Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

The Johnson’s, a family of five was driving home when they all saw a huge multicolored disc shaped object hovering over a field. The driver panicked and sped off, he soon lost control of the vehicle, which began driving by itself. The car stopped and the family seems to snap out of a “dream” state. They soon realized that they had lost 45 minutes of time.
Later under hypnosis they recalled being floated into the object and into a circular room, there three men in metallic suits, which had blue eyes and pale faces, met them. They also wore helmets. Two members of the family were given medical tests and were told by a man that had a disc like insignia on his uniform that they had come from a dying planet called “Janos.” They were all given a seltzer like drink before departing the object. About a week after the incident, John (the father) was able to recall a lot of the events in a “dream-like” state. John says that he and the others all got out of the car and went up a sloping hazy beam of light into the flying saucer, entering through a doorway in the side of the ship. Through the doorway they found themselves in a corridor which extended to left and right, following the curve of the circular hull of the ship. The corridor was uniformly lit in bright yellow light. They turned to the left, where there were three doors to their right, leading into separate rooms. The two women each carrying one of the children, were ahead of John in the corridor, John obeying an inner compulsion in his mind, entered the first door, that nearest the entrance, and as he did so he was aware that each of the women entered one of the remaining doors, each still carrying a child. John says that he entered the darkened room, in which the only areas he could see clearly were a series of panels carrying instruments, extending around most of the walls. The instruments—meters with needles on a scale, switches, knobs, and small flashing colored lights—were themselves illuminated, giving some general light over the floor; the panels had some thickness, standing a few inches out from the wall, presumably to allow room for circuitry, components, etc. They extended from about table level up to an upper level about head-height from the floor, where the instrument panels terminated in a narrow horizontal shelf. The walls above this level, and the ceiling, were dark and obscure. The room was roughly rectangular, its width being about ten to twelve feet and its overall length about fifteen to eighteen feet. The right-hand far corner was dark and obscure from floor to ceiling. John had a feeling that someone was standing there, but could see no one. In the middle of the floor, but nearer the door by which he entered, was a black upholstered chair, “like a dentist chair”, with arms and head-rest, the whole supported on a single stout metallic pedestal bolted to the floor. Something in his mind told him to sit on the chair, and he did so. John says it was like a man’s voice in his mind, he is clear that it was not a sound coming through his ears, but it had the quality of a sound and he is sure that it was a man’s voice and not a woman’s voice. John for some reason associated the man’s voice in his mind with the obscure corner on the right, and kept looking into this corner to try to identify the source of the voice; but he could see nothing. As soon as John sat on the chair, it seemed to him that “something” came out of the wall on his right, and gripped him around the right leg, just below the knee. The grip was firm but not uncomfortably tight. It was too dark to see much detail of what it was that gripped him or what it was made of. As soon as the thing had gripped his leg, a narrow beam of white light shot out from a source on the instrument panel directly in front of him, and shone on to his body. The beam was about an inch and a half across and of a pure white color. The white beam scanned over him, starting on the left hand side, first slowly up the left arm and then down the left leg, then it moved across the chest and repeated the scanning movement, exactly the same on the right hand side. The beam never shone directly into his eyes. John got the feeling that the beam was sending out something—some form of power of some description—which was flowing through his body and then going back via the thing which was gripping him around the leg. As soon as the white beam had completed its scanning movement over his limbs, it switched off, and at once the clamp around his right leg disengaged itself and retracted into the wall. He then got up from the chair and went out of the room by the same doorway he had entered by, coming into the corridor to find Gloria, Frances and the children emerging from the other doors. They all meet together without speaking and walked back along the corridor to the entrance door, returning to the car by way of the beam. They were told of the hopes of the Janos people, people like ourselves, numbering ten million, who now wait in space, in our solar system, waiting to be allowed to land and start life again. Janos was a planet, very like our own, with blue seas and lakes, green fields and hills, trees and grass, with towns, cities and quite countryside, with ships and boats and aircraft with pleasant single story homes and families of men, women and children, people very like us. Janos had two moons, both small compared with our moon. One of these, the nearer one, called Saton imperceptibly slowed, millennium after millennium by the friction of solid tides raised in its rocky crust by the gravitational field of the planet, had crept nearer and nearer to Janos, until it was too close for stability, the cohesive forces which held it together were finely balanced against tidal disruption. The people of Janos had known for a long time of their danger. For a long time they had known that they must eventually leave the planet, as the crew and passengers of a sinking ship must take to the boats.

Er wordt binnen de UFO-gemeenschap druk gespeculeerd over foto’s van mysterieuze lichtstralen boven een heuvel op Mars. Zijn de stralen een soort baken of is er een aardse verklaring voor de verlichte plekken op de rode planeet?
De foto’s maken veel los op websites als Disclose.tv en UFO Sightings Daily. “Dit kan erop wijzen dat onder het oppervlak intelligent leven aanwezig is dat licht op dezelfde manier gebruikt als wij,” schreef webmaster van UFO Sightings Daily Scott C. Waring.
De foto is op 3 april jongstleden gemaakt met de rechter navigatiecamera van Marsrover Curiosity van NASA. Het robotwagentje rijdt momenteel een studiegebied binnen dat ook wel ‘the Kimberley’ wordt genoemd. Boven een verhoging in het landschap is een heldere lichtstraal te zien.
Een dag eerder werd ook al een foto gemaakt van een soortgelijke lichtstraal, maar dit keer vanuit een andere hoek. Hoewel de navigatiecamera een stereosysteem is, zijn de lichten niet gezien door de linker navigatiecamera.
Je zou in dit geval verwachten dat de lichtstralen verloren gegevens zijn die op de foto’s van de rechter navigatiecamera te zien zijn als witte vlekken. Doug Ellison van het Jet Propulsion Laboratory van NASA liet via Twitter weten dat het licht volgens hem is veroorzaakt door ‘kosmische stralen die die rover beïnvloeden’.
INCREDIBLE UFO SIGHTINGS FROM THE EIGHTEEN HUNDRED’S
One of the very first sightings of what could be a UFO occurred as early as 1865, over 35 years before the first known flight at Kitty Hawk. Fortunately, there are still newspaper accounts of this and other early sightings of days long since passed. The Missouri Democrat dated October 19, 1865 gives an account of the sighting of an unknown flying object under the headline of “A STRANGE STORY-REMARKABLE DISCOVERY.” The story was reported by one James Lumley, who was a trapper. The report stated that “if” what Lumley reported was true, it would shake the foundations of the scientific world. Lumely claims that in the middle of September, he was trapping in the mountains at a location about 75-100 miles above the Great Falls of the Upper Missouri River. Just after sunset, Lumley saw a “bright, luminous, body” in the skies. This body moved very quickly to the East. After five seconds, the unknown object burst into pieces. He soon heard a thunderous explosion followed by a “rushing sound.” This explosion shook the ground. He could smell sulfur in the air. Though impressed by what he had seen and heard, the next day would bring even more remarkable discoveries. About two miles from his campsite, he could see a path cut through the forest. Whatever had come through the area had leveled everything in its path. He soon discovered the cause of the great destruction, a giant object which was made of a rock-like material. This object had been driven into the side of a mountain after ripping through the forest. This was much more than an asteroid or comet: the object was divided into compartments. Also, hieroglyphic-like symbols could be seen carved into the object’s surface. He also discovered fragments of what appeared to be glass, and strange liquid-like stains located in several places on the object. Almost humorously, the newspaper account ascertains that the object “had” to be a meteor which was used by extraterrestrials. Their theory was that these other-worldly beings traveled on meteors, and would eventually land on Earth, and put mankind into wholesale servitude.
A second newspaper report on a strange airship was included in the Denison Daily News of Denison, Texas on January 25, 1878. A Texas farmer, John Martin, was credited with one of the first uses of the term “flying saucer.” Martin had actually seen a “balloon-shaped” UFO, but used the saucer term to describe the size of the object from his perspective. Martin’s sighting was January 2. What he saw was a dark object high in the sky. The object was moving closer to him all the while. Because the object maintained a dark color, there was speculation that the object was solid and backlit. The headlines of the 25th would read, “A STRANGE PHENOMENON.” A portion of the report is listed here: “From Mr. John Martin, a farmer who lives some six miles south of this city, we learn the following strange story: Tuesday morning while out hunting, his attention was directed to a dark object high up in the southern sky. The peculiar shape and velocity with which the object seemed to approach riveted his attention and he strained his eves to discover its character.” “When first noticed, it appeared to be about the size of an orange, which continued to grow in size. After gazing at it for some time Mr. Martin became blind from long looking and left off viewing it for a time in order to rest his eyes. On resuming his view, the object was almost overhead and had increased considerably in size, and appeared to be going through space at wonderful speed.” There are a number of other American reports, along with much evidence from around the world going back to early civilizations which indicate flying apparatus were being seen in the skies. There seems to be little doubt that even before mankind had mastered the art of flying, someone, somewhere had. Of course, UFO reports can often times be explained by conventional flying objects, but what known craft could we use for an explanation in the mid to late 1800′s? The Wright Brothers had not yet created their new flying machine. NOTE: The above images are renderings.
Open Minds UFO Radio: Mark Pilkington is the writer and Roland Denning is the co-director to a new documentary on UFO disinformation called Mirage Men. Much of the movie includes interviews with ex-Air Force Office of Special investigation Agent Richard Doty. He says he was part of an elaborate program to disseminate disinformation to Ufologists throughout the 80s. He continues to claim he has official knowledge of the Air Force’s UFO and extraterrestrial secrets. We talk about Doty’s claims, the circumstance surrounding his disinformation, and the UFO mythology which has its roots in Doty’s disinformation and hoaxing campaign.
Statement:Since approximately 1980, a secret international space fleet code named ‘Solar Warden’ has been in operation.
In 2010, UFO investigator Darren Perks submitted a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request with the U.S. Dept. of Defense…which yielded the following response:
“About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DoD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.
I have ran your request through one of our space-related directorates and I’m waiting on one other division with the Command to respond back to me. I will contact you once I have a response from the other division. Did NASA refer you to us?”
When Gary McKinnon hacked into U.S. Space Command computers several years ago and learned of the existence of “non-terrestrial officers” and “fleet-to-fleet transfers” and a secret program called ‘Solar Warden’, he was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed “the biggest military computer hack of all time”, and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from UK. But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above classified facts, and his attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy’s Space Fleet. To date the extradition of McKinnon to the U.S. has gone nowhere.
McKinnon also found out about the ships or craft within ‘Solar Warden’. It is said that there are (approx.) eight cigar-shaped craft (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small ‘scout ships’. The Solar Warden Space Fleet operates under the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s Space Operations Division (SNWSC-SO) [formerly Naval Space Command] headquartered on the Atlantic coast. There are approximately 300 personnel involved at that facility, with the figure rising.
Solar Warden is said to be made up from U.S. aerospace Black Projects contractors, but with some contributions of parts and systems by Canada. United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia. It is also said that the program is tested and operated from secret military bases such as Area 51 in Nevada, USA.
Many people around the world are witnessing craft moving around in the skies and sub-space that completely defy gravity. Whether they are part of the Solar Warden secret program, military experimental aircraft or not, thousands of people know what they see.
After a bit of research, one part of the Space Fleet’s mission is to prevent rogue countries or terrorist groups from using space from which to conduct warfare against other countries or fire from space on Earth-bound targets.
A second part of Earth’s Space Fleet mission is to prevent rogue global-elite control groups from using orbital weapons systems, including directed-energy beam weapons, to intimidate or attack anyone or any group it wishes in order to bend them to its will. Because the Space Fleet has the job of being ‘space police’ within our solar system, its program has been named ‘Solar Warden’.
The growing number of sources, including whistleblower and expert testimonies, point to the existence of a highly classified antigravity space program that can place hundreds of military astronauts in space. NASA’s steady decline since its Apollo heyday has nothing to do with the competence and expertise of NASA personnel. The political reality is that highly compartmentalized military programs prevent advanced antigravity technologies into the public sector for commercial application.
You can question if this information is mere fantasy, but I go back to the deathbed confession of Dr. Ben R. Rich, the former Lockheed Skunk Works director. He stated there are 2 types of UFOs…the ones we build and ones ‘they’ build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual “hand-me-downs.” The Government knew and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon “purge”, administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector.
He also stated that all ‘biomorphic’ aerospace designs were inspired by the Roswell spacecraft…from Kelly’s SR-71 Blackbird onward to today’s drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft.
Ben Rich believed that the public should not be told about UFOs and extraterrestrials. His opinion was that they could not handle the truth…ever. Only in the last months of his life and physical decline did he begin to feel that the ‘international corporate board of directors’ dealing with the subject of UFOs and extraterrestrials could represent a bigger problem to citizens’ personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves.
I’m sure that this is not going to be my last mention of this ‘Solar Warden’ program. There seems to be some connection between this research and other phenomena, anomalies and intrusive technology experienced by people every day. Lon
Photos showing unidentified lights captured by a couple’s trail camera in Jackson County, Mississippi made considerable headlines on Friday, April 4, and continue to make headlines. Since then, a couple possible explanations have been offered.

The most mysterious photo shows a deer in the foreground, with two apparently aerial lights in the background. The owners of the camera originally pointed out that the lights look like a car’s headlights, but there is reportedly no road in the direction of the lights. The lights also appear to be well off the ground.

Some have suggested that the lights are, indeed, from a vehicle. OpenMinds.tv commenter Mac states, “Sorry but the ‘UFO’ is just a tall pick-up truck with spot lights on the roll bar. A very common thing in the rural South . . . Some guys were out that night looking to poach some deer. If there had been a buck in that herd of does there wouldn’t have been any mystery whatsoever. Spotlighting deer is illegal so nobody is going to come forward. Show that photo to a game warden and he’ll know exactly what it is.”
But as the Daily Star adds, “There were apparently no [tire] marks in the field and there is no road nearby.”
Another theory that has been offered by some is more likely the explanation for the mysterious lights. OpenMinds.tv commenter Stephane explains:
I work in animation and special effects, and I’m a big photo geek. I’ve watched carefully the photos of these supposed UFO lights. It seems to me that these lights are actually the reflections of the deer’s eyes in the lens of the camera. You can see this aberration in many photos and films where the bright lights produce and mirrored ghost picture in the lens. The weird shape appearing is easily recognizable as what some water on the lens can produce. And finally, the light projected on the deer and the ground, to me is just the flash of the other infrared camera. If you compare this photo with the other one with the deer facing the camera, you’ll notice that he’s in the same position. As much as I believe in UFOs, I think this case is only a misinterpretation of lens flares and reflections.
Witness said: My fiancé and I took a Sunday drive after a birthday lunch in the woodlands back to our home in Katy. We stopped many times to take pictures of the spring flowers and beautiful scenery. When we got back to the house to look over the pictures we saw a very strange object in one of the pictures. I have never seen anything like it. We took multiple pictures at this exact same angle over about 2-3 minutes and only one picture had this object in it. At the time the picture was taken we were focused on the cows and house in the picture and didn’t see or hear anything.

Witness said: I had just arrived home from work to take the dog out to my backyard. I was facing South at the time of 4:25 pm and to my 3 o’clock was a boomerang-shaped craft. It was a pewter-black color with an aura around it. It was hovering in one place, then rotating clockwise, moved up then down before disappearing. I thought I was going crazy so I recorded it on my phone. I watched the video a million times to make sure I’m not losing my mind. I showed my wife and she was shocked. I thought that UFOs came out at night to avoid being seen?
Scientists have invented a working night-vision device that is small enough to fit inside a contact lens.
Previous attempts to produce working night-vision functionality on a tiny scale using traditional methods had proven ineffective because the technology could only absorb a small percentage of the light. To get around this problem, scientists at the University of Michigan went back to the drawing board and developed a whole new way to detect light.
“The challenge for the current generation of graphene-based detectors is that their sensitivity is typically very poor,” said Professor Zhaihui Zhong. “It’s a hundred to a thousand times lower than what a commercial device would require.”
The new and improved version of the detector uses two layers of graphene with an insulating barrier layer between them. By running a current through the bottom layer the device is able to realistically compete with the sensitivity of existing night-vision devices but on a much smaller scale.
“If we integrate it with a contact lens or other wearable electronics, it expands your vision,” said Zhong. “It provides you another way of interacting with your environment.” Read more at SKY
A number of bloggers are posting videos that show bison and other animals allegedly leaving Yellowstone National Park, prompting theories that as earthquakes ramp up the seismic activity will set off the Yellowstone supervolcano.
Two of the main bloggers behind the discussion stress that there’s no way to know when the supervolcano will go off but note that the 4.8 magnitude earthquake that hit on March 30 seemed to set off a reaction from the animals, who are moving for a reason.
“Whether I believe this, or whether I don’t believe the story or not, I don’t know. I can tell you this story I saw this morning about the buffaloes running the street … whether or not it’s because of any activity in Yellowstone or not, I don’t know,” said blogger Jay Lee, who posted a story on his site tatoott1009.com.
“But I’ll tell you this, whatever the case may be, that their running away from Yellowstone is an alert of some sort.”
“It also could be from this video, where poachers are killing them, chasing them, abusing them, running them around,” he said. “Could be hundreds of things for them to be running. I wanted you to listen [to the videos] and make up your own mind on what to think. “
A series of smaller quakes have hit the region over the past few weeks, and those quakes have been linked to the recent 5.1 magnitude quake (and aftershocks) that hit in the Los Angeles region.
Tom Lupshu, who describes himself as a “noted Ohio survivalist and search-and-rescue expert,” said on YouTube that nearly one quarter of the northern elk herd at Yellowstone National Park are missing, according to the annual winter count.
“Biologists aren’t sure if there’s been a stunning decline in the herd or if other factors have skewed the tally,” he said. “Current Helium releases at 1000 times above normal. Complete media blackout. Herds of bison running for their lives on the public roadways and they were not being chased or rounded up, the bison were running down the mountain slopes onto roadways running right past a filming crew. They detect something vast and deadly. The Yellowstone Supervolcano is the only thing there that would fit the bill.”
Lupshu said in a later video that scientists say they can’t predict when the Supervolcano will erupt.
“But one thing is for sure. The more the Earthquakes in the region, the more are the chances of the volcano being activated from its dormant state. Last time an earthquake struck in 1980. But the force of nature has acted up once again.”
The supervolcano refers to the huge magma chamber beneath the park, which is in Wyoming.
Researchers recently discovered that the supervolcano is far bigger than previously thought, about 2.5 times.
“We’ve been working there for a long time, and we’ve always thought it would be bigger… but this finding is astounding,” said Bob Smith of the University of Utah.
The findings point to the potentially disastrous consequences if the volcano were ever to blow.
The last major eruption is thought to have happened around 640,000 years ago and sent ash across the entire North America.
Smith said researchers are unsure when the supervolcano would erupt again. Two other eruptions happened, one 2.1 million years ago, and the other 1.3 million years ago, Smith said. One theory is that eruptions happen every 700,000 years ago, but Smith said more data is needed to back that theory up.
The United States Geological Service’s Yellowstone Observatory emphasized in February bulletin that earthquake activity in and around Yellowstone is normal, because between 1,000 and 3,000 typically occur each year.
That includes several each year of magnitudes between three and five.
“Although rising magma and hot-ground-water movement cause some earthquakes, many occur as the result of Basin and Range extension of the western U.S. This tectonic environment has created a series of regional faults that are responsible for large and devastating earthquakes in the Yellowstone region along the Teton and Hebgen Lake Faults. Most recently, a devastating Mw7.3 (Ms 7.5) earthquake in 1959 killed 28 people and caused $11 million in damage (1959 dollars). The majority of the damage occurred as a result of a large landslide that was triggered by the quake,” it said.
“Geologists conclude that large earthquakes like the Hebgen Lake event are unlikely within the Yellowstone Caldera itself, because subsurface temperatures there are high, weakening the bedrock and making it less able to rupture. However, quakes within the caldera can be as large as magnitude 6.5. A quake of about this size that occurred in 1975 near Norris Geyser Basin was felt throughout the region.”
The 4.7 quake on Sunday happened four miles north-northeast of the Norris Geyser Basin. The University of Utah Seismograph Stations termed it “a light earthquake.” It also said that it was part of a series of quakes that includes at least 25 quakes.
The service previously said that research shows earthquakes often happen in clusters in the park, calling them multiplets, or families of repeating earthquakes. Over 15,000 of the more than 33,000 earthquakes that happened between 1984 and 2010 happened in the same location with similar motions from the same seismic sources.

The service also says on its website that “Tere is no evidence that a catastrophic eruption at Yellowstone National Park (YNP) is imminent. Current geologic activity at Yellowstone has remained relatively constant since earth scientists first started monitoring some 30 years ago. Though another caldera-forming eruption is theoretically possible, it is very unlikely to occur in the next thousand or even 10,000 years.
“The most likely activity would be lava flows such as those that occurred after the last major eruption. Such a lava flow would ooze slowly over months and years, allowing plenty of time for park managers to evaluate the situation and protect people. No scientific evidence indicates such a lava flow will occur soon.”
It did admit that the Yellowstone Volcano is still active, and that nothing can be done to prevent an eruption.
The National Park Service says that:
“At Yellowstone and some other volcanoes, some scientists theorize that the earth’s crust fractures and cracks in a concentric or ring-fracture pattern. At some point these cracks reach the magma ‘reservoir,’ release the pressure, and the volcano explodes. The huge amount of material released causes the volcano to collapse into a huge crater—a caldera.”
The Geological Service adds: “The youngest, the Yellowstone Caldera, was formed 640,000 years ago. Since then, about 80 eruptions of rhyolite (thick, sticky lava) and basalt (more-fluid lava) have occurred. The caldera’s interior is largely covered by rhyolites, most erupted in the past 160,000 years. Large hydrothermal (steam)-explosion craters formed in the past 14,000 years are located near Yellowstone Lake and in major geyser basins.
“Any renewed volcanic activity at Yellowstone would most likely take the form of such mainly nonexplosive lava eruptions. An eruption of lava could cause widespread havoc in the park, including fires and the loss of roads and facilities, but more distant areas would probably remain largely unaffected.”
Referring to helium emissions, the agency said that the research into helium conditions that was published earlier this year “has nothing to do with current activity at Yellowstone, and has no implications about volcanic hazards.” – The Epoch Times
Inside Ohio University’s Wilson Hall on the West Green, the door to room 428 is closed and sealed. Why would a university seal off a dorm room that could be used to house one of its thousands of students? Legend has it that school officials deemed the room uninhabitable after students reported objects flying off of shelves and smashing into walls, doors opening and closing, and sightings of the ghost of a student who once lived in room 428. According to stories, the female student died violently after using the energy of the room to practice astral projection, a method where the human spirit separates from the body and travels on its own.
Wilson Hall is also alleged to be the center of the Athens Cemetery Pentagram, but this is unverified, as there is no documented proof that a pentagram of cemeteries even exists. Another legend claims Wilson Hall was actually built above a plot of graves originally part of the Ridges cemetery system.
Here are some very important points noted by my friend and colleague, Greg Valdez, author of 'DULCE BASE ' in regards to the cattle mutilations in Dulce, New Mexico, from the mid 1970s to the early 1990s:
“If the government went to local ranchers and purchased cattle to use for testing purposes, the first question any rancher would ask is, “Why are you testing my cattle?”. And more importantly, “Who contaminated them?” The government has a long history of incompetent decision making, but they are smart enough to avoid a lawsuit, especially when the evidence shows that they created the contamination in the first place (in this case in Dulce, New Mexico), i.e. Project Gasbuggy (underground detonation of nuclear device 22 miles southwest of Dulce on December 10, 1967, which apparently caused radiation leaks in the surrounding environment).
“Evidence at the first Gomez ranch mutilation indicated that whoever killed the animal went back the next day to its location. Based on the way these dead animals would decompose in the manner much different than normal corpses, they were probably still conducting research on the animals as they decomposed; there is evidence they returned to the 'crime scene'. They could not simply take the cattle, keep them, and destroy the evidence after the animal was dead because this would cause panic amongst the ranchers, who would condense their herds and keep them in corrals to protect them, making the experiments nearly impossible.”
The following observation by Greg Valdez, may have wider applications (in other 'remote areas'):
“Remember that these ranches cover a large geographic are in remote locations. The worse thing a rancher could do was corral and babysit the animals at night if you were in the business of mutilating cattle.Leaving the carcasses behind actually helps push thealien cover-up portion of this story. This is a highly orchestrated, well-funded operation; it could simply be explained that the animals were intentionally left behind to mislead investigators into thinking aliens were involved, since strange UFO and helicopter activity was routinely viewed around the mutilation sites.”

I am writing an expolicy paper. For those who don’t know what exopolicy is, it is policy development concerned with extraterrestrial relations in government. If you don’t think its an active policy area, perhaps you should watch the following video. It is the report of the work of an active globalist lobby with a moving proposal for a top-down extraterrestrial cabinet office.
The report was considered “credible” by the Exopolicy Institute based on the claims of Veterans Today doing some war reporting in context of the commission of a cabinet agency to field ET relations. The majority of “sources” cited were secret. This may have had something to do with one of the Ed Snowden leaks.
There’s a problem. What if I don’t want to subsidize the presumed commission of a government agency to trot out my interests in extraterrestrial affairs? What agency do I have to support my existing right to really not give two whits about what the aliens want or don’t want and enact that right with legal protections?
Before I print anything else, I wanted to place a line down on an important first assertion. It is not my role or intent to prove or disprove the existence or agenda of any extraterrestrial race as a governing body. On the contrary, my policy paper is about protecting my right to be completely heretically indifferent to the aims and agenda of extraterrestrials as touching government and to oppose the commission of another federal agency with appropriations. We may need a Constitutional amendment protecting your right to be left alone by aliens and to prove indifference by an appropriations block for extraterrestrial advocacy in your government.
If there are 3 people making demands for an extraterrestrial agency with czars and bureaucrats, that is more government than I really want to be bothered with to support. There should be at least 6 people opposed to the Imperial Presidential cabinet and the Black Budget. Those opposed should exhibit in debate why we should not have an appropriations session for another agency cabinet to deal with aliens. [Priorities.]
The other layer of exopolicy gets to address reasons for founding the NSA agency: the oversight of all electronic communications. The NSA’s global mass surveillance aperture is fundamental to their agency’s mission. According to several government whistleblowers, one reason to override your 4th amendment is to troll for extraterrestrial activity. There are other freedoms that are being sacrificed on the altar of controlling alien information on planet earth. Particularly, your right to a fair trial, to know what you are accused of, and to face your accusers.
At the moment, these agencies are putting the interests of clandestine machinery above guaranteed rights. They have been getting a pass from Congress to do it. If the excuse they seem to be using behind closed doors is alien subject matter, it is worth addressing this in a more direct manner. This way you can get past the carefully worded Rumsfeld-era chicanery of “known-unknowns”.
The game the government plays may insert whatever vaguely implied threat of any scary faceless boogeyman as reason to shake you down of your freedoms or your liberty. It may be really useful to articulate on the alien threat as a creative means to demand the reform. You can rightfully decommission of programs intended to dissolve the efficacy of the US Constitution.
Since systemic corruption is already illegal, we are in full right to demand a cease and desist of any reason they provide, known or unknown, when it is a threat to US sovereignty. If it is extraterrestrial intrigues, I’m humble enough to humor the excuse. Even if I actually don’t care what an alien does or doesn’t do. Extraterrestrials may be one giant metaphor for corruption continuity and appropriations gatekeeping, but we will cross that bridge when we get there.
If I write any policy paper it is to compell others to mind the force of ideas in government. Ideas are not grounded necessarily in reality. They do get there in lawmaking or policy regulation in our government bodies.
If I make these assertions directly about the proposals for an above board representative government for ETs, it may point to current black budget expenditures that are left to the analysis of mediums, alien channelers and political faith proponents who identify as global extremists, with or without an alien agenda. Once the wheels start turning about these things, you might turn to Congress and start making more asks about any dark budget items. Be more direct about the presumption they are protecting alien interests. Then you can try to get that defunded.
The point is you do not have to prove there are aliens in your government to start demanding that your government protect your interests. We all know the US Air Force, the Navy, NASA, the ODNI and others who contract hundreds of millions of dollars in agency appropriations have their policy proposals in about how to deal with “the alien” scenarios.
If I want to gut a federal budget dealing with extraterrestrial interests and defund a black program, I have got to ask. A policy proposal is one of the right ways to do something and be taken semi-seriously. The point isn’t to go over the sincere housing of alien living and comfort on planet earth. It is to address the absurdity that we need to start craftsmanship on an alien house with federal resources pulled up from the US people.
This documentary from British UFO researcher Richard D. Hall below re strange mutilations and NATO's alleged active involvement with UFOs in general and human mutilations in particular reminded me of a Belgian UFO researcher and former Belgian soldier (paratrooper) who passed away several years ago and who told me that he and other military men during a mission in Norway were taken to a deep underground US facility in Norway by black helicopters. He was asked by Americans in civilian clothing if he was interested in science and UFOs. They asked him if he would be willing to collect UFO information after his retirement from the army. He agreed to do so and after his active army service he collected UFO information which he had to deliver to the US Embassy in Brussels. He got a pass and identification coin with the inscription "On Site Inspection Agency". I was not at liberty to disclose his identity. I promised him I wouldn't do that. So, I'm keeping this promise (so as not to jeopardize his family in any way). He e-mailed me the image of this OSIA coin. However, he allowed me to find out if other researchers have been aware of this organization. So, I contacted Jerry Clark, Nick Pope and Stanton Friedman. Nick and Stan replied. Their replies can be found in the enclosed e-mails dating back from April-May 2007.
In2009 Richplanet produced “Silent Killers”: A documentary exposing the truth about animal mutilation in the UK, and attempts by authorities to cover up what is happening. Animal carcases including horses, sheep and cows have been discovered regularly having undergone surgical procedures, where blood and organs are cleanly removed. The phenomenon is difficult to explain in conventional terms, and has been linked for decades with UFO’s, because strange lights are sometimes witnessed in proximity to sites where animal carcases are found. A question people ask when they hear about animal mutilation is whether human beings have suffered similar attacks. This film attempts to answer this very controversial question. Rumours about human mutilation have circulated the UFO community for years with some people claiming to have had contact with a military group which is used to acquire the corpses of victims of human mutilation. Their job is to search for and then protect sites where human mutilation has taken place until another team arrives to remove the evidence. The “find and secure” team would be sent out to locations before UFO activity had taken place, indicating NATO has some sort of advanced intelligence about the behaviour of UFOs. Owners of a trail camera were perplexed when they discovered it had taken photos of strange lights on the night of February 16.
Rainer and Edith Shattles live on 150 acres in the Cumbest Bluff area of Jackson County, Mississippi. They have trail cameras set up around the property to view the various wildlife regularly seen in the area. The cameras took photos of deer on February 16, but strange lights appear in some of the photos.

The timeline of the pictures is clear. At 7:24pm, deer appear and all is normal. At 7:29, a dim light appears. At 7:35, it gets brighter. Then at 7:53, a weird shape appears on the camera. The deer are lit up brightly, but how? The cameras are infrared and don’t emit light. At 7:56, another sharper light appears, then it gets much closer, seemingly focused on the deer. It looks like headlights, but well off the ground and there is no road. It then flies away.
In another photo, a deer appears to be looking at an unknown light source.
Mr. Shattles is puzzled by the mysterious lights, but he doesn’t think extraterrestrials are responsible. He explains to WLOX, “Well, if it’s alien, I’m not sure about that. But it’s definitely a UFO. Now whether it’s a government drone or what, I wish if nothing else, one of them would step up and say, ‘Yes, that’s ours.’”

Veel verschijnselen die we niet kunnen verklaren aan de hand van de natuurkundige wetten van deze dimensie, doen zich voor in andere dimensies. Dat stelt de Britse astronoom en wiskundige Bernard Carr.
Albert Einstein begon ‘tijd’ in 1912 als vierde dimensie aan te duiden, zoals zijn vroegere hoogleraar Hermann Minkowski al eerder deed. In 1995 zei Edward Witten dat het mogelijk zou moeten zijn een theorie in 11 dimensies te formuleren. Afgelopen maand creëerde een internationaal team van onderzoekers met twee fotonen een verstrengeling van liefst 103 dimensies. Daarmee is het oude record van 11 dimensies officieel verbroken.
Bernard Carr
Carr, een hoogleraar wiskunde en astronomie aan de Queen Mary University of London, zegt dat ons bewustzijn interacteert met een andere dimensie. Het multidimensionale universum heeft volgens hem een hiërarchische structuur. Wij bevinden ons in de laagste dimensies.
“Dit model biedt een oplossing voor bekende filosofische problemen aangaande de relatie tussen materie en bewustzijn, geeft duidelijkheid over de aard van tijd en biedt een ontologisch raamwerk voor de interpretatie van fenomenen als geestverschijningen, uittredingen, bijna-doodervaringen en dromen,” zei Carr tijdens zijn lezing Is There Space for Psi in Modern Physics?
Carr beargumenteert dat onze fysieke zintuigen ons een driedimensionaal universum laten zien, hoewel er tenminste vier dimensies zijn. Wat in de hogere dimensies bestaat, kunnen we met ons fysieke zintuigen niet bereiken.
“De enige niet-fysieke entiteiten in het universum waar we mee in aanraking komen zijn mentale entiteiten,” zei Carr. “Het bestaan van paranormale verschijnselen suggereert dat mentale entiteiten in een soort ruimte moeten bestaan.”
De hogerdimensionale ruimte die we binnengaan tijdens dromen overlapt de ruimte waar geheugen bestaat. Carr stelt in zijn boek ‘Matter, Mind, and Higher Dimensions’ dat telepathie op het bestaan van een gemeenschappelijke mentale ruimte wijst en dat helderziendheid ook een fysieke ruimte beslaat.
Hij borduurt voort op eerdere theorieën, waaronder de Kaluza-Klein-theorie, een model dat twee fundamentele natuurkrachten van de zwaartekracht en het elektromagnetisme probeert te verenigen. De theorie werd voor het eerst voorgesteld door de wiskundige Theodor Kaluza, die de algemene relativiteitstheorie uitbreidde naar een vijfdimensionale ruimetijd.
De M-theorie gaat uit van 11 dimensies, de supersnaartheorie van 10. Carr onderscheidt een vierdimensionale ‘externe’ ruimte op basis van Einsteins relativiteitstheorie en een zes- of zevendimensionale ‘interne’ ruimte, die gerelateerd is aan paranormale en andere ‘ontastbare’ fenomenen.

In Irak, het land waar ooit welvarende Soemerische steden stonden, zijn vele indrukwekkende artefacten opgegraven. Een buitengewoon intrigerend voorwerp is de Soemerische koningslijst, een oud manuscript dat de vroege dynastieën van verschillende prominente steden vermeldt.
De eerste serie namen werd toegeschreven aan de koningen die heersten vóór de zondvloed. Het artefact is uniek omdat er zowel mythologische figuren als echte koningen op staan. Het eerste fragment van dit zeldzame en unieke voorwerp is een 4000 jaar oud kleitablet dat aan het begin van de twintigste eeuw is gevonden door de Duits-Amerikaanse onderzoeker Hermann Hilprecht. Sindsdien zijn tenminste 18 andere exemplaren gevonden, waarvan de meeste dateren uit de Isin-dynastie (2017-1794 voor Christus).
De koningslijst geeft de gehele Soemerische geschiedenis weer. In het Ashmolean Museum in Oxford wordt de meest complete kopie van de koningslijst bewaard. Op de lijst staan koningen die heersten voor de zondvloed tot de veertiende heerser van de Isin-dynastie. De koningslijst vertoont opvallende gelijkenissen met het Bijbelboek Genesis.
Soemer, soms Soemerië genoemd, is de naam van de oudst bekende beschaving gelokaliseerd in het zuidelijk deel van Mesopotamië (hedendaags zuid-oost Irak), waar de rivieren Eufraat en Tigris uitmonden in de Perzische Golf.
Rond het derde millennium voor Christus bestond Soemer uit tenminste 12 afzonderlijke stadstaten: Kish, Erech, Ur, Sippar, Akshak, Larak, Nippur, Adab, Umma, Lagash, Badtibira en Larsa. Iedere stadstaat werd omringd door een hoge muur. In iedere stad werd een andere god aanbeden. De macht behoorde in eerste instantie toe aan het volk, maar na onenigheid tussen verschillende stadstaten kregen ze allemaal een eigen vorst toegewezen.
De Soemerische koningslijst begint met de oorsprong van het koningschap ‘dat uit de hemel kwam’. De koningen uit de eerste dynastieën heersten een bijzonder lange tijd:
Nadat het koningschap uit de hemel was gekomen, arriveerde het in Eridoe. Aloelim werd koning: hij heerste 28.800 jaar. Alaljar heerste 36.000 jaar. Twee koningen; ze heersten 64.800 jaar.
Sommige koningen die vóór de zondvloed heersten – zoals Etana, Lugalbanda en Gilgamesj – zijn het onderwerp van heldenverhalen. De acht oorspronkelijke namen heersten volgens de koningslijst 241.200 jaar, van het moment waarop het koningschap ‘uit de hemel kwam’ tot het moment van ‘de zondvloed’ waarna het koningschap opnieuw uit de hemel omlaag daalde.
De bijzonder lange heerschappij van de eerste koningen van Soemer roept de nodige vragen op. Moeten de getallen worden genegeerd of waren de eerste koningen goden die veel langer dan mensen leefden?
In het oude Egypte werd de term ‘hij stierf op 110-jarige leeftijd’ bijvoorbeeld gebruikt voor mensen die een lang leven achter de rug hadden en een belangrijke bijdrage hadden geleverd aan de maatschappij. Op dezelfde manier kan de extreem lange heerschappij van de eerste Soemerische koningen aangeven hoe belangrijk ze waren in de ogen van het volk. Dit maakt echter niet duidelijk waarom latere koningen veel minder lang over het rijk heersten.
Sommige wetenschappers wijzen erop dat er opvallende overeenkomsten zijn tussen de Soemerische koningslijst en het Bijbelboek Genesis. In Genesis wordt het verhaal van de zondvloed verteld en lezen we hoe Noach probeerde alle diersoorten op aarde te redden. De koningslijst spreekt ook van een ‘zondvloed die de aarde overspoelde’.
De Soemerische koningslijst geeft een lijst van acht koningen die voor de zondvloed gedurende lange perioden over het rijk heersten, tussen de 18.600 en 43.200 jaar. Dit doet denken aan Genesis 5, de lijst van Adams nakomelingen. Tussen Adam en Noach zitten acht generaties, net zoals er acht koningen zitten tussen het begin van het koningschap en de zondvloed.
Genesis 5:3-11:
Toen Adam 130 jaar was, verwekte hij een zoon die op hem leek, die zijn evenbeeld was. Hij noemde hem Set. Na de geboorte van Set duurde Adams leven nog 800 jaar. Hij verwekte zonen en dochters. In totaal leefde hij 930 jaar. Daarna stierf hij. Toen Set 105 jaar was, verwekte hij Enos. Na de geboorte van Enos leefde Set nog 807 jaar. Hij verwekte zonen en dochters. In totaal leefde hij 912 jaar. Daarna stierf hij. Toen Enos 90 jaar was, verwekte hij Kenan. Na de geboorte van Kenan leefde Enos nog 815 jaar. Hij verwekte zonen en dochters. In totaal leefde hij 905 jaar. Daarna stierf hij. Enzovoorts.
Na de zondvloed werden Soemerische koningen een stuk minder oud. Mensen uit de Bijbel leefden na de zondvloed ook minder lang. De Soemerische koningslijst blijft een groot mysterie. Waarom maakten de Soemeriërs geen onderscheid tussen mythologische heersers en echte koningen? Waarom zijn er zoveel overeenkomsten met Genesis? Waarom konden oude koningen duizenden jaren aan de macht blijven? Na 100 jaar onderzoek blijven deze vragen nog altijd onbeantwoord.
Verbazing afgelopen zaterdagavond in Zeewolde (Flevoland), over een object met knipperende lampen dat bijna twee uur boven de wijk Horsterveld hing. Veel mensen gingen de straat op en vroegen zich af wat de UFO nou precies was.
Op het onbekende object was een soort lichtshow te zien, van afwisselend rode, groene en witte lampen. Op de grond werd druk gespeculeerd over wat er in de lucht hing. Rond 01.00 uur gingen de lichten plotseling uit en verdween de UFO weer.
