Orb-UFO Recorded While Doing the Most Unexplained Thing
The UFO phenomenon is real and it doesn’t necessarily involve alien crafts. From what we’ve seen so far from different recordings of these mysterious objects, they take different shapes and sizes and some of them even appear to be of organic nature. Today I’ll highlight an interesting example of what we call an ‘orb-UFO’.
Surprised over Spokane Valley, Washington, the glowing orb hovered over the city and performed some sort of bizarre ritual. It kept pulsating until a smaller orb emerged out of it and after that it turned off its lights and vanished into the night. What you are about to see is a clear example of ‘orb-UFO,’ a sighting that has become really common these days. This small buggers are very agile and can perform maneuvers that defy our laws of physics.
They are usually seen in a pair of two, but singular appearances were also reported. Common traits of these orbs are the dip in brightness they perform, as well as the formidable movement speed at which they can travel. Another particularity, as you will see in the video below, is the orb’s ability to multiply. Whatever this thing is doing remains unexplained, but it’s sure to put the most intriguing aerial spectacle.
The man who recorded this offered his testimony in Case 53762 of MUFON. He claims that soon after he stepped outside onto the back porch at about 7 PM, he noticed a strange object in the sky that appeared to change its color from yellow to red, and then orange.
I traveled towards our house northbound, stopped, and changed direction to the east,” the witness said. The object stopped, flashed very brightly several times and then discarded something. There was glowing discharge from the bottom of the object. Object lost brightness intensity and then slowly went away.
According to the witness, this was not the first time when the mysterious orb had made its presence noticed.
This was the second time I have seen the same object do the exact same thing in nearly the same place. The first sighting was slightly farther southeast and farther away. This time it was closer.
MUFON Washington State Director James E. Clarkson who investigated the case, offered some additional useful information in his report:
There is no known natural phenomenon that would produce what is visible. Further, there were radar anomalies present in the area that may correspond to what was taken on the video recording. The argument can be made for an unknown type of aerial military craft, but the weather and location do not seem appropriate for a military exercise.
According to our analysis, these peculiar orbs could be organic beings coming from within the Earth, but we do not exclude the possibility of an artificially-intelligent drone piloted by its own will. I know it might sound a little bit out of this world, but these appearances are something real and many people across the world have seen and even recorded them. Although certain anomalies were shown by ground radars, they remain literally untouchable because of the advanced technological means they possess.
Their purpose is also unknown, but considering that no harm has been done to people so far, it’s likely that they come in peace. The orb UFOs are usually drawn by large crouds, so there is evidence suggesting they might have some kind of interest in humans. Can we relate them to the increasing number of abductins worldwide, or are they rather the scouting devices of a far more advanced species of ET or intraterrestrials? Until more evidence surfaces, the above mentioned remains only a theory, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and I’m extremely curious to see where it leads to.

Three astronauts who served on the Apollo 10 mission dating back to 1969 — before Apollo 11's first manned moon landing — were terrified to hear radio transmissions similar to music during the radio-free mission while traversing the far side of the moon.
They were cut off from the Earth for about 60 minutes but still could hear radio sounds through their headsets after they entered lunar orbit. Astronauts were puzzled whether to report about the incident to NASA.
The released transcripts contained "strange, otherworldly music coming through the Apollo module's radio," the Science Channel series "NASA's Unexplained Files" found out.

"You hear that? That whistling sound? Whooooooooo!" one of them says. Another astronaut said: "It sounds like, you know, outer space-type music."
"Well, that sure is weird music," one astronaut says. "Boy it got quiet, didn't it?" one can be heard.
Apollo astronauts debated the necessity to tell Mission Control about the strange music minutes before they regained radio contact with Earth.
"It's unbelievable", "Shall we tell them about it?", "I don't know. We ought to think about it," they questioned.
"The Apollo 10 crew was very used to the kind of noise that they should be hearing. Logic tells me that if there was something recorded on there, then there was something there," Apollo 15 astronaut Al Worden says on the Science Channel program. "NASA would withhold information from the public if they thought it was in the public's best interest."
The recordings remained classified in NASA's archives until 2008, prompting an ongoing discussion regarding the nature and origin of the "outer space-type music."
"If you're behind the moon and hear some weird noise on your radio, and you know you're blocked from the Earth, then what could you possibly think?" The Huffington Post quoted Worden as saying ( via sputniknews.com ).
Some astronauts assume the music could belong to aliens. "These noises some of them are really weird, they even sound un sub conditional like strange alien speech."

Real life X-Files from the 1950’s describe a number of strange encounters with otherworldly beings and mysterious flying craft
Highly classified documents regarding UFOs and Alien life have emerged from the 1050’s exposing shocking truth about alien UFO’s visiting our planet.
The shocking truth about alien life and alien spacecraft are detailed in a catalogue of ‘unexpected’ highly classified documents from the CIA, detailing encounters with flying saucers and Aliens.
The reports, which go back decades, describe witnesses who were left stunned by the complexity and capabilities of fast-moving spacecraft through the skies. Among the details of alien spacecraft are descriptions of enigmatic encounters with beings not from Earth, and mysterious noises which have been recorded from space.
The mysterious accounts are considered as unprecedented by many and are considered to be far more important than what occurred in Roswell.
A declassified file from 1952 provides the sworn testimony of former mayor of Gleimershausen in Germany, Oskar Linke who describes how he spotted two beings in metallic clothing standing next to a huge spaceship.
“The object rose to a horizontal position,” he said, “turned toward a neighboring town, and then disappeared from the heights and forests.”
He added: “I would have thought that both my daughter and I were dreaming if it were not for the following element involved.
“When the object had disappeared, I went to the place where it had been.
“I found a circular opening in the ground and it was quite evident that it was freshly dug, it was exactly the same shape as the conical tower,” testified Linke.
The declassified documents note that many other people from the area reported and sam the same comet-like object in the sky.
Another file which has been made available to the public describes yet another incredible UFO encounter that took place over a uranium mine in what was then, the Belgian Congo. The two fiery disks glided in what is described as ‘elegant curves’, before abruptly stopping in mid-air, and taking off in a zig-zag fashion.
Former Commander Pierre, the pilot who flew after the two ‘alien’ objects from an airfield located near Elisabethville, modern-day Lubumbashi even sketched the objects trying to depict what he witnessed.
According to Commander Pierre – who is described as being a “dependable officer” – both objects moved an incredible speed of around 900mph.
However, the reports are numerous. Another interesting account took place in Barcelona when a strange object soaring over Spain was seen while emitting mysterious flashes of light. According to Valentin Garcia, a journalist who witnessed the mysterious encounter: “The newspaper office was soon flooded with telephone calls from people who had seen the object.”
In following weeks, more sightings of a similar object were seen over Algeria and Tunisia and Meknes, Taourirt and Casablanca in Morocco.
However, not only has the CIA admitted recording UFO sightings and unexplained phenomena that could not have been caused by any known force on planet Earth. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has also admitted we have been ‘visited’ in the distant past.
According to a document made available from the FBI archives found here, we have been visited by beings from ‘other’ dimensions. According to reports and “Declassified” documents, we have been visited by numbs extraterrestrial species, some of these, are not only from other planets but from other dimensions. Some of these beings originate from an ethereal plane coexistent with our physical universe. These “entities”, that could “materialize” on our planet appeared as giant translucent figures.

Based On A String of Mysterious Sightings, Researchers Believe a Major Alien Invasion is Happening Right Now Covertly
Researchers within the UFO community are sounding the alarm about what they believe is a subtle covert alien invasion taking place on our planet right now. Reports suggest they might be onto something.
Recently the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), which is the world’s oldest and largest UFO investigative organization has received a number of disturbing reports from across the United States in which numerous witnesses have sighted and filmed giant orbs hovering over the sky and seemingly releasing smaller orbs that then fall to the ground.
This has led some researchers to believe that a covert alien invasion is currently underway and, much like the war methodology of earthly conflicts, are busy infiltrating their targeted “enemy” to make their conquest easier.
Three cases reported and documented by MUFON, Case numbers 52942, 52934 and 52930 demonstrate this potential invasion through a sighting in which a stealth orb UFO was observed dropping a “landing pod” pod over Boise, Idaho which you can see in the video below;
Although the video itself is not incontrovertible evidence at all, this sighting was reported by all three of the unrelated witnesses.
In the first of the three independent reports, Case number 52934, a witness was driving home with his wife when he looked up and saw a mysterious glowing red UFO in the sky;
“It caught my eye because I am always looking up for strange lights… I asked my wife what she thought and she recommended that we pull over – so I did.”
After observing the strange craft, for several minutes the witnesses decided to rush home and fetch their video camera. They then began filming in time to capture the glowing orb drop an orb to the Earth’s surface;
“Got home, ran inside, grabbed my camera and got it into view just in time to see it drop another orb, but this one was flashing.”
A second witness,Case number 52930 reported the exact same incident;
“This really freaked me out… I watch the sky all of the time and have never seen anything like this before.”
A third witness. Case number 52942 made a similar report;
“We told some family members and my brother in law saw it on his way home after it was split in two… This left us with a very odd feeling as it was so unusual and hoping we get an answer.”
This, however, is not an isolated incident.
The Inquisitr reported last week that a witness saw an almost identical incident, filed as Case number 53762, where he witnessed an UFO with a bright orange-red glow dropping another orb that landed on our planet;
“The object stopped, flashed very brightly several times and then discarded something. There was glowing discharge from the bottom of the object. The object lost brightness intensity and then slowly went away.”

Another sighting, also reported by the Inquisitr, was once again almost identical. So what is going on here? Is there a planned methodical invasion taking place? Scott Kelly isn't bringing home a souvenir of his year in space.
The NASA astronaut, who has been living and working on the International Space Station since March 2015, is set to return home to Earth on Tuesday (March 1) after 340 days circling the planet. Kelly is the first American to embark on such a long mission and, together with Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko is the first to stay for nearly a year at the orbiting outpost.
"I don't look at souvenirs that have been flown in space the same [way] that other people do, only because I've been in space so many times," Kelly explained Thursday (Feb. 25) in a press conference from the space station. "I absolutely understand why other people do and I respect that, but the fact that I've been here four times and well over 500 days, it doesn't have the same meaning to me." [Ape Escape in Space! "So, I really do not have anything personal for myself that I have flown. I have stuff other people have given me and I look forward to returning those items when I get back," he said, replying to a question from collectSPACE.
His choice to forgo his own memento aside, Kelly is busy packing for his return home. Together with Kornienko and Sergey Volkov (who has been in space since September), Kelly will depart the station and land on the snow-covered steppe of Kazakhstan on board Russia's Soyuz TMA-18M spacecraft.
The descent capsule only has enough room for the three crew members and a limited amount of their cargo.
"There is not a lot of volume in the Soyuz, but we do have a lot of small items that we return," Kelly said in an earlier media interview this week. "Generally, we can bring about a kilogram and a half [3.3 pounds] of stuff on the Soyuz that are personal items and in some cases are things that people have given us."
"For me, most of the stuff I will bring on the Soyuz home is the stuff that flew up with me on the Soyuz," he said.
Although the space station has a much larger volume than Kelly's ride home — NASA likens it to a conventional six-bedroom house — the astronaut's personal quarters were just as small in comparison, a point Kelly said may need to be rethought before sending crews out on longer missions.

"Even though our crew quarters and our privacy is pretty good, I think it is going to have be a lot better," said Kelly. "Probably almost half of the time I've been here, between sleeping and working on the computer, I've spent basically in a box the size of a phone booth. So making that private area as perfect as is possible, I think, will go a long way towards reducing fatigue, reducing stress and helping for a successful mission."
Even in the constrained space of his crew quarters, Kelly has amassed more than he can bring home on the Soyuz alone, as supply ships have brought family care packages and logistical items, such as the clothing he has worn.
"I have been up here for a really long time and sometimes, when I think about it, I feel like I have lived my whole life up here," Kelly said.
For the items too large or in excess of what his spacecraft can carry, there is the SpaceX Dragon capsule, which has the capability to return from the space station to an ocean splashdown for recovery.
"We get to bring some items back on SpaceX," Kelly said. "We actually return garbage on the SpaceX [Dragon], too. We have to get rid of the stuff on the station somehow, so we do have a pretty significant capability to bring back stuff that you might not imagine."

Demand for machine learning skills is quite strong in specialist applications (search companies like Google, hedge funds and bio-informatics) and is growing every year."
"I expect this to become noticeable in the mainstream around the middle of the next decade. I expect a boom in AI around 2020 followed by a decade of rapid progress, possibly after a market correction."
"Human level AI will be passed in the mid 2020’s, though many people won’t accept that this has happened. After this point the risks associated with advanced AI will start to become practically important…I don’t know about a “singularity”, but I do expect things to get really crazy at some point after human level AGI has been created. That is, some time from 2025 to 2040."

And what if you couldn't tell the difference between man and machine?
Since probably many people looking in from the outside might not realize that artificial intelligence will one day outsmart humans, and there is no guarantee that it will be benevolent.
Even there is the possibility that the Internet will become self-aware.
Most people agree the internet is not consciously alive. Currently, the internet accepts inputs and is pretty good at producing outputs, depending on browser, apps, hardware, search engines, coding factors, and, of course, the people using it.
The scary fact, though, is that on a long enough timeline, the many billions of operations on the internet every second will no longer just be following pre-described patterns, but will begin to evolve on their own.
According to MotherboardVice, the question of whether the internet will become self-aware is not if it will happen, but when.
More likely, the internet will become alive because of aliens.
Extraterrestrial intelligence's are likely interested in the internet on Earth, probably because it’s an easy way to monitor and even mass control human beings.
So there’s plausible reason for advanced extraterrestrial intelligence to beam some advanced programming code or virus from a far-off system that would reprogram our internet to do its bidding—one that is super-intelligent, could closely watch us, and could shut us down before we do anything stupid.

A cover-up is an attempt, whether successful or not, to conceal evidence of wrongdoing, error, incompetence or other embarrassing information. In a passive cover-up, information is simply not provided; in an active cover-up, deception is used. The expression is usually applied to people in positions of authority who abuse their power to avoid or silence criticism or to deflect guilt of wrongdoing. Those who initiate a cover-up (or their allies) may be responsible for a misdeed, a breach of trust or duty or a crime. While the terms are often used interchangeably, cover-up involves withholding incriminatory evidence, while whitewash involves releasing misleading evidence.
When a scandal breaks, the discovery of an attempt to cover up is often regarded as even more reprehensible than the original deeds. The mildest case, not quite a cover-up, is simply to release news which could be embarrassing but is not important enough to guarantee attention at a time when other news is dominating the headlines, or immediately before a holiday or weekend. Initially a cover-up may require little effort; it will be carried out by those closely involved with the misdeed. Once some hint of the hidden matter starts to become known, the cover-up gradually draws all the top leadership, at least, of an organization into complicity in covering up a misdeed or even crime that may have originally been committed by a few of its members acting independently. This may be regarded as tacit approval of that behaviour.[citation needed] It is likely that some cover-ups are successful although by definition this cannot be confirmed. Many fail, however, as more and more people are drawn in and the possibility of exposure makes potential accomplices fearful of supporting the cover-up and as loose ends that may never normally have been noticed start to stand out. As it spreads, the cover-up itself creates yet more suspicious circumstances. The original misdeed being covered may be relatively minor, such as the 'third-rate burglary' which started the Watergate scandal, but the cover-up adds so many additional crimes (obstruction of justice, perjury, payoffs and bribes, in some cases suspicious suicides or outright murder) that the cover-up becomes much more serious than the original crime. Cover-ups do not necessarily require the active manipulation of facts or circumstances. Arguably the most common form of cover-up is one of non-action. It is the conscious failure to release incriminating information by a third party. This "passive cover-up" is often justified by the motive of not wanting to embarrass the culprit or expose them to criminal prosecution or even the belief that the cover-up is justified by protecting the greater community from scandal. Yet, because of the passive cover-up, the misdeed often goes undiscovered and results in harm to others ensuing from its failure to be discovered. (In Catholic Moral Theology this would be considered the Sin of omission and a Mortal sin),[citation needed] Real cover-ups are common enough, but any event which is not completely clear is likely to give rise to a thicket of conspiracy theories alleging covering up of sometimes the most weird and unlikely conspiracies. "Snowjob" is an American and Canadian colloquialism for a deception or a cover-up; for example, Helen Gahagan Douglas described the Nixon Administration as "the greatest snow job in history."

Tiny satellites could hitch a ride into orbit and spot alien worlds from afar, new research suggests.
NASA's 2,230 pound (1,052 kilogram) Kepler Space Telescope has discovered thousands of potential planets around other stars. Now, some scientists want to go smaller: They propose searching for new worlds using miniaturized satellites that can fit in the palm of your hand.
"We want to be cheaper than sending up a huge satellite, to be able to collect more data in less time for less money," Ameer Blake, an undergraduate student at Howard University in Washington, D.C., toldSpace.com. Blake and his adviser, Aki Roberge, a research astrophysicist at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, studied the possibility of using a smaller instrument known as a cubesat to search for a new planet around the star Beta Pictoris, already known to host at least one world, Beta Pictoris b. "We wanted to know, are there any other planets other than Beta Pictoris b, and if so, where are they?" Blake said.
In 2008, scientists used NASA's Hubble Space Telescope to reveal a giant planet more than 1.5 times the radius of Jupiter orbiting Beta Pictoris. Circling only nine times the Earth-sun distance from its star, just inside what would be the orbit of Saturn in the solar system, Beta Pictoris b is the closest orbiting exoplanet captured by direct imaging, the technique that essentiallyphotographs other worlds. The method is most sensitive to giant planets several times the mass of Jupiter, and faces challenges when it comes to spotting smaller worlds or worlds close to their star.

Blake and Roberge are interested in launching a cubesat into space to search for a new world around the star. The evidence suggests the star's system sits nearly edge-on as seen from Earth — that is, oriented so we're looking at the edge of the system rather than from above or below. Researchers have seen a debris disk that stretches to over 1,400 times the Earth-sun distance on both sides of the star, and the known planet's orbit also agrees with that orientation. This should allow a cubesat to search for other planets using a process called the transit method, which should be able to see worlds inside the orbit of Beta Pictoris b.
Unlike direct imaging, which relies on capturing the light reflected from a planet, the transit method, which is also used by the Kepler telescope, searches for dips in the brightness of the star as a planet moves between it and Earth. Instruments can only detect the transiting planets' presence if they pass between the star and Earth, so the system must lie within a few degrees of being edge-on to Earth.
Based on their preliminary study, Blake said that a cubesat should be able to spot the most massive gas giants on a short orbit.
"We would definitely be able to see hot Jupiters," he said, referring to the worlds several times the mass of the solar system's largest planet in orbits closer than Mercury's.
"We would like to get as small as maybe Neptune-size planets, but things get more complicated when you get to smaller sizes."
Stare & collect
Several years ago, planet hunter Sara Seager, of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, proposed using a fleet of cubesats to survey part of the sky in search of worlds beyond the solar system. Blake said the idea inspired him and his adviser to consider a single instrument targeting only one star. This avoids concerns about focusing or redirecting a suite of satellites.
"This is just, stare at one thing and collect as much information as possible," Blake said.
Blake said that sending up a single satellite would make a good first step toward an entire fleet. Once the method is proven to work, other satellites could be launched to either discover new worlds or confirm preliminary observations, such as those made by Kepler.
When it comes to discovery, however, the search would need to be limited to stars which already demonstrate that their systems are edge-on to Earth. Researchers can identify such stars by observing massive debris disks around them or targeting stars with directly imaged worlds whose orbits are edge-on.
Cubesats were first introduced in 1999 as compact satellites that university students could construct to perform experiments and test new technologies. They take the standardized shape of a 4 x 4 x 4-inch (10 x 10 x 10 centimeters) cube, which allows them to hitch a ride into space with other, larger launches. Two will be launched in March 2016 to cover the entry, descent, and landing of NASA's upcoming Mars InSight lander, while other scientists have discussed dropping them off at destinations such as Europa and Enceladus. The biggest challenge for a cubesat mission to hunt for worlds around a specific target has to do with time. The scientific community requires at least three transits — three times an object must pass between its sun and the Earth — to confirm its status as a planet. Blake's study suggests a maximum of a year and a half for a cubesat orbit, though it may last for only half a year. To confirm a planet would require finding those which circle their stars every two to six months.
Blake and Roberge have performed the background study that shows using a cubesat to search for worlds around Beta Pictoris is a viable plan. Their next step is to speak to engineers and instrumentalists to determine what parts would be necessary to construct such a satellite. From there, they can make estimates on what building it might cost — though it should come in far less than Kepler's $550 million price tag.
"I think it would be great to be able to find exoplanets with less material and preferably in quicker time," Blake said.
Ring-shaped, five-dimensional black holes could break Einstein's theory of general relativity, new research suggests.
There's a catch, of course. These 5D "black rings" don't exist, as far as anyone can tell. Instead, the new theoretical model may point out one reason why we live in a four-dimensional universe: Any other option could be a hot mess.
"Here we may have a first glimpse that four space-time dimensions is a very, very good choice, because otherwise, something pretty bad happens in the universe," said Ulrich Sperhake, a theoretical physicist at the University of Cambridge in England. Doomed from the start
From the beginning, Einstein's theory of general relativity, which describes how matter warps space-time, predicted its own demise. That demise came in the form of singularities, or infinitely curved portions of space-time in which the laws of physics break down, said study co-author Markus Kunesch, an applied mathematics and theoretical physics doctoral candidate at the University of Cambridge.
But in a kind of lucky save, Einstein's theory predicts these singularities exist only behind the event horizons of black holes, from which no matter can escape.
"Even though you have a singularity, it's pretty nicely contained in a high-security lunatic asylum, and it cannot affect anything on the outside," Sperhake, who was not involved in the current study, told Live Science. "This means that general relativity is still perfectly able to explain the entire evolution of the entire universe outside this tiny singularity."
The notion of safely contained singularities, dubbed the cosmic censorship theorem, has held up everywhere in the universe where people have looked.
Naked black holes
But Kunesch and fellow University of Cambridge researchers Pau Figueras and Saran Tunyasuvunakool wanted to probe the limits of the cosmic censorship theorem. They took a look at bizarre proposed black holes that researchers had dreamed up about 15 years ago.
In the past, researchers had proposed a mathematical description of these black rings. However, no one had been able to simulate how they would behave under general relativity. It turned out that, in five dimensions, "naked singularities" would be sitting outside black holes, the team reported in a study published Feb. 18 in the journal Physical Review Letters. That, in turn, would imply that Einstein's theory of relativity would completely break down throughout the universe, not just in black holes.
That doesn't mean Einstein's theory is wrong. Relativity has passed every single test it's faced.
"It is an incredibly amazing theory. It has predicted a lot of new things," Kunesch told Live Science. (Physicists recently discovered one of the last remaining predictions of relativity when they detected gravitational waves formed from the smashup of two black holes 1.3 billion years ago.)
For one, it's extremely unlikely that these relativity-breaking black holes exist. For that to be true, there would have to be extra dimensions. While some theories, such as string theory, do predict the existence of 11 or even 27 extra dimensions, these higher dimensions would be teensy, rolled-up specks — far different from the vanilla, ordinary-size dimensions that we live in, and that black rings were conceived in, Sperhake said. The Goldilocks of universes
The findings add to the notion that the universe occupies a sweet spot in terms of its physical properties, Sperhake said. If the gravity had been stronger, our universe would have collapsed soon after the Big Bang. If the gravity had been weaker, no stars could have formed. If the electromagnetism had been slightly different, the chemistry would have gone wonky, Sperhake said. Now, it seems as if the number of dimensions of space-time should be added to the list: If there were any more, the future behavior of the universe couldn't be predicted, at least not by Einstein's theory, he said.
The new results also shine a light in some of the dark, unexplored nooks and crannies of Einstein's groundbreaking theory, Kunesch said.
"It's quite remarkable that, more than 100 years after Einstein's theory was written down, we still don't fully understand what solutions to Einstein's equations look like," Kunesch said. "We still need to establish whether it is completely consistent theoretically. There are still lots of open questions, both on the theoretical level but also on the more experimental level."

WASHINGTON — For the second consecutive year, the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's top-funded space program is an experimental spaceplane intended to make frequent trips to orbit.
DARPA asked for $50 million in the Pentagon's 2017 budget request for its Experimental Spaceplane 1, or XS-1 program. That's up from a $30 million the agency asked for during the fiscal year 2016 budget cycle.
XS-1 aims to develop a reusable first stage that could carry an expendable upper stage capable of placing payloads weighing up to 1,800 kilograms into orbit. DARPA said the vehicle could ultimately fly 10 times in 10 days and boost payloads into low Earth orbit for less than $5 million per launch. [DARPA's XS-1 Military Space Plane Concept in Pictures]
Three industry teams are working on the program: Boeing and Blue Origin; Masten Space Systems and XCOR Aerospace; and Northrop Grumman and Virgin Galactic.
In July, all three teams received funding to continue design work and risk reduction activities in preparation for a production contract.
DARPA said in 2014 it intended to pick one team in 2015 to work toward demonstration flight in 2018, but now it is unclear when such a downselect will occur.
DARPA said in budget documents that it plans to complete system and subsystem designs later this year, as well as coordinate with the Federal Aviation Administration for preliminary flight test planning.
A critical design review is planned for fiscal year 2017, the documents said.
In October, the Government Accountability Office said none of several Defense Department efforts to field quick-reaction launch vehicles, including XS-1, have advanced past the development stage.
In its 2017 budget request DARPA asked for $175 million for its space programs and technology office, significantly higher than the $127 million budget for 2016.
In addition to $50 million for XS-1, next year's budget would also include:
$45 million for the RadarNet program. an effort to design a deployable lightweight, low-power and wideband-capable communications antenna for cubesats.
$33 million for Robotic Servicing of Geostationary Satellites, which would establish a robotics operation in geosynchronous orbit to perform servicing tasks.

In his old age (now 94 years old) he has become increasingly vocal about this knowledge and personal experience. Unlike most people though, the Zulu shaman claims these “aliens” are not really conventional aliens at all. He believes they are not from a far away planet, but they are actually from Earth or at somewhere near by;
“These so-called aliens don’t come from far away at all. I believe that they are here with us, and I believe that they need substances from us, just as some of us human beings use certain things from wild animals, such as monkey glands, for certain selfish purposes of our own… Far too many people fall into the temptation of looking upon these ‘aliens’ as supernatural creatures. They are just solid creatures, sir.”
He also believes that they have sinister intent and before they arrived human beings lived as one;
“…the Chitauli came to Earth, they arrived in terrible vessels which flew through the air, vessels which were shaped like great bowls and which made a terrible noise and a terrible fire in the sky. And the Chitauli told human beings, whom they gathered together by force with whips of lightning, that they were great gods from the sky and that from now on they would receive a number of great gifts from the god. These so-called gods, who were like human beings, but very tall, with a long tail, and with terrible burning eyes, some of them had two eyes-yellow, bright eyes-some had three eyes, the red, round eye being in the center of their forehead. These creatures then took away the great powers that human beings had: the power of speaking through the mind only, the power of moving objects with their mind only, the power of seeing into the future and into their past, and the power to travel, spiritually, to different worlds.
All of these great powers the Chitauli took away from human beings and they gave human beings a new power, now, the power of speech. But, human beings found, to their horror, that the power of speech divided human beings, instead of uniting them, because the Chitauli cunningly created different languages, and they caused a great quarrel between people. Also, the Chitauli did something which has never been done before: they gave human beings people to rule over them, and they said, “These are your kings, these are your chiefs. They have our blood in them. They are our children, and you must listen to these people because they will speak on our behalf. If you don’t, we are going punish you very terribly.”
Before the coming of the Chitauli, before the coming of the Imbulu creatures, human beings were spiritually one. But when the Chitauli came, human beings became divided, both spiritually as well as by language.
And then, human beings were given strange new feelings by the Chitauli. Human beings started to feel unsafe, and so they started making villages with very strong fences of wood around them. Human beings started becoming country makers. In other words, they started creating tribes and tribe lands, which had borders, which they defended against any possible enemy. Human beings became ambitious and greedy and they wanted to acquire wealth in the form of cattle, and sea shells.”
Whether what the shaman says is real or not, is obviously debatable. But it does seem to hold within it a resonance that sounds more tangible than the creationist or big bang/evolution explanations we have been given. The Zulu shaman claims what makes him a true believer in these ancient tales is he was personally abducted while in the mountains. The Moon used to rotate at a faster rate in the distant past, and for some reason, its rotation slowed down and became tidally locked with Earth. There are traces of titanium, uranium 236, mica, and neptunium 237 on the moon… these elements have not been found to occur naturally… What is going on?
Mankind has always been fascinated by Earths loyal satellite, the moon. Believed to have been ‘formed’ around 4.5 billion years ago, Earth’s moon is one of the largest ‘natural’ and most mysterious satellites in the solar system. Many details about the moon have led numerous researchers and scientists to question its real purpose. Why is the moon in synchronous rotation with Earth, always showing us the same face? And why is it so important for life on Earth?
In the 21st century, there are many UFOlogists around the world who speculate that the moon is actually a giant base where extraterrestrials survey mankind’s progress. While this theory might sound absurd to many readers, there are quite a few details about the Moon which are simply put, inexplicable.

Set in place 4.53 billion years ago?
According to studies, if our moon did not exist, life on Earth would have probably had a hard time surviving. For example, its gravitational influence produces ocean tides and body tides on Earth. Mysteriously, The Moon’s current orbital distance is about thirty times the diameter of Earth and is exceptionally large relative to Earth: a quarter its diameter and 1/81 its mass. Even more interesting is the fact that the Moon used to rotate at a faster rate, but early in its history, its rotation slowed and became tidally locked.
But if the moon was ‘engineered’ as some suggest and is, in fact, an artificial ‘structure’ wouldn’t there be something on the moon that could uncover its mystery? Well, if we look closer, there are a couple of very interesting things. According to studies, the moon has a solid shell of around 20 miles made of highly resistant materials such as titanium, uranium 236, mica, neptunium 237. Definitely, elements that you would not expect to find “inside” the moon.

How is it possible that the surface of the moon is so hard and why does it contain minerals like Titanium?
Mysteriously, there are some lunar rocks that have been found to contain PROCESSED METALS, such as Brass, Mica and the elements of Uranium 236 and Neptunium 237 that have NEVER been found to occur naturally. So how did they get there?
Uranium 236 is a radioactive nuclear waste which is found in spent nuclear and reprocessed Uranium. More interestingly, Neptunium 237 is a radioactive metallic element and a by-product of nuclear reactors and the production of Plutonium.
There are some lunar rocks that have been found to contain ten times more titanium than “titanium rich” rocks on planet Earth. Here on Earth, we use Titanium in supersonic jets, deep diving submarines and spacecraft. It’s unexplainable. Dr Harold Urey, Nobel Prize winner for Chemistry said he was “terribly puzzled by the rocks astronauts found on the moon and their Titanium content. The samples were unimaginable and mind-blowing since researchers could not account for the presence of Titanium.
Even more fascinating is the incredible orbit of the moon. It is the only known moon in the solar system that has a stationary, nearly “perfect” circular orbit. It’s a fact that the Moon does not spin like a natural celestial body. In other words, our Moon does not share any characteristics with other moons found in our Solar System. If it wasn’t strange enough, from any point on the surface of our planet, only one side of the Moon is visible.

Er is druk buitenaards verkeer van allerlei verschillende ruimtevoertuigen en de wereld lijkt het niet te (willen) zien.
Druk verkeer van een UFO die een vulkaan in Costa Rica lijkt te verlaten tot een vermomd ruimteschip van de Tall White Aliens in de Amerikaanse staat New Mexico.
Keer op keer komen er verhalen en beelden tevoorschijn over vreemde UFO-activiteit in de buurt van vulkanen.
Het is welhaast zeker dat er zich diep in de kraters van deze vulkanen buitenaardse basis bevinden en de wereld legt het bewijsmateriaal volkomen naast zich neer.
Vorige week opnieuw een grote cilindervormige UFO die een Mexicaanse vulkaan in dook en nu een interessant berichtuit het naburige Costa Rica.
Hier volgt het verhaal van een getuige die zich vlakbij de Irazu vulkaan bevond in dat land.
Ik was met mijn vriendin naar het nationale park in Cartago om een bezoek te brengen aan de Irazu vulkaan.
Het weer was prachtig, veel zonlicht en weinig bewolking. Deze vulkaan bevindt zich op een hoogte van 3.400 meter boven zeeniveau, waardoor je je als het ware boven de wolken bevindt.
Je krijgt dan een beetje het gevoel alsof je in een vliegtuig zit. We waren daar rond elf uur in de morgen en namen foto’s van de vulkaan en het landschap.
De wolken zagen eruit als een witte zee, maar vlakbij één van de bergen zag ik wat wolken die een vreemde vorm hadden. Dus, begon ik daar foto’s van te nemen.
Toen we zo ongeveer uitgekeken waren, besloten we om naar huis terug te keren. Toen ik de gemaakte foto’s bekeek zag een donkere cirkel die ik niet eerder had gezien boven de bergen.
Het zag eruit als een ronde schotel met een paar antennes bovenop en ook één achterop. Op het moment dat ik de foto’s nam, heb ik het niet gezien.
Ik nam de foto’s in een serie snel achter elkaar. Op de ene foto zie je het object volkomen duidelijk en op de volgende is het verdwenen. Er zitten maar enkele seconden tussen beide foto’s.
Het lijkt duidelijk dat we hier te maken hebben met een klassieke retro UFO die vertrekt vanaf zijn buitenaardse basis onder de vulkaan.
Opvallend is ook hier het verhaal van de getuige over vreemd uitziende wolken.
De volgende foto’s zijn genomen in de Amerikaanse staat New Mexico en laten volgens ufoloog Scott Waring een vermomd buitenaards schip zien van het ras dat bekendstaat als Tall White Aliens.
Volgens hem is het absoluut geen lenswolk zoals meteorologen ons willen doen geloven, maar hebben we hier een typisch voorbeeld van hoe de Tall White Aliens hun ruimtechip cloaken.
Hij zegt verder dat dit buitenaardse ras regelmatig in een stad zoals Las Vegas wordt gesignaleerd waarbij ze dan ook een gokje wagen. Het schijnt ook een volk te zijn dat graag een beetje speelt met de mensheid door hun ruimteschepen pal onder onze neus te vertonen in de vorm van een wolk.
Jarenlang schrijven wij al over het verschijnsel van de vreemde en vaak oranjekleurige bollen in de lucht.
Iets waar nog helemaal niemand ooit een verklaring voor heeft kunnen vinden, maar een verschijnsel dat ondertussen door zoveel verschillende mensen is waargenomen dat het als een vaststaand feit kan worden beschouwd dat ze echt zijn.
Naast de oranje kleur worden ook heel vaak witte bollen waargenomen. Bollen die niet echt lijken op wat men retro UFO’s noemt (platte schijven met een koepel), maar die toch wel degelijk onder intelligente besturing staan.
Een theorie voor die vreemde ronde bollen is dat het een soort verkenningsdrones zijn, al dan niet toebehorend aan een buitenaardse beschaving. Theoretisch zouden ze menselijk kunnen zijn, maar dan was er normaal gesproken al lang iets ergens over uitgelekt en aangezien er niet iets dergelijks is gebeurd, heeft het meer iets van buitenaardse verkenningsobjecten.
Zeker ook omdat al diverse keren is geconstateerd dat dit soort vreemde bollen ook wel eens heel dichtbij de grond komen en duidelijk nieuwsgierige trekjes vertonen.
Een voorbeeld hiervan kunnen we zien in onderstaande video die gelekte beelden bevat van een beveiligingscamera op een militaire basis ergens in Rusland.
Die avond rond half tien zat een militair die verantwoordelijk was voor de beveiliging van de basis achter de camera en zag opeens een vreemde lichtbol. Een bol die langzaam neerdaalde vanuit de lucht en zich vervolgens verplaatste over het wateroppervlak van de Moskwa rivier.
Dat de waarneming echt is, bewijst ook de reflectie van de lichtbol in het water.
Vaak zijn de vreemde bollen met het blote oog waar te nemen, maar in dit geval niet. Dit keer wordt het waargenomen door een infraroodcamera, wat betekent dat er waarschijnlijk nog veel meer van dit soort bollen om ons heen zweven zonder dat wij ze zien.
Niet dat het mysterie van de vreemde bollen in de lucht nu is opgelost, maar in ieder geval een aantal daarvan fungeert als een soort verkenners als we kijken naar de volgende beelden.

Eyewitness states: I was with my girlfriend visiting Irazu Volcano national park in Cartago Costa Rica. The weather was really nice. Very good sun light not cloudy. This Volcano is 3400 mts of altitude above sea level close to the biosphere. So we were above the clouds. Like when you fly on airplane. The sky was really clear so at 11:00 am on that altitude part of the sky was light black.We were taking pictures of the volcano and the landscape. The clouds looked like a white sea but I noticed close to one of the mountains some clouds with different forms. So I started to take pictures there. Once we finish the tour we headed back home. While I was checking the pictures I noticed one black circle above the mountains I noticed before. It looked like a circular sauce with 2 little antenas one on the top of it and like one on it's tail. On the moment while taking the pictures I did not see it. I took the pictures in a burst. on one pic you can see the object completely clear on the next one vanished. almost in seconds. All the pictures have less than one minute difference. Sounds have been heard from the middle of the pacific ocean since 1991 and have been heard off and on ever since. The military had never heard anything like it and scientist came up with the great idea that its fish farting. What were those scientist thinking? Clearly the military has found an underwater base far below the depths in this are marked on the map below. Only electronic equipment could make such sounds. Its a signal for exiting and entering alien craft to better find their way. Like wifi assisting our phones to connect to the internet. It helps comfort the aliens entering the area, to know they are in a safe zone among friends. I made video last year about an underwater base I found to give you an idea of what I'm saying. An unexplained sound has permeated the water from one end of the Pacific to the other since 1991. What could it be? It isn’t whales or ship vibrations or any of the other usual suspects making this noise in the ocean. In 1991, scientists first detected what has become known as the Upsweep. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) describes Upsweep: “It consists of a long train of narrow-band upsweeping sounds of several seconds duration each.” It’s been detected from one end of the Pacific to the other, a huge range.
The US Navy had never seen this signal before in its decades of listening under the waves, according to a 2002 New Scientist article. Upsweep was heard straight across the Pacific, ruling out certain localized or small-scale sources. The sound persisted, with a peak in strength in 1994. Since then, it has been subsiding, though it remains audible, reports the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). It seems to peak in the spring and fall. This could be related to the source of the sound, or it may simply be that the sound travels better in the aquatic environment at these times for whatever reason, says NOAA. The sound is uniform overall, unlike the varied sounds of most volcanic activity and unlike the varied intonations of whale communications. But Emile Okal of Northwestern University in Chicago and Jacques Talandier, formerly with the French Atomic Energy Agency, suggested a particular type of volcanic activity that may be the cause. In 1996, they hypothesized that it may be the sound of seawater coming into contact with a large pool of lava, explained New Scientist. They used seismometers to trace where the sound may be coming from, concluding that it may originate in the remote southern Pacific. NOAA states that the source may be in this region, at the location of inferred volcanic seismicity. “But,” notes NOAA, “the origin of the sound is unresolved.”

I began filming a light to the south before it was fully dark. Initially, I wasn't sure what it was but know to film just in case. It turned out to be an interesting capture because it ended up being a minimum of four lights which ultimately disappeared below a nearby rooftop. The second set of lights were to the north and I knew immediately that they were special and began filming them because I have filmed similar lights many times before in the same location. What's so interesting about them is the formations they were flying in and how slowly they were moving. The most interesting thing of all is that this time I know their destination because the camera followed them to Nellis Air Force Base. They also flew to a very strange area I have filmed on many occasions. It is a location where hundreds of lights seemingly appear out of thin air. I could visually see the lights to the south but the lights to the north did not reveal themselves visually. Finally, in both the north and south videos you will also see airplanes flying through the scene. The aircraft that were flying in the video from the north are very likely military because they appeared to be flying in restricted airspace. You can tell when you are looking at an airplane because the flashing beacon is much stronger and more pronounced.
