The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO's are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Dear Readers: if you are sending emails to me I spent the day reading them and I have over 24,808 left to read in multiple languages. If I do not answer your query I apologize but I feel it is more important to write these files.

Lt. Colonel Talks about Investigating and Debunking UFO Sightings

Recently at the International UFO Congress, an ex-fighter pilot approached Open Minds Antonio Huneeus and asked to share his story. Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Dick French's 27 years of military experience has taken him around the world. Hes flown fighter jets in Vietnam and Korea, operated in military intelligence, and been exposed to some of our nations biggest secrets. His career started in the AFOSI (Air Force Office of Special Investigations) where he would conduct stakeouts to remove personnel who were breaking the military's code of conduct.

French then moved on to pilot training school and later was put in the 6004s Air Intelligence Security Squadron where it was his duty to investigate any reported UFO sighting. He would collect any photographic evidence, question witnesses on the size and shape of the object, its estimated capability, and any other occurrences that surround the sighting. In the end though, French claims that his superiors told him to debunk these sightings however he could. This position also allowed him to travel to many interesting UFO hot spots while meeting high-ranking officials; he even claims to have met Colonel Philip Corso.

While were still investigating French's background, we do know that he was in the AFOSI, and part of his duties was to debunk UFO sightings and occurrences. Chile: Retired General Declares "UFOs Exist"

General Ricardo Bermudez (Ret.), Director of the Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (CEFAA, in Spanish) explained yesterday in statements made to Chiles Radio Cooperative that his team has indeed witnessed UFOs, that they exist and are being investigated in accordance with their mission, but that these objects do not necessarily include "little green extraterrestrials" inside them.

"A specific case took place in Punta Arenas late last year, where the radar picked up an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) and the air traffic controller told the airplane that it had said UFO in front of him at a distance of four miles, which is equivalent to three steps away for a person on land, and the pilot indeed saw it," said Bermudez.

On that occasion, explains the General, after being picked up on radar, the air traffic controller sent out a warning to the unknown aircraft, and the pilot also witnessed, along with ground personnel at Porvenir and another air traffic controller.

"This is one of the most solid cases in our files, and its an objective one, because one can say that a pilot may be confused by clouds, or that people on the ground could hallucinate at any given moment, but here we have witnesses plus instrumentation," argues Bermudez.

"The anomalous aerial phenomenon described as unidentified flying object exists, is present here and all over the world, but it must be understood within scientific etymology. The term unidentified flying object is employed and the immediate thought that comes to mind is "flying saucer with little green aliens", which is not at all correct."

New Area 51 Pyramid 

The Air Force's infamous super secret base at Groom Lake, Nevada—also known as "Area 51" or "Dreamland"—has just finished constructing a massive desert pyramid. It could be a radar site but speculation suggests it may tie into the network of ancient pyramids worldwide and draw upon alien technology to absorb the rippling dimensional energies to power?

Pyramids some are thought to be alien? Scientists in China and Russia think so. Now, it seems the hidden technology of those ancient structures is being activated as massive pyramids around the globe are shooting pulsing streams of raw energy deep into space. What is their purpose? Are they really conduits of cosmic energy as some have claimed? Were some pyramids actually designed by aliens that created a worldwide network of advanced city-states based on their super science? Who really knows? Well, maybe the United States Air Force knows. 

Pyramid technology is ancient and global. Fantastic pyramids have been discovered beneath the twisted growth of South American jungles, the ocean's floors, on high plateaus and desolate deserts. Hundreds were built in Tibet and China allegedly by blue eyed, white skinned blonde aliens.

Some who've researched these ancient silent stone sentinels are convinced that at least a few of the mighty structures are actually advanced machines—machines engineered to accomplish purposes so vast that the energies unleashed could dwarf today's most advanced technology.

With the recent astonishing activity of Aztec and Mayan pyramids, and the giant pyramid in Bosnia, the hypothesis that some of the ancient structures are machines suddenly appears entirely credible.   World's Pyramids Beaming Energy to Mysterious Space Cloud] 

Dr. Demetriev has revealed that both Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 probes reported the entire solar system is at risk. Worse, Merav Opher, a NASA Heliophysics Guest Investigator from George Mason University claims this interstellar energy cloud is unstable and turbulent.

The Russian scientist further asserts this photonic cloud of energy is exciting the atmospheres of the planets and especially our sun. As this interstellar energy cloud continues to excite and interact with the sun, it causes the sun to become more active, resulting in greater output and instability.

This master engineer shows how the Great Pyramid possibly created a harmonic resonance with the Earth, allowing this crystal edifice to convert the Earth's vibrational energies into an unlimited supply of electricity.

Explorer, researcher and author, Christopher Dunn wrote, "The Giza Power Plant: Technologies of Ancient Egypt." After that landmark article, Dunn went on to publish many articles expanding his theory and his breakthrough book. Dunns book caused instant controversy, although it intrigued many scientists. While his perspective on ancient technology was dramatic, it was also testable.

More than one researcher, including some electrical engineers, have made the case that some of the more ancient pyramids are actually gigantic machines that generate power. Some have even built models that prove their contention that pyramidal structures are natural reservoirs of energy and can act as huge capacitors and generators of electricity. 

Among the first to propose the theory was  Christopher Dunn. He introduced the theory to the world with his article Advanced Machining in Ancient Egypt that revealed machining techniques far more sophisticated than most orthodox Egyptologists realized.

One such model was built by an engineer from Austria named Trawger. When scaled up to sizes equaling large pyramids found around the world the power increases exponentially and could produce gig watts, or the equivalent of small nuclear reactors without the risks. Evidence exists that some of the energy that accumulates within pyramids may be hyper dimensional in nature. Some researchers suspect that pyramid energy vortices are creating torsion fields and generating scalar waves. If so, directed HAARP scalar waves can intensify a pyramids power and vastly increase the release of torsion field energy. 

Recently, Chinese scientists have activated a special team that has been studying the great Xianyang pyramid that sits near Mount Baigong in the western province of Qinghai, China. Giant machines capable of generating incredible amounts of energyare they really possible? The evidence suggests (Mysterious Xianyang pyramid) that it is, and if so it raises the question: to what purpose will all that energy be put? The Chinese think their famous flat-topped pyramid was used many thousands of years ago as a landing airport.

A generator that may be able to pump out mega joules of energy can be used for almost anything: opening doorways to other universes, climate manipulationeven as a planetary defense system against careening space rocks or incoming attacking alien armadas. If true—and there's strong circumstantial evidence that at least some of the allegations made  by Bob Lazar and others that the USAF top-secret test base is hip deep in ET artifacts and technology.

Then some of that technology must require a charge-up to power the unearthly devices. 

The Chinese scientists may be on to something. For if the pyramid in Qinghai truly was erected to power up extraterrestrial spacecraft, then the USAF may require something similar when their scientists and engineers reach the stage in the decades-long project to back-engineer unworldly technology that's allegedly stumped some of the world's best thinkers for more than two generations. 

If the USAF reached the stage where they need a massive, alien-designed, power base they would more than likely build a pyramidal structure very much like the one in China. The USAF version also appears to have some upgrades compared to the ancient Chinese version. In particular a square receptacle that sits in the middle of the flattened top of the Area 51 pyramid. For more than 20 years UFO activity has been regularly spotted in and around Groom Lake. Strange craft have been seen hovering and maneuvering nearby. Two Million Dead fish and birds in July

Dead fish and birds falling from the sky are being reported worldwide, suddenly. This is not a local affair, obviously. Dead birds have been reported in Sweden and N America, and dead fish in N America, Brazil, and New Zealand. Methane is known to cause bird dead, and as methane rises when released during Earth shifting, will float upward through the flocks of birds above. But can this be the cause of dead fish?

If birds are more sensitive than humans to methane release, fish are likewise sensitive to changes in the water, as anyone with an aquarium will attest. Those schools of fish caught in rising methane bubbles during sifting of rock layers beneath them will inevitably be affected. Fish cannot, for instance, hold their breath until the emergency passes! Nor do birds have such a mechanism. Since 2010, beaches worldwide are littered with dead sea life. Birds and fish are dying in masses which were never recorded before. These events occur worldwide in ponds, rivers and oceans.

Many of these events are still a mystery for scientists. And why would Sweden have clouds of methane being released when it is not even on a fault line? Nor is Brazil on a fault line, though New Zealand and the New Madrid region in Arkansas are. We have often stated that the plates have had the rock fingers preventing movement along their edges broken off, so they have become slippery. The stress is evident on all plates, which are shifting around, internally, under the strain. Thus methane, so poisonous to birds and fish, is being released. 

Droughts had become more intractable and deluges positively frightening, temperature swings bringing snow in summer in the tropics and searing heat in Arctic regions, with the violence of storms increasing in number and ferocity. 
Hurricane force winds will sweep the Earth and every region of the globe will emerge with warmer climate. Consumers can expect the worst US drought in 50 years to increase food prices. Expect milk, eggs, bread and chicken to rise in price due to the drought.

India Blackout 600 Million People Affected

NEW DELHI Indias electricity grids suffered another massive failure Tuesday, July 31, 2012, the second in two days, and frustrating commuters, stranding coal miners and leaving more than 600 million people without lights, rail service or air conditioning in 90-degree heat.

R.K. Nayak, chairman of the Power Grid Corporation told reporters that the problem was difficult to pinpoint given the networks complexity. The massive outage -- billed as one of the worlds largest, affecting half of India's 1.2 billion people. Nearly twice as many people were affected by Tuesdays failure as were without power Monday. Some 350 trains were affected.

UFO Sightings in the United States

Arizona Disc

Carefree -- My UFO story was in 1967, and since then I dont think I ever have slept thru the night. Anyway I was down in the kitchen and for some reason looked out the back door window and there as clear as you could make it was a huge round disc hovering over the field behind the house -- about 1000 yards back. I really thought I was seeing things so the next morning early I decided that I would walk the dog over to where I saw this thing. I just meander over casually walking my Basset Hound to see if there was any evidence of a disc landing there? When I got there, there were about 8 other neighbors there. We all hemmed and stuttered around until we all admitted to each other why we were there -- every one of them had seen what I had seen. Some at seen the disc out their front windows, bedroom windows etc.  We all knew others would tell us we were crazy.

Here in Carefree, the huge thing now known as the Phoenix lights went over. That was either a huge experimental aircraft that the government says we don't have or it was a UFO of some kind. It was huge and darkened the sky as it went slowly across the state from north to south.  You should read the book about it.

I do enjoy Filer's Files.  My only take on the secrecy is that for years since 1980, governments worldwide have made the decision that the ordinary man in the street would panic. Sometimes I think that the broadcast by Orson Wells was some kind of a test to see what people would do. Thanks to Barbara

California Miniature UFO

MODESTO -- Over the past year and a half I have experienced various imagery in my bedroom in the early morning hours before sunrise. Until about a month ago, the images all looked like holograms. They were usually actively moving around but they didnt look solid. For the first year I didnt know if this was my imagination. However a few months ago in the middle of a two or three night episode I looked out the window and there

were two triangle shaped craft hovering nearly directly above our apartment building. The same thing happened a week later. So, Im convinced that these two years of indoor image displays are being delivered by some sort of Alien intelligence.

This report describes my second experience with something appearing near my bedroom ceiling that looked 100% solid and 3D. It was a triangle of rainbow light with swirling colors like the surface of a soap bubble. Next a little spaceship materialized from the triangle of light coming out of a headlight at the tip end of the spaceship. The object then turned toward me, slowly floating off the ceiling. I glanced away for a second and then back, it was gone. It was all white but had some other color around the edges of the fins. From head-on, the headlight was a very pretty light blue color like a glowing turquoise. The next morning, I made a detailed drawing of the ship which I have attached to this report. Connecticut Light

Monroe On July 29, 2012, I went outside to check on my pool filter and noticed a very bright orange light in the northwest sky. It made no sound and varied in brightness from very bright to very dim. It moved in an erratic circular motion then it seemed to fade away. I ran into the house get my wife and my camera but the light had disappeared/

I walked up my street and the light reappeared and I took this picture with my old Olympus digital camera D-580. The object rose out of sight. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Delaware Lights

Bremen I saw an unusually bright orange to yellow light from wingtip to wingtip on July 27, 2012. At first, I thought it was a plane, and tried to take a photo at sunset, but it was too dark. It came closer and I ran for the 8 power magnifying hunting glass. Through the glasses, it had the size of a 2 EURO coin. To my big surprise there were no more lights - and no wings. It was a round dark gray flat disc. It definitely lost a lot of height between first spotting the bright light and the flyover. 

I heard was some sort of humming like of a generator in the distance.
I don't know any disc shaped planes and all planes still have visible lights when they fly over me. I checked flight radar and there was no matching aircraft registered for that time period and flight path (west to east). Thanks to MUFON CMS

Illinois Rectangle

Moline -- I saw two very bright lights about 3:30 AM in the east. I watched and they appeared to be moving. I am a commercial pilot and also an air traffic controller at (IL) airport and figured it to be the early morning flight from Peoria to Moline. But this was moving way too slowly for an aircraft and it was way too early for the 6 AM, flight. I watched as this object moved toward my location silently. It moved closer and appeared to be about 500 feet above ground level.

It flew directly over the top of my truck and continued northwest very slowly. I was so awe struck; I just watched in amazement and never thought of getting a camera. I told the guys at the coffee shop and they laughed. I asked an early sales rep in the store if she had seen anything strange. She replied "You mean like LIGHTS, yes, I saw them?"This object appeared rectangular and 300 yards long. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Oneida On May 16, 2005, 3:30 AM, Joan comments, "My husband and I witnessed a rectangle of enormous size in 2009, sitting stationary on a ridge, in association with other UFO and Electromagnetic activity. It was revealed to us by a slight mist which emanated from an object slightly below it, which had displayed highly anomalous behavior. The mist started at the western edge of the object, and then moved horizontally to reveal its solid, gray structure.

Once the object was revealed in the wake of the mist, we were afforded a long, detailed view of it. It sat horizontally on the ridge, and was divided by perpendicular lines revealing five sections. It was a gun-metal gray, with no lights. Then the mist appeared at the eastern edge and moved back west, the rectangle disappearing in its wake." Indiana Lights

He sent me dozens of photographs of UFO that he has filmed over the last six months. As many as ten or more UFOs can be seen on some nights. They mostly hover but can be seen maneuvering, spin around, or go straight up. They usually come from the southeast heading northwest. Thanks to Richard Bondira

Kentucky Light

LEXINGTON On July 21, 2012, at 4 AM, four people saw a stationary light that looked like Venus. It was hovering, then moved northwest, and disappeared in the night sky. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Missouri Sphere

KANSAS CITY -- My partner and I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette before going to bed on July 8, 2012. I noticed the super brilliant Orange/Red spherical object just over the rooftop flying west. Orb/object was surrounded with a conical iridescence, possibly ionization from the atmosphere, which varied in shape aft of the object.

  Initially the object was the size of a "BB" held at arms length. Altitude was 30-40,000 feet and moved too slowly to be meteoric and too low to be a satellite. I have uploaded my Photo Shop rendering of the object.

New Hampshire

Meredith On July 17, 2012, severe storms moved through Belknap County and decided to chase them to take pictures and videos. At 7:15 pm I drove up Corliss Hill facing south and took video of the storm. Later when viewing the videos on July 21, frame-by-frame to capture lightning images something caught my eye on the video.

It started on the left of the mid screen of the sky on the video; a dark grayish cylinder shape objects flying at an angle towards the top of the video. Four frames were caught. Frame by frame shows the cylinder object. The only explanation I have is that I caught a UFO on my camera. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Jersey Weird Scaring and Discs

OCEAN COUNTY -- Weird things have been happening on the 15th of July 2012, when I woke up with a sore jaw. On July 16th I was going to take a shower and noticed a scar on the inside of my belly button. I remember waking up and being surprised I was sleeping in the car. I need someone to help me figure this out. The same thing happened to my mom, but she seen figures. Thanks to MUFON CMS

NESCO -- Driving down a back road in the Pine Barrens, my girlfriend and I saw two glowing disc-shaped objects/lights about 7 to 10 inches in diameter. They came into view from far upper right and descended to four feet off the ground on July 16, 2012. During the descent, they closed from ten feet apart to headlight distance apart. They seemed to be spinning, moving rapidly toward the car at automobile speed. Then when I thought I was about to hit a ghost car head on and went for the brakes, these lights seemed to go through the car, leaving a physical and mental feeling that I really hit something (or more like it went through us). It felt like a wave went through our bodies and almost felt like we died for a second.

Ive been trying to find any sort of logical explanation, but I have nothing. Thanks to MUFON CMS

North Carolina Lights

APEX -- My friends and I were setting off fireworks in a parking lot. One of my friends pointed to the sky and we all saw three lights in a perfect triangle formation. The triangle appeared to be rotating off-axis silently. The triangle stayed in the same spot for about five minutes and then started slowly moving. Each light slowly disappeared. Ohio Light

COLUMBUS On July 28, 2012, first it was looking like a small star going in a straight line and suddenly started glowing orange and yellow. It had a strange glow that changed colors and then after a couple of minutes it just vanished. Thanks to MUFON CMS

PORTLAND On Saturday evening, July 7, 2012, I was shooting some jet airliners, I caught something special.

 Pennsylvania Lights

Gap -- Last night, July 29th, 2012. I was traveling eastbound on US Route 30. I was driving when I saw 6-7 large "fireballs" traveling towards me. I knew pretty quickly these were not airplanes, due to how they were grouped together and I have been in this area for 12 years and I am accustomed to the airplanes that travel in this area. They were a bright burning red color that was constant that did not dim or flash.

I pulled over on the side of the road and began filming with my IPhone 4GS. The first four were traveling in two pairs and the others were traveling in singles behind. The objects started to align in a triangle, then a straight line before disappearing. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Texas Triangle

Shamrock -- I put Travis County and Austin in the location fields of the form at the request of the field investigator (Robert Powell). A friend who attended college picked me up on November 20, 2000. It was at dusk near I-40 when I noticed the object moving northeast. As we got within two miles it was crossing the highway ahead of us, and we could tell that it was moving very slowly.

We saw it was not a conventional aircraft, and had blue lights at each point of the triangle. The lights were steadily glowing as it flew by at 35 mph, at 1,000 feet in altitude. We had never seen anything like it before. It was probably 400 yards across at least. Other people in cars were standing outside watching. We eventually lost sight of it. I found this picture that is similar but the object we saw was much larger. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Utah Cylinder

SALT LAKE CITY Mothership videotaped over city on July 13, 2012. A cylinder shaped object was seen over the city once again.

Virginia Flying Object

Winchester -- I took this picture of some old cars on a new used car lot that has collectible cars on May 25, 2012. It was not until later that I noticed the object in the top of the photo. I was looking through my phone pictures after I had downloaded them to the computer. That is when I noticed it. I guess the smaller screen on the Droid phone did not show it as clear. It appears to be something since it has shadows. There is also a weird white area to the left that maybe a trail.

Washington Flying Objects

Lakewood I saw two flying objects with glowing orange-yellow center orbs surrounded by a bright red neon slow pulsating triangular shape on July 28, 2012, at 10:10 PM.

The objects were identical and were traveling east towards Mt Rainier about 30 seconds apart. Both followed the same exact path at about 2,500 feet just below the cloud line. They flew up into broken clouds and disappeared into space. I have never seen anything of this magnitude.

UFO sightings in Australia are on the rise, and international studies indicate a growing number of 'closet believers' of extraterrestrial life, according to people who track such phenomena. But people who come forward to report sightings are still pilloried by much of society.

The issue emerged again last week after a video of an alleged UFO sighting over the NSW south coast was posted on YouTube and raised a few skeptics eyebrows.

It was no surprise to UFO investigator Doug Moffett, who has been delving into the authenticity of sightings across Australia for more than 20 years.

"Thats the way it is usually treated in the media - like this fun topic to laugh at, rather than being treated as a scientific possibility," the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying.

Moffett, part of the UFO Research NSW group, pointed to the fact that there were an estimated 100 billion stars in our galaxy and planets that were billions of years older than ours as reason enough to validate the search for extraterrestrial life.

"What Im trying to achieve is for people to not knee-jerk dismiss things," he said.

Central Coast grandmother Jane Pooley hardly fits the stereotype of a UFO believer. But the 51-year-old says she saw one last week.

She described watching a craft with rotating lights moving silently above Brisbane Water, near where she lives - an area recognized as one of Australias UFO hotspots.

Canada Orbs

TORONTO -- Attached is one of consecutive pictures I took from my IPhone on February 20 2012 at 4:09 PM. In the picture there is a light "figure." The figure is also in the first one. I hope you find them interesting.

China Smoke

Li Hue, a tourist, said she saw a luminous flying object hovering low in the sky at 3:42 pm on Sunday in July when a photographer was taking her picture at a viewing platform in the park. Li was quoted by Harbin Daily as saying she looked back after taking a picture and saw a floating, shiny object. But the flying object was taken in a picture by Wu Chunyan, who also saw the UFO. The photo clearly shows a luminous object. Workers Sun Yan and Li Hui also saw the UFO on Sunday. Sun Li, a forest worker witnessed a bright object with gaseous columns on both sides, at around 8 pm the same day.

Skeptical of the reports is Zhu Jin, curator of Beijing Planetarium, who has been studying UFO reports for years. He said he believes that the flying object was a winged insect as he saw the wings. Harbin Daily reported that the photographer used "forced flash" when taking the picture, meaning the camera's flash was used despite strong lighting in the background.

Last year, worker Meng saw a UFO land on the hillside. He said, "I was suddenly pushed back (when I got close to the object) just as if I was receiving an electric shock. Meng said, "I saw a being from outer space and as it got closer, my house became extraordinarily bright who looked just like us human beings". Maniago On July 26 2012, at 10 pm, I was sitting in the yard sky gazing when I saw a bright orange/red light which looked like a greeting card image of a star. I looked through 8x binoculars and instead of rays, it seemed to be surrounded by an orange haze. The haze seemed to be circular but off centered and appeared to slowly rotate. The object was slowly moving towards me. After another minute it slowly dimmed and went out. In the binoculars I could still see a faint orange haze for another 2 minutes but not visible to the naked eye. I took two videos of the sighting using a simple Cannon A1200 Power Shot digital camera.

New Zealand Letter and Photo

Sure, youre not seeing things, but why do "They" look so different in optical behavior, i.e., sharpness, sometimes in"2D", or visible in only one frame of a fast video sequence?

Our research reveals that it is not they that create these effects, but our own biological attributes, parameters and imitations. Don`t overlook our latent neural possibilities. We are onto that as well. Learn "About us" firstly, then we can devise, back-engineer the means, to "Take a proper look", at what we are all trying to know about. Wenton On August 1, 2012, I went outside to take photo of stars and upon review of my photo I saw the strange object. I looked up and it was changing direction and going fast. 

Upon editing of images managed to make out proper outline and shape. I have the original NEF images of both pictures. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Sweden Oval

Lund -- I was in the military service at that time. It was in January or February of 1979 and we were as scouts on a night mission and were in the countryside (Revenge), east of the city of Lund. We were six members of the scout group. We saw a very big oval sized object, which contained of a lot of small pulsating lights. It moved soundlessly and slowly moved from the first to the second Hurst. It was in the sky but it is hard to estimate the height of the UFO.

Some minutes after the UFO had disappeared, we saw a police car, in the middle of the night, in the countryside, drive by at high speed. Some days later I read in the Swedish newspaper that it probably was parts of a rocket - hmmm!!!!

UK Olympics UFO

July 27, 2012, during opening of the Olympics this disc was photographed. Two live video feeds from London at the fireworks display of the opening of the Summer Olympics captured a UFO drifting in from the left over the stadium. One is the UK Telegraph, and the other is the Sky News feed.

The UFO appears to be a large disk, perhaps in the shape of a hat with an upraised brim, and also a thick pellet. It remains as a hat for the
longest time, but also changes shading, as it is largely without color, although the fireworks in the foreground are in brilliant color. Then there
is footage the next day which shows a helicopter approaching a thick oval craft from the left. As the copter approaches, the craft changes from
light to dark to light to dark as if shimmering. It is much larger than the copter, apparently.

Michio Kaku - A Galactic Conversation?

In May, 2009, I was in England filming four episodes of the television series Ghost Cases. After we were done, my co-host Holly Stevens and I stayed in Europe for three weeks on vacation (England, Scotland and the Czech Republic). While in London, I attended a lecture by Dr. Michio Kaku at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) on the 28th of May, and took the opportunity to ask him a question about his view that we might be in the midst of an intergalactic conversation, and not even know it. More Time Wasted with National Geographic's "Chasing UFOs"

While at the two recent conferences in Reno and Las Vegas (see the previous Blog entry), I had occasion to explain to several people that the latest turd-TV offering from the National Geographic Channel, Chasing UFOs, had succeeded in doing something that never has been done before: UFO proponents and UFO skeptics all agree that the show is absurd, a travesty of "UFO investigation" that makes everyone look bad. Indeed, some UFO proponents think that because the show is so bad, it must be a government plot  to embarass UFO researchers!  Hard-core UFO proponent Robert Hastings quite appropriately says the show is "investigation as farce."  He says that its "entertainment-based formula may best be described as Blair Witch Project meets Inspector Clouseau. If the show’s producers are not secretly in cahoots with some intelligence agency to make legitimate UFO research look bad, by association, they have certainly achieved that outcome inadvertently."

Episode 3, "Alien Cowboys," is set in Colorado, where they begin by investigating the Tim Edwards UFO video of 1995.  The Chasers are suitably impressed by this video. So far as I know there has been no skeptical investigation of this video. Bruce Maccabee analyzed it, but came to no conclusions about what it is. "Abovetopsecret" user ALLisONE posted a photo comparing the "UFO" in Edwards' video to the sun's reflection on a spider-thread, and so far that's the best explanation I have seen. The changing shape and size of the object certainly suggests a reflection. The smaller white objects (baby UFOs?) are suggested by some to be insects, but to me they look like little dandelion "puffs", small seed packets being scattered in the wind.

They meet with Chuck Zukowski, who investigates alleged "cattle mutilations." I heard Zukowski speak at the International UFO Congress in February, and posted the following in a Blog entry of February 22:

The sessions began Wednesday morning with Chuck Zukowski talking about the joy of slicing up dead cattle that the aliens have already sliced and diced - that way, he can study their handiwork. He showed some gruesome photos, adding that he always brings his three kids when he investigates a mutilation, so that they can help out. He claims to sometimes detect substantial EMF fields emanating from mutilated cows, and speculates that it is a residual field from some alien device. I am wondering why the field does not dissipate away at the speed of light.

Zukowski explained that his website is www.ufonut.com, because this is what people call him. He said that mutilations seem to follow the cattle of certain ranchers, even if the rancher moves. I would think that what follows a rancher is the propensity to attribute slightly unusual predation patterns to extraterrestrials. He has discovered that mutilations and paranormal events are most common at 37 degrees north latitude, creating a belt of weird stuff running clear across the country. In the Q&A session, the question came up as to whether the aliens might be abducting cattle to create a race of "hybrid fetuses." Chuck thought that might be true. Can this be the explanation for the aliens' bizarre obsession with the nether parts of cattle - the creation of an alien/cattle hybrid? Now that truly bends the mind!

Somehow to me the image of Zukowski's three children romping about while he pores over a mutilated cow seemed delightfully surreal, but Chuck assures us in a comment below that his children are young adults, so their presence is surely more understandable. Soon it's time for the three Chasers, plus Zukowski, to put on the "prosthetic devices" and stumble around in the dark looking for mutilated cows, since it's obviously easier to find dead cows at night than when the sun is out. But just as they discover a herd of live cows from its infrared signature (guys, a dead cow won't radiate heat!), another near-encounter with a wild animal, this time a mountain lion, sends them scrambling back with no alien evidence.

They next visit UFO raconteur Stan Romanek, one of the least-credible persons in all UFOlogy. At this year's International UFO Congress I heard Romank deliver one of the most ridiculous talks on UFOs I'd ever heard. I posted:

Stan is the guy who became famous when he posted to YouTube a video of an alien peeping in his window. Soon others were posting alien Peeping Tom videos of their own, many of them better than Romanek's. He told about how he started to have sightings of UFOs a few years back, and soon they were following him around. Before long, big-headed aliens are playing peek-a-boo in the windows of his home. Then the ETs were replaced by as many as nine alien hybrid little girls, who intrude upon his telephone calls, and also play now-you-see-me-now-you-don't. One of them is Lisa's daughter from a previous UFO abduction. Stan gets a few not-quite-clear photos of strange-looking little girls, whose images probably have been Photoshopped to give them ET features.

Stan injured himself falling off a ladder, and was going to get corrective surgery. However, before the operation he was abducted by ETs, and his injury was miraculously healed, to the astonishment of his doctor. Before finishing his talk, he mentioned in passing that someone had anonymously mailed him actual photos of the true Roswell crash debris, and he flashed them tantalizingly on the screen. Stan Romanek is a one-man paranormal factory, and I suspect these wild claims will just keep piling up for many years.

Afterward while Romanek was at his table in the vendors' room (he and his wife now have three books of wild UFO claims), I introduced myself to him, and gave him my "Bad UFOs" card. I asked him why the aliens were following him around. We chatted very briefly when somebody (probably his wife) must have whispered, "don't talk to that guy." Suddenly it was, "I can't talk to you. You just bad-mouth people. Go away." I attempted to get a photo of him and his wife (others were doing so), but he turned his face away from me (how I regret not getting that image of Romanek avoiding the camera!). He said he'd have his lawyer sue me if I took a photo; I replied that was ridiculous, since he was a public figure in a public forum. So much for "UFO research!"

You guessed it: Romanek joins the UFO Chasers in their special Dark-Exploration Suits, and they stumble around not some desolate place, but in the suburban neighborhood where Romanek lives, looking for Extraterrestrials. I'm surprised they didn't have an Encounter with an ice cream truck. They don't find any ETs, but Ben spooks James by replicating the "peeping Tom alien" video, lying on the ground and holding up an alien mask.

In Episode 4, "UFO Landing Zone?", the UFO Chasers jump into "a race to investigate these [crash] claims." Well, it's only been 65 years since whatever it was happened at Roswell, so you'd better jump in before the trail grows cold. They stumble around in the dark, as usual, and get all excited over finding a piece of scrap metal, which only at the end is revealed to be "tin." Saucer debris, or the remains of some ranch hand's long-ago lunch? They also breathlessly find a military button, later identified as belonging to the U.S. Air Force. Too bad that the Air Force did not exist as a service until Sept. 18, 1947, more than two months after Roswell, and thus the button could not possibly have anything to do with any operation carried out in July of 1947. Roswell proponent Kevin Randle adds this about the button:

It seemed to be too good. The button I used for the photograph had not been buried, but only exposed to the open air for a couple of decades. It is tarnished to a bronze color. The button they found seemed to be nearly pristine. I would expect that if it had been buried for any length of time it would have degraded more than my button that had not.

What this tells me is that the National Geographic has gone the same way as the Arts and Entertainment Channel, Bravo, History Channel and a couple of others....The point is that National Geographic is now more about ratings than research. It is about audience share and entertainment and not about finding the truth, whatever that truth might be. It is about superficial research that avoids asking the difficult questions or asking those who might actually have an answer.

 Exactly right. Randle also checked with the White Sands Missile Range about the supposed UFO crash video presented by Ted Loman that we see repeated over and over, research that The UFO Chasers could not bother to do. He was told that it was part of “an infrared shot of a Navy missile test." Case Closed, but by Randle, not by The UFO Chasers. 


And yet at this very moment another TV production company is seeking to cast "a new docuseries following Alien and UFO Researchers and Investigators. The show would be similar in concept to Ghost Hunters -- except with UFO and Alien findings." They explain, "We are looking to follow an existing team of Investigators," not even realizing that there is no such thing. Are they doing this because they believe Chasing UFOs to be a great show, or will they do a decent job of investigating UFO claims? I'd like to be optimistic about the show, but as a realist I'd have to say that the odds are against it.

Notorious ‘Area 51′ book being adapted for television

AMC has ordered a pilot episode for a scripted dramatic television series about the secretive military installation in Nevada known as Area 51. And the basis for this show will be Annie Jacobsen’s book Area 51, an uncensored history of America’s TOP SECRET military base.

Jacobsen reportedly interviewed more than nineteen men who worked at Area 51 for her book that “explores the myths about the area and those who believe that region is home to aliens, underground tunnel systems and nuclear facilities, according to the Hollywood Reporter. This book, published in May 2011, met with harsh criticism because of many questionable assertions made by Jacobsen. Most notably was the inclusion of an explanation for what crashed near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. She claims an anonymous witness informed her that the craft recovered at Roswell was actually an advanced German aircraft, and that the bodies recovered from the crash were children that had been mutilated by infamous Nazi doctor Josef Mengele. This craft was allegedly ordered over the U.S. by Joseph Stalin, hoping to trick Americans into thinking it was an extraterrestrial spacecraft, which would result in a mass panic similar to the one caused by the 1938 radio broadcast of H.G. Wells’ The War of the Worlds. Many doubt the veracity of this Roswell story, including ABC reporter Bill Weir. Weir also interviewed this anonymous witness, but says the witness asserts he did not make all of the claims laid out in the book. The former Area 51 employees interviewed by Jacobsen have also stated how they feel betrayed, and they feel that certain fictitious elements, including the Roswell story, were added to bolster book sales.

The controversy surrounding Jacobsen and her book doesn’t seem to bother AMC, however, and the cable network has even tapped Jacobsen to serve as a co-producer of the show. Walking Dead executive producer Gale Anne Hurd will reportedly executive produce, and Todd E. Kessler (The Good Wife) will create the script.

The Hollywood Reporter describes that Area 51, the show, “will take place in the 1950s-1960s and will focus on those who work at the base and protect the country’s secrets — including the remains of the alleged alien crash at Roswell.”

Although it has been less than a decade since the government acknowledged the existence of Area 51, there is already a wealth of information provided by former base workers about the base itself, and about formerly top-secret projects that took place there. Many former workers have shared their stories with the National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada. With this information, the museum opened an Area 51 exhibit this year titled Area 51: Myth or Reality? Perhaps a wiser decision for AMC would have been to work with the National Atomic Testing Museum, a Smithsonian-affiliated museum, rather than with the author of such a controversial book.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. UFO Hit by Plane Spray Dives Under Water

UFO Casebook reports a video shows a UFO being hit by the spray of a plane. The UFO dives down and hits the water, seemingly going under.
This was filmed in the Gulf of Mexico when the oil spill was present. After reviewing the film again, the UFO seems to be underwater. It looks like the UFO was hit by the spray purposelessly by the pilot.
Listen carefully for the speaker. He said, "Ability to accurately hit the target."
This may be out of context, but it sounds pretty crazy, doesn't it?"This remains a mystery but YOU may be able to solve it. The video has been edited by www.UFOcasebook.com.

Aliens and UFO's are Very Important

Each month more than a thousand UFOs are reported indicating aliens and their UFOs may be the most important topic of our time. We have evidence that they have crashed in Russia, China and the US and probably other countries. Ben Rich and others claim we have back engineered the craft and we can look at drawings of the Roswell craft and see similarities to our newest aircraft. Apparently, we attempted to shoot down the UFOs and may still be intercepting them in space, and trying to discourage them from entering our atmosphere. Fortunately, we apparently have some alien allies who are helping us.

Abductees and contactees frequently report the aliens are concerned about our environmental failures particularly our nuclear weapons and power stations. We are killing off thousands of species, which had the right to live. We are being warned that our carelessness could bring the planet to ruin and make it uninhabitable. The warning is that planet Earth is too valuable for humans to be allowed to continue destroy the environment.

The tsunami that struck northeastern Japan in March 2011and its resulting destruction may be our final warning. Cronyism has been widely blamed for contributing to the meltdowns at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant operated by Tokyo Electric Power Co.

In a scathing investigation commissioned by parliament, a panel concluded: "The Tepco Fukushima nuclear-power-plant accident was the result of collusion between the government, the regulators and Tepco."

On June 20, the Japanese Parliament gave the government three months to set up a new body, with five board members and a supporting staff, to take over the lead regulatory duties from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, which was part of the same ministry that heads nuclear-power promotion.

Fukushima has the potential even now to create millions of deaths worldwide. The photo shows the first removal of fuel rods. We do not have a spare planet to escape to. Mars will take a great deal of work to upgrade for humans to live there in large numbers.

UFOs in the Bible

The Bible tells of the visitors from heaven, "The Nephilim were on the Earth in those days and also afterwards when the Children of the Gods saw the daughters of the Adam (humans) and took them as wives which ever they pleased." Chapter 6 of Genesis.

God speaks to Moses and appears over and over again right up to the Revelation of John and is pointed out as the key to recognizing the Second Coming. UFOs were there at the Exodus, and landed right in front of Ezekiel, and hovered overhead at the birth, baptism, transfiguration, and ascension of Jesus. Elijah rode in a UFO, Job was confronted by one, Jesus was brightly illuminated under one, and Paul was blinded by a UFO. It ascends, descends, hovers, spins, accelerates, flashes and glows. The Bible describes flying vehicles and Advanced Technology .

This section deals with the physical and flight characteristics of the flying vehicles in the Bible. It is important to understand that when the term heaven is used it generally refers to the word sky. The word "sky" or "skies" only appears a dozen times in the entire Bible, although most of the events occur outside.

The words "fly" and "flying" occurs 38 times that reveals examples of "godly" flight but, though these flights are described, in some instances, as being in the sky, they also flew in "heaven". The word "heaven" or "heavens" is translated from Hebrew and Greek words that mean "the sky", or directly related to the sky, in 99.7%, or all but two, of the 730 times it appears, in the Bible. The word elohiym, pronounced el-o-heem', is the plural of elowahh; gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used in the plural thus, especially with the article of the supreme God. The word is definitely plural. And we believe that the Elohiym, the beings called God, which are led by the "individual" Elohiym called the Lord God named Yehovah, are not restricted by physical limitations, but do have a physical presence.  

The Vehicles What Are They Flying?

The Lord Jehovah of the Old Testament, and the Lord Jesus of the New Testament, is described as flying in thick clouds, swift clouds, bright clouds, dark clouds, white clouds, low clouds, great clouds, and fiery clouds. There are platforms, vessels, whirling chariots of fire, sky thrones, fiery horses, cherubims, thick darkness, great fire, whirlwinds, fiery wheels, pavilions, storms, sky dwellings, rolls, and sanctuaries.

Whether, or not, one believes these objects are actually flying vehicles that the God of the Bible lives in, appears with, travels in, and is considered the seat of his power is a matter of opinion. The fact that they do not appear without him or his ambassadors, and that, in most major appearances, he and other beings are clearly described as directly associated with these flying objects, is undeniable.

Flight Characteristics

How Do These Vehicles Fly?

The fact that the objects described in the Bible are controlled, flying craft, is borne out by the flight characteristics of those objects. In Bible text the objects associated with the Elohiym are shown to exhibit rapid, prolonged flight, they ascend and descend, and they hover for extended periods. If these objects were just ethereal images created by ethereal beings, these flight descriptions would have no relevance. The fact that the authors wrote about the flight routine of these objects is evidence that they have a distinct physical presence.

The Beings

Who Is Commanding These High-Tech Flying Machines?

Two main beings are directly associated with the flying vehicles, the Elohiym, the gods, and the angels). Others include Archangels, Elders, Ministers, Saints, Watchers, and Men. There is another group which, though assumed to be living entities, is described in a manner that indicates they may be devices or machines.

This group includes Cherubim, Seraphim, Living Creatures, and Beasts. Also presented are the beings that are called Satan and his demons. A fleet of flying vehicles, described as the army, or Hosts of Jehovah, appears several times and the importance of this fleet to the Biblical narrative is seriously underrated.

Close encounters, from face to face conversations and beam-ups to meetings, are well documented in Biblical text and are a major part of many of the Bible's, more phenomenal, events.

Are These High Technology Vehicles Or Images?

Glowing and flashing lights, light beams, and guiding lights are the most frequently associated technological aspect of the flying objects of the Bible. Broadcasting of voices, sounds, and extreme vibrations are, ever present in close proximity to these craft. The term "glory" emerges as the combination of all these effects and is directly connected to the grandeur of the vehicle's appearance. Devices on board can alter weather patterns, cause earthquakes, dry up seas, level cities, and alter the planet's movements.

Beams of light that consume and transport beings and things are clearly described as an arsenal of what can only be called transporter beams, high-tech weapons imagined in science fiction. Mechanical devices adorning the vehicles are described as living things, but their movements point to synchronized movement, metal construction, and attached lights, unknown to primitive society, though easily recognized in this modern age.

Human bioengineering, mental manipulation, creating and healing diseases, and bringing the dead back to life that are described that mirror, as well as, exceed modern science. We do not claim that all miraculous events are caused by technological means, but many can be seen directly associated with many things we see in our modern world and the realm of science fiction.

Impact on Society ET and Religion

What will the impact be on religion when extraterrestrial life is discovered? It is a common assumption that such a discovery will be detrimental to core beliefs of religions around the world. You might be surprised to hear, however, that some experts believe the religious impact will be minor.

A panel discussion on this topic took place on Sunday, June 24 at the SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) Institutes SETIcon II conference in Santa Clara, California. This panel, titled "Would Discovering ET Destroy Earths Religions?" concluded that the resulting impact on religion from an alien discovery is "probably not going to be as severe as we might initially think." Mike Wall of Space.com points out that "The Bible, Koran and other sacred texts of the worlds major religions stress Gods special concern for humanity and for Earth," so discovering ET "might seem threatening, by implying that we and our planet arent all that special."

But as SETI Institute senior astronomer Seth Shostak mentioned during the panel, "We havent been the center of the universe for a while now — four centuries."
Ancient astronomers Nicolaus Copernicus and Galileo Galilei countered the established belief that the sun and everything else in the universe revolved around Earth. This was viewed as blasphemy by the Catholic Church. The present-day Vatican, however, is much more open to science and the possibilities of life elsewhere in the universe.

U.S. Speeds Up Deployment of Aircraft Carrier to the Middle East

July 17, 2012  MIDDLE EAST - The U.S. Defense Department is speeding deployment of the Navys John C. Stennis aircraft carrier group to the Middle East, four months ahead of its scheduled deployment. Marine Corps General James Mattis, commander of the U.S. Central Command, sought the earlier presence of the Stennis strike group and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta approved the request.

Little said, "Sending the Stennis group ahead of schedule was intended to avoid having just one aircraft carrier group in the Middle East when the USS Enterprise carrier group leaves the region later this year".

Russian and Chinese ships are also steaming to the Mediterranean Sea for a huge Exercise to show support for Syria.

In June, the Pentagon announced a nine- month deployment of the carrier Dwight D. Eisenhower to the area. "The Stennis Strike Group will include the Navys Aegis destroyer USS Mobile Bay and a contingent of 5,500 sailors," Little said. - Bloomberg

Russian War Supply Ship Is Bound for Syria :

A Russian ship believed to be carrying helicopters and missiles for Syria has been effectively stopped in its tracks off the coast of Scotland after its insurance was cancelled at the behest of the British government. The British marine insurer Standard Club said it had withdrawn cover from all the ships owned by Femco, a Russian cargo line including the MV Alaed.

"We were made aware of the allegations that the Alaed was carrying munitions destined for Syria," the company said in a statement. "We have already informed the ship owner that their insurance cover ceased automatically in view of the nature of the voyage." Thanks to the Telegraph

Syria Collapse Possible

Aleppo A thousand rebels launched an offensive against Aleppo over the weekend in an attempt to wrest the city from government forces. Rebels have taken key portions of the city of Aleppo and for the first time Syrian Fighter jets have bombed and strafed the rebels in Eastern areas of Syria's second largest city.

Russian made helicopter gunships also attacked the rebels. The fighter attacks, which followed an artillery barrage, are seen as a significant escalation in the conflict. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says territorial gains made by the rebels will eventually result in a "safe haven" inside Syria.

The fighter attacks on rebels indicate the Bashar Assad's regime is getting desperate to stop the rebellion. The situation is similar to Tripoli a year ago, and the rebellion appears to gaining strength. Russia, Iran, and China support the government and are sending supplies. The Russians have a naval supply base at Tartus, and fear the loss of international credibility if their ally is abandoned.

Turkey and probably the US and Israel are providing war supplies to the rebels. It is doubtful European nations will launch attacks like in Libya.

U.S. policymakers are bracing for a potential "collapse" of the power structure inside Syria following a bomb attack that left several key Syrian regime officials dead. Damascus the capital of Syria saw an unprecedented attack last Wednesday, when a bomb ripped through a high-level security meeting and killed at least three high level officials. 

Syrian TV confirmed the deaths of Defense Minister Dawoud Rajha, 65, a former army general and the most senior government official to be killed in the rebels' battle to oust Assad.

Also killed was General Assef Shawkat,

(Shown here) the deputy defense minister who is married to Assad's elder sister; and Hassan Turkmani, a former defense minister who died of wounds suffered in the attack.

The government is using most all of its capabilities against the rebellion but it seems to gaining strength.

Brigadier General Tlas's who commanded the 10th Brigade of the elite Republican Guard announced his decision to abandon Bashar al-Assad. He was an important Sunni figure in the president's inner circle.

Arizona CH-47 Chinook. Airlifts a Craft

In February 2012, a Boeing CH-47 Chinook airlifted a craft resembling an alien disk! Look carefully at this disk like object which appears to have its landing gear down. The Chinook has a 50 foot long fuselage; the UFO looks to be longer at about 53 feet. Since the Chinook can carry 33 passengers not including the pilots, then this UFO would be able to carry more since it would be 53 feet in all directions, rather only one direction like the helicopter. California Triangle

Granada Hills I looked into the northern sky from Granada Hills on July 17, 2012, to see three lights forming a triangular shape that appeared to be rotating slowly. Two of the lights faded out while one continued. Two more lights rose up and faded out rather quickly while the third light remained bright and began to move west toward me and then drift down and to the south followed by a slow change in direction to the north. Robert writes, "I took this photo of the waning moon rising on July 5, 2012, at 10:36 pm. ", I wanted to take a few shots of the moon rising through the forest fire smoke. I got more than just the Moon as you can see.

My wife was outside with me when I took this photo. I use a tripod mounted camera and the timer delay. Neither of us saw anything when I took this photo. I used a long exposure around 1.5s, so that object had to hang their motionless for the full exposure.

Florida Triangle and Light

Punta Gorda -- My wife had been seeing lights in the sky so I started paying attention to the sky. On July 21, 2012, I noticed a strange formation of clouds that looked like a mushroom with high activity of lighting. In the bottom of this cloud I noticed a strange triangle of lights which I thought was a reflection on my glasses. I started recording from my iPhone and noticed the light flew abruptly changing directions and vanishing. Thanks to MUFON CMS

On July13, 2012, I saw this happen three times and then I caught it on film...watch what happens at 15 seconds... seems like cloud becomes energized and the light source shuts off or moves away.. There was minimal to zero wind and minimal cloud movement.

The submitter states at the end of January 2012, my friend Andrea took this footage from an airplane window on a flight from Florida to Atlanta.

It was originally recorded on a DCR-HC52 Sony Handycam Digital Video.

She could not transfer the footage from the camera into a workable format until now.

This UFO is the same craft that I have seen on four occasions and featured on my video 'UFO Cloaks as Jupiter.' Five days after recording the footage Andrea's cell phone and laptop permanently stopped functioning. The footage was not harmed. It is some of the best raw UFO footage I have seen.

Illinois Triangle

KEWANEE -- I finally feel the urge to get my story out. As a sophomore in high school I enjoyed riding around and drove towards Windmont Park at 11 pm, when I noticed a bluish-white light that was amazingly bright heading upwards. As I kept watching the light rose up and I saw three lights in a delta formation. This craft was huge and 200-300 feet. I was freaking out as it swiveled around a central axis and moved towards me. I quickly threw my car in reverse and started to back up. In the center of the craft a pinpoint light between the triangulation lights shot a spot light beam directed towards the ground in front of me. I backed up my car to keep out of the light and threw my car in drive, spun around and sped away. I quickly drove home in a panic and my mother asked, "Was I okay?" La Salle I am a Commercial Pilot with 40 years of flying experience in General Aviation aircraft and I was driving home on July 21, 2012, when I saw an object hovering over the road. I passed under it and drove home and as I drove into the driveway observed a multitude of objects moving from west to east. I watched for a few minutes and started to take pictures. Indiana UFOs

He sent me dozens of photographs of UFO that he has filmed over the last six months. As many as ten or more UFOs can be seen on some nights. Kentucky Square

LOUISVILLE -- At 8:15 PM, on July 15, 2012, my wife and I were standing on our deck when both saw an oval shaped object with a red ring underneath. It had three round lights along its keel and flying at 3500 feet east, in a straight line. As the object got closer my wife brought out our 35mm camera with 30 power zoom. By the time I got focused on the object, it was directly above us but the red ring and the three lights were no longer visible. Massachusetts Lights

Brimfield -- Two friends and I were traveling from towards Palmer and a kite shaped object with lights distinguishing the points moves over the canopy of the trees to the right of the highway. Within a second the object was flying in the same direction as we were traveling and had gained speed and was now a few miles ahead of us. The object moved very rapidly out of sight while ascending. Blue Springs -- This triangle of lights was seen from the Hy-Vee parking lot on July 17, 2012, at 10:35 pm. I thought it was some of those Chinese Lanterns so I went in the store to .get others to see it. When I went back outside they were quickly gone that led me to believe it wasnt lanterns. New York Triangle Lights

BROOKLYN -- The night of July 18, 2012, my brother and I were relaxing in the backyard at around 3:45 am. I saw a light that looked much brighter than the rest. A few minutes later my brother pointed out a brighter light coming from behind my neighbors house.

We saw actual airplanes flying by in the sky, but they would vanish quickly. We then saw a blinking/pulsating red light near the two bright white lights and realized it was not an airplane. The three lights were in a perfect triangle formation and were flying slowly in an ascending. All the lights stayed in a perfect triangle and then would swell into a bigger ball of light. We started hearing strange vibrations like a vibrating cell phone. An hour later it was still ascending and all the lights remained in perfect formation as the lights disappeared into a cloud. North Carolina Lights

Asheville I was approaching Amboy Road at 8:30 PM, on July 21, 2012, from I-240 East and noticed what looked like a constellation of bright lights towards the Asheville-Buncombe Technical College. There were at least 15 lights and upwards to 25 hanging in the air with only slight movement as we were driving towards them. As we approached the intersection of Lyman Street, and Amboy Road the lights had moved south towards us. They were now looking like separate intense mercury vapor spheres slowly floating away from the campus area. Some disappeared down to five lights and then some reappeared. When we reached the campus, we could see six lights. We turned around and suddenly the lights were gone. My son, my wife and daughter saw the spheres and he was able to get a picture with his cell phone. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ohio Lights

Middletown My girlfriend and I were driving down a very populated road in Middletown on April, 14, 2012 at about 9:30 pm. I looked up and saw four lights, and then one of the four lights began flying around the other three lights, giving off a long trail of orange/red flames making it look more like a meteor with intelligence. I filmed the objects. It was too agile and fast for a plane. It looked like flying meteors with intelligence and flying formations.
Then the fourth one flew in front of the three lights and stopped. Then the three lights aligned themselves and drifted into the clouds and then disappeared again. We pulled over to the side of the road and I videotaped a fourth one with my IPhone that maneuvered and then disappeared into the clouds. Thanks to MUFON CMS

South Carolina Lights

Myrtle Beach I was having dinner with family in a condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on July 18, 2012, when my Uncle yelled for all of us to go out on the balcony. At first, I thought it was a star or plane as the lights slowly increased from a small to a larger orange ball. Then after several seconds it faded out and performed the same movement farther north. Next it would be farther south. At one point there were three lights that turned on individually then faded to black individually. The object disappeared after several minutes and we went back to enjoying the evening. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Utah Light

West Valley City -- I was out sky watching alone with 10x50 binoculars mounted on a tripod. At 10:14 pm , on July 17, 2012. I spotted an object moving north above me. It had an orange glow flying at about 10 thousand feet in altitude (AGL).

It was silent moving at a moderate speed. As I watched it with binoculars it dimmed a little and disappeared almost instantly. I spotted it as it disappeared flying north of the star Vega.
I have seen many such objects like this making 90 degree turns. It is too bad more people arent more observant. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Washington D.C. Light

D.C. -- Probes were hovering in the skies on July 17, 2012, at 1 am, at the local park. I captured a video of UFOs hovering in the sky. It was not a model airplane as the object would move very rapidly in an indiscernible pattern and is engulfed in light that obscures the actual vessel.

Argentina : Mysterious Events in Western Buenos Aires

Four out of ten Argentina people have seen UFOs.

Fabin Torti, a member of the Grupo Tecnico de Asistencia Psicolgica OVNI (GRU.TAP Technical Group for Psychological UFO Assistance), provides a psychological and sociological focus for the multiple UFO events reported. Torti pointed out "Many strange situations are being recorded, within the Province of Buenos Aires." An abductee, "Provides details that that cannot be invented," says Torti, she noted that the intelligences taking her "did not stand on the floor, but were suspended over the surface, and that she saw a human being with wires connected between his head and a monitor that displayed his thoughts."

A five-year-old girl says, "Small, big-eyed kids come to get her, and take her to play with Jesus," in her own words."One of our members photographed strange objects in the sky, and in my particular case, whenever I leave home early on a Saturday morning I see a round object in the sky. A group of youngsters barbecuing outside a house witnessed around midnight an intense luminous orb that irradiated shades of yellow and red.

The not yet fully explained explosion of 26 September 2011 in Montegrande, may have been the crash of a UFO according to Torti. Brazil Cigar-shaped UFO

Patrocnio -- Minas Gerais State, a UFO hovered over the city for about one hour, from 2 pm to 3:00 pm. It was seen for a lot of people all over the city, even causing a live broadcast in the local radio. Better description of the event in the video attached. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Canada Disc

PICKERING -- I saw over ten orbs passing through a few kilometer break in the clouds on July 16, 2012. They were heading SSE over Toronto. I ran into my work and grabbed the first person I could, and he saw two orbs. We stayed outside for ten minutes and saw nothing else. I came out five minutes later to see an orb following the same path just coming into sight. I banged on the window of my work, and two workmates came out to observe the last orb. We saw planes that were easily distinguishable from the orbs. This is unlike anything my workmates and I have seen before. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Vernon I saw light in sky towards west at about 11 pm on July 21, 2012. It was bright orange and flew south and then disappeared. The light reappeared ten minutes later in same spot it and flew south again and slowly disappeared.

Guam Lights

DEDEDO -- Driving at night on July 15, 2012, on Salisbury Street I headed north towards Dededo at 35 mph, and I saw two lights mirroring each other, up until one started circling the other in a slow decent. Before the other circled its partner in a slow manner, the gap between the two fluctuated. Gradually increasing and decreasing at a relatively slow speed. I don't know what to make of it, but relate it to the solar flare event that took place last week? I worked in aviation for six years and have a degree in the field. Thanks to MUFON CMS

It was traveling in my direction, so I ran into the front room and grabbed my binoculars. My wife and daughters were in there at the time, and asked what I was doing. I then looked thru the binoculars and got a good visual on the tumbling object. It was a black, disk shaped with a proud centre. It was very odd! We all ran out to the garden to observe it, and that is when I shot video footage on my mobile phone. The object descended then changed direction and started emitting white lights, flash, and then a red glow. The object would stop flipping and even flipped back on itself whilst maintaining a flight path. We watched as it disappeared in the distance. Thanks to MUFON CMS

SUPER EARTH: Scientists discover life-supporting planet 'right at Earth's front door'

ASTRONOMERS have discovered a planet that may be capable of supporting human life, and it's right at Earth's front door.

"It's not just in our backyard, it's right in our face," lead researcher Professor Steven Vogt said.
The planet is 22 light years away, previously thought to be 20 light years, and is formally known as Gliese 581g, but Professor Vogt told news.com.au that he has since named it after his wife.
"I called it 'Zarmina's world'," Professor Vogt said.
While his claims have been previously reported, a new study, released to News.com.au this week, dismisses calls of balderdash by the international science community. 
The study - by astronomers at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the Carnegie Institution of Washington - shows the planet is twice the size of Earth. It is known as a "super Earth" due to its ability to hold on to its gassy atmosphere, which increases its chances of retaining liquid.
Whether this liquid is frozen and stored under the surface or flowing freely across the planet, the researchers can't say.
The scientist from the University of California said that the planet has "churchly weather".
"From the energy bounds and brightness of the star we can tell that the temperatures would be just about right to stand on the surface and feel the warmth of the alien star on your face, like standing in the park in Sydney."
However the researchers were unable to determine what the surface of the planet is like, Professor Vogt said.
The planet exists in a band of perpetual twilight near its orbiting star known as the "Goldilocks zone" - an area near earth that isn't too hot, or cold but is just right for sustaining life.
Prof Vogt said scientists will eventually be able to send out probes in search for advanced civilisations
"If you get lucky and find civilisations, you'd be able to have a two-way conversation within a human life-time," he said. "You don't want to have to spend 1000 years waiting to hear 'wazzup', and then another 1000 years before they get to hear not much, and you?'."
The researcher said after making first contact, scientists may receive an answer within 44 years.
"Within a few hundred years you could be able to receive picture postcards from an iPhone or Android and be able to listen to what they sound like, and sample their way of life from a spacecraft," he said.
"There is something out there."
These findings are not without controversy, however.
This isn't the first time Professor Vogt has claimed the existence of a habitable planet. His findings back in 2010 sparked a scientific cat fight between the US researchers and a rival team of Swiss astronomers, known as "HARPS" (High Accuracy Radial Velocity Planet).
HARPS published research saying it had found four planets that orbited the same star as Gliese 581g (which at the time had not yet been confirmed).
Prof Vogt's team questioned the team's data and suggested two more planets existed in the Goldilock's Zone and published its findings in the US’s Astrophysical Journal.
HARPS claimed that Vogt's research was nonsense, creating waves in the scientific community.
The international media then seized on HARPS and Vogt's data, reporting problems with both team's research.
A year later the HARPS team released expanded data on its findings confirming the existence of four planets but not Vogt's extra two.
Vogt's team then analysed HARPS data and tried unsuccessfully to replicate the findings.
Prof Vogt told news.com.au that they discovered that the Swiss team omitted five points of data which related to the radial velocity of the planets because it didn't fit their data model or modes of thinking.
“Such setting of eccentricities introduces biases and personal choices into the model that inappropriately affect the resulting solution,” Prof Vogt wrote in the study, which was provided to News.com.au.
"You're basically deliberately deleting information in your data that's telling you there's more in the system than you're telling people about. You're hiding that stuff,” he told News.com.au.
Prof Vogt's study will be published in European astrophysics journal, Astronomisch Naschrischten tomorrow (AEST).

The Return of The Incredible Green Fireballs: New Films of a UFO Mystery

     Nature provides man with wondrous atmospheric displays from comets to the Northern Lights. As awe-inspiring and infrequent as these phenomena are, they all have prosaic origins as explained by science. Much less understood (and far more rare) are the enigmatic Green Fireballs. The Green Fireball is often associated with historical sightings that occurred in areas like the State of New Mexico and near our National Laboratories, such as Sandia and Los Alamos. These unusually-behaved luminous balls of ethereal green were very different from conventional meteors and were seen to perform extraordinary aerial feats during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Military and intelligence authorities at that time even had a top-secret project called “Twinkle” whose objective was to trace the mysterious green fireballs plaguing Southwest skies in particular. Then for some inexplicable reason, appearances of the green balls of fire tapered down and “winked out.”
Or did they?

– Revealed here are remarkable images (recently found buried within NASA space footage archives) of a Green Fireball that seems to “follow” our astronauts.

– Striking and exceeding rare film has been located, also taken from space, where one can vividly see the strange Green Fireballs doing the impossible: exiting the earth’s atmosphere rather than entering it.

– High definition, non-hoaxed film taken this past Spring (with link below) clearly depicts a slow, “watchful” Green Fireball passing above excited witnesses for several minutes- not seconds. The object is comprised of matter but displays a luminous halo of “energy” and seems to change shape into a “diamond.”

– Documented recent reports referenced here that have been filed of Green Fireballs that wildly morph their appearance and “pace” their observers.

The glowing green balls are now exhibiting behavior so distinctly unnatural and never-before-seen that the conclusion draws near: Some of this phenomenon is intelligent and it is evolving in its revealed capability. It is able to mimic nature while traversing at will above us with a purpose unknown.

Green Fireballs: Natural and Artificial

Of course astronomers recognize the term “Green Fireballs” in conventional terms as naturally-occurring atmospheric events. Infrequently, shooting meteors of sufficient mass and velocity can create a “shockwave” hot enough to produce a Green Fireball. It is a cosmic phenomena associated with the color green that is caused in part by ionized oxygen (and is similar in color to that of a green aurora.) Recent research at Queensland University points to a possible connection to “ball lightning” electrical phenomenon as well. Sightings of most all such Green Fireballs can be accounted for in these (largely) understood, prosaic ways.

Only very occasionally ever filmed clearly, here we see a conventional “shooting” Green Fireball over Ocean Shores in 2008, towards the very end of this 44 second clip (incorrectly titled “UFO Green Fireball”- as it is indeed a green meteor):



A “conventional” Green Fireball is very simply a mass of stony or metallic matter that has fallen to earth from outer space. As can be seen in the above clip, it appears as a transient, fiery streak, otherwise known as a “falling star.”

But there are a core of sightings of Green Fireball-like phenomena that are distinctly different than conventional fireballs or green meteors - and that elude conventional explanation. It is this phenomenon that does not appear to find its origin with the realm of known atmospheric or celestial events. This unknown phenomenon was first noted officially and scientifically in 1948. Such illustrious scientists as astronomer Dr. Lincoln LaPaz (who was also involved in the Roswell crash investigation in 1947 according to multiple credible sources) initiated Green Fireball investigations utilizing expensive monitoring equipment (including an installation placed only 30 miles from the Roswell crash-involved Foster Ranch.) So concerned was the military that such sightings were occurring near rocketry and nuclear sites that a top secret conference was organized about the issue and attended by luminaries including Dr. Edward Teller. Opinions were divergent and studies, inconclusive.

In 1965 LaPaz privately confided to the Air Force’s Dr. J. Allen Hynek of Project Blue Book his last known word on the flying green balls: LaPaz was sure that certain fireballs’ anomalous characteristics were never really understood by himself or by officials- and that they did not behave like normal meteorites- and were most probably “artificial” in their origin. Despite best efforts, a certain class of Green Fireballs resisted all attempts at sustained filming and at determining trajectory- or in ever recovering any expected celestial debris. We have learned that this class of “artificial” Green Fireball phenomenon displays essential differences from “conventional” green meteors:

- They favor and cluster in specific geographic areas and sometimes near highly-sensitive locations.

- They appear episodically and even seem to “leave” us all together, only to reveal themselves again years later.

- They do not emit smoke trails (but sometimes have unusual ‘tails’).

- They change direction and angle of travel (sometimes sharply and abruptly, unlike conventional “shooting” meteoric phenomena).

- They have no impact sites and have never left any evidence of any type of their descent to earth.

- They do not always “shoot” or dart quickly, as they can also change their speed- and can sometimes maneuver far more slowly than meteors and other entering cosmic debris.

- They can possess “lime green” colorations that are not consistent with known celestial phenomena.

These anomalous characteristics left LaPaz and others forever perplexed. One can only wonder what they might think of their even more incredible aerial behavior today, documented on film.

- They travel impossibly upward and outward through our atmosphere and into space.

- They follow and track our astronauts.

- They can hover silently and with precision and even appear to even “watch” their observers.

- They can morph their shape.

The Green fireball That left The Earth To Follow The Astronauts - On Film

In scouring the deepest recesses of official NASA archived images online, located were photos and film of the Green Fireball taken from space that to my eyes are nothing short of astounding. And I was equally astounded that at least one other has also found the same thing.

In May of this year researcher Wilbur Allen spoke at a small conference which featured a call-in from his friend, Moon-walker Dr. Edgar Mitchell. Mr. Allen (who has professional interest in photography and was once employed as a White House engineer) delivered a presentation that included a brief segment of film that somehow made its way passed NASA censors. The film, taken by Apollo 7 in 1968, has been discovered to include clear moving images of a Green Fire Ball that is exiting –not entering- the Earth’s atmosphere. Further, it careens into space and is photographed by the astronauts! Allen notes yet another astronaut-filmed image of a Green Fireball in space which has received very little notice involving Buzz Aldrin- a man whose comments on ET have been both full of hints and contradictions. Allen also provides a striking comparative analysis of green fireballs using a solarization imaging technique.

Green Fireball That Hovers, Follows Observers, and was Filmed!

For several minutes on October 9th, 2011, an excited Chicagoan and friends filmed a Green Fireball (that also morphed into a diamond-shape.) Shot clearly in 300X zoom, the resulting footage shows in astounding detail a flying Green Ball which possesses some kind of defined structure and which appears comprised of matter as well as a sort of high-state “energy.” The luminous aerial wonder changes shape and appears in ethereal green colors, encircled by a halo which is the hue of an ‘electric violet.’ The flight pattern is intentional and slow enough to be filmed for minutes- not seconds. The Green Balls of Fire Continue To Fly

A review of Green Fireball UFOs reported to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) shows that sightings of such phenomenon are on the rise and that their performance capabilities are evolving. Two notable, documented examples:

- In January of 2012 (MUFON Case # 34457) in New Mexico (a state long favored by the Green Fireballs) witnesses sighted one descending toward them. Then remarkably, its position suddenly changed to one of flying level. It then morphed its shape from a fireball into a slightly shiny V-shaped object and out of view! This is reminiscent of the filmed October 2011 episode above, where the “ball” becomes a “diamond” shape.

- In March of 2010 (MUFON Case # 22579) we learn of a report filed by a married couple in Florida who are described as “astronomy fans” who have seen many meteors. This green one however, was markedly different. They were surprised at how utterly slow the object moved as it passed closely by them (at about the speed of a single engine prop airplane) and that its brightness never wavered.

The Great Green Fireball is curious of us. Fleeting and ever furtive, it is secretive and evasive. It lets us glimpse it (and now even film it) but it never lets us “get it” to touch it. This is was Dr. LaPaz’ very lament. As he said, “it was not natural.” It acts with aptitude. It comprehends and it discerns. We can speculate that it is a sentient ball of light, a probe, a craft. But we cannot be sure. The only thing that is really certain is that the phenomena is real- and that its secrets will be revealed to us only if and when it ever wishes to do so.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. Newly Released UK National Archives Files (U.S. plays dumb, still).

The National Archives has been released on 12 July 2012.

Its files, contain over 6,700 pages of UFO policy, parliamentary questions, public correspondence and UFO sighting reports.

The files reveal the role of the UFO Desk Officers for the first time, including what they really thought about the possibility of alien visits, their ideas to harness alien technology as a weapon, and their briefings to Tony Blair on UFO policy.

One of the strangest jobs in Whitehall; Dr David Clarke, author of the book  'The UFO files' and Senior Lecturer in Journalism from Sheffield Hallam University, said: 'These records allow us to look behind the scenes of what must have been one of the strangest jobs in Whitehall. We now have a fascinating insight into some of the extraordinary reports and briefings which passed over the UFO Desk on a daily basis and how its officers used logic and science in their attempts to explain the unexplained".

The 'daily mechanics' of the UFO Desk Officer job included providing briefings on the Ministry of Defence's position on UFOs and extraterrestrial life, undertaking UFO investigations, handling hundreds of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and managing UFO 'experts' and press enquiries.

Among the files is a 1995 briefing by a UFO Intelligence Officer which states that although there is no hard evidence for alien craft, if sightings were indeed alien visitors there was a number of possible reasons for their visit, including 'a) military reconnaissance b) scientific c) tourism'.

The briefing paper also states that if the reports were to be believed, alien technology was far superior to ours and goes on to suggest that the Ministry of Defence could use the UFO technology, if it existed.

Prime Minister Tony Blair was briefed on the UK's files about UFO sightings in 1998, newly declassified MoD documents have revealed.

Writer Nick Redfern urged him to "consider making available for public scrutiny all of the many and varied UFO reports compiled by the government".

The request came as the government began to implement Freedom of Information (FOI requests).

Some 6,700 pages of UFO documents have been released by the National Archives.

Chelsea FC sighting

The documents also include details of a briefing made before a House of Lords debate on UFOs in 1979, and reveal that former Prime Minister John Major had been asked by a fellow MP in 1996 whether the government would set up a national inquiry into UFO sightings.

The declassified documents - from the MoD unit which investigated UFO claims from 1950 until it was shut down in 2009 - also include several sightings and investigations.

Dr David Clarke, author of the book The UFO files and senior lecturer in journalism from Sheffield Hallam University pushed to have these files released.

He said: "These records allow us to look behind the scenes of what must have been one of the strangest jobs in Whitehall".

A spate of sightings in west Wales in 1977 which included a hotel owner seeing two tall silver-suited "faceless humanoids" which began making measurements.

A UFO sighting in Spalding, Lincolnshire, which led to the witness being visited by three tall men in black suits who seemed to move silently.

A mounted police officer seeing a "square/diamond shaped object moving across the sky and changing shape" whilst on duty at Chelsea FC ground in 1999.

An RAF Air Commodore describing in a memo to Defence Intelligence Staff that he had seen a UFO flying above him when he was flying at 40,000 feet.

A memo noting claims the naval task force sailing to liberate the Falklands in 1982 had been shadowed by UFOs.

'X Files' fiction

Files relating to the unit have been transferred to the National Archive since 2007.

The documents also include an email from an intelligence officer working on the desk who described the daily mechanics of the role.

The officer says it is not the MoD's role to confirm or deny the possibility of extraterrestrials, but to gauge whether unidentified objects are a threat to the UK's security.

In an email he says discussion of the unit "tends to suggest to the public that there are Top Secret teams of specialist scientists scurrying around the country in a real life version of the X-Files [But] this is total fiction."

Italy Marshal Giancarlo Cecconi Film-Radar-Visual Case

Pilot Giancarlo Cecconi, in his G-91R fighter is attached to the 14 Group 2nd' Air Force Fighter Wing is returning to Treviso Air Base, Italy after having carried out a reconnaissance mission on June 18, 1979, at 11:30 AM. The Istrana radar center (TV), registers the presence of an intruder on its radar screens, and gives Cecconi directions to approach the unidentified craft that has penetrated a prohibited area. Having unused film in his aircraft cameras, the pilot activates them and approaches the UFO up to a distance of 70-80 meters and at speeds estimated at 300 knots (450-500 km. The airport ground staff follows the scene with binoculars. The Treviso Control Tower personnel call Cecconi to warn him that the object is discharging a strange "blue trail." He is in close pursuit at 7,000 feet altitude but does not know its wake. When the Pilot closes on the object it makes up and down movements a 1,000 feet at a time, climbing up to 13,000 feet. Cecconi makes seven to eight passes close to the object and each time takes gun camera film of the UFO resulting in a total of 82 frames depicting the intruder. The apparent UFO is stationary relative to the G-91, but the radar center confirms Cecconi it is moving, course and speed defined. The pilot tries to pass (and resume) just next door, but it does not succeed because the object "appears to operate" in order to get over him in the front angled or otherwise, without the side completely set before him [3].

 The witness recalls a "gas tank" of matte black and the presence of a small white or clear "dome" located on the upper side, of the slightly flattened object. The "dome" is like a kind of shaping or fairing like those found on sports cars. While Cecconi is making yet another tack to get back to doing another round of photographs, Istrana radar calls to report the object suddenly disappeared from theirs and other radars. After a few seconds, the Treviso control tower confirms the UFO has visually disappeared.

A few minutes later, the plane lands and the films are removed and quickly developed. The pilot is very curious to see the pictures that came out well, including the white.""dome" The object is a cylindrical tank at least eight meters long (26 feet) with a maximum three in diameter suspended in the sky at thirteen thousand feet high."

X-37 B Space Plane Lands.

VANDENBERG --CNN reports The U.S. Air Force's robotic X-37B space plane finally returned to Earth Saturday (June 16), wrapping up a mysterious mission that lasted more than year in orbit.

The unmanned X-37B spacecraft, also known as Orbital Test Vehicle-2 (OTV-2), glided back to Earth on autopilot, touching down at California's Vandenberg Air Force Base at 5:48 a.m. The mission lasted more than 15 months with objectives that remain shrouded in secrecy.

This same craft is due to launch again in the fall 2012. Air Force officials announced the X-37B space plane's successful landing in a brief statement posted on the Vandenberg website.

The X-37B stayed in orbit for 469 days this time. Thanks to USAF.

New Race of Super Earthlings

Scientists have made an unexpected and unsettling discovery - a large number of new and previously unseen mutations have been detected among humans. There are those who suggest that there will soon be fantastic X-men. This unexpected discovery is a result of a study conducted by scientists from Cornell University and University of California.

When they examined genes of several thousands of people from around the world, it turned out that mankind has acquired over the past few years new, previously unseen mutations. Is a new human race being born? The scientist studied 202 genes in 14,002 people. The human genome contains some 3 billion base pairs; the scientists studied 864,000 of these pairs. While this is only a small part of the genome, the sample size of 14,002 people is one of the largest ever in a sequencing study in humans.

This project led by John Novembre of the University of California Los Angeles and Vincent Mooser of UK-based drug company GlaxoSmithKline, reports that more than 95% of variants found by sequencing 202 genes in 14,002 people were rare, and that 74% of the variants were carried by only one or two people in the study.

Power Grid Vulnerable

WASHINGTON - After recent storms knocked out power for more than 3 million people in the middle of a record heat wave former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich decided to talk about Americas vulnerable power grid. In an opinion piece posted on The Washington Post Gingrich writes: "Without power, the comforts of home become worthless. You sit in the sweltering heat, realizing you are living in a box that, without electricity, is a trap. You pray for the "juice" to return before your groceries go bad. You either make do in the heat or find refuge with friends who have electricity." Newt claims that the power grid is created in such a ways that doomsday-level damage could be caused if the United States were to be hit with an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) strike or even a major solar storm. The former speaker is worried that a nuclear weapon detonated over the atmosphere of the continental United States could cause an EMP that would knock power out for months, perhaps even years. Gingrich also points to the Carrington Event of 1859, a solar storm that since that time has caused geomagnetic disturbances every 75 years. While we make think the possibility of a solar storm causing major issues is not possible in 1989 a space storm knocked out power to millions of people in Quebec for several hours. "Suppose that, rather than being a temporary disruption in our lives, the power outage lasted weeks or months, or even years. Consider what state all of us, from the richest to the poorest, would be in if we were still literally in the dark. Millions could be trapped in houses or apartments that were never designed for this climate without air conditioning. Arkansas Triangle

Camden I saw lights just over the tree tops flashing different colors that caught my attention at 7:45 pm. A black triangle craft was moving slowly at about two miles per hour in a straight line path headed south about 200 feet altitude on September 19, 2011. The UFO had numerous little red, green, and blue colored lights and two rectangular yellowish pulsating light panels to bright white pulsations.

I could see the craft in great detail has it crossed over Highway 167 on a diagonal between the newly built Sheriffs complex and a business called Steel Deals.

I was the only one stopped and rolled the window down and heard no sound... I was awe stricken as I watched it float silently and pass directly overhead lit up like a Christmas tree. I could see the roundness of each little colored light which were grouped in sections all along the underbelly of the Triangle UFO. 

The panels went from steady bright/dim pulses to getting real bright; like it was powering up. It then took off at breakneck speed headed south, where it was seen by another witness 15 miles from where I saw it in a community called Frenchport, AR.

California Orbs

Oakland -- The witness saw five to six red balls of light floating around the sky at 8:30 PM for half an hour on

July 8, 2012.

The lights would then abruptly shoot up and disappear.

HOLLYWOOD -- You folks need to watch Pt 2 of the original video taken on July 8, 2012. How do you suppose the "lanterns" are unaffected by the draft of the helicopter's rotors? Whatever the objects are, they are maintaining their own position and are stronger than the helicopter. This is most noticeable when the chopper moves to within a few yards of the orb and it doesn't move. Colorado Disc

Colorado Springs --There have been way too many "sightings" in and around Colorado Springs for this to be missed by the news. This disc sighting was published on June 28, 2012 by Ko3k10 News 13TV.

If you look behind the helicopter on the far right you'll see a disc shaped object following the fire fighting helicopter. It is NOT another helicopter (size) and is NOT an airplane (speed).

Delaware Triangle

LEWES -- I was going fishing at the pier in Cape Henlopen State Park on the night of June 28, 2012, at a little after 10 PM. Also present was my father, brother, and two nephews and other people who were on the pier. As we walked out on the pier a triangular shaped object appeared that seemed black with lights at each corner. The lights had a red-orange flicker as the object flew silently and slowly 200 feet overhead. It rotated slowly climbing steadily and then flew over the Atlantic Ocean. It was being followed by three other objects with a single light the same color as the triangles. I took a cell phone picture and video of the triangle. NOTE: The above image is a rendering. Florida Orbs

St. Augustine Beach -- My son and I were driving over the bridge to the beach when we noticed a rainbow. It was very odd because there was only one small cloud. I snapped pictures and noticed two objects that appeared to be flying in tandem. I cleaned the lens and all three photos showed the two bright discs of light flying closer to the cloud in each photo. They flew straight, then appeared to arc up over the cloud. Both left a distinct trail. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Indiana UFOs

BLANFORD Richard Bondira has been photographing UFOs on clear nights since January 2012.

He sent me dozens of photographs of UFO that he has filmed over the last six months. As many as ten or more UFOs can be seen on some nights. They mostly hover but can be seen maneuvering, spin around, or go straight up. They usually come from the southeast heading northwest. They stretch across the night sky from east to west. Maine Encounter

CHINA -- In September of 2000 my cousin and I were sitting in my car which was parked with all power off watching the flashing lights of planes move along the eastern horizon. One was by itself and approached much closer moving at about 25 miles per hour with a bright fixed headlight like a searchlight. It made no sound, had no blinking indicator lights and had no visible outline even as it approached.

When the object was directly in front at no more than 200 feet, I flashed my headlights and the object which had no visible lights except the spotlight suddenly illuminated us with a staggered row of colored lights. After five seconds the lights completely turned off and the object which was hovering changed course and moved slowly and silently away.

Additionally my friend who had stayed in a cabin on the opposite side of the hill years before had been awakened one night by lights outside the cabin with tremendous shaking of the structure. He who was a brave and courageous individual whom I never saw afraid said he was mortally terrified as he hid in a ball from the object and event taking place. Thanks to MUFON CMS

BOSTON --I was filming a documentary in Boston on July 17, 2012, and I shot a church, when reviewing the footage later I noticed a quick flying object at top left shooting past the screen at 0:03. Very strange and it does not seem to be a camera error.

Michigan Dozen Lights

WATERFORD On June 26, 2012, at 10:50 PM, I and my fianc walked outside to his car before he left for work. We noticed strange lights in the southeast sky. They were formed in a triangle, and moving slowly in formation to the east.

Lake Leelanau -- On July 3, 2012, I was on my boat preparing to watch the fireworks display at 10:45 PM. I am a 47-year-old Navy veteran and private pilot that observed an orangish-red glow moving from left to right from my position along the 45th parallel, travelling north. The object was below the clouds at 5, 000 feet AGL and moved silently. The orangish-red orb was followed by 14 objects that followed the exact same flight path as the previous one.

I observed two of the objects go black, but I could see their outline and thought they looked like a quarter. I have seen many craft from both ships at sea, on vantages at land and from aircraft that I myself have piloted. No strobes, navigation lights or noise were present. Missouri Sightings

Kansas City Margie Kay reports we had quite a few UFO sightings on July 4, 2012, including my own sighting with 16 other witnesses. I filmed this and am putting it up on You Tube this weekend. Union -- The witness, who was an Assistant Fire Chief at the time, was prompted to contact MUFON after seeing a TV program on the Illinois sightings in they hear 2000. He stated that he was returning from a house fire in St. Clair, Missouri at 3:00 AM and was on I-44 Highway approaching Union when he heard law enforcement on the county police band radio discussing an unidentified object. The dispatcher said "Oh its this Roswell stuff again." and that police were chasing the object. 

As the witness approached Highways 50 and 47, he saw a large triangular craft traveling at 25 MPH, about 500 feet altitude. The witness said that very bright lights on the triangle pointed down, but did not light up the ground, seeming to stop 100 feet up.
The witness joined up with a Union officer and a County officer, and the three of them followed the object in their separate cars for an hour as the object headed towards Washington, Missouri, north of the original position. The object was always in front or above them. At one point, the county officer attempted to tilt his dash cam up to get pictures, but it would not raise high enough.

The object stopped and hovered several times and moved very slowly. They were unable to use the radio for communication while the craft was above them. After an hour, the officers needed to turn back to get back to other calls, so this witness left as well. By this time, the object had moved into an area SE of Washington, MO over farmland where there were no roads, and it was impossible to follow. The witness surmises that the object from Illinois continued into Missouri and officers picked up its trail after it crossed the state line. New Jersey Light, Alien Abduction and Triangle

Abducted

ATLANTIC COUNTY -- First, I never remember seeing a UFO. I didn't even know I was being abducted until July 6, 2012, when I read some reviews of the book "Taken" and some red flags went up for me. My abductions usually begin at night but it has happened during the day. I am in bed and feel a presence in the room and feel like a heavy weight is on me. I can't move my body but can move my eyes and control my breathing. Then I fall asleep or at times it seems like nothing happened. I only remember bits and pieces like a dream things like being in water but I can breathe. One afternoon, I remember lying face down and hearing someone say, "The device resides at the base of the spine". I felt little tingled at the small of my back, no pain.

On another night years later, a presence came into my room and said "You have no idea whats in store for you tonight" then it left. During the night I awoke to the worst pain on the left side of my face. The worst part about this is I know when this is going to happen before they come. But when I get in bed I dont care and it's ok to be taken. I know I do not want this to happen and I feel like a prisoner and know there is nothing I can do, and I must go. They have taken me since the 6th grade, I'm 30 now. Being a psychic I thought it was a spirit or demon messing with me. I always felt I could handle whatever came my way. ATLANTIC CITY I saw a triangle on July 14, 2012, with perimeter lights sitting in Bader Field moving slowly south about 10 PM. It was moving very slow and stopped behind a translucent cloud and the lights went out and I couldnt see it anymore.

ALBANY On July 15, 2012, I saw a large reddish orange object that I perceived to be burning or glowing. It was headed north towards Albany flying faster than an average plane at low altitude. LACONNER -- Sitting in living room I saw an orange colored orb behind the trees headed north about two miles out on July 16, 2012. It did not look like a normal aircraft since Im by a Navy Air Base. Texas UFO Hovers Over Harbor Bridge

Corpus Christi I was at work on July 4, 2012 at 10:30 AM, on a cloudy morning and first noticed what I thought was a plane hovering low over the harbor bridge. I then realized it was a black star shaped craft in a slow circular path hovering over our bridge. After 20 minutes, it zoomed quickly sideways and upward simply vanishing. When it did that we were able to see it was a star shape almost like a sheriffs badge. It was so huge and frightening. Milano -- Richard West reports at 05:20 AM Saturday, 14 July, 2012, I was riding in the front seat as a passenger coming back from a gig in Brazoria, Texas. We were traveling west on State Highway 36 just out of Milano. Steve, the driver, and I saw though we saw lights on a tower but as we got closer, we realized the lights were shaped like a pentagon suspended over the road. The center of the underside of the object had the brightest light of five. The five other lights were located close to the end of each corner of the underside of the pentagon-shaped object. All the lights were white and pulsated about once a second. We could see that the dull black object had shape and a surface with seams or vents. It hovered over the road silently about 30 feet in altitude as we passed underneath going 60 mph. The object was 20 to 30 feet across. We saw it fade in the rear view mirror as we drove farther away. Sydney I had a truly mind blowing experience while on vacation in Australia on January 9, 2012, at 11:30 PM. I am a UK resident that arrived at Erskineville Station to meet with a friend. As I approached the station I noticed a light in the sky that acted strangely. It flew in formation at high speed from behind a tall building; shrinking and growing in size above Erskineville. PERTH Journalist Pip Moir posted a photo on July 2, 2012, that she took at Cottesloe Beach to Twitter shortly after 6 pm, as puzzled onlookers debated what caused the colorful phenomena.
Fire in the sky is thought to be a burning meteor trail that lit up the Australian sky for twenty minutes. Debris penetrating the atmosphere plunged into the Indian Ocean. Canada Light and Cigar

PETERBOROUGH -- We saw three or more anomalies on July 10, 2012. They came in on the angle of a plane but we realized it was not blinking like a plane. It flew straight up into the sky and veered off to the northwest before it disappeared. Five minutes later a big orange oblong object climbed south. It was the size of a hot dog bun held at arms length. Five minutes later a moon like object came out of the water rising slowly at 12:45 AM. It changed to a bright orangish red too. Niagara Falls -- Just before turning in on July 1, 2012, I went outside to look around as I will often do. I spotted a small pinkish light heading my way from the northwest flying straight about 150 mph? It looked to be only a few hundred feet above my house as it passed over. The light was brighter pink by now and appeared to pulsate slightly almost like it was a burning ball. I think I could see a missile or cigar shape with no wings or rotors visible. The light on the underside more or less obscured the actual craft. I strained to hear any sound and I may have heard a very faint hissing sound as it passed over. Mexic Alleged UFO Photographed Before Sandstorm

CIUDAD JUAREZ Residents claim having photographed an UFO minutes before last Fridays sandstorm, whose winds approached 90 kilometers an hour and created widespread chaos throughout the region.

Through Facebook, a photograph shot by Raquel Vargas was shared by Juan Carlos Len, showing a sort of ring suspended in the sky with at least a dozen lights.

The image was taken in Calzada del Rio, to the north of the city. "I was running an errand at a neighboring development and we heard something like a lightning bolt, but when we turned around, we saw that thing in the sky," she said.

The phenomenon was seen by several local residents. "When we left our home, in a matter of minutes, it was still in the sky and I managed to take a picture of it. Others did as well."

"There was a lot of wind and flying dirt after that, and we went away because the storm had already started," she noted.

United Kingdom England Sighting

LIVERPOOL -- On July 10, 2012, four bright footballs were seen in the sky. Two were flying close to each other with an airplane flying just in front of the two flying in formation. It was scary. Earlestown -- I have filmed several UFOs lately. I reviewed an excellent film I made on 12 December 2011.

At 6-30 pm, I had just dressed and noticed an orange light flashing at 300 feet altitude a mile to west over slack heaps flying at10 mph going north. Another orange light was in sky 1000 yardsgoing SW slowly. I filmed a ufo, and noticed a very bright ''star'' to NE 3-400 yards, alt.300 feet stationary and I filmed and it began to move west slowly. It appeared to cam-cord as large orange sphere and 5-600yds.it turned on sixpence and went N 5mph.and as it went over 70-80ft. trees in woods it had dropped to 100ft.alt.and a broad beam of light emanates down onto tree tops. A minute later an airliner came directly over going south at 1200 feet altitude. Though I did not see as I filmed on my film can be seen a shiny silver sphere between me and the other alien craft, low down over fields so maybe the airplane saw both. Moffat I first noticed the object opposite my house, a mile away maybe, which would be just to the north-west of the town in Dumfriesshire. It was 2 am, on July17, 2012, and I had gone for a walk before going to bed. The sky was clear so this object stood out as it was moving around erratically and was a flashing. There was a green light on the object and it looked as if a beam was reflecting off the sky around it. It cannot have been a plane, due to the abrupt movements it was making.

I took a photograph of it with a telephoto lens, and downloaded to my computer and magnified some more; it looked like a wide silver object with "windows" around the edge. After half an hour, it was still there but having had a busy day I was so tired I just had to go to bed! 

The last time I saw a UFO, was in 1979 near power lines. It was about 100 feet above me and about 200 feet in diameter. It completely lit the ground around me as if it were daylight. It was about 12:15 am and I lost about an hour of time. The last things I remember was seeing the object move slowly to my left for about 200 yards, and then accelerate forward so fast that it disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

But according to one of our leading physicists, it is a matter for governments – rather than Hollywood – who should start preparing for our first extra-terrestrial encounter now.

Speaking at the Euroscience Open Forum conference in Dublin, Jocelyn Bell Burnell said: ‘I do suspect we are going to get signs of life elsewhere, maybe even intelligent life, within the next century.

How well prepared are we? Have we thought of how we approach them? Should we put them in a zoo, eat them, send in GIs to bring them democracy?’

She said we are most likely to find alien life where we find rocky planets with carbon dioxide and ozone in the atmospheres. The Oxford University professor said: ‘If we do suspect there is intelligent life out there, are we going to make ourselves known to them or not?

‘There are interesting questions about who you would tell first – the Press, the Prime Minister, the Pope? We should start thinking now.’

However, she said that even if we do find signs of alien life, it is likely to take decades to talk to them from Earth via radio or lasers.

Professor Bell Burnell said: ‘Nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. So you are probably talking of conversations that could take 50 or 100 years, just one way.’

Previous research has found almost half of Britons believe in little green men.

The poll of more than 2,000 men and women for the Royal Society found that 44 per cent are of the opinion extra-terrestrial life exists and more than a third of those questioned said we should be actively searching and trying to make contact with ET.

Scientists are divided about whether we should be advertising our presence to inhabitants of other planets.

Some say that if we alert hostile aliens to our existence we risk an invasion that could lead to the end of life on Earth.

And Stephen Hawking has warned that aliens may plunder Earth for its resources.

Advocating that we do everything we can to avoid contact, he said: ‘We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn’t want to meet.

‘If aliens visit us, the outcome would be much as when Columbus landed in America, which didn’t turn out well for the Native Americans.’
