Theorie Einstein eindelijk bewezen: de ruimte rilt - HLN.be

Iemand anders schreef: “Geweldige beelden.

Glowing UFO Over Winchester, Hampshire, UK On Jan 12, 2016, Video, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: January 12th 2016 Time of sighting: 03:30-03:35 Location of sighting: Southeast of Winchester, Hampshire, UK These glowing UFOs have been recorded around the globe year round. They are there during day (not glowing, but white) and glow like a star at night. They are most often diamond or crystal shaped. Sometimes having small orbs orbiting it every few seconds...which some older UFO reports that the tiny orbs are guidance systems...a type of security blanket for the UFO. I recorded a similar one over Taiwan a few years ago (click here), which was also seen over China just days earlier. Scott C. Waring www.ufosightingsdaily.com
Witness states: As is often my habit I was skywatching early on the morning of January 12th 2016 when I noticed among the sparsely laid out starfield a 'star' which seemed to be moving at very high altitude. I quickly checked my suspicions (as to actual movement over the illusion of movement due to atmospherics) with binoculars and then filmed two short sample footage sessions with my digital camera, wherein during the second session the object seemed to shoot out of sight. The object seemed to consist of a dull section which remained off to the left of the frame and the more brilliantly lit, and at times, haloed object which was from my point of view making small triangular course changes in the sky while I observed. I apologize for the low quality video, but after conversion and in order to make it available from the original high-format it was necessary to reduce the depth as to make it possible for sending to B.E.A.M.S. for inclusion in their archives, although I have the original video here unaltered.

Interesting UFO activity over Air Force Base in Homestead, Florida
Here’s one new footage of a bright unidentified flying object flying across the sky above Homestead in Florida. This was filmed on 10th February 2016.
Witness report:Swirls of light in the sky in early morning close to Air Force Base Leaving my home in the morning to work when I saw swirls of lights in the sky in a pack but scattered a bit from each others. Seemed like burning debree falling from the sky. But the flame looking objects stayed and swirled around and return to its original spot. There was more than 6 of them and then slowly faded away one by one. This was close to the Air Force Base in Homestead, Fl. This is the first time I see anything such as this
Over the last year, U. Mass Dartmouth physicist Gaurav Khanna and his colleagues have been using a high-powered platform of computers to simulate the interior of a rotating black hole.
Although moviegoers have been treated to a view of the interior maelstrom in the popular film Interstellar, scientists have actually never been able to simulate the inside of a black hole until now.
The good news is that, theoretically, using a black hole as a portal to other points in the universe could be possible.
“This has never been done before,” Khanna told me in an email, “although there has been lots of speculation for decades on what actually happens inside a black hole.”
The problem is challenging. Together with Lior M. Burko, professor at the School of Science and Technology, Georgia Gwinnett College, Lawrenceville, Georgia; and Anil Zenginoglu of the Center for Scientific Computation and Mathematical Modeling, University of Maryland; Khanna developed several new mathematical and computational techniques which they applied with the help of Khanna’s unique Sony Playstation based array of processors.
According to the U. Mass press release:
They used a linear model, which allows them to simulate the early portion of the inner horizon of an old black hole, very much like the black hole shown on Interstellar. For the first time it became possible to see how physical fields blow up on the approach to the singularity. The simulation shows that the singularity is weak, in the sense that while the gravitational tidal forces blow up, they do so fast enough that their interaction with physical objects is still bounded, such that the latter may arrive intact to the singularit
In essence, Khanna et al have shown that space travel, or more accurately spacetimetravel, via black hole could work. Their simulation is certainly consistent with any number of science fiction novels in which black holes are used as portals for the adventurous.
Computer models are, of course, limited by their nature. Khanna’s simulation captures some of the features of the physical system, the early phases of the singularity, but it is by no means a colete rendering.
More complex models need to be tried, he said. And one major challenge, for example, is how the features of the singularity would be modified by quantum gravity, a theory that is still yet to be fully worked out by physicists.
“I expect this to be a new additional area of focus for my research program over the next several years,” said Khanna.
Of course, this still leaves unsolved the problem of how to transport astronauts to the nearest useful black hole. But that’s a problem for engineers….
A powerful greenhouse effect can destroy a planet's chances of hosting life, a new study suggests.
Until proven otherwise, scientists on Earth assume water is necessary for life to arise on other planets. In the search for life outside the solar system, scientists focus on a "habitable zone" around other stars. Inside such a habitable zone, Earth-like planets are neither too hot nor too cold for liquid water to exist on the surface.
A planet that orbits too close to its sun may become parched because of the solar heat. But now, scientists think an extreme greenhouse effect can also push a planet into dry conditions — similar to what happened on Venus. [A Field Guide to Alien Planets]
The new research shows that warming due to carbon dioxide is as powerful as solar heat due to orbit when it comes to drying out a planet. The modeling study was published today (Feb. 9) in the journal Nature Communications.
"This is interesting because it tells you that you need to know more than just the position of a planet to know whether it might be habitable or not," said Max Popp, lead author of the study and a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology in Hamburg, Germany.
In the case of hot, hellish Venus, water that evaporated from the planet's surface built up high in the planet's atmosphere and eventually escaped into space. This is called a "moist greenhouse." Today, the atmosphere of Venus is almost entirely carbon dioxide. (Earth is able to keep its water because this planet's upper atmosphere is quite dry.)
To better understand the conditions that trigger such extremegreenhouse effects, Popp and his colleagues created a 3D model of an Earth-like planet that was entirely covered by water. This simulated water-world meant the scientists could ignore the complicated effects of continents and seasons.
The researchers discovered that once carbon dioxide levels in the model reached 1,520 parts per million, the planet's climate was unstable. The surface temperatures rapidly jumped to about 135 degrees Fahrenheit (57 degrees Celsius), creating a warm, moist greenhouse regime, the study reported. (The measurement means there are 1,520 molecules of carbon dioxide for every 1 million air molecules.)
"A planet like Earth will eventually change to a very warm climate, and it will occur relatively abruptly," Popp told Live Science.
The researchers think changes in large-scale cloud patterns drive the warm, moist greenhouse effect, Popp said. The location and thickness of cloud cover can change how much solar heat is trapped on a planet.
Although the findings suggest that greenhouse gases can be as lethal for a planet as orbiting too close to a sun, this process would occur at carbon dioxide levels significantly higher than those experienced on Earth today, the researchers said.
Popp said it's likely impossible for human activity to induce a similar moist greenhouse effect on Earth. To do so, human activity would have to raise the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere considerably, even more than if all the available fossil fuel reserves were burned, the researchers said.
"This is an idealized study designed to give a comparison between solar [heating] and carbon dioxide," Popp said. As such, Popp said a similar scenario wouldn't happen on Earth anytime soon.
NASA's 2017 Budget Request: Reactions from Space Industry Experts, Lawmakers
NASA's 2017 Budget Request: Reactions from Space Industry Experts, Lawmakers
By Sarah Lewin, Staff Writer
The proposed NASA budget for the 2017 fiscal year, $19 billion, has evoked mixed reactions from government officials and space organizations.
White House officials unveiled the Obama administration's 2017 budget proposal today (Feb. 9), and NASA's share came in $300 million lower than the agency's final budget for 2016. The proposed NASA budget would decrease funding of space exploration but add some to aeronautics and space technology and redistribute the science budget. A breakdown of the budget request is available here, and there is also a full summary available.
Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, expressed disappointment in the proposal's allotment to different projects.
"This administration cannot continue to tout plans to send astronauts to Mars while strangling the programs that will take us there," he said in a statement. "And the administration once more proposes cuts of more than $100 million to the planetary-science accounts, which have previously funded missions like this past year's Pluto flyby.
"At the same time, this proposal shrinks space exploration priorities within NASA's budget; it disproportionately increases earth-science accounts to more than $2 billion — a 70 percent increase since 2007," Smith continued. "This imbalanced proposal continues to tie our astronauts' feet to the ground and makes a Mars mission all but impossible. This is not the proposal of an administration that is serious about maintaining America's leadership in space."
However,Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, who also serves on the House Science Committee, praised the program overall.
"As in past years, the president's budget will help ensure that the U.S. can compete in a 21st century global economy and solidify America's place as a scientific and technological leader," Johnson said in a statement. "The investments in the full range R&D and STEM — including advanced manufacturing research, prioritizing basic research, investing in clean transportation and civil space activities, and education programs like Computer Science for All — are truly investments to help us meet our greatest challenges not only for the year ahead, but for decades to come."
Mary Lynne Ditmar, director of the Coalition for Deep Space Exploration, a space advocacy organization, expressed concern.
"While we appreciate the funding proposed for the International Space Station and its transportation systems, space science programs — including the James Webb Space Telescope, and proposed deep-space habitat — we are deeply concerned about the administration's proposed cut to NASA's human exploration development programs," she said in a statement.
"This proposed budget falls well short of the investment needed to support NASA's exploration missions, and would have detrimental impacts on cornerstone, game-changing programs such as the superheavy lift rocket, the Space Launch System (SLS) and the Orion spacecraft — the first spacecraft designed to reach multiple destinations in the human exploration of deep space," she added.
"The greatest challenge to these programs is not technical, but budget stability — plain and simple," Ditmar continued. "At this critical stage, it is important to ensure that the significant progress already made on the development of the SLS and Orion spacecraft continues, so as to meet important milestones, including the first integrated launch in 2018 and crewed missions beginning in 2021. Fully developing these systems will enable the United States to realize its aspirations for human exploration, planetary missions, international collaboration and scientific discovery."
Eric Stallmer, president of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation, praised the budget proposal. "I commend the Administration for crafting a budget that provides robust funding for NASA and FAA AST," he said, referring to the Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Commercial Space Transportation. "We applaud the proposals that would enable and utilize private space capabilities to help build a sustainable American expansion into the solar system from the edge of space through low-Earth orbit to the moon and beyond. It builds on the strong foundation established by the FY16 Omnibus and Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act. We look forward to working with the Congress to fully fund a number of the proposals in this request, while also championing efforts to shore up areas that need additional input and support."
Casey Dreier, The Planetary Society's director of space policy, broke down the proposed budget overall on the society's blog. On planetary science in particular, he said: "Well, we're five for five. This is the fifth year in a row that the White House has proposed cutting NASA's Planetary Science Division. While every other science division at NASA would receive a funding boost in this budget, Planetary Science, the year after flying by Pluto and confirming flowing water on Mars, earns a $110 million cut.
"Now, credit where credit is due," he continued. "The request is for $1.52 billion, which, compared to previous requests, is a marked improvement and very much a step in the right direction. We've been advocating for at least $1.5 billion for this program for years now, and it is satisfying to see this number reflected back in the president's budget.
"But the fact of the matter is that this program has been underfunded for years and needs to rebuild," Dreier continued. "Congress stepped up and provided $1.631 billion last year, and that number needs to continue to improve in order to position NASA for a spectacular decade of planetary exploration in the 2020s. As expected, most of the cut appears to impact the Europa mission (which would get about $50 million in 2017, down from $175 million in 2016). The administration is sticking with its intent to launch in the late 2020s. The request tones down some of the optimistic planning for the Europa flyby mission set forth in last year's budget. NASA runs the numbers to assume an Atlas V launch, not SLS, though SLS is very much under consideration.
"In more positive news, all existing missions are funded through 2017," Dreier said. "That means [the Mars rover] Opportunity can keep on roving, and the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter can keep collecting data through the year. No arbitrary zeroing out of mission budgets here."
Some Scientific Facts About Crop Circles That Nobody Really Knows About
Some Scientific Facts About Crop Circles That Nobody Really Knows About
Crop circles have been appearing around the globe for a very long time, and while some might represent the sloppy and obvious work of a few pranksters, others are so elaborate, so clever, so intricate, and so meaningful that their creation would require the use of highly advanced technology. It’s truly difficult to imagine how some of these designs could be done in the dead of night, with no footprints left behind, in just a few hours of time.
“Some of these formations are so immense and complex as to defy reason. And after all these decades, none of the perpetrators have been caught in the act of making any of the truly extraordinary formations.” – Richard Dolan, historian, academic, author, and one of the world’s leading UFO researchers (source)
The circles that are most likely to be genuine have actually been being studied by reputable scientists from all over the world for decades. For example, Richard Taylor, a University of Oregon physicist, published a paper on them in the 2011 issue of Physics World, stating:
Crop circle arts are not going to give up their secrets easily. This summer, unknown artists will venture into the countryside close to your homes and carry out their craft, safe in the knowledge that they are continuing the legacy of the most science-oriented art movement in history. (source)
Yes, you read that correctly: “the most science-oriented art movement in history.” What would cause a physicist to conclude that these works do not have an extraterrestrial explanation? or to even consider the issue seriously? This photo might offer some clues:
Above is a picture of an 800 foot crop circle that appeared in Wiltshire, England back in 2001. It caused a lot of commotion, and as you can see, it was very beautiful and extremely complex. The design consisted of 409 circles that form what’s known as a triskelion, a symbol that dates back thousands of years. There is some great footage of it in the documentary Crop Cricles: Quest for Truth by Academy Award-winning director William Gazecki. You can view that here.
“It was so large that it took us half an hour to find the center.” (quote taken from video link below)
There are some more great images of it in this YouTube video. You can also see footage of it taken by a helicopter flying above from the documentary Thrive in this video (at the 26.16 minute mark). This circle marks just one of thousands of verified formations that continue to baffle scientists, researchers, and onlookers alike.
Richard Taylor, the aforementioned scientist who studied these circles, again expressed his belief that this was one of the greatest art revolutions in history when he published his scientific analysis of crop circles in the journal Nature in 2010.
After studying the affected grass in the lab, he concluded that the circle makers must be using GPS devices, lasers, and microwaves to create these designs because the nodes of some of the stalks had been blasted out on one side. This same effect has been replicated by highly localized microwave heating, which is what causes the stocks to flop over to one side.
While he was able to come up with a scientifically feasible explanation for this phenomenon, he fails to address how hoaxers could come into possession of such advanced technology. It’s clear that there would be no other way to make some of these circles, so what is really going on here?
“If something like this caused the formations, then we are clearly talking about a highly sophisticated agency behind the phenomenon.” – Richard Dolan (source)
Did you know that the electromagnetic field over the area where a circle appears is usually electrostatically charged? Or that there is a rare form of electromagnetic energy called an “ionized plasma vortex,” also known as ball lighting, involved with these formations? (source)
The helicopters you see in the video are military helicopters. Military involvement with UFOs is well documented, and this should be no surprise. For more information on that you can read this article.
These are verified facts, which is why studies published in scientific journals have tried to come up with explanations that differ from unknown or extraterrestrial. For example, Dr. Terence Meadon, a professional physicist, meteorologist, and archaeologist at the University of Oxford, said that these balls of light are a result of wind currents and ionized plasmas. Whatever the case may be, the fact that scientists are taking note should signal that this phenomenon is worth our attention.
“The patterns of the formations themselves have been studied endlessly. Aside from being supremely beautiful, many seem to be messages in one form or another, often with cosmological implications. None seem ominous or evil. If one receives any sense or feeling from them, it is benevolence. If it were to be the case that these formations are created by an extraterrestrial or non-human intelligence, we may conclude that at least one of the groups here might in fact care about us and wish to help us.” – Richard Dolan (source)
So, the next time somebody tells you about a crop circle, perhaps you should think twice before brushing it off as a hoax. Although many of them are, some truly do seem to be otherworldly.
Have you ever wanted to reach out from far away and just … slap someone? Usually, it’s pretty difficult, but if you’re both standing in some water, it’s not so hard. You slap the water, the water makes a wave, the wave travels to your adversary and it does the slapping for you.
The key here is the nature of space-time. I’ve discussed before the importance of space-time — how space and time are unified in a single fabric that stretches across eternity in four dimensions. That was the magic that enabled Albert Einstein to develop his theory of special relativity. But to make special relativity more general, Einstein had to make another leap: Space-time isn’t just a stage, fixed and unmoving, a background for all particles and forces to play around on.
In general relativity, space-time is dynamic. The stage is an actor, too! It can warp and twist, and bend and flex. It can wave. It responds to the presence of matter and energy, and can influence the behavior of that same matter and energy, exactly as you can. Space-time is a thing.
Space-time isn’t a wooden floor; it’s a trampoline. It bends and curves underneath you, and that bending affects the motion of stuff around you. Go ahead: Stand in the center of a trampoline, and have a few friends roll some balls around. Look at how their paths curve. Congrats — you’re a living, breathing general-relativity demo.
Just like any other dynamic stuff, like water or air, space-time allows waves to travel through it. But waves of what?
Well, water waves are waves made of water. Air waves are made of air. Space-time waves are made of … you guessed it: space-time!
I feel the need to note that this is a huge prediction of general relativity, and would never come about in pure Newtonian gravity. In fact, I’m pretty sure Isaac Newton would have you imprisoned for even mentioning it.
You can think of a wave as a disturbance in both time and space. Float in one spot in the ocean, and you will bob up and down with each passing crest. Take a picture of the ocean from your penthouse balcony, a moment frozen in time, and you can see the wave pattern stretch to the horizon.
But if you’re doing your buoy impersonation (“David Buoy?”) in the middle of the water, you’ll notice that unless there’s a current dragging you around, you’ll actually stay more or less in one spot. Bobbing up and down, yes, but always returning to where you started. Waves don’t transfer stuff; they transfer energy.
That’s what enables the slapping. The waves breaking on a shoreline are the result of distant ferocious storms beating against the water or faraway winds brushing across the surface. You can’t see the storm, but it still gets to transfer some of its energy to you.
And gravitational waves (note here, they are not "gravity waves"; that name was taken before general relativity got going) are similar. They make you bob up and down. Well, almost. It’s more like in and out. Or stretchy-squeezy, like space-time is playing with putty. As a gravitational wave passes through you, you literally get stretched out and squashed, over and over again.
But how could a simple ripple in space-time affect you like that? What force is it using? It’s using gravity, because that’s what gravity is: the bending and warping of space-time. And if space-time is wiggling, you get to jiggling.
It’s pretty easy to make a gravitational wave. Just move around. See? I said it was easy! But to make one even barely substantial, it helps to be heavy. Like black-hole heavy. [The Search for Gravitational Waves (Gallery)]
Brian Greene Explains That Whole General Relativity Thing
A black hole just sitting there, minding its own business, isn’t going to make waves, just as you standing in the center of a pool won’t. But if that black hole starts moving — say, by spiraling in on a collision course with a relative — it’s going to ring space-time like a bell.
Those waves travel throughout space-time at the speed of light, eventually washing over the Earth. But even big waves from the most momentous events in the universe are exceedingly tough to find. I mean, it’s not like you or I feel continuously taller and shorter minute by minute. You might feel them, if they were strong enough — or if you were unlucky enough to get close to the merger event — but even the heavies in our universe make only the barest of space-time breezes.
It’s not like we haven’t seen evidence for gravitational waves already. The 1993 Nobel Prize in physics was awarded for the indirect detection of these waves: a pulsar orbiting a neutron star, steadily losing energy by waving the space-time underneath them, causing them to slowly fall together.
What we’re hoping for with experiments like the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) is to directly observe gravitational waves as they slosh onto the Earth. Imagine all the fantastic events happening in the cosmos: black holes colliding, massive stars blowing up, even the faintest whispers from the universe’s earliest moments. But shrouded behind dense layers of impenetrable gas or buried deep in cosmic time, they remain unreachable, inaccessible to traditional astronomy. But the waves persist.
The ability to directly see gravitational waves would take the blinders off one of the last great windows into the universe, allowing us to study the fundamentals of gravity in some of the most extreme corners of the cosmos. What wonders will be revealed to us? What new mysteries will confront and confound us?
The sky above us is ringing from the cacophony of countless bells, each one given a unique signature from the event that created it. Those waves wash over us and through us, subtly and gently flexing the space-time under our feet and in our bodies.
Somewhere out in deep space, a black hole is trying to slap you. Gently, caressingly, but slap you nonetheless. Can you feel it?
Editor's Note: The LIGO team is holding a news conference Thursday (Feb. 11) at 10:30 a.m. EST (1530 GMT) to provide a "status report" on the search for gravitational waves. You can watch this news conference, which is widely expected to announce history's first direct detection of these space-time ripples, live here at Space.com.

The witness was driving her husband, who finished work at midnight, and her baby daughter from their home in Wagga Wagga to her parent’s home at Jamberoo, near Kiama, for the weekend. Shortly after leaving Wagga on the Hume Hwy with her husband and baby asleep, a large brightly luminous disc shape UFO appeared in the sky ahead of her at an estimated 300-400 metres distance. The object stayed in this position while she drove approx. 120 km., disappearing as she went through towns, and appearing again on the other side of the town. It mostly stayed relatively still but occasionally shot off at great speed to the left or right only to return seconds later to the same position. The object disappeared just north of Goulburn as the dawn was lightening the sky. It rapidly gained altitude until out of sight in seconds. There was no interference with the normal operation of the car , according to the witness and the amount of traffic she remembers was normal for that time of morning.
Supposedly after having great difficulty waking her husband at one point, he glanced at the object , mumbled “yeah yeah” and was immediately asleep again. Normally on this trip she would stop at Yass for an hour’s break for coffee and arrive at Jamberoo at about 7- 7.30am. This time, on arrival she was genuinely surprised to find the trip had taken 1.5 to 2 hours longer than normal, even without the break at Yass. No subsequent sickness or body markings were noticed and as the witness suspected no abduction at that time no further investigation was undertaken until reported to Paradox in 1997.
REPORT STATUS. Celestial records show no planet, star or even the moon, which could have explained the sighting. The lack of reaction from other traffic could indicate the phenomenon was a purely subjective one, however, until further evidence is forthcoming the case will remain as UNEXPLAINED.
In this special Dark Journalist episode he welcomes back Bestselling author of Alien Agenda Jim Marrs for a fascinating rundown of his latest cutting edge research on UFOs, Remote Viewing, Stargates. Genetic Engineering and Alien DNA.
Remote Viewing UFOs
Marrs reveals his 20 year investigation into the shadowy Black Ops world of Psychic Spies, Remote Viewers, UFO Encounters and Government Cover-ups of advanced technology reverse-engineered from ET craft.
Some controversial Remote Viewing by its denizens Ingo Swann and Pat Price reveals that there are ET-controlled UFO bases on Earth, located in four very remote places, in separate continents across the planet.
Jim also sees a massive covert program dedicated to keeping the truth of alien involvement on Earth a secret and he details the efforts that Presidents from JFK onward have made, sometimes with fatal results, to wrest the control of the advanced UFO technology from the breakaway military faction inside the Deep National Security State!
Akhenaten is Moses
They also explore fascinating and undeniable links to alien involvement in our ancient past and the shocking implications of the parallel lives of the enigmatic Pharaoh Akhenaten and the Biblical Prophet Moses and how their historical paths have intertwined to such an astounding degree that it has led him to the stunning conclusion that they are in fact: The Same Person!
Jim describes evidence that strongly suggests that our distant ancestors were technologically advanced and that sophisticated devices like the Ark of the Covenant were achieved by a close interaction with an advanced off-world culture that is best recorded in the sumerian mythological and historical tablets as the Anunnaki.
He describes the two warring alien factions in possession of powerful genetic labs and DNA hybridization knowledge that were given the names Enki and Enlil and who formed the basis for the original books of the bible and represent the concepts of good and evil.
He also explores the incredible similarity between the Egyptian Great Pyramid on the Giza Plateau, Mayan Astronomy Pyramid layouts, and Archaeological Ruins including the Face on Mars.
This strongly suggests an advanced off-world culture playing a major role in human development in antiquity.
Navy Whistleblower Richard Theilmann
Jim also reveals his connection to whistleblower Richard Theilmann, a Navy Lt. Commander and veteran of black ops that was part of a mission for the Secret Space Program to perform top secret surveillance of space targets and who had been operated on and given enhancements to help him perform Deep Space Missions.
The Cult of Secrecy
This fascinating Dark Journalist episode exposes the great expanse between the public consciousness and awareness about UFOs, largely controlled by the mass media vs the true reality on the ground, only available to a few elite insiders who form the greater part of an invisible power structure that is dedicated to ET secrecy in order to preserve the great advantage of the advanced off-world technology.
The massive system of Black Budget money that has been harvested from the public budget to research and develop UFO crash retrievals is becoming abundantly obvious as more and more billions go missing from the federal budget.
In addition, Marrs touches on his experience and research with anecdotes on the SRI Remote Viewing Program, NASA, Physicists Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff, Remote Viewers Ingo Swann and Pat Price, Harvard Professor John Mack, Colonel Phillip Corso, Astronaut Gordon Cooper, Military Cover-ups, and more…
DO YOU KNOW NIKOLA TESLA’S 5 LOST INVENTIONS THAT THREATENED THE GLOBAL ELITE?
DO YOU KNOW NIKOLA TESLA’S 5 LOST INVENTIONS THAT THREATENED THE GLOBAL ELITE?
Most great inventions fundamentally change the society in which they exist. Since the people at the top of the social structure have more to gain by reinforcing the status quo, they suppress revolutionary technologies favorable to the world but dangerous to their existence. Engineering genius Nikola Tesla was no exception. Here’re some of those technologies, ‘they’ don’t want you to know about Nikola Tesla:
Death Ray
Nikola Tesla claimed to have invented a “death beam” which he called Teleforce in the 1930s. The device was capable of generating an intense targeted beam of energy “that could be used to dispose of enemy warplanes, foreign armies, or anything else you’d rather didn’t exist”. The so-called “death ray” was never constructed because he believed it would become too easy for counties to destroy each other. Tesla proposed that a nation could “destroy anything approaching within 200 miles… [and] will provide a wall of power” in order to “make any country, large or small, impregnable against armies, airplanes, and other means for attack”. He said that efforts had been made to steal the invention. His room had been entered and his papers had been scrutinized, but the thieves, or spies, left empty-handed.
Tesla’s Oscillator
In 1898, Tesla claimed he had built and deployed a small oscillating device that, when attached to his office and operating, nearly shook down the building and everything around it. In other words, the device could allegedly simulate earthquakes. Realizing the potential terrors such a device could create, “Tesla said he took a hammer to the oscillator to disable it, instructing his employees to claim ignorance to the cause of the tremors if asked”. Some theorists believe the government continues to use Tesla’s research in places like the HAARP facility in Alaska.
Free Electricity System
With funding from JP Morgan, Tesla designed and built Wardenclyffe Tower, a gigantic wireless transmission station, in New York in 1901-1902. Morgan thought the Wardenclyffe Tower could provide wireless communication across the world. However, Tesla had other plans.
Tesla intended to transmit messages, telephony and even facsimile images across the Atlantic to England and to ships at sea based on his theories of using the Earth to conduct the signals. If the project worked, anyone could have electricity by simply sticking a rode into the ground. Unfortunately, free electricity is not profitable. And this system could be incredibly dangerous for the global elite because it could profoundly change the energy industry. Imagine how different the world would be if society didn’t need oil and coal to function? Could the great world powers maintain control? Morgan refused to fund the changes. The project was abandoned in 1906 and never became operational.
The Flying Saucer
In 1911, Nikola Tesla told The New York Herald that he was working on an anti gravity “flying machine”.
“My flying machine will have neither wings nor propellers. You might see it on the ground and you would never guess that it was a flying machine. Yet it will be able to move at will through the air in any direction with perfect safety, at higher speeds than have yet been reached, regardless of weather and oblivious of “holes in the air” or downward currents. It will ascend in such currents if desired. It can remain absolutely stationary in the air, even in a wind, for great length of time. Its lifting power will not depend upon any such delicate devices as the bird has to employ, but upon positive mechanical action.”
Tesla’s flying saucer was powered by free energy system at a time when the fledgling aviation and motor car industry depended on oil and petroleum. His invention met the same fate as his free energy system.
Improved Airships
Tesla proposed that electrically-powered airships would transport passengers from New York to London in three hours, traveling eight miles above the ground. He also imagined that airships might draw their power from the very atmosphere, never needing to stop for refueling. Unmanned airships might even be used to transport passengers to a preselected destination or for a remote aerial strike. He was never given credit for his invention. However, today, we have unmanned drones carrying out combat missions, supersonic airplanes that fly at amazing speeds and space shuttle technology that can circle the Earth in the upper atmosphere.
It was long suspected that the FBI literally stole all of his work, research, and inventions that he had in his possession when he died. This rumor has now been confirmed by recent, heavily redacted Freedom of Information Act requests released by the FBI
This 8 Minute Surgery Will Give You Superhuman Vision For The Rest Of Time
This 8 Minute Surgery Will Give You Superhuman Vision For The Rest Of Time
In an incredible feat of modern science and medicine, a new bionic lens for the eye currently in development would give humans 3x 20/20 vision at any age. Called Ocumetics Bionic Lens, the lens was developed by Dr. Garth Webb, an optometrist from British Columbia, Canada, who sought a way to optimize eyesight.
With this lens, patients would have flawless vision. No more glasses for driving or reading and no more invasive contact lenses either. Glasses will one day be a thing of the past.
The lens is surgically implanted too, meaning you can never get cataracts as the lens replaces that of your natural eye. Anyone over the age of 25 is ideal for the surgery.
"This is vision enhancement that the world has never seen before," says Dr. Webb "If you can just barely see the clock at 10 feet, when you get the Bionic Lens you can see the clock at 30 feet away."
The surgery is quick and painless with Dr. Webb asserting it can be done in about 8 minutes. Vision is immediately corrected.
The project has been in development for 8 years and has cost $3 million in research and development fees. His mission has become an obsession to free himself and others from glasses and corrective lenses. Webb has been saddled with glasses since he was in the second grade.
"My heroes were cowboys, and cowboys just did not wear glasses," Dr. Webb says.
Doctors all over the world are intrigued.
"I think this device is going to bring us closer to the holy grail of excellent vision at all ranges — distant, intermediate and near," said Dr. Vincent DeLuise, an ophthalmologist who teaches at both Yale University and Weill Cornell Medical College in New York.
Lost City of Giants Unearthed in the Jungles of Ecuador
Lost City of Giants Unearthed in the Jungles of Ecuador
Ecuadorian myths speak of ancient cities of giants hiding in the Amazon jungle, left behind by their “unusual” inhabitants and slowly being reclaimed by nature. In fact, the majority of tribes from the Amazonian basin recall stories of a timeworn race of gigantic humans that constructed prosperous settlements long before regular-sized humans reached the area.
Led by the local beliefs of mythical beings, a team of researchers travelled to a remote place in the rain forest of Ecuador to see with their own eyes whether the stories were true. The Aboriginals led the crew to a place they called holy, where the local tribes gathered to celebrate the powerful spirits believed to inhabit the site.
When they reached this sacred place, megalithic structures started to take shape, with the largest being a 260 foot tall by 260 foot wide pyramid with an irregular angle. The structure had been built using hundreds of huge boulders weighing no less than 2 tons. When they inspected the top of the pyramid, the researchers discovered a flat, polished stone probably used as a ceremonial or sacrificial stand.
It looks like a paved wall, an ancient street or plaza with a 60 degrees angle, perhaps the roof of a large structure, said French-American archaeologist Benoit Duverneuil. Many of the stones were perfectly aligned, have sharp edges and seem to have been sculpted by human hands.
Most of the structure’s body was covered by lichen, but the remaining visible stones revealed a thick and seemingly impenetrable material that bound the boulders together. Could this represent one of the first examples of concrete being used in America? And how were the Amazonian giants able to create such a complex material in those ancient times?
But probably the most fascinating discovery comes in the form of manufactured tools. Oversized and old, they blended with the forest floor. What they served for is unclear, but the researchers consider they were utilized in metalworking. However, one thing remains clear – their size would have made it impossible for a modern-day human to wield such a tool or weapon.
Bruce Fentom, writer, researcher and member of the team that found this presumed city of giants, believes the uncovered tools present the ultimate proof of giant humans that inhabited Earth.
What really strongly points towards this habitation having housed the same race of giants if the presence of extremely oversized hammers, or at least the stone hammerheads, he said.
Assuming there were attached to hard wood handles they would be both incredible size and weight, making their use as tools impractical for a typical Inca or indigenous Indian, these beings were generally around five feet or so.”
Former expeditions in the rain forests of Ecuador brought results supporting the fact that giants once existed. Oversized bones were found scattered in caves all over the Americas, and there is still evidence emerging on a daily basis, indicating that our written history might need some rethinking.
Another interesting thing to note is the secrecy displayed by the local authorities. In 2013, when the Ecuadorian Ministry of Culture sent their representatives to investigate the site, they concluded that the pyramid-shaped building was nothing more than a natural formation.
On the contrary, Fenton and his crew believe the diameter and shape of the boulders, the complex pattern after they were manufactured, also their fine assembly appear to aim at an artificial origin. Other than that, there are still oddly shaped structures in the area nearby waiting to be investigated.
Several massive mounds which appear unnatural to the place are waiting to be excavated in the upcoming years. Even though a dense layer of vegetation took over them, there are some researchers claiming there could be chambers and tunnels buried underneath. Others have suggested there could be an entire complex of pyramids and houses that could hide remnants of a long-lost race of giants.
Until further investigation, we can only think of such a hypothesis. However, the lack of cooperation shown by the local authorities clearly raises some question marks. Is there something of extreme importance buried somewhere in the Amazonian jungle that they intend to keep as a secret?
UPDATE: UFO expert says it wasn't a meteor over Gladstone
UPDATE: UFO expert says it wasn't a meteor over Gladstone
UPDATE 6:00pm:
UFO EXPERT Sheryl Gottsthall hasn't come any closer to identifying what flew over the Gladstone region last night - but she has ruled out some theories.
Ms Gottshall, president of UFO Research Queensland, has investigated plenty of these cases before and she said the formula for finding the truth is ruling out possibilities.
"With UFOs, we have to go through the list of possibilities and tick them off," she said.
"If someone says it's a meteor, we have to tick that off."
And Ms Gottshall said the theory that it's a meteor just "doesn't gel" because "meteors don't rumble for five minutes", as one reader reported hearing.
She said while some readers reported seeing debris flying off the object, "if it was a plane crash --- a plane crashing and exploding --- you'd expect all sorts of emergency services to be arriving".
As for the theory of the air force's KC-30A carrying out an operation over Gladstone, "it could be jets, but I mean, it's really hard to tell".
UFO Research Queensland has received more than 5000 reports of UFO sightings since it was established in 1956.
And Ms Gottshall said interrogating witness accounts is the only way of getting closer to the truth.
"It's about getting a better description of what they saw --- the size, the speed, the distance, the colour, how they were affected," she said.
"What it was I really can't tell you. And in that respect it remains unidentified."
EARLIER: Was it the air force's KC-30A over the Gladstone region last night?
THEORIES of what was behind the bright light and the massive "boom" over the Gladstone region last night are running rampant.
Bundaberg Astronomy Society member Mark Sugars said descriptions of the sighting, which were reported from Rockhampton to Gympie, could suggest it was a meteorite.
But Gladstone's Rory Henricks said he thought he saw a plane, saying he thought it was "shooting fireworks out of its rear".
And Royal Australian Air Force watch keeper Corporal King has revealed that a bulk carrier KC-30A took off from the closest air base to Gladstone last night and is the only air force aircraft that could've been spotted in the vicinity last night.
Residents said the object, seen over the Gladstone region --- including Kirkwood, Calliope, Agnes Water and Tannum Sands --- made a "boom" sound around 9:20pm.
Corporal King, who couldn't reveal his first name because of strict defence force privacy protocol, said the KC-30A had taken off from the Amberley Air Base.
"It was the only aircraft that was flying from the Amberley area during that time," he said.
Amberley Air Base is 40kms south-west of Brisbane, on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Why the aircraft was in the area and what path it had taken remains a mystery, as corporal King said, "I'm not at liberty to disclose that information".
A KC-30A is a large aircraft described as "a heavily modified Airbus A330 airliner" on the air force's website.
It's regularly used to carry fuel loads of up to 100 tonnes for a range of RAAF surveillance aircraft and fighter jets, such as the F/A-18A/B Hornets and F/A-18F Super Hornets.
It can also carry 34,000kg of cargo and 270 passengers.
The Observer is still waiting for the RAAF to explain what was behind the "boom" that was reported by residents.
I first met moonwalker Edgar Mitchell in late 1995, at a restaurant in the back yard of Kennedy Space Center, which was getting ready to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Apollo 14. Given how NASA types tended to treat UFO questions like warlocks and unicorns, De Void was unprepared for Mitchell’s receptivity. No, he insisted, he hadn’t seen evidence of UFOs during his off-planet adventures. “NASA at that time was so sure there were no such things, there was no discussion of it." But he added this: "I would say, however, that if there was knowledge of ET contact existing within the government, and we were sent into space blind and dumb to such information, I think it is a case of criminal culpability."
Criminal culpability. Whoa. Thus began a long conversation with one of the old astronaut corps’ unique thinkers. This was a guy who, after admitting he conducted ESP experiments on the moon in 1971, took a lot of crap from colleagues – and he didn’t care. He went onto formalize his curiosity about human consciousness by founding the Institute of Noetic Sciences, which went on to publish papers on everything from meditation to the “Physical effects of collective attention at Burning Man 2013.”
"There seems to be more to the universe than random, chaotic, purposeless movement of a collection of molecular particles." -- Dr. Edgar Mitchell /CREDIT: collectspace.com
Anyhow, the former Navy captain rolled his own tobacco that night, back when you could still smoke indoors, and he talked about one of his even more unusual intrigues. A year or so earlier, during Air Force efforts to resolve General Accounting Office questions aboutmissing records related to the 1947 Roswell controversy, USAF Secretary Sheila Widnall had granted amnesty to potential whistleblowers who might produce leads, but by that time the major players were dead. One year after that, without naming names, Mitchell said he was in discussions with former military or government operatives who wanted to extend immunity to cover even more UFO insiders.
“The purpose of the meeting was not to convince anybody else of their stories,” he said, “but to get people released from their security oaths with regard to these phenomena. Given who they were, and their credentials, I have to tell you, it pushed my confidence level up five notches.” Mitchell said he was shaken by what he was learning. “I am convinced there is a small body of valid (UFO) information, and that there is a body of information ten times as big that is total disinformation put out by the sources to confuse the whole issue.” He described the setup as “a body of semi- or quasi-private organization” operating with black-budget federal funding. “And nobody knows what goes into black budgets. The prime requisite is security first and everything else second.”
Without more details, Mitchell’s allegations sounded like something Fox Mulder’s scriptwriters could’ve hatched without really trying. We now know that the sixth man on the moon had, in 1995, begun huddling with “Ambassador to the Universe” Disclosure guru Steven Greer, whose ET outreach tuition now begins at $2,500 a pop. The Mitchell-Greer bond fell apart when Greer began using Mitchell’s name as a witness to promote his Disclosure initiative. Mitchell, in fact, had no first-hand knowledge of Greer’s alleged cloak-and-dagger scenario, and he charged Greer with “overreach(ing) his data continuously.”
But in 2008 – and once again, without naming names – Mitchell stoked the embers when he told CNN’s Larry King he had met a high-level Pentagon official pooh-bah who told Mitchell that he – the pooh-bah official – couldn’t get his hands on classified UFO documents because he lacked the proper security clearance. But that was a story Greer had been repeating for years. And that official was Rear Adm. Thomas R. Wilson, former Defense Intelligence Agency director and – at the time of his meeting with Mitchell in 1997 – director of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
So De Void got on the horn to Wilson, whose golden parachute had made for a soft-retirement landing with a defense contractor in Minnesota. Wilson definitely remembered Mitchell asking him about pursuing UFO leads. But Wilson also said he had all the security passes he needed. “What is true is that I met with them,” Wilson told De Void in a phoner. “What is not true is that I was denied access to this material, because I didn’t pursue it. I may have left it open with them, but it was not especially compelling, not compelling enough to waste my staff’s time to go looking for it.”
Mitchell told De Void he was “shocked” by Wilson’s answer. Ever the gentleman, however, Mitchell declined to argue: “I do not wish to engage him on this matter.” For his part, Greer stood by his Wilson story in an email: “I was there and I know what he said. I was also informed prior to the meeting that, after sending him a secret document with UFO-related code names and numbers, that he located one of the compartments but was specifically denied access to the operation.” And that was that.
But so earnestly did Mitchell want to get to the bottom of the mystery that he traveled to Mexico City for the unveiling of what would be the biggest UFO fiasco of 2015 – the Roswell space alien cadaver pix, which were being hyped as a game-changer. Within days, the images were discovered to be Kodak slides of a Native American mummy. De Void didn’t attempt to contact the Apollo veteran for reaction after that. But living in fear of making mistakes would’ve been an untenable prospect for one of only a dozen men to leave bootprints on another world.
“The desire to live life to its fullest, to acquire more knowledge, to abandon the economic treadmill,” he wrote in his autobiography The Way of the Explorer, “are all typical reactions to these experiences in altered states of consciousness. The previous fear of death is typically quelled. If the individual generally remains thereafter in the existential state of awareness, the deep internal feeling of eternity is quite profound and unshakable.” After literally expanding the perimeters of human history, what could possibly be intimidating after that? Name-calling?
So bon voyage, Dr. Mitchell. And here’s hoping that your greatest wish for those who determine our fates will someday come to pass: “From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty.
