Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Witness report: PLEASE! people think I am crazy and when I confide my profession dismiss me immediately. I was on a yacht cruising south of Catalina Island returning to L.A. after a weekend ‘party’ cruise. It was late Sunday night. I remained on deck after everyone else had gone below except the helmsman. We encountered a fast moving fog and I saw balls of lightning zoom overhead. the boat rocked violently and dozens of flying fish broke the surface. A HUGE, pewter colored disk rose from the water and hovered overhead silently. I felt vertigo, my stomach lurch and felt myself floating in a beam of intense light. My next memory was of someone pulling me to my feet by my arms. It was bright daylight and a USCG boat was alongside hailing us not to move. There were already armed sailors onboard who roughly handcuffed me and tried not to stare ( my bikini was missing) and men in suits in charge giving orders. My famous companion came out; very groggy and their attitude changed. They claimed we matched a drug runner. they let us go. My companion was upset about publicity and we raced to LA overdue.He told me never to tell anyone we were out and dropped all contact with me. I think I am being watched. I have flash memories and weird things going on physically. I am scared, ashamed without knowing why and nobody will listen.

Virgin Galactic’s human spaceflight system consists of two vehicle types: WhiteKnightTwo and SpaceShipTwo. The first of each vehicle type was built by Scaled Composites, and all future vehicles in our spaceline fleet will be built by our sister company, The Spaceship Company.
WhiteKnightTwo
WhiteKnightTwo is a custom-built, four-engine, dual-fuselage jet aircraft. It is designed to carry SpaceShipTwo (or LauncherOne) up to an altitude of ~50,000 feet for safe and efficient air launch, a concept that was established by Chuck Yeager’s supersonic Bell X-1, the X-15, and of course SpaceShipOne.
WhiteKnightTwo’s signature design features are its twin fuselage configuration; single-piece, carbon composite high main wing; and four jet engines. The twin boom configuration allows for a spacious central attachment area between the two fuselages for SpaceShipTwo or LauncherOne.
WhiteKnightTwo’s pilots fly the plane from its right fuselage. In the future, with the right regulatory approvals, research experiments or even customers preparing for their flights to space may sit in the cabin of either fuselage.
The first WhiteKnightTwo, called Eve, has completed an extensive four-and-a-half year flight test program.
SpaceShipTwo
SpaceShipTwo is a reusable, winged spacecraft designed to repeatedly carry as many as eight people (including two pilots) into space — a larger total flight crew than any previous space mission except for NASA’s 8-member STS-61-A mission in 1985. Everyone on board SpaceShipTwo will earn official astronaut status, just like the pilots who flew the X-15 spaceplane.
SpaceShipTwo is powered by a hybrid rocket motor — one that combines elements of solid rockets and liquid rocket engines by using a solid fuel source and a liquid oxidizer. Hybrid rocket motors are not a new idea; they have been used in many other applications, including on SpaceShipOne. Although each type of rocket engine has important advantages for different applications (for example, LauncherOne uses liquid rocket engines), hybrids are particularly well suited for SpaceShipTwo because they can be shut down safely and quickly at any point during the flight, unlike solid motors, but do not require the cryogenic propellant tanks or complex plumbing needed by liquid rocket engines.
Like SpaceShipOne before it, SpaceShipTwo uses a unique system to safely re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere. With this system, SpaceShipTwo can mimic the performance of a capsule or of a winged vehicle at the appropriate parts of its trajectory. Each of those vehicle types on its own offers important advantages: winged vehicles provide gentle deceleration and precision landing accuracy but require extremely high precision and advanced thermal protection systems, while capsules require less precision and less advanced thermal protection, but subject astronauts to much harsher decelerations and less accurate landings. By changing its configuration in flight, SpaceShipTwo can benefit from the advantages of both types.
SpaceShipTwo’s cabin has been designed to maximize safety and comfort — it is the only spacecraft in history designed explicitly to optimize its passengers’ experience. A dozen windows line the sides and ceiling of the spacecraft, offering each astronaut the ability to view the black skies of space as well as stunning views of the Earth below. Exposure to G-forces during SpaceShipTwo’s ascent and descent is safely and comfortably managed thanks to systems such as our custom-designed, articulated seats, which are upright during rocket boost and reclined during reentry. The cabin is also designed for unfettered enjoyment of a large floating environment.
With the exception of the rocket motor’s fuel and oxidizer, which must be replenished after each flight, SpaceShipTwo is a fully reusable spacecraft.
The first SpaceShipTwo, called Enterprise, was tragically lost during its 55th test flight. The second SpaceShipTwo, not yet named, is approximately two-thirds assembled and 90% structurally complete. It is expected to commence testing in 2015.

What was once only possible in the pages of science fiction novels, travelling to the edge of space, is now a reality – and you can even choose your ride to get there! Here are some of the best ways that you can actually take yourself to space (or very nearly so).
The unveiling of Virgin Galactic’s new SpaceShipTwo (informally referred to as VSS Voyager) will be one for the books, as none other than physicist – and owner of the only free ticket on the craft – Stephen Hawking will be there (if his health permits) at the ceremony.
After the ill-fated crash of VSS Enterprise, the new SpaceShipTwo has clearly incorporated the lessons from its predecessor into its latest design. It has amped up its safety measures, including a feature that prevents the tail booms from extending prematurely and throwing the craft out of control.
This emphasis on safety is also carried over to its cabin. According to Virgin Galactic’s website, it has custom-designed, articulated seats, which stay upright during rocket boost and recline during re-entry.
But as SpaceShipTwo is still targeted towards promoting space tourism, passengers will be treated to an unobstructed view of the Earth from space through the dozen windows that line its sides and ceiling.
Of course, it won’t be an ‘out of this world’ experience without experiencing zero gravity. SpaceShipTwo is also big enough for passengers to float around during a few minutes of weightlessness.
The unveiling of SpaceShipTwo is scheduled on February 19 at the Mojave Air and Space Port in California.
NEW SHEPHARD (BLUE ORIGIN)
Blue Origin
Owned by Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, what sets Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket apart from others in the space tourism race is that it’s re-usable.
In a video released by Blue Origin, it shows New Shephard hitting an altitude of 333,582 feet (63 miles) before landing softly, and vertically, on the ground. If that’s not cool enough, Blue Origin says that, during flights, passengers will experience at least a few minutes of weightlessness after the capsule separates from the booster. At such times, passengers will be able to leave their seats and float about the capsule before a signal tells them to be reseated for landing.
And although no other details of space tourism operations has yet to be released, Blue Origin’s New Shephard has clearly changed the game for space travel by making it cheaper.
LYNX (XCOR AEROSPACE)

As far as Lynx goes, the company sums up their tech better than anything else:
“Lynx departs direct from the runway under its own rocket power. Supersonic in one minute, weightless in five minutes, Lynx wastes no time delivering the spaceflight experience in full.”
If that doesn’t get you giddy for suborbital space travel, nothing will.
XCOR Aerospace’s Lynx is a reusable two-seat vehicle which can reach sub-orbit in less than four minutes. It’s also equipped with a dozen thrusters that allows the passengers to “roll the vehicle” to get the view they want during that six to seven minutes of weightlessness before returning to Earth.
Currently, it’s estimated that there are already over 350 clients waiting to take their trip to space. You can be one of them for $150,000 a ticket (a hefty fee to be sure, but space isn’t cheap).
VOYAGER (WORLD VIEW)

If fast and furious isn’t your space travel style, Arizona company World View has got you covered.
The World View voyage can be likened more to a cruise, with its four to six hour flight – two hours of which are spent at 100,000 feet (20 miles) above Earth.
Its pressurized space capsule suspended beneath a high-altitude balloon has all the amenities of posh hotel suite from a mini bar to a lavatory. There’s also in-flight real-time social media communications available to passengers. Tickets are priced at $75,000 inclusive of a non-refundable $7,500 handling fee.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Railguns use electricity instead of gunpowder to accelerate a projectile at six or seven times the speed of sound.
Using an electromagnetic force known as the Lorenz Force, the gun accelerates a projectile between two rails that conduct electricity, before launching it at ferocious speed.
This means the railgun can fire further than conventional guns and maintain enough kinetic energy to inflict tremendous damage.
This particulary rail gun can fire a shell weighing 10kg at up to 5,400mph over 100 miles – with such force and accuracy it penetrates three concrete walls or six half-inch thick steel plates.
Electromagnetic launchers were one of the areas researched by Ronald Reagan's Strategic Defence Initiative, nicknamed 'Star Wars' after the science fiction film franchise.

The weapon uses speed rather than explosives to destroy its target
The 600-foot-long warship uses marine turbines similar to those that propel the Boeing 777 to help produce up to 78 megawatts of electricity for use in propulsion, weapons and sensors. That's more than enough power for the railgun.
If it's placed on the warship, the system could replace one of the forward turrets housing a 155mm gun that fires rocket-propelled projectiles.
For now, however, the official plan remains for the railgun prototype to be tested aboard a joint high speed vessel this year.
But there are concerns that the plan may be pushed back into 2017, and Fanta suggested skipping it altogether.
The railgun, along with laser weaponry, are two futuristic technologies that Fanta said have evolved from being a matter of scientific research to one of practical engineering.
The Navy is interested in those weapons — along with smart munitions that can improve existing naval guns — because of their low cost as well as lethality.
'The Navy is determined to increase the offensive punch of the surface warships,' said Loren Thompson, a defense analyst at the Lexington Institute.
'To do that with a limited budget, it needs to look at everything from smart munitions to railguns to lasers.'
The railgun discussion isn't widely known inside the shipyard, where the Zumwalt-calls destroyers are being built.
Bath Iron Works, a subsidiary of General Dynamics, had no comment.
Shipbuilder Charles Davis said there was talk of a railgun when the yard began work on the first ship in the class, but he said there's been no discussion since then.
'They've been pretty tight-lipped about it,' he said.

In 1947, New Mexico police officer Lonnie Zamora was chasing a speeding car when he heard a loud noise. He saw a flame shoot up in a nearby patch of desert and went over to investigate, thinking a dynamite shack in the area might have exploded.
What Zamora reported is still under intense dispute decades later. He says he saw a sedan-size, shiny object on a hilltop. Once he got closer on foot, the object began making loud noises. Zamora backed away but saw the UFO rise into the sky and speed away until it disappeared.
The UFO sighting — which is still unexplained despite investigators' belief that Zamora told the truth — was investigated by the United States Air Force as a part of Project BLUE BOOK, which recorded 12,618 sightings of strange objects between 1947 and 1969. ASA Astronaut Sees 'UFO' Near Space Station (2015 UFO video)
Below are the tips that the CIA learned from "flying saucer intelligence," as the agency highlighted in a recent blog post. Helpfully, the CIA also published a list of UFO cases that Fox Mulder and Dana Scully — the heroes of the recently revived "X-Files" TV series — would enjoy.
Create a group to find and evaluate the sightings. After the 1947 incident, Project SAUCER was established to obtain all possible information about these sightings. (The premise was that the sightings were not necessarily UFOs, but could be foreign craft.) The group was renamed Project SIGN and then Project BLUE BOOK.
Figure out your investigation's goals. Project BLUE BOOK aimed to find out if UFOs were a threat to U.S. security, determine if UFOs have technology that could be used by the U.S., and explain which stimuli cause a person to report a UFO.
Consult with experts. Project BLUE BOOK's outside experts included astrophysicists, federal aviation officials, pilots, academics, and people at the U.S. Weather Bureau, local weather stations, the National Center for Atmospheric Research and NASA, among other organizations.
Organize cases in a reporting system. BLUE BOOK's categories included astronomical, aircraft, balloons, satellites, other (such as reflections or mirages), insufficient data and unidentified.
Eliminate false positives. Examples included misidentified aircraft (particularly the U-2, A-12 and SR-71 spy planes), hoaxes and mass hysteria.
Develop methodology to identify common aircraft (or other phenomena) the public mistook as UFOs.
Examine witness documentation.
Conduct controlled experiments, such as photographing certain types of balloons from different distances under similar weather conditions.
Gather and test physical and forensic evidence. The Zamora investigation included using Geiger counters to look for radiation, and sending soil samples off for expert analysis.
Discourage false reporting. In the 1950s, during the Cold War, there were concerns the Soviet Union could deploy fake "UFOs" to incite panic in the U.S. So officials countered that by teaching the public how to look for similar phenomena, such as astronomical objects (meteors) or illuminated objects (balloons).

At the northern end, we see the crater rim and ridges inside and below that rim. A channel set is entering from the west and passing through a notch in a ridge.
At the bottom of the crater we see a strange (impact?) spot and an object what looks like a flying saucer.
Is it just an optical illusion or HIRISE has captured a UFO that crashed into the crater wall?

Remarkable footage has emerged of a possible UFO in close proximity to the International Space Station.
The footage which was recorded during a recent NASA mission appears to show a massive Hexagon shaped UFO very close to the stations remote manipulator system.

Een Amerikaanse oud-marineofficier staat naar eigen zeggen op het punt om een boekje open te doen over duizenden topgeheime UFO-documenten, aangezien hij geen geheimhoudingsplicht meer heeft. Hij zei dat een collega hem had verteld dat de NSA en een Brits communicatiestation belast waren met het volgen van UFO’s. De collega zou verder hebben gezegd dat UFO’s en aliens echt bestaan en te hopen dat deze informatie nog voor zijn dood bekend zou worden.
Historische zaak
Voor zijn werk kreeg de marineofficier naar eigen zeggen geregeld te maken met vliegbasis Moffett Field, Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, Raytheon, Berkeley National Laboratory en Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Silicon Valley.
Moffett werd vanaf 1933 als militair vliegveld gebruikt, maar later ook voor andere doeleinden. Het vliegveld is eigendom van de NASA. Skunk Works is de naam van de ontwikkelingsafdeling van vliegtuigbouwer Lockheed Martin. Raytheon is een groot Amerikaans defensie- en technologiebedrijf. De twee laboratoria werken nauw samen met de NASA.

De ster staat ook bekend als Alruccabah, Cynosura, Phoenice, Loodsster, Tramontana, Navigatoria, Ster van Arcady, Yilduz en Mismar. De ster maakt deel uit van de Pleiadengroep.
De naam Polaris en Poolster dankt de ster aan het feit dat hij tegenwoordig ongeveer op de plaats van de noordelijke hemelpool staat.
Je gedachten zullen zonder enige twijfel op de Poolster aankomen, al duurt het wel even. Met hun reis door de ruimte zal je boodschap over 434 jaar aankomen op de Poolster.
Natuurlijk zal het daarvoor talloze plaatsen passeren en ook na de Poolster zullen je gedachten verder door de ruimte reizen.
Het project wordt gerund door een aantal wetenschappers die een tijdcapsule willen maken met daarin een soort boodschap in een fles idee, maar dan de ruimte in.
De boodschappen uit het publiek zullen worden omgezet in radiogolven en vervolgens met de snelheid van het licht de ruimte in gestuurd worden.
Nu moet je niet denken dat je zomaar ieder berichtje de ruimte in kunt sturen. Dingen zoals: “Ik wil de groeten doen aan Tante Hannie op de Pleiaden” zijn niet het soort boodschappen waarnaar de wetenschappers op zoek zijn.
De boodschappen die de ruimte in zullen worden gestuurd, zijn allemaal antwoorden op één en dezelfde vraag:
Hoe zullen onze huidige milieuactiviteiten/-interacties onze toekomst bepalen?
Met andere woorden, als we doen wat we nu doen op het gebied van milieu en dergelijke, hoe ziet de toekomst van onze aarde er dan uit. Er staat niet bij dat ze op zoek zijn naar antwoorden om het probleem op te lossen, maar mocht je die hebben dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
Er zijn geen goede of verkeerde antwoorden en ongetwijfeld kan je ook een stukje persoonlijke boodschap toevoegen, maar de wetenschappers uit Engeland zijn benieuwd hoe mensen uit verschillende delen van de wereld denken over dit vraagstuk. Door de antwoorden hopen ze daardoor zelf meer inzicht te krijgen.
Mocht je ervan overtuigd zijn dat jouw boodschap absoluut de Melkweg in moet, doe dan mee. Het kost niets, het is leuk en je hebt in ieder geval het gevoel dat je nooit weet wie het bericht uiteindelijk gaat lezen.

Witness report: I had an incredible sighting on the 19th of January 2016 of a flying saucer. I was sky watching when I noticed a black object far off in the distance in the direction I was looking. The black object got bigger as it got closer. I could clearly see that the object was in fact a flying saucer and I could see a dome on the top of the saucer. The flying saucer turned back in the direction from where it had come from and then disappeared off into the distance and out of sight. I got a very good look at this alien craft and all I can say is WOW!. I also managed to take twenty photographs of this amazing mechanical saucer. The photographs were taken on the 19th of January 2016 the time was approximately 1:10 PM at Newton Abbot Devon UK.
Government UFO-related documents seem to have a habit of disappearing. This time the files belonged to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
John Greenewald has been using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to get formerly classified documents from the government, and to post them online for decades. He began his efforts while in high school in the 1990s and continues his efforts to this day.
Greenewald was inspired to seek out these documents when he heard of UFO files that showed the U.S. government's interest in a UFO incident in Iran that took place in 1976. The government claims it no longer had any interest in UFOs since the official closing of its official UFO investigation, Project Blue Book, in 1969. He requested the document through a FOIA request and, to his surprise and delight, received it.
The file -- and the process of retrieving it -- fascinated Greenewald to the point where it spawned what has become a lifelong effort to retrieve formerly classified files and post them on the Internet. Greenewald's website, TheBlackVault.com, now has over 1.3 million formerly classified pages of documents.
In 1996, in response to a FOIA request, Greenewald received nearly 250 files from the DIA regarding UFOs. Supposedly, everything they had on the topic. However, several of the files were heavily redacted, meaning that there were blacked out sections, presumably, because those portions contained information that is still considered classified.
Occasionally, Greenewald requests that these files undergo a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR). The government is then supposed to review the previously declassified document to determine if redacted material can be unredacted, due to the information that had previously been blacked out having since been declassified.
It was an MDR of a classified document about spy planes that allowed the termArea 51 to be unredacted, thus making the existence of the super secret Area 51 military base official. Of course, that location had already been famous in UFO circles and popculture.
In 2014, Greenewald requested an MDR for the DIA documents he had obtained in 1996. In his inquiry, Greenewald included links to download the files he had received from the DIA which he now wanted reviewed.
Months later, in mid-2015, Greenewald received a reply that the links he had provided did not work, so the case would be suspended. The responses by the DIA are actually a bit confusing, but it appears once Greenewald's links could be accessed, the files he requested were not found.
The DIA wrote, "It appears the FOIA case files have been purged from the FOIA database."
The DIA asked Greenewald to provide the specific names of the files for them to "move forward in conducting a review."
Confused by the request, given that the file names are on the files themselves, Greenewald asked for clarification.
He was told, "The related FOIA case has been purged, the documents could not be identified and/or located."
The DIA officer reiterated, "We would need the titles in order to conduct a good faith effort for our search."
Frustrated, via social media, Greenewald wrote me, "The letter states that, despite me GIVING them the documents, they can't find them, and want exact titles."
He interprets the phrase "good faith effort" to mean they will make another effort, but they already had that information and could not find the documents, so the search is useless. Without the original non-redacted files, the DIA will not be able to conduct an MDR, and whatever information that was in those files that was blacked out is -- officially -- lost forever.
This isn't the first time this has happened to Greenewald. In 2014, he requested an MDR for the National Security Agency's (NSA) UFO files, which were part of a high profile court case.
In the late 70s, the Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS), headed by lawyer Peter Gersten, sought UFO files from several government agencies via a FOIA request. The NSA refused to release their files, so CAUS sued.
The NSA had a large amount of UFO information, not necessarily because it was investigating UFOs, but because it monitors communications worldwide as part of its regular duties. These files are called communications intelligence (COMINT). Among this large amount of data, there were hundreds of files referring to UFOs. However, the NSA felt they should remain classified.
In 1980, Eugene F. Yeates, chief of the Office of Policy for the NSA, submitted a 21-page document to the judge overseeing the case, Federal Judge Gerhart A. Gesell, as to why these files should remain classified. This document is often referred to as the "Yeates affidavit." It, too, was classified.
Although Gesell did not have the clearance to read the documents in question, the Yeates affidavit convinced him that the NSA files should stay classified. He wrote, "The public interest in disclosure is far outweighed by the sensitive nature of the materials and the obvious effect on national security their release may well entail."
When the Yeates affidavit was released, it was heavily redacted. UFO researcher Stanton Friedman shows a page from the document to demonstrate government UFO secrecy, and as he says, this goes over well on television where a simple image can be very effective when making a point.

Eventually, in 1997, due to laws making it more difficult to keep files over 25 years old classified, the NSA released a less redacted Yeates affidavit and 156 UFO documents. As Friedman explains it, the affidavit was originally about 75 percent blacked out, the second version only about 20 percent blacked out. However, the UFO documents are heavily redacted.
The NSA might have seen Friedman's talks or television interviews, because instead of mostly blacking out the text, this time they largely whited it out, making it much less visually poignant.
In response to his 2014 MDR for the NSA UFO files, Greenewald was told the unredacted files were lost.
He writes, "NSA said they only have the redacted [files], and 'lost' the originals... as you can see -- DIA is using the same excuse, with the safety note they will try again... asking me for stuff they already have."
Greenewald says he has sent the DIA the titles of the documents, although he's not very hopeful it will help. If it could not find the files with the titles and the content of the documents that is currently available, it's not likely to find them with the titles alone.
The question is, were the files actually "lost," or, like in the recent premiere episode of the new X-Files mini-series, were the files spirited away by some other secret, nefarious third party? Stay tuned.

Smaller planets Wolf 1061B too close to the star for a potential life or colonization in the distant future habitable leave Wolf 1061c, but it’s a perfect candidate. The latest discovery was made by a harp spectrograph on the European Southern Observatory 12ft (3.6 meter) telescope at La Silla in Chile made.
Commenting on the findings 1061c Wolf, professor Kris Tinnei said: “Our team has developed a new technique that enhances the analysis of data from this precise purpose-built, planet similar to earth hunting instrument, and we have more than ten years worth of observations explored Wolf 1061.” “These three planets directly beside us to join a small but growing number of potentially habitable rocky worlds orbiting cooler than our sun near the stars. ‘

A FORMER US Naval officer who claims his secrecy agreement with the American Government has expired is vowing to lift the lid on thousands of top-secret UFO files he claims to have seen.
Retired Colonel Charles Halt, the most senior former US servicemen to go public about UFOs and Rendlesham Forest
The man, who says he was a third-class petty officer at the Naval Telecommunications Center within NAS Moffett Field from February 1986 to October 1989, also claims he can shed light on the mysterious mass-UFO sighting involving military personal in 1980.
He has yet to be named, but a former British MoD UFO investigator confirmed to Express.co.uk the man is a genuine source, creatinga flurry of excitement within the UFO disclosure community.
Nick Pope, who was charged by the MoD with investigating baffling UK UFO cases, including the Rendlesham incident, said: "I've actually had some personal communication with this individual, and have no doubts about his background.
"It's clear from the language he uses and the information he has that he's a genuine insider."
But Mr Pope stopped short of encouraging the whistleblower to come outinto the open.
He added: "While my own secrecy oath means I can't encourage anyone to divulge classified information without proper authority, I'm obviously very interested in his story.
"As I conducted the MoD's cold case review of the Rendlesham Forest incident I'm particularly keen to hear about anything that would shed new light on this case."

The UK alien sighting happened when three US officers based at RAF Bentwaters claimed a "triangular shaped craft" landed in neighbouring woods in the early hours of December 26 1980.
It has led to several reported sightings on the night by the public and several books and conspiracies.
The man, who has not been publicly named, is claiming the US National Security Agency (NSA) and the UK Government had a going project looking at UFO sightings, including Rendlesham in the 1980s.
He has filed a report to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) - the world's biggest official alien investigation organisation based in the US, saying he wants to help reach "disclosure".
The disclosure movement among the UFO fraternity, is calling for all world Governments to make public all their top secret files on UFO and flying saucer visitations.
In the report filed on Saturday he said: "I'm not reporting a UFO sighting rather a UFO related experience.
"I have copies of my security clearances.
"I personally handled, viewed and delivered thousands of documents involving UFO/ET Projects.
"My secrecy agreement with the US Government expired in October 2014.

"At this point in my life I would like to share my knowledge in hopes that someone will be able to use it effectively towards disclosure."
He said he was given TS SBI/ESI NATO/SIOP Compartmental Security Clearance, which is Top Secret clearance for working in Special Background Investigation, Single Integrated Operation Plan, Exceptionally Sensitive Information and with NATO.
He added: "In addition we had a GS11 employee who was transferred from a Joint US/UK communication station north of London after working at that site for a dozen years.
"He said it was an National Security Agency (NSA)/UK facility tasked with tracking UFO including Rendalsham Forest Incident.
"He said that UFO/ET were real and that hopefully disclosure would happen in my lifetime since he was in his early 60s at the time."
In the report he said: "I was required to deliver TS Code word designation COSMIC to SRI, ESL/SYLVANIA, LOCKHEED SKUNKWORKS, TRW, RATHEON, BERKELEY LABS, LAWRENCE LIVERMORE LABS, and other think tanks throughout Silicon valley."
