Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

FBI Spills the Beans About UFOs and Otherwordly Beings
There is no secret anymore that governmental agencies are keeping matters regarding otherworldly visitors out of reach, but the FBI has recently initialized an attempt to redeem their name by declassifying a fully documented report about UFOs and intelligent being from other dimensions that have been visiting Earth.
Numerous scientists from different institutions have recently implied that there could be other worlds co-existing with our own. Today, there is a heated debate about whether or not otherworldly beings are visiting planet Earth. There’s more to this topic than it may seem, as many people consider the possibility of those beings already residing on our planet. There is much room for speculation, but one thing is clear – they have been visiting us for thousands of years if not more, and they are still flying their crafts throughout the planet on a daily basis.
What they are exactly, or from where they come from remains yet a mystery, but it appears that several governmental institutions are slowly preparing the ground for a massive disclosure. Why are they not hastening things up, you might ask? Simply because they don’t consider the world to be ready for total disclosure. But there’s a slight progress that has been done by the FBI towards admitting that aliens are more than just a speculation.
The FBI actually admitted that interdimensional beings are visiting us regularly, and they even showcased a bunch of files from the past that show clear UFO activity. It comes as a surprise for the UFO community to see a governmental agency trying to play on our side, but when considering that such reports of unidentified flying crafts account thousands of years back, we can see why they are trying to make people aware. After all, the recent globalization has brought all the desired and undesired information together for everyone who is interested to just grab it and analyze it. On an overpopulated planet, this is actually a worrying fact. Just imagine if the next day you woke up, the internet would be full of leaked extraterrestrial evidence. How will the world act then? Will they conform to the new world understanding, or will there be chaos as all other rooted beliefs are falling apart?
There has been an unexpected progress towards disclosure. In 2011, a special FBI report dating from 1947 has been declassified and thrown into public grasp.
The “special” FBI agent who wrote the report was a lieutenant colonel whose identity remained anonymous for obvious (national security) reasons. The agent had a pile of data gathered throughout many years of investigating the UFO phenomenon.
According to the “declassified” files, various extraterrestrial beings have been reaching out to us for time immemorial. These beings not only came from outer space, but also from different dimensions co-existing with our own. Human beings have been in contact with them for ages, but for unknown reasons, we decided to follow our own destructive path and keep our mouths shut about these otherworldly visitors.

They probably cannot be reached by radio, but probably can be by radar. if a signal system can be devised for that (apparatus)
Addendum: The Lokas are oval shape, fluted length oval with a heat-resisting metal or alloy not yet known the front cage contains the controls, the middle portion a laboratory; the rear contains armament, which consists essentially of a powerful energy apparatus, perhaps a ray.
Apparently, many species have been visiting us, most of them sentient and capable of sustaining contact with humans. The reason why they didn’t reveal themselves to us is because our governments may have a secret pact with them which only allows to reveal their kind when the time is right (when our species is considered mature enough). The world’s first reusable rocket, New Shepard, flew again to successfully complete its launch and vertical landing at Blue Origin’s testing site in Texas on April 2, 2016.
The rocket was used for the third time with the same hardware, making the test flight somewhat historic. The company aims to dramatically lower the cost of spaceflights by reusing the rockets rather than discarding them.
At present, it costs about $1.5 billion to send a shuttle into space since the costly parts of the shuttle like multi-stage rockets and boosters are detached at different stages of the flight. As the parts cannot be recovered, it increases the cost of the launch.
Blue Origin and its rival SpaceX aim to reduce the cost of spaceflights 100 fold by reusing boosters. Since there won’t be any need to built a new rocket for each launch, a reusable rocket will make it possible to launch satellites and get many more people into space at a lower cost.
Named after the first American astronaut Alan Shepard, New Shepard reached an apogee of 339,138 feet (103.4 km) before vertically landing back on Earth for the third time with the same rocket booster. The engine that powers the rocket restarted at just 3,635 feet (1,108 meters) above the ground level and ramped up fast for a successful landing. The unmanned crew capsule also landed safely nearby under parachutes.
Any problem with the ramp-up or ignition of the engine would have crashed the booster into the ground in just 6 seconds.

We’ve all seen the hoverboards that tourists at island resorts pay to ride, with a giant hose attached to them, which in my book means they aren’t actually real hoverboards.
However, now it appears Zapata Racing has developed a hoverboard with absolutely nothing attached to the device.
Dubbed the “Flyboard Air,” the details behind the video and hoverboard are a bit murky, but Zapata claims the footage is 100% real.
The features of the Flyboard Air do seem kind of outlandish, however, with Zapata saying it can fly autonomously for 10 minutes with a ceiling of 10,000 feet, not to mention a top speed of 93 miles per hour.
I don’t know about all that, but Zapata Racing certainly knows how to get people talking, so for now, we’ll take a cautious approach before getting too excited about the Flyboard Air.

Met behulp van satellieten is het mysterie van een aantal eeuwenoude unieke bouwwerken in het zuiden van Peru ontrafeld. Het gaat om diepe spiraalvormige gaten in de Nazcawoestijn, vlak bij de beroemde Nazcalijnen. De structuren maken volgens wetenschappers deel uit van een ingenieus watervoorzieningssysteem, meldt BBC Future.
De Nazcalijnen zijn voor veel toeristen even mysterieus als fascinerend. De enorme geometrische figuren vormen het archeologische bewijs voor de aanwezigheid van beschavingen.
Wind
De spiraalvormige, met stenen afgeboorde gaten staan bekend als ‘puquios’. Italiaanse wetenschappers concluderen op basis van satellietbeelden dat de bouwwerken onderdeel zijn van een systeem om grondwater naar boven te halen. Via de spiraalvormen werd er wind in de kanalen gevoerd, waardoor het water werd afgevoerd naar de plek waar het nodig was. Overschotten werden opgeslagen in reservoirs.
Het systeem maakte het mogelijk het hele jaar door landbouw te bedrijven op één van de droogste plaatsen ter wereld, aldus Rosa Lasaponara van het Institute of Methodologies for Environmental Analysis. Dit maakte de regio toch leefbaar.

“Dit is zonder twijfel het meest ambitieuze waterproject in het gebied,” voegde Lasaponara toe. Volgens een recente theorie vormen de Nazcalijnen samen een kaart die de locaties van de puquios aanwijst.
De exacte oorsprong van de puquios blijft nog wel onduidelijk. De Nazcabeschaving heeft er geen duidelijke verhalen over achtergelaten en daarnaast kan koolstofdatering niet gebruikt worden voor deze bouwwerken.
I don't know how many times I have said this...aliens don't have to be our height. They can be as small as insects. Despite an acute lack of details, this is one of the most interesting cases involving alien bodies. The story begins in 1996, when Russian police officers found the body of a miniature creature in the town of Kyshtym, in the Chelyabinsk region.Due to its small size and unearthly appearance, media outlets soon began calling it the Kyshtym alien. The local medical examiner who autopsied the body determined it was neither human nor animal. He believed it was a previously undiscovered life form. Dr. Stanoslav Samoshkin was in charge of the morbid anatomy department at the local hospital when authorities brought the alien body for analysis. After a thorough examination, he concluded: “THE CREATURE WAS NOT BY ANY MEANS A HUMAN BEING. THE HUMAN SKULL CONSISTS OF SIX BONES. THE SKULL OF THAT CREATURE WAS MADE UP OF 4 BONES. THERE WERE OTHER DIFFERENCES IN THE SKELETON STRUCTURE. THOSE ANOMALIES DIDN’T LOOK LIKE ANY CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS KNOWN TO DATE.” Measuring nearly 10 inches in length, the mummified body had an enlarged and misshapen head. Its large eye sockets occupied most of its face. When it was alive, the Kystym alien must have looked quite different from us humans. Interestingly enough, it closely resembles Ata, another enigmatic mummified body discovered in the Atacama Desert in 2003. International media dubbed it the ‘Uralian Alien’ and the world was hungry for details. Stories soon began popping up. One of them mentioned the tiny alien had been found while still alive by Tamara Prosvirina, an old and barely literate woman. In August of 1996, Prosvirina heard a voice in her head telling her to go to the local cemetery, where she found the small alien inside a tomb. She took it home, baptized it Aleshenka and wanted to raise it as her son. Unfortunately, the alien died when Prosvirina fell ill and was hospitalized for a few weeks.This isn’t the only story about how the body was found. Other sources say Aleshenka had been found in the possession of Vladimir Nurtdinov, a local man suspected of stealing electrical wire. When his home was raided, he unwillingly gave police officers the small mummy wrapped in red cloth but never said where he got it. Even if its origins were unknown, the Kyshtym alien was a fascinating discovery. Ufologist and paranormal researcher Vadim Chernobrov flew in from Moscow to examine the body and concluded it was ‘sensational.’ Preliminary genetic analysis showed that it was definitely not human: “NO GENE SAMPLES AVAILABLE AT THE LABORATORY MATCH THE GENE,” CHERNOBROV SAID DURING A CONFERENCE ON ALIEN LIFE. “THE EXPERTS IN DNA RESEARCH HAVEN’T COME ACROSS ANY CREATURES WITH SUCH AN ELONGATED DNA MOLECULE.”
It would be great if an independent laboratory could verify Chernobrov’s claims but such a venture is unfortunately impossible. Amidst the commotion caused by the discovery, the mummified alien body vanished without a trace. A somewhat sketchy investigation concluded that somebody must have simply stolen the body from the hospital morgue where it was being kept. Over the years, many attempts to recover Aleshenka have been made. A Japanese TV show even offered a reward of $200,000 for information regarding the alien mummy’s whereabouts but was largely unsuccessful. But the story doesn’t end here. A series of strange accidents led to the idea that that the alien body was cursed. Sources claim that shortly after Moscow researchers started investigating the case, Tamara Prosvirina was fatally struck by a car.
Chernobrov himself inexplicably became paralyzed from the waist down while researching this strange creature. His disease rapidly progressed and was soon dead. Another victim of the curse of the Kyshtym alien was academician Mark Milkhiker who fell ill while conducting his own investigation into this strange case. He suffered a fatal heart attack after returning to Moscow. Tracing and verifying the validity of these claims is difficult and would only prove they are embellishments later added to the story. But the fact of the matter is twenty years ago, somebody found the mummified remains of a creature from another world. If it were to turn up today, ufologists would have a field day.

Witness report:I was out scanning the skies from my backyard on the afternoon of 20th March 2016 at 3pm when i acquired what seems to be an ORB UFO entity through my spotting scope. I immediately began recording with my camera exactly what i was seeing through the scope. The object was heading in a northerly direction overhead just east of my lccation, which is not far from Melbourne Airport. I am regular skywatcher and such sightings are commonplace for this area, i would encourage others to get involved and start filming in a similar fashion. Author and radio host Greg Bishop, who has been researching and writing about strange phenomena for over 25 years, joined George Knapp in the first half. In the latter half, UFO researcher Bill Chalker, talked about one of Australia’s most remarkable UFO incidents. 50 years ago this month in Melbourne, more than 200 students and teachers at Westall High School witnessed an unexplained aerial object that was pursued by five other craft which circled the object. There was evidence that one or two of the craft landed and left behind physical traces. What has made the case difficult to investigate is that there was likely a “heavy hand of officialdom that seemed to come in and almost shut down the case,” both as a cover-up and to quell an element of hysteria at the school

A SHOCKED photographer believes he could have landed the first conclusive picture of a real flying saucer, claiming he snapped a door opening on a silver metallic UFO.
"I said vanished because when I tried to take the sixth photo I could not find it anymore."
The photographer was using a Cannon 450D digital SLR camera with zoom lens at a hotel in the Turkish resort of Kemer, Antalya, on April 3, and has just made the report.
The witness said: "I was sitting and talking with the family. It was a Shiny object with strange movements.
"We thought it was a helium filled metallic balloon. It moved North first and then came back and hovered above the sea.
"I was surprised and then took five shots with my Canon."
The sighting is causing a buzz on UFO websites.

The bizarre-looking object was allegedly caught cruising over the sea, with some suggesting it looked like a flying toasted sandwich maker.
The sighting is being investigated by the world's biggest UFO investigation organisation in case it could be the historic proof alien hunters have been seeking for years.
The witness, who has not been named, reported the sighting and sent pictures to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) based in the USA, which has opened a case file.
The witness said in a brief report: "When you look at the pictures it was like a door opened at the end of the photos.
"When you look at the pictures it was like a door opened at the end of the photos. It becomes the known UFO shape and vanished.

There have been mixed reactions by commentators.

He posted pictures of such balloons online.
Martin Harris posted after watching the film: "It's a curious set of images, but totally inclusive.
"Could be something small and close to the camera or large and distant.
"Maybe someone with more technical knowledge can enlighten us?"

The Universe is a big place. We are constantly seeing new and previously unknown things as we look deeper and deeper into the cosmos. To that end, we’ve developed powerful tools to help us see into the many secrets of the Universe…we can see into distant galaxies and scan for possible worlds that harbor life.
Which is exactly why it’s embarrassing when we realize that we don’t see things that are pretty close to our galaxy. It’s like seeing your own backyard for the first time.
Case in point, meet Crater 2.
Astronomers were recently surprised to see a never-before-seen dwarf galaxy orbiting our own. Dubbed “Crater 2,” the galaxy is the fourth largest satellite of the Milky Way, behind Sagittarius and the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds.
Crater 2 is 380,000 light-years away in the constellation Crater (hence, the name), and it was only detected because of a computer that was looking for over-densities of stars in data from images taken by a telescope in Chile.
A FEEBLE GIANT
The precise reason that Crater 2 has eluded human observation is simple enough: It’s a pretty dark galaxy. In fact, it is one of the lowest surface brightness dwarfs ever seen. This is because the stars in the galaxy are stretched out, making the combined light pretty faint.
Also, Crater 2 has lived a pretty quiet life, not having approached any large galaxy. This can be said because it has a round shape, and contact with larger galactic bodies usually bend dwarfs out of shape.
Scientists say that Crater 2 may belong to a small group of satellites, which include the Leo dwarf galaxies and the Crater globular star cluster…that may be merging with the Milky Way galaxy.
The findings were published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

Of the more than 600,000 known asteroids in our Solar System, almost 10 000 are known as Near-Earth Objects (NEOs). These are asteroids or comets whose orbits bring them close to Earth’s, and which could potentially collide with us at some point in the future. As such, monitoring these objects is a vital part of NASA’s ongoing efforts in space. One such mission is NASA’sNear-Earth Object Wide-field Survey Explorer (NEOWISE), which has been active since December 2013.
And now, after two years of study, the information gathered by the mission is being released to the public. This included, most recently, NEOWISE’s second year of survey data, which accounted for 72 previously unknown objects that orbit near to our planet. Of these, eight were classified as potentially hazardous asteroids (PHAs), based on their size and how closely their orbits approach Earth.
Originally launched back in 2009 as the Wide-field Survey Explorer (WISE), the spacecraft relied on its infrared telescope to look for previously undetected star clusters and main belt asteroids. In February of 2011, the mission ended and the spacecraft was put into hibernation. As of December 2013, it was reactivated for the purpose of surveying Near-Earth Objects (i.e. comets and asteroids) for the remainder of its service life.

This mission not only involves scanning for NEOs at infrared wavelengths, but also characterizing previously known asteroids and comets to provide information about their sizes and compositions. James Bauer, the mission’s deputy principal investigator, explained NEOWISE’s operations to Universe Today via email:
“NEOWISE detects asteroids and comets, both near to Earth and further away, in the asteroid Main Belt for example, using infrared light. Because we look in the thermal infrared, the part of the spectrum where these small solar-system bodies are re-emitting the light they absorbed at other wavelengths, we can detect some of the darkest ones more easily than ground-based observatories, which look at their reflected light from the Sun. We can also get a better idea of the sizes, based on how much infrared light they re-emit. This way we detect and characterize Near Earth Objects that we may want to visit in the near future, and find new ones that may present impact risks as well as opportunities for exploration. NEOWISE has detected over 500 NEOs to date, including more than 81 discovered.”
Paired with ground-based telescopes that examine space in visible-light wavelengths, the data it has provided has told us much in the past two years about asteroids within our Solar System. Since beginning its “second life”, the NEOWISE mission has taken millions of images of the sky and measured more than 19,000 asteroids and comets.

In addition to characterizing thousands of asteroids and identifying several new ones, the surveys revealed some interesting facts about NEOs that will make monitoring them easier, and help us mount missions to one someday. As Dr. Amy Mainzer, the principal investigator of the NEOWISE mission at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, told Universe Today via email:
“NEOWISE results indicate that about a third of the NEOs are extremely dark, which affects how we plan future surveys. With our IR measurements, we can determine NEO sizes, which helps us figure out how much energy a potential impactor would have.Objects that make close approaches to Earth offer both opportunity and risk: asteroids that make close approaches are more likely to be easier to get to from Earth. By finding close approaching NEOs, we can also find the most accessible destinations for future exploration.”
Of the 19,000 asteroids studied, the mission team was able to identify 439 of them as NEOs, and further determined that eight of them can be classified as potentially hazardous asteroids (PHAs). But before anyone gets to worrying that these objects might collide with us someday, it would be good to keep some statistics in mind.
For starters, since NASA and other space agencies began searching the Solar System for asteroids that have orbits that bring them close to Earth, some14,166 NEOs have been discovered. What’s more, the vast majority (over 13,000) have only been discovered since the year 2000, and over half since 2010. Of these, roughly half (7077) measure 140 meters in diameter.

Sounds scary, doesn’t it? But not so much when you consider that of these, only 879 are large enough to ever pose a serious threat to Earth (i.e. measuring 1 km or more in diameter). And whereas small objects (i.e. those averaging 4 meters or 13 feet in diameter) strike Earth about once a year, asteroids measuring 1 km or more in diameter have been known to hit Earth at an average of only twice every one million years.
Of course, incidents like the Chelyabinsk meteorite (which measured 20 meters in diameter) remind us that even small NEOs that break up in the atmosphere can have a damaging effect – which in this case included 1,491 reported injuries and $33 million USD in property damage. However, the vast majority of the injuries caused by the airburst explosion were due to a lack of prior warning. Had the population been warned in advance, it is likely that most (if not all) of the injuries could have been prevented.
Knowing precisely where NEOs (and PHAs) are with respect to Earth, their sizes, and what paths their orbits will take, are all crucial to making sure that, in the unlikely event that any of them hit Earth, that they don’t cause harm. And thanks to NEOWISE, we’ve now got tabs on eight more of them. And until such time as we can create some kind of orbital defense platform to shoot incoming PHAs (I’m thinking guided missiles and laser guns!) knowing is all of the battle!

Residents in the city of Quebec, Canada, have reported an unusual rise in UFO sightings recently.
According to a 2015 survey conducted by Ufology Research, a huge number of Canadians reported weird skyward spheres, blinding lights in the firmament, and bright orbs that rapidly appear and disappear in the sky.
The Winnipeg group’s annual report calls Canada “a nation rich in storytelling,” but stresses that studying reports of sightings means combining witness accounts with the search for “objective truth.”
Is it something man-made? Is it a figment of one’s imagination? Is it driven by contemporary culture’s storytelling about strange celestial sightings? Or could it be, the report asks, “another form of life we cannot begin to understand?”
Quebec accounted for 35% of all reported sightings in Canada last year — a big spike for a province sitting between 5% and 15% in previous years.
“We wish we knew exactly what is going on,” said Ufology Research’s Chris Rutkowski. “There is some suggestion that maybe the media were a little more interested in UFO sightings, that maybe there was a media push in Quebec last year that resulted in more people looking up into the sky.”

There were 1,267 reported sightings in Canada last year, the second-highest total in three decades, the report says.
As for cities, there were 97 reports in Montreal, followed by 78 in Toronto and 69 in Vancouver. Edmonton was a distant fourth with just 36 sightings.
Over the years, most sightings have occurred between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Last year, they lasted an average of 16 minutes. The most common descriptions from survey respondents were “starlike” objects, distant lights, and “simple lights in the sky.” The year with the most UFO reports was 2012, with 1,981. It also happened to be the year when the Mayan calendar predicted the world would end.
The report says sightings of “Hollywood-style flying saucers are, in reality, relatively uncommon in UFO reports.”
But they do exist.
In May 2015, a “metallic sphere descended from high in the sky” in Drummondville, Que., and came close enough for the witness to see “the reflection of the ground on its surface,” the report says.
A month before that, a witness in Brantford claims to have spotted a “large object that was a cross between a boomerang and egg” above the tree line. It displayed “flashing white lights … and two stripes of blue light running … along its underbelly.”
The report suggests some possible explanations for the sightings spike: more secret military flights, it’s easier to report sightings, and the lousy economy led “to an increased desire by some people to look skyward for assistance.”
