(Oahu, HI) This UFO chase footage was captured by Honolulu resident J. Smith, who witnessed a UFO hovering over the Kaimuki residential neighborhood on March 4th, 2014. The footage was just submitted to KRG last night and permission was given to post it on our website.
Mr. Smith, who was on a moped at the time, gave chase to the UFO for nearly seven minutes, capturing the following video:

At the beginning of the footage, the UFO can be seen descending rapidly before coming to a complete stop, and then doing a right-angled maneuver back to the left — an unusual, if not impossible, maneuver for a plane or helicopter to make. And according to the witness, the object had red and green lights flashing as well.
So far in 2014, KRG has received more than a dozen reports of UFO sightings from here in Hawai’i, almost always without footage of any sort.

Edward J. Ruppelt, head of Project Blue Book, which looked into such matters, chalked it up as “one of the year’s most fascinating sightings.” “The evening was clear, and visibility was unlimited,” he said. The pilot and co-pilot of a Pan-American DC4, flying at 8,000 feet on the New York-Miami run, saw a glow in the sky, “that soon resolved itself into six fiery red objects, each of them about 100 feet in diameter,” according to Capt. William B. Nash. “The edges were well defined, not phosphorescent or fuzzy in the least.” Ruppelt wrote, “their shape was clearly outlined and evidently circular. Nash and co-pilot, William Fortenberry watched in amazement.”
The six disks in a narrow echelon formation were joined by two more, all flying at about 2,000 feet over the Chesapeake Bay. When the disks were almost below the airliner, they dimmed slightly and flipped on edge in unison. The edges seemed to be about 15 feet thick, and top surfaces appeared to be flat. After being interrogated by the U.S. Air Force, the two pilots were told the disks had been observed by seven other groups. Project Blue Book checked the positions of all known military and civilian aircraft in the area, finding nothing that would account for the sighting, which went into the official ‘unexplained’ category.
The Air Force, which has constantly fibbed about UFOs, and/or put down those who sighted the “unusual” up there, published a conclusion by author Donald Menzel, who concluded the pilots were fooled by fireflies (honest) trapped by the double panes in the cockpit window (snicker-snicker). Obviously, many reported sightings were ‘mistakes’ or ‘phonies’ but there are too many that cannot be explained away. Heck, there are billions of stars out there, so it seems ridiculous to conclude we are the only ones with life. And, of course there are probably life forms far different from ours, acclimated to wherever they exist.
A major story concerns the alleged crash of a flying saucer near Roswell, N.M. Bodies were supposedly found inside the craft. Voormalig directeur van het Hubble-project Bob Williams richtte de ruimtetelescoop in december 1995 op een willekeurig gebied aan de hemel waar nog niets over bekend was. Er kwamen beelden binnen van talloze onbekende sterrenstelsels. Toen Williams de foto’s van 2500 sterrenstelsels had samengevoegd ontdekte hij iets vreemds.
Ze bleken sneller dan het licht door de ruimte te bewegen. Maar niets kan sneller gaan dan de lichtsnelheid. Bij de lichtsnelheid worden de natuurkundige wetten uit elkaar getrokken. Toch spotte de Hubble-telescoop iets in de ruimte wat zich niets leek aan te trekken van één van deze fundamentele wetten.
Wat als het geen sterrenstelsels waren, maar artefacten die door de interstellaire ruimte vlogen? Een ruimteschip kan de ruimte om zich heen vervormen met een zogheten warpdrive. NASA-onderzoekers zijn van mening dat een warpdrive mogelijk is. Nieuwe berekeningen stellen dat het zelfs kan zonder dat een energiebron met de massa van een kleine ster nodig is.
Een warpdrive zou ruimtevaartuigen sneller dan het licht kunnen laten reizen, een voorwaarde om binnen afzienbare tijd andere sterrenstelsels te bezoeken. Een warpdrive doet geen afbreuk aan het natuurkundige uitgangspunt dat niets sneller kan reizen dan het licht. De drive vervormt namelijk de ruimtetijd voor en achter een ruimteschip met behulp van een donutvormige ring, waardoor grote afstanden in korte tijd afgelegd kunnen worden, zonder dat het schip in zijn ‘cocon’ van normale ruimtetijd sneller dan het licht reist.
De drive rekt de ruimtetijd achter het vaartuig uit en perst deze voor het schip juist samen. De normale rumtetijd waarin het ruimteschip zich bevindt, zou sneller dan het licht door de ruimte bewegen. Het ziet er dan uit alsof het schip op een golf door de ruimte ‘rijdt’.
De signatuur van een warpdrive kan sterke gelijkenissen vertonen met het licht dat wordt uitgezonden door sterrenstelsels die sneller dan het licht lijken te gaan.

NANTON - People in the Nanton area are are keeping an eye on the sky this week after bright lights were spotted above the town Sunday night.
Sam Martine, who lives just west of the town about 100 km south of Calgary, said two mysterious lights appeared about 11 p.m. in the sky above her neighbour’s house about 400 metres away.
“The first light was about as big as a large yard light — that is what I thought it was at first — but very bright white,” says Martine, who was in her house when the lights first appeared.
The second light was higher in the air than the first, and the two lights sat in one spot for about four or five minutes before moving upward. That’s when Martine and her daughter Baylie went outside, and the lights came toward them, making no sound.
“Then you could see red light and blue light and could hear it,” Martine said.
“It went over our house. The other light stayed still, then it started to move up — but not as high as the first light — and again went over our house.”
As it passed over there was one wide blue light and the other side had a red light as it passed to the northwest.
Martine managed to take photographs of the objects, despite some unusual issues trying to get her camera to work and capture a clear shot.
The following morning, Martine found that their cattle had run through the fence and were all standing on the northwest hill, but all of them were accounted for.
The last time that there were reported UFO sightings in the Nanton area was in the late 1970s, when cattle mutilations were reported throughout the area.
Peter Davenport, director for the National UFO Reporting Center in Washington state, said this account fits with many descriptions of UFOs.
Davenport noted Martine’s description fits and witnesses often have problems taking photos of the objects, and there seems to be electromagnetic interference involved.
The 2013 Canadian UFO Survey, compiled annually by Ufology Research, found 1,180 sightings across the country, 129 of those in Alberta.
Thylacine hunter Mike Williams confident technology will provide evidence of living tiger
Tasmanian tiger hunter Mike Williams is confident evidence of a living thylacine will emerge sooner rather than later because of the growing popularity of crash cameras in cars.
Mr Williams, who led an international team of naturalists searching for the thylacine last year, has urged Tasmanian motorists to invest in the technology.
“If you live in an area where you think thylacines have been seen, then crash-test cameras are the go,” Mr Williams said.
Mr Williams, who is from New South Wales, has returned to Tasmania to gather more thylacine information and is cruising around the North-East and North-West with one of the digital video cameras attached to his car.
He is interviewing about a dozen people who say they have seen the thylacine, including farmers, trappers and motorists.
Mr Williams is also going over archival evidence and camping in areas where thylacines are likely to be, looking for evidence in situ.
“I believe they are still out there,” he said.
He said Tasmanian trappers had provided him with extremely reliable accounts of seeing multiple thylacines in the mid-1980s.
Many other sightings have been from motorists driving around the bush at dusk and night, including one from only 16 months ago.
“Post 1950, a large percentage of the sightings have been made by people in cars at night,” Mr Williams said. “That’s why crash-test camera technology on cars is so important.”
Mr Williams said the decline in the number of Tasmanian devils would have boosted the population of surviving thylacines, providing a greater window of opportunity for evidence of the animal’s existence.
Mr Williams’ search has gained the support of veteran thylacine hunter James Malley, who spent almost half a century searching for the elusive creature.
“I support him 100 per cent,” said Mr Malley, after meeting Mr Williams.

The men and women of the Air Force deal with a variety of dangers in the sky every day. But now they apparently have a new one to add to the list: fish.
A National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration jet was struck by a falling fish during a MacDill Air Force Base takeoff last September, a new report from the Air Force says. The plane aborted the takeoff, assuming they had hit a bird — a common occurrence at the waterfront base.
“We were nearing the point in the takeoff where we needed to rotate, or raise the nose of the airplane off the ground, when an Osprey with something in its claws flew in front of our aircraft,” recalled Lt. Cmdr. Nick Toth, the pilot of the NOAA Gulfstream G-IV.
Bird strikes can damage aircraft and have been blamed for several fatal crashes around the world.
Planes are particularly vulnerable during takeoff and landing, so most airports have staff devoted specifically to preventing or responding to such incidents. MacDill, home to the USAF 6th Air Mobility Wing as well as NOAA’s Hurricane Hunters — is no exception.
“We swept the runway, but we didn’t find any remains of the bird,” said Lindsey Garven, 6th AMW bird aircraft strike hazard contractor. “We continued our search and were surprised to find a 9-inch sheepshead lying near the end of the runway.”
Still skeptical, officials packed up the specimen from the runway along with DNA from the aircraft and sent them to the Smithsonian Feather Identification Laboratory in Washington, D.C. Results concluded the plane did, in fact, record NOAA’s first-ever fish-strike.
“At first, we didn’t believe the test results,” exclaimed Toth. “There was no way we hit a fish during takeoff. I mean, how does something like that even happen?”

A group of scientists at Boston’s Harvard Medical School say they’ve made the stunning discovery that dreams are not, as once thought, a series of abstract sensations, images and sounds that occur during sleep, but rather demonstrably real events that take place in an alternate universe that can only be accessed during certain stages of unconsciousness.
In a study published yesterday, the scientists detailed how they monitored a number of participants during various stages of sleep, and gave them complex tasks, such as bringing objects from the dream world back to the ‘real’ world.
They said it first became apparent that dreams were real when subjects successfully managed to retrieve a number of items, including a comb, a lantern and a baby dragon.
Kevin McCaffrey, a neuroscientist and researcher who helped conduct the study, said that anyone was capable of retrieving objects from dreams, so long as they concentrated “really hard.”
“What people haven’t realised until now is that this alternate universe that we might call Dreamland, is actually a very real place that people do go to when they sleep,” he said. “It is a place where internal emotions very tangibly affect the external environment, the laws of physics don’t apply unless you’re running from a ghost, and people are a lot more willing to have sex with you, whether you like it or not.”
“We really need to find a new term for ‘real world’, because actually, the dream world is just as real.”
When asked what he thought the implications of such a discovery were, McCaffrey said he wasn’t yet sure, but he expected them to be large.
“Well I think you’ll find it’s a double edged sword,” he said. “For people who’ve accomplished great things in their dreams, it’ll be nice to be able to say with some confidence that they’ve actually done it. For example, I once won the Tour de France.”
“On the other hand, for those who have had traumatic experiences in dreams and have been able to console themselves with the thought that they weren’t real… Well, they might not be able to say that anymore.”
McCaffrey added that while he knew many would find the study alarming – even disturbing – he personally thought it was exciting, and was especially pleased by the discovery that he wasn’t a virgin. – The Civilian
A Hamilton City, CA, couple reported feeling an “extraterrestrial attempt” after watching a green laser grid-like pattern that appeared to be scanning their home, according to March 24, 2014, testimony in Case 54907 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The couple was outside in their backyard about 10:30 p.m. on March 22, 2014, when they noticed the green laser “pulsating and scanning” the back side of their home.
“We were both sitting in the backyard at the time this occurred and were star gazing,” the reporting witness stated. “I'm familiar with lasers and how they can be projected at objects at great distances, but I had never seen anything like this before. The laser grid appeared to be 'scanning' the rear bedroom of our house that my 13-year-old son was occupying.”
The son also noticed the light.
“He ran out of his room to the backyard where my wife and I were to excitedly tell us that he saw a very bright green flashing light penetrate his window through closed blinds and light up his room abnormally.”
The couple could not locate the source of the light.
“My wife and I were still in shock from what we saw from the outside. I jumped up on a patio chair to get a peak over the neighboring fence in search of an answer to our beam of light and found nothing. No cars and no people. I'm a skeptic. So I ruled everything out. The way the laser-like grid was projected on the house was definitely from above.”
There was a low humming sound during the time the light was on the house.
“But of course the sky was clear and very quiet, except for a low humming sound during the entire six seconds of the occurrence. I hope this is descriptive enough. I can give better details via a phone conversation. As for the three of us that witnessed this phenomenon, we strongly feel that it was an extraterrestrial attempt of some sort of communication.”
No photos or videos were included with the MUFON report, which was filed on March 24, 2014. Hamilton City is a city in in Glenn County, CA, population 1,759.
NASA has announced that the live feed on the ISS will be shut down in two weeks. I don’t like the idea that we can’t see what’s going on with the ISS. United States and EU have placed sanctions on Russia. People are starting to use the word war to resolve the conflict.
The live feed from the ISS recorded some say has recorded encounters with UFOS. A video below shows the encounter. You have to wonder if there are more UFO encounters being experienced and thus the live feed shutdown.
A Russian crew and America share the ISS. America and EU has placed economic sanctions on Russia. Everyone has assured the public that the ISS is carrying on business as usual. The public are now informed the live feed will be shut down. NASA announcement comes at an unusual time. Has Russia been part of the decision?
The US military is reviewing its reliance on Russian rocketry. The Russian rocket engines are used in the Atlas V program which launches satellites for the military. They have a two year part supply. If tensions remain over two years then military would have to rebuild the program which will take five years. It will be much more expensive. Lockheed Martin and Boeing use Russian rocket parts. Russia can cause major problems if they choose too.
I think Congress needs to review our dependence on Russian rocket technology. You have to wonder if Putin planned this. America has two years to resolve this conflict and I won’t be surprised if Russia raises prices for astronaut seats on the ISS or for rocket engines or parts. Our space technology programs have become dependent on Russia. I remember a time when our programs did not. I’m wondering what other surprises are in store for us with this escalation of tensions. I hope it has a peaceful outcome.

Two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III have been unveiled in Luxor, Egypt to the public. The statues of the pharaoh join a pair of already famous giants at the temple known as the Colossi of Memnon – two 16-meter-high images of King Amenhotep III seated on his throne, also made of quartzite.
The two new statues, discovered during excavations at the site, were originally in pieces before being restored and raised to their current standing position at the temple.

People can now admire the new statue of Amenhotep III in Luxor.
The unveiling was presided over by German archaeologist Hourig Sourouzian, who heads the temple of Amenhotep III conservation project.
"The world until now knew two Memnon colossi, but from today it will know four colossi of Amenhotep III
Archaeologists also discovered the alabaster head from another Amenhotep III statue.
The statues had lain in pieces for centuries in the fields, damaged by destructive forces of nature like earthquake, and later by irrigation water, salt, encroachment and vandalism, "Sourouzian said.
These newly restored quartzite statues, one of which is more than 11 meters high and weighs 250 tonnes, can be found at the funerary temple of Amenhotep III.

"Archaeologists said with its now missing double crown, the original statue would have reached a height of more than 44ft and weighed 450 tonnes.

Other artifacts were also unveiled, including parts of other statues of the ancient ruler and his relatives, including a well-preserved alabaster head from another Amenhotep III statue.
This piece is unique, it is rare, because there are not many alabaster statues in the world,' Sourouzian told AFP," Daily Mail reports.

Mars Walker, a twenty year old University of Georgia art student who lived in an apartment near Airport Road was disturbed while reading by “a high pitched, siren-like sound.” Glancing toward the window, he noticed a “glow like a watch dial” shimmering outside. When he opened the door, outside lights illuminated a craft that slowly descended from the sky about fifty yards away. The object was round varying in diameter from ten to seventeen feet, and smooth-surfaced. It “had no definite color, just a vague shade of purple, like a midnight sky,” he said. After five minutes the pitch of the sound became sharper “and a thing took shape within the doughnut shape of the middle.” It required another minute before the form became clearly visible. According to Walker, “It was a human-like being standing erect,” and colored a “a sea green opaque, like a hologram.” The most prominent aspect of the creature was its “medusa-head,” composed of objects resembling tentacles that surrounded the head. Each hand had three or four fingers, but otherwise seemed human. “The odd thing to me” Walker continued, “is how little attention it paid me, no interest in communicating with me or threatening me or any other activity, besides observing.” The scene was surreal, the creature bathed in the pale green light like “an electrical field,” the student thought. Perhaps it was a hologram. Apparently finished with its duties, the entity went back inside the craft. After a half hour the UFO departed.

Scott Waring, author of UFO Sightings Daily, says “Yes, they installed two 17 million dollar HD cams to to earn money using the ISS to sell satellite photos. Yes, NASA says they will shut down the live public cams due to budget cuts, even thought the Canada company selling the photos will pay NASA a crap load of cash yearly. So the “budget cuts” excuse is a lie. The truth is they want to stop the viewers from seeing the UFOs at the ISS and posting them to YouTube.”
Waring says, “Since January of 2014, new recordings of UFOs seen on ISS live cam could be found on Youtube every 3-5 day, thats up form every 13-20 day last year. Recently NASA has installed two HD cameras on the space station on several hard to do space walks and the consequences of those actions are becoming apparent to NASA…disclosing UFO in HD will soon be possible, but only if you pay out the nose to use it. ”
Waring adds, “Its one thing to have a blurry photo of an object moving around the ISS using the regular old cams, but totally another thing to see it in high definition so well that its like looking at the UFO an arms length away from you. They say the cameras can spy on object as small as 1-5 meters on earths surface, so imagine how powerful a tool this could be in the hands of an UFO researcher.”
Waring says, “On the second site above, I clicked the link and suddenly I see the cam already says no signal. How it could work on the 1st site, but not the second site is bewildering. In bold yellow letters at the bottom of the site it state, “ISS live cam to be retired in two weeks. Submit concerns to NASA official Jennifer B. Price for more information.”
Waring asserts, “The fact that sightings have increased this year at the ISS cam and the installation of the two hard to install HD cams last month tell us that NASA does have something to hide from the public. You can send her message about it at this email, jsc-isslive@mail.nasa.gov,but don’t expect a real answer. Most likely they will make up some story about budget cuts, but the HD cameras cost over $17 million US dollars to make and is owned by a Canadian and Russian company who can see objects on earth that are 1-5 meters and plans on selling the photos for profit!”
“So NASA will roll in the money soon from the sold photos from space, yet the public is screwed out of the deal by not getting free use of the cams. Basically the ISS 2 HD cams are now there to spy for hire and not for the public use. NASA is making a massive profit from this deal, but still doesn’t want the public from even using the ancient non HD cams installed at the ISS. Rather, they want to save their reputation from ridicule about UFOs visiting the ISS and shut the cams down all cams of public use. This is not the transparency that Obama promised us all,” says Waring.

The dance of UFOs in the skies, the uncertain song of UFO contact and the mysterious theater of their performances prancing upon the human stage still puzzles the preplexed inhabitants of this world, Spaceship Earth. The close encounter experience is an incredibly diverse, challenging and enigmatic drama, both upfront and deeply subtle, without any definite answers. Many of its experiencers, straddling hidden whispery realms that shake them up, are exposed, unwilling or not, to an amazing wide variety of encounters.
Among those who have contact with those realms and its visitors here is Lorie Barnes, author of “Things Seen And Unseen: My Visible And Invisible Life Story,” a Smashwords ebook, published in September 2012. Barnes is a well-known cabaret, Broadway and stage performer, whose parents took great care of her in the 1930's and 1940's by training her in dance, voice and acting, leading her into a successful career as an actress, singer and dancer that included stock and children's theater.
For those who have read author Whitley Strieber's accounts in his writings of a standout extraordinary encounter involving a group of invited people at his cabin in upstate New York in 1989, they are familiar with the event at which Barnes was a witness. Her experience there also included a walk through the woods where she met a departed brother. Barnes was portrayed by an actoress in the 1989 movie “Communion” in a support group scene.
She learned of Strieber's 1987 worldwide best seller “Communion: A True Story” book and her brother Buddy Barnes, a famed cabaret pianist and singer who passed away in 1992, bought the book at a Dalton's bookstore in Manhattan. “It's like the story of your life, I mean your haunted life,” he told her.

Soon after she met the author and his wife Anne, who lived a block away from her in Greenwich Village, Barnes became Streiber's secretary months after his controversial book alerted the public with his undefinable “visitor” experience accounts. She and his wife Anne Strieber sorted through the overwhelming bags of mail in the aftermath of the book's appearance, and Barnes sorted the letters about other people's encounters into categories.
“It as if the beings, whatever or whoever they were, had been waiting in the wings for me to enter to act out the role written for me in a cosmic script,” writes Barnes, as they began the longtime family-like friendship she enjoys with the Striebers to this day.
This writer, then a staff reporter for a Brooklyn weekly newspaper soon after directing a city-wide nonprofit peace advocacy organization, first met Barnes in October 1989 over dinner before she spoke at a local civic affairs discussion group in my neighborhood, a meeting that I wrote an article about. I found Barnes thoroughly engaging, charming and very intelligent with an amazing sense of humor, showing her joy of life.
Those characteristics flavor her “haunted life” and also, at times, a tormented personal life that includes her career as a featured cabaret singer, starting at age 15, and Broadway and stage dancer, singer and actor. As a girl, she rode an elephant with Jimmy Durante in the musical “Jumbo,” performed with Milton Berle in the musical “The Spring in Brazil” and with famed fan dancer Sally Rand. Barnes once celebrated a shared birthdate, June 10, with Judy Garland, six years older than Barnes, born in 1930.
Her accounts, in two parts with 24 chapters, vividly tell the riveting stories of her “visible and invisible life” in a stellar articulated manner, from her first encounters with enigmatic beings from her babyhood when “little friends” visited her and her near-death experience at six. They progress to lifelong UFO sightings and, out-of-the body experiences in which she traveled to places around the globe (and was witnessed by friends a few times) , cosmic visitors, leprechauns, ghosts, reincarnation memories, angelic beings, short squat beings in blue overalls, and vivid dream visions.
Born to theatrical parents, Barnes tells of her fascinating life as a performer, a very interesting narrative in itself, her love life dogged by happy and harsh times, wretching disappointments and delights, marriages and divorces, and about her parents and children.
In telling that visible life story, intersecting throughout Barnes relates the intervention of an invisible hidden reality inhabited by enigmatic visitors who are at times messengers and predictors. In the mix, she met extraordinary human beings, such as Andrey (Andre) Avinoff, a famous entomoligist and painter during the first half of the 20th century.
Well-known as a flora and fauna artist, he was particularly focused on his abiding interest in butterflies. After his passing in 1949, a startling butterfly incident delivered a powerful message to Barnes. And in her early ghostly encounters, she was introduced to famous parapsychologist Hans Holzer and got to know him.
In his preface to Barnes' book, Strieber noted that several people report the visitors appearing with the dead, as if they dwell in the unknown reaity. Likewise, Barnes writes that “the post-death dimension is in some way aligned with the visitors, because I have observed the visitors and our dead in each other's company, during my contacts.”
In the 1990's it was Kenneth Ring, then a psychology professor at the University of Connecticut, who first made the connection of the similarities of the UFO close encounter and near-death experiences in his 1993 groundbreaking book, “The Omega Project — Near-Death Experiences, UFO Encounters, and Mind At Large” (William Morrow and Company) with an introduction by Whitley Strieber.
In noting the many places she has lived and traveled, Barnes, a New York City resident for many years, writes, “It seems that all beings, from any time frame, dimension or universe, know exactly where to find me at any given moment.” They appeared in the various places she lived and visited, such as Scotland and Italy. In such places, she witnessed UFOs and had visitations from cosmic and ghostly beings
She mentions a trip to Ireland in the 1990's to meet the organizers of the Irish UFO and Paranormal Research Association, prompted, she writes, by its contact with S.P.A.C.E., the Search Project for Aspects of Close Encounters, an experiencer run support and study group that has involved hundreds of experiencers and supporters founded in New York City in 1992 and ongoing now.
As the founder of S.P.A.C.E., through our many meetings and outside one-on-one imterviews, I have met, listened to and talked with hundreds of experiencers who have a wide range of all kinds of encounters. These include all types of beings, all mentioned by Barnes. While most described non-human UFO occupants typically reported, a good number of others also mentioned gnomes, fairies, angelic beings, apparitions, along with beings resembling humans, reptiles, insects, cats and rabbits.
The commonalities of nonhuman UFO occupants and their behavior were first compared to fairyland inhabitant reports by UFO investigator Jacques Valle in his 1969 book “Passport to Magonia: From Folklore To Flying Saucers.” Also, in his 1970 book “Invisible Residents” zoologist and UFO researcher Ivan T. Sanderson discussed UFO occupants who hide under water.
What I find most fascinating about Barnes' experiences, is that all these kinds of enigmatic beings she has encountered interact with her makes her one of the most experienced of all these otherworldy contactees rolled into one. In her marvelously written book, she becomes a sharp-eyed tour guide into shy and sly realms that may represent a vastly greater hidden reality from which our known world may actually emerge.
That hidden reality's cast of visitors, Barnes reports abouy her experiences, include Bambi-like creatures, a dead aunt, a ghostly gambler, a beautiful blue lady, Hudson Valley and English castle ghosts, and oracles, all part of her paranormal and psychic life.
Her book, with its diversity of extraordinary experiences, reminded me of Whitley and Anne Strieber's wonderfully essential “The Communion Letters” 1997 book, one of my favorites, which is chockful of the incredible variety of close encounter narratives culled from the countless letters in response to “Communion” and subsequent books.
Several contact experiencers at times have felt that the visitors awaken them to the importance of the soul and the deep sources of life within consciousness. The subject of the soul, a territory largely confined to theology and religious faith, is vastly ignored and neglected by modern science with its solid pre-judgemental wall blocking its research. At least, noetics, the study of consciousness, a mysterious mind riddle still unexplained, took a giant leap forward when Apollo 14 lunar astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell founded his noetics institute.
If a science of the soul and consciousness is to grow and progress, Barnes' book would be one of the required textbooks in that scientific reseach. For in the soul's realm is a seemingly vast cosmic ecology filled with life, discovery and knowledge that has built-in wisdom. Many reported non-human UFO occupant contacts suggest that.
Barnes, telling of her “life full of synchronicites and serendipities,” has made her autobiography into one of the most elegant and fascinating among all such books in ufology. In her accomplishment, this sparkling and talented lady does not define her visitors' precise origins (although speculating), a secret to humanity perhaps that may spur Earth's groping inhabitants into astonishing future possiblities from its planetary island in space and time.
Barnes has gained valuable, essential and spiritual knowledge of the breadth and depth of this experience that defies and challenges excepted notions of reality, and she shares that with the public in her book. Readers will be absorded into her unique “visible and invisible life story” that sheds a spotlight on the whole contact enigma. Whitley Strieber called her book “unique” and “quite a treasure.” I whole-heartedly agree and I think readers will be, too.
Lorie Barnes, like a modern day Alice in Wonderland relating her cosmic travels, has written one of the most essential books for ufology. Her life's journey through seen and unseen realms told in her illuminating autobiography, like a warmly welcomed lighthouse beacon twirling through the hidden dark matter that ufology plods to understand, should be read widely for the benefit of other contact experiencers and the advancement of ufology and humankind

A mother and her daughter spotted UFOs flying over their home outside of Nanton in southern Alberta, Canada on Sunday, and were able to snap a couple of pictures. Neighbors reported seeing the same objects earlier in the night.
Sam Martine and her daughter Baylie say they were watching TV at 11 pm when they noticed bright lights hovering over a nearby field. When they went to have a look, they say the lights started moving towards them. They passed right over the Martines’ home and continued to the northwest.
Sam told Nanton News, “The first light was about as big as a large yard light — that is what I thought it was at first — but very bright white.”
She says the lights hovered in the same place for a few minutes then began moving upwards. That is when the two went outside and the lights began moving towards them.
Sam says, “Then you could see red light and blue light and could hear it. It went over our house. The other light stayed still, then it started to move up — but not as high as the first light— and again went over our house.”
Baylie attempted to take a picture of the objects with her cell phone, but it malfunctioned. Sam also had problems when she tried to take a picture with her DSLR camera. Sam said, “I could take pics of the sky but when I would aim at the lights flying, my camera would not work. Finally out the back of our place I finally got the camera to work.”

Sam says she thinks the objects also startled her cattle. The next morning she found they had run through the fence, and were standing on a nearby hill. Luckily, none were lost and they could all be accounted for.
The Martines say they do not believe the objects were helicopters because they were not making any noise when they hovered. Sam says, “I’ve never seen anything like that before.”
Canadian UFO researcher Chris Rutkowski is not so sure what they Martines photographed is unusual. He told CBC News, “The tip offs are the red and blue lights, which are very common in aircraft.”
Robyn Foret, who is with the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, agrees. He says, “The shaking of the object or the movement of the object — that looks like a camera with a time exposure that may have been bumped. It looked very sporadic.”
However, Sam and Baylie Martine were not the only two to see strange lights that night. About a mile northeast of the Martines’ farm, Pat and Donald Comstock saw lights they could not explain. Pat says she was in the kitchen knitting sometime between 9:30 and 10:00 pm when she noticed a bright light shining in the kitchen window.
She looked outside and saw two white lights, one higher than the other, coming towards their house. She called Donald to have a look, and they both went out to their deck to get a better view. They noticed that the lights were at the front of the objects.
Donald said the moon was bright enough to see that the objects were made of metal. He said they were dull metallic in color. The Comstocks do not believe the objects were helicopters, because they did not make noise like the local ambulance helicopter.
Pat reported her sighting to Nanton News after hearing about the Martines’ account. She figured that what she and Donald had seen were the same objects the Martines’ had seen when the objects made another pass by the neighborhood later that night.
CBC News notes that Alberta is no stranger to UFO sightings. Rutkowski recently co-authored a report called the Canadian UFO Survey documenting 1180 UFO Reports in 2013. Over 100 of the reports came from Alberta.

De Nigeriaanse kerngeleerde O. Akindele Joseph studeerde in 1984 af aan het Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in de Verenigde Staten.
Volgens Joseph bestaat er in een andere ruimtetijd of wereld een exacte kopie van ons universum. De laatste 27 jaar heeft hij zich verdiept in de veel-werelden-interpretatie.
Hij stelt dat in de natuur identieke universa naast elkaar kunnen bestaan. Deze universa bestaan in verschillende compartimenten van de vierdimensionale ruimtetijd. Van de aarde, zon en andere planeten in ons zonnestelsel, de Melkweg en miljarden andere sterrenstelsels, bestaan exacte kopieën in 23 andere compartimenten van de ruimtetijd. Ze vormen 23 andere universa, aldus Joseph.
Joseph heeft naar eigen zeggen het mysterie van de ongeïdentificeerde vliegende objecten (UFO’s) opgelost. “UFO’s komen van de aarde uit één van de andere 23 universa,” zei hij. “Op de aarde uit het universum waar zij vandaan komen hebben ze de technologie ontwikkeld om de ruimtetijd te doorkruisen en tussen verschillende universa te reizen. Om naar onze aarde in ons universum te kunnen komen hoeven ze geen afstand in de ruimte te overbruggen.”

“UFO’s maken gebruik van laserstralen en antizwaartekracht om ongelooflijke manoeuvres in de lucht uit te voeren,” ging Joseph verder. “De verklaring voor UFO’s is met name belangrijk voor landen als Groot-Brittannië, Frankrijk, Duitsland en de VS, waar men dit mysterie al 70 jaar probeert te ontrafelen.”
De 16e-eeuwse apotheker Nostradamus deed onder andere voorspellingen over een groot wetenschappelijk genie uit een gebied omgeven door drie zeeën, dat belangrijke ontdekkingen zou doen.
Het genie zou volgens Nostradamus onder meer uitleg kunnen geven over buitenaardsen, UFO’s en Atlantis. Daarnaast zou een nieuwe natuurkracht de omstandigheden op aarde drastisch verbeteren en verder zouden wetenschap en religie worden verenigd.
Profetie
Afrika wordt omgeven door drie zeeën, te weten de Atlantische Oceaan, de Indische Oceaan en de Middellandse Zee, aldus Joseph. Hij ziet Afrika als het gebied waar de profetie van het grote genie zal uitkomen.
“De grote wereldlanden weten dat de voorspelde wetenschappelijke doorbraken al in Nigeria worden gerealiseerd en kijken geïnteresseerd toe,” besloot Joseph. “De Nigeriaanse overheid moet niet alleen interesse tonen, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid nemen.”

Al twee jaar probeert Frank Reitemeyer de Duitse Bondsdag te dwingen alle geheime UFO-studies vrij te geven voor het grote publiek.
Reitemeyer loopt tegen een bureaucratische muur op. Enige tijd geleden meldde Niburu dat de rechter in Berlijn het Duitse parlement had opgedragen inzicht te geven in de geheime stukken.
In meer dan 20 landen krijgt Reitemeyer toegang tot overheidsstukken over onbekende vliegende objecten: in Frankrijk, Groot-Brittannië, zelfs in Peru en Chili. In Duitsland blijkt dat een stuk lastiger.
Inzage
Overheidswetenschappers onder leiding van Gitta Connemann (CDU) publiceerden in 2009 twee studies, getiteld ‘De zoektocht naar buitenaards leven en de uitvoering van VN-resolutie A/33/426 over de waarneming van ongeïdentificeerde vliegende objecten en buitenaardse levensvormen’ en ‘De manier waarop de Europese Unie omgaat met het onderwerp ongeïdentificeerde vliegende objecten’.
Het Duitse parlement houdt beide studies geheim, maar de rechtbank oordeelde dat het voor burgers mogelijk moet zijn inzage te krijgen in de stukken. De primaire taak van het parlement is het uitoefenen van controle op de uitvoerende macht. Daar vallen deze studies niet onder, luidde het vonnis.
Transparant
Na de uitspraak begon zelfs de Duitse Federale Commissaris voor Databescherming Peter Schaar zich met de kwestie te bemoeien. In het parlement moeten beslissingen zo transparant mogelijk zijn. Dit betekent ook dat het onderzoek van experts, dat wordt gefinancierd met belastinggeld, beschikbaar moet komen voor het publiek, aldus Schaar.
Het bestuur van de Bondsdag ging tegen de uitspraak in beroep. Er werd een internationaal advocatenkantoor ingehuurd dat normaal gesproken beroemdheden vertegenwoordigt. Kosten noch moeite werden gespaard om de UFO-studies geheim te houden. Reitemeyer begint zich hardop af te vragen of we nog wel in een democratische rechtsstaat leven.

Iedereen is bekend met de Bermudadriehoek en de mysteries waarmee dit gebied wordt omgeven. Allerlei auteurs beschrijven verdwijningen van vaar- en vliegtuigen in de denkbeeldige driehoek toe aan onder meer paranormale verschijnselen, waarbij de wetten van de natuurkunde werden opgeheven, of aan activiteit van buitenaardse bezoekers. Er zijn nog 10 andere plaatsen op aarde waar zich de nodige mysterieuze gebeurtenissen hebben voorgedaan.
10. Superstition Mountains
De Superstition Mountains vormen een bergketen in de Amerikaanse staat Arizona ten oosten van de hoofdstad Phoenix. De legende over de goudmijn betreft de beroemdste vermiste mijn uit de Amerikaanse geschiedenis. De Duitser Jacob Waltz zou hem in de negentiende eeuw hebben ontdekt. Die overleed in 1891 en tot op de dag van vandaag zoeken goudzoekers vergeefs naar zijn mijn. De Apache-indianen geloven dat er in de Superstition Mountains een gat is dat naar de onderwereld leidt.
9. Zuid-Atlantische Anomalie
Heb je je ooit weleens afgevraagd of er een Bermudadriehoek in de ruimte is? Die is er. De Zuid-Atlantische Anomalie is het gebied waar de binnenste van de Van Allen-gordels het oppervlak het dichtst nadert. De anomalie ligt aan de oostkust van Zuid-Amerika en hangt samen met het gegeven dat het centrum van het aardmagnetisch veld niet samenvalt met het middelpunt van de aarde.
De Zuid-Atlantische Anomalie is verantwoordelijk geweest voor verschillende problemen met satellieten en ruimteschepen. Het internationale ruimtestation ISS moet vanwege de anomalie extra worden beschermd. Ruimtetelescoop Hubble maakt tijdens het passeren van de anomalie geen opnames. De oorzaak van de problemen wordt nog niet goed begrepen.
8. Anjikunimeer
In november 1930 zou een heel dorp zijn verdwenen in het Anjikunimeer in het Canadese territorium Nunavut. Ene Joe Labelle zocht op een avond naar beschutting in het dorp van de Inuit, maar kon de dorpsbewoners nergens vinden. Al het voedsel en geweren waren achtergelaten. Labelle schakelde de politie in, die ontdekte dat in de omgeving van het dorp tenminste één graf was geopend en geleegd. Op zo’n 100 meter van het dorp werden de lichamen van zeven sleehonden gevonden, die waren verhongerd hoewel ze toegang hadden tot voedsel. Er zouden ook vreemde lichten boven het meer zijn gezien op het moment van de verdwijning.
7. Drakendriehoek
De drakendriehoek of Formosadriehoek is een gebied in de buurt van Taiwan, Wake Island en de Gilberteilanden. Aan deze driehoek kleven een paar soortgelijke geruchten als aan de Bermudadriehoek, met name over magnetische afwijkingen, onverklaarbare lichten en objecten en mysterieuze verdwijningen. In 1952 stuurde de Japanse overheid een onderzoeksschip naar het gebied. De Kaio Maru 5 en alle 31 bemanningsleden zijn nooit teruggekomen. De Mongoolse legerleider Koeblai Khan zou hebben geprobeerd om Japan via de drakendriehoek binnen te vallen. Hij verloor daarbij ongeveer 40.000 manschappen.
6. Bigelow Ranch
Op deze ranch in het noordwesten van Utah worden vaak ongeïdentificeerde vliegende objecten, veeverminkingen en andere vreemde gebeurtenissen waargenomen. Terry en Gwen Sherman kochten de ranch in 1994. Toen ze aan het verhuizen waren zagen ze een grote wolf. Het dier leek tam, maar greep uiteindelijk een kalf. Terry loste een paar schoten, maar de kogels hadden geen effect. Het stel probeerde het dier te volgen, maar de sporen stopten abrupt, alsof de wolf in het niets was verdwenen.
Het werd uiteindelijk allemaal zo bont dat de Shermans de ranch in 1996 verkochten aan Robert Bigelow, oprichter van het National Institute for Discovery Science, om de mysteries rond de ranch te onderzoeken. Deze organisatie wil niets kwijt over zijn bevindingen.
5. Point Pleasant
Het plaatsje Point Pleasant kwam in 1967 wereldwijd in het nieuws nadat de Silver Bridge was ingestort. Hierbij kwamen 46 mensen om het leven. Het is nog steeds niet bekend wat de oorzaak was van het instorten. In het boek The Mothman Prophecies beschrijft John A. Keel vreemde gebeurtenissen die rondom deze ramp hebben plaatsgevonden. De Mothman was een verschijning die herhaaldelijk in de buurt van Point Pleasant is waargenomen: een mensgroot vliegend wezen met rode ogen. Wat het precies is geweest is nooit bekend geworden.
4. Michigandriehoek
Opnieuw een geografische driehoek, dit keer in het midden van het Michiganmeer. In dit gebied zouden ook vaar- en vliegtuigen zijn verdwenen. Op 28 april 1937 was kapitein George R. Donner op weg van Eerie in Pennsylvania naar Port Washington in Wisconsin. Hij zou uitgeput zijn en naar zijn scheepshut zijn gegaan. Drie uur later bleek Donner niet in zijn hut te zijn. Hij werd nooit teruggevonden.
Op 23 juni 1950 vloog Northwest Airlines vlucht 2501 van New York naar Minneapolis. Vanwege slecht weer stuurde piloot Robert C. Lind het toestel met 58 passagiers over het Michiganmeer. Er is nooit meer iets van het vliegtuig vernomen. Er zijn nooit wrakstukken gevonden.
3. San Luisvallei
In de San Luisvallei in het zuiden van Colorado worden ongehoord veel UFO’s gezien. Na het mislukken van haar ranch bouwde Judy Mesoline in 2001 haar UFO-uitkijkpost. Door bezoekers wordt de plek ook wel de ‘Bermudadriehoek van het Westen’ genoemd. De San Luisvallei ligt aan de voet van de Rocky Mountains. “Er zijn hier zoveel rare dingen gebeurd in de afgelopen 12 jaar. Ik zeg tegen iedereen dat ze er open voor moeten staan. Misschien snap je het niet, maar er is een hoop aan de hand in het universum waar we gewoon niks over weten.”
2. Benningtondriehoek
In het zuidwesten van Vermont bevindt zich nog een driehoek. Op deze plek hebben zich tussen 1945 en 1950 vijf mysterieuze verdwijningen voorgedaan. Op 12 november 1945 leidde de 75-jarige Middie Rivers een groep jagers door de bossen. Op de terugweg liep hij vooruit en is nooit meer iets van hem vernomen. De 18-jarige Paula Welden ging op 1 december 1946 in het gebied wandelen, maar keerde nooit terug.
Op 1 december 1949 nam veteraan James E. Tetford na een familiedag de bus naar huis, maar kwam nooit aan. Zijn bagage is wel teruggevonden. De 8-jarige Paul Jepson verdween op 12 oktober 1950 terwijl zijn moeder de varkens aan het voeren was. Op 28 oktober 1950 was Frieda Langer in het gebied aan het wandelen met haar nicht toen ze uitgleed en in het water belandde. Haar lichaam werd pas zes maanden later gevonden en was dusdanig gehavend dat nooit een doodsoorzaak is vastgesteld.
1. Bridgewaterdriehoek
In het zuidoosten van Massachusetts, net ten zuiden van Boston, zijn diverse mythische dieren gezien. Vanaf de jaren zeventig worden er grote harige aapachtige wezens in het moeras gezien. Er zijn ook Pterodatylus-achtige wezens in de lucht gezien. In het gebied worden daarnaast meldingen gedaan van veeverminking. Al sinds 1760 worden er UFO-waarnemingen in de Bridgewaterdriehoek gedaan. In dat jaar werd er een bol van vuur gezien boven New England. Sindsdien worden er ook geregeld zwarte helikopters gezien.
De Bermudadriehoek valt eigenlijk nog best wel mee.
60 AD Scotland: A ‘ship’ was seen speeding across the night sky.
70 Josephus, from “Jewish War” Book CXI, “On the 21st of May a demonic phantom of incredible size…for before sunset there appeared in the air over the whole country chariots and armed troops coursing through the clouds and surrounding the cities.”
80 Scotland:Conrad Wolfhart, Lycothenes, a medieval writer reports, “When the Roman emporer, Agricola was in Scotland, wondrous flames were seen in the skies over Caledon Wood, all one winter night. Everywhere the air burned, and on many nights, when the weather was serene, a ship was seen in the air moving fast.”
98 Rome: Conrad Wolfhart, Lycothenes, a medieval writer reports, “At sunset, a burning shield passed over the sky at. It came sparkling from the west and passed over to the east.”
312 Constantine and his army all beheld in the heavens a luminous cross.. He claimed to have been shown a cross on the Sun as a sign from Christ that he would triumph over Maxentius.
393 Strange lights were seen in the sky in the days of the Emperor Theodosius. On a sudden, a bright globe appeared at midnight and shone brilliantly near the daystar, (Venus). This globe shone little less brilliantly than the planet, and little by little, a great number of other glowing orbs drew near the first globe. The spectacle was like a swarm of bees flying around the beekeeper, and the light of these orbs was as if they were dashing violently against each other. They blended together into one awful flame, and bodied forth to the eye as a horrible two-edged sword. The strange globe, which was first seen now appeared like the pommel to a handle, and all the little orbs, fused with the first, shone as brilliantly as the first globe.
398Byzantine Empire: “A thing like a burning globe, presenting a sword, shown brilliantly in the sky over the city. It seemed almost to touch the earth from the zenith. Such a thing was never recorded to have been seen before by man.”
400 Egypt: Panodorus, an Egyptian monk wrote: “From the creation of Adam, indeed down to Enoch and to the general Cosmic Year 1,282, the number of days was known in neither month nor year but the Egregori (‘watchers’ or ‘angels’) descended to Earth in the general Cosmicm Year 1,000, held converse with men and taught them that the orbits of the two luminaries being marked by the 12 signs of the Zodiac are composed of 360 parts.”
457 France: Conrad Wolffart, known as Lycosthenese, a professor at the University of Basel, Switzerland, from 1539, recorded that in 457 AD, over Brittany in northern France, ‘a blazing thing like a globe was seen in the sky. Its size was immense, and on its beams hung a ball of fire like a dragon out of whose mouth proceeded two beams, one of which stretched beyond France, and the other reached toward Ireland, and ended in fire, like rays.’
584 France: The Bishop of Tours in France, is perplexed by curious “domes and golden globes that raced across the sky”.
619 Japan: A bright object like a human figure was seen over the Gamo riverin Central Japan.
640 Japan: On the 7th day of the second month of Spring, a star entered the moon. (The Nihongi book two)
642 Japan: In Autumn, 9th day, 7th month, during the reign of the Empress Toyo-Tokaro-Ikashi-hi-Tarahishi-Hime a guest star entered themoon.(The Nihongi book two)
643 Japan: “Five colored banners and umbrellas shone in the sky, and descending, hung over the Temple to the sound of various music.”
650 India: One night in the hot season, they (Hariswami and his new wife) were laying on the roof of the summer house. The veil on the woman’s face slipped off in the night while a demi-god was seated in his car over head. His gaze suddenly fell upon her. The demi-god lowered the car and placed her asleep within. She was never seen again. (As told by Hariswami, translated from Hindu by J. Platts)
664 England, Barking near the Thames: At a monastery a great light appeared in the sky at night and shone over nuns who were singing in the burial-ground. They reported that it lifted up, moved to the other side of the monastery, and then ascended into the night sky. Priests said the light surpassed the brightness of day.
671 Japan: Flaming object was seen flying to north from many countries in Japan, one year before the war of the Jinshin.
674 England: “In this year a thin and tremulous cloud, a kind of rainbow, appeared at the fourth watch of the night on the fifth day before Easter, proceeding from the east, and turned into the colour of blood.”

776 Charlemagne’s castle at Sigiburg. As the Saxons were laying siege to the castle, flying shields that were reddish in color appeared in the sky and rained down fire on the attacking army.

810 St. Gregory of Tours. “Alcuin, the secretary and biographer of Charlemagne, and author of the Vita karoli, states in his work that in 810 when he was on his way from Aachen, he saw a large sphere descend like lightning from the sky. 840 France, Lyons: As he was coming out of the Cathedral Archbishop Abobard, saw a mob stoning three men and a woman alleged to have been seen alighting from a aerial ship.

919 Hungary: An object like a flaming torch was seen in the sky, together with spheres, which flew over giving out a brighter light than the stars.
