WHAT MADE THE PAINTED MYSTERIOUS SWIRLS ON THE MOON'S SURFACE?
WHAT MADE THE PAINTED MYSTERIOUS SWIRLS ON THE MOON'S SURFACE?
NASA scientists have come up with a new model to explain the mysterious swirls that appear to be painted on the Moon’s surface.
These “lunar swirls” can be tens of kilometres across and appear where ancient bits of magnetic field are embedded in the lunar crust – although not every time.
The other distinctive feature of them is that the bright areas of the swirls appear to be less weathered than their surroundings.
But beyond that scientists have been able to learn little about the features. “They are unique,” says John Keller of NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Centre. “We’ve only seen these features on the Moon, and their origin has remained a mystery since their discovery.”
Until now there have been three main theories about how the swirls formed.
The first suggests that both the swirls and the magnetic fields both formed from plumes of material ejected by comet impacts.
The second, argues that fine dust particles thrown up by micrometeorite impacts could have been sorted by an existing magnetic field forming light and dark patterns with different compositions and magnetism.
The third theory says that, since electrons and ions in the solar wind are electrically charged, they respond to magnetic forces and that the magnetic field on the Moon could shield the surface from weathering by the solar wind.
The new research looked closely at the third of these theories, relying on new observations by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO). But scientists found some problems when it came to modelling the theory.
“The problem with the magnetic shield idea is that the embedded magnetic fields on the Moon are very weak – about 300 times weaker than Earth’s magnetic field,” said Bill Farrell of NASA Goddard.
“It’s hard to see how they would have the strength to deflect the solar wind ions.”
But what the new models did show was that the magnetic field could create a strong electric field when the solar wind attempts to flow through.
And this powerful electric potential could deflect and slow particles in the solar wind, reducing weathering on the surface of the Moon, leaving brighter regions where it was protected.
The new models are published separately as a series of three papers, one in Icarus on March 1, 2016 by lead author Andrew Poppe of the University of California, Berkeley; one in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics on June 18, 2015 by lead author Shahab Fatemi of University of California, Berkeley; and one in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Planets on November 25, 2015 by lead author Michael Zimmerman of The Johns Hopkins University. But the research has not ruled out the other two theories. “Until you have somebody making measurements on the lunar surface we may not get a definitive answer, but the new observations that analyse the swirls in ultraviolet and far-ultraviolet light are consistent with earlier observations that indicate the swirls are less weathered than their surroundings,” said Keller.

There UFOs Fly In Military Formation Over Australia On May 1, 2016, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: May 1, 2016 Location of sighting: Hamersley, Australia Source: MUFON #76129 These glowing UFOs might be easy to dismiss at first, but they are flying in a tight triangle formation. Australia is famous for its UFO sightings and whats really intriguing about this one is the distance between the glowing UFOs is exactly the same. That alone is proof that intelligent beings are in control of it. Scott C. Waring www.ufosightingsdaily.com Eyewitness states: I had just left my room and was walking to work when in front of me something moving in the sky caught my eye. I observed 3 lights the size of stars moving in a southerly direction in formation at about half the speed of what a plane would travel at cruising altitude. The 3 lights were approaching a single star so I double checked to see which lights were moving by identifying the positions of the near by stars and building structures that were in my view. I could confirm that the 3 lights were moving and the single star, nearby stars and building was stationary. I stopped walking and continued to observe the 3 lights for several seconds as they passed over the single star. The single star remained visible as the triangle of 3 lights passed over it. About 10 seconds later the 3 lights dimmed out until I could no longer see them in the sky any more. This further confirmed that the 3 lights were moving independently in the sky. The sky was black with nil cloud cover with bright stars. I continued to look upwards in the same direction every now and then as I walked to my car but I couldn't stop and continue to observe due to time restraints and didn't see it any longer. The photo attached I didn't take and is from a google search but is exactly what I saw.
Triangle UFO Seen In Two Separate Occasions On Both Sides of The U.S.
Triangle UFO Seen In Two Separate Occasions On Both Sides of The U.S.
A mysterious triangle-shaped UFO was allegedly observed above the east and west of the U.S. one day apart.
Two independent reports were made on the same day. The first reported sighting occurred at an 8:30 pm local time on Saturday, 23rd April 2016. The unnamed witness and his wife were left stunned after their strange encounter with a massive triangle-shaped object flying without a sound towards Los Angeles, California.
The second sighting took place in Geneva, Ohio, approximately 2,300 miles away on the continent’s eastern side, at 9:15 pm.
Both witnesses claimed they were not able to record or photograph the events successfully, but each one of them provided sketches of what they spotted.
Interestingly, both UFOs were large triangles with each having seven lights along the two sides.
The Californian witness said they were chatting when a mysterious flying object appeared at 8:30 pm over their heads with very dim lights, of nearly yellowish tone.
The reporting witness said that the aerial thing glided on a straight line towards west. It was estimated to be too close or too big flying at around 50 miles per hour, but without the noise that typically heard from a mundane object.
To the witness and his wife, there was no doubt they observed a strange event involving an extraterrestrial object.
The pair tried to record it on video or photograph it, but the local bright lighting would not show the images.
More than 24 hours later, another witness claimed to have seen the same aircraft coming from west toeast this time.
In a report to MUFON, the unnamed witness said he noticed approximately seven lights. He had no chance to record the mysterious event as he was more interested in examining the lights. The witness, this time, heard a steady rumble or hum from the object as it flew slowly over trees until he lost sight of it.

The moon holds a mystical place in the history of human culture, so it's no wonder that many myths — from werewolves to induced lunacy to epileptic seizures — have built up regarding its supposed effects on us.
"It must be a full moon," is a phrase heard whenever crazy things happen and is said by researchers to be muttered commonly by late-night cops, psychiatry staff and emergency room personnel.
In fact a host of studies over the years have aimed at teasing out any statistical connection between the moon — particularly the full moon — and human biology or behavior. The majority of sound studies find no connection, while some have proved inconclusive, and many that purported to reveal connections turned out to involve flawed methods or have never been reproduced.
Reliable studies comparing the lunar phases to births, heart attacks, deaths, suicides, violence, psychiatric hospital admissions and epileptic seizures, among other things, have over and over again found little or no connection.
One possible indirect link: Before modern lighting, the light of a full moon have kept people up at night, leading to sleep deprivation that could have caused other psychological issues, according to one hypothesis that awaits data support.
Below, I'll review several studies — the good, the bad and the in between — but first some basic physics:
The moon, tides and you
The human body is about 75 percent water, and so people often ask whether tides are at work inside us.
The moon and the sun combine to create tides in Earth's oceans (in fact the gravitational effect is so strong that our planet's crust is stretched daily by these same tidal effects).
But tides are large-scale events. They occur because of the difference in gravitational effect on one side of an object (like Earth) compared to the other. Here's how tides work:
The ocean on the side of Earth facing the moon gets pulled toward the moon more than does the center of the planet. This creates a high tide. On the other side of the Earth, another high tide occurs, because the center of Earth is being pulled toward the moon more than is the ocean on the far side. The result essentially pulls the planet away from the ocean (a negative force that effectively lifts the ocean away from the planet).
However, there's no measurable difference in the moon's gravitational effect to one side of your body vs. the other. Even in a large lake, tides are extremely minor. On the Great Lakes, for example, tides never exceed 2 inches, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which adds, "These minor variations are masked by the greater fluctuations in lake levels produced by wind and barometric pressure changes. Consequently, the Great Lakes are considered to be essentially non-tidal."
That's not to say tides don't exist at smaller scales.
The effect of gravity diminishes with distance, but never goes away. So in theory everything in the universe is tugging on everything else. But: "Researchers have calculated that a mother holding her baby exerts 12 million times the tide-raising force on the child than the moon does, simply by virtue of being closer," according to Straightdope.com, a Web site that applies logic and reason to myths and urban legends.
Consider also that tides in Earth's oceans happen twice every day as Earth spins on its axis every 24 hours, bringing the moon constantly up and down in the sky. If the moon's tugging affected the human body, one might presume we'd be off balance at least twice a day (and maybe we are).
Studies of full moon effects
Here are some of the reputable studies in peer-reviewed journals that have failed to find connections:
EPILEPSY: A study in the journal Epilepsy & Behavior in 2004 found no connection between epileptic seizures and the full moon, even though some patients believe their seizures to be trigged by the full moon. The researchers noted that epileptic seizures were once blamed on witchcraft and possession by demons, contributing to a longstanding human propensity to find mythical rather than medical explanations.
PSYCHIATRIC VISITS: A 2005 study by Mayo Clinic researchers, reported in the journal Psychiatric Services, looked at how many patients checked into a psychiatric emergency department between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. over several years. They found no statistical difference in the number of visits on the three nights surrounding full moons vs. other nights.
EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS: Researchers examined 150,999 records of emergency room visits to a suburban hospital. Their study, reported in American Journal of Emergency Medicine in 1996, found no difference at full moon vs. other nights.
SURGERY OUTCOMES: Do doctors and nurses mess up more during the full moon? Not according to a study in the October 2009 issue of the journal Anesthesiology. In fact, researchers found the risks are the same no matter what day of the week or time of the month you schedule your coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
Not all studies dismiss lunar influence.
PET INJURIES: In studying 11,940 cases at the Colorado State University Veterinary Medical Center, researchers found the risk of emergency room visits to be 23 percent higher for cats and 28 percent higher for dogs on days surrounding full moons. It could be people tend to take pets out more during the full moon, raising the odds of an injury, or perhaps something else is at work — the study did not determine a cause.
MENSTRUATION: This is one of those topics on which you will find much speculation (some of it firm and convincing-sounding) and little evidence. The idea is that the moon is full every month and women menstruate monthly. Here's the thing: Women's menstrual cycles actually vary in length and timing — in some cases greatly — with the average being about every 28 days, while the lunar cycle is quite set at 29.5 days. Still, there is one study (of just 312 women), by Winnifred B. Cutler in 1980, published in the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, that claims a connection. Cutler found 40 percent of participants had the onset of menstruation within two weeks of the full moon (which means 60 percent didn't). If anyone can tell me how this oft-cited study proves anything, I'm all ears. Also, one should be skeptical that in the intervening three-plus decades, nobody seems to have produced a study supporting Cutler's claim.
ANIMALS GONE WILD: A pair of conflicting studies in the British Medical Journal in 2001 leaves room for further research. In one of the studies, animal bites were found to have sent twice as many British people to the emergency room during full moons compared with other days. But in the other study, in Australia, dogs were found to bite people with similar frequency on any night. Some wild animals do behave differently during a full moon: For example, lions usually hunt at night, but after a full moon, they're more likely to hunt during the day — likely to make up for the tough going on a moonlit night.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION:
There's been a lot of research into this topic. In the Journal of Affective Disorders in 1999, researchers suggested that before modern lighting, "the moon was a significant source of nocturnal illumination that affected [the] sleep–wake cycle, tending to cause sleep deprivation around the time of full moon." They speculated that "this partial sleep deprivation would have been sufficient to induce mania/hypomania in susceptible bipolar patients and seizures in patients with seizure disorders." When I first wrote this story in 2009, I looked over these oft-cited suggestions, scoured the scientific literature, and could not find where any of them had been tested or verified with any numbers or rigorous study of any kind. Since then, there have been a few more studies on the topic.
A small study in 2013, of just 33 volunteer adults, found they slept less during the full moon even when they could not see the moon and were not aware of the current lunar phase. The researchers say the findings would need to be replicated before they could be considered reliable, however. Then in 2014, a broad review of sleep-moon research, done by scientists at Max-Plank Institute of Psychiatry, found no statistically significant correlation between the lunar cycle and sleep.
More recently, research published in March of 2016, of 5,800 children age 9 to 11 in 12 different countries, found they slept about 5 minutes less on nights with a full moon. That's "unlikely to be important" from a health perspective, the researchers said, but it is interesting. They speculate that the brightness of the full moon may be the reason, but with all the artificial light around these days, they doubt that suggestion.
Expect more small studies in the future to suggest a link, and don't be surprised if further broad scientific reviews find the possible connections to be shaky.
Myths persist
If one presumes that modern lighting and mini-blinds have pretty much eliminated the one plausible source of human-related moon madness, why do so many myths persist?
Several researchers point out one likely answer: When strange things happen at full moon, people notice the "coincidental" big bright orb in the sky and wonder. When strange things happen during the rest of the month, well, they're just considered strange, and people don't tie them to celestial events.
"If police and doctors are expecting that full moon nights will be more hectic, they may interpret an ordinary night's traumas and crises as more extreme than usual," explains our Bad Science Columnist Benjamin Radford. "Our expectations influence our perceptions, and we look for evidence that confirms our beliefs."
And that leads to this final note, which is perhaps the biggest logical nail in the coffin of the moon madness myths:
The highest tides occur not just at full moon but also at new moon, when the moon is between Earth and the sun (and we cannot see the moon) and our planet feels the combined gravitational effect of these two objects. Yet nobody ever claims any funny stuff related to the new moon (except for the fact that there is more beach pollution at full and new moon ...).

Get ready for two-dimensional spacecraft and microorganisms that can recycle Mars dirt into working electronics. While both may sound like science fiction, they could soon be a reality, thanks to the latest round of space technology funding from NASA.
These are just two of the 13 exciting new concepts to win Phase 1 funding this year from the NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts(NIAC) program, which aims to encourage and invest in groundbreaking research that could transform how NASA does space exploration.
Having won the first round of grants from NIAC means the researchers on all 13 projects get $100,000 and nine months to prove the feasibility of their concepts through definition and analysis. If they pass feasibility tests, the researchers can then apply for Phase 2 funding, which gives them up to an additional $500,000 and two more years to continue developing their concept.
While the two-dimensional spacecraft — which would be sent to space to wrap around space debris and pull it out of orbit — and reprogrammable microorganisms — which would use the Martian resources to recycle and print electronics — are certainly innovative, the other 13 projects are equally impressive and have great implications for the future of space explorations, should they pan out.
"All of the final candidates were outstanding, and limiting the choice to what fit in our budget was difficult," Jason Derleth, NIAC program executive, said in a statement. "We hope each new study will push boundaries and explore new approaches — that's what makes NIAC unique."

Date of sighting: April 29, 2016 Location of sighting: Saint Petersburg, Florida, USA News source: MUFON 76127 This is an excellent video brought to my attention by UFOvni2012 of Youtube. It shows a long cigar UFO floating slowly over the clouds. I digitally enhanced the colors to make it more clear in the photos above. The UFO has a indention at its center like a barbell. Whats really interesting is that its moving forward from one end, where a balloon would be moving sideways and slowly spinning. Scott C. Waring www.ufosightingsdaily.com Eyewitness states: It was approximately 7:45 PM. Our house is located right on the water next to Tampa Bay.I walked outside to the back of my house to let our dog out. I then noticed a strange cigar like object moving SE to S that I couldn't identify. It was completely transfixing. About 45 seconds into my observation, a orange orb instantly appeared directly to the right of the craft, then blinked out after about 2-3 seconds. It was at this point that I pulled out my iPhone and captured about 25 seconds of relatively shaky video. You can definitely make the object out though. There were no discernable normal aircraft lights and the craft made no sound. In my video, a bird flies by in the foreground of the craft which gives the craft considerable scale. You could also probably determine the speed of the craft, as it's flying just above some cloud cover which should provide reference points for speed determination. As the object moved further away, I stopped taking video and ran inside to grab my binoculars. When I returned a few seconds later, the object was gone.
Alleged Door: Alien’s Entrance to the Massive World
Alleged Door: Alien’s Entrance to the Massive World
Aliens have always been a debatable subject in the history. Nobody had taken photos together with these creatures, but couples are claiming to have seen as such. With the internet becoming the best source of information, alien encounters have become viral. Some say it is apparent that humans are not alone by sharing their experiences of probing following their casual stroll. Is alien invasion real? Do they exist? Is there such thing as alien visitations or abduction? You can never tell.
On March 14, 2016, the alleged “door” that suggests a hollow sun theory was captured. While some believe it is just a mere artificial structure, others say it is an alien megastructure. If not all, most scientists claimed that the sun is made of magnesium, hydrogen, and other elements, but some claim otherwise. A photo captured by Nasa’s Solar and Heliospheric Observatory satellite is believed to display a huge door opening in the sun permitting vessels to exit and enter.
TheWatcher252, YouTuber and alien hunter captured a huge, bizarre shaped anomaly passing through the sun. The photo was taken on March 14, 2016. As soon as the UFO Sightings Daily saw the picture, the team picked up the story and uncovered it to others. The sun opened to allow extraterrestrial vessels to enter or exit. This occurrence may be an answer for the mysterious Hollow Sun Theory, which conspiracy theorists have been claiming for years. In the theory, it suggests that the sun will cool, shrink, and collapse since it is empty on the inside. However, there is nothing absolute about this matter. Jeffrey Wolynski is the brain on this matter. He claims that the sun is younger than the Earth and that they are entirely hollowed structures that tend to collapse gravitationally until the barrier is reached.
MoD Scientist Becomes a Whistleblower After Strange UFO Encounter
MoD Scientist Becomes a Whistleblower After Strange UFO Encounter
A CGI of the alleged UFO
In past times, people were burned at the stake for merely believing in the existence of extraterrestrial life. Today, extraterrestrial intelligence remains a horrible obstacle for war-minded humans. However, would it suffice when a whistleblower comes along? A scientist working with US Department of Defence has turned out to be the latest high-ranking personnel to whistleblow the strange sightings alleged for the past years.
During a hunting trip, the laser and electromagnetic systems expert claim to have spotted an odd but extraordinary phone receiver-shaped strange object over woods in Canada. During a 40-minute interview, the man shared his experiences with the Mutual UFO Network. According to the interview, he was one of the three-man team trips on August 28, 2013. At about 9.40 pm on the same day, they saw a strange spacecraft that looked like a forged mercury 400 feet away. The said craft has more or less 150 to 175 feet in altitude and has brilliant in polish.
The alleged craft has brilliant brightness, and enough to provide light intensity. This man has been working and involved in diverse operating systems, but he has not seen a coherent light that goes similar to his strange sighting. He believed that it was a defocused laser and not a focused laser. It stayed for about six minutes and slowly vanished into thin air. Throughout their encounter, they claimed that no cameras would work, but when the craft was a mile away, all cameras started to work. Most people do not trust in the existence of aliens. They reason out that humans are the only form of life.
It is indeed viable that there are other parts of the universe where life is viable. After all, the earth is like a grain of smooth in a thick sand. They were able to record an electromagnetic signature but is not in connection with an alien craft. He is calling for anyone who has seen a similar craft with knowledge of high-frequency generation systems.
New Interstellar Spacecraft Sails Slm on Brakes for Exoplanet Flybys
New Interstellar Spacecraft Sails Slm on Brakes for Exoplanet Flybys
Scientists in the UK and Germany have come up with a quicker way to brake spacecraft on interstellar missions, by combining magnetic and electric sails.
Interstellar spacecraft will be able to brake better and have the time to take extended measurements of their surroundings if they are constructed with both magnetic and electric sails, according to a recent study, called 'Combining Magnetic and Electric Sails for Interstellar Deceleration.'
Currently, one of the most promising technologies for decelerating a spacecraft on an interstellar mission is the magnetic sail, which uses the deflection of interstellar matter via a magnetic field to decelerate the spacecraft.
However, while the magnetic sail is very efficient at high velocities, its performance decreases with lower speeds.
The location of galaxy GN-z11, which is the farthest galaxy ever seen.
To solve this problem, scientists from the Technical University of Munich and the Initiative for Interstellar Studies in London have proposed combining the magnetic sail with an electric sail, which is more effective at lower velocities.
"Msails fail to produce sufficient forces in the low speed limit and Esails require very large masses in order to decelerate from the high cruising speeds of interstellar missions," they wrote in their article, published on arXiv.org.
"Using both sails sequentially outperforms using only the magnetic or electric sail for various mission scenarios and velocity ranges, at a constant total spacecraft mass."
For decelerating to interplanetary velocities from five percent of the speed of light in a vacuum, the scientists calculated that a spacecraft with a total mass of 8250 kg would take about 40 years with a magnetic sail, 35 years with an electric sail, and 29 years if it has both sails.

Black holes are often viewed as inescapable vortexes, but, in a recent talk at Harvard University, Stephen Hawking suggested they might be more like portals than prisons. Said Hawking, “Things can get out of a black hole, both from the outside and possibly though another universe.” Embracing the opportunity to use the forces as a metaphor for life, he also commented, “So if you feel you’re in a black hole, don’t give up. There’s a way out.” Of course what comes out of the other side of a black hole would unlikely resemble what went in. On the matter, Hawking noted, “It’s like burning an encyclopedia. The information is not lost, if you keep all the ashes. But it’s difficult to read.”

Hillary Clinton tells 'alien abductee' national security could block UFO truth bid
US PRESIDENTIAL hopeful Hillary Clinton has conceded she may be blocked from revealing if the truth about alien visitations is "out there" if it is deemed to compromise national security.
Mrs Clinton, and her campaign manager John Podesta, have been claiming for months she will open the so-called top-secret X-Files if she makes it into the White House.
But, taking part in a radio talk show with a man who claims he was abducted by aliens, she accepted she could be blocked.
The Democrat frontrunner was campaigning in East Harlem, New York, when she took part in the Power 105.1 Breakfast Club.
Asked by one of the show's hosts, Lenard McKelvey - also known as Charlamagne the God - who believes he was abducted by aliens several times, if she would really deliver on her quest for truth about UFOs and the top-secret military base Area 51 in the Nevada desert, she said simply, “I am.”
However, she added a caveat that she will not be able to release any files that are closed due to national security.
She said: "I mean, if there’s some huge national security thing and I can’t get agreement to open them, I won’t, but I do want to open them because I’m interested.”
She was also pressed on whether she believes in aliens, adding: "I don’t know. I want to see what the information shows.
"But there are enough stories out there that I don’t think everybody is just sitting in their kitchen, making them up.
"I think that people see things. What they see, I don’t know. But we have got to try to give people information. I believe in that.”
The disclosure movement has long called for the release of all information about UFOs and alleged alien visitations from world governments, and is huge in the USA, where many sightings are reported.
It has led to some speculation Mrs Clinton may be just paying lip service to secure millions of voters across the country.
I mean, if there’s some huge national security thing and I can’t get agreement to open them, I won’t, but I do want to open them because I’m interested.
Hillary Clinton
Alejandro Rojas, editor and contributing writer for Open Minds magazine and OpenMinds.tv, said in an article about the radio show: "There has been a lot of debate as to why Clinton keeps discussing UFOs when asked.
"Typically, politicians gloss over the topic or make a joke of it. However, she has repeatedly answered confidently that she intends to look into the matter.
"The cynical view would be that Clinton has no interest in the topic, she is just pandering for the 'UFO vote'.”
But he said that politicians who previously dabbled in the issue had damaged their campaign, so she may have a genuine interest.
But, UFO expert Lee Speigel believes the “UFO vote” could number in the millions.
A 2012 National Geographic survey found 36 per cent of Americans believe extraterrestrials have visited Earth, while a staggering 80 per cent think the US government is covering this up for fear of the potential impact on society.
It isn’t a normal occurrence to hear someone say that she was abducted by aliens, but Valerie claims that she was, in fact, abducted by aliens some 20 years ago. Valerie recalls the night that she was abducted.
As Valerie visited Roy Dutton, author and UFO expert, in Torquay, she recalls that night she was abducted by aliens,Torquay Herald Express reports.
On the night of July 16, 1981, Valerie, 26, was driving home from Sheffield with her two friends, Rosemary and Vivienn.
It all began when Valerie and her friends saw a very bright light in the sky. Valerie discusses the details with Roy.
“We saw a craft in the sky, it was about 30ft in diameter and hovered directly above the car. I was in the back, I didn’t remember much at the time — none of us did, things started to come back after the hypnosis. I remembered hearing a beeping noise and I started to feel quite drowsy. Me and Rosemary saw the craft hovering over the field next to us. I can remember seeing windows and a dome, it had a rim on it. But Rosemary couldn’t remember what it looked like.”
After that moment, Valerie and the two others could not remember anything else until they were back in the car traveling the remainder of the way home. Valerie, Rosemary and Vivienn did report the alien abduction to the police station, however, they were simply laughed at.
Valerie told Roy that she heard a voice saying, “Don’t be afraid,” then all of a sudden she felt as if she was inside a vacuum.
“I was in a white wedge shaped room with two humanoid beings, a male and a female both with shoulder length dark hair and hypnotic blue eyes.”
A funny turn to the story, Valerie said the female was very interested in her shoes and clothes.
“You’ll laugh but the female gestured to try on my shoes, I laughed. I remember laughing at the time. But afterwards, philosophically I wondered whether it was trying to communicate that it wanted to see what it felt like to walk in my shoes.”
Roy has his own opinion on the alien abduction.
“I believe they are possibly from a parallel universe, to me that seems to be the most reasonable explanation.”
UFO Case Book has a record of alien abduction cases dated back to the early 1950’s. One case, which took place in 2005, was a couple who was allegedly abducted by aliens and the woman, who was pregnant, lost her baby during the encounter.
The woman, Donna Lee, told Local 6 News that they had been abducted multiple times, one time included her fetus being taken by the aliens.
Donna drew a photo of the aliens and a hypnotist tried to recover memories of her alien abduction. Donna believes that they will eventually be abducted again.
Another case recorded was the 2005 alien abduction in Florida. This man, Thomas, claims that he was watching the news at 1 am when he had a sudden urge to go outside. When he went outside, he saw a very bright orange light above the pond in his back yard. Thomas explained what he saw and mentioned that the beautiful object just vanished.
What felt like a short moment was actually a couple hours. Thomas did not go back inside his home until 3:52 am. After his possible alien abduction, Thomas was very thirsty and couldn’t get enough water. He eventually vomited, had diarrhea and could not urinate.
A couple days later, Thomas discovered a tiny, red triangle on his chest, which had a burning sensation. When Thomas went to the doctor, he was informed of his elevated Triglycerides and his high risk of a stroke or heart attack, as well as his extremely low Electrolytes.
Do you believe in alien abductions? Roy already wrote one book on Valerie’s experience, and is in the process of writing a second book some 20 years after Valerie’s alien abduction experience.

Jan De Ceuster –BUFON-Publicatie 31.3.2016
Labs in Newark, N.J. , USA.
De sterkte van het gemeten signaal is blijkbaar functie van de ligging van de bron ten opzichte van breedte graad van de waarnemingsplaats. Er is ook een verschil geconstateerd van hoe de instraling binnenvalt op de meetplaats .Het verschil in signaalsterkte voor het Melkwegcentrum tussen opnames dag of nacht is te verklaren dat niettegenstaande het centrum zichtbaar is boven de waarnemingshorizon en het signaalbron direct zichtbaar , het signaal toch zwakker is als een onrechtstreekse meting doorheen de aarde . Dit feit is blijkbaar functie van de parallelliteit van de signaal gradiënten van het invallend signaal en het verloop hiervan van de aardgravitatie ;
Interview two: Inter-dimensional, extra-terrestrial or government projects?
Interview two: Inter-dimensional, extra-terrestrial or government projects?
Interview conducted by Jaime Ortega.
Nick Pope.
He is an author, journalist and broadcaster, who once ran the British Government’s UFO project and is now recognized as a leading authority on the unexplained, conspiracy theories and fringe science.
1) A lot of people have observed lights floating in the sky, some shaped like lines and dots; others proclaim to have observed unknown aircraft flying around visible sight – the government calls them black projects. Are such sightings real?
There’s no doubt that throughout human history people have seen strange things in the sky that they were unable to identify at the time. In this sense, these sightings are undeniably “real”. That said, most sightings turn out to be miss-identifications of ordinary objects and phenomena. On occasion, people have seen secret prototype aircraft or drones, and reported them as “UFOs”, but this doesn’t happen as often as some people might think, because these so-called black projects are normally tested in remote military areas, well away from public scrutiny.
2) In 2012 Kelton Research conducted a survey commissioned by National Geographic that showed that one out of ten Americans had personally witnesses a UFO. Many cases are observed all over the world. Do people that observe these crafts, are they delusional? Do they suffer from any mental condition?
A small proportion of UFO sightings are attributable to hoaxes or some sort of psychological or psychiatric factor, such as a delusion or hallucination. However, as stated previously, most sightings are miss-identifications, and in these cases, while the witnesses may not be identifying something correctly, they’re not delusional.
3) Area 51 in Nevada, nicknamed Dreamland is it really an installation run by government. How many are they?
Governments all around the world run various facilities, some secret and some not secret. There are few facilities quite on the scale of Area 51, but I don’t know how many similar facilities to this exist worldwide, and I probably couldn’t say so even if I knew, as information about such sites is usually highly classified.
4) Is there a difference between UFOs and military aircraft? (floating light vs physical powered object)
Some UFO sightings are generated by people seeing military aircraft, but this is only one of many, many different things that cause people to report UFO sightings. The UFO phenomenon is multi-faceted, and there’s no single, neat explanation that explains all of the sightings. This is a mystery with more than one explanation.
5) We know the universe is not infinite because it continues to expand at a greater speed than light. Astronomers have plotted the dimensions of the universe composed of 4% matter, and the remaining hypothetical dark energy and dark matter. The theory of evolution holds grown in the mainstream scientific community, but mathematically wise, what are the chances of evolution occurring in other galaxies?
Wherever life might arise, elsewhere in the Universe, I strongly suspect that evolution by natural selection will occur. I think this will turn out to be a ‘universal law’, in the same sense as the unalterable laws of mathematics.
6) SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) has never received radio signals from outer-space that support the idea that life exist outside of planet earth. Do we have any hard evidence to back the existence of UFOs or is it based on highly speculative assumptions?
We do not yet have any ‘smoking gun’ in relation to UFOs. In other words, there is no definitive proof that any sightings are attributable to extraterrestrial activity. Having said that, there are many unexplained UFO sightings with intriguing evidence in terms of reliable eyewitness testimony, radar data, and photographic and video imagery. As for SETI, their search is based on sound scientific assumptions, and while they have been unsuccessful to date, there is no reason why they might not be successful in the future. Indeed, this is increasingly likely as the next generation of radio telescopes become operational.
7) There are a few problems with the ETH (extraterrestrial theory). Physics shows it is impossible for any mass composed by atoms to reach the speed of light (186.000 miles per second). Even if they reached SL travel, coming from another galaxy would take them at least two million years to get to planet earth —- the closest star system Alpha Centaury is 4.5 LY from earth and there is no evidence of life there– strangely most UFO’s observed are small and not massive showing different forms and shapes. Some estimates indicate that a space ship carrying ten people travelling five LY’s from a nearby star at almost the speed of light would use up 500.000 times the total amount of energy consumed in the US in one year; also, an equal amount of energy would be consumed just in slowing down the spacecraft from the incredible speed at which it was travelling – for larger craft like the massive spacecraft shown in the movie Independence Day, it would use an staggering amount of energy. But physicist contend that to accelerate to the actual SL it is impossible because it would require infinite energy. Also changing direction in speed at such high speeds could obliterate any spacecraft given the amount of energy required to change direction while moving. Another problem is that reaching great travel speed in space would be very dangerous. It has been estimated that there are 100.000 dust particles per-cubic meter in space. Travelling at SL, an impact with even one of these tiny dust particles would destroy a spaceship – at one-tenth the speed of light, the impact would be equal to an explosion of almost ten tons of TNT. The last problem encountered, is that if these aliens have biological bodies, in space they would be exposed by extreme heat and freezing conditions – not to mention exposure to Gamma Rays, and Cosmic Rays constantly travelling through space which could instantly kill any biological organism. So with all the examples given above, what is the likelihood of UFO’s to be of extraterrestrial origin?
We should always remember that when we talk about the laws of physics, we talk about them as they are currently understood. But our understanding changes all the time as a result of the scientific process of postulating new theories and then validating them through experimentation. We see this happening, for example, at CERN. So we should be wary of saying that things are “impossible” in terms of the laws of physics. However, even if faster-than-light travel is genuinely impossible, it does not rule out the ETH, if we get away from the idea of piloted vehicles. Humans have designed and built craft (e.g. the Voyager and Pioneer probes) that will eventually traverse interstellar distances. So a civilization at only our own technological level, but which started its space program a few hundred thousand or perhaps a few million years before us (hardly inconceivable in a Universe nearly 14 billion years old), could already have seeded large parts of our galaxy with such probes.
8) Some ufologist claim that many objects observed travelling in the sky violate the laws of known physics. Objects that reach speeds of 50,000 MPH. Some objects suddenly make 90 degree turns in mid-air travelling nearly at 25,000 MPH. These object make no physical noise, and unlike aircraft or known space craft, make no sonic booms. Most of the objects cannot be picked up by radar, but some have. Sometimes show up on photographs, but other times do not. Many change colors many times only when accelerating, with virtually every color of the spectrum reported. Many times UFO’s instantly appear and disappear in front of people and they will pass through physical objects; people have also observed multiple UFO’s merged with other UFO’s, and into one UFO, and one UFO turn into many UFOs. What is your take on this?
Again, this shows the multi-faceted nature of the phenomenon. We are almost certainly dealing with a variety of different things here. A few reports are completely fabricated (i.e. they are hoaxes), or the product of some sort of delusion. Others will be attributable to people seeing secret prototype aircraft or drones. But other sightings may be misidentifications of meteors, fireballs, satellites, mirages, weather balloons, or any number of other meteorological, atmospheric or astronomical phenomena. So the variety of speeds, accelerations and other factors reported does not surprise me.
9) Gordon Creighton editor of the Flying Saucer Review, and recognized as the UFO leading publication said in 1996, before he died that. “There seems to be no evidence yet that any of these crafts or beings originate from outer space” – a position later adopted by Dr. Jacques Vallee a computer scientist and astrophysics a leading expert on the subject . Do you agree?
The extraterrestrial hypothesis is only one competing theory among many. Even among those people who support a non-conventional explanation for the UFO phenomenon there are competing theories, e.g. the idea that some UFO sightings may be attributable to inter-dimensional or inter-temporal phenomena of some sort. I think there’s some intriguing evidence pointing towards non-conventional explanations in some cases, but as I said previously, we don’t yet have any definitive proof.
10) There is growing speculation that UFO’s are not extraterrestrial in origin, but more likely inter-dimensional entities. Many have abandoned the ETH for the IDH hypothesis — do you agree?
This is certainly a theory that is gaining popularity at present, though in a sense this theory is no more or no less speculative than the ETH. That said, with scientists at CERN discussing the search for so-called ‘hidden’ dimensions, it is tempting to remind ourselves that today’s science fiction is sometimes tomorrow’s science fact.
11) According to the “Roper poll” nearly 4 million American’s have suffered an alien abduction. Is the number of alien cited abductions growing in America and worldwide?
Though well-intentioned, this Roper poll was based on some erroneous reasoning. Essentially, it was designed to identify people who had experienced a number of things previously reported by people who believe they have been abducted by aliens, e.g. a period of so-called “missing time”. But such reasoning is flawed, because there are numerous prosaic reasons why people may believe they have experienced missing time, including falling asleep, having a poor memory, or simply not being very good at estimating the time. The other factors that the poll was looking for are also ones for which there are various conventional explanations.
12) Is it true that those who been abducted claim to have had sexual experimentation, face to face contact, translucent apparitions, predictions of catastrophic events including performing tasks? Is this true or imaginary?
All of these things have been reported, but we don’t know how much of this is attributable to hoaxes, dreams, hallucinations, or distorted memories caused by regression hypnosis. As with UFO sightings, while most of the claims may be made by people who genuinely believe the events happened as reported, we can’t be sure that this is what actually happened. In other words, people may be essentially truthful, but mistaken about what they have actually experienced.
13) Is it true that alien abductees are given speeches of new age philosophy by their captors? What is there message?
These ‘messages’ are actually quite clichéd. Interestingly, they seem to reflect contemporary concerns popular in the media and in wider society. Currently, environmental issues are mentioned a lot, and previously, concerns seemed to be predominantly about nuclear war. This is an important clue, I think, that these ‘messages’ actually come from within ourselves, and not from extraterrestrials.
14) Many people claim that aliens ask abductees to enter a state of trance to communicate with them?
Again, I think this is a clue that these experiences may come from within ourselves, and are the product of our imaginations. The idea of some form of telepathic communication is something one sees a lot in science fiction, and if abductees are reporting this, it may be that people are incorporating expectations (inspired by sci-fi) of what aliens will do into their narrative.
15) The following quotes brought by experts on the subject explain there is a strong relationship between alien abduction and poltergeist and demonic possessions in the past.
-Gordon Creighton, Official 1992 Flying Saucer Review Policy Statement “A large part of the available UFO literature is closely linked with mysticism and the metaphysical. It deals with subjects like mental telepathy, automatic writing and invisible entities as well as phenomena like poltergeist [ghost] manifestation and ‘possession.’ Many of the UFO reports now being published in the popular press recount alleged incidents that are strikingly similar to demonic possession and psychic phenomena.”
– Lynn E. Catoe, UFOs and Related Subjects: USGPO, 1969; prepared under AFOSR Project Order 67-0002 and 68-0003 “UFO behaviour is more akin to magic than to physics as we know it… the modern UFOnauts and the demons of past days are probably identical.”
-Dr. Pierre Guerin, FSR Vol. 25, No. 1, p. 13-14 “The UFO manifestations seem to be, by and large, merely minor variations of the age-old demonological phenomenon…”
– John A. Keel, UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse, p. 299 “A working knowledge of occult science…is indispensable to UFO investigation.”
-Trevor James, FSR Vol. 8, No. 1, p.10 “Studies of flying saucer cults repeatedly show that they are part of a larger occult social world.”
-Stupple & McNeece, 1979 MUFON UFO Symposium Proceedings, p. 49 “The ‘medical examination’ to which abductees are said to be subjected, often accompanied by sadistic sexual manipulation, is reminiscent of the medieval tales of encounters with demons. It makes no sense in a sophisticated or technical framework: any intelligent being equipped with the scientific marvels that UFOs possess would be in a position to achieve any of these alleged scientific objectives in a shorter time and with fewer risks.”
– Dr. Jacques Vallee, Confrontations, p. 13 “The symbolic display seen by the abductees is identical to the type of initiation ritual or astral voyage that is embedded in the [occult] traditions of every culture…the structure of abduction stories is identical to that of occult initiation rituals…the UFO beings of today belong to the same class of manifestation as the [occult] entities that were described in centuries past.”
-Dr. Jacques Vallee citing the extensive research of Bertrand Meheust [ Science-Fiction et Soucoupes Volantes (Paris, 1978); Soucoupes Volantes et Folklore (Paris, 1985)], in Confrontations, p. 146, 159-161 “[The occultist] is brought into intelligent communication with the spirits of the air, and can receive any knowledge which they possess, or any false impression they choose to impart…the demons seem permitted to do various wonders at their request.”
– G.H. Pember, Earth’s Earliest Ages and Their Connection with Modern Spiritualism and Theosophy (1876), p. 254 “These entities are clever enough to make Streiber think they care about him. Yet his torment by them never ceases. Whatever his relationship to the entities, and he increasingly concludes that their involvement with him is something ‘good,’ he also remains terrified of them and uncertain as to what they are.”
– John Ankerberg, The Facts on UFOs and Other Supernatural Phenomena, p. 21 “I became entirely given over to extreme dread. The fear was so powerful that it seemed to make my personality completely evaporate… ‘Whitley’ ceased to exist. What was left was a body and a state of raw fear so great that it swept about me like a thick, suffocating curtain, turning paralysis into a condition that seemed close to death…I died and a wild animal appeared in my place.”
– Whitley Streiber, Communion, p. 25-26 “Increasingly I felt as if I were entering a struggle that might even be more than life and death. It might be a struggle for my soul, my essence, or whatever part of me might have reference to the eternal. There are worse things than death, I suspected… so far the word demon had never been spoken among the scientists and doctors who were working with me…Alone at night I worried about the legendary cunning of demons …At the very least I was going stark, raving mad.”
– Whitley Streiber, Transformation, p. 44-45 “I wondered if I might not be in the grip of demons, if they were not making me suffer for their own purposes, or simply for their enjoyment.”
Others claim a smell of sulfur is present within their abduction also identical with demonic possessions and poltergeist. What is your opinion of such controversy?
I’m certainly aware that some people regard UFOs as demonic, often on the basis of the Biblical description of Satan as being “the prince of the power of the air” (Ephesians 2:2). Irrespective of what one believes, I don’t think one should ignore this aspect, because as long as some people think any of this is true, it’s relevant, on the basis that one’s personal background, culture and belief system is likely to play a role in how anomalous events (or events that people believe to be anomalous) are perceived and interpreted. Personally, I’m an atheist, and I believe that it’s better to examine claims of anomalous phenomena using science and reason, not fear and superstition.
16) Any final thoughts?
Some of my answers may sound as if I’m overly skeptical about this phenomenon. While this may be the case, I should point out that I certainly don’t dismiss any of this out of hand. It’s certainly a subject that merits more serious, scientific research and investigation than is currently the case. And finally, as I often like to remind people, the skeptics have to be right every day, but the believers only have to be right once!
