Een kinderboekenschrijver claimt bij Area 51 te zijn ontvoerd door aliens. Mike Oram zegt samen met zijn vrouw Fran te zijn meegenomen toen hij de mysterieuze basis in Nevada bezocht. Dat meldt de Britse Daily Express.
“Ik heb al van kleins af aan contact,” zei Oram tijdens een bijeenkomst in de Engelse stad Warminster. De schrijver zegt een ‘ruimtebroeder’ te hebben, een alien die als een soort beschermengel over hem waakt. Oram zei verder dat hij met zijn vrouw ooit een reusachtig ‘moederschip’ heeft gezien in de buurt van Londen.
De ontvoering zou in 2004 net buiten Area 51 hebben plaatsgevonden. Area 51 is een topgeheime legerbasis waar volgens velen bewijs voor buitenaards bezoek wordt bewaard. Het begon volgens Oram allemaal toen hij buiten de basis foto’s aan het maken was.
Poort naar een andere dimensie
Vervolgens zou het stel zijn gevolgd door een pick-up die op mysterieuze wijze in de woestijn verdween. Ineens was het twee uur later en Oram kon zich niet herinneren wat er was gebeurd. Onder hypnose wist hij later te vertellen dat hij door wezens in uniform was meegenomen door een ‘poort’ naar een andere dimensie, waar op hem werd geëxperimenteerd.
Hij zou daarop zijn gered door zijn ruimtebroeder. “Ze hebben ons gered in Area 51. Het was zo erg dat Fran zei dat ze nooit weer naar Amerika wilde gaan,” vertelde Oram het publiek.
Energieën uit het centrum van ons sterrenstelsel
“Het was de enige keer dat ik werd ontvoerd door kwaadaardige wezens,” zei hij, toevoegende dat het meeste contact dat hij heeft met vredelievende aliens is. Hij claimt al vaak vreemde lichten en UFO’s te hebben gezien die op fakkels of zaklampen reageren.
De wezens zouden hem onder meer hebben verteld dat de aarde wordt genaderd door energieën uit het centrum van ons sterrenstelsel, die ons de mogelijkheid geven om naar een hogere dimensie of hogere frequentie te gaan. Oram zei dat vredelievende aliens hem hadden verteld dat er twee soorten vijandige aliens zijn die chaos willen veroorzaken op aarde. Sceptici claimen dat er geen enkel bewijs is voor buitenaardse ontvoeringen.

In de toekomst kunnen mensen worden geteleporteerd. Dat stelt professor Michio Kaku van de City University in New York. De technologie om een levend persoon naar een ander deel van de aarde of zelfs naar de ruimte te teleporteren zal volgens hem binnen enkele decennia beschikbaar zijn.
Kaku, die vanwege zijn futuristische ideeën ook wel meneer parallel universum wordt genoemd, zei: “Veel dingen die je in Star Trek ziet zijn mogelijk. We lachten vaak om one-liners als ‘Beam me up, Scotty’. We lachten vaak als iemand begon over teleportatie en onzichtbaarheid, maar we lachen nu niet meer omdat we beseffen dat we ernaast zaten.”
“Kwantumteleportatie bestaat al,” ging hij verder. “We gingen met een cameraploeg naar de Universiteit van Maryland en filmden hoe een atoom werd geteleporteerd. Het atoom ging in een oogwenk van de ene naar de andere kamer. Op atomair niveau gebeurt het dus al. We noemen dat kwantumverstrengeling.”
Kaku verwacht dat we binnen nu en 10 jaar het eerste molecuul zullen teleporteren. Hij voegde toe dat licht ook al geteleporteerd is. “De BBC vloog ons naar Wenen, waar we licht over een afstand van 500 meter over de Donau teleporteerden,” zei hij.
De volgende stap is volgens hem het teleporteren van fotonen naar de maan, waar we naar verwachting in 2020 weer zullen landen. Hij denkt dat we na verloop van tijd ook grotere objecten en zelfs levende wezens zoals dieren en mensen kunnen teleporteren.
Mainstream wetenschappers zijn niet overtuigd van Kaku’s claims. Het menselijk lichaam bestaat uit biljoenen atomen, die allemaal moeten worden geteleporteerd. Studenten van de Universiteit van Leicester berekenden dat het biljarden jaren zou duren om iemand te teleporteren.
In 1998 slaagden natuurkundigen van het California Institute of Technology er voor het eerst in om een foton te teleporteren.

We schrijven regelmatig over de vreemde wolken die de laatste jaren boven onze hoofden verschijnen.
Ze zien er vreemd uit en vaak komen ze voor in een verder wolkenloze hemel en soms zelfs met weerlicht wat je heen en weer ziet flitsen, maar wat toch geen onweerswolk is.
Wolken die er dan vaak uitzien als een soort vliegende schotels en die ook soms afwijkende kleuren vertonen.
Al die ingrediënten tezamen zie je in de volgende wolk die werd vastgelegd op 31 augustus 2015 boven de Amerikaanse stad Phoenix in de staat Arizona.
De maker van de video vindt het een wat men noemt prachtig Kodakmomentje en zoekt er verder niets achter.
Ufoloog Scott Waring en ook wij denken dat we hier te maken met één van die inmiddels beroemde UFO-wolken. Een enorme oranje kleurige UFO die de witte wolk beneden gebruikt als dekking.
Wanneer je de onderstaande video bekijkt dan zie je rond de 45 seconden links onder op het scherm een klein donker object de wolk verlaten.
Dit zou een klein vliegtuig kunnen zijn omdat wanneer je goed kijkt naar de volgende video je een soort “strobe lights” kunt zien. Echter, de vorm lijkt niet op een vliegtuig en dus voor hetzelfde geld is het een UFO die de wolk verlaat zoals we in de praktijk dikwijls zien.

According to eyewitness testimony (MUFON Case No. 70031), "On August 28 at the time I took the picture, I was on a foot tour around Washington DC detailing the events of the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
We came to the a street corner, I don't remember the exact street, and I saw a good photo opportunity with the Capitol Building, the moon, and a clock tower all in the background of the photo.

I took three photos, and my parents took a few more as well. However, only one of those photos contained lights. At the time that I took the picture, I didn't even notice it, and just continued on with the tour.
On the car ride back from the tour, I was looking through my photos and noticed these 5 lights in a V-formation above the Capitol building.
I had no idea what they were, I can't think of anything that would cause a light pattern like that besides maybe military planes?
Because I didn't even notice them in the first place, I was only able to go off of the picture, and I have no information on the objects' motions or actions."
Its not the first time UFOs were sighted over Capitol Building In Washington D.C.
At 11:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 1952, Edward Nugent, an air traffic controller at Washington National Airport (today Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport), spotted seven objects on his radar. The objects were located 15 miles (24 km) south-southwest of the city; no known aircraft were in the area and the objects were not following any established flight paths. Nugent's superior, Harry Barnes, a senior air-traffic controller at the airport, watched the objects on Nugent's radarscope.
He later wrote:
We knew immediately that a very strange situation existed . . . their movements were completely radical compared to those of ordinary aircraft.
Barnes had two controllers check Nugent's radar; they found that it was working normally. Barnes then called National Airport's other radar center; the controller there, Howard Cocklin, told Barnes that he also had the objects on his radarscope. Furthermore, Cocklin said that by looking out of the control tower window he could see one of the objects, "a bright orange light. I can't tell what's behind it."
At this point, other objects appeared in all sectors of the radarscope; when they moved over the White House and the United States Capitol, Barnes called Andrews Air Force Base, located 10 miles from National Airport. Although Andrews reported that they had no unusual objects on their radar, an airman soon called the base's control tower to report the sighting of a strange object. Airman William Brady, who was in the tower, then saw an "object which appeared to be like an orange ball of fire, trailing a tail . . . [it was] unlike anything I had ever seen before." As Brady tried to alert the other personnel in the tower, the strange object "took off at an unbelievable speed." Meanwhile, another person in the National Airport control tower reported seeing "an orange disk about 3,000 feet altitude." On one of the airport's runways, S.C. Pierman, a Capital Airlines pilot, was waiting in the cockpit of his DC-4 for permission to take off. After spotting what he believed to be a meteor, he was told that the control tower's radar had picked up unknown objects closing in on his position. Pierman observed six objects — "white, tailless, fast-moving lights" — over a 14-minute period. Pierman was in radio contact with Barnes during his sighting, and Barnes later related that "each sighting coincided with a pip we could see near his plane. When he reported that the light streaked off at a high speed, it disappeared on our scope."

At Andrews Air Force Base, meanwhile, the control tower personnel were tracking on radar what some thought to be unknown objects, but others suspected, and in one instance were able to prove, were simply stars and meteors. However, Staff Sgt. Charles Davenport observed an orange-red light to the south; the light "would appear to stand still, then make an abrupt change in direction and altitude . . . this happened several times." At one point both radar centers at National Airport and the radar at Andrews Air Force Base were tracking an object hovering over a radio beacon. The object vanished in all three radar centers at the same time. At 3 a.m., shortly before two United States Air Force F-94 Starfire jet fighters from New Castle Air Force Base in Delaware arrived over Washington, all of the objects vanished from the radar at National Airport. However, when the jets ran low on fuel and left, the objects returned, which convinced Barnes that "the UFOs were monitoring radio traffic and behaving accordingly." The objects were last detected by radar at 5:30 a.m. Around sunrise, E.W. Chambers, a civilian radio engineer in Washington's suburbs, observed "five huge disks circling in a loose formation. They tilted upward and left on a steep ascent."

I believe the UFOs are tiny drones that scan the current tech that flies and also records things on the ground. Every time there's a plane nearby, they have to shoot past. Scanning the plane must take just a second or less, because they are traveling at unbelievable speeds and never stop. Scott C. After over 60 years of silence, a Nevada family who owns a mining camp overlooking the secret Area 51 base is finally speaking out. The story may be one of the last great untold ones of the Cold War. It is about of the outcomes when the collision among family, history and national security happens. A family is about to lose the land they have owned in Nevada since the administration of President Ulysses Grant.
Most people today have already heard about the secret base that has been hidden in the Nevada desert called Area 51.
But what most people may still don’t know is the existence of a privately owned lead and silver mine overlooking the secluded facility. Groom Mine co-owner Joe Sheahan said that they were raised there from their great-great-grandfather to their fathers.
Sheahan family has held the Groom Mine for 130 years. Since the mid 50’s when the military testing started, the family has had one of the most heavily guarded secrets in their backyard. The only talked about it recently, though.
Dan Sheahan, Groom Mine co-owner, said they initially did not want to go public about it, but the Air Force forced them to do so. Dan and family want the Air Force know what they have done over the last 60 years to them. Dan said that there were bullets fired on their property and cases dropped on the ground.
According to the Sheahans, their buildings have been bombed and strafed by military jets over the past six decades. The family think it was dropped wing tank or errant bomb that blew up their mill in the 1950’s, which resulted the end of production at the mine.
Ben Sheahan said that his grandfather Dan and grandmother Martha were destroyed at the hands of the American government.
Another Groom Mine co-owner Barbara Sheahan-Manning said they went to the poorhouse fighting their case of the mill that was damaged by the Air Force. Barbara added that they have evidence to prove the Air Force is the culprit. She stated that their grandparents ran out of money in fighting the government.
Dan Sheahan further revealed that the government warned them about condemnation from the government, and they’re going to lose money if they try to buy or operate the place. Moreover, the government has driven away prospective business partners, Dan said.
The government in recent decades has cleared large pieces of land around Area 51 and posted strong warning against preying eyes to the base.
Sheahan-Manning said that they had been searched illegally and threatened to be arrested on a trip of trying to get their privately owned land.
Now, the family felt an additional insult after the Air Force forced them to accept a $5.2 million payment for the 400 acres of land in their possession or the property be condemned and taken by means of eminent domain.

ALIEN spacecraft have interfered with nuclear weapon installations in Britain and America during more than 60 years of visits to Earth, top military officers claimed yesterday.

At one base where a craft was seen, it is claimed that nuclear missiles were mysteriously put into launch mode until they were over-ridden by frantic commanders.
The former officers have demanded full government disclosure about the top-secret reports.
At a dramatic conference in Washington yesterday, they revealed how they had witnessed high-velocity, disc-shaped aircraft hovering over nuclear weapons bases and in some cases shutting down or activating missiles.
They claim that a number of incidents in Britain and the US dating from 1948 to as recently as 2007 have been covered up by the armed forces and lied about by the authorities – and should now be disclosed.
One retired US colonel said he had been a “UFO-sceptic” until he saw an alien craft descend near the former nuclear base at RAF Bentwaters in Suffolk, where he had been stationed.
“I was called upon to investigate a very strange occurrence in the woods near the base that was disturbing the security police,” said Colonel Charles Halt. “They had seen a triangular craft sitting on three legs then rapidly manoeuvring through the trees. It quickly and silently vanished at high speed.” A few weeks later, told that the lights were back, he went back into the forest with a two policeman, a camera and a cassette recorder.
At the site he saw “indentations of around six to eight feet wide” and increased levels of radiation as well as broken branches on the trees.
The incident is said to have occurred in late 1980 when Bentwaters was the largest depot in Europe for storing tactical nuclear missiles designed to be fitted to bomber aircraft, and Colonel Halt was the deputy commander.
He said: “Milling around, one of the individuals saw a bright glowing object like an eye. It would appear to be winking and was shedding molten metal and silently moving through the trees and at one point it actually approached us.
“I observed a bright orange light blinking, which, when approached, broke into five white objects.”
Col Halt and his men then saw several strange craft in the sky.
“They were brightly coloured changing from elliptical to round as if they were moving at very high speed,” he said, and one of the objects then “sent down a light, like a laser beam, at our feet”.
He added: “Was this a warning? An attempt to communicate? A weapon?
“I have no idea what we saw but it was under intelligent control. My theory is that it was from another dimension or extra-terrestrial.” Col Halt and five other retired senior US air force officers presented their claims at the event they organised in Washington yesterday.
They displayed hundreds of formerly classified documents detailing the incidents.
Col Halt believes that several similar incidents occurred in England about the time of the Bentwaters sighting, but that the Ministry of Defence has refused to discuss the issue. “I believe that the security services of the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted – both then and now – to subvert the significance of what occurred at RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practised methods of disinformation,” Col Halt said.
Former US Air Force Captain Robert Salas was on duty at a nuclear base in Montana in 1967 and claims he witnessed a UFO hover over the weapons store and by some invisible means caused 10 nuclear weapons to shut down temporarily. He said: “The missiles shut down –10 Minuteman missiles.
“There’s a strong interest in our missiles by these objects, wherever they come from. I personally think they’re not from planet Earth.”
Col Halt and the six other military witnesses yesterday said they believe hundreds of incidents occurred at the height of the Cold War. UFO researcher Robert Hastings said: “These are upstanding, dry, former military chiefs who were trusted with our nuclear security.”
Mr Hastings added that the more common explanations – that the sightings were secret tests of high-performance aircraft by the US and British military, Russian spy craft or simply absurd imaginings – did not hold up after research.
None of the military witnesses speaking yesterday had seen alien beings, just the unidentified craft themselves.

Now to me it looks like a blimp, but it seems to extend itself and retract. I reckon this could be because of some film trickery, or more mundanely, camera angle. I have absolutely no idea what is said in the video, if anyone here can translate please do.

VIDEO: Family That Owns Property Overlooking Area 51 Speak Out
A Nevada family that has owned a mining camp overlooking the top-secret Area 51 is speaking out for the first time in history. Their story is riveting, and now the Air Force is threatening them.
The Sheahan family spoke exclusively with the I-Team’s Glen Meek.
It may be one of the last great untold stories of the Cold War.
It’s a tale of what happens when family, history, and national security collide.
In what may be the final act of a Cold War drama playing out in the Nevada desert, a family is poised to lose land they have held in Nevada since Ulysses Grant was president.
Here is part of their story and what they say has been decades of abuse at the hands of their own government.
By now, most people have probably heard of the secret base — hidden in the Nevada desert — known as Area 51.
But, what you may not know is that there is a privately owned lead and silver mine overlooking the classified base.
“From our great-great-grandfather, to our grandfathers, to our fathers, they were raised there,” said Joe Sheahan, Groom Mine co-owner. “This was their home.”
The Groom Mine has been in the Sheahan family for 130 years. Since military testing started in the mid 50’s, the family has had one of the nation’s most closely guarded secrets literally in their backyard.
They have never spoken about it publicly — until now.
“First, we really didn’t want to come public, but the Air Force has forced us into it. We want ’em to know what they have done over the last 60 years to our family is not acceptable,” said Dan Sheahan, Groom Mine co-owner. “These were fired over our property. The bullets, the cases dropped on the ground right there and then.”
The Sheahans say their buildings have been strafed and bombed by military jets over the past six decades. They believe it was an errant bomb or dropped wing tank that blew up their mill in the 1950’s — ending production at the mine.
“My grandfather and my grandmother, Dan and Martha Sheahan, were destroyed at the hands of this government,” said Ben Sheahan.
“They went to the poorhouse trying to win their case of the mill that was destroyed by the Air Force. We have some evidence they absolutely were the culprits in that, and it was never addressed,” said Barbara Sheahan-Manning, Groom Mine co-owner. “They literally ran our grandparents out of money trying to fight them.”
“They have driven away prospective business partners and told them, ‘If you buy the place or try to operate, we are going to condemn it, and you’re going lose your money,'” Dan Sheahan said.
In recent decades, the government has withdrawn large tracts of land around Area 51 and posted sentries to keep preying eyes off the base.
“We’ve been illegally searched. I was threatened to be arrested on a trip when I was going out one time to get on our land, our own privately owned land,” Sheahan-Manning said.
“They held people at gunpoint. They withdrew 89,000 acres of land, surrounded our property and made us an island,” Joe Sheahan said.
“But six years before that, they placed a security shack on the road that our grandfather built for access to our own property and started requiring us to go through their checkpoints in order to gain access,” Sheahan-Manning said.
“Now, we’re not saying what they’re doing out there is unimportant and doesn’t need to be protected — we get it. We’ve been alongside these people since 1955,” said Joe Sheahan.
“The truth is you can get more of a view of what’s going on on that base through Google Earth and pictures that are out there all over the Internet,” Sheahan-Manning said.
“What we’re hoping is that our representatives say enough is enough. They need to step in, and they need to fix this,” said Ben Sheahan.
Now, in what the Sheahans consider the final insult in a litany of abuse, they are being given an ultimatum by the Air Force. They must accept a $5.2 million buyout for the 400 acres in their possession or face having the land condemned and taken through eminent domain.
“I mean, that’s really what we’re talking about,” said Joe Sheahan. “Is it okay to bomb your citizens, hold ’em at gunpoint and then — just to add insult to injury — just steal their property?”
The Sheahans say the Air Force offer doesn’t even cover the value of the minerals in the mine — let alone the family’s close connection to the land — where forbearers not only toiled — but died.
“Either give us our property, leave us alone, or pay us what you owe us,” Joe Sheahan added.
The Sheahans have until Sept. 10 to accept the Air Force offer.
“What the American people have got to realize is if they can do this to us, they can do it to each and every one of them,” Dan Sheahan said.
“So, isn’t it ironic that on September 11th, the United States government is going to finish the last act of what can only be described as a criminal act to take our property,” Joe Sheahan said. “On September 11th, I just find that ironic. Sad.”

UFOs and Halfhearted Media Coverage
A few nights ago I was interviewed on Richard Hoagland’s radio show and we spent a lot of time discussing one of my recent articles here at Mysterious Universe. It was the one on UFO Disclosure, the complete and utter naivety of those who support it, and my “seen it all before” comments. It was this article that led us into another, somewhat related, topic. Namely, how come the media – given its attention to breaking and/or understanding Watergate, Iran-Contra, the WMD situation, and the Edward Snowden affair – has never been able to blow the lid off the UFO secrecy and secure the disclosure so many seek and hope for?
The skeptics and debunkers would say – and they have said – that this glaring issue of the world’s leading journalists not having cracked something like Roswell, is because nothing of an extraordinary nature occurred back in the summer of 1947. That’s not true. And the outrageous thing is that those same skeptics and debunkers know exactlywhy the mainstream, influential press has not solved Roswell. They prefer, however, to spin and weave as they see fit.
The answer as to why the media hasn’t resolved something like Roswell is extremely simple and has nothing to do with a lack of potential data to be found. To put it bluntly, the media has never solved Roswell because it has never gone after Roswell (or any other major case of a UFO nature) in the same way, and on the same scale, that it has with the “Big Four” above: Snowden, Watergate, Iran-Contra, and the Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Yes, there’s no doubt that the media – of numerous nations – has extensively covered the UFO controversy, and has done so since 1947. The number of articles written by the press, since the 1940s, must surely be well into the thousands. Maybe tens of thousands. But, the typical type of UFO story that the media generally provides its readers/viewers with is not on a par with what one would expect to see on the four above. Some might say the subject is not worthy of such similar coverage. I would suggest otherwise.

There may be those reading this article who take the view that when it comes to UFOs, “the government is silencing the journalists.” Really? Well, “the government” didn’t stop the press from breaking one of the biggest stories of the 20th century: the Watergate affair, which led to the resignation of President Richard M. Nixon. Nor was the press stopped from revealing the fact that there is a massive NSA-controlled data-collection program focused on the online activity and phone calls of US citizens. The persistence of the press meant that the facts came out – even if there were those who wished it didn’t.
The very same might happen for Roswell – in theory. An aggressive, lengthy, and wide-reaching study of Roswell by one of the world’s leading news outlets could well do for Ufology what it did for the “Big Four.” That’s to say, extract the genie from the bottle. And regardless of whether the genie wants out or not. But the media hasn’t done that with UFOs and Roswell. And it won’t. Here’s why.
As I pointed out on the Hoagland show, being able to show people you are the person who broke something like the Watergate story, or the Snowden case (etc., etc.) is something that many journalists would give their right arm to achieve. Developing a reputation for being the journalist who chases after little green men has far less appeal for those who want to climb the journalistic ladder. But, if they would only develop a pair of balls, care less about reputations, and actually spend major time (and I do meanmajor time) on Roswell, they might just find – to their amazement – that there really is something there.
The S-4.
As another example: Bob Lazar. When, in the late 1980s, Lazar came forward with his claim to have briefly worked at a Nevada-based facility called S-4 (at which, he also claimed, recovered alien spacecraft were stored), it made many heads turn within Ufology. It also made George Knapp’s head turn. Knapp, to his lasting credit, and as a respected journalist, dug deeply into the Lazar controversy. But he was one of barely a handful.
If Lazar’s story is nothing but a hoax, then it’s of no consequence and we should move on. And, yes, some have done that. On the other hand, if the story is true, then Lazar is a whistle-blower on the scale of Edward Snowden. Maybe even a bigger scale. Can you imagine what the outcome might have been had the world’s media gone after Lazar in the late-1980s in the fashion they did with Snowden? Okay, maybe Lazar’s claims would have been shown to have no merit. On the other hand, it could have resulted in the startling revelation that Uncle Sam has a fine collection of shiny UFOs and a motley collection of dead, pickled aliens. No surprises: it didn’t happen.
Certainly, the media commented on Lazar’s claims on more than a few occasions. But, a new Woodward and Bernstein, with major media backing and funding, to pursue the Lazar story as far as it could conceivably go, and for months or even years? Nope, no such new team was anywhere in sight. It still isn’t. But it is/was when it comes to the likes of Watergate, Snowden and so on.
On the matter of UFOs, the mainstream media is very good about entertaining us, vaguely intriguing us, making slightly fun-poking comments about Ufology (granted, some of which are deserved; even I have to admit that much), and preparing a couple of columns of text to be placed at the foot of page five. On the other hand, however, that same media is downright hopeless, impotent, and lacking in vision when it comes to getting behind the UFO subject and to a degree that history just might be made in the process.

Legendary astronomer Patrick Moore saw a UFO being filmed while making a documentary during the 1960s - but the BBC edited out, it has been claimed.
The allegation was reportedly made by Alien researcher Matt Lyons during the 50th anniversary celebrations of the 'Warminster Thing' in 1965.
That year people living in the town began reporting a large number of strange noises and paranormal sightings.
Mr Lyons revealed a story from a the local reporter called Arthur Shuttlewood, who broke the original story about the bizarre sightings which made the town a mecca for UFO spotters.
Mr Shuttlewood spoke to Sir Patrick - a well known UFO-sceptic - on January 31 1969 when he spent the evening star gazing with his film crew, the Daily Express reports.

Mr Shuttleood wrote that Sir Patrick and his crew spotted something they couldn't explain and that some of their watches stopped when they arrived at the site.
He wrote: "Just after a satellite arced from north to south, the attention of a camera man was drawn to an orange glow that developed into an ellipsoidal craft flying low in the opposite direction to the satellite.
"It then flared into a glowing brilliance as it glided unerringly and silently towards the darkened copse saddling Cradle Hill."
He wrote that Sir Patrick said he would not call them "UFOs" but that they were nonetheless "simply fascinating and inexplicable light formations."
Mr Shuttlewood wrote: "There was no doubting the reality of his being wholly mystified and the producer later sent me a letter thanking me for giving them 'an unforgettable and wonderful experience'."
The reporter later claimed the final cut of the BBC documentary made by Sir Patrick had not shown his shock at what he saw or the actual footage.
A BBC Spokesperson said: "We have a lot of things in the BBC archive but no aliens or flying saucers."

September 03, 2015: Onlookers were confounded by a strange whisp of cloud in the early morning sky of Florida, left by the launch of an Atlas V rocket carrying a US Navy satellite.

For astonished onlookers it seemed like a UFO, an alien phenomenon lighting up the skies in Florida.
But though a massive teardrop-shaped light did come from a spacecraft, the explanation is far less exciting than the spectacle.
The stunning bubble was actually the trail of an Atlas V rocket being launched from Cape Canaveral about 6am yesterday local time.
If you look closely, you can see the rocket itself as a tiny speck at the front of the spectacle.
The smoke trail was illuminated by the rising sun, creating a brilliant sight above a nearby airport, where it was filmed by traveller David Lopez.
"What the f--- is that?" Lopez can be heard saying.
"That's crazy, bro."
The United Launch Alliance rocket was taking a Navy military satellite into space.

Duikers ontdekken Doggerland (St Andrews)
Tijdens de laatste ijstijd, toen de zeespiegel veel lager was, vormde Doggerland een brug tussen Groot-Brittannië en het vaste land van Europa. Nadat 20.000 jaar geleden de zeespiegel begon te stijgen liep het gebied langzaam onder water.
Nieuwe inzichten
Het laatste droogliggende stuk Doggerland veranderde tussen 10.000 jaar geleden en 8000 jaar geleden langzaam van een vruchtbaar jachtgebied in een drassig eiland. Het werd drie jaar geleden ontdekt door duikers die voor een oliebedrijf werkzaam waren. Later bleek dat het gebied in het Mesolithicum bewoond werd.
Onderzoeker dr. Simon Fitch zei: “Dit project geeft ons de kans om een onderwaterlandschap in Europa en het voormalige hart van de mesolithische periode te verkennen. De verzamelde gegevens zullen nieuwe inzichten geven in het leven van de mensen die toen leefden.”

De afgelopen week zijn er langs de kust van de Oostzee fascinerende opnames gemaakt van een cluster UFO’s.
Op zeker moment maken er een aantal zich los van de groep en lijken langzaam af te dalen de zee in.

Vorig jaar schreven wij onderstaand origineel artikel over een mogelijke buitenaardse basis in de Oostzee.
De aanleiding was een cluster UFO’s die als het ware wegzakt in de zee.
Nu zijn er wederom opnames gemaakt van enkele UFO’s boven de Oostzee die erg veel lijken op die van vorig jaar.
Ook hier lijkt meer dan duidelijk dat we hier te maken hebben met intelligent bestuurde objecten.
Een UFO-basis onder de Oostzee is natuurlijk helemaal niet zo’n vreemde gedachte want er is ook nog steeds sprake van een niet nader verklaard object op de bodem van de Oostzee.

De opnames die hierna volgen zijn gemaakt op 9 september 2014, ergens aan de Poolse Oostzeekust. De tijd is rond zes uur ’s avonds.
De opnames zijn echt en er zijn die avond meerdere getuigen op het strand.
In eerste instantie verschijnt er iets boven de zee dat lijkt op een grote bol zoals te zien op de volgende foto.
Korte tijd later lijkt deze bol als het ware uiteen te vallen in meerdere UFO’s.
Dan vervolgens maken zich een aantal UFO’s op een ordelijke manier los uit de groep en beginnen af te dalen en verdwijnen ogenschijnlijk in de zee.
Dat we hier te maken hebben met intelligent bestuurde objecten is duidelijk. Of ze buitenaards zijn weten we niet.
