Government In Communication With Aliens Says Top Secret Document

Steven M. Greer MD, Founder and Director of The Disclosure Project, has a released Project Aquarius briefing document that was received in the mail by the disclosure project. 

The information contained in this document is classified TOP SECRET with ORCON. {Only the originator may release the information} 

Only MJ12 has access to Project Aquarius. No other government agency, to include the military, has access to the information contained in this briefing. There are only two copies of Project Aquarius and the location is known only to MJ12. This document will be destroyed after the briefing. No notes, photographs, or audio recordings, may be made of this briefing.

PROJECT AQUARIUS contains 16 volumes of documented information collected from the beginning of the United States Investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects {UFOs} and Identified Alien Crafts {IAC}. The Project was originally established in 1953, by order of President Eisenhower, under control of NSC and MJ12.

In 1966, the Project’s name was changed from Project Gleem to Project Aquarius. The Project was funded by CIA confidential funds {non-appropriated}. The Project was originally classified SECRET but was upgraded to its present classification in Dec 1969 after Project Blue Book was closed. The purpose of Project Aquarius was to collect all scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information from UFO/IAC sightings and contacts with alien life forms. This orderly file of collected information has been used to advance the United States Space Program. 

The proceeding briefing is an historical account of the United States Government’s investigation of Aerial Phenomena, Recovered Alien Aircraft and Contacts with Extraterrestrial Life Forms.

In Jun 1947, a civilian pilot flying over the Cascade Mountains of Washington State observed nine flying discs, {later referred to as UFOs}. The Commander, Air Technical Intelligence Center of the then Army Air Force, became concerned and ordered an inquiry. This was the beginning of the United States involvement with UFO investigations. In 1947 an aircraft of extraterrestrial origin, crashed in the desert of New Mexico. The craft was recovered by the military. 

Four Alien {non homo-sapiens} bodies were recovered in the wreckage. The Aliens were found to be creatures not related to human beings {Atch 1}. In late 1949, another Alien aircraft crashed in the United States and was recovered partially intact by the military. One Alien of extraterrestrial origin survived the crash. 

The surviving Alien was male and called itself, “EBE”. The Alien was thoroughly interrogated by military intelligence personnel at a base in New Mexico. The Alien’s language was translated by means of picturegraphs. It was learned the Alien came from a planet in the Zeta Riticuli star system, approximately 40 light years from Earth. 

EBE lived until Jun 18, 1952, when he died of an unexplained illness. During the time period EBE was alive, he provided valuable information regarding space technology, origins of the Universe, and exobiological matters. 

The recovery of Alien aircrafts lead the United States on an extensive investigative program to determine whether these Aliens posed a direct threat to our national security. In 1947, the newly created Air Force initiated a program to investigate incidents involving UFOs. The program was operated under three different code names: Grudge, Sign and finally Blue Book. 

The original mission of the Air Force program was to collect and analyze all reported sightings or incidents involving UFOs and determine whether the information could be interrupted as having any bearing on the security of the United States. Some information was evaluated with the idea of using the gained data to advance our own space technology and future space programs. 90 percent of the estimated 12,000 reports analyzed by the Air Force were considered hoaxes, explained aerial phenomena or natural astronomical objects. The other 10 percent were considered legitimate Alien sightings and/or incidents. 

However, not all UFO sightings or incidents were reported under the Air Force program. In 1953, Project Gleem was initiated by order of President Eisenhower, who believed the UFOs presented a threat to the national security of the United States. Project Gleem, which became Project Aquarius in 1966 was a parallel reporting for UFO sightings and incidents.

Reports collected under Project Aquarius were considered actual sightings of Alien aircrafts or contact with Alien Life forms. Most reports were made by reliable military and defense department civilian personnel.

In 1958 the United States recovered a third Alien aircraft from the desert of Utah. The aircraft was in excellent flying condition. The aircraft was apparently abandoned by the Aliens for some unexplainable reason, since no Alien Life forms were found in or around the aircraft. The aircraft was considered a technological marvel by United States Scientists. However, the operating instrumentations of the aircraft were so complex that our scientists could not interrupt their operation. The aircraft was stored in a top security area and analyzed throughout the years by our best aerospace scientists. The United States gained a large volume of technological data from the recovered Alien aircraft.

A detailed description and further information regarding the aircraft is explained In Atch 3.

Several independent scientific investigations at the request of the Air Force and CIA, were initiated during the era of Project Blue Book. MJ12 decided that officially, the Air Force should end their investigation of UFOs.

This decision was arrived at during the ___ _ meeting {Atch 4} in 1966. The reason was twofold. First, the United States had established communication with the Aliens. The United States felt relatively sure the Aliens exploration of earth was non-aggressive and non-hostile. It was also established that the Aliens presence did not directly threaten the security of the United States. Secondly, the public was beginning to believe that the UFOs were real. The NSC felt this public feeling could lead to a nationwide panic. The United States was involved in several sensitive project during this time period. It was felt that public awareness of these projects would have jeopardized the future space program for the United States.

Therefore, MJ12 decided that an independent scientific study of the UFO phenomena would be needed to satisfy public curiosity. The final official study of the UFO phenomena was accomplished by the University of Colorado under Air Force contract The study concluded that sufficient data did not exist that would indicate UFOs threatened the security of the United States. The final conclusion satisfied the government and allowed the Air Force to officially step out of the UFO investigating business

When the Air Force officially closed Project Blue Book in Dec 1969, Project Aquarius continued operation under control of NSC/MJ12. The NSC felt investigations of UFO sightings and incidents had to continue in secrecy without any public knowledge. The reasoning behind the decision was this: if the AirForce continued its investigation of UFOs, eventually some uncleared and unbriefed Air Force or defense department civilian officials would obtain the facts behind Project Aquarius. Obviously {for operational security reasons} this could not be allowed. In order to continue the investigation of UFO sightings and incidents in secrecy, investigators from CIA/DCD and MJ12 were assigned to military and other governmental agencies with orders to investigate all legitimate UFO/IAC sightings and incidents. 

These agents are presently operating at various locations throughout the United States and Canada. All reports are filtered either directly or indirectly to MJ12. These agents are collecting reports of UFO/IAC sightings and incidents occurring on or near sensitive governmental installations. {NOTE: Aliens have been extremely interested in our nuclear weapons and nuclear research. Many reported military sightings and incidents occur over nuclear weapons bases. The Alien’s interest in our nuclear weapons can only be attributed to the future threat of a nuclear war on earth. The Air Force have initiated measures to assure the security of the nuclear weapons from Alien theft or destruction}. MJ12 feels confident the Aliens are on an exploration of our solar system for peaceful purposes.

However, we must continue to observe and track the Aliens movement until it is determined that the Alien’s future plans contain no threat to our national security or the civilization of earth.

Most governmental documents pertaining to UFO sightings, incidents and governmental policies, including Project Blue Book, have been released to the public under FOIA or under various other release programs. MJ12 felt the remaining documents and information {not relating to Project Aquarius } relating to technological facts regarding Aliens medical matters, the fact that an Alien was captured alive and survived for three years under secrecy, cannot be released to the public for fear the information would be obtained by SHIS. There was other information obtained from EBE that was deemed sensitive and not releasable to the public.

Notably, Project Aquarius Volume IX, which pertains to tracing the Aliens first Visitation of earth back some 5,000 years. EBE reported that 2,000 years ago his ancestors planted a human creature on earth to assist the inhabitants of earth in developing a civilization. This information was only vague and the exact identity or background information on this homo-sapien was not obtained. Undoubtfully, if this information was released to the public, it would cause a worldwide religious panic. 

MJ3 has developed a plan that will allow release of Project Aquarius, Volumes I thru Ill. The release program calls for a gradual release of information over a period of time in order to condition the public for future disclosures. Atch 5 of this briefing contains certain guidlines for future public releases.

In the 1976 MJ3 report {Atch 6} , it was estimated the Alien’s technology was many thousands of years ahead of the United States technology. Our scientists speculate that until our technology develops to a level equal to the Aliens, we cannot understand the large volume of scientific information the United States has already gained from the Aliens. This advancement of United States Technology may take many hundred of years.

Originally established in 1949. Its mission was to collect and evaluate medical information from the surviving Aliens creature and the recovered Alien bodies. This Project medically examined EBE and provided the United States medical researchers with certain answers to the evolution theory. {Terminated in 1974}.

PROJECT SIGMA: Originally established as part of Project Gleem in 1954. Became a separate project in 1976. Its mission was to establish communication with Aliens. This Project met with positive success when in 1959, the United States established primitive communications with the Aliens. On April 25, 1964, a USAF intelligence Officer, met two Aliens at a prearranged location in the desert of New Mexico. The contact lasted for approximately three hours. Based on the Alien’s language given to us by EBE, the Air Force officer managed to exchange basic information with the two Aliens {Atch 7}. This project is continuing at an Air Force base in New Mexico.

Project Aquarius Documents

Dr. Steven Greer states at the Disclosure Project website that “On May 21, 2014, we received a cache of Top Secret documents related to “Project Aquarius,” a purported Majestic 12 (MJ-12) covert project related to UFOs/ETs.

Previously, summaries of the documents have appeared on the Internet. However, we received photos of the actual documents. To our knowledge, this the first time the ACTUAL (not just a transcript) of the full cache of documents has been released . These documents, as well as their transcription, can be viewed below.

It is NOT KNOWN if these are legitimate US government documents. We note several typos and other errors. These typos do not, per se, discredit the documents since typos routinely occur, especially in government documents.

It should be noted that the information in the documents conform to other known evidence and events and is substantially correct.

We are seeking anyone with DIRECT FIRST HAND knowledge of the provenance of these documents, or anyone personally connected to Project Aquarius and the other code-named projects mentioned in these documents, or any related ops.

Second-hand opinions are of less value, though all are entitled to his or her opinion. What would be most helpful is corroboration by any first-hand sources.

The person who sent us these documents has numerous legitimate contacts in covert aerospace and military projects related to UFOs and is a credible and reliable source.

We are releasing these documents quickly for security reasons, as we feel it is not wise to let significant time pass between our receipt and public release of the documents. If they are legitimate, they are potentially historic and explosive.

Thank you for your help in locating any first-hand corroborating sources for these documents- and for any corroboration of the other code-named projects, events and operations described in the documents.

In an update on the validity of the documents, 

We have received information regarding the font, printer type and so forth from which the documents originated. This data is consistent with the 1970s when the Briefing was done. We also have received documents regarding FBI and DSI investigations into those who first published transcripts of the docs (William Moore, Lee Graham et al). 

These indicate that serious official interest exists – which would be unlikely to be the case if the docs were out-right hoaxes by a prankster. We also have received confirmation from Col. Friend of the Air Force that Project Aquarius DID exist, along with Grudge and other projects. While the substance of the docs is deemed essentially correct, the summary may leave out – or even alter- key dates and information. 

We do not know who the target of the Briefing was, and therefore it is possible that some of the information was deliberate disinformation or tailored for that individual. We know that at least one date is incorrect. Of course, unless we receive first hand corroboration from those involved, the case will remain open and indeterminate. 
 

While many have expressed second hand, third hand and “arm-chair” opinions, we are more concerned with first-hand corroboration. The projects dealing with the UFO/ET subject have been managed outside of constitutionally required oversight and control since at least the late 1950s. Therefore, those with information on such projects are free to come forward without fear of legal penalty. It is basic law that any project that is operating illegally and rogue cannot also invoke or apply any national security law or provision. They cannot have it both ways. 
 

Since 1993, I have met with numerous senior US government officials, Senators on the Senate Select Intelligence Committee and other key Senators, senior Pentagon officials such at the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Director of Intelligence (J-2) for the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Director of the CIA, and many others- all of whom have been denied information and access to UFO and ET-related projects. IF these projects were being run within the bounds of the law, these very senior officials most certainly would have known of their existence. They did not. Even when they specifically inquired, they were denied access. 

Hence, these so-called MJ-12, Majic, Majestic and related projects in the “government” and within the aerospace and technology contracting world are operating illegally. Those with information on such ops should come forward and are exempted from any national security oaths or obligations. In the late 1990s, we wrote an “Unless Otherwise Directed” (UNOD) letter to the heads of all relevant government agencies expressing this constitutional legal opinion. 

We further stated that anyone who had signed a national security oath was hereby exempted and could come forward without any legal penalty whatsoever. This opinion was never contradicted or corrected by any US government official. This remains the case today in 2014. I should also mention that J-2- Head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff- stated to me in April of 1997 that he had been denied access or information on these projects and that as far as he was concerned, we should come forward with all military, government and intelligence Witnesses that we could locate, as well as any other information. As far as this Admiral was concerned, these projects were completely rogue and illegal. The Bourne stone is a 300 pound piece of pink granite with interesting carvings on it. The stone is held by the historical society and was used for some time carelessly as a doorstop at one location. Legend says it was placed upside down so the local indians would not fear the writing. Some believe it to be runes, others say it is not Norse. Another theory was that it was Portuguese. I am so happy that in America so many old writings point to so many other cultures that no one can agree where the writing originated. That sort of universality to me smacks of the Ancient Ones' writing that was the universal language, therefore open to interpretation as any archaic language.

It would seem that New England, like Nevada/California/Arizona and the Ohio Valley was just as susceptible to unusual finds, unusual language that appears to look like many languages (signs of a universal language), Indian legends of giants, strange stone structures, and giant skeletons. 

It is time to relook at the very early Viking arrival claims, the supposed ancient Hebrew in America or Oogham symbols found her and the like. We need to start looking at these characters as signs of a language that started all other languages. It's like looking at a lineage. If you look at me and look at my mother and grandmother, you see similar features. We see these characters and see similarities to other languages. They have their own style from their own influences around the world, but they all were born from the same lineage.

Vancouver is Canada's top UFO hotspot

A new survey has identified the Canadian city as one of the best places in the world to see a UFO.

Canada itself is no stranger to the unexplained having been a UFO activity hotspot for decades. Last year there were 1,100 reported sightings in the country and a whopping 116 of those occurred within the city of Vancouver alone.

Astronomer Chris Rutkowski, who works with the Canadian UFO survey, has been attempting to make sense of the data and believes that the sheer number of reports warrants further investigation.

"Are we looking at a real phenomenon ?" he said. "Is there a psychological phenomenon accounting for all this ? Why do people persist in seeing something that supposedly shouldn’t be there ?"

Some of the people living in the city have reported sightings of UFOs on a regular basis.

"I see them every night," said Vancouver resident Charles Lamoureux. "I can pretty well tell what’s a satellite and not a satellite. If it’s not a satellite and way up in the atmosphere and it changes direction, there’s not many things it could be."

La théorie des trous de ver, sortes de ponts entre deux régions différentes de l’espace-temps au sein d'un même univers ou entre deux univers, a focalisé l’attention de nombreux physiciens de premier plan à la fin des années 1980 et au début des années 1990. Stephen Hawking et ses collègues avaient alors obtenu des résultats remarquables sur la physique quantique des trous noirs en développant la gravitation quantique euclidienne. Il s’agissait d’une tentative pour combiner les lois de la relativité générale avec celles de la théorie quantique, un travail fortement inspiré et motivé par les succès remportés par la théorie quantique des champs de Yang-Mills, l’épine dorsale du modèle standard en physique des particules.

En 1987, fort de ces résultats et inspiré par la possibilité de résoudre avec la théorie de trou de ver de John Wheeler le paradoxe de l’information qu’il avait découvert avec les trous noirs, Stephen Hawking s’est mis à étudier l’impact de ces trous de ver en régime quantique sur le reste de la physique. Trou ver et énergie du vide quantique

Sydney Colman et Leonard Susskind lui ont emboîté le pas en étudiant avec les trous de ver le problème de la valeur de l’énergie du vide quantique, c'est-à-dire celui de la valeur de la constante cosmologique. Il s’agissait toujours de comprendre pourquoi les calculs issus de la théorie quantique des champs étaient si fantastiquement en désaccord avec la valeur observée que l’on considérait comme probablement nulle à l’époque. Nous savons aujourd’hui qu’elle ne l’est pas, grâce à la découverte de l’énergie noire, mais le problème subsiste presque en l’état.

L'événement qui a le plus contribué à placer sur le devant de la scène la théorie des trous de ver est la publication d'un article par Kip Thorne et ses collègues en 1988. Les chercheurs y montraient que les équations de la théorie de la relativité générale contenait une solution décrivant un trou de ver macroscopique traversable maintenu ouvert par la présence d’un état du vide quantique analogue à celui que l’on peut induire par l’effet Casimir. Les solutions que l’on connaissaient auparavant, comme le trou de ver d’Einstein-Rosen, une sorte de goulot connectant deux feuillets d’espace-temps, contenaient en leur centre une singularité détruisant les voyageurs qui auraient eu l’imprudence d'y pénétrer. En clair, les lois de la physique semblaient autoriser les voyages dans le temps et dans l’espace de la science-fiction, comme dans 2001, l’Odyssée de l’espace d’Arthur Clarke ou Contact de Carl Sagan.

Les champs scalaires, l'effet Casimir et les trous de ver

Depuis lors, l’effervescence autour des trous de ver a largement cessé et les articles se répondent d’année en année pour expliquer pourquoi les trous de ver censément traversables ne le sont pas vraiment... avant que cette conclusion ne soit à nouveau contredite par une nouvelle contribution d’un physicien. À cet égard, l’article récemment mis en ligne sur arxiv par Luke Butcher en poste à l’université de Cambridge, là ou Michael Green a succédé à Stephen Hawking, ne fait pas exception. Mais comme le dit l’un des spécialistes les plus réputés de la théorie des trous de ver, Matt Visser, ce travail pourrait redonner un second souffle à cette théorie fascinante.

Butcher est parti de l’existence dans l’univers d’un champ scalaire macroscopique. On sait qu’il en existe au moins un, celui du boson de Brout-Englert-Higgs. Mais il pourrait en exister bien d’autres comme celui de l’inflaton si les résultats de Bicep2 devaient être confirmés par Planck ou une autre expérience. On peut aussi penser à celui des particules caméléons et plus généralement à tous les champs scalaires postulés pour rendre compte de l’énergie noire ou de l’unification des forces.

Selon les calculs du chercheurs, si la taille de l’ouverture d’un trou de ver est plus petite que sa longueur, point ne serait besoin de l’alimenter en énergie exotique négative pour le maintenir ouvert. Des problèmes graves surgissent en effet avec la théorie des trous de ver traversables. Il faudrait tout d'abord disposer des quantités d’énergie exotique faramineuses pour les ouvrir et les empêcher de se refermer. Enfin, ils sont probablement tellement instables qu’ils s'évanouiraient avant même que l’on puisse les traverser. Mais selon Butcher, si on arrivait à ouvrir un trou de ver, un champ scalaire le rendrait automatiquement suffisamment stable en générant un effet Casimir au moins pendant le temps nécessaire pour pouvoir envoyer à travers lui une impulsion lumineuse passant par le centre de son ouverture.

Des trous de ver fossiles ?

Le physicien incite tout de même à la prudence. Il ne sait pas encore vraiment si des objets plus gros qu’un simple paquet de photons pourraient voyager sans risque à travers le trou de ver. En tout état de cause, la possibilité de pouvoir, peut-être, envoyer des informations dans le passé avec des ondes lumineuses ne peut manquer de poser les problèmes de causalité bien connus, symbolisés par le paradoxe du grand-père.

Toutefois, sans parler de voyage dans le temps, les lois de la physique autorisent peut-être de simples voyages dans l’espace et on peut imaginer qu’il existe dans l’univers des trous de ver fossiles créés pendant les phases très primordiales de l’histoire du cosmos. Certains pensent qu’il pourrait s’agir de certains quasars et on se prépare à vérifier ces hypothèses avec RadioAstron. En tout état de cause, on ne sait toujours pas comment ouvrir un trou de ver. Le voyage interstellaire par ce moyen reste encore hors de portée.

Van crashende computers tot falende satellieten: er is plek in de ruimte, een paar honderden kilometers boven de Braziliaanse kustlijn, die astronauten hoofdbrekens bezorgt. Wetenschappers proberen nu die 'Bermudadriehoek van de ruimte' in kaart te brengen.

Mocht u niet genoeg hebben met de mysterieuze Bermudadriehoek op aarde - een mythe die enkele maanden geleden overigens volledig onderuit gehaald werd door het Amerikaanse agentschap National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) - dan kunt u uw fantasie botvieren op een andere plek die vraagtekens oproept. Het gaat dan wel om een locatie in de ruimte, honderden kilometers boven de kust van Brazilië, zo bericht New Scientist.

Het gaat om een deel van de Van Allen-gordels, twee gordels van geladen deeltjes rond de aarde. Het gebied waar de binnenste van de Van Allen-gordels het aardoppervlak het dichtst nadert, wordt de Zuid-Atlantische Anomalie genoemd (ook wel South Atlantic Anomaly of SAA). De concentratie van hoogenergetische geladen deeltjes is daar op een bepaalde plaats hoger dan elders.

Four Men Chased By Bigfoot And Also Had Large Rocks Thrown At Them Multiple Times

 Early one evening in 1892, four experienced stockmen were relaxing by the river, doing a spot of fishing after a hard day in the saddle mustering cattle, when someone, or something, began throwing stones at them. What followed was a terrifying night for the four stockmen, as they were stalked through the bush for hours by the stone-throwing creature, later seen to resemble a man, about the same height, but with a much larger body.

The account of the stockmen’s ordeal on Kangaroo Hills station, 60 kilometres north east of Armidale, NSW, was published in The Maitland Mercury & Hunter River General Advertiser on 11 February 1892.

The letter began:

“Please publish the enclosed account of an adventure which happened to four men while out mustering cattle on the lower end of the Kangaroo Hills run, and I may mention the account is perfectly true, and can be verified on application to the manager of the Kangaroo Hills station.

“On January 29th, a party of four stockmen went down to the lower end of the run to muster cattle, and fixed their camp on the Day’s River, about half a mile above the Bar. Just as it was getting dark they were fishing opposite a big, steep spur of the mountain, which ran right to the edge of the water in a very precipitous manner. They had been fishing about half an hour when they were startled by a heavy splash in the water, right in front of them, like a large stone being thrown in.”

According to the account, this first splash was quickly followed by two more. Naturally, each of the four men thought one of the others was responsible. One of the men called out to his companions to stop throwing stones as it would frighten the fish. All men denied throwing the stones. Then, three more stones splashed into the river close by the men. They now became alarmed. Was someone having fun with them?

“Who’s throwing stones over there?” one of the men called out. There was no answer. Then they heard something moving on the rocks above them.

They heard the steps of some heavy two-legged creature

“Presently, another stone fell right at the feet of one of them, splashing the water all over him. They all jumped up and made back to the fire as fast as they could, and then began to talk matters over, and wonder who had thrown the stones, when they distinctly heard the steps of some heavy two-legged creature crossing over the gravelly bed of the river, and coming towards them.

“They were so startled that they began to prepare for a hasty flight, if necessary, and were busily engaged in strapping their swags on to their saddles, when a heavy stone, evidently thrown from a, short distance, came with terrific force and struck the fire, scattering it in all directions. The men instantly seized their bridles, and ran to where their horses were feeding, about 200 yards away, and found them snorting and in a terrified state. They caught and mounted them bareback; then, after holding a consultation, decided to go back to the camp and get their saddles if possible.

“They found no one at the camp, and were in the act of saddling their horses when some more stones were thrown at them; they mounted their horses and galloped off into the bush. After they had gone about a mile up the river they stopped, and were speculating what it was that had startled them so, when, in about ten minutes, another stone fell about six yards from them. This one was evidently thrown from a long distance.”

The letter continued:

“They galloped off again up the river, and did not stop till they had gone several miles. The country through which they were riding was very mountainous, being about the roughest of the Day’s River gulfs, and they ran great risk of breaking their necks riding over it at such a pace on a dark night.

“On arriving at the junction of Kangaroo Hills Creek and the Day’s River they stopped again, and thought that at all events, by this time, they had given the animal – whatever it was – the slip; and indeed he troubled them no more for about an hour, when the horses began to snort, and tried to break away.

A large creature, resembling a man

“At this instant a stone was thrown with great force, and struck the ground in front of them, passing quite close to the head of one man. They galloped off again, and crossing the river rode up … a steep spur of the mountain. When they had nearly reached the top their horses began to get exhausted, and they were compelled to stop.

“They remained there for some hours, and, just as daylight was approaching, thought they were at last in safety, and were preparing for three to sleep, while one kept watch, when presently one of the men distinctly saw the form of a large creature, resembling a man, being about the same height, but much larger in the body, standing about 50 yards above them, on the spur they had been going up, and was directly in front of them, preventing them from going any farther.

“He stood for a moment in a clear place between the trees, and could be distinctly seen against the sky, in the pale light of coming day. He stood only for an instant, and then moved slowly and silently down the hill. All this time the horses were very fidgety, and snorting as if they smelt something they were afraid of.

Narrow escape from being hit by stones

“Presently they could see the animal sneaking quietly up the hill towards them, and this time on one side. They galloped off again down the spur. There were no stones thrown till they were in motion, when several flew swiftly past them, and they narrowly escaped being hit by some.

“The animal followed them for a short distance, and then, after throwing one more stone, made off up a very steep spur, a place no horse could possibly climb, and they saw no more of him.”

At last, after being stalked from dusk till dawn, the stockmen’s terrifying ordeal was over. And according to the writer of the letter, this account was an honest recollection of what had happened to the four stockmen on that night.

“The four unhappy men who were chased about all night, in this singular manner, are all quiet, reliable men, not given to romancing, and no-one here doubts their story, as they all assert it is positively true, and are prepared to swear this account is true in every particular, and not exaggerated in any detail.”

And, there was an interesting footnote to this letter.

“It is reported a gorilla was seen about three years ago, on Guy Fawkes River, by a man, who fired three shots at him without effect.”

Aboriginal Star People Encounter Stories

 At around midnight one evening in February 1948, two people standing in their back garden spotted a bright round object hovering just above them. Sitting on the edge of the object, the witnesses reported seeing several small, green humanoids. They appeared to be making “a weird singing-like sound”. From the report, no real attempt was made by the visitors to make contact with the two witnesses.

In the quiet night of the central Australian outback in February 1951, a group of local Aborigines observed a shiny circular craft about 12 metres in diameter land near a similar craft which had apparently already set down. Several minutes later, a dwarf with a “round shiny head” and dressed in a shiny suit came out of one craft and entered the other. Soon afterwards, both objects took off into the night sky making a buzzing sound. Again, there was no attempt to make contact. The shiny-headed dwarf simply went about his business, seemingly oblivious to the nearby humans.

It was daytime in Eucla in South Australia when in 1955, three men noticed a shiny object falling from the sky into a deserted area about five kilometers from their location. After heading off in the direction in which the object fell they conducted a search and after an hour or so, came across some “jagged shiny wreckage” and saw a figure moving nearby. As it came closer, the witnesses could see that it was semi-human looking but also somewhat frog-like. “It wore a loose fitting green cloak that hanged down to its knees. It had a curved horn on each side of the head and its hands and feet were armour-plated.” According to the three witnesses, the creature began swaying back and forth and it then “disintegrated” right before their eyes.

Late at night on 3 October 1973, following a number of recent UFO sightings in the area, a man suddenly woke from his slumber to see two figures standing in the shadows in front of his bedroom wall looking at him. He described the humanoids as tall and said they were floating just above the floor. “Both swayed gently from side to side. Both beings had large, bald heads, slanted eyes, lipless mouths, and small flat noses. Their ears were pressed back against the side of their heads”.

As far as the witness could tell, they were wearing no clothing. Then, one of the beings “opened their mouths and a high-pitched whine filled the room”. As this occurred, both beings began to fade from the man’s view and soon disappeared altogether.

They’re just as afraid of us as we are of them

In the Australian bush there is an old saying that “snakes are just as afraid of us as we are of them”. Perhaps the same could be said for at least some of our humanoid visitors.

At Mandurah on the West Australian coast, a strange little being appeared inside a family’s home one night in 1930. The small being was described as “pinkish in colour with large ears, a wide slit mouth, with glistening skin as if wet”. It was also said to have “bulging eyes covered with some sort of film”. The father of the house reportedly grabbed a net and threw it over the creature, then dragged the poor frightened being outside. Unfortunately, we do not know what happened to that small, pinkish humanoid once it had been shown the door.

The very next year, this time in the remote Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, a local Aboriginal elder reported that a strange object landed. Beings then emerged from the object, apparently taking a two-year old child. Another object also landed and a local woman approached the craft. She received a telepathic message that they wanted to take her also, but when the station manager turned up and threatened them with a gun they soon fled into their craft and quickly flew off into the night.

Camping in a remote area of the Jameison Valley in the Blue Mountains in 1971, a man was awakened by a loud humming noise. Grabbing a flashlight, he headed in the direction of the strange sound and found the clearing ahead of him bathed in a glowing white light. As he approached, he saw that the glow was coming from an egg-shaped object on the ground. He noticed several “dark man-like figures” moving quickly around the glowing egg-shaped craft. The witness turned on his flashlight, shining it at the figures, who then made a hasty retreat into their craft. The egg-shaped craft then rose into the air and flew off at high speed.

Egg- shaped UFOs Chase Girls through Utah

One of the strangest Highway Space Warp (HSW) cases took place in southeastern Utah near the railroad crossing of Modena, on the edge of the Escalante Desert.    

     

There's a slickrock canyon just north of Modena that bears the name of Gadianton. It's a name that brings a shudder to God-fearing Latter -Day Saints.    

     

"Among the freighters who hauled supplies to Pioche    (Nevada) in the seventies (1870s--J.T.) there grew up a legend that a rocky gorge near the Nevada Line was haunted by the Gadianton robbers, a terroristic brotherhood which the Book of Mormon explains as having sprung up among the Nephites and Lamanites in the century before Christ."    

     

The Gadiantons were a mysterious sect of assassins quite similar to the Bruder Schweigen of Germany or the Crna Ruka of Yugoslavia.    

     

"Wide-eyed freighters told tales of rocks closing the way, and of the canyon folding up to entrap them."    

     

Eventually the old Gadianton tales were forgotten in Utah's Iron County. Until May of 1972, when four coeds from Southern Utah    University (SUU) were driving back to their dorm in Cedar City after spending Saturday at a local rodeo in Pioche. (All names have been changed to protect the witnesses' confidentiality--J.T.)    

     

Janna North had the wheel of her father's 1971 Chevrolet Nova, and Carol Abbott was in the passenger seat. Sitting in the back seat were Lisa Rochefort and Bethany Gordon. It was after 10 p.m. when the girls crossed the Utah-Nevada state line nine miles (14 kilometers) east of Modena. And they were anxious to get back to the campus before their housemother, Mrs. Mortensen, locked the dorm doors.    

     

That stretch of Utah Highway 56 is pretty desolate, all sand and sagebrush and ocotillo and Spanish bayonet, with the red sandstone    bluffs on the northern horizon. So the girls were pretty happy when they finally spotted the Union Pacific railroad crossing at Modena. But just past the rails, Janna noticed something strange. Two sets of blacktop highway headed off into the desert--one veered sharply to the southeast, the other shooting northeast toward the canyon country further north.    

     

"Which one do we take?" asked Carol.    

     

"Left," Janna said. She knew that Cedar City was 46 miles (73 kilometers) to the northeast, and she guessed that the canyon road would bring them home much sooner.    

     

Five minutes later, the Chevy entered the red-rock canyon. Janna, who had been chatting with her friends, suddenly noticed that the    car's headlights were shining more brightly on the pavement. Looking closer, she let out a gasp. The white centerline was gone. Instead of black asphalt, they were driving on white cement..    

     

"Janna, up ahead!" Carol exclaimed.    

     

Janna gasped. The highway ended abruptly at a rocky cliff face. Janna stepped down hard on the brake pedal. Fishtailing slightly, the Chevy screeched to a stop in front of the cliff.    

     

"Oh, great! A dead end!" Putting the gear into reverse, Janna swung the car's nose around. "You'd think they'd put up a few warning signs."    

     

"Now we've got to go all the way back to Modena," Bethany complained.    

     

"We're never going to make curfew," Lisa said.    

     

"We'll make good time once we're back on the state highway," Janna assured them.    

     

Tense minutes passed. Janna began to feel uneasy. They were still rolling along, hemmed in by red canyon walls. But they should have been back out in the open desert by this time.    

     

The canyon gradually gave way to open country. The girls gasped. Instead of moonlit desert, they saw grain fields on the right and a large like, with stands of ponderosa pine, on the left.    

     

Carol looked around in awe. "This sure ain't Modena!"    

     

"We must've gotten turned around back there," Janna said, her gaze darting back and forth. "Where the hell are we?"    

     

Up ahead Janna spied a roadhouse (tavern--J.T.) and an adjacent parking lot. It seemed to have a neon sign, but she couldn't red it. What should have been letters were brightly-lit squiggles and curlycues. Some men came out of the building.    

     

"There are some guys," Carol said.    

     

Bethany let out a giggle. "Are they cute?"    

     

"Let's find out." Lisa began rolling down the rear passenger window.    

     

"Lisa! We don't have time for this," Janna said.    

     

"Relax!" Hastily she touched up her lipstick. "I'm only going to ask them how to get back to the highway."    

     

As Janna slowed down, she noticed a good deal of consternation among the men. As if they'd been startled by some unknown animal. Sticking her head out the window, Lisa said, "Hi! We're--" And she let out a terrified scream.    

     

"Lisa! What--!?" Janna turned in her seat.    

     

"Get out of here!" the girl screamed, frantically rolling up the window. "Punch it, Jana!"    

     

Bethany shrieked, "Step on it!"    

     

Tires sitting sand, the Chevy zoomed away from the building. Janna stepped down hard on the gas pedal. The lake flew by on her left.    

     

"Oh, my God! They're coming after us!" Bethany shouted. "Janna, faster!"    

     

Janna glanced in her rear-view mirror, and what she saw turned her blood to ice. They were being chased, but not by any vehicle that had ever been built in Detroit.    

     

Four queer-looking automobiles followed in their wake. Egg-shaped vehicles mounted on tricycle wheels. That is, with two large wheels in the front and a smaller wheel in the rear. A single bright white headlight shone from the front of each pursuing "car." They made a strange whirring or buzzing sound as they rolled along.    

     

"Janna, go faster! They're gaining on us!"    

     

Ahead the road led back into a red-rock canyon. Janna's Checy plunged into it at 80 miles per hour. The road was so narrow, it seemed to hem them in. The Chevy's tires kicked up a billowing cloud of dust. They could no longer see their pursuers.    

     

Minutes later, they roared out of the canyon, back into the familiar desert. All at once, the road vanished. The headlights showed nothing but sagebrush and ocotillo. The Chevy bucked and jostled like a wild bronc. Janna hit the brakes. Too late! The car sideskidded down an    arroyo and came to rest at the bottom.    

     

Shaking uncontrollably, the girls emerged from the car. Miraculously they were unhurt. The Chevy took the worst of it, with three flat tires, numerous dings in the front bumper and a missing hubcap. Jenna    took one look and clapped both hands to her forehead. "Oh, no-no-no! My dad's going to kill me!"    

     

Lisa, however, was near-hysterical. She sat on the ground, hugging the knees of her bell- bottom blue jeans, weeping and moaning,She kept mumbling, "They-they weren't human..."    

     

The girls stayed with the car until sunrise. Then they walked a couple of miles due south. Boy, were they glad when they found the familiar blacktop of Highway 56. An hour later, they flagged down a cruiser of the Utah Highway Patrol and told their story.    

     

Trooper Vic Lundquist, who investigated the case, noted several circumstances that were never adequately explained.    

     

(1) There were no tire tracks showing where the Chevy had left Highway 56 in Modena.    

     

(2) Tire tracks from the wrecked Chevy extended only 200 yards back into the desert and ended abruptly.    

     

(3) No one could explain how the Chevy had gotten nearlytwo miles north of Highway 56 without leaving any physical trace of its passage through the rough desert terrain.    

     

(4) Although volunteers searched diligently, no trace of the Chevy's right front hubcap was ever found.    

     

If Utah's Gadianton Canyon is, as some people claim, a gateway to another dimension, then perhaps Janna's missing hubcap is a prime exhibit--an "alien artifact"--on display in a museum on that parallel Earth. (See the book Utah: A Guide to the State by Hastings House Publishers, New York, N.Y., 1945, page 298.)
