LARGE BLACK UFO OBJECT WITNESSED OVER AUSTRALIA
LARGE BLACK UFO OBJECT WITNESSED OVER AUSTRALIA
(Before It's News)
LARGE BLACK UFO OBJECT WITNESSED OVER AUSTRALIA NOVEMBER 4, 2014 ….. BROADMEADOW AUSTRALIA
The event took place in District Park, next to Energy Australia Stadium in Broadmeadow NSW at 19:40 AEST. While I was jogging in the park, I looked up at a 70 degree angle in a NE direction where a moving yellowish light shone at me and caught my attention. I stopped jogging, removed my earphones and stood there to observe this strange light. The stars were yet to be visible and the moon was large and bright. I was more aware of the sky that night because I knew the space station was going to be visible at approximately 20:10 AEST. I have previously observed satellites and the space station; this was neither. At first I thought it was a helicopter as the Westpac Rescue Helipad is right next to the park. When I realized there was no sound, I became more concerned. The light was rotating from left to right in sporadic motion while moving up and down as though searching or observing. When the light was directly above me I could see the light positioned on the side of a matte-black disc object approximately 40 meters in diameter and at a height of approximately 250 meters. I became terrified and fearful for my safety. The object continued on a general path of approximately 60 km/h towards SE direction, although moving in a jolted and intermittent motion. At 20:10 AEST the space station rolled across the sky as expected.
UFO CRAFT LINKED TO MASS BLACK OUT OF SEPTEMBER 1965
In a Nov. 19, 1965, Ontario Hydro Hydroscope article, system supervising engineer Jim Harris was at a loss to explain the incident. “It’s incredible! I would have said this was impossible if I hadn’t seen the evidence,” he said. Just two weeks before the blackout, on Sept. 22, 1965, in an article entitled “Many report seeing two UFOs,” the Gazette chronicled the activity near the power plants. “Dozens of persons Tuesday night watched two unidentified flying objects moving and hovering over this area for more than an hour,” the article stated. “The objects, bright lights which changed color, were below cloud level and remained at a fairly low level during most of the period they were observed. “Observers said the objects were not helicopters or conventional aircraft. At one point, about 8 p.m., the two objects, which had been widely separated when viewed earlier, approached each other on a collision course until they ‘teamed up’ and moved off close together toward Buffalo,” the article added. The objects were first sighted “on the Canadian side of the river, at a point opposite Lewiston.” In other words, over Queenston and the Sir Adam Beck plant. Among the witnesses named in the article were State Trooper John Riehl, Alden residents Roselle Simon and Leonard Butler, and V.D. Price and Raymond Bright, employees of the American Standard Division in North Tonawanda. “This was not a satellite. Satellites travel in straight lines and within a few minutes they are gone,” Bright told the Gazette. “This hung in the sky for about half an hour. It would move off in one direction and then stop. Then it would change direction and move off again.” The relationship between the blackout and reported UFO activity wasn’t lost on the scientific community. In a statement prepared for hearings held on the blackout by the Federal Power Commission, University of Arizona physicist Dr. James McDonald contended that magnetic fields accompanying UFOs could cause sudden power surges and could, theoretically, trigger a blackout. Writing about the event on April 2, 1968, Gazette reporter Joe Donaldson recalled the reports on the night of the blackout. “After the big blackout, spokesmen for the power firms denied a strange light was spotted over the Beck Station the night of Nov. 9. Since then, however, they have admitted that sightings were reported by hundreds of people,” the veteran newsman wrote. But gradually, the “broken two-dollar switch” theory as to the cause of the disaster became the accepted version of events. This would not mark the end of credible reports of UFOs in Niagara Falls, however. On Aug. 4, 1966, the Gazette reported “Bright, high-flying, fast moving objects observed during the night and similarly described by three Niagara Falls residents.” This time the witnesses were Mrs. George Haberle of the Parkway Apartments and 91st Street residents Russell Sorenberger and Bill Nelson. Ironically, attempts by the paper to reach Capt. Harry Meir, chief of operations and training at Niagara Falls Air Base, were unsuccessful because Meir had been in Erie, Pa., investigating another UFO report. Two Niagara Falls city policemen and a former Air Force radar chief had their own close encounters over a 48-hour period in August 1967. According to an Aug. 25, 1967, Gazette article, the two officers, Patrolmen Anthony Caraglin and David Greene, saw a pair of UFOs while patrolling at 19th Street and Mackenna Avenue. They filed an official report of the incident. “We saw two objects in the sky — one object went in an easterly direction then went northeasterly. As the object went out of sight it appeared to give off different colored lights. While the object was in sight it was a solid white light and appeared to be round. “Object Two was the same as Object One but went from south to north and went out of sight. Both objects were in view for approximately 15 minutes and appeared to be very high,” the report stated. Howard Kay of Youngstown was working at DuPont that night. An eight-year Air Force radar chief, he told the Gazette the object he saw over the Niagara River near Buffalo Avenue looked like “an inverted cereal bowl and was lit up.” Perhaps predictably, USAF Information Officer Thomas White said he knew nothing about the UFOs. “I have checked with the U.S. Air Force Station in Lockport, and the 763rd Radar Squadron there reports no objects logged by their radar screens at these times,” he told the Gazette. Eight months later, on April 2, 1968, no fewer than three NFPD patrolmen reported UFOs from two separate locations The pulsating lights hovered for nearly an hour in the vicinity of the Beck Station, the officers said. Patrolmen Thomas Shumway and William Wells watched the lights from Lewiston Road and Hyde Park Boulevard. “They were like something I had never seen before,” Shumway told the Gazette. “They were in formation and they were pulsating.” Shumway said the red, white and blue lights did not come from an airplane and were motionless until they suddenly shot away to the northwest at a tremendous rate of speed. At the same time, Patrolman Richard Adkins confirmed the lights were hovering across the Niagara River from the Robert Moses Power Plant and near the Beck Station. He said the lights were about 1,000 feet in the air and that, from time to time, a red streak of light would pass through the formation. While strange lights are still occasionally reported in the Niagara skies, it appears that 1965 to 1968 represented something of a golden age for UFO sightings here. And in the presence of so much documentation and credible testimony by trained observers, it seems difficult to deny that something was going on. What — exactly — the mysterious objects were will likely never be known. It is interesting to note that the Air Force employed a device to disrupt electrical power in the city of Belgrade during the Kosovo war. Could some early testing of a similar device have resulted in the 1965 blackout? – www.niagarafallsreporter.com
Roswell UFO researcher claims to have picture of aliens
Roswell researcher and author Tom Carey told the crowd at American University yesterday that he has the “smoking gun” to prove once and for all aliens are real. According to an article by WTOP in Washington, Carey claims to have a picture of an alien, but did not have the picture with him.
Carey has been researching the alleged crash a flying saucer in Roswell, NM since 1991. He is a co-author and researcher of a couple of books on the topic with his research partner Don Schmitt.

He told the crowd that the images are on Kodachrome color slides and that their research on the legitimacy of the slides has been promising.
Carey says: “What’s interesting is, the film is dated 1947. We took it to the official historian of Kodak up in Rochester, New York, and he did his due diligence on it, and he said yes, this filmstrip, the slides are from 1947. It’s 1947 stock. And from the emulsions on the image, it’s not something that’s been Photoshopped like today. It’s original 1947 images, and it shows an alien who’s been partially dissected lying in a case.”
He also described what the slides show: “3 and a half to 4 feet tall, the head is almost insect-like. The head has been severed, and there’s been a partial autopsy; the innards have been removed, and we believe the cadaver has been embalmed, at least at the time this picture was taken.”
He says he received the slides from a couple in Texas. “The woman was a high-powered Midland, Texas, lawyer with a pilot’s license. We think she was involved in intelligence in World War II, and her husband was a field geologist for an oil company,” claims Carey.
The UFO community has been excited about the American University presentation, which was largely made up of very credible researchers. The event was a panel discussion called UFOs: Encounters by Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials. And American University described as including ” four prominent national figures,” and is based on the Honors Colloquium, Alien Contact: Science and Science Fiction, by professor and filmmaker John Weiskopf.
Investigative journalist Leslie Kean
The panel also included investigative journalist and author Leslie Kean. The title of the event was taken from her New York Times best-selling book UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On the Record. Another panelist was Dr. Richard Haines, the co-founder of the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP), and is a former NASA researcher.
However, the WTOP article says the “The most riveting presentation of the night came from retired U.S. Air Force Colonel Charles Halt, one of the witnesses of a famous series of UFO sightings in England in 1980 known as the Rendlesham Forest incident.”
Apparently, WTOP did not think much of Carey’s claims, but it is hard to fault them since claims are all they were. It is difficult to get too excited when a UFO researcher says he has the “smoking gun,” but he can’t show it to you yet. I think the public often characterizes UFO research as a lot of spectacular claims, without spectacular evidence.
Leslie Kean was quick to distance herself from the alien pictures. On Facebook she wrote: “I had nothing to do with the Roswell part. Just want to make that clear.”
An alleged student that who was part of the honors course also commented on her Facebook explain why they added Carey to the panel. Brian Shin wrote: “I’m a student in the honors course. The Roswell section was deemed as a necessary balance in order to show different faces of the ufo investigation. While some could say that it could damage the integrity of what others are trying to accomplish, having Tom Carey acted as a immediate juxtaposition for those new to serious investigations into ufos. The judgments were left for the audience to make rather than the panel, by trying to make different parts of ufo investigation come together.”
Carey and Schmitt’s books are full of very interesting and credible testimony. Perhaps Carey would have been more convincing had he shared that information, which is not well known to the general public. Although many in the UFO community do believe Carey to be a credible researcher, the general public does not know him from the charlatans they hear about in the news.
Now the pressure is on for Carey to produce this amazing evidence. He says the images will be revealed early next year.

The French Government Has An Official Agency Of UFO Hunters
The French Government Has An Official Agency Of UFO Hunters
Image: GEIPAN.
Inside the French Space Centre headquarters, a small team consisting of four staffers and a dozen volunteers is tasked with analyzing reports of unidentified flying objects — and sometimes, the agency dispatches trained investigators to visit the locations of the strange sightings. They are the Agents of G.E.I.P.A.N.
Okay, in truth, their acronym is not the least bit cool. It stands for Group d’Etudes et d’Informations Sur Les Phenomenes Aerospatiaux Non Identifies (Study Group and Information on Non-Identified Aerospace Phenomenon). And, as the agency explains on its website, it is not a research organization “dedicated to the search for extraterrestrial life or the existence of very advanced extraterrestrial technologies.”
But, GEIPAN does take its actual mission very seriously — playing “a vital role to make the information it collects available to the scientific community and, of course, the general public.”
The team receives, on average, two UFO sightings a day. The department insists an 11-page form is filled out for each one. The idea is to provide details including photographs where possible but also weed out jokers and time-wasters.
If someone claims to have seen strange lights in the skies, the UFO team might go online to see whether the observation took place on a flight path— it can trace commercial air traffic going back more than a week.
The team also has access to military flight paths and is in touch with the air force and air traffic controllers.
Sometimes if its staff is really intrigued by photos they have seen or if there have been several witnesses to the same sighting, they will call the local police to ask whether they can be considered credible.
The department can explain away nearly all these phenomena and, believe it or not, the most common culprits are Chinese lanterns sent up at night during parties. The investigators often telephone the local town hall to ask if, perhaps, there had been a wedding going on at the time.
But there are around 400 UFO sightings going back to the 1970s that the French team cannot explain. One, an alleged flying saucer landing near Aix-en-Provence in 1981, they take very seriously— there were landing marks and multiple witnesses.
One point that the BBC report overlooks is that GEIPAN doesn’t like the term UFO, preferring instead the acronym PAN. As their website explains:
The acronym UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) is the translation of the English term UFO (Unidentified Flying Object). The review of the evidence and the results of investigations show that this term is often misused: in most cases, observations describe a phenomenon known or unknown, generally light but no evidence of the presence of a material object with characteristics comparable to those of flight of an aircraft. The use of the general term PAN (Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena) is more appropriate.
Whether you call them UFOs or PANs, GEIPAN’s website offers an extensive library of the software tools they use in their analyses. The only software not publicly available is an in-house tool developed for tracking satellites. It’s called — wait for it — “Scully.”
UFO mania: Taxi Driver Witnesses Crop Circle Appearing at Stonehenge
UFO mania: Taxi Driver Witnesses Crop Circle Appearing at Stonehenge
Taxi driver witnesses crop circle appearing opposite Stonehenge. Dramatic story behind this event.
Lucy Pringle reports:
This event is especially noteworthy for several reasons; a pilot flying a light aircraft from Exeter to Thruxton flew over the field opposite Stonehenge at on the afternoon of Sunday 7 July with a passenger taking photographs, at which time the field opposite on the A303 was unmarked.
The pilot disembarked at Thruxton, completed the necessary landing and flight forms, refuelled and then got back into the same plane to fly back to Exeter. Imagine his surprise on when flying over the same field opposite Stonehenge some 40 - 50 minutes later he observed an enormous formation measuring 915.2 X 508 ft imprinted in the wheat below. A gamekeeper and a guard at Stonehenge both confirmed that it had not been there that morning.
The formation was named the `Julia Set` as it represented a complex computer generated fractal image to the mathematicians; to musicians, a base clef, and to marine biologists the cross section of a nautilus.
Veteran researcher Colin Andrews tells me "The formation was first spotted from an aircraft at 6.15 PM. The pilot crossed over the field with a passenger (a medical doctor taking photographs) at 5.30pm"
There was nothing in the field at that time but “When the pilot returned at 6.15 PM he saw the formation in the field."
"At about the same time (6:30 PM) his previous passenger drove past Stonehenge to see cars pulled off the side of the busy road."
"When I interviewed the Wiltshire Police I was told that the police emergency lines received several 999 calls just before 6.00 PM reporting a large number of vehicles pulled off the road causing a hazard."
German researcher Andreas Mueller has also supplied some vital information as a result of when he visited the formation after its appearance . He wrote telling me that he had listened to a man he took to be the farmer telling a group of people that he had had farm workers working in the field mending the fence until approximately 17.30 hrs that day.
Related article: Scientific Studies Confirm: "Crop Circles Are Made by Balls of Light”;
Many strange things happened to people visiting this formation, the most important being several reports that led me on to develop my research into hormone levels.
This report has remained one of the most important in the history of the crop circle phenomenon as rarely do crop circles appear during day light hours.
In April this spring of 2009, I had been giving a talk at Alton College in Hampshire. Shortly after that a friend telephoned me to say that a friend of hers had been in a taxi and had mentioned to the taxi driver that she had just been to a fascinating talk on Crop Circles. M, the taxi driver said "I saw one appear opposite Stonehenge."
Thinking she meant this year, my friend telephoned me but after making extensive enquiries, I realised that here was no circle anywhere near Stonehenge. I was given M’s telephone number and told her what I had heard.
“O dear me, no, it was years ago.”
I mentioned that only two formations had appeared close to or opposite Stonehenge, 2002 and 1996.
"It was 1996 as my son who was in the army was on holiday and I was driving down to see him."
I eventually managed to arrange a mutually convenient date to meet M and get her story down on tape.
"M and Tim (her son's friend) were driving to Somerset in July 1996 to see her son who was in the army and driving down the hill towards Stonehenge she saw a lot of cars pulled in on the grass verge on the A303 opposite the stones. She mentioned that when people see maybe two cars or more pulled in and looking down into the field, other cars stop and gradually the traffic builds up and more and more cars draw in to have a look."
As she drew nearer Tim said, 'Mrs M there's a corn circle there'.
A car drew out and she managed to pull into the empty space and got out and joined the crowd of other people who were also watching what was happening. There was an apparition, an isolated mist over it and as the circle was getting bigger the mist was rising above the circle. As the mist rose it got bigger and corn circle got bigger.
There was a mist was about 2-3 feet off the ground and it was sort of spinning around and on the ground a circular shape was appearing which seemed to get bigger and bigger as simultaneously the mist get bigger and bigger and swirled faster.
It was gradual and you are standing there and you are thinking what is going on and everyone is discussing it and more and more traffic is building up and everything and you just think that all the time you don't really realise what is happening and then you think then that's it and the thing is getting bigger and you are thinking of the beginning and end. But you don't realise what you are looking at. I didn’t understand what was happening.
"The mist wasn't anything from the ground as there was a clear space between the ground and the mist. There was no wind and no dust (she is an asthmatic). It was strangest thing I have ever seen. It was a calm summer’s day."
When I asked her how long she stayed looking at the event, she said it was hard to say, but maybe 20 minutes or so, but she couldn’t say as she had lost track of the time as she could not believe what she was seeing. The mist was still there when she left but whether the formation was still expanding she couldn't say.
What colour was the mist?
"Well it wasn’t brown or blue or pink; it wasn’t coming off the ground. And it didn’t go far up into the sky."
Did you feel strange?
"I felt My God what is going on, look what’s happening, are we going to see a leprechaun or the men for Mars or a Sputnik in a minute or something."
When I asked M which date it had appeared she thought a bit and then took my pad and wrote Sunday 7 July, 1996. She said she remembered this particularly as being a Sunday she was driving against the traffic.
"Why haven’t you heard about this before? There were so many people watching what was happening, not just me. Why didn’t the other people talk about it?"
Indeed it was only by chance that I got to hear about it some thirteen years after it happened due to a passenger in M’s car who had been to my lecture!
M hadn’t mentioned it herself except to her family and friends.
On leaving M, I was puzzled by the time element of approx 20 minutes. I could not budge M on this; she was adamant and insisted that that was what she had witnessed and nothing I could say would make change her mind. As all the other reliable reports I have had of people witnessing crop circles appearing, they have all quite independently mentioned that the circle took between 4 and 20 seconds to happen.
So why had this one taken so long? Was it due to the fact the other circles had just been small single circles whereas this one was large and complex?
I made several enquiries and I understand that it is generally accepted that as a result of work conducted in the 1990’s, it is possible to calculate the time a formation takes to appear based on the size and number of circles.
The method relates to the earth’s gravitational and magnetic fields. This predicts a velocity of the resulting vortex filament of some 10ft/sec. The filament propagates not unlike a solar flare, repeatedly looping through the earth’s surface `embroidering` a gradually evolving pattern.
To create the 151 circles in the 915.2 x 508 ft pattern would take of the order of 20-25 minutes to create.
The descending force emits an electrical discharge which releases bubbles from the underground aquifers which rise up through the surface of the ground and patterns are formed. The anchor point of the force is always off centre.
This aspect as been observed many times over the years in certain complex crop circles.
These patterns develop like `embroidery`, half about the ground and half under the ground in a sort of looping manner.
There is significantly less pressure inside than outside, therefore there is a sort of sucking motion from inside which bends or `sucks down` the crop at the base.
The mist would appear to be as a result of cool water vapour rising from the aquifer (underground spring) beneath and behaves in a manner similar to what happens in the lab when electrical discharges are created through water and different patterns emerge on the surface.
Mist forms a little distance from the triggering point, which would support what occurred in this case, M could see the circle growing. It is when the hydrogen atoms re-combine that all this happens as it draws in ambient energy.
This is where the excess energy appears from. As for height, it would be no higher than the radius of the formation created and the mist cloud would grow as the formation grew.
However the more complex patterns have additional information contained in the sphere and who or what presses the button to make these is not within our present knowledge or understanding.
Indeed not only does it appear that M was correct is every aspect but it also corroborates the report by the pilot, the guard at Stonehenge and the gamekeeper. A truly remarkable event.

UFO mania: Is there an alien base inside Rosetta’s comet? Five reasons rock is not what it seems
UFO mania: Is there an alien base inside Rosetta’s comet? Five reasons rock is not what it seems
The fact that a strange ‘clicking’ radio transmission seems to be coming from inside the comet – sounding eerily like a Predator’s jaws opening and closing – has just stoked the fires of conspiracy theorists, just as the Rosetta craft’s Philae Lander touches down.
Explore the internet too long, and you’ll be firmly convinced Ming the Merciless and Darth Vader are enjoying a final Martini inside before obliterating our planet, and using us all as sex-slaves in the brothel-pits of Proxima Centauri.
Nigel Watson, author of the Haynes UFO Investigations Manual says there are five main ‘theories’ as to what the rock might REALLY be.
To any UFO enthusiast, the idea that it might just be a lump of ice is preposterous, an obvious cover-up and frankly boring. Here’s what they REALLY believe…
It’s a UFO Armada, advancing on Earth
An artist’s impression shows the Rosetta orbiter deploying the Philae lander to comet 67P (Picture: Reuters)
UFO Sightings Daily excitedly proclaimed that it was a UFO armada, largely on the evidence of a small piece of rubbish down one side, and a beacon-ish thing (a rock) showing that there were UFOs parked inside ready for some annoying space probe to goad them into fury.
No one has seen any UFOs – but if there are aliens lurking within, they may well be habitual litterbugs.
There is some form of mothership in there!
Philae could have company on the surface (Picture: Rex)
A picture of a disc-shaped UFO swooping past the comet in September led the more certifiable members of the UFO community to conclude that there was some sort of parking bay for saucers inside the flying rock 300 million miles from Earth. There is however, no diesel or unleaded pumps, mor a Wild Bean Cafe or KFC.
NASA is secretly leading us to an alien base
NASA has detected a radio signal from inside this rock for 20 years (Picture Rex)
‘One blogger suggested that the whole reason for this multi-million pound project is to search for alien life or even contact it, as it did not make sense to spend so much on just visiting a lifeless ‘rock,’ Watson says.
Why an alien tourist might have chosen to spend four billion years sitting inside a featureless lump of ice is another question…
Are those radio transmissions warnings saying, ‘Hands off?’
Strange crackling sounds have come from inside the comet (Picture: ESA)
Watson says, ‘Lots of UFO bloggers point out that NASA has received radio transmissions from the comet for 20 years, and that instead of being a comet it is in actual fact an ancient spaceship.’ Imagine the sort of mood Darth’ll be in if you wake him up before he gets his beauty sleep…’

125 Thousand Vs *52.6 Billion
125 Thousand Vs *52.6 Billion
* The total US Black Budget for Military Intelligence was 52.6 Billion dollars, according to the Washington Post (August 2013). The leading agencies were the CIA, NRO and NSA.
The U.S. government has suppressed information about UFO activity at American nuclear weapons sites for decades. Researcher Robert Hastings believes that people everywhere have a right to know the facts and has been speaking out since 1981. His 2008 book, UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, exposed the truth for thousands of readers.
On September 27, 2010 CNN streamed his press conference from Washington D.C. resulting in considerable, widespread publicity. A Google search for the press release announcing the event had as many as 2.7 million results.
But more needs to be done if this public information campaign is to be successful.
Hastings’ nearly-completed documentary film, UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed, will inform millions of people worldwide about longstanding and ongoing incursions by UFOs at U.S. nuclear ICBM sites, sometimes resulting in the missiles malfunctioning. Documents smuggled out of Russia confirm that the Soviets also experienced such incidents.
But the $100,000 budget for the production—donated in 2013 by a supporter who wishes to remain anonymous—is nearly exhausted and an additional $25,000 is needed to complete it. Here is an excerpt:

Man has joked about little green men from Mars since 1955 when newspaper reporters employed journalists’ license in reporting an alleged alien encounter. While NASA has yet to encounter any humanoid creatures on Mars, let alone little green men, new evidence has surfaced that has many believers talking. A glowing orb has been spotted in images sent back from the Mars Curiosity rover in November. This mysterious ball of light shows up in eight images. According to a Nov. 12 report on UFO Sightings Daily, the orb moves with intelligence. It was filmed with the Sols Front Hazz Camera.
The orb was reportedly discovered by Paranormal Crucible of YouTube who uploaded an animated render of the eight images to show the movement of the light over the face of Mars. Although skeptics claim what appears to be a ball of light is actually a dead pixel, the video explains that a dead pixel cannot account for the way the light appears in a different position in each image. A dead pixel remains in approximately the same position in the field of view of the camera, which clearly is not the case in this instance. According to Paranormal Crucible, the glowing white light is surveying the surface of Mars.
Orbs are plentiful in the paranormal world and are believed by many to be the disembodied energy of ghosts and spirits. Whether the light on Mars is an orb, a UFO or some other alien technology is unknown, but judging from Paranormal Crucible’s animated render of the photos, something odd is going on on the surface of Mars.

MJ-12,Secrecy, UFOs
MJ-12,Secrecy, UFOs
by STANTON FRIEDMAN
I was out of town at the Travis Walton Sky Fire Summit conference in Arizona and have gotten behind. A number of postings made recently seem to me to be inaccurate:
The claim has been made that there really hasn’t been much UFO information covered up. I have, as previously noted, several reasons for saying this isn’t true. Yes, we have 156 pages of NSA TOP SECRET UMBRA UFO Documents “released”(the NSA admitted they had them) way back in the 1980s because of the CAUS legal actions. Dozens of TSU CIA documents were also released. Doesn’t sound like much. Unfortunately the NSA documents were entirely whited out except for one sentence per page because supposedly the rest was Sources and Methods info. The only reason for the “release” was President Clinton’s signing of Executive Order 12958. Implementation was of course delayed. The new EO is 13526.Originally the CIA released no documents above SECRET. It took me 2 years to get the TSU documents usually with only a few words legible per page. All of these are of course roughly 30 years old. Also the NSA HQ told its various offices that if they should receive a request from me, not to handle it in the fashion described in regulations. Instead of replying to me, send the request to HQ, thus avoiding releasing the fact that they had materials. Is there any reason to think there is more data?
Surely more was accumulated in the past 30 years. Perhaps more important we have the statement told to me first hand by USAF General Carroll Bolender (and obtained under FOIA by Robert Todd) that UFO reports which could effect National security were not part of the Blue Book System and that if BB was closed, reports which could effect national security would continue to be investigated using the procedures designed for that purpose. Namely JANAP 146 and Air Force Manual 55-11. Note these apply only to the Air Force. To the best of my knowledge none of these have been released
Surely the Aerospace Defense command personnel (pilots, radar operators, spy satellite operators)have been made aware of loads of other sightings by personnel working under security. Furthermore we have all the sightings made by Navy (and army)personnel all over the world. The Navy office said they had no UFO information even after I sent them a joint ONI OSI report.
It has been claimed that governments aren’t very good at keeping secrets. Let us not forget that old and powerfully wrong notion that absence of evidence is evidence for absence. Good examples of very large scale government secret keeping include the Manhattan District effort to develop atomic bombs involving tens of thousands of personnel and huge classified facilities in Oak Ridge, TN, Hanford ,WA, Los Alamos, NM,etc and the use of 5% of the electrical power in the United States. Let us not forget the Stealth Aircraft Program under Lockheed.. $10 Billion. Let us not forget the more than 10,000 people involved in breaking the German and Japanese communications codes..kept quiet until 25 years after WW 2 ended. At one time Boeing Corp. had a contract with the NRO to improve the architecture of their spy satellites. It was cancelled after many billion dollars were spent.
The objection was made that when lots of secrets are kept there is a major impact on society as a kind of reaction. Best example I know is the very widespread release of false and misleading statements about UFOs by the government and media. This is demonstrated by the serious failure of the press and scientific communities to dig for truth about flying saucers. It is demonstrated also by loads of fiction being broadcast and shown, movies about aliens. Official government lies do indeed have an impact..in this case very negative
We have been told that academic historians and experts on intelligence have exposed loads of classified information even though they do not have a need to know or appropriate clearance. No need for guys like me to dig into archival files. The Intelligence agencies would very much like for the public to believe that nonsense. Perhaps they could provide us with the NSA,NRO, and CIA UFO files (that we can read) ? Have they revealed much data from the $52.6 Billion spent on Military Intelligence in one recent year..most by CIA,NSA,NRO?
Some have complained about the FOI being an inept procedure. I agree but it can be useful. Remember there is no central clearing house. John Greenewald has managed to dig out a ton of data as demonstrated by his Black Vault web site.. I admire his patience and skill. I have been lied to, but also been helped by FOIA people
Perhaps people have forgotten the findings of the Senator Frank Church Congressional committee which found in the early 1970s that at least 400 journalists were closely connected to the CIA, some even on the payroll. Many were associated with major media groups including the New York Times, CBS, Time etc. Perhaps it is no coincidence that they haven’t blown the lid off the Cosmic Watergate. Carl Bernstein, Co-Pulitzer Prize winner of 1973 of Watergate fame, had a 25,000 word article in Rolling Stone, October 20, 1977. It appears that the public was blissfully ignorant, despite those historians and Intelligence Experts
For many generations, it has been questioned and debated. Many long hours and much time has been spent pouring over the evidence, yet with no clear answers and no hard proof.
However, today, more evidence keeps piling up that proves the ancients did have technology far beyond what we can even begin to imagine.
Brien Foerester takes you down dark tunnels, beneath pyramids, and inside places you have only seen in your imagination.
More Amazing Evidence of Ancient Technology!
But now he goes even further and takes you beneath Egypt, where mysterious 100 ton stone boxes were discovered. Some people believe they were used for burial purposes, but Brien clearly shows us how they were used for ancient ‘high’ technology.
Is it possible that the technology of the ancients was so advanced, it goes above and beyond ours today?
The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 1:9, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.”
Where we believe we have gone forward and advanced throughout history, is it possible we are actually far behind, and that someone else a long time ago knew all the secrets we have yet to uncover?
I can honestly say yes. The fallen angels had the knowledge handed down to them by God, and they taught their children, the nephilim, and all of humanity the secrets of technology they had acquired.
Time and again, mankind has been stunned by the ancient megaliths, wondering how they could possibly have been erected by the humans of that time. But the nephilim and raphaim were extremely intelligent, insanely strong, and quite frightful to look upon. They were also giants! This is exactly how it was that ancient megalithic structures were built.
Ancient technology is indeed a reality, and Brien shows you in the videos I have included below just how it could have happened.
Brien writes:
Inside a tunnel system carved out of the solid limestone bedrock in the desert of Egypt, more than 20 granite boxes made of precision shaped Aswan granite are a true enigma. Said by some to have been the burial places of prized bulls, their real function is far more intriguing. And they are clear examples of Lost Ancient High Technology created before the time of the Dynastic Egyptians.

Ten amazing inventions from ancient times
Ten amazing inventions from ancient times
Dating back thousands of years are numerous examples of ancient technology that leave us awe-struck at the knowledge and wisdom held by people of our past. They were the result of incredible advances in engineering and innovation as new, powerful civilizations emerged and came to dominate the ancient world. These advances stimulated societies to adopt new ways of living and governance, as well as new ways of understanding their world. However, many ancient inventions were forgotten, lost to the pages of history, only to be re-invented millennia later. Here we feature ten of the best examples of ancient technology and inventions that demonstrate the ingenuity of our ancient ancestors.
Heron Alexandrinus, otherwise known as the Hero of Alexandria, was a 1st century Greek mathematician and engineer who is known as the first inventor of the steam engine. His steam powered device was called the aeolipile, named after Aiolos, God of the winds. The aeolipile consisted of a sphere positioned in such a way that it could rotate around its axis. Nozzles opposite each other would expel steam and both of the nozzles would generate a combined thrust resulting in torque, causing the sphere to spin around its axis. The rotation force sped up the sphere up to the point where the resistance from traction and air brought it to a stable rotation speed. The steam was created by boiling water under the sphere – the boiler was connected to the rotating sphere through a pair of pipes that at the same time served as pivots for the sphere. The replica of Heron’s machine could rotate at 1,500 rounds per minute with a very low pressure of 1.8 pounds per square inch. The remarkable device was forgotten and never used properly until 1577, when the steam engine was ‘re-invented’ by the philosopher, astronomer and engineer, Taqu al-Din.
The Nimrud lens is a 3,000-year-old piece of rock crystal, which was unearthed by Sir John Layard in 1850 at the Assyrian palace of Nimrud, in modern-day Iraq. The Nimrud lens (also called the Layard lens) is made from natural rock crystal and is a slightly oval in shape. It was roughly ground, perhaps on a lapidary wheel. It has a focal point about 11 centimetres from the flat side, and a focal length of about 12 cm. This would make it equivalent to a 3× magnifying glass (combined with another lens, it could achieve much greater magnification). The surface of the lens has twelve cavities that were opened during grinding, which would have contained naptha or some other fluid trapped in the raw crystal. Since its discovery over a century ago, scientists and historians have debated its use, with some suggesting it was used as a magnifying glass, and others maintaining it was a burning-glass used to start fires by concentrating sunlight. However, prominent Italian professor Giovanni Pettinato proposed the lens was used by the ancient Assyrians as part of a telescope, which would explain how the Assyrians knew so much about astronomy. According to conventional perspectives, the telescope was invented by Dutch spectacle maker, Hans Lippershey in 1608 AD, and Galileo was the first to point it to the sky and use it to study the cosmos. But even Galileo himself noted that the 'ancients' were aware of telescopes long before him. While lenses were around before the Nimrud lens, Pettinato believes this was one of the first to be used in a telescope.
Research carried out last year on an ancient site excavated by the National Trust for Scotland in 2004 revealed that it contained a sophisticated calendar system that is approximately 10,000 years old, making it the oldest calendar ever discovered in the world. The site – at Warren Field, Crathes, Aberdeenshire – contains a 50 metre long row of twelve pits which were created by Stone Age Britons and which were in use from around 8000 BC (the early Mesolithic period) to around 4,000 BC (the early Neolithic). The pits represent the months of the year as well as the lunar phases of the moon. They were formed in a complex arc design in which each lunar month was divided into three roughly ten day weeks – representing the waxing moon, the full moon and the waning moon. It also allowed the observation of the mid-winter sunrise so that the lunar calendar could be recalibrated each year to bring it back in line with the solar year. The entire arc represents a whole year and may also reflect the movements of the moon across the sky.
Scientists studying the composition of Roman concrete, which has been submerged under the Mediterranean Sea for the last 2,000 years, discovered that it was superior to modern-day concrete in terms of durability and being less environmentally damaging. The Romans made concrete by mixing lime and volcanic rock. For underwater structures, the combination of lime and volcanic ash with seawater instantly triggered a chemical reaction in which the lime incorporated molecules into its structure and reacted with the ash to cement the whole mixture together. Analysis of the concrete found that it produces a significantly different compound to modern day cement, which is an incredibly stable binder. In addition, the ancient concrete contains the ideal crystalline structure of Tobermorite, which has a greater strength and durability than the modern equivalent. Finally, microscopic studies identified other minerals in the ancient concrete which show potential application for high-performance concretes, including the encapsulation of hazardous wastes. "In the middle 20th century, concrete structures were designed to last 50 years," said scientist Paulo Monteiro said. "Yet Roman harbour installations have survived 2,000 years of chemical attack and wave action underwater.”
Research has shown that artisans and craftsmen 2,000 years ago used a form of ancient technology for applying thin films of metal to statues and other items, which was superior to today’s standards for producing DVDs, solar cells, electronic devices and other products. Fire gilding and silvering are age-old mercury-based processes used to coat the surface items such as jewels, statues and amulets with thin layers of gold or silver. From a technological point of view, what the ancient gilders achieved 2000 years ago, was to make the metal coatings incredibly thin, adherent and uniform, which saved expensive metals and improved its durability, something which has never been achieved to the same standard today. Apparently without any knowledge about the chemical–physical processes, ancient craftsmen systematically manipulated metals to create spectacular results. They developed a variety of techniques, including using mercury like a glue to apply thin films of metals to objects. The findings demonstrate that there was a far higher level of understanding and knowledge of advanced concepts and techniques in our ancient past than what they are given credit for.
Although we still cannot accurately predict earthquakes, we have come a long way in detecting, recording, and measuring seismic shocks. Many don’t realise that this process began nearly 2000 years ago, with the invention of the first seismoscope in 132 AD by a Chinese astronomer, mathematician, engineer, and inventor called Zhang (‘Chang’) Heng. The device was remarkably accurate in detecting earthquakes from afar, and did not rely on shaking or movement in the location where the device was situated. Zhang's seismoscope was a giant bronze vessel, resembling a samovar almost 6 feet in diameter. Eight dragons snaked face-down along the outside of the barrel, marking the primary compass directions. In each dragon's mouth was a small bronze ball. Beneath the dragons sat eight bronze toads, with their broad mouths gaping to receive the balls. The sound of the ball striking one of the eight toads would alert observers to the earthquake and would give a rough indication of the earthquake's direction of origin. In 2005, scientists in Zengzhou, China (which was also Zhang's hometown) managed to replicate Zhang's seismoscope and used it to detect simulated earthquakes based on waves from four different real-life earthquakes in China and Vietnam. The seismoscope detected all of them. As a matter of fact, the data gathered from the tests corresponded accurately with that gathered by modern-day seismometers!
An ancient Norse myth described a magical gem used to navigate the seas, which could reveal the position of the sun when hidden behind clouds or even before dawn or after sunset. Now it appears the myth is in fact true. In March 2013, a team of scientists announced that a unique calcite crystal, which was found in the wreck of an Elizabethan ship sunk off the Channel Islands, contains properties consistent with the legendary Viking sunstone and that shards of the crystal can indeed act as a remarkably precise navigational aid. According to the researchers, the principle behind the sunstone relies on its unusual property of creating a double refraction of sunlight, even when it is obscured by cloud or fog. By turning the crystal in front of the human eye until the darkness of the two shadows are equal, the sun's position can be pinpointed with remarkable accuracy.
The Baghdad Battery, sometimes referred to as the Parthian Battery, is a clay pot which encapsulates a copper cylinder. Suspended in the centre of this cylinder—but not touching it—is an iron rod. Both the copper cylinder and the iron rod are held in place with an asphalt plug. These artifacts (more than one was found) were discovered during the 1936 excavations of the old village Khujut Rabu, near Baghdad. The village is considered to be about 2000 years old, and was built during the Parthian period (250BC to 224 AD). Although it is not known exactly what the use of such a device would have been, the name ‘Baghdad Battery’, comes from one of the prevailing theories established in 1938 when Wilhelm Konig, the German archaeologist who performed the excavations, examined the battery and concluded that this device was an ancient electric battery. After the Second World War, Willard Gray, an American working at the General Electric High Voltage Laboratory in Pittsfield, built replicas and, filling them with an electrolyte, found that the devices could produce 2 volts of electricity. The question remains, if it really was a battery, what was it used to power?
The Lycurgus Cup, as it is known due to its depiction of a scene involving King Lycurgus of Thrace, is a 1,600-year-old jade green Roman chalice that changes colour depending on the direction of the light upon it. It baffled scientists ever since the glass chalice was acquired by the British Museum in the 1950s. They could not work out why the cup appeared jade green when lit from the front but blood red when lit from behind. The mystery was solved in 1990, when researchers in England scrutinized broken fragments under a microscope and discovered that the Roman artisans were nanotechnology pioneers: they had impregnated the glass with particles of silver and gold, ground down until they were as small as 50 nanometres in diameter, less than one-thousandth the size of a grain of table salt. The work was so precise that there is no way that the resulting effect was an accident. In fact, the exact mixture of the metals suggests that the Romans had perfected the use of nanoparticles. When hit with light, electrons belonging to the metal flecks vibrate in ways that alter the colour depending on the observer’s position.
The Antikythera mechanism was discovered in 1900 during the recovery of a shipwreck off of the Greek island, Antikythera, in waters 60 meters deep. It is a metallic device which consists of a complex combination of gears, and dates back to the 2nd century BCE. The Antikythera mechanism is one of the most amazing mechanical devices discovered from the ancient world. For decades, scientists have utilized the latest technology in attempts to decipher its functionality; however, due to its complexity, its true purpose and function remained elusive. But in the last few years, a number of scientists appear to have solved the mystery as to precisely how this incredible piece of technology once worked. Peter Lynch, professor of meteorology at University College Dublin, explains: “The mechanism was driven by a handle that turned a linked system of more than 30 gear wheels…The gears were coupled to pointers on the front and back of the mechanism, showing the positions of the sun, moon and planets as they moved through the zodiac. An extendable arm with a pin followed a spiral groove, like a record player stylus. A small sphere, half white and half black, indicated the phase of the moon. Even more impressive was the prediction of solar and lunar eclipses.” Amazingly, the device even included a dial to indicate which of the pan-Hellenic games would take place each year, with the Olympics occurring every fourth year. Just one small cog out of 30 remains a mystery and it is hoped that further research can place this last piece in the puzzle.

The Great Northeast Blackout of 1965: Were UFOs Responsible?
The Great Northeast Blackout of 1965: Were UFOs Responsible?
The following narrative includes several observations from that fateful day...the official reports and the speculations. Though we were not affected in south-central Pennsylvania, the incident did create a major stir worldwide. The U.S. Government was clamoring for answers while, at the same time, people where asking the question...was UFO activity responsible for the greatest electrical blackout in U.S. history?
On November 9, 1965, the northeast power system broke up 4 seconds after the initial disturbance, and 30 million people were without electricity for as long as 13 hours. Later that day, President Lyndon Johnson wrote to the chairman of the Federal Power Commission:
"Today's failure is a dramatic reminder of the importance of the uninterrupted flow of power to the health, safety, and well being of our citizens and the defense of our country.
"This failure should be immediately and carefully investigated in order to prevent a recurrence.
"You are therefore directed to launch a thorough study of the cause of this failure. I am putting at your disposal full resources of the federal government and directing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Defense and other agencies to support you in any way possible. You are to call upon the top experts in our nation in conducting the investigation.
"A report is expected at the earliest possible moment as to the causes of the failure and the steps you recommend to be taken to prevent a recurrence."
Signed, Lyndon B. Johnson
The Event
The Great Northeast Blackout of November 9, 1965 began at 5:16 p.m., near the end of an otherwise typical work day.
The event started at the Ontario - New York border, near Niagara Falls.
A single transmission line from the Niagara generating station tripped (opened).
Within 2.5 seconds, five other transmission lines became overloaded and tripped, isolating 1,800 MW of generation at Niagara Station.
After their isolation, the generators became unstable and tripped off-line.
The northeast power system became unstable and separated into isolated power systems (islands) within 4 seconds.
Outages and islanding occurred throughout New York, Ontario, most of New England, and parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Most islands went black within 5 minutes, due to imbalances between generation and load (generator overspeed/underspeed tripping).
The massive blackout left 30 million people without electricity for as long as 13 hours.
This was "the big one" and it all started with the operation of a simple overcurrent relay on a transmission line. The design and operation of electric utility systems changed after that, due to the lessons that were learned from this event.
Areas of Separation 5:17 PM - November 9, 1965
Orange: Ontario Hydro System Yellow: St. Lawrence - Oswego Blue: Western New York Red: Eastern New York - New England Green: Maine and part of New Hampshire
The green area did not lose power during the blackout.
Regional Reliability Councils
The regional reliability councils were formed in the wake of the 1965 Northeast blackout:
Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC) was formed in January, 1966.
Federal Power Commission's blackout report was issued June, 1967.
National Electric Reliability Council, now North American Electric Reliability Council, (NERC) was formed in June, 1968.
NPCC, our regional reliability council, was the first one. Today, there are ten regional reliability councils. (Florida is the newest, creating its own in 1996, after having been in the Southeastern Electric Reliability Council). NERC is an association of the regional reliability councils. Although the organization and workings of each regional reliability council are different, they have a common factor - each one has its own criteria, which establish minimum standards. An important aspect of assuring reliability is sharing information necessary for system analysis, and coordination of system design and operation.
Then and Today
Compared to today's system, the 1965 system was much less networked. Some areas had strong interconnections while others were weak. In fact, the State of Maine survived the 1965 blackout because of its weak ties to the rest of New England, which tripped.
System impedance (electrical "distance") between Bangor, Maine and Portland, Maine is about 8 times less today than it was in 1965. In terms of electrical distance, Bangor is as close to Tennessee or Michigan today, as it was to Portland in 1965. This is approximate, and based on broad estimates. However, it illustrates the interdependency of today's system, compared to 1965. We must be much more careful today if we are to avoid a widespread disturbance, simply because of the close ties we have with other power systems.
Today's Power System
New England now has a well-developed 345 kV network, with 345 kV ties and High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) ties to neighbors.
In northeast North America, we design to what we call "Normal Contingencies", and we use redundant, independent protection systems where required. We test system resiliency with "Extreme Contingencies". We monitor what we call Special Protection Systems (SPSs), which are fast-acting relay, communication, and control systems for generator, line, load, or other cross -tripping. There are more devices with fast controls today.
The North American Interconnected Systems today are four major independent systems, or networks:
Eastern Interconnected Network (east of the Rockies). This system is all but the ERCOT and WSCC reliability councils, and the Quebec portion of the NPCC reliability council.
Quebec. This system is part of the NPCC reliability council.
Texas. This system is the ERCOT reliability council.
Western Interconnected Network (west of the Rockies). This system is the WSCC reliability council.
These four systems are asynchronous, tied together only by DC interconnections. These systems include continental Canada, the contiguous United States, and northern Baja Mexico. Other systems are: Alaska, Mexico, and Labrador. These systems are illustrated in the following NERC map of reliability councils.
The eastern interconnected network is, arguably, the largest machine in the world. The network has thousands of sources, hundreds of millions of miles of lines, and over a billion individual loads. Despite its complexity, this network operates in continuous synchronism as a single system. The power systems are so well connected, a single disturbance can be detected thousands of miles away.

From Chapter 9 - The E.M. Effect and Power Blackouts (pages 130 - 137)
On November 9, 1965 the Northeastern region of the United States and Canada was abruptly plunged into blackness. The worst blackout on record came to be known as the "Big Blackout".
The facts are well known. At 5:16 pm, at the height of the evening rush hour, electrical power to one-sixth of the continent's population was suddenly cut off, trapping millions of people on expressways, in elevators and in office buildings. Altogether, thirty million people in eight U.S. states and in the province of Ontario were affected by the disruption (1)
In Ontario the blackout was confined to the eastern portion of the province - from Timmins in the north, across to Cornwall in the east and south toward Sarnia. Windsor, Ottawa and Sudbury were the only eastern centres to escape the blackout.(2) Yet within three hours power was restored to most parts of the province.
Mass media coverage naturally focussed on the human aspect of the blackout and to a lesser extent, on the delay in determining the cause of the breakdown.
There was, however, an even more dramatic story.
UFOs had been reported in the vicinity of strategic hydro installations at the time of the blackout. The impressive number of credible sightings led many researchers to consider the possible role these craft may have played in the power collapse.
The researchers included the late Dr. James E. MacDonald,(3) a physicist at the University of Arizona; former NICAP director Major Donald E. Keyhoe; and astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek, the current director of the Centre for UFO Studies.
Immediately following the breakdown, the U.S. Federal Power Commission and the Ontario Hydro-Electric Power Commission launched a full-scale investigation into the cause. At first, it was reported that the trouble originated with a mechanical breakdown in a high voltage line between Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
According to the Toronto 'Globe & Mail':
The report turned out to be false. Then a sub-station near Syracuse was reported to be the cause of the failure, but repairmen found it in perfect condition. (4)
Finally, six days after the blackout, Ontario Hydro engineers traced the trouble to the mammoth Sir Adam Beck No.2 Generating Station at Queenston, Ontariom north of Niagra Falls.
It seems that just prior to the blackout, power was flowing from Sir Adam Beck No.2. into Ontario, then across the border via Cornwall into New York State. In graphic terms, power was flowing clockwise in a loop around Lake Ontario.
At 5:16pm, a backup relay on one of the six lines linking Sir Adam Beck tothe rest of the province mysteriously tripped the line's circuit breaker, which acts much like a household fuse.
In quick succession the cut-off power jumped to the other five lines, causing an overload that tripped the circuit breakers on these lines as well.
A veritable tidal wave of electricity - 1.1 million kilowatts - flowed in the opposite direction into New York State. (5) Inexplicably, the relays on the New York lines failed to isolate and contain the overload. Within seconds, the entire grid of thirty-one interconnected power utilities of CANUSE (Canada-United States Eastern Grid) had broken down.
Although experts could pinpoint the origin of the blackout, they were baffled by the cause of the relay malfunction and the failure of the protective systems to contain the overload.
In the words of Ontario Hydro's system supervising engineer, Jim Harris: "It's incredible! I would have said this was impossible if I hadn't seen the evidence." (6)
The mystery deepened when it was discovered that the relay had not in fact malfunctioned, but had merely reacted to a sudden surge of power from an unknown source.
As stated in the final report of the U.S. Federal Power Commission: "The precise cause of the backup relay energization is now known." (7) Where did the unexplained surge of power come from? To this day that question has remained unanswered.
Or has it?
Although inconclusive, one answer might lie in the findings of the late Dr. James McDonald who contended that the magnetic fields accompanying UFOs can create sudden power surges in transmission lines as the craft flies overhead.(8) In theory, these power surges could produce blackouts of massive proportions.
Since the 'Big Blackout', McDonald's theory has gained considerable support in the light of strong evidence confirming widespread UFO activity on that fateful evening.
The Syracuse Herald-Journal was inundated with calls reporting more than one hundred sightings in the Syracuse area.
One of the first came from Syracuse Deputy Aviation Commissioner, Robert C. Walsh, who was flying over Syracuse at the time of the blackout.(9) Despite the darkness, he managed to land safely at Hancock Airport.
Standing on the runway, with some airport officials he suddenly noticed an enormous circular ball of light, drifting overhead. "It appeared to be one hundred feet in the air and fifty feet in diameter.(10) It rose for several seconds, then suddenly disappeared. Moments later, a bewildered Walsh and his companions watched an identical device ascending over the airfieldm before mysteriously 'blinking out', as did its predecessor. Unlike the known high-speed plunges of fireballs, these craft moved upward at moderate speed - clearly under some form of intelligent control.
At the same time, the mysterious craft were also being observed overhead. Veteran flight instructor Weldon Ross and his student, James Brooking, were approaching the darkened airport when they spotted a second fiery object below.
The Giant craft, estimated at well over one hundred feet in diameter, appeared to be positioned directly over the Clay sub-station, a strategic installation that channels power from Niagara Falls to New York City.(11)
It was the same sub-station where hydro investigating teams had initially pinpointed the origin of the blackout.
In a relentless pursuit of a possible UFO-blackout relationship, Herald-Journal reporters succeeded in uncovering even more explosive evidence. In a front page story seven days after the blackout, the paper carried photographs of the mysterious red craft taken by Mr. William Stillwell, a sexton at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He described what he had observed through a 117-power telescope:
The centre was rotating, around and around and around. It came from the direction of DeWitt and shot off at an angle and then went back the way it came. (12)
He had watched the glowing object for as long as two hours before it streaked away.
While investigating teams continued to dig for the mysterious cause of the power failure, press coverage of a possible UFO connection gained momentum.
In a strongly worded editorial, the Indianapolis Star urged:
The answer is fairly obvious - unidentified flying objects! It is one angle the multi-pronged investigation should not overlook.(13)
Support for the UFO possibility intensified as news of other sightings became known. In New York City, twenty minutes into the blackout, witnesses in the Time-Life Building spotted a peculiar glow in the sky over darkened Manhattan. According to Major Donald Keyhoe:
It appeared to come from a round object hovering over the city. This was tewenty minutes after the lights began to go out. Several photographs were taken by a Time Magazine photographer, one of which appeared in the November 19th issue. (14)
Although clearly visible in the photograph reproduced here, Time editors failed to make any reference in their photo-caption to the spindle-shaped craft. Journalistic oversight or deliberate omission? The only hit of any unusual aerial activity came in a facetious reference to a Soviet satellite:
Some New Yorkers, claiming that they had seen a satellite pass over at the moment the lights failed, argued that the Russians had done it again. (15)
But UFO investigator and author, the late Frank Edwards disagrees with both the UFO and the Soviet satellite explanations:
The spindle-shaped thing could have been a UFO--but it certainly wasn't. It was nothing more than an optical ghost, the result of reflections between the elements of an air-spaced lens.(16)
While disputing the validityof the Time photo, Edwards strongly supported the contention the UFOs were somehow involved in activating the blackout. In fact, while conducting his own investigation into the cause of the blackout he discovered that U.S. military authorities had been well aware of the UFO presence, at least forty-five minutes prior to the power failure.(17)
This startling disclosure came from two commercial pilots, Jerry Whitaker and George Croninger, who were flying over Tidioute, Pennsylvania, when they spotted two disc-shaped 'shiny objects' overhead.
Even more surprising was the sight of two military jets chasing the mysterious craft.
Moments later, one of the discs put on a 'burst of speed' and quickly outdistanced its pursuers. While watching the fast-disappearing UFO, the dazed pilots lost sight of the other object, which had presumably departed in the same manner.
The most spectacular UFO revelation, however, came one day prior to the release of the 'official' explanation when, speaking before a nationwide televison audience, NBC commentator Frank McGee announced that a private pilot had spotted a "round, glowing object near the Niagra Falls power plant".(18)
Associated Press picked up the story and numerous newspapers subsequently carried it. The following morning, a well-documented article appeared in the New York Journal American blaming UFOs for the disastrous power-grid breakdown.
Any further media focus on the UFO connection was brought to an abrupt halt, however, with the release of the 'broken relay' explanation.
Despite mounting evidence, the Federal Power Commission had predictably chosen to side-step the possible UFO connection. This ommission was eventually confirmed by Dr. James E. McDonald who, as a respected scientist, was allowed to interview certain FPC officials.
They admitted they had the Syracuse and Niagara Falls reports, also most of the others on that night. But they wouldn't discuss the UFO possibility....No matter what they believed, I think they were convinced the facts shouldn't be given tothe public, and that's why they agreed to the 'broken relay' story. At any rate, it was obvious they were covering up (19)
Under the circumstances there seems to be a strong possibility that Canadian authorities were also involved in the cover-up. Ontario Hydro-Electric Power Commission investigators, having become aware of the UFO reports, collaborated with the FPC by exchanging information that eventually led to the 'broken relay' explanation.(20)
Furthermore, this explanation had apparently been pre-arranged and was released simultaneously in both countries.(21)
The Ontario Hydro press statement similarly neglected to include UFOs as the possible cause for the blackout.
One reputable American ufologist went so far as to point an accusing finger at the late Lester B. Pearson, then prime minister. Major Donald Keyhoe contends that:
To shift attention from the UFO explanation, the 'broken relay' story was invented. Since this could be construed as blaming Canada, the Prime Minister must have been convinced it was best for both countries not to disclose the true situation.(22)
It that was the case, then it represents one of the most shocking deceptions ever perpetrated - leaving the heads of thirty-one utility companies and thirty million people to grope around in the dark in more ways than one! - MUFON Ontario

Evidence looking at the possible UFO – New York City blackout connection was even brought in front of congress. Dr. James E. McDonald, a top Ufologist of the day and University of Arizona professor, testified on the possible UFO connection to the northeast blackout in front of the House Committee on Science and Astronautics at July 29, 1968, Symposium on Unidentified Flying Objects, Rayburn Bldg., Washington, D.C. Among the congressmen who listened in was the former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
The congressmen were impressed enough with the evidence that they questioned Dr. McDonald on his theory of UFO electromagnetic effects being able to black out huge sections of the country. One exchange occurred with Representative William F. Ryan, a Democrat from New York City.
Mr. Ryan: Let me ask a further question: In the course of your investigation and your study of UFO sightings, have you found any cases where contemporaneously with the sighting of UFO's allegedly, there were any other events which took place, which might or might not be related to the UFO's?
Dr. McDonald: Yes. Certainly there are many physical effects. For instance, in Mr. Pettis' district, several people found the fillings in their mouth hurting while this object was nearby, but there are many cases probably on record of car ignition failure. One famous case was at Levelland, Tex., in 1957. Ten vehicles were stopped within a short area, all independently in a 2-hour period, near Levelland, Tex. There was no lightning or thunder storm, and only a trace of rain.
There is another, which I don't know whether to bring to the committee's attention or not. The evidence is not as conclusive as the car stopping phenomenon, but there are too many instances for me to ignore. UFO's have often been seen hovering near power facilities. There are a small number but still a little too many to seem pure fortuitous chance, of system outages, coincident with the UFO sighting. One of the cases was Tamaroa, Ill. Another was a case in Shelbyville, Ky., early last year.
"Then there are scattered instances in which substantial power distribution systems have failed at or very near the time of observation of aerial phenomena similar, broadly speaking, to one or another UFO phenomenon. I have personally checked on several such instances and am satisfied that the coincidence of UFO observation and power outage did at least occur. Whether there is a causal connection here, and in which direction it may run, remains quite uncertain. Even during the large Northeast blackout, November 9, 1965, there were many UFO observations, several of which I have personally checked..."
"I interviewed a woman in Seacliff, N.Y. She saw a disk hovering and going up and down. And then shooting away from New York just after the power failure. I went to the FPC for data, they didn't take them seriously although they had many dozens of sighting reports for that famous evening. There were reports all over New England in the midst of that blackout, and five witnesses near Syracuse, N.Y., saw a glowing object ascending within about a minute of the blackout. First they thought it was a dump burning right at the moment the lights went out. It is rather puzzling that the pulse of current that tripped the relay at the Ontario Hydro Commission plant has never been identified, but initially the tentative suspicion was centered on the Clay Substation of the Niagara Mohawk network right there in the Syracuse area, where unidentified aerial phenomenon has been seen by some of the witnesses."
This extends down to the limit of single houses losing their power when a UFO is near. The hypothesis in the case of car stopping is that there might be high magnetic fields, d.c. fields, which saturate the [ignition system solenoid] core and thus prevent the pulses going through the system to the other side. Just how a UFO could trigger an outage on a large power network is however not yet clear. But this is a disturbing series of coincidences that I think warrant much more attention than they have so far received.
Mr. Ryan: As far as you know, has any agency investigated the New York blackout in relation to UFO?
Dr. McDonald: None at all. when I spoke to the FPC people, I was dissatisfied with the amount of information I could gain. I am saying there is a puzzling and slightly disturbing coincidence here. I'm not going on record as saying, yes, these are clear-cut cause and effect relations. I'm saying it ought to be looked at. There is no one looking at this relation between UFO's and outages.
Although the Pentagon was reporting nothing had been seriously affected, there were facts that showed this was not true. There was secret information that indicated that the situation was much more complex than just a power blackout.
Only a couple days after the blackout a book called "Strike From Space" appeared in the bookstores. Conservative activists Phyllis Schlafly and Rear Admiral Chester Ward (Ret) authored the book. Although it dealt mostly with the growing threat of Soviet space weapons and the Johnson White House’s inability to deal with the problem, the book did describe some serious events that were never really made public.
Schlafly and Ward relied on the counsel of a cast of military advisors for their book. Some of those names that included some names that have become very prominent in the UFO community. One was General Cutis LeMay who told Senator Barry Goldwater that not only could he not see the rumored Blue Room at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, but he should never even ask about it again. The second key advisor to the book was Hoover Institution strategic theorist Dr Stefan Possony, who had been attendee at the 1953 CIA UFO Scientific Advisory Panel meetings.
The book claimed that not only had the lights gone out all over the eastern United States, in an underground command post called High Point, near Berryville, Virginia, Air Force Colonel J Leo Bourassa was picking up nuclear alerts from a national network of nuclear blast detection devices called System 210-A, or "Bomb Alarm.":
"The Bomb Alarm display board at High Point was blazing with yellow lights, indicating that communications links to the BMEWS site in Thule, Greenland, as well as twenty-one other System 210-A sites, had gone down. But worse – much worse – two of the sensors, the ones for Salt Lake City and Charlotte, North Carolina, were showing red. Red for nuclear detonations. Bourassa assumed the worst – that a surgical nuclear attack was under way – and placed Mt Weather on full alert. It was the one and only time that the facility went on alert during the Cold War."
Bourassa called the full alert and called it off a couple days later. It was probably the type of action that he liked, in light of the fact that in November 1954 Bourassa quit his government job "because of not enough work to do."
Exactly one month later he would be busy again. This time it would involve the possible recovery of an object in Kecksburg Pennsylvania. - www.presidentialufo.com
Mysterious Lights Over Niagara Falls Niagara Falls Reporter - 10/25/2005
In a Nov. 19, 1965, Ontario Hydro Hydroscope article, system supervising engineer Jim Harris was at a loss to explain the incident.
"It's incredible! I would have said this was impossible if I hadn't seen the evidence," he said.
Just two weeks before the blackout, on Sept. 22, 1965, in an article entitled "Many report seeing two UFOs," the Gazette chronicled the activity near the power plants.
"Dozens of persons Tuesday night watched two unidentified flying objects moving and hovering over this area for more than an hour," the article stated. "The objects, bright lights which changed color, were below cloud level and remained at a fairly low level during most of the period they were observed. "Observers said the objects were not helicopters or conventional aircraft. At one point, about 8 p.m., the two objects, which had been widely separated when viewed earlier, approached each other on a collision course until they 'teamed up' and moved off close together toward Buffalo," the article added. The objects were first sighted "on the Canadian side of the river, at a point opposite Lewiston." In other words, over Queenston and the Sir Adam Beck plant.
Among the witnesses named in the article were State Trooper John Riehl, Alden residents Roselle Simon and Leonard Butler, and V.D. Price and Raymond Bright, employees of the American Standard Division in North Tonawanda.
"This was not a satellite. Satellites travel in straight lines and within a few minutes they are gone," Bright told the Gazette. "This hung in the sky for about half an hour. It would move off in one direction and then stop. Then it would change direction and move off again."
The relationship between the blackout and reported UFO activity wasn't lost on the scientific community.
"After the big blackout, spokesmen for the power firms denied a strange light was spotted over the Beck Station the night of Nov. 9. Since then, however, they have admitted that sightings were reported by hundreds of people," the veteran newsman wrote.
But gradually, the "broken two-dollar switch" theory as to the cause of the disaster became the accepted version of events. This would not mark the end of credible reports of UFOs in Niagara Falls, however.
On Aug. 4, 1966, the Gazette reported "Bright, high-flying, fast moving objects observed during the night and similarly described by three Niagara Falls residents."
This time the witnesses were Mrs.
"We saw two objects in the sky -- one object went in an easterly direction then went northeasterly. As the object went out of sight it appeared to give off different colored lights. While the object was in sight it was a solid white light and appeared to be round.
"Object Two was the same as Object One but went from south to north and went out of sight. Both objects were in view for approximately 15 minutes and appeared to be very high," the report stated. Howard Kay of Youngstown was working at DuPont that night. An eight-year Air Force radar chief, he told the Gazette the object he saw over the Niagara River near Buffalo Avenue looked like "an inverted cereal bowl and was lit up." Perhaps predictably, USAF Information Officer Thomas White said he knew nothing about the UFOs.
"I have checked with the U.S. Air Force Station in Lockport, and the 763rd Radar Squadron there reports no objects logged by their radar screens at these times," he told the Gazette.
Eight months later, on April 2, 1968, no fewer than three NFPD patrolmen reported UFOs from two separate locations.
The pulsating lights hovered for nearly an hour in the vicinity of the Beck Station, the officers said.
Patrolmen Thomas Shumway and William Wells watched the lights from Lewiston Road and Hyde Park Boulevard.
"They were like something I had never seen before," Shumway told the Gazette. "They were in formation and they were pulsating."
Shumway said the red, white and blue lights did not come from an airplane and were motionless until they suddenly shot away to the northwest at a tremendous rate of speed.
What -- exactly -- the mysterious objects were will likely never be known. It is interesting to note that the Air Force employed a device to disrupt electrical power in the city of Belgrade during the Kosovo war. Could some early testing of a similar device have resulted in the 1965 blackout? - www.niagarafallsreporter.com There were also a number of reports of anomalous lights, and speculation that the blackout may have been the related to UFO activity in some way - UFO reports on November 9, 1965
A third of Britons believe their house is haunted and some spooked homeowners are certain they have seen a ghost walking their corridors.
A quarter of those who feel their home has a supernatural presence were convinced a poltergeist had moved around their possessions.
And a sixth of those who thought their house was haunted said doors open or closed by themselves while a further sixth said they had even seen a ghost.
The figures come from a survey conducted Confused.com. Their head of home insurance Gareth Lane said: "Ghosts, ghouls and things that go bump in the night are usually seen in films and TV programmes.
"But for some homeowners, they are a very real concern with three in 10 Britons saying they thought their home was haunted.
"Whilst the most common cause for people thinking their home was haunted was strange noises, more than a quarter say their belongings would disappear without explanation.
"Whilst your nightmare neighbours are more likely to be the ones causing you problems, protecting yourself from unexplained disappearances and damage is vital."
The surgery also found more than a quarter of Britons would be put off buying a house if they believed it was haunted.
Two fifths would not contemplate living in a home if they knew something bad had happened there, such as a murder.
Of those who believed their home was haunted nearly a quarter tried to research the history of their house and area.
A tenth tried to contact the spirits to get an answer while a sixth had been forced to sell up and flee. - Express
Picked up an additional 750 newsletter / feed subscribers in the past 4 weeks. Not really sure why...but 'thanks' to all. Since August 2008 (when I began to keep records) Phantoms and Monsters has received 12,800,000+ page views. There are also 22K+ active daily subscribers to the newsletter & feed. The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The weekly intelligence report provides you with information on the latest sightings and UFO news that you need to understand the world situation. The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force and Prince Phillip told me of his personal interest in UFOs. The US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Extraterrestrial UFO Are Real: Ben Rich Lockheed Skunk Works Director
Ben Rich Lockheed Skunk Works director had admitted in his Deathbed Confession that Extraterrestrial UFO visitors are real and the U.S. Military travel among stars.
According to article published in May 2010 issue of the MUFON UFO Journal. Ben Rich, the “Father of the Stealth Fighter-Bomber” and former head of Lockheed Skunk Works, had once let out information about Extraterrestrial UFO Visitors Are Real and U.S. Military travel to the stars. What he said might be new to many people today, but he revealed the information before his death in January 1995. His statements helped to give credence to reports that the U.S. military has been flying vehicles that mimic alien craft.
The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
1: “Inside the Skunk Works (Lockheed’s secret research and development entity ), we were a small, intensely cohesive group consisting of about fifty veteran engineers and designers and a hundred or so expert machinists and shop workers. Our forte was building technologically advanced airplanes of small number and of high class for highly secret missions.”
2: “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”
3: “We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won’t take someone’s lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong.” 4: When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”
Note: This information helps confirm Area 51 Scientist Boyd Bushman’s similar claims discussed last week
Don Phillips Lockheed Skunkworks Engineer USAF, and CIA Contractor says,
, “These UFOs were huge and they would just come to a stop and do a 60 degree, 45 degree, 10 degree turn, and then immediately reverse this action”. During the Apollo landing, Neil Armstrong says, “They’re here. They are right over there and looking at the size of those ships. it is obvious they dont like us being here”. When I was working with the Skunkworks with Kelly Johnson, we signed an agreement with the government to keep very quiet about this. Anti-gravitational research was going on.
We know that there were some captured craft from 1947 in Roswell, they were real. And, yes, we really did get some technology from them. And, yes, we really did put it to work. We knew each other from what we call an unseen industry. We can term it black, deep black, or hidden. The knowledge I have of these technologies came from the craft that were captured here. I didn`t see the craft, nor did I see the bodies, but I certainly know some of the people that did.
There was no question that there were beings from outside the planet. And if alien were hostile, with their weaponry they could have destroyed us a long time ago. We got these things that are handhold scanners that scan the body and determine what the condition is. We can also treat from the same scanner. I can tell you personally that we’ve been working on them. And we have ones that can diagnose and cure cancer. One of the purposes I had for founding my technology corporation in 1998 was to bring forth these technologies that can clean the air and can help get rid of the toxins, and help reduce the need for so much fossil fuel. Yes, it is time. I can tell you personally that it has already started. Thanks to Ken Pfeifer MUFON NJ www.worldUFOphotos.org
Alcubierre Space Drive
The Alcubierre drive or Alcubierre metric (referring to metric tensor) is a speculative idea based on a solution of Einstein’s field equations in general relativity as proposed by theoretical physicist Miguel Alcubierre, by which a spacecraft could achieve faster-than-light travel if a configurable energy-density field lower than that of vacuum (i.e. negative mass) could be created. Rather than exceeding the speed of light within its local frame of reference, a spacecraft would traverse distances by contracting space in front of it and expanding space behind it, resulting in effective faster-than-light travel.
Objects cannot accelerate to the speed of light within normal space time; instead, the Alcubierre drive shifts space around an object so that the object would arrive at its destination faster than light would in normal space.[1] Although the metric proposed by Alcubierre is mathematically valid in that it is consistent with the Einstein field equations, it may not be physically meaningful or indicate that such a drive could be constructed. The proposed mechanism of the Alcubierre drive implies a negative energy density and therefore requires exotic matter, so if exotic matter with the correct properties does not exist then it could not be constructed. However, at the close of his original paper[2] Alcubierre argued (following an argument developed by physicists analyzing traversable wormholes[3][4]) that the Casimir vacuum between parallel plates could fulfill the negative-energy requirement for the Alcubierre drive.
The space-time bubble created by negative energy puts the craft in a different space-time and could allow the craft to pass through solid obstacles like we see UFOs pass through mountains. Another possible issue is that although the Alcubierre metric is consistent with general relativity, general relativity does not incorporate quantum mechanics, and some physicists have presented arguments to suggest that a theory of quantum gravity, which incorporates both theories, would eliminate those solutions in general relativity that allow for backwards time travel which the Alcubierre drive is one. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcubierre_drive
The Clouds and Fire of the Bible and UFOs
The Unger Bible Dictionary is often considered the finest dictionary for ‘defining Bible and clarifying unfamiliar names, places and objects. Merrell F. Unger Th.D., PH.D., wrote, “The Bible and Torah are filled with references to clouds, angels, pillars of clouds, pillars of fire, and chariots of fire. The allusions to clouds in Scripture, as well as their use in symbolical language, can only be understood when we remember the climate, where there is hardly a trace of cloud from May to the end of September. Clouds are referred to as showing the power and wisdom of God in their formation. They are used to signify God’s presence.” Birds were virtually the only objects in the sky; therefore anything that was not a bird was a cloud. It is my personal feeling that cloud is another name for UFOs.
Symbol of God’s fury and anger are whirlwinds, chariots of fire, wheels in rotation, so that a flame starting at any point is quickly communicated to the whole. For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
Note: It appears there are many references to objects in the Bible that we describe today as UFOs.
In the Book of Kings in the Bible Prophet Elijah performed stupendous miracles through the power of God, but he was human just like us. Jezebel the wife of Ahab, the king of Northern Israel incited her husband King Ahab to abandon the worship of God and encouraged the worship of the deities Baal and Asherah instead. Jezebel sent men to destroy the prophets of God including Elijah. “King Ahab sent out a captain of fifty men with his fifty men to kill Elijah. And he went up to him: and, behold, he was sitting on the top of the hill. And he spake unto him, O man of God, the king hath said, Come down. And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, if I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty. The king sent another fifty to kill Elijah. Behold, there came fire down from heaven, and consumed the two former captains of fifty with their fifties.” 2 Kings 1-9

It is being republished by New Page Books and is now available for pre-order through Amazon.
Something extraordinary happened to Betty Andreasson. Maybe she encountered non-human visitors or maybe something even more strange. Whatever the origin of her experience, her immensely powerful story awed me. Its rich and provocative imagery will remain with me forever.”

Dracula UFO Painting
Check out this amazing discovery of a UFO in a painting over the house of Dracula. This UFO does explain a lot. What if the stories of Dracula drinking blood to stay alive are true? Dracula may have been an alien? I have heard that there are a few alien species that feed off of humans. Every story has a grain of truth…especially if it stands the test of time. About 150 Iraqi Kurdish fighters known as Peshmerga using long-range artillery joined the battle for the besieged Syrian border town of Kobani on October 31, 2014. Forces of the Islamic State, (IS) formally called ISIS are attacking Kobani. The peshmerga joined the battle and made a big difference with their artillery said Ibrahim Kurdu, a senior Kurdish official.
“We didn’t have artillery we were using mortars and other locally made weapons. So this is a good thing.”
Capitalizing on air strikes, the Kurdish fighters made some progress against the militants on the hill of Tel Shair that overlooks the town.
“Kurds have repelled counter attacks by Islamic State militants, days after Iraqi Kurdish fighters joined the battle, a senior official said. The arrival of armed with heavy weapons, helped halt the advance of Islamic State fighters,” said Ibrahim Kurdu, a senior Kurdish official. About 3,000-4,000 jihadists — backed by tanks — are fighting in Kobani against about 1,500-2,000 members of the Kurds.
Both sides are sending in reinforcements and the fighting is fluid, with both sides making gains and then retreating. Fierce clashes in and around Kobani have killed about 100 IS fighters in the past three days, according to the Britain-based monitoring group.
The Observatory said 958 people had been killed since IS launched an assault on Kobani in mid-September — 576 IS jihadists, 361 Kurdish fighters and 21 civilians. IS appeared to be making advances in at least one spot around the town, reportedly raising their flag on a building after clashes in the eastern part of Kobani. So far, the peshmerga are only playing a support role, using their heavy weapons and mortars to provide cover to the Kurdish YPG militiamen.
The US and other countries are conducting air strikes against the IS fighters shown here.
Canada’s first airstrikes against Islamic State jihadists in Iraq destroyed heavy engineering equipment used to build up group’s defenses and divert water from the Euphrates River, an official said Tuesday. By flooding specific areas, IS forced civilians and Iraqi troops to use “specific roads where they had placed improvised explosive devices or IEDs,” he explained.
Essentially we are involved in a religious war, that Muslims freely describe as Jihad their religious duty to conduct a Holy War against all non believers in Allah.
I’m haunted by thoughts of a mushroom cloud rising over an American or Western European city. I feel it is possible that a Muslim Terrorist group will attempt to attack the US with nuclear weapons. A successful attack is more likely than the public realizes. Our borders are essentially open to any well organized terrorist group. North Korea, former Russian nations, Iran, Pakistan would likely sell a nuclear weapon to anyone with a few million dollars.
They attacked us on 9/11 for a variety of reasons, but their main understanding and knowledge of the US is obtained by looking at our movies, and our moral decadence that is an affront to Islam. Probably more than any other factor is that we allow women to go to school, become educated, to drive cars and even work. Additionally, American women are not covered in veils and nudity can be seen. Our beliefs and respect of woman are alien to them. Do not fool yourself, if our forces are defeated in Iraq, the jihad will quickly spread to other nations around the world.
Islamic State militants executed at least 220 Iraqis in retaliation against a tribe’s opposition to their takeover of territory west of Baghdad, security sources and witnesses said. Two mass graves were discovered containing some of the 300 members of the tribe. The Islamic State speaks for no religion. Their victims are overwhelmingly Muslim, and no faith teaches people to massacre innocents,” Mr. Obama said. “No just God would stand for what they did yesterday, and for what they do every single day. Islamic State has no ideology of any value to human beings.” Thanks to Jihad Watch Daily Digest
Steven Levy CBS Sunday Morning Commentary
Steven Levy writes, “My confession: I don’t like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don’t think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from, that America is an explicitly atheist country. I can’t find it in the Constitution and I don’t like it being shoved down my throat…
Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren’t allowed to worship God as we understand Him? I guess that’s a sign that I’m getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.
This is not intended to be a joke; it’s not funny, it’s intended to get you thinking.
In light of recent events… terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray O’Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didn’t want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school… The Bible says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.
Then Dr. Steven Benjamin Spock said we shouldn’t spank our children when they misbehave, because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock’s son committed suicide). We said an expert should know what he’s talking about.. And we said okay.
Now we’re asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don’t know right from wrong, and why it doesn’t bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves. Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with ‘WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.’
Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world’s going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send ‘jokes’ through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.
Are you laughing yet? Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you’re not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it. Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us. Pass it on if you think it has merit. If not, then just discard it… no one will know you did. But, if you discard this thought process, don’t sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is in. Thanks to Dick Anderson

UFO Sightings in the United States
Arizona Triangle
Avondale— My friend and I were traveling east on I-10 towards Phoenix when we noticed three objects to the south of us on October 10, 2014. They were white lights and moving around oddly. Then two of the objects went underneath the third object and the one object engulfed the other two.
The shape then changed to a boomerang and there was a red glow to it as it just hovered there. We then had to go north and lost light of the object. The whole process took about three minutes. Thanks to MUFON CMS
California Disc
Highland– I was off-roading with a friend and coming down some of the dirt roads from Big Bear to the 330 on October 11, 2014. We stopped in a few locations to take scenic photos. A few weeks later while editing I noticed an object in the sky. I am knowledgeable in civilian and military aviation and feel that if we had a conventional aircraft flying this close to us we would have not only heard it but noticed it visually. Neither of us saw anything even close to this for the entire day.
Under magnification the object does not look to be organic, and doesn’t fit the profile of any type of civilian or military aircraft. The photo was taken with a Canon Rebel SL1, at 18mm / 1/160th / f11 / ISO 100. Because the shutter speed was 1/160th and there is not much motion blur this leads me to believe the object was not moving very fast when photographed. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Florida Disc
Naples– Over the weekend my parents were out on a ranch about noon on October 26, 2014. My mom told my dad she wanted take a picture of him actually doing some man type work so she took a few burst photos of my dad. At the moment they didn’t hear any noise at all. Later when my dad reviewed the burst photos to pick the best one, he saw an unidentified object on just ONE of the frames taken at one frame per second. No one saw the object either.
Note: The above object IS NOT a model airplane. Models make a lot of noise and no one heard anything. I also don’t think that it is a drone. What the heck it could really be a UFO? Analysis does not suggest that the photo was hoaxed. Thanks to William Puckett, Director http://www.UFOsnw.com
Illinois Cylinder
Chicago — I was driving home from a pumpkin farm with my husband and two boys’ ages 2 and 9 on October 25, 2014, at 5:49 PM. My 9 year old told me to look at the sky and asked, “What was that darting all over?’.
There were 5 bright long lights. They were in a way that didn’t look like normal flight patterns. I grabbed my phone and tried getting pictures. I got two in one shot, and then I zoomed in. I don’t know what we saw.
Thanks to William Puckett, Director http://www.UFOsnw.com

Pendleton County— Glenn Pennington here with a couple pictures for you on November 1, 2014.
Still having nightly sightings here. Thanks to Glenn Pennington
Louisiana Object
Metairie — I took many flash photos of the Luna eclipse on October 8, 2014, but the UFO object only appears in one photo. It was only an instantaneous event that I did not see with my naked eyes but was only capture on one frame of my photos.
The incident occurred at distant night and I cannot say I saw the object it only appears in the photograph that I had taken. There were no sounds or any visible effects on the atmosphere, land or anything else that I could see, smell or sense.

Maryland Orb
Pikesville– On a shopping trip on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at 5 PM, I stopped for a red light and noticed some beautiful fall trees, so I took several photos with an iPhone. While looking at the trees in front of us, our conversation with the driver was about the number of wires that would detract from the photograph. We were wondering if they could be photo shopped out, but I remarked that there were far too many and decided to take photos of other trees farther to the left. When looking at the photos I saw a LARGE object in the image between two trees that I didn’t see. Neither one of us saw or heard anything? It doesn’t look like a bird, or plane. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Massachusetts V
Haverhill – I was taking the trash out after dinner. I looked up to gaze at the stars, and saw 30 fast-moving objects at a high altitude, in a perfect V formation flying southeast. I only saw them when they moved in front of the moon, revealing the formation. This happened at about 6:50 PM. I lost sight of them when they left the direct light of the moon. At first, I thought it was geese, but these objects were moving too fast and too high to be geese. I would say that they were either at 20,000 feet or higher. If my UFO’s and the shuttle were the same size, that would put the V formation well into space. Thanks to MUFON CMS
New Jersey Lights and Disc
Camp Evans— Driving home, west on Route 33, my family and I saw four faintly lit rotating white orbs. They were hovering over Shark River. There were no lights reflecting from the ground. We pulled left off 33 to try and drive towards them, near hospital, but they stopped. This is 4th time I have seen lights like this. I was upset the lights stopped. Thanks to MUFON CMS

It was hovering with the with the sun shining and flashing off the metal. Sky blue clear but very high clouds and seemed to go behind cloud and went upward and then poof it was gone very quickly. North Carolina Brown Mountain Lights
Don Cooper is a retired Presbyterian pastor who has been observing mysterious Brown Mountain Lights (BMLs) since 2005. After observing and documenting the BMLs on more than 60 occasions, he’s become a bit of an expert on the phenomena.
“On the night of October 20, 2014, I took seven people to view the lights from Wiseman’s View near Linville Falls,” he told us. “Almost immediately, we witnessed an enormous white light that disappeared and reappeared several times over the left tip of Hawksbill Mountain. Later it slightly zigzagged in the sky and turned colors – green, yellow, red and blue.
Note: The Cherokee Indians were familiar with these lights as far back as the year 1200. According to Indian legend, a great battle was fought that year between the Cherokee and Catawba Indians near Brown Mountain. The Cherokees believed that the lights were the spirits of Indian maidens who went on searching through the centuries for their husbands. The lights may be the result underground stresses or electrical properties of certain rocks in specific settings called Earth Lights. By Mary Joyce
Ohio Craft
Dayton — Robert Morningstar reports this craft and similar ones have been photographed over North Dayton on October 24, 2014.
Palm – A flying object was caught on my deer camera on November 4, 2014. It had spooked all the deer away and then appeared.

Virginia Cylinder
I took this photo on Thursday, October 30, 2014. I thought maybe it was a bird or something. Now after seeing this video, I am not so sure since there are no weapons. What do you think? The first photo is what the camera saw and is its actual size. The photo is blown up a bit. Love and light, Dan
West Virginia Lights
New Milton – I had gotten out of the hot tub to take pictures of the Virgo full moon late the night of September 8, 2014 when object appeared from the west/south west. It was brighter than the moon and appeared larger by half, than the moon. I managed to catch one photo. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Worldwide UFO Sightings
Australia Triangle and Cloud
I was sitting in the yard on September 25, 2014, observing the sky as there has been a few strange events occurring over the last few months that we have witnessed, but this is the first that we got photographs. This is the third time we saw it and there’s been a couple of different ones since then. My family members had joined us nightly hoping they could witness the objects also. At around 10.30 pm the object appeared from the SE and is noticeably brighter than the stars and maneuvers and travels at various speeds. When looking through binoculars it looks spherical like and emits many different colors and appears to spin and turn.
The object was olive/silver and would just fade out altogether and then reappear. We watched it for two hours through binoculars. My niece, nephew and our three children were very excited and were giving us a commentary every time they got the binoculars.
We all attempted to take video footage with our phones, however they didn’t take very good pictures at all let alone footage. My daughter got her Olympus Tough model tg-820 and stabilized it on my car roof and other surfaces during the event and took multiple amazing photos of this object. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Melbourne to Victoria – These UFOs hidden in the clouds of Australia were seen and photographed this week all across the country on November 3, 2014. Their outline in the cloud is proof of this. The news claims these holes in the clouds are a natural phenomenon…which is incorrect. If they had done their UFO research they would know about the 1957 Ft Belvoir case where a US solider saw a metal ring in the sky over his base and he took photos of it. However while he took photos, the UFO created a white smoke cloud around it until it was 100% hidden from view. Also the 2006 O’Hare Airport UFO, where hundreds of people saw a hovering grey disk that flew up though a overhead cloud leaving a perfect round hole in it! Canada Lights
London, Ontario– On October 31st, 2014, about 5 pm, a black, silver and white object at the corner of Pond Mills and Commissioners Road was seen. It was the size of a hot air balloon. It was an inverted triangle with a silvery long front end. It was not seem moving with the wind. Ask was overcast and windy. It spun around slowly reviewing an odd shape like an inverted pyramid. The front was silver like a jet plane. I noticed it while driving west on Commissioners Road and seeing two people on the side of the road pointing up at it. So others did see it. I thought was it was large and holding a steady position. It spun around on its axis horizontally and was gone within minutes.
Kilmarnock, Ontario— At dusk Friday, October 24, 2014, two UFO’s were sighted just a few miles above the tree line flying in a southeasterly direction. One craft had a rotating orange light and the other just one solid orange light. Thanks to Heather Ufoinfo.com
Germany Turbine
Jockgrim – My friend and I went out onto the balcony and spotted an object flying higher than a plane that flew completely different. It looked like two turbines without wings. The turbines at the rear end shone in blue / green. From the size and shape it looked like a “Podracer” from “Star Wars”, only that the turbines are located next to the “cabin”. After about 40 seconds the lights were gone but you could still see the “turbines” for another 10 minutes as they flew away. We had Internet problems with the router for the past two weeks and a reboot of the router solved the problem. Thanks to MUFON CMS
India Lights
Kochi– India Today News states: On October 16, 2014, the photo and videos were spotted in separate reports that seem related. These glowing UFOs were seen last week in India and several videos are just now being posted on the net. These videos show a beautiful glowing UFO traveling fast across the sky.
“The UFO-like lights were spotted in the sky by a group of people when it was raining. While the veracity of this claim is open to question, the photo of this alleged UFO was captured by one of them and circulated on the WhatsApp. If witnesses are to be believed, the nail-shaped UFO hovered in the sky for sometime before vanishing under the cover of rain and passing clouds.” See the photo and judge for yourself. http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/is-this-an-ufo-in-the-sky-above-kochi/1/398137.html
Bangalore– I am a Doctor working in a Government Hospital in India. On 1st November 2014, my father drove me home on his bike from duty at the Hospital. After attending the patient, we headed home. My father was driving west on Cord Road and I observed three intense bright golden/amber colored lights about 10.45 PM. The object was somewhat triangular in shape and had a dark/black surface.
They were moving very slowly in a horizontal plane and had very intense oval shaped lights. Dad stopped and I started taking pictures. The surface was uneven/wrinkled and suddenly the lights shot up into the sky one at a time and disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Mexico Object
Cabo San Lucas — We were on a cruise with Hurricane Simon about 250 miles away from our cruise ship and took pictures of the sun while we were in the clouds. After we passed through the clouds I took this picture of the sunset. I didn’t really notice anything until we got home and saw this object in the water. I just find what I see peculiar. You tell me if you can see something as well. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Netherlands Bright orange ball
Amsterdam — There was a bright orange ball lingering in the sky on October 5, 2014. The sky was slightly misty at that moment. The orange ball eventually faded away gradually. I tried to film it with my camera on the cell phone but it was not showing on it. I imagine the light was not bright enough and also, due to the strong street lamp next to where I was trying to film it. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.UFOCenter.com
UK/England Flying Man
Newton Abbot Devon — I just finished reading a news story of aviation experts being stumped by a f. Click here to read the news article (published by the-mind-unleashed) I managed to capture a photo of this flying man back on the 7th of September 2014 at 4:15 PM. I can confirm that this was no balloon. I can also confirm that this man had no jetpack or visible wings. I looked through my binoculars and I can tell you this man had a cape and no visible means of flight.
I cannot explain this. I have had many flying humanoid sightings and my first sighting was of a Mothman Back in the summer of 1993. The Mothman I witnessed was wearing black boots with downward facing triangles on them and it had bat like wings and no visible signs of a head. I could hear a whooshing sound of the wings. After this sighting I have been encountering UFOs and other strange phenomenon on a daily basis of things that should not exist. Thanks to William Puckett, Director http://www.UFOsnw.com

Have been digging through the giant DVD you sent recently. As a relatively recent joiner, I was unaware of the years’ worth of consistent reports of the same types of objects all over. This has been very educational. Just wanted to thank you for all you’ve done. Bruce W. Freeman Attorney at Law
