The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. Mothership near ISS

This large Mothership was recorded by the ISS live cam near the space station this week by Streetcap1 of YouTube. The new HD cams are in place and this may or may not be one of those cams. They use both the two HD cams and the regular cams.

Holland Crop Circle

  Another amazing formation in Holland on May 8, 2014, this one huge and with a fabulous “lay”:

Between EttenLeur and Zevenbergen -- Nancy Talbott of BLT Research writes, “For a few days prior to his 34th birthday on May 7th, Robbert Broeke had the sense that something was about to happen when he remembered a 2006 when he was riding his motorbike.” He had looked up and seen a very large disc-shaped “UFO” directly over him, just above tree-top level keeping pace with him, which was so large its sides extended out past the trees on both sides of the road. Robbert perceived it to be both “organic” but also made of some kind of metal.

Suddenly the “UFO” had pulled out in front of him and landed at right in a big open field about 75 feet ahead. As Robbert reached the area he stopped in the middle of the road, adjacent to the “UFO.” He watched as a hatch and a ramp of some kind opened up and two huge basically human-like figures 4-5 meters tall emerged and “walked” down to the ground.
The moonlight was bright enough so that Robbert could see how incredibly tall the “creatures” were and they had only one "large, soft brown” eye in the center of their foreheads. Their eyes reminded him of cows’ eyes, because they looked so gentle. One of the creatures started moving slowly toward Robbert until suddenly it was standing right on the edge of the road, only two meters away. This startled Robbert so much that he immediately sped off toward his home. As he left he looked back and saw the UFO fly and disappear.

Robbert went to bed immediately when he got home, but in the morning he told his parents about the strange “UFO dream” and the enormous wise creatures, and how very ancient they were. Robbert was sure it had been a dream but his parents were not so sure--and his father thought he and Robbert should go to the field to see what they might find. When they arrived they found a huge flattened circle in the grass exactly where the UFO had landed, and multiple huge footprints.

It was exactly this 2006 UFO field which now attracted Robbert’s attention the night of May 7-8, 2014. He was certain something big was going to happen in this same place and, in his “mind’s eye,” he suddenly saw a huge ring of light, in the middle of which was a large “light” circle. He also saw the “lay" of the grasses crop formation going down as many, many little “strips of light” flashed out just above the ground in the exact pattern he and Roy found only 20-30 minutes later when they reached this field, shortly after midnight.

The huge 51m diameter outer ring is the widest of any that has been found in Robbert’s area. A very thin outer edge of this ring and the majority of the inside edge is laid counter-clockwise. And there is a section of the grass all around the large ring which looks as if it has been combed out toward the narrow outermost edge. As Robbert reached this wide outer ring he felt a massive pressure pressing downward on his body. He describes it as both “healing” and transformative, an energy which can make new.

The Ancient Clock is still Ticking

Brett Allen writes, “Many cultures like the Hopi believed that man had lived in previous worlds, but each previous world had ended when man set the world out of balance by no longer living in harmony with the creators plan. Although The Covenant with man promises that “God” will never again send a flood to wipe out man, many ancient cultures remember previous world ages destroyed by fire and ice. Although many revere the Bible and their images of an esoteric God, they seem to ignore a vast similar history recounted by a myriad of ancient cultures and label it as simply myth. But what if these stories of ancient sky gods are real and we continue to proceed as if our actions have no real consequences?

Meanwhile around the world strange artifacts from an unknown epoch in Earth’s history continue to be found. Like the UFOs that constantly get reported around the world, our science ignores simply ignores these as well. Known as OOPARTS and Forbidden Archaeology, many believe such unexplainable objects represent the tangible evidence that Earth history is far different than the majority of scholars believe. Even though we know only a few thousand years out of billions of years of Earth’s history, we continue to ignore the mythology of ancient cultures as foolish pseudoscience and mere legend, even when Biblical cities and events have been proven very real indeed.

Noah's Arc

Despite constant reports of UFOs and strange, gigantic hybrid humanoids hidden in our midst, many still see no connection between UFOs, ancient star god mythology and the Nephilim of ancient lore, despite their inclusion in hand-written works like the Bible, Dead Sea Scrolls or even ancient Sumerian Tablets. These works tell us of a very different world history than we currently accept. By ignoring and forgetting past world ages and the covenant with the gods, is not such arrogance creating our own end times? Around the world, water supplies dwindle, ice caps melt, food shortages persist, and weather patterns intensify.
In the last several years red orb UFOs have fill our skies. What will it take before we realize our gods and ancient history may have been quite visible to us all along? Theory of Evolution Mind shift

The foundation for all scientific knowledge concerning life on Earth is the belief in the Theory of Evolution. I found I could easily convince most people, that we were being visited by alien life forms if they question that theory. Those hardest to convince are scientists whose bedrock belief system accepts without question the Theory of Evolution. They refuse even to read these files. If we assume for the sake of argument, that this theory is wrong, our scientific knowledge suddenly embraces the concept that intelligent life was spread from space to Earth.

For too long the Theory of Evolution has been taught as fact and as an undeniable truth. Scientists and educators have taught with fervor and passion that all life originated on Earth. Obviously there is some evidence that species change to adapt to the situation around them. But it is a giant leap of faith to assume we all came from some primeval ooze and gradually developed into complex life forms. I have had the luxury of seeing the amazing complexity of even just one cell. It is doubtful that life happened by chance. The logical conclusion is that there was a Creator. I receive many letters from scientists who claim to be experts in the field of genetics, who admit they are afraid to speak up because they are afraid of losing their jobs. The Theory of Evolution is the religion of science and does anything to protect its theory.

Recently Oklahoma ordered publishers to include a disclaimer about the theory in their biology books. The disclaimer about evolution is that it is "unproven belief that random undirected forces produced a world of living things." The statement continues by saying, "No one was present when life first appeared on Earth. Therefore any statement about life's origins should be considered theory, not fact." Governor Frank Keating has taken a lot of heat for appointing a Textbook Committee that feels that the theory is questionable, but 700 teachers have backed him.

The meteorite Yamato 000593, which fell to Earth during the Stone Age, contains microscopic burrows and spheres that resemble the marks microorganisms leave when they eat through rocks on Earth

Astronomers with the aid of space-based telescopes have discovered more than 3,600 planets orbiting other stars, some of whom may have intelligent life. We need to reassess what we believe about the universe and what our ancient ancestors tell us. Most ancients such as the Sumerians clearly detail extraterrestrial visitors who claimed to have created Homo sapiens. Our view of the cosmos is antiquated. Our universe is filled with life. It is apparent life exists or once existed on Mars and our moon as shown in this meteorite from Mars. The universe is 15 billion years old and we humans have only been around for some 250,000 years. Based on the huge space ships I chased while in the Air Force other life forms have already found us and are interacting with us humans in various ways. Scientist Dr. Carl Sagan in his book, "Intelligent Life in the Universe" indicated Earth had likely been visited by extraterrestrials. He states: "Sumer was an early--perhaps the first -civilization the contemporary sense on the planet Earth. It was founded in the forth millennium B.C. or earlier. We don't know where the Sumerians came from. I feel that if the Sumerian civilization is depicted by the descendents of the Sumerians themselves to be of non-human origin, the relevant legends should be examined carefully." (Page 456) Dr. Sagan goes on to ask, "What might an advanced extraterrestrial civilization want from us? One of the primary motivations for the exploration of the New World was to convert the inhabitants to Christianity -- peacefully if possible -- forcefully if necessary. Can we exclude the possibility of an extraterrestrial evangelism?" (Page 463)
Jesus last words were "Go into all the world (Cosmos) and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere." After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. (Mark 16:15&19) Ever where may mean to spread the gospel throughout the Cosmos.

Ancient Beings Spread Life to Colony Earth

Astronomer’s Carl Sagan and Russian I.S. Shklovskii wrote that it was likely extraterrestrial life came here to spread religion. We are now finding almost every star has a planet system suggesting that within the millions of Galaxies and billions of stars, millions of planets likely have intelligent life.  Carl Sagan’s work indicated Mars might have life and the whole universe may be teaming with it. "Sagan discussed the amazing evidence in Sumerian writing claiming that extraterrestrial intelligence came to Earth and provided education to mankind.” The following quotes from “Intelligent Life in the Universe”; page 461 may raise a few eye brows:
“With the numbers we have discussed, it seems possible that the Earth has been visited by various Galactic civilizations many times (possibly 10 10,000 years], during geological time). It is not out of the question that artefacts’ of these visits still exist--although none have been found to date--or even that some kind of base is maintained within the solar system to provide continuity for successive expeditions. Because of weathering and the possibility of detection and interference by the inhabitants of the Earth, it might have appeared preferable not to erect such a base on the Earth's surface.” If we are in fact being visited, the visitors come for a reason.

Carl Sagan often noted one of the primary reasons to visit and spread life to Earth would be some form of missionary zeal. Many abductees report a kind of religious awakening after being in contact with the ancient beings.

DNA Molecules May Be From Space

Francis Crick won the Nobel Prize for helping to discover 'the structure of DNA,' the master molecule of life. He now believes that the 'origin of life' was from space. He and Leslie Orgel of the Salk Institute may have also discovered the 'origin of all life' on Earth.' The two scientists theorize that life came from a distant planet, and was brought here aboard an ancient space ship or meteorite. Their theory is called "Directed Panspermia" and it may explain how life arose spontaneously on Earth.

The scientist's point out virtually all-terrestrial life on Earth is based on a single type of genetic code. If creatures sprang to life in some great "primeval soup," as many biologists believe, it is surprising that organisms with many different kinds of genetic codes do not exist. Crick and Orgel feel that a single code seems to be entirely compatible with the theory that all life descended from a single instance of 'Directed Panspermia.' It’s likely the building blocks of DNA could have formed in space providing a starter kit of genetic material for life to evolve rapidly on Earth. Ancient beings sometimes called angels appear to have brought life, core values, moral principles to Earth as outlined in the Ten Commandments. If all humans followed these commandments, humanity would create order, live in peace and would be able to join the great civilizations in space.

The Darwinian Theory has shown that there is some change within a species, but it has been difficult to find evidence that the various species slowly evolved from primitive life forms to eventually become Homo sapiens. There is obviously also the problem of how inanimate objects became alive. Crick and Orgel who have studied the building blocks of life note that the element molybdenum plays a key role in many enzymatic reactions that are important to life. Molybdenum is a very rare element on earth and seems unlikely to be part of a system that developed by chance here on Earth.

The human DNA code is amazingly complex, and it appears likely that life developed first on another planet where molybdenum was plentiful. Molybdenum a lustrous brittle silver white metallic chemical element is used in alloys and points for spark plugs.
So even Nobel Prize winners are looking to space for the spark of life.
Seth Borenstein writes, “A study finds the Milky Way is teeming with billions of planets that are about the size of Earth, and orbit stars just like our sun, and exist in the Goldilocks zone— not too hot and not too cold for life.

Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell in his book, "The Way of the Explorer,” states "The previous notion in science was that the Universe was a giant accident and that it would be too much of an accident for life to have formed and become intelligent life, in more than one place at a time. To science, that would be too much of an accident." It view is clearly wrong and science has to revise its notion and accept the fact that whatever process has brought us into being has brought life into being throughout the Universe. Now that we look back on it, it sounds silly that throughout our history, until the last two or three decades, we really believed we were alone in the Universe. Now that we see beyond that, we see how archaic these types of ideas are."
My point is that once main stream science understands there are serious problems with the Theory of Evolution they will be able to see the UFOs in our skies.

Russian Scientist Dies

Paul Stonehill writes, “Ph.D. of Engineering Sciences Valery Pavlovich Burdakov who passed away on April 22, 2014, was a, a distinguished Russian scientist, and co-author of an immensely popular book Rockets of the Future.” He knew many of those who had created Soviet ballistic missiles and the nation’s space exploration program. For thirty two years, Valery P. Burdakov had worked in Korolyov’s design bureau who led the development of several generations of Soviet ballistic missiles, launch vehicles, military and communications satellites, interplanetary probes and manned spacecraft in the USSR.

Valery P. Burdakov was author of more than 400 works in engineering sciences and patents. In the course of his career he had often communicated with cosmonauts and knew of their UFO sightings. Professor Burdakov studied UFOs for sixty years and felt 3% are real messages from extraterrestrial civilizations and we should listen to such messages.

In October of 1996, Professor Burdakov published his memoirs in Anomaliya Magazine and revealed Stalin’s interest in Ufology. According to Burdakov, Sergey Korolyov was summoned, and informed that it was by Comrade Stalin's request to come to the Kremlin where he was provided with two female translators to assist him; was given a stack of foreign newspapers, books, and three days to evaluate the 1947 UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico. In the stack of papers, Korolyov saw many published materials, testimonies and USSR sightings reports. After a few days he was again summoned before the dictator.

Korolyov's told Stalin that UFOs were not weapons of some potential adversary, and did not pose a serious threat to the country. However, the phenomenon itself does exist, added Korolyov. Stalin said that other experts were of similar opinion.

The second information had to do with the failure of the Phobos 1989 mission. Valery Burdakov made direct inquiries about the loss of Phobos 2 probe, and discussed the matter with the original designers of the project. Professor Burdakov questioned the series of strange events that led to the destruction of Phobos 2. The Professor came up with a hypothesis: if Mars is inhabited, the intelligent beings who exist there would not like the idea of a device placed on the surface of their moonlet for purposes of constant observation. Consequently, in his opinion, they did something about it. Burdakov's views were expressed in 1992 in a Russian magazine Quant. Valery P. Burdakov was a full member and Presidium member of the A.M. Prokhorov Russian Academy of engineering. His influence, research and knowledge have made him part of the history of Soviet and Russian Ufology. Thanks to Paul Stonehill

Inca Temple Found in Lake Titicaca

While I was searching for UFOs on Google Earth, I decided to have a look at Lake Titicaca, Bolivia where I found a structure under the water.

Many cigar UFOs have had this shape and size, but I found that an ancient temple had been found in Lake Titicaca in 2000 90 miles from La Paz, Bolivia that was 660 feet long and 160 feet wide. The measurements indicate the one I found is over 35% longer and is 32 miles away from La Paz. This may also be an ancient Inca temple.

Many UFO sightings have been recorded over and entering Lake Titicaca and this could be a UFO that crashed in the lake thousands of years ago 200 meters from land.

It also has the shape of Noah's Ark that Wikipedia states was 450 ft long by 75 feet wide.
This object is 953 feet long and 168 feet wide and is bigger than the Ark.

The Inca lore says, “after a great flood, the god Viracocha arose from Lake Titicaca to create a new world.

” Which sounds like what happened to Noah?
Incan lore goes on to say, “He commanded the sun, moon, and stars to rise, then went to Tiahuanaco to create the first human beings, Mallku Kupac and Mama Ocllo. These first human, the “Inca Adam and Eve,” were formed from stone and brought to life by Viracocha, who commanded them to go out and populate the world."

Watchers 7

I filmed with L.A. Marzulli the excellent “Watchers 7” Film that is the newest video in the Watchers series, Watchers 7, called “Something is Happening” has wonderful UFO scenes provided by Jaime Maussan in Mexico City.

Marzulli shows intriguing UFO footage captured in Kumburgaz, Turkey which may show actual ET inhabitants in the craft.

The late Dr. Roger Leir removes alien implants. Marzulli claims hybrid beings are being integrated into the population via abduction and breeding programs, and the ETs (who are the "fallen ones" from the Bible) are creating their own army.

Watchers 7, is chock full of sensational and rare video footage that is 83 minutes in length and loaded with one-on-one interviews with prominent theologians, abduction victims, and UFO researchers like myself. The Honorable Paul Hellyer, Canada’s former Minister of National Defense states,

Sightings in the United States

Alabama Photos

Slocomb – Nine photos were taken on May 16, 2014, starting at about 8 PM, and took last photo about 9:09 PM, same night. I went out to the front steps and sat down on steps and propped my hand on the handrails to ensure the camera did not move while taking photos. When I looked at object it appeared like a bright light in the sky. When I looked through the camera, I could not see the light except only when I zoomed in could I see anything. Then I could not see the bright light; all I could see was a small light moving around in the camera lens. I did not lose sight of the object until the sun-came up in the morning. Arizona Rectangle and Orbs

Maricopa -- On Wednesday, May 12, 2014, at 9:55 AM, the witness was driving north on Route 347 out of the city and noticed a floating rectangle with blurred edges. The grey/lead color was moving south towards the South Mountain and descending where he thought it might crash into the towers. It was huge and as tall as the towers as flew east through Wild Horse Pass towards Phoenix and disappeared.

Phoenix -- My son saw the first one about 8:50 PM and called my wife and I outside to see a bright orange egg shaped orb that glowed like a sun on May 18, 2014. It was low moving fast and silently north. I ran in to get the camera as a second orb came by and ejected a smaller version of itself. When I came out third orb flew closer I made the attached collage. This is a time lapse and reads like a book. It was much closer when I first walked out and was clearly not an aircraft. California Disc

San Jose – A black huge wobbling disk shaped object was going across sky below the clouds On May 7, 2014 at 3 PM.
It looked like a huge black balloon shaped disk wobbling in the sky very high up traveling across sky. My mom came out to see it as well it just kept going into clouds and was gone. I’m hoping some others saw it as well. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.UFOCenter.com

Visalia -- Two friends were driving when they observed a light in the sky. At first they thought it was an airplane, but it didn't travel in a straight line. As they drove towards it, it seemed to turn their way. Then it turned away and started going higher.

They then spotted a second object in the sky as the first object was maneuvering and bouncing up and down. A red ball of shooting flame was seen. Allot was going on but they managed to get a camera phone out and record enough to see the second object shoot a fireball out. Then they both seemed to ascend into the sky and looked like balls of flames that were burning out. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Florida Cylinder

Tyndall Air Force Base -- On our way to Mexico Beach my wife was taking pictures from the car as we passed over a bridge on May 5, 2014.

We noticed the object in our picture a day later. We had also recalled seeing multiple Jets taking off from the air base shortly before we took the picture.

This looks nothing like reflections. It has no visible wings and no noticeable tale. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Georgia Lights

Douglasville –Fifteen of us were outside playing basketball at night when we saw 8 glowing/flashing red/orange spheres on May 20, 2014. They changed to a white triangle formation before they lined up and disappeared.

I have video near the end because my wife had to run and grab her camera. Everyone out there saw it and was shocked and felt it was a UFO. My wife and I were talking about how everyone claims they see them but we never have until now. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Idaho Light

St. Anthony -- While looking at an airplane, we saw a white round dot in the sky on May 13, 2014. It has been there all day in the same place starting at 10 AM. We called the sheriff and three police came out and looked with a long scope. They made a report. It was not there today and yesterday it did not follow the Sun. It was visible a good part of the day and at times it was west of the sun, then northwest before it was no longer in sight. Many people saw it here in St. Anthony. Nevada Lights

Overton – I witnessed a moving object across the desert on March 15, 2014. There were at least three light blue lights, hovering then taking off. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Las Vegas – The witness observed about 11 PM, on May 14, 2014, a green and yellow fireball with huge flames that fell from the sky and hit the ground in a mountain pass. Within a couple minutes a black helicopter landed near the object. When the witness got off work at 1 AM he drove that way home and saw State troopers at the entrance to St. Rose Parkway. They blocked off the right lane of traffic and he saw something being loaded into an unmarked white semi truck near the pass. When the witness got home he watched a UFO crash special that was much like what he had just seen. They obviously knew it was coming down and recovered the object. We wish we knew what it was. New York Lights

Holley -- My wife and I own fifty acres of forested land along a creek. About a quarter of a mile back from my house up by the road we have a pig pen with three small pigs. My wife decided to put a game camera up to watch the pigs. One day she checked the camera chip and found strange lights beaming down or up. I put the picture on my lap top and can pick out seven to eight lights on an angle from the north. Only one picture was snapped of big and small lights around the pig’s house. I have no clue of what made these lights.

The picture was taken on April 15, 2014 at 10:55 PM. the night of the blood moon. The moon was not northwest of camera and I was unable to come up with a source of the light. We spend a great deal of time out there night and day but the picture has me rattled. Thanks to MUFON CMS

North Carolina Disc

Outer Banks -- I saw the strangest thing this summer looking west at about 11:33 PM, in the distance over the water a red ball of light suddenly illuminated and sent a series of flashes or laser beams at a target. The target illuminated and fired back then both simply disappeared. I am a former Coast Guard officer; I witnessed this with another Coast Guard officer. Hickory – The unit was not visible when we took the photo on December 14, 2012. I try to take around 500 digital photos each week around the Hickory Airport. This week I took photos of what I call Eye-Oval drones or UFO's.

This photo was a total surprise, and appears to be operated by someone inside the object. These objects travel between 2,000 and 4,000 miles per hour faster than the human eye and brain can detect. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Tennessee Triangle

Morristown -- I was outside walking when I noticed a large solid ball of yellowish- white glowing light on April 22, 2014. It was too large for a planet so I called for my father and grandmother to look. We watched as it flew over us much lower than any commercial jet would fly. Three larger lights formed a triangle with one dim light on top.

My father and I confirmed a military jet was chasing it two minutes later. The UFO had a very fast smooth silent flight and we are in shock seeing such a huge craft! Texas Object

Weatherford -- This morning, May 16, 2014, between 10 hours, and 1100 hours, I saw four F-16s approach my home from the east, heading westbound. As they got closer, I snapped a couple of pictures on my iPhone 5.

I naturally looked at the first picture that had something 'weird' in the middle. It was at a distinctly lower altitude and there was not other air traffic or birds in the area. It appears to be metallic, but I never physically saw the thing. It just showed up in the photo. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Wisconsin Triangle

Green Bay -- My girlfriend and I were out in the backyard around 6:30 PM cooking dinner when we noticed that a large group of strange looking clouds were headed our way. They passed directly overhead on May 10th, 2014, for about 30 minutes as I took photographs.

Looking at the photographs we noticed the outline and shadow of a silent large triangle shaped craft that was moving very slowly northeast with the clouds. It seemed to us that these clouds were being generated by this craft as a form of camouflage to hide it. We live near the intersection of highway WI-172 and Webster Avenue. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Australia Sightings

Mandurah -- Constructed a three meter wide Pvc Pyramid to the ratio of Phi as a general gardening and meditation aid. After the sun set I returned to the structure to watch the stars, observing a few Eta Aquarid meteors in a western direction at 7:47 PM on May 10th 2014. Minutes later after expecting the ISS to be passing in a West South Westerly direction, I turned north witnessing the first 'blink'.

Now facing North West it blinked again further than I had expected indicating it was faster than a jet. In total it blinked 4 or 5 times and a second UFO blinked on the second to last blink of the first UFO. They were travelling south with a flash like a camera. I consciously welcome UFOs into the airspace over my house, they are pleasant to see. Thanks to John Hayes

Mudgeeraba Yokine, -- At 4:50 PM, I was hanging up our washing I noticed a bright pulsing shining light on May 10, 2014. The Sun was quite low and I thought the sun might reflect off a satellite, until it stopped and hovered there for several minutes. Six minutes later the light disappeared slowly towards the south, fading away.

Ipswich, Queensland -- My wife, children and I were driving to pick up dinner and we noticed a triangular shaped object outlined by lights in the night sky on May 12th 2014, at 6 PM. The object flew very erratically rotating as it moved in different directions before it flew out of view. Oshawa, Ontario -- We had just finished out fireworks on May 18, 2014, and my friend noticed something in the sky and I turned and looked and it was a really bright red light moving at a slow speed. There were no flashing lights just like a plane so I thought to myself it has to be a UFO so I took out my phone and I zoomed in as much as I could and I took a few pictures. I had one picture that really turned out well. It was flying at low speed taking 90 seconds from one tree that was 70 feet apart. It went behind the tree and couldn't see it anymore. China Unidentified

Heilongjiang - Three unidentified flying objects were spotted falling from the sky and landing in two places in Heilongjiang province about 6 AM on May 16, 2014.
The Yi'an county government confirmed that Mengchang villagers heard a big noise and then saw a big ball of fire falling into a garden.

Photos showed that the object is a metal ball, half-covered by a layer with a jagged edge. Two other similar objects were spotted crashing into neighboring Baiquan County and are being investigated. One object had a diameter of 70 centimeters and weighed around 40 kilograms. Japan Orbs

Nagoya City -- I took three photos of orbs from the 5th floor of the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Hoshigaoka on May 17, 2014. There was netting about a meter from the window.

I took the photo right against the glass so I doubt it is a reflection from an LED spot light. I was hoping someone could tell definitely if the orbs are in the sky or reflected in the glass. I know orbs have been spotted over Japan recently.  Thanks to MUFON CMS

Did the US Government Make a Pact With Aliens to Get Technology?

Phil Schneider was vocal before his death about what he says he learned about aliens while working under a high-level security clearance for the U.S. government. Epoch Times does not make any claims as to the veracity of his story, but rather presents his extraordinary claims for the reader’s entertainment and contemplation.

Schneider met with ridicule from many, but there are also many who believe him after watching his videos, such as Veterans Today senior editor Gordon Duff who calls him a “UFO whistleblower.” Schneider was found dead in his apartment in 1996. Though it was ruled a suicide, some believe he was murdered.

In 1954, then-President Dwight Eisenhower made a pact with three species of aliens, said Schneider in a lecture at the 1995 Preparedness Expo. In exchange for alien technology, Eisenhower allegedly gave aliens permission to abduct some cattle and a limited number of human beings.

For decades livestock have been found inexplicably mutilated across the United States. More than 10,000 attacks have been recorded throughout the country, according to KLAS-TV Las Vegas. Some say these mutilations are done by cultists. Some say it’s predatory animals, although livestock have been found with their organs removed in a precise manner. Some say it’s aliens.

As for human abductees, Schneider said many of the thousands of people missing worldwide may have been taken by aliens. He said there are nine races of aliens that see a human being as “a bag of food.”

The technology aliens gave to uphold their end of this exchange includes a kind of metal that is nearly indestructible. Schneider showed the audience what he said was a piece of this metal. It is made of niobium, an element we have on the periodic table, and marinite, an alien element you won’t find mentioned in Earth’s textbooks.

He said the government also developed a spy satellite with the help of aliens that could spot a dime on your kitchen floor. It used infrared technology and had a resolution factor of 99.99961.

The aliens violated the pact, said Schneider, by taking more humans than agreed upon. A war with the aliens has been fought ever since. He said the aliens plan to take over Earth by 2029 and he called on the government to tell citizens what it knows.
He said: “We don’t have a whole heap of time left.”

Russian Prime Minister Confirms The Existence Of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life

Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev recently confirmed the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life in a short interview away from network cameras after an appearance on Russian television. This is extremely significant, as it is a rare occasion  when a current serving Prime Minister of any nation has come forward to share the truth. Keep in mind that Medvedev also served as President of Russia from 2008 to 2012.

Collective Evolution has had this interview translated by multiple sources and can verify it’s credibility with regards to translation. Both of our translations are Russian.

I tell you the first and last time. Together with a nuclear suitcase the president has a folder, which is top secret and devoted entirely to the report by the Russian secret service which handles the control of extraterrestrials in our country. After the term, the two folders and a small nuclear suitcase are transferred to the new president. How many of them are among us I cannot say because panic might begin

He also refers to a Russian documentary if you are interested in the subject titled “The Men in Black.” He is not referring to the hollywood film.

What Can We Conclude From These Statements?

Prime Minister Medvedev made many interesting remarks, one of them being the fact that the president receives classified information on extraterrestrials visiting the planet at the beginning of his term. From this we can conclude that those responsible and dealing with this subject is not the president or the prime minister. They simply receive a briefing from the countries “secret service.”  Interestingly, Medvedev was President from 2008 – 2012, prior to Medvedev, the president was Vladimir Putin from 2000-2008, as well as the prime minister from 2008-20012. So he has been in the ‘know’ for quite some time. It’s more likely that the heads of major ‘secret service’ groups who have entire careers at agencies are privy to more information than a president who serves a much shorter term.

The same has been the case in the United States, with the very first public disclosure of a Untied States “black budget” program by Edward Snowden, credibility to other high ranking individuals within the ‘power structure’ has further increased. Former National Minister of Defence for Canada, Paul Hellyer alluded to trillions of dollars going into black budget projects in which congress and the president are deliberately kept in the dark. The secret seems to be exploding out even more as we head towards 2014.

In my opinion it’s important to note that these statements come after thousands and thousands of UFO files and documentation have been released by dozens of governments world wide, including the Russian Navy and agencies like the NSA. Here is one example of one from the NSA, other examples include much more detailed information. The evidence is widely available for those who are interested in pursuing it. Not too long ago, we presented a list of 12 Government Documents, out of thousands, that take UFOs seriously.

Another interesting comment was the fact that Prime Minister Medvedev alluded to the fact that they receive a nuclear suitcase. There is a lot of evidence that shows how UFOs have been deactivating Nuclear Missiles around the world for a number of years.

Last but not least, he states that a reason for secrecy is the fact that it might spread panic. I can understand that there are those who have kept the secrecy behind UFOs and extraterrestrials because they did not want to panic the population. On the other hand, there is a lot more that could go into the reasoning behind the secrecy of UFOs. Some of these concerns include technological implications, reasons for visitation, and opening humanity up to new concepts that threaten our current ‘power structure’ or paradigm of reality here on Earth. It has financial and economical implications that threaten those who profit off of the current existing paradigm.

Since I began this article with a statement from someone who many people pay attention to in the political world, I will end it with another who many paid attention to in the “academic world.”

At the end of the day your truth is within, what does your heart and soul tell you?  I understand the importance of writing about this subject in a way that can reach many. At the same time, we have to move past labels that give people “credibility” and think for ourselves. All of the answers are inside of you, the only problem is that we’ve been programmed for so long that we’ve forgotten how to listen to what our intuition is saying -our heart, our soul. Our minds have been so busy accomplishing the “set out requirements to live a good life”  that we have not learned how to get in touch with the real truth within.

A time for change has arrived, alongside our time for choice. Planet Earth is going through quite a transition, and I believe that may have something to do with some of the visitors that have been coming to the planet at this time.

 Another company has decided to hoax UFO sightings in an effort to promote themselves. This time in Auckland, New Zealand.

As if it is not hard enough for UFO investigators to look into strange sightings, there is a growing trend to hoax UFO sightings for publicity. This latest hoax was perpetrated by Energy Online, an energy retailer.

In a press release posted by Energy Online Monday, they said the stunt was an “attention-grabbing campaign.” According to Reseller News, the UFO was actually a remote controlled “octocopter” fitted with LED lights in three rings around the aircraft. For added safety, the octocopter was piloted by a commercial pilot.

The stunt didn’t receive the viral attention that a similar stunt in Canada received last year, but it did get some news. The news site Auckland Now posted UFO photos sent to them by one of their readers last weekend.

The witness said, “I noticed people stopping their cars by the Z petrol station. Then a girl ran across the road saying ‘oh my gosh, did you see that?’ I thought she was a drunk actually.”

The Facebook site UFOs over Auckland New Zealand also posted pictures and some videos of the object over the weekend.

Although Energy Online’s UFO got some attention, it was nothing like the media fervor created by a similar UFO stunt last year in Vancouver, Canada. The Vancouver Space Centre decided to kit out  a remote controlled drone to look like their UFO-shaped space center building and fly it around town. Their UFO went largely unnoticed until September 3, 2013 when the space center flew their UFO near a minor league baseball game during the sixth inning.

Baseball fans took pictures and videos, and the sighting was announced during the live broadcast. The local team staged a comeback after the sighting, causing the UFO to be dubbed online as #luckyUFO.

These videos and pictures were immediately tweeted and went viral. News sites around the world covered the story before the Vancouver Space Centre finally fessed up to the hoax in a press release.

UFO investigators were not amused.

An Expert Sasquatch Account

These very details help us to get closer to understanding patterns, instigators, and methods by which the Sasquatch people have remained so well cloaked.**

Sasquatch Sighting (Nightvision) #1Mogollon Rim, Arizona, 2009-10-14 10:00PMµ

It was Fall Break at school, and I loaded up my son (17), daughter (14) and nephew (12) for a one night-two day expedition to a location on the Mogollon Rim in Arizona's high country, mainly because of the activity it had during the 2008 BFRO Expedition (where vocalizations and chatter were heard) and the 2009 BFRO Expedition (close encounter, grunts, rock clacks, knocks and one massive tree shake). This was the exact location where my team was positioned during the latter expedition. I anxiously waited six months to get back up there. By October the graded roads get quite washboarded so the going was a little slower. This area is closed off by mid-November until late-April or early-May due to snowfall.

We arrived to the campsite at 11am, set up quickly then spent the remainder of the daylight scouting and hiking in the canyon complex. Scouting of the area always includes surveying all primitive camping areas and parking sites. There were no other campers in a 3-square mile radius. This canyon is approximately 7600’ elevation and channels water in a creek from several springs that run during the wet season, as well as snowmelt runoff in the Spring. By the Fall, the springs are not running and the creek bed was dry. The temperatures were a mild 73F during the hikes as we set up a game camera in a side canyon area, and remote recorders in various locations (see my future upcoming audio post for details on these remote recorders). All the recorders were set to turn on at 8pm and run until 5am. At dusk we returned to camp, started a fire, cooked dinner and enjoyed some fun and laughter. Temperatures began to drop. We toasted some marshmallows and made some mandatory s'mores. I reviewed the do's and don'ts with the kids about “squatching” as this was my nephew’s first time, and we discussed some of the theories and had a good question and answer session. It was around 9pm when we were set to drive back to the canyon to make some calls and practice patience with intent listening. It was at that time my daughter told me she wasn’t feeling so good. When we arrived at the location at 9:48pm, she did not want to leave the SUV, and didn't want to stay there alone either so my son volunteered to stay with her.

I turned the SUV around so it was pointing north on the road back toward camp. My nephew and I took a digital recorder, night vision monocular with IR light, and a knocking stick (a hickory sledge handle) and walked the 100 feet from the vehicle to set up at the knocking station;  a towering, bark-less, dead tree on the edge of the canyon. I started the digital recorder and leaned it up against the tree in the middle of the clearing. I handed the night vision unit to my nephew, and then we walked over to the knocking tree (right of center in above photo).

By now the temperature had dropped to 45F long after the sun had retreated on this moonless evening. Even though it was a cold night, there was no wind which made listening conditions ideal. At 9:55pm I did two knocks separated by two seconds. We waited three minutes in silence, and then followed to with a single knock. One minute later, there was a reply whoop from at least a 1/4 mile to the west that was very faint. I waited about a minute, and then gave a return whoop back in the same direction. We waited about 12 minutes then I did another single knock. The forest was silent as the echo from the knock dissipated. We waited 5 minutes then I did another whoop. This time, a return whoop was heard LOUDLY, and directly across the canyon to the west at a 300’ distance. It was VERY close and truly surprised me. I quietly stepped over to my nephew and whispered to him to keep a close watch. Heasked if we should respond, I told him, “No… it knows right where we are!”

We kept the night vision (NV) powered up with its built-in IR light since there was no moon, only a star-filled, clear sky. I also made sure that my nephew kept the NV unit pointed to the ground unless he was looking through it. I whispered to him that I was not going to point, but would instead give him directions like a clock dial (9 o'clock, 1 o'clock, etc).

Within a minute we could hear a small scrabble rock slide in the creek bed below, and then all fell quiet. Within five minutes I could hear a VERY soft and quiet footstep in forest litter. The foot was laid down slow and deliberate. We were about 20 feet north of the knocking tree and six feet east and could see down the hillside a distance by starlight and very clearly with the night vision scope. I could hear the steps getting closer. No more steps could be heard but a shadow was seen moving or rocking in and out from the edge of the trees and brush.

I told my nephew to look at 11 o'clock, so he raised the NV unit and whispered that he saw an arm for a split-second and the brush moving. I asked him for the NV unit and kept it pointed toward the ground.  The next time I saw the shadow emerge, I brought up the scope. This time I saw a brief glimpse of the leg and foot from the calf down as it stepped back into the brush. The distance to the subject from our viewpoint was about 65 feet. The night vision unit did have slight magnification.

From this point forward, we could hear it softly walking but could not see it through the brush. I handed the unit back to my nephew and had him keep watch while I listened intently. I find that not using your eyesight in darkness enhances your hearing. After a few minutes it stopped its quiet steps. From my perspective and thought, it seemed to be a standoff.  It had positioned itself to view us, where we couldn't see it. There were three instances of eye glow during this time we thought, but very dim through the brush. I am not sure if it was in response to the dim red glow from the IR light as it was brought up by my nephew to scan the area, then pointed back at the ground.

It’s tough to know you are being watched in the dark. After what seemed to be eternity in silence, I decided we needed to get it on the move again. I whispered to my nephew that we should walk back toward the vehicle slowly and pretend we didn't care or know it was there. He would keep the NV/IR on but pointed at the ground and I would listen as we walked. I reminded him about a wide gap in the tree line that gave visibility all the way down to the creek, and that we’ll hopefully get it to walk into that area to watch us. He nodded his head. I told him if I hear it there I’ll tell him ‘NOW’ for him to turn back to look with the NV/IR.

We turned and walked casually for 30 feet and I told him to stop. I wanted to discern if our guest was paralleling us or not.  I heard a small crunch of forest litter. I whispered to my nephew, ‘You heard that?’ and he nodded his head. I nudged him forward and we walked slowly for 30 feet more to what I thought was the area of the clearing in the underbrush. As we reached that point, I thought I heard a footfall in the clearing. I told my nephew, 'NOW'. He spun around, and I initially stayed facing the same direction toward the SUV. He brought the scope up to his eye in the same motion as he spun. He simply said, 'Yep, there it is.' I said, 'Really? What's it doing?' My nephew said, 'looking at me!' (see below for my nephew’s description)

I quickly took the scope, and had a look. Just as the scope reached my eye, it was stepping back to the tree line. I saw the left shoulder, left arm, breast and upper left leg. It was an obvious female. As she stepped behind the tree, she grasped the side of the tree with her left hand and kept it there. She was 25-30 feet away.

I could clearly see four fingers of her left hand, the hair, fingernails and forearm to the elbow. The thumb was not visible. The IR light reflected off the fingernails which were large, chipped and rough. The hairs on the fingers were not long, maybe .5 to .75 inches long. The hair on the forearm was much longer, 4-5 inches in length. The hair was not matted and individual strands could be seen free flowing. There was no obvious odor. I was watching in awe for about 20 seconds when she peered around the opposite side of trunk. I could plainly see her right eye for a second, large and round through the NV viewfinder as it reflected the IR light. Her fingers adjusted their grip slightly. It looked human, only much larger. I would estimate the finger size to be the width of a Ballpark Frank. I handed the scope back to my nephew, and while he was observing her, she peeked out once more and he saw what I had witnessed as well.  She did not peer out again. The total encounter was so lengthy; we passed the night vision unit back and forth several times, commenting on the fingernails and hair to each other. The hand and forearm where in view for a total of three minutes. She then withdrew her hand, and completely lost sight of her.

We then simply sat down where we had been standing. I tried a couple of rock clacks, soft (deep) grunts, and tried my best to mimic the Sierra Sounds/chatter. At one point it sounded like a light rock clack but we were uncertain. About this time we heard a twig snap up the hill behind us across the road. A little paranoia did set in, and I decided it was time to head to the vehicle. I scooped up my audio recorder, got in the SUV and scanned the tree lines on both sides of the road. Nothing moved, the forest was still.

I started the motor to warm up the SUV. My kids woke up from my nephew’s excitement, which he had been holding in through the entire experience. I asked my nephew to describe what he saw when he first swung around with the NV unit. He said “it was standing in the middle of the clearing, and it had a look of surprise on its face. The mouth drew open and eyes widened.”  “In fact,” he continued, “it turned and looked behind it… as if it thought we were looking at something behind it, then turned and looked back at us.” My nephew said its head was more 'oval-shaped' with a high brow and appeared to have no neck. He did say there was some movement to the head when it looked back, but rotated its body at the waist to look downhill, then looked back at him. It was at that time I asked to see the scope, and by the time I brought it up, she was headed behind that tree. When I mentioned that ‘it’ was a female as I clearly saw her breast, he seemed a little disappointed. He said staring into the face and the adrenaline rush locked his focus on the face. 

The entire stop from first knock to departure was around 57 minutes!  My nephew was a real trooper for being just 12 years old!  We got back to camp, restarted the fire, and then climbed into the tent by 11:30pm. Throughout the night, elk bugled all around the campsite. Some coyote were howling, but the elk calls came from all directions. Otherwise, the night was uneventful.

In the morning, I cooked some breakfast for the kids and we loaded up the SUV and went out to collect the remote recorders (see photo on left) and the game camera. We had some good photos of us setting up the camera, and picking it up. There were three photos during the night where leaves in the wind may have tripped the activating trigger. When the five remote audio tracks were analyzed later, there were no unusual anomalies. The coyote and elk calls throughout the night were captured clearly. Two of the recorders prematurely ended their recording cycles due to dead batteries. The remote recorders were not close enough to record the knocks or whoops from our encounter. This was certainly a night of lessons. The handheld recorder that I had placed on the ground stopped recording after the third knock I did. Apparently half-battery life plus a cold ground with a bare recorder are not a good mix. I’ve since upgraded my arsenal so all handheld units have a neoprene sleeve to insulate them from the cold, and every recorder gets fresh batteries on deployment. Also, all of my remote recorders are now insulated and have been tested down to 22F without overnight failure. I’ve had people ask me why I did not have a night vision recorder along for the trip. I do own a Sony Handycam with Nightshot capabilities; however the IR light attachment drains the battery rather quickly in 20 minutes or sometimes less when cold. In addition, the IR light claims an illumination range of 10-75 feet; however its realistic range of quality illumination is 5-20 feet. So unless you are anticipating a close-range, long duration sighting during the short time while you have this camera powered up or the subject patiently waits while you power up your device, it is quite an ineffective tool. I have since developed a tool that would allow use of the camera without the IR attachment, but that is for a later, technical discussion.

We reenacted the encounter the next day. The above photo shows my nephew (on left) and my son (right at the top of the hill) with the location circled (center) where the female Sasquatch was first seen, and the arrow (far right) pointing to the tree where she took refuge and (thankfully) placed her hand for us to see.We determined that the location where the hand was visible on the tree was 69 inches from the ground at the base of the tree. Since the hillside was very steep here it was necessary for me to grab the tree to avoid falling down into the canyon due to the angle of the ground. Some variables do exist in height calculation, mainly the distance of body from the tree versus slope of hillside and the height of a female Sasquatch from shoulder to top of the head. Based on the angle of the forearm, as viewed, we did determine that the arm was held out nearly perpendicular to the body as a human would physically display in the same situation. I am 6’5”, and my height from the shoulder to the top of the head is 11.5”. Assuming a larger skull structure for a Sasquatch I factored this calculation at 15”. It was impossible to determine how far away from the side of the tree the subject stood so I estimated based on body width/arm length and placed the feet about 1.5 feet from the tree. At this precise location the sloping drop in 18 linear inches was 8.5. Therefore, the estimated height of this female subject was 92.5 inches (8.5” ground base + 69” shoulder height + 15” shoulder to head) or 7 feet 7.5 inches.Due to the steep slope of the hillside and our position on the flat area at the top, it was obvious why we could not see the knees or below in the open area. The lip of the hillside obscured our viewing angle. It was very possible, based on the height difference between my nephew and I, he may have only been able to view her from the waist up.

We did hike down to the bottom of the canyon and found a partial left heel print on the upslope directly below the knocking station. The partial footprint was approximately 7” long by 3.5” wide by 2” deep. The ground was very hard from the dry conditions in the region during September and October. When we stepped across the hard pack, it did not leave any impression. The soil near the heel print was loose and dislodged.

There was also a very intriguing tree break towards the base of the canyon at the bottom of the hillside below the knocking station. It would look like any other tree fall, except the stump of the smaller tree was nowhere to be found in the trunk’s proximity. It had been wedged against the taller tree into the nook of the branch with some force. The trunk was approximately 14’ tall and 5” diameter.Across the creek bed, to the right of where the tree is wedged against the larger Ponderosa pine, was an area of fresh disturbance where we surmised the subject crossed the dry creek bed. While it did appear that numerous elk and deer and also traveled down that slope, there were no fresh prints of any sort. There were, however, small rocks that had been dislodged and overturned.Many more reports to come!

Mr. Radames Torres was watching television with his wife in his beach house in the coastal sector of the town of Cabo Rojo when his wife observed towards the ocean a bright light a little smaller than the full moon, more or less the size of a street light. This light was, according to her statement about 100ft above sea level and approximately 300 yards from their location. After approximately 15 minutes the light diminished its brilliance, until it extinguished completely. Soon after it regained its brilliance and was lit for a few minutes. When the light returned it seemed to have many different colors and they noticed cloud like formations or smoke surrounding it. The light remained in this manner, suspended in space for about 20 minutes and then dropped slowly towards the ocean surface. When it reached the ocean surface it began to blink on and off. “At that time my wife asked that we hold hands and put our thoughts in that object to attract it towards us” commented Mr. Torres. He held her hand at first, but later he said that he would be going back to watch television. About 15 minutes later, according to Mr. Torres, a very bright light appeared and it filled the house interior, and it was the reason why his wife covered her face. Something peculiar that was noticed by the witness was the gases or clouds that they saw when the light hovered over the ocean surface, were also surrounding it, when the light invaded the beach house. At this point the witness’ wife rose from the place that she was seated and ran outside to see the source of this light. Once outside she saw a shining center that originated from a platform that was approaching the beach house.
This platform was approximately 8 feet by 5 feet and was of solid construction. It was about 150feet from the beach house. Of greater astonishment for Mr. Torres was to see on the surface of this platform a small man, about four feet tall, he was dressed in a very tight suit silvery white in color and covered his body completely. It wore a helmet, so the witness could not see clearly any details of his features. According to Mr. Torres wife the humanoid wore boots and gloves. One detail that we do not want to forget is the fact that the witnesses used binoculars to observe the light as well as the creature on the platform. This “ship” kept approaching the beach but at no given time there was any noise from motors or oars that could be used for its propulsion. Its speed was of approximately 5 or 10 miles per hour.
Seeing all this, Mr. Torres exclaimed, “Look Rita, it is one of those flying saucers that everyone speaks about”. It appears, according to the opinion of the witnesses that this demonstration of emotion caused the humanoid to turn, changing direction and return. Also at this time the light that was next to the ship, extinguished itself. The witnesses noticed that at the same time that this light turned itself off, the other light that hovered over the sea at 300 yards began to blink on and off again. When the platform or ship was going back, it turned on the light again and illuminated a shed that the local fishermen used for scaling fish and also shined on the water surface. Finally, the platform went towards the object that was about 300 yards from the beach. At this point the witnesses returned to their beach house without noticing how long the unknown object remained over the water.

Strange Luminous Creature Caught on Tape

This video depicts a sighting that occurred in Bolivia when one boy on the terrace of one house observed a luminous object in the horizont.

The sighting was recorded: 

“An oblong cloud moving more or less parallel to the horizon. Under this cloud could be seen a luminous object which soon became spherical, brilliantly lit, which came to a halt; this strange sphere seemed at first to be pale blue in colour but then its luminosity increased and soon it set off again towards the East.
