport. The handover was made by “a short, elderly, balding man” who gave to Magnuson a newspaper that contained hidden within its pages one of those priceless manila envelopes. The collective documentation referred to such enigmas as “Project Aquarius,” “MJ12 [an alternative term for Majestic 12],” “communications with aliens,” even to decisions taken by elite figures in the domain of intelligence-gathering to keep the White House firmly out of the ufological loop. A secret that was so astounding that not even the president of the United States could be told the truth? Possibly, yes.
For Moore there was very little doubt the papers amounted to absolute dynamite. If they were true, that is. That was the biggest issue of all: were they genuine? Or, was Moore being used by people in the intelligence community; manipulative characters who were trying to push Moore away from his significant Roswell research and further down a pathway filled with questionable document upon questionable document? The questions were valid ones. It would not be long at all before Jaime Shandera would receive the Majestic 12 documents that caused so much controversy – and for so many years.
Was Space Force delayed nearly 20 years to facilitate a S pace Pearl Harbor?
Was Space Force delayed nearly 20 years to facilitate a Space Pearl Harbor?
The recently established United States Space Force is widely considered to be the brainchild of President Donald Trump, which has subsequently aroused suspicion, if not outright opposition, by those believing it to be a grandiose vanity project with no genuine national security significance.
However, the first proposal for a Space Force dates back to a bipartisan "Space Commission" established during the Clinton administration that delivered a detailed report on January 11, 2001, recommending a new military space service to be called "Space Corps".
The chief goal of the Space Corps would be to prevent a future "Space Pearl Harbor".
On September 10, 2001, Rumsfeld appeared on live television, saying that the Pentagon could not account for 2.3 trillion dollars in the fiscal year 1999. This was money that could not be tracked by the Pentagon Inspector General, who had described similar anomalies with the Pentagon budget in 1998 and 2000.
The missing 2.3 trillion dollars probably were used to finance a black budget space program.

However, the first proposal for a Space Force dates back to a bipartisan “Space Commission” established during the Clinton administration that delivered a detailed report on January 11, 2001, recommending a new military space service to be called “Space Corps”. The chief goal of the Space Corps would be to prevent a future “Space Pearl Harbor”.
What is even more intriguing in tracking the historical origin of Space Force is that the Space Commission was headed by Donald Rumsfeld, a former Secretary of Defense (1975-1977), who has a mysterious history in UFO investigations, the study and reverse engineering of captured extraterrestrial technologies, and in recruiting individuals for secret space programs. Rumsfeld’s leadership of the Space Commission, and his second appointment as Secretary of Defense (2001-2006) under President George Bush, led to Commission members believing that legislation for creating a Space Force was imminent.
What happened eight months later completely derailed any hope for prospective legislation creating a Space Corps, the September 11 attack, which evidence suggests was a false flag attack orchestrated by the Deep State. Only a day earlier, Rumsfeld had admitted on live T.V. that the Pentagon couldn’t properly account for a missing 2.3 trillion dollars. This had led to much speculation whether one of the motivations for the September 11 attack was to prevent serious investigations into the missing trillions.
Given Rumsfeld’s leadership role in proposing the creation of a Space Corps, his subsequent second appointment as Secretary of Defense, and his exposure of the missing trillions, a question that can be asked is whether another key purpose of the Deep State in launching the September 11 attack, was to stop the creation of a Space Corps? If so, then it appears that a Space Pearl Harbor is a scenario that the Deep State has been facilitating since at least 2001, and they were laying the groundwork for U.S. officials acknowledging such a threat while effectively doing nothing to prevent it.
The Report opens by affirming that its members were appointed in a bipartisan basis by the ranking members from both parties sitting on the Armed Services committees of the House of Representatives and Senate. It concentrated on space security and emphasized the importance of preventing a “Space Pearl Harbor” from a major adversary:
“An attack on elements of U.S. space systems during a crisis or conflict should not be considered an improbable act. If the U.S. is to avoid a “Space Pearl Harbor” it needs to take seriously the possibility of an attack on U.S. space systems. The nation’s leaders must assure that the vulnerability of the United States is reduced and that the consequences of a surprise attack on U.S. space assets are limited in their effects.” Space Commission Report, pp. viii-ix
In order to fully prepare for future contingencies in space, and any surprise attacks, the Commission report called for the establishment of a “Space Corps” as a new military service within the Department of the Air Force that would later evolve into a separate department:
“A Space Corps within the Department of the Air Force may be an appropriate model in its own right or a useful way station in the evolution toward a Space Department. One model is the Army Air Force’s relationship to the Army during World War II. Existing Air Force space forces, facilities, units and personnel, and military space missions could be transferred to a Corps. A Space Corps could have authority for acquisition and operation of space systems, perhaps to include both DoD and Intelligence Community systems, while leveraging existing Air Force logistics and support functions.” (Space Commission Report, p.81)
What’s surprising here is the remarkable similarity in what the Commission recommended, with President Trump’s proposal for a Space Force that was presented 18 years later.
In Space Policy Directive-4, issued on February 19, 2019, Trump declared:
“the Department of Defense shall take actions under existing authority to marshal its space resources to deter and counter threats in space, and to develop a legislative proposal to establish a United States Space Force as a sixth branch of the United States Armed Forces within the Department of the Air Force. This is an important step toward a future military department for space.”
This two-step evolutionary process is an important clue that Space Force was not merely a spontaneous creation of Trump’s that appeared to be the case the first time it was raised by him in a “not really serious” manner at a speech at USMC Miramar Air Station in March 2018:
My new national strategy for space recognizes that space is a war-fighting domain just like the land, air and sea. We may even have a Space Force.… You know, I was saying it the other day cause we’re doing a tremendous amount of work in space. I said ‘maybe we need a new force, we’ll call it the space force.’ And I was not really serious, and then I said ‘what a great idea, maybe we’ll have to do that.’
The similarities between Trump’s Space Policy Directive-4 and the Space Commission Report 18 years earlier suggest that Trump was briefed by those familiar with the Report and the idea of a military space service still had serious backing within the Pentagon.
It’s important to emphasize the critical role played by Rumsfeld, who was appointed Chairman of the Commission, making its recommendations for a Space Corps. Rumsfeld’s importance is outlined by the reporter John Tirpak, who wrote about the Space Commission report for Air Force Magazine on March 1, 2001:
Over the past decade, military space has generated a stream of reports from blue-ribbon panels. However, the recommendations of this one could carry considerable weight because its chairman, Donald H. Rumsfeld, has become Secretary of Defense…. Rumsfeld resigned as chairman of the panel when President Bush tapped him to head the Pentagon, a scant two weeks before the commission published its final Report. However, the Report is said to reflect much of Rumsfeld’s thinking on space organization issues and could well serve as a blueprint for reorganization of military space.
Rumsfeld’s role led to General Ronald Fogelman, a newly retired USAF Chief of Staff (1994 -1997) and prominent member of the 2001 Space Commission publicly stating the creation of a Space Corps was imminent:
The commission’s chairman-Donald Rumsfeld-is now the Secretary of Defense, and so military space issues are fresh in his mind, said Fogleman. He added that some sort of restructuring likely will happen soon.
“If I were a betting man, I would bet you that in the [Defense Department] legislative proposal that comes to the Hill this year, this will be in there,” Fogleman said.
In my 2003 Black Budget Report, I explained how the missing trillions were part of a massive CIA run unofficial black budget created to fund a second Manhattan Project – a vast number of Unacknowledged Special Access Programs involving research and development of retrieved extraterrestrial technologies.
Rumsfeld said in his interview that he would wage a bureaucratic war to bring about changes to properly track money flowing through the Pentagon.
Rumsfeld’s remarkable admission was overshadowed the next day by the September 11 attack. His admission raises a number of possible explanations for this sequence of events and the effective shelving of a Space Corps for years to come.
One explanation is that Rumsfeld was among a group of “White Hats” wanting to expose or redirect some of the black budget money flowing through the Pentagon to fund new projects such as his proposed Space Corps that would prevent a future Space Pearl Harbor.
A second explanation is that Rumsfeld was a “Black Hat” fully briefed about the upcoming false flag attack and wanted to release the news about the missing trillions at a time when it would be completely overshadowed by the upcoming false flag attack and the global war on terror that would subsequently dominate the Bush administration.
Finally, Rumsfeld was a “Gray Hat” who had to simultaneously play the conflicting roles of running the Pentagon’s global war on terror, which effectively prevented a Space Corps being created, while behind the scenes doing what was possible to nurture the idea of a future Space Corps.
The latter explanation is strengthened by the circumstances surrounding Rumsfeld’s sacking on December 18, 2016, due to him backing successive troop withdrawals from Iraq, and opposition to the surge recommended by senior military advisors that was implemented by his successor, Robert Gates, in January 2007.
Whatever the precise relationship between Rumsfeld, the missing trillions, funding a Space Corps, and the September 11 attacks are, one thing is clear. The subsequent war on terror led to Pentagon prioritizing funding for military interventions throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Potential funding for the creation of a Space Corps was shelved, and it was resurrected nearly two decades later by President Trump.
In the meantime, China has secretly built a large Space Navy which will soon be capable of conducting the Space Pearl Harbor envisaged in the 2001 Space Commission report. China’s secret Space Navy was revealed by Lt General Steven Kwast (USAF ret.) in a September 2019 lecture:
China is our competition. Russia is our competition. They see the power of the economy of space … and they are rushing to that future…. China has already built the organization, and has the strategy, the doctrine and the technology, and the builders for their guardian force in space. They are building a navy in space with the equivalent of battleships and destroyers that will be able to maneuver and kill and communicate with dominance.
Will Space Force be funded and expanded in time to prevent such an attack from occurring? Will it be able to successfully integrate a small but highly advanced number of antigravity spacecraft that were part of a USAF secret space program developed and deployed in the 1970s?
Currently, the U.S. Congress has not passed defense appropriations bills necessary for funding new projects envisaged by Space Force for 2021. The delay has led to a rebuke of the Congressional delay by the Chief of Space Operations, General Jay Raymond, who is concerned that new Space Force projects will be delayed well into 2021.
Is this Congressional delay yet another stratagem by the Deep State to slow down the roll out of Space Force in order to facilitate a debilitating Space Pearl Harbor strike by China and/or another major adversary in the near future?

Dark Outpost: American Whistleblower On UFO Program The Majestic 12
The Majestic 12 is a purported organization that appears in UFO conspiracy theories. The organization is claimed to be the code name of an alleged secret committee of scientists, military leaders, and government officials, formed in 1947 by an executive order by U.S. President Harry S. Truman to facilitate recovery and investigation of alien spacecraft. The concept originated in a series of supposedly leaked secret government documents first circulated by ufologists in 1984.
Upon examination, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) declared the documents to be “completely bogus”, and many ufologists consider them to be an elaborate hoax. But in our continuing conversation with patriot whistleblower John Carman, he reveals the truth about MJ-12, the UFO cover-up by our government, and a possible connection to the COVID-19 vaccination.
